IS IT PIXAR'S BEST FILM YET?! Toy Story 5 REVIEW!

The transcription captures a podcast episode where hosts Dr. Jace Attorney, Grandmaster Hoop, Dr. Mondo, and Apex review *Toy Story 5*. They unanimously praise the film as a strong addition to the franchise, noting it excels by centering Jessie as the lead, allowing her character to confront her abandonment trauma from earlier films. The hosts appreciate the balance between human and toy narratives, with Bonnie’s struggles to make friends and the conflict between traditional toys and technology, personified by the Lilypad device, serving as central themes. They highlight emotional gut-punch moments, particularly Jessie’s discovery that her former owner Emily named her daughter after her, which resonates without resorting to clichés. The Buzz Lightyear drone subplot adds humor and action, while Woody’s role is seen as minimal but nostalgic. The hosts rank the films, with *Toy Story 2* and 3 often topping lists, 5 in the middle, and 4 as the weakest, though all are deemed high quality. They speculate on *Toy Story 6*, suggesting possibilities like Andy’s return or a deeper exploration of Buzz. Interspersed throughout are advertisements for Netflix House in Dallas and Lowe’s flooring deals, which break up the conversation. Overall, the episode reflects a passionate, humorous, and critical appreciation of the *Toy Story* series, celebrating its consistency and emotional depth.

The table that will make their dreams come true. - Yo! - Ya yo, ya yo, folks. That is the voice of your Yonko host, Dr. Jace Attorney. And fifth time is the charm, folks. We're here to talk about Toy Story numero cinco. Toy Story five. And goodness, I'm sure there's a lot that needs to be said about Toy Story five. The good, the bad, the ugly, mostly good. I don't know, I don't know. We might get into it. - Yeah. - But I'm not here alone in this endeavor. You've got a friend in me, with me as always, this fellow Yonko host, Doc Grandmaster, who, Grandmaster, no, no, I'm tired of your games. So, you know, I want more originals, but if they keep pumping out gems like this, where I walk out emotional and feeling some type of way and revisioning and revising my whole outlook on this film franchise, then that's a W. I don't know that girl. - Listen, put some respect on Bonnie's name. - I know the characters sort of, but I always forget their names. But man, I love the movie. All I know is, is that in the middle of the movie, I mean, Grandmaster Hoop knows for sure because I was sitting next to him in the movie theater. But I know in the movie theater, I was like, oh, Toy Story eats. Y'all can't say shit about this. Da, da, da, da, da, da. Like in the middle of it. So I was going ham. Toy Story 5, I'll say it's better than 4. I'll say it's better than 4. - Agree, agree. - Apex would say that's not a high measurement. - I mean, I mean, yeah. - I loved it, I liked it, I liked it. - I think, yes. There's like a top half and a bottom half. Like the top half is like Toy Story 2, 3, and 5. And like the bottom half is like 1 and 4. All A's. - What? - All A's. - What? - They're all 90% and higher. - They are. - But definitely 2, 3, and 5 are like in the upper half of a situation. And then 1 and 4 can stay at the bottom for not being bad, but just not better than 2, 3, and 5. - Interesting, interesting. I love 5, I love 5. It was really, really good. I don't think it touches the original trilogy in any significant way, but it's a massive improvement over 4. And I think it has a very heartfelt message compared to some of the prior Toy Story films with like the rising influence of technology and how that influences children and how they interact with each other. I think moving forward, if they green light a Toy Story 6, which will happen, you are gonna get Toy. And you know Grandmaster's gonna say, "Well, I don't want another sequel." - I have a newfound perspective. - Why do you keep green lighting sequels? - I have a newfound perspective. - To then say, "Oh my God, that was so amazing." - Right, 'cause Grandmaster Hoop is, Grandmaster Hoop the whole time is always like, "What else is there? They can't make any more movies." I was like, "Honey, it's called being creative. They can make movies." - Creative? Creative? Why? I never would've considered that. - Using that imagination. That's why they have talent. That's why they make money. - Why did I doubt Pixar? - You know, it's absolutely fascinating that he, that Grandmaster Hoop comes and tells you, "Oh, we need more original stuff." But the thing is that when new stuff comes on, he sees the reruns of the reruns. He goes to familiarity. - Hey, hey, hey. Yes, I rewatched "The Office" just the other week. It's fine. It's fine. Listen, I should not have doubted the likes of Andrew Stanton here at the director's helm, who has been a Pixar pillar. He helped write the original "Toy Story." He's been a staple. He did "Finding Nemo," "Finding Dory," "Wall-E." I should have never doubted him. I should have never doubted the franchise. And I have my thoughts on what "Toy Story 6" is gonna be about, so we'll get there. But I want to talk about what works in this film, what works in this film. And I want to kick things off. the choice to make Jesse the lead. put buzz and woody in support a wild thought a wild thought because i really can't think of many franchise where they kind of do a baton pass between you know main characters to where it works but jesse is the standout here for me i i didn't think i was gonna resonate with a jesse led story because up until this point jesse has just been a support she's been she's the girl version of woody she has a crush on buzz she's you know crazy but i loved what they did with jesse here uh they wrapped up they we had closure we got closure with jesse uh am am i only am i the only one feeling this way no i don't think i don't even think we got closure with jesse i think we expanded on jesse which is important um i do think this is a little formulaic um and i'm gonna tell um and the reason why is because if you look at toy story as trilogies then this would be like toy story 2 right and in toy story 2 we expanded the woody right like woody's story expands right in the same way as jesse's story expands in this one right so all that's to say that toy story 6 is probably gonna slap but we'll talk about that later but um jesse ate down for sure jesse being the lead also is great because obviously the child is going to be the one that's going to be the the child is a female lead so this is kind of like there is definitely from is everybody movie but this is for my girls my girls they ate that they loved it all the girls were great the mother in the movie was great um her little friend that she makes was great um the only bitches that weren't great were those little girls that were fighting these hoes um the lily pad trio the pond the pond trio i hope their lily pad like explodes in their hand bitch because they are they are mean girls mean girls don't do that girl if you're a little girl watching this shit understand don't be a bitch be a bad bitch okay but that's it that was really like the good parts always the female led stuff was just fantastic and it wasn't like um sometimes in movies they'll have like female led stuff and then they like have to like bring down the man or like there's the man that's definitely bring down the woman i feel like this was a really nice balance of like having so like everyone can support that females empowering females and males empowering females because um woody and um buzz both were all about jesse jesse is fucking star command bro come on now star star command star command no so i think i think it makes sense that jesse was the main here because toy story 4 basically was closing out woody's story and i think the big worry that we all had when coming to this movie to a certain degree was like what the heck well it's like you closed out woody's story in four what are you going to do in five because it makes no sense to just bring woody in open a new door or something so you have to expand on someone you haven't expanded before which is jesse and we all know that and i i think the movie does such a great job in expanding her story and really kind of i think highlights almost the like her abandonment issues and trauma yes well throughout the movie because you know that like jesse had an owner before and you knew it because they told you never expanded one of the most traumatizing moments in all the toy story franchise jesse's flashback when she loved me yeah and not buzz when he finds out that zerg's his father no no that's not traumatizing no dr mondo's right jesse has abandonment issues and up until this point they never been uh they we like he said we know about it but it's never been a focal point it's never been like truly explored until this movie and i think that