[Music] Alright, good morning everybody. Welcome back into mining stock. Daily King Fisher Metals this morning reported how they're going to attack their Highway 37 and Forest Curve projects with their fully funded 2026 exploration program. Kind of a four-pronged strategy here so we're going to break this all down with CEO Mr. Dustin Perry of what to expect this year. Dustin, good morning to you. How you been? Morning Trevor, doing well. Yeah, I'm happy to hear it. I'm sure you're excited to get back on the ground there. Highway 37 with the fully funded program. So let's break the sand. How are you allocating the exploration budget across everything your huge land package up there in the golden triangle? Yeah, so obviously the majority of the budget is going to be diamond drilling. So we're coming out with the 15,000 meters of drilling. We've got three drills to accomplish that. We'll be starting approximately June 15th. That's when our permit allows. So it might take a few days to get the first pad built and then we'll have the drill, but there's a drill that will be on site. As of June 15th. And then two weeks after that drill number two, two weeks after that drill number three. So I guess by mid July we'll have three drills turning. With that, I think we've figured that we'll hit our 15,000 meter goal late or mid to late September. So we have enough cash and enough season and the drill book that we could definitely increase the program if we if it makes sense. So with that 15,000 meters obviously, you know, we didn't put drill collars on this map because we don't want to be we don't want to pin ourselves down to you know, we want to maintain that flexibility. But we are planning to take this three pronged approach with when it comes to drilling with probably half of our meters allocated to the to the hank for free. So we're going to drill that to kill it. So we're going to drill. I don't know the exact length of every hole, but let's just say, you know, eight to 10 holes at 700 to 900 meters, something in that ballpark. They might be shorter. They might be longer. You know, we're not going to stop in memorization. These drills can go quite deep, like probably at least 1500 meters. So that that would be one component falling up on the discovery made last year. And then with the remaining half, that will be split into with about half of that. So a quarter of the so called 3,750 meters ballpark would go into gold targets. So that includes this disseminated bulk tonnage gold target sitting directly above the core free, which we don't know is that actually a porphyry top or is it is a high solidation? We don't know because we don't have all the drill core where a lot of this is going off historical reports. Regardless, there's a lot of gold there. And it definitely is one of the most no-brainer targets I've ever seen. White gaps in drilling with holes bottoming and mineralization over a very large area like several kilometers. So that will see a lot of shallow drilling kind of to make sense of what was already drilled, extend those holes, but then also try to infill because there's gaps up to 500 meters there. And then also within the gold component, we'll be targeting structures. We think we can really we think we can target a lot better than they've historically been targeted. A lot I would say a lot of the historical expression focused just on low hanging fruit here. So you know, you find a vein on surface or a soil. Now I'm going to step back and drill it not necessarily notting the overall structural controls on it. It was just there for the taking. We've done things like several years of mapping, we've done LiDAR, and we've done the first ever 3D modeling of this area. And we've got a lot of new ideas. Most of the historic drilling for the gold targets was done in one orientation. And we see a lot of opportunity just by changing that orientation to fall up and where we think the structures are. So that's the other component. And then the other component of drilling would be would be the testing other targets such as turquoise, which we announced recently. Rainbow hoping to get more information out on that. It's just, you know, we have to pass even with this big of a technical team as we have. We've got capacity issues because the team is focused on planning for the program right now. So it's a compromise of getting getting news out about these targets. A rainbow looks bigger from the base of the work we did last year. And then there's a few other things like maybe we'll test it, Mary, which is, you know, a large porphyry system that's open ended. So a lot of different targets to be tested with drilling. But obviously the focus is going to be on following up on this porphyry. And the reason we're not putting our collars and what not down is because if it looks great initially at the porphyry, we'll probably just put all three drills there. Okay, you're going to stay agile when necessary. Exactly. And that and one thing that will allow us to do that is we have a company called Varasio makes a really like cutting edge core scanner. So it's a trailer that we'll have on site with a crew running 24 hours a day to scan drill cores. It comes out of the ground. You can do a lot of things with it. You get high quality photos. I think you can get like geotechnical information from it. Spectral information. You also get a high quality like ultra high quality full core tube XRF. So you wouldn't get gold in that. But it's good enough that a lot of companies are using it at mine sites for production drilling assays. I know they use it up at Red Chris. So we'll be able to know whether we're into something and we can either extend holes or you know, draw a follow poll. It really really helps us within the program. So yeah, that's a lot of talking. But that's effectively what we're doing with the drill. I've seen those core scanners of work. I think the last time I saw them was up at McMillan Pass with fire weed metals. And obviously they use it quite