KIM ZOLCIAK FAMILY BOMBSHELL: Son KJ Biermann’s 7 Felonies, Disturbing Alleged Videos With a Family Member + WHO Paid His $200K Bond?!

All right, welcome in. It is a new Sarah Frazier show, but with a different sort of approach this week. This week, we have a lot to get to. First of all, Joe Dugger from the Dugger family is going to be in court on Tuesday, September 15th. We are going to know more about the future of what's going to happen with Joe Dugger. This show is very wild today, because we are addressing Joe Dugger, Kim Zolciak Bierman, and this sick, sick situation with her son, KJ Bierman, who we learned on Friday, you know, we're going to get into all the crazy details that have come out of this court case, but we learned on Friday that Kim Zolciak Bierman's 15 year old son was on probation for S.A.ing, a child before this current incident. I know, if you're confused, I'm going to get you up to speed and tell you everything that you need to know. I believe that KJ Bierman is probably going to be going to jail for a long time. However, I haven't seen all of the evidence, so we shall say. But going back to the Dugger situation for a bit, Joe Dugger going to be in court in tomorrow in Tuesday, September 15th in Florida, looking up potentially life in prison, unless we find out he could be considering a plea deal tomorrow for allegedly S.A.ing his own sister-in-law, who was just nine years old at the time and is now 15. Now, if you're thinking to yourself, the Dugger family haven't thought about them in a hot second. Nineteen kids and counting probably one of the biggest shows on TLC ever, and then counting on, which featured a lot of the kids after Josh Dugger is serving a 12 year sentence for child corn, as well as it came to light that he S.A.ed four of his sisters. So we will be, look, we will have experts on, we will be talking about, I'm going to have some Dugger family members talking as well this week as to what happens. Is he going to trial? Is he going to roll the dice and go to trial? His attorneys have been working very hard because Joe Dugger confessed in this case to get that confession thrown out. So we're going to find out a lot of information this week if he's doing a plea, if he's going to get that thrown out or if we are moving on to trial. But on today's episode, we're going to address a couple of things. We're going to break down all the information and now pass tweets, past stories, past allegations that have come out around Kim Zolciak and Kroy Beermann's 15 year old son, KJ Beermann, being charged with seven counts of S.A. But wait, he's done this before. And even sicker, get ready. There are videos that investigators in the prosecution alleged they have found on KJ Beermann's phone in a secret folder of him abusing a family member of literally having X with that underage family member, okay? Why is what the F? So we have to talk about that. I think KJ Beermann is going to go to jail for a while. And now we know why the prosecutors down there in Georgia have been pushing to charge KJ Beermann as an adult. Then if we do have time, we'll talk about Brandy Glanville has launched a GoFundMe. She's the latest celebrity to do so and all of the housewives from Camille Grammer to Kyle Richards are out there giving her money. Before really quick, before the other thing that broke this weekend, there's been so much tea. I mean, we have so much tea. But the other thing that came out this weekend is Leon Brown appeared Leon Brown from Sister Wives. This podcast is a Sister Wives podcast. It's coming back in October. Leon Brown appears to have deleted all of their TikTok videos telling their story and the videos leading up to them announcing like, I'm ready to tell my story. And the videos were very conflicting. Leon got a lot of backlash because probably about a month ago, even actually longer than that, this summer Leon Brown, Mary and Cody Brown's child who goes by day them is trans. Put up these videos and is like, hi, I'm Leon. I grew up in a cult. I'm going to talk about it. And I am LGBTQ plus proud. I'm trans. I identify as they them. By the way, you can ask me questions but don't ask me too many. I don't know if I'm going to answer them. If you see me in public, don't come up to me. I don't want you to hug me. I'm not a public figure, but I'm going to tell my story. I reluctantly grow up on this TV show. It was all over the place. Okay, we were with. I was more confused than doing eight different rides at a county fair. Okay, I was so mixed up and so dizzy after seeing all the videos from them. Anyhow, oh my god, the backlash that they got from fans. Oh, love the backlash that Leon got. People were like, what are you talking about? They posted two videos in the past like a month and a