Man Utd held to yet another frustrating draw at Elland Road

The transcript begins with a personal health update from Gibran, who shares how the freestyle Libre 3C GM glucose monitor eliminated painful finger sticks, allowing consistent, symptom-aligned monitoring. This is followed by a detailed football analysis of a match between Manchester United and Leeds. The game is described as physically intense, marked by aerial duels and defensive pressure, with Manchester United adapting their tactics under manager Michael Carrick. Carrick shifted from a high-pressing system to a more compact, defensive structure, showing improved team cohesion and competitiveness. However, the team’s lack of attacking quality and defensive vulnerabilities remain concerns. The discussion also touches on the impact of manager LeSandra Martinez’s public comments, which created internal tension but ultimately motivated the team to fight harder. Fans and analysts note that both clubs showed effort, with Leeds demonstrating resilience and Manchester United showing signs of tactical evolution. The broader takeaway is that consistent performance, team spirit, and defensive stability are vital—especially for a team in a difficult position. The narrative ends by emphasizing that Manchester United must finish in the top five to avoid relegation from the Champions League, requiring urgent investment in defenders and long-term rebuilding. A brief commercial segment promotes Pebble, a global hiring platform simplifying cross-border compliance, tying the health and football themes to modern operational efficiency.

And just to start with, is it a point both sides will be happy with? Or is it a point where the game in which both sides felt they could win it? I think there'll be an element of, I'm not going to say "delight", I'm going to say "happiness", "satisfactions" probably the right word. From both managers about how they stuck at it, how they competed, how they physically sort of what would be dealt with the game. Because it was a bit of a throwback, wasn't it? It was not a great deal of quality, not a lot of beautiful football, but there was a lot of jewels, a lot of aerial jewels, a lot of crosses, a lot of sort of having to sort of make sure that you stayed with your man, stayed with your runners, the ugly bit of the game. And the way in which Manchester United set up, I think, made it that type of game. If Manchester United either did a pick, a team that had to say Rashford, Cornia and Burma and Bruno Fernandez, we're tailing him into Maynu, it would have been an open game into when he'd been acting in gold, we might have seen more football. But Michael Carrick has gone and decided in this last four or five days that he can't watch any more what he saw against Tottenham last weekend and what he saw against full of a few weeks before that. He cannot see that anymore because that's the sort of performance that will leave him in a lot of trouble. And also Manchester United in a lot of trouble. So he's gone back to what would be, let's build a foundation of a performance from a sort of what would be a defensive footprint. Let's reverse back down the road a little bit. Let's take our football ambitions away momentarily. We've got eight games, I think, from Tottenham to the end of the next two days, next international breaking 28 days. And we're not going to get through these games by playing beautiful football and outplaying people. We're actually going to get beat quite a lot because we look really soft. So I think Michael Carrick will think that there's a satisfaction today from the sort of what would be the termination of his team. I think Daniel Farker will be satisfied because he'll have been caught out a little bit by Manchester United's system in the first half. He, I think, will have thought, right, I didn't expect that, but his team in the way in which they've responded in the second half in the way in which they've competed and they've gone and got the goal. You know, they're still playing Manchester United who spend 160 million quid and probably got a squad worth of billion pounds and they've got a massive wage bill. So there's still an element of, like today, Leeds were mace, maybe slight favourites in the, in the eyes of many and that there was maybe a pressure on them to win more than the had been before, but still when you look at the sort of what would be resource of both football clubs and what they've spent on players, they're Manchester United are well ahead. So I think at the end of the game, I think you'll realise that his team have done well. They've still played well, they've competed, they've made it difficult for Manchester United and a point's a fair result and I just don't like draws, do we just don't like draws and supersunders. I think we always like a winner, don't we full stop, but what I would say is I think that both teams and both coaches will go home tonight and think, okay, I took part in a tough game. That's a bloody hard game of football to play and we did well, we, you know, you're not sat here tonight thinking that Manchester United didn't give 100%, you're not talking about the running stats tonight, you're not talking about basically sort of them lacking energy and enthusiasm because they had that today. So there is a brick in the wall for Michael Carrick about how he can maybe move forward. Maybe that started a little bit in Madrid even though they lost, but they were I think a bit more determined and today I think they've carried that forward. Now we are talking about starting from a very low bar, but when you've been where you've been and you've got seven points from