Kylie & Eagles O-Line on Wild Untold Jason Stories, Philly’s Biggest Rival & Spicy Newlywed Game | Ep. 80

The podcast hosts Kylie Kelsey and Queen Emma launch a special NFL kickoff episode at Lincoln Financial Field, celebrating the return of the season with a lively, personal, and heartfelt conversation. The episode features former Eagles offensive linemen Jordan Mailata, Lane Johnson, and Landon Dickerson, along with their spouses, who share intimate stories about their experiences, team dynamics, and family life. A major highlight is the “Newlywed Game” speed round, where couples answer questions about their relationships—like husbands’ “beige flags” (e.g., farts, restless legs, traveling), first dates, and karaoke songs—creating moments of humor and connection. The hosts also reflect on personal rituals, superstitions, and emotional ties to the game, emphasizing the bond between fans and players. The episode underscores community values, especially through philanthropy, like the Eagles Autism Foundation, and celebrates the joy of football through storytelling and shared experiences. It blends lighthearted fun with deep personal insight, uniting fans through nostalgia, rivalry, and heartfelt moments. The tone remains warm, inclusive, and joyful, with a strong focus on family, tradition, and the enduring love of the game.

Now that Jason is going on his third year out of the league, what's the longest you've gone without seeing him? Yeah, that includes billboards and commercials. It's like two hours. What is your husband's biggest beige flag? Farts. Kylie, on the subject of dating a Cowboys fan, what if not a fan, but a Cowboys player? Who wants to know what if they marry that player? My husband is on record saying that Aaron Donald is the guy he least looked forward to playing up against. Do you guys have someone like that for yourselves? Yeah, they both play on the same team. His teammate, Miles. Not going to lie, some people think that the view from this point is the Philadelphia skyline. But I'm going to agree to disagree on that and say that the most beautiful view is the one right behind me. That's right, Lincoln Financial Field. Home of the Philadelphia Eagles. Let's get this podcast started. Welcome back to a very special NFL kickoff episode of Not Going to Lie, a Wave original brought to you by Mott's. Apple to our core. We made it. That's right, the NFL is back. And to celebrate, I thought I'd set up shop at one of my favorite places in the entire world. It's Lincoln Financial Field! And home of the Philadelphia Eagles. Go Birds! Because we're on site today and because of our guests that we have lined up, I do feel like maybe King Brad might want to do a Go Birds counter. Maybe it's a drink every time we say Go Birds. Don't do that. That's unsafe and probably irresponsible. I mean, do your thing. What I will tell you is, yeah, okay. You're gonna, I'm gonna need you to, somebody zoom in right over my head. Joe, can you get that? Right over my head. I need you to zoom in on section 120. Did you see 120? Yeah, Joe saw it. That's my favorite place in the whole stadium. Guys, Suite Life isn't for me. I've told you this a number of times. I like to be in the mix. We'll get into more things NFL soon, but first, weekly reminder, I'm your host, Kylie Kelsey. That's right. As superstitious of a Birds fan as it gets, which is why I brought my wooden spoon with me today. I feel like it might be needed, 'cause as soon as we start talking about the what ifs of the next few months, I need my emotional support spoon. Supporter of the Eagles Autism Foundation, feel free to check it. This artwork was made by Madden Orlovsky. Yeah, that's right, Dan Orlovsky. This is one of his sons who is incredible at artwork, obviously, and a supporter of the Eagles and the Eagles Autism Foundation. My guy. So he made this cool shirt and all the proceeds go towards the Eagles Autism Foundation. So you can go get yourself one. We'll put the link in the description. And I just got back from Cincinnati where my husband and brother-in-law led the UC Bearcats out of the tunnel for their first game of the season. And why, you might ask? Because Uncle Trav is a loving, supportive brother, and Jason is being inducted into the UC Hall of Fame this year. What, yay, Jay! That's so badass. Also, I'm pretty sure it's the 50th anniversary of, it's like the 50th class to be inducted into the UC Hall of Fame. I have grown a deep appreciation of UC. For those of you who don't know, the University of Cincinnati, Bearcats. I did learn the cheer this weekend, something about, um, claps. UC. Don't quote me. Here's the thing. This is what I'll tell you. This is my own advice. And if you're from Cincinnati and this offends you, I apologize because I'm not from there. I'm from here, okay? If you go to get Skyline chili, don't think of it as chili. It's not Tex-Mex chili like I was raised on. It is meat sauce. So think of it as meat sauce. And then it actually tastes good. Sorry, that was rude. No, I'm sticking with it. Anyway, we didn't take a stop to the Cincinnati landfill. So no, we did not retrieve the OG Super Bowl ring. I think it's like with the garbage. I think that's where it's supposed to live. Where he lost that was at the new live show at the University. Cincinnati bleep it. Sorry, that was such a positive. I was so excited about UC that I just spit it out. Don't the other podcast had a live show at the University of Cincinnati. And while we were there, that's when, that's when the ring went missing. Anyway, coming up on today's NFL NGL spectacular. Is that what we're calling it? That's spicy. It's a spectacular. Okay, I'm gonna throw it back to the time we heard Wyatt singing the Eagles fight song in her crib and talk all about it. A brand new season of Eagles and Chiefs football, go Trev. Then I'm gonna sit down with Jason's former teammates, our friends and current stars of the Eagles offensive line, Jordan Mailata, Lane Johnson and Landon Dickerson. But wait, there's more. After I talk to the guys, I'm gonna fact check everything they say with the women who know them best. That's right, their better halves. I said it. Their wives and my close friends, Nikki Mailata, Kelsey Johnson and Brooke Dickerson. We also couldn't have three couples on the show and not play the newlywed game. So stay tuned for that. But before we get to any of that, let's start things off with the NFL edition of Real One Comment of the Week. This comment is from Kay Patrick. Oh no. Oof, it's all cowboys. Here we go. I think that's worse. Ah, is it? 'Cause it's their job. Ah, and they're getting paid. It's their job. Like it's their livelihood, you know? Ah. So Queen Emma wants to know how this would apply in our own household. Like what if one of our children ended up dating a guy who was playing football and then he ended up getting drafted to the Cowboys? We would love and support them in their love and their support. But I would say go birds every chance I got. I would, and I'm not going to Dallas. You couldn't pay me. Queen Emma wants to know what if they marry that player? Here's the deal. If it's long lasting love, eventually he will not play for the Cowboys because, he'll retire, right? I hate these types of, I don't like these types of what ifs. 