half, and then it has been complete crickets ever since. Then over the weekend, this all went down last Thursday and Friday. Leon has completely removed all of those videos from their TikTok, which is bonkers to me because they got like millions of views. I mean, they were making money, like great money off of the videos. I honestly, you guys, I know a lot of you are very polarized on Leon and Mary has always said that. It's one of the reasons that Mary doesn't like talking about them because people have really strong feelings on the pronoun things, on the trans thing. I wish that they honestly were comfortable in their own skin because I really wanted to hear this story. And I wanted them to be on my show. I would I would have helped them put together a series. But no, they are not interested in that. They blocked me. And now they have deleted all of these videos leading up in the videos of them telling their story. So all that's left are kind of the yoga videos and then a link at the top to subscribe. But anyhow, if you were waiting for us to discuss here on this show, Leon Brown's story of growing up in a cult, where they stood with Cody reluctantly being on TV, they did two episodes and done. And in those two episodes, they broke down like they loved religion. They loved being in the AUB. They liked homeschooled and they loved religious school. It was just, I mean, it was really boring. It was boring. But, you know, we were potentially getting good. You know what I'm saying? Anyhow, quick update there. Okay, let's move on to Kim Zolciak-Bearman, which this story is exploding and is only going to get crazier as this goes along because now KJ Bearman has been given bond. All right, let's go back and set the scene for everybody. And then we'll talk new details including the bizarre tweet of Kim Zolciak offering one of her daughters to do essay to get tickets to a John Legend concert, the really disturbing story of Kaya Bearman, who's the youngest, one of the youngest, the youngest sibling. She's a twin of Kroy and Kim's being sent to Montana and not having any contact with boys when she was 11 years old. Okay, I'm going to let you connect the dots here because this is where everybody is thinking that this is going. KJ Bearman has essayed and been on probation for essay before. Okay, and this nobody knew this because he was under age. He was like 12 years old at the time. This has been going on since 2023. He even had to attend ex-offender courses, ex-offender treatment, like for somebody who does things to kids that are under age, he went to that when he was 12 and 13 years old and completed a program and was in therapy. So let's go back and get you up to speed if you are just getting kind of just kind of wondering what's going on with this, alright? So let's head back to August, August 17th of this year, in Alphoretta, Georgia, Alphoretta, Georgia. KJ beer men is arrested, alright? So as R.H.O.A fans, and by the way, you know, Kim and Croy were on Real Housewives of Atlanta, and then they had a spin-off on Bravo called Don't Be Tarty. So August 17th, everybody seems to see this mug shot going viral of KJ beer men there son, who's 15 years old, in Georgia, and he's now being held, we learn August 17th that he's being held at Atlanta's Metro Regional Youth Detention Center. And it stems from what we learn as a new incident involving a female classmate at lifetime fitness that went down on April 23rd, 2026. On September 3rd, a Georgia grand jury indicted him on seven felony counts for this incident. Now, what he allegedly did in this incident is he forced this girl to perform, and I'm live on TikTok, by the way, so I'm censoring myself. I know people get very upset about me censoring the words, they're like, "Say it." Okay, he forced her to do XX on him, and then he also apparently, they're using the word "sautomy." Okay, "sautomized" her. So he, on September 3rd, a grand jury, a grand jury, that's pretty intense, okay, indicted him on seven felony counts, aggravated child essay, aggravated essay, aggravated "sautomy," false imprisonment, and three counts of essay against a child under the age of 16. Everybody was like, "Oh my God, this is, this is crazy." But if you recall, late August, September, Kim came out completely denied it. She's like, "This girl has done this before. This is, you know, he's being targeted. This isn't true." Even Brandi Glanville, who we'll talk about, Brandi Glanville went on her podcast and was like, "Look, I have boys. It's so scary. I'm not saying it's not true, but I'm saying like, we need to wait till all of the facts come out." And Kim had, I'm going to say Kim and Cory had, like, maybe a little bit of support, okay, from people who are like, "Oh my God, maybe this is a setup, right? It's