just sets the tone like like obviously they do it in a family-friendly way yes but that's that's the tone throughout the entire movie which is interesting because i i mean leaving toy story 4 and well even leaving toy story 3 you know you walk out of toy story 3 you're thinking that the movie franchise is done right no more toy story films i i wasn't asking for like man they never touched on jesse i really wish they would go back on jesse's backstory same thing with toy story 4 when woody and buzz you know they give their handshake and part ways i wasn't sitting there wondering man are they gonna go into the backstory of jesse in a potential toy story 5 so the fact that they are bringing that to the forefront and they did such a good job with it without making it seem like it's forced it doesn't feel forced at all like i i was honestly surprised with you know this franchise still has steam in its engine five entries in i mean god forbid when shrek 5 comes out i i don't know if there's enough left in the tank for for the shrek franchise uh tell me what other franchise has four films in five films in that was great and land before time does not count i know grandmaster who well shrek has puss in boots that counts as like there's there's but it is a spinoff it is a spinoff it's a spinoff oh five films that is tough because lion king has five films but that's including the live action oh yeah we're not counting no we're not counting those i can only think of oh god i don't know like the lord of the rings technically has six star wars oh right the star wars lord of the rings has three okay lord of the rings has three and the hobbit has three those are two different books it's one franchise live action movies dude i i mean you're talking about a franchise you're talking about a franchise you're you did open the door for live action but uh i was thinking of just animated i mean there are is there another i have one i have one pokemon no don't be sure you're not pokemon bitch you know that that pokemon 2008 pokemon the first movie eight the little ladios and ladios movie eight but it's not better than toy story but they ate oh uh no the ox's movie eight i said the pokemon fans will understand bitch if you're a toy story fan you have to like pokemon if you don't like pokemon as well you would hate an asshole oh okay i think what works is that with compared to other franchises when it comes to taking and giving the spotlight to someone else jesse had some things that we could explore like it was already present it was yes it wasn't forced it's not like this was something brand spanking new it was an area that we couldn't cover and i think they did it really well in terms of you know because this was you know as much as it's jesse's story it was bonnie's story as well jesse and bonnie i think are the oh shoot i might jesse bonnie and blaze are like the hearts of this film um but you know obviously the conflict with the tech was also another kind of big question mark uh because you know that that's a fun thing to explore uh we can all relate can we not like this movie have me thinking i neglected my toys for my game boy advance and my game boy advance sp i that's you it's true no you know too so stop mr pokemon you know good and well you stop playing i got some toys still left in my little corner they're more like collectibles i may not be playing with them but they are there to be recognized they're collecting dust like woody jesse and stinky pete would have done in that movie in that museum in toy story 2 toys are meant to be played with not be on a they're a child's play thing but you switched it up and you started playing your yeah but we're adults i'm talking about back then you it's we played and it's interesting because we didn't we're not that like ipad screen generation you know we were able to if we wanted to trade pokemon we had to go outside and connect the cords you know so we there was still like technology was not you know replacing what it meant to connect in a very human way for our generation so this movie having lily pad who i think i love lily pad too um funny enough uh i think they did a really good job with lily pad but using jesse's story and then tech versus toys and then the fact that bonnie can't make friends i was like this seems like a lot going on and it all converged quite nicely i'd say yeah the movie's all i mean the movie is all about connection like at the end of the day right like there has to be connection from like jesse with her past and you know connection with bonnie with her friends and then you have tech versus toys which they easily could have made this like uh like i just easiest went for me like boomers versus fucking like gen z situation right like old people versus young people like toys and then you have like jesse with her past and then you have toys are better and then like tech is better, but they did it. They made it where it was all about coexisting because they just all at the end of the day just want to make bonnie happy on the same thing right right and and lily was definitely eating with some of the shit because she was like you know what if you don't put her in these little games with these little friends she's gonna be behind on these social interactions which she fucking was she could not talk to these new kids because these new kids are on these lily pads you know so it's like there has to be a good balance of both in order to make like these connections work right and like connection is all about finding that common ground um and so that's kind of just how it was like they found the common ground with the lily pads and they found the common ground with the toys um and two things can be right as we know two things can be right i actually like the apex i think i i think it also shows like the quote-unquote power of corrective experiences but also kind of that it's there's a time and place where you can't just like you can't just like you can't just like you can't just like for everything in life and kind of like the mark oh time and place that's good a time and place for everything in life and like the mark that you leave behind in a certain person or just like your footprint in the sand so and i think the movie did a great job at that scene i was like damn wait you talking about the big reveal big reveal we'll likely go into it later i mean no we can talk about it now it's fine uh we'll make sure we cover everything but you saw you're talking didn't actually forget jesse you never forgot her jesse left such an impact on her that she named her daughter jesse and said you will always be my little cowgirl endless summer escapes start here travel the worlds ground up our best lineup is here at lowes valve 326 while supplies last selection varies by location that was so good was that your gut punch was that your gut punch so i think starting from toy story two onwards they have very specific scenes that are gut punches yeah obviously toy story two was you know when somebody loved me with uh jesse's flashback toy story three that i mean technically there's two gut punch scenes there's the incinerator and uh so long partner uh ending toy story four with debatable how much goodbye woody yeah goodbye woody goodbye woody was a gut punch what about forky liking trash oh no stop stop was was was jesse learning about emily not forgetting jesse your gut punch moment yes yes okay that was the gut punch there were a couple of gut punches because each of jesse had one and bonnie had one blaze had one but jesse for sure obviously this one ties back to toy story two so there's a little more weight to it because you know it's a long running uh story arc for jesse um and it it felt more of a gut punch because now she realizes yeah it's a little more of a gut punch because she gave her away doesn't lessen to dr mondo's point uh you know the time and place and the impact she had on her when they were together and then uh i and that's where i feel pixar is really creative there was a draft of this film where grandma emily comes back and i'm so glad they didn't do i'm glad they didn't do that either i'm glad i felt that's an easy cop out and i feel this one is more what's the word uh realistic you you know we might not ever see those people again who we left an impact or who have left an impact on our lives or vice versa but you know it was just a little reminder and that's all jesse needed she didn't need a full-on reunion you know all she needed was this little oh my gosh she named her daughter after me i thought that works a lot better than bringing back no for sure that that was my worry what when they when they did that little retcon bit where jesse has the address on her little flap leg oh emily's how convenient these addresses right did she not have it before no does the specimen need cleaning like he would the guy from toy story 2 would have cleaned