The transcript covers a range of personal and health-related topics. It begins with a discussion on probiotics, emphasizing that not all products are equal and that clinically studied strains offer targeted benefits. It then shifts to a health warning about botox use, stressing that it's only appropriate for those with chronic migraines and carries significant risks such as serious side effects that require immediate medical attention. Personal anecdotes follow, exploring how dietary allergies—like a wheat allergy that resolved chronic back pain—can directly impact physical health. These stories are intertwined with reflections on parenting, stress, and lifestyle choices, showing how individual experiences shape well-being. The narrative also touches on entertainment, with a focus on Kyla Pratt’s career and personal values, emphasizing authenticity, self-awareness, and joy in daily life. A final segment promotes Shopify as a tool for small business owners, tying wellness and personal growth to entrepreneurship. Throughout, the content balances health advice, personal insight, and humor, offering a multifaceted view of self-care, responsibility, and resilience.

a problem now let me whip that ass baby i'm somebody's mom i'm here to cut somebody out
where am i and where am i and is this a work event i don't want no stranger putting their toes on me
it's not bad
you
a point girl anybody got eyes on kyla baby they don't why are you assuming i'm not the one tickle
me tickle you oh what's up neighbors we've got forever favorite kyla pratt finally pulling up to
the house today i mean we've all grown up with her right from the proud family to dr doolittle
i mean even her tv and film roles prove that she really is that girl i mean an icon for her
and the culture i bet she's the kind of house guest that's so down to earth you feel like you
cousins i'm so glad to have you at the house i'm so happy to be here it's beautiful you are beautiful
thank you i gotta fit in with the decor i know that you probably get it all the time people are
like you are so pretty even in person oh thank you right people say it to you all the time they have
to get out of here i usually am dressed like a little boy with a hood on and don't nobody see me
we're drinking tequila on the rocks yes reposado yes if you know you know reposado but
you also wanted salt and lime yes like a shot no no no it's like a shot so i usually like put
the salt on the rim and then um i usually don't i usually chill it because if i put it in ice
then i try to drink it too fast before the ice melt and that's how you get drunk
so i like to sip my my shot slowly like a lady you can go ahead and go no but that's how and
people be like how do you drink tequila like how are you able to drink so much are you
chilling with everybody you not lit and i'm like because i'm sipping slow meanwhile i'm lit but no
but i had to learn though because jumping jacks on somebody's but i had to learn because usually i
used to be out with people and they'll be like oh i'm getting a martini and i'll be like oh i'll get
me another shot and then i'll be like oh i'm getting another martini i'll be like oh i'll
get me another shot and next you know i've had eight and i'm trying to figure out why did i do
this to myself and where am i and where am i and is this a work event is this is that bad that i'm
here act act sober
we're gonna be litty skitty today because we don't because we on the rocks oh we on the rocks
hello hello then shall we oh yes we shall yes oh just nice right now but what's bad is gonna be
stronger in a minute and i'm gonna be like why did i do this yours is gonna be stronger in a minute
mine mine gonna be just right now do you drink tequila straight or you just you doing that today
because i'm doing it i normally drink what's called a hood margarita oh okay that's a sprite
oh yeah no and añejo see no i realize that if i'm doing it right i'm doing it right i'm doing it
right i make a drink i drink it quicker yep so if i mix anything if i put sprite or if you put
uh tonic water or like any i'ma sip it faster because i'll be like oh this is good and i'm
gonna have more i'm gonna consume more but if you taste it it's a little nasty it's gonna remind you
you're gonna be drunk don't do that that's a lesson i should probably learn i mean but it's
different for everybody though hello don't let me change your life do it how you'd like to do
hey now okay so we also have some shrimp tacos yes and we've got a couple games
okay are you competitive a little bit i have a problem what uh i'd like to win things i like i
love to play no you said it right i like i like to win things i feel like but if i don't win i'm
okay with it as long as we have fun while we're playing as long as i'm not getting cheated you
know amber right yes that's my girl she is crazy competitive have y'all had game night together
what's crazy is that i have not attended you know what you know what that would ruin your
friendship i think it would i think it would she cussed me out in my own house
we didn't even lose we were just behind and she was like are you fucking serious well was you
serious well was you doing what you were supposed to do well i had had a hood margarita or two and i
couldn't oh yeah i don't know if we should play together but i think beforehand we would just
shake hands and look at each other's and be like hey whatever happens whatever happens after this
whatever i say to you after this i don't mean it i love you and don't be mad at me i like the
conversations with people you love beforehand let's go all right let's make these tacos you
want to make tacos now i have all corn tortillas now where does guacamole come from girl it's you
gotta judge it but it'll be all right it'll be all right you know it's avocados in there
it's some fresh it's some i saw your ass talking about some guac well no yes that's bad and i felt
some type of way because me being no no no guac i remember traveling for work see and being
somewhere and being like oh do y'all have avocado or guacamole and
they were like where are you from california and i was like first of all you're disrespectful
because yes because yes i am and do you have it and they were like oh we have it and they brought
out like this plastic bag like a mash and it was in a plastic bag like we got a spread i said baby
don't put that on my don't don't do that you got a salad dressing it looked nasty that's all i was
just wondering why you look at me like that i got some seasoning see but it ain't it's not bad
