Okay, good morning. Welcome to today's podcast. This podcast is Lillian Shvart. You're going to be at the end of the day. You're still success. You're survival.
I've got the open Shepa and the Shepa Shepa Shepa Shepa. I'm off to Abasha also in the healing of Helena Ordebeth and Fana and Rafael Ben-Schulemeet.
Yeah, today's class we're going to do a master class on his bodhudut.
This is everybody's requesting this master class. So I'm going to be as clear and then Monday that will I'll show you how each how his bodhudut will help each
theological sign and specifically what each one of us has to deal with.
Remember the purpose of his bodhudut, the main thing we already spoke about Ratson, the concept of Ratson.
The word Ratson in Hebrew is senor. Okay, the word Ratson is senor. Desire is the pipeline.
According to your desire, according to your appetite is how much you receive. According to the extent of the thing that you want to achieve in life
and the greatness of it will be the equal opposite to that, the resistance to that.
So where in the world are we going to use? Where in the world can you use desire?
Where how do you use desire? What's the practical use desire? That's called his bodhudut. That's prayer.
So if we understand that the desire itself is what breaks the obstacles, where am I going to use desire? That's prayer.
Prayer in his bodhudut is the place to build desire. Very important to understand that because every single prayer has a certain amount of hours.
A certain amount of desires to it. And according to that desire is the obstacle.
And whatever your obstacle is is directly given to you by heaven in order to you break to in order for you to break it.
So problems are not given to us in order to bend to them. Problems are there in order to break them.
So where the resistance is the most growth in your life. But again, you need an air, you need to build resistance, you need to build strength.
And so that a lot of this why is bodhudut has to be a specific time? Why, why 30 minutes a day? Why 20 minutes a day?
It's because you have to build desire. Desire takes time.
If the more I want something, the more I build an appetite for it, the greater the, the, when I get it, the greater the glory is.
And I hate to tell you, most of the things that we're going through are stuck in our minds. Limitations are stuck in our minds.
And this is, this is just a small example of what I went through yesterday. So I listened to you to Andrew Huberman once in a while.
And he has specific, he had a specific swimmer from, from Britain, from London, Britain.
And the guy, apparently he was in a, he, he swam around Iceland for 56 hours. Okay.
So I'm having a hard time in the cold punch sitting in the cold punch for more than a minute. Okay.
I was embarrassed after that interview.
After hearing that interview, I was embarrassed. Here I am, I'm complaining about the tingling in my feet.
And this guy's almost going to die in Iceland. You got me after that. What did I do the next day? I said, I'm doing four minutes.
There's nothing to talk about. Why? Cause I said, this guy can do 56 minutes. I can't do four, four, I can't do four minutes in a cold punch and I'm in terror.
You gotta be kidding me. Seriously. You understand? Like the level of, but before the one minute was wow. Oh my god. So it's impossible to do.
If I could tell you what people used to do, they used to, they used to talk to God for six hours.
They used to break the ice in the, in the winter, 80 years old, 70 years old and, and speak to God for six hours.
And you tell me you have so much ADD, you can't even concentrate for 10 minutes.
So sometimes you need to a little perspective in life, like, you know what? These limits sometimes are in my mind.
A lot of the things we say we can't do, we could do. Cause somehow it wasn't the cold punch for four minutes without a problem.
Because I compared it to six hours. If you compare it to, you're going to say, it's all a shift in mindset.
I realize what, what's the story that we're telling ourselves? What's the story that what's the story limited story that we're doing, telling us off?
And you got to break it and you got to break the story.
And when you, when you understand it that way, every obstacle, you have, you almost get excited about breaking it and you realize it's all in your head.
Every obstacle is in our head. We need to understand that. Ramakhal says it black and white. If it's given to you, it's in your head and it, it's meant for you to break it.
So a lot of his, but they do a lot of talking to God is building desire, even if you say nothing, even if you say nothing at all, even if you stand there and say nothing, and you just have that time, but you're going to say a word, can you just sit with yourself for that time, just to sit, that is building desire.
So a kid wants to talk and you have no words that itself is a desire itself.
The desire is the key to everything. That's how you get from point A to point B is desired. Cause that's the same word at scene arm.
So when you have no time and you're not concentrated, it means you have no desire.
If you have no appetite for something, you have no sense of urgency and what's the point of, if you have no sense of urgency for something, right? Imagine telling the Uber driver, by the way, you lost your license.
Okay, big deal. We deal, you have no job, no job, no, no, you can't pick up people, no income, no income, no rent. That's it. It's over. But somebody who doesn't need a license, there's no urgency. So according again, we need to make the urgency on the appeal, how desperate, breaking this obstacles to you, how important is it to you?
We're making the arousal, God gave us the desire, the obstacle, right? But we have done, we determine the appetite to break it or not. That's the key to the difference.
So this is not, I just want to explain to you. It's not God speaking to God. It's not for you. It's not for God for you. It's for you to build desire.
As inverse, this is very clearly when most of his hands were up, they what? When most of his hands were down, they lost. What does the hands represent the hands represent doubt, a mullick, a mullick, the hands were down, a mullick one, when you lose desire, doubt shows up.
So it's either you're dealing with doubt or you're dealing with desire. That's it. It's where is your energy? You're either building doubt or you're building desire at all times.
And you're always drawn. That kind of energy always. And the reason why is we need his bucket. You need his bucket. So nothing says the less than 25 and the second half where he says his boat, the dude is the highest asset and greater than anything, than everything.
That is the set of said to least an hour or more and to seclude yourself in a field in a place and to use claims excuses speak towards creator in order to vote for the favor and to plea with him in order that he can get closer to God.
This prayer should be a conversation in your own language. It should not be in Hebrew. You should not try to force it if you can. If you're, if you're, you're Israeli, speak in Hebrew, right? If you're American, speaking English, whatever your languages, if you're Spanish, speak in Spanish.