seven matches and you're 13th in the league and you're not winning a football match and you can't get, you don't know where your next win is going to come from, you're not going to go from sort of what will be here to there in one day. You're going to, it's going to take a little bit of time. So yeah, important two games coming up in the week now obviously come on and Bournemouth next weekend, but they'll feel a little bit more together. I think having come out of LLM road and I think from Daniel Farker and Leeds perspective, they won't take any dent in their confidence today that they haven't beaten Manchester United. I think they'll realise that they don't well in the game. I mean, not many sides are going to come to this ground and win. I think Arsenal and Manchester City will come here expecting to win, but everybody else should fancy would take a draw before the game. Yeah, it's tough. I mean, it always was tough here. I just, the first 25 minutes was frantic, it was hostile, there was plenty of tackles. The referee tried, didn't he in the first 50 minutes to let the game flow, but there was just a couple of little cheeky ones that meant that he had to show his yellow card to get a grip of it. From both sides, and you're absolutely right, this is a tough place, Leeds have to make it that way. You know, if you're Leeds United, I just think that just generally, you can't do anything other than for the people who come into this ground and fight for them and make sure that you're basically spilling everything out on that pitch and that you're running through a brick wall. They can't see anything less. And, you know, these fans will know, they've got a team who do that, they've got a very good team, they play good football as well, by the way. But they compete and they are aggressive and they put crosses in the box. So yeah, I think that today, you know, Manchester United will realise they've been in a game and they've come to a ground that, like you say, many will drop points at this season. So, there'll be a little bit of frustration, satisfaction, but frustration that they've not got the win because they're always in a football team. But generally, I think that Leeds United will be happy as well because, like you say, they've made it tough for Manchester United in that second half in particular. The comments from LeSandra Martinez after the game against Atlético Madrid. How does that change your football club? How does it change the dressing room? Did they have any effect on the game today? He started the game, but then went off a half time, we believe, with an injury, as it stands. Yeah, I think it was an injury. We saw him, didn't we? Just holding. I don't know if he's Thai in the first half, he'll, like you're stretching something after a movement and, yeah, I've no doubt that he wasn't, he definitely wasn't subbed because of anything else. I mean, if he was being left out, or sort of he's been subbed half time for behaviour, it would have been left out before the game, wouldn't he? 99 times out of 100, you could never really point towards those comments helping anybody. He's launched into the ownership, he's launched into the technical director, he's effectively without saying it criticised the squad and the players, which he just do directly when you say that we're not, you know, we're not adding enough quality, we're not adding enough players. So, directly, he's having a go at his team, which in turn to be fair puts pressure on the manager. So, you can't say after those comments, if you're in a football club that they're helpful, they're just not, I know the fans likes them and they thought that they were honest and to be fair, I don't think anybody disagreed with any of the words that La Sandreau Martin has said, but trust me, I've been in addressing him where that's happened and it's not helpful and you feel let down. And so, he's come out and apologised and you know something, that addressing room did need spiking, it needed a rocket up its backside, didn't it, if you think about the performance against Tottenham last Saturday, it was wonderful in that first 45 minutes, it was absolutely awful. In fact, even for the first 15 minutes, the second half until Ballet became on, it was terrible and he was full, you know, the lack of running, the lack of enthusiasm, the lack of passion was ridiculous, but we saw that today, we saw that, but maybe, maybe, I don't think, I mean, it's an unintended consequence of Martin, his comments, I don't think he meant, I don't think he went out there on Tuesday night sort of launching from the hip and thinking that basically those comments are to inspire my team, amazing, and get the addressing room buzzing again, but maybe those comments have, maybe the players have thought, I'm going to win it, he doesn't think we're good enough, he thinks there should be the players in the team, maybe the manager has got angry with him and said, look, you're out of order, you bang out of order, you've let those lands down in that dressing room, who do you think you are? Maybe there's been a bit of a meeting on Thursday of Friday where they've all had a pop at each other and they've all sort of said, right, okay, let's get angry, you've got to have a cause, you know, you think about motivation of why you're going out there, not just in a red shirt, you know, white shirt, what's your cause, what's your reason, your family, is it your own personal pride, is it what you are, is it money for some, is it the fact that ultimately you just basically want to desperate to win, you want to win trophies, is it the fact you love the club, is it the fact you don't