'Cause I want to be aggressive about it. And I can't, 'cause if it really happens, I want them to know that I love them and I support them. I'm talking about my daughters, not the player. I might love them. I can't support them in their football endeavors. Okay. All right, that does it for real one comment of the week. Next up. Let's roll right into doom scroll. The week brought to you this week by NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube TV. Every game, every Sunday, all in one place. First up on doom scroll, new Eagles cheerleader, Jackson O'Brien, found out he made the team at his graduation and it's adorable. Check out this clip. It says in honor of announcement day, here's the moment when I found out my dreams came true. He is in a cap and gown in his graduating class on the phone. And that is the dedication we like. Oh, that's so sweet. I have had the absolute pleasure of getting to be at events with a number of the cheer team members over the years. And mostly at EAF events. What I will tell you about the cheerleaders are that they have full-time jobs. So cheer to them is like a passion project. And the best part about it is that it's comes across in what they do. Whether they're at events, interacting with fans, whether they are on the field, trying to hype up the crowd, they do an incredible job and they look great doing it. And I love them dearly. So how about that? Good job. Way to go, Jackson. I'm very excited to see you down there. Okay, I'm just now finding out based on our rundown that people have, that some people, let's start here, assholes, have a problem with the fact that we have male cheerleaders. What? Have you seen our male cheerleaders? Have you seen how high they can kick their legs? Get out of here. Oh, there's actually no room for that here. So go birds and fuck off. How about that? I can't believe I'm just learning that out. People get mad about that? Wow, okay. Queen Emma's trying to rage bait me. She's asking, have I watched the documentary on the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders? No, I have not. I feel like that's sacrilegious and I refuse to do it. What I will say is, is that I really, really respect from the clips that I've seen on TikTok, which I have now clicked not interested in. I'm being dead serious. I really have a lot of respect for the hard work and athleticism that goes into what they're doing and the severe expertise of that whole organization. And by organization, I'm talking about the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders. I am not talking about anybody else. I said what I said. Don't think that I'm complimenting you. I'm not complimenting you. No, I'm complimenting the cheerleaders. Okay. Next scroll is actually a throwback to the year 2022 when we discovered baby Wyatt singing the Eagles fight song from her crib. This is a cute video. It's a cute video. Um, she's more attitude now. I thought that wasn't possible, but this morning we had to have a whole talk about it in the back of the, I got in the back of the car to be clear. I was buckling Benny, but then we had a little chit chat. Nevermind. Anyway, um, has anything like this happened since Wyatt or the other girls? Sometimes you catch the girls singing to themselves, um, in football season, because we do follow the practice of, if we are watching an Eagles game at home and a touchdown is scored, we do in fact sing the Eagles fight song. That's the rule. You're supposed to do it. I, I didn't make the rule. I just follow them. Cause I don't think that they understand that their dad left quite the mark that he did. And that's okay. Cause we're actually, we were put on this earth to humble him. So it's okay. I'm just kidding. We hype him up all the time and they know that he played football and that's about it. To be honest, I think that if we tried to explain it to them right now at the age that they are and what they understand about football, I don't quite know. They could grasp it. Is that an arrestable offense? Maybe, but I'll try later and I'll let you know how it goes. Benny and Finn actually got to run into Swoop last week at Radiothon when they saw Swoop. Benny wanted to say hi. Finn excitedly said hi. Then Swoop got a little too close. Good news. Swoop knows how to read a room. Swoop backed up and we were fine. There wasn't a single tear. And Benny ended up asking to have a picture with Swoop. She sat down on the couch next to Swoop. There needed to be a three to five foot buffer in between them, but they got a picture together. And she has asked me to show every family member we've come in contact with over the last week. And lastly, it's been brought to my attention that a Birds fan living in San Francisco committed the atrocity of not saying go Birds back. Let's see this clip. I'm in San Francisco, so seeing a fellow Eagles fan is a super rare occurrence. So I see someone walking past me wearing an Eagles shirt, and I say go Birds. And they're applied. Let's get this. Right on. We are not at a rock concert. Right on. No. What? Huh? I truly think the only appropriate response to go Birds is go Birds. Go Birds, obviously. The only time you're going to get, the only time you should have a varying response is if you say go Birds to someone in Cowboys attire. That's the only time you're getting a different response. Go Birds applies to almost every possible phrase. Hannah Einbinder explained it perfectly. It could mean thank you for holding the door. It could mean have a good day. It could mean how the hell are you? Go Birds. You know, if you are wearing Eagles stuff, you must reply with go Birds. Those are the rules. Again, I don't make them, but I follow them. If you are doing the go Birds drinking game at this point, I'm sorry. No, I'm not. I hope it's garage beer. All right. That's it for Doom Scroll of the Week brought to you this week by NFL Sunday Ticket on YouTube TV. Now let's get to why we're all here for an NFL edition of Can I Be Honest? Brought to you by Mott's, Apple to our core. The real ones may remember I'm on record saying I have to be on my best behavior when I'm at the link. However, that's only when other people are around. Right now, it's just me and our NGL team. So I'm about to get real honest about the 2026 season as a Birds fan. Oh no. My plan right now is to be at the home opener this Sunday versus the Commanders. That's my plan. I will not be tailgating. I can't do it. It's business only, guys. I cannot do it. I didn't. I especially didn't do it when Jason was still playing. It makes me. It makes me cringe because for me, it's not a party. I'm not here to party. I'm here for business. We need to get down to business. You got lock in game face and apparently me too. Like I have anything to do with it. That's ridiculous behavior, but I believe it. So control what you can control. Queen Emma wants 50. How many times are you going to say fuck or shit during the game from your seat? Actually, Queen Emma. Are we counting in my head? Ooh, over. Game day rituals usually include a very specific t-shirt. Now, what does that mean? Does it mean the same t-shirt? Absolutely not. It means whatever t-shirt I take out that has a new eagle, which is not the old school eagle. That one has not worked out for me in the past. Yep. I've tracked it. It doesn't work out for me in the past. Now I like the new age eagle, which is just our eagle head. Where is it? Oh yeah. That one's fine. One game. I wore a little Jersey pin that had Jason's Jersey number 62. That pin is never seeing the light of day again at a game. Not ever again. It might, I don't know, like a cute little bag chart, like a cute little bag pin. Some other time, not at a game, not in this stadium. Wow. Did that go south? Also don't text me on Sunday. Don't do that. Don't. I also won't be opening social media. Probably especially now. I mean, not pregame, definitely not during the game. Oh my gosh. No, don't tag me in things. Don't send me messages because as I've said, a number of times Sundays or Eagles games, other days, if that's the case, um, life is not happening. The Eagles are happening and that's what we're focused on. Now I'm mostly here to talk about the birds, but the real ones know we're also a chiefs family here. Yeah. Shout out to Trav back for his 14th season playing. I love that his first game back this season is Monday night football because it means the Jason will be on site. And so the two of them just get to be brothers in the same stadium. I love on the happens. It really makes my heart happy. Uh, I of course want to wish Travis luck this season and the chiefs. Um, we will absolutely try to get to a couple of games this year because we love getting to go and cheer him on. The downside is, is that because the chiefs are amazing, they end up with a lot of prime time slots. So that's past the girl's bedtime. So it might have to be a mom, dad trip, which I'm not mad about, you know, that's it. For our special NFL kickoff edition of, can I be honest brought to you by Mott's I'll be right back with some of the stars of the Eagles O-line and Jason's former work family, Lane Johnson, Jordan, my Lada and Landon Dickerson school is officially back in session. And that means packing lunches. Yikes, but not with Mott's the girls are difficult to pack lunches for, and it's not very fun, but I can always count on a Mott's applesauce pouch to make sure that they'll eat something in there. I would put in an apple. That would be silly because it's probably