All right. You guys, happy Thursday, great news this morning regarding Katie Zacharia, the new press secretary. She's come clean, finally, sort of, I mean, at least she's acknowledging that no, she is not an attorney. We got there, but now she's presenting a rather confusing reason as to why or how she thought that she was allowed to go around saying that she was the lawyer and general counsel. Also the reason that she didn't just take the bar after she failed. It's exceptional. I want you guys to hear. I want you to hear her in her own words. Moving on from that, you know how I've been saying that I do not like club America. I don't like that initiative at Turning Point USA. This bizarre push to get into middle schools and high schools. It's making me uncomfortable, given the fact that it's being voisted upon the young students. Well, a recent arrest which Turning Point USA tried to scrub any affiliation from might help you understand why I feel that way. It's making me suspicious now about the alleged vandalization of the Charlie Kirk statue that happened back in September, followed by that bizarre push for us to give money to chase the ballot. All right, so in case you missed it yesterday, I did pin a comment beneath our episode after one of you guys back home, one of you sleuths instantly emailed us and noticed something regarding Governor Cox's public schedule during the week of September 10th. You will remember yesterday we were noting how odd it was that the governor had no apparent schedule for September 9th or the 10th, despite September being an extremely busy season for politicians. Well, one of you guys emailed the tip line and noticed that actually the governor's office just made a mistake. I mean, we're assuming it wasn't a stake and that it was unintentional, let's just pull this up to show it to you guys. So you can see they had September 8th published and then September 8th jumps to Tuesday, September 2nd, and then beyond that, it goes to Wednesday, September 3rd. And actually, we were able to confirm thanks to that home sleuth that someone just entered those two dates incorrectly. It's meant to be, instead of September 2nd and September 3rd, it's meant to be September 9th and September 10th. So that is his schedule for the 9th and the 10th, which by the way makes matters infinitely more interesting because it means that on the evening of September 9th, not on September 2nd, as we had initially reported, officer, house of rep, Tyler Clancy had that private one on one meeting with the governor, so that happened on the 9th. And then the very next day, as we have already shared with you, Tyler Clancy allegedly was the person who was selected to transport turning point employees to the airport to pick up Erica, and I'm told that this is actually Tyler Clancy speaking over the police radio regarding that pickup. So take a listen. Confirming this channel secure? No, you have problem in channels not secure. My apologies. I was just saying a service channel, able to be scanned or am I, can I give information over this channel? Sure, good. We unclutched the service channels, so this is just a provost service, go ahead and talk. This will be info for IC, myself, and Sergeant DuPay, our in route to provost airport. Victims' wife is arriving at 330. Okay. So that seems to check out. We listen to his voice and other interviews. It certainly sounds a lot like him. And additionally, beyond that, we reported that it was officer Tyler Clancy, who at some point that same day or evening, telling on who's telling the story, disposed of a bloodied item that belonged to turning point USA or one of their affiliates. And we induced that it was likely Frank Turek's bloodies bag, since Frank and Bank gave an interview revealing that he instructed a police officer to throw out his bag. Because according to him, Charlie's body had been on top of it in the car during the chaotic ride over to the hospital. And that, let me just bring us a lot of questions to my mind. I will say this. It doesn't even make sense to me that Frank asked the officer to throw it out. Like, why not just throw it out yourself? I can't find a trashcan to throw it out yourself. And it seems that Tyler, as I am told, told a slightly varied story to others, mainly that he was not instructed to do so, but that he did so out of his own volition on a whim, because the item had been left behind in his car, allegedly, allegedly, allegedly. We'll see. The takeaway that I want you to have from all of this is that Tyler Clancy laid a significant role on September 10th. And frankly, I'm just struggling over here to believe that it's somehow protocol for a police officer to toss out a bag that's covered in blood from a recently murdered victim. Doesn't pass a sniff test for me, especially before any information is known regarding who the suspect or suspects were, how he died. All of that was just, you know, rumor didn't you end up at that point. Yeah, my gut tells me that it is not standard police protocol to listen to Frank Tarrick. We'll