let your family down, why would I fight like crazy, now that tenacity and determination, every single game never to let my standards drop, and this Manchester United team have dropped well below that and what's their cause, and so fans are looking at those red shirts and thinking, do you really like playing for this club, do you really love being age, you care, why do you care, so maybe this week the cause has been, I'm going to minute, I don't like the fact that the whole world's having a go at us and that our our Argentinian world cup winners basically saying that we're not good enough, through the fact that we need more players and we're not going of quality and they should have dealt with it in the summer and they own, maybe there's been a sort of bit of something that's just, you know, maybe he's just pulled the pin out and just thrown it in the middle of the room and say, come on, let's have a little bit and to be fair to him, he's done that, now what I say, I'm sure on Wednesday morning when they get back from Madrid, I bet they're absolutely human, but they dealt with it pretty well, they've got the apology out of him, it took two goals and it wasn't an attack on And the manager, I suppose, from his point of view. From Carrick's point of view, maybe something in those words. - I think it helped him motivate his side. - Whichever way you look at it, it's not good for the manager either. Because if you've got control of a dressing room and you've got control of your business and your employees are speaking up and shouting above you, you've not got control. So whichever way you look at this, it's bad. Let's be clear, you know what I mean? You know, you've lost control, it's chaos, it's a mess, and that's just a fact. So look, it's not good for anybody. Although the fans appreciate the honesty and they appreciate 'cause it's what they think. They think, you know, Manchester United should have added more defenders in the transfer window. They should, he's right. They should have maybe gone and got Anderson and Sonali or Anderson and Fernandez from Tottenham, right up from West Ambulance to Tottenham, rather than the ones they've got. But I think the Labour and Santos did a decent job in there today. I think that's a good one for them. If you just said, by the way, at the start of the season, who's gonna be your two? That'd been your last two. 'Cause you just said Maynu. You just definitely said Teylamans or Maynu in there. Them two actually could be the way forward. 'Cause the defence is not good enough. It's not good enough. And Labour and actually Santos do protect it. And they do need protecting. And by the way, I shouldn't be ashamed of that. I remember Eric Harrison once took, I saw Alex Fuggs and missed the game. I think it was against Middlesbrit in '98. The last game we lost, I think, before we won the treble. And saw Alex Fuggs and missed the game, I think, for a family issue in Scotland. It was only the games I think he ever missed. Missed the second one, I think, for a wedding in his family. And Eric Harrison, my youth team coach, and all our youth team coach, came and took the team for the day. And basically, we lost against Middlesbrit. Our time he came in and he said to the midfield players, I can't remember it was now, but it was to me feeling, you better sit in there, you two and just protect them. 'Cause by, do they need protecting? And that was a back four I was in. Sometimes we needed protecting. We needed sort of that Nikki Button, Roy Keane, rather than say Paul Skulls in there. We needed sometimes Ronnie Johnson. Oh, we needed Philip Neville and John O'Shea to sit in front of us in big games. You had Darren Fletcher. And really, sometimes we needed protecting. That back four needs protection. And to be fair, to belabor into Santos. They've protected that back four today more. And Taylor Monson and Finanders have gone in front. So what Michael Carrick's done today is adjusted. He's adapted. Now, if you look back 12 months, we'd, how many games did we do together under Ruben? How many of them? We did Bormuth. We did 10. It wasn't like. We did Bormuth, we did Everton. We're in the loss. We're in the loss. We did leads when they lost. We lost, we watched a lot of games, didn't we? And he never adjusted. He kept Bruno and Casamero in there. He sometimes he did play a garrity. They're going to tell you. He did, and he kept playing sort of, and he kept thinking just adjust. You've got to adapt. And he said, obviously, I'll die in a ditch over my system. But Michael Carrick, to be fair, doesn't want to play. No sense of forwards at times, which at times we had. No sense of forwards today, Manchinite. To think times, and I was chasing back with Goodminton and Bormuth was out of going back with Justin and with Bogle. But he's adjusted. He's adapted. He's made them more competitive today, and he's to be fair. Got a performance out of them, which is a lot better. Manchinite fans have stayed behind at the end there today. And Clack, Michael Carrick, and the players, they've sort of, you know, you can see it now. But that's not because they think that that's the best team in the world, those Manchinite, because they can recognize that they've actually gone out there today, and they've put a shift in. They've won the jewels. They've thrown the head at it. And so it's a low base that Manchinite fans actually accept. They want to win. They want to win titles and champions leagues. But I'll tell you what, if you fight for them, they'll stay with you for a long time. But if you don't run, and you don't show effort, and you don't show enthusiasm, they'll boo you off the