"MAGA DIED Last Night!" Midterms Reaction To Democrat Sweep | Ft. Marjorie Taylor Greene
50m 38s
The midterm election results represent a sweeping rejection of Donald Trump and the MAGA movement, marking a historic turning point in American politics. Voters decisively punished Trump’s foreign policy, particularly the Iran War, which significantly impacted the economy and cost of living, as well as deep-seated concerns over corruption, inequality, and the misuse of power. Republican candidates were widely criticized for scandals, poor governance, and reliance on nepotism, with key losses in states like Michigan, Texas, and South Carolina signaling a collapse of the party’s establishment base. Populist victories—such as Abdul-Rahman Muhammad Issaid becoming the first Muslim U.S. Senator and James Talleriko winning in Texas—highlight a growing demand for transparency, accountability, and an end to foreign interventions. Critics like Marjorie Taylor Greene and Chek Yuga have shifted from loyalists to vocal opponents, reflecting a broader disillusionment with Trump’s campaign promises and his support for war and unchecked power. The election demonstrates a clear mandate for a new political direction—one focused on civil discourse, economic fairness, and moral responsibility. While Trump remains president, the results signal a profound crisis of legitimacy within the Republican Party, with calls for a transformation away from militarism and toward policies that prioritize the American people. The momentum suggests a future where progressive, populist, and morally grounded leaders may rise, challenging the old guard and redefining what American democracy means.
All roads led back to Donald Trump. Donald Trump blew it and everyone that stood there clapping like stupid little train baby seals right behind him own it all. He got a real kick in the ballast, but it mildly. This reframing it as like somehow civility won. No, we kicked their ass and we landslide at APEC and we landslide at the mainstream. Why would I care to have a conversation with you? You're just in the UK. You know how many votes I want to get in the UK? There's zero. He's arrogant, he's obnoxious, he's patronizing, and it revealed to me a slight anger management issue with this guy. Now I couldn't disagree more. You know all about anger management. No, it's a little insane. So I was one coming to you all that. Now you two are all friends, Emily and Margaret, right? Why don't you go talk about Jewish space lasers and really why don't you fuck off? I still stand with the words I said there today. Well, the midterm elections are often difficult for any sitting president, a few in modern history, have been as brutal as this. The Democrats needed to flip four seats to win the Senate, many expected days of wrangling and razor-thin margins. In the end, it wasn't even close. Some polling stations were still open when the House was called the Democrats. And seven Republican Senate seats toppled like dominoes as the night went from bad to worse for President Trump. And then from worse, to frankly atrocious. Michigan, as elected the first Muslim-U.S. Senator Abdul-Elsaid, his victory speech is what's technically referred to as a troll, aimed directly at a president who repeatedly called him a jihadist terrorist. My name is Abdul-Rahman Muhammad Issaid. And I am so proud and honored to stand here as your Senator-elect from the Great Sanitation. Up until right about now, you might have noticed I always say in Shal'Allah or God willing, whenever the outcome of this race was mentioned. But today, tonight, we can turn that in Shal'Allah into a unhungative, ha-ha-ha. The deep-red state of Texas emphatically chose Democrat James Talleriko, a form of vegan who once argued that God is non-binary, and the victory, he says, was biblical. In this race, we went up against our own, Goliaths. The richest man in the world, the most powerful man in the world, and the entire Washington, D.C. establishment. David wasn't as big or as strong as Goliath, he didn't have as many weapons, but he had hope, he had faith, and he had a slingshot. You were my slingshot. Well, three decades of Republican domination in South Carolina are now over two, the late Senator Lindsey Graham, sister Darlene, was trounced by Democrat Annie Andrews. It was a lot to take in for the outgoing South Carolina Congresswoman Nancy Mayce, who watched in horror from his very set. I look at this, and I'm looking at the numbers right now, South Carolina Senate looks like we're losing it. We look like I just found out we're losing my seat. I won my seat two years ago by 18 points, and so when I decided not to run for re-election, I thought I was leaving it in good hands, so I am very worried about my home state of South Carolina right now. And I'm seeing this all these races, but the only thing worse than being fed a pile of shit is being asked to swallow it. It may have been the line of the night, what all of these races had in common was Republican arrogance. Ken Paxton, Mike Rogers, Darlene Graham are all prime examples of very poor candidates, Saddle with scandal or controversy, or just blatant nepotism, and his primary qualification was Donald Trump's blessing. And with the President's approval rating to the historic low, that was a bad bet. Looming all over this, of course, was a backdrop of the Iran War. The war's biggest cheerleaders have been gaslighting for months about how voters don't really care about the least popular military engagement in American history. Well, they were wrong, and the President said it himself. I think a part of it was a run, but at the same time, people understood the importance of what I've done with Iran. I think historically, it's going to