Speaking the language that you can pour out your heart and then your most emotional too, and then you're most emotional, right? And the key to this is to talk about absolutely everything. We're going to talk about the benefits of it.
I want to talk about pretty much what I do. But remember, most of the prayer is not to get you out of trouble. Troubles getting you into prayer. Okay. Again, don't think sometimes I would say 90% of what you're going through is to get you closer to God. It's not about the persons, the places, the people, etc. We get lost in the details.
You know, I'm a professional person to get lost in the details, but I said, okay, what's the essence? Once you stop complaining and powder, what's the essence of the situation? God wants more desire out of you. Don't get lost in the details. Sarah main is, is she, is she supposed to focus on her guard and screaming at Abraham and throwing her out or she supposed to focus on, you know what, I have to have a baby.
And need more desire. Pray for it. When she prayed for it, she got that she got that she got it for child, but her, her guard and all that was honestly the nature. There's a waste of time. That's, that's the messenger. The message is God wants more desire.
This is the same example in our lives. Just think of this as desire and getting closer to God. That's the goal of everything. Everything else is just secondary. That's the essence. The rest of his details.
I'm not fun. Also tells us something very clearly. The thing that people are struggling most is both financial and relationships. And if you understand that the word is this on the word, we get this concept says when God split the sea, he told us there's two things is difficult. It's difficult to make money. And there's difficult for finding a relationship, finding a soulmate, finding the relationships. Those two things splitting the sea represents prayer, your quality of prayer.
How do you change your consciousness when you pray? So you could see that those two things are both connected back to going into prayer, going back into prayer because the 12 ladies represents 12 prayers, etc. So you could see all of this is back to back to getting yourself into building more desire, like the boss who lumped as God gave us such an appetite. He purposely gave us an appetite. Right. He gave us an appetite, not to be depressed, but to be able to build a to build an appetite for to receive.
But in order to receive to give that's the kit. We're not just here to receive. We're here to receive to give. We're here to channel our desires. And this is exactly where we're not going to say, as a matter of what a person is lacking in this worship.
What even if his words are sealed, he has to make a conversation out of everything. And we're going to talk about that to the practicality of it. But the main thing is to turn gold, like for example, you hear a class, what are the five points of the class. That should be your home up the next morning in prayer.
Greater the world. I'm struggling with trust. I'm struggling tomorrow. I'm struggling with it with this. I'm struggling to find the good parts of people. I'm struggling with this. I'm struggling.
Remember everything spiritually. It's like a pregnancy. It has to be downloaded just because you understand something. You read something. It doesn't mean it becomes internalized. Our job is
to internalize these concepts becomes a pregnancy. It took me years to understand what it seems
soon was, what a contraction was, and how do I apply that in my life? Just because you read about
the same soon, you know, about the same soon. Shout out to the best if you think you know it because
you hear it. Oh, shout out to the best. No, it's a, what is this concept in my life? How do I apply it
in my life? The main thing is to turn, to turn softwa into bring it down into Bina. Bina is understanding
it. Huffma is the concept of it. You hear a concept. Now you have to internalize it into Bina,
right? What is Bina? Bina is internalizing it, and then it becomes that. Once it becomes that,
Huffma, Bina, that, then it becomes acquired wisdom. Then Mercy comes to you. We know that any single
time somebody downloads something and he downloads a concept and he, he downloads discipline. Now he
merits dot, dot. What does that give you? Mercy. Dot is the applied knowledge. So Huffma is the
concepts. You understand something? Bina is internalizing it. Dot is now it's now it's you. That's
your dot, your consciousness. So you could see the three step process. Bina, we know Bina represents
the heart. Bina represents bringing it out. Huffma is just ideas. It's just ideas. So it's internalizing
a lot of this work of his bodhidud. It's Bina. It's Bina. You're bringing it down. You're internalizing
it. You're, you're, you're dissecting it, et cetera. So that's what he's telling you here. He's
telling you here that it is the greatest where you're going to get closer to God. And it's greater
than absolutely everything. It's greater. And he says one of the things if you can turn the
the torrented prayer, if you turn the torrented prayer, that is even the highest of pious. For example,
for the world of studying and learning, Jewish law, please help me internalize Jewish law.
Please help me internalize bitha haun. Help me hand internalize. So now you're actually turning
torrented prayer. And just like upper body and lower body, when you work out, they need each other.
Same thing, Torah and prayer, knowledge and prayer need each other. We pray, right, to get
stronger at internalizing things, right? And then we need knowledge. We always need to change our
prayers because the prayer always has to change. Sometimes your prayer could be changing. I need to
be more compassionate. Sometimes I need to be have more discipline discipline in my life.
Sometimes I need to be more kind. Sometimes I need to be a better connector. But there's always a
situation where both of them work with each other, work with each other. So they actually work
with each other, just like working out and recovery work with each other. It's the same thing.
Torrent prayer, they can't, you can't just pray all day long. And what are you going to pray for?
You don't even know what to pray for. And you can't just learn all day long because then you're
just it's all internalized. It doesn't become impotential. So you need to understand that both
of these must, you listen to a class. Now you got to download the class. Now you got to internalize
the class. Now you got to bring it into your heart, right? Like we were learning Arabic
hats yesterday, we just think love. No, love is a result of trust. When you trust somebody,
then you can surrender. Then you could create space for love, right? Just saying, I love, love,
love. What does that mean? It's standing, it's too out there. It's everything's too out there.
We have to bring it down. That's the goal. And that's what people are, I think when people are
getting frustrated, it is lack of that bringing things down. So a lot of the why the time,
Rabbi Ruf will tell you, you have this issue. I mean, he was in my house many times and people came
to have this issue. Talk about this issue for 30 minutes today. Talk about this ministry 30. It's the same recipe. It was never anything else but do
his buludu for that issue, do his buludu for money issue, do his buludu for that. Why is it the same
recipe? It's because it's not about, it's not about the problem is to build desire. If you understand
that, because of a person who's sitting there and 30 minutes they built, say thank you to God,
and 30 minutes of that pray for the same thing, he's building a desire, he's building the appetite.
