He goes on Good Morning America this morning and there's two big things that everybody is talking about from this interview, which I just watched. Number one is he asks President Trump for a pardon. President Trump, the president, whether it's President Trump or any president, can't pardon someone on state charges, only on federal. Everybody has like loss. They're like, Kevin Reddington, what's going on here, pal? Like what, what are you even making sense of? And then I mean, oh, you know, the internet has been a blaze that allegedly, allegedly, Patrick Clancy. Now, Patrick Clancy's attorneys have come out and said there needs to be accountability. Action needs to be taken that Patrick Clancy had nothing to do with the murder of his three children. She's admitted to doing it. Kevin Reddington is asked point blank this morning, a good morning America. What, what do you make of this that that Patrick Clancy's attorney is saying, you know, there needs to be a stop to this. The internet nonsense is crazy. He doesn't take the opportunity to say Patrick is innocent. You guys, it is the most bizarre answer you've ever laid your eyes on. I don't know. I don't know how to read this. I hate reading into things. I, I really can't. I'm a person that believes everybody at face value, call me gullible on this podcast. I always think right by people I do. I just do. I think 95% of people are really good human beings. Okay, and then there's 5% that are evil and nuts and awful, you know, but his answer was so bizarre. We have to talk about that. Kim Zolciac's son, her court date for KJ abruptly canceled. I will tell you why if you've been following that case, this is also, I don't know if I would see it as setback or maybe it's a big win for Kim Zolciac. And then, oh my god, the guy who died getting his wiener injected to look bigger, he injected his wiener in Thailand with hyaluronic acid. What is going on in the world? What? And he died of a pulmonary embolism after that or aneurysm, whatever. I'm not, I'm not a medical person. I think you could tell by looking at me. All right, let's get right into it and continue with the Lindsey Clancy discussion and then we'll get to the rest. Okay, so I just watched this interview. Did anybody else? Please weigh in on TikTok. The President Trump thing at the end was strange. He sat down with George Stepanopoulos on GMA. Very good interview, I thought. Obviously, Kevin Reddington, he's 75 years old, an incredible criminal defense attorney in Massachusetts. Love the Boston accent. Reminds me, I grew up in Maine. He's got the Boston accent. But this interview goes off the rails with two questions. The Trump thing was so bizarre to me. He asked for a pardon for Lindsey Clancy at the end because President Trump has commented on the case. And President Trump said, look, I mean, how can you not be following it? All of America is it's everywhere. And, you know, President Trump's response when asked about Lindsey Clancy is she'll pay the price somehow, whether it's in a mental institution in jail, whatever. Okay, or she's getting mistrial. She got a mistrial. The asking for the pardon was so strange to me. Like, that's because basically George Stepanopoulos says to him, what are the next steps in the Lindsey Clancy trial? And he's like, I'd like to ask, I'd like to take this opportunity to ask President Trump. It's like, what? Now, look, I know President Trump, look, Todd Crisley is out of jail doing a podcast, baby. So I know he gives a lot of people it pardons, but you can't pardon somebody on a state level. It was so weird. What do you make of these Patrick Clancy, the these internet people that are accusing him of doing this, you know, and he goes, I am not as attorney. I just want to say that this was a very happy family weeks before months before they were a happy happy family unit. Things were going very well. This is devastating to everybody, but it's like, so why don't you just come out and say like to me, I think that what if I'm reading into it, because I think Kevin Reddington knows better, and that was such a reading into it question, that he likes the idea of doubt because it helps Lindsay, yet he knows Patrick didn't do it. It is the strangest interview. I am so tired of these people. Can anybody come on anymore and just speak normal and just go, look, I have doubts, but there's not enough evidence or no, he's completely innocent. I mean, you know, she's admitted to doing this and the guy's Patrick is at the CVS and at a restaurant picking up takeout on camera. So I don't see how he could do any of this, but it's like, why isn't Kevin Reddington just saying that? There was something else to he said when asked about that. I'm not his lawyer. They were a very happy family. I focused on Lindsay. I just I hated that answer. I really did. It anyway, it was a bizarre play. Let's go to the TikTok lines and then we will move on to the British Nigerian influencer who died by penis enlargement. I know, I know. Journalism is alive and well. Okay, she did not admit to the killings. Be kind, she told her psychiatrist that she unalived those three kids. Also, by the way, people get really mad at me that I say unalived. I'm perfectly fine with saying shmurder, but if you say that enough on TikTok live or Instagram live, you get banned. It's the only reason I'm fine with saying homeless and unalived. I have no idea. The unhouse. Also, I live in LA. People will also call homeless people here, like very affluent people here. We'll call homeless people unsavory. That's the most offensive. The unsavory. I mean, for the love of God. I don't have a problem with homeless. You ain't got a home money. We could just say what it is. Okay, you know, everybody remains divided. Yes, she did it. What was the end