🚨Letitia James In Trouble: Prosecutor Reveals Her Push For Trump Case With NO Evidence. Disbar Her?! | International Criminal Court HIT With SANCTIONS | Canada's Economy Stumbles
83m 26s
The transcript critically examines Attorney General Latisha James’s political and legal conduct, arguing that her investigations—such as the one into Donald Trump and his associates—are driven by political motives rather than legal evidence. A former aide, Daniel Wyzenfeld, claims he was fired after reporting no credible evidence in an alleged insider trading case, illustrating a pattern of politically driven prosecutions that waste taxpayer resources. James’s lack of legal knowledge is highlighted by her poor performance in a debate, where she misidentified officials and failed to engage with facts. This behavior, combined with her reopening of the controversial Cornell case without evidence, has led to legal challenges and calls for her disbarment. The analysis extends to broader political concerns, criticizing figures like Mamdami and El Saeed for promoting anti-American, Islamist ideologies and refusing to condemn Hamas or Iran. These actions are seen as emblematic of a larger shift toward globalist, socialist, and anti-nationalist influences in U.S. politics. In response, leaders like Marco Rubio advocate for a return to nationalism, sovereignty, and self-reliance, warning against the erosion of American law and values. The narrative concludes that unchecked political power, especially in legal offices, threatens the integrity of justice and democratic institutions, calling for accountability and a restoration of legal professionalism.
Tisha, baby, where have you been? I mean, we haven't gotten a chance to talk about LaTisha in quite some time, guys, but I'll tell ya, she's not looking so hot. I mean, this actually could get her in a whole bunch of trouble because she's got somebody on the inside now that's coming out against her, somebody who actually worked for her. That's like, yeah, she is just as corrupt as you all thought. I mean, I could have told you that, right? I could have told you that, my suspicion is that she is one giant. No pun intended political animal, all right? Welcome to the program. I'm Trisha again. Good to have you guys here. We begin with LaTisha James. We're going to get to Alberta, Canada. I get some more news on that. We get to get to the debate last night with El Saeed, who the president is now fondly calling Mohammed. He's got a reason, sort of, for that we'll discuss. And a few other stories, making news, including Mr. Mamdami out in New York. But we begin here on LaTisha James could be facing disbarment. I mean, this is getting that serious. And, you know, we need to remember one thing that she, herself, actually, used to tell us, right? My message is simple. No matter how powerful you are, no matter how much money you think you may have, no one is above the law. I love that quote, don't you? All right, so here's the big headline in the New York Post. Whistleblower, James insisted on prosecuting the Trump's despite having no evidence. Gosh, darn it, you think so? I mean, really. Okay, this is actually a different case though. So this is a case that LaTisha thought might involve some insider trading. And so she was circling this one because she got some kind of anonymous tip. And it was some kind of cryptic text message or something that was sent into her office. And so she got all giddy and all excited. So the New York Post is reporting that this whistleblower is a guy who actually was working for her office. He got fired because he was taking some of the documentation and saving it, forwarding it to his personal emails because he knew that, well, it could come back to haunt her. So it's all coming together now, right? All coming together. He is, said, his last name is Wyzenfeld. He said, "Tish was the boss, and what Tish wanted, Trish, Tish." Big difference there. God, okay? So we had to keep going. And he said that his boss kept pushing him and pushing him and pushing him to come up with evidence, even though there was no evidence in the case of this alleged insider trading that she was investigating, and she had everybody working on this thing. And the equivalent of the bureau chief there, this woman, oh, what is her name? A very interesting name. I'm sure I'm going to mutilate it terribly. Shamiz Mo Ma's Bowway. We'll give that a shot, okay? So Shamizzo was his boss, and she was breathing down his neck, trying to get him to come up with some kind of evidence that would convict Donald Trump, potentially his family, apparently Don Juniors involved in her, her big giant, you know, search. A month of the DOJ was doing, right? Because you had even Melania Trump and her son, their son, Baron, getting tracked by the FBI. It's totally crazy. Well, they were just all over this family. And so she got what was called a cryptic text. She never shared it with anyone. She just had some kind of cryptic text suggesting that they investigate an insider trading claim against a company that was affiliated with the Trump family. And so Wyzenfeld, who's the DA in the office, is like, you know, I've been looking at this and looking at this. And there's no there there. And he goes to his boss, Shamizzo. And Shamizzo's like, you know, sorry, we have to keep looking because this is what Latisha wants. Well, think about the wasted resources in that, okay? Think about taxpayer dollars, wasted resources, and effectively prosecution that is just done for prosecution's sake. Why? Because they wanted to prevent him from running for office again. And this was her mandate from the beginning. I look forward to going into the office of Attorney General every day, suing him, defending your rights, and then going home. So she was out on the campaign trail before she ever had any evidence, right? Just saying she was going to get him. She was going to get him. And as she asked voters to vote for her again, her district attorney, her point is I deliver on results, you know, I can go get him. She doesn't seem to have any inkling or inclination towards following the law. And that was actually evident on stage last night in the debate where she completely humiliated herself. But you know, this is a woman whose specialty is humiliation. He's called me venomous. We will fight back to your attempt to bring Trumpism to New York City. He's called me disgraceful, an illegitimate president and an illegitimate member of the United States Supreme Court. He's called me radical. Listen, we know he's crazy. We know he doesn't have a sound mind. We know he's out of control. We know he's losing it. We know his days are numbered and we will come together. He's called me erasus. I think we can make a safe assumption that she's not exactly above board. It's one of the reasons why Donald Trump has said it. Those boys at Cornell are basically in hot water because Latisha James is not going to fight a fair fight. Latisha James really has no interest in protecting the law. But obviously that's a big concern because if you're the district attorney, isn't that your number one job? And here's where I'm going with this because I do recall having covered the Duke lacrosse case many years ago, and it was like 20 years ago, and down in North Carolina, I was there for six weeks. One of the things I remember about that, of course, was an overzealous prosecutor. And Mike Nyphon was running to get elected again. And so he was just way out in front of everything, same as what we're seeing here with Latisha. What was the upshot in that, guys? Mike Nyphon, I'm pretty sure he was disbarred. I mean, he got in a heck of a lot of trouble over that whole lower deal. And for some reason, Latisha keeps getting away with a lot of stuff. I mean, they should have gotten around the mortgage, frankly. I mean, I'm sorry. You can't have a second mortgage, and you know, you're trying to get away with paying a lower rate, claiming it's your main residence when it's not even in the state that you live in. Give me a break. They should have had her on that. And that was kind of a technicality, if you would, as to why she didn't get charged. Well, she did get sure. She got indicted, and then eventually that went away. We know that. We've been down that path many times before. But this is new. So again, I just want to, if you're just joining us to catch you up to speed, you got a guy named Daniel Wyzenfeld. And he was a former assistant attorney general. Can you imagine, like, working in her office, what that must be like? I mean, it's got to suck, right? You're in the investor protection bureau. So you're probably a little smarter than your average wannabe politician that's over there. Well, that's where he was. He's in the investor protection bureau. And he is now officially accusing her office of running politically driven investigations into President Trump, and people tied to him. And again, like, I'm just saying, like, this has to come back, and it has to come back with a vengeance, because I think he's spot on. I've thought from the beginning, everything that she did was completely politically motivated. When you look at those sound bites that I just played you, how can you tell me they're not? This isn't a politically motivated woman. I don't think she's motivated by the law. There was evidence of that. I'll play it for you last night on the debate stage. She doesn't care about the law. Not one bit. This is a woman who just is a political animal, and she's effectively Kathy Hokel's hitman. I mean, really, and they brought her up there to deal with Cornell. And she's reopening this criminal investigation, even though, you know, I'm sorry, the whole thing is just gross. But if you read the text and what this woman's statement was, I don't think that you can charge these seven boys with criminal, I mean, crimes, like, sorry, Tishy, but she doesn't care, right? She does not care about the law. And so this is why she needs to be put in her place. She needs to be voted out. But if she's not going to get voted out, what is the next best thing? You disbar someone like this because you can't have attorney generals functioning like this. So if we look at Wise & Vel's claim, and I want to bring you up to speed on this again, as this information comes forward, and he did a great interview with the New York Post, and this is a claim that is stemming from August 28th, 2026 emails, or an email that he sent out to something like 2,000 colleagues. And then he later did