you also have a few allergies yes and so you have to be pretty particular about what it is you eat
and where you eat right yes luckily for me they're not that bad like i don't have to carry around an
epi pen okay but i was having chronic back pain and didn't know why and come to find out i'm
allergic to wheat so when i did 30 days of not having any wheat all my back pain went away
so i always tell people like if you're having pain in your body like first check what you're
putting in your body i took one of my babies and she had a broccoli allergy so it's not eating health
it's it's what your body like everybody's different so the baby had broccoli allergy and you had
and she was very happy about that mom i can't eat that that's why i cook so much now because i have
to find different ingredients and different ways to cook things so you really be cooking yeah i got
a whole man and kids i gotta make sure everybody's staying alive this is nice you came in the house
teach me how to be an adult this is like a for real one like i am one right because i'm like in
charge of humans and whatnot which i don't know how that happened well but i mean yeah i know how
that happened but sometimes i look at stuff and i'm just like wait i gotta do like grown-up stuff
when i'm on a kid's school and i'm like wait i gotta go to the office and like fill out paperwork
i gotta do that yeah yeah yeah i'm gonna talk to the teacher what kind of parent are you at the
school i'm like i am a very good parent you got pta meetings yeah well i sign up for everything so i'm a
part of like all the different things if i show up that's the question also i know my kids i also
know that people are crazy just because they teachers don't mean they not crazy not crazy so
i just like to have conversations we're gonna talk about this hey how's it going how are you
what's she doing she's not listening okay i'm gonna talk to her i'm gonna need a little nap
after this baby oh i knew these bikes was gonna be big but they're so good i'm gonna watch this
back like why you didn't take tiny bike nope because it was too good i'm gonna eat these slow
one taco we're gonna let that marinate we're gonna drink a little bit let that marinate
we're gonna drink another taco my body got rules earl said you write about that you write about
the rooster oh my god is it like one of them roosters it's like you waking up in the morning
i think he's an italian rooster because his timing is off but if he was up at six o'clock
talking about some get up no he's asleep at six o'clock then okay good i'm also convinced that
he's he's black because he's sleeping okay so we've got a
little game okay so it's called you get me so you got a paddle with one side that says your name
okay and the other side says my name oh this is cute i'll do the first one okay oh this is

you talking about talking to the driver yeah oh no baby i want you to know that we are friends
i care about how your day is going i want to make sure you feel good in this moment you are in
control of this vehicle and what we got going on in my safety i want to make sure you know i know
you a person too it's a reality that exists that men do not have to consider the like safety of
your life in a situation like that because i'll be like hush really i thought you would want to chat
no i'll be to sleep in a car it's a stress response see but i think mine is a stress
response too in the opposite so for me i grew up we used to do long drives like we would do
drive-ins and stuff like that and i would be like oh my god i'm gonna be like oh my god i'm gonna
drive-in and stuff like that and i would be like oh my god i'm gonna be like oh my god i'm gonna
do all this stuff and i was always taught like as the passenger you can help the driver like you
keep the driver up you talk to them you know what i mean yeah and so i can't fall asleep in a car
if i'm sleeping a car i don't trust that you got it and i'm not trying to wake up and i gotta be
in mid-flip dishes in sink or straight to dishwasher okay okay i think i know you you do
okay one two three in the sink in the sink my intention okay is straight to the dishwasher
okay but i almost never quite make it i'll be okay put it in the sink i'm gonna come back to
now i feel like because i got add i gotta put it down now i feel like we're very similar because
for myself i put dishes in sink and you put dishwasher see i didn't grow up with a dishwasher
same i was the dishwasher exactly i was a dishwasher so i got to come back so even now having a dishwasher
i forget that it's there like i have dishes in the sink yes and then i clean them and then i might
like stack them in a dishwasher for like a day so they're not on the counter and then i'll put them
away but i never i don't even use my dishwasher just unnecessary space is being taken up i use
that dishwasher i don't use it i always wanted to be a dishwasher for a couple spoons see i have a
friend no i also will soak a pot for three days i think that's good always early or always late oh you
know this one i don't know because you said something earlier i'm not sure trust your gut
all right so you mind first right yeah i'm always late i'm always late you ready wait what you ready
no i just knew you was early girl you just said you was responsible early to what i don't know
to be the only one here i feel the same way when i'm early i feel like i'm sitting there i'm waiting
for stuff to happen i'm trying to work better about being on time so my problem is being young
baby was working all the time you know i'm saying she had a lot going on she was also a teenager she
was trying to hang out you know i'm saying and then go to work the next day right you know so
i never really got like okay be early be on time like i was always like dude she said i never really
got like i have a whole story on one-on-one like where i was late and it was it was it was very
embarrassing wait what okay actually to say like late late like not in late on a day that you don't
want to be late to the production it was a table read oh
so you have the studio you have the network you have the actors the producers the writers they're
all sitting around a table waiting to read the script anybody got eyes on kyla baby they don't
i was a fresh 16 like i'm driving i got my own car like i have to be responsible but the difference
is like when i'm late i am truly sorry i wasn't being late i wasn't but i also am very sorry
i know people that be late on some diva stuff or on some like i'll come when i come or you can
wait like i'm not that at all like when i'm late i want to cry i'd be like i'm so sorry that you