going to be bruised and maybe a little dirty in that lunchbox. Cause you know, they send crumbs home. That's gross. Also, have you ever had an ice cold Mott's applesauce? I grew up on it. It hits pop this sucker right on top of the ice pack. And by lunchtime, you'll have a cool, refreshing, fruity treat. At least they think it is. Mott's is made from real apples. No added sugar. Don't tell them real ingredients that as a mom give you peace of a taste. Kids love a guarantee to get your kid through the day. Make back to school mornings easier with Mott's pouches. Buy them now with NFL Sunday ticket and YouTube TV. And the only problem with it was, how close the Cowboys fan was standing to me. I know you guys clocked it. I saw the comments. One of them was actually a Cowboys fan. I told him go birds more than once. Jason is the one who picks the games that are going into multi-view because it's helpful to him to see all the games. I mean, guys, he's going to have to talk about it the next day. Also, we never miss an Uncle Trav game on Sundays. And that's super helpful. Stars of the Philly special Christmas album alongside Jason, graduates of Stoutland University, your 2026, Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman, and most importantly, husbands of Nikki, Kelsey, and Brooke. And now they're officially not going to lie, Jordan Mailata, Lane Johnson, and Landon Dickerson, welcome to the show. We didn't put you in order. Woo. Thanks for having us. No, well, let's start here. Do we think these chairs are going to hold up for the whole conversation? Because I did not check the weight capacity on these. And as soon as Jordan said, Jordan was just the first to sit down. I want to get ahead of this. Jordan was the first to sit down. When Jordan sat down, I had a moment of panic because whenever I purchase specifically outdoor furniture at our house, I always check the weight capacity. It is 300 pounds. I just checked. Is it great? It's fun. We're good. You're good. Jordan's going to sit very still. We're in our slim season. We're good. If, if, listen, if the chair goes, hey, it's been real. We're going to have a good clip. That'll be a good clip. That's that's the exit. I'm not going to lie first. Now, first question. I'm really going to test you guys here. Now that Jason is going on his third year out of the league, be honest. What's the longest you've gone without seeing him? 48 hours. Yeah. Does that include billboards and commercials? Yes. Oh, 48 hours. Yeah. Not even that. When I'm up here, it's around 48, 36, 36 hours to 48 hours. Yeah. And that's both on screens and in building. Correct. If we're including on screen, it's like two hours. Yeah. Probably. Or billboards. Yeah. He hovers around the facility though. He lingers. He does. He loves to linger. I'm waiting for the day that his code stops working. That they just cut it off. I mean, I use the same code. I'm not going to say the code due to his social security number, but we've had the same code all these years. Yeah. For some reason my code never worked. So you've just used his? Yes. Oh, so they can't cut off his code. He knows. So you're the problem. I guess. We'll see. Why don't you just ask for your code? I have, but it still doesn't work to this day. I mean, they cut mine off. That's the Bromley connection. Okay. Holy cow. They're just using the same code. Okay. That's fair. As my husband's former coworkers, I also have to ask, do you guys have a particularly memorable first impression of Jason? Memorable? Yeah. And what was it? Yeah. First practice. That's for Jordan. That was my first practice with him and something that he didn't, he launched his helmet about 60 yards. It was on the field and I was like, what the fuck? This is like, we haven't even started practice still to walk through and I'm going, this guy's going to be fun. I think mine would be, uh, I don't know what week it was in 21. I was going to the Raiders game where, uh, he just gave me like a, like a 10 minute ass chewing in the middle of practice. Cause I did something not up to his standards. Yeah. I've never seen him say, do that. Do you remember? No. Oh, we were on field too. We were like backed up coming out of the end zone. Oh buddy. And we were practicing. He remembered. He remembers it so strongly. He knows exactly. I remember it too. Cause I was like single or what yellows, because that's how like Oakland was playing that. Like, yes. Or not, uh, Las Vegas, geez, the Raiders, whatever they were playing, like, uh, the way they played that nose, but we didn't want like to do it like one-on-one. So I had to like bump it and then go. There's a certain techniques. He really didn't like the way I did it. That was very early on. I will say I, not that I'm like trying to, vouch for him or anything, but I don't think he would have chewed you a new one if he didn't believe in you to get it right. I agree. He is that, he is that personality of like, he wouldn't waste his breath or his time getting mad at you. I just don't think, I don't think he knew you that, I mean, that, wow, at that time. I got it easy, I guess. I mean, the first person I had, I got a text when I got drafted and it was Jason Kelsey texted me and saying he was excited to get me, get me, have me on board with the team and Lane did the same thing too. So. I was like, damn, these guys are cool. That's very sweet. I got very lucky. And then I met the guy in person. I was like, I'm scared. Are we sure this is the guy that texted me? Holy cow. This, this is the same guy that texted me. Wow. Uh, do you have a favorite Jason crash out? Again, this might get cut. This is a long list. It is a long list. I mean, I haven't been around nearly as long as these guys, but I've had my fair share. I will say the one that got, that got to me ahead of him was, uh, the trash can launch when he got cleated in indoor practice. I remember that. It was the funniest, the funniest of all time. He got cleated by somebody. I don't know if it was just like the, the way you guys were stepping or what it was, but he took one right to like the bottom of his calf. He got so mad. He like, I mean, I've never seen someone kick a trash can like that and then punched his way out the door. And I was like, oh, I'm going to kick his ass. I'm going to kick his ass. I got text messages from five or six different people because I guess it was like a live press day at practice. And I'm in class in college. Like w why are people checking on him? Is he okay? Is everything all right? I texted him and he's like, I launched a trash can. There's evolutions of his. Yes. I had his helmet, my rookie year. He got pissed at me and came at me like he was about to punt me and he missed it and, uh, kicked my knee. And then he had to leave. He had to go get MRI on his foot. Cause he thought he broke his foot. It was just the whole, whole funny 20 minutes. I think the thing we can talk about though, is over time, we figured out that there was a progression to the crash out. So very much involved the chewing gum. The more rapid the pace. All right. So there was normal pace of chewing gum. Then the chews got faster. Yes. Now the problem was right before the crash out, the point of no return was taking it out. He threw it as hard as he could, which every time gum, it's not very timid. Like it doesn't, but after it's not packing a punch, you weren't going back from there. So whatever was going to happen was going to happen. So that's what we knew is we would just watch that. You could hear it throughout the progressions. It could be a, it could be a quick burn. It could be a nice all day. Okay. He usually has a cup of kombucha in his hand, regardless. Yeah. That was just pushing to calm him down. Okay. All right. Gosh. He'll never spill his kombucha ever. No, even during the helmet launch, you know, uh, now all three of you guys are not from Philly, but you've been embraced by the fans. Did anything surprise you about Philly fans when you first started playing here? I mean, how, how they got all these eggs to launch on Sundays or they bought them. They buy them, you know, ask me where they buy these eggs. And those eggs aren't, aren't cheap now. That's an investment. That's what I'm saying. That's a good chunk of change. Right there. We got time, um, fans in general. No, I will say this. Um, I didn't know what Greece pole climbing was until I came here, my