Kylie Jenner & BFF Stassie Feud Rumors, Tate McRae & Jack Hughes Split + Heated Rivalry New Castings

The podcast episode opens with the hosts sharing weekend stories: one attended a beautiful wedding in DC, highlighting the bride’s unique blush dress and a fun after-party; another saw Hilary Duff at MSG, praising her performance and nostalgic hits; a third spent the weekend decluttering and cooking at home. They then dive into playful nostalgia about 2000s Disney shows and Hilary Duff’s music, debating when they first watched certain series. A major topic is a perceived slight by Brielle Biermann, who posted a video in the same wedding dress style as an “Acquired Styles” bride shortly after photos leaked, which the hosts find suspicious. They also discuss movie snacks, debating whether to mix candy into popcorn, and consider AMC’s A-List membership value. Celebrity news includes Michael B. Jordan and RAYE’s Six Flags outing, Tate McRae and Jack Hughes’ confirmed breakup, and dismissal of Stassie–Kylie Jenner feud rumors. The hosts are excited about new *Heated Rivalry* cast members and share their weekly watch reviews, giving mixed ratings to shows like *The Bear* (B), *Sterling Point* (B), and *Mad Men* (A-). The episode blends lighthearted banter, pop culture commentary, and personal anecdotes.

It's chicks in the office with Reen and Fran giving you that Friday energy on a Monday. Happy Monday everybody. Welcome back from the weekend. How was everybody's weekend? Happy Monday. Great weekend. Beautiful wedding. It had so much fun, obviously, my voices on the outs, but that's just because of all the singing and fun and dancing that we were having for my Fr. Margit's wedding in DC, which was beautiful. Look that place stunning. Just stunning. She looked stunning. Her dress was blush. It was gorgeous. She didn't, and I know this is like everybody's different. We were showing people our dresses. She did not show anybody her dress. So, well, we're her family and seen it, but most of her bridesmaids had not seen it. So it was like a morning of real just reveal that we were all just absolutely floored, because it was so beautiful and so unique. I hadn't really seen something like that before. The fabric was gorgeous. There was a lot of texture on it. It had this really fun slit that exposed a little lace under skirt, so it was like classic, but sexy, but it was just gorgeous. She looked amazing. It was so funny, you know? Just guys, especially with wedding dresses to them, I feel like they're beautiful. The details of it get lost a little bit, and it was so cute. They did their first look, and Bridgett was like, "It's pink, her now husband." And he was like, "Cool." You're like, "Oh, I mean, while we were all like, "It's pink," it's freaking out. But, absolutely gorgeous, start to finish. We had so much fun all weekend. It was so fun to be in DC. It was a big wedding, and it was in a beautiful, it was at the National Portrait Gallery, which was really cool. It was cool because the museum was still open until, I think maybe the museum closed at like 7 o'clock, but there were people still walking around enjoying the museum all we were getting ready for this ceremony. And it was just so fun seeing people's like, "Jaws dropped," because Bridgett would have to walk by. And the "Jaws" on the floor, they were like, "Oh, look at that bride." It was just, it was beautiful, every detail, and then we danced and stayed out, and we didn't want to leave the after party, we were all like begging the DJ at the after party to keep playing, he was like, "I'm getting yelled at by management." He played a hilarious thing for me to specifically call out, but he played a Drake and Josh theme song remix with, fuck, I always forget what the name of the song is. You know the one that goes, "I never thought that I'd be so simple, then I found a way of, if you open up your seat with Ainsai, and then but it would go into, I fell over." Yeah, that's a really high ceiling. That's a great combination. It was, we had so much fun, so much, in like meeting new people that I haven't met, because there's just a big group of people, and Bridgett's family is the best, and her husband's family is amazing, and we just had really, really, really fun time. And like always, I want to be, we're like the last people to leave, Sunday, we're holding on for dear life, on a late train home, and I'm tired, but we had really so much fun, so it was so beautiful, I'm so happy for them, so big congratulations to her, they're going right on their honeymoon, so they're getting ready for that, they're going to have the best time, and now every single person, when they're getting ready for their honeymoon, I'm just like, "God, so good at it, it's the best trip you'll ever take." It is, and I know that there's a big discussion about whether you should go immediately, or wait, I love the going immediately, because you're just fresh off that high from the wedding, and your newly husband and wife, it's so fun, I do understand what people wanted to get that rest in between, or if you just can't because of work, or whatnot, but if you have the option, I think it's great. So, big congratulations to British, you look absolutely stunning, gorgeous, you sent me pictures, I was like, "Oh my god, that is one of the most gorgeous dresses I've ever seen, it's really just absolutely beautiful." Took my breath away, I have so much to pose, I'm so excited, your words are so much content, I can't wait to share, I really had to sit down and sift through it all. I also, because I brought the camp's nap, and I plugged it in Sunday morning, and it was like 250 pictures. Holy shit, snap it away! I didn't even know if I could hold that many. No, I was, like, quasi, I think, the photographer was taking pictures, I was just constantly, like, on the left shoulder of the photographer, being like, "Okay, now over here." Right, but you were like, "What about this film, camp's nap?" Yeah, I'm like, "This is going to be like, this is going to look really cool, guys, you're going to be a high-def, beautiful photos with a photographer." And then the grainy, kind of shitty-looking one, so much vintage. Yeah, yeah, I know, but they actually came out really cool, so I was happy about that. That's awesome. Yeah, so, it was so much fun. Oh, amazing weekend. Yeah, yeah. How about you? We did, we were at the Hillary Duff concert on Thursday night, we did go to the Hillary Duff concert on Thursday, she is just up. Gorgeous. Powerhouse. Human being. She really is. Like, she's mesmerizing to look at. And she's great. Yeah, we had so much fun. I love, just like, one incredible to see her sell out Madison Square Garden for two days. That in itself is impressed. I was very impressed. Like, not one MCC. It was as if that means anything. Yeah. I was very impressed with Hillary Duff for selling out MSG. Yeah, yeah. But turnout was incredible. And it was so fun. It was just like, girlhood, you know? Everybody, everybody dressing up, feel like a lot of people were going with maybe their childhood friends, getting the gals together. So the energy was so great. Then you get to hear those songs that everybody loves. Maybe you forgot about them a little bit, but when it would start, you'd be like, holy shit, I fucking love this song. It all comes flooding back. She brought her three girls on the stage, which was so sweet. They had some New York, they had a New York slice. And it was funny because it was like, they had a bite of the pizza, but I could see the girls be like, it's cold. Which is fair, because who knows how long they had it out there, but really, really, really cool to see. And it was cool to see, because I saw it in January in a very small venue. So it was cool to see the shift from that to taking it to like a big arena and how they changed some things and added some things. Just love her, it was so fun. Yeah, it was really fun. And what a fun group of women we were with. Yeah, it was great. We met some new people, which was so fun, because we went with a brand and we did our hair all funky and cool. And we had so much fun doing that. I did laugh a little bit because it was like the night before. People were going crazy because good Charlotte came out. And then the next night it was like, and here are my daughters. Yeah, that is so cute and beautiful and we're so happy for you. But last night got good Charlotte. No, definitely. That is the, I don't know, the, not the price you pay, but the risk you take, the risk you take when you bring out a huge guest for one night. And then the next night everyone's like, ooh, who's she going to bring out? I know, no, it can relate to this. It's like, what's going to happen? And you're like, you're so happy for her. You're like, what a cool moment for her to share with the daughters. They got good Charlotte. Yeah, I feel like it's also so dependent on your level of fandom, you know, because she, she did sing the math. She did sing the math, which she has not sung in decades. And everyone lost their shit. So it's like, it's just the level that you're at because it's like, if I, if I, like I think about the Jones brothers, if they had two back to back nights. And the first night they brought out someone sick. And then the second night they played, they didn't, but they played a song that they like never play. Like, if that night they played Don't Charge with a crime, I'd be like, I want to be at that night. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I feel like the, the eye fucking die for Hillary fans were like, holy shit, she played the math. Like, it was like, people lost it when that. That happened. So she added that too, which I thought was hard. That is very, very true. That's a great point. Yeah. I think I realized I was just on the cusp of Hillary Duff. Yeah. Totally. Because some songs, like I don't know the math. Yeah. Like I, and that will be like, my morphesis came out when you were how old. I don't know. No. But I know. Come clean. Yeah. Really popular ones. But I think there's some that I missed the boat on, and I know, was your sister a big fan? Or like, probably, yeah. I can't really recall, but I feel like that's going to sound crazy to like die hard. They're going to be like, what? You don't know the math. I don't. I, I, I, I, I, what year did that come out? Metamorphosis came out. I'm trying to, my, of course, my Wi-Fi's not work. 2003. Oh, okay. I was six. Yeah. Metamorphosis was an album that I had just, like it was one of my first albums I played in my boom. Like when I got a CD that I played in my boom box. Yeah. So I feel like I was just like, you know? Yeah. Because it was right after her Christmas album had come out, then she put this one out. And it was like, oh my God, it was so good. But this was one of the first, I think, like so yesterday come clean. I think it was the math. Yeah. The math was on metamorphosis. But so yesterday was on that? So yesterday and come cleaner both metamorphosis. Yeah. Because those obviously, I know so well, but yeah, and why not? And why not? Oh, shit. Yeah. Huh. You, those songs just popped off forever and also, I feel like because they were used a lot in her movies. Yeah. And other things that you heard it, you heard them more. Right. When did the Lizzie McGuire movie come out? That had to come out in like 2006, right? Hmm. Yeah. No. Yeah. Yeah. 2003. 2003. 