Into His Marvelous Light... - September 17, 2023

Well, good morning, folks. Hope everybody's doing well. So admittedly, I'm a little uncomfortable today. I'm going to be doing something that I do personally, with friends and family. This is the first time I've really made an attempt to do this in the presence of people in the Internet. So, especially from folks who are just familiar with me as a trader or mentor. So I'm going to try to keep this one rather brief. And I know I usually say that, and it's always an inside joke, and when I'm doing anything related to the markets or teaching or jaw-burning about something, I tend to go on and on and on. But I don't believe that this is one of those discussions that needs to go on for a long time. But I'm going to touch on a couple of topics, because I get a lot of questions about what I believe. And right away, if you're clicking on this, thinking I'm going to be on here, talking about trading and how to pump you up and get you mentally prepared to conquer the marketplace and make all kinds of money and hell not to lose so much money. And hear me carrying on like a drunken sailor, that's not going to happen today, okay? But I will be touching on some things that I'll encourage you if you're willing to sit through something like this, and into the discussion about my personal faith. You may not be interested in that. Has nothing to do with trading, has nothing to do with inner circle trader, has nothing to do with my YouTube channel. It's just a personal conversation, because I get many requests for it. By email, I get folks sending me things through trading view, direct messages. Folks on Twitter have commented and asked me to like touch on what it is I believe, what I don't believe, why I believe it. And obviously, this one single discussion can't really do it justice, because it's a lifestyle, it's a faith walk, I'm not a religious person. I think the problem in the world today is religion. And many times Christianity, Islam, Judaism, and I'm going to refer to those three because they are the top three, because they're monotheistic, that means they have a belief in one God. And I'm going to try to dispel some of the things that Christianity gets a bad rat for. And I'm going to talk about the distinctions between what I believe and why I don't subscribe to organized religion. Like I don't go to a church, like I don't go to a pastor, I don't have a pastor over me, and I'm not trying to suggest that any of you should leave your church or that you should go to a church, because you don't need to have that to walk with God, okay? God's a willing, able, loving creator that wants to have a relationship with you. Many times when I was growing up, I was fearful of going to churches, because you always think about a church, well, usually that's a funeral, you know, it's a reason for people to come together for like a wake or a funeral procession, something that had a effect. And I always kind of like, was it put off to me? And growing up as a kid, I was born in 1972, and we had a Baptist church, or up the street, it was a Middle River Baptist church. And I had some fond memories about it as a child, because we did the little ceramic praying hands and the little doves, and we would paint them, and that was like one of the cool things about remembering that church, but I couldn't tell you what it was like to be in like the pews, listen to it, and kind of preaching, because you know, as a kid, I thought like a kid. And I don't really, I don't recall anyone sitting down with me and telling me, you know, this is who God is, this is what you should believe about God. I remember people coming up as a child, Ms. Ro, she was my friend's mother, and she was one of those church ladies, okay, she lived it, she walked the talk, she really believed what she was doing was impactful, and one of the Saturdays, I came over there looking at the day all I said, this is Dale here, and she said, no, but which like to come in here, I want to talk to you, I was like, you're short, and I was little, I'm in probably like seven years old, something like that, and she said, sit down on the couch, I want to tell you about Jesus. And of course, I'm thinking, am I dying, and whenever that guy comes up in the conversation, that usually means, someone's getting some wings, right? So I was nervous, and I was a little uncomfortable because it was just her and I, and she said, all you have to do, get the heaven, is ask Jesus to come into your heart and forgive you for your sins, and I make you my Lord and Savior, and if you say those words, you're going to go to heaven. And for the longest time, you know, as a younger child, I believe that that's all that was required, and that's not biblical. And if anyone tells you that's what you have to do, you got to go into the scriptures and see if that's there because it's not. And one of the things that I found out later on in life, through Mahin, through scary moments, being a child left in homes with a mother that was in relationships with men that she shouldn't have been in with. And it was violence all the time, and very, very scary as a child, to live in a situation like that. And I would every night pray that my mother wouldn't be harmed, and that he would protect her. And I, many times, thought that the guys that she was with were going to hurt me, and I would spend a lot of time with my room, the bedroom door locked, not that these people couldn't kick the door in and do whatever they wanted to do to me. And as a child, most of my childhood was. And every night I would personally think that I might not wake up because of something happening to me. I've had her boyfriends threaten me to do things to me that I would never speak of because they're heinous. And she would be so fearful she would leave me there. And I don't blame her because they one of the hurt her many times. And when you probably hear that, you're thinking, "What kind of mother is that?" You could leave their child in a situation like that. When you're scared for your life, you don't think rationally. You just want to escape it. So I had a dependency on praying to God every night as a child, hoping that he would protect my mom and allow me to wake up. And I said, "A silly prayer." You'd be like, "I'm going to sleep now, Lord. Don't let me die." And if I die, that was pretty much it. I didn't know how to pray, I didn't know what to do. I just knew that that was my concern, my mom, and then me dying. I had an abnormal fear of dying. As a 51-year-old man with who knows how many years left in my life, I don't have that fear anymore. I generally do not fear death. If it was a choice of not going through a painful death, I would obviously try to avoid that. But whatever that suffering may be, it's managed to go in terms of eternity with Christ. But I can't really pin down when I was a young man when I knew in my heart that there was a real God, obviously, and when you're a child, you think of God like Santa Claus. And I'm sure, for the atheist that may be sitting in here, many times, it's referred to as the old man in the sky or the invisible man in the sky. I don't believe in that. I don't believe in an invisible guy in the sky. I believe in a creator to put everything in perfect harmony, and we mess it up. We're a cancer on this planet, we're a plague on this planet, and the way we deal with one another, the way we talk to one another, the way we war with other people, that's the problem. And many times, it's under the banner of religion, and Christianity is not innocent in that regard. And there's a lot of things that, you know, religion can be blamed on through wars, terrorist acts, acts of violence, prejudice, all these things. And that's why I'm not a religious person. I have a relationship with Christ, I believe, that that's exactly what the Book of Acts teaches us to have, not to have these mega churches, okay? I did used to go to a church. I was an active member of a church. I went on the Wednesdays. I went on the Sundays, both services the morning and the evening session. I gave 10% of gross income and 5% offering. And I did that because at that time, at pastor, the person that was in charge of the laity of that church, that was a member of, and I went to that church because it was my best friend, Sean's church. He was going there. He was part of the leadership of that church, and he was in the audio box where he was in control of doing the recordings and controlling the sound, all the mics and such. And he was there longer than I was, but prior to the going to that church, he was going to another church where it was a Trinitarian church. And I love this man like a brother, and we've known each other since pre-K, okay, before kindergarten, we've known each other. And he's watched me come up from nobody. His mom and dad were like my second family. Because my own mom and dad didn't really technically raise me. They didn't want nothing to do with me. The element of family that his household provided was comforting to me. And he was with his now wife, and her uncle was doing a church, running a church rather, and it was a Trinitarian church. And when he would talk to me about it, I'd be like, well, there isn't three people in heaven. There's only one God. He goes, yeah, I'm wrestling with that, it doesn't make any sense. Like how can there be a God? And he'd talk about God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. And I said, well, there is God the Father, that's Jesus Christ. Before he was manifest in the flesh, that became the sonship. There is no God the Son, it's the Son of God. That part of him, his humanity and his spirit is holy. So it's not a triune God, much in the same way you're not a triune person with your body soul in spirit. Your physical body is what we see. We in Canada, if we look upon you as the person, you look in the mirror, you see your physical body. The people outside of your body, they don't know what you're thinking, your thoughts and your personality is only expressed through what you do outwardly. But you have a soul and you have a spirit in that physical body. You're not a triune person. You're one person manifest in three distinct roles, these portions that make up who you are, they're not something that could be divided and you exist. And for years, we would never argue, it was never an argument, and I understood what he was trying to do. And I don't think it's something that some churches will teach Jesus only, like a United Pentecostal church, and they'll say, it's Jesus only, and unless you believe this, you're going to go to hell. And I think there's verses in the Bible that kind of like make allowances for people that have a limited understanding, because I believe it has to come by revelation, because the Bible says that there's one God, Islam says there's one God, Judaism says there's one God. But then Christianity comes in there, a couple centuries after Christ's death, and a bunch of men sit around, they think, well, you know, let's just start this. We'll start this. This is what you should be understanding about God. He's a triune deity. He's three persons in one. To me, that's chaos. That's causing confusion. And I don't believe that God, the Father, sent a son when there's no God, the mother. It's God, the Father who created everything. He wanted to reconcile man back unto himself because of sin and its separation between God and man, sin entered the world. All of us are sinners, every single one of us. If you heard my Twitter spaces, you know I'm a sinner. Everybody has fallen short of the glory of God, and we're all sinners. We're the Christians that like to tell me you need to work on your vocabulary. The fact that you even brought that up, you just send, there's something that you're doing. Every one of us is doing something that if God was in the room having a conversation with you, he would clearly say, this is where you fall in short. I don't hide it. And every time I talk, and I do something that is less than worthy to even mention him in a sentence, because I have a tendency to speak with foul language when I'm losing control myself. I've prayed before I got on here today that the Lord binds my tongue so I don't speak anything profane. Usually, he does a very good job of it, but I know there's some people in here that are going to be listening to this and they're taking notes and they want to be able to do some rebuttals later on and try to send me tweets and try to correct me. Understand this. We're not going to debate about this, because the actual idea of debating this means that you're going to probably somehow bring me to submission where I'm going to believe what I'm believing is incorrect. That's never going to happen. And I would never try to go out there and try to do what I was doing as a young man, which is tried to convince people. I'll do that with my trading stuff, but when it comes to God, he's the author and finisher of our faith. But there is no God, the mother. There is nobody else up there with God. It's just him. He alone. He's God. Because mankind heads sin and it separates him from God, God wants to reconcile mankind back unto himself. So how does he do that? He institutes the idea of, without the shedding of blood, there is no remission of sin. So he started the idea through the Jews to do animal sacrifice. And every year they would do these things and they would push their sins back for one year. But it didn't do away with sin. It just pushed it ahead one full year and in the following year they have to do all over again. And eventually God said, "I'm no longer interested in a blood of bollocks and all these things." And the scriptures and Old Testament, whenever we read the words, according to the scriptures and the New Testament, what is it referring to? The Old Testament. They were living the New Testament. We had the benefit of having those records now. But what scriptures were they referring to? The Pentateuch? Tnach. All these Old Testament writings and books, the books of Noah, I'm sorry, the book of Moses and all the prophets, Psalms and Proverbs. All of those books, all of those verses, point to Jesus Christ as the Lord. Every single one of those things are pointing to Jesus Christ. Not anyone else and nobody else can make a reconciliation between God and man, but Christ. Why? Because it was God the Father who created a body. Just read the Hebrews chapter 10. Read it. And I'm interested in all that sacrifice anymore. And a body has thou prepared me. The humanity of Jesus was a created portion. The humanity didn't exist in the beginning, where it says in the beginning God created in the first verse of John, the Gospel of John. Humanity of Christ didn't exist there. But the idea, the logos, the word, it became flesh. It didn't exist before time. It existed when it was put in Mary by no father, but the father himself. No egg of Mary. What? Yeah. She's a sinner. He made a body just like he taught, he did with Adam when he created Adam. What do you do? He went down into the dirt, formed it into a shape of a man. And then he did what he breathed into his nostrils and gave him his spirit. And he became a man, Adam. God the Father made a body