that or wiped that off from jesse but she did not have that that is a straight up retcon it's a retcon i'm okay with but it is a retcon but right when i saw that i was like oh are we going back here are we eventually going to see the house and once they got to the house i was so worried that emily's family was gonna be there her grandbaby was gonna be i i was so worried about this entering generic territory and thankfully they did not do that i much rather prefer the method they did you know that that little lunch box with the picture and the little notes and the little notes and the little notes and the little notes to jesse that's all you needed that emily might be dead for all we know but that's okay that's okay because the impact she left on jesse will let no the impact jesse left on her will last a lifetime i will dead because i will say correct jesse's oldest shit jesse is our jesse and emily yes they're old older yes they are she was manufactured i'm assuming the same right the same time as woody in the 1950s um which is funny it makes you wonder like you know did did woody have a prior owner uh before andy because how did you make all this entire way this entire journey towards andy but you only talk about andy maybe he never connected with anyone but andy maybe he was boxed up for years but they never mentioned might be a gap actually that might be worth exploring who knows um but yeah zero they could they could um but no definitely that was the big emotional gut punch um toy story 5 more than any other toy story film has put bonnie in such a main character role it reminds me of inside out um watching bonnie navigate because you know andy has never been a part of any of the characters that have ever been a part of any of the characters and how do y'all feel about that would you rather have the human be in the main role or in a main role because what we lose out on is a lot of the toys not getting some moments in favor of this more human story how what is your takes on those well she had to reference yeah she had to be it because of the tech like in this movie you know like the tech wouldn't be able to like stuff so she had to like you know like the tech wouldn't be able to like stuff so she had to like you know play a bigger part um than others because it's not like a toy v toy situation you know the tech requires a human to be able to work it right right i guess i i think with technology with this era of social media i think i prefer the method of what grandmaster was saying um because otherwise you just go into the same territory as toy story 1 which i feel like this film did a lot of homage to toy story 1 it's a lot of homage to toy story 1 did like the new toys on the bed and then you know the cow girl the cowboy character is like all right i'm gonna go take care of him and tell this toy what for um how everything how everything's done here exactly so i feel like if they did not have that human element i i think you just get a retread of toy story one you know the the old toys versus the new toy that is trying to take over and they have an adventure together um it's different right i it toy story one through three were always from the toys perspective in terms of like how they saw the humans um which i mean it it also comes from uh the fandom's glaze for andy saying like oh andy's the perfect kid he was the perfect kid screw bonnie bonnie's a terrible toy owner that's just because that's just because they hate women bro that's just because they hate women bro by the baddies they might be out here bonnie's gonna be out here being the badass child that she is honey you never let her have it she don't she don't she don't fuck with these other kids because these other kids gotta fuck with her okay to bonnie's credit i think toy story four and five are showcasing what a child goes through during these stages in life and it's a more it goes beyond just being a toy story it also adds in the human element in there a human story i don't know what kind of high grade you would call that um but life oh right correct everyday life with them life story this is what they go through yes life story let's check in on the humans and the toys uh but no that's a good point uh they it it the parallels to one are there the parallels to one are there even um you know there's a lot of callbacks like with the high-tech buzzes um this isn't flying this is falling with style you know right which that okay um this had a c-plot i don't think the toy story films ever had a c-plot oh not like this the c-plot was absolutely hilarious oh these buzzes we were watching it um and i was like how the hell is this gonna play yes how is this gonna connect stop but it was so funny the the buzzes were so stark yeah start star command star command yeah the buzzes to me got really good once they caught woody or jesse no woody yeah right oh so they catch their little commando yeah yeah they came out of the garden because you don't understand what the fuck is going on with them you're just like why are these little buzzes going around right um but once they catch them and um they like finally make sense then it was like oh they are actually hilarious um and especially when you find out they're like high-tech um buzzes it's like with like wi-fi and shit and they like know how to like they get an upgrade and all they have a qr code oh my god right right the whole upgrade thing with them being drones oh that shit was so funny we were like crashing out of our seats because um we were like this is crazy because if we saw that that's exactly what they would be no i just felt like i found it hilarious just like because i was like the entire time like they start they appear in the movie and then out of nowhere there's like a fire and i was like whoa whoa whoa so these toys just like made fire and right there and then it's like okay we're just gonna raft out of this freaking island listen hold up in that camping moment where they saw the family and they dropped one of the buzzes and the kids picked them up they were going to kill them they were going to kill what were they about they brought the small soldier them they're about to go full small soldier them and kill that family they didn't know what their purpose was they were just being natural what did they put into the programming of those toys if for whatever reason that buzz that got captured by the kids said help me help me they would have slaughtered that family they would have slaughtered them oh my god is gonna be the toy story horror movie well well well which is funny because um i if you think about the entire toy story franchise and i'm not gonna include the dino bots from the that little dinosaur special the toy story out of time or something yeah yeah that one i i'm gonna ignore that briefly the buzz light years seemingly from what we know are the only toys that really believe they are the actual like thing that they're based off of you don't have any of these other toys coming out the box saying that i woody thinks he's a cowboy uh bullseye thinks he's a real actual horse and i i say all this because this c plot felt like a leftover bit from like the original story of toy story 3 that was going to be like a massive recall of of all the buzzes what if that recall was about this issue with the buzzes uh not that the manufacturer knew that you know the toys come to life and they think they're the real buzz light year but i i don't know i i i feel like i feel like in the buzz is thinking that they are real buzz light years that might be tied to a defect in their design why are they the only ones that think this well they also are high tech so they can connect to internet maybe maybe the internet told them who they were this is small soldiers i don't know this is tech the next one's ai i'm just saying it like this i mean ai low-key played a little part like you know lily had an ai in her hey lily and which was oh my gosh that whole hey lily bit was very well it's funny but then it was also like um it's kind of scary she had no free will at that point they took her free will uh and she had to do whatever they wanted and she was like running away from them it was like i don't want to do what you tell me uh i i don't know i was just like so we should just give the robots free will it was it was scary it's like um um it's just like i don't know man man took a woman's power oh my god i guess i would say like if you if we gave lily the free will to do whatever the wanted she would kill us it's the same thing but now you give the robots the free will they're coming for our ass she knows what's best for you i i did she know what's best we encountered our first toy story bullies in the franchise with those pawn girls and see that's when it got really real that's not the first toy story the first the first toy story the first movie with the with that freaking bald kid