Insane Gas Prices Terrifying Trump; Is This The Last Straw For MAGA?

The transcription blends personal financial advice with political critique, highlighting how BJ's Wholesale Club offers significant savings—like 25% off groceries and bulk items—through a limited-time promotion for new members. It also promotes Shopify as an accessible platform for entrepreneurs to launch businesses. However, the core of the content is a sharp political analysis targeting the MAGA movement, especially figures like Mitch McConnell and Donald Trump. The speaker criticizes McConnell as incapacitated and politically corrupt, arguing that he lacks the mental capacity to vote or make decisions, and condemns the broader MAGA ideology as self-serving, authoritarian, and out of touch with everyday American struggles. The narrative claims both major parties have failed the public by serving corporate donors, allowing a populist, bigoted alternative—led by figures like Marjorie Taylor Greene and Tucker Carlson—to gain traction. These figures promote economic populism and racism, exploiting public frustration with Trump’s policies and failures. The speaker warns that this new “America First” movement, rooted in division and misinformation, poses a serious threat to democratic values, especially in rural and working-class communities. Ultimately, the message calls for a realignment in political strategy, urging Democrats to directly confront the failures of both parties by launching clear, truth-based campaigns on issues like gas prices, inflation, and racial injustice.

And on top of that, this is one of the faces of the MAGA movement. Half-dead Mitch McConnell rolls into the Senate literally and casts his first vote since his return. Play the clip. Senator Slotkin. No by proxy. Senator McConnell. No. Okay, so as you can see, they have to jump in and tell him how he's supposed to vote. And so, Josh, Scott Jennings claims he had a 20-minute conversation with that man, and he said it to provide cover for him. And this was just, you know, within 10 days or so after his hospitalization. That man is not capable of hardly even raising his hand or voting correctly and doesn't even seem to know where he is. Much less. have a 20-minute conversation with a man that CNN pays to lie to the American public every single day to propagandize and provide cover for this fascist regime. And it's not just that. He took a victory lap after Mitch McConnell was shown in public. He took a victory lap claiming, "See, this is evidence that I did, in fact, have a 20-minute conversation." You know, the shame in these guys and the lies that they think to themselves that we can say whatever we want. Because the American people are so fucking stupid that they don't care. And I think that goes back to the famous quote by Trump, if in fact he said that, talking about the American public. But that's what they bank on. The thing that is notable in that clip is the fact that, number one, he's having to be told what to vote. But number two, it appears that they even kind of fucked that up. It seems like they tell him to vote one way, and then the other person has to intervene and catch it and say, "No, no. No, it's not that." So you're given one assignment. All you got to do is, like, coach McConnell. He's somewhat in a vegetative state. All you got to do is give him the right answer. You can't even fucking do that right. So that's my take. Yeah. And I think you tapped into something in your first response there about how patronizing a lot of politicians treat the electorate. It's so patronizing and disrespectful to the voters of Kentucky, to the American electorate at large to trot this person out, have propagandists on corporate news provide cover for this. And they're saying, basically, don't believe your lying eyes. Believe us, the documented liars, but don't believe yourself. And I just want to start painting the portrait of what MAGA is right now. Mitch McConnell is MAGA. He had an opportunity to end Trump. He showed zero courage. He didn't do it. Mitch McConnell is the architect of the Supreme Court. That is colluding with fascist corporations and providing cover for a convicted felon president that is as stupid as he is incompetent as he is dangerous. Here's another video of Mitch McConnell leading the Capitol. And it shows that he's completely, completely incapable of forming a sentence. And Scott Jennings, what do you have to say for yourself? Play the clip. Any other bills you're looking forward to? Are we voting tonight, Senator? When can we expect you back, Senator? Normally, I would never enjoy seeing an old person like this abused in public. And it's not that I enjoy this, but Mitch McConnell deserves this. He deserves for everyone to have this imagery of a man who used all of this power for nefarious reasons that is a patriarchal, racist old bag clinging on to his mediocrity, still trying to wield his stick. And all he is is an absolute brain dead vegetable that is being is a puppet for other fascists. And I agree with everything that you said. I'll even add to that that I think this also typifies and shows the no shame in the Republican Party. They have no problem propping him or anyone else up in a wheelchair. I mean, it's degrading. It's degrading. And whether or not Mitch McConnell is deserving. I mean, you and I both feel a certain way about him, but it's degrading to do that. And to the institution of the Senate, which was once thought of as being, you know, you at one point in time, you respected people that were elected to office. And now there's they've turned the halls of Senate into think we set an assisted living center the other day, but it's comical. It's a joke. All of it is. And you look up there and you think these are. The best people that we got in the country. We got people like Mitch McConnell who's about to die. Who's a vegetable that's up there voting on things. And we got people that are okay with that. We got people that are assisting that thinking that's good for the country. It's