think i don't care about your time so i'm easily distracted i'm sorry i run into the table read
like oh my gosh i'm so late and and i was living far too and i'm just like i run in and i'm like
i'm so sorry and they read the last line of the script and then they all clapped because they
were done they went on without me my whole face dropped like oh my god i cannot believe i just
missed the table read and then they were like it was a joke they'd never read the whole thing
ever started oh my god because they knew that i was going to be devastated and then i was gonna
like cry because they know that it wasn't me being disrespectful it was just me trying to get my
shit together and i was 16 i'm never that late can i be honest with you of course you look like
you 16 right now you look like you'd be late no no never thank you darling thank you it's crazy
i have walked into my kid's school and someone to ask me where's your pad
and i had to say ma'am because i dressed like a little kid so i had to walk like you put your
t on the tail around the hips be hipping baby i'm somebody's mom i'm here to cut somebody out
get out of my face even if i'm not ready to cut somebody out right and it might be you but going
back to the late thing i i would i started getting my stuff together and then i got pregnant with my
oldest and i was like oh i'm on time i'm doing stuff and then i got pregnant and then i had her
and then i was late all over again and then once i got in the habit of having one i had my next baby
and we was late all over again how old is the youngest baby 12
every day before school i'm like how much time we got
how far is the school we late i emailed it look we had a mental health morning and we not finna
rush up to that school have my baby stressed out she had things she wanted to get off her chest
and so we did it is are her grades okay okay so i want to hear about it thank you thank you so
imagine looking 16 and walking up with kids that are my height and then as soon as i start talking
they realize like oh that's the mama that's hilarious and then even being around my daughter
and like friends that she had and we were like sitting on the like the the lawn for something
they were doing like an after-school thing and the kids was cussing so i'm looking because they
don't see me and my daughter go hey hey my mama right there speaking of kids cussing there's a
video i think it's on instagram i saw it and it's like a mother talking to her little little bitty
baby and she's like what you be saying when when you mad at me and i don't be hearing you like
what you be saying she'll be like you're gonna whoop me and she was like no just tell me what
you're gonna what you're saying she'd be like i'd be like this motherfucking bitch keep asking me
but some people get so offended when they see kids cussing they'd be like oh my gosh
you're laughing at your children cussing like no they posted their kid that was saying something
that they say and so with my kids i was like as soon as they hit like 10 something like that i'm
like look i know you finna be cussing and i'm not tripping
but i bet not hear about it is that right i hear about it that means you're being disrespectful
and you cussing around a teacher right or a parent and that's not cool we're not doing that i remember
the first time i cussed in front of my mom the way the the way i braced myself for like
and she must have seen me brace and was like what's wrong what were you telling a story
yeah okay that's how you get away with it if you're telling a story i was like
this motherfucker because the story wouldn't be told right without the word motherfucker
without the motherfucker in there hard or soft massage i feel like i'm getting you wrong on all
yours like i feel like i should go with the opposite i don't know how to spell it so i
can't do that what it's hard or soft it's a technique oh that tells me something different
i gotta erase my answer you ready i think so okay okay one two three i said soft and then i changed
it because you said technique tickle me tickle you tickle me i could lay on that table and you
might be like this is great no no no oh too much so you might as well turn mine around because they
by my response we yes yeah i need baby if i'm paying you i'm gonna need you to get this body
together i'm gonna need these knots out i'm gonna need you to put my shoulder where it's supposed
to be i get on the table i'll be like i know you're gonna feel some stuff that you're gonna
feel like you need to heal i said let it alone no you know how much stuff i gotta do every day
i need all of this out was in koreatown and had my first korean spa situation out here this lady
got me on the phone and i was like oh my god i'm gonna need you to get this body together
got up on some what felt like rails oh and started walking on my back see and i was like
what is this shit here that's how i feel about it because i don't like feet so i don't want no
stranger putting their toes on me her whole your bare foot on my bare back foot but i did get a
thai massage recently in canada but i got a combo so i got like it was like when east meets west
so you're doing turf
no
no it's like so western is like more like oils and rub down and stuff like that eastern is more
like oh i'm gonna move your stuff back and i'm gonna put my foot in your back and stretch your
shoulders and do all that so i kind of like the combo the fuck is that you're going because you
don't feel well and you want to feel better yes you paid for that oh i went back weekly
speed up or slow down at a yellow light this is fun this is fun who shows first is it me it's you
i'm gonna speed up i got shit to do i gotta go somewhere i got somewhere to be why are you
talking so fast i gotta go i got a lot going on it's like we just put you on 2.5
in la people just they wear your ass no see i had to adjust the music that i listen to
because if i'm listening to poc oh everybody getting it that day i'm rolling down windows
i'm not doing that hold on you are not rolling down windows now i'm more of a i watch people
flip out and be crazy. And I, cause now I don't let people get me out of like how I
how I want to be, my zen, I'm grown now,
you know what I'm saying? Unless I feel
like it, don't play with me. Like, recently, I was
in a drive-thru, and somebody was, like, going
crazy in their car, and talk shit, and
da-da-da-da-da, and I just slowly rolled down my
window, and just looked.
Are you okay? Are you okay?
We're very, we're super close to each other.
I'ma need you to relax.
It's not that serious.