pitch, or they'll boo you off the 25 minutes like they did in Tottenham at home last week. They're not accepting that. They've not fought in their lives every single day of their week from Monday to Friday. Give up hundreds of pounds of their salaries at weekends to come on watch you lot, not try. They're not having that. But they will respond to fight and to spirit and to a competitiveness. They will. So look, today was a. We're not only going to get carried away here, by the way. And we are, I'll repeat myself, talking about a depressed standard and a low expectation right now. Seven points from seven. Worst start, you said, since 1986, that's 40 years. But it'll feel like a stepping stone for Michael Carrick, and it'll feel like the first maybe step on the ladder in the Premier League. And they may get some confidence from that. And there might be a blueprint there that actually maybe we have to just bring Cunure and Rashford and others off the bench. And we might just have to go a bit more solid. And by the way, believe I just want to talk about him a little bit, because I have to say, I was getting a little bit worried a few weeks ago when I was watching Telemens and Manu. And then I watched Santos play a game or two with Manu, and I thought, that's going to be a struggle, you know. If that's what we've got for the rest of this season, and you've got Champions League games every Wednesday, Tuesday, it's not going to be easy this. So belabor better, be good. And you watch him. I know you had a difficult season last year at Brighton, but you watch him in his first couple of games or so, feinated. And he's got something. He's got something. He's got a bit, he's got a strength about him. He's got a presence. He was almost assigning, they didn't get over the line. Yeah, he felt like a later one. Yeah, but I tell you what, him staying fit is going to be absolutely critical. I can understand why Michael Carrick took him off with 20 minutes to go, because three games in a week, really. He's played last half an hour against Tottenham. He's played in Madrid, he's travelled. Then obviously he's playing today in a competitive game. Can't afford. I mean, maybe he doesn't play him against Colmo on Wednesday. Maybe not, as he wins the game, Colmo. He just called me as Wednesday. Maybe he doesn't play him, and that might seem a little bit low. Well, we're not throwing the Champions League away. But Manchester United have to beat Bournemouth next weekend. And I just wonder whether that San Tospa Labour partnership is going to stay there for a bit. And let sort of Bruno and Telemens and others Cunya, Amar, whoever else, and Bermalc, Rashford, let them-- let a couple of them float around in front. But a lot more solid. Make sure we're not giving as much space away. Sick of Manchester United team being easy to play against. The Michael Carrick will be sick of it. We talked to these pretty much before the game today about having the right balance. He got it pretty right today. He got it pretty-- I wondered at one point, at one, one, whether the tide was coming in. And where the leads were going to get a second. And I wondered whether he'd start to gamble and go with it, sort of, Rashford and Cunya and say, let's just go and get a second goal. Because if we don't get a second, they're going to score. But actually, they came out of it. They responded, they got five minutes. It was difficult after the leads scored a goal. But they came out of it and worked out through the side. So yeah, look, I've leathered Manchester United. I've battered them in the last few weeks. I will not sit there and watch a Manchester United team not work hard and not run and not compete and not fight for every football. But I can live with that. I can go home today and people will ring me and say, what do you think? I said, look, we fought hard. The lads went out on the pitch and they battled. He said, it means a lot, even to me now, age of 51. But I mean, I think my dad and my granddad taking me to watch Brian Rubson and Mark Hughes and Norman Whiteside and Martin Booking and Joe Jordan and all those players. And they used to fight and they used to throw the head at it and they'd have a cut and bruise. He'd have his nose smashed everywhere. Means a lot, you know what I mean? That you go and you compete and your team are sort of what will be fighting to go and not lose away at lead. So yeah, well done to both teams for the competitiveness. I think both teams would like more quality in general, just in their play. But yeah, I think it was that type of game today, whereby the reason we're talking about a determined battling performance is because that's what it was. And after that, I've not been able to say that in the last few weeks about certainly the red shirts leads to be fair. I thought they were very good at asking the last week. I watched their game, but they made it really difficult for Arsenal. And I have to say, leads have got a very good system. You think about how close Daniel Farco was last year? Yeah, that city game, didn't he on the Saturday? I think they lost, but he switched. He did not ask 20 minutes to the five at the back. I then watched the first. Twice in the second half end up losing the game, but it was the switch. It was a switch. And then it came against Chelsea beat Chelsea. It was a big, big here on that Wednesday night. He was going to get exactly said before the game, if they lost. And then you have Liverpool here on the Sunday and they battled back against Liverpool. And it's completely turned around. And Daniel Farco just watching me doing his interview. He's got them set up really well. They're