Ryan Reynolds promotes Mint Mobile’s $15/month premium wireless plan, highlighting its simplicity and lack of physical stores as an ideal choice for introverts, with an upfront $45 payment for a three-month introductory rate. This is followed by a segment on Vanta, a compliance platform that helps companies achieve trust through SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications, citing strong ROI and real-world success with fast-growing firms. SimpliSafe is presented as a smart home security solution using AI cameras and live agents to stop intruders before they break in. A major news focus centers on an expanding federal investigation into Ilhan Omar, initiated under the Biden administration and now under the DOJ, involving scrutiny of her financial disclosures, immigration status, and possible ties to foreign actors. The investigation includes a search of her home under a judge’s warrant, with questions raised over her age, family background, and campaign finance practices. Her husband’s financial history and business ventures are also under examination, raising concerns about transparency and potential fraud. The probe is seen as evolving beyond immigration issues into broader financial and political misconduct, with critics noting inconsistencies in financial disclosures and suspicious foreign connections. The narrative underscores the importance of accountability, transparency, and trust in both technology and governance. While the investigation remains ongoing, it reflects a broader trend of increased scrutiny of political figures and their financial and immigration records.

Well, we knew this wasn't going to be a one-day story, right?
It looks like this investigation is expanding.
According to news just out this afternoon, the DOJ is looking at Ilhan Omar's finances as well.
So we're going to talk about what that means.
She's getting nervous.
She's already out begging everybody for money.
Typical, typical, typical.
Plus, we got a new press secretary in the White House.
It was a little bit of a rocky start, but I'll give you my take on the new woman at the podium.
Oh, and. Abdullah Al-Saeed, is he lying?
Looks like he might actually be lying.
He lied to NBC News.
And it's all being uncovered in real time, along with, you know, maybe some lying that Tallarico did.
We're on it.
Welcome to the show, everyone.
I'm Trish Regan.
Ilhan Omar's investigation has just widened.
According to some sound I want to share with you out of Jeanine Pirro, who is the district attorney there in Washington, D.C., working for the DOJ.
This is about more.
If you would, then just simply immigration.
You know how we've talked a lot about the finances?
And, you know, me being someone with a financial background, I care a lot about that.
I mean, I care about the immigration, too.
And I think maybe that was just the easiest way in the door for them to get her.
But I will say that there's some there there, as far as I'm concerned, at least worth investigating when it comes to the $250 million feeding our future thing.
And her, shall we say, acquaintances and friends.
I mean, one of the guys, didn't he didn't he actually host her big dinner, you know, on the night that she won?
Yes, there's some campaign campaign contributions there, on top of which we already know that the Treasury Department was looking into her alliances amid concerns.
Right. Some of them were a little bit sus.
Anyway, let me go to Jeanine Pirro because she was on Fox just this afternoon and she hit everybody with this doozy.
You know, the media is not covering it, by the way.
It's like this story never happened.
Other than to say shame on Trump.
How dare he?
Well, let me say, like, this has been a long time coming, an investigation that existed pre-Trump back to the Biden days.
So don't give me that baloney.
Here is Jeanine.
What about these financials disclosure?
She was given a pass by the House of Ethics, but somehow 30 million, 30 million dollars magically appeared.
Then it magically disappeared.
Well, I can tell you that is subject of an investigation as well.
And it doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter what the House does.
It doesn't matter, you know, what this agency or that does.
We're looking at the facts based upon the facts.
We'll follow them wherever they take us.
This is your office that's doing this?
Yeah.
All right.
Judge, it's always great to see you.
Always great to see you.
Thank you for dropping by.
She used to work there.
So anyway, Judge Jeanine, who is now running this investigation out of D.C. for the DOJ.
I'm going to tell you, she's a really good prosecutor.
I actually I think she's wonderful on camera, but I'm going to I'm going to go out on a limb and I hope.
She wouldn't be offended by saying this.
It's actually a compliment.
She is a better prosecutor than she is an on camera personality.
And she's a great on camera personality.
So I think that that's saying something.
She's very talented.
She's very good at her job.
She's very thorough.
She's not going to prosecute anything just to prosecute something.
But now this is pretty serious because you have, in this case with Ilhan Omar, a judge signing off on that warrant, signing off.
And I can't, like, say enough what a big deal is.
It is that you had a judge signing off on that.
I mean, Ilhan is getting very nervous right now.
I should point out that she's begging for cash.
Right.
This is the lead on the Daily Mail right now.
Somalia born Ilhan Omar turns federal raid into desperate cash grab after Trump opened the probe.
So she's going to her supporters right now and begging them to donate money to her campaign because big bad Trump is out to get her.
Is he really?
I mean, I got to say that.
But, you know, there's a lot of stuff that maybe she could have answered.
There's a lot of stuff that she should have been more forthcoming about.
And she deliberately bit her lip and hid.
I mean, consider the 30 million bucks that materialized out of nowhere.
I'm sorry.
You know, if your accountant send you a bunch of paperwork and says, hey, you guys are now worth 30 million.
You don't think that somebody would notice that?
You don't think that Ilhan might say, gee, you know, what do these numbers look like?
That doesn't make any.
That doesn't make any sense to me.
And it doesn't make sense because you would think that the people in her orbit would understand the political sensitivity to suddenly being worth 30 million dollars.
And then, of course, she went back and revised everything and said, oopsie daisy, just an accounting error.
I mean, none of that makes sense.
And then when she was asked about it by this Alison Steinberg, who's terrific, by the way, on Lindell TV, look at how she this couple months ago.
Look at how she acted back in April of this past spring.
The last time I spoke to you, you said.
I was stupid for asking you about your financial disclosure, but there's some discrepancies on there.
Would you like to explain them?
How do you make such a big mistake?
Absolutely.
You're stupid for asking me anything.
I am?
Yes.
Well, what about the American people who are wondering how you made such a big mistake?
I have explained to the American people.
What's the explanation?
I have given them the explanation.
Do you want to tell our viewers?
I don't want to tell you.
How about that?
OK.
OK.
Have a good day.
Thank you.
Bye.
I mean, she's crude, too.
Right.
I don't need to tell you, Jackie.
You know what?
And this is not the first time she's sworn at that particular reporter.
I mean, this is one woman with a nasty mouth.
I'm telling you, I think.
She could have saved herself a lot of trouble if she had been more willing to come forward with some of the documentation.
Going back to when Comer was after her saying, you know, this doesn't make any sense.
But now here we are.
And in order to kind of piece this together, you've got federal investigators there from the DHS.
At her house.
Look at all the stop funding Israel signs and, you know, rah, rah, Palestine signs.