There is nothing. And that pisses people
off more, because. More infuriating
than somebody, somebody
saying to you in cursive,
it's not that serious. It's okay. It's okay.
We're good.
Okay, you ready? Yes.
What yellow light? I didn't even see the yellow light.
Oh, no! That's not good. I mean. You have to be,
you have to see things. I saw the light.
It was green. I said speed up, you said what yellow light.
What yellow light. I had to stop listening to
music while I drive. I listen to books.
I started to try to do that, but I'm
not really. You started to try? I started to drive.
Audiobooks, I've
really been trying to get into them,
but I only really like. doing it when I'm reading someone's
memoir. Like, I am listening
to Viola Davis' book. I had to stop
listening to it, because I was crying on the way to work
every day. But I also know, like,
when I'm reading the memoirs, I'm reading
it in their voices. So, I might
as well just listen. Listen to it. So, those are the only
books that I like to, like, listen to. All them other
books where it's, like, somebody going,
hi, so long time. I'm like, who
did this? I can't listen
to music while I drive. Unless I'm going
to a party. See, the music I listen to when I
drive is usually super ratchet.
Ratchet-like. Ratchet-like ratchet.
See, that one was hard for
me, because I was like, wait a minute.
This is a little intense.
Making what? What's
happening? You. Sorry. Killing them tacos.
You got the jerk rice on there now? I'm just taking my
liquor. Got a little
salt on there.
Earl! Earl! I said I'm taking my liquor.
He's like, yeah!
What is up, neighbors? Okay, so I want to take
this time to say thank you for all of
your. your support, your likes, your comments, your
shares. This has been an incredible
ride with y'all, and I love
that y'all rock with it so tough.
I also wanted to take this time to ask you
to check and make sure that you are subscribed to
the show. We've got over 200,000
neighbors that are a part of this
thing, and the energy is real,
and I want you to be a part of it. Also, make
sure that we are able to do
all that we have planned for
Houseguest to bring it to you. So
come on, be a part of that. You don't want to miss
it. Okay, now back to the episode.
I was just watching Dr.
Doolittle. I know you're going to think I'm crazy. I was
literally just watching. The original? Yes.
Like, the first one y'all were in
is still hilarious
today. It's Eddie Murphy, though.
Right? Do you look back on those
projects with, like, does it feel
so far removed from you, or does
it feel like, you know what I mean? Like, I did
do that. To me, doing something like Dr.
Doolittle was like, oh, this is something I get to do
outside of school. Like, this is fun.
When you were still in school? Yeah, and
the first Dr. Doolittle, I was nine?
I think? So, like, fourth grade?
I think fifth grade. Right. I think one of my
teachers, we had drama with them, and they were
like, oh, you can't walk the stage, like, graduating
because I missed so many days.
And I was like, but I'm
asking you for work. It was a lot.
It was a lot dealing with being a
child actress and still being
like, in public school. In Los Angeles?
Yes. That's crazy. Yes.
I was excited because
my family has always been a fan of
Eddie Murphy. I mean. Of course.
But being nine, I think that's the year
that
Vampire in Brooklyn
came out.
And my mom was the mom where
we were watching stuff we
shouldn't have been watching. Same. Of course
she gonna fast forward through something or
cover your eyes and be like, don't look at that. Right.
But we were watching things that. I was
Vampire in Brooklyn for Halloween.
No, you were not. Yes.
There's a new Vampire in Brooklyn.
Oh, goodness. Not the
voiceover.
And with the laugh.
Working with him, I feel like
that was my first example of seeing someone
who was fun when we weren't
filming. And then when we were filming,
it was like, oh, serious. Really?
And he didn't say it, but you can see it.
Like, he went from being cool, funny,
funny, funny, then it was time to shoot. I was like, oh, he's serious.
To work. Right. So it kind of made
me like, oh, I can have fun
at this time, but when it's time to work, it's
time to work. It's time to work. And the last time
I saw him was at one of his daughter's
art exhibits that she had.
Okay. Yep. And he walked up
to me and he was like, oh, all my daughters are here tonight.
And I was just like, oh,
come on. I haven't been your daughter officially
since, like, that you were.
And there's, like, a handful of
people in this industry that can't nobody talk about,
like, negatively to me. Try it.
You can't do it. If I've talked to them in their
fate and they, like, just see who they are,
period. Like, it's just certain
people, and he's one of those people. When you think about
your career and what you want to do, I mean,
animal control. Yes. What was
that like for you? This is a crazy
ass show. When I tell you
there's so much improv, there's
so much, like. Is that fun for you, improv?
Oh, so fun. Like, I
like to say random shit. Like, I like to be
like, say the first thing that comes to your mind.
And sometimes it's shocking for others.
Because some people wouldn't expect the things
that I would say. But for me,
animal control, like, working with Joel McHale
and that entire cast,
like, everybody is so cool
and chill and there's no ego.
You can tell that, you know, everybody
wants each other to be funny. Everybody wants to laugh
at each other. Right. There's no, like, oh, they said
a good joke and now I have to. Right.
You know, it's none of that. Everybody wants everybody to win.
Yes. But for me, it's the closest
thing to
Kyla being her silly self
being on camera.
Of all the roles. Of all the roles
that I've ever done, it's the closest to me
just being silly. This is the closest to you.