happened before, maybe it is, okay?" So then we find out something very fascinating on August 17th to September 3rd. We find out that KJ beer man is being held without bond. That's strange in a juvenile case. In most juvenile cases, the juvenile is bonded out because they are underage, right? Underage kids are treated differently than a full-ass, grown adult who's committed a crime. But we're hearing he has no bond. He was given no bond, very, very strange. So everyone's like, "Why is that happening? That's ridiculous. Kim and Jason Sheffield, who is KJ beer man's attorney, are like, this is wrong. You know, he should be given bond." And I was thinking, "God, that is strange. I wonder, I mean, what did they know that, you know, what do they have? And they apparently have video of this classmate. I'm like, "God, the video must be horrific for them not even to offer bond." Okay, September 11th. And by the way, in between September 3rd and September 11th, there were supposed to be another court appearance. Again, abruptly canceled. We were like, "That's strange, you know? It should have been a bond hearing potentially, but like abruptly canceled, rescheduled for September 11th. You guys, on Friday, S, hit the fan." Okay? KJ beer man, it was revealed by prosecutors and investigators, had done this before in 2023. He was on probation and had to do a six-step program to supposedly rehabilitate him and keeping him on probation until 2027. So he is still on probation. So this is how, why we now are putting the pieces of the puzzle together, that he was not offered bond, because he's already on probation for allegedly essaying, "Not allegedly, he's been found guilty of doing this to another child." Okay, the program he completed, ex-treatment, okay? So ex-offender treatment, he had to go to therapy, he had to create a vision board. He had to go and write his goals, he had to write a short essay paper, I mean, it was crazy, the things that he had to do. Any remains on probation, had to check in with his probation officer, "Yaddy-yaddy." All right, up until this incident, "Oh, okay, I thought I was getting suspended. Don't get me nervous. I'm on TikTok." I thought it was giving me a warning, anyhow. He completes all these six things, right? We find this out on September 11th, this past Friday in court. He completed this. The prosecution goes, "Okay." And Jason Sheffield, his attorney, goes, "People are exaggerating what happened, all right? They were looted. He was, they were kids, teenagers, young kids messing around. It was looted misconduct. There wasn't any essay. This was reported in 2023. It was addressed." Well, then we're all listening to the court hearing, boom, out of nowhere. The investigator goes, "Actually, there were also videos found on, not one, multiple videos of KJ beer men, S-A-ing, an underage relative." I'm not even joking. This is true. You can go and listen to the court hearings. These videos were apparently in a hidden folder. This kid was 12 years old at the time. How did this kid, I mean, I guess kids know how to do everything on a phone. This kid knew how to create a folder, label it as, I don't know, Pokemon. I don't know what the hell he labeled it as. Label did as something else and hid these videos of him abusing a family member in there. This is what is odd to me, Jason Sheffield, his attorney, says he has not seen those videos. He says everybody is miscategorizing and blowing everything out of proportion that KJ Beermann did in 2023 and his on probation for it and that it was just misconduct, it went over the line, but it wasn't essay. So I am confused in this story because I do believe I think the family videos, apparently the family videos, which I don't know how Jason Sheffield, whose his attorney has not seen these because that's what he was supposedly on probation for. The family member was interviewed. Does this really happen or is this going to be a third incident? But what we're hearing is these mood bullying, kind of like pulling hair videos, right? Where you sort of tormenting the victim. That same victim is the family member and it all went down in 2023. All right. So he is given bond at this hearing, which is after now knowing that there are videos of him reporting. doing this to a family member, which Jason Sheffield says he hasn't seen. Now, I think that's a converse. I don't know if I believe that KJ Bierman's lawyer hasn't seen them, but he probably wasn't prepared to address anything that day because he maybe didn't know it was going to be fully coming out in court. So maybe he's saying that so they can figure out what their story or angle is going to be. Here's where things get really disturbing. And then we'll talk about KJ Bierman was given bond, someone either paid $200,000 