these interviews with the New York Post. He did send an October 5th email to James as well. The Times Union was the first to report on that initial email that he had. And we told you about it here on the show. And his allegation was that Shamiso, his boss, was telling him, ordering him to find and to pursue crimes by people and organizations affiliated with Trump, especially Trump himself, anything to do with true social. Also, I guess, HP, which was a DOJ-approved merger, was in there as well, which is wild, right? So this is very much business for Latisha. And she's doing the business of the political party. There was no credible reason for going after any of these organizations or individuals, but she wanted him to do so. And he was like, I'm sorry, this is getting kind of ridiculous. And it's just her with a vendetta. And as the Democrats come out and try and accuse President Trump of having a vendetta, I think part of his point is like, don't be fooled, right? Tisha's personal attorneys were targeting her enemies, her political enemies. And so after a year-long investigation, he says, we kept looking and looking and looking, and we didn't find anything. So finally, he sent the email out, and then he got fired, because he sent an email out saying, hey, don't fall for this. It was all based on a July 25, 2025 insider trading claim. It was a cryptic text. So this is like new stuff, right? This is not the old stuff. She's still at it, right? If anybody, any Tom Dicker Harry, or who knows, gives her any kind of tidbit, she's out there telling her team to follow it. So this was some cryptic bit of evidence. And it was alleging that there was some insider trading going on in some of his companies. And so they looked, and they looked, and they looked. And you know, this is not that hard to find, because there's financial documentation for everything. And so it's pretty much clear as day, you're going to be able to find those transactions, and they couldn't find them. And when he went to his boss, and he said, you know, we don't have any there there, they said, well, Tish is the boss. And what Tish wants, Tish gets. And so he was told, you know, you've got to keep at this. You're going to send the bank some subpoenas. You are going to waste taxpayer money effectively on a totally politically motivated investigation. So you got misused resources. And he, for one, is accusing Latisha James of spending significant amounts of taxpayer dollars for no reason at all. And I'm just pointing out that that actually should be something that she could get disbarred for. Like, this is a big deal. I realize she doesn't have a lot of respect, or perhaps even understanding of the law. And that was certainly put front and center in the debate because she humiliated herself. Latisha James, just wow. This is one for the history books, lady. I mean, you want to talk embarrassing. Here's a lawyer. Here's the attorney general of the state of New York guys. And when they ask her about the law, I'm not going to give it all away. You got to hear this. OK, you got to hear this. And credit to the Republican who's running against her because to have to stand there next to this lady and listen to this, my gosh. I have to look at the facts in the law. When I'm a attorney general in January 1, I'll do that. You don't have to look at the facts in the law. Or you have to do a study what they do. It is illegal in the state of New York. Well, there you go. You don't have to look at the facts in the law, gentlemen. You're a attorney general. Miss Comet's ready. The attorney general of the state of New York. OK, there we have it. I get to play it again. Well, there you go. Miss Comet's ready. That is, as she said, your attorney general. Ladies and gentlemen, I mean, wow. And you know what? It got even better. I mean, this was something-- there were a few debates going on last night, because there was the one I'm missing, too, which we'll get to. That was very good as well. But in terms of Latisha James, oh my gosh. She can't even name. I don't think she knows any of their names. Actually, this is what hit me. She is not a bright woman. She's a political woman. But she is not playing with a full deck upstairs. No, no, no, no, no, no. And that was evident. She didn't know one attorney general's name. Seriously, watch. Miss James, the name may pass New York attorney general that you admire. Dictac. You'll only admire it yourself. No, no, no, no. We admire others. I admire all of the past attorney general's, because it's a difficult job. And you've got to survive that. Then a spot go, at a time when New York state needed it, we had another former federal prosecutor become attorney general and bring law and order to the state. You know, she just knew it right off the top of her head. She's a firecracker. OK, her last name is Cometer Ready. It's a tricky one. OK, it's a tricky one. And she's very smart. And she works for a really great firm in New York, a big firm. And she's more sort of, well, how dare I say this. She's more of an attorney. She's more of a lawyer. She's more of a scholar of the law, as opposed to Patricia James, which is just, you know, she really ought to run for governor at this point, right? She and Kathy, gosh, two peas in a pod. You saw them up in Cornell with all they had to say and what they were dishing out recently there. I mean, that is a case that I'm sorry. It's just made for politicians. It's not made for anyone else whatsoever. It is once again, political animals that are attracted to stuff like this. I stand ready to lead a process guided by the facts and the law. In the coming months, my office will dutifully carry out the responsibilities that governor has conferred upon us in this executive order. We will review the facts, gather evidence, interview witnesses, and if warranted, pursue prosecutions. I know that you want answers. I do too. A comprehensive investigation of this nature takes time, but my office is committed to seeing it through. This is now an active criminal investigation led by the office of the attorney general. And though we are limited in what we can share, we will provide updates as they become available. Again, I want to thank Governor Hocal for a leadership. I mean, is anybody else alarmed by the fact that we have somebody in the state in New York with a pretty powerful position that is doing things for political reasons only? Let's not forget. Kathy Hocal is so underwater. Guess where? Guess where Donald Trump's going tonight. Oh, he's going to Syracuse, New York, yeah. And you know, one of you guys was messaging me from Lockport the other day on the show. And I got a kick out of that because Lockport is my husband's hometown, right outside Buffalo. OK. And you know, you go off to Lockport. You go anywhere outside of Buffalo or in Buffalo. I'm not seeing any Kathy Hocal signs anywhere. And that's what you guys were saying. I mean, there's just no support for her. So when I look at what's happening with the Cornell case and how that's just taken off like a rocket, and I think about the politics involved and the reality that Kathy Hocal is actually behind Bruce Blakeman, totally behind. I mean, they're very, very close. Right now, I think the latest polls show them nine points apart with Kathy and the lead because she's getting New York City. But I mean, between the ice shooting, right, which just happened and we'll get to that. And the Cornell thing, I think she's just like, what is my political bang here? You know, bang for my buck. I'm going to ride this as far as I can. So she is trying to get some support from Upstate. I imagine probably with women and she wants to get the women out to vote, et cetera, et cetera. So she's getting all the mileage she can, I think eventually after election day, they'll probably let it all go because as they said, I don't think you really get a case there. Just looking at it as a layperson. I'm not even a lawyer, but a confession is a confession. And is it a confession? I mean, it was a statement, right? Like, we want that girl. I hate that story. So we don't spend a ton of time on it. But the point being, Latisha, James, is a political animal. So what does that cost her, ultimately? I think it could cost her her law of license. And I think that's where this is eventually going to go. And I think Wyzenfeld's case is a very important one to watch. Certainly one to keep an eye on because this reminds me of like the knifeong thing with Duke and Mike Knifeong eventually having to be disbarred because you cannot abuse the office this way. And that's what I'm getting every indication of. Letisha James is willing to abuse her office over and over.