Well, there's one of the federal agents right there.
You can see we looked at some of this video just yesterday as this came in.
This was a dawn rating.
So they were there around 6 a.m.
And then they carried all of this stuff out.
And it took them some time.
HSI, you can see in that video.
This is kind of, you know, important because I told you yesterday they had the ability to go in and take whatever seemed relevant to the case.
And.
It could include financial documents as well.
So maybe they went in and got a safe.
They have the right now, thanks to the warrant, to actually get the information that would be from the safe.
This was a warrant that was signed off on by a federal judge.
OK, search warrant is not a formality.
Guys, investigators have to show a neutral magistrate judge probable cause.
All right.
They need probable cause that a federal crime was committed.
And this is what they're they're alleging, that there's some kind of fraud tied to immigration.
And now it's expanding possibly into the financial arena.
They needed some kind of evidence.
They believe that evidence was there located at the place that they were searching.
And that is how they got the warrant.
Now, in this particular case, sources are telling me there was some back and forth with the judge.
It actually went on for about more than a week because the judge is trying to look at the constitutional issues that would be unique.
Right.
To a sitting member of Congress, including the speech and debate clause.
You know, that's a good one.
Right.
Because that's the one that La Monica.
Has to use, you know, when she's out there giving her right hook to the federal officer who's trying to prevent her from storming that that Delaney facility there.
She's trying to say, well, you can't go after me because the speech or debate clause.
And so this was something that this federal judge was looking at.
But ultimately, they decided, yes, there was enough concern there, enough evidence that they believed was in the home that they authorized the use of that search warrant.
And, you know, if you talk to any former prosecutor, what they know is that judges in that area.
In the D.C. area, they're not especially eager to greenlight any kind of warrants like that, especially with members of Congress, because you're living in the political capital of the world.
So getting one approved means investigators presented a sworn affidavit that cleared a certain kind of threshold.
And a search warrant like this generally, generally comes towards the later end of the investigation.
I think that's worth pointing out as well.
You know, this is not the first step in the process.
This is an investigation that has been going on.
for some time. And so once they have reached or developed some
substantial evidence in the first place to justify this, that's when they go in with the search
warrant. So I think it's important to know that this is not the beginning of the process. This is
an escalation in the process. So let's talk some hypotheticals, right? By the way, she says, you
know, it's all just BS. I mean, she'd say the words, right? And she says, this is yesterday.
I'm okay making a mistake. This is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal
law enforcement. For 10 years, Trump has targeted me with baseless lies and smear campaigns.
This is the latest escalation in his campaign of political intimidation. I will not be silenced.
No, no, no. And I'm going to go and fundraise because I need some money now. I got some legal
bills, baby. Yeah, you're going to have a few. So purely hypothetical, right? So none of this is
confirmed in facts, but I'm just going to float your way. But like, bear with me and stay with me
because there are some logistical possibilities here based on what has been reported thus far.
And I think it's worth at least taking
a look at because hypothetically speaking agents, they could have been looking for original
or copies of immigration forms, birth records. I'll say it again, birth records,
naturalization documents, any kind of correspondence with family members
about the family's entry or naturalization process. So maybe they got a computer.

this information may have been shared at one point in time, they could be looking for any records
that might show false statements were made or any material facts that were concealed when family,
the family, her family in this case, was seeking status, immigration status. And, you know,
hypothetically, they may have sought some communications or records that could support
a conspiracy charge. I mean, documents showing coordination, if you would, between family
members or others to obtain or maintain status under false pretenses. Don't forget, like, this
charges as well, because remember what Mark Wayne Mullen told Benny Johnson this summer that this
was, you know, he said, hey, stay tuned. There's something coming. And we were we were staying tuned
and we're like, where is it? Where is it? Where is it? And here it is. Anyway, he mentioned that
this could be a bigger case, far more reaching than just, say, Ilhan Omar and her particular
immigration situation. I took that to mean at the time that perhaps they were going back to look at
the dad. And, you know, I don't know if that's true. I don't know if that's true. But maybe anybody that was associated with that family that came in would suddenly have their
immigration then threatened. I didn't necessarily take it to mean just the brother. I know everybody
said, oh, you know, you know, she married a brother. She married a brother. And actually,
J.D. Vance has confirmed that. He actually said, yep, she married her brother. And we've had Mark
Wayne Mullen confirm that as well. But because of the statute of limitations, that would have
expired five years into the marriage. So if nothing happened five years into the marriage,
then she would have been free to walk. So they're expanding
this more so. But what I'm sort of focused on is whether or not they're going to get any of the
financial ties, because to me, that would be very interesting. Anyway, you know, they're seizing
these materials and they're looking perhaps for some kind of evidence that she was not 17 like
she said she was. Remember, you know, that that's how she got her citizenship. She's like, yeah,
I'm 17. I'm a minor. And that's how I got it. So they're going to use something perhaps to cooperate
with her. But they're not going to get any of the financial ties. So they're not going to get any of the
financial ties. So they're going to get any of the financial ties. So they're going to get any of the
statements and even some reporting on this. I think the Daily Mail has done some reporting on this
that really kind of highlights possibilities that she was not young enough to have gotten
citizenship with her dad, as well as some concerns about whether her dad was really involved with the
bad guys or not, as well as, you know, the marriage stuff, which we already know about. I don't think
that they're going to have as much room to wiggle there on the marriage stuff. So it's these other
things that are very important. And I think that's what's going to happen. I think that's what's
very interesting to me, along with the financial records. So again, we're talking hypotheticals here
because we don't know what was seized. We don't know if it's going to advance the case. But
my suspicion here is that they were looking for some birth records. And by going in and getting
that information, they're building their case. Right. And they've been building it. Keep in mind,
this has been going on for a while. I mean, this really has. And I think that's an important thing
to just remember. And
in light of everything, this is not a brand new inquiry. This has been something that has been
investigated for quite some time. And again, the seriousness of this, this is not trivial. Like for
a judge to have signed off on this, it is a big deal, guys. I mean, even MSNBC and they're freaking
out over this. They had to admit it. Watch. Well, look, who makes a multimillion dollar.
Forgive me. That's definitely not MSNBC. That's James Comer saying, yeah, who makes such mistakes?
I agree with him. Here we go. Justice Department is confirming that this search was
pursuant to a court order. So that means that the Department of Homeland Security,
which carried out the search, had to present evidence to a judge suggesting that there was
evidence of a crime at this location at Representative Omar's home in Washington, D.C.,
or at least that there was probable cause to believe that there was such evidence.
And so the agents came in and they searched the home as we understand it.
Now, we've not been able to get any details.