2003. That also came out when I was six years old. Yeah. Yeah. I was six years old at that time. She was like a hard time with us. She was, she was only like 13 when that movie, why did I love that movie so much? It just lasted forever. I am so confused now. Yeah. I'm having a hard time grasping my name, that movie came around though, like when everybody became a teenager again. Does that make sense? Like, I feel like you watched that movie. Like in middle school, I watched that movie a ton was that was obviously after she has a three. I was born in 1997. Yes. So then 2003, I would be six. Correct. We're entering. No, no, no, no, I'm just like, no, you're correct. I'm trying. But you probably didn't watch the movie right when it was released. You know what? I'm like, maybe I did at six years old. Like was I in advance six years old? Like I'm just trying to, I'm trying to put at six years old, what are you doing? Like that's what I'm trying to figure out right now. You're watching like Blues Clues. Right. So why are you watching when a first came out? It feels like it, but no, no, because I wasn't when, when was that so raven on TV? Look at that. Like the first episode. Because that's so raven. I was on early on. 2003. Okay. I was watching that so raven while it was on air. But then I was also watching look up, not Blues Clues, but look up, um, you're watching like PBS kids and stuff. What's that Rolly Pulleoly show? That's, that's the show. When did Rolly Pulleoly come out? I don't even know what that is. That would be the name of the show. 98. Okay. What about, let's also not, let's also remember that like, at that time when we were watching TV, they just replayed things, you know, like it wasn't like, right today where it's like, oh, we stream something and we stream it when it comes out and then we never watched it again. It's like, Disney Channel played all those shows all the time despite them coming out years before. When did Sweet Life, Zack and Cody come out? 2005. 2005. 2005. 2005. Okay. I was 100% watching that live week, week, every Friday. I think I was watching that so Raven live when it came out, but I'm sure you were, but it, but it was on for so long, like, were you watching the first season live, like, yeah, how long did that show go on for? I am having a hard time right now. I'll see you sing like, it's just in your head, all because you would watch it as you continue to get older. Not for four seasons, so, right. 2007 was the final episode, so that was the final episode of That's a Raven. Okay. That adds up. Yeah. Because I'm thinking, like, I watched them all, but I probably wasn't watching them right when they started, but because they were on TV all the time, I was watching it. Yeah. God, this has my brain in a blender right now trying to figure out the years of things. Yeah, like, because I didn't really watch fully Lismaguire when it was on TV. That was like really early 2000s, 2000, Lismaguire movie came out in 2003, so when was Lismaguire on Disney Channel? That's the show, 2002. I mean, they didn't make that many episodes, like, Lismaguire was sticking to 2001, 2001, it was not like, you know, how many seasons to, yeah, that was it. Wow. Look, I didn't watch, I didn't actually watch the show till later, but they played it on TV all the time. What do you think Lismaguire hasn't run to meet us? The show? I mean, I can't amount. Like, what are we grading Lismaguire, Lismaguire, Lismaguire, Lismaguire? What are we grading Lismaguire for, you know, like, everyone? What do you mean, everything gets to meet up on TV? No, I know, I know. But I'm like, for, like, what is this, you're acting like this is a new, I don't know. I just weirdly, like, thinking of, like, critics ranking Disney shows. What do you mean? That's like, they can't any of them can't be good. Maybe they are. What is it? 90. Yeah, 90%. Yeah. You're like, you're, you're getting mad at the critics or we even knew the score. I thought it was, I thought he was going to be like 10. No, I was only saying that because I was surprised at being so hot. You're also saying, like, rating Disney movies, like, as if Toy Story doesn't have the highest percentage. No, I'm like any movie. No, these are movies. TV shows. In fairness, I'm like, what's with life of Zack and Cody? It says there are nine critics ranked it fresh and one ranked it rotten, so that's an average. What if we got Zack and Cody off? I want to say probably like 10 total reviews. That's 42%. This might not even have, I don't even see, let's see. So some don't have them. This one doesn't have critics. The audience is 82. Nice. Nice. Yeah, I think that's interesting that those who watch TV show does have it. Only 10 people. Yeah, 10 people. 10 critics. One guy was like, I can't let this be 100%. Yeah, yeah, yes, yes, but we it was just always on TV. Like I think about the shows that were on ABC Family. Like I wasn't watching them lot. Like I wasn't old enough to be watching Boy Meets World when it was on. Right. But they played it so much that I felt like I was watching it and they would also play it in order. Yeah. Like every day it would be, it would just be like the next episode. So it was like, it felt like you were watching it when it was on. Yeah, I felt that way with Boy Meets World on like Full House, obviously, I knew that those came out when I wasn't even alive. But for some reason, the Disney Channel shows, I just felt like I was watching live. You know, but I got, yeah, I'm come to realize I was not, you know, in the moment, maybe it felt live and, you know, I'm just going to stick with that. It's like, yeah, I was on the forefront watching those. Yeah. But no, I must have missed the vote on some of those, some of those Hillary Duff songs, but she is fantastic. And I'm so happy for her. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I really didn't do much this weekend at all. I spent the weekend cleaning out my closet, me and Matt. We did a full apartment refresh. We got, I mean, like, we really got in there and we donated about 13 bags of things. That's a lot. Yeah. Like, so much. I had stuff from 2023 and not to get back into the year thing, but I was holding onto clothes from 2023 that I'll never wear again. Okay. And no, no, no. We're going into 2027. No, I know. But I have clothes like from high school still that I, oh, I still, I wear gym shorts that I wear in high school. Oh, no, I mean, I still have like, not memorabilia, but things I want to hold on to that, like, I would never wear anymore, but like that. And just clothes from 2023 that like were in the moment, like trendy stuff, yeah, that's what I'm talking about, that like are not expensive, like very cheap, like trendy in the moment clothes that I'm like, why am I holding on to this? Yeah, yeah. You know, that sort of stuff. Like, we, this is, this has got to go. This has to go. A lot of crop tops. Yeah. Like, I'm an adult. I did, I did that recently too. I was like, I don't need all these crop tops. Right. Like crop tops, a lot of bright neon, like all that stuff, just random shit, where I was like, I am holding on to this for no reason. Yeah. So got rid of a lot of that, I was very happy. He donated like 13 bags of clothes combined because Matt fully did his as well, and God did it feel amazing. Like we were, we just, it just felt like such an accomplishment. You know, you know what's gonna be hard when you do it. - Yeah. - You're like, you giddy up, right? You get in the morning and like, today's the day. So on Saturday, that's what we did. And we were like, we just have to make it through. We'll see each other in a couple hours, probably more than a couple hours. And on the other side of this, we're gonna feel fantastic. - And you look at your closet when it's done and you're just like, your closet sings to you. - Oh my God, we were just like, sitting in the closet 'cause you're so excited. - Yeah, it looks so nice. - And, but the middle period of when all the clothes are on the floor and you're reorganizing and the apartment is become a disaster. You just don't know if you're gonna make it through. You're like, oh God, we have to finish this. - I've had days where I've like thought, doing it where I thought, I'm gonna have to just sleep on top of this pile of clothes. - And I can't do that. Once I start, I have to finish it. - I have to finish it. - So we finished and it was a quite the accomplishment. We felt so happy. Now we just sat on the balcony, listen to some Billy Joe. - Wow. - Yeah, it was a beautiful saturday night. I really took this weekend to have a reset refresh weekend because I just feel like I've just been tree in my body like absolute garbage in a fun way, in a fantastically blasty way. But I was like, I am craving some home cooked meals. - Yeah. - Some refresh. So every meal that we had this weekend, home cooked, made some new things. - It was fantastic. - Yeah. - Chicken cutlets. I haven't made chicken cutlets in a long time. - I need that. - That's some nice chicken cutlets. Made pizza last night. Don't fresh Joe made ourselves. - Nice. - It was just-- - Yeah, that's just in New York weekend. - Hey, what? - It was Billy Joe. - It was Billy Joe. - Yeah, it was. We looked at, we looked at the New York skyline and just sang Billy Joe. (laughing) We really did though. It was so much fun. - And continued to watch how I much of other-- - New York state of mind while you're looking at the skyline. - Of course I listened. We were playing all the hits, all the oldies, and woke up today on Monday feeling super refreshed, which I feel like I haven't woken up on a Monday feeling this refreshed in months. Like I said, ever since we went to-- - That's nice. - Ever since we went to Charleston and May. - Oh Charleston. - Yeah, no that wasn't May. I haven't been the same. - Like that was-- - It was summer. - Yeah, like that weekend in Charleston and Miami started our summer. And I feel like I have not been the same since. And I was like, Rhea, you needed to get it together for one weekend 'cause I know what I got lined up the rest of the summer and it's fun and it's partying. And it's nonstop drinking and eating and all that. And I said just take one goddamn weekend. - What is summer over to you? - Labor day. - Yeah, I agree. - October. - October. - Right, the date. - 'Cause I know it's like September 20th. - Like probably. - It's always like kind of around my birthdays. - Yeah. - Like officially season officially. - But September to me is, I think probably 'cause of school, but it's just-- - Yeah, no really. It's like the Labor Day again. - I don't know, later in September, yeah. But then like that to me is if you're, because if you're not close to like a beach, your body of water, or something, you're not probably using it, you know? And then I feel like, 'cause then it's maybe not as much of a summer. But I love like September, just like local summer vibes is great when you get like a next September weekend. We're still hot and you can go to the beach or have a nice day. Yeah, yeah, it's the best. - So fun. - Abercrombie denim is defined by over 130 years of heritage and made iconic by those who wear it. See details online. Quired styles, wedding, that was this weekend. I'm very much looking forward to the content. Funny tidbit because we've been joking about it. Her name is Bridget. And my friend, who just got married, his name is Bridget. And they also, her bachelorette was the same weekend as my friend Bridget's bachelorette. And we were laughing as they were like on a private jet. And we were like, we're dressed as Nathan's hot dog workers. Like we just, we were having a funny back and forth about it. And I was like, oh my god, and their wedding weekend is the same weekend. I love seeing content from these weddings. I can't wait to see it. I always feel kind of bad, though, because the people that really try and not have anything shown because they have some sort of reveal coming, which I'm sure she does. It always, like, something always comes out. And then I feel sad, 'cause I feel like, you work so hard to not have something come out. And then somebody posts some shit, you know, it goes viral and you see it. 