result? The end result is we don't know. We're waiting for the prosecutor to decide if they're going to retry her or not, and what I think is going to happen from reading about this story, and I certainly am not a lawyer. I think that the prosecution is gonna come back and retry her and offer her a plea deal, 'cause I don't think they're gonna wanna go through a whole trial and they know where their weakness is now, which is we know this jury 11 to 1, they believed not guilty by reason of insanity. So the prosecutor already knows they got a really hard time getting a jury to be like, okay, 12 people, all guilty. So I think they're gonna offer her a plea deal or much lesser charges. I think they want, you know, I know they wanted her to go to jail, but she's not. I think she's gonna go to a mental institution for a little while and do that. Okay, let's see, what other, let's see. Okay, so Alice and, see I like Alice and Elizabeth's take best so far on TikTok and she says, Kevin Reddington is not going to say Patrick is innocent because he needs the internet supporters because they spread the doubt. Girl, you need a podcast. I like that take. I like that take. Now, CMY says they fail to really investigate what happened they took Patrick's word for God. Okay, I do understand that. I understand that angle. I do because one of the reasons that this whole narrative has got going about Patrick is because, you know, usually in any incidents like this, right? Your kids end up dead, your spouse. It's usually the spouse that does it nine times out of 10, right? Almost always. So a lot of people have an issue with Patrick was never fully investigated, investigated, he was taken word for it. Now, of course, he did have the 911 call, which again, you can unalive your spouse and call 911. But, you know, he's got these, she admitted it and he is on camera being somewhere else at the time that this all went down. Um, okay, the other one says, love being a mom says that Kevin Reddington is loving the fan girls, loving him. Well, if that is the case, that's really sick for a 75 year old criminal defense attorney who I would think would be over it. But, you know what, nothing ever surprises me. Um, let's see. Now, this is another, Jack says, look, Lindsay Clancy admitted that she did it and so is Kevin Reddington. He's admitted that she did it, which is true. On Good Morning America this morning, he did reiterate that she did it and how sad it is. But, you know, he does say, this is the other thing. He does address Kevin does that he has a personal connection to Lindsay, like he believes she's a really good person. He believes, and he says this on GMA this morning that she really got messed up by this doctor who gave her all these meds, really screwed her up when she was already having postpartum and mental health issues. And that's what sunk her over the edge. And so therefore he does feel very connected to Lindsay Clancy. Good, that's a great point. Um, you know, other, Deborah's on here. Deborah, you trying to get me to say Patrick did it? Pat, Deborah says, I think Patrick did it. He should have taken the kids out of the house if she was so depressed. Well, you know, look, I mean, that's the thing. If a woman is saying that, 'cause you know, it's such a motherly instinct to never. I mean, you're like a mama bear. You know, you protect your babies at all costs. It's just a mother instinct. It's why you wake up, I don't know about other mothers. Postpartum, it's like you wake up in the middle of the night, you have to constantly check, are they breathing even the second child? It's like you wait, are they making a noise? Okay, you know, I mean, you're always thinking how to protect them, how to save them. So the fact that she was telling people, she had these ideas of harming them, I do agree. I mean, I never, and as a mother, if I heard that, I'd be like, you cannot be around these kids for a loan for a long time. Like, we got to figure out what's going on. So in that regard, but, you know, it's hard to say. Like, if you're not in that position. Okay, so, Allison also says that Reddington has represented some very scary criminals. I'm sure he has. I'm fine, you know, I'm sure he's a nice person, but I don't need to meet him. And we were discussing on my podcast yesterday, the next woman that he's going to represent, who is a, you know, she allegedly off to grandmother with a pair of scissors over a $1 million inheritance. And she looks absolutely badass crazy from North Adams, Massachusetts. No, thanks. The psychiatrist was negligent. Couldn't agree with you more. Okay, you guys are giving me a lot of hope on this TikTok chat. Y'all are pretty with it, I like this. So, I'm with everybody on this. Allison says that's the kind of person that he represents. On the way, in the ambulance, by the way, he's like, he's perfectly fine. He's like, with it, on the way to the hospital. So they're thinking like everything's okay. He gets to the hospital, throws a blood clot to his lung. They can't save him. All brought on by dying by penis enlargement. Now, is that kind of the way to go though? I mean, no one's gonna forget that, you know what I mean? With a lot of people, your relatives and stuff, you gotta think back, you're like, was it old age? Was it cancer, what happened? So he was suddenly canceled this morning. He's been indicted on seven charges. Now, he is under age, very interesting in this case. The judge is being removed, which was the reason for the cancellation today. Why is that? Well, they, the prosecution wants to charge KJ beer man as an adult. Seven charges, including essay, also, uh, Sodomy, false imprisonment, three counts essay battery, sexual battery. And now he's going to remain in jail. But multiple court hearings are now