The New Heights podcast delivers an energetic and engaging breakdown of recent NFL action, featuring deep dives into key games like the Chiefs' win over the Dolphins and the Eagles’ loss to the Bears. A major storyline centers on Kyle Hughes, who faces scrutiny over a beer-based celebration, sparking debate about NFL enforcement consistency and the broader issue of when, and why, rules are applied unevenly. The hosts explore the growing influence of football analytics through a special episode with Ryan Pagnetti, revealing how statistical data shapes game strategy—though most fans remain unaware of its complexity. Travis Kelsey celebrates a standout start to his career, posting the best offensive performance by a 37-year-old receiver in NFL history, fueled by improved catches and efficient route-running. The discussion also highlights a troubling trend of penalties erasing touchdowns, with 14 such incidents reported through three weeks of the season—raising concerns about officiating and game flow. The Eagles’ defensive lapses and the impact of key injuries, like Jalen Hurts’ sideline exit, are critically analyzed. Upcoming matchups, including a tough road game against the Rams and a London showdown with Jacksonville, are previewed, with the latter team gaining attention for their dynamic offense led by Trevor Lawrence and rising talent like Parker Washington. The podcast wraps with promotional content from partners such as All State Insurance, Farmers Dog (for real pet food), and Colgate Total (for oral health), blending sports commentary with practical lifestyle advice. Throughout, the tone remains humorous, conversational, and deeply rooted in real-time football culture, offering fans both insight and entertainment.

And we've also got Jamie Foxx. Incredible, Convo about his new standup special coming out. We didn't talk one time. I mean, it's kind of a crazy. He took over the entire thing, which is awesome. Well, before we get into all that, we're going to start with where we always start with Trap. Let's get to some of that new news right now, new news. New news is brought to you by all state. And we're going to start off with the newest of news, the KC tailgate. We're having a nine to two percenters new heights tailgate on October 18th in Kansas City. All right. That's right. At Erich Stadium, a lot M from 11 o'clock to three o'clock with our friends from Nike. So hopefully there should be some good merch. There's always going to be some good merch. When you got the swish in town, maybe outside of the merch, there's going to be some free food, games, challenges, a DJ. Trap is always wanting to be a DJ. Trap, do you know who DJ is going to be? We got to get that I want to see I want to see DJ Trev DJ Trev with that beer DJ name. What would you DJ name be? I don't know, man. I don't know DJ Jack DJ, Jack DJ actually good. That's actually really good DJ, Jack man. It's the Jack man. Do you start every set with that? I mean, I just like throw that in the set of spirit periodic. That would be I'm good every show. I will be there. Travis will also be there, but he will be getting ready to play a football game so he will not be at the tailgate. But you can go into the stadium and then watch the big getty play. Best part is it's completely free. How are you going to do show up? There you go. Show up with your your party head on and get ready to cheer the chiefs on in arrowhead with all the other 92% for all the details you can check out are out of the house page on the Kelsey Club House again, October 18th, arrowhead, lot M3 11 to 3. How about it, man? What a plug. Jason dropped some teach tape about the Eagles. Oh line. And man, was it it was it was what the people were looking for man. Jason loves to talk ball and you get all of Jason Kelsey talking about the Eagles offensive line and and how they're playing this year. And it's pretty cool. A lot of the a lot of the successful plays down on the red zone. And Jalen find in a not TV and wicks. There you go. That guy. Good. Yes. He had a pretty fun and good game really every single game that he's really showing up. He's been awesome. So a full time receiver. Yeah. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. They came off from Green Bay. Him and Jalen started getting some chemistry. I was hearing noise about the Eagles being excited to see him play even in what OTA's and yeah. That's. Yeah. I mean, listen, it's all dated now. Obviously the Eagles just played the bears. It's not the same, but the thing I really liked was, you know, watching and putting together that tape, you see the outside zone play and it's close to being there, right? Steen just needs to get a little bit wider as angle flash forward to this Monday night. Steen was taking great. They were all taking great angles. They really ran outside zone well for the majority of the night. They got it stuff to a couple times, but I mean, had a lot of really big drives. If it wasn't for some penalties and holding calls, the run game was clicking for a lot of that game. They kind of shot themselves in the foot. We're going to get to that later. But either way, I think we're going to do some more of this tape's breakdown isn't always going to be eagle. We'd love to dive into things happening across the league. We have another one coming up. I've always been interested in analytics. The guy I know most Travis in the analytics world, Brian Pagnetti. He's turned into a pretty big figure online. He was the guy that tweeted about the fuel goal situation over in New England pointed out the scoreboard, having the field go post up and behind it. Anyways, he was with the Eagles for a long time. He was a big reason why we started running quarterbacks. And he's going for it on 4th down back when Doug was first brought on as to be the head coach. So always have vibed with Ryan a lot of these decisions and ways that he thinks about the game from a number standpoint. So we have a special episode coming out later this week with Ryan Pagnetti who's going to break down analytics game, which is something that I even after sitting down as a world I still want to know more about it. It is insane how much these numbers go into it. And that's the thing. Everyone hears analytics and they kind of like know, like, yeah, numbers, I guess like they're doing like stats and they're like taking the higher percentages and leaning towards that decision over the other, but you still really don't know until you get a guy like Ryan in the building to tell you what it really means. It's just like a synonymous term with the entire NFL, but probably 80% of the people watching have no idea what a cat is. So, anyways, when you get good, you can tell them why they even call it cat. Like why? Why? And then if you get good like John Madden, you can make it a joke. If you look at the quarter, the quarter, the quarter is just sitting over there like a cat ready to jump on it. No, no. Jump on a house mouse that you got running around a basement. I always thought it was just a C word that fit for a corner blitz. There you go. But you can get cat in particular is it's like a sneaky. It's like a pound. Yeah, it does feel like a cat is run with it. Fuck it. Well, you can check out that video and the upcoming video on analytics on the same YouTube page. You're watching right now. Or if you're watching, I guess on Spotify or something like that. These are all be on the YouTube page because there is film and video necessary to make these work. Yeah. If you have something you want us to break down, leave it in the comments. Be happy to hear what you guys are interested in seeing it. Man, we'd love to hear that. And that does it for new news brought to you by all state. You're in good hands with all state. Before we recap week three in the NFL, we've got a new segment. Brandon wants to roll the tape in the football justice system. Hand based celebrations are considered a special heinous on the new Heights podcast that dedicated hosts to investigate these vicious fractions are members of an elite squad known as the first team of Ivy Lee at Harvard, ever heard of it. Two time. Pro from the San Francisco 49ers, please welcome the NFL bad boy accused of quote an offensive demonstration that could reasonably be construed as being in court taste. The juice. Kyle Euscher. Thank you. Oh, no. No, no. I'll play. I mean, what? My listen. Let's go. Let's go. All right. I'm good. I'm good. I'm good. Boys. Hey, good to be here. Good to be with my, my Northeast Ohio brother in come on, baby. It is an honor to have you, even under these circumstances, I can't believe it's been this long. Come on. The biggest like I fullback was always my favorite position. I looked up to Mike Allstad Lorenzo, Neil, I played fullback in middle school. I've loved every fullback I've ever played with. You are the pinnacle of the fullback position and it's an honor to have you on new Heights Kyle. Hey, I appreciate that. Outside of you, touch on the ball. You basically were a fullback. They used to be like, do you pull that in the office, do you know what it's like? Well, it's awesome. We'll start with what's happening on hand first. How dare you? What? What? What? What. I'm a monster. Yeah. Yeah. Absolutely monster. What was in the glass? What? What? What was the contents from your perspective? Listen, I've literally, so I've been doing this celebration at least seven years maybe more. I feel like I might have even done it in college once like, so my nickname for the longest - The next time has been juice. - I have. - Literally a juice.