Again, I should emphasize that the reporting out there that exists is a probe involving
whistleblowers and documents and witness testimony. You had Homeland Security Chief
Marquine Mullen telling the world that something's going to happen and saying that this investigation
was going broader. We had Vice President Vance speaking about this as well. He previously has
raised all these immigration fraud allegations. He said we knew she married a brother and he
suggested that something was going to be done about it. He was asked whether he knew today
that a regular raid was coming. Here's his response.
Now, I do know that there are some serious allegations against
Eli and Omar. We're going to look into those. And again, if there's a real case there,
we're going to follow the facts. If there's not a real case there, then we won't.
OK. So in other words, at this point, J.D. and the president don't have anything to do with it.
Now it's in Judge Jeanine Pirro's. I keep calling her judge, right, because she was a judge. She's
a prosecutor now. But, you know, having been a judge years ago and she's a very talented
prosecutor. So she's very serious and she means business. And you heard her today saying, hey,
this doesn't have to be limited by what the House was doing or not doing or the Ethics Committee was
doing or not doing, because none of that really matters. And I think that's an important distinction.
Sometimes, you know, the House gets all carried away, but the House is a lot of fireworks. And
when push comes to shove, the DOJ has a whole lot more might.
Nonetheless, I mean, the House was asking the right questions. It's just,
they couldn't get to first base, right? They couldn't get to first base on those financial
layers. And there's a lot of layers. You had the New York Times reporting that under the Biden
administration, the Justice Department's Public Integrity Unit, OK, and the U.S. Attorney's Office
in Washington, D.C., they opened an inquiry back in June of 2024 looking into Ms. Omar's finances
or campaign spending interactions with a foreign citizen. I told you about that because remember
the guy from Somalia?
It's like the president of Somalia kept coming here campaigning for her. That was a little weird,
right? That could kind of be seen as foreign interference. And then the next leg of that,
that you got to be asking is, was there any money? And was there any sort of quid pro quo? Like,
hey, you come here and you campaign for me. You tell everybody from Somalia to vote for me.
And then I'll make sure that you and your cronies back in Somalia get taken care of.
Or maybe it didn't even have to be as far back as Somalia. Maybe
it's just make sure that the cronies in Minnesota get taken care of and they'll send the money
back to you guys. I'll tell you, he was on tape and I've showed you this many times,
so we don't need to watch it again today. But the president of Somalia basically saying,
Ilhan doesn't care about Ilhan. Ilhan doesn't care about the U.S. Ilhan doesn't care about
Minnesota. Ilhan cares about Somalia. And that's why we love her. Well, that was a problem for the
Biden administration. And so they were examining interactions with a foreign citizen. I'm assuming
I'm going out on a limb. And so they were examining
And I have no proof of this, but I'm assuming that that was the person
in question, but maybe there were more. All right. So what did they do with her financial records?
Did they even get her financial records? Because don't forget the way she has been stonewalling
this from the very beginning as yes, James Comer figured out early on this woman wasn't budging
an inch. Well, look, who makes a multimillion dollar mistake on their financial disclosure
form? Either her accountant went to one of those quality leering centers in Minnesota or she lied
about it. If she lied about it, that's a felony, Sean. If her accountant went to one of the quality
leering centers, then she should work with us as a whistleblower to help us prosecute
all of her fellow Somalis who were involved in this massive welfare scheme in Minnesota.
Either way, she's never explained to the public how her net worth was 30 million dollars. And if
she made a mistake, how the mistake happened. I mean, it's not possible. You review that financial
form before you hit enter, you enter all the the assets in and then it pops up and you review it
and you hit it again. So it's highly unlikely that she made a mistake. This isn't going to go
away from her. So we're going to continue to try to push for answers and see if she if her name
pops up in any of these frauds that Vice President Vance and the House Oversight Committee are
detecting in Minnesota.
So one of the other points I would just make on that is that her husband, who she was filing jointly
with her husband, is supposedly a finance guy, except he's not really. He's kind of a failed
entrepreneur over and over and over again with companies that have names like Badlands and
EZ Street, S Street, whatever he called it. It's like Easy Street Crew.
None of these things actually have worked out very well for him. He's invested in various
cannabis ventures, which are notoriously, notoriously cash only ventures, right? A lot of
stuff to trace, shall we say. And then the the winery that wasn't right, the winery with no
grapes. And none of these places had buildings. One of them was operated out of a WeWork facility.
This is his venture capital firm where he claims that he and his team have experience
managing 68 billion dollars, 68 billion dollars assets under management. That's like one of those
ABC errors. You know, the other day when they published a story and they said, well, you know,
it looks like there was a two and a half billion dollar investment made by this company
on behalf of the Trump boys. And it turns out the Trump kids had nothing to do with the investment.
They happen to be part of that company. But it was a 50 million dollar investment. By the way,
big difference between 50 million and two and a half billion dollars. But that's like this guy,
right? He's a politician. And those ABC writers that put out this story that they immediately
had to retract and take down. Well, they're just effectively politicians to political writers
doing the bidding of somebody who phone that one into them and didn't understand math. Well, that's
what's going on as far as I see it with Ilhan's hubby, because Timmy Minet was claiming he was
running 68 billion dollars. I bring it up only to say if he really knew anything about finance,
how is it that they're signing on to tax documents saying we got 30 million dollars? We're like in the
money. OK, so there is the financial aspect to that. OK, you know, I'm sorry, but like. It's peculiar.
Well, I know they're focusing on potential immigration crimes, including false statements,
possibly about her age, false statements about immigration work. I mean, they're looking at the
dad. We talked about this before. The father who. Was actually working in the Marxist regime that
was oppressing everybody in Somalia, and then when tables turned. It turned out he was one of
the bad guys, so the new guys, I mean, everybody's kind of a bad guy over there, right? Let me be
clear. I don't really think there's any good guys.
And they're all bad. So the new team of bad guys comes in and the new bad guys apparently made
their life kind of miserable to the point where he had to take his family and leave. But it is
believed that he is not exactly what you would call squeaky clean. So that may also be information
that is about to come out, and that's what they may have been after, because if he lied on his
immigration application, well, then it would make her citizenship.
So, you know, we've got a few things going on. They may have lied about her age. They may have
lied about her dad's background. And consequently, it leaves you with some immigration holes that
could be quite extraordinary. But that doesn't explain what Mark Wynn Mullen was getting at and
why he thought this could be such a bigger case. Because to me, that involves sort of the RICO
aspect of this, and you may entrap some other people. But I think that's a big part of the
you may also start to see something happening on the financial front. Now, again, Ilhan claims she's
innocent. She has nothing to hide. She's got the Democrats lockstep with her. I mean, all the
Democrats and CNN and MSNBC are all rallying behind Ilhan Omar right now. It's kind of amazing. You
get the House Majority Leader, Hakeem Jeffries, right? You've got everybody out there. Pete
Aguilar, he's over there. He came out with a big press conference.
