This podcast episode, hosted by Safia, explores how to create offers that are truly aligned with who you are. It opens with two sponsor messages: BlueNile.com, promoting lab-grown diamonds with a $50 discount using code LISTEN, and Rocket Money, a subscription-canceling finance app that has saved users millions. Safia then shares her personal experience of launching an offer modeled on her coach's program, which left her feeling stuck, drained, and misaligned because the format did not suit her personality or energy. She defines alignment as the harmony between your values, energy, and vision and what you propose, emphasizing that aligned offers let you work without burnout and attract the right people. She offers three keys to creating aligned offers: introspection before action, active listening to your audience while balancing their demands with your own intuition, and simplicity—keeping offers clear and uncluttered. She also stresses the importance of daily pauses, suggesting a five-minute morning check-in to clarify priorities and stay present. Throughout, she encourages listeners to listen to themselves, be authentic, and build a business that reflects who they are and can last long term. She closes by inviting feedback and sharing her YouTube, Twitch, and Discord channels.

Speaker 2Hi, this is Freddie Wong from Dungeons and Daddies, and this episode is sponsored by Rocket Money. Houston, we have a problem, and that's too many subscriptions that I don't know about because I like to put my credit card number into sites just for the sheer thrill of it. That's the fundamental problem of the internet and money, and Rocket Money is here to solve that. Rocket Money is a personal finance app that helps find and cancel your unwanted subscriptions. Monitor your space. It helps lower your bills. You can see all those subscriptions that you've accrued over a lifetime of putting your credit card in on the internet in one place. If you don't want them, just cancel them. With a few taps, Rocket Money can help with that. Rocket Money has over 5 million users and has saved a total of $500 million in canceled subscriptions, saving members up to $740 a year when using all the app's premium features. Stop wasting money on things you don't use. Cancel your unwanted subscriptions by going to RocketMoney.com slash cancel subs.
Speaker 3That's Submarines. Submarines.com slash cancel subs. That's Submarines.com slash cancel subs. That's Submarines.com I did some actions, I did some errors and some bullets, I launched offers because for x or y reasons, for the reasons I just mentioned to you, by impulsivity, to test, for a lot of things. Every time I thought I had the offer of the century, and in the end, inside, in any case, in the structure, in the format, it didn't look like me, and so I ended up either exhausted, either in confusion, either with a big void inside, or with the three. But mind you, with all these years of trial and error, I took a little while, maybe not very long, finally, before understanding that what was going to work, what I was going to do, what I was going to hold on the long term, well, it was that I listen to myself. And it's true that when you work on your account, you really want to do well, you really want it to succeed, that you simply don't take yourself into account. You don't take your emotions, your energy, your personality into consideration, and you tend to go, The truth is that if you want to create offers that not only look like you, but also give you energy, you're going to love this episode. Maybe there you have offers with which you feel a little disaligned, you don't really want to work on them, you don't want to update them, you may also not want to promote them and communicate on them. Well, it's probably because there are things that don't suit you on it, so I'm going to share my tips with you to listen to you, to find the alignment. I talk too fast. I'm going to calm down. To find the alignment, and above all, create offers that make you want to work on them every morning and make the whole world know that they exist. Before getting into the heart of the matter, I just wanted to do a little self-promotion. You don't know that I launched a YouTube channel on which I am very active and on which there is a video every Wednesday, sometimes more in the week, if I have the time. But in any case, if that interests you on this side, it's much more lifestyle and personal development. I'm not talking about entrepreneurship over there, so it changes. And I also have a Twitch channel. So Twitch, it's a live platform, it's just live. So I do co-working over there, I come to talk, I do coloring, I play video games. So if you want to accompany me, to spend a little time, to be also accompanied in the work, it makes you company, but you won't be very productive. Know that. If you come during co-working sessions, you will talk a lot with everyone and can move forward on your todo. But in any case, if that interests you, I put you the link to my. My channel and my channels, in quotes, in the description. But everything is at Life of Safia. And besides, I also created a free community on Discord that you can