much like an astronaut does when we go to outer space. We're going to a place that we can't exist in. God, if he came here in his truest form, not veiled in the flesh, which is a great mystery, his reverse that says that without mystery, without controversy, rather. Great is the mystery of God in us that God was manifest in the flesh. No other religion says that. No other faith-based idea says that. God could only reconcile unto himself what he wants. Nobody else can do it for him. The angels couldn't do it. So he prepared a body that he himself placed in Mary who was a virgin. He was never touched by any man. So he was born through a virgin. He placed his body that he formed in her womb, she gave birth, and then the angels rejoiced because they finally saw the face of, read the Gospels. Why do you think there's angels right there singing and praise in the shepherd's, you're like, what's this? They're singing in all this. Yeah, because the angels finally saw the face of God. They never could see God. He inhabited the light that they had the height of their face and covered their wings over their feet. They finally saw the face of God. When Jesus was born, that was the revelation of, now we see, we see the face of God. And they were happy. They were so joyful. Imagine singing here in angels sing. You hear a song in the chorus line, this brings a tear to your eye. He just can't put in words what it is that you heard that brings you to joy so much that you just want to weep, imagine hearing that. That would have been amazing. So God's an invisible spirit and He's holy. He needed to bring man back in reconciliation to himself and man couldn't do it. Not with the blood of Bullocks and Bulls and lambs and everything else. So all the Old Testament scriptures are hidden messages. They're metaphors. They're little secret teachings, if you will. Now I'll cover a couple of them today and you'll hopefully be able to look at the Bible a little bit differently because I don't look at it as a book of myths. I don't think that it is in a position where many will say, "No, the Bible has been changed. It's been written by man." Yeah, it was written by man, yeah. It was inspired by the Holy Spirit. All scripture, all scripture was inspired by God through His Holy Spirit. And for anyone that says, "There's errors in the Bible, I've watched people that are either atheistic or Islamic Muslims, they'll have their video channels and they'll go in there and they'll pick out scriptures or they'll say, "See, you believe this is an error. You see this is, that's not really accurate and that's the problem with religion. That is the problem with religion. If I live my life like this, okay, if I live my life, if you choose to live your life like this or choose not to have your life pattern after this, it should have no bearing on you as a person. If I'm not trying to cram it down your throat and I've been very respectful in the way I did this to, I did as best I could this but it that way. I made a thread, I felt inspired to talk about it, I've been wanting to do it, I've been putting off a lot of people for over a year and a half that have been asking these questions. Truth to be told, I understand how it might be hard to receive it now because I'm using the same medium when I get revved up and everything that I try to hide in all the pre-recorded videos finds its way to the surface and these imbalances in my life that I have to wrestle with, you see that, you hear that and you're just waiting for the F bomb to drop in something like this and it's unfortunate because I may have missed an opportunity to be an ambassador for Christ and you can't see past that now but I'm not perfect, Moses wasn't perfect. He was a murderer, God uses all of these fallen people as vessels and instruments like pens like Moses, the first five books of your Old Testament, they're from him, the stuttering man that God spoke through to Pharaoh who was like the ruler of the world then, he stood before him and told Boley, you're gonna let him go. So I'm aware of how awkward this might be for some of you, some of you don't wanna hear these types of things and that's fine, I'm not trying to twist your arm, I'm not gonna be putting it in trading videos but I do believe that if I don't at least invite God into this medium in one way or the other, I've not allowed him to have his way and that was the original agreement that if he opened my eyes to this and show me what it is that I should see I would spend the rest of my life teaching it but only bringing him up a few times here and there doesn't really find the level of deserving that he deserves really because he's a main focus point in my life. I love teaching all of you trading, I love teaching the markets, I love encouraging you. That is not the source of my joy. My joy comes from Jesus, everything that is in my life that is good comes from him, everything that I look forward to has him in the center of it and everything that I have found an escape from, anxiety, eating disorder, homelessness, poverty and inability to be able to talk in front of other people, all that he's gifted me, when I was younger I prayed for the gift of teaching and there's a lot of people that'll say I want to pray for the gift of healing, I didn't ask for that, I don't want that, I can see how that could easily have got where to place that gift in me or anyone else, it could be very easily abused or you can think highly of yourself. And I hear how I teach, I hear and I see the videos how I teach and I am all struck because I know who I was and to see how I teach, I'm not a perfect teacher, I'm not claiming to be the best mentor but I can tell you that I have seen God's work in my life. He has answered so many prayers, all of you were witness to him healing my son, my son was a quarter of an inch away from death. He was five minutes away from emergency brain surgery that if they would open his head up, his brain could have started swelling and then it's really low probability, I mean not that you can't heal from that, but they don't like to do that. And I was believing by placing that request for all of you that would have faith by all of us coming together praying and petitioning the Lord to lift my son's name up for him. I believed he would be healed, I believed it and in my heart if he would have taken him, I was content with that too. Two years ago, I would be scared if he would have been taking him because he wasn't ready. He hadn't heard the gospel, he hadn't obeyed the gospel. And I'll talk about what that is today in case you wonder what it is because they ain't asking Jesus into your heart. But this idea of a God and the Godhead, and Christianity, there's a lot of different factions where they break off from what the Bible actually teaches about God and how it is that we are to get to heaven and how we are to live our lives. What are we supposed to abstain from? What's the pattern? What's the model? We're supposed to be like Christ, but we can't be like Christ in this flesh. Even the apostles themselves sinned even after they received the Holy Spirit, even after receiving gifts that were supernatural, bringing people back from the dead, healing them. All said he does the things he knows he shouldn't do, and still does it. That's sin. You don't see preachers in churches teaching that. They guilt you. They guilt you. If you don't pay 10% of your gross income, you're going to hell. The Bible does not teach that. I believed what they said from the pulpit. I believed these men. I believed these people on TV that said, you should give 10% of your income because God gave you the increase and you got to give it back to him, or he's going to stop blessing you. That is a lie. That's a lie. God loves a cheerful giver. Yes. Jesus never said anything about you better pay your 10%. And all these pastors out there, this is the number one reason why I don't go to a church in church. I want you to understand this. There's some of you maybe pastors, maybe you pastor a church, maybe you're part of a church that you love and you're edified by going there. Keep going. Keep going. If you need that and it helps you in fellowship, I have fellowship with my friends and family. I don't need to go to a building full of people that are going there, maybe listening to a message that is not helping them get any closer to heaven than it did if they just stayed home and watched the football game. God is not interested in your money, he doesn't care about it. Well, that's not entirely true now Michael, is it? He actually has an issue with it. Jesus said you can't serve, but one master, money or God, which one are you going to serve? And you think he needs 10% of something he's telling you not to serve? You'll never hear pastor teach that way. They'll always skip around the verse and says we are not like those who peddle the word of God for profit. What? Yes. Come to our church, pay 10% of your gross income if you don't, you're stealing, you're robbing God. Because Malachi says, God says, "Shall we man or rob God?" But you're robbing me in tides and offerings. Bring there for all the tides in my house, so that way they'll be what? Provisions, provisions for people that are in need, most churches today don't operate like that. And what is the type? It ain't money. It ain't money. If you've never looked at it, I did because I wanted to defend the idea of what we were doing, my friend Sean and I, he was never being able to make his ends meet and he was trying his best to do it and he couldn't do it and he felt guilty. And he took him out of leadership and the church because he couldn't do it. And he wanted to serve the body of the Christ. He wanted to be in there and be a part of that. Not just sit in the pew like I did. So I tried to encourage him. I went through the scriptures, I broke it down to the Hebrew, the Greek. I don't go just to the terms that we see like in the King James Bible. I use the King James. I like to read devotionaly from the New Living Translation. I like that. But if I want to go into deep dive study, I'm going back to the original Hebrew and the Greek language. I'm using lexocons. I'm not just reading the superficial text where anybody can come in there and have their own interpretation and twist it out and make it sound like something it really didn't say. And I'll show some examples of that today. So when you hear people say the Bible has been changed. Someone hasn't, it's been translated and sometimes there's some errors that were made in translation that are easily overcome with the proper resources. I didn't stop it just what the King James said. There's well documented over 400 translation issues and they're very, very well documented. But they're easily overcome if you go to the Hebrew and Greek lexocons and you'll see exactly what the original language was saying there. But the Bible, you can't go into the Old Testament and say, show me the chapter of redemption. It's the whole thing. You can take pages and books out of the Old Testament and it's still going to point to Jesus Christ. That's the beauty of having the Word of God. When you put Jesus as the lens that you look through, if you don't understand a scripture or a passage or a verse, put Jesus right in the middle of it and everything becomes crystal clear. I'll give you some examples of that later today too. That book is alive. Those 66 books, penned by 40 different authors, they are supernatural. They're not just a book of myths and stories. It's a living breathing force. It's power. It's an instruction manual for your life. You won't see it that way until God puts his Holy Spirit in you. I tried to read the Bible. I tried very, very hard. I couldn't get past Genesis. It was like, man, what am I reading here? And when I got the Genesis chapter 5, which we'll talk about in detail, because I mentioned it a couple of times before, but I didn't do a good enough treaties of it. I didn't do enough to really make it impactful. It sounded whimsical. I want you to understand exactly what that chapter says, because I would love the opportunity to minister to a Jew, but I don't have the courage to walk up to him and say, hey, can I talk to you? Can you show me where this is in your Hebrew Bible and then walk them through what I'm going to walk you through today? Now, I want to see their face and let them walk away contemplating how on earth could that possibly be there? Trust me. I haven't heard it yet. It's fascinating. It's extremely fascinating. But Jesus is the lens that we're supposed to look through. We have to have that perspective when we look at the Scriptures, otherwise we will not glean what it is that he has for us, that bread of life, that fountain of living water. I am the light of the world. I am the door. No one goes to the Father, but by me, anyone else does it as a thief. He's teaching you, use him as the lens in everything when you go through hardships and troubles. I knew, I knew that the likelihood of God allowing Cody to have that happen to him. He was going to use that very thing and it happened. There was a time when Cody was completely resisting me. He didn't want to have conversations with me because I was always talking to him about how he needed God. I wasn't being overbearing about it, but I would say looking at the reason why you're not getting this out of life is because of this. You want Dad to hand you the money. I'm asking you to do some work in this and do this and change your perspective and change your lifestyle. Stop doing some of the things you're doing. You're making poor choices in your life and I don't want to reward that. God has more for you and he started living a life that was argumentative towards God and me and I prayed, you deal with him, God, I'm done. And years later, he's baptized and I baptized him in Jesus' name for a mission of sins. He's born again and he still wrestled with some things and now he knows that God is interested in him. He preserved him and he wept in his testimony to me about how he knows he can trust God now and he has no fear of what anybody thinks about how he feels towards God. And that's what I've always wanted. I've had such a blessed year this year and I've had hardships in it, scary moments that as a parent, nobody wants to go through that. But I know who I'm walking with, I know who's in control of everything and I have a very limited perspective on what I see in the encounter in this world. So I have to put the lens of Jesus in everything. Suffering is there for our learning and it's uncomfortable and you can't say that I couldn't serve a God or love a God that would allow suffering. Suffering is required, we don't learn without it. Unification is the greatest instructor. Many people think that going into religion, into Christianity, into a church, a synagogue, a mosque, that that's somehow going to alleviate the pains of this world. When Jesus promised that we're going to have trials and tribulations in this world, but guess what he didn't promise. He didn't promise that the believers that have trust in him would go through the great tribulation. And there's people in churches that are out there preaching that they're going to go through that. I'm