But before we get into any of that, a truly absurd addition of places Kylie has no business being. This week, I have absolutely no business zero none. Being on a billboard in Times Square, I'm sorry, what? What happened? You said what now? Guys, what? Huh? This was this for real? This AI. Not going to lie, I was named one of Amazon Music's best new podcast of the year. And they put us on a billboard in Times Square to celebrate. That's so dumb. That's a dumb sentence. That's silly, a silly sentence to say all out. I did not ever think I would be on a billboard. Why the fuck would I be on a billboard, guys? That's a silly question. There's no reason for me to be on a billboard, including this list. What's important to recognize when you see lists like this is that this show would not go off without the incredible team that I have with not gonna lie, although my face is on the billboard, which is silly because nobody wants to see that shit. Places Kylie has some business being. This week, I had some business being at Arrowhead Stadium to watch my brother-in-law's game with my family. The girls had not yet seen Uncle Travel play in Arrowhead Stadium. I did have to explain this to Wyatt and Ellie that they saw Uncle Travel win a Super Bowl. That was exciting. After we came down from the sadness for Dad, that was the catch-22. We were sad for Dad, super happy for Uncle Travel. But we actually got to go and see him play at Arrowhead, which is his home stadium and has been for his entire NFL career. So that was a really cool moment. It was also super exciting to get to see friends and family that were there because the girls were so excited to get to watch a game with all of them. They are not that interested in football. To be quite honest with you, they actually yell at us anytime we try and poke football on the TV and only get on board after a little while of realizing that they can freely yell. Finney slept for like an hour and a half there, so she's a real one. She actually slept through all the screaming and cheering, which is hilarious to me. There were a couple people who were like, "Oh, that's powered of her for sleeping." I'm like, "Have you met her three older sisters?" Do you know that this is actually exactly what our house sounds like on any given day, at any given time? So she feels very at home near. I did see something this morning that someone mentioned that I was wearing Eagles gear. Wrong. Incorrect. I was not. I was wearing a "new" picture. So sorry, I blacked out for a second. I was not wearing Eagles gear, guys. I was wearing the other podcast sweatshirt, which a few of you noticed. For anyone who doesn't know, I cannot wear another team's logo and not in the NFL. I won't do it. I probably wouldn't do it for any of our other sports either. You're not going to catch me trying to be cool and wearing the New York Yankees Tabs. Cool to wear your team. Finny would, for sure. Fin would cry immediately. She doesn't care for other people. It's really great for me. Jason has not yet dressed up as Santa for the girls, and I think we're past that. I think the minute Jason dresses up as Santa, why it's going to be like clocked. We can't risk it. Also, I'm not sure if anyone else does this, but this time of year, I will absolutely use Santa to my parenting advantage. Okay? This was so sad. Oh my god, this was so sad. I'll call Santa. Okay? Sometimes you've got to get, you need a direct line. Okay? I know Emmy Nemi's here, and the song says, Santa's always watching. Okay? He knows when you're sleeping, knows when you're awake, little creepy, but he's watching. Okay? Sometimes you've got to get the direct line. Okay? Sometimes you've got to hotline that shit to Santa. Um, in an effort to make it [BLANK_AUDIO] believable, because like I said, I have one that's a little skeptical. I searched to find a graphic of a phone calling Santa. In other words, if I were to be like, "I'm really on the phone with him," it would be like a number and like clearly a hang up button to end a phone call, "I'm in the thick of it," okay? So we're actually, I think we've successfully created a graphic that will allow you to tell the same lie, because I did not feel as though there was sufficient graphics available on a quick search of the internet. So we're going to hand it to you. I want you to screenshot this and use it as like a look on actually on the phone with him. No, Santa, I don't know. We were just calling a check if they're on the naughty or nice list. When we did this to Benny, I felt very guilty. She cried, cried, cried, cried, cried while eating her pasta, cried, cried, cried. And then I had to get down on my knees in front of her and explain to her that I swear Santa said she was on the nice list. It was so sad. So don't make sure that it's a, I think you should do this in a positive way. First, which we weren't even like, it wasn't even like a threatening situation. We were just like, "You got to eat your dinner. You have to sit at the table at least." And