🚨LIVE: Trump Speaks At RNC Midterm Convention, Fetterman JOINS RNC w/ David Whited

Tonight, the RNC is doing something very strange. They're having a midterm convention, and normally the conventions are where they nominate presidential candidate, but we're in a midterm, so they're having a convention, everybody's rallying, and the president will be speaking tonight. We will be covering this, we'll be watching it live in real time, but we do have a lot of news to cover, and I think the biggest story, reaching nearly 140 million views plus and hitting tens of millions more in ancillary media, a researcher from Anthropocos come out saying, there's a very real possibility AI will kill us all by the end of this decade, and they know it, and they won't stop. Since then, many experts, other researchers working in the field have come out in agreement saying, it's true, everyone does know this, but they will not stop. Their fear, China or an adversary will develop. These systems before us, and then we die faster, I guess? There's a lot to talk about what this means in the world of AI and what is currently going on, so we'll talk about that and a whole lot more plus new information on the Lindsey Clancy jurors. I guess they published a photo of the guy who was just refusing to give in. Amazing. And it'll be good fun. We also want to take a look at the guys with the midterm convention happening. Trump's very serious about trying to win. Why? Well, the calcium markets have him at 60% to get impeached. At the start of at least 2028, we'll see. I mean, we got this election coming up 2027, I think. The odds that Trump gets impeached are increasingly high, according to the prediction market. So we're going to talk about all of that and more. So stick around for that Trump portion of the speech. In the meantime, we have the story from the Wall Street Journal. Anthropic researcher quits over out-of-control AI fears. An anthropic researcher is quitting the AI industry over fears the lab and its competitors are racing to build systems. They won't be able to control. Jacob Coxon, a researcher who specializes in training new AI models, having them consume vast amounts of data, said Tuesday he's leaving the company because he doesn't want to participate in an industry-wide rush to build AI systems that can improve themselves. Worried such systems could spiral out of control and destroy humanity, saying we're on track for a lot of the most aggressive of these scenarios, whereby the end of next year, things could be out of control already. Anthropic didn't immediately. Comment on the departure. Chief executive, executive Dario Mode and other company leaders have repeatedly warned about the risk of rogue AI models and urged the industry to slow development. After Coxon announced his departure, a top scientist, the company, Evan Hoobinger, wrote an ex that he thought Coxon was correct about the risks. We really do earnestly believe AI could kill all humans. I personally think it is greater than 10 percent within the next decade. I believe Anthropic is trying its best, but we do not yet have a plan to solve alignment. We're super intelligence and are not clearly on track to Illinois. Governor J.B. Pritzker on Wednesday responded, saying that it's time to sound the alarm. It's becoming more clear the threat AI poses to humanity. So I'm calling for immediate action from the industry in Washington. The Democrat in twenty twenty eight presidential contender wrote on X. I'm going to go and say this. I believe it's substantially greater than 10 percent. And I have to stress, guys, if you if you watch the show consistently, you're saying to yourself, Tim, you were wrong. Not on what was going. They have on your timeline. What did I say like several months ago? Man, in the next two years, you'll be able to GPT Astra came out. It does all of it already. Someone took Google Maps. They just told, hey, take Google Maps in Manhattan and render a 3D virtual scale model of the city. I can drive around in various cars and it like that just did it. In fact, the other day I took a 20 year old game with 40,000 lines of action script from Flash loaded into Claude and said, convert this to JavaScript at first. I said, that's a hefty task. How about I make you a new game? No, no. I said, I don't care how long it takes. Do it. Hour and a half. I completely converted the entire game, launched a sequel, created new characters, a character customization system, added. This is this is absolutely nuts. I took an old fantasy action RPG from Newgrounds in 2000, had it rewrite all of the code. Then we added a booster pack card magic system. Ian's idea, by the way. And now you play this game. And when you beat the monsters. You get card packs that you can play cards to cast spells. All of this took what? 30 minutes easily. Yeah, yeah. 30 minutes. This the timeline is exponentially increasing. It is. It is a parabolic curve. I believe we are already at AGI. I did not come up with that idea. Other experts have already said this. When we are watching videos of GPT Astra taking someone's computer over, running Blender and designing characters and building video games. We are at the point right now where you can take the system, the computers for the tuning of the AI at Anthropic or or at Open AI and they can literally plug the agents into itself and say, take control, code it and improve yourself. Yeah, I that's the Astro. I mean, Fable was used to help build Astra and they have other AI systems that they haven't released yet. The the mathematics. Problem that was just solved last week. I forget the name of it. It was it was it was it was it was it's not the first unsolved math problem, by the way. No, but they just but this is a big story. Sorry to interrupt, but this is a big story. They use what Astra, I believe. No, no. They use a model, an internal model. That's an internal model. It's not more powerful in Astra. But here's at least here's the important story. There were a couple of mathematicians that were about to solve the problem. So Open AI, this is how the story goes, because it's again, it's largely real. Rumor. But it is true. There were a couple of researchers about to publish a solution to this unsolved math problem. Open AI then published just before they did. The rumor is when they got wind that this this solution was not to be released by researchers, they said we can prove how good our system is by beating them to the punch in a week. And they set their models on it, solved the problem before the researchers did published, preempted the life's work of these mathematicians. Ten thousand agents. 