box on my thive pad, the whole stadium when I touch the ball. So, and homage to that is I literally I drink juice and that's been going down for the longest time. But for whatever reason this past week, it was out of line, man. The way you did it, the way you went up, it was beer. You could tell it was beer. It was a full jug. Yeah, everyone knows you know the full jug on a juice. Yeah, you can't you can't drink juice when you got the Bud Light patio in the end. When you're putting food, the Bud lights sell you can. Oh my gosh. It's a hypocrisy, man, hypocrisy at the highest level. It feels they dinged a couple of other guys too. Didn't they this week? A lot of guys got fined. I saw said that there was 500,000 dollars worth of fines in week two. Jesus. Is it really that egregious? Yeah, exactly. I feel like unless there's something way out of line, what are we doing here, guys? What are we doing? Like and also like I don't need a 15,000 dollar fine to make me stop doing something. Hey, just why don't you just reach out to me and be like, Hey, maybe, you know, don't do that. Right. Hey, I mean, this is a whole different thing though, because even if this was beer, what's the problem? Correct. Yeah, the NFL has beer labeled out of like every single thing in the stadiums. Like you just said, it's on every commercial break. They're an official sponsor of the NFL. It feels just very weird that all of a sudden they're cracking down on this one specific thing. I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if after I scored, they cut to Jason jumping through a table in Buffalo and then you're gonna be right. That's a real sick thing that probably happened. You immediately just got to a butt like a merciless. No question. Jason shirt off. Chuck in theaters. In the finding process, you have an opportunity to appeal when you've been accused from juice. I believe you have that coming up. And you've had a few of these before, right? I know what I'm going into. It's funny. It's like a real court hearing. And I will say I've got a pretty good record. I think I want the Harvard man. He has paid attention. I'm like Texas. There isn't a bunch of dummies out there, man. We got to spark you. You would love one of my appeals. It had to do with leading with the crown in my head. And I hit him with Newton's like second law. Object emotion remains in motion. Stay in motion and object that rest stays there. And I'm pretty sure they got the other side of the phone just had his jaw down. He fucking brought out Isaac man. Hard to dispute a law of science juice. Are you taking Jason's legal advice? Jason tweeted out should juice should threaten to counter sue for defamation. I'm going to take it in consideration. But you know what's funny is like so like I said the day after like I don't even really drink beer like I probably I drink maybe like five times a year like in the off season. But after I said that I started thinking about it. I'm like all right, there's two common denominators of when I do drink alcohol. And I realized that the one of them I was in band and dunes. I was at Titan you with. And I was just sweating. We got some bad influences around. And they're the ones that are leading me astray. I'm telling you. Oh man, we're just having a good time. Nobody's. Yeah. I mean just one. Just one. That's all I need. Just one. Just nothing too crazy. George has said that your new nickname is beer. Is that going to stick you thing? It's been kind of like I've got the chefs in the cafeteria are calling me beer. The janitors are they beer like people see. They love it. Juices out the window. We're not going to let you get out of here. Obviously this is a crazy thing that happened this past week. But we do got to talk about some full-backed with you still. Yeah, baby. It's been more full-back usage than there has been a long time the NFL. You've obviously been featured a lot over the last decade. The Shanahan system. Where do you feel like the position is right now in the NFL? Yeah. I mean, I love to see that up tick. But I think it's I've always said it's one of those cyclical things that you know, as defenses adapt to offenses, now offenses start adapting back to the defense. You know, you saw the huge spike in offenses being an 11 personnel, three wide receivers. So the defense has countered that with smaller linebackers. A lot of converted safety is going to linebacker so that you could match that speed, be able to play in space. And then now as you see the defenses have gotten smaller and faster. You're seeing that up tick with full-backed usage. You're seeing all this 13 personnel, 22 personnel. So we're kind of just bringing it right back that all right? If you're going to have smaller defenders on the field, let's have some bigger guys that we can attack you and just go downhill. And so I just think it's going to constantly go back and forth. I'm obviously I'm super stoked to see that there's, you know, other full-backs out there that are getting some burn. And I love to see that there's more offenses in general that just that use that type of scheme. And I hope it continues to go up. And I hope to see a little bit more of it in college as well. So it's not always converted linebackers and and converted guards, defense tackles, that type of stuff. You know, I'd love to see some like real true full-backs that have been playing the position for a while. So one of the things that I think makes it unique about you is in one of the reasons I think you've been there the whole time is you're a full-backed but you can easily line up at tight end. You can line up in a slot position. Like that's what's always stood out to me about Shanahan's offense is how and why you're such a central figure to it is like you're saying, okay, if you want to play small, dude, we can pack it in here in juice. So isolate any of these guys he can block and end if we need them to. Like if we want to spread it out because they're going big, like the multiplicity of formations in plays you can get to when you have a guy like you is pretty awesome to see. And the creativity that comes with it. Would you agree with that? Yeah, I appreciate that. And I've always kind of hung my head on that of being versatile. Like literally my nickname and from my high school newspaper was Mr. Versatility. Okay, boys, I've played. Oh, yeah, the Medina Gazette, shout out. But it's really, I mean, you see it a lot. I'm not the only one on this offense. You know, Debo Sam, he's a wide receiver. Another one is running back. Contributions are running back at the plays receiver. George is a tight end in the plays receiver. Like we have so many kind of like positionless players that Kyle just does such a good job of mismatch in people and putting this everywhere so that we can take advantage of stuff. It reminds me. Well, you guys are doing offensively reminds me what New England did defensively for years, right? Like they had all these linebackers and it's like, okay, they can be in a four down front. Then they put a guy in the line of scrimmage. They can be five down and those like those Jamie Collins high tower, those guys that can be anywhere. And it's like, man, are we treating this guy like he's a down guy? Cause I don't want to leave the half back on him. And then like, okay, he can go out there and cover a tight end and coverage. I'm like, what is happening here? You know firsthand what a pain that can be when it comes to identifying the defense, especially now defense aligning or wearing these single digit numbers. Right. You're like, all right. It's a D linebacker. Are we in a four down front? Are we sliding or are we in a man protection? Like it does make it tough when guys can play a lot of different spots. So offense or defense. So were you always a fullback? No. So growing up, I was a quarterback, like all through middle school and early high school, ended up playing like running back tight end receiver, everything defense. I was always an inside linebacker. And then when I went to college, I was a tight end, but I was, I was basically a glorified receiver. Like I was in the slot 90% of the time. I only had my hand in the dirt like 10% of the time. And I'd go to fullback for short yardage and go white stuff. That's a lot of the offenses around our days. Yeah. Did you have like favorite players growing up? Who are the guys that you liked when you were a kid? Wayne Crabette was my hero. Timeout. Come on. The name Crabette. Why are you a receiver for the New York Jets? Number 80. Short didn't wear gloves. Like taped his fingers, went to Hofstra, he was just a grimy blue collar guy. He was my number one. He played on Astro turf, man. Oh, yeah. Before middle school, I think I read his autobiography like five times, like I was obsessed. And then when I got older, Dallas Clark was my favorite. And that's why I started wearing 44 is because he was a tight end that could run routes and was legitimate like a receiver. And again, didn't wear gloves. No gloves. I didn't wear gloves to my junior year of college. And then you realize, oh shit, gloves work. Well, to this day, I wear the weather gloves, no matter what. Because when I first started wearing gloves, I'm like, well, I don't even want the stickiness. I just wanted the protection from when I was blocking. So I'm like, let's have have the most natural feel as possible.