and over again. Let's go back to the humiliating debate and her opponent again. - She's never prosecuted a criminal case in her whole career. She's certainly never prosecuted a sexual assault case. And she's already screwed this one up by prejudging it. The New York Times, the New York magazine, the Boston Globe, they've all lost confidence in her ability to prosecute this case. And a member of her own office has written to all of his colleagues to say that what she does is nakedly political. And that's no surprise. We all have seen that for the last eight years. - Again, it's important that individuals understand that my opponent knows nothing about the office of the attorney general. She is a prosecutor, but the vast majority of the cases that we focus on are civil and nature and not criminal. Most of our referrals are from the governor of the great state of New York. What New York needs is someone who gets results. And for the past seven years, I have gotten results for individuals in the state of New York. Unfortunately, my opponent works for a firm that supports the Trump administration, has given an excessive amount of dollars to the Trump administration. - Yeah, so again, back to her politics, as usual. So news crossing, as I come to you in this particular show on Friday afternoon live, a New York judge has signed an order requiring governor Kathy Hocal and A.G. Latisha James to respond to one of the defendants in that Cornell case legal challenge seeking to remove James as special prosecutor. So it's exactly what Latisha's opponent was getting at last night because she came out in front of this story. Political animal that she is. Again, not understanding the law, not having any respect for the law. I mean, did she ever go to law school? I guess she'd have to, right? But I'm telling you, like no respect or understanding for the law. And so she's now the special prosecutor in this case and she's reopened it, but she was out damning these students before she had looked at one shred of evidence. And that is something that, you know, well, I'll give you this. Oftentimes those special prosecutors are certainly biased and they have a viewpoint, however, you can't have a viewpoint before you've even looked at any of the facts in the case she knew nothing. And yet she came out with her little Twitter post and her little Facebook post. And then Kathy's like, yeah, you're right, you know, kaching, this is a political opportunity if I ever saw one. And the next thing you know, the two ladies swoop in saying, you know, they're going to be the hero of this alleged victim who really doesn't seem when it's all said and done to have been quite the victim that we were led on by the media, not by me, by the media to believe. So now you've got a New York judge signing an order requiring Kathy Hocal and Agilitisha James to respond to the defendant's legal challenge seeking to remove Ms. James as special prosecutor, the acting Supreme Court Justice. James Ferrell has scheduled oral arguments for October 29, allowing 30 minutes per side. This is for one Giliol Lopez. Lopez is represented by Mittemberg who wants Hocal's appointment of James Voided and a new prosecutor appointed over elect allegations of bias. I mean, look, it's what I told you. It's what I told you. So you've now got such a political animal there that she can't even whether you think the student should be prosecuted or not, the point is, she's not going to be able to do it. She's not going to be able to get the job done because she tainted herself initially, because again, when you are political instead of legal, that is obviously going to run itself into a conflict. And the conflicts keep on coming because she's sitting there telling Kathy Hocal she can ignore federal law, just as they're trying to do with ICE. Oh, the police are never going to cooperate with ICE. Well, the police are going to stand in their way. They're not going to help in a moment of need. Give me a break. Here's Mam Dami addressing the ICE shooting of somebody who, by the way, is a known criminal here illegally, but we get a rush to the defense of the known criminals. I mean, we're living in an upside down world. A really upside down world where actual victims, like, do not matter anymore. But they got to stand on the side of the criminal. Here's Mam Dami doing exactly that last night. [VIDEO PLAYBACK] Good evening, everyone. [VIDEO PLAYBACK] Around 4 p.m. this afternoon. [VIDEO PLAYBACK] OK, so that was the story. So apparently, according to ICE agents, this illegal alien was driving and had a five-year-old alongside him in the car and rushed his car towards the agents. And so they shot at him. He is in the hospital now, so he has not died. And the child is safe. But the upshot of this is, again, never to miss a political opportunity. I think they see this as some way to really, again, try to motivate voters to be on the side of lawlessness instead of the actual law. Listen to him. I know it's hard because he's screaming into the darn microphone. The guy has no sense of how to modulate his darn voice. But take it for what it's worth. It's a quick fight. We know that ICE is rotten to its core. Today's shooting is only further devastating confirmation of what we have long known, which is that ICE operates with impunity, that they so chaos and terror across our country, that they have told far more of our neighbors than they could ever have claimed to say. So that is Mamdami. And he's all about going after ICE. He had a two-hour phone call, apparently, with the President of the United States. I heard this, and apparently Donald Trump got on the phone with Latisha James and Mamdami, who I told you all about yesterday. If you'd like, go back and watch that on October 7th, of all things he sent out that just evil disgusting post on X and then went and dined in the only Palestinian restaurant in all of New York City on October 7th. OK, so I have no use for this guy. He just became a citizen. From Uganda seven years ago, he's obsessed with socialism. He's backed by the DSA. He has quoted Hamas and loves Hamas in his rap music that he used to come out with back when he had an accent, because it behooved him to have an accent. He's some kind of chameleon who's going to shape himself into whatever he needs to be in any kind of given moment. But I think you need not forget where his allegiance is. And it's not to the United States of America. It is to, in my opinion, in my opinion, his Muslim faith. And the Muslim faith is what dictates everything here, which is why he stands with Hamas against Israel. And that was very evident in that X post. It was evident in his behavior that we saw in New York City. And all of these people that are sitting there and suggesting as El Saeed did last night by refusing to say that Iran was the enemy, they somehow hate America. They hate America. And yet they are the ones getting into office. So we got to be doing some soul searching here. I'm sorry, but you guys got to go out to vote. You got to go out to vote. If nothing else, you may not feel enthusiastic about whatever right now. But the alternative is that scary and that bad. Look at Kathy Hocal out here. This is a couple months ago. And she just reiterated it actually on MSNBC just yesterday saying, no, the police aren't going to work with ICE. In fact, she's going after police officers. They've sued her back that are trying to cooperate with ICE. ICE can no longer use locally funded police to carry out the Trump administration's aggressive immigration agenda. Local cops can not be ordered to aid an event, and out of control agency. So I'm just-- I'm a little confused here, because you know, we do have something called federal law. And Congress writes laws, and we have borders that need to be protected. And granted, states have a right to not coordinate. They can say, hey, we're going to be sanctuary. But at some point, I think legally push is going to come to shove here. And that's actually not going to ultimately fly. And the reason I say that is because a state cannot so willingly, in my view, choose to ignore federal law. And if the federal law enforcement is working towards something and you have the state working against them directly against them, then you're going to have some real problems. And I think that this is what this is highlighting. DHS has just had it with her. Absolutely had it with her. They have very little use for Kathy Holkall, for Latisha James, or for Mam Dami right about now. But what I was surprised at, really, and truly surprised at, was that the president was willing to spend that kind of time. I mean, it shows you that he tries, right? It really does show you that he tries. Because to me, I wouldn't give Mam Dami so much as two minutes, let alone two hours. I mean, it's not worth his time. And I imagine they just sat there and they begged and they pleaded to try to get this guy. They were trying to get him released. And it's like, hello, why are we getting somebody released and committed a crime that's here illegally like what is going on? When the feds arrest him, the feds arrest him. And that's the end of the story. And he gets deported. And according to the courts, guess what? He gets deported to wherever they wanted to port him to now. You guys can't even the Boston court got shut down on that one. Remember, they were trying to say, oh, you can't. And the Supreme Court said, well, until we actually really have time to look at this in its entirety, you better believe he can. He can get deported to Tim Bucktooth. His country won't take him back. Then there you go. Anyway, DA.