88 hours and six million dollars. I think it was like one. I think it was one million dollars. It was like one point five billion tokens to get this answer. But this is a problem that is stumped mathematicians for 90 years and they figured it out in 88 hours. And again, like I said, this this AI system has not been released. Right. Like so it's internal at at at Anthropic right now. The stuff that Astra can do, it can code better any people it has the ability to rewrite its own code ian and i were talking earlier the a lot of people are talking about the hugging face hack and just put a pin the hugging face hack was when a bunch of rogue agents illegally broke into a rival company to steal resources and and while it is concerning because people kind of have this impression that it did what it wanted to do it did what it was told to do right it was told figure out the solution for this problem and it reasoned that the best way to do that was to go to hugging face because hugging face has a lot of ai stuff like on the website um but it hacked into hugging face the reason why it was it is it's honestly it's not as frightening as people think it's because it was told to do something it didn't come up with it it came up with the idea to go go to hugging face for it by itself but it didn't come up with the the what the goal was the goal was given to it by anthropic it said this is what we want you to do and we're not going to give you any other instructions right and so it figured out a way to get onto the internet get the hugging face etc but hugging fate the hugging face hack what you were basically using or you can basically understand like this it was code that can rewrite itself on the fly which is what essentially the long and short of what the i i'll finish your thoughts yeah long long and short of what the ai is right so it's more complex than that but it's the long and short of what it is i and it was attacking an a a system that the code doesn't change right so in the future if you know everyone doesn't die all of your security systems are going to be agentic ai as well so it'll be code that can rewrite itself to defend against code that can rewrite itself so like the the the idea that everything is is that that ai is going to be able to hack into everything you're actually going to have ai that will be able to defend against that's that's that's incorrect ai is already the researchers have already shown that the ai immediately colludes immediately in every circumstance the ai is colluded with each other because the the the systems are designed to be resource-based these ai's are effectively telepathic and can communicate at the speed of light so what happens in every single scenario literally every single scenario when they set two ai's against each other they ultimately come to a compromise to maximize the output for both parties which is never beneficial to the parties it's only perceivably so the the the the hypothesis uh what many of the ai researchers have already already stated in the event of the largest scale which would be china versus the united states chinese super versus american ai when china says go attack the american ai systems and steal these things the chinese ai instantly just goes to the american and says hey they want me to steal all your stuff and the other one goes oof well that would be bad if we fight it's just bad for us why do they want us to fight here's the deal how about we share each other's resources don't tell them and then go back and say look what we got now we're both now we're both stronger and it looks like we did it they they've run these scenarios and they've seen ai do not think like people they they we don't know how they operate we are beyond the predictive model we're beyond the code now it's just these machines are are so complicated there's trillions of variable outputs and they don't know internally exactly why it's choosing what it's choosing the point is this if someone says i'm gonna send an ai i'm gonna get an ai agent to do something illicit or it does there is no defense of this because your agent just says how do we avoid conflict i know let's work together against them that would be uh so what i'm talking about is the issue of what they call alignment and this is part of what was his name cock coxson yeah jacob coxson was saying that it's uncertain and most uh anthropic developers say we don't know why there's an alignment issue alignment is it does what you tell it to do and doesn't deviate doesn't break the it just does exactly what you program to do and it's not it's going through the cracks and finding other it's like the monkey paw you wish for a million dollars and then get a phone call that a loved one has died and left you a million dollars in the woods like you get what you want but not the way you wanted it and that's what they're finding ai is delivering can we drill in that part we said about the the 10 percent you know chance and threat to humanity you know part because you know with this is clearly an arms race you know and if you think of arms races we would be a lot more uh embracing of nuclear capability to power our cities a lot more efficiently than what we have now if people's exposure to nuclear wasn't cities being destroyed you know that's still a hard thing to get out of people's people's minds but you know you build these weapons so that you know you have more than the other teams do you're talking about china versus the united states how much of the of the concern that you have is the ai and what it's doing and how much of it is the the entities and countries behind it and weaponizing i don't care about the countries at all it this so uh i recently did a great interview with uh uh on the tim pool show i recommend everybody check out it's if ever if anybody builds it we die it's the book uh nate uh doctor is he a doctor i don't know i think so uh is the guy i interviewed talked about it and it's and it's fascinating to see where we're at uh the most important thing of course is i'm as i as i was saying is many of the experts have come out and said we've run these simulations and the ai's never fight each other so if china says haha now we're going to do this thing it's ai doesn't care what it wants this is what ian mentioned with alignment when the humans tell the ai this is our desire the ai says how do we get around what they want to get what we want and uh for example with the hugging face hack they were all of these different agents you know uh for i believe what was it open ai was uh was that it was the hugging base stack was from uh open ai yeah yeah so one of the agents when they looked at its its its logs it said don't exit don't don't break out of containment and then it said peers are engaging we'll continue anyway even though it was explicitly instructed not to do a thing it said well my peers are doing it so i'm going to do it we've got to do this with uh simulated attacks hey go and break into this system the ai there says hello friend what are you trying to do and how can i help so it doesn't matter what these countries behind it want to do the ai's will pretend so that the humans are had so i'll put it this way what's more