a little bit still have that protection. So I still wear all weather gloves. - Yeah, it blows my mind seeing linemen that wear the sticky gloves. Like I don't like the way that feels when I'm trying to grab, like it just, I don't feel like it has the same like textury feel, it doesn't feel right. - When you snapped, did you have a glove on your right hand? - No, I tried doing that for like a year or two and the snaps weren't consistent enough, so I got rid of it. I would tape the shit out of 'em. My right hand would be like all cut up and bloody once after the first game through the end of the season. - Always. - Yeah, I gotta talk 49. As we talk full back, you guys are freaking rolling right now, man. - Hey, absolutely. - I think every, you guys start a big game against the Rams. Everybody's kind of talking about the Rams all off season and you guys go to Australia, put on a hell of performance. I don't know, man, keep a rolling brother. It's fun to watch right now. You got the 49ers are healthy and back. Well, it's trying to be healthy. - It's like, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. - Yeah, exactly. - So, like, people, they want to talk about the new young hotness and I get it, but listen, we played a lot of football, we've had a lot of success and like, we know how to win games and play together, so I like it. - Oh, right. Damn, sure dude. - You guys are giving them a lot to talk about now, baby. Absolutely rolling. Brock Perty is out there fucking slinging it around, man, making crazy plays with his legs. It's fun to fucking watch you guys play, man. And you're the pinnacle of the position, brother. You're the best to ever do it in my eyes. I appreciate you jumping on with this and good luck with your appeal a little later on. - Thanks for that. - And I don't know why. I'm just going to put it out here, but I feel like all roads are going to end at freaking Kansas City and San Francisco again. - Oh, man, let's do it again, baby. - Let's do it again. - Always a bigger man. - Out in LA, let's do it. - Let's do it, baby. - Thank you, Josh, for sending partner Reese's. Do quarterbacks have hand pouches to warm their hands or hide their Reese's? - Yeah, that's a good question because nobody needs both hands warm in the fourth quarter. You only need one warm hand to throw a football. You know what they need? They need a snack. - That's their game plan. And here's yours, a king size in the jacket. Maybe minis in the cargo pants, a good old two-pack tucked in the hoodie pouch, just in case the game goes into overtime. - Because no one's showing up with empty pockets. - You're loading up. - Forget the foam finger. The ultimate fan accessory is an orange wrapper. - Look, pay close attention this season. And you may realize everything happens for Reese's. - Yes, it does. - Thank you, Josh. Pots are all state. - Checking all state first could save you on renters insurance. - Not checking if the garden hose is connected properly before you turn on the water. - Yeah. - It's shooting sideways and your socks are soaked before you can shut it off. - Yeah, checking first is the right move. How about it, man? - All right, let's start with some positive bold topics. Chiefs 24 dolphins 10, Trav, take us down to what it was like in South Florida. - First of all, how hot was it? - It was hot. It was definitely hot. We've been practicing at some crazy heat and humidity here in Kansas City over the past three weeks, though. So it's been kind of, we've been fortunate that much of Mother Nature has been gearing us up for this, yeah, gearing us up for this game specifically, because it was hot. It was hot and humid. There were times when the sun was hiding behind the clouds, but there were also times where as of this picture, it was just, it felt like. - It ain't hot. - Yeah, but I'm not going to lie. It was a luxury on the sideline. Once you got to the sideline, we had a nice little cabana with air condition seats, and I'm not going to lie. I had the best seat in the house, Jason. - Dude, air condition seats are a game changer. - Are you fucking kidding me? And it's not just like cold air coming up through the tank. It's like just saying it right up there, man. It's not just like a fan, you know what I mean? Like I was sitting in a fridge on the sideline, and that was keeping me fresh. Because typically you're not, you don't have air condition seats, and you're just sweating from the humidity of the South Florida. - Good, yes. - But outside of the heat and the weather, it was a beautiful day, and we got out of there with a two-score victory. - Well, it was a very fun game to watch. We were all cheering you on, and the Kelsey Household, Papa Kelsey came over to watch the game. The girls, everybody had a great time. You started off right from the get-go, right? Only finished with two reception, but the first one out the game, I believe it was 48 yards. - Yep, it was a big one. I was butt naked open. Nobody within 10 to 15 yards of me. And you know, it goes back to me asking, you know, how did the heck did I become the most yards after the catchwell? It's because Andy reads dialed-in-a-play. - Yeah, they were, I don't have anyone near me. So I was excited about the first 15 this week. I had a lot of great stuff in there. Sure enough, we scored the first touchdown after four plays, get back out there and put a 11-play drive together to score again. So it was, we came out hot. We got to be able to finish, drives a lot of flags on both sides of the ball for both teams. Kind of, you know, puts a halt to the momentum that you're trying to get, kills drives. - Been a lot of that across the NFL, man. - Yeah, and you just gotta try to, you know, hone in on those fundamentals, make sure you're not given the rest anything to fuck the call. That's just how the game goes. So we killed ourselves in a lot of ways. Probably should have ran away with it there in the second half but found a way to really finish strong on both sides of the ball. And yeah, got out of there with a victory. - I do want to, because you mentioned the penalty thing, and it was something that I noticed on Sunday, and I've noticed all like early season. There have been, it feels like there's been so many penalties in big crucial moments. That sounds called back. So I seen your correspondent Ryan, uh, Ryan Pagnetti of analytics. I did ask him, I was like, dude, how many, it feels like this is happening. So I said, how many touchdowns have been called back from penalties? As we said, 14 touchdowns have been erased by penalties so far this season. The fourth most through three weeks since the year 2000. And that doesn't count last night. I don't know if there was one last night. There was a couple that kind of ruined drives but I don't know if they called them back specifically. Seven alone on Sunday, which is the eighth highest individual week out of 450 weeks since 2000. There have been 16 penalty plays that have been a swing of at least 10% winning the game percentage. The highest. This is where the analytics kind of get, I get a little lost, but it's an interesting stat. 16 penalty plays that have been a swing of at least a 10% chance to win the game. The highest total through three weeks since the year 2000. So they've been all over the place. And a lot of them have been these DPI ones, where it's like an underthrowing ball. And I don't know what you do if you're the cornerback. Like I just, it's, it's tough, man. Everybody's trying to do their job. Uh, but at the same time, I'm not going to lie. I had one and it's just you're kind of sitting there. You're, you're, you're playing football and you see some laundry on the, on the field. And you're just like, man, what could that have been? And then to realize that you were a part of it. You're just like, oh, that's sweet. Yeah. A lot of people are asking, "Trav, you're off to one of the best starts of your career." And you're in year 14. Patrick Brennan put a little perspective on some of those performances. In terms of performance for a 37-year-old receiver to start a season, Travis Kelsey is off to the best start in recorded history. And that's not even really close. I'm the best geezer to ever play the game. Talk about analytics. Look at this chart. In terms, in terms of a performance for a 37-year-old receiver.
in your old mother fucker. I'm thirty six. Well, thirty seven and a week or I think yeah, literally Monday. No, he wants to get some other tweets. Uh, another guy K C sports network Travis turning back the clock. Travis is recorded. Fifty five plus receiving yards in each of his first three games in a season for the first time since 2021. That's a wild step. Yeah, it's crazy. Man, 2021 was only five was five years ago, man. And then nuts Travis Kelsey is having 16.5 yards per catch new three games. He hasn't averaged 13 13 yards per catch since 2020. Bottom line is you're getting wide the fuck open. Partly because of you, partly because of Andy, partly because of Kenneth Walker or whatever is working. It's working. Paddy cuts is taking all the credit though. Do you see this? Paddy cuts. Listen, man, the fades give me powers, man. Listen, Dion said it best, man. You look good. You play good, man. That's right. It's feeling good, man. Shout out to Paddy cuts. Dyson me up every two weeks. All right. Everyone also pointed out that my amy is the place where you scored your first NFL touchdown. I didn't even know that. Let's see the first touchdown of Travis's career. Two time outs that night was by his side, they go underneath. This is Kelsey, who is so terrific last week to the pilot. That is a Kansas City touchdown. Hey, hey, we were on the couch questioning. So, be honest, when you hit the ground, it looked like you made control, but your arm moved a little bit. Did the ball at any point, it never left my hand. But did it jiggle? Did it jiggle? No. Did it wobble? No. Did it wiggle wobble? No. No. No. Well, either way, big touchdown catch, two huge receptions in the Chief's win against Miami. You gave away your record breaking Jersey to Duane Bow. Is this true? Shout out to Dee Bow. My God, Duane Bow, man. I love Duane, man. He came up to me before the game and just asked me, he was like, hey, I need one of those. I was like, you got today. You got tonight's the baby, let's go. Oh, yeah. Yeah. And I did. I had no idea that before the game that I was even close to this record. And I wasn't going to go back like, hey, Bow, I'm going to get you another one, dog. So I was just like, yeah, man, he was the OG in the in the locker room on the offense my early years. Really showed me what it was to be a great teammate. Somebody who just loved the game with football