It backfired on stage…

If I've said it once, I've said it a thousand times. Nobody hates Donald Trump's supporters more than Donald Trump does. And he made that very clear in a speech that made them very uncomfortable, or at least enough of them that you could audibly hear the groans from the crowd. Donald Trump threatening his own supporters, Donald Trump attacking his own supporters, Donald Trump mocking the state where his own supporters live. And why? Because he hates these people. He hates them. He hates them and he does not care about them unless they can do something for him. Donald Trump will send you out to have heat stroke at the great American state fair so Fox News can pretend like they're people who showed up. Donald Trump will strip you of your life savings to profit off his crypto scam. Donald Trump will steal your healthcare, and blame the immigrants because he thinks you're dumb. And maybe MAGA is waking up. You have to hope that maybe a few people are waking up. One Donald Trump clip at a time, one trip to the gas station at a time, because the man, he has lost it. He has lost it both up here and also in the polls. If there is one thing that should give you hope before we take a look at this clip that will make you pull your hair out, it's that polls have been responsive to how bad Donald Trump is. Americans hate his war. They hate his economy. God, they fucking hate him. And why wouldn't you? He is the worst president we have ever had. And he thinks it's your fault. It is crazy. But that is what we saw in a speech that I think was wholly undercover. Donald Trump in North Carolina campaigning for the Senate candidate there, Watley, who is not even going to stand a chance against Roy Cooper. And maybe, maybe if it was still Tom Tillis, it would have been a lot more than a closer race. I think Roy Cooper still would have won because he's an incredibly popular governor and he'll be a great senator. But Donald Trump went to go threaten the crowd and then attack the very state they live in. There are two clips that I want to watch of Trump from this speech that were just disgusting. I also want to make fun of Joe Rogan a little bit at the end of this video. So to stick around for that. But we're going to start with this clip of Trump literally threatening the people of North Carolina and not just threatening the people of North Carolina, threatening them, but relinquishing accountability from himself, literally passing the buck. You'll see what I mean. Let's take a look. To be friends, really fixing this place up. And we spent more than $2 billion FEMA funding. And, you know, you're waiting for some additional money to take care of some of the back. And I'm going to get that to you, Michael. Now, if Michael loses, I'm not sending it. Okay. No, I'm only kidding. You're getting it. You're getting it. He's been bugging me. So Gavin Newsom responded to this clip of Donald Trump threatening to withhold FEMA funds. And of course, Gavin Newsom did. Donald Trump is threatened to and held back funding for wildfire relief and natural disaster relief in California. But Gavin wrote, this is sick. Donald Trump is threatening to hold disaster relief hostage based on how people vote. This un-American presidency ends on November 3rd. Gavin, I would love to hear your thoughts on that. I would like to agree with you there. Aaron Ruppar was correct in saying that the crowd was groaning at Donald Trump threatening them. I want to talk about why. These are Donald Trump's supporters. These are Donald Trump's supporters who got in their car, which it cost them more to drive, and spent their precious time at a Donald Trump rally. And by the way, those rallies are quite wrangly. They're getting smaller and smaller. We can do the Obama thing, which maybe he was small. It's microscopic at this point. And with Trump's big, fat fucking gut, I bet he can't even see it. Okay, now there's enough of that voice. But they got in their car, and then Donald Trump threatened him. These are the people that are showing up for Trump. These are people that like him. And he said, if you guys don't get out and make sure we win this election, I'm punishing you. That is the most Trump thing ever. These people have little to no control over whether or not Roy Cooper is going to get elected this weekend. Senator from North Carolina. And he will be. And why? Because Donald Trump is historically unpopular. Now, I've been given the guy his flowers, and he deserves them. Roy is a uniquely popular and uniquely talented politician, especially in North Carolina. Even if this was a positive environment for Donald Trump, I think he would probably win. But Trump is the reason he's going to win by a landslide. The same is true of John Ossoff. Incredibly talented, smart, senator. Donald Trump has made his reelection job a little bit easier. And so, for Donald Trump to be saying, I am going to punish you, is so Trump. It is him passing the buck and saying, the reason that I am going to lose this election is not because of the choices that I've made, the corruption that I'm carrying out, my horrible governing. It's you people, the people who show up for me. It's your fault. Fuck you. That is so Trump. I would also take issue with Gavin Newsom saying that it is un-American. We have seen plenty of president-elects that have been elected. Plenty of Republican presidents do this. I believe Ronald Reagan denied about 35% of emergency disaster relief to Democratic states. You wouldn't be surprised. Oh, Ronald Reagan, piece of shit. Oh, man. Is that history? Oh, it's just how it always went with him. Oh, all our problems track back to Reagan. But this was just the beginning of Donald Trump's terrible speech in North Carolina. Again, that I don't think got enough attention. It's why I want to play this second clip because, again, it's truly so Trump. So nobody used to think of North Carolina as a dangerous state, criminally dangerous. It was like North Carolina. It was beautiful. It was apple pie, right? And now it's one of the most violent and one of the worst in the whole nation. And it all started with Cooper. And you have a lousy governor right now, too. But it started, it started with Cooper. These people are from North Carolina. What are you talking about? Well, it's a terrible place and there's crime and there's death and it's, it's horribleness. And what Trump is trying to do, but he really isn't effectively communicating because