directly to the court. This is my understanding of how bond works in the state of Georgia, or they hired a bondsman, which you have to put up 10 to 15 percent, but you also have to put up collateral of some sort. Kim and Cory have no collateral. Their home was foreclosed on seas. They were kicked out. They live in the Atlanta area. I mean, I guess they could use their cars as glad, I guess maybe they have other things. We know over the past couple of years Kim Zolciak has been reduced to selling her designer handbags online. I mean, she's sold most of it, and she's even gone on watch what happens live, talking about borrowing money from her own two oldest girls, Brielle. And is it Ariana is the other one I can never remember, Brielle? And then what's her other daughter's name? But she went on watch what happens live. They had to pay the electric bill. They had to pay bills. So and I'm going to get to all your comments, by the way, on the TikTok line too, because Ariana, thank you Cynthia. I'll get to all of your comments, because a lot of you guys know Georgia law much better than I do. But my understanding is you have to put up either the 200K and pay it directly to the courthouse, or you can do 10% with a bondsman, but you also have to put up collateral. So I don't know. Do they have 20K? Kim and Cory both have other lawsuits. Cory right now, a casino is coming after him for a credit card, well, credit card company is coming after him for a casino debt. Kim, you know, Kim has so many debts. I don't know. Maybe they can come up with 200K. But let's get to the bizarre details that have also surfaced. So this is really sick, and people are now beginning to put two and two together. A story is trending again about Kaya, Beermann, who is the youngest twin, she's a twin of Croy and Kim, and it dates back from a TMZ post. This is a real story on June 23rd, 2025, so over a year ago, and it was decided that she was going to spend the summer with Croy's parents in Montana, okay? Now why did this come to light? I mean, this is very strange, right? Now we're piecing all these together. The report explained that Kaya would be given a flip phone, and she can use it for 15 minute phone calls with each parent. There is also a very strict rule in place that she isn't allowed to hang out alone with any boys. Meanwhile, Kaya's three brothers are going to be spending the summer in Atlanta, so this happened back last summer. All three of them will be together, bouncing back and from between their mom and dad, perhaps the adventure in Montana will be something that happens next year as well, although Kim and Croy have filed a petition to dismiss their divorce. This was last year, they're getting divorced. These latest updates are all part of their court-ordered co-parenting plans. Meanwhile, Kim Zalciac allegedly owes thousands of dollars to multiple attorneys who have been working on the case, and there you have him. So people have brought this up. Now look, I don't know who, you know, these are underage people. I have no idea, but this story is in the press. It did really happen, and now people are saying, you know, why would Kaya, who was 11 years old last year, be shipped off to the grandparents house, only allowed to use a flip phone and no contact with boys? It's unbelievable. Then two sick fox from Hollywood, Kim Zalciac and Chrissy Teigen, their tweets have resurfaced where John Legend was coming to Atlanta. This is from May of 2017, okay? He was doing a concert. Kim Zalciac, who was 38 years old, tweeted at the time at Chrissy Teigen to ask for advice on how to get tickets on Wednesday, May 3rd, 2017 at Chrissy Teigen. So your hubby is coming to the ATL, May 19th, and cash is beyond obsessed with him. Who does Brielle have to blow in order to meet him, L-O-L, she wrote? Well Chrissy Teigen, of course, wrote her back, who was 31 years old at the time. Please don't blow anyone. It's not that good of a show, just kidding. It's good, but I'll get you tickets without the oral. That's what she wrote. These are talking about, this is like talking about her daughter. I don't know. She didn't write that publicly, and then would you respond? Okay. On top of that, also a year ago, when KJ Beerman was just 14 years old, Brielle had gone on a podcast and talked about how fast KJ Beerman was at 14. He was going out in the Atlanta area, taking girls out, buying them $100 meals at 14. Okay. At 14. On top of that, he was sneaking out of the house and using Brielle Beerman's lift account to get rides home at 10.30, 11 o'clock at night, 14 years old. Does anybody like, is anyone afraid of their parents anymore? If I did this, my mom would, oh my god. Oh my god. Okay. If I lied to my mom once and got drunk, I thought she was going to beat me. Like