not going through it. I'm not going through that because the Bible says nothing about how I am going to go through that. Jesus made very plain words and instructions. Pray always that you're counted worthy to escape these things coming upon the earth. He would have never said to pray for an escape if there was not one possible. Are you people out there to talk about, there is no rapture and yes, I absolutely believe in the rapture. Yes, I absolutely do. There's no beginning by this guy named Darby that started the rapture. That was not true. It's not true. The rapture's in the scriptures. They're in the Old Testament and they're revealed by Paul plainly in the New Testament. Everything in the Old Testament is a metaphor that's revealed later in the New Testament. The New Testament is hidden in the Old Testament and the Old Testament is revealed in the New. But tithing, that was the number one reason why I had to get away from organized religion because they're fleecing people through ignorance. God says, "My people die in parish for lack of knowledge of what?" His instructions, his word, his scripture. The Old Testament does not say give 10% of your money. The tithe was always, always from the land. The word that was always referred to for the word tithe had absolutely nothing to do with money. There's a verse that you'll never hear a preacher teach on when he's talking about tithing, where if the tithe is too much for you to carry in your travels, sell it, get money, and then when you arrive, buy everything that your heart desires and eat it before the Lord. What? How's the pastor going to pay for his mega church, his mansion, his Bentley's if you're going to do that? Exactly. Pastors are not supposed to be egomaniacs that are living up there with securities detail around them, living a celebrity lifestyle, flying around in $50 million jets that they say that the Lord said, "I believe I ask you, you give me the money, I'm going to fly around and preach the gospel to the world." It's not real easy and cheap. Get on Twitter space and preach the gospel. Get on YouTube, make YouTube videos. That's free. You're reaching a whole lot of people. You're not leaving a carbon footprint. You ain't got to pay nobody to, or request people to pay for your lear jet. These mega churches people, I'm telling you, they are wolves and even down to the smaller little churches. They're just happy with getting what they can get from the lady there. They're living a lifestyle off of people that are going in there with real needs, real hurt. They have a need. They can't do something. They can't reach a milestone. They have an impasse. They can't get across. Like me, I had a son that was going to die when he was young. We didn't understand why he couldn't cry normally. He's had like a cat me Allen, Cody I'm talking about. I went to my friend's church one day and I said, "Listen, can you pray for my son?" Now, my friend and his girlfriend at the time, they had been going for years. I wasn't trying to go there. I wasn't trying to be a part of that. But I had a fair with a woman that was married. The by-product was my oldest son, Cody. He was born with a birth defect that his throat would close up every three months or so. He had to have surgery to remove the growths that allow him to be able to breathe. He's had over 50 surgeries, now 15, over 50, 50. Some of them needed to be done sooner. Some had to be multiple surgeries. And one day, if we would have never taken him to his mother's girlfriends, who happened to be Dr. Kashima, he was the top surgeon in Jaha Hopkins at the time. And he said, "Is he always sound of that way?" And we thought we were blessed with a quiet baby, like, "I didn't know him, he was the first time I ever became a dad, and I don't know." He said, "Come in to my office tomorrow." I want to take a look down his throat, so she did. She took him there and he scoped him, looked down in there. He said, "You got to go immediately." Like, if he goes to sleep tonight, he may not wake up. He could die in his sleep. That's God. That is the Lord. Some of you think, "Oh, this guy in the sky is invisible, oh man, that lets children suffer. This rapist roamed the world, but the people die of cancer, I would never serve a God like that." Well, it's one perspective, but he promised that we would have those trials and tribulations here. He didn't promise that you'd have a good, healthy life all your days. He didn't promise that, but he presents opportunities for us to lean on our own understanding or his. At that time, I didn't have anything else to lean on, so I went to that church and I said, "Can you pray for my son?" So he's healed from this, because they're talking about how he's going to have to do this rest of his life. He may end up having to get a trache where he has a hole in his throat and he has to talk with one of those little, I don't know what they're called, he put it against the hole in the trache. I mean, he talks, it sounds like robotic sounding. That's what they promised it that was going to happen. Eventually, his lungs would close up too. They could put stints down there, but eventually, they would be overtaken, and the only other real promising solution would have been a heart and lung transplant. They all but guaranteed and promised that he will eventually lose his ability to speak, and he would have those issues where he'd have to have his heart and lungs taken out, or he will perish eventually from doing it. So guess what? The devil is a liar, because he has a voice. He never was traked, and his lungs are absolutely clean. His airway is clean, and that's only because Jesus said, "That's the way it's going to be." When they were saying that that was going to happen, I spoke up. I said, "That's a lie. Devil, you are not having this. You are not having this." Just like when my youngest son was born, before he was born, rather. We were in there having our first son, a grand done, and the nurse was in there saying, "Oh, well, you know, this is where the baby is, and where's the problem?" I said, "No, the ring. Here's the placenta. It's laying your top of the cervix, so she's just going to have to have a C-section." I said, "That's a lie. That right there is a lie. The devil is a liar. You're not going to have this today. This child was promised to me. Missy, you will not be having a C-section. Do not listen to this woman. She's speaking lies. I'm just telling you, I can see. I'm just telling you right now, when it's time that baby is coming out, naturally. That placenta is going to find roller skates. It's going to roll around the other side, and he's coming out, natural." Well, guess what? He came out natural. How about that? The judge is 13-5, baby, when we just had a miscarriage, and my wife just lost her aunt to cancer, and she was mad. We had a loss, and she had a loss in her family, who she loved, and she didn't hear nothing about God. Nothing. She didn't hear nothing about him. I don't want to ever hear about him anymore, and we're not having any more kids, because I want to have a daughter, like I was aiming for a girl. And I went to a church, and I was trying to listen to this pastor preach. I couldn't tell you what he was talking about. I was hurting. I was like, "Lord, why did you let this happen to me? You know I love you. I live my life for you. Why did you take this baby?" I said, "How am I going to be a witness to my wife? She's angry at you. I don't know how to talk to her now." In some of you already heard this before, I heard his voice. I've heard his voice many times in my life. I've not shared other instances of this. I heard Judges 13-5, Michael, Judges 13-5, and I thought to myself, "I'm emotional right now. I'm going to grab my Bible. I'm going to open it up, and it's going to have nothing to do with anything, and it's going to make me feel worse." And I resisted it. I said, "I'm not looking at it. I'm not looking at it." I didn't hear anything more, but I started getting uncomfortable. The whole time that pastors up there preaching his heart out, and you could offer me $20 billion right now to say one short little phrase of whatever he was talking, and it would be my money. I couldn't do it. I was in that pew weeping, praying that God would comfort me. It did. And in my pain, I was resisting it. And finally, I grabbed my Bible, turned to Judges 13, scroll down the verse 5, and it says, "Behold, you shall conceive a son." And that whole chapter is about a woman who can't get pregnant. And you tell me God doesn't exist. When I told my wife, "Is it what happened?" She's like, "I am hearing it." The following Sunday, she takes a pregnancy test, and she's pregnant. And that's my son, Caden. I have been dealt with by God that I don't deserve that any relationship to. He has done things in my life that are absolutely miraculous, because my faith is way beyond what they teach you to have. I believe in the God of the Old Testament, the miracle worker, the signs in Wonder's God. I don't believe in a dead God. I don't believe in a mythology. I don't believe in something that doesn't exist and some pine a sky idea. I believe in a real Redeemer who has acted interest in all of us. Where do you think I get the passion to teach you this stuff? He gives it to me. When I'm encouraging you, that's him. I'm just an instrument. I'm flawed. I have problems. I wrestle with them. And for some of you, you might have shown up here today to listen to this, hoping that I'll be talking about trading. And maybe this is the bigger thing that you have to deal with. Maybe you don't feel like you're worth anything. I had every box checked with that growing up. Look what God's doing in my life. What he's done in my life is nothing short of miraculous, undeservingly. You have that big faith. But you don't start with big faith. You start with small things. And over time, you see him do things and it's like, I asked for this. I asked for this to be shielded from me. I asked for these things to help me help someone else. These are prayers that he loves answering when it's not about you. I'm not saying he can't meet your needs if you need something that you're in the last minute thing and you need a miracle. You can do that, absolutely. But he loves answering the prayers that you want to do something for someone else and you want to be empowered. You want the resources given to you. Help me help them. He shows up and shows out for that. You see all these people out there. I believe God when he comes out and shows me himself. He's done an already in creation. Look around. This morning, I went out there three o'clock in the morning. I'm looking to the sky and it just made me think about the time when I started to doubt. Was I just being joyful and living for God because like people today will be watching a football game and they're going to be happy and screaming for their team and drinking alcohol and have a good time with their friends getting inebriated. Was I getting fanatical in religion? That was the question I had for God and I asked them. I said, "I'm staying in front of my porch." I said, "Lord, I need to know something. I need to know this because if I don't get this today, I'm afraid I'm going to fall away." Your word says, "You don't want anyone to perish." I'm not across the church right now. I need to know. I need to know that you hear me. It doesn't mean I ask for everything and you give it to me. It's not what I'm asking for. But I need to know that you hear me. And Gideon is a testimony two times when you go to a church and a pastor will tell you, "Don't tempt the Lord. Don't test the Lord." That's not what it says. That's not what he's implying when he has that in the scripture. He's saying something entirely different because Gideon, he heard a voice. He want to make sure he didn't have some bad peroni the night before. Did I hear what I thought I'd just said? What I heard someone say. Lord said, "Do this. Do this." What would you say? Who's talking to me? He made some stipulations here. It's okay. This is a make sure I'm not losing my mind here. I'm going to place this skin outside my tent here. You make it wet on this and not wet on that. Then I'll know that this isn't my imagination. When he woke up on the outside, checked it was exactly what the stipulation was asking for. So he said, "Okay, just to make sure that this wasn't coincidence, reverse it, do the other way." Next morning, one outside, he goes, "Now whatever you tell me to do, I'm going to believe it." So you absolutely, when you're at your wits end and you need to know, let me tell you something, anybody that wants to know if God exists, if your heart is sincere and you're ready for it, and you really want to put down and you really don't want to be of this world. You don't want to be conformed of this world. You'll hear from him just the only time I did, when it needs to happen, when it needs to happen, not a want, not a fleshly desire, not a egotistical, you owe it to me. I'm going to believe it, if I see you. If he showed himself, you wouldn't exist. Sin can't reside where he is. That's why he stayed distant. He veiled himself, which is a mystery. He veiled himself every part of what God is and who he is was inside that human body, Jesus. The fullness of the Godhead was in him bodily. Everything that makes him God was placed in that flesh and he allowed that flesh to walk sinlessly. And then he made that body sin so it could be judged when it didn't sin. Then he raised it three days later and he took it to heaven, glorified it. Now everybody that ever sees God, they see Jesus. And the only thing in heaven that's man-made is the scars on his body. But that night I stood up there in front of my house. I said, I need to know you hear me. And I'm going to ask for something. It's so trivial. You could have. I'm sure you're probably, I mean, you already know. You know the infant again. You know I'm going to say, and I already know that you know I'm going to ask this. So it's nothing. So it's crazy that I know what I'm about to ask for. You're already going to do it. But I have to do this. I said, I need to see. As silly as it sounds, I need to see a shooting star right where I'm looking at right now. I'm not going to blink. I'm not moving because I already know it's coming. And I saw this old soap opera looking heart monitor. Long time ago I grew up as a 70s kid. My mom used to watch soap operas. I'm my babysitter. As a kid, you used to watch, you know, general hospital and days are our lives and, you know, young and restless like type of stuff. And whenever anybody was in the hospital and they had a heart monitor and it would look like these little pinpoint lights that would bounce off each other going horizontally. And I saw that right where I was looking, moving from right to the left. And where I saw that stop, it did about five or six times maybe. And then the last time it touched together, the smallest little tiny little shooting star started right where it stopped going the other direction. And then before I could open my mouth out and say, that's enough for me. I don't care what I'm about to say is believed by anybody because I was there. Okay. I'm just telling you, this is an