be much more important than this evening, because you can't let the number one state sponsor of terror have a nuclear weapon. You know, it's the most dangerous country in the world that we wiped them out practically. It's been done before, as you know, numerous times, and it's a power of veto. It's one of the stronger powers that the President has, and they'll send over things that are insane, and I'll veto them. And after a couple of months of veto, they'll go all, and they'll say, "How do we get this up done?" And we'll work together. You have a lot of friends that are Democrats, believe it or not. And I think the Democrats did a good job. I really do. I think they did a good job. They fought hard. They were, you know, they've been fighting for a long time. They've been fighting me for a long time. This fight's been going on for ages. The Democrats did a good job. Didn't think I'd hear those words from President Trump ever. But President Trump turned a truth social at 10 o'clock last night to declare that Republicans would have won by a landslide, if only he had been on the ballot. But the truth is, he was on the ballot, and the verdict of the voters is crystal clear. Well, joining me in the studio, former Republican Congresswoman, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and former White House correspondent, Brian Glenn, he also happens to be married to Marjorie Taylor Greene. So a rare double appearance. Welcome to both of you. We've never met. We've locked horns in the past. You've been on quite a cathartic journey, I would say, I mean that respectfully. When you saw the scale of what happened last night, did you feel Marjorie vindicated? That people like you, Tucker Carlson, Megan Kelly, others who were big Trump supporters, bought into the mega ideology, but felt that Donald Trump had betrayed the ideology. Do you feel last night vindicated by the scale of what happened? Vindicated, yes. Absolutely. And I've had people telling me non-stop all night, literally, and all morning. However, this was something that I warned my colleagues in Congress about early on, literally within months of his administration. I also warned the president himself, asking him directly to have the victims of Jeffrey Epstein and Trump's friends. I asked, have these women in the Oval Office? He invites everyone in the Oval Office. He invited the former terrorist, now president of Syria, in the Oval Office, and he refused to do so. And it was the Iran War early in June of 2025 that I was one of the few people that said, we didn't campaign for this, we said no more foreign wars. And we had many arguments before I resigned. However, it's the American people that I think spoke loudly, and it was a complete referendum on Donald Trump. It's interesting because he says he wasn't on the ballot, but all roads led back to Donald Trump. And he wanted to own that ballot when he thought there was a chance they might do well. And then, of course, as he often does, has now distanced himself very rapidly from it, and said, well, if I had been, of course, it would have all been different. No, he said, he told people, vote like I am on the ballot. He literally said that. He did, he did. But now he's saying, well, if I had been trying to pretend he never said it. But the reality is, all the exit polls I saw the AP were conducting with people. The reasons they cited all led back to Trump, whether it was the Iran War, the knock on effect on the economy, gas prices, the alleged corruption, which many Americans feel incensed by, because they're struggling to feed their kids, or to pay for a fuel of the gas pump. But there is all this apparent huge corruption going on and misuse of the administration and so on. And he put it all together, and he got a real kick in the ballots to put it mildly. And what happens now, because the White House posted this morning on X, he's still the president, and he is for another two years. And yes, he's lamed up to a degree, but he still maintains the power and authority of the presidency and the White House. Is he going to be elected that finally changes spots at the age of 80 or whatever he is now? The man that says never apologize. I doubt we'll see him change his spots. However, he is the art of the deal, right? So he will have to negotiate with Democrats. What is the reality of what lies ahead? The president, he's been in office with a Republican majority for the past two years, so the economy and the state it's in now, and what it will be for the next two years. President Trump owns that. He will want to blame any shortfall on Democrats. However, he's the president. What's your message to him today? I mean, he's waking up. He'll be enraged by the scale of the defeat. I felt he's been really struggling about how to resolve the Iran War thing for months and months now. Very hard to extricate in any way that doesn't look like abject surrender. But I think he has to get out of it somehow. And the last thing he should be doing is doing what some of the neocons wanted to do, which is go and bomb Iran again. What was your message to Donald Trump this morning? His only way forward is to return to the campaign promises he made to the American people in 2024. It's literally what we campaigned on. Make America great again. Put Americans first. And that's literally what he promised and that's what he should be doing. However, will he do that? I don't think so. All the difference a day makes to building behind me might look the same, but many of the people elected to work there are about to change. It's our job, but I'm sensitive to make sense of it. And as the dust settles, let me tell you about something you can do. It's more important to most of us than any election night.