I ran upstairs to my room, locked myself in my room. I had to pee on the roof of our house because if I think if she saw my face, like she would have, and I like lied to her about where I was, head friends over, they were drinking at our house, she, my mom flipped her shit. Like I really, I kind of like my life flashed before my eyes, okay, that night. Like, are anyone's parents, is anybody else like, were they afraid of their parents? Now, I will reiterate because everybody getting sued now because they online saying this and that about the clansies and this and that. Okay, this is alleged and nobody knows, nobody knows who that family member that KJ beer man assaulted is. Nobody knows who it is. Could be a cousin could be, I don't know, okay, what other relative that would be under a cousin, second cousin, third cousin, I don't know, but everybody is letting themselves put two and two together. I'm getting too far it up. My face is beat red. They need to investigate them absolutely absolutely and you know, shame on Kim and Croix for spending so much time. How many videos did we have to watch of the two of them fighting, beating each other up supposedly, locking each other and the kids had to witness all that. And now here we are, KJ beer man has done this and I don't know, now it's like, of course you're innocent until you're proven guilty, but we know he did this, he's done this before. I mean, this is a pattern now. All right, let's go. Let's go to the TikTok lines. I'm out of control. Okay, she, all right. So this is interesting. She. Is. AC says Kim and Croix have never shown extended family members or even talked of them. Yovan says, can chef Tracy come to the front? She has all the secrets. Now it's so interesting because chef Tracy, I'm not the only one, many people, many podcasters, many pop culture fans, a lot of people have reached out to chef Tracy over the years. She will not go on podcasts and talk about them. So you're right, chef Tracy could answer a lot of this and maybe this will change now that this is happening, but chef Tracy's been approached by a lot of people and I don't believe has done any interviews. KJ is very aggressive and mean spirited when he was younger. I was just thinking that they had them. I was just thinking about them. about that they had them everywhere. Let's see. Oh, let's also talk about Neenie. Someone says, "Chef Tracy probably has an NDA." She probably does have an NDA. They were estranged from everyone by getting married. Okay, let's talk about Neenie. I think the Neenie story is kind of a nothing burger, but you guys can tell me. Neenie was just on Big Tigger show, Down in Atlanta, and does say that she speaks to basically all the Atlanta women, including Kim, and she recently reached out to Kim in order to check in on Kim because she knew Kim was not all right with everything that's going on with KJ. But I didn't, but that's all that's it. That's all that's said. So I didn't think it was that. I didn't think it was that much of a, it's made headlines everywhere 'cause obviously this Kim Zolciac story is just crazy, but I didn't think that was up big of a deal. But anyhow, there it is. So Neenie spoke to Kim, called her up with everything going on with KJ, said she knows that Kim is not doing well and that was it. All right, let's get back to talking about, let's go to the TikTok lines and then I'll tell you about the $200,000 bond that someone posted, we don't know who, and now KJ Behrman is going to be released and has been released to Kim Zolciac is going to be doing online school, has to wear an ankle bracelet, has to have regular check-ins, but he is bonded out. Kim Zolciac isn't going to tell the truth to anyone. She's always lied. I have to agree with you. I think she is a pathological liar. I remember thinking those kids were wild when they were young and on TV, they sound feral. I wonder if KJ Behrman's on testosterone. I can't believe they released the info considering both, especially the victims were minors. Now, the one victim in this case, the classmate, said she's absolutely terrified of him. She did not want him out on bond and she actually spoke. Now, we don't know who her identity, none of that was out there, but she's terrified of him, she says, and she wanted him in jail. Of course, he can't have any contact with any minors period. So he's living at Kim's. All the other kids have to be living at Crois. Kim's the one monitoring him. Okay, okay. Saul and Pepper here says, "I can't believe they released KJ Behrman with the info considering both, especially the victims were minors." I am shocked too. I am shocked and now we also know, the other thing that was very strange about this case, prosecutors of all along wanted to try him as an adult and