see. And I'll tell you guys that the reason that I have been sort of now zeroing in on Governor Cox is because people in Utah say that Governor Cox's boys were all over the Charlie Kirk case. Didn't understand this. There's like factions in Utah and they're like Governor Cox has like, you know, the Cox boys. And now he's got power. And he can, as we saw, give people promotions. And we had already established by the way long ago that Governor Cox lies. He's a politician. He speaks. He lies. That's not that shocking. But beyond that, if you remember early on in the investigation, it was, it was Governor Cox. That was the one telling us instantly if this was a politically motivated assassination, despite no evidence, confirming that at that time, he also was the one who put out the narrative. He was standing in front of Cash Patel and he said, the shooter changed clothes on the roof. And I want to be clear, he didn't say that amongst chaos and confusion. He reported that with Cash Patel behind him on September 12. So long after the SBI had secured and reviewed the footage, take a listen. One more thing. When he's first spotted on campus, he has different clothing on and then he changes clothing on the roof and then changed back into that clothing at some point, so that when he was apprehended, when he was arrested, the clothing matched the clothing he had on before the shooting here at UVF. I don't know, guys. That doesn't seem like he just made a mistake there. Someone could have jumped in and said, you're wrong. It just feels like they were confusing the public. And then they had to go back and fill in all these holes and the story got even crazier. Anyway, I'm interested in exploring the governor's movements on the 9th and the 10th because it would be curious, interesting fact, so to speak, if he did indeed gulf with Val Peterson on the morning of the 10th, after having spent an evening with Tyler Clancy on the 9th, a bizarre coincidence. And he, as you probably can see, I just looking at a schedule, he doesn't have gulf with Val Peterson on it, not on his official schedule anyway. What is noted is that he had on the 10th, on the morning of the 10th, an event he was the keynote speaker at the Rally Connects trade show, which was up in Mona at 9 o'clock AM. We were able to find a photo of that on LinkedIn, posted from the AB company that Mike Tim, which corroborates that attendance. And then his next scheduled event was in Murray Park at 1130 AM. So that's back towards Salt Lake City, which is where the governor's mansion is. He was slated to speak to the staff, it was a staff picnic at the Utah Department of Environmental Quality. So we confirmed that. He's there. Okay, great. So I would offer that if he and Val Peterson did meet up for golf, it was likely before this. By the way, that would make sense just in terms of how people gulf you want an early morning tea time. Actually, when it's you've got summer heat, and I want to state that my sources on this, that Val Peterson was with the governor on the on September 10th are solid. They're not aware of one another and the sources are solid. And I want you guys to know that we have reached out to the governor's office asking for a confirmation or denial. We will keep you guys posted. Now regarding Val Peterson, the man, the myth, the legend, the alleged most powerful man in the state, now that we have discovered as we did that his brother Charles Chuck, Chuck the boy over there has some legal issues, and that's me putting it mildly. We can continue to formally acknowledge that it just appears to be this creepy recurring theme with too many people that are involved in this story. How can it just keep being a theme? And I've made it clear that there is something that makes my skin crawl about Erica Kirk and her pursuit of Club America. You know, it's just specifically the idea of the events that are being, like I said, just forced upon the middle schoolers and high schoolers underaged kids. You got to go to assembly and especially because I know for a fact that there are sexual deviants plus pastors with extremely checkered backgrounds that are working at this organization and who Erica has no issue working with. That's not normal. That's not a normal maternal instinct when you have young kids. As she does, as I do, when people are creepy and weird, you get rid of them. And she has the power to do that. And she's not doing that. She's actually going into deeper partnership with them. And so with my platform, I have implored parents watch this show to be very wary of this organization with Erica Kirk at the helm of it. I can tell you now that I already feel vindicated with that warning because something has already happened involving the president of a Club America chapter in Idaho. Or rather, I should say, he's the now former president of Club America in Bonner's Ferry Idaho. His name is Taylor Dodd. When he was 17 years old, he actually gave a speech at Charlie Kirk's vigil. And he gave testimony regarding his experience having