Yesterday, and they're all saying, oh, this is just so disturbing. It's all politics. It's an
abuse of power. Whatever happened to no one is above the law. No one is above the law.
They immediately started turning it to like, as soon as they're talking about Ilhan, then they
immediately just say this is intimidation. And then somehow they get back to ice. It's like this
huge non sequitur, but that's what they're doing. And then CNN, you know, they take the bait. They
can't help themselves. And so, you know, they're all like, oh, this is just so disturbing. And then
they're all like, oh, this is just so disturbing. Once again, I guess Scott Jennings was off, but they got some other Republican to come in. He
did a good job because, you know, he's fighting off like eight people at once. They're all coming
at you. And he's like, guys, you know, if I were you, I would not be so keen to go in hunky-dory
with the Democrats and Ilhan Omar on this one, because, you know, you guys might just get a
little bit burned. You don't know what you don't know. Let's listen in.
I've heard a lot of Democrats getting out over their skis today without knowing what's going on
in this investigation, which began under Joe Biden, which has been conducted by the U.S.
Attorney's Office in Minneapolis and the Justice Department, which involves, according to the. Well, I will say, even those details, I'm not sure anybody really knows.
Well, let's just cite the. There's a lot that is not known.
New York Times and NBC reporting saying this goes way beyond those allegations that we started with,
that it involves whistleblowers, that it involves documents, that it involves a prolonged
investigation, has to do with the contacts between Omar and foreign individuals, it has to do with
campaign finance, which, by the way, is not hard to believe, because the Minnesota. The Minnesota Board of Elections, Minnesota Board of. Again, you said people have been paying attention to this.
I have.
Minnesota Board of Elections found that she misused her campaign finance funds, and they
didn't refer her, but they also found that in 2014 and 2015, she filed jointly with her
second husband when they were not married, raising questions about her first husband
and their immigration status.
All this stuff is public knowledge.
It's not public knowledge among Democrats, and they're experiencing it now, and I would
recommend they keep their powder dry, because there is more. No, because the hypocrisy is too loud.
That's the problem.
Hypocrisy is so loud, it's blowing my eardrums out.
But, Jamil, you're closing your eyes to the facts and the evidence.
No, no, I'm not. Look, I'm not one to say. I guess, just real quick, I just want to say on all the things that you talked about, you
talked about a lot of different types of things.
We don't know if any of those things are what this case. Yeah, it's just in what's being reported in NBC.
Because her immigration status, I don't know if. We don't know if it's about her immigration status necessarily or about something else,
an immigration petition that maybe she filed on someone's behalf.
But just to position people, she became a citizen when she was 17 years old.
She was a minor.
So she. That's why we should think there's more there there than just that, you know?
Well, I guess. Her date of birth is also a point of contention.
My point is, my point only is, a lot of those things that you mentioned don't have anything
to do with her immigration status.
And so if it's about those other things, we don't really know.
But we also know she's denied, explicitly denied some of those claims that, for example,
that she married her brother in order to get an immigration. She's explicitly denied that.
Yeah.
What's the. And I don't want to. Oh, yeah.
In fact, recently on Lindell TV, again, and I think there was a. Was there an F-bomb or something else along, you know, for the ride?
Anyway, we've showed you that before.
She has, you know, said, why would I marry my brother?
That's gross.
Da-da-da-da-da.
And so she's making this all about immigration.
My thought here is. Again, I get back to the statement from Jeanine Pirro just this afternoon,
that this is now expanding beyond just immigration.
I think that they are looking to see whether or not her age is her age,
whether or not her dad is who he said he was,
and whether or not they can nullify her citizenship, her naturalization, based on that.
But, you know, I would also say that that gave them the entry point in.
And remembering what Mark Winn-Mullen, forgive me, said,
the investigation is expanding and that it was getting bigger,
I just think you've got to remember that right about now,
because I keep honing in on the financial stuff,
and I think they can get her on the financial stuff.
I realize there's this thing in Middle Eastern culture called hoala,
and it's how they transfer funds.
And in my own reporting, actually, this particular investigation I did
into Terra Financing down in Latin America was nominated for two Emmy Awards.
So I know a little.
I know a little bit about this.
When it comes to the hoala network,
they're able to basically transfer funds among themselves, seemingly undetected.
right? But not fully undetected. I've talked to many Treasury sources through my reporting on
this particular story. And what they explained to me was, yes, it's harder, but it's not impossible.
And that was kind of the sort of breadcrumbs that Treasury Secretary Besant has also afforded us
at various times when he was talking about feeding our future. And so bringing this full circle
back to one Ilhan Omar and what they now may know, what they may have gotten.
I think it's important to think about how Jeanine Pirro, who's prosecuting this,
if she chooses to prosecute it, she'll need to get the indictment, of course,
from the jury, a grand jury. But she's saying that this is not confined to simply immigration.
So whatever they have there, and do not forget Biden's Treasury Department, Biden's Treasury
Department was the one who initially investigated Ilhan Omar, and apparently they couldn't get
enough evidence or enough records. But that was Biden's team. Think about that. Like they knew,
gosh, this is really sensitive. You know what they're going to say. Oh, we're targeting her.
It's not fair. It's Islamophobic that we're going after her. It is not good politics because we need
Democrats. We need the Somali population in Minnesota. So you can imagine that there
would have been people that would have actively discouraged that investigation.
Once it had been started. But we've heard through reporting in the Free Beacon that her husband's
business partner was like, oh, I can't do anything right now. I can't do anything. I can't pay you
this money back because all my money, all my accounts have been frozen by the Biden Treasury
Department. So that tells me that this is going to be so much bigger than just the immigration.
I know a lot of people care about that because they're like, ah, you know, you get her out. But
in this case, you may get her out, but you may actually have her do some jail time first.
Because if what I think is there, there's going to be a lot for them to chew on. Definitely a lot.
So at this point, just to kind of make it clear, yeah, she's freaking out. And she's saying, you
know, I need money. I need help. I didn't do any of this. It's big bad Trump. He's going after me.
