From the other problem, however, there is a tension in the young people's world, in the people who feel that they are not guaranteed for their future, well, this is a problem that the government must face, I don't want to face it, only with the repression and mobilizing every time it is clear that this is not the answer, the answer should be in the words that has given, which has said, again, with great evidence, there is a phenomenon in a new way, because they are involved in minor crimes, which have created the violations of violence, it is a way to understand the areas of this new phenomenon, with analysis, it is already impossible, it is not superficial, but it is a profound matter, the topic is that this is what you have to do, the politicians must do, both the government and both the opposition. The proposal of students and students of young people, Dominica Inserbia, I have won the elections, speaking of a list related to the movement of protest after the tragedy of Novissade in November 2024, a movement that has been formed for months to transform the mobilization into a electoral protest, and that, according to the preliminary results obtained more than 52% of the votes. E intanto io ricordo ai nostri ascoltatori che siamo in accollegamento con il giornalista Carlo Fusi, con il quale stiamo ripercorrendo le principali notizie di politica e cronaca italiane. Carlo torniamo alla politica italiana perché ieri sono stati depositati i ricorsi in 25 tribunali contro la nuova legge elettorale, un'iniziativa che coinvolge oltre 300 ricorrenti tra cui l'ex presidente del consiglio Romano Prodi e che questa legge elettorale interessa l'italiane in Australia soprattutto per la riduzione delle circoscrizioni estere. Carlo che cosa viene contestata esattamente a questa legge e quali potrebbero essere le conseguenze se la Corte Costituzionale dovesse intervenire prima delle lezioni del 2027? Il fatto di voler creare le condizioni per una sorta di capocrazia, cioè per trasformare il sistema politico italiano in un meccanismo a sostegno di neventuali leader che vince le lezioni e questo cotta con il sistema parlamentare, il che vala, perché sono indigordi in Italia e quindi bisogna cambiarla alla radice in realtà poi quello che viene soprattutto per suddimire il premio di maggioranza che trasforma una maggioranza ottenuta attraverso un sistema proporzionale in un meccanismo che garantisce al governo e a TV, che garantisce la maggioranza che vince di potere scrivere un governo che possa poi esercitare il sulle funzioni con un numero discufficente di deputati estrenatori 70 alla gambe del 35, al senato in modo che il voto popolare possa trasformarsi in una garanzia di governabilità per tutta la reggitatura, questo secondo il rigorrenti è un errore ed è anche una torzione dal punto di vista demograti delle regole demogratiche. Poi c'è anche la questione delle preferenze del modo in cui sono state introdotte che in realtà secondo il rigorrenti sono fatti delle preferenze perché i capirista restano blocati e quindi non ci siamo le condizioni per un'areale espressione da parte degli elettori dei loro rappresentati e dunque insomma diciamo ci sono parechi motivi che possono, secondo il che ha fatto il rigorso, modificare la legge naturale. Ora che cosa può accadere? È ovvio che la corte costruzionale può accogliere in tutto, in parte alcune di queste richieste, il punto però è che le sentenze della corte costruzionale sono tali che occancelano del tutto la legge, la considerano in costruzionale, come accatte politali, come di renzi e a quel punto bisognerà fare un'altra legge perché naturalmente non si può portare senza legge del terralo, queste sono auto applicative nel senso che cancellando una parte della legge resta e il vivore quella che ovviamente non è stata gancelata in modo che così gli italiani possono comunque esprimerti. Il punto è che non ci può non essere una legge ritorale e quindi la corte costruzionale fra un'operazione di tagli e cuci, tantale che comunque consentirà la permanenza in vita di regole che consentano agli italiani di andare a potare nei prossimi mesi, come ho detto, nella prossima prima era al massimo a settembre per quando scate naturalmente la legge statura. Carlo chiediamo con agli equilibri della maggioranza di Governo, Matteo Salvini è stato riconfermato, segretario della lega, ottenendo 465 voti contro i 146 dello sfidante massimo garavaglia. Da il Congresso, Salvini ha anche rilasciato la richiesta di interrompere l'invio di soldi armi all'Ukraine. Carlo, questa riconferma rafforza la sua posizione all'interno del Governo oppure rischie di accentuare le divisioni con Georgia Meloni e gli altri alleati, soprattutto sul tema della politica estera. Ma a volte più vera questa seconda ipotesi rispetto alla prima Salvini ha indetto un congresso stradinario che era consentito su un misura per tacitare le voci di critica che erano all'interno della Liga, che non l'ho tenendo i suoi confronti, in particolare da parte dei governatori del Nord e anche seppur sommessamente da parte di Luca Giulia. Ora questo intento è stato ad giunto solo in parte, perché quei voti a favori di garavaglia e 25% rappresentano per la prima volta una corrente contraria al segretario della Liga non ci sono massare correnti, adesso ci sono e quindi da fine dovrà gestire anche questa situazione. Quanto alla Liga di Cancelari finanzimenti all'Ukraine e le spese anche in militare nei confronti di Kim, Salvini ha ricevuto la risposta molto dura sia dal Ministro Croseto che ha detto, ma sono le regole non si possono cambiare, siamo assostenio di Kim, quindi dell'Ukraine, quindi questo rimane, e quante attagli hanno detto guardate che stiamo già predisponendo il nuovo decreto che deve rifinanciare a punto di aiutire all'Ukraine a compreisi quelli militari. Quindi diciamo che dal punto di vista medialtico Salvini ha sparato un petardo che però ma ha provocato nei rischi di provocare differenze azioni, ascizionanti, retrocena che parlano di una irritazione da parte di meleoni che avrebbe giamato Salvini, ma guardate tutti così i minuti difficoltà, perché i accordi non si possono cambiare. Direzzo al prossimo consiglio di ministri, i casi sono due o Salvini crea le condizioni per una gritina di governo dicendo noi non accettiamo più di sostenere l'Ukraine e ci ritiriamo dalla maggioranza oppure dovrà. Per forza di cose, diciamo avere un atteggiamento più morbido e meno trascente di quello che ha dato, quindi diciamo che dal punto di vista della compatenza della maggioranza, l'uscita di Salvini, certo? Non può far piacere alla meloni e vedremo se nelle prossime settimane. Davvero Salvini vorrà dare e seguito alle sue minacci oppure sarà costretto come già cadurbinato i cinchotanze, naturalizzazioni a rivedere e a morbidire le proprie posizioni.