that don't start sid okay here we go tell me who did sid who did sid bully who did sid bully sid ugly okay who did bully number number one bullies are ugly who did sid bully he's gonna get to it but number one the toys bitch yes he bullied the toys inanimate objects you saw oh don't do this shit because you're talking about bullying fucking lily so there you go no that was between the toys that was between the toys i am talking about bonnie's the girls those little girls bullying the human so the human a human fucking bullying is that what you're saying yeah that's what i'm saying because okay lily thought those were the ones i cannot name a human bully because there was not as much human in toy story like the other ones but you were ready to clock sid no because you said i rewind the motherfucking tape you said this is the first instance of bullying it was i said incorrect sid is not a bully sid is not a bully sid is a and go to rehab or something. That's what he needs to do. - It is not that serious. - Arrest that kid. - And actually, technically, technically, he did bully his sister. - Sibling, siblings. - You never bullied your sibling? I don't think it was that, I don't think it was that. - She's lying, whatever she says is not true. - The gaslighting. - All I'm saying is-- - Amy's all better now. - Talking about emotional gut punches, when Bonnie cried when she showed her mother the chat room after, you know, "Bonnie, you still play with toys?" Ha ha. - Ha ha. Ha ha. Brave the upside down, face off with the front man. Play leveled up arcade games, shop exclusive merch, and enjoy themed food and drinks. Beat the heat, play, eat, and shop on repeat at Netflix House at Galleria Dallas. Now just $179. Flexioners by location. - Ha ha. - Well, Bonnie's mom, shout out to her. She's a great mother because she just listened to her and she just was like, let me just come for you. And she knew that this like, you know, this happens, right? But she wasn't out here being like, oh, let me go ahead and like, like patronize her or make her feel bad for coming to me. She was like, this is a safe space. So shout out to her being a mother for that. - That was good parenting, it was. - Yes. - I think my gut punch was when Bonnie doesn't play with Blaze the first time. What the fuck? Like she goes to the house and she's like, Jessie, I don't play with her anymore. And tells Jessie she ain't shit to her no more. - And then the camera, the camera goes to Jessie. - And Jessie just goes. - And she's, she's just like literally, like literally I was like, bro, that's fucking nuts. That was like. - Yeah. - That was like huge judgment because Jessie's. - Because that's when Jessie like reaffirms that nobody wants her. - Well, the slur of the film is useless because Jessie was throwing around that term useless. useless she called smarty pants useless um you don't call a toy useless that's that's problematic okay uh that's a hate crime so to who to the toys and the tech are you the political correctness of freaking toys now did you hear did you see are you an ambassador ally my ass you're the bully bitch did you see how smarty pants reacted when jesse said you're useless yeah he was like very offended right well she was just rejecting her trauma that was a projection 101 she was a hundred projection yes because she was just trying to make she was just trying to like she felt sad and bitter so she used to like just throw trauma dumping on poor smarty pants and then she finally got with smarty pants and then she was clicking all his buttons honey now some people said that that was a little bit sexual it was you just said she got with smarty pants so i think she was just really enjoyed playing the game you literally just said she got with the smarty pants and pushed all okay she got with him not like she fucked him oh my god like damn the toys can do that uh they can kiss clearly looking at dr monica those background which was a a joyful gut punch that kiss joyful oh let me tell you something let me tell that let me tell the world this story so grandma we're in that we're in the theater and we're like okay this is like this thing it's happening right um and she's telling you in love and the whole thing and we're all like oh it's a really great moment and we're like taking it in and then the second they kiss grandmaster hoop is the only one in the entire theater screaming he's like like a child and what's crazy is that when we walked in the theater he was all like oh i hope these kids don't be screaming and doing all this and he's the only one that screamed for this part which was crazy a grown ass man oh don't don't start don't start it was a moment it was a moment right to indulge and enjoy not for you to scream because when you started screaming all of us started laughing because we're just i'm just imagining like i'm just imagining do y'all feel the same way as me do y'all feel the same way as me hello is it or do all the children like this like me oh here we go again it was a good moment and it was long overdue we needed buzz and jesse to kiss buzz collected a w in this film after a couple of films of having no w's buzz is one of the most underutilized main characters of all time he didn't do very well he didn't do very well he didn't do very well shit in toy story 4 and toy story 3 he was sideline 2 halfway through the movie buzz got a w here he got the woman of his dreams and he supported her the whole time like we've been saying and his best friend came back and they had a another adventure well i think toy story 6 is gonna be buzz because of how it ended but we'll talk about it later oh i have my predictions for the post credit six post credit six six but uh yeah no definitely buzz got his w and maybe we can like transition into this um but when buzz and jesse have their wedding scene like not just the wedding scene but like the imagination story five the end the difference in animation yeah how they changed it to like them playing with the toys and when blaze plays with them and the whole thing that ate like in this movie that changes the animation provided so much like ability to do this and show like the imagination side of the house that it was just like they ate that down which is that was pretty cool because we've seen like the imagination parts of the toys being played with before like in toy story 3 you get like the train uh chase sequence where like woody and buzz and jesse uh this was uh different i kind of i like both for different reasons but like i like the animation style change i like how how random it is with all the the the jumps to different points and dialogue sequences it's just it was great it was great do you want more like these like little shorts off of these like playtime imagination sequence oh yeah they could do a whole series with bonnie and blaze having play dates or sleepovers and sequencing some of this that's literally a great name bonnie and blaze it's like like bonnie and blaze bmb honey i think it works i think these were some of the most fun parts of the film uh the wedding one in the beginning and then i think it was cool too just to see the spy one was so good well that's what i'm saying the the contrast between their imaginations you know um like you know bonnie was very you know traumatic with the weddings and these who killed the maid of honor and then blaze is over here like blaze was traumatic what are you talking about when the spy thing and at the end they all blew up she did not let them win she killed them all and that was great to get the bomb smart they're like where's the bomb smarty pants it's me yeah she killed them like literally she did she did and then the you know the you can't marry buzz is married to me the trickster i was like oh my god this is hilarious um and forky being the father was hilarious forky take care of my son yeah forky ate with that and forky ate with his little wife first off knifey the wifey karen beverly karen ate that down with knifey wifey and also karen beverly when they're like donuts he's like donations she's like no donut or or was it the other way around i don't know it was the other way around it was the other way around and she's like uh and then he's like what am i gonna do with her i was like that was so funny see in in that see that's a good point right here because i'm like per the story at hand i am okay with a lot of the toys like the og toys toys like forky and dolly i'm okay with them kind of taking a back seat just give me some good one-liners you know which forky had the best ones um um and the dinosaur too about the he's like extinct again extinction not again right right that was funny it's like two i mean i would love to see them back in a kind of a main kind of narrative like in toy story 3 that was the last time they had a prominent role i know that that's a point that fans have critiqued of toy story 