everyone was like, "Wait, why would they want to try him?" Why would they want to try him as an adult? Why is my device overheating? Oh my God, I hate this. I need a new phone. So the other thing is they wanted to try him as an adult. Well, now we know why, but everyone was like, "God, he's only 15. "Why would you try him as an adult?" Well, he's done this before and he apparently did this to a family member that was underage. How would that work? Kim is always out catching flights. Where is she going, Ms. T? That's a great, you know what? That's a great camel. Gamble, the fortune-wide gambled, a fortune away. But the court videos are public. Who is supervising these children? Who's custody were they in in the care of? Well, they went back and forth from Kim and Corey. I don't know who's custody they were in when these alleged videos were taken, but the fact that he was 12, 11, 12 years old, hiding them in secret folders really tells you, I think, how deviant this guy, this kid is. Okay. So, let's look at what has been happening. Okay, prosecutors alleged there were multiple encounters captured on video and characterized KJ's language toward the relative as predatory and deraversary. Okay, so this incident, this second incident involving the video of KJ attacking a minor, his own family member, he also had predatory and derogatory language. They also disclosed that KJ had previously faced a juvenile essay matter involving a victim under the age of 16 and had reportedly been under court supervision since October of 2025. And then that would explain why Kaya was away if you want to put that all together. Then let's see, KJ's lawyer, of course, is denying and strongly saying that different language needs to be used, the prosecution depicts grossly what the prosecution depicted, Jason Sheffield said, really represents grossly represents the facts and the resolution of this case. The judge ultimately gave KJ $200,000 bond. He has to live at Kim's home under house arrest where GPS ankle monitor, he must attend school virtually. Surrenderous passport cannot use a cell phone or social media may leave the residence only for permitted purposes such as medical and court appearances. And here's the particularly significant provision given Kim's other children, anyone under 16, including KJ's younger siblings are prohibited from living or visiting the house while KJ is there. Wow, and he is also permitted from having any communication at all with anyone under the age of 16. Yikes, so there, that's everything that's come out so far in this wild case. I just, I'm so tired of these celebrity GoFundMe's. These people have had hundreds and hundreds and millions of dollars passed through their hands. Gina Kios, the other one, I'm not donating. So it's like whatever, I guess it's for friends and stuff like that. Brandy does say that she's incredibly embarrassed but her new face treatments. And by the way, she was diagnosed with, she's gotten the, the update, she, you know, she's had a parasite in her body that's been eating away at her face and everything. She's asking for $28,000, she's raised over 15K. Kyle Richards, as I mentioned, as well as Camille Grammar and many other housewives have already donated, including Vicki Gumbelsen. She seems to be getting a lot of support, standing with Brandy. Hope you can get the treatment that you need. Somebody anonymously donated 1,500. That has been one of the recent donors and help Brandy on her journey to get her health back. Treatment surgeries, recovery and hope. Glanville recently revealed several diagnosis following years of unexplained issues affecting her face, including a highly resistant ESBL. Google it, I can't say it. It's a biofilm. It's a dermatitis in moleculeosis. No idea what it is. I think it's some sort of bacteria or parasite or something. She also had a fungal ball in her face that she's preparing to have removed. The TV personality recently shared footage of an ultrasound on Instagram saying her doctor saw something alive and moving in her face during the examination. This has been going on for a couple of years. I don't know guys, I would have thought she made a lot of money through housewives and she's one of the OG podcasters. I would hope that she has made a lot of money with her podcast because certainly two teas and many other podcasters that are even or not the biggest podcast in the world are making a fortune right now. So it is, this is shocking to me. There you go, Glanville said she is embarrassed to put up the go-fond me but is very grateful for the donations. Look, Gina Kio is another one. I mean, Matt Kio, her ex-husband had millions of dollars. He was a major league baseball player. They lived in the most affluent, expensive neighborhoods in the Orange County.