met Charlie when he was young, fast forward, just one year. And unfortunately for Todd, just a couple of weeks ago, he was arrested. And you will never guess for what? Just kidding, you will definitely guess for what I'm going to take it to the chat. What do you guys? What do you guys think Taylor Dodd was arrested for? How can this? Yeah, yeah. Already got it. He was arrested for child pornography. Here is the headline, which was published in the Bonner's Ferry Herald. Or she's now 18 years old. Young adult arrested child sexual exploitative material. It tells us Taylor Dodd was arrested in early September on seven felony charges of child sexually exploitative material. Officials became aware of the alleged crimes through IKAC internet crimes against children task force, which received a tip from discord happening with discord and turning point USA and instant messaging and VOIP social platform when elicit images of miners were downloaded from the app. The images were downloaded in early April, according to court documents, which is referring to he downloaded this April 1026 documents contend that other apps were also used such as telegram and instant messaging app and threads, a text-based social media app by meta to purchase and download images. In his reports, officer Brandon Blackmore said that 116 images had allegedly been downloaded and saved to Dodd's phone. He further acknowledged that Dodd said that he had a severe pornography addiction that had escalated to include children, to include children. Documents indicate that the age is allegedly ranged from 3 to 15. I'm going to say that again. From 3 years old to 15. And if you're wondering if this is alleged, well, the article tells us that according to court documents, he confessed that he purchased and watched the videos of child pornography downloaded them and saved them to his cell phone. But he wrote an apology to his parents asking them to forgive him for what he had done in expressing regret for his actions and took full responsibility for his actions according to his case file. Three-year-olds. What goes on in Idaho, ladies and gentlemen? What goes on in Idaho? What goes on in Utah? What goes on with Turning Point USA? What goes on with Turning Point Faith and Club America? What goes on with Erica Kirk? Also, you should know that they tried to scrub their affiliation from the internet. So, there were a lot of broken links as we were trying to hunt down this information. Thank you, by the way, to the slew that emailed us the lead. This had just happened because Turning Point dealt with it, like they deal with everything, like a virtual absconding, right? They just gaslighting probably because if you type in, as we did, Bonner's very TPUSA president trying to figure it to confirm, but that was him. The first hit that you get is a local news article where they had initially placed an ad of Swords, and they got a friend to go back and just scrub the words, Club America from the article. Look at this. This is incredible. Assuming it's a friend who did this. So, it's like she's kind of placing this this ad and letters to the editor. Hello there. I wanted to share some of the recent activities that our hub has been involved in. They just took it out. They just took out their name so that they could pretend that they were not affiliated with it and that people would not see this hit. Classic TPUSA. TPUSA today. I should say because this was not a chronic issue when Turning Point USA began. Now, not until all the money came in from God knows where not until Turning Point got heaven-focused, focused on heaven. This starts to manifest as a problem. And I'm just wondering how much longer they're going to gaslight us, threaten us, file lawsuits, and think that we're going to shut up and I guess like bend the knee to this. Like no. Why is everybody just noticing this? This is totally normal. Every organization goes through these growing pains of child pornography all the time. What? Lastly, I want to add this. Before we go on to break, we should discuss Turning Point action because Turning Point action is run by sexual deviant Tyler Boyer. I keep telling you this. And Charlie wanted to fire a Tyler Boyer before he passed. That's if Mikey McCoy is to be believed, Mikey McCoy told donors this. And I was told twice. It was one of our biggest and earliest leads that the reason that Charlie had established douche, as I've said too many times, seven days before he died, was because money was missing out of Turning Point action. The amount that I was told, and this is from Turning Point insiders as well as somebody who knew Charlie personally outside of Turning Point USA, was that $10 million was missing. And Charlie wanted to know where it went. The money disappeared. Well, I can tell you, and I will state this just to be fair, when I approached Justin Strife about this, this lead, he came back to me and said, no, this is not, this is not true, whatever, whatever, whatever. He denied it. But again, the source, you know, the, it was coming, the