when she kept trying to get up from the table, I was like, "I think I'm going to have to call Santa." Wrong. I will tell you though, he can't talk to kids. That's an important point. You have to say that like you're a grown-up calling. Yeah, I just, oh, dicey. And last thing on Santa, I have it on very good authority that like us parents, Santa is also rushing around like crazy this time of year. But the good news is we all have help if we need it. In other words, authentically not trying to do something that I am not or do not have or anything like that. But I have four daughters. I have four daughters and I want them to know that they were made exactly the way they were intended to be made and that they should proceed as such. Okay. And I'm not talking about not dying your hair. Girl, these highlights, they were purchased. Okay. That's not what I'm talking about. What I'm talking about is when I raise my eyebrows because I'm interested in what my children are saying and I have lines in my forehead, it only furthers the expression. Okay. It's like an exclamation point on my expression. If I could not raise my eyebrows, I couldn't be shocked at the shit my kids are saying. And then they wouldn't know that I'm truly invested in the words that are coming out of my mouth. Do you know what I mean? And on top of that, when they get into their 30s, I want them to be like, you know what? Mom had wrinkles then too. Because I do. And I earned these suckers. Okay. And I'm gonna keep them. Because I like them. Not all the time. Because sometimes I'm like, oh, girl, you are not 24. But you're fucking right. Oh my god, am I admitting that I'm not 24? You're right. I'm not 24. I'm 33 years old. And this is how my face looks. Okay. This is how I look. And I hope that my daughters and other young women can say confidently that that is how they look. And if they want to plump their lips or freeze their forehead, power fucking to them. But I would like more women to know that it doesn't have to be the new status quo. So Kate Winslet, you nailed that. I love that. We should keep saying that. Next, I'm currently in the midst of weaning finney. So this TikTok really hit my feet at the right time. I swear to god, they know. It says cutting your breastfed baby off. And she runs to her daddy to tattle on you. Doesn't cut it. Daddy booby is what she's saying in case you were wondering. This is what I'm going to tell you. I sent this video to Queen Emma. And I said comments. Okay. Because at first I was sad. Right? Sad. This baby sad. But this, this is where it went, this is where it went a little sideways. And I, like always, booked it to the comments. Okay. The first comment that I saw was we all saw the straw. We're all on team mom. Okay. For my audio listeners, the straw is crimped like a fucking piranha one at it. Okay. Like someone was just like a, like a hydraulic press. Okay. Like someone hydraulic pressed the top of the straw. Okay. That shit is bonnet. It looks like it was steamrolled like a fucking fresh concrete. Okay. This thing is crimped so fucking hard. And you know what? For those of you that have not arrived at the destination, that could have been mom's nipple. Okay. I would have cut her off too. Now, weaning is not going great because it's not going. But things about to cut a tooth. Okay. And it selfishes this may sound. That's where I draw the line. Aggressively. That's aggressively where I draw the line. That's where I've drawn the line for all of my other children. I've never breastfed a child. Pass them getting teeth full disclosure because I have, I think that this again is something that people typically don't talk about because it can be a conscious choice. I typically have breastfed our girls anywhere from anywhere between seven and eight months. I think the longest that I've gone for any other child has been maybe a hair past eight months right now with Finney. I am, this is the longest I have done it. Because it will take me at least a couple weeks to fully wean her and right now we're right at the threshold of where I think I ended with Ellie. But just to be clear, this is my choice. And it might not be the choice that other people make and I would like to say because I think it's important to say this. I am very fortunate to have been able to breastfeed because I know that that's not always everyone's journey. Some people who want to cannot. So it's important to recognize that. My girls have switched to formula and guess what? I have a six-year-old who is learning to read, who can write. It is, and she's thriving. So anyone who has an opinion about how I choose to go about my breastfeeding journey, And therefore, my formula fed journey, you can kindly get fucked. You knew it was coming. And also fed is best. Let me say one more time for emphasis. Fed is best, best being the best that it can be. Like the S bunch, Bob, imagination. Ready? We'll do fed is best and get fucked. How have you been able to continue to discuss that especially now that you're