well drilled, they know their system. They're competitive. They'll add at the centre back. Terriek. Terriek. Terriek. I can't say the name, but I think you nailed it. I think the best I've said it all day, actually. Moor him of it. He made me play the pass in the second half. They'll be people. I mean, leads won't, fans won't like me for saying this, but there'll be people after him. I said during the game, and I've got some of your work with very closely in my office. And he's a massive leads fan. And he's here today to be fair watching leads. And after the game, a bit earlier in the week, he's a real player. He's a really good, and you see him on the ball. He's that little thing he did where he's sort of, I thought he's got something. So he'll be, you see someone just drive out. He's good in the good size about him. So they've recruited well, but they've also got stability. And they've got a top-stand at forward. I mean, they took a gamble, didn't they? Uncalve it, Lewin. What a gamble. Because you think he's never gets fit. Never play a game. But say what, when he has a run of matches, we look at a proper center forward. A center forward that could have played in 1985, up with George Orden, and Andy Gray. And all those sort of big center forwards back in the day. And now you think he can play in 2026. He's got a bit of item as well. And I thought, man, she and I had really had to, Lenny Euro in particular, I thought he'd really well today in the air in the box, heading all those boggle crosses away, particularly in the first half. So yeah, a real competitive game from leads. but they've got a good system about them, a good way of playing. They'll be a bit frustrated tonight because I think they came here today to beat Manchester United, but yeah, they've got nothing to worry about. When I watch teams play, I think there's a lot of teams that are struggling a lot more than Leeds and they can really cement. If you keep the majority of that squad together, they can plant themselves in the Premier League for quite a while if they can keep that team together in that type of spirit. So to end, having mentioned that Leeds could be a sign maybe pushing for Europe, that sort of situation perhaps, you look at the Premier League at the moment. Now competitive it is, where should Manchester United be with the team that they have at the moment, after my team has his comments where the manager sits, where should they be? Because it's changed things, hasn't it? What if I said a few years ago, you'd have said title challenges, then it became Champions League. Now it's just a matter of Manchester City aside, because we don't know what the hell's going to happen with them. If they don't get a points deduction this season, which I suspect, we all suspect they will, then them and Arsenal are there, top two. I think because of Chelsea's no Champions League, no Europe, I do think that puts them in third. I do. Manchester United then would be fighting, I think, if you were talking about any other ordinary season, you'd be saying, okay, fourth or fifth this season for Manchester United would be par with all the games that they've got in the Champions League, the squad that they've got. We know that they've not recruited defenders and we know that they're going to struggle there. I would say fourth would be a birdie, fifth would be par and sixth would be a bogie, but they can't finish out tied the top five, because then you're missing out on Champions League and then becomes a vicious circle, because then you can't get those players, because they want to play in the Champions League and you can't get the money from it and you've lost the 60, 70 million and you're in the Europa League on Thursday nights. So fifth is a must for Michael Carrick to continue to grow, a Manchester United continue to grow with investment, and that's the challenge, because right now they're 13, but they wouldn't go up to nine or 10th today, if it was. It's so early doors, it's just the thing. So the idea that the pressure that Carrick's on at the moment, you'll believe he's still, we just take our time and see how things progress in terms of if they're too far away from the Champions League places, then it becomes a bigger issue right now. Yeah, that's a problem. If they're 13th in January, he's got a problem, because then you know then that you are what you are, whereas I think it's still early enough, seven games, seven points, but it's still early enough, first seven games to say, okay, it's still early in the season, but after first game, he's always wanted the first game and then the third game, he's only the third game and then the seventh game, look, I'm not happy with that today, but he can't say that after 15 games. So it's got to change in this next few weeks, you know, Bournemouth is really important now next week. How are you going to see away? And Chelsea away, and how he manages that sort of the games in between that, but you've got to say fifth, you know, that anything less than fifth, and that's going to be a disappointment and a drop in standard from the start of the season where everybody expected them to finish. And at the moment, the well shot of that, because you look at Brighton, Liverpool, other teams, Villa, like the picking up a little bit, it's difficult, it's difficult and then vulnerable, but that today, that type of performance today, and they are so much better, they don't know why it is. They are so much better when they curl up in a ball and go back into a deep defense and spring on counterattack. They just are. They're better like that. They're actually not good when they're actually expected