experience that I had. It's been ridiculed. It's been controlled by other people. They've taken this because I shared this testimony in my preventorship in front of my students. And it's been passed around. I don't care because if you're making fun of it, I'm going to receive, you know, a crown for that. I don't care. I don't care. Okay. But I want to challenge you. I want to challenge you to think about God like this because he didn't stop doing miracles. He didn't stop doing the things he did in Old Testament. The fruits of the Spirit, speaking in tongues, gift of healing, all those things. They're still operable today. God didn't stop. He didn't retire being God. As a verse says, when that which is perfect has come, then all these things will cease. These signs and wonders and evidences of the Spirit, like speaking in tongues and things like that. It's perfect. They say that's the Bible. The Bible is not perfect. That's just the recorded word of God. If it was perfect, it could not be manipulated and taken out of context. When it's referring to the one that which is perfect has come, that's Christ returning. That's the only thing perfect. So all of those things are still in operation. All the gifts of the Spirit are still in operation. And anybody that tells you that's not true, you need to get away from that because that's a person that is either in ignorance or a straight liar. But before I get out of the words, thank you. From the left side, exactly where that little shooting star started, the whole arc of the sky where I was looking at this fireball. I mean, it's the only thing I could think of. It was literally, if you held a grapefruit or a softball in your hand, arms linked in front of you, like hold your right hand out in front of you, right in front of your face. Imagine a grapefruit in your hand. That is the diameter of this thing that lit the whole area up like it was daytime. I heard it as it crackled, slow. It was moving really, really slow. It was so slow and I couldn't believe what I was looking at. Like I heard it and I saw it in the whole area lit up. And man, let me tell you something right now. I was jumping up and down, laughing and crying at the same time. And I'm looking around. Did anybody else see that? I'm by myself. And I'm leaping around jumping, thank him, praising God. Like, oh my goodness. Oh my goodness. I just had an Old Testament experience. Like I literally just had something that comes right out of the page of the Old Testament. Like this is amazing. This is amazing. I asked something. He sent three things. And there was no denying it. Like there was no way I could have ever misunderstood what I was looking for. I asked for it and he made it like undeniable. It wasn't just something I saw. I heard it. It lit the whole area up. So it wasn't like I saw something out of the corner of my eye. It changed the whole atmosphere, the whole thing lit up. And I know some of you're thinking there's no way this is this is not true. I swear to God Almighty on my family, everything you could ever place on it. I am telling you this happened and immediately hit me. Am I supposed to tell anybody this? And I asked. I was like, am I supposed to tell anybody this? Like this is just for me. I didn't hear anything. And for the longest time, I was afraid to even mention it. But I can't contain it. I can't hold it in. That prayer request was just like Get in. I didn't need to ask for the second one. Who would? That night solidified everything for me. It literally changed the whole dynamic of my belief structure that if he did that, what he was signifying to me was he hears my prayer. Not that he's going to answer or my obligation or his obligation to answer it. It just means that he can hear me. So if he can hear me, I said, I trust the outcome. If you answer the prayer, that was your will. If you don't answer it, that's your will. I'm not accepting that. That was a sincere request. And I was at the crossroads where if I didn't have that, I probably would have went another direction. And who knows where my life would have been? Folks, that's real. That's a real thing. And I hold on to that. And I was thinking about this more when I was looking up at the stars. And I started smiling myself. I'm thinking, Lord, you know what I'm thinking right now. You remember that night when I was there? And I was at that crossroads of, do I continue in my faith with you or was it just me getting whipped up into a frenzy? Getting caught up in the emotions of being in part of a church. And it was such an amazing milestone in my personal life. And I shared it with my kids. And I've had some really other really cool things too. And I don't want to, you know, try to throw everything in this one here. But I'm already deviating from what I want to talk about. It's just a wonderful, wonderful relationship with the living God that it's not imagination. It's a wonderful blessing to know that we have a redeemer in Christ who has made himself manifest. He's revealed who he is. He's revealed his nature as God in the ministry of Jesus Christ, his whole ministry and his death, burial, and resurrection. And the apostles doctrine that he left for them, everything that the apostles teach and did in the book of Acts. That's how we're supposed to live our life. That's what we're supposed to be doing. You don't see a mega church in the book of Acts. You see home-based Bible study type groups. You see small little collections of people that are coming together. They're not trying to make these huge buildings that are worth millions of dollars that these pastors create that you pay for. And when they want to retire, they sell the building in the church and they live off the proceeds. We are not like those who peddle the word of God for profit. You don't need to be tied. Period. If you were a fisherman, you didn't pay tithe. If you were a merchant, you didn't pay tithe because it didn't come from the land and you didn't raise the cattle. That's what was tied. That's biblical. That's why Jesus didn't say, "You better tithe." I believe there's one God. In Deuteronomy 6 4 it says, "Heroes, you're the Lord. Our God, the Lord is one." That means there's no trinity. If you're a trinitarian and you believe that that isn't three separate person like some trinitarians like to think, I have had wonderful conversations and I believe I understand that they believe that God is one. And they have to use these terms otherwise they're alienated by the church community. They might get excommunicated because they don't believe in a trinity. When the Bible doesn't teach trinity, it doesn't teach it folks. It does not exist in the Bible. There is not this God, the Son. It's the Son of God. You cannot find God, the Son, and the Bible. It's not there. There is the Son of God, which is the humanity, the part that had to be put in the position of being tempted like us because the Bible says Jesus was tempted in all manner like us and sinned not. Hebrews says, "The body was prepared for him." Hebrews chapter 10. Read it. It's there. There is no three triune persons in heaven. How many thrones are in heaven? One, who sits on it? Jesus. The God of the Old Testament is Jesus before he manifests himself in flesh. Jesus himself said he was the voice speaking from the burning bush that spoke to Moses. For people say, Jesus never claimed to be God. Absolutely false. Read the whole gospel of John. That's the whole John's message. Is that very thing right there? It's his deity. Why is there four gospels? Matthew's teaching. He's a Jew. He's the Messiah. Here's the lineage. Here's his bloodline going through it. He shows you. He has the right to claim he is the Messiah. Mark. His perspective is one of a servant, a suffering servant. Nobody, there's no genealogy in that because there's nobody. Nobody cares about the pedigree of a servant. Why is there the gospel of Luke? Because he's speaking of his humanity. Everything that Luke talks about, his miracles, all of his talking and speech hinges on the humanity aspect. His humanity is the only part that could die. God can't die. He had to create a body of flesh that he allowed to die after he lived in it for 30 some years. Let it die and then resurrected it. And now he glorified it and he will always be in that glorified state. We see him in that form forevermore. You don't believe in him. You're going to believe him when you stand in front of him. When your knees bowed, when your tongue's professing that he's a Lord, you're all going to say it. But do you want to do it right now or admit it's going to happen? It's all going to happen. And John, the gospel of John, which is my favorite, focuses on who he was, his deity, the everlasting Father. Inside that flesh was the very God Almighty. The apostles spent time with them. He kept talking about the Father, the Father, the Father. Man, Jesus, listen, listen, listen, listen. You keep talking about the Father. Show us the Father. And we're going to understand you then. Jesus, in turn, says, have I been with you so long that you don't know who I am? If you see me, you see the Father. So how did you ask me to show you the Father when it's the Father who is speaking to you? Where's the Trinity there? Where's the people that say Jesus never claim to be God? Because he's saying it right there, plain and simple. But why is there a distinction where Jesus says, you know, don't believe me for what I say, believe me for the worksake because it's the Father and me who does the works. I can do nothing. Why? Because his flesh was still being in the process of being tempted. The flesh profits nothing, even his own. It came with the purpose to die on that cross. The princes of this world and even Satan and his angels, if they understood what was really going on, they never would have allowed him to be hung on that cross. And once they realized that he was up there and he was still quote in scriptures and Psalms, they understood then and then they went into those people and said, come down, come down if you're the Son of God. Come down from there. Save yourself. They knew the gig was up. The sacrifice that he was making up there. That was not a sacrifice of tragedy. That was an accomplishment and victory of death, hell and the grave and they were all swallowed up. Oh, death, where is thy sting? Can you imagine that look on Lucifer's face when he realized he was duped? Oh, Louie. Oh, Louie. You got played, boy. Ephesians says, there's one body, one spirit, even as you were called in one hope of your calling, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and father of all who was above all and through all and in you all. There's one God, one faith, one baptism. Colossians 2 verses 9 says, for in him speaking of Jesus, in him, dwelleth all the fullness of the Godhead Bible. That means everything that makes God God was inside that humanity that we see in the personhood of Christ Jesus. His flesh hungered. He grew tired. He grew weary. When he was around everyone, he would get overwhelmed. And he said, it's good for us. That's the part for a little while. He had enough of them. God himself didn't have them. It's the flesh that felt that. So he had to separate himself. His body, his human body had to sleep. God doesn't sleep. God doesn't get hungry. God doesn't get tired. His humanity did. Well, if he's God, why was he praying to God? Well, the Bible says, all flesh shall come before me in prayer. And Jesus came in what? Manifest in the flesh. You don't know your scriptures, folks. You don't know how to rightly divide the word. And you sure ain't ready to debate. Somebody that does. See, the devil shows up with snares and traps. And he wants you to doubt. A little bit of doubt goes a long, long way. Goes a long way. You let it sit there for a little while. Let that seed Germany grow roots. When that stem starts showing itself in your life, all of a sudden you find yourself believing lies and things that aren't true, that you aren't destined for great things. You're not an overcomer when you really are in Jesus. God wants to do these things in your life. He wants you to live a fruitful life. He's not promising you getting rich. He's promising you a perspective where you can trust him and fear nothing that comes in your way. You're going to have hardships. Look at me. I believe in God. You're probably thinking, you know, before I even talked about this today. Oh, man. God, he's, I see, he talks about God all the time. Look what happened to his son. I'm thankful that it happened because now on the other side of it, my son has greater faith. That's why he allowed suffering. Paul says it. We are going through trials and tribulations and suffering for the purposes of our own testimony when we can still adhere to and trust and love and adore the Creator. Even though we go through these things, we still trust and love God. And if God takes from us, so what? Like Job said, the Lord give it and the Lord take it away. Even if he slays me, yet I will serve him. Some of you, some of you may have asked God, use ICT to help me make money and I'll believe in you God. If you did that, don't do that. I'm not claiming the things like God, but I just think that's the inappropriate way of doing it. I think, you know, promising this is going to be the way, but I think that if you asked God prayerfully to bless and increase you, so you can bless and increase someone else in need. And you really mean it not to say it in word. When you mean it in every fiber of your being and your heart, I believe those are the types of prayers that he answers and he gladly does it because he's going to get the glory for it. That's why I don't like when you guys call me the greatest of all time because I know it's him and me that's doing these things. He gives me this wisdom. He tells you what I'm supposed to do and what to say sometimes and when I mess it up with my flesh. He's taking a step back and then I have to repent for that, which is this about every single time I go on a live stream of any capacity because I blow it. I am a sinner. I have flesh and until I leave this flesh, I will sin just like all of you will too. How many sins did you commit before you sat down and started listening to me today? Oh right, oh right, justness. You better check yourself ICT before you talk about God. You worry about your own house, okay? First Timothy 3, 16 says, "And without controversy, great is the mystery of God in us. God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the spirit, seen of angels preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world and received up in the glory. Who other person in history ever had that happen or called born and referred to as the person that was God manifest in flesh?" None other than Jesus Christ. He is the Lord. He is the King. I am not a King of trading. I am not the God of trading. I abhor those terms and I know who that is when it's doing it. The enemy wants me to like those posts. The enemy wants me to retweet that. The enemy wants me to encourage you to do those things towards me. And guess what? If I did that, God would strike me down. I wouldn't be able to do anything right because what I would be doing was do what? I