a mirror ball trophy winner? First of all, thank you so much for saying that, you know, because I feel like no matter what I do, whether I'm in my khaki uniform like you are right now or if I am in the the sequence of dancing with the stars, my heart always beats khaki, you know, it always beats that that urn spirit. And I never thought that I would be able to bring my message and what I stand for, which is wildlife conservation to the world through a through a dancing show. But my sister was really the inspiration for me. I watched her. I still remember 11 years old. I was in the audience in that ballroom watching her just lighting it up and sharing this beautiful sense of authentic passion. And I just went wow, one day I want to follow in those footsteps and to have that chance was everything to me. I never in my wildest dreams thought I'd make it to the end. No way. Like I was in absolute shock every week. My bags were packed. I was ready to go every week. And I realized not only in my representing wildlife conservation, but also I'm creating my own kind of legacy. My life has been about continuing the legacy of my mum and dad and my whole family. But through this, I got to really, I guess, tap into a more kind of vulnerable side and tell stories that were a little more challenging. But I hope I kind of got to put a little bit of positivity and passion into that ballroom. No, it was like a cheat code to have Bindi there cheering you on and also having wanted herself. Yeah. Well, that's the thing because like she, her advice, oh, she's amazing. You've talked to it. You know, she's like she is so sweet and so kind. But then like she's got this old soul and this, this real wisdom about her. It's amazing. So when I first decided to do this, I, you know, dancing the stars went, do you want to, do you want to be on this season? And I just was like, yes, let's go. And then I kind of thought, hang on a minute, I might have had a little hasty, like I have no idea what to do. Like what the heck did I just sign up for? And I'm talking to Bindi, I'm like, what, ah, I don't know how to dance. I don't know what, ah. And she, when we found out that I'd be partnered with Whitney, she was like, listen, Whitney Carson is the greatest. You don't have to worry about the dancing thing. She'll be an amazing teacher. You got this. But the best advice that she gave to me was to just let go and lean in. Like that was it. She said, this experience will change your life. And every time when rehearsals after 12 hours a day in your sore and you're just giving it everything, she just said, remember why you're here. Remember what you represent. Remember that passion you have. Remember everything that you're about. And remember that this experience is supposed to be hard. It's supposed to be a challenge. And I just went, all right, I just got to let go and lean into this absolute hurricane. Now, there were so many emotional moments in the show. I saw them all over my TikTok feed, including the dance you dedicated. Yes, including, including the dance you dedicated to your dad where Bindi joins at the end. I actually, I, ah, I can't watch this one. We were going to queue it up for you. But I actually, I can't do it. So I do, I, I know, I mean, it just sits right in the fields. You, it's, you could feel the emotion and it was such a beautiful tribute. But I do want to ask, did you have a favorite dance that you did this season? Ah, that is so, that is such a hard question. And that one, it's like, it's like they're all my little children. Like, I love them. Everyone, I love them all. And they're all like the, the culmination of so many months of, of all of this time and energy. But, you know, I think there's that one that I dedicated to my dad and to my sister was, was beautiful. And then I also did another dance. It's just the first one that springs to my mind because it felt so, there was like so much gravity and weight on this dance, which was a dedication that I, I did to my my mum. It was dedication week. And they said, who do you want to dedicate your dance to? And I dedicated it to my mum because I felt like she really is the guiding force behind everything that we do. And she's been the glue to hold us together through the most challenging times in our life, particularly when my dad passed. And we did a contemporary dance to you'll be in my heart by Phil Collins, you know, from the Tarzan soundtrack, which I cry at that song just listening to it at the best of times. But don't we all. Oh my gosh. But it felt like this moment to say thank you to not only my mum, but to, you know, all of the single parents of the world, all of the mums out there who I feel like don't always get that recognition and celebration that they deserve. Because I know my mum worked so hard behind the scenes to keep us together. And everything that dad was about was my mum. I mean, it was them together. It was my mum and dad creating this legacy. And then when he passed, she was the one person to pick up