'Cause then it's like, that's not the way you want. Like some grainy pictures, like not the way you want people to be seeing it. - Right, I get that. But I also don't think it takes away from the big reveal in the pictures, because you're not seeing it in the. - No, that is very true. - The correct lighting or anything. I don't, obviously it's shitty if someone does that. It's like, have a little bit more class than to just like expose somebody's dress or pictures or whatever. But at the same time, it's like, I don't think it take, it's like, we haven't actually seen a real picture of it or a real video. - No, no, no. Sometimes you also just can't. You just can't, like, control everybody. You know, just what happens happens. - Or it's like somebody closest to you, like even when mine, I was like, I didn't explicitly tell anybody, like, oh, don't share anything, whatever, my friends, obviously, knew more. But, like, my aunt was posting nonstop and that made its way around. I was like, well, not much you can do about that. - Right, and there's always somebody like takes a picture that sends it to a friend. Not for me, but I'm saying more for acquired styles. Like, somebody probably stabs something to send it to like a friend of that friend. So it's a two-mother friend and then all of a sudden, it's on Reddit, then all of a sudden, it's on TikTok. - Yeah, I also just feel like that's a miserable way to spend your wedding is worrying about if people are posting for sure. - First, for sure. - If you wanna do it that way, you make the rule and then you just have to go back your night because if you're just worried so much about, oh my god, wait, don't post that, don't post that. Then it's like, you're taking away from your night by worrying about that. - Yeah, like, and sometimes it's probably gonna happen. So you just have to accept it. So that was weird and then it was like, there was a weird, like, Brielle Beerman posted a dress on Instagram of like, oh, I dress as I try and on. And I guess the whole video is this dress that acquired style war. It's not the dress that Brielle picked, which was a go one of the dresses I picked. And people were commenting like, this is so weird of you to do this. But I was like, can you 100% say like, oh my god, she saw her dress or that had seen a grainy picture of her dress and then decided to post it. - It was like it was deliberate. - I actually do, because I did not see it on TikTok. - Once. - I saw it on TikTok, that's where I saw it. I was just like, I just kept getting fed this one picture on TikTok. - Yeah. - I didn't get it one time. - So you never know? - You never know, but it's extremely weird timing for that picture to be floating around on TikTok, then you go on and you post a video in that exact dress with the designer. That is weird timing, I'm sorry. I, if I was on the other receiving end of that, I'd be like, she fucking did that on purpose. 1,000%. - Yeah, I don't know. - It's extremely, unless it's the most, you know, ironic thing in the world that happened to be the same dress. And it's extremely odd timing. - Yeah, and of course she was commenting, like, I didn't see the dress to people that she didn't know that that was a thing. - Yeah, sure. - It was just like, to me, I'm like, I don't even think of her in that world. - Why? Her sister was like, on Next Gen? - I know, I know, they're so in that world. - I know. - They're so in that world. I think that was some shady stuff. I thought that was weird. And you know, she hasn't, I'm just looking at her Instagram. She hasn't posted any other, Like, it's not like she's doing like a series of addresses I've tried on. Yeah, it's not like here's a series of dresses I tried on it didn't pick Just so happen the day after acquired styles wedding picture of her wedding dress gets leaked on tic-tac You then post a picture in that same exact dress With the designer tagging and everything. Yeah, come on Come on You knew you were getting some engagement doing that Hey, if she's if she's got no shame doing it then you do you but that's shady Yeah, yeah, yeah, she wrote someone commented just coincidentally your posting this right as the first picks of her dress got leaked She wrote back question mark, do you think I ran to Vera Wang today to try this dress on a post sale male Also, I haven't seen a single thing of her wedding dress if she chose this she chose well. I bet she looks stunning No, no, nobody thinks you ran to Vera Wang to try that on we think that you had that in your archive on your phone And said oh my god, I tried on that dress. Let me post it right. So that's a bad response Nobody thought you ran to Vera Wang and just tried it on there. Yeah That's a silly response So interesting. That's why I don't believe it because it's like that's a that's a bad response back Oh, you think I just ran to the store and tried it on right? No, we're not saying that yeah But hey, it got the engagement and if that's what she was looking for right probably It's like oh, I try I guess maybe if you see someone else in that dress You're like oh, I try on that dress. Yeah, let me make sure I post it so everyone get a good visual the back I actually think the back of that dress is absolutely stunning if we're just gonna talk about the dress Yeah, yeah, I really love the back of that dress. I think it's really cool different and it has like the you know It makes it look like a wrote like yeah, you know I don't know what to call it the roses in the back. I think it's very pretty. Yeah, but then you know It's crazy a crazy shady response as well is somebody wrote her being like You should have chose this dress And she said the one I said yes to his better and she said the one I said yes, he was better trust and it's like Why respond that to somebody when you know somebody else just wore this dress? Very a very public person like you see the other comments of people being like if this is acquired style of dress Yeah, but then you those comments came later. She commented the she did comment the dress. I picked his better trust Okay, two hours before she was coming. I was gonna say that. That's a shady. No, the dress I chose better than this one. No, no, no that comment came That comment came first. It's still a weird. It's still a weird but that comment came first before people started It was like before people started commenting about acquired styles should come into that first but yeah, yeah, hey people are in the biz getting getting likes and And views and clearly she's done. I mean when's the last time we talked about Brielle vermin. I don't know never six years Maybe never no, we used to talk about her a lot. I feel like because With Kroy and her mom and everything. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, but now Ariana's the one on the show So I feel like people talk about her a little bit more. That's true. Yeah, all right Let's get into today's topics. No, did you before we do that? Did you do anything exciting this weekend? No Celebrated grandma's birthday early yesterday. Oh, happy birthday grandma. Grandma. She's turning 52 Yeah, but no didn't do anything really. You did go to the movies I did I did I just had a picture of putting Oh, I was texting Marty because Marty and Fidelberg were having this debate about like whether you put candy in your popcorn or not or you just like whether you put the chocolate in your popcorn or just eat it separately and I had to send him like my solidarity. Yeah, I put my chocolate in my popcorn. I appreciate that as do I and Apparent, I thought that was the most I never did you know where I first like got the idea was as the movie whiplash Miles Teller's character in the movie does that and it like blew my mind Oh, I never even thought to do that and then ever since then I do that Yeah, but my like my dad hates when I like if we go see a movie together like he doesn't do that So I I know that like it's a polarizing topic. I had no idea it was a polarizing topic I thought everybody did it like I thought it was just a universal thing that everyone loved putting their chocolate Candy in their pockets. I will say that usually I go raisinets. I used to do junior mints Raisin nets has become my like go to of what I put in they were talking about bunch of crunch So I was like I've never even had that before Oh I had to try it out. I did it and I will say Fidelberg's like main Argument about why he doesn't do it was like it gets really you can't see and then it gets messy and like your hand Are melted because the popcorn melts the chocolate the bunch of crunch didn't melt a lot more than like when I Raisinets like my hands were like chocolate. I will say I don't you think the budget crunch melt melt more than raisinets I don't run it smaller. Yeah, I don't run into that issue That much but I can I can see that but I just that you don't have napkins on hand. I don't really run into that I do bunch of crunch as well, but my original with snow caps. Oh, I love smoking love But they don't sell snow caps anymore at the movie theaters very specific ones. It's bullshit Yeah, I was cuz Fidelberg was also saying like your hand to get chocolate And then you your face gets chocolate because you don't realize and there was a moment where I like I want to eat a Popcorn and I like I hit my face and I was like I think I probably have chocolate on my face Was in it's dark in there who cares, but I didn't know this was such a divisive topic. I was shocked Yeah, yeah, cuz I didn't what is just such a It is such a combination that everybody regardless. You're eating that combination is just like how you eat it And then Matt found out that friend gets the nachos and his world was oh my god I've done the nachos, but you get you so you never get popcorn or you get both no, I don't If I'm with Joe and he gets popcorn great, but like if I'm going by myself, I don't get both I used to do that, but I've got the nachos in forever, but it's just like the popcorn thing is like you have to get popcorn Like you have time. I've gotten the nachos in the past was I was like extremely high Like any time I've ever gone anything but I remember one time I was really high and got the corn dog And that's like but but you leave and it's like you feel shame I can't believe I just did that. This is my dinner tonight. Yeah, but the nachos are never like I'm never like wow These are so good. It's more just like I'm gonna crunch them and cheese and hopefully like like the chips aren't like they're not good nachos No, it's not like They're not nachos. Like it's their chips and dip. Yeah, like it's you know, it's it's not like I'm sitting with a giant We have the cheese drizzled over the chips. It's