And she's going to make a stink about it with her supporters, begging them for cash as she is right
now. But I'll tell you, the agents are going through everything that they took out. Everything
they took out. And they're going to be like, oh, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't
know. And they took out a lot, right? You saw the bins. So they're going through this. They're
going to do an inventory. They're going to review everything that was taken. And basically,
they're going to figure out what is going to strengthen their probable cause case at this
point, because they're going to want to collect all of this material, along with any additional
warrants they may need. I mean, they may say, hey, this causes me to say, gee, I want this
information and this information. They may go to her banks and her husband's banks. They're
going to take all of this evidence and they're going to bring it to a grand jury. And Jeanine
Pirro is going to say to the grand jury, if she thinks there is a case there, I have a feeling
they think there's a case there. If you just read through the lines, right? For example, what JD was
saying earlier, well, you know, if there's a case, there's a case. They think there's a case.
They're going to wind up trying to get this indictment. If they return an indictment,
well, then let the games begin, because then that would support formal charges and they will be
seeing this through to a very bad fruition for one Ilhan Omar. Just amazing, amazing, amazing stuff.
Again, just fascinating kind of story. And the financial aspect is, of course, of relevance and
very interesting to me. Don't forget to subscribe, by the way. I want to remind you of that. Do not
forget to subscribe. Okay. We have a new press person just debuted on the podium. It's actually
a small little stage. I've been up there. I remember on one of my trips to the White House,
one of the communications heads was like, hey, you know, come over here, see how it feels. And I'm
like, yeah, you know, better you guys than me. Okay. Anyway, better her than me. This poor girl
got out there today. And I say poor girl because it didn't go so well. I mean, like, I'm going to
be, it was the first day. Okay. So, you know, we can maybe cut her a little bit of slack. It was
the first day, you know, first day jitters and maybe she's not used to getting up and speaking
in front of a lot of people.
I mean, I don't know if I would have given her the gig. I still would have gone with Scott
Jennings. I'm just saying, I'm just saying, but I'm not the one in charge. Scott Jennings would
have had them eating out of the palm of his hand. This situation didn't quite unfold that way. I
will let you assess it and we can discuss. Here we go. This is a short clip of this new woman
named Katie Zakaria. I think she had been working for maybe Trump's True Social or she had been
doing some consulting. Anyway, it sort of speaks for itself. You, you, you'll see what I mean.
Good morning. I am so honored to work for President Trump and the American people as the new White
House press secretary. I want to thank President Trump for his trust that he has placed in me. I have wanted
to work for him for a very long time. I'm looking forward to working with each of you as well,
especially as we are in the middle of the midterm blitz with energy and excitement
never seen before in the history of midterms, thanks to President Trump. Just look no further
than last night in Youngstown, Ohio, where President Trump delivered another blockbuster rally
out on the trail. The arena was overflowing with enthusiasm as thousands came out to support
President Trump, as well as special guest Jake Paul and football legend John Gruden.
The president also announced the Department of War has officially. I just have to say, like,
I think that the reporters in the room were like, are you kidding me? Like, I know you don't think
that much of us, but really.
This? Some people were saying it was like an SNL skit, except it was real. So, you know,
she kind of droned on like that for a while, and she's reading from her notes when she could read
from her notes, because occasionally, like, there were some fumbles as well. I mean, this is what
you call a real rough start, and all I could say was maybe she's going to get better.
To build eight large-scale nuclear power plants, something we've needed as the United States and
something President Trump promised on the campaign trail.
And something President Trump is delivering on, just like he delivers on every promise.
In addition to that, we will be, we will be doing, he has, there is $54 billion
tied to the Alaska LNG pipeline and terminal to service the Pacific Rim and sell fuel to our
allies. It's like, you can't take it, right? What can I say? First day jitters, you know,
she's reading from the script.
She's never done this before. She's very excited. You know, she, she's beautiful, right? So she,
she looks the part. She looks fantastic. I think she's got gorgeous hair. And I, I, for one,
I know some people, you know, thought it was too much. I thought she looked fantastic. Okay. But
you know what? That and five bucks will get you a cup of coffee at Starbucks, because I've always
said that this business is not about you. It's about you. It's about you. It's about you. It's
how you look and how you look only. I mean, hey, it helps on the margin. I even wondered,
I said to my producer, Sal, I called him up because he's a guy and I'm like, hey,
am I like misreading this? By the way, I, you know, an attractive woman who doesn't want to
look at an attractive woman? Like, come on, like women like to look at women and men like to look
at women, right? We're like sitting there going, what is she wearing? What's her hair, her makeup?
We're looking for pointers and guys, well, you know, you're guys. So I don't have a problem
with that. But I said, am I being unnecessary?
Like harsh? Because she's darn pretty. Like her guy's gonna, he's like, no, no, Trish,
I saw what you saw. And then of course, you're feeding her to the wolves. Mr. President,
you're feeding her to the wolves. Like you put her in there with a bunch of savages. Okay. And
like, this is catnip for them, for goodness sakes. I mean, look what happened here. She kind of
screwed up who was the president and who was her husband. A personal question. Your family
is in California, your husband, you have four children. I'm wondering how you manage, how are
you going to manage that? Caroline Levitt left because she wanted to spend more time with her
family. And also, did she give you any advice on how to handle this job and the people in this room?
Well, first of all, I want to give my husband an amazing shout out. We have four kids ranging from
12, 10, 8, and 6. Three of them are boys. So we have a handful and I adore my family. I love them.
My priority, I love being with my kids. The idea of not spending evenings with my kids is completely
unacceptable. So my president, excuse me, my husband, that's a good one. My husband.
Again, he fed her to the wolves for goodness sakes. I mean, this is sink or swim, right?
Oh, she looks cute. She says nice things about me. Let's go see her.
She does in front of these very rabid reporters. So of course, this whole thing is going.
viral. And everybody's having a field day with that. I would just say she was probably very
nervous. And it was very hard. And she hasn't done this job before. And she's so excited. I mean,
which is great, right? It's great that she's excited. Because you got to be excited. Because
he's 90 miles an hour, 24-7, 365 days a year. So that's good. I would also say, look, it's a tough
job. And you're filling some big shoes. I mean, Caroline Leavitt. I mean, when I first heard about
Caroline Leavitt, I mean, she's from New Hampshire. I'm from New Hampshire. I liked that. But I'm
like, OK, she's a softball player who's 20-some-odd years old from New Hampshire, who went to this
little school in New Hampshire. And I'm like, you know, not to be. But then, wow, like she walked
out there and she blew me away. I'm like, that girl's got it going on. And she's going to go
far. Whatever she chooses to do, it looks right now like she wants to be a Fox News anchor. So
I think she'll do well at that. But there's capability there, you see, to do much, much more
She's very talented at what she does. And she could really handle that job, I thought, like no
other. The other one that was very, very good at that, well, I mean, Kaylee was OK. I think, again,
Caroline was like a whole other animal, if you would. But Sarah Huckabee Sanders was amazing.