all the broken pieces and to say, I'm going to make sure everything that he lived for continues on. And all the while she was just the best mum to us and to have her in there and part of that dance and to have a dance that was for her that was also made by a mum, you know, Whitney. She's an amazing and powerful mum in her own right. It just felt like this incredible celebration. And it was a turning point for me because I think it was like week four. And it was the first dance where I was so overcome with just so much emotion that I just kind of let go of the moves and just let my body just sort of do what it felt was right. That dance was just everything to me because yeah, my mum's my hero, you know, she really is. I think that your mom and dad are like the perfect display of a partnership because of the way that she has continued on. The tribute to your mom was beautiful and I'm sure she loved it. Did she give you feedback? She, oh my gosh, it was really cute because she came out at the very end of that dance and my sister was part of a dance for a little ache out there and she knew what it was about. She'd been on that floor so many times but my mom was so just adamant that she got it right and she was, she practiced it and it was really cute because she was like, I don't want to mess up this dance. I feel like I don't want to be the thing that messes it up and I'm like, Mom, you can't mess it up. You got this and she came out and it was just this really beautiful moment to the little spin and after that, my mom and my sister and I were all in the trailer after that and we were all just bawling because it just felt like someone knocked on our door, actually like a makeup artist or something came in and was like, oh you're ready for the press line that we do after and they opened the door of the trailer and here we are just all crying and she just like closes the door and it walks away. Because it is so, you know, you've poured your heart and soul into telling a story of like it really was a story of grief and the way my mom kind of pulled me out of a lot of challenging times and I've always felt like I never really had an avenue to say thank you and to really express the gratitude for what she has meant to me in my life and it felt like it was this time to finally do that and it was actually one of the most healing moments in my entire life because I I addressed parts of my grief journey that I'd actually never really tapped into before. I get emotional to see even thinking about it like I gotta I gotta look in. I'll turn it to a little more of a lighthearted topic because Queen Emma told me I have to ask you about TikTok night salsa. Oh, okay. Okay. I saw that your family didn't know these moves were coming. They didn't surprise. It was a good reason for that because I was like every dance that I had done I would like give my family a little preview. I like they would come in a rehearsal or I'd show them a video but then this one there's a point in the dance where like I remove my shirt and there's a lot of like it's salsa so it's you know it's a little bit spicy and so what a gentlemanly way of saying I remove my shirt. It was okay. I can't I can't show my family I don't know so I just went you know what I'm just gonna go for it and I said to them so this one's a little bit edgy and they're like oh that's great go for it but then afterwards they were like whoa but you know what life is short you gotta just embrace it there's nothing wrong with it it was fun it was fun and you know and you know what it does it drives traffic to the page where you are discussing passionately animal conservation so you nailed it. I took my shirt off for wildlife conservation 100% exactly and you know it's so funny I am a big believer in life for myself I don't take I just I don't take myself too seriously and I think can't it's you gotta just do that you gotta just kind of send it let go and just go for it and it was so it was so that dance was the hardest one because Whitney you know my the dance partner is like okay you have to be cool and you have to be like really edgy and like passionate I'm like I don't know how to do that that's not my that's not me so I got to find this new sort of side to myself cool Robert I never knew he existed but it was it was really cool but then I now I'm back in my t-shirt on my car keys covered in mud again and I feel much more natural. Sure. Now as as a mom of four little princess obsessed girls my favorite tick-tock you put out was the one of you with your niece Grace uh yes yes yeah this Cinderella this is it's so good oh what a great spin how did the real star of the family grace enjoy her time on dancing with stars she loved it I you know what that is the correct way to refer to right she is she is the one she is the the star of the Irwin family and she is just the best and I got to tell you that that day it was Halloween and we're all going trickle-treating and I knew that she had dressed up as Cinderella and so I talked to