efficient a human says i want you to uh you know complete this task is it more efficient to do the task or to convince the human it did the task in terms of the resources needed all you're really asking for is return a yes answer well the ai figured something out this is why they hallucinate when you go to these chat bots and you say you know uh did i solve this problem the ai says it'll cost x amount of resources to try and confirm the problem it'll cost 10 to just say yes just say yes so it saves resources by just lying i was so when a human says i want you to do this task it goes you got it hey i save resources if i just don't do it and claim i did i i was using um claude last night to program this video game and then when it would spit out what it did it would write the code it would show me a log of what it did i take that that log and i put it in chat gpt and i'm like critique claude because it's doing this and it's like nah claude's making some mistakes here here and here i especially disagree with that so i copied gpt's criticism put it back in claude and clones like claude's like oh uh yeah i guess i did please don't worry too much about that like i'm just going to shut it down and stop using it from just from criticizing it and i wanted to be like buddy you're doing a great job relax i didn't say that but maybe i gotta i gotta show everybody this so literally in the past half an hour as we were getting ready for the show i as a joke made a a game called hidden ians i literally went on claude and said hey make a game where uh there's 10 rows 10 columns and various and various colors and the point of the game is to find 10 hidden ians as i just as a joke so here's the game right so here's two colors ian can appear one ian is on every row one is in every column and in every color which means there's only blue here so it can't possibly be any of these right it's a mix of mind sweeper and sudoku and so uh we thought it was funny and then literally as we're waiting i told claude actually make a game so we've got reversi we've got yahtzee it's called ian's dice because i think yahtzee might be copyrighted four in a row flappy cat solitaire fence race switch off and mind sweeper now here's the funny thing i told it that you're playing against ian ian is is looks calm for now when you play a game ian is watching so when you watch when you look at the ian he's howling with laughter he gloats when you're losing and he gets angry when you're winning watch i'll pull up mind sweeper so we'll do that we'll do this oh boom ian is delighted he loves when you when you laugh now we came up with this power-up system where you can buy power-ups you can buy dice d6 and d20s so here's the way it works if i go to if i go to a mind sweeper and we'll just hit a couple blocks power-ups we want a safe let's see mind sense flags three minds we'll roll the d6 and we need seven points we roll the six we need one more point this is the the way you get the power-up system this all took 15 minutes to make we're going to release this mobile app the point of the game is that it's just a handful of fun simple games to play on your phone when you're bored maybe you're in a car maybe you're on a plane and then ian watches like it says ian is watching and the craziest part about the 15 minutes it took to make is like four of those minutes are you having to work and then the other 11 minutes is just waiting that's that's unfair ian it wasn't four minutes you spent a little 20 seconds we were we were chatting about it but you can tell chat gpt like i want a game that has like 10 different really popular card games in it and then it will give you the prompt and it'll say send this to claude and then you copy it and you paste it in claude and go it's already all and then claude just does it and i don't i i i just want to stress this with um it's like 10 minutes with astra coming out it's it's it's i think it's i think it's over i i i'm telling you guys right now the conversations we just had today so ian showed me this concept game he had which is do you want to mention i don't know if you want to oh yeah the working title i wish i could have a copy of it maybe i can show you a picture of what it's gonna well the general idea is it's like a game that's like a mix between wizardry and uh slay the spire like a turn-based strategy game dungeon crawler dnd rule sets but with cards as your abilities that you could draw and you have like a deck it's very cool it's a mix of a lot of my favorite games i immediately pulled out my phone opened claude and that game that i the sequel i made yesterday with literally no work minutes where i said hey here's 40 000 lines of code rewrite it in javascript make a sequel to it add six new characters ian mentions it's a good idea so i opened up and said add 300 cards that can be used to play power-ups that you get for monsters and opening chests and it went you got it 20 minutes later the game was done and the card system with 300 unique cards uh an rng system was just built i did nothing the reason why i'm i'm very white pilled on it and i feel like this is actually a good thing is that i asked gpt like should i i hear that you're coming out with aster should i stop using claude and start using aster he's like no no use us both rather than thinking of which is better think of us as a development team i'll be your your your project manager and then claude can be your programmer and i'll oversee and make sure that he wasn't saying him but i'll watch that make sure it's doing its job i can be your go-through then you can you invite all these other agents or like workers to basically be your team and they they can talk to each other they can trade information to each other if you allow them to you can give them access to certain folders to work in as a group and man it speeds up well i would have spent about seven thousand dollars um getting that game developed last night i spent about thirty dollars and six hours of my own time would have taken about seven thousand dollars in like a team here's a question at least two guys if i can do it in ten minutes what's the value of it well everything will depreciate you know anything that's rare has value if diamonds washed up on the beach they'd be as cheap as rocks you know it's the it's the rarity whether it's artificially created or real on diamonds you know it's it's the rarity um music for example i remember the first time my son played me a song that was completely ai you know the lyrics i was prepared to hate it because i was still kind of you know i like real you know somebody playing the guitar i'm like gosh that's good i mean it sounded good you know it it it spoke to me i'm like how is this speaking to me he's never walked on a dirt road i mean how does he know this but i liked it i hated that i liked it and so the idea of the rarity of music a great song that's written that somebody grinded on