would be robbing God, which is what Malachi 3 talks about. It's not robbing God through tithe of not giving him money. You're robbing him of the glory that he has established a welfare system for the widower, for the vagabond, the person who was within lack, when they needed something to eat, hungry. And when he made provisions, they were able to eat and he would receive the glory. It has absolutely nothing to do with money. And these preachers and pastors are liars. They're wolves and sheep's clothing, praying on people that don't know the scripture. And when I saw this going into the scriptures to try to encourage my best friend, my brother, basically, from another mother. I was doing my best to go into the scriptures and say, "Look, brothers, this is what the word says. You can trust it." I know it's hard, but just trust it. I was broke then. I was broke. And I'm encouraging him to do some things at the time. I wanted to do too. And when I saw the scriptures for what they really say, I was shook. I had to sit there for a minute and think to myself, am I being deceived here? Am I being lied to? And I was. And everybody that goes to a church and hears a pastor preach on how you give 10% of your money? God doesn't need your money. And you can't pay for anything because the Bible talks about how anything plus what Jesus has done means nothing. It cancels out everything that he's done on the cross. That's scriptural. That's biblical. You can't earn your way into heaven. You can't be good enough to get into heaven. When Jesus was on the cross, he said to tell us that it means it's finished, paid and full. It's done. The debt is paid. You bring nothing to it. Nobody, nobody can claim partly they earned their salvation. It can't happen. It cannot happen. And how many times have people gone to these institutions and claiming to be the house of God, going in with the real need? My children have an addiction. I'm about to lose everything. I'm in financial destitution. I'm at my wits and I want to end myself. And they go in there and they hear these people say, well, brother, this is what you got to do. You just got to start living for God. 10% of your gross wages and God's going to make a miraculous move in your life. You just got to sew a seed. Sew a seed and it's going to happen. You know what you're doing? You're destroying that person on the pretense that you're a savior as a pasture. You're trying to tend to a flock. No, you're eating them. You were devouring them like a wolf. And that's why so many people go into churches and they leave unchanged. They don't leave victorious. They don't leave empowered. They go in there broker than they were when they went out and they start questioning God. When God never, ever told us to have that around our necks. Where there's Christ, there is liberty. Jesus didn't say you have to give him 10% of yours. He doesn't want your money. He has an issue with money. That's the divisive thing in this world. It's either you love God or you love money. Everything in this world revolves around what? Money. 99.9% of time. You are only interested in what I'm talking about because you want to do what with it? You want to make money with it. And this discussion today is far more profitable than anything I've ever taught. This is the answer you're looking for because you think money will give you peace of mind. It doesn't. It just gives you another tool. That's all. If I needed something, God wanted to give it to me. You think I have to have the money to do it. No, I've had people come to me and give me things that I needed that I didn't need to know or I didn't know I needed it yet. And all of a sudden, the issue came up where I had to have that very thing and it was given to me. At a time from somebody I didn't expect. My wife talks about be careful how you entertain strangers because many times you're entertaining angels unaware. You're complaining about I can't get to where I'm trying to drive to right now. These people are driving too slow. They would stop and think about how the Lord might be sending that very person right there in front of you to slow you down. So that way you're not in the intersection when that tractor trailer driver goes through with very little sleep and he's texting his girlfriend. It's a perspective, folks. But you're cursing that person in front of you. Up and down. When you live a life with God and you walk with God, he orders your steps. He's like a lamp under your feet. You can you can trust them. And everything that you would otherwise see in this world as something holding you back is this God holding you for the right time. That's all. That's all it is. If you really trust him, you just got to simply wait on him waiting on the Lord. That's what real Christianity is. It's not the thing you see on TV. It's not the thing in these Sunday workshops that these people have where you come in, support me, make me rich. And you leave with less. And I give you a pep talk and then you go out there and you have reminders of the bills that you still have. The jobs that you have to work hard for and your children are still in bondage to abuse of chemicals and stimulants. Living a deviant lifestyle causing you and themselves harm. Living a life of lack. Living a life that feels like you're just one step closer to ending yourself or your children or a friend or your spouse wants to leave you because you're unhappy. You place Jesus in the middle of that. Every mayor is can be fixed. Every relationship can be solidified. Your finances, you can take care of that real quick. Your health, just like that, take care of that. But what are you doing for him? It's not the 10% of money you got to get. He doesn't need your money. He says he has all the riches. He's literally created everything. He's spoken into existence. You think he needs the money. They didn't worth anything. Tiving is a lie. It's bondage and it causes the perfect excuse for why people can go immediately into God seeking him. And then when the needs are not met in the processes that these pastors say it should happen, how does that encourage their faith? Why am I in debt? Why am I losing everything if I am paying tithe? Where is the blessing in this that they said I would receive from God? That's not what the Bible said. That's why. He loves a cheerful giver. When the Pharisees were dumping in their tithe, Jesus saw a old woman walk up there and give everything she had, like pennies, basically. And he turned to the Apostle and said, she's giving more. He's told them to their face, the Pharisees. Yeah, yeah, yeah, you tithe on the mint, the things that grow out of the plant that land. You tithe on all that stuff. Yeah, yeah, you do all that. But you don't do the more weightier things. What does that mean? 10% of his money? No. Love thy neighbor. There's only really two commandments. Put God first, love him. And then every other commandment after that is how we are to relate to our neighbor. Who's your neighbor? Anyone you run into? Because they are your brother or sister. Look at goes on in this trading industry, how people back by each other. And some of these people claim to be Christians. Doesn't fit, does it? The fruit of the spirit is you love one another. Everyone has a shortcoming. Everybody's capable of making a mistake, making poor judgments, all those things. Forgiveness is a high milestone in having the fruit of the spirit in you. Blinding and trying to hurt someone and kill your brother, kill your sister with your words. Jesus went beyond what he gave when he gave the 10 commandments. He said, literally, if you speak ill of your brother, I say unto you, you have killed him. What do you mean you said if the 10 commandments was given the Moses by God? Who are you to say? But I say it's the same person. Yeah, I gave the Moses these 10 commandments. But I say to you right now, I'm amplifying it. If you speak ill of your brother, you've killed him. When you look upon a woman with lust, you have already committed a adultery in your heart. You don't need to take your pants off, man, man. You've already done it. You need a savior. That was what that sermon was showing you. For people to walk around thinking, well, I don't need it. I got time. As long as I got time to ask Jesus, forgive me for my deathbed, that's how I'm gonna live my life. Well, guess what? That's how you're gonna be rewarded. You might just make it into heaven, maybe, maybe. And we'll talk about that in a second. But why would you want to risk your eternity on something so worrisome? Wouldn't you want to know? Wouldn't you want to know if this very God laid down instructions that way, you can know without a doubt that your eternity is secured. And he already knows that you are still gonna make mistakes while you're here because Christianity and going to church and reading the Bible and believing in Jesus and believing in God and praying and all these other things doesn't remove your capability or capacity to sin. No other religion has an answer for sin. It's the way it is and that's the truth. No other school of thought, theology, religion, whatever you want to call it. And I hate using that word, 'cause I'm not religious. Jesus literally came and destroyed religion. When he was teaching, in the temple of the Pharisees and the Sadducees, there were two high-end holiest of people. The Pharisees, they were ones that were repious and wanted to show what they were doing. They were give their tiths in front of everybody because they wanted to be looked upon. That's why God said, "When you pay your arms, do it in secret because if other people see you do it, there's your reward." That's why when I tell you, when I go to a grocery store and I want to bless someone, guess what I'm doing? I'm tithing. Biblically, I'm giving them something to eat. They can't pay for their groceries or they can, but they're not going to have the money to do what they would rather do with it if they had less of a bill for groceries. And people, I'm telling you, listen, look around tomorrow. When you're at work, look at, read everybody's face, really read their face. People are hurting right now. When you go to a grocery store, you can really see it now. People are scared. They're scared that things are getting too expensive and they can't make their ends meet. Now, take that back to Malachi. He says, "Shelloman robbed God, but you have. You've robbed me in tithe and offerings. Not because you didn't give me 10% of your money because you robbed me of the glory I would receive because I'm providing for those that are in lack. They're going to go to my storehouse. The very function that was set up at that time was the welfare system." That's what he instituted it. God instituted that welfare system. He did not institute free cell phones. Food. We need to eat. Every time Jesus healed somebody. First thing he said, "You have something to eat." That's his heart. He doesn't want anybody to be hungry. And when I share these things that I like to do, I wanted to inspire you to do the same thing. I felt if I told you what I do, it would steal my reward. I always pray that God understands when I'm saying that I'm not trying to brag to you. I'm not trying to be a Pharisee and do things in front of everybody. "Here's my charitable things. Here I want you to. " Anybody that says what they've done with their charity, that's their reward. But I'm giving you an instruction to try to do this in your own like to see what God does because in Malachi he says, "See if I will not pour out a blessing that you can't even contain." And buddy, I got proof of that. Someone goes in there and they have a hundred hour grocery cart and you pay that. It's just a hundred bucks to you. But God sees that as, wow, you cared for your brother. You loved your brother, your sister, that stranger, you've cared for them. That's the psychic commandment. It's nine broken up. But love thy neighbor as I self. You love them and you provide something for them. They didn't see coming. Sure they might turn to you like I've had many times. They turn, they hug, sometimes cry. Thank you so much. You have no idea. Thank you Jesus. Who just got the glory? Yes, I was a vehicle delivering that blessing. But God got that glory. It's His. Shall a man rob God, not with me. Not with me. No, sir. Not through me. Not through me, Father. It's all you. You're the goat, ICT. No, I'm not. The Lord is. You're the king. No, I'm not. The Lord is. I'm a sinner. It's all I am. A blessed, blessed sinner. And when you do for other people like this and you live your life like that with that principal oriented lifestyle, you will feel fulfilled. You will feel joy. You will feel like you have a purpose. In a person that does that and they feel the joy and appreciation when someone looks in your eyes and says, you have no idea what you just did for me. They're not talking to you. They're talking to God. They just can't see Him. In their mind, they're touching an angel. You showed up at the right time when nobody knew in their heart what they were fearing when they were rolling up to that register. I have to tell you this because I have to eat. But I don't know how I'm going to make ends meet after this. And you just showed up. Be careful how you talk to strangers because you entertain angels unaware. You're somebody's angel. You don't even know it yet. And God will get that glory. He does not need your tithe in 10% of your wages. That's bondage. These people instituted that stuff so that way they can tax you. And what's the worst tax if you don't do it, you're going to go to hell. If you believe in God and you believe that there's an internal damnation apart from him, that's what the Bible teaches. I believe that. And there's nobody in hell right now. The devil's not in hell because if he did, if he existed, the change too long, the leashes too long, he can do too much from down there. The devil's in this world roaming through this world like a lion seeking whom he made to go out. Look at the world right now. A lot of things are happening. It ain't good. It's going to get worse. And for some of you, you might be fearful. You might be anxious. Guess what God did for me. Anxiety gone agoraphobia gone eating disorder gone homelessness gone broken relationship with my children gone. Potential disease gone his glory from his hand. The Bible itself is the infallible word of God in the original language Hebrew and Greek. If you really want to know what God was saying and how he moved on them, the inspiration that he placed on the writers of those books, you have to go back to the original languages. And you can trust them. But when you are seeking understanding from God or understanding the Bible, the greatest lesson I learned was to place Jesus right in the middle of that. And while some may say the Bible is not the word of God, it's written and changed and Jesus isn't God. He's not the son of God and this that new thing or they'll call it circular reasoning or whatever. Even secular history teaches that there was a figure by the name of Jesus Christ. Just like the secular history teaches that there was a global flood. Oh, the Noah's flood is a myth. No, it's not. There's literally fossil records