seconds though i thought i thought it was till it reaches the ship that shanks was on like that's how long it would take from him to starting it up till he actually lands a hit but going off what larry said honesty impact that's one attack we saw from him like you go you don't go from zero to a hundred like you make your way there even if he puts attack at 50 or 60 percent of what honesty impact is i mean he can probably throw those out without any problem and i just don't see kid being able to do that i don't think he can do that i don't think he can do that i don't see kid being able to just constantly get up or block or just fight back while he's getting beaten to the ground so that i think that's a great point i think part of it okay something i try not to do and i try not to do my best i try not to subconsciously like scale with the anime because like in the manga we see kid take like a punch and two from big mom but we don't really it's hard to urge her to like interpret like how much he's getting like assaulted but like in the anime we see him get like pummeled like consistently for like seconds to like almost like two minutes and so it's like those are two different kids in my mind and so it's like i try to find like a middle ground and i think the middle ground is somewhere in kobe strength level where he's boxing out and putting out those level of punches and so i do think kids got endurance but i i there is an argument to how much endurance for sure can i ask you a question what's up all right so those hits that kid took from big mom they didn't have infused hockey in them how would you range those against an honesty impact like what would you actually rate her one of her attacks against an honesty impact is it over under i would definitely say like a normal punch is under but i do think it's not like i mean it's at the end of the day it's a punch from big mom i think big mom's one of the more underrated characters in the series that like we've literally never seen her like take damage like from anyone to act like for real for real take damage we've seen like other like situations and so it's like i'm not gonna say it's like a one-to-one punch but like it's somewhere in like half to 75 i don't know 75 is a crazy number maybe like we do we do know that big mom wasn't going all out like she wasn't using her whole kid so those are like partial attacks from her look here's kind of my the main thing that i can't give it to kid is i kind of mentioned it at the beginning is that kobe is someone with just main character energy like he's just someone who's like i feel like is going to be relevant call it bias and he's just i think like we've seen him train under garp and honestly here's kind of my hot take if he just didn't have that if he just didn't call it honesty impact and just called it divine departure or not divided apart i just called it galaxy impact the whole conversation around kobe changes because honesty craziest observation feat we've seen in the show was from pre-time skip kobe i recognize that he wasn't consciously doing it but it does speak a lot towards his capabilities his possibility the But all right. This was an interesting one. Twilight had to dip. I know he had some weather stuff going on. I hope you're all right, Twilight. But I got to do some quick math to see exactly whether the consensus or the majority rule was Kobe winning. I see 2-2-2-1. Quick math. That's seven. Seven votes for Kobe Clears. One, two, three, four, five. Five votes for him staying at round five. Two plus two plus one plus one. Six votes for him being at round four. And then a couple votes for underneath that. One at Drake, one at Apu. One not even getting past Hawkins, and one stopping at Hawkins. So I think majority rules is somewhere around Drake or Killer. But the most voted on was over was clearing or stopping at Kid or Killer. So interesting. As for my take, y'all. Um. I think I said it before. I have like a. Oh, what's up, Twilight? I have like a mentality of like, how can this person defeat all these people when I build these out? And I thought, I think I mentioned in the chat at the staff chat that Kobe had like a 3% chance at defeating Kid, in my opinion. I will say some of the takes that were given here made me increase that number to like 10%. But I still don't think he would win in reality. If I had to really get a gauge. I like some. Some of the takes I heard around like Kobe's mindset versus Hawkins, how it would affect him, whether or not he had to had it in him to take out multiple pirates. I don't think you have to kill the people to bypass the doll. Maybe I read that wrong or understand that wrong. I think you just have to knock them clean out. But. The having to kill them would probably have a mental toll on Kobe, but I don't think he'd let it prevent him from winning the fight