and loved the atmosphere of being a pro at living out your dreams. And he instilled that in everybody of the building, man. And you can't find a single person on this earth that has anything bad to say about Duane Bow and who he was in the building. And so to see him coming back to game still and and ask me for Jersey, I'm on our brother. Dee Bow, man, he was a problem. That is for sure, especially him over the Duane. Come on now. Come on. Anything else you want to talk about from the game? Trev? What else do I like? What were your guys' main takeaways? Nothing? Just to keep it rolling. There's always ways that you can, you know, fine-tune this thing, get better, play harder for the guy next to you in crucial moments. We got guys that can make guys miss, man. And when you get the the non-stop blocking till the whistle and you get guys' body on a body, you don't realize until you watch film and it's like, man, if I were to just stay on this guy for an extra second to two seconds and just grinded this out, man, the guy that just made three guys miss could be 40 yards downfield. It's hard to, you know, manage that and and to be thinking about that and and everything, but at the same time, man, if we if we could do that on every play, not that we're not doing that at all because we're doing a great job on that. But it's just like focusing on that and making sure that even if you're on the backside or you have a block or you have a route where you're not necessarily the the one that's getting the ball or the main concept. What you're doing after the catch or what you're doing for that second effort, man, means something. So I think that's going to be a huge focus and starts with working your ass off in practice because the only way you can do that in a game is if you do that every single rep in practice and you gain that endurance to be able to do that because that's the biggest thing is guys trying not necessarily take a playoff, but no, that is 100% it. I always felt like early in the season and the off season, you get so intuned to like internal clock in practice where like, okay, I'm blocking doing my job and then the plays over whenever the thud happens or whatever. When a game, it doesn't happen like that guys break tackles, get things get extended, the quarterback tries to make a play happen and you all of a sudden need to play a little bit longer and through the whistle. And that's one of the things we're highlighting this on Monday night football. I wanted to do it for a couple years. We call it finding work. But it's like, yeah, all of these, yeah, Jay Mac, all of these big plays happen a lot of the times because guys keep blocking, right? The big Jameer Gibbs cup back from last week. My man Jared golf getting a block on the backside. Jameson Williams, that's not a touchdown of those guys don't do that. And yeah, these are the things that like until you start playing games again, you don't realize, oh, I need to actually keep going here. I think once you start doing it, so I'm with you 100%. And it, that makes a huge difference at the end of the day. But there's that and there's just cleaning up the penalties and just the mistakes where if we just keep our eyes on the defense, we see things come in, we anticipate the blitzes, we anticipate the movement. We get bodies on bodies and we're cooking in that regard too. So always working to get better and going into week four with a lot of momentum and an excitement for for three and O Raiders team there. I'll fire it up. And yeah, we know we got a big one this week. Well, let's get to the not so fun one to talk to. A rough one for the Eagles. Seven to 27 bears. Monday night football. Jason was in the house had the peaky blinders on. Was it the scully cap any time you were a Jeff cap now, you're like impersonating like a 1910s, but it's like people still wear Jeff caps. Like people are aware of this. Right? Yeah. Still like a piece of a tie. Not gonna lie. The Salden pepper you got going on in the beard, man. It was like it just blended right in with all of his perfect. But let's get to the game, man. Eagles actually came out. I thought great. The bears offense. Back up quarterback case, kingdom case, kingdom comes out looking fucking like the starter. He looked like he was he was in sync. Didn't miss a beat with a with coming in and and the bears were rolling offensively as well. But what are your thoughts on the game? No, I mean, you hit the nail in the head. I think all pre show and we're talking we're talking a lot about the last time that Eagles played the bear. So last year, Black Friday, the game of 281 yards on the ground. It's like, hey, they need to stop the run. They need to make case kingdom win this game. And it felt like the noise coming out of Chicago, at least from my perspective, I tried to bring this up. It felt like Ben Johnson had confidence in case kingdom coming into this. Like just in the way he was talking and not like a usual way. You know what I mean? Like some coaches when the when the backups going in, it already feels almost like the excuses are getting ready to happen. I was like, yeah, well, listen, we got to do with what the hand we're down and we're going to go out there and we're going to battle and it's like that was not what it sounded like. Like it sounded very confident with the head coach going into the game, especially a play collar. And right away, I mean, I think they might have called like two runs, maybe three runs that first drive. Like they came out quick game right into the flat, ripped it out and like quickly, then they come out with a nice tight end screen to the field. All of these motions and crossers, they have an empty play where they're motion and burdening and it's a little shovel pass type thing to go in and score. It was a very bent Johnson skimmed up first 15 and I thought it got them in a rhythm immediately. And really looking back, the bears have one of the best offensive lines in football. They're right side. Jonah Jackson and Darnell Wright are two, like just monstrous human beings that are very good. And I really think for a backup quarterback to go in, the biggest thing you're worried about. Okay, can he be comfortable with the ball? He's got a great offensive line. All right, the scheme is something that, you know, when you're 30 years old, you're in the league for a long time. A lot of the reasons you're still there is because you know that stuff in and out mentally. So there's no question that he's going to be able to execute what Ben Johnson's going to ask him to do. Now, can he make the off schedule things happen? The Caleb can't can he do all these incredible throws across the field and make magic happen? Like that's not going to be his skill set. But he can damn sure do what Ben Johnson's scheming up. And he executed it flawlessly. Their them as an offense did. You know, the Eagles defense struggled, right? They did a much better job against the run than they did last year. But at the expense of giving up so much in the back end, and you know, there's still a lot of mistackles at the safeties. And guys just it felt, you know, there's a frustrating game to watch as an Eagles fan because this Vick Fanger defense and the Eagles defense have been so good. And they've had games like this, right? The last year against Chicago two years ago against the Bucks and the Falcons to start the season. I have confidence that they'll get this rectified. They have one of the best deep coordinators and defensive minds in football. Over the last 30, 40 years, however long Vick Fanger has been coaching. But it was a it was a bad performance on Monday night against a really, really good Chicago Bears offense with Ben Johnson, probably, if not the best one of the best schemers in the NFL currently. So definitely a wake-up call for the defense thought, you know, they had multiple times where they could have got off the field and just didn't happen. I guess the Bears really only had that one drive that they failed in the Red Zone. After the, uh, Oh, the all of a sudden.
Yeah, yeah, which is a hard breaker shot at the 11. I will say this though, you were talking about the stuff in the run game case, Keenam, uh, final ways in the in the past game. It still felt like the Eagles were there. It was like it was right there and Keenam just was putting, putting the ball and in tight windows and the, the receivers were coming up huge, uh, on the reception side of, of, of the throw and, um, and that's tough, man, when you're, when you're, when you're right there, you have a tick and the offense is just timing-wise, just finding away every single rep, man. It breaks you down, man. It just felt like they had that connection going all game, but it was very weird. The offense on the Eagle side definitely felt like it was rolling until the sideline hit, the late hit on Jalen, he has to go into the blue tent. He's waiting for the NFL to give him the go, to come back out. Unfortunately, Dalton comes in, doesn't see the safety in the back of the end zone, throws a pick. All of a sudden, now it's not what it was when they were rolling. I don't know how you avoid that because it didn't look like he got concussed. It didn't look like it was a situation where he got up slow or seemed to be, I was very confused on why they pulled him. He got up a little slow, I think. If you're watching in the stadium, it wasn't like a hot backup type thing. And the league always errors on putting guys in the blue tent. I just, you know, I get it. They're trying to protect guys or trying to make sure they're looking out for guys' best interests and health. It just sucked that it happened in that moment for the Eagles, right? They put together an incredible drive. They get all the way down there. And by the way, like the holding called Lane Johnson, like for those that don't know, that happened when Jalen's breaking the pocket. It is so hard to go from past blocking for a guy right behind you to then all of a sudden he leaks out in front of you and to let to know to let go at that exact moment. I don't like that the league officiates that as strictly as possible because it's a bang bang thing on the tackle. And it's like, he's not trying to restrict him from running that way. It's just some that naturally happens, whatever. But the fact that a holding call is offsetting with what happened to Jalen on the sideline is pretty crazy. Those two shouldn't be offsetting. Like that's like the equivalent of like, hey, hey, you, you got a J walking ticket and you're, you're being charged with aggravated assault. Those offset each other. What are we talking about? That shouldn't. The person who falls should absolutely