coming up and scheduled a new judges being assigned. And his defense says they are going to fight vigorously that he is charged as a juvenile. He's only like 15 or 16 years old. So I would think he automatically becomes juvenile. There's a bond hearing coming up because as of now, he's being held without bond. Kim Zolciac, of course, completely denies that he had anything that this is completely false. This was a classmate of his, a girl. She's lied in this is Kim's words and online, lied in the past. And is lying now, um, thank you. By the way, Alison says that KJ beer man is 17 years old. You are correct. He is 17 years old. So if you were thinking like, Oh, we're going to hear something new. He's there's going to be an update on that court case. Well, it's not going to happen today because their court date has been canceled. And they are going to reschedule it later on down the road. Okay, let's get back to Lindsey Clancy for a second because this is also developing. And has anybody gone and watched this guy's TikTok video? I'm always skeptical of TikTok creators. But a trending story that's just popped up now is a man has claimed that he is called off his $200,000 wedding because of the way that his now X fiance reacted to the Lindsey Clancy trial. Excuse me. Would you call off like, are you currently fighting with your spouse over this? I don't even know if my husband Shman has an opinion on this. TikTok creator David Marambo sparked a heated debate after he alleged in a recent video. Everyone needs to go watch this on TikTok and then tell me if you think it's real or fake. This video just dropped like a day or two ago. He broke things off with his former fiance because of her opinion on Lindsey Clancy. I just canceled my wedding. He came on and said I was going to get married next month. They began in the now viral clip that has nearly five million views. Marambo explained that he asked his wife to be for her thoughts on the case to which she said that she believed that Clancy was innocent. She told me that she's innocent and that I would never understand what a woman goes through. He claimed, and I said, what about her kids? He went on. He alleged that his now X response was, who cares? Which led him to deciding to end their relationship. Did she really say that? You know what? 200 grand down the drain done. But I can't believe I was going to get married to a monster. He concluded, did she really say that? You guys need to go watch this video. Is this video crazy? It's real Stacy Marie says it's real. Okay, what is happening? And what do we think is all going to go down? Okay, here, because now we're already getting mixed reports. But King Charles III has said in a letter that was just published this week that Prince Harry and Megan remain private citizens upon their return to the British UK. Not only that, I'm hearing that these two are like shocked by this news. Charles, who authorized the letters released to help avoid doubt or confusion, said the couple are no longer working members of the royal family and will not use the title his or her royal highness. See, like, if this is. Well, I know it's true because this actually exists, but then why did they go back? Because doesn't she like love that title? Harry and Megan, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped out as senior working members of the royal family. If you all recall in January of 2020 in this position, the letter said will continue to be fully respected. The letter said that any security issues are the responsibility of the relevant police agency and the couple's charity work will be carried out in private capacity. In short, their position is akin to private citizens with commercial and charitable interests. Said the letter, sent on behalf of the king by Lord Chamberlain. Now, if you follow, I'm kind of obsessed now with Rob Shooter. Does anyone follow Rob Shooter on Instagram? He's a gossip columnist whose English, he's so deadpan. So Rob Shooter this morning says Prince Charles didn't even want to send this out to the public, but he did by the pressure of Prince William. Why are they back there? I feel like this isn't going to go well. News broke, of course, in late August that Harry and Megan abruptly returned to Britain after six years in California. Why? Nobody fully knows the pair's decision to step away from the royal family and move to California fueled considerable tension with other members of the family. Harry even wrote a book called The Spare. They did that famous Oprah interview. They've now moved back with Archie and Lilabet. I don't know. I feel like I don't know what is going on. Like, is this whole thing going to unfold? Are they just going to try to like eat humble pie and work their way back into the royal family? I mean, if you're not going to have your royal titles, what's the point of going back? I love, don't get me wrong. I love my Irish. I love my English, but the weather is dreary compared to California. So I'm not sure what's going on, but now I'm a little bit more interested in Harry and Megan than I ever was. I really am. I wasn't actually, they didn't bother me before this. I didn't really care. I never watched any of our stuff. I guess I kind of want to try her jam, but I don't really eat jam anymore. So like, now though, I'm like, why would you go back into the Fox 10? Like, I want to know everything that's going on with them. Does anyone else care? No one cares. Everyone's logged off. Everyone's like, I'm bored. It is so dreary there, Florida girls. It's so dreary. You know, and I love going to London for a little getaway. You get a little raincoat, you get a little burberry scarf. You know, it's like, you look great there for a week, but then you look up in the sky and it's like, I don't know.