So Sarah Huckabee Sanders had a warmth to her, a genuineness, an authenticity. And she had the
respect. OK, so you got to you got to have something going on upstairs. That's why I say,
you know what you look like. Sure. You know, that maybe gets you in the door. But then it becomes
how much can you back that up? So she's very pretty to look at, you know, very, very beautiful
hair, beautiful outfit, all of that. She's got it going on. But at some point, you've got to be able
to dish this back to these reporters on a level that they understand. They're automatically going
to discount you because you're the person who's going to be the one who's going to be the one who's
girl, right, who's giggling and so happy to have the gig. But at some point, you've got to be able
to fire back facts and figures. Just know your stuff, know your stuff. Don't ever let them see
you slip and make sure that you're grounded in facts and information. So if they fight you,
you know, on this, that or the other, you can come back with real information and try and get
rid of some of that fake news. So you have to not be impressed with yourself or the gig or,
you know, of course, you're impressed with the president, whatever. But you understand that
you're there to do a job.
And that's what will hopefully sink in right in the coming days. But yeah, you know, I mean,
it's early. I would say that these these media members are circling like sharks. And there was
this little incident today, because apparently she went to law school to Pepperdine Law School.
And so now they're like, OK, well, where did you take the bar? Where did you pass the bar exam?
They're trying to figure out if she's a lawyer. And well,
I think she's excellent. I thought she was very good.
Where did she pass the bar exam at? She said she's an attorney. Where
did she pass the bar exam? Which state? Did she tell us? He looks a little perplexed. Yeah, where did you pass the bar exam? Did you pass the bar exam?
So she said when I was in China. OK, so apparently she worked for a firm over in China.
A law firm over in China. And that's when she passed the bar. But we don't we don't know where
she was in New York State. I don't know. California. I don't know. So I imagine there's
going to be a little bit more digging because, like I said, they're salivating right now. He
threw her to the woods, like, honestly. And the back story on this is that,
apparently, Susie Wiles didn't really want her. I think Susie would have gone with, you know,
somebody like Scott. Right. Like I said, but Donald Trump liked her because she likes him.
And that's sweet. And I think he probably wants people that are very, very loyal right about now.
So, OK, good. He's the president. He gets to pick her. But she kind of is a little bit green and
she's going to have to get a little bit more seasoned and she's going to have to grow into
the job. And hopefully she's really smart. Hopefully she did go to Pepperdine. Hopefully
she passed the bar. But let me just say, if she didn't, if she didn't, she's going to have to go to Pepperdine.
It doesn't matter. It really doesn't matter because you know who else
never actually became a doctor, like a practicing doctor, but calls himself doctor? Oh, you know who
I'm talking about. Mr. Abdul El-Sayed, otherwise known as Mohammed by the president. Yeah, that's
his latest joke. They asked him, like, why do you call him Mohammed? He said, I don't know.
I just kind of figured it sounded nice. Anyway, Abdul El-Sayed, a.k.a. Mohammed,
by the president of the United States. Not me, not me, before I get in trouble. Anyway, he went on
to NBC News over the weekend and he was asked by the reporter, hey, you know, there's been all these
allegations about your family and ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Can you refute that? And well,
it looks like he may have been lying. Imagine that, lying to this NBC News reporter. This is
a Fox reporter. It took a conservative journalist to dig this one up. I want to show you.
Can you set the record straight about whether you or your family have any ties to the Muslim
Brotherhood? No, but let's talk about this. No, you don't have any ties. No. And your family doesn't.
No. But back in twenty twenty twelve, El-Sayed's half sister, Iman Abdul Hadi, who shares the same
mom as El-Sayed, appears to have posted on X multiple times that her family is Muslim Brotherhood
and supports the organization, writing, quote, My family has long been M.B.
But I've always felt it has navigated the political sphere poorly slash destructively. Another one,
quote, Praying for all my family that supports the M.B. in Egypt. Lie low, stay safe. And another
one, quote, Had an amazing talk with my mom about her activism in the Muslim Brotherhood during the
early 70s while she was in college. Hashtag respect. We did ask El-Sayed's campaign for a
comment on the social media posts. They got back to us. A spokesperson telling Fox in part, quote,
Independent fact checkers have repeatedly,
debunked Mike's lies, but their campaign continues to use bad faith attacks on Abdul's faith
and family, end quote. So. I'm just saying, like, there's some suspicious
information, very, very suspicious information. I mean, the sister is one example. I told you
about that, actually, in fairness, the other day. I didn't have the Fox tweets that that credit goes
to them. I did not have those. But we did have some of the other things that she had mentioned.
And also that the sister-in-law, by the way, I guess, was put on some kind of, by her own
admission, a terror watch list. The father-in-law has been, in his past, head of CARE, which is an
organization with very suspicious ties. And he had that gig for five years. He's also donated,
like, two, three hundred thousand dollars to his son-in-law's campaign. I mean, I guess, you know,
hey, it's his son-in-law's campaign. But a lot of people are really worried that there's an effort here to really infiltrate
American politics on behalf of organizations like CARE. And then there's his mom, who basically
worked for an organization that the Treasury Department had to shut down because they were
sending money to Osama bin Laden.
And I think that's what's happening. Upfront payment of $45 for three-month plan, equivalent to $15 per month required.
Vanta gets you compliant,
with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and more, and keeps you secure with continuous monitoring.
Trust matters. The real cost of a break-in isn't your valuables. It's the feeling that your home stopped being
safe. SimpliSafe keeps danger away from your family with three layers of protection.
One, smart AI cameras and live US-based agents help stop intruders,
before they break in. Two, we sound the alarm at points of entry.
Three, our agents request emergency response. Plans starting around a dollar a day.
Outdoor deterrence plans start at $49.99 a month. Yeah. So, I mean, knowing this, right,
knowing all of this, it sounds like his family did have some funny ties along the way.
And yet, what's crazy is that these voters out in Michigan, like, I'm like, are you guys some kind of
gluttons for punishment? Like, do you not understand what's going on? I want to show
you. I want to take you to some, some, we call them MOS. That's an industry term. It's man on
the street. In this case, these are ladies on the street in Michigan that an online reporter
caught up with. This thing is going viral on X right now. Let me show you. We'll call them the,
the Abdul ladies. They just love the guy. I'm here interviewing.
People, you guys look like big Abdul supporters.
Tell me what you guys are super excited about.
What's your favorite thing he's campaigning on?
Everything.
How can you not like what he's for?
I mean, it's like we need it.
We're in bad shape.
What's your one favorite, though?
What stands out the most?
Health care for all.