rookie year. And I was really fascinated down in the Italian market. Um, yeah, it was kind of like, what the hell is going on? There's these people are crazy. So if you know, a fan base is crazy, if they climb in greasy bowls, they realize how serious they are about football locked in, but, but also Jason always talks about how knowledgeable, like truly like breaking down plays, understanding the concepts, making sure that like they, if they're going to tear you to bits, they know about it. That's like the family dynamics. Like you got to know the people, you got to know the players, the errors. And if you don't, you're, you're going to get scolded by your family. Okay. Now as a fan, I know how I feel about our booing. Uh, cause we have a reputation for that. How do you guys feel about it? I love it. Good. Cause I do too. I love it. Honesty is the best policy. Thank you for saying that. What a perfect place to say that. I'm not saying that it's not, it's not good, but it's, it sucks, but we're not giving them anything to cheer about. So that point. Yeah. Not going to lie. You're going to get booed. It's a low point. Yeah. It's a low point, but we know it. Yeah, we do know it. know we know if we're not playing good a little while before that yeah now that we got cooper gene sometimes when they say i'm like oh maybe they just say but then i realize we're on the field and i'm like now there aren't many episodes of this podcast that go by that i don't uh say some form of the phrase fuck the cowboys i literally said it earlier in this very episode uh but as players how do you guys feel about the rivalry do you feel it oh we still yeah i still feel it to this day does it does it like excite you does it get does it get you extra amped for a game yeah just i i got a lot of family back in texas and so you know having to hear those conversations is you know stuff i don't you know i like to like to whip their ass and but sometimes sometimes it's pretty competitive especially playing down there it's usually one-on-one every year i don't know so hopefully we can fix that yeah how do you feel about the rivalry about it you don't have you don't have oh i thought you were gonna say i don't have strong feelings about it no i hate it's gonna be like don't say that here bleep it uh now the whole like america's team thing 40 years ago yeah america also marketing that mindset that's a simple marketing tactic that's great tactic i mean i'll be honest never heard of the philadelphia eagles before i came here who did you hear about did you know about the cowboys the cowboys and patriots were the only two teams that we knew about australia he's done good business wise long as they're relevant winning or losing sometimes sometimes losing the ratings are probably just as good as when they're winning really well yeah now who would you consider your biggest rival right now outside of the division outside of the division depends it depends no one said the kansas city i don't know it's been pretty outside of the division yeah or the conference holy niners i was gonna say rams yeah nine is always either because we see them almost every year so yeah mine is the rams you guys think the chiefs are a threat they're always a threat yeah that's a good answer you hear that trav always a threat always a threat uncle trevi i'm i'm cheering on uncle trav always but go birds you know it's fine my husband is on record saying that aaron donald is the guy he least looked forward to playing up against yeah um do you guys have someone like that for yourselves yeah they both play on the same team they both play on the same team now aaron donald yeah there you go that's a fucking one two punch man yeah man yeah man now you have the commanders coming up on sunday is there anything you do before the first game of a new season yeah i used to be very superstitious what do you mean used to not anymore yeah i'm just tired of being a prisoner of superstition oh yeah i told these guys are you now we're just like get facetime no not really i i mean i i used to listen to music for games and then now it's kind of like impossible because whoever has auxiliary in the locker so i'm not gonna hear my music regardless so now i just don't listen to anything you're just i don't know the first game is always weird because like nobody's playing in preseason like you have a you know some things you see but it's really like you're going to learn it in the first couple drive series so what's you know what their cards are so that's always a little bit weird first game so you're you were you ever superstitious no i mean i was always nervous because some of the guys are out there blocking but not superstitious uh yeah i feel like that's more like there's guys in the nfl but i feel like that's more baseball like a more i don't know i mean i eat the same pasta order but that's just because we always get pasta before game sure carb load got it you used to be superstitious and now you're not why'd you abandon it he changed religions just tied i'm joking what are your superstitions is that what i need to do i'd have the same pasta order for like seven years yeah like even when we go like away games everyone else would go out to eat at a restaurant i'd just stay back at the hotel and have the same old pasta meal that i'd get um even breakfast the same breakfast yep i wasn't even hungry but i'd force down eight eggs and four pancakes and now just four pancakes because i just prioritize the carbs i am so very much a prisoner to my superstitions break free um i won't do it i literally have is it here oh it is here i literally have a wooden spoon that i keep with me so that i can knock on wood if necessary when i'm talking about the eagles now i do have to tell you i have a superstition when things aren't going great of turning around and facing backwards in my seat yeah now i just need to know i've done the same on the sideline do you do you think because you just can't watch it anymore i'd rather die than watch it now do you think that it helps you guys at all when i do that yes there's energy and thought and i feel like that i think collective collectively yes it all adds up to be fair get the whole stadium to do that i'll do this when if it starts going really south i might just rally the troops you know turn around and look away no one's watching whenever you're not screaming at the kicker jackass miss i kind of get superstitious like why aren't you saying that no more i do i wait until the kicker starts he does a little walk back so i always do three steps and then two over they get set and then they look at the ball and then they look at the kicker and give head nod so i've timed it up where i just do the old happy gilmore and i go you suck jackass and then i scream really fucking i do like a little war cry so you know you may catch it on a on an nfl game day we should i'm gonna listen for that audio there had been sometimes almost passed out because the kicker took a little too long and i was just sitting there screaming i stopped he was trying to ride it out he's screaming you kind of go yeah okay i'm absolutely i'm turning up the volume on the tv this year assuming that i will be able to hear that at least once well you guys all also have a lot going on outside of football and i'll start with lane and jordan because you guys have made a couple christmas albums now with jason sorry landon you just hold wait for a second um shout out to the philly specials um are there plans for another album anytime soon we're on standby i got i'm waiting on cb and uh yeah a lingering conversations in the uh weight room hey we might be back in action because i i will tell you um i have had a number of musical guests on the show and i just want you to know that i have to convince them to get in now i have i believe kelly clarkson has agreed she agreed now she's a fan so we're crossing some lines there for the kids so the kids are feeling good okay for the kids um who else do oh avril lavigne said she might be in get a little a little edgy you know a throwback edgy like it we could do it sure who else do we have uh michael buble we also the voice of christmas the voice of christmas said he wants to do it i've been putting in a lot of work i just want to let you know for your service you're so welcome so now we have to cash in let's go like i was thinking of like a backstreet boys reunion you