4 and now 5 but like you know uh smarty pants snappy um lily pad and atlas the hippo they were fun they were fun they were fun additions um are they fun enough to where you want to see them again well okay because toy story 4 toy story 4 ducky and bunny were like the new toys and technically forky was too but now they're making way for these new toys like smarty pants or are they enough to make you want them in a toy story 6 i have i have i'm gonna circle back to this when we talk about toy story 6 later on i have an idea and per if it is the last toy story film ever i have an idea of where they're going with it um but i'll start her back but i'm a per this story smarty pants was a lot of fun that's conan o'brien um so he had a lot of good lines uh like well call me flushed or you know i know the best thing is like it was like i can only count to two i i think i count 50 but i can only count to two and then the hippo was like yeah don't mess with smarty pants who wipe your ass right oh and they cut him off yeah yes yes uh they were fun for for this story i like how they were included here and then um lily pad 2 had some fun moments uh you know she switched it to spanish she's like you're not even listening here it is in spanish here it is as a rap oh and then that the rap song was like the end credits at the end with bad buddy with bad bunny as the pizza yeah oh good oh and tyla tyla was the flamingo left in the house uh when jesse first got to blaze's house and she met blaze's toys out in that playhouse that's where the pizza was tyla was pizza was yeah tyla was the flamingo good for tyla well they had bad bunny tyla and taylor swift all involved in this one toy story movie i was like what are we doing but but taylor yeah anyone all right no no she didn't voice yeah she just did the song which i'm actually not really her song is made bro her song is super i know yeah i i love taylor and i know the taylor fans probably going to be mad but taylor's song is made bro compared to all the other toy story songs it's made and even as a song in normal it's made mid, but you know, she cashed that check, so good for her. You're talking about Taylor Swift. Mid is the name of the game when it comes to her. I mean, yes, on some aspects, but I mean, she is a legend. We'll give her that. It just didn't do it for me. How someone so mid became so big. That's like. Who do you want to make the next Toy Story song then? Take out Taylor Swift. Who do you got? Beyonce. Anyone but Queen B. Anyone but Queen B. Don't do this to her. No, don't want her. Don't know. Hell yeah. No, no. I think Gayfix is going to like this one. Ariana. Ariana Grande. For a Toy Story song? No. She could. Why can't she do it? She's going to say, one last Toy Story. I need to. It could be, or break free, bitch. You know, she got a lot of hair. This is the part when I say when Bonnie don't want it. But better than The Weeknd. What The Weeknd going to do? I didn't say The Weeknd. You want The Weeknd. The Weeknd could do a good Toy Story song. He could barely do a good Super Bowl halftime show. Hold up. He could do a good Toy Story song. He could say, ooh, I'm blinded by the buzz. Yeah, what buzz is he talking about? Exactly. Exactly. I think that would work. I think that could eat. I don't know. I mean, I'm sure the Taylor Swifties will be like, you know, in here and they'll be like, oh, well, you do something better. Well, it's not about that. It's media. It's being critiqued. And it was, to be honest, it's a C out of a grading scale. Maybe a C minus. Oh, the song? Yeah. It's like it did what it had to do and it didn't do much. Well, Toy Story is also pretty like known for having the songs incorporated within the film. Two, which was not present here. It just plays in the end credit. That's an L that plays into the L. Yeah, I think I think it does, too. Yeah. And you got a friend of me is hard to top. So I guess there's that. You don't have to top. You got a friend of me because like Toy Story three with we belong together. That's a really good one that plays at the end of Toy Story three where it's showing like the aftermath and everything. Toy Story four has a weak one. I'm sure y'all don't. I don't remember the other song. It's all Randy Newman. To her credit, she may be better than some other Toy Stories because I don't remember it either. It's probably better than number four. Number four. It's Randy Newman. He sings. It's about Forky. He's like, don't you go throwing me away? And it's like Forky jumping out of the RV. Right. It's that whole sequence. Yes. So it could be better than that one. But nothing beats the Spanish version of you've got a friend of me at the end of three. Yes, that was good. They ate with that one. The Gypsy Kings I who know me go in me. Oh, okay. She knows Spanish. I've been playing it on loop since watching Toy Story five. I was like, it's seeing the amigo part. I can't want those watching watching Dora go in me. Yes, I can. Yes, I can. Hold up. We really haven't talked about Woody at all. Is this is this a sign to talk about Woody? Is this a sign? What is this balding? He is balding. And that was really funny. It was funny. But literally, if you take Woody out of this plot and Toy Story five, it changes nothing. I beg to differ. No, it changes nothing with the plot. Woody has to give him the pass off to Buzz that he could do it. Oh, like because he's because he because he refutes Buzz and he's like, I can do it. And then Buzz is like, no, I can do it. I'm the deputy. I'm the deputy. Right. And like this, he's essential for Buzz to be like, I'm going to take your spot now, bitch. And we're going to drop you off for real, for real. You know, stop coming back. We got it. Which is, I mean, it's still not necessary, though. I feel like there's no scenario where Buzz does not take up the mantle because like it with Woody entering the mix, he feels like competition. He's like, oh, I'm going to be the one to do it versus if Woody was not there, Buzz would have just done it because he is the one left in charge when Jesse is, you know, out and about. So Woody being there does add to like the dynamic of like them being competitive leaders with each other. But outside of that, it just and Tom Hanks be in the movie. But I love seeing Woody still. I this was the one excuse where I feel like the the movie writers were like, listen, we can't have a Toy Story film without Woody. Yeah. So they so they wrote a draft in the initial draft. Woody was not in the draft and they said it didn't feel right. I I and that's OK with me. That's OK with me. I think it's like they they have to put Woody not because of the plot, but because like you do need a little bit of nostalgia factor here. And it's like you need a little bit like a hint of it. And it's like you kind of put him in for him to kind of like wiggle himself into the plot, even though he's not the main like the main attraction, the main star. But Woody is there. And and if they didn't put Woody like they would have been like what happened to all the characters in Toy Story four besides Forky like because they do show at least a little bit. They show like a little guy on the motorcycle and the girl and all that. Oh, he the fit. Yeah. The fandom would have been pissed, buddy. So right. Right. Right. I'm OK if they I will come back to the Toy Story six bit, but I like Woody and Buzz being this just silly banter, you know, because we didn't have that in Toy Story four. They barely shared the screen time together. So if you're going to bring Woody Woody back, I'm I rather you pair him up with Buzz and let them be the B plot of the film. And I'm good with that. And I was going to say Andrew Stanton. He did the same thing in Finding Dory because, you know, I'm finding Dory for those who have seen it. Dory is now the lead and Marlon and Nemo are the B plot and they're barely on screen with Dory until they converge at the very end. So I feel he's he's got a way of doing things and it's a formula. Well, but Woody and Buzz work better than if Marlon and Nemo and Finding Dory like this was an improvement on that concept because Woody and Buzz is just an iconic duo. And you know, if you're going to regulate them to the supporting cast, I rather them be supporting together than like if Woody ended up with the the buzz is the whole movie, you know, and converged with them. Like imagine if Woody and Bo Peep found the buzzes on the road and then they met up with Jesse and everything. I don't think that would have been as good. I like if you're going to bring Woody back. This is how I think you should do it. Endless summer escapes start here. Shop exclusive merch and enjoy themed food and drinks. Beat the heat. Get your tickets today at Netflix.com slash house. Pros. Selection first by location. Yup. They could have been. Fair. Yeah. Uh, I know he's gonna be back in a Toy Story 