Managing Menopause Hypnosis

This hypnosis session, led by Adam Cox, is designed for individuals in the early stages of menopause who experience disrupted sleep and reduced resourcefulness due to symptoms like hot flushes and night sweats. The goal is to foster a harmonious relationship between the body, mind, and emotions, helping the client adapt to hormonal changes and find optimal balance. The session begins with relaxation techniques, including deep breathing and visualization of a crystal that transports the client to a private, peaceful beach. There, they imagine sinking into a comfortable chair, releasing tension from head to toe using the metaphor of ice crystals melting in the sun. The hypnosis then targets stress and anxiety, comparing the neck and shoulders to a “bank account of stress” and the gut to a “bank account of anxiety,” encouraging release. It uses the analogy of learning to drive to suggest that the body can intuitively find its hormonal “biting point” over time. The session progresses by having the client imagine falling asleep on the beach, then observing clouds spelling words like “relax” and “calm,” followed by a countdown to deepen trance. Finally, the client visualizes unlocking a door to their subconscious, reinforcing their innate ability to sleep well and manage thoughts effectively, promoting lasting harmony and resourcefulness.

Welcome to the Hypnotist, the show that gives you inside access to cutting-edge hypnosis with real clients facing genuine issues. Brought to you by the hypnotherapist demanded by celebrities, CEOs and even royalty, Adam Cox. These recordings took place live from Adam's clinic in London's world-famous Harley Street. This podcast features powerful hypnosis, so do not listen while driving or operating machinery. This recording is not suitable for those with epilepsy or severe mental health issues. So, get yourself comfortable and enjoy today's episode of The Hypnotist. Hi, it's Adam here. And in the session that you're about to hear, I was working with a lady who was at the beginning stages of the menopause. And as a result of that, it was really affecting the quality of her sleep. It was affecting her ability to feel resourceful and able to do the kind of things that she could do before. Quite often there would be hot flushes, night sweats, things like that, which just were uncomfortable for her. So the purpose of the session that you're about to hear now, although it's going to be more useful for someone going through maybe the early stages of menopause, the language enables people to feel more resourceful in and of themselves. It's really promoting this kind of harmonious relationship between all different parts of the body, mind and emotions and really about accessing the optimal balance and connection. Because obviously during the process of menopause, there is a transition from certain hormonal balances and this tends to have a knock on effect in completely unrelated areas of the life. So this session really is about promoting the unconscious ability to find more harmony inside. The lady also said that because it was affecting her sleep so much, you'll notice a few suggestions here about having that kind of quality sleep that the body will do what it needs to do. And also using some of the principles that you might notice in hypnoburthing. So the language is used to notice a change rather than talk about pain or anything about discomfort. It's more about the transition is taking place. So ideal for anyone going through the menopause, particularly early stages, if it means that sleep is being affected and the quality of life is being affected, you might find that this session is particularly useful for you. There'll be a couple of minutes of relaxing music before it starts. So use this time to focus on your breathing, ideally listening to the session on headphones, ideally at a time where you won't be interrupted or disturbed. So most importantly, find somewhere comfortable, relax, enjoy the session. And if you fall asleep while listening to that, it completely doesn't matter. There's lots of evidence to show that this still goes in at the unconscious level. So just enjoy yourself and relax. [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] You take a deep breath in. Imagine that colour filling your lungs. You want to imagine that your heart already knows how to take something in your lungs and distribute it to every cell in your body that needs that oxygen. Therefore, when you breathe in this feeling of relaxation and resourcefulness, start to imagine that the heart can distribute that relaxation and resourcefulness. To whatever cells or parts of your body needs that relaxation or needs that resource is most. Your body already knows how to take waste out of your body. That could be carbon dioxide leaving your body in your outward breath. So just imagine you're filling your body with relaxation and resourcefulness and therefore as you release that breath, any tension and the anxiety, any stress, any worries. Start to leave your body. Now that's right. I know what you two imagine a crystal starting to form in your forehead. Just a tiny