making sure our families are properly looked after. Take Paul and Sarah, both 40, healthy, two kids and already in short at a rate they thought was fine. Then they compared their options through select quotes, made the switch and saved more than $34,000 over their 10-year term. $34,000, if you've never compared live insurance policies, you're probably overpaying. Select quotes license agents compare or with 100 products and at least six trusty carriers and find you a better rate for free. If you've been doing it for over 40 years, it's fast, it's easy, takes about 15 minutes and you'll save an average of 30%. You gave us hours of attention last night. Brian, you know it's interesting because people say it's a repudiation of Magger to which I say, well, I'm not so sure about that. I think it's the sense that a lot of the Magger right have about Trump, including obviously Marjorie and others, who've been vocally saying for some time that he's been doing the various things he said he wouldn't do when he campaigned in 2034. In other words, this is not actually Magger that we're seeing. It's kind of the opposite. And therefore, if the ballot box has reputed at anything, it's repudiated the apparent betrayal of what everyone thought Magger was. No foreign wars, America first, get cost of living in inflation down, release all the Epstein files. That was what people thought they were voting for with Donald Trump. And the sort of sadness for him is that if you look at the first few months of his administration, second time around, it looked like a very energetic new Trump who learned his lessons from the first time, lots of a blizzard of executive orders, taking on the woke brigade over things like transgender athletes and women's sport, everyone agree with that, shutting the southern border, big tick, most Americans agree with that. But even on that, the excesses of ICE agents came into play, which then sullied the narrative about the immigration policy and so on. A lot of this is completely self-inflicted. It is. You know, I stood in front of the White House on a daily basis with my previous network, criticizing Republicans for not following through. Speaker Johnson, for not following through on the Republican agenda. I criticized President Trump early on on bombing Iran in a lot of journalists in that world freaked out. I said, wait a minute, you disagree with the president? I'm like, yes, I do. I tried to warn Republican MAGA viewers that we were looking at a potential earthquake come the midterms that didn't want to hear it. They called us a panicking, they called both of us panicans that we should have any concern. Trust the plan, well, the plan didn't work out. And unfortunately, now MAGA, in my opinion, and I know I'm probably going to get some kick back on this, but it died last night. There's a new division in this country. Do you agree with that, Marjorie? Oh, MAGA is completely dead. It's dead. Yeah, the coalition that created MAGA that got behind the president and handed him power and put Republicans in the majority has been completely devastated. But it didn't just happen last night. It happened over the course of a year or more. And the president is constantly. But as we're talking, JD Vance has said, the reason we lost is the war. He said, the reason we lost is the war. Everyone knows why we lost any honest conversation about where we go from here must start there. I mean, Brian, it's interesting. There's going to be a lot of jostling now for life post Donald Trump. JD Vance has obviously been the front runner in all the polls to replace Trump. But if you're too aligned to what Trump has been doing, you can be too damaged to perhaps get the nomination. What do you think is going to happen? Well, I think it would have been smart months ago when the things started to go sideways to separate himself from President Trump and some of these bad decisions that were not popular with the American people. He didn't do that. He was silent, but didn't openly criticize. And I think that's the problem. Is it too late? I don't know. Well, I can happen in two years, obviously. But there is needs to be a new leader. I feel like a third party. That's my personal opinion. We both go back and forth on this. It may take decades to actually get where a third party candidate can likely win the majority vote here, just the electoral process, doesn't add up to that. But there is a need in this country for people that join both left and right that simply love this country, want good policies, put all the social issues aside, let that go down the states, and just govern this country, like it should be, and not some lobbyists, not special interests. And I'm afraid that MAGA was hijacked by special interests, donors, and foreign countries, to what it is today. I also think Donald Trump's ears have been contaminated by people who I think have been spewing complete nonsense. People like Mark Levin, right? And Laura Luma. And Laura Luma and Ben Shapiro and others. I mean, Levin this morning, because I was pointing out to be, well, let's play the clip actually. This is a clip of him and Ben Shapiro trying to downplay the significance of the Iran War. This was recently, take a look. When we look at the Fox survey, Iran is a 4% issue with the American people. So, whatever happens in the midterms, it doesn't appear that Iran's going to drive anything one way or another. What's your take on this? I think that's exactly right. I mean, to me, those two are completely discredited now. Mark Levin woke up this morning, not in a good mood. He posed to Pears Morgan as a washed up scumbag. He will always be a washed up scumbag. He always has been a washed up scumbag. And in two countries, his own country has gone to hell, thanks to people who share his pathetic in facility. But he spends his days trashing our country and platforming terror-loving jihadists while undermining our military and commander-in-chief. He's another buffoon who has no problem with Iran having a nuclear weapon. And then he tore into Tucker Carlson and various others. I mean, to be clear, I love America. I don't trash America. You're very grateful to have lived and worked here on and off for the last 20 years. Have a home here. My daughter was born here. I was a huge, huge affection for America and Americans. Yeah. And when it comes to pathetic in facility, I would suggest that people like Mark Levin and Ben Shapiro, who've been leading this war-mongering absurd rhetoric now all year and are continuing now, go and finish the job, Donald Trump. What make it worse? You're calling for the annihilation of an entire country, every man, woman, and child. You talk about insanity. It's just completely evil. And it comes back to Israel with them, because they are so blindly, implacably dedicated in their heads to Netanyahu's