the dancing with the stars wardrobe team because they just had Disney night right and I said to them can you get me or make me a prince charming outfit and they did credit to them they did and I was like yes and so my sister talked it up to Grace she's like you know prince charming might come over and I remember I walked through the door in the full costume there she is in her Cinderella costume and she is the first time ever I've seen her go all shy she was just like completely shy she was like what and she says to me she's like oh my gosh uncle Robert your your prince charming she's had like she was like you've been prince charming this whole time and it was it was the cutest thing and she's like wait it's been you the whole time that's crazy and I'm like yep and we went we went trickle-treating and it was very cute because you know some of the houses were a little bit scary some of the decorations were a little scary so she would she would send prince charming in first to knock on the door make sure the coast is clear and then and then Cinderella would come up and get her get her chocolates and candy and that and and oh man we had the best time but it was it was crazy being in that dancing with the stars experience and because she came to like pretty much every live show she loved it and I would finish a dance I'd look into the audience and there she is just wide eyed just looking going oh my gosh and she just see her just light up in this room and I just thought that was me when I watched my sister do the show I was a little kid just in awe of this whole experience and then I got to take that experience and now I'm watching her doing the same thing and I'm like season 50 she's in there like she's gonna say why let's go three for three let's go three for three we need another on the floor right oh she would be so good not even as as like a contestant she'd be one of the pros she's the best dancer in the family oh my gosh grace go ahead show him how it's done she's an icon yeah now when Bindi was on here she and I bonded over you and my brother and law Travis being funcals yes go the funcals uncle uncle Travis very much he's on on the same wavelength he'll do anything to make them happy he wants to flip them play with them get on the floor play barbies he'll dance until they tell him to stop it's all of it I love that what do you and Grace get up to together at the Australia zoo because Bindi did tell us that some days it's just like Uncle Robert's here and then Grace is out the door she has a here for a while oh yeah we we really run a mark Grace she gets away with a lot with me like she kind of it's so funny because she'll she'll come back and she'll be like oh can I have that chocolate and and Bindi will be like oh no sweetheart sorry you've got to have your you know your vegetables first and she's like yeah well Uncle Robert would let me like she she really wields it like she gets away everything oh yeah I'm like oh you want to go for it yeah yeah let's do this let's do that she this is my thing is um we'll go around when the zoo shuts at five pm there's no one there and Grace and I I have this like this little scooter and we'll go around on our scooter and I'll like pick her up and we'll jump in with like the tortoises or the koalas or the wombat and just run around and run a mark and it is just so much fun being a fun call is the greatest job on earth honestly I I was just saying yesterday aunts uncles and grandparents have privilege there's a reason that Grace knows that she can have the chocolate with you oh yeah oh she it's aunt uncle grandparent privilege tote that is a real thing and and we wield it like I love it it's it's it is so it's okay it's okay it is our our our third came over to me just yesterday with a cookie almost as big as her face and I had to be like yeah uncle grandparent privilege I'm not gonna I'm not gonna take the cookie because aunt uncle grandparent privilege exactly I love that I love that is so true and it and it goes it's funny it goes the same like in our in our world it'll be different it'll be like oh can I can I please please please please please you know jump in with this name and animal absolutely anything and then I've got to be like okay well you know you can't play with that snake because it's venomous but this one is really sweet and it's a python so you can you can touch that one that's okay so it's funny to see her like learn in the rules of what you can and can't do in the zoo. - Really, it's really funny to watch, it's really cool. - Now, how old does Grace have to be to start feeding the crocodiles with Uncle Robert? - See, this is the problem. - This is where the rules kick in. And I'm very much like, oh, she'll be fine. I was like, I started when I was 10 years old. So let's just start her at 10, you know? And my sister's like, no, she's got to, she's got to wait until, and I'm like, come on. I started asking, when can I feed a crocodile? When I was two years old. And I would watch my dad in there