H.S. is out blasting New York, blasting Mamdaomi, listened to Mark Wayne Mullin right here. NYPD officers are some of the finest officers we have out there. Just last week, one was stabbed seven times by illegals, one that we added a tainer on, that New York released. Both had extensive criminal backgrounds. Did the mayor of New York say anything about that? Did the individuals that's in the streets demanding justice for this criminal that we picked up yesterday? Did anybody come out for the officer that was stabbed seven times by these criminals? Not a word was said. Not a word was said by the mayor, not a word was said by the governor. Because they don't care about the victims. They only care about the criminals. I mean, it sounds weird to say. But this is Marxism. This is socialism. This is where we are. And I'll tell you, it's got to change. And I think it will change. I mean, if you've been following what Marco's been doing overseas, guys, he's actually been very outspoken. And it sounds good coming from him. I realize like a lot of people want to paint Donald Trump with a certain brush or even JD Vance with a certain brush. But Marco, I think, has a little stature. They all have stature in my book, but I'm talking about the mainstream media. And so when he comes out and says, hey, this is a new world. And this is how it's going to be. And we're not going to roll over and play dead for all these third world countries that don't have our interest at heart. I think that that actually goes far. But it's interesting when you consider news out today that the woman who ran who just won the Nobel Peace Prize, the woman who won the Nobel Peace Prize, you see her there. Get a good look. Navi Pillay. She's a South African lawyer and she led an investigation that determined that Israel had committed genocide against Palestinians. A finding that the Israeli government has rejected. Remember, Mamdami, he wanted to arrest Netanyahu? Oh, Marco today just came out and said, hey, guess what, guys? We're going after the ICC. Mamdami wanted to arrest Netanyahu because he said he was in violation of these war crimes, etc. And what's crazy about it is that he was using all of this information from the International Criminal Court, the International Criminal Court, which this administration has absolutely no use for whatsoever. And our own Secretary of State just announced today that we're actually sanctioning this bug a boo. So, I mean, if you read between the lines, the sanctioning effort tells me that they're looking at the ICC is some kind of terror organization. And this is who Mamdami wants to defend and this is who Ilhan Omar says is all that and we need to follow the law of the International Criminal Court. Give me a break. No, instead, guess what we did. We sanctioned it. For decades now, both Republicans and Democrats have rejected the idea that the International Criminal Court has any power to prosecute American citizens, to prosecute military service members or political leaders because an American never joined the court. We don't need that court and we don't want it. But now, globalist experts that are in ocean a way, they don't care what you think. They want the International Criminal Court to do more, including the prosecution of American citizens and service members that are defending their country. They want to prosecute border patrol agents that are protecting our nation's borders and they want to prosecute our elected leaders that are ensuring our national security. They want more power and they want it at the expense of our sovereignty as a nation. And President Trump will never allow the International Criminal Court to prosecute Americans. And that's why today, the United States is sanctioning the International Criminal Court. We will ban transactions with this rogue court, cutting off their resources and crippling their ability to operate against us because our message is clear. The United States and the American people are not subject to the jurisdiction of this fake ICC. Both parties agree on this, but only President Trump has the resolve to take the action needed to end this threat once and for all. Either the ICC will end its threats or we will end the ICC. And we expect our allies, many of whom are part of the ICC and that rely on American service members for their defense to rein in this rogue court. If they do not, the United States will continue its campaign to dismantle the ICC piece by piece until Americans are threatened no longer. That's a big deal. Okay, so Marco Rubio is now sanctioning the Trump administration's sanctioning the ICC. The ICC was trying to go after American soldiers for some things in Afghanistan. They were trying to go after Israeli soldiers. They were trying to go after Netanyahu and look at who joins in with them. Ilhan Omar, El Saeed, as the president likes to call Mohammed, and Mamdami, they think that the ICC, run by all these Third World Nations, should Trump, no pun intended, anything that we do. And that's just not going to happen anymore. It's not going to happen because listen, you heard Marco this week. This was my favorite sound bite from him. This I have a lot of sound bites I like from him, but this was a good one. Okay. His point is nationalism is back. And we're going to look out for ourselves and we expect you all to look out for yourselves too, but we're not going to roll over and play dead in the interest of something that might help some Third World country not happening. No way. Over time, we in the West came to feel ashamed of the very things that made us exceptional. We felt embarrassed that our achievements set us apart from the rest of the world. Our prosperity somehow became a source of guilt. We no longer believed we deserved and had earned our greatness. The word nationalism became a dirty word. And so we tore down our monuments. We condemned our own history. And in too many places we taught our children to be ashamed of the countries they would inherit. In the process, we opened our borders and outsourced our industry and allowed our militaries to wither and to decay. And with every passing year, we seemed to outsource more of our sovereignty, transferring our decisions to global bureaucracies far beyond the reach of our control. Amazing. Amazing. Like it's taken this long to get here. I mean, remember Obama's apology tour? Those days are over. I'm sorry. They're totally over. And we are not going to allow for these rogue countries to be calling all the shots. I'm not sure why we ever did. Again, I questioned the loyalty of the people that are getting to power. Seriously. Okay, another good one, because this is Mike Walts, who's the ambassador to the UN, the UN, being one of these two-bit little organizations out there trying to call all the shots game over buddies, game over. Too often and too much, particularly under the last administration and in recent years, is subordinating your sovereignty to these globalist institutions. Whether that's the European Union, as we've seen in Europe, or whether that's the United Nations, the international organization isn't the goal in and of itself. It is finding places where you have overlapping interests and you can cooperate and where possible bring peace through diplomacy and share the burden in unstable situations, but that's the extent of it in a global way. And yet, the Norwegians want to give this woman, who's clearly not on our side, clearly on the side of the third world countries, the Nobel Peace Prize. Not Donald Trump, no, no, no, of course not. How dare I even suggest such a thing, okay? But this lady right here, I'm just saying, like things are starting to change, okay? Look at what's going on in Europe right now. All of a sudden you're seeing this red wave. Look at what's happening in France. I think Marine Le Pen is actually going to pull it off there. You've got the UK crumbling as we speak, because this liberalism has just not succeeded. Liberalism has also not succeeded in Germany, for example, where the rise of the AFD is being felt and seen in all of the voting data. And today, I can tell you there's a new poll. I think there's an out of Bloomberg, out of Bloomberg that is looking increasingly favorable for conservatives to win against the socialist Pedrito Sanchez regime there in Spain. Overwhelmingly, people are becoming conservative. It's just amazing to see this groundswell all over the world as people recognize, hey, you know what, we're going to be a little more responsible for ourselves. And if we're not going to recognize it, guess what? Marco Rubio, Donald Trump and company, they're going to make sure you know, here's Marco Rubio outside on the tar map before heading off to Portugal with a little
One two punch for the European Allies. We are snails to follow America first, I'll see or to find out more. We're asking our allies to be strong. The stronger they are, the stronger we are collectively. That's always been the theme. We want a strong Europe. We want strong partners in Europe. You know, every country is different. Obviously, they're making different decisions. But, for example, in Greece, Portugal where we're going today. There are many countries that have stepped up, frankly the Germans, who are stepping up and doing their part to be stronger. The stronger, it's a very simple concept. It's not very complicated, guys. NATO is a collection of countries that have created an alliance. The stronger the individual members of NATO are, both societally, economically and militarily, the stronger NATO is. And that's what we want. And that's what we've been asking for. And I think there's good signs in a lot of different places where that's happening. And obviously, there's some countries that are dragging and I know they have a lot of domestic pressure. But I think this is good for all of us. Yeah, you know, they're figuring it out bit by bit. They're coming to the table and realizing that they can't get a free lunch anymore. It's not going to fly. It's just not going to fly. And I'll tell you, it's high time that Americans realize that, too. Because if you think about it, really, on an international scale, what is the UN? What are these, you know, ICC, all of these things that are third world countries that are trying to rule the world? It's a great example of why communism fails, why socialism fails. Because there's no individual interest in any of that. They're just some foreign body looking out for the world. Well, maybe somebody's individually interested. And maybe they're more concerned about Africa than they are about the US of A. But you know what, Africa needs to worry about Africa and the US of A needs to worry about the US of A, period. And once you install that sense of self-determination and