call was coming from within the house. So you either believe a Turning Point employee or you don't believe a Turning Point employee. This was going on. Well, guess what? Updates it today and appears that Turning Point action is suddenly out of money. And I told you, this was an interesting lead because Turning Point action brings you back to Erica's mother, super feed. Laurie Frons Bay and Tyler Boyer work together. They have known each other since before Charlie was ever in the picture. And I had wondered out loud if whether or not when Charlie began on this pursuit to find the money, if he realized that something was going on, that the money was funny. The Laurie Frons Bay and Tyler Boyer maybe did something funny with the money. I don't know. And I can tell you that today, it appears that that situation with Justin Strife said definitely was not happening. Could potentially be happening at Turning Point Action. At the very least, we can establish that they're out of money. They, they say they spent it all on ballot chasing initiatives. I'm going to show you that. But I do want to say before I showed you the email that they sent out, I sensed this was coming just on the basis of statue gates. You guys remember statue gates back in September. You might recall was actually Tyler Boyer himself. He presented the newly erected Charlie Kirk statue in front of headquarters. And within 72 hours, the statue was like one year, we're erecting the statue in Memorial of Charlie. And they said over the weekend at 1 AM in the morning, the statue was vandalized by the left. How did they know? Well, we don't know how the new it was left. But of course, it had red spread red spray paints and really sadistic writing. They says the left. Zarlie, they didn't want to share any of the surveillance footage with the public. I said, it's weird. Everybody knows turning point. USA headquarters is under heavy surveillance, heavy surveillance, especially because of the assassination. The employees feeling unsafe. They have heavy surveillance. Who would be so dumb? Even if they're on the left, why are we saying it's left? I still have no clue to go ahead and to do this and expect not to be caught. And when we asked for surveillance footage, we asked for details. Hey, can you tell us what car the public can help? There's a lot of sleuths out there. Clearly somebody had to drive onto your canvas to do this. We got nothing except the one thing that they did want to share immediately links and requests for us to donate specifically to their ballot chasing initiative via turning point action. it. The audacity of the gaslight, I think I have a fan of hers now. I don't know. It's just, it's so crazy that they tried it, and then they sent out the influencers to try to influence us into thinking that she's super qualified. The craziest part of the story is you don't have to pretend to be a lawyer, to be the press secretary, so I don't require them to be the press secretary. I mean, Anthony Scaramucci as the press secretary, I don't know why you would need to say that you're an attorney outside of your own ego and then try to gaslight us with an answer of like China in China. I did the thing when somebody asks you explicitly, how long is going to go on for? And then we get, like always, when we notice the lie, we get yelled at by Neocons on the internet, but Kate Zacharia, she's now come clean. She has come clean. She says a mix up. That's a traditional mix up, I would say. Like I, I've never mixed up thinking that I was like a licensed professional. Like, oh, I thought I was doctor. I got a little confused. Like, oh, I was a lawyer. I got a little bit confused. Really is a mix up. I don't know, I'll let her tell you guys the story. But anyways, yeah, Wall Street Journal broke the news that she did not pass the bar exam. She now can admit that that did not happen, but the confusion really stems because she had consulted with Pepperdine's president as to how to identify herself. And she was told that as long as she didn't use the words attorney or Esquire, she was okay to say that she was a lawyer. I don't, I don't know why Pepperdine's president would tell her that, that was okay. Beyond that, I also want to be clear that on her linked in, she has herself listed as a general counsel. Like, that's not, like you didn't, this doesn't feel like a mistake. But I'm open to hearing Katie as to how she arrived to the conclusion that she was a lawyer and why it was okay. And you should hear her too. First, let's just watch the super cut of her saying she's a lawyer. It's to be able to take information, especially as a lawyer and a former corporate lawyer in China for three years. And I mean, I am a lawyer and I'm a rigorous researcher. And I spent the better part of 2020 and 2021 researching this because I lost friends and family. I would love to see justice. As a lawyer, the procedural steps are absolutely critical to ensure that they get this right and that each has the ability to both the state can prosecute and lay out