6. Oh, he'll be back. He will be back. Just, I want them to do better than what they did here. Um, like, make it, make it more, uh, essential to the plot, I guess. Yeah. Um, that's all I asked for. Depending on how that plot goes. Um, alright. Uh, the ending of the film, the final connection between, uh, Blaze and Bonnie. One, also, I thought Lilypad was about to jump in front of a moving car. Uh, when she. Lilypad got, like, Seuss Lytle. Right there. Yeah. I was like, oh my gosh, Lily, don't do that. Um. Which is interesting, cause that's the first, I guess, uh, villain slash antagonist in Toy Story that kind of, like, took their self-defeat into their own hands. Uh, cause she. It goes back to show that Lily was actually someone that wasn't full of shit. She actually really did care about Bonnie's well-being. And then when she saw those messages and how it affected Bonnie, like, she was like, oh my god, maybe. - Maybe I am a problem. Maybe I'm a problem. i'm not the best thing for lily well it's essential herself it's essential because it's what you just said lily does the same thing that jesse does and so that's how they connect is that it doesn't whether it's toy or whether it's like technology they do the same thing because literally jesse was like she ran away and she was like it's my fault like and that's like when she comes up to lily and she's like i understand you i feel you i don't know and then like they finally come together it's kind of like they both wanted what was best for bonnie but kind of like in very different ways and to a certain way like opposing like with very like opposing views they weren't working together and they kind of finding that the common ground is bonnie and her happiness it's kind of like okay you were right no you were kind of right well we were both wrong that's actually what they did that's what the humans need to know they need to know no one was really it's kind of like one wasn't more right than the other they were just both wrong their their their methodology and how they played it out was incorrect but they both were correct and you know uh as apex said lily was for connection you know bonnie was behind she wasn't making friends she she couldn't make friends with the jordan twins across the street here's a quick a quicker opportunity to make friends via online however bonnie likes playing with toys so she we just needed to connect her with the right person to which you know the toys are super bold in this movie i think bolder than ever before in terms of what they're doing to move the plot along they're literally influencing events they're sending texts like what lily said dad put my toys in the garage was like what also those humans are fucking dumb you know they're like how the fuck did we get here they just like i assume like that this shit worked they're like how the fuck did jesse get her ass to that bitch's house no one asked there's not another jesse like in the fucking world like you know what i'm saying there's no other jesse they're like i guess that's your jesse honey right and these parents were like oh we could just drive you there damn bitch if it was my fucking parents they would have been like oh no you lost that shit you grounded and you ain't getting that shit back how about that well i think my parents my parents probably just would have been like how do you know it's yours like yeah oh well what which if she looked at you know jesse's foot i think it says bonnie on it but um yeah the parent everybody's oblivious so um but that final interaction of you know will bonnie and blaze uh become friends that was another emotional gut punch um yeah everyone was like oh they're playing together and this little wedding scene is so cute and then some of us were like oh my god they're gonna be future lesbians and then at that point the grandmaster was upset he was like no romance they can't be it no romance or was he not an ally no it's it's not about that i just said we don't it's this is a story about friendship you got a friend in me you got a friend in me it's about friendship so i was just a different type of friends if that's what they want to do in the future i'm not gonna say no but i was like this is about friendship they're both quirky i i like your i like your boots i like your nails look at my hair it's a beard i was like oh come on great people do this all the time too it's not about it's not right it's not right your gotta let the kids just figure it out on their own but they will they will but but it's not a no it's not a no it's a whenever it happens honey sure i'm i'm i was just happy they made friends and they became friends and it was cute too where she's like would you maybe want to sleep over yeah it's like they gave these kids so many liberties bitch you know what it is these fucking parents got to make this decision also real quick we i don't think when blaze hits up bonnie that there's like a profile picture like they just message that i have your toys and she just fucking shows up that could be a grown-ass man okay okay fucking trying to kidnap this bitch did anyone think about that okay so controls on lily pat so the the initial one with the pawn girls uh the parents had made a group chat which included the girls in bonnie's dance class to which then for sure to this point that you're making i don't think blaze is in that parent chat or her parents are in that chat right she's not i don't think there were restrictions going on that could have been a random person you know looked her up like looked her up on the thing and she was like i can connect her and then they were like oh yeah we have like this and i was just like excuse me i was like what if that what if she got kidnapped also what are we saying when the fact that smarty pants who is a potty training device was able battery powered by the way just connect and just connect and send messages no no the best thing it's like atlas the hippo it's like a fucking gps like to absolute everywhere i can tell you where they are right now right oh damn my maps are like 40 years old and it's like they just go through this house this random ass house which that part was really good too because they ran through that house and everybody's on their devices and snappy that snappy could look into the freaking distance like miles away i was like she had super scope that's for sniping that's american sniper all i know is apple ain't giving us the right things if that little camera can fucking do that camera work like that bitch what the hell absolutely ridiculous i'm like no i i question uh i think it was eggman is the name of the company that made uh the uh yeah eggman eggman be sauce funny enough it's sonic and toy story crossover well funny always been waiting for funny enough eggman was also the name of the moving company on the moving truck in toy story one so now i was like oh they've been around sonic has always been a part of toy story is what you're saying oh i don't know the best franchise which their birthday was on the day of the movie and they were like oh they're the other day actually um listen if sonic makes some more good movies maybe she'll rival toy story you think oh they haven't had a bad movie um correct actually fine uh have we covered all the main things of toy story 5 shall we get into is this the best toy story film to date let's do it i'll make it simple it's not end the pod close recording it's not what's your ranking then how rank the fucking five the number one toy story one and i will not have anyone say otherwise the writing and dialogue air fucking tight air tight in toy story one jesse fuck jesse i don't give a fuck about jesse women suck to dr jace oh man no top oh god how fuck ranking them uh definitely toy story one at the top um she's like and then toy story two and then no no actually actually actually toy story three has i think the biggest gut punch in the entire series oh yeah toy story toy story as a millennial for sure i didn't cry sure i didn't cry but i teared up oh nah bitch i bawled i bawled like toy story three the emotional gut punch that one throws is just like holy shit and he's like and this is buddy and this is buzz and i'm like oh it's me i think three gets the number two spot then it comes to two then five four four dead last yeah i think i think it's two two is first three is second one is third five is fourth and and four is last damn don't love her four no apex right now go ahead y'all fucking hate forky bitch yeah apex go ahead we know you love me do this ranking i just wanted y'all to rank don't do this to me fine you you'll go last four for me is last and then i think i'm gonna put oh y'all gonna hate me uh i'll go as i feel right now god you're gonna say something completely wrong i'm gonna put i'm gonna put so four is last yeah four is last let's go ahead and put three at number four what oh god no you're just