like no, it's a bag of chips. It's a close bag of chips and a close thing of like Case out like it'd be like the same thing of like bad case out like it's not good case Oh, cuz it's just she like it's just like yeah, we know how the movie nachos are we know that we don't have a Ground bean. No, I know but I think like if the word just saying nachos makes you sound like a top corn Like you just don't love popcorn like that. I'm not just like a massive fan of popcorn in general Like I'm just I never have a much for popcorn as a as a snack as much my issue with popcorn is I just I hate The feeling of popcorn getting stuck at my teeth and I like I always get it stuck in my teeth somehow or like I like cakes into my Like mollers and yeah, I and I don't like the feeling I also I will eat like the not the the nachos And it will last me like throughout the whole movie no matter what I just I'm always throwing away popcorn I'm either getting like because I'm always getting a bigger popcorn and then I just don't eat all of it Oh, I finished an hour or what size I get no, I'm always throwing away popcorn the chips. I think I'll finish Yeah, listen, I it's it's always a popcorn and chocolate combination and I wish that you have a sour candy though Sometimes I pick up a little bag of the soures and straws maybe some some watermelon. I did I Did nachos and a bag of Got me worms. I went to go see spider-man by myself And then the thing they do though is they make it like hard to not get the biggest of everything when I went I go I want a large usually I get the large popcorn, but I feel disgusting after because I eat the entire thing Well, yeah, it's also like oh small popcorn is this amount Medium is this or whatever like the regular but then they make the large like Well, I got a large I'm like and I have a large drink and I had the candy and then a large or and then a medium popcorn And she's like, well, we have the combo. Yeah, the large popcorn like it would be less if I got a large popcorn But I was like I don't care Stop stop trying to get me into this and they always tell you they're like well you could get this and I'm like Why don't you ask for that? Yeah, I don't want the giant one. I I appreciated you standing in solidarity though because most people I asked Really, yeah, it was pretty much we were in the but I will say a lot of people responded to my story Being like no, I absolutely do this. So I did like Marty's argument to have like if you don't do it Then you're you're making the noise of like shaking the box or like or you know, like I did laugh hard when Philberg was like I'm an a-lister and he was like you're an asshole Yeah, by the way, I I I'm debating whether to become an a-lister because the arguments that people make for it are like you're dumb if you know It's one of those things where it's like it's free money You have to see two months two movies a month for to be ready. So I don't I go like it's I kind of don't though like and waves. I don't know, I think he does. Not to the theater. But I think if I got it, I would. To the theater. Yeah. I think like if you do it, then you're like, oh, I've got to go spend it. But think about it. 25 bucks for up to four movies. It sounds like I'm doing an anthem, but like 25 bucks for four movies. Four movies a week is for a month is crazy. So what do you just have to like pay a certain amount for a yearly? No, pay 25 bucks a month. And then you can see up to four movies a week for free. So that's kind of a good Christmas gift. Going to see one movie cost me like 25 bucks. What if we for Christmas this year, we just, uh, that's kind of like not that good of a Christmas gift. It's kind of like a. You're an a list. You're you're you're you're an AMC a list or you'd be like really guys really gone down. They're having the problem with the TSA like pre-check type thing where I came in and the line to get popcorn or whatever on the a list line or the AMC whatever that line is was like down the entire length of the thing. And then I went into the normal line and it was shorter. Yeah. So then I'm like I would have that. I haven't I haven't had that once the last few times I've gone. The normal line's been so long. Really? The A-list stubs premiere my short. I looked at that line like you guys are crazy. Yeah. But I know that I'd have that internal debate of what I do when I go to the airport. Like I want to use my status. Right. I also don't want to wait. Are you a stubs premiere? I I'm like the free whatever the free like I don't pay. Yeah. Yeah. Do you feel shame when you go and buy your snacks and they go are you an a less starting you say no? No, there's a loan. Uh no. Why? Uh no. It's great. Oh, they don't even ask though. Oh, sometimes. Because they know I'm not a local theater. They're like are you an AMC? I'm like, no. Oh really? Oh, you know what they did ask like are you an AMC? member something and I thought the day. Not only they just say are you a like a member. But I thought that they were saying like you might go to different theaters. They might have definitely. I actually said no. But I'm like, I think I am. But I just don't want to have to. How do you how are you not? No, I I actually just started that because I just mean the count. Oh my god. This is like this is like the this is like my sky miles argument. Like I'm like, you go to so many movies and you just made an AMC account. But I actually don't go to the theater. The theater. Well, it is worth it because you rack up points pretty quickly. Like I always I always have reports. It sounds like an AMC ad this whole segment. I I oh, but I'm just saying like I always have rewards. And then you can get five dollars like I never like pay for my snacks. But you don't pay for like a subscribe. You're just like a free member. No, I think I'm. There's like four to four levels. Premiere. Do you have to pay for that? I don't know. I think probably. I don't think so. By the way, I've still been checking the Odyssey times and they're still sold out just out of curiosity. I tried all this weekend. You know, was refreshing watching. Oh, no, I do pay for it. I think watching the movie. I went to see this weekend. I like it was kind of nice being like this is this is the only format. I don't have to be like I'm missing out on something. Right. You're not thinking yourself. What am I missing right now? Look at the whole screen. Look at all my five dollar rewards. Wow. Wow. Again, you just rack them up and then you don't have to pay for years. You know, snacks. Yeah, I'm going to punch with 30 points. I'll say I'm an insider. So that's the freest, the freest, the freest version. All right, let's get into today's topics. We got. Michael B. Jordan and Ray seen at six flags. Maybe a little date, a little roller coaster date. Tape Crayon Jack Hughes officially no longer seeing each other. People are speculating that Stasi maybe and Kylie Jenner are feuding. They're not. It's ridiculous. And he to rivalry announces their new cast members and we have weekly watchports. So let's get into it. Sometimes the world can be loud, too filtered, too fake. You want that authentic stuff? Not here. Not with us. Rum Haven is where the noise fades and the real comes out. It's where you can unbutton expectations and sip on what's true and natural. One taste of the pure cane sugar and real coconut water. Let's you feel the difference. It's what real tastes like that place, that feeling, that mindset, where everything finds its balance. It's an oasis of authenticity because in this space, you can be real with yourself, your friends and even the strangers who might just become them. Rum Haven is delicious. I love making a nice Rum Haven cocktail, especially in the summer months. A nice rum punch. It's delicious. It's refreshing. And like I said, made with real coconut water. So it's so good. So open up a bottle, lose a small talk and find the good vibes because the best moments aren't fake. They're simply real. Rum Haven made for real. People were freaking out this weekend because Michael B Jordan and Ray were seen together at six flags. Ray, if you don't know, is where's my, the singer? Where's my husband? Also many other beautiful, fantastic, fantastic singer, very talented writer as well, seen what Michael B Jordan on a roll coaster at six flags. And now, what's the size location? Were they at? Let me check. I would assume I always just assume New Jersey. But like, imagine they were just like in Massachusetts. I don't know how many there are. There's a bunch. I always think New Jersey is well, but that's just because that's my local six flags. That's like the six flags. Yeah, that is the premiere six flags. At six flags in Magic Mountain. Is that an LA? Six flags in Magic Mountain. That's not. Magic Mountain sounds like it would be an LA. Yeah, that's in California. How many so they were at? Oh, I wonder why they sort of six flags instead of like Disneyland. Right. Better rides probably. Probably like more thrilling rollercoasters. Yeah, more adults. Yeah, more of more of a thrill at the amusement park. That listen, maybe they're just hanging out or maybe it was a day. I love the amusement park date. Like, I think I'd be thrilled if I have a guy we were going on like, we're in the early stages of seeing each other and we did an amusement park date. So fun. Yeah, so fun. Good to go around. Maybe play some games and be Wednesday something. No, it's different if you're Michael B Jordan. You're probably, you know, you're not walking around willy nilly without being pointed at and going, holy shit, it's Michael B Jordan. Yeah, I did see people laughing being like she summoned her, her husband with this song. And it was Michael B Jordan. Honestly, everybody's dream, too, because I bet you a lot of other women out there tried to manifest their husband's wall playing this song as well. And probably hoping it also was Michael B Jordan. Yeah, would be Michael B Jordan, although there's only one. Yeah, only, you know, only he's busy at Six Flags with me right now. Okay. But I think that this is a fun couple, especially if they're hitting up six flags together, not much else to say about this. That has to be a date. You know, yeah, I'm totally thinking it's a date. I think it has to be. Unless they're collaborating on who God knows what? I don't know. But you just know like you're going to be spotted and everyone's going to think it's a date. Right. And that's fine. Like you got a couple more friends in there if you don't want to. Right, like group hanging at six flags. Right. But do we know what they were with other fronts? Oh, I mean, maybe they were. I'm going to choose to just see that it was just them too. Well, there's nobody sitting behind them on this roller coaster. So you know, you would think that they would be sharing their. Yeah. Yeah. You think they'd be like sharing their seats. The car and the coaster. They were roller coaster buddies because they both like big roller coasters, but their other friends don't really like the big coaster. So they said, maybe there's just a big Hollywood group chat up like anyone want to go to six flags and right with the only one right who wants to head up a big coaster this weekend. I kind of would love to go to a amusement park. Well, we did go. We went, well, no, we went to Disney, which is not going to have the closest rides. But we did go on some pretty good ride. Parts of the galaxy