So then when he gets it, there's a massive appreciation in both areas. God is happy to give because
this guy appreciates the blessing and that person is going to praise God. You know, this has
such a beautiful relationship. God wins and you win. But what happens if you get, if you get,
if you go through a challenge and God builds you out and you don't change through that challenge,
then you don't acknowledge God and you don't appreciate getting out of it. So once you understand
that, there has to be both, everybody has to win. This is why I always say, Aniva Hoshiyana,
I and we save us both. Save us both. Let you become the giver and let me become the receiver.
Let us both win. Let there be a polarity. That polarity concept is a, is a game changer for my,
you know, you have to think like, you have to think win, win in life. It's not just me winning and
the creator not winning. Everybody has to win. The creator has to win and I have to win. So when you,
let's say you're struggling with your single, you're trying to find somebody, if you just get
somebody on an app and you don't appreciate the creator, it's a good chance to fix a couple of things,
a couple of issues that you don't like. You're in a relationship over why you didn't build enough
desire for that prayer. But if you really worked on it and you got the right person, it's a less likely
you're going to quit because you, you develop desire. So when we are invested into it into something
emotional, spiritually, we end up not quitting so much. But when we have a very low interest, you
know, it's very similar. Why, you know, people go to Vegas, they go to the, they go by expensive
things right after they win because the winning was, you didn't, you didn't really earn it. You won,
you got lucky, go buy something for yourself. It's not, and usually in, out, in, out, there's no
vessel there. So set again, the same thing. So it's very important to understand that because if
you're just doing this, well, I've tried to pray to God, you're just thinking about yourself. You
got to think about the God's desire to give you the most satisfaction and he, and he's not giving
us control issues and he's not giving us resentment issues for a reason. He's giving us so we can,
we have the ability to break them. But the, the, you have to understand, if I have a resentment issue,
and if I get rid of my resentment issues, what openings can come to my life are incredible. I
could have so much chef up because so much things are blocked them is that if I have a control
issue in my life and I can't, and once I get rid of control and trust trusting God, your life is
going to write up the change. You know, if you have a lack of discipline issue and you have no
emotional intelligence, your relationships are going to take a hit. But once you fix that, you're
going to get so much beautiful relate. So there's so much light comes after the restriction,
comes after breaking the vessel, but after breaking the resistance. It's not like we, okay,
you broke it and here's another, no, that's what's holding you back from receiving. That's what
you need to understand. You get to get excited about what's going to come after the obstacle and
instead of saying, what is this obstacle to running my life? Get excited about what's going to come
after it, not the upset that you're going through it. Very important to understand that. And again,
the eight to horror wants to tell you nothing's worth. You tried this, you tried that, you tried that.
Nothing's going to work. So these are just some things as I, in my own prayers and in my home,
because both of those, you have to start changing the strategy because when you start losing energy,
it's because you're not looking at it the right way. You're bothered by the obstacle. You're bothered
by that person, but imagine, you know, Ramanathan says, a person is dealing with a difficult person.
He shows him mercy. He'll have income. He'll have, he'll have, he'll have since video raised. He'll
have health. He'll have everything. I'll have a 13 attribute to mercy. You know what that is for
a 13 attribute to mercy. You imagine getting 13 attributes of mercy from heaven and this individual's
coming to a rouse 13 attribute to mercy. So you're going to focus on the individual or you're going to
focus on the 13 attributes of mercy. Just think about how much mercy you need in your life or you want
to focus on the individual poking at you. So that's what it's about to do. It allows you. It zooms out.
You're not in the situation. You zoom out. You're like, you know what? This is a deal. What do I want to
focus on? The only focus on this or the one to focus on this? We're only zoomed into things that
bother us because of our massive ego. A desire to be right. A desire to receive. A desire for color.
But once you zoom out of it, you're like, whoa, this is a whole different ballgame. What am I giving
energy away to this person? What am I doing this to this person? How can I live a life of not trusting
it? What kind of concept is this? But in order to zoom out, you need to zoom out. You need to take
a time in your life to zoom out. So the place you should do it is you have to, I do it first thing
in the morning. You have, it's got to be, it's got to be consistency because remember consistency is
how you build desire. I already know the place I'm going to do it. I know the time I'm going to do
it. There's very little, very little options that I have. I know the coffee I'm drinking. I know
that it's already so on the money that it's very hard for me to get. I know the playlist is already
there. You have to be careful not to get into decision fatigue. You know, some people that it's
nine o'clock in the morning, they should be at work at eight and they don't know what to wear. You got
me? You can't get, you can't do that because this is the itself. You have to already pre-commit. If
you look at most CEOs, they're wearing the same thing. They don't, they don't, they can't,
ten hundred black shirts. You ready? They'll, they can't spend time. What am I going to wear? Because
that could take a lot of mental energy. So you have to remember because the all beginnings are hard,
you have to pretty much pre-commit. You have to understand that, you know, the time when you're
going to do it, you can't wake up and say, "Where am I going to do this? What time am I going to do it?"
That's what you lost to it. You lost. You lost. I'm just telling you, you have to already prepare
mentally. Where am I going to do it? What time am I going to do it? Where can I guarantee a
commitment to it? Where can I guarantee that I'm going to guarantee that hour? Well,
my kids are at seven. I have to wake up at six thirty, that six thirty to seven.
because you have to get to a point
where it's non-negotiable the time.
'Cause if you can't get the time,
the rest is history.
You understand?
So you have to think of a time
where it's non-negotiable, you have to do it
and it might cost you 30 minutes of sleep.
We need to also remember.
Sleep doesn't take away energies.
Okay, when you pray,
you're actually gonna get more energized afterwards.