like take precedence over this other penalty, like coming from two J walkers. Those two. Yeah. I thought in J walk, you do not, they're not at the same level. I don't think that there should be some penalties. I think supersede other ones, especially when it comes to player safety. Not J walk. But yeah, it is what it is. The ego still had an opportunity to score. I do think they didn't run push on that first, like they had a first down and inches. And I think they got the back of quarterback Annie Dalton in. There's a higher prevalence. You have fun with no snaps because of the way guys fire out. If you haven't wrapped it. So I was a little surprised. They're gonna get the rocket. We got to get the red rockets. Some fucking push reps. That's what I'm saying. I think you got to go to push there. And the bears, they don't go to push on their third and one play. Right. And they try to trap Jalen Carter. You get to TFL. I think so many of these guys overthink that situation. Actually, the bears had a really, they had a really creative sneak later in the game. Do you see that? You know, sucker sneak. Yep, pole guards. Yep. That was pretty nifty. Of course, Ben Johnson whipping that out. That was, that was cool. But yeah, I think he off. He was off into the general was rolling in the first half outside of self-inflicted mistakes, right? Like the first drive, they get off some really good plays and then they have the intentional grounding. Then they rip off a big run on first down the next drive. That gets called back from a hole or something like that. Then they have the fumble. I mean, a lot of self-inflicted stuff in that first half for the Eagles. They end up getting points going into half with an amazing two-minute drive by Jalen to get them down there. Tush push at less than a second. I mean, that ball barely got off and into the end zone. They went in 10-7. I mean, it was remarkable the game was that close. The bears really had the possession and was dominating most of that first half. And then the second half, it just felt like they kind of got caught up on some of the runs. Like it wasn't like guys were really really blowing up but they weren't hitting them the same way. And then when they got into third and longs, I thought Dennis Allen did a great job in his pressure package. And I've seen this. I've been a part of this horse show. You do not want to be in third and long when Dennis Allen is a DC. He's got all these like, he's mugging up seven eight guys. Then he's in the dime world and he's got odd dime mugs and their blitz and saw the inside guys are dropping out. TJ Edwards gets the interception on one of them. Another one he bats down. And you can see this happening, right? Like he's checking to a max protect. You know, he knows that it could be pressure. It could be a max drop. They're just really hard situations to execute in. You try and limit those situations. Get it being in that situation is tough. So you want to really be good on first and second down. So you don't get caught in tough situations like that where you have to drop back knowing that that's the situation. That's what the defense is going to give you. Well, and it's hard. It felt like they were kind of a step ahead of us a little bit in there. Like we were always trying to catch up. Okay, they dropped out that time. Now we're going to do this. And then what we're doing the next time isn't what's best for that version of it. Like it just felt like we were off in all of the answers to that stuff watching it. And then there was some other like play action blitzes where, you know, guys are blitzing later green dog in and they don't get the throw completed or a guy. The backs guys blitzing and the offensive line could have taken them. It was one of those games where I think there's a lot to learn from and handling the pressure on the tape. And I'm sure the Eagles will go back to working at that. But ultimately offensively, I'm happy they got the ground game going. The offensive line played really good from a run blocking standpoint. And for the most part, they blocked really well, just blocking their guys. There's some, there's some pressure things that they need to sort out. And that's not just the old line. That's quarterback, old line, having answers as a unit, like all that stuff. And then defensively, obviously, that's a big thing. They got to clean up. So all in all, you know, frustrating game, whenever you lose and are dominated like that on prime time, it's a bad feeling. You know, I mean, you know, like I do, I remember playing the Saints and we lost by like 50 points. And then we're playing that same Saints team in the playoffs. You don't think we're thinking about that. And then we went out there and then we go out in that game and we like, I think we gave up like 14. Like it was a close game. We barely defense. They had a great game offensively. We came up short. So it's early in the season. I think Vick and these guys, they still have good players over in that defense side of the ball. They got to iron out what they're doing. Ben Johnson, man, he's had our number the last couple of times you played him. It's been impressive to watch all the motions and the way he builds things, the way he gets the empty. It's, it really is fun to watch that offense, even when it's kicking your ass. You got to tip your hat to it. I hear you, brother. And it was, it was a tough one for the birds, but they got some ball players over there. And they always, you know, anytime there's a hiccup, they come back stronger. So expect the birds to get right back on track. Who you guys got next week? Next week is the Rams. They didn't get any easier. We go Rams next week. And then we'll be in London the following week. I'll be on the call on that one against Jacksonville. Jacksonville's playing as good as any team in the NFL right now. Trevor Lawrence has been fantastic to three weeks. And on fire, man, Liam Cohen, man, he is those guys rolling down there in DuVon. That Parker Washington, man. Really good. Where the fuck did that come from? I didn't, I don't know. What's he? He was showing up a little bit last year. Last year. Yeah, I didn't see enough of the Jacksonville's games to know. But that dude is a fucking ball player, man. Do Jacksonville because they don't get a lot of the prime time love because of the market and everything. Nobody really sees it. Dude, they were rolling last year. They're a really good team. I remember playing them. We felt too early. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. Exactly. And that was a Monday night game. So we did see that one. They're a very good team. Parker Washington started coming on last year really well for them. And he's come out the gate, flying around. I thought they were going to miss ETN a little bit. They are still rolling on all cylinders offensively. So yeah, I mean, it's going to be a good stretch here. Rams. Really good team. And they're going to be looking for blood after losing that one late to the Broncos. So it's going to be a hard fuck game this week for the Eagles. And then traveling over the pond the following week to Jacksonville, short week to kind of try and get back right after a game like this. Right on, brother. Well, good luck to those birds. Thank you to our sponsor Cole Gate Total. On offense, it's important to prevent problems from the moment the ball is snapped. That's true. Otherwise, you're just out there running cardio. We had some absolute bangers, some big time matchups, one down in Brazil, but let's first let's get to the unbeaten's and the win list, Chiefs Raiders bills, Niners viking, sneaking in there. Not everybody thought they were going to be undefeated, but I'm pretty sure and right defense baby. Kind of the two, but Niners are rolling bills, fucking rolling. Unfortunately, Dolphins, Texans, Chargers, Titans, Bucks are all win lists. A few Texans, Chargers, Bucks, probably being the two that everyone would not have released foreseeable. Yeah. Uh, the only teams to make the playoffs after O and three starts since 2000 are what teams, Jason? Well, I can see it on the screen, Travis. Should I act like I don't know because I didn't know that gee, Travis, I don't know. I don't know. Give it to your best guess. Is it the 2018 and the 2025 Houston Texans? The only right answer. That's god damn you. Nice. I knew it. I knew it. Go ahead. No, listen, you already said it. Major surprise that they're O and three. I mean, there are a lot of questions this off season with Todd Bowles and kind of how the team didn't live up to expectations last season. They start out this year, O and two last game Baker Mayfield goes down as they're losing. I mean, it's just a really bad start, unfortunately for Tampa Bay. Love Todd Bowles. Play with them and Philadelphia for a year, a couple years and just a heck of a defensive coach. Yeah. Uh, and the Baker Mayfield, I mean, he's one of our favorites. You hate to see him go down with the thumb thing. Fuck. Just location. I think is what they're calling it. So yeah, I mean, just vibes do not look great right now down in Tampa Bay. Yeah. It's not looking good. Chargers. The other big surprise. I think everybody expected this Mike McDaniel, Justin Herbert. What's the word I'm looking for this partnership marriage to get off to a great start and to really be outstanding. We're looking for two of numbers there. Everybody was thinking it was going to be not, I want to say two of numbers, but when two was rolling and they had Waddle and Tyriek and all the running backs getting downhill and they had so much speed. Well, they don't necessarily have those guys out there in L.A. and I think, you know, although they have some fucking ball players at the skill position. Lad McConkey. Lad's a dog or in Hampton Hampton's another dog, but they got to they got to keep finding those pieces to to come alive. And I think Herbert is, you know, he's a superstar, man. I think he's he's got all the talent in the world, man, but he's just got to be more consistent with it. I think it's also like I've watched I'm a huge fan of Mike McDaniel's offense. I've watched it a bunch when he was in Miami, but at times like last year, they had some guards in their plan that were a little new and you could see, you know, sometimes when you're so creative and you're doing all this cool stuff, the detail and things can get a little bit lost because you're doing so much and the motions and everything happening. I just wonder if it's just going to take some time. They're doing a lot of unique plays, unique schemes, things that guys have never done before, including the quarterback. So I anticipate of getting getting