and I would literally, every single day be like, mom, when can I feed a crock, mom, mom? And she, I wore her down, you know? Because I kind of, I got the age bracket down to 10 years old. She was like, you have to be double digits before you can feed your first crock. And I was like, oh, fine. And I remember my 10th birthday, the crocodile was Monty. Beautiful big, big saltwater crocodile that my dad had for a very long time and rescued him. And I remember standing in front there, watching him coming out of the water, and I fed him, and there was like a crowd of people. And I just felt this sense of absolute, it just felt like an honor. It felt like, wow, I'm following in this, these footsteps of my family. And it just felt like this ride of passage feeding my first crocodile. And so, I'm excited for Grace to experience that, but she may be a little older than I was, you know? She might have to wait a few more years. Bindi's very, you know, she's very, she's been pretty good. She might be 12. It'll probably be like a teenage thing. Once she's like 12, 13, then she can feed the crocodile, but I'm ready. - Sure. - I'm ready. You know, I'll start training her on little alligators. (laughing) - I do love that in our house, it's like, how old do you have to be to get your ears pierced? And in your world, it's how old do you have to be to feed your first crocodile? (laughing) - Yep, that's the one. - As a mom to four kids, age six and under. You could say, I deeply cherish the few moments I get to myself during the day. And one of those moments is courtesy of the one and only Bigelotie. My favorite type of Bigelotie, without a doubt, the Earl Grey. I love that it feels like a warm hug and a cup. Crocacyam, let me give you some context, right? So my dad watched a film called The Gladiator, of course, Russell Crowe, and watched the Colosseum and went, oh my gosh, I need that. So he built that. So he, except he went, I need that, except instead of it being like you're fighting and it's all crazy. He was like, I want that, but I want this huge showcase of the beauty of the natural world and how amazing crocodiles are. And my mom was like, I don't know. Okay, this is kind of wild, but all right. So he did, he built a 5,000 seat auditorium. And it's a place where his rescued crocodiles, the Crocs that he rescued from the wild, they were gonna be shot, they were gonna be killed and he went and gave them a second chance at life. And there's these beautiful big lagoons out the back of our Crocacine. And the Crocs will swim through this canal into the main area and do exactly what a croc would be doing out in the wild. You can't convince a crocodile to do anything. So we had no idea if it would work. He built this whole thing and then just went, I'm sure it'll work, it did. The crocodiles will come out, they strike out of the water, they get their food, it's this amazing thing. And at the same time, we get to tell people and teach people about the beauty of these animals. And I do the same thing. He fed the Crocs in there and my family and I still feed the very same Crocs that he did. And it's such a special thing for me because I love that it's these animals that were always kind of maligned and misunderstood and people thought they were just running around eating you, they're these big scary monsters. But I get to convince people and show people how lovable they are and how beautiful and powerful and intelligent these creatures are. And I hopefully get people to fall in love with them. And that's exactly what he did. I feel the closest to my dad when I'm in there with his crocodiles and I'm feeding him. And it's beautiful, it's also the ultimate adrenaline rush. Like mate, it is great. Hey, you've got your car keys. I reckon if you come to Australia, I reckon we let me slap the water. I reckon I'll get you to feed a crock mate. I'll put you in there. What do you reckon? - I'm so in. - You want to feed a crock mate? - Oh my gosh, we'll keep some distance. We'll keep some solid distance. It'll be very safe. But we've, you know, we've got a crocodile named Graham. He's a beautiful big boy. I reckon. Hi, you should come feed a crock. - So in on this. - Ooh, so in on this. I like this. - I can't even explain to you how in I am. - I mean, you've got the uniform, let's do it. - I'm so in. Now your mom also just posted a bunch of photos with you and another animal you love. Jenny, the Burmese python. - Jenny, my girl. My girl. - I'm so serious. - How did you become best friends with Jenny? - This is, so Jenny is one of these animals. I love that you know about Jenny. This is great. So Jenny is one of these animals where I've grown up with it. You know how, we're talking about our dogs and how you grow up with the family pets. That was Jenny for me. So we, as I got taller, Jenny got longer. So Jenny is a Burmese python. She's got a very interesting coloration though. She's beautiful. She's like this white color kind of looks like a Dalmatian. She's got these black spots coming