So we think how can I wake up early?
Would it be more tired?
No, opposite.
You actually will become more energized
because you're finally releasing.
Anytime there's a release, there's more energy.
Anytime there's a lack of release,
that's what you're holding.
So it's very, very important.
Whatever time, it has to be a time,
it has to be a location,
before I even buy a house or build a house,
where am I doing this, what am I doing?
Where am I doing it?
Is the view right?
I'm thinking his about to let them build a house.
That's always my, where am I gonna do it?
I can't, it's too noisy.
I can't live here, I can't live there.
It's always my, it's my end in my,
I'm thinking about that before the house.
Do I have enough space?
Is there, is it gonna be quiet?
Is it, can I get into flow there?
Right away.
Do I have a room to complicate?
Do I have a mannequin where I can completely check out?
Not, oh, I guess it's not,
I can't do it, it's about to literally, too noisy.
Now that's not being focused.
Focus means this is the essence.
I need a time where I'm gonna check out,
where I'm gonna check out so I can check in.
So if you just think, just look at the obsession
of how important this is.
You understand?
How important this is?
The time is because, listen, I do five, six classes a week.
I run a mental health facility, okay?
You can't imagine the focus you need.
And the only way I'm able to do this is because
everything that's handled in the morning is what it took.
The good, the bad, and the ugly,
whatever I can, whatever I can focus on.
I talk about it and then I let it go.
I can't worry about it.
I talked about it, I prayed about it.
I said, the timing and the form is not up to you.
You figure it out.
I can cast, there's a constant in prayer that says,
cast your burden on to God.
Cast your burden.
Here's my burden, God.
Here you go.
I don't know, I prayed for it.
You take care of it.
You have to take care of the rest.
What do I do?
I'm gonna play God?
I don't know, I can't deal with this situation.
Pray, let it go.
Cast it to him.
He wants you to depend on him.
He wants his contemplative.
So it's very, very important that location you get it,
the location and the time and those two things.
You get it at a time.
And this is why I say to say a person who prays
in the same place and the set of God will get answered.
It's very important we sit around
the way we're supposed to sit.
You can't play musical chairs in a set of God.
Because by the time it takes you,
when you're in a certain airspace,
it's very easy for you to connect
because what thoughts or vibrations.
So when I know where I pray,
I know already that balcony has a higher energetic
'cause I already pour 100 hours of prayer in there.
So I already that place is very easy for me to connect.
It's the airspace.
So why you want to play in the same place
is because you're gonna build a certain airspace there.
Versus if you go to other places,
you're gonna pick up on other people's energies.
You know, I tried doing his bodhidu to New York.
You know, it's like picking up Wall Street Journal,
liberal, it was like, where the hell am I?
Where the hell am I?
It was so hard for me to connect
because there was so much other people's energies,
even in synagogues, all these energies
from all the people thinking, this guy's worried,
this guy's like, where the hell am I?
Where the hell am I?
Well, give me back to my place.
It's because I'm absorbed other energy.
So we do, yes.
And why is what I'm not gonna say?
You have to play with nobody's walking around
in the secluded place because there's an energetic effect
when you deal with people, when you deal with situations,
you're picking up energies.
And those energies can affect your airspace.
So this is why he says, pick the same spot,
pick the same place.
So it becomes your energy, not other people's energy.
Okay? That's very important.
So the time, the time in the place,
and again, start where, start,
don't be at, don't, anytime, remember anytime
you're passionate about something,
there's always a danger of a burnout, okay?
So we always need to create a simsum.
What simsum means a contraction of the light.
If I sit there and say, I'm gonna do two hours tomorrow
and think I'm gonna do two hours for the whole way, I'm done.
No shot.
So start small, build the vessel small,
because remember this built talkin' to Hashem,
you're gonna do a lot of tweaking.
There's gonna be a lot of tweaking.
This is gonna be a lot of tweaking.
So start small, but try to be consistent.
That's the most important part.
Be consistent.
You know, okay, I can commit to 20 minutes a day.
I can commit to 30 minutes a day, right?
It's very important that you just on to two, three minutes a day
because sometimes it'll take 10 minutes
just to get it to flow.
Sometimes it takes 10 minutes just to get it to flow.
Sometimes it takes 15 minutes to get it to flow, right?
Just like you work out, it takes sometimes 15 minutes
to get it pumped.
You don't get the pumps as you walk in.
So you have to understand that we want to flow.
Once you get into the zone, that's where God takes over you.
And you just listen.
You listen to what you're speaking about.
That's the magic.
That's the magic we wanna get to.
But we can't say, when am I gonna get into flow?
You have to just let it happen.
So this is not something you have to be.
You can't be very impatient.
You know, sometimes it'll take you sitting
at 10 minutes, you're not saying nothing.
All of a sudden you'll get a burst of energy of prayer.
I personally use music.
Why do I use music?
Because music is a pain killer.
Music makes you focus.
Music in life.
It's a spirit that changes the rule off.
So I like to use music like Zusha, that style.
Something uplifting, something with high energy,
but I got each to their own.
Sometimes I need to know me no words.
Just quiet, focus music, right?
Sometimes I need an ADD playlist.
Okay?
It's based on where I'm headed in life.
You get where I am in life.
Sometimes I need no music.
I'm just cracking out, screaming, and begging for help.
So every, Ramadan says, every situation changes in your life.
You have to connect it to him through the,
through the point in your life at that moment, right?
There's times to be brokenhearted.
There's times to everything.
But the main thing is it has to be the more you are consistent
about it, the more you need to have a set time
that you have the best result.
When you don't have that, I can't tell you
you're not going to get the results.
Because in order to get just to the delight of battle,
you have to build enough of an appetite to receive it.
It doesn't, remember, prophecy does not come
to people who are unconcentrate.
Prophecy comes to people who are happy.
Prophecy comes to people who are in good states.