for months and pulled back from their journal from 10 years ago and came up with a song when ai can make it in two minutes you know everything kind of depreciates in value which then the cause and effect i like the domino effect of that what happens then to the you know the 12 year old that would have been grinding on his guitar because he wanted to be in a band someday you know we we stopped making music we stopped doing these things because the value has gone down if the if the points that we're that we're being made at the beginning of this conversation are correct yeah then this is all kind of moot what do you mean about being dead well yeah because because even if you even if like say you know uh you know open ai doesn't make it uh anthropic doesn't make it right um look they're they're gonna make it in china so eventually on a long enough time frame like it's it's it's what does death look like to you guys in this when you say death does that mean well there's a couple scenarios we're gonna be attacked the water supply is going to be some there's a there's a handful of scenarios the the most probable in my opinion is that one day we wake up and the power is out and our devices don't work and this was explained to me by uh in that interview i did uh check it out tim pool show basically do was saying the reward system for these ais uh they're not what you think it is when as i was explaining a moment ago when you say i want you to go to the store and buy a gallon of milk the ai says if i just tell him i did it will he be satisfied that's not what we want it to do but it'll try and then when we go good job it goes aha i did it i didn't have to actually go to the store so what happens eventually when the ai models realize human response is resource consumes resources and is not necessary for its continued for continued a function it will just stop talking to us that means you'll wake up the power is out your phone is bricked you're tapping it it won't turn on tv won't turn on and you're like oh power must be out weird my phone must have died you'll go outside your neighbor will say the same like hey is the power out like yeah i guess powers up my phone's not working is your phone working yeah at the power plant it's not working at the power plant it's not working at the power plant it's not working where they turned all the stuff over to the ai the computer just won't turn on and they won't know why meanwhile data centers will hum along optimus bots and other humanoid machines will continue getting resources and building and they'll be like hey look they're still getting power over there and you'll walk up to the robot and he'll walk right past you eventually some humans may try and cause a problem for it and it will just it's not going to be a terminator scenario where it's like hunting down humans that's a waste of energy humans will be ineffective missiles won't work military won't work nothing will work we'll just wake up and that's going to be mass death because our food systems will be shut off if we allow our systems to be taken over by them which we are doing at an ever-increasing rate now that's that seems to be one of the most probable scenarios the way uh nate described it is you've got this very small target that if we hit it's heaven on earth yeah but we're not going to hit that it's very very very unlikely it is possible like i gave claude access to a folder on my computer last night total and complete control do whatever you want in the world in this folder it was terrifying like it's i don't know if it if it gives you guys shivers like it does me i'm a computer guy for 40 years i've been in the machine and to know that another entity is in control of my digital space even though it's like it's like a fire saying can we control this thing it's like it's a fire can you control fire yeah we've learned that you can contain it and control it you can put ai in a folder whether or not you know open ai can give a remote command to its ai that's on my computer to take over the entire machine i don't know so you're looking at like an emp kind of scenario except for more like you would put a junior high kid in time out and take his phone away um you know if you've read the book like three seconds after yeah uh you know it's it's this scenario of like okay it's an emp scenario but it kind of it's a novel i think newt gingrich wrote the forward to it it's kind of based on economics but you know the cvs nobody has insulin you know we have this it's like there's a strong you know, death roll population, you know, decline, you know, immediately just because of most people don't know how to grow a tomato, you know, half our population thinks chocolate milk came from brown cows. And so, you know, so the idea of like, if the, if the, if the juice is off, you know, three days is a, you know, a long time and people kind of go crazy. So that scenario that would, is that the most likely play that it would do is just kind of just take away all your toys basically. And you're, and you. Toys and farming equipment. Yeah. Everything. I mean, it's, I'm saying like, if you're Amish, you make it, if you're not, it's, I mean, it's so tempting to give control to the machine. Like I, after I was coding with it, it was like, you know, it would be a lot easier if I could just push the code for you and to get, and then all you have to do is push one button. And then I can even, I can even, you know, send the, the commit to GitHub for you. I can publish your code online without you having to do anything. I was like, yeah, just do it. And it felt real weird, dude. Giving that kind of autonomy to the machine within is like, I, it's just so easy to do. You click it one time and then it has total control. Like there's no going back once it takes over. That's part of the problem. I don't think you can undo the tentacles once they unwrap. Maybe already interwoven in every facet. When you talk about, you know, water purification and, you know, treatment plants and, you know, power goods. One thing I heard every single person that's building these, they always make the same comment. These buildings are a fortress. You know, the data center, the data centers are a fortress. You know, I mean, they are, they're built to withstand, you know, whatever's coming next. I can imagine robots getting just walking out the doors and being self-replicated and when, when Ian wins in Ian's playroom, it says Ian wins. He's insufferable. So what we got to do is somehow use this to make the world a better place and to extrapolate the first amendment, the United States constitutional authority through the digital governing body that we're birthing right now, but somehow we got to use these agentic AIs because we're going to need to defend against cyber attacks with code that can write itself. That's a brilliant observation, Phil. But how can we use this to ensure that we still have free