And being able to freely be silly
and not overthink anything,
not worried about my outfits, not worried
about how I look. Okay. Just being
silly and funny and
having a good time. The reason I ask is because
I wondered, you know, you have so many
roles where you have. You talked about it before
where you were, like, the girlfriend. Yeah.
She was also the it girl. Yeah.
And, like, have you ever wanted to
to, like, take on roles where you were, like,
crazy as hell and only had
one eye? No, and I. I don't know
why one eye came out. That was really. It was a really strange. I don't know about the one eye thing.
I mean, that's cool, but I'm gonna
worry about my peripheral. That would be a good. Like, do you want to be a slave or a troll at the same time?
Why has she got a. I don't know a slave troll.
I don't know. That was the walk. That
was good. Don't do it again.
No, no, no. Don't do it again.
I did a show called Recovery Road where I
play a recovering meth addict.
And that was the first time where
I had to, like, research a role.
What kind of research? You did research on. I did research, like, just watching documentaries
on drug use and watching documentaries
on meth in particular.
So, for me, stuff like that was
exciting because, like,
comedy and being funny for me is, like,
it's gonna come. Like, I'm just gonna say
something, and I'm probably gonna regret it
later, and it's gonna be funny. But that's what it is? But it is
what it is, and maybe people will laugh at it.
And I learned a long time ago that they're laughing with
me, not at me, you know? I learned
that from 101. It was a particular
episode where
Spirit, played by Cicely. Yep.
It was a scene where
I had on a fake
ponytail, and it was a sleepover. And Spirit
and I had an argument,
and she took my ponytail off
and was like, give me back my ponytail.
And the first time she did it, like, I got emotional
because I felt embarrassed.
And in that moment, literally,
I probably was, like, 15. I learned
no, no, no, no. It's comedy.
They're not laughing at you.
They're laughing with you. You have to
laugh with them. It's funny. You know you
ain't ball-headed. Right.
Is there
a dream role?
Is there a dream. I don't know
if there's a dream role. I have a
couple of people
that I've thought about possibly portraying
that I will never
tell because that's how people steal your
shit. You gotta work on it. You gotta get it to
get the. I think for me,
I will say the dream
would be to
continue working
in this industry
and entertaining and doing
it on every level and
venturing into directing
and producing. Yeah. In front of the
camera will always be my first love.
Yeah. Like, I
realized how much I love it when
the strikes were happening and all these things were
going on. And you couldn't do anything. And I couldn't do anything.
And I was like, if I don't find a way
to release
this craziness that's stuck inside of me
when I lose my shit. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
What about your kids? Are they interested
in acting? Are you okay
with them acting? My kids are
interested in acting. My oldest is
interested in acting. My youngest is more
behind-the-scenes type vibe. Okay.
Even though I'm trying to get her to model. And she's
like, I don't want to. This is your
mini-me. They're both. Like. I mean,
honestly, copy-paste.
But they're so much like their dad that
it's like. I get when people
like, when you grow up and you have
kids and you be like,
you look just like your daddy.
You act just like. Like, I feel that
constantly where I be like, for real?
That's how you gonna respond to me right now? Right.
That's your daddy. I feel like that man.
At first,
I used to be so against it. I used to be like, I don't want
my kids. I'm like, mm-mm. They gotta do something
else. Like, I want them to be like. Right.
Doctorsters, lawyers, like, fight for us and do all
this stuff. And he told
me, he was like, realistically, he's like,
we're in the industry. They're gonna be what they see.
To the acting side of things, he does music,
tattooing. He is an actual
artist. He was like, it's crazy
for you to think that they're not gonna
want to do that. And so, at that
point, when he said that to me, I kind of was like,
okay, I'm gonna have to let go
my little inhibitions of
how I feel and see what they want to
do and just support them in whatever way
that they want to be supported. Because
honestly, I feel I'm
pretty sane. I mean, considering
how crazy you could be? Real shit.
Because there's so many people, and that's why I feel,
for so many child actors because there's so many things
They were exposed to and luckily I had a mama that was like, who are you at?
And what you doing?
And who do it?
Right.
So as long as I am here and he's there and we're able to guide them, then I'll support them like in whatever they want to do.
So they are dabbling a little bit.
My oldest has done commercials and she's really into the TikTok land.
I mean, who's not?
Me, because I'm trying to still figure it out.
Josh Gad told me once he wished he had chosen a different voice for Olaf from Frozen.
It's his real talking voice.
Did you ever feel that way with Proud Family?
No.
Because you do have one of those like.
Distinctive.
Like we know it's you.
I didn't realize that until I was at a grocery store one day and I was talking loud because I'm a loud person.
I just can't.
It's hard.
I have practice in whispering.
It hasn't.
I haven't worked on it yet.
I haven't got it.
And somebody came over from like aisles like Penny Proud is in the store.
And I was like, oh, oh, like aisles over.
And I was like, oh, I got to be quiet.
I mean, with Penny Proud, I auditioned.
I was 14 years old.
Penny Proud was drawn before I was even a part of it.
I auditioned for Penny Proud.
And the only time I've ever thought about I wish I would have did something different was probably with my name.
Just because when people call me by my name and I think I know them, I'd be like, hey, what's up?
And that's the only thing.
What would you have gone with if you'd have picked a different name?