well with kind of vectoring in their next drilling as you go. It just makes things a lot more efficient, right? Instead of waiting for the assays to come about and being beholden to the assay lab. So very cool. Kudos on you. But a lot of obviously a lot of kind of prioritizing Hank here and target expansion. And so maybe let's talk about it. It's a two kind of prone story with Hank. You have the bulk tonnage gold area on top, which you have mentioned. Then also that porphyry copper gold discovery, which you made last season. Talk about kind of what you expect to see in regards to the models that you have as far as the dimension suggesting a larger mineralized footprint. What do you need to test here? How are you kind of tackling Hank to really start showing its scale? Yeah, so we're in the mountains. We're in BC. It's a seasonal story. So if this was, say, sitting somewhere flat in a farm field, we would probably approach it a little differently. But we have to take into account the fact that we can't necessarily build a pad ever where we want to write off the hop due to various things. The south end of the trend might have some, it's got some steeper slopes above it. So there might be an overhead hazard there with spring avalanches and whatnot. So we might have to wait a few weeks to build a pad there. So I think the way we're looking at it right now is to try to see if we can close off mineralization in a couple orientations, which would likely be, I guess, downslope of where we drilled. So to the west of where we drilled the discovery hole and then also to the northeast towards the epithermal system. So we'll likely build a couple pads in those orientations and try to test with pretty meaningful stepouts, you know, like a several hundred meters, like a couple hundred meters, maybe up to 300, to try to see if it goes in that direction or not. And if it doesn't go in that direction, I don't think that's a bad thing because it's closing it off. It's actually a good thing because we're talking about a huge target area here. You know, we're going to be testing well over kilometer on this by a kilometer, like, you know, almost two kilometers by kilometer kind of orientation. So a big area. So we do need to know kind of where, even without many drill holes, it's a big area of tests. So the goal here is to as quickly as we can within the field season, figure out some dimensions or at least where it's heading. And then from that point, hopefully we can figure out what is causing and, you know, the structures and then where they're located that are causing the increases in grade. And given the similarity we're seeing with the Mitchell deposit at KSM, what what it takes to get good grade, like you get as Gale describes, like you can go on as a geologist working on Mitchell, you'd go on break for two weeks and you come back and they're still on the same hole and it still looks exactly the same, but it's running like 0.7 gold. You know, like, over 1500 meters, just monotonous alteration and and we're getting a hint of that kind of monotonous alteration that looks pretty similar to Mitchell here. That being said, when you get into the really good grades is when you get into these quartz stock work, so high quartz vein zones. And there's going to be some structural component that's causing that. So it would be great if we could, within this program, we could find that and really get some better grades. But I think a first step is trying to figure out dimensions of this thing. Does it hold together? And then hopefully we get some really nice surprises with grade in there to show the potential of this. But there's no down-nour eyes that we're on to a large porphyry here. A lot of questions to be answered this year. And obviously that's going to impact our share price in the long run here. How significant is this? Does it hold up? What's the grade? But because of expiration and nothing's a guarantee, that's why we're doing these other tests, you know, testing the gold system, which could be its own independent, very significant story. But also these other porphyry guardians, you never know. You just look at Aurora. Look how long it took A Mark to find to make that discovery in Aurora. It was like 10th tier target or something like that. You never know. So you never know. You never know. Well, I mean, a lot of kudos to you and the team for being very patient, doing your de-risking due diligence in preparation for drilling. On Highway 37, it took a lot of time, but you did a lot of geophysical work. And there's even more on the horizon here. More IP, more airborne surveys with MMT and LiDAR. You're doing some surface and regional exploration. So maybe, you know, that playbook continues to unfold here for King Fisher on the Highway 37 project. But maybe how was that going to begin building into new discovery drilling potential that you have also laid out in this program? Do you have some targets ready to go or do you need to do some more geophysical work to really de-risk potential targets later this season? So we have targets ready to go within the Hank Mary district. Outside of that, we would like to do a lot more work. But within the Hank Mary district as well, there's other areas that we need more information on. I think we will come up with more targets. So it's like, we have more than enough to test with our program this year. And there's other targets that I would argue are more advanced than what a lot of companies are drilling, but they're not advanced enough for us because of our pipeline. In fact, what I'm trying to say is that because we have so many targets, the way we explore is like, we're only going to test the most de-risk targets that look the best. We're not just going to, we're not in this position where we have to just go, we've got shareholder pressure to just go drill something that might not be ready. We really do not want to do that. It's very easy and early stage exploration to drill something and then kill it effectively when it, you