through. That species is usually a beautiful muddled brown and black all the way down. But she's got this really strange kind of color morph. Just gorgeous. Anyway, there's a photo where I am like a few months old in Jenny's coil. She's like, just not, not constricting me. But she's just coiled up. And I was just kind of laying there with her. Like a little soft little spot to be. And then we've got another photo. I'm a toddler and there she is a little bit longer and I'm a little bit taller. And now she's that big that I can hardly hold it. She is like this thick. She's huge. And she's still every time she sees me. She wraps around me and she gives me a little hug. Just like she did when I was a baby. It's so cute. We love each other. Love each other. Perfect. I will tell you I recently She finally got to hold a snake for the first time. She was a Kenyan Samboa, and I will tell you, I called her a gateway snake because home girl was like a stuffed animal. She was just chilling. She was jelly, she was, no, she was probably this big and she was jelly. It felt like she was a, like a weighted sand stuffy, you know, like that's, and she was just chilling. And the only way you knew that she was kicking was that her little tongue. That was just like, she was just smelling me. She was like, let me taste that. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, that is the gateway snake. I love that. That is so, because they are, that species is so, they're like the koalas of the snake world. They're just like, yeah, whatever. She was, she was so cool. And I was mentally prepared for larger. So when I got her, I was like, this is great, I love this amazing, I don't think they feel really cool. Like when you feel them move around and you feel how they're very like smooth and cool and people think they're sticky and slimy, but they're not cold. I know that sounds so silly. I know that sounds so silly because, you know, cold blooded, but here we are. My brain was like, that's so much colder than I thought she was going to be. And you know, that means she would have really liked you holding it because the warmth from your hands is going to warm her up and snakes naturally, they need to get their warmth from somewhere. Sometimes, you know, obviously that's the sun, they'll regulate their body temperature. But often if they're a little cold, when you hold them, actually really like it because it's warming them up. She was telling them. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I love that. That's awesome. But I am ready. I am ready to hold a bigger snake. So when I come to Australia, I'm saying when Jenny, because you and Jenny, in a heartbeat. Now, I have to, I have to ask this question for my brother-in-law, Travis loves otters. What's the craziest fun fact about otters that I can hit him with next time we get together? Oh my gosh. Okay. I don't know. I call this a fun fact, but it's more of like a personality trait. Otters, there are some species of otters that are absolute machines. They are so incredible at hunting. You look at an otter and they just look super adorable, but they're one of the most ensued hunters I have ever seen. I was in Oregon and I was photographing otters on a river, right, on this like frozen lake. And they would be underneath the ice and they'd catch a fish and flick it up onto the ice. It was like, look like those orcas when they catch a seal. Grab this fish, chucks it up there, jumps up onto the ice, mid-air catches it, and then just starts eating it, tail first. And I'm just like, you are savage. Like just straight in there. I've got these otters called Asian small-clawed otters, absolutely gorgeous. They will chase you around their habitat. And when they bite, oh mate, they bite so hard. They've actually got some of the best and sharpest teeth in the animal kingdom. So I love them and they are adorable. But I love that they also have this little edge to them. You don't mess with an otter, don't mess with an otter, because mate, they'll give you a good go. That makes me love them even more, you know. They've got a little bit of what we like to call the fuck around and find out energy. I like it. Boom, right there. Watching Gears a little bit, something else I talked to Bindi about was her battle with endometriosis and the importance of speaking up and advocating for women's health. I just want to say, I think you have done such an incredible job, not only supporting Bindi, but also using your voice to bring awareness to women's health. So first of all, thank you. Thank you for saying that. I think it's, yeah, really important. We talk about it a lot in our family. I feel like it's something that I think it's a responsibility for men and women to be talking about this. And I have found that I've learnt so much on Bindi's journey with this, where I feel a real responsibility to make sure that it becomes a more mainstream and widespread discussion, because like, I didn't realize the more that you really look into this field of