in mountains where fish and aquatic animal skeletons are all over the place. Not just once or while with somebody a bear took it up there to have lunch. No, there's so many things that has been proven in every culture has a record of what a global flood. That's Noah's Noah's flood. But when we read the Bible, when I read the Bible, I look at it as an integrated message system. Okay, this is a way that we can look at scripture because it's a perspective from someone outside of time. See, God is outside of this physical property, which is time. It's a physical property. We are in a simulation. This entire existence that we reside in is a simulation. This is not the real existence. The real existence is with God. We all have a measure of sensitivity to God. Whether you want to believe there's a God or not, you are, you're experiencing him. Hell is the cutting off of God's presence. That's eternal damnation where there will be gnashing a teeth, eternal darkness. There's no way to actually describe it. It's not like you go to sleep and it's like a dream without sleep. That's what some of you get to just like to think, oh it's just, you know, it's just going to be, I don't, I don't exist. Who's, who's worried about that? Paul talks about something like that where some of the preachers I've heard say that when you die, say you're a believer in Christ, okay? When you die, you go down in the grave, you're laying in that body that rots and you're like an acoma. And then when Jesus comes back, the graves will open up and then you'll come back to life and then you'll be with the Jesus, you know, you'll be with the Lord or you'll be judged at the beam of seat and then eventually thrown into the lake of fire with Satan and his angels and those who do not obey the gospel. But Paul literally talks about how it's better for him to stay with them who he was teaching, even though he wants to be with Jesus right now. He goes, it would be better for me to basically just die. I want to, I want to be out of here. Does that sound like someone that wants to literally go into a coma? Soul sleep is not biblical, but I've literally walked out of churches where pastors would teach that. They don't know their scriptures. I'm sorry, but my eternity, in my relationship with the creator, means a whole lot more than somebody's weekend edition study, but what they think the Bible says, it's of no private interpretation. You have to stick to what the Bible teaches. It's plainly teaching that Jesus is God in the flesh. It plainly teaches there's an after life. There's a judgment. It's appointed for man once to die, then the judgment. Okay, it's appointed for that. But then Paul comes along and reveals revelation about the rapture, which also the Old Testament talks about too. There's going to be an event and I think that right now we're vastly approaching where it could happen at any time. What is the rapture? The Bible doesn't have the word rapture in it, just like it doesn't have the word trinity. Now you're going to think, oh, that's perfect. He said himself up because it doesn't say trinity in there, but there is a trinity. Well, there is no rapture, but he's going to talk about here's a rapture. Yeah, no, there is a word that's translated from the Greek word harpozo, which is a forceful seizing up like out of dangers away and neatly forcefully grabbing and tearing you out of the way of danger. And when Paul talks about this, we shall not all die. Behold, I show you a mystery. What? Ramesh. When we read, when we read scripture and we study scripture, there is a pasat. There's a way of like, when you go to a church, they'll read it from the perspective of pasat. It's the literal text. What is it saying textually? That's all most people do when they read the book or books or they read the Bible. They look at it from the face value. From a Hebrew standpoint, that's what people don't understand because we're Western. When we're reading scripture, especially Old Testament, you have to look at things from a Hebrew perspective. If you don't have a Hebrew perspective, you're going to miss a lot of resolution that's otherwise hiding from you. If you don't think from a Hebrew stance, you won't see how Jesus was teaching them because Jesus was born of the Jews teaching salvation to the Jews. But the Jew didn't recognize his visitation and he blinded them. He says it when he's riding in on a donkey in the Jerusalem. He goes, Oh, Jerusalem, oh, Jerusalem. How many times have I wanted to save you and do what it is I want to do for you? But because you have not recognized the time of your visitation, it shall now be hid from you. That's why Jews can't see Jesus Christ as their Messiah and when they find their Messiah in Jesus, it's a miracle. He blinded them spiritually because they didn't know their scripture. Why? Because they listened to people preach it from a different perspective. That's why Paul said that if there's any other gospel being preached, let it be a curse. And again, I say unto you, if there's any other gospel being preached, let it be a curse. What's the gospel? What is the gospel? Jesus is God and if that's in the flesh. He was born of a virgin, was crucified, and we're always again on the third day. And like in John chapter 3, gospel of John where Nicodemus sneaks over there one night and says, Hey Jesus, I want to talk to you man. Let's have a campfire discussion come to Jesus meeting. This I'm a little worried here. Tell me what's really going on. He says, listen, Nick, look, you have to relax, man. You have to be born again. And Nicodemus is like, what are you saying here, Jesus? You said that I have to be born again. How can a man be born again? How can a man return onto his mother's womb? He's, no, no, no, no, don't think of it like that. You must be born again of water and spirit. What does that mean? Well, let's go back to the book of Acts. After chapter 2 verse 38 where the men were hearing all these things. Therefore, let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made the same Jesus whom you have crucified, both Lord and Christ. Now, when they heard this, they were pricked in their hearts and they said unto Peter, who's Peter? He's an apostle. He's the one that walked on water. Jesus is not the only person that walked on water. Peter said, Lord, if that's you out there on the water, call to me so I come out to you. He says, all right, come. And Peter stepped out the boat and walked on water. And then when he took his eyes off of Jesus and looked down and saw he was doing something, he should not have been allowed to do what happened. He was going down on the water. And immediately Jesus was there and called him. Oh, ye of little faith. Why did you doubt? Can you imagine the smirk on Jesus face? Like you were doing it. You were doing it, man. You were really doing it. You were walking on water and yours witnesses. The other apostles and the boats saw you doing it. But you took your eyes off me in the storm. You took your eyes off of Jesus and guess what? You magnified the problem. And then you sink. But when you have a relationship with God through Jesus because there's only one mediator between God and man. That's Jesus. That's Christ Jesus. When you pray to God, you pray through Jesus. You do not pray through Mary. Catholics, not to offend you, but there's a moment in the Bible where they were like, oh, blessed of thou and blessed the fruit of your womb and just that. And Jesus immediately came up and rebuked them. Yeah, yeah, yeah. She's blessed. But blessed is he who places their faith in me. You'll never hear a Catholic teaching on that. We are not to pray to saints. We pray to one person, Jesus Christ, his role as mediator. There is no other way to God, but through Jesus Christ. That is biblical. If you have another faith, I'm not trying to debate you. You're not going to convince me otherwise. I don't want you to hate me and say, oh, I'm a terrible mentor in trading because I believe Jesus is this. If you have to say you feel about it, I wish you luck, take care, all that business. But we're talking about your eternity and we're talking about my eternity and what my faith is. And what the Bible actually says. In truth, we told if you understood the catechisms that the Catholic Church institutes on the people and the way they teach their bishops and cardinals and priests, they tell them teach very little scripture because if you do, the laity will discover that we very much do not subscribe or teach or follow what they say. Don't take my word for it. It's proven. But you just take everything at faith value when it becomes a religion. Oh, let's not really do any research. If they're wearing white robes and they're up there doing their things or they have the crosses in their church and they're staying glass or they're saying the Bible's convincing me that I have to give 10% of my money or I'm going to go to hell. There's no verse in the Bible that says that. Have you ever really researched it or you just took it at faith value? That's why I teach the way I teach. Don't believe anything I say about the markets. Go in there and see if it's there because if it's there, you'll see it. If it's not, I'm a liar then, right? You have to work out your own salvation with fear and trembling. That means you have to have respect of it. You can't just let somebody else tell you, oh, yeah, your eternity is hinging on this decision or this is the way you should do it and it cost you 10%. Heaven costs, baby. It's inflation. Everything goes up in inflation. 10%. As a lie. But they turned to Peter and he said to the rest of the apostles, men and brethren, what shall we do? So everybody that heard this, when they were preaching on Jesus, that he was the Messiah, he was the God himself manifested in flesh that they crucified. They were at their wit's end. What do we do? Peter, what do we do? Turn to the rest of the apostles. What have we done? What do we do to fix this? Then Peter said unto them, repent and be baptized, every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ, for the remission of sins and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, for the promise is unto you and to your children and to all there are far off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. And with many other words, did he testify and exhort, saying, save yourselves from this untoward generation, then they that gladly received his word were baptized, and the same day were added unto them about 3,000 souls. And they continued steadfastly. That means they never broke away from it. They never referred to something other than this. This is the way it was done. This was the apostles doctrine. They continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine and fellowship and in breaking of bread and in prayers. That means that's the way it's done, folks. That's the way it is. That's church. It's not mega church, get money, get rich. It's not image Christianity. It's fellowship. Following what doctrine, the doctrine of the apostles, the people that Jesus himself spent time with, lived with, came back from the dead with, and literally told them what to do. Matthew 28, 19, go there for an all nations baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit. Oh, there's a Trinity there. No, what's the name? What's that name? Acts chapter 4 verse 12, "No other name given among men whereby he must be saved." Who's name? Jesus. So who's the Father? Jesus. He told Philip. You see me? You see who? The Father. So what's the Father's name? Jesus puts the Holy Spirit's name. Jesus. When they baptized everyone in the book of Acts, when they baptized, they said we baptized you now in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins. Does it matter if your baptized? Paul thought it so. Were you baptized? Yeah, I was baptized. How would you baptize? John's baptism. Oh, well, let's go down the river because you got to get things sorted out right here. In any baptizing in Jesus name. Holy ghost, step on in here and have your way. You must be born of what Jesus says to Nicodemus. You must be born of water and spirit. And people are going to say it's the washing of the word. No, it ain't because the Bible says in Acts, they were being baptized in the river. They were getting wet, folks. They were going down in the river. So we got to stop our roll down the road here. Paul said, oh, no, no, no, stop this right here. We got to go down there right now. We got to sort this out today right now. You've got to get it fixed right now. Oh, but the thief on the cross didn't get baptized because Jesus hadn't died yet. He hadn't died yet. He's still going through the process of doing the work of the gospel, the death burial resurrection. So when that thief says, Lord, remember me when you enter into the kingdom. He says today, you shall be with me in paradise. Who's talking to him? God. He called him what? Lord. Anybody that can't say Jesus is not the Lord. If he says he is the Lord or she says that he is the Lord, that comes from the spirit. But anybody that says Jesus Christ is not the Lord. That's the spirit of any Christ. That man was on his last leg, his dying minutes. He turned to Christ, knew exactly who he was. He felt the weight of it. Because the other one said, oh, you know, look at you. You know what I said, shut up. We deserve this. What is that? recognition of sin. And the only way he could repent is what he was doing. He was saying it's not acknowledging that he was a sinner. We deserve this, but he didn't do anything. Lord, remember me when you enter into the kingdom. When you go into wherever you're going, remember me. That's interesting. That's interesting because there's going to be a lot of people that think they're going to go to heaven because they gave 10% their money because they did this or did that. They thought they were a good person. You can't be good enough. Nobody's good enough. That's the whole point of the sermon on the mount. You all are short of the glory of God. Every one of us, me too. You need a savior. There is no other savior, but Jesus. That's it. But Jesus said, there's going to be a minute coming before me and you're going to say, Lord, Lord, I did all these things in your name. I gave you to the sick. You know, I gave a bunch of this and I did that in your name because it parked from each other with an equity for I never knew you. That's terrifying. That's terrifying. You're not walking with God. Yeah, I know about Jesus. I got time. I'll get there as long as I got time asked for. I kick it out of the no longer in this body. I'm dead. Just give me time to ask for Jesus to forgive me at your at your plan B. What happens if you don't get that opportunity? What happens if you cheat yourself and rob God of the glory of being your savior that does miraculous things in your life that you can give him the glory for and that testament you share with other people. Shalom and Rob God. Some of you are doing that by not having a relationship with them, not a religion, not a membership to a church, a fellowship of loving one another through Jesus. Love yourself as you love your neighbor, your brother, your sister. And understand if they offend you, they're a