The state you're in will determine the prophecy you get.
Prophecy, this is why joy is the highest form of prophecy.
Very important.
So that's the first, I do it practically.
I do it first thing in the morning.
I do my Tikkunatsu.
They do the Tikkunu Club.
I'll read things before it is what it is.
So I'll start reading to Helen before.
I'll read Tikkunatsu.
I'll read some, maybe some prayers.
I'll warm up or learn Torah.
I'll warm up.
I need warmth.
So I can't just do it right away.
I need warmth, so I need, I need to warm up.
I would need sometimes, I have coffee.
Sometimes I'll, you know, I'm not, I'm not in a,
pardon me, sorry, I'm going to go apologize anymore.
But I'll warm up.
I'll warm up to warm up the motion.
'Cause remember, you can't go there cold.
You need warmth.
So sometimes maybe you can read something to inspire you.
Then I get into it.
So maybe to 10 minutes before of learning something,
I'm listening to a podcast, and then you go do it.
Sometimes for us, we might need to write it out.
Okay, what do I want to talk about today?
And write it down.
Whatever it is, your own strategy to do.
In the beginning, if you can't talk about nothing,
your prayers should be greater than the world.
I'm here, but I can't even have nothing to say.
I have nothing, I am so blocked.
I have nothing to say.
That is your idea about to do it.
I'm so blocked, I have so much ADD.
I don't know where I'm going.
It doesn't matter.
As long as you're coming to him with that situation.
Okay, so that's the first point.
So where I start practically is I start with gratitude
in the beginning.
I start with the gratitude.
Why a very simple gratitude just acknowledges the maker.
Everything that happened to me yesterday,
everything that I'm happy that I'm going through,
appreciating all the opportunities.
Every single time I do this, I do it.
I always ask for an invitation tomorrow.
Can I please have an invitation tomorrow to pray again?
And when I use last invitation,
I get out.
If I don't ask for an invitation,
I'll have a hard time doing it.
So that was another trick that I'd like.
Always ask for an invitation.
Can I please come do it tomorrow?
Can I please wake me up at the right time tomorrow?
You get it.
Remember, you can ask for everything
and receive everything as long as that wins and you win.
You appreciate and you acknowledge him.
That's the goal.
It's when you're doing things
that there's no appreciation, there's no knowledge.
That's where things go back.
Okay?
- So the first part of my is what they do
is nothing more but gratitude.
Massive gratitude, gratitude, gratitude, gratitude,
across the board.
Then I start, then after that,
I will go into a concept called
Mishboth, accounting, accounting.
Accounting is very important.
Accounting is our form of true life.
If you listen to the four steps, the 12 steps,
the fourth step is taking inventory, right?
Why do we take inventory?
Why is this all important accounting?
It's because when you make judgment below,
there is no judgment on high, right?
If somebody says, you know what?
Imagine somebody calling the guy a terrible husband
and the guy's holding a gardener piece.
What do you want from the guy?
He's holding the gardener piece,
where he's not holding a newspaper.
He's working on himself.
The prosecuting angels in heaven
are always trying to see justice.
This guy should be punished.
[BLANK_AUDIO]
reputters. That got you everybody. They're always trying to turn judgment, the mistakes we do,
and prosecute. That's the upper worlds. But if you take action below and I'm on parole right now,
I'm in parole. I'm in construction. I'm working on myself. They cancel judgment. So to
shoot the canceled judgment, the minute you address something, I say, you know, I have no trust
in you, I have massive anxiety. I lack trust right away. They don't give you more test of anxiety.
They stop the test so you can work on it. It's such an important concept. They lower the prosecution
stops. He's working on it. Stop. Leave the court. Slow down the case. It's when we don't pay
attention to the case. And we know that it's not a big deal to have anxiety. It's okay. Okay, really?
In the upper worlds, the way you can get the upper worlds to stop the case is by saying, I'm working on it.
There's not the slow down the case. We're trying to make a plea. It's very simple. It's like a courtroom.
We'll have to look at courtroom. Like a courtroom below is like a courtroom above. That's why there's
you. Wouldn't you just just as below. There's just so. So the second part of my responsibility is a lot
of a lot of accounting. I could have done this better. I could have been careful with my eyes.
I could do this. I could do that. I could do that. Very important. It's called mishpots. It's called
V-Due. Because the minute you say I'm embarrassed for something, you get cleansed right away. You get a
massive cleansing. Right? So first gratitude. Second accounting. Right? It's very simple. Every
business does support floor quarter reports. Right? You know, Amazon they lost an earnings. That's it.
They couldn't they couldn't done accounting better. They would maybe save the quarter. But it's when
we don't do daily accounting, we have big big problems. So daily account, I could have spoken to my
husband better. I could have spoken to my wife better. I could have spoken to that person. I could
have judged that person favorably today. I was too judgmental to that person. You're going to
get the most awareness because you're sitting there and saying, I want to take accountability for
the areas that I'm not responsible where I'm responsible for the situation. And absolutely nobody's
perfect. Nobody's perfect. So the more accounting you do, the more you're physically and actually physically
releasing sin. What do you think confuses a person sin? But the more you go into embarrassment,
embarrassment, cleanses of all sin. So the second step is definitely, again, this is both the
dudes is not a lifeline. It's not a lifeline. God help me. Save me. You know, it's a daily
communication. It's a daily conversation. It's a daily conversation to check in, etc.
The third step, the third step that I go into is then I'll start building desire,
start praying for things that I need. Pray for things that are good for me, areas in my life that
are that I need more desire in. Those are the things that I'll go into more of general. Pray for
other people. Pray for that. But it's usually a step of gratitude, accounting and prayer and
request. The benefits of this, obviously, is number one. Obviously is you could start any time
that a person is is liberating his speech because everything has to go through thought, speech,
and action. That means in life, if you don't get it out of speech, you'll never go into action.