know like backstreet boys i don't think we did oh guys easy let's do it see what they're up to okay perfect so we'll think about it wow yeah it's a possibility landon are you going to get on the next album i will anxiously await to hear the uh mp3 record from somebody's phone oh you're not going to hop in there he's going to be in the back he's going to be in the background on the cowbell give me the spoons or something to play or like uh cowbell's a great instrument by the way uh now all four of us have something else in common we were all up for auction for the eaf radiothon this year do we want to guess who had the highest bid the highest bid for what for what is the auction item yeah what your auction item is what because you guys are together axon right axon are we with which is really fun that that's fun it's great it's great uh and you're painting the field yes for my fourth time do you love it i love it honestly precision i make sure to wear a mess uh old shoes because i tend to spray my foot every time in the meeting room yes practice he's getting locked in he knows now that's one of the joys of radiothon i truly believe that eaf has found this perfect way of finding the things that people are truly interested in and then finding a way to raise money off of those things and then we get to do cool experiences mine is i'm going to make shirley temple water ice that is phenomenal at rita's headquarters you raised that amount just to make shirley temple water ice yes that is amazing to be clear is available at all rita's oh it is it's not exclusive it's not exclusive wait so how are you making it are you just scooping it out to people who don't know what game you're painting the field for so that we can keep an eye out for your handiwork for the cowboys home game apparently lane is painting the field for the cowboys uh monday night football here at the link so we will have to keep our eyes on the center of the field that eagle will be lane's handiwork and whoever won yes and i guess yeah yeah we'll see that's so exciting i'll film it see who see who gets the blame um now i'm going to ask your wives more about this but lane you and kelsey just got married this off season congratulations again um you and kelsey chose jordan to be your officiant look at how look at how cute Look at how sweet. Jordan, you crushed it. You did a great job. Thanks, Kai. Appreciate it. Now, what made you choose him for that honor? We just wanted a man with a big presence up there. And, yeah, Jordan's been a great teammate. And, you know, wives are really close and love each other. And, yeah, we just thought it'd be awesome. I don't know, something different. Yeah. Now, we can bleep this if we need to, but which Eagles player or coach, current or former, got the most rowdy that night? Oh, that night? There's a couple guys close to that river down there. I don't know. There was a moment in time between, I think, it had to be during cocktail hour, where most of the current and former players disappeared down by the river. I think there was a photo happening, but I'm not 100% sure. What's up there? F*** it to be up there. Photos, people sneaking in a quick drink, I don't know, before it started. I don't know. I think that's what it was. It was a more relaxed vibe of a wedding. It was. It was nice. From the groom's side. Yeah, you're right. Yeah, you're right. It was nice. It was beautiful. Yeah, well, I thought the location, nobody could really mess up too bad. You're out in the 1,500 acres. If you get in trouble out there, you're a real menace to this f***ing society, you know? If you get in trouble out there, you're staying out there. Yeah. How about that? Now, speaking of the wedding, Jason got a lot of attention online afterwards for his cowboy attire. Oh. He looks like Chris Stapleton's, like, alter. Oh, my goodness. Look at him. Now, be brutally honest. What do you think about this? I like it. I think he kind of crushed it. Yeah. He killed it. I think he can pull it off. He definitely pulled it off. It's a Cleveland boy just cosplaying as a cowboy. Could have fooled me. Does he use a touch of gray or? No, that's all natural. That's been there. That's salt and pepper. That's all natural. Salt and pepper. Look at you, so proud of that. I am. So proud of that salt and pepper. He's never cared about keeping his beard dyed. I respect that. No, he doesn't at all. He actually, he's on record saying that he's really looking forward to when he goes all white so that he can basically be Santa Claus. Yeah. Yeah, I think he did a great job there. I can see him sitting in the mall. 10, 15 more years, he'll be there. It looks like he just walked off the set of Yellowstone right there. Don't you have enough to do? Yeah, but I got to work my holiday shift. I got a five to nine appointment at the mall. Now, one of the games for the NFL season this year kicks off tonight in Australia. Jordan, how do we get the Eagles game in the next Australia game? I don't know how the bidding. Works, but yeah, I don't know what I have to do. What else do we have to do? What else? I thought you were friends with Roger. Yeah, that's what I thought. I have friends with Roger. You got to be, you gotta be an ambassador for your country. My uncle, I don't know, uncle Roger, uncle Roger. What are we going to do to get a game down there? I think I know how to cheer you up about this. Cause I feel like you're, you seem a little disappointed. I think we could cheer you up. So we have something for you. Let's go. We got cups. There's some, there's more than cups. Let's go. It's my new found love. I see Tim Tams. Yes. I see Tim Tams. I see hot chocolate. I love them. We all love chocolate. Okay, good. We're all 400 pounds. I was going to say, I hope you guys didn't get this big, not eating chocolate. Okay, here we go. I did it on a vegetarian day. I'm going to pass these down. This is coffee. Coffee? Apparently. Is it Wawa coffee? I have no idea what kind of coffee it is. Should I know that? It's probably, it's probably Duncan Stadium coffee. It's not Wawa coffee. I'm going to pass these. Let me open this for them. Hold on. I'm going to give this to you. Wow, Kai. I'm very proud of you. Thank you so much. This is very, very Australian. Now, why do we have coffee, Jordan? Because we are about to attempt Tim Tam slams. Okay. I equate it to like an Australian Oreo is how I equate it. I'm probably wrong, but I've told that to a couple Australians and I haven't gotten a terrible response. That's not bad. That's not a bad idea. Okay. Basically, what you want to do is bite the corner. Opposite corners of the Tim Tam. So, bite one. And then bite the other corner. Oh, like a big bite. Diagonal. Diagonal. All right. And then you sip it like a straw. Yeah, you do. I took too big of a bite. And then you use it like a straw. Nope. Mine's in there. To drink? You can sip it through like a straw. Isn't that crazy? It actually comes through. I got some more. Do you just eat it? Because I feel like mine's about to fall. I mean, I'll be honest, I've never-- No, you do. You suck it through and then you eat it. I don't give a fuck. Once it gets to the other side, especially if your coffee is hot, it is unreal. Now, do you guys drink your coffee like psychopaths, aka black with no sweetener in it? Me. Okay. That's-- my husband does the same thing. That's what-- I don't know about that. You don't like cream, sugar, nothing? No. I like cream. Okay. I like sugar. Sometimes, whenever Foles was in there, he tried to make everybody do the bulletproof stuff. Yep. Kelsey didn't do it. He didn't. No. Because that was like butter, grass-fed butter. Well, I feel like all the coaches used to just do it, like the old school coaches used to just coffee black. Yeah. And it was like, I don't know, it wasn't a superstition, but it was almost like you're paying tribute to the guys that came before you. Hey, easy over there, bud. Eating all the damn cookies up. I'm going to tell you, I was shocked that it actually worked as a straw. It's so good. Okay. The last thing before you guys go, it's time to bring in the real stars of the show, your wives. And we're going to play a speed round edition of "The Newlywed Game," brought to you by CVS Health. All right, look at that. We have movie magic now because the women are here on set with us. It's gotten a whole lot more beautiful here. We have Nikki