government doing no wrong, that they can't see the wood for the trees in my estimation about the damage that this Netanyahu government has done to Israel standing around the world. And to Israelis, I don't know what they must be thinking. They're already Jewish people in the world, they speak. And let's take it down to something very granular. We talk about over 22,000 children, just little kids have been killed in Gaza. And then you take it another place, Iran. All these children were killed in the bombing of school. These things are, everyone should be against that. But they're not. Mark Levin, Ben Shapiro, Laura Lumer, call for more of it. And those are the voices that we should absolutely ostracize, reject, kick out of our movement and say you have no place here, because what they speak of and what they demand of the president of the United States is horrific. And the consultants, the consulting class that have used this, not only to enrich themselves, but to position themselves for other candidates. And the lobbyists, the White House has used as like a professional lobbying machine. So in a way, Pierce, I almost think the president didn't realize how disconnected he really was. He goes to the rallies and for me, and he's got a lot of people with these rallies. But I think he had blinders on it because the consultants were telling him, America loves you. No problem. We're winning in every state. And the reality was, the America people were drifting slowly away from the Republican party. Yeah, but Brian, don't give him a pass. Donald Trump is not stupid. He knows what's going on. He himself said no more foreign wars, and then he went and started one. So I don't give a pass. If he had the smarts about him, he should try and bring people like you back into his administration. People are going to be honest with him and try and steer him back to what you would argue is actually what Maggie was supposed to be, the way he laid it out. That's the irony. I don't think he wants, honestly. This is a man that entered his campaign in front of the reflection pool. Yeah. And bragged all about the reflection pool. Same, he didn't look in it and have a better self-reflection. That would have, that would have taught a lot. Stay with me, you two. It's fast. I mean, it's really interesting the journey you both been on clearly, right? Because you were both full on Trumpers, and now two of his big critics. I think there's a lot that share your view on the mega-right who do feel disillusioned about the way it's all gone. And stay with us, though, because I'm going to bring in now somebody who will be feeling very, very smug indeed. Joining us now is a founder and CEO of the Young Turks, Chek Yuga, who texted me during last night's result show to Gloude. And we're also the political advisor and radio host, Jenna Ellis. So welcome to both of you. Well, Chek, come on, spit it out. You obviously are going to be feeling unhealthily smug this morning. But you know what? You've got a right to be, because you called this, and it's played out how you said it would, and how you wanted it to. Yeah, so look, there's a lot of winners and losers from last night. But I feel proud about our contribution. Look, nobody thought that South Carolina was winnable. We did release a documentary a couple weeks ago called The Closetocracy about Lizard.
and the point there wasn't his sexual behavior, the point was the hypocrisy and the corruption. And that's exactly the chickens that came home to roost both in the country and in South Carolina last night. So, that's a seat we picked up that no one believed we could. In Michigan, I said that, you know, all the nonsense on cable news was ridiculous and that Abdullah Said was going to win and win rather comfortably, and that's exactly what happened. But look, in that one, we released the rebellion pack ad and it seems to have been incredibly popular. Meanwhile, CNN discredited it entirely. So they kept saying, "Oh, Abdullah Said has problems with black voters. He won 91% of black voters." Oh, he has problems with Jewish voters. No, no. He has a problem with us serving Israel, 60% of Jewish voters voted for Abdullah Said in Michigan. CNN was lying the entire time trying to damage him. I actually think that they were grossly bigoted. They kept saying, "Oh, if the Muslim man wins, people won't feel safe. They'll feel unsafe." I think that they have a lot of reflecting to do at that network. But I think the big winners are the populist left. And so, yeah, I thought that the Democrats were going to win big. I had, you know, one of the predictions that said that they were going to win the most 55 seats in the Senate and it looks like they're going to win even more. I think Ryan Graham had it a little bit higher, so I'll give him credit for that. And then everybody else thought we were nuts. I said 242, which was beyond what anybody was saying in the House. And now it looks like it might be 263. That's amazing, right? But why did I say that? Because finally, we had populist left running, Talleriko, Abdullah Said, Josh Turk and Iowa, another race that people thought they couldn't win. My pack rebellion pack went five for five, including Turk and Iowa. And including Richard Ojeta, North Carolina, and nine. He took out the head of the Republicans election efforts in Congress. And that was a stunning upset victory. That brothers as populist as it gets, he wants body cams on lobbyists. And now he's going to Congress. So another giant winner at last night is Rokana. He's the leader of the populist left movement and he's the leader saying no more wars, no more funding of Israel. And he made a great point on the young Turks last night. He said, look, Donald Trump said no more aid to Israel. That's now the baseline. So if a Democrat says we should give money to Israel, there to the right of Donald Trump. So after this election, the biggest winner is the American people and the planet because we cannot continue this war. If Donald Trump continues this war, it'll be spitting in the face of America. There has never been a clearer mandate. And I don't know that he survives to the end of his term politically if he reignites this war. The American people could not have been clearer. And yes, let's get out of our alliance with Israel. Next we'll launch defund Israel because we've had enough of this and the American people were super clear. So all the people who told you that this wasn't going to happen and oh my god, don't work for the populist, they were wrong and they were trying to deceive you. And now this is really important. The American people have given us an opportunity and we need to take that opportunity and deliver for them because if we don't deliver, then they'll just go back to throwing us out. Okay. General, before I ask you a question, what I point out