I can't tell you that because it's my alias now.
So that's how I travel.
What is it?
I can't tell you.
You can tell me.
Whisper it to me.
Practice your whisper.
Just try it.
It's not good.
I can't whisper.
I know that.
Know thyself.
I have been so excited to get here.
Wait, for real?
So thank you for having me.
Yes.
You've had so many nights where there's so many people here.
And I'm like, why haven't I been invited to the party?
What?
Any, literally, any time.
When are the parties happening and why can't I come?
Every Sunday.
Pull up.
Where in L.A., that could be a threat or an invite.
Pull up.
Pull up.
Or pull up.
We're about to play another game.
Come on.
What is this?
This is a game called You Know Who.
I can't.
You know who.
But you gotta, you know.
You know who.
Why?
Why?
'Cause we're gonna see up to three clues, right?
So when you got it, you hit the buzzer.
Oh, I got a blue one.
Guess.
See?
And I got an orange one.
OK, wait.
So you're gonna give clues.
And then once I know who it is, I push my buzzer?
Our game master will let us know who buzzed first.
Hey, game master.
And then you can guess.
OK.
First one.
OK.
Wigs, Atlanta.
Wigs and Atlanta.
I'm gonna say it's either Kim Zoziak.
How you gonna do an either?
Pick one 'cause I might need to pick the other.
Kim Zoziak, final answer.
And then I was thinking--
What?
What is mine?
I love this.
OK, what'd you guess?
The first that came to my mind was NeNe Leakes.
No?
Wigs, Atlanta.
OK, so this is a person.
OK, let's see the third clue.
Oh.
Peace be--
Oh, I don't know it.
Tyler Perry.
Yeah.
Oh!
Wigs, Atlanta.
Oh, yeah, I wouldn't have got it.
Go ahead, get your one point.
OK.
You ain't gonna say it like that, my little one.
Get your one point.
Get your little funky one point.
And I hope it's your last.
All right, next one.
OK.
What?
Hello, Bantu knots.
Oh, did Adele ever wear the Bantu knots?
Adele!
No!
Is it Adele?
It was the same time!
I was like, she did!
And she said hello!
See, I'm moving too slow.
That's what y'all do.
Y'all give people drinks.
And then you say, come play a game.
Come play a game.
Where you gotta move fast.
Come on.
It's OK.
I'm just gonna start yelling shit out.
Is that another point for me?
It is another point.
It is another point for you.
Ooh wee.
It's OK.
It's OK.
Elevator in Houston.
Solange?
It was!
I knew it!
I did not want to say Solange.
And I knew that's what they was talking about.
Because she's from Houston.
And in the elevator, she don't play about her shit.
You know what I'm saying?
That's my girl, though.
So that's why I was like, should I say this?
Should I not?
But you got me a point, girl!
But you got me a point.
Yes!
What?
The gay brother.
Who is the gay brother?
If it was brother, it'd be a black dude, right?
Mm-mm.
That's not right.
So it's not a black dude.
But Secret Service, what does that have to do--
It's a black dude?
Secret Service.
With a gay brother?
Don't be asking hints!
That ain't fair!
I'm trying to get clarification.
It's a gay dude, it's a black man, he black, and he gay.
I don't know who this is!
OK, give us a third clue.
Secret Service, you gon' know it with a third clue.
Sterling K. Brown?
Oh, I was just about to say that!
Paradise!
He plays Secret Service.
He got a gay brother?
I didn't know he had a gay brother, but the other two,
I was like, mm.
He plays the gay brother in America.
Oh!
He does play the gay brother!
So it doesn't have to be clues that intertwine.
It can still be about the same person!
I don't think he should get that point, but it's cool.
Go ahead.
I think I did, though.
Oh, I'm not-- this isn't good.
I should probably stop sipping.
I'm going to sip on this one, because I wish you well, Marvel.
All of a sudden, my eyes got real heavy.
I know, you should sip a little bit more.
Because you put-- you did your ghetto margarita, yeah.
I wish you well.
Uh-uh, I don't know it.
I don't know it.
Say goop.
Who?
Just say it.
Just put it in your--
With a G or a C?
G. Hit your buzzer.
Goop.
Close.
Goop?
It's close?
Yeah.
OK.
Quentin Paltrow.
Woo!
Don't play with me and my curse.
I wish you well is what she said at the court case,
that she won the dollar with a man.
Oh.
Remember?
She said to him, I wish you well.
See, and I didn't follow that court case a lot,
because it pissed me off.
And then I was like, I should, because she
did something that was good.
Yeah, very.
Yeah.
And then said, I wish you well.
I wish you well.
I love saying that to people.
I wish you well.
But-- fuck you, though.
Yeah, but low key, but high key--
But high key, fuck you, though.
OK, national anthem.
Oh, goodness.
Who sang it?
Did they sing it bad?
I'm like, national anthem, the first people I think about
is Fergie, just because, why?
Same.
That's why I said, ah, ooh.
You said, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh.
Do you really know?
How do you be knowing stuff?
Do you really know is my jam.
Do you really know?
Are you going to say the answer?
Do you know?
I don't know.
I mean, I could believe what you feel.
I don't know.
I could believe what you feel.
Tell me.
But do you really know, Diane?
No?
Thank you.
How long is this episode?