no you're full of it let's put let's put let's put five at number no no let's put two at number three five at number two and number one number one wow i'll give you one that is the correct answer yes but the rest the rest after that no i might just be a contrarian oh y'all are fucking kidding me i'm gonna put three at number four and number i think you need to rewatch those movies i'm not gonna fucking like me go ahead go ahead go ahead if four is not in the the last spot then you have shook up everything depending on your ranking tomorrow is july 1st first off bitch don't be playing me i still got a week of invincibility um no i'll put four last for now yeah four four can be last um then my next one is one because it's just like one was a great movie i mean they're all a's they're all a's number one was a great movie however man two three and five fucking eat so now like we got to get into that so for me i feel oh my gosh oh my gosh don't do this to me um man oh man don't do this okay um i would say um okay i'm about to pull the trigger two and three three is my number one and then two is second and five is third and then one and four that's fine that's fine that's fine that yes but it's i mean it's it's it's it's like comparing beyonce albums they're all great bitch you know it's just like that i mean we're all pretty unanimous about four being i was like i was telling grace like basically like almost all the toy store is like toy story two and three it's like if we're gonna get it like in the very like nitty-gritty like toy story two for me is a perfect movie toy story three is like a 9.9 toy story one is like a 9.5 five is a nine like i would say maybe like a nine and then like toy story four is like an eight point like an 8.5 damn he said it's a b b movie well depending on which grading you use 85 can be 85 can be an a but a curved scale what is toy story super fucking curved what what grade would you get toy story four no no toy story four is still an a it's still an a yeah i mean yeah it's a low a a very it's a it's an a minus like i give it you know what i can give it a b like a b mega plus almost an a but it's like it's still great i i love i love toy story toy story four but the thing is that when you compare it to the first three it's kind of like come in i think it's a problem i think that's where it's like on its own let's say you don't have the first three as a comparison point it's a really freaking good movie yeah but then but then you put in but these were the three that came before you're like ah shit it's yeah it's like damn like there's a noticeable drop but it's not because it's bad it's because the first three were just so freaking good well the first three also just work really well as a trilogy they do like well the connection between them and kind of like the different stages in which they are yes and also one of the things and it's also like the emotional thing and it's like it's it's kind of funny because this is literally the reason why naruto is my favorite series uh it's because you you grow up with andy you grow right so like you see andy as a kid when you're a kid okay and then when andy gives the toys away you're pretty much around andy's age you're in that period so you grew with andy throughout the movies so there's that like resonance there that you can resonate with all with all that bonnie you don't resonate with it oh hold up now like you don't resonate with it like to the level of andy because it's like she's a new kid it's like and you're in a like at a totally different stage granted like there's things that you can definitely resonate in the bonnie movies of course i'm not saying that but with the character of bonnie it's difficult at least for our generation to resonate because it's a totally different generation our our generation is very cruel to bonnie uh and and we're also men so it's also like different like if bonnie was a boy it might be like ah well maybe that like if you were that shy kid you might like resonate a little bit more and that might definitely i'm not saying like she's completely unrelatable no like she is but i think nothing can be when you're like when you're growing with a character i for sure i agree nothing i think the when the first three films when they came out that gap between two and three so significant enough to which yes that film its emotional core is going to hit with our generation very strong um i think what we're gearing up to have and we can start talking about what we think six is going to be uh there's bonnie will have a conclusion to her trilogy i think six will be her conclusion to which we don't know if they're gonna do a major jump or what have you but i will point i will say this before we start talking about six i uh part of me sometimes wishes the way they give us bonnie and the way we can see what she's going through and all that sometimes i wish we got that with andy sometimes i wish i knew a little more about andy sometimes i wish i didn't have that gap period i'm like oh that gap period that we don't know anything about andy that's just me i have to plug in my own life right there and assume that andy went through a similar phase um was andy a bully we don't know but twist andy actually gets with jesse like the girl no objection objection okay so that's what you think for six that andy is going to get with emily's daughter jesse that's what you were thinking and her daughter is gonna fucking like be the young one and then bonnie's gonna give her toys to that bitch and it's gonna go back to andy and it's gonna be like these are my toys that's crazy and that would be a gag bitch all right people want andy to return in a capacity and i say to that if andy is to come back and get back to that place it has to come back it cannot undo anything that has come before it has to be organic and it has to make sense and i think it'd be very hard to do you don't you don't want andy to kick down that door into bonnie's room and be like where's woody well i do woody where's woody i do think that could be the roller across the road i do think that could be a good storyline i do think if andy ever was in the hey i'm in the neighborhood where's my toy so i can play with it like bonnie's like this oh my cowboy doll it's in my closet hey where's my cowboy doll it could be that it could be that andy dresses up as woody for fucking halloween bitch or something i don't know girl it could be cute it could be cute i i so someone has everybody seen disclosure day here oh okay do you know the film but you know the plot of disclosure day somewhat it's no they're trying to disclose that aliens exist that's the plot right what if what if toy story 6 was the disclosing that the toys are alive oh because andy does drugs like in sausage party and then he could tell that that that they exist correct they don't have to do drugs to know that they're alive just here pictures that don't make the dream come true bitch hold up let me cook for a moment picture this so let's cook jesse so look woody so so the the the film opens with this kid or this dude with a with a bag over his head and then they take the bag off and it reveals it's sid and they're like and then they're like so tell us about that day what what are you talking about 1995 you reported to police that you spoke with a cowboy doll nobody believed me they came out of the sandbox tell us more oh yeah because sid clocked them right woody exposed them to sid yeah correct yeah he said stop being a bully to us toys and then what if the government then uh start hunting the toys like they're after woody eradicating them well maybe not eradicating it but they're like we got to find that cowboy doll it knows and so then it's like up to but woody or buzz and jesse and them to go rescue woody um to the point where they eventually maybe have to expose themselves to bonnie let her know what's going on and then woody's on the run and woody gets separated from bo peep and then woody finds some other lost toys and then from the back you hear uh looks like you got a play date with destiny sheriff bum bum bum it's lotso hugging bear he's back and woody's gonna have to partner up with lotso and and then you hear from this corner well we could have been in that museum woody if it wasn't for your dumb ass and it's stinky pete and he's here and they have to team up together and then at the end of the film uh woody's taking the court and they're like speak and then andy's i object endless summer escapes start here travel the worlds of netflix irl inspired by fan favorites like stranger things and squid game brave by location or he's the judge but that's a lot um i'm glad you're not yeah i think i think you should try writing it um and there's an idea and then you'll see what's wrong with it um it's just full of references i remember him he already appeared in toy story 5 i'm telling