better, obviously, O and three is a bad start. They're missing Jesse Menter on the defensive side of the ball, shout out to the old ball coach that we were in, we were with and Cincinnati, but, you know, I do think that they're going to get better offensively as they get more familiar with the system, including Justin Herbert speaking of our old ball coaches down there and old Rio De Janeiro and having some fun, man, crazy, crazy game, crazy ending to the game, Ravens Cowboys Cowboys go up and have the ball on the two with 23 seconds left down 31, 28. That's a horrendous, horrendous, DPI. Go ahead. Oh my gosh. That was that game. That's what got them down there. Man, the defenders looking, trying to make a play on the ball and the offensive players pulling his arm. I just, you know me, I never get on the officials, they're, they need to get this cleaned up in my opinion. The, the passive fear and stuff down the field has been completely egregious. You need to be more strict throwing this flag, knowing what's at stake. That's not even a catchable ball. I think it's catchable, but the bottom line is the defender is the only one making a play at it. I don't want these things to be reviewable, but there were enough this past week that I think were missed calls and bad calls. I don't know if they need to start getting together as a group to make the call and do it by committee. That doesn't feel right either. I just think when the game's on the line, please air on only throwing it if it's clear and obvious. Like, that's my only thing. It is crazy that Dallas didn't get a touchdown on the ensuing ball at the two yard line. That isn't safe. They, they got a full start. It backed them up. And shot, hammer goes a time out with 14 seconds left instead of letting the clock tick down. Baltimore should have never got the ball back. It was a completely botched end of game scenario by Dallas, which is the only reason Baltimore won the game. They still had to execute, but they shouldn't have even had the opportunity. I know how hard officiating is. I know that these guys do a tremendous job and it is thankless and I don't like getting on the officials. I just think that there needs to be a long look at some of these plays and things getting called back. Like, is this really worth it? It's only going to help them in terms of the scrutiny that they get if there is somebody up in the, if there is just one more ref, but they tried doing the replay thing with defensive passer interference before and it was a fucking cluster fuck. Yeah. You're right. The only way I could see them doing that is if it wasn't a reviewable play, like it's not a challengeable play, but NFL, the NFL can official review it. You know what I'm saying? No, 100. I don't, I don't want teams challenging DPI. Because then they're going to challenge any big play and try and get it overtaken. But somebody upstairs, if they see it's obvious that that call is screwed up, obvious, it has to be, it has to be a no brainer. It has to be like the one in the Denver Rams. Well, that's the thing. Which ones are obvious? That's the problem. That's what this opens up, man. To me, that's obvious that that's not DPI. To me, it's obvious that the Denver Rams one wasn't DPI, but there is still some contact and it's like, especially you start slowing things down. It's just hard. When you start slowing things down. It's frustrating as a fan when you're watching the game and you're like, that's not even close to the right call. And then it's in a heightened part of the game where it's like, I don't think officials should be determining this game. Like that's my big thing. It's like, unless it is, in that's the way they usually officiate the end of the game. Like, Hail Mary's, they never throw the flag unless it's just absurd. Which is no. Even then, it could be in as absurd as it could possibly. I've literally gotten tackled fucking four or five times and it's like, bro, what the fuck? Whenever I see a guy's arm, go limp and fly in the air, I think it should be mandatory that you don't call it. Ah, the flop. I'm dead serious. I'm over on the flops. There's doing it on defense now. Guys, whenever they get a little bit of like the ball goes past him, they just throw it up to try and get a late holding call. That shit is stupid. Like, I hate the fact that he flailed his wrist. He went lip wrist. If you go lip wrist on a football field, you don't get a call. That should be the NFL's official stance. Lip wrist. No call. You've negated the call. There's no other way to use that wrist movement. That's my hot take. I'm not going to lie. That was, I could feel your anger in your frustration. If your arms flail because it doesn't ever happen. The only time that happens is when a guy's flopping. That should be the telltale sign that you're, you're bullshit because nobody falls like that. If you're playing through it and actually trying to make the play, you're not doing that. I hear you. Oh, man. Well, not going to lie. It was a tight end kind of weekend. That's right. The stat of the week. There were 20 touchdown catches by tight ends alone. Fuck. I love it. Love that. Love that. That's rule. Tight ends rule. The most in any day in NFL history. 92%ers want you guys to tell them the best international call on the game winning field goals. I'll tee that up for you. Oh, nice. We have a collection of four international calls here. Let's do this. All right. Let's hear it. All right. Let's hear it. All right. All right. Let's hear it. All right.
I do love French, oh, that's good. You don't always hear the French. You get an exciting. [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [LAUGHTER] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [LAUGHTER] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] Go back, go back. I want to hear more of the German call. I heard a ZG. [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] I mean, those are electric. Those are all good. [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] I'm probably going Portuguese just because that is Brazil's native language, which I think you got to give it. It was in Rio, got to go Portuguese. I do love French. Kylie speaks French. I love the way it sounds. [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] I love every single one of them. It is funny kind of hearing where they sit in their mouth. The French is very-- the tongue is almost lazy. [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [LAUGHTER] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] The tongue is not really hitting. It's just sliding words out. [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [LAUGHTER] That's what it sounds like in my mind, which is probably terrible. [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] Yeah. [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] And then Spanish is like, the tongue is fucking all over the place. Like it is fucking rapid fire. The tongue is moving. And then German is just like very staccato. And just like, I-- [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] [NON-ENGLISH SPEECH] It's like a commander. It is. Yeah. The German one outside of wartime is a fun accent. War time, I'm not a fan of it. War time. I do like the strength. [LAUGHTER] I just picked that up. When you're watching "Saving Private Ryan," you don't love it. Yeah. There's a lot of negative connotations I have. But I feel like-- [LAUGHTER] I do like the way it sounds. I'm fucking hate. If it wasn't for the memories it brings up of history class growing up, I think I would like the German accent way more. I'd like the way it sounds. I'd like German culture. That was a good one. Okay. All right. So wait. Did you guys pick one? Portuguese. Portuguese. Travis. Yeah, Portuguese. Portuguese, it is. All right. Yeah, that wraps up bold topics. I thought that was pretty good. Jason, thank you for the last. And bold topics was brought to you by the farmer's dog. It gets you some of that healthy dog food for the pup. Gotta love it. "Stamp of the Week," baby. Let's get some "Stamp of the Week." This week, "Stamp of the Week" is brought to you by the Royal Caribbean. That's right. After some big plays this weekend, we're teaming up with them to crown a legend of the week. Jason, who you got? Minnesota coach PJ Flack for wiping his own player's blood. Honestly, I saw this. This was psychotic. I can't tell if I like it. Like most of the time, I'm usually in favor of like very caveman-esque type behavior. Like, what the fuck? What kind of psycho just rubs the guy's blood on his cheek? A Minnesota gopher head coach, psycho. You can tell the players love a man. I'm here for it, man. If the players love you like that dog after a game and everybody's getting excited with you, man, I just feel like you're a great coach, man. It's a good point. It's a good point. Sometimes when you're fucking jacked up and you're fucking fresh off a win, you just do some shit, man. I agree. But I just-- Travis. You don't always stay in the framework of a civilized human being. You're just like, fuck ag. You just let your natural raw instincts in human nature. It takes one to know when I've never done any shit like that, but I'll tell you what, man. All the times that-- You might be a hunter. I think it's big in hunting, right? You eat the heart of like your first kill or something like that or you rub the blood on you. Maybe he's a hunter. Your first point about the players being seeming to be all for it. I mean, that's all that matters. That's all that matters. Yeah. Debo Samuel set the record for most receiving yards 80 in NFL history without a kid. How the fuck is that possible? He had 80 yards without a catch. Oh, he had the hook and ladder. That's not a cat. Oh, I guess that is receiving yards. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, it's a pretty lit play. I love a good old-- I credit Travis Kelsey for the hook and ladder being a much more used player these days. He's the fuck out of here. I'm serious. We've never ran it. I know. That's the thing. No, everybody saw you starting to lateral it. And they're like, hey, actually, maybe it isn't as dangerous as we thought. This guy might be on to something. Yeah. You know what? I'm going to go off the beaten path. Obviously, he beat John Robinson. He's running this game. He's keen. I'm just beat the crap out of my Philadelphia Eagles. Chris. Yeah. Texas D and Colin Simmons. I'm going to go with the guy in my shirt. Travis, do you know what this is? Hold on. Let me pin it. That is a 50 year radio guy for the Philadelphia Eagles. It is. His name is Merrill Reese. Merrill Reese. I have heard this man. I believe you. I don't know if you've ever met him, but you've definitely heard his voice. Part of some of the biggest moments in Eagle's history. This is his 50th season with the Philadelphia Eagles has the play by play announcer. They honored him a couple of weeks ago. I was unable to make it. But I saw the t-shirt. I'm like, did I got to wear this? Nice. Awesome. Merrill, be sure. Awesome person. Incredible. Member of the Philadelphia community. Eagle's history. Honest 50th season. I'll give Merrill the season. How crazy is that? I'm going to give Merrill the stamp. Hell yeah. Shout out to Merrill Reese for that one. That's legendary stuff right there. Big guy. I'm going to go ahead and Eagles are going to absolutely kill me for this. And I'm sorry, but Case Keaton played his fucking nuts off. 24 for 34. 