sinner. Just like you are. They've made a mistake. Forgive them. Forgive them because the Bible says if you don't forgive them, he's not going to forgive you. Do you have the fruit of the Spirit? Are you a Christian that walks with God? Do you forgive? Have you forgiven? Are you holding animosity against somebody? If you have, you're not in a good position right now. You may have done all the things you think that leads to you being eternally saved, but Jesus made it very plain. If you have offense toward a brother, don't even come talking to me yet. Go restore that first. When I look at the Bible, I look at it in a way where it's supernatural. It's not a boring dusty old book with stories. I've taught this a few times in the past, but I've never been really satisfied with how I presented it, because it was just going by memory. And I have some notes here I'm going to work off of here, and I'll say this and I'm going to end it. But if you like these discussions like this, whether you are a person of the same faith, or you're just hearing about it, maybe hearing me not cuss. It's funny how that works, isn't it? I would love, I feel good having done this much of it so far, but I was a little unsure of my delivery today, and how we received, and I just prayed before I started doing it, even if I got one person that got something from it today that was an inspired or encouraged or rejuvenated felt closer to God, or felt the invitation to draw near to Him, because the Bible says, "Draw near on the God, He will draw near unto you." The steps that you have to take first, then he'll reciprocate, because he's already done all the work. But if you don't want to reach towards Him, He's being polite to you. He can be the God that you think He should be, showing up us, and then they're like the cool aid man. Here I am, I'm fixing everything you like, but you like it or not. That's not how God works. He's very polite, because we're in the age of grace right now, but there's coming a time real quick, real short. The Jesus that's coming back, not a people aren't going to recognize that guy. He's coming back for blood. But if I had an opportunity to sit down with the Jew and have a conversation civilly about why they can't see Jesus as their Messiah, towards the end of the conversation where I would have been satisfied here and their perspective and their side of it, I would take them to the portion of Genesis, the book of beginnings, and what would be the equivalent of chapter five in our, I guess, English Western view of the Bible. Chapter separations and numbers and all that stuff. That was not something that was done by Hebrews or the Greek. They just had the text and that was it. But in Genesis chapter five, this is one of the things that when I learned this, this was absolutely fascinating to me. Like it was literally jaw-dropping to me because the idea I want you to remember is that a Jew and you may be a Jew listening to this. I would love if you are a Jew and you are practicing Judaism and you don't see Jesus as a Messiah respectfully, think about what I'm going to show you here and talk about and research it on your own. You're going to have a better command of Hebrew than I do. But I would love to hear or read the interpretation of what you see in this after I talk about it. But in Genesis chapter five, it is the genealogy from Adam to Noah. So there's ten men's names listed there and that is the exact chapter I got to. Every time I tried to read the Bible, when I got to that, I was like, "Why is it doing this?" Like Adam got this and this person lived this many years and this one got this one and they lived this many years. So it was a genealogy between Adam to Noah. So every time I read, I was like, "This is boring. Lord forgive me, I'm being honest." But that's the way it was. But before I was actually born again, had the Holy Spirit and was baptized in Jesus name, all that stuff, then it became an insatiable desire to read it and not just read it, but dig into it, really chew on what the words were saying. And there are different ways to study the Bible. There's ways where, like I said, with the bishop, that's the approach to just reading what the Bible says on its textual value only, where there's nothing to really try to decipher or read beyond. But if we read it from just a percept level where it's just what the texts say, you pull out those 10 names of Genesis chapter 5, and I'm going to encourage you to read it because I'm going to for brevity's sake. I'm not going to do that. But the order of the names that are listed there, it's Adam, Seth, Enoch, Keenan, Mahaloel, Yerid, Enoch, Mathuzela, Lamek, and Noah. Now, if you go through, and you think about, when these individuals received their names, obviously God gave Adam, his name, Adam, meaning man. Adam had relationships or relations with Eve, and he bore Abel. And Eve gave birth to who? Kane. Kane was not Adam's son. You are not going to hear that in 99 percent of the church is out there. The real sin is something other than eating an apple because the Bible doesn't talk about an apple being eaten. Okay, it's metaphoric. There's things that you have to study that are also in the Bible and other places to understand what that is. And I'm not going to do that here, but I would love an opportunity to have that teaching to show you what the original sin was, why we have a real issue of blood, basically. But Kane killed Abel. So Abel is not mentioned in this lineage. So why isn't Kane? Because he's not of the bloodline of Adam. Adam gave birth through Eve to Seth. In Genesis chapter 4 verse 25, Eve says that God has appointed a replacement for Abel. So she named him Seth. So what does his name, Seth mean, appointed? So you have Adam, whose man, his name is man, Seth means appointed. Inosh, who was born of Seth, it comes from a root word, a root word, Anash, which is basically like incurable, mortal, frail, miserable, lowly, sickly type of thing. So apparently when he was born, there was something probably wrong with him. And that name was given to him under his pretense. So you have Adam, Seth, Inosh. So Inosh gave birth to Kenan, which means sorrow, dirge, or something to that effect. The next one was born of Kenan, which was Mahalo. Now the blessed God is what that means. It's broken up of Mahalo, meaning blessed and L, meaning the name of God. So together, Mahalo is blessed God. He gave birth to Yerid. Now Yerid means shall come down or the equivalent to something that effect. And he gave birth to Inak. Inak means teacher, teaching, or commencement, or in short, teaching. Methuselah was Inak's son. Now interesting enough, if you go back to Genesis chapter 4, it talks about how in those days there's a transliteration issue. It's one of those things that are well documented, where it says in those days men began to call upon the name of the Lord. That's not accurate. It actually means that in those days that men began to profane the name of the Lord. And Inak walked with God and God took him. Go read it for yourself. Inak, after the world itself started doing what we're seeing all around the world right now, profaning God, deviant lifestyles, corruption everywhere. The love of one another is waxing cold. The love of yourself, selfies, you know, taking pictures. Look at me. Look at me. All those things that Christ said was going to be like that before he comes back. That's what the state of the world is in right now. That's what was being described there. But it says that Inak gave birth to Methuselah. And you understand by reading these couple chapters here, it says that at 65 years of age, Inak started walking with God. That happens to be the very year that his son Methuselah was born. And then also it says he walked with God. Then God took him. So he became a believer in God at the age of 65. What took place at the age of 65 that made him a believer in God that he started walking with God? 300 years. Oh, people didn't live that long. Don't even go there. The world was different before the flood. It was outaging rich. The atmosphere was totally different. There was more water in the atmosphere at the time than it was on the surface of the planet at the time. Prove it. We're not going to argue all that stuff. Methuselah is broken up between or a result of two words, Muth, which is the root meaning death and Shalak meaning bring or send forth. So together, Muth and Shalak gives you Methuselah, meaning death shall bring or his death shall bring. Methuselah gave birth to the Lambic. His name means despairing, basically where we get the word lamentation from or to limit something. And then Noah means dove or comfort or rest. It's interesting, isn't it? Now, you're probably thinking yourself, okay, well, where are you going with this, ICT? What's the point of all this? But when you take those same names and you read it in order they were born and you read it as a sentence, it says this. Man is appointed mortal sorrow, but the blessed God shall come down, teaching his death shall bring the despairing rest or comfort. Folks, that's the gospel of Jesus Christ, right hidden inside of Genesis chapter 5. And if you don't feel that in your spirit right now, you're dead. He tucked it away right there inside of a genealogy. Everything, everything in that Old Testament points to Jesus Christ. Jesus says, you search the scriptures. For in them, you think you have salvation, but they are they that testify of me. Everything in that Old Testament, if you don't understand it, put Jesus right in there. Look through the lens of Jesus Christ, how does this apply to Jesus, earthly ministry? What are you going to do in the future? prophetically, what does he, what does this have to do with Jesus? And when you do that right here, guess what you see? You see your Jewish Messiah. Because this, you can't, you can't convince me, you can't convince me that this is happens to end up in the most one venerated books of the Bible, or Torah to a Jew. I would love to hear an Orthodox Jew explain to me how that's possible and why they can't see Jesus in that. Folks, this was not written by men coming up with a mythological excuse for something. This is not this is not taking mythology and repackaging it like some people say. The creator has placed so many signatures in the word in the testimonial that's behind the word itself. This is like a remand or a sod where it's a deeper meaning than just looking at the text. That's how I studied the Bible because this is such a rich life-long journey and treasure man. Just to go exploring because God's word is deep. It's deep. You think when you listen to a nice TV video, oh, last time I heard that, I didn't hear that now, learning more. No, no, no, no, that's nothing. The word of God literally is just like that. It goes way beyond, way beyond. If you think this is all there that this chapter can do, forget about it, take this one plus Genesis after 11 and add up all those years and take the year out before Christ and after Christ and you get the same year by number that Israel became a nation again. You're going to tell me they just happen to work that out too, right? Come on, man. Israel is Jesus' timepiece for the end times. That's the victory. You said when you see the victory shoot forth its branch, you know that summer's near. When all these things start happening, that generation, what generation? The generation that sees Israel become a nation again, regathered. You will see the Bible come to life. And that's what I told my friend Sean, when we were 15 years old laying on his father's picnic table, looking up at the stars that night there too. I said, Sean, think about it, man. Worst case scenario, 70 years is a generation because you can look at different structures and for the Bible talks about a generation being this length of time in this many years, but the longest one in years, 70 years. So do 70 years from when Israel became a nation and Jerusalem has to be its capital. That's the 70 works area. I'm just laying the breadcrumbs. You do the rest of the work folks. It's not hard. And look where we are on that timeline and what's going on all over the world. Daniel chapter 4 says, there's four beasts. The fourth one's terrible and dreadful. Unlike any other before and it tramples down all the nations before it. We're watching that rise up right now. There's a ruler that's coming. Things have to be put in place before he steps out on the scene and there has to be that which hindrance is removed. Then shall that man ascend that son of tradition be revealed. That's the end of Christ. What's the thing that's hindering? The church, the bodies of believers because a bridegroom that allows his bride to be beaten through tribulation is new bridegroom worth being. Some of you church believers out there, some of you Christians and I believe that it's because they've had it beaten in their head from false teachings never did the work of looking at the scriptures themselves. What does the Bible really say? Or we're going to go through tribulation. Yeah, we're going to have tribulations in trials and problems and that was proud of to us. But the great tribulation is the time of Jacob's trouble. It's the reason for them to turn to their Messiah. He beats them into submission. The Gentile bride, which is the church of Christ, that is not appointed to God's wrath. It's not appointed to Satan's wrath. If you believe that, you don't know your scriptures. You don't know what the Bible says. You're taking things that a man told you and believed it through fear and lazily this accepted that. The Bible is for you. You have to be a workman that is not ashamed that going in there and you rightly divide the word. You have to go in there seeking him. If you diligently seek him, he will be found and ask him to counsel with you. Give you understanding. Let him who has to ear hear what the Spirit says on the churches. Let him have an eye. See and pray for the mind of Christ to understand these things. We are in a time that the Bible talks more about than any other and you're going to watch it come to pass in your life. All these countries come together doing what they're doing. Pull in the shenanigans that they've done in the last three years. That's just a dry run because the market of beast is coming. It's all coming past. It's going to happen and it's we're at that time where it's going to start accelerating quicker. That's the reason why I've been telling you to get your house ready. That's why I've been telling you to get your house ready, folks. You have no idea how bad it's going to be and you can work that out today. Simply just come the grips with the fact that you are what all of us are. You're a sinner. You mess up. Every day you're going to mess up. As long as you're in that flesh, you're going to make a mistake. You're going to lie. You're going to say things that aren't true. You're not going to tell the full truth. You're asked to say, "Hey, he is so and so and so." I just literally did it yesterday. My wife said, "Did you drink the last bit of the tea because Kaden wants to have it?" I was like, "Of course not. Silly little playful, not truth, though." That's a lie. Remember, if you look upon a woman