embarrassing. All that's embarrassing. These people are incompetent. They're corrupt. It's a joke. Tammy regularly haul stuff to her kids at college. That's why she shops at BJ's wholesale club saving up to 25% off grocery store prices beef jerky microwave meals. I don't know what you're talking about. and trash bags in 2024 to show their devotion to this guy. And the thing they don't get, authoritarians, Donald Trump in particular, he hates you. He hates America. This is finally, he's able to rig everything for him personally. Here he is talking about higher gas prices. And I wish a journalist would ask him, when is the last time you pulled a car up to a gas station, opened up the gas tank, grabbed the pump and put it in? When is the last time you did that? Because I would argue he's never done that in his life. Not one time. Play the clip. But I have to say, you have a little higher, you have a higher, it's a very inexpensive price to pay for what we've done. Remember that it's a little more, it's even if it was, frankly, even if it was a lot more. So you're going to pay more for gas, but you have to do it for me. I mean, this is, I watch a lot of cult, crazy religious documentaries, because I just, I don't know, I guess it makes me feel normal. But that's what this is. And you can fast forward, you know, even 10 years from now, I think even five years from now, and documentary filmmakers, psychologists, historians are going to be using all of this footage. And Josh, to your point, the cult right there, if the next line he said, and now Natalie, you know, my bunny boiler, she's going to be passing out Kool-Aid for everyone. And we're going to take a shot together. They'd be like, yeah, maggot with their bald eagle t-shirts. Yeah, they're in. And what strikes me about everything he says, and the audience is out there, they're listening to this. And no one's seeing just how ridiculous and idiotic the things that he's saying are. And I assume he's associating the increase in gas with the important work they're doing. And the war, I assume that's what he's saying. But this man has never, he doesn't understand the suffering of American people. He's so out of touch with that. What I want to know is why every day we get a clip that you could show to Americans in rural Oklahoma, you could show it in the Midwest, you could show it all over the country that talk about how out of touch he is with the day-to-day problems of Americans. Why aren't Democrats just simply running ads on things that he says himself every single day in messaging? Why is it that we're having to talk about it? Where are politicians on this stuff? Like there's material every single day that shows his incompetence and corruption, that all it is, is just simple messaging and running ads, doing whatever you have to do. Where are the other people on this? Well, that segues to my next points perfectly, because why are these people falling prey to this? It didn't just happen overnight. And why they're falling prey to this is because both parties are falling prey to this. And they're falling prey to this because they're running ads. Both parties haven't delivered for them materially. Both parties have delivered for corporations. And that has been going on for a long time since before Donald Trump descended from the escalator. And I have been sounding the alarm on this for about a year and a half, what I'm about to get into. When the Democrats are not leading on this, when they are taking money from APAC and from big oil and from big tech and from big pharma, they lose all credibility because they are whoring themselves out. And they're losing all credibility because they are whoring themselves out, the same way the Republicans are. But it's almost even worse because they're acting like they don't. They get in and say, oh, we've got to get corporate donations out of politics. Meanwhile, they're taking corporate donations left and right. So this leaves a vacuum for a demagogue like Trump to step in and fill it. And people on the right are seeing MAGA is done. This guy, biology is going to get him any minute now. And he's going to, he's a lame duck president. I'm not going to call him a lame duck president. I like to call him a dementia duck. And we need to jump off this train. And the Democrats are getting outflanked consistently by a couple of Republicans that jumped off the MAGA train early. Here is Marjorie Taylor Greene talking about gas prices. And I want you to juxtapose that with what we just saw from the president play the clip. Or California. It's way too high. This is ridiculous. Let me look. Everything you buy, your food, your supplies, all of your goods gets delivered by diesel. The war in Iran has got to stop. This is Trump's fault. This should not be this high. It needs to end. Ridiculous. So this is Trump's fault. Standing in front of a guy. Simple, simple. Every Democrat, in Congress, should be doing the exact same thing. It takes five minutes, 10 minutes messaging this. Because the way to turn the American, the will of the American people is just like that. Show a gas price that's two or three or four dollars more than it should be. That stuff hits. People feel that. And that resonates with people. The things that this man promised just were simple lies. They're not coming true. The economy's not better. Your life's not better. All these magical things. And then we covered last week that now he wants to pay $5,000 to every American citizen when he's had complete control of the government for two years with both houses, a Supreme Court, no checks. We do everything that you want us to do. And this thing is a complete shit show. Message that. And the Democrats are going to have to do this twofold right now because there are some MAGA exiles that are stepping up to the plate. And so here's my warning sign about Marjorie Taylor Greene. Marjorie Taylor Greene, when you break it down, everybody has to buy gas. And everybody, you can't spend that. A gas price, a politician can say all he wants to. It's