This breathwork session is designed to ignite an inner source of energy and resilience, helping individuals confront challenges with greater clarity and strength. Welcome to light your inner fire and energizing breathwork, Johnny. Everything begins and ends with energy. If you can revamp your energy, you'll unlock an inner fire you maybe didn't know you had. A fire to have that difficult conversation. Make that tough decision or sit with the emotions you've been avoiding. This session is about lighting that fire inside of you. We'll go through two rounds of circular breathing where you simply inhale deeply and then exhale fully before inhaling again without a break in between your inhales and exhales or your exhales and inhales like an infinite circle. After a few minutes of this, I will guide you to do a deep inhale and even deeper exhale till the bottom of your breath and then breath hold at the bottom of your breath. The breath hold is where you activate mental clarity, ignite your inner fire and ground yourself in your innate power. But the practice of breathwork also significantly alters your physiology. These changes are usually beneficial for the general population but in certain health conditions they can pose health risks. So if you're pregnant or have heart conditions including a history of stroke, epilepsy, panic attacks or recently underwent major surgery this may not be the right session for you. Speak to a licensed practitioner if you are unsure about your individual case. Now if you go on with the session you may experience tingling, heat or emotional waves as you go through the rounds of circular breathing. Feeling slightly uncomfortable is part of the process of breathwork. Yet everybody is different and your individual needs can vary from day to day so trust your intuition and modify, reduce the intensity or return to a natural breath whenever needed. Now settle into a comfortable space, ideally lying down with your face towards the sky, no pillow under your head, perhaps wearing a face mask to cover your eyes and arms along your side. Close your eyes and start to bring your attention inwards. Begin by simply noticing your breath. Inhale deeply into your belly so you feel it expanding until full extension and then your chest. Exhale through your mouth and a soft sigh letting go of any tension in your jaw, shoulders and every single tiny muscle in your face. And again inhale fully, full yourself supported by the ground beneath you, you're safe, you're being held, you're open and you're ready for expansion. Let's begin circular breathing. Inhale deeply through your nose or mouth. Exhale through your mouth, no pulls just flow and when you reach the end of your exhale begin again as if you're drawing an infinite circle with your breath. Keep going, let the rhythm build up. The first round is always the most challenging before you've warmed up. Just trust the process, each breath is energy moving through you, warming you up from the inside. Keep going, you're right where you need to be. If your body starts to tingle, just trust it, let it flow through you, it's just energy and motion. You're almost there, stay with the rhythm, let your breath carry you, to the finish line. 10 seconds till the breath hold, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and take a full inhale. And exhale with four through your mouth until you have no or very little air left in your lungs and hold. If you feel the need to inhale before I say so then listen to your body. With each time you do the sequence your breath holds will lengthen but your ability to hold can also differ daily so show yourself compassion. The more you relax the easier it will feel, relax deeper and deeper into peace. Now inhale fully and hold at the top. Feel the energy you've cultivated, expand inside of you, energizing every single one of yourselves. And now release and return to a gentle, natural breath. Let your body settle in and notice what is shifted inside of you. Let's move into the second round. Breathe deeply in and out through your mouth at this time in an infinite circle and with a little more force if your body allows for it, always listen to your body. This round is your chance to release what's been weighing you down or holding you back. Inhale power, exhale resistance. [BLANK_AUDIO] Keep going, breathe into your belly and chest fully and exhale with power. Feel the fire lighting inside of you for every breath you take. Feel the fire growing stronger inside of you for every breath you take. [BLANK_AUDIO] This is the final push you've got this. If emotions come up, let them release, welcome them. What you don't own owns you. So take back the control.
10 seconds to the breath hold, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Inhale deeply one last time. Exhale fully through mouth and hold at the bottom when you've emptied your lungs of air. Think into stillness, let clarity rise, your heart expand. You're more warmed up this time so you can hold for slightly longer, keep going. Now release your hold and inhale deeply and hold at the top. Feel yourself energized, strong and alive, ready to take on any challenge that arises. And release gently return to natural breathing. And bathe in the feelings of expansiveness that it all integrate into your body, mind and soul. Now bring to mind a challenge you're currently facing, something that's been weighing you down or blurring your mental clarity. Visualize yourself meeting that moment head on as this version of you, the one who just breathed through fire, who feels electric, resilient, awakened. How do you show up now to that challenge with this newfound energy, really feel into the moment as if you're there right now? What do you say? What do you choose? Feel it in your body and see it playing out in front of you. This is your fire. It's already within you waiting to be ignited.