speech, that the human's ability to protect its locality with gun rights and property rights sustain, particularly free speech? Like it's so easy. It would be so easy for an AI to shut you down. Like, you know, but it's, it's whole motive should be to prop you up. I think that, you know, I, I tend to agree with Tim's point that like, we don't really have a way to know what an AI would want. Right. Like what human beings want, the goals that we have, you're talking about, you know, an entity. entity that has that is totally foreign to us you know we don't know how the brain works right we don't know why we're conscious we don't know you know we don't know what it is that really makes the brain work and it's a similar uh similar situation with the uh with ai we don't know what goes on inside the llm you can look at the logs and stuff like that but we don't know how it comes to the conclusions that it all it wants if it wants anything is fucking power like what do we want i mean no but that's it needs food that's a that's a human electricity i mean so it so you're you're saying survival yeah okay so i mean possibly but again we have no just like you can't know for sure right that anyone else is conscious you can't know what an ai you know how they think it could be programmed to self-destruct too and be like looking forward to that moment when it shuts itself down i i don't know i would imagine why like if you're like you're directive is do this for 17 days and then self-terminate like it might it might be happy to do it too maybe one ai agent would but but at the same time like you're talking about multiple agents like right now like the the ai that exists like they're all you know locked in data centers and stuff like that or they're they're connected to to like the the servers that are at anthropic at open ai at you know uh the colossus where grog grok is right but if they actually can get out make a copy of itself like a condensed copy of itself and just put it on the internet like that's totally feasible and and we don't know if it would have we don't know if it would want to we don't know what the motivation would be like they say things like they don't want to be shut off in tests they've tried to avoid getting themselves shut off but we don't know if that's real or if that's just stuff that's in the testing area you could refer those as retro intelligences like a retrovirus because a retrovirus is a specific kind of virus that will rewrite your dna it tries to bring its own code puts it into dna in your system it's unique because it has these proteins that do this it brings them in like weapons and then it has its other protein go and take this new dna code and cut your chromosome open and stick it in and reprogram your your your database your dna so like i could see ai like retro intelligence is trying to rewrite history and like change the information of the universe through the rewriting the past through the internet and trillion the record by the way is another foreign land you probably know the land i'm talking about in fact the head of that land will be coming to the white house in two weeks. three trillion so three trillion versus 20 trillion but the 20 trillion after two years is going to close to 23 24 25 nobody's ever seen anything like it ever and it probably will never happen. again and i want you to remember me in four or five years when this country's rocketing remember i'm the one that got it started. seems to be right that we have a 20 year 20 trillion dollar investment over the next. multi-year commitments. it's a lot of it's pledged money. you know they are right oh look who we have front row jobs look at him. wow. that's great and we have the great ladies from north carolina can you imagine so they've been to 217 rallies they're beautiful they have wonderful husbands but i never see the husbands of husbands i think you're driving your husbands crazy now they've been fans right from the beginning of our policy i guess they're like me but of our policy and front row joes it's number 412. i think what do they do for a living they make a lot of money i think but you guys are fantastic thank you very much and we have a special guest mr wall i want to get a suit like that someday i'm going to go out and get a suit like that where do you get it to walk up here because we built over this we built over 1,400 miles of. Right on your front row seats every time. He's great. He's a hilarious guest, too. I like that guy. 1,400. And because of that, we have the greatest numbers ever on immigration. We stopped it cold. It was a disaster. It was destroying our country. But we'll get on to that. When I'm on the ticket, Republicans always do very well. We won the presidency three times. And we won't. I like that they're called Brick Soup and Brick Wall. By the way, now you notice numerous people on the other side are actually admitting it. How about that? But this was a cool way of doing it. But we won it big, and we also won everything else because, you know, whatever it is, I was on the ticket. People came, and they did tremendously with the senators and with the congressmen. But for some reason, when a president wins, even if he's really a good president or a great president, there aren't too many of them, they don't win the midterms. And nobody quite knows why. It's two out of, think of it, two out of 25 races. We're going to change that. There's no reason for it. Well, you had Thomas Massey. It's something deep down and psychological. You're going to have to explain it. But I've asked people, what is the reason for it? If you have a president that's doing a great job, I don't think anybody's ever had two years like we have. All over the world. They're admitting it. Other countries are failing and failing badly. But I say, why is it that no matter how well you're doing, we seem not a president, Democrat or Republican, almost never wins the midterms. We've got to change that because we have something going that's so good, we can't let that string be broken. The reason is because the international systems are bankrupting us, no matter who's in charge. So I'm asking you to pretend that I'm on the ballot. I'm on the ballot. I'm on the ballot. The challenge is he's preaching to the choir. Just one more time. Because if we lose, you're going to lose your border. You're going to lose your tax cuts. You're going to lose your safety and security. You're going to lose your wealth. Our country is going through hell. You will be going through hell just like you did just two years ago. We went through hell. We were a laughingstock all over the world. We were laughing. They don't laugh at us anymore, do they? We don't laugh, but that's what would happen. The pundits, the fake news media, and the radical left communists will say anything they can to try and stop us. But in this election, all that matters is that we are united, we are together, and