their case and also the defense can respond accurately. And I love to be able to break that down. I'm a lawyer and these types of issues are so tangible for people because he wrote a book called The Real Anthony Fauci, which I read covered a cover. To substantiate all the theories that were actually not theories the known facts about him and was it was able to make a case because that's what we do is lawyers for the reason why I would not take anything foul. She recommend. Sounds like she thinks she's a lawyer. Well, gratefully she sat down with Jack Pasobek to further explore what actually happened behind the scenes and she's going to say a lot of words. A lot of words try to follow along. Take a listen. I think it's important to have the context of my husband and I had a long distance relationship only from he lived in Beijing, China, where he was already there. He was already there. His dad introduced us to each other. His dad was an adjunct professor at Pepperdine Law and he do want to meet my son and I met his son and and his son lived in Beijing. And so it was long distance while I did law school and he was practiced or he was in private equity, an American private equity company in China. I had already pre-registered to take the bar and I didn't want to withdraw from that and we knew we would be moving out to China. And I was obviously incredibly distracted and overwhelmed and excited for finally being married to someone who had been long distance from for at least a year. A year and a half when you include the engagement and we just said let's let's take this time and I'll take the bar and see what happens. The results are somewhat inconsequential because I knew I wouldn't need the bar in China and and we left for shortly thereafter. And after moving to China, I think I didn't I didn't really think much of the bar results or consider that something that I needed to focus on and I was offered a job at a international practice division of a Chinese law firm called Jonglin law firm. And the international practice were for associates under a senior partner and we worked the international side the English language side and we had a Chinese counterpart that was there. There's no Chinese bar. I had the enough credentials, which was my lot of great to be able to do this practice and these are multi million dollar shareholders agreements and transactions that were cross border. And there I had all the necessary requirements to do that and I was able to do it effectively and well and have going recommendations from the senior partner who oversaw my time there. So when when you eventually do come back and I'm just doing the timeline here, you eventually do come back. Why didn't you decide to go back and try the bar again? Well, when we moved back Jack, we got a surprise baby. Our first baby is his birthday today and he is 12 years old. And he we got pregnant and we decided, all right, well, we're going to stay in the United States and we are not going to move back abroad. Does it make any sense to me? What's a surprise baby, by the way? I would I've heard of surprise pregnancies. I've never heard a surprise baby because usually you're surprised you find out your pregnant and then you've got nine and a half months and the baby comes. So why would that stop you from taking the bar? I don't understand that. What's how does a surprise baby, what is a surprise baby a and B? How does that prevent you from taking the bar when you have no kids? It doesn't actually check that was like are you prevented if you failed you have to wait a certain time and take know it says that you can take it the next time it's administered the bars administered twice a year. According to you just a little bit of research I did today said this is a twice a year and you can just keep taking it. And she told him that when they got back to America, she decided not to because they had a surprise baby like a store dropped it off or something. And no, you also, by the way, I do want to say this, even if you have a baby, you can take you can take the bar exam. I checked. There doesn't seem to be many preclusions. If you are pregnant, if you have a child, if you have two children, three children, four children, doesn't make any sense as to why she then continue to describe herself as an attorney. Yeah, so we're just going to go with that. Like I said, I think I like her now. I think I like her now because she just says a lot of words and says nothing. So I think she's highly qualified to represent what the Trump administration has become, which is just a group of liars, right? Well, one of his recent tough guy things was we are going to be executing the Fort Hood shooter and we're going to live stream it. What? What are we even speaking about right now? We used to be a civilized society and to be the death penalty in general, like to use death penalty, why you support it, why you don't support it. Now we are suddenly at this radical point where people are trying to say it is totally legitimate for us to just live stream the