to viewers that it's unbelievably hot here in DC, it's like 23 degrees Celsius, like mid-70s in the early November. It seems completely nuts, but that's why it's so bright and while we're all, well, why I'm beginning to sweat quite profusely. So if I start to disappear in a drowning pool, you'll realize what happened. General, this has been an unbelievable shellacking. Yeah, exactly. Yes. And this has been an unbelievable shellacking for the Republicans. It's got to be a moment of extreme self-reflection. J.D. Vance has just come out and said it was the Iran war. I kind of agree with that because I think the economic issues that people have had, both working and middle-class Americans, can be drawn to a direct line to that decision to attack Iran and the effect on the global energy and the effect on cost of living and so on. What are you feeling? I mean, Margie Telegreen here saying, "Manga is dead. It's done." That's it. You agree? Yeah. Absolutely. And I agree also with Governor DeSantis that he said this morning in Tallahassee that this was a close-to-extinction level event for Republicans. And this didn't just start with 2024. I think this was a total vindication of those of us in the primary that said that we needed to move past the Trump era, say he did great in his first term, but in 2024, we as Republicans wanted a new leader who would have had eight years in office. And so Trump coming in in 2024, as already a lame duck, yes, he did have the mandate going into his second term, but he failed to deliver on that. And that really wasn't surprising for those of us who have worked for him and who knew him because at the end of the day, this has always been all about himself. And so while the Iran War, I gave him a lot of leeway initially to say, "Yeah, we don't want to have Iran have nuclear capabilities, but it became a war." And it was all about what he wanted for his foreign policy, legacy, not what the voters and the mega base that put him in power ultimately had voted him back into office for. And so now what's going to happen is that there will be a clash between the old establishment GOP, that there was a referendum on last night as well, Greg Abbott losing in Texas. That's not about Donald Trump. That's about the establishment GOP. That's about the young voters saying we want something different. So there is a clear rejection of both MAGA, Donald Trump's hand picked candidates. He was on the ballot last night, but there's also a rejection of the establishment GOP. So there is going to be a lot of maneuvering, a lot of brokering. I think that Donald Trump is going to try to make deals to not be impeached. There are some reports coming out saying that he would prefer to resign rather than be impeached. So I'm not even sure he's going to survive the next years. It's going to be very interesting. But what needs to happen for the GOP is to go back to their roots, only 17% of evangelical self-identified voters came out in this midterm compared to 2022 where there was 24%. They are ignoring their base, which are the evangelical Christians who want the traditional Republican values in the GOP and they want that policy. That's what MAGA has rejected. That's what the establishment GOP has rejected. And so if the GOP wants to rally for 2028, they're going to have to pick a different leader. And I personally hope that that is Governor Ron DeSantis. And I think that we should have picked him in 2024 as well. That's the lesson from this last election. Yeah, I think DeSantis has played quite a clever game actually and he's obviously been a very successful governor. There's no question about that. And of course, DeSantis was leading the way with the life post Trump's Republicans until the Democrats launched what he called the law fair assault on him. From that moment Trump went back up and DeSantis crashed away. Now it's going to be interesting, isn't it? Because I looked at all the big wins for the Democrats last night and thought, well, who of all this law could actually mount a presidential run? And part of it will be, I think, presenting to the American people a sense that they are a more civil candidate than the way that they talk about Trump, who they believe to a man and woman is the sort of emblem of instability. And I wanted in the context of that, but as I'm talking to you, Polly Markets say that John Ossoff is now the front runner to be the Democratic presidential nominee up to 23 percent now with AOC at 16 and Gavin Easton at 15. It doesn't surprise me. He made a very measured and civil acceptance speech last night. Now by contrast, your guy, Abdel El Sayyid, amazing achievement to become the first Muslim Senator. Let me put that on the record. But I thought his victory speech was pretty insufferable in many ways, not remotely, I would say humble or gracious, it was just a good old bit of Trump rhetoric really, but reversed into Democrat voices. But also there was this extraordinary scuffle he had with a very good journalist who I know called James Matthews from Sky News, who is one of the best journalists on American, on British television, working in America. And this happened. Let's take a look. >> Are you registered to vote in Michigan, or are you registered to vote in Michigan? Why would I care to have a conversation with you, this isn't going to be, why would I care to have a conversation with you? >> I'm a journalist, I'm a journalist. >> You're just in the UK, you know how many votes I want to get in the UK? >> There's zero. >> There's zero. >> This election matters, this election matters to the world. >> Why do you think or the question to be asked? >> You're bidding to be a senator and- >> A senator in where, what country? >> What country? >> In the United States. >> Yes. >> The leader of the three worlds. >> What country are you in? >> I'm based in the United States. >> I report. >> But you report for where? Where are your viewers? They're international. They are international. >> The sky news is not viewed in the United States. >> It's only viewed in the UK. >> It is. >> We have an international way. >> I'm just going to tell you. >> I do. >> This is your election. >> I'm sure of all the questions. >> Is it not relevant to the UK? >> I've answered all the questions. >> Is your election not relevant to the rest of the world? >> It's not relevant to the rest of the world. >> It's to stop chasing me around. >> Please. >> Thank you. >> I'm not chasing you around. >> Thank you. >> I mean, if that was Donald Trump, you'd say he's arrogant, he's obnoxious, he's patronizing, he's physically manhandling him, all for asking perfectly rational questions. I thought that was pretty awful, actually, but I'll say. And it revealed to me a slight anger management issue with this guy. >> Yeah, no, I couldn't disagree more. >> You know all about it.