might have drilled in the wrong location on a pretty compelling target. So we need to get all this lower cost exploration done and it's a challenge for often it's a challenge for companies to do that. We built enough of a, of a loyal shareholder following over the last few years that we were able to do that work systematically over the last couple of years and thankfully we made a discovery very quickly which kind of validated that that process works, but it also allows us to continue to do that. But as we scale our drill programs, we can scale our regional programs up as well. And that is what is going to unlock this area. And it serves as a plan B through Z of always having additional targets to test because we are trying, drilling to kill. We're trying to work our way through targets and figure out where the deposit is because we're confident there are deposits on this land holding. We're most confident Hank is where it's going to be right now, but it's exploration. I can see other ideas coming forth over the field season and a good example is just that the Force Curr project that has never seen systematic work. It's seen quite a bit of drilling. I forget the exact number. It's in our news release on it, but it's going to be well over 20,000 meters of historic drilling, ton of soil sampling. But it's seen basically no IP, which is kind of the easiest survey to do for poor freezes. It works like a dead ring or an area. It hasn't seen a cohesive airborne survey over the entirety of the project. It's seen a couple tiny little ones, but nothing modern and nothing over the entirety. So these are huge huge ways to move it forward with relatively low cost and allow us to take what we've learned within the Hank-Merry district and apply it to this Force Curr area, which happens to be same age mineralization based on government geoprenology. So it's just, you know, we're trying to do what we're doing is working and we're going to continue doing it on the massive land holding with the goal of having the opportunity to make multiple discoveries here, whether this works or it doesn't work. And I think at the end of the day, that's all like over trying to do here is increase the value for our shareholders and, you know, take what we're a bunch of, call it like disparate little projects, put them all together into one and apply this systematic and really aggressive and well-informed expression of the biology to unlock the potential here. Let me, before I let you go here, Dustin, let's talk about your equity. It's been trading very nicely. In fact, it seems like every week you're making a new 52 week high and that's actually what you did this morning here in the stock. Not too shabby for back in December. You were one of the favorite tax law selling pickups mid-December back when you were trading about 25, 30 cents Canadian at best. Now trading a buck, let's see, you're trading a buck 20 now as we speak. What do you contribute all this, this fervor to in the equity and who's coming in, how's the market been trading other than really? Yeah, so it's funny. It's funny you talk about the mentioned some low points. I'm trying to look back on my filings. I remember, I think it was 2025 in the fall, I believe. I bought it at like 13 cents, not that long ago, within two years ago. I think I bought the lowest, the cheapest stock. I remember the feeling in my gut sitting in this chair that day calling my broker like, okay, I don't have much money. Go buy something here. I can't, this is disgusting. It's good to be in a different position. I think what's causing the share price to be trending the way it is is a few things. One is consistently see any company that gets cashed up for a big program is generally getting a re-rating. Obviously, we had the Iranian War started right after we closed our financing so you didn't get that pop really. I think it's a combination of getting that. It's a combination of just the general seasonality of golden triangle stocks. They're always rising, leading into drilling. I've talked with people who do that trade every year and you can make 30%, 40% every year just buying a basket of golden triangle companies leading into the drill season. It's a combination of those things. A combination of getting the word out, been very active marketing this year, been getting the road all. I think I've spent 50 nights in a hotel already and it's May 7th and I'm heading on the road for a couple more weeks here very shortly with a bit of evocation tied onto that. First one of the year. I think it's just all those things coming together. What do you think? Well, what do I think? I think everybody's really excited. I think there's some with the copper mark in the gold mark where it's at. I think run-ups in BC, poor free plays continue to have incredible momentum until they don't. When they come crashing, they come crashing hard. But man, when they run, they really run. I think just a scale in the mineralized system that you know of has a great potential. I think that's what the market's paying attention to. Maybe trying to front-run a little bit of this year's drill program, a tad. But you're still sitting at less than $200 million market cap. I think you're. Yeah, I mean, we saw early stage companies like SK hit considerably higher market caps in previous mini-bull cycles. I think we're in a legitimate bull cycle here. Yeah, I think one thing. I've just been so busy lately, but I've wanted to make some type of a post just showing what happened in Finland with EGNICO acquiring that and then pointing to what we've done with consolidating and how we've done this work already for a major in the future. I think that's the scale of the opportunity here and the amount of targets. The fact we don't pay rent, our claims are in good standing and they go all those things kind of people are catching on to this being a really good opportunity for a bull market that does have some downside protection just with this pipeline of targets and the cash position.