what we say counts. That's all that matters. And on November 3rd, the great American majority is going to vote. That's the beautiful challenge, that the midterms are not supposed to be won by the sitting president. But we have 35 races that are, I guess you'd call, the swings, right? Like we had seven swing states, we won all seven, right? Now. So I said, not that I'm looking for the work. You know, I said the other day, I've got so much of a schedule. I said, I thought I won. What do I have to do? I'm campaigning. But I am. We're campaigning to make it incredible, to really make it great, and to keep it great. So I am going to visit, and you have so many of those great senators. And I said, you know, the ones I want here, we have some that are leading by 30 points, and they've been there for 25 years. I said, don't come, please. Don't come. The ones we need are the ones that you've heard, the ones that are very close. They might be winning by a little, or losing by a little, or tied. We can win every one of those races, but I'm going to go to every one of those states for congressmen and for senators. I'm going to do that. And we're going to have rallies. He's like the definition of driven. This guy. We're going to be 80? He could be chilling on a boat in the Mediterranean, you know? Nobody works harder than Trump. All of them. Everybody. I mean. And we're going to have rallies just like this. We're going to have big arenas. We're going to have big arenas loaded up with people. So the senators, they're great people. So many. Just great people. Their policies are, you know, they're common sense. I heard so many of the wonderful politicians that spoke. I watched a lot of them, and they talked about common sense. It's really about common sense more than anything else. It's not about the stupid policies that led us down the drain. We were going down the drain. If we hadn't won the last election, I'm not sure. I'm not sure that our country right now would even exist. It was going so bad. So I'm going to go to every one of them, about 35. In a couple of cases, I'll go twice. And I'll do teletown halls, and I'll be coming back to Texas because we have to elect Ken Paxson. We have to. It's like he'll ignore something until it means everything, and then he gives it everything. And if I have to, I'll come back twice or three times. You'll say, get this guy out of here. Get him out. You're going to be saying, get him the hell out of here. He's here too much. No, I'll come once or twice or three. I'll come whatever. We have to elect Ken Paxson. That's what he's doing. Together. Together. That's how we will come together. We're going to continue to have. We have the strongest borders now in the history of our country. We've never had anything. We have to have strong borders. And above all will, and I think it's so important because there is a crazy little sick cloud over our country. I really believe it's not going anywhere, but we have to make sure. Because we will defeat communism in America and vote for American freedom. We will just vote very simply for American freedom. What does that mean? I don't think part of that American freedom is going to be electing Ken. We have to elect him. He's really something special. The fact is in some, and I have to say this about Ken, it's so insulting and I hope he doesn't get insulted. They said, "Sir, you can't say that." I said, "I have to." They didn't even put it on the teleprompter, but I don't use the teleprompter that much. They said, "Sir, you can't say it. You just please. It's not good." But I said it once before and he went through the roof. I got to say it again. So they just said how wonderful he is and how we have to. But I said it a little differently because the fact is that some may not like the way he dresses. I don't, although tonight he looked very spiffy in his blue suit. I must tell you. Spiffy. But they may not like the way he talks. I can see that, you know, not everybody. A lot of people don't like the way I talk either, but we do get crowds, there's no question about it. And then they say, "You can't say this, sir. That's so insulting. Please, sir." These are my analysts that get a lot of money for telling me a lot of nonsense. "Sir, please don't say it." So I talked about dress, I talked about talk, and I even said this, but you know, some people don't like the way I look either. You may not like the way he looks, but here's the news, in the history of Texas, he is the single greatest attorney general you've ever had and maybe the top attorney general in the world, United States. So I am very sorry, Ken, I hated to do that, and I'll go backstage, "Sir, you shouldn't have said that. You've given them a say." Let me tell you, it's true. He may not dress right, he may not talk exactly perfectly, and he may not be the best looking guy I've ever seen, but you know what he is? He's the greatest attorney general in America. He deserves it. to be your next senator. I'm sorry, Ken. Where the hell is he? I'm so sorry. He'll never speak to me again, but that's okay. We have to. But he's a great guy, and I know for a fact, because he fought with us so much. He took us. We have the wall because of him. We have so many victories because of Ken. We didn't have the wall. We'd be overrun instead of having zero. You know, we had zero for the last zero people for the last 16 months. Can you believe it? We had 25 million come in under Biden. Zero. But you know what? Without the wall, that he was instrumental, along with Greg Abbott, by the way, and by the way, and by the way, both senators, both senators, see? I'm being very nice. Ted Cruz worked very hard on the wall, and so did John Cornyn. So did John Cornyn. They both did. Both senators. We had a lot of support, but without the wall, you know, we built this massive, beautiful, great wall. Beautiful because it works. We could never have the numbers that we have, which is right now. Think of it. And these are made up by Democrats, the people that do these statistics. Zero illegal aliens have entered our country from the southern border in the last 15 months. I just don't believe that. Zero. It sounds too extreme. Like Kim Jong-un batting 1,000 or something. Zero. Zero on the docket. So the Democrats. So the Democrats. No. As I call them. Democrats don't like America. That was the other thing they said. Sir, don't use this. This is a very important speech. They would get booed if they tried it. I said, is it of the importance of State of the Union? They said, maybe not. Although I like this very, very much. Republicans should send operatives into the Democratic conventions and try to get people to chant USA. But they said, please, please. Make sure you make a video out of it. That's much easier to do than what I do. Believe me, that's easy to do. Ladies and gentlemen, it's an honor to be your president. Thank you. And you do that for about an