his brain is putting, is he's trying to say like Raleigh or Charlotte are terrible places, right? Because Donald Trump knows that people in cities hate his guts and he's going to need to rely on rural turnout, which Donald Trump disproportionately, as compared to other Republicans, has always been pretty strong with. But he's going to need those people to say, well, we can't have the, sorry, I'm not trying to be, uh, not trying to be prejudiced, towards my friends in the South who have a little bit of a, a little bit of a Southern accent. And there's nothing wrong with that. Sometimes mine comes out. I am from Florida, but he's, he's hoping that these people go, well, we just can't have that, that New York City bullshit. We can't have that commie stuff coming to, coming to our part of town. And it's like, Zoran Mamdani has produced nothing but sunshine and rainbows since he became the mayor and historically low crime. And all the potholes are filled, which Zoran filling holes. I'll just leave that right there. But Donald Trump is banking on these people being so afraid of cities that they vote for him, which by the way, it's not going to happen. He's not making a compelling argument because he's talking about the whole state. He's like, your whole state sucks. The place you live is terrible. What type of message is that? I, I am going to make sure that you can't rebuild your cities and also they're awful. What? Maybe things would be better. And I have to say, things are bad in North Carolina, North Carolina, front of the show. Um, but, but like maybe it's, maybe it's partly your fault. Seems like it could partly be your fault, Donald, but he doesn't recognize that he doesn't care. He just wants to complain. He does not want to be held accountable for his own actions. Like he sees it as this giant punishment that he's going to lose the house and the Senate. But really, I think at this point he's given up and he doesn't really care, but he thinks she can talk to his supporters this way because largely he can. I'm talking about that. That 30% base of MAGA. He thinks he can always talk to them the way that he wants. And largely they've just accepted it, right? Because these are people who want a strong man, who love the boot, love the lick of the boot. Oh, delicious boots. Oh, boots. We love you boots. Please more boots. I'd love to lick the boot. And that's what they do. And it's the, the type of, the type of guy who's going to say, don't tread on me. And I'm going to go up and I'm going to, I'm going to take on the government. But then when the government is, you know, ice agents busting down people's the street. They cheer it on because, again, they're cucks and cowards. But Donald Trump treats his supporters this way. And I don't feel bad for him because you got what you paid for, got what you voted for. You know, that clip of all those farmers, God, slipping in that accent sometimes, all those farmers in Iowa or just really in the heartland broadly. By the way, go vote for Rob Sand if you're in Iowa. Rob Sand, friend of the show. We love Rob Sand. I met him at a Democratic governor's event once. And he's a handsome guy. Now I sound like Trump. He's a handsome guy. He was a model earlier in life, just like make money through college. And I'm 6'6", so I'm a tall guy, but he's a tall guy. And I was like, Rob, big fan of you and your campaign, doing great stuff. He goes, hey, man, sometimes you just need a vibes guy. I'm like, awesome. Love you. Smoke show and cool. So please do go vote for Rob Sam. But there's that video of all the farmers in Iowa praying to God that Trump would stop the tariffs. You could also ask Trump to stop the tariffs, and you could vote to hold him in check. And I think Josh Turek, who's running for Senate in Iowa, will likely win that seat because things have gotten so bad. But do we really want to have to get to praying to God levels? And this was like a year ago. Do we want to have to get to praying to God levels before Republicans get some fucking sense? No. We have to deprogram the cult. And it's gotten so bad that even Joe Rogan is saying that. You know, Trump supporters are fucking nuts, man. They're rabid. He represents something other than just a person to them. Oh, it's Christ. Yeah. Well, he represents something, a leader that they wish they had, you know? Yeah. Which is a real problem in our society in general with leaders. We look to them as if there's something different than every other person that's ever been a leader before. Like, this is the one. This is the one that's going to save us. This is the most, I never thought the leopards would eat my face. There's this amazing woman on Instagram who does this. She does the like, I never thought the leopards would eat my face. Oh, I never thought the leopards would eat my face. And that's the extent of my musical performance. But she's got like the church choir. I never thought the leopards would eat my face. And it's like, do we have to get to this point where Joe Rogan, I don't want to say he's making sense because it's common sense. It's obvious. It's observable. Joe Rogan is not a smart guy. He's reactionary. And he's always going to lick the boot. But do we have to get to this point? Like, did it have to get to this point? Unfortunately, it did. But I will leave you with a bit of hope again. It has been responsive. Trump is going to face a historic wipeout. And MAGA will crumble because he will blame Republicans. He will blame people in shithole North Carolina that Donald Trump has called it just like a terrible place. And there's so much crime and it's a wasteland. It's North Carolina. Okay. They've got, they've got cookouts. Cookout. I think it's pretty fine. Like North Carolina, I haven't spent the most time in North Carolina. Asheville. Asheville's in North Carolina. Yeah. It's also pretty, pretty cool, pretty nice. But like, it's North Carolina. I think it's a fairly fine state. My brother loves it. Him and his girlfriend like to go camping there. Where do they get the, is it the Smoky Mountains or the Black Mountains? They got good mountains. And he's like, it's a wasteland. But Donald Trump is going to blame the voters of North Carolina. He's going to blame other Republicans. He's going to blame anyone but himself. And he's going to do it very loudly. And what I can tell you is I'm going to enjoy every second of it. I'm going to have a big, we're going to get a popcorn sponsorship.