join if you want. Or over there, well, you will be able to connect with other people, talk about various subjects, whether it's creative, personal, entrepreneurship, ask your questions and everything. It's free. It's just a means to me that allows me to gather everyone in the same place. So it's all new. I just created it literally when I'm recording. I created that. It's been two days. So we're at the beginning. But if you want to be part of the adventure and join the community, listen, I would be very happy to welcome you. So now we're going to start with our episode. I finished with my self-promotion moment and I wanted to talk about the importance of alignment. It's true that the word align, alignment, it's kind of become a buzzword. So a word that is used wrong and across, which can sometimes lose a bit of its meaning. Unfortunately, we don't have a synonym. In itself, what you have to keep in mind is that it's super important and that alignment, it's just the secret to be yourself in your business and in your activity. To tell you a little story, a few years ago, I launched an offer because it was the model that was taught by the coach that I was following at that time. So I let myself be carried away by her process. And in fact, what she taught was to create an offer like hers. And so I created it by saying to myself, it's going to work. It's the future of the digital product. It was post-COVID. That's what works for her. It works very well. She has a successful company. So there's no reason that if I don't propose the same thing, well, it doesn't work. So I created this offer. It was a premium offer, so with a sort of. So it was a platform of courses, but with a pretty recurrent support with the students, etc. And in fact, I realized after a few weeks and a few months that in fact, I wanted to stop all that. Except that it was a model of offer where people paid for 12 months. And there were people who had paid all year in advance. And so I was, in quotation marks, I felt stuck. To put it simply, I felt stuck. It was a format that was not adapted to the person I am, which did not inspire me. And even if I loved my clients, I still love them because I am always in contact with them. I really like them all. I think I met the best people for me in entrepreneurship. There are even connections that have been made between them and everything. In short, humanly, it was. A crazy experience. I had even organized an event in physics. For those who know me, who know that I am a casanova, not at all in the organization of events and everything. I did it for the first time. And it's one of my best memories of entrepreneurship, this day of immersion all together. So it was great. In itself, the human experience was great. It's just that I was not aligned with the format. The fact of having appointments every week, where it was me who delivered a kind of support. I'm not going to say coaching because I'm not a coach at all. But it asked me, in fact, a lot of energy on a daily basis. What I had not taken into account. And which was also my fault. Because I say that I reproduced the model of my coach and everything. It's that, in fact, she had several coaches in her program. And so it was not she who gave the coaching every week, etc. While I was all alone. So me, yes. So necessarily, I found myself in an offer format that had become almost a main offer, mind you, in what I was proposing, which did not go with who I was. So I talked less about it. I didn't talk much about it. I didn't do the promotion especially. And when you're in that situation, there's no visibility, no impact. Your energy, it's not at the top. It's a little dispersed. So in terms of results, it's null. That's really not what you have to do. And alignment, it's when our values, our energy and our vision are in perfect harmony with what we propose. That's where the magic works. And me, it wasn't the case. So when you have an offer that suits you, that it's an offer that resonates also with your audience, well, it allows you to invest fully in it without getting tired, without getting burned. And you're going to attract people who are in phase with you, who see in you the person they want to follow, in fact, simply with whom they want to learn. And that, in terms of energy, it's magic. And in fact, that's what you have to look for when you create offers. So you really have to come back to yourself. The first step is always that. It's not to plunge into the strategy. It's to do a little introspection and to ask yourself, what really inspires me? What do I want to share? How? How do I like to work? How do I want to spend my days? In fact, with this kind of question, well, it changes everything. Because we are no longer spectators of our company and our offer. We become, for real, creators. We are motivated and excited by what we set up, by our program. And obviously, that makes all the difference. And that's why alignment is a very important notion. Now, I can also totally understand that it's difficult to take the time to listen to yourself and listen to yourself and listen to yourself and listen to yourself. And that's why I love this exercise of introspection.