overall. I think that. That could be a character growth moment for him, but I'll give that fight. I'd say mid diff mid to high diff, just because I think Hawkins a little underrated by the community, but that's more because of his Delphi being tricky than anything. Um, as far as fighting capabilities, he, what slightly pushed sorrow in proof of the Wano act one. Like it wasn't anything too crazy. Um, I think to Kobe can deal with all that and he hits hard enough to not need to use an honesty impact. To take out those dolls and then ultimately take Hawkins out himself. So I'll go like mid diff there. Um, I'll poo is tricky as well. Um, it's interesting. He has that sound ability that he used to knock out Luffy. I think if he lands that attack on Kobe, Kobe could be knocked out, but the circumstances behind him landing that on Luffy and him in a one-on-one fight with Kobe, who will likely have his observation hockey on are just different. I think he can use his here, his hands to cover his ears. I think he can use observation hockey to, to scope that in this situation. We're not giving up who the numbers that he has control over. Um, his musical fighting is a little interesting, but I do think Kobe has the, the speed and the power to take a poo out. Drake's another interesting one. Um, it's low key, uh, a break round for him considering, uh, they're basically allies. And I think Drake is his captain. If I understand sword correctly, uh, but in this fight, they're just fighting, uh, him being a dinosaur is interesting. I think Kobe has what it is to, to take out Drake. I didn't see too much from Drake to be super impressed, but I'm assuming he's going to be more durable, right? Then Apu and Hawkins are even with Hawkins 10 lives. Um, I just didn't see a lot from Drake for me to be like, Oh, he would straight up knock Kobe out, but I wouldn't be shocked if Kobe lost there. Originally, I went into this thing that killer would beat Kobe, but I'm gonna be real, man. If he lands an honesty impact, I think. Hey, killer's GGs, bro. You got to land it though. Um, and I think he would, I think he'd find a way to land that fight that, that against killer. I don't know why, but I do. I have a feeling you would, but as I can probably tell, I think killer would killer kid would smoke Kobe personally. I think it's too much hacks. I don't think he hits hard enough. I don't think an honesty impact is enough to knock him out personally. I know Larry will disagree, shaking his head, bro. Again, I need y'all to understand. I see impact. Cool. It was, it was a dope moment. One, Ayo just mentioned, do not pass right out after that. So he can't follow up unless y'all want to give him a hockey bloom or whatever. I'll even give you the grace that he was fighting and freeing people with the chain on them. You know, the ball and chain on them before that. If we're comparing what's prevented you from fighting people before and what you were able to overcome in a fight. Kid has so, so, so, so, so much more. That I can lean on than Kobe does. And that attack that he lands to me, I'd never put it anywhere near a Yonko level attack. To me, it's more similar to King Elizabeth. If it landed on a Yonko, Yonko would, would walk that off without issue personally. So I got kid again, the hacks is there. The strength is there. The durability is there. The versatility is there. And a lot of people talk about, Oh, would kid survive an honesty impact? Would Kobe survive a damn punk? Would Kobe survive these attacks that were hurting Yonkos or at least affecting Yonkos in some way, whether they were affected by law or not? Like Kobe's a pretty regular human being. Like unless he's cocky clotting himself pre-attack, which we technically never seen him do. I, I don't know, man. It's just tough for me, bro. Like Kobe getting smoked, bro. We talked about the load up times. Like he gets hit with a sign. He could get trapped with metal and moved around. If he tries to break out of it, the damn punk can hit him. I don't know. I feel like I scale with the narrative too. I want to give Kobe more than I probably am normally willing to give him, but he got to show me a little bit more before I have him being dudes like kid, man. I, I, I really struggle with that. I feel like he loses low diff. He got one, one attack that could hurt kid significantly and he got to land it basically close range. So I got kid low, low, low diff, low diff. But yeah, shout out to y'all. Next DDT. I want to say it's going to be in like two to three weeks. I am going to start doing the survivor series on Wednesdays as well, because me and Chris are going to be doing it. We're going to lock that in, um, call and stream next week on Tuesday. I don't have a lot of confidence in him after what I heard today, or it'll feature low. So those are the two that I'm kind of debating against.