crystal right in the centre of your forehead. Imagine that crystal forming like a bead of chute. Something just like a tiny bit of liquid but in crystal form forming right in the middle of your forehead. Is it crystalizes a wanted tooth to attach? Just an inch or so away from your forehead. I want you to shift your perspective from inside your head into that crystal. Allow that crystal to float upwards above your head so you can now see yourself looking next on that show. Allow the crystal to grow. Allow the crystals to grow to the size of a golf ball or a squash ball. And as it grows your perspective is now inside that crystal and it's floating a bit higher. Now this is just your imagination and that crystal is not a real crystal so it can pass through ceilings through walls. It can fly up into the clouds and it can go to anywhere you want it to go. It can go forward in time, it can go backwards in time. And I want you to create a picture in your mind of a beach that was particularly relaxing for you. As you make a picture of that beach that will now be the destination for this crystal to go to. And I will count down from 10 to 1 and you will imagine being in that crystal floating and traveling towards that specific beach at that time. Only this time the beach will be completely empty and completely private. Starting to count 10, just imagine floating up inside that crystal seeing you get further away. Now just drifting up into the sky, having a sense of floatation, lightness, 8. Starting to travel inside that crystal perhaps you can see. Roads, people, towns, villages, 7. The physical body that remains gets 10% deeper and deeper relaxed as you start drifting in between clouds. Overroads over countryside, 6 of a 10% deeper and deeper relaxed, 5. Halfway there to this tranquil peaceful relaxing beach, 4. Not a 10% deeper and deeper relaxed. 3. Perhaps you're going over oceans or rivers, maybe you can see water beneath you. 3. And then 2. Over in the distance you can see that beach. It's the perfect weather, the perfect temperature, the blue skies, 2 and 1 touching down on that beach. In the moment that crystal touches down on the beach, you imagine yourself on that beach in human form, no longer a crystal but in your own body, yet on that beach. Perhaps you can imagine what it's like to feel the sand underneath your toes. Maybe you can see the sea in a way is gently breaking on shore. Depending on the temperature you might even be able to feel the warmth of the sun and your skin. You're wearing whatever clothes are appropriate to wear on that beach. There is a sense of peace relaxation in that location. That any stress is any worries, a thousand miles away. Perhaps in a different place, perhaps in a different time. In this place, the only thing to work and focus on is just feeling relaxed in this place. And bizarrely, on this beach is the most relaxing chair that you've ever seen. I don't know if this will be a sofa or a recliner. Just in a normal chair that's very, very comfortable, but I want you to imagine that chair being on that beach, even though it shouldn't really be there. When you can imagine that chair on that beach, just let me know if I'm not in your head. That's right. Look at the colour, look at the shape, and then imagine climbing onto that chair, sinking into it, taking the weight of your whole body, knowing it to just sit into this chair. While you're in this chair, you can still feel the breeze on your skin, hear the gentle braking of the waves. Breathing in that fresh sea air, feeling so deeply relaxed. All you need to do is know that as you breathe in that warm feeling of relaxation, the sun also has the ability to melt away any tension. And I want you to focus on the tiny muscles in your eyelids and your eyes, and as you breathe in this warm feeling of relaxation, I want you to imagine that any tension in your body that remains, is almost like crystals of ice, and you've seen what happens to an ice cube, when you put it out in the sunshine, and know how easy that can just melt away. Therefore, when you start thinking about any tension in and around your eyelids, the eyebrows, all the muscles around your eyes, become very aware of any in all tension. Breathing that warm feeling of relaxation, but also feel the warmth of the sun in your skin. You just imagine any unnecessary tension, melting away. Now that's it. Allow that relaxation to spread upwards into your forehead. Those muscles in your forehead that are responsible for expressions like surprise, injury, or concern. Become aware of any echoes of tension in those muscles in your forehead, and as you become aware of them, attempt, try to make them more tense, to become aware of that tension. And as you breathe in that warm feeling of relaxation, feeling the sun on your skin, allow that tension to be released now as it, releasing that tension, letting it go, and allowing that feeling of relaxation to go all the way over your head. Every hair follicle is connected to a nerve, every nerve has the ability to know and feel tension on the surface of your head. Become aware of any tension. Breathe in that feeling of relaxation, release