Right? We have to get it from thought and to speech. The problem when you're thinking too much,
we're thinking all the thinking does is great cortisol. Nothing else. You have to convert the
thinking into speaking. Thinking is what got the juice stuck in my triumph was they had no voice.
They had no voice. They couldn't speak. The speech was in the in the or if how or if a or if means
paral. Paral is a stubborn ego that doesn't allow the speech to come out, right? Paral did not
want to free them. What how do you free it is when you're going to pass off. So as you start speaking,
is the start of developing your mouth. When you don't speak about it, you're stuck in Egypt,
you're conscious as a stuck, right? Because when the doubt is in exile, the speech is in exile.
So as I could start, you speak to a trauma victim. You can't speak. He can't defend himself.
There's no voice, right? You're dealing with a toxic person in your life. You start losing your voice,
you start losing your muscles. You don't even know, you don't even know how to respond. Right? That is
because it's stuck in the system. We need to let it out. We need to speak it out. And remember,
the more you are dependent upon other people is means the like the the creator is not inside of you.
That's the deficiency. If I have the light of my creator inside of me, I don't need to depend on
any people. The more I don't have that light of my creator, which I lose the self-esteem,
I lose confidence, then that's how much I have to double up to validate other people to like me.
You ever seen this problem? The solution is to like yourself and improve yourself where you don't
need anybody. We don't need anybody. I improve myself. I'm happy. I'm happy. I love myself.
I don't need anybody. My love is not dependent on the people, but the more you don't work on this,
the more you're you're you're almost coming as in with needy energy to the world.
Begging for others to approve you would because you're not approving yourself. But when you approve
yourself and you work on yourself and you're happy with the good, the bad and the ugly in your life,
you have nothing to explain and nothing and that's when you become magnetic. That's when you become
magnetic when you don't become needy. When you become needy is because you're not approving yourself
and you need the other the world to approve you. So this is such an important. A confident person
is always going to win because the insecure person is going to lose and the insecurity is because
they're stressed about how other people view them because they're not spending time on.
So it's like always it's like the paradox is I don't want to be alone. I feel lonely. Sometimes
you need to be alone to stop feeling lonely. If you don't spend time with yourself, you'll always
feel lonely because I could be alone. Amavino was alone. He's hard-patured. Most of it was
I didn't have a passing. You didn't have 10 people with it. Everybody was alone to not feel alone. So
the sigula for loneliness is to be alone is to get to a point where you know yourself. You accept
yourself whatever it is where you don't then you don't have to be lonely. Then you're ready. But
when you're when I'm lonely and I'm looking for, you know, ten cents under dollar relationships,
twenty cents until the dollar relationships, right? I'll settle for anything just not to feel that lonely.
Doing is putting a bandage on a bullet wound. That's not the time. That's the time where you need to
feel your own cup. Then you can go to the world and see where you can come to as a giver. We don't
want to come to the world as a taker because what happens when the giving stops from the other person,
then you're done. Your whole your whole basis was on then. Then you're finished. It's a terrible
way to put yourself in the situation. Feel your own cup first. So in his part, they do it a lot of
this counting accepted letting go forgiveness proving yourself will put you in that energy
where that's it. I don't I did my inner work. I don't have I don't need you to approve me. So
that's that's very important to understand that because a lot of this loneliness world is because
there's a lack of people spending time with themselves. Healing your own traumas, healing your own
understand why am I so dependent on that person and you'll get the insights in his brother dude.
So obviously builds connection to Hashem. Second, once you start speaking out, that's the sign of
confidence. You know, there's nothing worse than I go to these singles events and I see the guys
not talking to the girls, not even saying hello, not even saying hello, not even hello,
they can't even they can't even speak. This is a problem. I can't even speak. What are my favorite
rejection? And they're like, where are the guys comments to speak? It's so frustrating. It's like
that you saw it in the Mahoot or not connected. You saw it represents a masculine energy for a man,
right? You saw it means you're confident. If you have control over your sexual energy,
you can you're the most confident person. But when you lose your you saw it, you con your
masculine energy and you use it in the wrong way, you start losing the connection to the Mahoot,
to the woman. So what happens? You can't go up to people. You're the best. See the problem. So
if I have a your soul issue, if I have a masculine energy issue, I need to talk to Hashem about it.
That should be my topic. Hashem, I'm struggling with the you saw it. I'm struggling with you'll know
from the problem what you need to talk about. That's the whole purpose of a problem. If I'm struggling
with confidence is because I'm struggling with self control and self-confidence. I'm struggling
with you saw it. I can't go up to the Mahoot. The Mahoot is a transfer of shafa. The woman is the
Mahoot. I have to bring that energy to her. I have to bring that masculine energy. Otherwise,
that's a description. So that person should go and pray for that. So it's going to help you. It's
going to help you get that aware. It's also going to help you. You know, even great studies are
showing that when a person writes down five things they're grateful for every single day,
the gratitude study. They're 25% happier, healthier, and more successful in every area of their
lives. So think about that. So imagine you write it down or you express five things every single day
you're grateful for. What that does for you energetically, right? It does 25%. Imagine that it
totally right now can change your life 25%. Imagine if I could take you right and tell you take your
portfolio right now and tomorrow it's up 25%. What would you do? Tell me what it did. You have 25%
across the board. Healthy, wise, etc. Gratitude. Five things it's great for every single day.
Studies are showing 25% happier across the board. Because what happens is gratitude is again,
we have gratitude. We appreciate and we acknowledge the giver. So that's why gratitude
so important, right away it's so grateful, you know, you're grateful for, and again,
according to how grateful you are for Shabbat, is the experience you have on Shabbat.
If I'm not grateful for Shabbat, I will have a very dull experience. I might
direct experience with anything is based on the level of gratitude towards it.
Period. The reason why people are not connected in some things is because they're not
grateful for the energetic Mitsuha or that thing. If they were, they would be in love with it.