and the money's ability to just want to come into you on that yeah. So look but who won peers my side one of dual outside side one so no this reframing it as like somehow civility one no we kicked their ass and did did I look civil on air to you no did was my rebellion pack add civil to the Israelis to a pack no we had a pack tears mugs on our set and we landslided a pack and we landslided the mainstream and look peers there's something you're you know you it's hard for you to acknowledge which is that but maybe you will I don't know you come a long way in so many different ways just meaning that you've been open minded which I appreciate which is that mainstream media is our opponents I mean CNN smeared up dual outside more than Fox news did I mean they were grotesquely bigoted and and that ad that was it went so viral from us everybody on cable news was on a different planet they were calling it offensive American people loved that ad and who was right and who was wrong it matters who was right not for bragging reasons not for ego because it's about determining where the American people stand so when Mark Levin and Ben Shapiro said oh the American people loved genocide and they love endless wars in the Middle East they were preposterous no one should have ever listened to them but they weren't that different than Dana Bash and Jake Tapper and Van Jones on CNN so constantly telling us the American people want to serve Israel they know they don't so the two giant conclusions from this election are the American people are sick of corruption what I've said this so many times on your show Israel is not the iceberg it's the tip of the iceberg be the iceberg is corruption money and politics and what was up duals number one line get money out of politics taleriko same exact thing get money out of politics because all our politicians do is serve the donor class and don't think we don't know that some of the democratic leadership serves the same people so we got our eyes on it because you know I helped win some of these elections or our groups did and the populist did doesn't mean that we got oh yeah we're just gonna let Chuck Schumer and Akim Jeffries run this place and we're gonna be civil and good little boys and girls no we're gonna go into Congress at least some of my allies are and we're gonna create good trouble which is stick up for the American people and if you go back to trying to serve your donors we're gonna come and kick your ass and we're not going to be civil about it politically one thing I would never it well I would never yeah exactly I would never expect check you to be civil or to be a good little boy so none of that is a surprising statement but I have to hand it to you chain you back to winner and it's been a very very good day for people on the left and people like you that care passionately as you do about that issue of Israel it's quite clear what the American people voted in that regard last night so thank you both for joining me I appreciate it and be joined by Emily Maetless superstar journalist from my homeland presenter of the news agents now I want to start actually by playing a clip from my appearance on the news agents yesterday when you try to hoist me for my arrogant pertardent said to me come on then give me a firm prediction so I did let's take a look in my prediction is a big blue wave bordering on tsunami I think the Democrats are going to win both the House of Representatives and the Senate I think it will be quite a comfortable win in both and I think the key big wins to look out for are Tallarico in Texas and El Sayed in Michigan because if those two guys win then it is an earthquake politically for the progressive left winning in place is nobody thought they could win and that I think lays down the two years that then run up to a general election in a fascinating political way and it raises the questions I said earlier of what happens to the mega movement to trumpism he might moan about the results I actually think the American system on elections is very very good there is actually very little hard evidence of any fraud that goes on they tend to catch it when it does so I think it can be confident in the system so for all the squealing that may come and look this is premature you may if you wins the Senate the squealing will be one of joy and he'll claim victory and rightly so but I do think it's going to be a very big night for the Democrats a bad night of for the Republicans and a night a big self-reflection for the Republicans and for the guy in the big White House behind me well Emily apart from putting in the word nostradamus next to next to me in a little badge of time I appear and look people were predicting similar stuff I don't take credit for being the only person with that I think but but I could feel it I could feel it the same way I could feel trump was going to win in 2016 I could really feel the opposite this time JD Vance has come out and said it's about the Iran War I kind of agree with that I do think all the issues which people were indicating at the exit polls basically revolve around the Iran War and the corruption which Cheng alluded to a lot of people very concerned that whilst they're suffering economically the rich ones are all enriching themselves by being corrupt look I sat here two years ago when he won in 2024 and he really blew the doors off he gained the House again the Senate he completely captured the swing states and it was all on him and I remember saying at that point whatever happens next is all on him you can't blame the Democrats you can't blame people in the House you can't blame the Senators you can't blame the Supreme Court it is all on Trump now and it was and what was extraordinary I think about last night's vote was it showed how tightly connected what he had done was to how people voted it wasn't some ethereal problem you know outside of his making it wasn't a covid it wasn't some big sort of cataclysmic event that he couldn't control it it wasn't even you know the Russia war the invasion of Ukraine it was stuff that he had chosen to do and because it all happened in the space for about seven months it was very easy to draw that line yeah and he went and also this happened that this is why I think self-inflicted wounds I mean he didn't need to do any of this and if he hadn't done I mean we'll never know now how the tariff war might have played out we don't know right because it could have worked I mean I talked to topic columnist and look it may work we'll never know now because he got it he got to eviscerated by the compounding