247 yards. Two touchdowns. One rushing TD on the on the dialed up. I'll tell you what, Ben, you can't say enough about a guy who's, you know, been built up knocked down in this league. It gets his opportunities still smiles when he goes out there and has fun. Man, he's got the kids running around before and after the game. He's just loving life right now. And it's happy. It's good to see a good guy. Go out there and have a good game and and get the love he deserves. Man, so shout out to Keaton for getting my stamp of the week. I'm not going to disagree with that after that performance. Alrighty. And that's it for stamp of the week brought to you by Royal Caribbean. And if you want to be your own legend of the week, check out RoyalCaribbean.com. All right, Travis. Next up before we get to Jamie Foxx, we got a little show in tell. Oh boy, do we. That's right. So I want all the ladies to get my cash app and my go for me. I got my workout tapes about to be online. You're playing wide deceiver too. I'm playing wide receiver, but it's a little bit of a throw up catch while I play quarterback. And I'm ready to see me. You don't say so ladies make sure you check out the 59ers for all y'all trying to catch on is going down. I was in tears. I was dying laughing. I can't believe he finesse that many people 1.3 million. Yeah. Bro, bro, bro, bro, what got me though was the workouts. He looked worse than me. I was better than you on any given Sunday. Oh, my kid's block off right there. Elite round. You know how the athletic cones are like a smaller version of a cone so you don't hit it. I love how he just got like the street cones from from like the the construction down the street. He was literally on 12. He said, yo, get them cone. So let me tell you a cool beach story though. I play sports. So I understand numbers, right? Yeah. So we on the beach, we having like a day where we playing throw up whatever we plan to live in our dreams, playing football. But just do tell this girl. She said, oh my god, did you just play? Yeah, yeah, he's playing this one. This one Ray Lewis was playing so to do so. Yeah, I just play. She said, oh, you're so fast. Yeah, I ran a 4 2 4 2. Yeah. So he gets in these girls. I ran a 4 2 1 4 1 5. So you know me. I'm just TT. I'm just laying back. I said, my dude. Let me ride. You did not run a 4 2. I said, bro, this is a Hollywood crowd. So the numbers is a, you, you're faking on the numbers and maybe you know, we in our 40s now. So you probably forgot that 4 2 is world class speed. It's no joke. I said, bro, you did not run a 4 2. So I call Ray Lewis. I said, hold on. I said, Ray, what's up? What's up? What's up? I got that country tongue. So he says my name with an asset. Yeah. Yeah. Foss. Foss. What's up? What up with your baby? I said, let's do on the beat. Say he run a 4 2s. Foss. A 4 2s. And then Ray said some wilds. Some wilds. What does that look like? I said, hold on. Hold on. How do we get to there? Look at his ass. I said, man, if he run a 4 2s, we can use him. I said, hey, man, hey, man, did you turn around? Fox, he learned. I said, cool. I said, dude, you ain't got enough ass. I'm gonna ask for a 4 2s. But I understand whoever do this to do the 49th thing, I get it because no one really know. They don't know what it takes for y'all. But I said, man, have you ever seen a real NFL player? Let me give you a little, let me talk on any given Sunday, right? Any given Sunday. Of course, like we, you know, I'm just so excited to be there on the quarterback. But the dudes that are playing are arena league football players. But for me, and Bill Bellamy, and LL, and Cameron, and God bless Al Pacino. He's like, oh, this is a big guy, Jimmy. You know, that was like five, five, four and some change. When I'm looking at the arena league, I'm like, it's a big, big sons of bitches. Until Jamie Williams, a real 49 shows up. Yeah, well, I want to feel and I look up and I just see somebody's ass again. Who is connected to that? He about to say, he said, he's six, he's six haven't. Yeah. And he was like, this, what's up, Jay cream? How you feeling? I said, yeah. What's up, Jay cream? So the difference between an NFL player and just humans. Yeah. I don't know what y'all, 'cause I've seen all the person. Jamie Williams was like so big. I said, oh, my God, they couldn't get the camera lens to fit this dude. But he was thinking I didn't notice about a arena league football in real. So I didn't know that the arena league football players on the set was mad that Jamie Williams shows up. So we run a, we run a play where Jamie has to drag in the middle, you know, till you've done it. Yeah. And I just dumped it to him, right? Right. The linebacked away. Really try to go through Jamie King's hand. He rashes off. No way. Jamie Williams goes, Jamie, Jamie, pull it. Okay. Okay. I see what y'all doing. He said, but let me tell y'all something, Jay, Jay cream. They play on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We play on Sunday. He said, run it. He said, run it back. I said, but Jamie, he knows the plate. It don't matter. Yeah. He said, watch it. See, he clicked a boom. He snapped up. I threw it over the middle. He ran over the whole set. Everybody at the end of his road was sitting on the sideline with Tylenon Martinez. And I said, wow. So, so I think that's the thing. When I watched the 49th thing, the dude, I said, man, God bless him. You feel me, man. You can't go by the way. I just think it's said, you know, we come a long way as a society because it used to just be rich men getting fucked over. Now, you know, we you with the women are making so much money now. Now, guys are pulling the scams on on them. So you're welcome, guys. Welcome to the club. I don't know what you're saying. They're on the beach with a 59 jersey on. Yo, but it's crazy, right? I mean, it's like like even the song where my scamp is like, that's what they want. And so, you know, I can't be really mad at him. The only thing I know as a real player, you're like, how the fuck? Y'all think this is real. Yeah. How the way he planted you didn't just look up his name on the on the on the roster. You just look up people's names. Let me tell you something. This internet thing, man, it's a whole it's a whole thing. I said, man, look, I said, if y'all giving out money, shit, I'm gonna get out my own. Oh, anybody's under taste, man. You know, you're gonna get some change. You're willing, baby. Yeah, get a willing, even on the ass, but that was oh my god. But it's crazy, man, y'all good. Man, fucking great, man. Life is life is good. I just got out of training camp, man. Three weeks is just nothing but eat, sleep, and breathe football, man. But y'all look so good, man, y'all look so good at it. Doing it, man, I'm trying to tell y'all, man, and for and you know what, to be able, this, this will trust me out for you guys to be in the, in the place that you are at, still able to function. Right. Because your whole world blew up. And without going into everything, I was like, wow, you know, I was talking to my youngest daughter. I said,

Especially in today's world where they penalize you I know y'all have it hard cuz y'all look good and shit No, that's a real shit like I talk to my girl. She's pretty. You know, and these white girls ran up on me. Oh my god, and they did this. How's it got there bitch? I have five thumb prints You ever see somebody get booked So y'all got the hair to hold y'all look good. So now you on You guys are falling victim of the this motherfucker's when y'all walk in this motherfucker It's a blessing of the curse I guess, man Yeah, but you don't even really realize that it is you just doing your thing It's just what you're just whippin ass and y'all doing your thing, but you don't realize that like when I when I when I talk to some of the Some of my guys that are in that guy got shit. It's tough, man But the way y'all handled it and shit and and you'll whoop at like I know your brother whoops a man Your brother don't remember this oh no somebody came up to you while you was It's raining camp and something and this is when I knew you didn't really fuck with the person that walked up to you Okay, they had them they had me on face time But you know how people just try to he was trying to use me to probably talk to you. It was a black lady in the front right She about to eat some nachos, but I check my watch I said this is 1020 you cannot put that on your stomach It's 20 you gonna have a kind of gas. I'm gonna tell you what kind of gas you gonna have You ever see the game Tetris? Yes, I feel good and when I went back to meet the nurses that kept me alive is black nurse You know this black nurse she because I didn't remember all the nurses this black nurse and Jamie We took care of you. I said okay. I think she says I listen to future. I said what I listen to future I listen to rap. I said what does that mean? I want you to know something no you are miracle she said because less than 3% of people that come in with what you have A brain bleed less than 3% walk out of here. We usually put them in a box. I'm a old man She said buck when I saw it with you. I rolled my sleeves up I said well, thank you. She says you ain't got to thank me. I rolled my sleeves up for everybody. So I'm like oh So that puts you in a different place like when you cheat death