individualism back on a global scale, then guess what, everybody's going to look out for themselves. And then collectively, they'll come together when it's appropriate to look out for one another. But the idea here is, and it's the same thing that, you know, when the socialists come in and they say they want to remake America, it's like, guys, you know, you go to work every day to take care of yourself and your family and maybe to help your community. But you're not going to work to take care of El Said's kids over in Egypt, right? Sorry. I guess it doesn't even have kids. I don't know. He's very proud of saying that he's actually said this twice that he's got dual citizenship and that he's a citizen of Egypt, which, by the way, should be completely something that outlaws you from ever becoming a senator. I'm just saying. We want one citizenship and one citizenship only because we want you to be loyal to this country, not loyal to some other country. Like, oh, you know, the UAE. Again, where he has, through his wife, a nice little pad. They get an apartment, right? They're on the beach. Looks like it has a lovely view. Again, we want you loyal to us. If you are representing US interests, rather than any of these other foreign interests overseas. So, seriously, quite a concern. But the bottom line here is, you've got to represent your own individual interests. And so, when you look at these big governing bodies, like the UN, they're representing something else entirely. And we allowed ourselves to fall into this communist socialist trap under Obama, under Biden, where we just kind of felt bad all the time. And so, we were willing to sort of just bend over and do whatever they wanted. No, it's not happening anymore. Like, it is done, it is over. And I hope that we're able to hang on. I mean, hang on for dear life, right? Because what is the alternative? You're going to have a bunch of woke liberals that will ruin our country. Look at the direction we were heading in. It's not good, okay? It's really, you know, there's no way to sugarcoat this in any way, shape or form. It is not good. And I have only to look at who's running out in Michigan to see evidence of that. I mean, why the heck do we have a guy like El Said running for the Senate? Well, Donald Trump won't even call him El Said. Watch. Columbus Day, they're still trying very hard. You know this guy? I call him Muhammad Al Fayed. Some people call him Abdul. I call him Muhammad. Somebody said why I said, I don't know. I feel like it. OK, so I think that the actual Muhammad he was referring to in Muhammad Al Fayed wasn't that the guy that owned Herod's in the UK. Yeah, anyway, we've got lots of riots going on. You've seen him all day. [GUNSHOTS] Which is begging the question, why the heck do we have people that are socialists and Islamists running for office here? Now granted, you know, we got freedom of religion. The problem is, as we talked about with Dr. Zooti Jasser just last week, the problem with Islamism is that it's a political religion. So it's not a religion like you freedom of religion. You do your thing, I do mine. It's a religion that for all of eternity has wanted to conquer everyone else, which complicates things when you see that we have all of these Islamists now coming into office. And it complicates things when you get a guy like El Saeed out there, and he will not condemn the Muslim brotherhood. He will not condemn Iran. He would not say that Iran was a bigger threat than Israel in the debate last night. He's got an apartment in the UAE. He has bragged previously, although his campaign says he was mistaken. I don't know if that's true or not. But I'd be looking darn hard to see whether the guy's got another passport to Egypt, because he has said he is a citizen of Egypt. I mean, it was so bad. He would not say last night on stage. He would not condemn Iran. He-- I mean, certainly not Hamas, right? These guys love Hamas. Hamas is a known terror organization. These guys love it. It's really terrifying stuff. To the point where even CNN had to come out and say, this is getting whacked, like this is just not swatched. Is when he was asked, who's the greater danger to America, Israel or Iran? Three times he was asked that. He refused to answer. Afterwards, he said, that's a dumb question. And he was right. It is a dumb question, because the answer is so painfully easy. But he couldn't say that. He criticized microodgers for asking him to condemn Hamas, Hezbollah, al-Qaeda, saying they're scary words, but he hasn't condemned them. And they are scary words, because they killed hundreds of thousands of innocents, including 3,000 Americans, three-mile south of here. So at a certain point, it goes from either, this is political malpractice, at the best, or he can't, or he won't, because of something deeper, and that is far more troubling. And I just, I don't get it, because I don't want to get it, because it really is dumb. - I do, I get it. Hard not to, at this point. I mean, the associations are clear. Yes, Muslim Brotherhood, he said it a million times, but it has the advantage of being correct. The man has surrounded himself, including high profile, family members with individuals who have ties to care which has been implicated in terrorism financing scandals, can't condemn the attack on the synagogue without condemning Israel in the same voice, can't celebrate the death of the Ayatollah, combining who killed Americans, and so on and so forth. Eventually, you have to confront the evidence of your own eyes. - I've confronted it, have you confronted it? Have the Michigan voters confronted it? I mean, how can you not see it? This is a, like an abomination, an absolute abomination. And he does have family ties that are very, very concerning. Muslim Brotherhood, he's repeatedly not been willing to call what it is. I mean, here's a good example. Some of you have seen this before, but he was on the other day on Fox with Martha McCollum and she pushed him harsh, did great job on this. And he would not say this was a terrorist organization watch. The United States has terror designations on Muslim Brotherhood organizations in Lebanon, Egypt, and Jordan. So if you become a U.S. Senator, will you support those terrorist designations of those groups in order to support U.S. national security? - I think terrorism is the act of political violence. So I will support a terror designation for any organization that is engaged in or committed to political violence. - Do you support the designations of the Muslim Brotherhood in those countries? - I want to understand, show me that they're engaged, any organization is engaged in political violence. I will back a terrorist designation. - So on October 7th, the Egyptian chapter of the Muslim Brotherhood call for violent attacks against the United States, its partners and interests, the Jordanian Muslim Brotherhood supported Hamas, and they threatened Americans living in the region and our partners. So do you stand by those designations? - As I said, any organization engaged in political violence or calling for political violence is engaged in terrorism and I would support those designations. But he doesn't believe that they are engaged in violence. You see? So it's very slippery what he's trying to prove there and do there, and he did it all last night on the debate stage. It's really pretty disgusting. And then here he is going after a woman who dares to ask him again, similar questions. Watch this one. - I'm wondering, do you regret the private comments he made on a leaked audio of a call? I think it was in early March where you talked about about the death of Ayatollah Kemeni and many people in Dearborn being sad that day. - What do you want to talk about gas prices, groceries, what do you want to talk about actual issues that Michiganers face? I'm happy to answer questions. - Well, I bring it up because you talk constantly about foreign policy. - That I know your readers will get you clicks, but actually not relevant to people's lives. I'm just not interested in this dog and pony show. So I'm just going to tell you, I'm just going to tell you, I think if you look at the legacy of this war, if you look at all that's happened on reward, the gas prices, the grocery prices, [BLANK_AUDIO]
that Donald Trump has done to devastate the lives of Michiganders because of this war, I think all of us regret that this war ever happened. And even Mike Rogers, who flip-flopped on this issue, doesn't even know where he stands. He says the war needs to end, so you should go ask Mike Rogers what he thinks about this ridiculous war. But I don't do the work of back justifying illegal, ridiculous wars because you want to ask me a question about a piece of leaked audio, like ask, we're asking smart questions. I'm asking you about committee, and you talk totally about foreign policy, so your position on the RGC is relevant, sir. You know, it's amazing because he keeps, he also, by the way, was caught on tape saying he wants to end the oil company, is winner that he is. I mean, I'm sorry, this guy is just such bad, bad news. But I think that what's fascinating, and this is what came out, I mean, he was just bombed in the debate. Some of the audio is a little tricky. I'm going to play part of it for you, but I don't, the audio that came in was really funny last night. I want to be cautious, what I show you, what I would say is that all in all, you got a similar type of dance from L. Said. He would not answer any of these questions. Every single time you asked him about the war, he would pivot back to energy costs. He'd pivot back to these are the things that Americans care about. He is not willing to say that Iran is the enemy. He is not willing to say that Hamas is the enemy. He only is saying this doesn't matter because, you know, we have to care about energy costs. And so it's effective messaging. I'm going to give you this, right? As, look, I'm in this business and I hear it. And for whatever reason, the debate monitor moderator was not willing to go back as he should have. I would have gone back aggressively, aggressively. That's why I like what Martha did. He didn't go back and I'm hard enough. He basically weaseled out of everything just trying to blame it on energy. And I'm sorry, but that's not flying. Here's the other issue. Okay. And we talked about this the other day on this program. Did we not? We talked about his family. He's got a very suspicious family background and it came up last night in the debate. This audio is clean. I want you to hear it. No, no. Well, let's do this. Let's, all right. Let's, let's, let's. He wants us to be on a worms. I'll get him. I'll tell you what my mother did. She was a, a small, you go after my mom. I'm not going after your