that tension now. Allowing that relaxation now to shift into your jaw, because there are some people with such tension in their jaw, that as they sleep they grow in the teeth at night. That you have nowhere near that level of tension, but even if you have one percent of that tension, that's what we're sent to much. I want you to imagine as you breathe in that feeling of relaxation, any in all tension in the jaw, starts to be released now. Because when the jaw is tense, people feel more stressed even if there's no reason to feel stressed, so as you release the tension in your jaw, any anxiety and stress you perceive yourself to have, starts to release as well. Allowing that relaxation now to spread down into the neck and the shoulders. And now use the power of your imagination to start thinking of your neck and your shoulders as the bank account of stress. Some people hold on to stress in the neck and their shoulders, like it's useful. Your body has the ability to be just as tense as it needs to be. When you stand up, you can't be less tense than you need to be, otherwise you couldn't stand. See your body already knows how to have the optimal level of tension. But here, relaxing in this chair on this beach, there is no need for tension whatsoever. And as you breathe in that warm feeling of relaxation, allow the muscles in your neck and shoulders to just melt away, imagine those crystals of ice, melting. Now that's it. And allow that feeling that warm feeling of relaxation and all the way down your arms to the very tips of your fingers. That's right. Now perhaps you've just wanted your life, you've seen a wooden puppet and you know what it would be like to pick up the limbs of the wooden puppet if it had no strings, no tension. You can lift up that arm and as you let go, it flopped back to exactly the same. where it needs to go. I don't want you to imagine that any and all unnecessary tension in your arms is being released now completely let it go. I don't want you to imagine that if someone was to lift up either arm from your wrist it would be all loose and floppy and if they let go it would simply fall back to exactly where it needs to go. As you breathe in that warm feeling of relaxation imagine going in through your nose down your windpipe filling your lungs so that even internal organs are starting to relax. You want you to imagine your heart is relaxing. No that's it. You can allow your lungs to relax. There's your lungs relax you're able to take deeper and deeper breaths allow your stomach to relax allow your diaphragm to relax the same muscle that every now and then you'll go to your ear cup allow that muscle to completely and totally relax. I want you to imagine that feeling of relaxation is going down into your gut because for many people. If the neck and shoulders is the bank account of stress then the gut is the bank account of anxiety. Again it's not useful to hold onto any more anxiety than you need which is none. Your body has the ability to be anxious in specific moments if it feels that it can't handle resources, certain demands. Anxiety is a biological response to a perceived threat and here you want to come to a chair on a beach. There are zero threats therefore there is absolutely no need for any anxiety. Therefore, you come aware of any movements in the gut even if they're very very subtle what represents tension. Any anxiety whatsoever for some people, anxiety is a twisting motion in the gut. I want you to imagine that it's just twisting the other way. Replacing anxiety with a sense of resourcefulness. Releasing any internal tension in the gut. Some people call the gut the second brain and the more relaxed your gut is and what they believe we want to rely on intuition. Those might release that tension now. As you breathe in that warm feeling of relaxation allow that feeling to go into your legs. All the way down, down, deeper down into your legs and very similar to the popping with low strings. Imagine your legs are all limb and loose. You're holding onto no tension at all. You couldn't stand without any tension but lying on a chair on a beach. There is no need for tension. So you can actually release completely that tension now. First row, without feeling of relaxation that you're now familiar with, is rising up into your brain and in your brain are different sources of different hormones. At certain key times in your life, these hormones produce more or less of certain key hormones that are useful or less useful. And that poturgy learns the base of the brain at certain key times in your life is trying to find its feet. You can remember when you were learning to drive, finding the biting point. Sometimes you would have too much and sometimes too little. But over time you figure out the right biting point and as this feeling of resourcefulness rises up into that maturity element, I wanted to get a sense that because it's feeling more resourceful, you're educating at a hormonal level your body's ability to find the right biting point. That intuition has the ability to find out what is too much and what is too less. But when you were learning to drive, it was necessary for you to stall