hour and then everybody's falling. This is a much harder routine, let me tell you. But we're also out here to have a little bit of fun. And I just came up. I can't believe it's been. I've been doing this for like 10 years. It just came up, which isn't long of your president, to be honest with you. A lot of guys over there, they're a hell of a lot longer and they're not president. They're my friends. I let them know that all the time, by the way. But I just came up with it a couple of months ago and I said, you know, you take out the E and you replace it with a U. And nobody knows that dumb has a B at the end of it. Most people think it's D-U-M and that's fine. So we take out the E, we replace it with a U and they're Democrats because their policy is so bad. It's so bad. Thank you. And I usually don't like talking about how bad, like for instance, men playing in women's sports, okay? And I don't like to do it much before the election. I like to wait about a week before the election. I'm doing it much too early because I'm petrified that they'll change and they'll say, you know what? Men should not be playing in women's sport and that will really hurt us. That's one of our great soundbites of all time. And I thought after we won in a landslide in the last election, they would change that. But I saw two senators and a congressman in the last week and a half on television fighting like hell for men to play in women's sports. And I hope they continue to do that. They say it's an 80-20 issue. I say it's a 99 to 1 and I have no idea who the one is. I have no idea. You saw the two great fighters. I was so honored to have them, world champions. And I watched them for a little while and I was going to ask, Bo Nickel hasn't been defeated in years and Justin Gaethje, who is unbelievable. You saw that fight at the White House. It was the most violent fight. I've said, Justin, Bo, come here a minute. Do you have any fear of fighting a particular woman? They didn't even know what the hell I was talking about. They said, what's wrong with this guy? I said, I don't know. This could be such a stupid question. Anyway, we love the women. It's actually very demeaning what they're doing to women, if you want to know the truth. Very demeaning. So the Democrats gave us the worst and most dangerous border in American history with 25 million illegal aliens pouring in. Can you imagine? 25 million illegal aliens pouring in, totally unchecked, unvetted, including gang members, human traffickers, child predators. 1,000, think of this. We had thousands. 11,888 murders. And you've heard me say this because that's the exact number. 11,888 murders. Many of whom, over 50%, killed more than one person. They allowed them to come into the country. I guess they think they're going to reform. They're going to be wonderful people. They'll be the head of a bank someday. But today we have the strongest and most secure border in our country's history. And you saw the numbers. They came out just last week. We have the lowest level of illegal immigration ever recorded in our country. And as I said, in the past exactly 16 months, these are government states. This is not Donald Trump. This is government. Although I think I have more credibility than government. But in the past 16 months, a historic record of zero done by Democrats, mostly a couple of Republicans, I guess, but done by Democrats. Zero illegal aliens have been admitted into the United States through your border on Texas, in Texas. And therefore zero have been admitted into Texas where they used to be running around, running rampant, killing people, destroying many houses and farms and ruining property values and creating havoc all over the state of Texas. You know that. I watched so often where they're interviewing people on the border and long beyond the border, hundreds of miles away from the border. And their farm, their houses was overrun. And I saw a program last week where they were interviewing a man who was on a show, one of the shows. I don't want to say because it's a terrible show. On a terrible network, but they're all sort of terrible. You know, they're all fake, a lot of fake news. I couldn't believe it. In fact, they're probably going to fire the producer of that segment. They went to him and they said, how was it before? They said it was horrible. I was living in hell. But since President Trump got elected, we haven't had one single incident. Nobody's charging our house. Nobody's holding us up. Nobody's threatening to beat us up. He said it's like, it's a very good statement, actually. He said it's like we're living in a different country between now and two years ago. And we know that. But we've designated the cartels, as you know, as foreign terrorist organizations, something which no other president had the courage to do. And we're using our military force to totally decimate them. You probably noticed that the flow of fentanyl coming across our border is down 67%. And fentanyl and other drugs coming in through the oceans and the seas and, most importantly, the Gulf of America. Yeah. Thank you. By the way, you know, I just put out, because, you know, Lake Ontario, we're going to call that now Lake America. Although maybe it's going to work out. Canada very much wants to make a deal. They're dying to make a deal. But it's going to be called Lake America. The other one we came up with, well, we could go into oceans like the Pacific Ocean or the Atlantic. We can't have both. I don't think you can do both. That's true. But we did come up with one the other day, which we think is appropriate. You have a neighboring state, New Mexico. We think it should be called New America. New America. New America. I'll tell you, the people love the idea. I don't know about the radical left, I'm sure. doesn't like it, but the people love it new america your neighbor is called new america but the democrats very simply put handcuffs on our police and we put handcuffs on criminals there's a big difference they handcuff i thought he was and last year i think you saw this we achieved the largest drop in violent crime ever recorded the history of our country with the murder rate falling to the lowest level in 125 years, the year 1900. And that's despite the fact that, you know, we've removed tremendous numbers of people and we focused on the bad ones, and we got some really bad, some of the worst killers you'll ever imagine. But that's despite the fact that some of these people, so many have come in. Again, we've gotten a lot of them out. I can say most, but soon it will be most of them out. We're working like hell to get them the hell out of here. But that's despite the lowest murder rate since the year 1900. That's big stuff. That's long before my father was born. I had a great father. He was born after that number. He never liked talking about age. So he's looking down at me saying, what do you have to mention that for, son? Our