Mailata, Brooke Dickerson, and Kelsey Johnson. Thank you guys for coming. Yeah. We're going to chat, girl chat, later in a little bit. But first, we're going to see who wins "The Newlywed Game." This is going to be a little bit of a rapid fire situation. So you got to write fast. Act quick. Something like that. What about spelling? Does spelling count? No, spelling doesn't count. It doesn't count. I'm going to ask you all questions. You write your answers on these whiteboards. Whichever couple gets the most matching answers right wins. And they win something amazing. Ooh. Yes. It's likely just the extra pack of Tim Shams we have back there, but it's fine. Unofficial first question. How long have each of you been married? And I would just like to say, I had the absolute honor of watching all three of these couples get married in person. You guys need to renew your balance. So we can go see yours. Perfect. A party? OK, let's see it. OK. Almost five months in four days. Look at how exact. OK, the official questions. Let's start out. Number one. Wait, I thought that was the question. No, no, no. That was an unofficial question. These are the official questions. So now you're warmed up. OK. Number one, what is your husband's biggest beige flag? I will explain this because I knew for a fact I was going to get those confused. Confused looks from the front row. I know I had to give a beige flag of my husband. I would say it's that he's noisy, OK? It's not something that like ruins him, but it's oftentimes a nuisance. You know, that would be a beige flag. Now you have to self-identify your beige flags, men. You have to. How many do we list? Just one. Just one. OK. Kind of gross. Nikki and Jordan, let's see what you got. What? Shaking. Shaking legs. Legs syndrome. Restless legs. Well done. OK. Brooke and Landon? I feel like we're going to be wrong about that. We are. Doesn't make bed in the morning. Farts. Yeah. OK. Lane? Kelsey? Travel. Selective listening, he said. Yeah. I don't know how well we're going to do it. Traveling. Traveling. I didn't know farts were included in beige flags. Traveling. OK. I thought those were brown flags. Yeah. OK. Oh. Gross. He said he thought they were brown flags. That is sick. That is true. Number two. Where did you go on your first date? I don't know what you're going to say. It's going to be different than mine. I can't remember which one it was. I don't know the name of the place. Lane and Kelsey? What did you say? Downtown Nashville. Nashville. We did go to the museum, too. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Whoa. Sorry. I'm out. It makes no sense. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. I'm out. Any clarification? One says museum, and the other says bar. Oh my gosh. Yeah. We walked through the museum. Then we went to eat, right? Yes. Boom. Boom. Boom. So what was the date? What do you say it was? It was in multiple spots. Yeah. We didn't just go to one spot. Fair enough. I think that's like half a point. Yeah. I think we give them half a point. No. I think Landon and Brooke-- I peaked. We're right. She said no. OK. Go ahead. After. After. OK. We're right. I love pizza slices like this big. Yeah. They're huge. Amazing. Did you have some big pizza slices? OK. That's a point. Yay. Now, Nikki and Jordan, if you were going to say-- Why'd you say I was going to be wrong? --the first place you ran into each other, you would say the lovely Redding Terminal Market. But-- But it was first date. We're talking first date. It was first date. So you should get this right. Flip them. Mulherran's in-- Yes. That's a lovely restaurant in the city of Philadelphia. I feel like-- That was a good first date. --sometimes it's tough, because if you've been together since college or something, maybe you didn't have a date, but maybe you hung out and somebody identified-- Sure. Like when you guys were talking-- Was it a hangout or was it a date? --but not dating? Right? Mm-hmm. Yeah. That's-- OK. We got it right, though. Technicality. What are you talking about? I'm just saying for future. Save your reasoning for another question that you get wrong. I'm just saying. Number three, what is your wife's go-to karaoke song? Fuck. Oh. I know this one. I think-- What if I don't know the name of the song? Give us some lyrics. We'll figure it out. We got enough people around here. I feel bad because I don't know what I'm going to-- I'm going to say this. I don't know what I'm going to put in that. I don't know what you're going to put either on. - It depends though, it depends. - Fuck, it's either this song or something much more sinister. - Honey, I'm just writing a song that we would do. - You know where I went? - Okay. - Hey. - For a couple days. - Cheewee. - We'll start in the middle 'cause we haven't started with you guys yet. Landon, let's see your lyrics. - My hand, my finger's starting to cramp. - Let's see your lyrics. - I don't know. - What do they say? - I got my way downtown, walking fast. - No. - Oh, hey. - Oh dang. - Okay. - Did she put crazy bitch? - We haven't, we haven't. - Did she bitch my butt, Cherry? - Okay. - That's been like recent. - That has been very recent. That is like as of like two months ago. - Yeah, how often are you guys going to? - All she knows, all the part she knows is, "Hey, y'all crazy bitch, but you fuck so." That's what I'm talking about. - He didn't want to say it. - He thinks it's you. - Okay, that is not a point, guys. You guys were in, you guys were on different. - That's a good one. - Okay, I went for the long time karaoke, not the- - Okay. - Let's see Nikki and Jordan, what do you got? Nikki, what are you saying on the mic? - I put one for duet versus one for solo. I did put two. - You can't put two answers. - Because it's completely different. - That song? - That song from "Frozen" that's like- - Let it go. - You know, it's crazy. We've been at each other's sandwiches. - That's this song. - That's this song right here. - Love is an open door. - Yes, that's what it's called. - I feel like we give them a full point. That was on. - We can just write down both points. - Yeah, both points. - That was spot on. - That was true. - You don't think? - I would never do a solo. - Yeah. - Oh, we have two people voting. - Yeah. - You're getting voted against now, guys. - I'm just saying, how many people- - Hey, this is going to- - Hey. - When you told her it's a duet, that's kind of- - Yeah, yeah. - How many people have multiple duet songs there? - Yeah, you did give her. You did give that away, too. - Guys, I don't know what you guys thought of it. - Kelsey and Lane, what do you got? - I couldn't spell it. I said "Bohemian Rhapsody." - Hey, BR. - Uh-huh, close. - Uh-huh, BR? What'd you do? - I said, "David Bowie changes." - Oh, changes. - That's a good one. - You guys were at least in the right vibe. What is the best gift your husband has ever given you? - What? - Oh, I could do something funny here. - Please, please. - I mean, if you want to. - I'm not kidding. - I'm on that vibe. - Do it. - Are we doing it? - Yeah. - Do we want to be funny? - Yeah. - Do we want to be funny or no? - I don't know, it's kind of toxic. - I love that they're trying to- - Okay, fine, be funny. - I love that they're trying to match the vibes. Okay. Nikki, do you have something? - Uh-huh. - They're being funny. - Nikki said, "Uh-huh, sure." - Sure. - Okay, Nikki and Jordan, what do you got? - That's so generic. - A bag. - A bag. - Van Cleef and- - I'm sorry. I thought about the Van Cleef. - I don't know what the other thing is. - Arpels? - I don't know what that is. - What is that? - What the fuck? That was awesome. - Arpels? - It is. - Arpels. - Arpels? - What is that? - Can we get a. Listen. - What is it? - Oh my God. Yeah, I got some more books for you, Nikki. - I was thinking, you're right though. - See? - What is it? - Van Cleef and Arpels. - What is that? - She's writing right now. She's writing right now. - Oh, okay. Brooke and Landon, what do you got? - Oh, yeah. - This is a funny answer. - Hell, yes. - Venmo for Book of Mart. - Love that. - Yeah, we didn't love that at the time. - Say what? To say fancy? It's kind of like they- - Talked about that one. - Colluded or something. - Okay, guys. - Wait. - I'm so scared. - Wait. - We ready? - Wait. - What? What did you do? - What? - What did you do? - We just spent over $200. - Pretty much. - Okay, some of us have