a few times. Before you intuitively knew where the biting point was so that now you don't even have to think about it. And the more resourceful you feel, the more your body can work in harmony, whatever there is a change, there is an element of conflict, different parts competing with different parts and you've experienced that in different times of your life. Perhaps when you're preparing for some big projects, a crucial deadline, certain parts of your brain were overthinking. And sometimes the overthinking was necessary and sometimes it didn't help. But by overthinking your body prepared in a particular way. But over time you figured out what is the right balance of preparation, resourcefulness, and one thing always connects to another thing as you breathe in this feeling of resourcefulness, feeling of relaxation. All parts are better able to work in harmony because the more resourceful you feel, the less stress you are, the less stress you are, the less cortisol there's in your blood, when there's less cortisol it enables you to feel more relaxed. And when your body feels more relaxed, you feel more resourceful, which means there's less anxiety, less worry, clearer thoughts, better sleep. If your unconscious mind accepts that, the human body is a complex machine with different moving parts and anything changing in one part can have a ripple effect of other parts just like when I've been holding my head. And therefore, even if you include just one plant by reducing stress and anxiety, feeling more relaxed and more resourceful, that is kind of like the oil in this complex machine everything can just move easier and more seamlessly. Everything can work more harmoniously and more balanced. And I want you to imagine that while you're on that, very comfortable chair on that beach, I want you to carry down from five to one and you want to imagine falling asleep on that chair. And after falling asleep, you will imagine you're in a dream where you can see yourself in that chair but starting to count five, just feeling like your eyelids are getting heavier and heavier and four, it's like you're about to, you're on and three just drifting off as you've done many times before, two and one and just falling asleep in that chair. And when you're about to let you know in a dream where you can see yourself in that chair and it feels weird to see yourself fast asleep on a chair on a beach. Be able to look around and see that there's blue skies, calm waves. And then we need to go to a place on the beach where you have the perfect view of the sea and the sky. And when you're at that place, let me know if I'm nodding your head. That's right. The blue sky is just a few fluffy white clouds. And I want you to notice that the fluffy white clouds are doing something that fluffy white clouds really shouldn't do. Those fluffy white clouds are spelling out the word in the sky made of fluffy white clouds. And that fluffy white clouds are spelling out the word relax R-E-L-A-X. Relax. And it doesn't matter if you say the word relax, you feel relaxed or spell the word or really X relax, you feel deep or relaxed. The clouds are shifting moving and the nose is running out a different word. And that is calm made of fluffy white clouds. C-A-L-M, calm. And as you see that word calm, you feel calm as you look at the sea. The surface of the waves are indeed calm and you feel deep or relaxed. And now those clouds are turning into a number and that number is 998. Now there is a logical analytical part of your brain of your mind that is really confused how can it be that clouds are making words in the numbers in the sky. As you look at that number 998, you wait a few moments and then it descends by 1 to 997. The logical analytical part is even more. The world that confused mesmerized as it descends again by 1 to 996. Allow the logical analytical part to keep counting down the clouds as you realise that it's become a giant countdown timer in the sky made of fluffy white clouds. Allow the logical analytical critical part of your mind. mind to be mesmerized and obsessed by those clouds as the part that wants to change continues to walk down the beach and if you turn around you can now see two different versions of you the logical analytical parts counting clouds and the conscious part is fast asleep on the chair and as you continue to walk down the beach I want you to see that there is a doorway a doorway that will take you to deeper parts of your subconscious mind in one of your hands you holding a key it doesn't matter which hand is holding the key just know that you are holding a key the door does not have to be attached to a building it could just be there hovering there and you just know that it's affordable to a deeper part of your subconscious mind you already know how to sleep really well and you already know how to accurately evaluate things that you need to think about you intuitively know that there is a time and a place and therefore anything that you can't deal with in and of the moment doesn't need to be thought of right now you have a lifetime of experiences and references to prove that you know when it is worth thinking about