patriotic to pay more. Yack, yack, blah, blah. Nobody likes buying gas. You can't see it. You can't feel it. You can't touch it. It disappears immediately. And you have to do it all over again. The problem with the Marjorie Taylor Greene's is right now, she still has on her, outside of her office, there are only two genders. And then people are going to go, oh, Democrats shouldn't talk about trans people. Well, Marjorie Taylor Greene sure is. And so the problem with a Marjorie Taylor Greene style version of economic populism is it leaves certain people out. She is still offering up, okay, look, I'm here to talk about America first. And I'm here to talk about all this economic populism and how Trump's a big liar. But guess what? You still get to hate a bunch of people too. But guess what? And that's what Trump offered. And so when the Democrats are not leading on this, they're allowing somebody who has a bigoted default setting to jump forward on these economic issues that say, I can deliver for you materially. Donald Trump is lying. This is his fault. And then because racism has been the heartbeat of all of American politics and it has been exacerbated during the Trump regime, that's something that people have kind of gotten addicted to. hating people and the social media and the comic sections have also exacerbated that. And then she's also saying, and guess what? Fuck the gays and only certain immigrants are okay, et cetera, et cetera. She's not out there leading on the Voting Rights Act. She's not out there leading on all the cheating of the gerrymandering. She's cherry picking which people are worthy of equality and which aren't. But politics is now told in 30 second clips and that message of hers hits hard. It's effective and the Democrats are allowing themselves to be outflanked by Marjorie, by Tucker, by Thomas Massey, et cetera. Not all Democrats. We all know that there are some fighters in there. But here's what Tucker Carlson is now saying about the Epstein files. Pop this up. Tucker Carlson has claimed that Trump gave the direct order for Epstein files, cover up per the Independent. So there was this picture, Josh, about two months ago and it was of Thomas Massey, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Tucker Carlson, and that guy, I think Joe Kent, that left the Trump administration. And they said, you know, we're making an America first party. And it's brilliant because what they're doing is they know that there's a lot of people that Trump got invested in. And he was able to fill that vacuum that neither party has delivered materially for people. And he also served up. You also get to hate on all these people, too. So this new group of America first people are positioning themselves for when biology takes care of him or Blue Wave takes care of him and he's impeached, whatever, that they're running for office. And they're running for office. And they're ready for 2028 to say Trump lied. We still want to make America great again. We still are a movement. And in that message, they're going to have economic populism plus the racism. And Democrats need to start aggressively going after. Tucker Carlson claims that four demons attacked him in his sleep. And he said that on video. He also refers to gay people as F-A-G-G-O-T-S. And this is just what he said. He said that on video. And he also refers to gay people as F-A-G-G-O-T-S. And within the last two or three months. He also has a lot of really nasty things to say about immigrants. And so I'm just very, very worried about this. And I've been sounding the alarm for well over a year about this new America first party, because you and I both know that shit will hit hard in middle America. Well, and it's no surprise whenever you see someone like Tucker Carlson say something against Trump or another Republican, you know that they instantly have a motive for that for themselves. Like with Tucker Carlson, his motivation here is to separate from MAGA with this New America First agenda. Now, what he's saying about Trump issuing the order about the Epstein files, who thinks that he didn't? I mean, of course he did. Like, this isn't news. We all know that. And, you know, the more I think about that particular issue, when he did that, when he signed that bill that Congress passed, the Epstein Files Transparency Act, they all knew. He knew. Congress knew. And more importantly, Todd Blanch was brought into the fold. And he knew that Congress and DOJ specifically, DOJ specifically, was not going to turn those files over. When he signed that bill, it was agreed to by those people that we will stonewall this and not turn that. And I've got Todd Blanch, who I'm getting ready to have be my next attorney general. And he's going to make sure that doesn't happen. But we're going to sign the bill. We're going to show that we're transparent. And we're going to give the appearance of it. That's what I think happened there, to the T. And then you've got Katie Fang and people like that fighting to get this released because Congress isn't. They don't give a shit. They passed the bill. They got cover from the public. And now they're on to other things. But this thing is going to stay with them. And Tucker Carlson knows. That back to your point, he knows that there's traction in this and that he's got to separate. I agree. And a lot of the things they're doing is politically motivated because they want to capture the people who have been lied to and are starting to realize that MAGA was bullshit. They're offering them an off ramp. And I just want to leave you all listener with this. The optics of what MAGA is right now, Mitch McConnell, Donald Trump shitting on America always in every speech. Always. Always. Always. Always shitting on everything about the United States. He has utter disdain for his supporters and for the country. And we are led by geriatric dipshits that are either involved in pedophilia or happily cover for pedophiles while lecturing the rest of everybody about Judeo-Christian traditional family values.