issue of the Iran war and the energy spikes I I had a Republican strategist on our show overnight last night Brian Lanza saying oh I think it was just a bit too early you know the Iran war might still work it might still yield stuff he was still playing the old card of like there I say February 2026 where he was trying to argue that if we just given it more time it would all have worked out okay the American people were not prepared to give it more time and what is so fascinating is that JD Vance has said the same thing right at the president's side and he has actually tried to tie those words back to Trump himself but he has basically listed things that are now staring all of us in the face which was that Trump chose that path there was no getting away from it it's not an inflation thing it's you know it it all comes back to him and the people around him can see that and they are now starting to say and they're all breaking ranks I agree and now you two are all friends Emily and Marjorie and just to remind viewers who don't know what I'm talking about this is what happened last time they sat next to each other do you think president Trump Mr. Trump is closer to picking his VP and should you be on that list oh you know that's the question everyone asks and no I don't think Nikki Haley should be on the list but of course president Trump will choose who he wants for VP would you like to be on that list he's got a long list I support president Trump in any way any way he'd ask me but I can assure you it won't be Nikki Haley and can you tell me why so many people that support Donald Trump love conspiracy theories including yourself he seems to attract lots of conspiracy theorists well let me tell you you're a conspiracy theorist and the left and the media spreads more conspiracy theories we like the truth we like supporting our constitution our freedoms in America first so what about Jewish space lasers tell us about Jewish space no why don't why don't you go talk about Jewish space lasers and really why don't you fuck off how about that thanks thank you very much I think if you had to say it was a reason to be short like quite you know tricky encounters so how are you feeling now life has moved on I don't know I actually haven't talked to Emily since then and I still stand with the words I said there today those were definitely ridiculous questions and I felt like pretty much like L Syed as he was being questioned by Sky News here in America we make our decisions and we know our issues and when we get asked read questions like that we're going to push back and we don't care who it is and it you know and I'll go back to JD JD wants to frame this election loss on the Iran war because that's easy for him to go against right the reality is this was a complete referendum on Donald Trump Democrats didn't go out there and win big Donald Trump destroyed the Republican party he destroyed MAGA it's not just the war it's cost of living it's Republican failure to ever fix health care it's Republican failure to ever care about small businesses regular Americans that I thought for I think it's a big credibility trader and and my son's life was threatened and Trump told me that I deserved it on that issue yeah but it's also it's it's literally put Americans first and Donald Trump blew it and everyone that stood there clapping like stupid little train baby seals right behind him own it all and so they're going to have to recognize
the real issues. Emily, Marjorie's gone on quite a journey since that clip. I'm just thinking that when you interviewed her then, very different Marjorie Taylor Green now with a very different fan base and a very different view of Donald Trump. Look, can I just say, since that moment in the Mara Largo Forum, my admiration for Marjorie Taylor Green has only increased. You called out a bully before many in your own party did, and what you did over the Epstein files was absolutely the right move, and arguably it is what pushed him finally to release those files. Now they didn't do it in a clever way, they did it in a pauling way, and actually many of the victims still found themselves exposed to the world when they've never told their stories before, but I do think it was pressure from people like Marjorie who really pushed that, and I do think it's extraordinary that you were prepared to stand up to the party, but I'm so happy to have had the chance to hear from you that actually your views on Jewish space lasers haven't changed, because that was the unknown in all this, I never got a chance to go back to you Marjorie. I never said that to begin with, and so that's actually what is your view on Jewish space? I never said it, but what is your view? I have no idea. What militaries have been using redirective energy for all kinds of medicine that you guys are selling a conspiracy theories? I'm saying it, don't keep me out of it. It still is, but really, in reality is, I've always been that person. She's actually paying a couple of books. What is your readily for it? I never got the chance to go back and say, could you clear that one up? And you have done now, and so I'm so grateful, because I feel like this is my own Marjorie Taylor Green scoop, that you don't believe in the conspiracy everyone accused you of believing. Here's the reality being pulled right here, is I mean, most people didn't know me, and I was defined in short little clips and fake headlines. And the person that I've always been is the woman that you saw come out and fight for rape victims, stand up to the president of the United States and say, no, when we said America first, we really fucking minute, and Trump is the one that blew it. And that's the person I've always been, and I've had to fight people on. Is he with those? Because everyone defines me over who I was. Genuinely, to walk into a crowd as we both were there, and ask about the cult like status of some of the people around him. And you have proved that you're not of it. You took yourself out of it, but I think it's pretty hard to ignore the fact that people around Trump believe the things that he told them to believe, whether it was about him winning an election that he clearly lost, whether it was to do with, you know, with the Democrats, we're all going to, you know, the Muslims are going to come and rape everyone, you know, so and so did you have this, all the rest of it. He basically, he basically allowed people around him to enact a cult like status. And actually, I think it was fair enough to come in and say, why do you think all these people are doing it? Because