is sick. Yeah. That was around this time last year. You look into take a trip to six flags. I would. I would. I have now gone a little bit more scared of getting stuck on a ride though. Oh, I've seen that a lot on how did you guys see that picture of the it was like the boardwalk in maybe wild blood or ocean city or somewhere and and they those people were stuck on that thing upside down. Yes. That's like where they have to get like a fire fighter to like go up on a ladder and like, and I could just only imagine like the blood rushing to your head if you're upside down. Oh my god. That's yeah, you can't think about that when you got an roller coaster. You just got to go for it and just hope for the best. I'm always the one who's like checking my seat belt like a hundred times. Sometimes I'm like this. Yeah. It seems loose. Or when it's loose and it can't go the extra click, you're like, and it's just always the people working those rides are like it's like that movie at Adventureland. Oh, it's like like stone high schoolers like I don't trust you to like with my life here. Yeah. Remember when we did the zipline over Niagara Falls. Yeah. This guy is high as balls. That is. And we're flying over Niagara Falls right now. We're gonna fall into the into the fountain. Yeah. Yeah. The waterfall. I hate it. They know what they're doing. We made it. We made it. But he was high as fuck. It was scary. He was visibly high. Maybe he works his best like that. You never know. Or maybe they're just bored as hell. And they're like, oh, people finally want to ride the zipline today. God. Imagine being somebody who's working a ride that nobody visits often like that zipline. And you smoke and you're like, it's gonna be a chill day and then people show up like us. A group of six shows up and they want to ride the zipline. You're just like, fuck. I'm so high and I have to attach the belt to these people. Damn, they were I'm like, I'm look at this video of them now. They were doing like that Superman type ride where they like spread out. I actually like that one. I love the lay under stomach ones. Those ones I don't I don't love it. as much, I don't know, something about it. - I haven't been to Six Flags in so long. I think some of the rides are different now. - Six Flags great adventure. - It's pretty. - Riscay. - Riscay. - Yeah, it's internship. - Yeah, I feel like they would tell, I guess you're not gonna tell Michael that Jordan takes out. - Yeah, right, Michael that Jordan gets on the ride, you're not going like this. - You know how they do that a little bit? - You can do whatever you want. - If it falls, if it falls, you know. I feel like. - He's wearing overalls, huh? - He was wearing overalls. - That's gotta be uncomfortable. Jean overalls? - No, they don't like. - They don't work her over like paint or all. - They don't like car art. - They're like car art. - Yeah, yeah. - 'Cause I can't. - They're like tacky. - That riding up and it could be a little bit uncomfortable. - It's hot. - Right. Maybe it's a looser that way. (laughing) - I don't know, I'm thinking about logistics here. - Yeah, I was just looking to see what these, what these Six Flags rides were looking like these days. Oh, Medusa, I loved that one. Nitro. Okay, so they got a lot of the same ones. - They got rid of King McCaw and the New Jersey one. - Skull Mountain. - They had to, they had to shut it down. - But nothing bad ever happened, I thought. - I think it got a little rusty. - We can't grease it up. - Grease up those rails and get Michael B. Jordan right on there. - Yeah. - Damn. - Speaking of Ray, Tate McRae. (laughing) I gotta go. You shut your eyes and laugh so hard of that one. - Wow. - Tate McRae and Jack Hughes officially done seeing each other. I feel like they've been split up for some time now. - I feel like we've been digging this for a while. - They've been done, probably since June, I believe. And it's so funny because a lot of people are like, they were never together. It's like, no, they were together. They were fully together. - I found out they were together. - They were in the Bahamas together. They were fully dating at one point. But they split up and the article was kind of nuts. It was like, they split up because Jack started to see red flags and Tate, but he's moved on. He's enjoying the single life. And then others say, McCray ended it. It's like, this was from Page Six. - Little piece. - He said she said. - Yeah, it felt like an insane article. - A publicist off. But then it was like, the reps from each have yet to respond. So it's like, who is Tate's friends versus Jack's friends? - Really Jack's friends. They're like, yeah, that girl's got red flags. Like, what? I don't know, I didn't like that at all. Quinn Hughes, verse, Jake Shane, sources. (laughing) - Bad without shit. - Yeah, I feel like we kind of knew that they had split. I know in the last few days, there's been way more articles about it and saying, oh, they're done so all these things. But we haven't seen them together in a while. - I'm pretty sure they ended in like, yeah, I think maybe even before that. - Yeah, I think it was done for a little bit. - Yeah, so. Back on the two extremely eligible people back on the market. - Yeah, I mean, did you see not that I don't think Drake is gonna date Tate McRae or Tate McRae is gonna date Drake, but Drake did a dating video this weekend. I don't even know how to describe what the fuck it was. But anyways, he was like, I just want to find a girl that I could sit back and listen to some Tater with. I mean, he's talking about Tate McRae. He's like, I love Tate McRae. - He's posted about it before, too. - Yeah, I think they're like the Canadian bond. - Yeah, yeah, of course. - Of course, of well, of course, of course. But that Drake dating. - I didn't watch the full, I just had to eat this. - I only saw clips. All I know is Christa from Little Singles was on there. And a couple of other people that were heavily featured on "Barsal Smoke" shows back in the day, I think also on there. - And every girl on the internet was on this video. - Was it like a music video? - No, it was like a streaming. - It's like, he went on 20 dates, it seems. - What was, it was it hosted by? - It was hosted by the guy Kyle from Nell. - Yeah, it was like Nell. - My guess was gonna be Drusky. - No, Drusky. - Hey. - He's like oddly like really close with the Nell boys. - Yeah, he's a really a fascinating character. - Drake, he's a very strong lot. - He's very, no, I saw the ones that- - Very online, a lot of layers to him, like. - That one woman who came up and he, like, immediately knew who she was. - Yeah, right. - He's got a man. - I think he's got a big like girly pop side to him too, where he like is in tune with all the girly pop thing. - Yeah, he's like, I just want to chill with the girl and listen to Tate McCray. And then he was saying like, to, he was saying to certain girls on the dates. I only saw clips, I was very confused by this because if somebody who loves Drake's music, sometimes you see what he does online and you're like, why? - Yeah, yeah. - But he was saying he's like, you know, if you hit my line with like a really solid joke or two, right in the morning, like it's Birken time. Like it's G-Wagon time. - I was like, I was like, literally my closet and driveway would be full. Like Drake would be sending me Birken's and collabrant times, nonstop with all the jokes I have. You know? - My God. - So. - Can we tie her early with all those jokes? - Right, it's like my God. I'm a Birken, I'm a joke. - I'm a joke a minute. That's why I would be like, wow. - But it was, it was really, he was barking at a Goth girl. - He was barking at, I think Drake really is into Goth girls with big tits. I think it's like, I think if you are an emo girl with humongous bosongas, Drake is into you. I think actually if you're a girl with he that's almost like a throwback to a degrassy time. - I think if you just have huge tits in general, Drake isn't into you. - Right, I'll get breaking news. - Yeah, breaking news. - I actually think Drake would spit on me if he saw my tits. Like he'd be like, that's disgusting. - Well, maybe he could pay for the news. - Oh, he could pay for my new ones. I forgot. I totally put that out of my brain. Wow. For some reason there's been like this ongoing joke that's been happening that when we get drunk, I all of a sudden want new tits. - Yeah. - But we're just like-- - But a new fun game is just to throw out a random person that will buy me. - Like, hey, what if so and so, hey, they could get you a new tits. And it's also, by the way, never my husband. - No, that's the last joke. - That's where the joke started. Is that we were all out to dinner in the Berkshires and I kept saying somebody else was gonna buy my new fake tits and Matt's just kept being like, what are you saying? And we'd be like, maybe Tommy could buy my new fake tits, which is highly inappropriate. But it's just become this new thing that last week in Palm Springs, I mean-- - I put together one of the worst short films. - Oh, who could have ever laid their eyes on? - No, it was absolutely short. - It was never seen, it was never seen. - It was never seen. - Should we do something where we hit this number of something and we release the picture? - Short film. Yeah, we could do that 'cause it was the worst thing anyone's ever produced. And we, everyone got into it, by the way. - Like, we're all in it. - And honestly, I think there was a point where you were in the room, you were in your room soul, this is when cousin Franne was with us too, so she was also helping film and produce. And she was starring, it was your coach-- - Yeah, she was starring. - She was like a star. - A co-star. It's your film, baby, but she was a co-star. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - But there was a moment where I was in the kitchen and you were just screaming. But like, it was good. It was like, you were into it and the boy was like, this is believable, you know? - That is like the one part. - You sold it, thank you. That is the one part I'm willing to release. - Yeah, yeah. - That was good method acting, but the rest of it, I woke up the next morning. Like when I went to bed, 'cause we shot everything, right? Like everyone had their own part, we shot everything. I said, all right guys, I gotta go excuse myself and I gotta do it. - We also went to bed, basically telling us all, this was gonna be like a three day shoot. - Yeah, because she was in the mindset that like, we had multiple days left filming this of this movie. She was like, well, tomorrow we're gonna do this. - No, this is like two a.m. or something and reassent, like a drop box thing. I gotta, I couldn't believe you sent it on drop box. I'm like, wow, she's taking it seriously. - Well, high spawn, yeah, I seriously, it was long. Yeah, it was too long. I excused myself, I edited it all together. And when I went to bed, I said, that shit rocked. Then I woke up the next morning and I rewatched it and I said, what is wrong with you? Like, I genuinely had a conversation with myself. I was like, there is something sick in your head. - Oh, it's hysterical. - And the whole theme of it was new tits. - Was new tits, so. - And I would like it on record. When I'm sober, I don't want new tits. Like, I am not in the market. - No, no, no. - No, no. I'm not looking to get a boob job. - It's not something I ever think about besides when I'm drunk. When I'm drunk, all of a sudden, I'm like the tit master. - Well, it's just become a bit now, it's the thing. Like, and look, you love a bit. - I love a bit. - If I can love a bit. - It's been our bit all summer, so. - And it's been like a really good bit all summer that everyone's been to. - Sometimes you have a bit that no one's into, but everyone's really bought into this. I mean, you're gonna have to shoot that one out there to be like, guys, maybe? - Drinks. - The one that I've got. (laughing) - I can't even, oh my God, I can't. - We literally, there was a song made in the Berkshares bout. - Yeah, no, we were really entertaining ourselves. - Slots fans, the wait is over. And this was just that full ad for Neutrogena of her taking her makeup off. She maybe barely swiped her cheek. I makeup intact. I makeup stayed on. - And you know what's bullshit? And I've actually seen many other people discuss this. She sent that to Neutrogena. They said, except post-away. - Right, right, right. When we have the deal with brands, make you change stuff. - We, no way. There's no way. - And they said we still up. - Hey, right. We have to go through so many rounds. - Yes. - Which I totally understand. I'm not complaining about it. - No, no. - So if you want your product out there, yeah, it makes sense that you have standards when people make videos about your product. - Yeah. - But there's usually multiple rounds you have to go through of accepting and changing and messing around before you get the correct video. From a logistical standpoint, it's hysterical because it's like, that's just not how the business works. So no one would ever have a video like this posted. Like no one would ever post a video like this or it would be like accepted. - And it's like, she wasn't talking out loud saying Neutrogena within the first five seconds of the video. And little says #sponsored. - It's like, I don't know how they let her keep this up. - Neutrogena was just like, we got Tate McCray doing this fine. She could do whatever she wants. - Like that when I see certain people doing ads, I'm like, oh yeah, they literally said do whatever you want. That's fine. - 'Cause they're like, they don't want to send notes to a giant star. - Right, they're not sending back an email with notes to take McCray to refill them. - They can refill this. - It was straight up the funniest video ever. It's so absurd. It's like, she fake wipes her makeup off with a makeup wipe and then puts on a teeny tiny crack of moisturizer and then puts on under eye patches and is like, yay, but her makeup is fully on. - I also don't understand why she wouldn't want to take her makeup off. - I know. - Like personally, I love a Neutrogena wipe. I really do. I love a Neutrogena makeup-over wipe. Just saying Neutrogena. So it's like, I just take your makeup off with the wipes. - Yeah, it's comments are so funny. Girl, be careful, be careful. It almost touches your skin. - So funny. - And so many people were just like, I can't believe Neutrogena approved this. And it's still up. It has 1.5 million likes on TikTok. - It's crazy. I mean, that's why it's like, maybe Neutrogena was like, this is so bad, it'll create conversation. - And that's what it did. - You know, like it's so bad that this will go viral. - Right. I mean, Neutrogena and makeup wipes are stable. - It has 16 million views. - So it worked for them then. Sometimes a bad ad is better than a good one. - Right, truly. Like, her just taking her makeup off and actually taking it off. And that's it. And so 15 second video would not have blown up at all. This? - Yeah. - 16 million views. - Yeah, she did something there. - We're not, we're not taking your makeup off. - On the other side of what's going on TikTok right now, it seems like people are just convinced that because Alex, her own Stasi, maybe we're spending so much time together, that Stasi and Kylie are not friends anymore in this whole thing. It's like, I saw Stasi like a comment where it was like, you could have new friends and old friends. She commented on Kylie Jenner's birthday post, like love you forever. Like people are, I don't think there's any problem going on with them. - I couldn't agree more. I really don't think it's that big of a deal. I don't think that like, your lifelong friends, there are some moments where you're like, either sometimes it goes in waves or also sometimes if I'm celebrating a birthday and I'm like, hey, it's not, I'm having a party, it's small, it's not crazy, we're gonna have fun. If you're around, come, if not, like if one of my longest friendships friend was like, oh my God, so fun, like I think I'm gonna be in Europe or I was planning to be in Europe. I'd be like, fucking, go to Europe, you don't need to be at my, at the birthday party. - It's different if she was around and miss the birthday party. Obviously, that's fucked up, but if she had plans to be away and then she decided to have a birthday party, then that's different. I don't, like, 'cause it didn't seem like some big, crazy, lavish event. - No, but it was, it's just- - I mean, it's a car, they always do a big, like of course we're a big thing. - But people are freaking out about it. - And Alex were all made a video being like, Stasi's very nice, so can you guys stop saying she's mean? Like, they keep having to defend their friendship and each other and each other's videos. - Yeah, they're getting yak girl allegations. - Right, like, people are like Stasi's a mean girl. Alex is a mean girl, like, they're just having fun in Europe. I don't know. - Yeah, Alex did mention in a video, like, you know, people are calling us yak girls. I think she was kind of like, all of our friends, in the most subtle way, just like all of our friends are really rich and have boats. - Right, no, and we're going to visit our friends and then also like, we also have money and can take these trips. - That's it. It's like, do you know how much money Alex Earl has? She does not need to be a yak girl. - No. - She has her own money. - No. - I was just gonna be like, what's the yak girl? It's just a girl on the yacht. - No, no, no, no, no sleep with rich men to go on their yachts. - Here's a, a yak girl is an informal and often derogatory term for attractive young women, frequently models, influencers, or aspiring actors who are flown out or invited to spend time on luxury mega yachts with ultra wealthy men. - Yeah, it's like, you can come stay on my yacht and like, if you sleep with me. - Yeah. - Yeah. - Term occupies a space between internet cost, the high society lifestyle reporting and discussions of covert sex work. Because some people also, like, they're also speculations. Sometimes people get paid to do these, like, paid to be going and doing, yeah, you know. - That's absolutely happened before I did. It does happen. - For sure, for sure. - But that's not what's happening. - Yes, yes, yes. - Like, these people are filthy fucking rich. They don't need to be paid to go on yachts. Like, they are the ones buying the yachts. So, yeah, I think that, right. Like, I think that they're good. - Right. So, I don't know. It doesn't seem like people are gonna leave them alone. I think they're, they're now at a level where it's just gonna be all these, like, accusations of mean girl, yak girl, that a lot of jealousy is probably combined in that, looking at these lavish vacations. - I wonder if she's gonna be asked about it a lot 'cause she's also saying she's gotta start press for the show soon. - Oh, yeah. - That comes out September 3rd or 4th, so yeah. - Last topic, we have the two new castings for heated rivalry, two new cast members have been announced. It's gonna be Justice Smith and Charlie Glepsi, Glepsi, sorry, they are both cast in season two and they are gonna be Justice is gonna be Harris-Drover and Charlie is gonna be Troy Barrett. Now, I'm not familiar with these characters because I have not read the books, but I'm probably gonna keep it that way because I was not too familiar with heated rivalry when it first came out. Watch the show absolutely fell in love with them immediately and fell in love with the characters and I plan on doing the same for season two. - Right, in your mind is like you like seeing Hudson and Conor like as their characters. - Yes, and I wanna, and you're like, I will love them as them. - Right, as their characters. And I feel like I wanna be surprised at what happens because I feel like considering the books and the TV show are kind of out of order and they're kind of combining some of them together, I just want that element of surprise to still be there for myself. - Yeah, and neither of us really know any of the backstory on these characters because we have not read the books like you've said. So we're flying a little bit more blind on this in terms of maybe like a very strong opinion in terms of the casting. However, I feel like I've seen mostly positive things that people that are excited about this casting. Jacob Tierney, Brendan Brady, who you know, Jacob created the show. They put a statement from the start of the casting process. We knew we were looking for actors who could create something truly special together and bring that same depth and heart to the screen. Justice and Charlie do exactly that. They immediately connected with the vulnerability and resilience of the core of these characters, bringing an instinctive understanding of who Harris and Troy are. So that is great. Both like, it's interesting because both fairly up and coming, I mean Charlie's been at a ton of stuff. I was looking at, I was familiar with Justice, but he was in the new that now you see me movie that came out last year. But I just watched Charlie in something and I had to look him up because I was like he was so good. And he, like, he already has a pretty decent following, he has over a million followers, the ladies love him. He was, he's really getting hyped up in the comments, people are fucking pumped for him. He was in Julian the phantoms, which has a very cult following. I feel like that show. And then never heard of it. Oh, it was a Netflix show that people fucking loved. It was one of those ones that like got canceled and everyone revolted and and we're begging for it to come back. It had a big like people begging for it to come back like the society, very, very similar thing. What did I see him in? Oh, he was in one night only. Oh, he put like, yeah, duh, we just watched and because obviously we just said Monica in here. He plays the like rock star famous guy that Monica's character has a crush on and ends up meeting in the movie. I will give anything else more away because it still just came out in theaters this weekend. But he's in that. I remember looking at his face and he like, gosh, this guy looks familiar and I was looking at him up. So amazing, amazing for him. Really. That is what a coveted role. I'm sure they got so that casting process must have been nuts. Right. People probably really want to be a part of it, but yeah, super exciting. Very much so April of 2027. I think the next season will be out. Did you see Ella Bright singing was so cool. Yeah, so cool. So cool and everyone wanted to go support her. So cute because they're in the middle of filming right now. Yes, yeah, I love that. I love seeing. Love seeing this cast together. They are, they're great. So I thought, but what a cool. She really