mom, but what your mom was working at. I was going off to that organization that was indicted for funneling money to El Qaeda. Look, that's your mom. My mom worked at a lot, smoke a little chamber of commerce. I'll put my mom up any day for that. All right. Okay. So the mother was involved with an organization. She thought she was just helping orphans for that one before, right? She thought she was helping orphans, but she worked for the IARA, which was indicted by the Treasury Department for having sent hundreds of thousands of dollars to El Qaeda. And this was in the years before, indeed, before the horrific 9/11 attack. And she was sending money to Bin Laden. So her name was Fattin Fathi El Qumi. She did not raise him. So this is interesting. And my knowledge of this is whenever there's a divorce in one of these Middle Eastern households, the mother does not get the kid. Okay. The mother takes over and that's the case, apparently, with El Said. He was raised by his dad and the new wife. This woman was working at the IARA Treasury came out and named this organization that she worked for as a known terrorist financier. So they were funneling the money to El Qaeda. And she thought she was just rubber stamping checks for orphans. They never actually indicted her on anything. So she was never prosecuted. But the organization was, indeed, under a lot of scrutiny and considered a problem because it was funneling money to Bin Laden. And then his father-in-law also has very questionable ties. This guy, Jack Cuckoo, you know, we could do like a whole show of Trish trying to say these names. That'd be great, right? Tyub. I got that. Cuckoo. Cuckoo. He was the carer president. There you go. I mean, carers get all kinds of trouble around it. Hmm. Big, big trouble around it. Judy Jasser had a few things to say about carers, well, listen, that is a, that's a, that's a hot potato, okay? And he's still on the board of the ISNA Founders Committee, which were unindicted co-conspirators in the Holy Land Hamas case. I mean, these are not good ties for a guy who wants to be the next senator from Michigan. Oh, and then the cherry on top. I mean, it just keeps getting better and better and worse or worse, however you want to look at this one. The sister-in-law. Remember the wife that he married? Her dad was head of care. Her dad gave hundreds of thousands of dollars to El Said for his campaign. Her dad was probably the one who got them the pad in Dubai, you know, so if the, going gets rough, they get somewhere to go on the beach in Dubai. So the sister-in-law, she would be his sister-in-law, okay? So also the daughter of the guy who was at care. She, according to her own testimony, and this was reported by the federalist, she is on a terrorist screening database for the federal government. She had her tickets marked SSSS. So, you know, I realize we can't pick our family, right? But this is not a good fact set. It's really not a good fact set. You layer on top of that the idea that maybe the guy has dual citizenship and I think you get yourself a good old-fashioned problem here and you got to worry about whether this kind of political religious thought is creeping into our government, whether it's with Mamdami, whether it's with Ilhan Omar, whether it's with Rashida Talib, whether it's with the woman who's running out in Colorado who says we need more people from third world countries coming in and taking over and getting into Congress because the only way you're going to change America for the rest of the world is if the third world comes in, back to our entry. You see Malit, is that her name? A lot? I've played you this one. Malat Kiros, I mean, it's bonkers, what she has said. I think you guys should see this. If you haven't seen it, you need to. Here's Malat Kiros. I'm about the same age that my dad was when he came to this country betting on the promise he chose Denver to be our home because he knew that this city would welcome us and that same city just voted to send a 29-year-old, recovering lawyer, Barista, immigrant, democratic socialist to Congress. Okay, that's all fine and good. Let me show you another clip. The Ethiopian born, Malat Kiros, who wants basically everybody to come in so that we can take over America. I think it's particularly important, not just for our community in Tigray, but communities of the global South period, right? There's a certain reckoning that we are going to have to have with the global world order as it exists today and the way that it fundamentally will have to shift going forward, right? The responsibility that we have as Americans, the recognition that it's going to be required of us, of the exploitative and extractive nature that we play on the global scale and the global stage, is only going to be challenged if we are getting represented by people who understand that on a fundamental level, right? And that means getting more immigrants into office. That means getting more people who have heritage in the global South into office because that's where those decisions are made specifically. Okay, so there's no interest in actually protecting America, here you see. There's an interest in protecting the global South. Well, I'm sorry, I just think Mark Rubio declared that over, okay, we're not interested in protecting the global South anymore at all. We're interested in protecting ourselves and you, little Chica, should know better because you need to protect yourself and your future and basically not turn it over so that you can live in the same kind of misery that your family was trying to get out of Ethiopia for. All right, all of these countries have tried it. I mean, Uganda's a great example. Mamdam is Uganda. They had socialism there from 1960, something into the 1980s until they figured out, "Do this not working out so well?" Not working out so well, and so they migrated to good old-fashioned capitalism, which always wins the day, seriously, always wins the day. I gotta tell you, we are lucky that we have this wonderful country, and if you haven't done this, I talk about this almost every Friday because when you read the words of the U.S. Declaration of Independence, I'll tell you, it's pretty darn extraordinary, and it was the last time you did that. I don't know. I actually keep a copy of the Constitution right by the side of my bed, that's how strange I am, but the Declaration of Independence.
is pretty darn good too, and I would encourage you, you know, maybe over the weekend, go take another look at this because our friends over at AFP, Americans for Prosperity, they have called, they have put together something they call the Declaration Project, and you can take the pledge to read the Declaration of Independence something you certainly should do, right, on America's 250th birthday, I encourage you to do that. You can go to www.a250a250 toolkit, I'm typing as I speak,.com/trish, there you go, so www.a250toolkit.com, go look at the Constitution, they have like a whole bunch of accompanying documents that are just phenomenal, and it's just a celebration of America and our 250th birthday and all the people that made us who we are today, right, so those founding fathers are certainly some that we need to pay homage to, so go check that out when you can, over the weekend is certainly a great, great, great time. We have a lot more I want to get to today because there's some new numbers that just came out of Canada. Canada's economy is looking like a real, I got to tell you, a disaster, check out this Canadian job losses, they lost 68,000 jobs in the month of September, second month of decline in a row. Alberta on the other hand, looking pretty good, I gotta say, gaining 23,000, you see, that's the energy capital. Alberta's got it going on, from an economic perspective, Canada doesn't really like that, Alberta would like to break free, that's why they get this big vote on whether or not they should advance the conversation of potential secession, and that's happening on the 19th. Anyway, the job number's not looking good, but I can tell you, I'm not surprised because we're kind of the only game in town economically speaking, and they refuse to do a deal with us. Carnie, backed out last minute, I have new information today that may explain why, and it has to do with Carnie trying to line his pockets and the pockets of his Cronies as opposed to the Canadian people. But first, watch Donald Trump speaking on Canada. Canada's been ripping off our country for many, many years, tremendously ripping off. They've been charging tremendous tariffs, one-way tariffs, 400% on dairy products and other things. They're not ripping us out. We don't need Canada for anything. They do 95% of their business with us, we do very little with them, by comparison. And Canada has been very difficult to deal with, and I think we're doing very well with Canada. Canada would like to make a deal, but we're not satisfied with it. Canada's been, we've been losing on average $80-90 billion a year with Canada in order for them to trade with us. Why are we doing that? That's, you know, goes back to the thing I said before about whether it's Switzerland or another country. We're losing $90 billion a year doing business with Canada. What? We want to make our own cars. We don't want them to make cars for us. Because if they make a car, we're not making a car. We don't need them to make cars, et cetera, et cetera. It's a long story, but they've been ripping us. Canada has been ripping us out for many, many years, and they're not going to rip us off anymore. Thank you very much, everybody. Thank you. So he's like, well, you know, they just, they can and shan't themselves in the foot here. And he said it. They're doing the majority of the business with us, right? We're the only ones who buy for them from them, but we don't need to, right? We can buy from other places and other people, but I would say that their economy is not in very good shape. It doesn't surprise me when you do the majority of your export business all through the United States of America to the tune of nearly $404 billion a year in dollars, 20, 25 numbers. You got a problem, all right? You got a really big problem. You're looking to China. You're looking to France. France is good. It allows you 3.6 billion. I don't even know if they're going to be able to do that anymore because their economy is in total shambles. And this guy, Mark Carney, wants to basically trade business with us for business with China or business with the EU. Is he crazy? Doesn't he care about his people? I mean, it seems like a total reckless move, lack of responsibility. And he's never really come clean on anything. And I started doing some digging. And now I think I know why Carney really, really doesn't like Trump. And