worked on her birthday that's in August. - Yeah, thank you, Kylie. - What were you doing in August? That was so much more important. - Oh, yeah, that's the face that I was making too. - Oh, yeah, training camp. - Let me just say this on Brooke's behalf. Her birthday is not a fucking surprise, Landon. It comes the same day every year. - Yeah, that's fucking one-on-one pass rush. - Thank you. - Thank you. - So does the Wednesday practice. - Yeah, one-on-one bracket pass rush with Jayden Carter. - Oh, my week changed, man. - Kelsey, let's see it. - We're coming up on our 10-year anniversary, okay? - What'd you grade it? - What mistakes did I make? - Wow. - I tried new? - That's a great one. - I don't know, did I ask for it? - Yeah, we had multiple conversations about it. - Wait, okay, okay, okay. I was like, wait, did you use it? - How often do you use it, Kelsey? How often do you use it? - I did. I used to use it. - Therefore, it doesn't cross the line. - Until our house flooded and fucking burned. - That kind of classifies the best gift. - Yeah, but- - Hey, don't be mad 'cause you guys didn't match up. - We did match. - Don't be trying to throw shade over here. You did match. - Was that the best gift? - We got a point here, a point here. - I think some of us up here aren't being truthful because the question is what is the best gift? - Oh, here he goes. - I'm sorry, I'm not kidding you. That was the best. - I mean, that's the most expensive gift, though. - Guys, we can't have professional athletes up here and think that they're not gonna start getting like a little cutthroat competitive. Okay? They wanna win. Now, do we have a final score here, Queen McKenna? - 11-7 to five. - We have a tie. - Do we have a tiebreaker? Queen Emma, hurry up. - Yeah. - Okay, tiebreaker. - They're gonna win that. - Oh, God. - That is a good one. - Okay, who is your wife's celebrity crush? - What? - So he just answers. - You both answer. You have to write down who your celebrity crush is. - Are you gonna say like, did you already write that? - I did. - That was very fast. - Just because I can't think right now, I'm just gonna put me. - Okay, who is it? Nikki said, "It is not you." - Chris Evans as Captain America. - Nah, I'm not using this one. - You've literally gotten mad at me for crying at his double four. - Oh, wow! - He did get it right. - Yay! - Okay. - Oh, my goodness. - Sorry, guys. - Who was it almost, though? Oh, no, I wrote that one down, sorry. I was just writing Chang Tatum. - Is that your crush? - He said, "Oh, you want my wife's celebrity crush." Got it. - What is that movie that he humps Chang Tatum? - "Magic Mike." - "Magic Mike." - I didn't know if that was gonna be. I just wrote it. - I know. - I know. - Okay. - All right. - We won. - Yay! - Landon, Brooke. - I've never had them before, so. - Perfect. - Oh, my gosh. - Oh, we get two packs? - Perfect timing. - Oh, yeah. - Don't eat all of them. - They're mine now. - Share, Landon, share. - Okay. - I'm gonna drink my- - Thank you guys so much, guys. - I hope you are focused in your preparation. We will be cheering very loudly for you, as always. - And listen for his screams. - Yes. Oh, I will. Oh, I will. As always, go birds. - Go birds. - Go birds. - Go birds. - And that's it for the Newlywed Game, brought to you by CVS Help. And now I'm gonna get into the real event. - Oh, yes. - Okay. - See you later. - Bye, guys. - Hey, I brought FaceTen. - Thanks for coming. - Bye. - Oh, you're good at that. - The place you call home is important to you, so it's important to Allstate. Now, we have known each other for a while. - Yeah. - But I'm retired. Happily. And I mentioned earlier, but when Jason was playing, I was one of the oldest wives on the team. When I was playing field hockey, I was considered the team mom. I don't really think I took a team mom role in our women's group because I really tried to let somebody else, literally anybody else, take the lead on that one. Has anyone stepped up to the plate to organize christmas party and or any other things earlier than the christmas party yeah okay you did good at the christmas party you killed it yeah but it was the only thing but it was the biggest it was expanding we're doing a lot yeah good yeah yes ladies yeah we were talking about it before this and we were like we feel like every like a lot of people are taking on roles and planning different events like we're doing a book club that kelsey is playing yeah i start the book club every year then kind of pass it every month but then all the other girls were doing a mahjong group yeah yeah that's the thing exactly you guys know how to play or you're gonna learn so if you want to learn go to her she's a great teacher now i've shared what i'll call my welcome to the spouse nfl spouse life moment on this show before um it involves me being down in the family room with uh you significant other of another player who was showing me around she was such a sweetheart about it and she showed me literally where i was supposed to go and uh she took me downstairs and was introducing me to some of the people related to the team and one of the women who came over and said i think it was something to the effect of like who's this and the woman who was showing me around said oh this is jason kelsey's girlfriend and she looked right didn't say hello to me and looked right back at the girl and said jason kelsey has a girlfriend and i was like yes bitch like i was like what right you're kidding now do you guys have any moment that stands out to you like that oh i feel like i came in hot i wanted to host i wanted to bring everybody you came to my house so we we had some some fun i don't know i think i just came in i definitely had a taste of what you had a taste of for sure yeah but it was all right i don't know that i had any like specific sort of catty moments like that but when i think of like my welcome to the nfl moment i think of like because jordan got injured early on and i remember being like oh my gosh oh my gosh and they're like no it's okay okay it's like it's only bad if the cart comes off so i think for me that's when i was really like oh we're yes that it's funny you say that i don't think people realize that is one of the moments in the nfl that you can't quite explain to people in a way that like i think people assume that like we know because it's our family member and i can't tell you how many times i would be at an away game or i would be watching on tv or even here in the stadium and all of a sudden like jason goes into the tunnel and i'm like you have no idea yes he's in the tunnel now right it's refreshed literally 10 people are you like texting kathy like hey kathy what's she doing because obviously we're not going to be like text like obviously i maybe i'll text trainer joe but like yeah so it's one of those where you're just like who can i get an answer from right now and even when you're in a home stadium you're like i can't go in the locker room i'm i'm i'm the sitting duck yeah that's crazy that is a very that is it's only bad if the cart comes yeah to the car oh no and then you get all the texts too you didn't even see it because you're like high up and you're like trying find his number and you're like oh that's him yeah welcome to the end yeah oh gosh i mean i i feel like i had a good experience i went to training camp and i remember being so nervous and just being like oh i don't know anyone like whatever i'm just gonna walk in and um annie elliott actually and she was with rachel sipos and they were together they walked in and they were like hey like i think i saw you like on social media or whatever like i think the eagles and she she was like i'm annie and she was just like very like welcoming at that moment and then it was just like i don't know i had like a really good experience with it i think throughout it though like obviously you have your moments but yeah well how many times do you have someone like i feel like when you're dating especially you have someone say to you oh what what's your boyfriend do and it's like well i always used to like beat around the bush like i wouldn't go straight for it i would find some roundabout way to be like oh he works in the city oh what does he do oh he works for a sports team right and you're like what's your boyfriend do and you're five questions later we're finally there there was one time i said