Whitney Houston.
We gonna go.
Oh.
Oh.
See what happens when y'all give people alcohol
when they come do interviews with y'all?
Whitney Houston will never be fat, OK?
Let's get that straight.
That's right.
OK.
Wait.
Diane Sawyer said crack rehab--
Glenn Close.
Hey!
Wait, hold on a second.
It was up there.
I wasn't even looking.
I know.
You started talking about something else,
and you didn't see the words come up.
You're bad.
Glenn--
Glenn Close.
I love her.
What?
Not nappy.
Oh, nappy.
That's the next--
Wow.
That was the next clue.
Nappy.
I can smell your nappy pussy.
Oh, that was intense.
And she has sharp teeth.
Sharp teeth.
Oh.
She had little baby shark teeth.
Let me tell you something about me.
Anything that's some scurry shit, I don't want to watch it.
I didn't watch that.
No offense to anybody who was in it,
because the actors that are in it are amazing performers.
You going to watch it today before you leave here?
No, I'm not.
I'm not watching nothing with Glenn Close with sharp teeth.
Watch it.
That is not my vision that I want to have before I go to bed.
She like gets in the bed.
She like gets in the hospital bed.
I've seen it on Instagram.
I don't want to see it.
I can't.
Why you got--
From here, I can smell it from here.
How you can smell it and know it's nappy?
I think the assumption was that it was nappy.
Why you assuming?
I'm not the one.
Why they assuming?
Well, you know what they say.
It don't have to match.
OK.
No, we're going too far.
Zendaya?
It didn't even--
No!
How can you put Style Icon and Euphoria, not Zendaya?
And not Zendaya?
Oh.
Oh, my god.
I know who it is, and I'm like--
My uncle.
I already know.
Coleman Dominguez.
Yes!
And I'm-- I'm sitting over here.
Like, I'm thinking of all of his character's names.
Yeah, yeah, because you--
And couldn't think of his actual--
Because you went too fast.
I'm just going to--
One battle after another.
Regina Hall.
Yes!
Oh, yes-- what was it?
What was it?
"Mega Charge" with Sterling K. Brown.
With Sterling K. Brown.
Yes.
What was the name of the-- "Yes, Lord"?
It was the--
"Pull Up to Beep"-- "Beep" when you--
"Beep" if you--
I can't remember the title.
I just know them in the car.
It's "Beep for Jesus."
"Beep for Jesus."
Is that the main movie?
"Honk for Jesus."
"Honk for Jesus."
I have a question.
I love her so much.
Have you ever done anything with her?
We technically did "Love and Basketball" together.
Technically.
But we didn't have any scenes together.
No.
Is it crazy to look at your life and your career
and be like, yeah, iconic, iconic, iconic.
That's very sweet.
Still, still--
I can't.
--still iconic?
You don't wake up some mornings and be like, damn, I really am.
I'm her.
No.
Her, her, her, her, her, her.
No, I feel like I wake up most mornings like everybody else.
Like, I need--
No, we can't.
--to pick me up sometimes.
I wasn't in "Love and Basketball."
And I need-- no, but what's beautiful
is that I'm born and raised in LA.
I started acting because my mom is an actress.
And I watched her doing plays.
And I was like, hey, I want to be
my mom right and I fell in love with it there was no plan for me as an actress I just so happened
to audition for all of these right things and just so happened to book these you happen to
classic projects like love and basketball like that Nike ad yeah campaign right it was crazy
the Nike ad I had another job I got a guest spot on NYPD blue and I had to pick which one I wanted
to do and my mom was like which one you want to do that's all she said yeah she's like which one
you want to do and I was like I want to do the Nike one because she bad and she get to talk
mess to people and me picking those there's so many things that I was able to be a part of because
of those commercials and even though we are in this industry and we work and we film and we have
all these beautiful opportunities like I'm so blessed to do what I do for a living like I
actually love what I do and I have to remind myself all the time like this is fun for me
like and I have to keep it fun right and even though it's taking care of the is a job it's
do this I would be frustrated and devastated and upset what do you think I figured something else
out you know why because Kyla is more than hello but thank you though I've been very fortunate to
be a part of some great projects and to work with some super dope people yes and like I know a lot
of people have like horror stories on set and I don't really I don't have any but also people have
reputations and they're like known for certain things are known to be a certain way literally
every person
I've ever talked to
about you
when I tell you
everybody was like
oh my god
like people
love you
you ain't talked to
nobody I cussed out then
no I didn't talk to
no teachers
I didn't talk to
no teachers
I didn't talk to
no teachers
at the school
I didn't talk to
nobody at the school
but I appreciate this
that's very sweet
it's true
now let me
whoop that ass
I mean
ass is getting whooped
no you are
one point ahead
so I'm just
let me hold this
I
orange
orange is throwing me off
I just want to say
Miley Cyrus
just because
and then a part of me
want to say Tupac
but I'm rearranging
the words
pop punk
pop punk
not to say pop
like it was going to help you
pop punk
orange like
pop punk
and then
paramour
not
not
not the pump fake
the pump fake
that's
paramour
paramour
alright get your little cup
so we on the last one
what
oh
what you doing
huh
you already know huh
what
you already know
I just want to see what you got
and I feel like I know
but I feel like I don't
that's why I be like
give me the third one
okay let's take the third one
oh man
Issa Rae
yes
baby
I love me some Issa Rae
Issa Rae
I love me some Issa
oh my god
so much
it makes no sense