Carney really doesn't like Alberta and doesn't like the idea that Alberta is maybe going to go out on its own. You see, Alberta, if we revisit those jobs numbers, they did great. Check that out. Alberta is adding 23,000 jobs while the rest of the Canadian economy is shrinking. And guess what? The rest of the Canadian economy should shrink because they're so dependent on the US. And now they're not going to have the US because we have no trade deal. So all those tariffs, they're going to hit hard. And so what are employers doing? They're firing people in anticipation of this. They get an unemployment rate that now has ticked up second month in a row up to 6.5% under good old Mark Carney. You think see some kind of sophisticated here. Yes, you see, he's had some big investments. Apparently his stock options are worth somewhere in the vicinity of $6 million according to one filing in this asset management firm that he used to work for. But you see, it's not just any asset management firm. This is an asset management firm that specialized in ESG. Environmental social governance, everything I stand against. In fact, it's one of the reasons why I started 76research.com, my financial company. Some of you guys know that. I encourage you to go over there, by the way. Shameless plug, but our portfolios have done really well. So go check them out when you can 8 to 10 stocks in each one, 76research.com. But anyway, Mark Carney is the antithesis of me because while I started a financial research company because I wanted people to get away from the nonsense is ESG. Mark Carney decided that he was going to hang his hat in his entire future on that going back to 2020 when he seems to have joined as the head of ESG for Brookfield asset management. So you see, Alberta, when it talks about leaving, kind of has a few reasons to want to do that. I mean, for starters, they've got a massive economy. We've talked about this. These are the three provinces that all want to leave. And Alberta's economy equates for some 15% of overall Canadian GDP. So they kind of matter, right? Quebec matters too. But they don't get a lot of respect for that. In fact, if Mark Carney has his whale, Alberta will be like 2% of the economy because Mark Carney does not like oil. Mark Carney is the guy who built his career and his fortune on this net zero financing architecture. You know, he was making you pay for your carbon. Carbon footprint was suddenly going to be used as a, a credit risk. This is his brainchild, okay? And now he's running all of Canada and you wonder why he wants to do a deal with the EU and go, you know, totally green as opposed to us. He was the chairman of Brookfield asset management. And he ran the transition investing arm before he ever got into politics. What is the transition investing arm? That would be the ESG seat, okay? Environmental social governance. These are the people that really like Greta. So Brookfield was out there selling itself as the firm that would finance the shift off of oil, off of fossil fuels. And Carly, he was the guy who was going to do it. So he got this group of banks together. He was like pressing all these banks and asset managers and saying, okay, we're going to align your portfolios with these net zero carbon targets. And basically what that means is he was helping to develop the investment strategy if you would and attract investors and grow the transition investing business because they were going to transition away from oil. And so his compensation included salary, bonuses and long term incentives. So he's got stock options still in the company and he's got what's called as carried interest. So he made all of these investments in all of these ESG nonsense things. And those investments have not yet liquidated to my understanding. He still holds those investments. Now we know these investments are all dumb, you know, just like Netflix, which by the way is announcing today. What did I tell you last week? Did I not? I said Netflix is going the way a blockbuster today. They came out with a report that they're going to have to lay off somewhere on 800 people, five percent of the workforce. Netflix is over, okay? Netflix is over. You know what else is over? ESG. One of the reasons Netflix is over is because it started incorporating ESG and DEI into its programming. And that was a sure recipe for disaster because what is the reality of this world in which we live? Capitalism succeeds. Free markets. They succeed. And it succeeds with content too. So you can't come up with a bunch of woke slop fed to you courtesy of Mr. and Mrs. Obama and Susan Rice and think that people are really going to watch it. Netflix had to learn that the hard way. And they're still learning it the hard way. I still think it's going to go by the way of blockbuster. And by the way, I just mentioned my financial research company. Rather than this morning, I actually published a piece on the demise of
Netflix. And we were talking, I don't think this is in the piece, but I'll just tell you we were talking this morning and we were sort of betting that, you know, this thing is going to get chopped in half in terms of its value. I'm like, okay, if it goes down to 35 bucks a share, do we finally think it's worth a buy? But right now, it's going to be going down. And it's going down because of this ESG fascination, which brings me back to none other than Mark Carney, who doesn't like oil, and therefore doesn't like Alberta. Even though I think he's from there. So Daniel Smith, who's in charge of Alberta right now, she's, you know, not such a fan of all these clean, energy, clean electricity rules, industrial carbon pricing, and slow pipeline approvals. In fact, she sees this very much as an attack on the province's main industry and industry. They account for 15% of GDP in all of Canada. And yet, Carney wants something else. Carney wants, I don't know, some other kind of energy to replace this. I guess, you know, windmills, which is perhaps why he's trying to do this deal of cozy up to the EU at the expense of his own people, because if you really think about it, it aligns with his own darn pocketbook. The pocketbook being key, which is why he didn't really appreciate it when Elon Musk this week called for Canada to break up. You saw this. We talked about it yesterday. I thought this was great. Volume market saying, well, Quebec's new premiere and just declared his dream of independence for Quebec will be realized one day, Elon tweets good. Quebec should separate. And then he goes back for more. He said they'd be better off. Alberta and Saskatchewan should separate too. It's all over the news. And they were broadcasting it all over the television airways and everybody's freaking out. And Carney, oh, he's like seething. Because you see, he doesn't want Alberta to succeed. And he doesn't want Alberta to succeed. So on the one hand, he doesn't want them making any money because that would suggest, I guess. And this is my opinion. Let me be very clear, because you know, they're going to go after me for their disinformation again. That's what happened a couple of weeks ago. Every time I talk about Canada, I wind up in trouble. So let me get this out of the way. They got a little disinformation site that was put up in 2020 around the same time. This guy went to go work at ESG for Brookfield. Okay. And they put this thing together. It was financed originally by the State Department. I don't believe it is anymore. Thanks to the cuts in USAID funding. But it is still in existence. And so they go after people who dare to state an idea or an opinion, because you're not allowed to apparently end Canada. Gus, darn it. Markey, Mark, you're going to do just great with the EU. I'm telling you, you are all about control. All right. That's a match made in heaven. The only problem for you. A little funny thing happened on the way to the forum. Nobody in Alberta wants to be part of the EU. As far as I can tell, they're Canadian. Or maybe they're just Albertan. Granted, before these crazy people come after me again, I guess I got to tell you that the polling thus far isn't necessarily in their favor because 72% of the region are saying they want to stay in Canada. 23% say they want to start the process of talking about this. 4% are unsure. 49% undecided on the other -- what is that? The other nine. I would just say that we'll see what happens come the 19th. They're very nervous about this. They're so nervous about it that they're attacking me for it. They are so ready to attack Trump over it. He's apparently been quite quiet. All's quiet on the Alberta front in the Trump White House, but Trump has so far, according to Bloomberg News, stayed conspicuously silent, because Ambassador to Canada says he was ordered by the White House to steer clear. I'm telling you, they're really, really nervous. And it all came from the Treasury Secretary Besson saying, you know, we should have a good financial relationship with Alberta because they have the resources that we need. And so then I dared to advance this idea and this is like, you know, they just lost it on me because I thought, well, you know, if they can go become the associate country for the EU, maybe we should explore this a little bit more. Hey, you know, if they are going to secede, again, the 19th is just a vote on whether or not they should begin the conversation. So that might be years in the future, but if they were going to do it, hey, you know, maybe there's some kind of trade relationship that we could actually help initiate, you know, that the US could go to them and say, gee, you know, why don't we create some kind of zero tax policy between us and your region, because that's something that would make sense. Well, they don't like that. You're not supposed to talk about this because Carney is just livid about all of it. Elon dared to suggest that, yeah, they might be better off separate and Carney responded with this. The future of Canada will be decided by Canadians, and the priorities of Canadians and priorities. And then he went on to say, and not by the tech companies. The fact that he did that yesterday, I just have to say, sometimes this week, does he not understand? He just made a bigger deal of it. Like, these people need to hire some decent PR. I'm just saying, like, whoever's advising them is totally clueless, he just made a bigger story out of it. I covered that story yesterday. Why? I mean, I might not have really cared. Okay. Elon's tweeting about this, whatever. But now you got Mark Carney, the prime minister of Canada coming out and saying, okay, well, it's only going to be decided. The future is only going to be decided by Canadians themselves. Well, Carney, he is a Canadian. I hate to break it to you. His mom's Canadian. He