death like that's a totally normal thing to want to watch someone die. The Fort Hood shooter by the way, obviously not innocent person, he murdered a lot of people and you can say I believe that he should be put to death. That's totally fine. But to then take the issue of saying I want to watch him die, it's like when we had people who were at first like, oh, I'm pro choice because I learned in school, that's a clump of cells. And then we suddenly had women who were wearing t-shirts, they're nine months pregnant like I am and they're like, still out of baby, I'll kill it. And my producer had mentioned to me, it's like somebody being like, no, I want to watch you rip the baby from my from my womb, limb from limb for let this is where we're at now, and we're trying to pretend that this is conservative, people are trying to make theological arguments. Oh, well, this is what guys, we don't have no theocracy. We don't have theocracy. The Epstein class is in power. So you empower them to just start live executing people, right? This Bolshevik generation of people that are in control right now, who have a penchant for harming children, and I feel like we're going to very quickly arrive upon a slippery slope. But you know who else thought that so brilliant ahead of his time about what would happen if the so to speak Epstein class got that kind of power Charlie Kirk, take a listen. I would say in America, I would oppose the death penalty for a very specific reason because right now the trend is this current government will use any power we give them against us. That so I and this is the Patriot Act argument, right? The moral argument. I'm totally on board. We had a government that was ethical and understood, you know, duty and you're saying just you think the government so far gone that they could in practically right now in America, I think we should oppose the death penalty. We should because they could start executing what they would Charlie Kirk so they would they absolutely I mean they would maybe I don't know if it's that far. I mean, like it's pretty bad. I'm just saying, you know, it's that bad. They don't have to talk to Charlie Kirk. Yeah, at least the death penalty part. Yeah, they barely carry out the death penalty at all. No, because right now opposing the death penalty fits their agenda, which is to try to have compassion supersede justice. Right. But make make no mistake. As soon as the actual Bolsheviks take over, they're going to want to bring back the idea. Right. I'm going to come to this. The idea that Michael Knowles and Charlie could still be in a gulag on Alba is like, no, no, no, no, we got to wipe him off. He's still a threat. He's still breathing. Yeah, we don't get the vacation to Alba. That's probably true. Agreed. Agreed. And of course, Charlie was not speaking about Pete Hegseth. He was not speaking about Donald Trump. And that was not what he was thinking. And yet his words carry weights, especially because he was assassinated by. In my opinion, allowed to have an opinion, the Epstein class put him killed Charlie Kirk. Set up his assassination. That's, that's my viewpoint. And you do not want to empower the Epstein class to go around and commit executions based on what they deemed to be worthy of live streaming these executions. It's so dark and Epstein coded and it made me sick of this is even a debate. But yes, tell you quickly, Trump did issue a truth social post where he established that night on Malik Hassan, who was the former US Army major turned trader, would not be executed. It would not be live streamed. And he wrote a long post. He said he was scum. But there are well meaning people who would rather not watch him die also is paraplegic. I don't know how that's going to play on TV. Why people are like suddenly wanting to watch that. You are a person who maybe was related to someone who was killed by him. You might say I want to watch him die. But just generally people like Andrew Wilson, I can't wait to watch. Yeah, I bet you can't wait to watch. This is like a state sponsored snuff pornography. It's very weird to me to hear people just clamoring to watch somebody's soul leave their body. It's disturbing place of rat in America where that's even a debate. And like I said, it is not a theological question, because we don't even have theocracy. Anyway, he did acknowledge in his truth social post, Donald Trump said that the execution can be viewed by people in the immediate family of the victims if they so choose because they deserve to witness it if they want to. I think it was fire station two in Oram. Maybe it was Provo, but the point is is we don't know who that fire captain is who performed CPR. And we find it to be very odd that neither Frank Turk in as many iterations of what happened. Nor Brian Harpal in his super fantastic story of all that he did mentioned a fire captain who gave CPR. I am told that this information is intentionally being hushed and I can't figure out why because that person would be a hero. You try to save Charlie Kirk's life.