things and when you can just park it put it to the side knowing that whenever you think about it later that will be fine as you approach the door I will count down for five to one you will have the key in the lock turn lock open the door walk through an enter a large empty well there room it started to count five putting the key in the lock four rotating the key three hearing to click to signify that the door is now unlocked this also signifies that you have unlocked those historical resources that knows how to find the right balance or what to think about or what not to think about but you also unlock a time when you knew how to sleep well effortlessly to pulling the door open one walking through the door zero closing the door behind you it's a large empty well-lit room and you go to the middle of that room and want you to imagine that there are two suitcases one in each hand that are completely empty one reason that people can feel stressed or anxious or overwhelmed is where they're trying to juggle too many different demands simultaneously I've tried it many times before but maybe you've opened a tablet or a phone or a computer and you've tried to open one new application but it wasn't able to work as well as it could because you had so many other applications open it's sometimes the easiest thing to do is to close everything that you're not using and just focus on that one thing that you need to do and I want you to imagine that you're standing there in the middle of this large empty well-lit room completely safe completely secure completely private with two large empty suitcases one in each hand and if you can imagine what the weight would be off to empty suitcases one in each hand let me know if I'm not in your head and all I want you to do is I want you to scan your body for any worries the worries may exist in your head in your heart or maybe in some strange other place in your body and all I want you to do is to take those worries from your body and put them in the suitcase I want you to scan your body now for any sources of stress they don't need to be thoughts they can be eggs feelings particular strong emotions just move them from yourself into the suitcases and notice that the suitcases fail about heavier I want you to scan your body for any unfinished business those loose ends could be a reason to think about things rather than to just enjoy sleeping and as you scan your body for those loose ends just know that these could be promises you've made that haven't been kept things you said you'd do but haven't done yet maybe things that you need to do but now isn't the time to do them and as you scan your body for those loose ends just know that your body will remember these loose ends the next time you will need to action them but not before and move those loose ends from your body into the suitcases and realise that the suitcases getting a bit heavier I want you to scan your body for any regrets sometimes things that we regret are things that we did that we wish we didn't but sometimes are things we didn't do but we wish we did and that can save our resources that are better used to simply sleep well and it may be that there are no regrets but if they're wrong move them from you into the suitcases and the suitcases fail heavier scan your body for any frustrations any fears or to scan your body for any sources of anger or hate no matter how small and all these things move from you into the suitcases and if the suitcases are getting heavier just let me know but not in your head that's right and therefore intuitively you already know that you're carrying these things perhaps into every night's sleep what you don't need to or to scan your body in your brain no for any emotive memories the things that make you feel certain things that are unresourced that make you feel weak or unable to cope know that you've learned all the lessons necessary from these experiences therefore you don't have to carry the emotions attached to these memories anymore you can know that these things have happened without it training how you feel and the pressure of scanning your body for anything like that move it from you into the suitcases and the suitcases get heavier scan your body for anything else unresourced fear is worries doubts any beliefs communicate that you're not able to cope aren't useful at this particular time take them from you into the suitcase the suitcase gets heavier and heavier and heavier and anything else that's getting in the way of you sleeping well and enjoying the best quality of life move it from you into the suitcases and the suitcases are getting a lot heavier now and you're feeling the weight of those suitcases in either hand and if your unconscious is ready to let go of this demands on you this weight that you've been carrying around these things that could be interfering with the quality of sleep that you're getting let me know but not you heard that's right I'm going to carry it down from five to one in you all let go of these bags five four three two one and let go take five steps forward one two three four five turn around and now say that these heavy bags have been competing for your