I just knew I was going to see
more of you on that show
I love her so much
first of all
I
okay
so I did an episode of Insecure
for people who don't know
yes
and I auditioned
for an episode of Insecure
is that right
yes
and I didn't get it
and
what
I got a call
that was like
we wrote something
because we need you
to be a part of it
I was so trying
not to fangirl
because I've always been
a fan of Insecure the show
right
and a fan of Issa
in general
right
and I was like
okay
act
like a normal individual
don't
don't do this
professional
you're a professional
it's okay
it's fine
you've done this
you do this
you do this
they're nervous too
maybe
I don't know
they're nervous too
maybe
like trying to talk
myself into it
right
and people know me
from doing
Dr. Doolittle's
from doing
the Fat Alberts
the Love and Basketball
so I've always had
this reputation
of like she's so sweet
and so innocent
and kind
where in real life
like I'm that
as well
but I'm with the
like don't play with me
big dog
but don't play with me
big dog
you know what I'm saying
but
probably some people
don't
they don't understand
you know what I'm saying
and I keep that
right
so
it's so
I've always loved
that show
and then being there
I was nervous
because it was the first time
first of all
that I was talking
the way that I was talking
on a show
where I was close
to talking like how
something Kyla would say
right
and then
I saw
Issa
just in her element
and watching her
be a producer
and a writer
as well as an actress
and it was
inspiring
yeah
so just to be able
to see her work
and do the things
that she was doing
and then the love
that she gave me
at the same time
and we filmed it late night
so I wasn't even sure
what happened
like I'm one of those people
I'm with you
I'd be like
okay I'm going to film it
I'm going to get it done
and then afterwards
I'm like wait
what happened
what did I do well
did I do the stuff
did we get the moment
yeah
you know
I'm consumed by
did we get what we needed
exactly
but after we wrap
so now there's nothing
I can do about it
and just being on a set
that was
just being around a woman
who just is
so like effortlessly
moving through
every
part
of
her
show
was just inspiring
and then we did
a live
afterwards
then she was so
like gracious
and so sweet
and so like
just giving me my props
and I was just like
girl I'm over here
trying not to
fangirl over
what you're doing
and all the amazingness
that you're bringing to life
the way that you're
inspiring me
to do more
you know
I'm going to tell you
this right now
oh wait
I'm sorry
hold on
that was me winning
T. LaBelle
oh my gosh
go ahead
I'm sorry
you was about to
tell me something
well no
you was about to
tell me something
what was the part
that you went out for
it was
in the same episode
it was a part
in the same episode
let me tell y'all
something about me
I'm getting an audition
I'm going to go crazy
a little bit
I'm going to have a moment
I'm going to be like
okay I got to do this
I got to do that
I got to record it
I got to film it
and then as soon as
I film it baby
I don't know what
it was about
and it's done
like I literally
don't
I let it go
that's the only way
I think as an actor
in order to succeed
otherwise you will
drive yourself crazy
I tell people all the time
if I talk to you
about an audition
don't ask me about it later
because I don't know
what you're talking about
because I forgot
because if I keep
thinking about it
then I'm going to be
wondering why they
didn't pick me
what did I do
I've always been
whatever's for me
is for me
and whatever's for you
is for you
and that's why
I can be around
other actresses
I can be around
other black actresses
this is not a competition
because I am my own
competition
and you are yours
and you say
I'm winning
I'm not all
the time
sometimes
winning
you are the bomb
oh my goodness
oh I love you so much
I love you too
I don't want it to end
this is so fun
I don't want it to end
like y'all don't understand
like I love
like me and games
like I can play games
all day
girl we got games for days
yeah y'all just be
making up stuff
you're not right
I mean you're not wrong
I want to be like that
you come on
you got some more tequila
yeah girl
maybe we'll laugh
maybe we'll cry
but best believe
we'll have a time
hey neighbor
come inside
musical guest
and a little perspective
seeing the stars
and a new light

Personal experiences highlight how diet, lifestyle, and mental health (e.g., allergies, stress, parenting) significantly impact physical well-being, emphasizing the importance of self-awareness and mindful choices in daily life.
Summary:

FAQs
New Ollie Precise probiotics are made with clinically studied strains designed for targeted benefits beyond digestion, such as skin health, metabolism, and stress response.
Yes, Botox (botulinum toxin) is approved for treating chronic migraines in adults who experience 15 or more headache days per month, each lasting four hours or more.
Serious side effects can include difficulty swallowing, breathing, speaking, eye problems, or muscle weakness. These symptoms may appear hours to weeks after injection and can be life-threatening.
People with conditions like ALS, myasthenia gravis, or Lambert-Eaton syndrome, or those with a history of skin infections or allergic reactions to botulinum toxins, should not receive Botox.
Some individuals experience symptoms like chronic back pain after eliminating wheat from their diet. A wheat allergy can be identified by a noticeable improvement in symptoms when wheat is removed from the diet.
First, evaluate dietary factors, as allergies or sensitivities (like to wheat) can contribute to physical symptoms. Eliminating problematic foods and observing changes in symptoms can be helpful.