Okay.
Yeah, of course.
That's my thing, health care.
Health care.
Okay.
All right.
And how are we going to give health care to everyone?
How are we going to pay for that?
Oh, you're going to ask that?
We're going to tax the rich.
Okay.
How much are we going to tax them?
I don't know.
It's cheaper than a war.
I don't like war.
Okay, so apparently they haven't heard the word.
I guess they don't know about the connection to the Muslim Brotherhood or the mom.
He's like, don't you go after my mom.
Well, your mom is, I'm sorry.
At this point, she's fair.
Fair game.
Okay, she's totally fair game because you are running to be a senator from Michigan.
And shockingly, this is a close race because there's too many uninformed little ladies like that.
The Abdul ladies that are just, you know, part of his fan club cheering this on because clearly they don't pick up a newspaper or watch the Trish Regan show.
So if you have a view on this and you want to trade on this, you know you can now, which is so cool.
Go check out Kalshi.
You can actually place a trade.
You're going to be 18 or over, but take a look at what this is showing us right now.
I just clipped this right before I came on the air.
This is the Michigan Senate race.
And, you know, while it's very, very close in the polls, and I have a thing or two to say about the polls, what's amazing to me is I expected to actually see Rogers ahead in Kalshi, but it's early.
It's early.
What I anticipate.
Okay, so look at this.
Kalshi has him at basically 32 percent, 68 percent.
That's not like an exact percentage.
Like a poll would be.
It just shows you where the majority of money is going.
So people that are placing a trade right now on Kalshi, the majority of people seem to think that El-Sayed is going to win the day.
I actually think it's kind of interesting because, you know, maybe this is a trade worth kind of looking at.
I'm watching it kind of carefully because I expect that as we get closer and closer to the election, you're going to see this stuff compress.
And it's going to get much more narrow a spread.
If you would.
So you can you can actually trade on this stuff.
Go check it out.
They are a new advertiser on the show.
So we welcome them to the program.
As I said, you got to be 18 years old or over.
You can trade twenty five dollars.
And if you trade twenty five dollars, if you use my code here, you're going to get twenty five dollars.
Just go to Kalshi dot com forward slash R forward slash Trish.
My name again.
It's Kalshi dot com forward slash R forward slash T.R.I.S.H.
Trish.
My name.
Trade twenty five dollars.
You get.
Get twenty five dollars and we'll keep checking in with them because all of these races are really interesting to watch.
You know, I find that sometimes these prediction markets, especially as you get into the final days and the final hours, can be more reliable.
So right now, like I said, you know, this one might be a little bit of an outlier.
We'll see how it all shapes up as time goes on.
But again, Trish sent you twenty five dollars on Kalshi.
Go to Kalshi dot com forward slash R forward slash Trish.
T.R.I.S.H.
And you can place a trade there.
Abdul El-Sayed.
I don't know.
I just don't see it happening.
But part of my point is the polls aren't getting any of this right.
Like when I look at the polls and I see what I'm seeing, I'm just sitting there going, how, how, how, how, why, why, why, why, why?
I mean, Texas.
Come on.
You mean to tell me that Tallarico, who went missing for almost two weeks, we get some more information on that.
I'm going to share with you in a little bit.
He's going to take Texas.
Are you kidding me?
I'm not buying these polls.
I'm just not buying them.
And, you know.
They've been wrong before.
I can think back to 2016 when they were really wrong.
And this guy, I want to share with you, an analyst who went on to News Nation last night is explaining that, you know, if you look at the numbers, they are historically, at least in recent history, quite badly off.
So be careful with these polls.
Let's let him take it away.
Ninety three percent of Senate polls in Iowa, Michigan and Ohio going back to 2018 overstated Democratic support by an average of six points.
That is a big, big deal.
Now, Republicans don't just go into elections assuming that because Democrats are often overcounted, which, again, in 73 percent of national races going back the last 10 years, Democrats get an edge almost every time in the polling, Republicans focus on on registering voters.
And that's exactly what they've done.
Going into this election, there are more Republicans registered with the party to vote relative to the number of votes that have been registered.
That's exactly what they've done.
They're more likely to vote relative to Democrats than any point in the party's history.
They are in a very strong position and they've been putting in the work.
This is something that was pointed out by Harry Enten over at CNN just the other day.
Republicans have got the infrastructure to go into this election.
And if you have a dead heat race, I don't think that that's good for Democrats.
Yeah, I mean, this is sort of the point.
And I showed you the Harry Enten soundbite just as recently as yesterday because he was pointing out that the Democrats can't rival.
What the Republicans are doing in terms of registration.
Also, they've got deep pockets right on the on the red side.
And that's in part because Elon Musk.
Thank you, Elon.
But the spending arsenal that could still be coming forward is massive to the tune.
Two hundred and twenty two million dollars.
The Republicans have in cash still to spend.
So they've really laid the groundwork.
It has been a very good infrastructure game, if you would.
And that is really important.
But so, again, I go back to these poll numbers.
I would actually be.
Looking more closely at the numbers that we're getting from from anything but the polls.
Right. I would be looking very closely at these registrations because when you see that many people registered, granted, you know, you've got to get them out and they've got to be enthusiastic enough to go and vote.
But the fact that they're being registered is a very, very big deal.
As for the polls themselves, I mean, don't forget what the media has done.
Don't forget how the media has poisoned the well.
If you would over and over and over again, Stephen Miller bringing this up recently.
I want to play this again for you because it's very important.
What he's saying is so spot on.
It actually affects, I think, sentiment and people that do like the president that maybe are going to go out and vote Republican in midterms.
They're not going to tell you that because they've been conditioned to hide, conditioned to fear any kind of repercussion on the other end.
Here's Miller.
The purpose of publishing.
These suppression polls is designed to demoralize people, to convince people that it's not worth continuing the fight to save and rescue their country.
The reason why America has lower energy prices than everyone else in the developed world is because of President Trump.
The reason why we have record job creation is because of President Trump.
Democrats fought bloody murder to stop all of this.
Every single step President Trump took to secure the border, they ran to court.
And sued to try to order us to keep the border open.
It's true.
I mean, he's done a lot of really good stuff.
But does he ever get credit for it?
No.
I mean, compare and contrast how this would be if it was Joe Biden.
I mean, Joe Biden got a new ice cream cone and everybody was saying yippee-poo-ray.
And, you know, it does not matter.
Like, they don't want the border sealed.
That is the antithesis of what they want.
It's like, guys, I'm sorry.
And he keeps saying this and saying it, right?
We should be allowed to come in and write fake stories and fake news.
And that's why they have no credibility.
That's why.
So I had 96% negative coverage during the election.