resources been getting in the way of you living at the level that you're able to you can retain all the knowledge all the lessons all the wisdom from these experiences you don't have to carry the weight and it feels like you've shut down all those unuseful applications that were just soaking up the resources that you could have used for other things I want you to unlock the creative part of that other hemisphere I don't want you to create a fantastic way to destroy the emotional weight in these bags maybe you can teleport them to a different universe maybe you can create some kind of storm and clouds that lighten straight them disintegrate them maybe you create a fear of fire breathing dragon that just all the rates fire on these suitcases once you've come up with a creative way to destroy those demands and those weights that have been pulling on your resources let me know when you're ahead that's right and now what I want you to do is I want you to imagine that you feel lighter I don't want you to remember a specific time when you had just the best night sleep ever and you can think of that particular time let me know when I'm on your head I don't want you to imagine floating back to that memory so you can see that version of yourself sleeping well want you to look at the facial expressions there's no tension around the eyes or the forward Notice how you're breathing. It's not shallow breathing for the chest but it's slow, deep breathing. Notice that you're able to sleep like that because there is no warriors, stress, anxiety. And at that state, because you've experienced it once, or many many times, means that it's possible for you to have that quality of sleep all the time, if you can get into that state. And I want you to do that thing that we all did as children. Where are you mimic the expressions of someone else? You can see that version of you sleeping so well and I want you to mimic those expressions. Mimic the relaxation, mimic the breathing. And then imagine plugging into that version of you sleeping so well. And I want you to feel that glow of resolvers from this right there in the chest. You can sleep for as long as you want in this state. It's not just sleep for the sake of sleep, it's not functional sleep. This is deep, enjoyable sleep. Because in this state you trust your unconscious to alert you if you are needed. Everyone's had the experience of setting an alarm for a specific time and then waking up one minute before the alarm goes off. The unconscious knew the time, even if the conscious didn't. Therefore you have the ability in this state of sleeping so well to trust your unconscious mind, to wake you up if necessary. And not before your unconscious mind has the ability to evaluate billions and billions of bits of information. And only focus on what is relevant and necessary. If a stranger threw a ball, chances are you would catch that ball. But a robot with billions of pounds of technology may not be able to catch that ball. And you would catch the ball not consciously but unconsciously. Therefore your unconscious has the ability to alert you if necessary, enabling you to have the very best and deepest levels of sleep. And isn't it strange that the deeper you sleep, the more your body can operate at an optimal level. Sometimes paradoxically, when your body is going through changes that can create hormonal changes that influence thoughts, those thoughts can create open loops which create anxiety which stops sleeping. And when you sleep less, the hormones are less balanced which then create the same cycle. But just know that if you are able to have deep, relaxing, regenerating, relaxing, youthful sleep, then it means that everything can operate in a more balanced hormone-ish way, enabling whatever changes need to take place. Take place in a less volatile way. And when you imagine that any changes are like waves, sometimes there can be big waves, sometimes there can be small waves. And if you try and fight the waves, the waves can not keep over. But sometimes, when you feel confident in the sea, isn't it the case that you swim into the big waves? And by doing so, you can just ride those ups and downs rather than have them push you, move you from place to place. The more resourceful you feel, the better able you are to actually move with these changes. If your unconscious mind feels that it's able to work with, rather than against any necessary changes that you know about your head. That's right. Want to locate that place again right there in your chest that represents the resource needed for deep, rejuvenating youthful, relaxing sleep. And I want you to create in your mind the three-dimensional shape in the very location of that place. I don't know if it will be a pyramid or a sphere, maybe a different shape. But I want you to notice now that it's a shape in that location. What color that shape is? And whatever color that shape is, I want you to make it brighter. So it starts to glow, so you feel an even more intense feeling of that resourceful state enabling the most amazing sleep. I want you to now see if it's moving, vibrating, rotating in any direction, and if it is just that we