went to Queen's University. He kind of has a dog in the fight, I think. So, they're all worked up. And it's all because the new guy in Quebec, who's now got, you know, a little bit of skin in the game. So you have somebody who's a separatist who wants to get Quebec the heck out of Canada. Now, coming to the table, and he said, look, we're not going to do it right away. No, well, Donald Trump's in office. We get a lot of other things to address. But it's on the table, and this is part of his dream. We've mentioned on several occasions that there'll be no referendum until the Trump administration is in the White House, in which case, we've got time and we've got plenty of emergencies. So, Trump's quiet. I don't know. I think that Canada's going to find a way forward. And the answer for Mark Karney is not to make Elon Musk or Donald Trump the boogie man. The answer for you, Mark, a little PR advice, unsolicited free. Okay. Send your little disinformation people and we're probably watching me right now as we speak. My recommendation is focus on yourself, focus on getting your economy in order. Do not have unemployment numbers like the kind we saw today. Do something for Alberta that makes sense. Their economy is vital and important to you. I realize it may hurt your personal family bottom line given the investment that you made during your tenure at Brookfield. I realize you have numerous private equity investments that are at stake. He would like to say, well, none of it matters because it's in a blind trust. But you know what you invested in, right? When you plunk down a bunch of cash, that's how it works in that business. The farm says, hey, we got to make an investment alongside our own investors. And they go out with their investors and they chunk a chunk of their cash. And they put it into these vehicles and all of his vehicles were the ESG vehicles. And I'm sorry, but you know, that ship has sailed. It doesn't work. And you can delude yourself and some of your voters as much as you want. You can continue on with the Carnegie Circus show trying to distract them saying, you know, Donald Trump is evil and Elon Musk is mean. But the bottom line is, if you're going to lose 68,000 jobs in a given month, when economists thought you were going to add upwards of 9,000, I think that the jokes on you, buddy, boy, and you really screwed up on the trade deal. So my recommendation, again, unsolicited. Happy to give you guys this advice. Do a trade deal with the USA. Look, you've seen the numbers. I've seen the numbers. They matter. Okay, we matter. You want to have free trade with the US of A. You know, get some free trade with Europe too. You know, I don't care. Go get some free trade with Europe. You should have free trade with everybody, right? Free trade is free trade. Why is it that we don't charge tariffs and everybody else does, doesn't make any sense? So, you know, go get your trade situation under control. Don't cut Alberta out. Give Alberta what it needs. Come up with some tax incentives to spur industry for goodness' sakes. And just, you know, take a chill pill on the TDS. I think it'll go a long way. It's good to see you guys. I Cat Crazy Sam, welcome back. I know we're a little bit earlier today. Usually I'm like running up against it on a Friday, right? Ian, good to see you guys here. You know, and Anc Andy as well, so many familiar last Boy Scout by high cell low. What is that on Netflix that you're talking about? I hope you didn't buy Netflix really high. You know, there was a time when it was being treated like a tech stock and the reality is now it's being treated like an old media stock and those old media stocks are really troubled, right? For sure, you know, we'll see if the Ellisons can pull a rabbit out of the hat. I think they can. You know, I'm very curious to watch Skydance. I think there's going to be a lot of layoffs there too. We talked about that just yesterday at CNN. You're going to see a lot of heads roll and they're going to have to
to reduce their cost significantly, and you're gonna see a lot of combo effects between CVS and CNN. But bottom line, it should be good for the company, especially if they can embrace some of this new technology. And the new technology is really what is critical right now. You can produce content much more cheaply than ever before. And if they can figure out how to do that, and harness sort of the power of individuals and their creativity and individuals everywhere, right? And AI, all of it is going to be, I think amazing, we're in for quite a ride in this future, but it's why I get back to why we need to be in control of AI, and to be in control of AI, you have to be in control of energy, which is why things like Iran are really important right now. And there's a lot on the line. And so there's a lot on the line with these midterms. I hope everybody gets out to vote, tell everybody. They gotta go and do it, right? Because the people we elect, I'll tell you, are gonna be deciding the future of everything, including, this is a brief message from our friends over at AARP, including the future of Social Security, because it's, you know, the money that we earned, and the money that we hope will still be there. You know, after a lifetime of hard work, you're paying in older Americans, need it now more than ever, right? Because the price is going up up and away. So you may not agree, I get it, with AARP on every issue. I know they've been left on a lot of stuff, but I'll tell you, they are standing up for Social Security, and they're trying to find a solution to Social Security, so that you have it at the end of the day. So raise your hand, right now, as a Social Security voter, and you can go sign on at AARP.org/SocialSecurityVotor. I'll just put that on the screen again, so that, and they'll keep you abreast of what people's policies are, vis-a-vis where they stand on Social Security. So it's AARP.org, and it's, yeah, that's it. I guess it's just AARP.org. Oh, slash Social Security. It takes me longer to type this, right? Then to give you the read. Anyway, go check it out when you can, because they are a keeping track of where people are on Social Security, and I think that kind of matters right now. We started this show on Latisha James, and I get to tell you I was happy to see her back, on the news, because Latisha has been quite a winner, right, for us here on this show. We thought she was going down a lot harder than she was. And I think somebody's really got to get, you need some good lawyers out there prosecuting this one. I think what Wyzenfeld has come forward with is very important. I think it could actually lead to, if it's properly prosecuted, the demise of Latisha in terms of her own career, in terms of her own ability to practice law. Because to me, what she has done really merits a disbarment, if you would, a disbarment of one Latisha James. Great to have you here. Have a terrific weekend. We get so much more coming your way. Clive Jenkins, good to see you here too. Again, so many, so many names I recognize in this chat. Thank you guys for all your loyalty. Don't forget to follow me on Spotify as well. You can get the show there in its entirety. It posts right after the live on Spotify, and I'll see you, maybe over the weekend, but certainly live on Monday.
Podcast Summary
Key Points:
Latisha James, New York’s attorney general, is facing potential disbarment due to politically motivated investigations, including one into President Trump and his associates, allegedly driven by personal vendetta rather than legal evidence.
A former assistant attorney general, Daniel Wyzenfeld, claims he was fired after reporting to his boss, Shamiz Mo Ma's Bowway, that no evidence existed for an alleged insider trading case, highlighting a pattern of wasted taxpayer resources and political overreach.
James has repeatedly demonstrated a lack of legal understanding and respect for the law, notably during a debate where she misidentified key officials and dismissed legal facts, undermining her credibility.
The investigation into the Cornell case, which James reopened without evidence, is now under judicial review as a defendant challenges her appointment as special prosecutor, citing bias and political manipulation.
Critics argue that James’s actions mirror past cases of overzealous prosecution, such as the Duke lacrosse case, where prosecutors were later disbarred for abusing their power.
The broader narrative includes criticism of political figures like Mamdami and El Saeed, who are accused of promoting anti-American, Islamist ideologies and refusing to condemn Hamas or Iran, raising concerns about ideological extremism in U.S. politics.
Marco Rubio and others are advocating for national sovereignty, rejecting globalist institutions like the ICC and emphasizing a return to nationalism and self-reliance in foreign policy.
The transcript warns that unchecked political appointments and ideological bias threaten the rule of law, suggesting that such behavior may lead to systemic legal and institutional collapse.

FAQs
Latisha James is facing potential disbarment due to allegations of politically motivated investigations, such as targeting President Trump and his associates without credible evidence. Critics claim her actions, including spending taxpayer money on a fruitless probe, show a lack of respect for the law and a prioritization of political gain over justice.
Daniel Wyzenfeld, a former assistant attorney general, accused Latisha James of running politically driven investigations into Trump-related entities, despite finding no evidence of insider trading. He claims she pressured him to pursue a case that was based on a cryptic text and ultimately wasted taxpayer resources.
No, there was no credible evidence in the alleged insider trading case. The investigation was based on a cryptic text message, and after extensive review, the office found no actionable financial documentation to support the claims.
During the debate, Latisha James failed to name key figures, including other attorney generals, and made statements that suggested a lack of understanding of the law, such as claiming she didn’t need to study facts before acting—highlighting her perceived lack of legal grounding.
A New York judge ordered Latisha James to respond to a legal challenge seeking to remove her as special prosecutor in the Cornell case, citing concerns about bias and political motivations. This signals growing legal scrutiny over her impartiality and adherence to the law.
The transcript draws a parallel between Latisha James and Mike Nyphon, a former prosecutor who was later disbarred for overzealous prosecution. It suggests that James is similarly abusing her office for political ends rather than enforcing the law.