does have a great voice, Ella. You know, so it's that's awesome to get to be able to do that. I love that. Yeah. Alright, that wraps up today's topics. All right, let's get into the weekly watchport where we talk about things we watch this week weekly watchport. On Monday weekly watchport on Monday weekly watchport on Monday weekly watchport on Monday. So I have now finished season two of how I met her mother and I have to say I like season one a lot better than season two. There are certain points in season two where I am so fucking annoyed. I have to be completely honest like I've had to fast forward through some of some episodes. I'm still going to continue watching because I still very much like it, but I liked this season less than I liked season one. I didn't look much into that if that's an unpopular opinion or not. How many seasons are there? There's like eight or nine I think there's a ton of seasons. Yeah. But there's some crazy twists. Nine. Oh nine. There are some crazy twists as you keep going. Okay, good. Yeah, but this one I just was getting annoyed. Yeah. So I will give this a B minus season two. Okay. But I'm still going to continue watching because now I'm attached. Yeah. I started sterling point. Yeah. People are going nuts over the show on Amazon Prime. I'm only two episodes in. I'm hoping it picks up in a way that will make me fall in love with the show that it seems like everyone else has fell in love with the show. I don't want to hear the off campus. Oh, it says good as off campus or whatever because off of my first two episode watch. Yeah. I don't feel attached to it in a way that I felt attached off campus. That might change. Yeah. Because I'm only two episodes in. And I am interested. I do think there's some good twists already, but I'm hoping it picks up because people are fucking. Yeah, I know they're raving about. I have to watch it. I was like, there's so there was so much good stuff that came out this weekend. And then of course, like, you know, wedding, a wedding weekend, I didn't have one second to watch anything. Right. Like, initial viewing, I think it's Mark, Mark Ruffalo's son actually. Yes. Um, he's such an annoying character like right from the beginning. Yeah. But I think maybe probably gets better. Yeah. But I, um, I'm going to give it right now a B. I know we're going to post people like, how are you giving sterling point of B? Just the first two episodes. I have. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I put on double worst product too. I shut it off. Oh. Damn. Really? You didn't catch me. Okay. Fair. I'm not going to argue with you about it. You didn't. You know, I wasn't looking. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It just didn't catch me. So I can't even grade it. I just have to mention that I did. How much? How much did you watch? Like a half hour. Okay. So not a lot. I mean, half hours enough time to be like, am I into this movie or not into this movie? Do you think? Oh, let's see it. Yeah, I guess that's true. It's only two hours, but like if you're a half hour and a half way, you know, I was a half hour and I said. Damn, it's pretty well. We're on to. It did. People loved it. I was kind of bored. Yeah, I enjoyed it. I just think the first one is so good that it just like didn't need this. I was annoyed that Miranda was like, didn't know Anne Hathaway. I'm like, what do you remember? She doesn't remember her. Like that was so stupid. Yeah, but that was not like, it was like, it was like, she did remember. I know, but it was just like, I was like, I don't. It was like a bit. Yeah, I know, but I didn't like it. Yeah. Well, there is a good, I will say like, there is a twist and there is a good twist at the end that I thought was well done. Well, I don't know if I'll pick it up. Yeah. It's going to, it's falling into the project Hail Mary. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And that's a tough comparison. No. No, I'm saying for real. I'm saying for real. First starting and stuff. Whatever. Yeah. That's it because I watched the whole second season of Haram. There's 22 episodes. Yeah. So that kind of took up my time. I mentioned last week I went to, I saw the new Spider-Man brand new day. I really enjoyed it. I'd actually love to go see it. Again, I'm excited for it to come out when I can watch it at home as well. But give that a. B plus. I really, I did really like it. I thought you were going to say higher. A B plus is very high. It is. You know, like a B plus in my mind, this is like high 80s. Is this the best one? If I was going 100, 100 scale, I'm given this like a 89 out of 100. This is your favorite Tom Holland Spider-Man movie. Um, I. Yeah, I don't know. It's hard for me to compare. I haven't watched some of the other ones in a while. So it's like. I think I need to watch them all. Close together to really be able to to rank them. There's a new season of Ted Lasso. Ted Lasso is back. He is in Kansas City. He is working in a grocery store. A lot of immediate questions of like. Grocery store was was the was the only thing he could be doing. I don't know anything. I'm assuming he like didn't work out or something. No, well, it does. It ends. And then he's like, I'm going to move home to be a better dad and like take care of my son. But they all come back. They all come to Kansas City to get him because they want him to coach the. Richmond women's team. That's whole premise of the season that he goes back to coach the women's Kansas City. They're going to be Travis Kelsey cameo or you think he's already leaving Kansas City. So yeah, I think that was just really to start the start it. Um, I give episode one a C plus. I feel like I got to get into it more. I want to meet the women on the team. All I have to say is if Keely and. Why am I space and Roy? If Keely and Roy don't figure their shit out, I'm going to be very frustrated. Like I was angry when the show. I thought the show was ending for good. And they weren't together. And I'm going to need them to make that work to make me happy. Latest episode of dance with stars next pro did case did say goodbye to. Stephanie as a sister, which I was sad about. I think she's a fantastic dancer. They had to send home a couple actually, which was really hard. I'm actually so excited to see who wins this. At this point, getting into now later episodes because. We're so close to a new season and this person's got a gear up to really be a to be a pro It's a seat. It's got you know what's I liked this episode a lot because it was vagina and they were doing like chemistry and it was I I like the opposite Joe and I finished the whole season five of The bear the last season we hadn't finished it flew through it. I mean my guy like well you're just you have to press the next episode Yeah, because it's just one long day basically. I like how those have some of those episodes are really short They were yeah, but then some of them are like the last two were like an hour, but the other ones were all pretty short Yeah, but I like the idea of like just make the episode as long as it needs to be and not like we need to hit an hour or we need to hit Forward on every single one. I actually enjoyed this season a lot. I liked that it was very fast paced where in the kitchen is really like one long day and I and I liked the ending. I was a give the happy ending. I know is this I guess it's a spoiler if you want to it's been out for a while, but in the last episode When he's telling Sydney about the star I was I was like so locked in and when and when she was like did we get it and he's like shaking his head and I out a lot I went please say you got to yeah, yeah, so I'm happy. I feel like they were all in such a great place. I loved seeing Richie's Story line throughout this all he I kind of feel like he really ended up being my favorite character on the on the show I'll give season five a B solid good Did he ever watch that spent like the one-off episode? I never did because they kind of like reference that I know they did Like I kind of figured like there were some scenes where I was like, oh, I'm bet you that's from that episode. Yeah I watched the first episode of the new season of Lioness. I this show is so good in my Zoe's all done. It's Nicole Kidman. It is it's intense but it is they always rope you in in the first episode because it's like they always hit you With what is up happens at the end of the season and then they bring you back and they're like then you learn all the thing that builds up to that moment and Just like starts off with her being Kidnapped so you're like, oh fuck then you're going back to seeing what that's seeing how that happens Episode one. I'll give a B+ because I feel like it'll just get better, but I really really like Lioness. I Do have to catch up. I was saving the finale of House of the Dragon because that did come on I saw people were fucking raving about it. So that made me not watch it on Sunday night when I got home from the wedding because I was like I'm not in the right mindset mindset for this. So I'm doing that tonight Sterling point is on the list and There's a new season of Walter boys that came out too. So I got my I'm locked into my teeny-bop shows this this week I'm gonna catch up on that last and I still have finished rancid Canyon. I watched episode five on my way to DC We got to do something about like people hooking up with brothers like it's just happening too much and shows these days You know because there's a parallel storyline with like Megan Kelly and Josh Shabell's characters, but then there's like a the young high school couple and Just kiss their boy from his brother like come on Oh, you know, it's it's quite frankly despicable If we really take if we really take a step back at the summer I turn pretty That's it was not it's just like it. We're really it's just happening in everything now. I feel like it's just like Because I see the success of yeah, yeah, so Yeah, I mean it look. I'm curious to see how that all pans out This guy's looking through the window washes girlfriend kisses brother Listen, there's a reason these categories are so popular on other website. Why never the other way around? Why is it never a guy kissing two sisters? That does happen on these other websites Oh, man, and so I'll give episode five a I Like rancid Canyon. I'll give it a be minus And that's everything I watch This show is sponsored by better help you for to talk about better help for a long time But I don't know that we've ever actually talked about how much people love this service when they use it You can check it out yourself at betterhelp.com/reviews to see amazing customer reviews in real time the reviews are updated every day with Hundreds of people saying how much they love better help and how helpful it's been to them better help as an average life There be session rating of 4.9 out of 5 based on over 1.7 million client session reviews the feedback from people who have actually used the service Speaks for itself more than 6 million people have used better help globally the consistent feedback from real users makes it easy to see Why so many people continue to choose better help better help therapists have at least three years and 1,000 hours of hands-on experience They also hold all required education training and certifications across a range of mental health specialties better help makes it easy to get started Just answer a