know about what you're doing. I said, I don't want you to imagine that you're increasing the speed until you find the perfect speed of that movement, that you feel that it's amplifying that resourceful state. You now have a three-dimensional state in that location, in a specific color glowing and moving, and a particular speed and frequency. And I want you to think of sound to that shape moving in that way. And the combination of this shape and that color located in that specific place with your body feeling the way that you're feeling right now relaxed, breathing at this rate, with this level of tension. The mean you can access this resourceful state whenever you need it. And if you're unconscious mind accepts that you now have the combination look to re-experience this resourceful state enabling the deepest and most relaxing levels of sleep possible that we know the only way ahead. That's right. Whatever you want to feel this way, remember that shape in that location, in that color with that sound. And know that because you've experienced it before, you can now access that feeling whenever you need. And in this place, any unwanted unnecessary thoughts, simply pass by you like tiny clouds in the sky. We don't have to analyse why certain clouds are there in the sky just accept that they are and know that they will pass. And enabling you to just feel this good way and trust your unconscious that you will alert you if needed. You'll need to find yourself back in that room knowing that you've freed up so much more resourceful feelings by letting go of these things that aren't useful for you. To know that you now have a combination look to access the best quality of sleep, that what you've lost in demands you've increased in a feeling resourcefulness. And by being more resourceful and more relaxed, you will enable a more harmonious relationship inside your mind, your brain and your body. So that rather than the waves affecting you, you now ride those waves, meaning that any changes have less impact emotionally, psychologically or physically on you. And what your unconscious mind has accepted, that the more relaxed resource for you are, the better able you can cope with any necessary changes that we know but not in your head. And now it's time to leave that room. And as you leave that room, you find yourself back out on that beach. But you feel lighter, you feel warm and fresh, you feel better equipped to deal with whatever is necessary. And as you walk down the beach, it occurs to you that there's someone that looks exactly like you, that is counting clouds in the sky. And I want you to climb into that version of you, so you can reintegrate with the critical logical analytical part of your mind. And you may even see what number the clouds are and whatever number they are, all the clouds disappear and I've changed into a word. And that word is resourceful, just there. The word resourceful means that whatever is happening you can cope, you can handle it. The clouds disappear, you turn around and then you see, another person that looks exactly like you, kind of very comfortable chair on a beach, and you climb into that version of you, so that now all parts are working. collaboratively. To mean that you have the best quality sleep but also mean that you feel refreshed and resourceful and are able to make the best of whatever is happening. Able to cope with any changes, able to cope with any new responsibilities, able to cope. As you get up out of that chair, again you feel lightly refreshed, you feel resourceful, with an overall attitude of bringing it on and I can handle it. You walk to the surface, going to the side of that beach with a sea meets the sand, looking out, and wanting to have an idea of what the future now looks like. That you'll be able to do whatever rituals and routines and necessary feet of full relax when you get into bed. Knowing that this time, any forms of poverty ahead require no analysis of why you're thinking, just allow them to pass through, like clouds in the sky. To know that you can access this refreshing resource for sleep state, whenever necessary, by making yourself comfortable and remembering that shape in that location, in that color, moving in that way, with your body feeling this way, means you don't have to want your body to sleep, it will just want to live for you. In a few moments time, I'm going to count from one to ten to awake it, but you will awaken. Feeling refreshed, resourceful, optimistic, feeling strong, resilient, but most importantly, feeling that the future is going to follow a different path that you're able to just trust your unconscious, to allow you to sleep, and it will allow you, if necessary, to know that you can handle any and all changes, because that's where resilience, the resourceful, and the sense, not being affected by change, but being responsive, adapting, doing whatever is necessary, to minimize any impact on you. You will awaken in this room, in this moment, feeling refreshed and wide awake, starting to count, to awaken you, 1, 2, 3, waking up, 4, 5, 6, more alert, 7, 8, open your eyes, open your eyes, 19 wide awake, wide awake, wide awake.