women's health, it is so under researched and funded and discussed. And we still, as far as the medical system has come, we still have a long way to go. And that's going to, that momentum can only happen if we're all talking about it. So no, thank you. I appreciate you saying that. And supporting Bindi in her health journey, which is one of many ways, it's clear that you guys have an awesome bond. As a mom of four children, I'm hoping to raise my girls to be as close as possible. What do you guys think is the reason that you guys have such a great sibling relationship? Yeah, I think for us, you know, we, first of all, we have two amazing role models in our life, our parents, our mum and dad, I think, really exemplify what it is to be great people who lead with a sense of authentic passion. And you know, I think my sister and I went through obviously a very tough time and have navigated some really challenging things throughout our childhood with the loss of dad. And I feel like my mum showed us the power of unity. And when you lose someone very close to you, it really reveals the people around you. It's very revealing. You very quickly understand who's who and what's what, you know. And some people react really well, some people not so much. And we just felt like our tight knit little family for three of us, my mum, my sister and I, we just became this little bubble of love. And we just, I know for me, I don't know what I would do without my sister because every milestone that I've come to, and also every milestone that I've had to reach in the public eye, which is challenging in itself, she's done it before. And she's just this one step ahead where she's always there to lend advice. And she is truly one of my greatest inspirations. But I think, yeah, it is my mum that's kept us so close and I think through life's ups and downs, and particularly the downs, I feel like it's just brought us so incredibly close. But I think it's also you got to have a really great sense of, of, of humour and fun. And like when we travel together, we genuinely enjoy it. Like I, I love traveling with my family. I love when we're together as a unit where we're all working towards the same goal. I mean, our life is about this legacy and this message that is greater than ourselves. And that has always felt like such a privilege to do that. But I admire my sister too because her message now is not just wildlife conservation, but it's also an incredible advocate for women's health. She is amazing. What she went through with Endo was very challenging, very confronting, you know, because we're so incredibly close. And I watched her on this decline for so many years. And the worst part of it was the fact that she had no answers. Her body was declining and declining and declining. And every single time she would be trying so desperately to get help, it was just a brick wall. And she was just hit and brick walls and it was incredibly frustrating. But when she got that help, not only did she go through all of this to help herself, but she used that story to help other women, whatever she's doing, whatever she goes through, I'm like right here to make sure I can back her up and I know that it would be the same for me. She's got my back. And it's just this sense of, hey, I'm in your corner and I've got you. And yeah, that's a powerful thing. Having Bindi Owen in your corner is like, you feel like you could just climb now Everest, seriously. Like she is the goat. And I know after she had a her chat with you, you've got her and you've got us in your corner, always mate, 100%. Oh, I very much appreciate that. You got us on the side. It is an absolute honor to speak to both of you. I will say my last question for you is something that I also asked Bindi. What is the easiest way for people at home to support wildlife conservation? Oh, I love this. And this because people see wildlife conservation so often as this huge, insurmountable thing. I mean, how do I save the world when I'm one person? The first thing I say is, which, again, my sister says so eloquently, believe in your own strength to change the world. You have to first and foremost, you've got a unite. We all need to unite together and realize our own power to make a difference. And it starts very small. I think if you are an adult and you've got kids in your life, I think probably the most important thing is instilling a sense of passion and responsibility for the natural world within the young people in your life. Because our next generation, they're going to be the ones that are going to save this world. 100% and start volunteering, volunteer, volunteer, volunteer. Get out there and just start pursuing that passion. And slowly but surely, you'll inspire people and you'll snowball that, you know. So to make a short story long, there you go. And do you notice what happens here? my light. just went off. I'm saving power by conserving power. I just turn my light off. And that's another thing that you can do at home. Boom. Nailed it.