what we're seeing now, Marjorie, is extraordinary. There's going to be a load of people waking up today trying to reevaluate their whole relationship with Donald Trump, right? Some of them have even started to look like a mega image of Donald Trump. And so you're kind of like, what happens to you now? Is that gone? Are you, are you rethinking the surgery? Are you rethinking the look? Are you still wearing the mega cap? It was that gone now, right? No, I fully agree with you. It was turned, it turned into a cult where they worshiped a man. And that was something I always had a hard time with is, you know, I worship God, I'm a Christian, Jesus is my savior. I think Brian can speak to it, because he's been here. Well, drag me in this jury spring. Actually, I think we bought it. Yeah. But we watched Ian's giving, you know, put up these constant images. Yeah. We watched, trust the plan and QAnon, which by the way, they use those individuals in the very beginning of the campaign. But then as they got closer to the election, they wanted to eliminate any type of QAnon, trust the plan referenced, because they knew it was working against them in the broader election. But they used that conspiracy theory to kind of pull people in. To keep the cult going, to keep it going. I was in this with women. Trump would always say, we need to get the suburb of women. We need the suburb of women. I think he got them in 24, but the last. He got them in 2018. In 2018. No, sorry. In 2018 was when they started leaving him. It was a new woman. Yeah. The Epstein debacle, you have lost. I mean, we travel this country at New York, L.A., you go anywhere. Women do not support that decision. They stand behind Margarita. He also has lost the Latino vote big time, because he had the majority of that in the last election. Yeah. He's lost independence. He lost many moderate Republicans. He lost a lot. Maha Maha's, her total weight. And he's saying that she thinks MAGA is dead. Do you agree? Let's see. I mean, this is Lazarus, right? We're talking about. He tends to come back from that. If you told me that after the attempted insurrection at the Capitol on January 6, that we would still find him as president. But he'd win bigger in 2024. Yeah, I would have had a problem believing that. So I'm not saying MAGA is saying the movement is over, but I do think there needs to be a really big calibration. And I think one of the things that is worrying me is that if he is, like a caged animal, narrowed and controlled at home, then it's the rest of the world that might suffer. You know, we don't know what his plans are for the Middle East now. We don't know what his plans are for Europe. We don't know who he's going to come in and support a whole bunch of crazies going to the polls in May, April of 2027 in the European elections. We don't know what power he still has to inflict damage on places that aren't just a matter. Or judging by his quite modifying rhetoric last night, is he aware of the potential danger he and his family and his business associates may be in with a Democrat-run Congress and investigations and preachers and so on. You know, is that an indicator that he may actually change his? I think that was just five minutes. I mean, from what I remember, the truth, social tweets came out and he said, "Let's work together." And the next thing I saw was a cap saying veto on it. Give him my staggeringly good prediction yesterday. I'm going to ask all of you now to put your prediction hats on. Go forward 2028, because there's a lot going on in both parties. A real battle for the hearts, minds and souls of both parties here. I put out earlier, Ossofie DeSantis, anybody? Your thoughts. This is a long runway, Pierce. Give me a couple of names. It could be in the next. I can't even give you names because the GOP is so destroyed right now, literally. I called-- Talk to Carson. I called earlier that the Republican party needs to kick Donald Trump out of the party because he's destroyed it. He's endorsed horrible candidates that now hold elected office. The party in the current condition that it is right now will not be supported by the American people. They don't support the Neocons. They don't support the corporate interests. They don't support Israel. They don't support killing children with American tax dollars in the military. And that's the current state of the Republican party. Let me put it to you. Is it Tucker, Marjorie Taylor Greene ticket? Impossible. We've both said we don't want to run for president and president. Well, I normally take that as a confession you do, Ossofie. I agree. Brian just winked at me, right? But I always told her, I see the support. Well, I see the support. That was a very annoying wink. That was like-- No, the thing is, I know the support that she has with the American people. That is not in her plans right now. I'm going to speak for you on your behalf right now. This is not our plan. Yeah, it's helping not make noise here. But if you do go for VP, I'm definitely rerunning that clear. Who do you think, I'm just-- I think the Republicans need a woman now. I think the Epstein scandal was so damaging to Trump. Who is that woman now? I don't know who that woman is. And I think none of the people that I kind of cast my eye over in the mega bunch are really are should be in the frame for 2028. I think they need to really show that they've understood that scandal. And frankly, they need to get away from the bros a bit. They need to get away from, you know, frat boy Pete and all that crazy testosterone that's trying to, you know, push the military into new wars and new foreign wars. I think they need a break from all that. And I think that they haven't yet-- I don't know. I don't think they found their woman yet. I mean, I think it's easy today to put money on John Ossoff, who has a good deal point, swore that he's going to sit out his full term. But yeah, look, they've got two years. It's pretty interesting he's going to be. Thank you all for coming in. I'd like the fact you two are now almost in the same camp. I mean, who would have thought that? I didn't recognize that last minute, but now that's all the glib. I remember being filmed. That's what I remembered from. We've resolved the Jewish space laser crisis. We've put that behind us. You're now liberal bedfellows. What more could the world want to know? Absolutely not, but carry on. Actually, you two are doing a good podcast. Just thinking this. No, she's going to be VP. It's going to be time for me. I'm not going to be defying by Brits here. Thank you all very much.