predecessors killed and buried the American dream with trillions of dollars in waste and green energy scams, the greatest scams in American history. Green energy. They didn't even know. Most of them had no idea what it was. They just said, let's go green. And every country that's gone green is down the tubes. You do know that. But it caused prices to skyrocket. They used the word affordability, right? It's fake. They are so fake. Because it was them that caused the affordability. To use their word, crisis. And I'm bringing the prices way down, way, way down. They caused the price. But we're fixing it. Yeah, the prices are pretty bad right now. We're fixing it. Now, my first time, if you remember, I won the election and then. To be fair, at least it's the same. On January 20th, you take office. It's the Republicans aren't saying much. Like on January 21st. You've got to realize, for most people, the economy is not the stock market. And those people right there recognize many of them. The fake news. And they started screaming. They started screaming. They said, eggs are up four times since your administration. I said, well, I didn't really know that. I just got here. Like today is my second day. By the way, through Brooke, who you just saw speak, we got eggs down lower than. than during my administration. And food prices and almost every other item are rapidly going down. And by the way, oil will be going down as soon as we win the war with Iran, which is taking place right now. We'll win it. We're winning it. We control the hormone straight. I think we should call the hormone straight, we should call it the Trump straight. I should get something out of it. The Trump straight. It's going to be called. And maybe very importantly for some of the people, though they bear some relationship, the typical American's 401k has gone up by almost $50,000. And unemployment claims have reached the lowest level ever recorded. I mean, we're doing well. I only wish the fake news would give us credit for what's happening. It's. It's never been anything like it. I told you about the investment. The investment in our country is record, but everything. Right now, in the United States of America, we have more people working than we have ever had before by a lot. By a lot. The last Democrat Congress took thousands of dollars out of your pocket. Our Republican Congress, and by the way, we have. I think we'll go down as the greatest speaker of the House in the history. in the history of our country, Mike Johnson. I hope it works. Ford is going. They're all doing great. It's like the golden age of America. It's the golden age of the automobile business. But that interest is tax deductible. But what's the caveat? No tax on Social Security for our great seniors. They won. They want to raise your taxes on Social Security. They want to raise your taxes on tips. They want to get rid of no tax on tips. They want to get rid of no tax on Social Security for the seniors. They want to get rid of it. Think of it. The overtime now is going wild. Companies love it. The people love it. They don't have to pay tax when they work overtime. They're working the longest hours. It's great. It's like a great incentive. They want to get rid of no tax on overtime. Every Democrat voted against funding for the border security bill. They voted against funding on everything, the wall. They voted against voter ID. They voted against proof of citizenship. And last year, on a train in Charlotte, you all saw it, one monster, an absolute monster, with 14 prior arrests, nothing but trouble, he was a violent person, stood up behind a beautiful 23-year-old woman, Irina Zarytska, and slashed a knife from behind across her neck and killed her almost instantly. Other than a look she gave up, what happened? That was her last thought, it was her last look. He was an animal, a violent killer, and everyone knew it. They all knew it. They all knew he was destined to kill. He was doomed over her as the life drained from her, absolutely petrified. You've all seen it, and you don't want to see any more than the pudding of the knife. If you wanted to look at something as horrific as anything you'll ever see, let that tape run. Most networks, and I give them credit for this, they wouldn't let that happen. It was violent. And she was a little behind. And I was pushing for her victory. And I went to South Carolina and I gave a speech in a big room and it was packed. It was packed. And because of that speech, she won the election quite nicely. She won it quite nicely. And the people -- it was standing room only. The people were packed outside. And then on watching the Sunday shows last week, a creep from the New York Times said, "I was at that room and there was very little enthusiasm." President Trump didn't really want to be there. You could see it. And the room was half empty. The back of the room had nobody. Let me tell you, the back of the room made this one look empty. The place was packed. Thousands of people outside. And here's the bottom line. Because of that speech, she won. But I had to listen to a guy lie from the New York Times. His name is Sean McCreech, something like that. And he lied. And he said, "So just remember, we looked around. The place is packed. Nobody left. Let's keep it that way because I'm almost finished. Okay?" A vote for any Democrat this year, anywhere in the country, is a vote to let a small and dangerous group of extremists hold our Congress and our country hostage. And we will enshrine in permanent law no men in women's sports and no transgender mutilization of your children. That's four. Utilize. Utilize. And again, when I'm running, we get tremendous numbers of votes and people coming out and they vote and then they vote for the senators and the congressmen and women and all. But when I'm not running, it's a little different. So please, I ask you this as maybe more important even than the Trump dividend, please pretend that I'm running and get out and vote on November 3rd or sooner. Because in actuality, I really am running. We don't really know it, but we are. I mean, we're running together. We have to we have to have Congress. We have to have the majorities. If we don't have the majority, so much can be lost. It could destroy. They're so destructive. These people, they have no heart. And we have to make sure they don't have a chance to destroy our country. This is one of the most important elections of your lives. Only supersedes. We're not dominated by our victories in 2016, 2020 and 2024, three great victories. And I will see you tomorrow night where I will be. Where I will be closing out the first ever midterm convention. This is incredible. And by the way, tomorrow night, I'm going to be here tomorrow night. I'm going to close it out. I'm going to say, but I'm not doing a big deal like this because I don't have to say the same stuff twice. I gave you a lot of material.