you no no you know what this sounds like this sounds like the mcu well if it's a culminating film if it's the last film of the end game is this it's toy story end game yes someone gotta die in toy story 6 and who's it gonna be oh uh buzz it's gotta be buzz what do you mean forky forky definitely dead bro what do you what do you gotta go what do you gotta go he's gotta go what are you gonna be fully bald by the next yeah yeah woody woody is the iron man of the franchise oh so okay okay so what he's so hold up no he doesn't say i am woody he says he says reach for the sky making my boot a double reference any last words there's a snake right honey and that shit will be so funny or or or or andy woody just remember you've got a friend in me boom do the taylor swift song i knew you i knew you yeah don't even that's the only part i know the three goddamn words it's whatever it can be andy andy maybe gets into film and then they do a stop motion movie with all the with all the fucking toys and shit and i do think that's gonna happen i think andy is gonna become a writer uh and he's gonna make a show based on buzz and woody and their adventures i do think that's it makes the sid makes it because he saw the toys and he makes a book so well sid is currently a garbage man i don't know what further aspirations and forky's gonna love him they could be they could be you could torture me he said um i don't know he's like i'm sporky how are you it could be something uh i welcome toy story six at this point i welcome it i i was anti before they're gonna pick though if they take any toys well i think at this point they're gonna continue just doing something related to bonnie and her growth as a person um it could be a jump but whatever the main conflict is well i imagine would involve her the next the next toy or whatever it's gonna be chat that's gonna be that's gonna be a chat gpt that's not a toy they're gonna wait though i feel like they're gonna wait like 10 years or something for this oh yeah oh yeah yeah it's not a toy they need some time honey they're like what's the next big thing i mean the the gap between these two was only seven years um if people want it quicker they might have toy story 4 came out in 2019 yes 19 yeah 2019 that was a pre-covid movie it was a pre-covid 2019 was the year that's the same year endgame came out oh my god there you go yeah that's crazy yeah it is crazy um yeah they're definitely gonna wait a long time for toy story 6 i mean they gotta move them actors are getting old tom hanks and tim allen they're all joan cusack was that's right they're gonna get his voice out tim tim allen had to do like like vocal exercises to to try and like warm himself up for buzz because his voice is like i mean he's old his voice is not like like really gravelly and grainy now um so yeah i don't know they're they are getting old yeah they might have to push toy story 6 out quick yeah because like first one came in 95 second one in 99 third one was in 2010 yeah right then it was toy story 4 was in 2019 and toy story 5 in 2026 yeah so definitely like seven to ten years for the next movie give me give it give it to me in five five i'm calling it five five years I'm giving it a five years. Yeah. I'm calling it now. Let's see. What year is this? 26? That's 2031. 2040. Oh, no. They're going to be dead. I mean, I hope not, but possible, right? They need to see what they're going to put them all in Toys R Us and be like, bye, bitch. Maybe. All right. I think everybody gave their scores, right? Everybody said what? Like a nine. Toy Story 5 sits in. It's a 9.5 for me. It's over. It's less than 9.5, but over a nine. It's in between that. I think it's a nine. Yeah. For me, Woody had no relevance. I can't ignore it. He had zero relevance in the plot, but it's a nine. They're all A's. Like we said a million times, they're all A's. Um, yeah. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. No, I think I'm at a nine too. Yeah. All right. Or 9.5. I'll be a little lenient. I really enjoyed it walking out. Um, any final thoughts on Toy Story 5? Anything to sum up? Uh, let it all be left here at the table. Um, did y'all catch Lotso, uh, strapped to the, the, that garbage truck? In this film? Yeah, Lotso's in the movie. Oh, I didn't see him. I didn't see that. I saw a Pizza Planet truck. Yeah, Pizza Planet truck. Yeah. Uh, the scene where all the buzz drones are like, uh, in front of those two tunnels where the cars are coming in and out of. Oh, did the garbage truck pass by? One of the garbage trucks passes by and you see Lotso still tied to the grill of the truck. Wow. I did not. Ethan probably didn't check it cause he was screaming about him kissing. Correct. The toys are making out. Oh, no, it was more like, and yeah, it was a good, it was a great moment. I did not notice that. Cool. Deep little reference. I think my favorite, well, I guess final thoughts, uh, but they can make Toy Story 6 a scary movie because all those Buzz Light years that were flying from the sky at the very end in the playground. And the teacher's like, oh, look, it's a Buzz Lightyear coming out of nowhere for the end credits scene. That was fucking scary. Okay. If a fucking lot of toys just came out of nowhere, I'd be freaking the fuck out. I'd be like, that could be the jumping point for Toy Story 6. Hmm. I don't know. Maybe the Buzz Lightyear's are going to rebel against humans. Could be. So planet of the toys, essentially. I don't know. The toys could be, could be, it'd be the point of no return. Um, I definitely very much enjoyed this movie. Uh, love it. Love it for Jesse. Love Jesse's little tech friends. Buzz and Woody did a good job in support. Um, the conversation about tech is good. Parents watched what your kids are doing. Uh, I think that's the biggest takeaway, uh, imbalance. Everything is balanced. Um, Oh, what? I have one more thing. Oh, Bonnie and blaze. Got to love them. Bonnie and blaze. Got to love them. Yeah. Love it for them. Yes. That's it. That's my final thoughts. Yeah. Anybody else? no no uh chat ranked toy story 3 as the best toy story film uh nostalgia you see do you hear that the chat knows what the fuck is up no people voted in the chat yes they did yes and they fucking know that three is the correct answer good fucking answer they have they have three then one and then two and then five's at the bottom you didn't even put four in the bottom so four four four is after five four is at the bottom oh i was like damn okay so we basically the same see chad and i are pretty good except one damn they're with y'all one's pretty good the original trilogy one is a pretty good movie it is a pretty good movie yeah all right all right chad look at that good job good job good engagement yeah i i mean maybe you influence them enough with your words on three it's just for pride month in a week they're gonna be like fuck this shit finally mask off toy story three sucks toy story one rules they said they said happy pride all right if that is it then then i think that shall conclude our discussion on toy story five out now good job pixar coming out next year gato the cat in italy okay um good good for that puss right correct uh but that is it i guess from us here at the yonko table um myself as your host grandmaster hoop uh fellow yonko dr jay attorney for shutting up the live and then supernovas dr mondo and apex shout out to everybody in chat who joined us for our time today and uh yeah how shall we end this uh oh thank you for supporting hey we got more toy story takes tiktok instagram uh youtube with dr jace check us out and uh how shall we end this shall we all sing a toy story song together what the fuck is this glee we always end it like this we can sing you end it like this here everybody on let's we you've got a friend of me three one two three you've got a friend in me and you don't got the key incorrect extinction is the key not again not the key you're all the key i'm singing a lower octave it's a lower octave a lower octave fine we can sing it in spanish you might as well do the fucking what's the is that frank no who the fuck sings what a wonderful world uh louis armstrong yeah bitch you're lou you've got a friend in me yep you can sing that on the corner for whoever the fuck you think you got the friend in you we can sing it in spanish no no cut let's just let's just go out in the sunset like the horses dr jace just oh the horses we didn't even talk about the horses daffodil the pig they were great the horses were in there for beyonce because they're coming and that uh that that unicorn one with the wings that buzz was riding yeah that's it that was for the gays yep yeah for the gays honey yep shout out to the horses shout out to jimmy dean the pig um shout out to that old couple that took jesse to blaze's house you're leaving me yeah no one remembers weird okay okay all right cut the feed dr jace