few questions get matched with therapist based on your needs and switch therapists anytime if it's not the right fit See the reviews see what stands out and see a better help is right for you visit better help calm slash office That's better help help.com slash office Okay, I finished madman finally Really like Because I was like I was watching this like in March or something and then I took a giant I took a giant break and then I just plowed through it Just a great show. Yeah, just it lives up to the height Probably exceeded the height for me because I went in being like I don't think I'll love this the ending I Like the ending like it fit and I feel like it didn't it was one of those shows where it knew when to end Like even though those seven seasons have felt like It could they could have kept going and it was good that they ended it. So I'll give an a-minus just You know that hey shout out to John Ham nice And then I went to like can I ask you are like are we a John Ham fan? No? I wouldn't say I'm like a John Ham fan, but I'm I'm I respect John Ham like as an actor Why can't you be a fan of him if you respect him and are and are you respect him as an actor? Well, I like a lot of I like a lot of actors, but I'm not walking around saying I'm a John Ham fan But if you respect him and like him as an actor, wouldn't you be a fan of him? Yeah, I guess I think Like I'm a fan of John mayor Stan of John Mayer. Okay. I'm a fan of your fan of John Ham. He's Hudson, you know like like I'm not like walking around I Don't know. I mean, yeah, I like John Ham. I liked on him. That's what I'm like to find what fan means to you Yeah, yeah, it's like really like hard to reach that level. No, he did a great show. I know he holds that word to such a high I didn't know that either Anyone you like like in something um because I'm like I like Brian Cranston breaking bad. I'm out of Brian Cranston like fan like I would say maybe I was a James Gandalfini fan I'm a Larry David fan Right, but then I can't put them I can't say I'm a fan of John Ham I don't like him as much as someone like Larry David like in things. Although I do like John Ham and Kirby Newsy Yeah, like you a fan like you follow fans, you know You know you follow him in other aspects like I'm a fan of him I follow him or like oh, I liked him and not But I don't follow him in other things. Yeah, like you follow John Ham and other things. Yeah, I just watch your friends and neighbors But we just like you can put him in the umbrella fan because I'm a fan of this. How about this? I'm a real big fan of Don Trapper, right? But okay, but also what you're if you're a fan of James Gandalfini who was really famous for one thing But I've seen him and other stuff and I just kind of like his Like him outside of like it's in my mind is just like I'm a fan of the Jones brothers. I'm a fan of Ed Sheeran like but I love the Jones brothers. You're the parents. You don't stand. Yeah But I think like Stan is the ultimate fan level Yes, and if anyone, but I would still say I have fan levels and the difference or but I would just I would just use the word fan Like not think about it that there's nobody that there's nobody that I'm a fan of that can do no wrong in my eyes like I Like I'm a fan of a lot of people, but I would call John Marrow if he did something wrong. I'm not supporting you No, not like that though, but like in a way that like I Don't know how to describe it like there's nobody that I'm like Like like I Harry Styles for example. I'm a huge fan of Harry Styles But I did not like Harry's house and I and I will openly admit that Yeah, you do you know, that's true. So maybe on my Harry Styles stand. Yeah, but there's I don't not like The internet stand has like a derogatory term now feel because of like Twitter And so like those people who who defend with their dying breath like that. It is hard to decipher what Stan or fan means. I would say like you're like It's like the Spotify rap thing like you're in their top 1% But I but I am I guess a fan of his music, but I wouldn't say yeah, oh now you got me all tripped up about the fans and stand stuff like Wow, it is deeper. It is deeper. It's just like I think it's okay to say you're a fan Listen fine. I like John him. Yeah, I like John him. Yeah, fan just sounds like I yeah, I don't know it can also be very laks like a fan of Johnny. Yeah. Yeah, it's like in the case I'm a Huge fan. I'm John. Yeah. I love John. Right. It's it's a fan just he's like an adjective. Yeah, yeah, I'm a fan. I'm a fan. I'm a huge fan. Right massive fan. You meet somebody like in that's not famous. You're talking to conversation. Yeah, it was a fan of them. Yeah, if they were like, Oh, you like John. If I was in a conversation with like a stranger like you liked on him. Oh, yeah, he was great madman. Yeah. Yeah. I'm not like, I love John. But if someone brought up to us, we got to wrap this up. If someone brought up to us, Harry Styles. Yeah, we both love you guys like Harry Styles and be like, oh my god, huge fan. Yeah. See, that's the difference. Like I say, if my first, have a this my first time when you say conversations every day, when you say John, hand, my first thought goes to madman. If you say like another, if you say someone else that I actually am a fan of, it's not just like, Oh, that one thing that I like them in. Or like, I do like him and other stuff, but that will be like, I think of his character before I think of him. That makes it. I don't know. I'm talking at circles now. I, I, well, I appreciate the discussion though. I accept your answer. I do appreciate the discussion. So yeah, I went to the movie theater and saw Tony, which is the Anthony Bourdain movie, which I heard this was fantastic. It was really good. If you are you an Anthony Bourdain fan? I would say I am. Are you saying pen or pan? I, like, I think I'm doing like COVID. I really like God until I was trying to watch like his reservations and yeah, I wasn't like a giant fan when he was still alive. I'll admit. I did try to read his book. I have his book. I think I'll try to finish it now. I started it. It looks really good. And then I, which is this movie is loosely so are you a bigger fan of Anthony Bourdain or John Hamm? It's not even close. It's Anthony Bourdain. Yeah. And I watched this. He had a documentary come out a couple of years ago. That was really good too. So yeah, I want to finish the book, but especially like if you're, because this is focused on 1975, when he was starting out and he went to Provincetown Cape Cod. And that's like where he got to start. But if you're like from or know that Cape at all, like this movie is like the best thing ever, because it's all shot in the Cape. Like there's so many things where you're like, oh my God, like I'm always, I'm always there. He was great. He was amazing. I will say like, which I don't think it's a bad thing at all, but I did get a lot of parallels to the holdovers, which he's in both movies. But in the sense of like, he's this kind of like lost kid. And then he had Paul Giamatti in that movie. And then in this movie he has Antonio Banderas. It's like kind of like a mentor type thing. And very similar in the aspect that I love the holdovers. This movie is great. Antonio Banderas was great. The soundtrack was great. Stavros was very funny. I mean, he's like playing himself. And also Leo Woodall is like rising up the ranks for me. Because my favorite movie the year, we will be a fan. No, no, I am a fan of Leo Woodall. I'll say that out loud. Because Tuner is my favorite movie the year. Yeah. And that was him. And then he's in this movie. He's like all the, it's like he has done amazing. He's good at picking. He was great in that show. One day, fantastic. He was good on my Lotus. Yeah, it's great on my Lotus. And then this, he's like, he's great in this. And I did appreciate that they didn't really like hold back in terms of like how they talk like Leo Woodall. They're talking as you would think someone in a kitchen. In 1975, they're not like, yeah, right. It's not g-rated, you know. Yep. Hell yeah. But yeah, it was great. And then I have a crush on whoever's playing the love interest of Dominic now. Classic. But yeah, this is probably like, I would say my second favorite movie this year behind Tuner. Nice. Amelia Jones. I don't know if you know. I don't know her. But yeah, highly recommend it. I think it's not like, it's like limited until like August 21st or something like limited theaters. Oh, Maria Jones, I see her. Yeah. Oh, she was a task. Oh, that's what I knew her from. I was like, why do I know her from? Yeah, yeah. But yeah, I would definitely say go out and see this. So I want to see it again, but I want to go see it in the cape, you know, for that. So I'll get an A. And then I watched the new limited series, the bombing of Pan Am 103, which obviously is as you would think, like very heavy topic, which a lot of the people who died on that plane were at Syracuse University students because they were coming back from London too. So I remember when I was going to London, like that was always brought up. But it was just so much Syracuse, like, memorabilia, like people wearing stuff in the thing, which is kind of interesting. But it's Mike Ross is like one of the leads in this from suits. Yep. Great show. Like, definitely. How many episodes is this? There's only like six episodes, I think. I'll give it a B plus, like, yeah, not much else to say. I've seen people enjoying that just saying, like, good limited series. Yeah, I feel like people that are enjoying it more. Maybe they just saw, like pictures or whatever and had lower expectations from it popping up on Netflix and then watching it, thought it was good. Yeah, there were some like actors who had great performances. And then my last thing is I watched this movie that I want to watch months ago and I just forgot about it. And then I now that I'm done with Madman, I'm like back to scrolling. Probably time. And I was like, oh, I forgot to watch Carolina, Caroline, Samara weaving. She was here. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But it was a great, it was a great movie, basically her and it's kind of like a, what now I'm blanking, what's the, the couple, the famous couple that like robs like Bonnie Clyde, Bonnie Clyde, kind of that, like, you know, the couple. Basically, she meets a guy who's like a con man and they just kind of drive around and start robbing people. But just like a quick, great movie. And also Samara weaving, like, I've had a giant question her since Ready or Not, which is not a great movie. But she was amazing. And the movie was great. So definitely recommend a minus. Yeah. So that's all I got. Awesome. All right. That wraps up the weekly watchbook and everything we watch this week. That wraps up today's episode of Tick's in the office. Thank you so much for watching and listening. We love you guys. I'm going to talk to you on Wednesday. Bye. Yeah. Check in the office. A long time listener. First time crawler. Look at the chart. Two does the best. Two chicks getting paid in reality checks. You can find them at the gym. It's not even a flex. Last minute red carpet blew them out on the jet. Yeah. They're who you want to be. They're always on your screen. Two queens and they might be spilling royalty. A lot of topics that are popping here to get into. I know a show that you probably want to listen to. [Music]