he polishes the footballs that was like i was like i'm fucking done with you but besides that i have i would like say it and the number of people who would be like yeah but does he play right was always the response and i would be like first of all disrespectful he beat the odds he's on an nfl team exactly let's start there but also yes he does fuck you yeah yeah or you get that oh i looked him up and he's actually like legit a good player thanks tell them they're like wait what yeah oh my gosh whatever you're embarrassing yourself you should be embarrassed stop doing that yeah um now i talked to the guys a little bit earlier about your wedding kelsey congratulations again um i asked the guys this but i'll ask you which eagles player or coach current or former oh got the most rowdy and we can bleep it and if you guys know if you guys had eyes on somebody you got to help out here someone came to mind yeah but i have to cut that i was trying to think of who was on the dance floor i know you'll have to cut this but honestly me yeah all the guys were taking care of me what i will tell you is if you did not do your patented hair swing i was going i was i was going to riot i was going to riot in our choreography like it was it was in it i go that to have that's why i did a pony dance and i was like oh my god i was like oh my god i was like oh for the reception as soon as i saw it i was like it has to be coming to look oh my gosh it's so good yeah yeah it really gets the party started uh now speaking of weddings in prepping for the show today nikki the clip of jordan singing isn't she lovely while you danced uh with your dad popped up on my feed and it's so good i'd love to play it again here if that's okay let's play the tearjerker now how often do you watch that i'm not that often no i get very camera shy and i don't like myself but if i could hear the audio like i would oh you got an mp3 track of it yes got it we can make that happen oh could you imagine oh um i often say i need to keep my own husband humble jordan's a really good singer yeah he is i try to keep him humble i was gonna say he's okay do you try and knock him down a couple pegs every so often you're like you could have you could have done better yeah i'm like you have to right i mean that's that's why they have us yeah if not us then who well while i was scrolling i also watched a ton of clips from dickerson diys which are fascinating i love this series it's so good um here's one right here for anyone who hasn't seen it it says crazy that my husband needs all of this just to hang a picture when all i do is this this is so relatable yeah guys i mean right that's girl math he could i mean he could take like an hour to hang up two photos but it looks perfect and then i just do it i'm like yeah i did that there's a couple holes in the wall behind the picture but the picture is covering so nobody knows yeah now are all of your husbands handy no because i'm on record saying oh no mine's not allowed to touch the power drill in our house we don't even have a toolbox oh no like i'm not kidding okay that's bad no we do we do we and then i opened it empty sure like everything's everywhere right just in drawers but like no are you handy could you do it i could didn't you fix a washing machine last year yes yeah oh yes youtube i can do it yes you just look up a video that's what look up a video youtube can teach you everything you need to know it can okay now something else i often talk about on this show is the eagles autism foundation which i know all of you have done some amazing work for um but i know nikki you and jordan recently started the mylotta family foundation congratulations um for anyone who doesn't know yet can you tell us about the work that you're doing yes so the foundation is largely based on jordan's story which is you know he came into the nfl but got a small stipend and an opportunity to make it in the nfl and it turned out pretty well so we're just trying to give back in that same fashion and give scholarships to kids who have a passion that might be um just a little bit out of their reach and so we want to help close that gap and get them to do that that's awesome now how can the real ones watching or listening get involved and or donate we have a website mylottafamilyfoundation.org um and you can apply to be a volunteer or to donate on there but we're also working on an applications portal for the scholarships and that'll open in october amazing we will keep our eyes peeled for it um and kelsey you have the little lights foundation i just saw you and lane were helping Now, helping get school supplies to kids in the Philly area. Yes, we gifted teachers back-to-school shopping spree. Amazing. Now, we always talk about how much we love educators here. And Kelsey, being an educator, tell us what you're doing. So with the Little Lights Foundation, we are helping kids identify, name, express, and to move through their feelings. We're going to bring in more social, emotional learning in the school, in school, at home, and on the field. While we need to be championing the teachers and the people that help make children feel seen, heard, and understood. Amazing. Now, once again, how can the NGL Real Ones watching this at home support? Yes, so we're going to be launching pretty soon. So follow us at the Little Lights Stop Foundation. And our website is the Little Lights Stop Foundation. Amazing. Yeah. Last thing here. Is there anything embarrassing you want to call your husbands out for that we might have missed earlier? Because I want to make sure that you have every opportunity to do so right here and now. Anything good? Brooke, anything? Besides Landon's farts being his beige flag. I know. Yeah, that was, should have chosen a different one. Hindsides. He will, I mean, he can do the splits. He's very flexible. But there is this photo of him, like, in a karate stance. When he was like. When he was like a kid. And his, like, leg is, like, to the ceiling. He's, like, in a straight line. And his mom showed it to me when, like, we first started dating. It's hilarious. So, like. So stay tuned for that being on Brooke's story later. Yeah. When this episode debuts, Brooke's going to put that on her story for everyone as a little treat. A little sneaky snack. I will say, I completely forgot to bring this up. Landon at a wedding. Yeah, epic. He didn't do the splits at mine. So I was very sad. I was so sad. Honestly, he owes you splits. He does. I know. Well, he started, like, packing, like, gym shorts. He literally. Yeah, that's the problem. Whose wedding was it where he was, like, I have to go to bed? Wasn't it? Okay, so we were pressuring him to do the splits. And when Brooke says the splits, she means a full split. Yeah. And, like, a whoo. Like, down into it. I love her. And he split too many pairs of dress pants. Yeah, he did. Before that wedding. And then he learned. Yeah. And then he started. Started bringing the gym shorts. Or he started wearing them under his pants. So I'm like, no, you shouldn't do that. Because you can, like, see the waistband. And now, like, when he's at wedding, everyone's, like, pressures him to do it. So he gets, like, oh, I was waiting. I am one of those people. I literally, at Driscoll's wedding, I was like, anytime now, Landon. Anytime. Anytime you want to hit the middle of the floor. I know. Is that his beige flag that he can do the splits? I mean, yeah, like, a little bit. We should have said that. It's like, why are you more flexible than me? I can't even touch my toes. This man can, like. Well, somebody had to do it. Somebody had to bring some flexibility to the party. Oh, my gosh. Guys, can we do a group Go Birds for good luck? Yeah. Okay, we'll do it on three. One, two, three. Go Birds! Guys, thank you so much for coming. This was so wonderful. This was so fun. You guys can go follow them on their social media to keep up with all the things that they're doing. Did I say that about the guys? No. Because I, and I meant it. These ladies are incredible. And I always say, the reason I don't like the term wags. Is because it diminishes the women that we have here and the things that they have going on. So, make sure you go follow them. Check it out. These are incredible women who are doing incredible things. And also, just a great time. So, go check them out. Thank you guys so much for coming on. Thank you.