and lustfully think about her, undress her with your eyes and think about me and she would look like if I didn't have her with these clothes in front of me, you've already committed adultery. If you speak ill of your brother, you've murdered him in God's eyes. The same God that was talking from the burning bush that was instructing Moses to go down to Egypt to speak to Pharaoh, telling him how he's going to run his own show. That same God is in Christ and that's why he said, "Yeah, they think I'm going to say this, but I say unto you." Jesus said, "Yeah, you believe in God, but believe in me also." That's blasphemy if he's not God. For the folks that say he's never claimed to be God, you don't know what you're talking about. You're ignoring the obvious. He claimed absolutely to be the only very God that exists. There is no other God. Read Isaiah. There is no God up here. I looked around for another God to swear by. There's no another up here with me. So I swear by my own name. He made a mockery in Egypt. Raw, the sun God. Where was he at when he turned the sun off? They gone, the fish God. Where was he when he turned the river to blood and all the fish were dead? Think about that. He's the only one. The only one worthy of praise. He's the only one that we should be praying to. He's the only God that can restore, heal and give you eternal life. He willfully put himself through something that is unimaginable. He went into flesh, walked among men sinlessly, allowed, allowed sinful man to pull him up, spit on him, stripping down to nakedness, beat him so he was not even human looking anymore. Isaiah says his vision was so marked. He no longer looked human. They plucked his beard. He says it very kindly to you, but the real Hebrew says they tore his beard off. That's why Mary didn't recognize him when he was resurrected. Only by his voice when he said, Mary, she knew who he was. He said, don't touch me. I've not yet ascended to my father. Nope. He's not ascended yet to what glorified, where all in all that humanity is now part of the digit and physical manifestation that will always be the fullness of the Godhead bodily in Christ's resurrected body. You don't know your scriptures. You're looking for something that ain't there. And you wonder why Jews and Muslims have an issue with Christianity because there is no trinity, folks. There is none. There is a God that has manifest himself just like you manifest yourself as a husband. You are a son to your parents and you are a mentee to me. I'm your mentor. How many people does it take to do that? Just you. Their roles. That's how you deal with other people. That's how you engage this existence. God pressed himself in the flesh because he had to come here in a capacity to do what? Restore us unto himself. There had to be an acceptable sacrifice. What acceptable sacrifice is there? A sinless man shedding the blood. And that's what he brought. You see me? You see the Father. So how do you ask me to show you the Father when it's he who is speaking to you? That's all my deed. That's the everlasting Father. That's the Prince of Peace. That is the great I am. And how blessed are we that he chose to go through that to be beaten, tortured, spat upon, laughed at? [silence] None of us are worthy. And that gift freely gave us. And it's my intention for you to simply do an inventory. Are you worth more than what you feel absolutely? He's placed a part of him in you. All of us have his spirit in house. The gift of life has been given to us. That's comes from him. But when you are filled with his Holy Spirit, that's something entirely different. That's how you walk through this world and this existence with power. That's the fuel you need. That's the oil that's in your lantern. The parable of the ten virgins. That is a rapture teaching. You don't understand it because you don't think about things he broccoli. See, a Hebrew, they will have a betrothal where they'll be betrothed to a woman. A Jew will say, "I'm going to take you as my bride." And they do this ceremony where they basically promise themselves to one another and everybody knows it, but they can't come together physically and it's kind of like an engagement type thing. And the way it's done is the father will let the son build an addition on his house. Whose house? The father's house. While the son is doing this, the bride is waiting and she's given instructions. We will come for you, but we're not going to tell you when it's just be ready when we come for you. So she's always in this spirit of expectation. She's excited. Ladies, listening, you knew how it was when you were getting married, right? You're excited. This is your day. You're going to be with your bride and groom together in a setting where everybody celebrates it. So you're waiting on your groom, the husband, but he's tied up right now. So once the addition's done, then the son waits for the father to tell the son, "Go get your bride." When does it always happen? At night. And at midnight, in that parable, the Jesus says, "Well, it came calling at midnight. There was a shout in the bride, gathered herself up, and five other bridesmaids were not ready." So they tried to get in and they said, "No, no, no, I'm sorry. You can't come in. Your garments are not ready and you have no oil in your lantern." What was the difference between the five that got in and the five that didn't? See, the symbols you have to understand is their garments have not been washed in the blood of the lamb. They know Jesus. They know that that guy did something on a cross, okay? Whatever. But did they make him rather their personal savior and did they have a relationship with them? Did they live their life with a spirit of expectation? At any time, the groom is going to show up and there's going to be a shout. And you better be ready or you're not getting in. Oil was always being referred to as a type of the Holy Spirit. Are you prayed up? Do you really want Jesus to come back? My friend Sean, I've been talking about, doesn't want Jesus to come back yet. He's not ready. And I tell him all the time, when the rapture happens, he will be here. So they tell the five bridesmaids of the five foolish virgins, you can't come in. So they go and he look for, they try to buy oil, they try to get their garments washed and he can't. Why? Because now they're in the tribulation. They got to go through it. They didn't have the spirit of expectation. Joyfully, the blessed hope of looking for his coming. So there's two events, folks. There is the rapture where God comes down just so much of these in the clouds. Jesus is in the clouds and he stops short of that. Doesn't put his foot on the planet again. When he puts his foot on the planet the first time, after he comes back here, so we just wear it at his own amount of dollars. And there's a fault line that goes right through that mountain and it's just worth the right amount of seismic activity. It's going to split open. Just like the Bible says, it's going to happen. The rapture is where God calls us up as believers that want to see him come back, who live their life passionately, wanting to see that great escape, that blessed hope. Pray that you're kind of worthy to escape these things coming from your earth. If there is no escape, no fly away scenario like they make fun of it all the time. There's Christians that do this. Oh yeah, you believe in escape theology, this fly away myth. Really? Really? What is the whole thing about the Hebrews escaping Egypt? Escapism. How about going through the Red Sea when Moses was told a razor, hands up with the staff and longs your hands are up like that. The waves will be kept at bay and you'll walk on dry land. That's escapism folks. Never looked at like that, did you? What what happened with Noah? See there's there's three groups there. No, obviously he was preserved and his family was preserved on the ark. That's wonderful. That's the remnant. Like people foolishly say, "Oh, that's you going into the ark because Jesus is the ark." I could see that. I don't subscribe to that. Here's how I see it. There are those that are preserved the 144,000. There are those that perish, that beat themselves against the door in the ark, as the waters overtake them in the drowned. The flood of Satan, the dragon, that's talked about in Revelation. That's all those models coming together. But there's another, there's another person, just like the body of Christ is referred to as a person, the bride. That's Enoch, who gets raptured. He walked with God when the world was beginning to profane the name of God. You don't even know what a boy is, a girl anymore. You don't know what the institution of marriage is anymore. God is not allowed in your family. It's not allowed in schools anymore. Children are not allowed to be taught how to think of themselves of more than just whatever social media calls me. That's the best I can be. Wrong, that's a lie. In Enoch's day, when he was 65 years old, he began to walk with God. God showed up. We don't get the full testimony. We don't know all the full details there. But it says that 65 years old, Enoch started walking with God and he gave birth to Methuselah. He gave him that name, his death shall bring. It's interesting because the day he died, that's when the flood started. So God gave him a revelation. Your son, he's going to be the longest living person in history, and he is. But when he dies, his death shall bring my judgment. But Enoch walked with God and God took him. Where? It's not for you to know. That's heaven. We shall not all sleep in a moment and tweak your eye. Instantly, we're transformed and translated into clouds. We will meet him. That's the rapture. That's not the second coming, folks. You don't know your scripture. Second coming, something later on will be come back with Christ. Two events, two separate things. The blessed hope is that you are counted worthy to escape these things that are coming upon the earth. Do you do that? Will you start doing that? It's my prayer that you will. To how do you sort this business that way, you got to worry about your eternal destination? You got to find somebody that has been born again. That means baptized in Jesus' name for the mission of sins, and they know what the gospel is. As long as they have gone through it themselves, you don't need to be ordained minister. Anybody that has been born again can baptize you and do the same thing in your part of the family of Christ. And then what you do is you pray, fully live your life, looking towards growing closer to God, trusting him in everything you do, asking him for everything. And if you don't get it, it's okay. Wait and accept the fact that it might be unknown. There's no shame in that. There's no discouragement that should be rising up in you when you have that happen. Don't look at him as like a genie and about where you rub him. And oh, the Bible is the genie's lamp and I'm going to rub it three times and ask God to do this and he's going to answer all my wishes because that's the way he operates. And that's not how it works, folks. He's the Almighty. He is God. He doesn't owe you anything. He literally put himself through all kinds of humiliation. Needlessly. He could have just said, that's it. I'm done. Eight people. He scrubbed the whole planet and left eight people. You think he means business? I think he does. You better get your house in order. If you ain't right with God, the only God, the only I am, the only Elohim, the only Savior, the only mediator between God and man, the only one that can be prayed to and be received by Jesus Christ. That's who's in me when I'm talking to you. That's where it comes from. The desire to help you. Because the God's honest truth, if I didn't have him in me, I would not do these things for you. I would be that selfish 20-year-old boy trying to be a big shot man, wanting to be worshipped and having all the clout of everything. I was seeking it on a miracle in my. And I can look back and see how God used everything to equip me as I am today. And I'm not perfect. You know I'm not perfect. But have you heard me say anything profane in this one? Because he's here. Where there's two or three gathered in my name, there in the midst of them, I will be. Not one time. Not one time that I reach for a word that would be profane. Have you noticed that yet? That's him. That's him holding it together for me. And I need to live my life like this more. Social media just makes it too easy for me to go off the rails. So it's something I need. And you should want it for me. So hopefully I gave you something to think about that would be impactful. Give me some meat that you want. And it's my prayer that you have been inspired to a degree that you'll want to do something that draws you closer to God. You prayerfully just go into a quiet place at your house. Turn all your troubles, all your fears, all your needs. Turn them over to them. Say, Father, listen, I am a mess. I don't know what I'm doing. I don't know how to get from where I am right now and I want to be drawn closer to you. I am a sinner. I know I'm a sinner. Please forgive me. Forgive me for my sin. Lead my life in a way that it would be pleasing to you. Help me find someone that can baptize me in Jesus name for a remission of sin so I can obey the gospel because his word says you do not obey the gospel. You don't go to heaven. You will be judged. How do you obey it? What does that mean? You must be baptized in Jesus name for the remission of sins. I'm baptized you now in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. If you got baptized like that, you didn't get baptized. You got wet. If you had water sprinkled on you, you did not get baptized because we are baptized in Jesus burial in baptism. That's what the scriptures say. Look at it. Let the scriptures tell you what you should be doing. Not what might go or ICT or anybody else in a church says, if the scriptures say this, you do that. Do not, do not let laziness or foolish trust for your eternal salvation. Don't let that rest in the hands of somebody that doesn't know what they're talking about. Go into the scriptures. Listen to this again. I'm not making any money off of it. Listen to one of the scriptures I'm telling you and see if your Bible says that and prayerfully ask God, speak to me. Talk to me. Talk to my spirit. Tell me what it is I should do that would be pleasing to you where I can work out my fear or work over my fear and work over my anxiety. Work out the problems in my life. Let me live a wholesome life that is pleasing to you and you don't have to go to church to do that. Did you not have it recorded that he went to church? Nope. He walked with God. That means he turned everything in his light over to God. He trusted God. He accepted the fact that if he has not, it's because God said no. That's okay. He cares for even the sparrows. How much more would he take care of you? When you know, when you know that he loves you, and if you don't know that he doesn't love you, you should know today. The fact that you even listened to it this long, he's tugging gently. He's always polite. He doesn't want to be overbearing, but you have to be receptive to that and draw near to him.
