Hi, I'm Brad Hargraves, founder and editor of Thesis Driven, and today I'm really excited to announce the Thesis Driven Leader Series, a podcast and video series featuring some of the leading voices at the intersection of real estate, cities, innovation, and the built world. As regular Thesis Driven readers know, these topics are really important to us and rewrite it a lot about them in the newsletter. Things like how technology and new technologies are going to shape real estate investing over the coming years. What new sectors and consumer preference changes mean for real estate development and how entrepreneurs might be able to play those trends. So we're really excited to invite some of these leaders to share their perspectives and their stories and how they've built their own companies, built their own development businesses and how they see cities evolving over the next decade. We're bringing on people like Spencer Raskov, the founder of Zillow, who's now started a number of businesses really focused on innovation in the single family home market and the future of real estate investing. We're also inviting people like Marianne Gilmarton, who will be on our show. One of the top developers in New York, who's now taken her show on the road and is redeveloping a big part of downtown Baltimore.