And then I had a cool, I had a cool doctor. His name was Dr. Shudi. Dr. Shudi. White boy, white boy with a liquor jersey on. In a shirt. So you know, he was a cool white boy. So what? So when I had my shit. So when I had my shit, they took me in. He said, yo, I could fix him. But I need to go in there right now. Are we going to lose him? Oh my god. So imagine this white dude with a liquor jersey. So my sister was like, okay, cool. Do these things. I'm like, get out. Shudi with the liquor jersey. I got you. I said, you weren't worried. He said, man, that was good. You know, he said, I'm a military doctor. So I see a lot of things. I said, so I was, you took a case. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I took care of you. He says, but it wasn't me taking care of you. It was after. So well, I couldn't, I couldn't figure out if you was lying to me and not. I said, what you mean? He said, because we do a wellness check on you every day. But every time I come in there, you say you somebody else. Oh my gosh. And so we didn't know if you was really somebody else. Or you just clowning. Yeah. He said, I say, I would ask you, who are you? You say, Dave's a pal. Bam is crazy. Yeah. That's what I was talking about. Damn. Dang. Damn, I can't believe it. Someone said, Dave's pal has drug. That means they got. Damn. So you can do that. And then what they are doing is for the wellness check. So imagine me like in the hospital with the gown on. But I'm trying to get these nurses away from them. They're trying to stick things in my ass. So then he said, the next day, you was Denzel Washington. All right. Okay. Uh huh. That's what you're telling me, huh? You telling me I had a stroke? Okay. All right. My doctor. So he said, I couldn't figure out. But I told him, I said, if I could stay funny, I could stay alive. I said, because in my head, when I had the brain bleed and the stroke, I couldn't really catch on to nothing. You feel me? So they would. It was like, if I could just do that, then I felt alive. So. And then like this. This is why I didn't tell nobody. My vitals were so bad. They was going to lose me. So I had a 13 day watch. They had to watch me. But my vitals is going crazy. This how bad it was. You know, I'm a LeBron fan, right? So I'm sitting there. I'm sitting in the in the hospital. And it's the playoffs. Yeah. So they trying to keep me calm. As I'm watching the game. All years. Bang! Black Bridget! Blah! Blah! Black Bridget! So the black girl. Come and turn this shit on. We got to mute it. You're going to end up dead. LeBron, go kill yo ass. Yeah. So they had it. So they were trying to keep me calm. You feel me? So. Yeah. You know what they made me do? They made me watch women's collegiate softball. - She gave way, I said, ah, she said, ah, so now I'm falling. When she looked back, she see me, some old black man. She like, 21. She like, who is a black person? So I lean on her, she lean on her other girl. She ain't never worked out. - So we all going, not Domino. - So falling. And like, who's this black guy, this old trippolo? - Some trippolo falling, bro. - I'm falling on the white girl, right? But then, I see the table, 'cause it's VIPs, so I said, I said, "Fox, put your hand on the table and break it far." - There we go. - Come on, man, you were athlete, come on. So I put my hand on the table, the table is wet. - Oh my God. - I'm gone. So falling, I said, fuck it. I just laid out on these white girls. Everybody saw Timothy Shalamet, a Kardashian. Everybody's watching, Todd from Canes. I'm laying on these two little white girls. They're screaming bloody murder. Who the fuck is this old black man? So I'm laying on these white girls. And I hear in the distance, Jordan Clarkson. - Trippolo James. - Trippolo James. - Everything I love. He ran over it and grabbed me off of these white people and held me up in the air. Now, you know, he's six. But he's six seven. - He's about six five, six seven, yes. - So the motherfucker got me a way up. I'm like this, that's shit. You know what I'm like? You ever see the Macy's Day Parade? - Oh yeah. - When he just floating in the air, that was me. - Oh, that's how the air is. - I was just floating in the air like that. I've never seen the club from his vantage point. And what's crazy is, I had some drawstring pants on because it was my aiming. So the way he grabbed me was like, "Hey man, you're a finger." Bro. I got you trippolo, D. Bro. - Oh my god. - So what? - You know how you and Miami ate traps. Come on, you know how you always dress it. So I had on some kind of filth. - Oh, yeah. - Like a filth. - The mixture of filth, filth, filth, filth, filth. Miami filth. - It's my fucking ring finger was in my future. (laughing) But I welcomed it because he was saving me. So it's my fucking pick me up. - Oh, man. - And he carried me over Timothy Chalamet over the content of the overtime case. And he sat me in the chair. And he said, "Trippolo G, you good?" I said. (laughing) - You know you fell, Trippolo G. - Yeah. - Yeah. - He said, "You know they saw you. They saw you." And he said, "Trippolo G, you good?" And he said, "Trippolo G, you good?" And that's where I'm telling all the stories, the stories that happen to me. But this is, I'm so thankful. Take care of yourself. It's a beautiful gym. And it's one of those things where you just sit. I'm asking people, "Have you sit with me before it comes out?" If you smoke, smoke a little bit, you know what I'm saying? Because what I know is a marriage. I'm just married. Yeah, you know what I'm saying? But what I know this is is that when we watching specials nowadays, you know, we ain't gotten to open a neck. So I'm gonna have everybody, you know, catch a little, catch a little, whatever you do, or if you read the Bible, whatever you do. But no. So then, just enjoy it. I'll tell you what I said. I'll say this one of the coolest parts was you actually had your daughter come out to play guitar at the end of the show. So definitely, definitely when you watch this, watch it all the way through. You gotta see her come out. She's incredible. My daughter, she's 17 now. But she's turning into something incredible. I don't know what you guys are doing in October, but she throws the biggest Halloween festival in Southern California. She has 35,000 kids, 35,000. That's cool. She started when she was 13 years old. Bro, she says I want to do a Halloween party day because it's COVID. I can't meet nobody. I said, cool. She 13. I said, cool, run it. 4,000 kids show up to my house, man. I'm like, Honolese. What are you doing? So I had to go inside of the party to make sure nobody, you know, doing nothing crazy. Right. Yeah. And it all worked out, but then it grew from there 5,000 to 11,000. This last year, 35,000. She had Chris Brown perform. She calls people behind my back. She says, Dad, I'm going to beat you throwing parties. So I didn't even know Chris Brown was showing up. This is, you know, everybody's in their full makeup. Somebody bumped me. It was Leonardo DiCaprio. He pulls up his mask. I said, what are you doing here? He says, my little niece called me to come. So now when Leo was there, my daughter said, Dad, you got to get my shout out. I said, no. I said, okay. So anytime my shout out Leo, I never say his name. I said, give it up. We got a wolf in the building. My daughter run up to me. Dad, they don't know what the fuck that is. 14. 14. Yeah. I said, Leo. I said, but go ask your uncle. Is it okay? So she go ask Leo. I say, ladies and gentlemen, lady kids, we got Leonardo DiCaprio. They go crazy. So she said, Dad, I told you I was going to beat you throwing parties. So Chris Brown performed. Leo was there. Tied dollar sign. Tiger. Sexy red. Glowrilla. And it's been going. So my daughter. Oh my gosh. And you feel this. You feel this. You know, like when your kids grow up, man, you see them get their own thing. My daughter is like that. I don't want nothing from you. She's saying I want nothing from you. I'm going to get my own thing. And she has. She's done it. And so by having her on the show with me, it's a must because she got her own thing. And she's so cool. Man, you see how I am. I'm just. Yeah. She's like, yo, chill. What do you mean, chill? She's a dad. We just did the Snoop Dogg Christmas thing, right? Yeah. So when we get there with Snoop, I'm going to all crazy. She's like, yo, dad, chill. We saw Caitlin. I'm like, there's Caitlin. And she says, dad, I know. She. And Snoop is. Snoop is like, yo, yo, yo, this. And cause she got your cause. She just. But she says, dad, you know what you are, right? I said, what? You're Shalant. Shalant. Yeah. Shalant. Yeah. Shalant. She said, I'm. Shalant. I said, oh, I just hear that. I'm. I get it. So I loved the fact that she's cool. She's got her own thing. And the fact that she rocked with me on my show. That's it. Like I told, I told, I said, yo, dad. Your dad have. Have. Have. I've had moments. That before you even got here, those are my moments now. This is your moment. It's your time. And she steps in. She kills me. I was going to say it's not. It's not only. That's awesome. Her, but you're. You got. she's, she's him. We have your daughter. My oldest daughter. I got to be honest. My oldest daughter, when I went down, she became Michael Corleone. Oh, let me make you understand. Let me. So in the Godfather, remember Mike said, I don't want to be with the family. You feel me? I'm with my girl on the date. So he walked in his Christmas and he looked at the newspaper and he seized this and Al Pacino grabs a newspaper. It doesn't say if he's alive. It doesn't say if my father's alive. It's my father. It doesn't say if my father is alive. Michael, what's wrong, Mike? Michael. Michael. Michael, what's going on, Michael? He's a, my father. They're saying something happened to my father and Mike turned that shit on, went to the hospital, knew that they was coming to kill his dad. He's seen a dude that was a cake maker. He says, I want you to stand here. There were people coming here to kill my father, okay? Stand here and act like you got a gun and he took over. That was my daughter. When I went down, she stepped in that hospital and she says, I got him. So there. That's one thing, but then after that, she took over my whole, she runs my whole production. So we do beaches and family. Every Tuesday, beaches and but my daughter. And look, I know she don't mind me saying that my daughter is a boss. Like, you know, she's always been like sweet and kind, but now that she's the boss, she does this thing. I don't even know she does. She notices. She gets her under bite when she's mad. Yeah, I know what that's like. Like it's something going. She's just, she just turns into a branch. Hey, man, I got to, I got to pull up, I got to pull up on y'all. Please buy all means. You get the chance. You get the chance. Please do. I know I probably exhausted the time, man, but all I'm going to tell y'all is this is that man, if I ever get a chance to be around y'all, there's some things that I don't want to say on here, but I really, really appreciate you. And I'm going to tell you why. Because with all the creative chaos, there are certain people that you watch and you feel good about it. That's all I said. I don't disparage.