They're not getting the neffish rakamishama light. They're not getting the light of that thing
in that situation. That's why. That's very simple. That's why we lose things. And this is why
every single holiday comes to be grateful. The concept of Hanukkah, re-dedication, concept of
poor re-dedication. So that's why I gratitude so important. The second step as far as the
calming and express, I have issues in my life. Very simple. I'm talking about this at five o'clock
in the morning. I table it. I have an issue at five o'clock. I'm dealing with this. No, no, no,
this is not taking the whole day for me. See you later. I'll deal with it seven eight eight. So
it allows you also instead of rummaging the whole day like a cow thinking of the worst-case scenarios
and getting slaughtered at nine o'clock, like you don't want to walk around the cow. What does the
cow do? It takes the same cut thought. It throws it up and it rummages again. It takes the same
thought over and over and over again. So when I am into these states, right away, see you later.
I'm booking a booking appointment. This is a hit. Both they do this show in tomorrow morning.
This is not an issue because a lot of times things in life, it's the timing and the way we deal with it.
So you don't want to deal with it. When it's raining, we don't go fix roofs.
We say tomorrow morning, it's going to be sunny. Then we'll fix the roof. You can fix a problem in
a constricted state. That's eight one one on one. If you're in a constricted state, it's the wrong advice automatically.
The only go to an expanded state to see that situation. If you're fighting with somebody,
it's better not to fight and to say you know what? Let's talk about it tomorrow morning at dinner
at a different state. Right away, nothing will happen out of it. Zero.
So it's also why I like about it, but it's okay tomorrow morning, I'll deal with this issue.
Just not going to ruin my whole day. It's not going to deal with it. I have to worry about it.
I schedule it. I know it's scheduled. It's on the schedule. There's a conflict of scheduling something.
Here, this is what we'll talk about tomorrow. You stop worrying about it. It allows you also,
and it allows you also to develop a better relationship with yourself.
One of the highest ways of understanding your growing in life is when you're embarrassed.
Embarrassment means I'm growing. What does embarrassment mean?
Barishment means I found the new way of looking at that angle.
That before I was bothered, now I realize this is actually what's the gift for me.
The deal had to break through, so I would meet the contractor in that new contractors where I'm building
a house. I'm embarrassed. I was complaining that the deal went through because if a deal didn't break
through, I wouldn't have met the contractor who I'm building the house. Let's say 20% cheaper.
Do you understand? So you have to now go back to that same situation where you are upset.
Oh my god, I'm so embarrassed. I'm embarrassed. A friend of mine, we lost tons of money together,
and he ended up with a bunch of scrap. And we were so upset screaming, "Yo,
I can't believe this is happening." He ends up becoming in the scrap business.
So now he's got to be embarrassed of cursing God for making him lose all his money.
I remember his line, "Look at all lost all his money and all he got was a bunch of scrap."
Yeah, you're in the scrap business. Now you're in the scrap business.
You know embarrassed he was? You know embarrassed he is now when he says that?
So a sign that, "Oh my god, that breakup. I have to go through that breakup. I'm embarrassed.
I can't believe I was so upset about that breakup. And that breakup led me to my inner child
to meet the person I am today with." So a sign that you're growing is when you're embarrassed.
Embarrassment means my sins are cleansed. If you're not embarrassed and you're just repeating
the same thing that has bothered you to over and over again, and you're not getting new insights,
we have a problem. We're not going deeper. We're not we're not detaching. We're too involved
in fixing and not understanding what you are from me here. That's a problem. If I'm frustrated by
too much attacking it and not pulling back and say, "What?" And remember, the purpose of this
is both to do it. Talking to God is to speak and then zoom out. Speak and zoom out.
See the situation completely different. It's not speak and zoom in. Okay, what is the answer?
What is the parent? What is the tracking number? No. Speak. Zoom out. Be quiet. Silence, remember.
There's a concept of Kabbalah. It's called silence comes before wisdom.
Speak. Listen. I used to be the worst. So impatient is by the day. The first six months.
What's going on? I'm talking. The reference is I'm talking. How come that thing's changing?
Things are getting worse. I used to be the I'm telling you. I'm laughing at the times I originally
did it. It was expectation driven, scoreboard watching. What the hell's going on? Nothing's changing.
And then I realized, okay, you're lucky. You don't know what you're doing. Okay. As from those days,
the first six months, and that's the point I said, God, this is not working. Just I'm surrounded.
And then I understood I was I was forcing it. I was not I didn't understand the purpose of it.
I didn't do it to connect. I just did it to get. All I wanted to do was change the scoreboard.
I couldn't care less about connecting to God. I was interested to get me out of this problem.
And I realized I'm so embarrassed where I used to speak. I was I spoke like a like a like a dog.
Give me give me give me half half half half. Yeah, you're doing it for yourself like a dog.
You don't sound like a dog barking. So I want you to understand that sometimes it's not working.
Not because it's not working. It's because you sound like a dog. I'm sorry to say to you. Nothing
against dogs, but make it. You sound like a dog. Have have have. Give me this. Give me this. Change
this. Change up. And then even when you get it, you're not dogs are not satisfied. They're not
never satisfied. Dogs never satisfied. More food. More food. How about the gratitude? How about the
days? How about the other picture? So I'm telling you the first six months, I think I sound like
a dog. So I don't want you to sound like a dog and bark all day long and complain that nothing's
working. Zoom in talk and then you have to listen. It's about the connection. It's about the desire.
It's about the release. It's about the dependency. It's a relationship. That's it. That's it.
It's the relationship. It's very simple. And the more deeper you go, the deeper the answer you get.
But when you are doing this, you start realizing, oh my god, I'm embarrassed. What happens in
your embarrassed? You get to a new level of love with the creator. That gives you to a higher level
of love. And this is why love covers up all sins. Because now that same situation that I'm embarrassed
and I'm now I'm embarrassed. But I got to such a greater love that he did in this mysterious way
that that covers up all sins. I no longer have guilt and no love of him. I'm in a higher level.