to break teams down and dominate the play. They said they're a counterattack team and they have been really for a long time now. I mean, other than Louis Van Hal, every manager that's come into Manchester United with David Moise, with a bit Oli, Jose Merino, Rubin Ammanum, maybe Tenhardt tried a little bit. Now Michael Carrick, they're all better, sinking back, being compact and just springing out from that and trying to win games in counterattack moments or in moments. And then try and get in front and then the maybe the game opens up and they can get a little bit more possession, but they're not good at dominating games and going winning games to dominate them. But that's when you're a top team, you know, when you're keeping the ball in the highest parts of the pitch for 65% of the game and you then score in goals is when you're at the very top of the tree. And that's what Arsenal do. They sustain attacks in the final third, that's what Manchester City do. But United and in that sort of what would be positioned right now and they haven't been for 13, 14 years, I do think when we play we could do that but we could also do the counter attack bit as well and we could do the fight bit. So when you're a top team like Arsenal, they can fight Arsenal, they can counterattack Arsenal, they can also dominate possession and sustain attacks, City is similar. So, you know, they're away away from that, but it's a building block today, but they still have to finish fifth. You know, today's a stepping stone, but we can't get carried away, I mean, like you say, it's because of what we thought might happen before. I actually thought they'd win today, I thought there would be a response. I think that dressing rooms definitely had a, they've had a tear, I think they've had a tear up and they've had a meeting, 100%, there's no way they've not dealt with that Martin as issue. If you think about Amadillo Snapchat, was it a, you're an F in disgrace? Well, that's it, that's it is teammate. So they've bought, they're obviously launching it each, I think he's got a bit about him, Amad to be fair. So, so as Martin, as Martin has got something about him, he's gone rogue. So Amad, what are you shouting, you know what I mean, you're an F in disgrace type, did nothing that's what's happening here, that's the dynamic, well, that's, that can only be a good thing for Michael Carrick, because you're looking at it and thinking, he needs something, he needs somebody to sort of start fighting back, he needs something to cause a, a moment of, yeah, whatever, you know what I mean, he needs something, he's a rocket up it. So yeah, maybe that's the, maybe that's the turning point, maybe Los Angeles, has done the best motivational speech that he's ever done for Manchester United and, but on Tuesday night, maybe he's done them a favour. Well, thank you, Gary. And of course, if they do finish fifth, then it'll be looking at the recruitment, wouldn't it? Cheers. Well, they finish fifth, but they need some defenders, but we're, we're building, it's interesting. Peach Mag was talking to me before the game, he said, usually he build from the back. Manchester United have started from the front, they've got, I mean, although they haven't had two, cause they didn't score goals that season before, but they brought three centre forwards and Burma, couldn't, you're in SESCO, and then obviously bought lamens to be fair as well. But three mainly forwards with money was, then they bought midfielders, they're now going to go back the way and sort of, which, Chelsea have done the, where's Arsenal is the other way around? Yeah, I still have bought loads of defenders and then sort of gone the other way and usually do build from the back. You remember Pep, I think, in his first season, didn't change his full back, changed his full back, changed his goal key, pretty built from the back, always bought centre backs. Yeah, so usually, I think, you're in the club, actually, bought three or four defenders as well. Well, it helped him bringing Alesson in. Alesson and Ferdinand. And Mike, he bought those big signings in at the back, didn't he? They're the difference, yeah. Yeah, so, you know, that's what Manchester United do need. They need that back, that back four rebuilding. Yeah. Some more removage. Here we come. Is that what you're saying? More removage. Bogal, Goodmanson. Who's doing that? And Leeds, fans will be saying hands off, hands off. Thank you, Gary. Thanks very much. I'll try and get out of here alive. Bleh. Bleh. Hiring fast is one thing. FAQs

The Freestyle Libre 3C GM is a continuous glucose monitor that provides glucose insights without finger sticks, making it easier and less painful for people with diabetes to track their blood sugar levels.

Finger sticks are required if glucose alarms or readings don't match symptoms, or if the check blood glucose symbol appears for the first 12 hours after starting the device.

While it significantly reduces the need for finger sticks, it is not a complete replacement in all cases, especially when glucose readings don't align with symptoms or during the first 12 hours of use.

Users should consult a healthcare provider, as the device should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, and individual circumstances may vary.

The match highlighted a shift in Manchester United’s defensive strategy, emphasizing a more compact, counter-attacking style after a period of poor performance and management challenges.

The comments created internal tension and pressure, leading to a team meeting to re-energize and refocus, ultimately resulting in a more competitive and determined performance.