So sometimes don't think that we have to go through these things where it
looks at completely what the hell's going on in my life. It's not going in the way I'm going.
Who says your ways anyway? What do you know better than heaven? When's the last time you became a god?
Honestly, what do we know anything? So some of the things also, other things that I say,
sometimes I say, Ma, I go into the night, I lost order. Ma, what do I know, Hashem? What do I
know? I know nothing. Sometimes I'll say put words in my mouth. Give me words on how to defeat you.
Let's focus on we have a problem. These are these are things
as I got, I keep on tweaking. I keep on tweaking my prayers where it becomes more of a win-win
for God and Me. It's not just before I used to say, "Well, I just need to win." Now it becomes,
now it's very, we center, very Libra energy. We need to win God. We, not before His air is energy.
I need to win. I need to do this. I need to do this. Are you speaking like with the,
I, I, I, or are you speaking like putting the Creator in the construction?
Understand that the construction is an expansion of the vessel. But sometimes I'll start with the
prayer and the next thing, you know, I'm just taking over. I'm taking over and then the downloads for
the classes usually come at that time. And whatever I'm going to talk about that morning,
we'll come from that download of His Bo de Dut, like fresh bread. And then people always tell me,
how, how did you know I had to go through that situation? How did that? Why didn't, very simple,
because God put me, God gave me those words to speak to you. So that's what we want to be. We want
to don't, we don't want to receive to get, we want to just get be, be like His mouth. We want to
be His recipients. We want to be His recipient. We don't want to force anything. We want that,
we need to understand that some things, if, if you're praying for something and it's not changing,
you should say, wow, I'm excited that this, I'm not being answered. This is what the Bustalum says.
Sometimes not being answered is better than being answered. Why would you say that? It's because
that you, you're going to get a category one salvation. God wants to give you a category five
salvation. If He just gives you a category one salvation, it'll be a very minor salvation.
Sometimes you're being held with help from it because the salvation is that much greater,
and the light is that much greater. So sometimes you, I'd say, wow, thank you for not
answer because that means the vessel is so much more than I can imagine. So these are just some of
the tools that I could tell you. It will fix your relationships, it'll fix you everything.
It's going to help you zoom out so you could see the world differently. You see the world differently
versus zooming in and forcing, which is most of us are, we all start that. We zoom in, we force and
we say it's not working, right? We zoom in, we force and we say it's not working. I had to learn
the hard way. Speak, zoom out, listen. There's a different way it could be handled. There's something else
behind this. It's not like forcing it anymore. I used to be a massive pushing enforcer. So I want you
to understand these concepts. Stop forcing, stop, zoom out, always zoom out. And then I started listening
more in the prayer. And then I got the insights where I needed to get, we could go for hours in this
thing. But I just gave you a different strategy. You could speak. But if you don't have a set time for
this, this is deep work. This is not shout. This is deep, deep work and it's higher than anything.
And you have to make a time for it. And I'm telling you, there will be your place where you can get
it to a zone and always renew. Whenever after it is about to, I'm a new person. I'm a new person.
And yesterday is no longer effectively. I'm not my personality doesn't become my personal reality
because I changed my personality based on my bread. You need to do this. I do it in the morning.
Anything before the sun that comes out is always much favorable. Because the minute the sun comes out,
that's where judgment comes to the world. Again, everybody's got their own thing.
Reverend Ashland used to tell people to speak in the forest. Sometimes I do go speak in the forest,
right in the field because the field gives you energy. The grass gives you energy. The field
gives you energy in the summertime. It's good to speak. Those types. But the most importantly,
is pick a spot and be consistent. And it has to be known noise, no obstacle. You have to
ready pre-committed. And this is how you're going to get the results. When I go into the gym, I know
exactly what I'm working on, know exactly what I'm doing, and know exactly the amount of sets.
If I hire a trainer, I'm not going to look at tourists eating an 80s with a smoothie bar and a
and a twix and say, "Hey, what's going on, everybody?" This is not, I'm not showing up like a tourist.
Do you know what I mean? I know exactly what I'm doing, I know exactly what I need to do,
and what I need to achieve that day. I always begin with the end in mind. I don't show up with,
what am I doing? You start a meeting. What's the end of this meeting? What do I want out of this
meeting? If you just start a meeting with no end in mind, you can be plentiful for days.
As I'm talking to a German, I'll deal on. You know, always begin with the end in mind.
Always begin with the end in mind. The end in mind, clear the world. I want to begin this meeting
with you. I wanted to appreciate, I want to take my accountability. I need different insights.
I've had a look at this completely different. I'm too stressed. That means I'm not showing
that I'm blessed. I'm holding on to the results. I'm holding on to the form too much. What does
stress mean? I'm holding on to the form, the timing, and the results too much. I'm holding on.
That's stress when you're holding on to it. Who says that's the way it should be?
Right? When we're stressed, it's because we're holding on too much. Just the hands. Let it go.
Let it go. There's got to be a different way. Be open to that. Have a great day.
Podcast Summary
Key Points:
Bodhudut (prayer) is rooted in desire, and desire builds the strength to overcome obstacles.
Obstacles are not meant to break you, but to challenge and transform you by building resistance.
Time spent in prayer—like 30 minutes daily—is essential to develop desire, as desire grows with time and effort.
Many perceived limits are mental, not real; shifting mindset reveals that challenges are created by our internal stories.
The purpose of prayer is not to solve problems but to build desire, leading to greater appreciation and spiritual growth.
Consistency in prayer is more powerful than intensity; regularity builds a stronger connection with the Creator.
Prayer should be in one’s natural language and include gratitude, self-accountability, and requests for growth.
True spiritual progress comes from internalizing teachings (Bina), applying them (Huffma), and transforming them into lived experience (Dot).