And I won.
Because they have no credibility.
I got 96.
I guess NBC was 93% negative.
So 93.
With all of the victories I've had, everything's been a victory.
It's all been a victory.
And I won the election like nobody's ever seen anything like it.
I get no.
They never write a good story.
They won't write a story about.
I just reduced drug prices by 40, 50, 60, 70, 80%.
I will get a good story out of these people.
From some of them, I will.
I'll get one from him.
Yeah.
And they got a monopoly on it as well.
I mean, I don't want to belabor this because we talked a little bit about it yesterday.
I encourage you to go back and look at yesterday's show.
And we actually put out a chapter on it last night.
Because this monopoly, if you would, might actually be in the process of getting broken.
And I say monopoly.
Because, well, I said it from the beginning.
I mean, they got a hold on things, right?
You got to be part of the pool camera.
You know, the cool kids are all in the pool.
You got five networks.
And they were the ones that said, hey, we're going to work together.
And we're going to just conspire together, I guess.
They're going to find email records.
They're going to find texts.
They're going to find phone calls.
The pool always coordinates.
They talk to each other, OK?
I've worked in enough networks.
I know this.
And so what the administration is now looking into, the DOJ is deliberately investigating
this, whether or not there was an antitrust violation, a violation of what is known
as the Sherman Act, which basically is monopoly, right, and collusion.
So if you're working together, and were they working together?
It's a tricky uphill battle, because they have to prove that the consumer is actually
being shortchanged in this process.
But you probably could prove that.
Because guess what?
We had to watch the dinner with President Xi out of China by, like, candlelight.
They didn't have a fancy-dancy, like, network camera in there.
So the consumer actually was somewhat affected by that.
I mean, by the next day.
It seemed like things were up and running,
and you had Real America's Voice offering to do all of this for free.
and they went out and covered it and took over the assumed duties of the entire pool, which was
great. But was the consumer harmed in that process? I'd say, yeah. Okay. Yeah. And so these networks
might be conspiring a little bit too much together, which is why his DOJ is ordering this
investigation. It's really fascinating. And now MSNBC is like freaking out. I mean, this is,
they're like, wait a second. We just got away from the mothership NBC. We had to get spun off
because nobody wanted to deal with this pathetic little nuisance of a company that was just
basically going to give us a giant headache at the big mothership NBC. That's honestly, guys,
that's why they, that's one of the reasons why they spun the whole thing off. They didn't want
to have to deal with the constant barrage that they were getting of phone calls, probably from
the FCC. They waited until Trump came in. When they knew Trump was going to win, they were like,
okay, we're going to have to deal with this. And they're like, okay, we're going to have to deal
with this. And they're like, okay,
we're going to cut these guys loose. So now MSNBC or MS now, whatever they call it, Ms now
is traded separately along with some of the other cable companies and they are freaking out. What?
We're, we're being investigated for being a monopoly. We're going to have to show you our
texts and our emails. Watch. Latest escalation of Trump's war with the press. The department
of justice has launched an investigation into five major television networks over potential
antitrust violations, a probe into ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC, and Fox news.
Fox news follows the decision by the networks last month to suspend their pool coverage of Trump
after his decision to bar MS now Politico and CNN from the white house grounds. As a result,
video footage of some major events have not been carried by any major news station.
Now the New York times reports, quote, officials from the justice department contacted networks
on Friday and demanded communications and materials related to the white house TV pool.
A spokeswoman for the justice department commented on the investigation in a statement claiming the
five networks, quote, proudly boycotted covering white house events. Group boycotts among commercial
competitors can violate the Sherman act, a core antitrust law. Legal theory is showing to be
questionable. A former chairman of the federal trade commission telling the New York times that
quote, the critical ingredient in successful antitrust cases is to demonstrate there is
unmistakably a commercial motive, not the commercial motive predominates. And I don't
think they would ever be able to do that here. Okay. So that's an interesting point.
But my point on the commercial motive would be that, well, I guess it's not really commercial
whether you get to see she or not, but I do think that the consumer was harmed so that it's
fascinating in another life. I'll be an antitrust lawyer. I actually, I kind of weirdly enjoy this
stuff. So I think that you could make a case that the consumer was left kind of hung out to dry
because there was a problem with the consumer. And I think that's a good point. I think that's a good
point. I think there was no ability to see that. Right. So that actually, you know, you add all this
up together and you combine the polls, which they kind of have generated some negative press on that,
which has made him very, very angry. You combine that with what happened on the five pool cameras
conspiring together, calling each other up. Well, what are we going to do? What are we going to do?
Well, we're going to give him a piece of our mind. We're going to show him. It's like they're a
completely acted like a union or like a monopoly. I guess we've got both ends of the spectrum there.
And they said, Hey, you know what? We're not going to do it. And then who was left out? Who
was on the bad end of that stick? The consumer. And so it wasn't price fixing or market rigging
per se, but I think there's some interesting legal theory that you could probably explore
and that will be explored vis-a-vis those networks. Oh, Jimmy Tallarico, he's back. You guys, he's back.
And he's dancing away. And he's telling you all about how he just had the flu, nothing to see here,
nothing to worry about here. I mean, Paxton, Paxton is like, one, I've never seen anything
like this. And two, the fact that these polls are so darn close. I mean, maybe it's because
nobody's telling the pollsters the truth, or maybe it's because they really don't like Paxton that
much, but he's like, come on, get over it. Because what is your choice? Who are you going to get?
I've been in a lot of races. This is the strangest one I've ever seen. I've never had a candidate
disappear for almost two weeks, doing no public appearances, no explanation of why until now.
No explanation. Okay. So we talked about this a little bit yesterday, but there was something that
I didn't share with you that I got to show you right now. Okay. I just have to show you this,
because a strategist named Caroline Wren, she put this one out on Twitter and she was talking about a
private plane that went to some health facility in Ohio. All right. Hold that thought because I
want to show you this Ohio mental health facility that allegedly he went to. It's called the Faith
Hope Facility. And it apparently is very close. Sorry, not Faith Hope. It's Lindner Center.
Forgive me, Lindner Center. Let's go to the soundbite because somebody called up Lindner
Center in Ohio and they said, hey, you know, do you have a James Tallarico there? And when did he check
out? And while this center is saying, no, no, no, no, no, nothing to see here. You know, and they
made a statement about, we'll get to that too. Before we get to any of that, I need to at least
play this for you because it's peculiar. Okay. So nothing for James Tallarico?
Wow. Yes, it looks, well, this is what it's today. It looks like just this, she was, just this jars of
coffee. Okay. So that's why I don't have it. Oh, he was discharged then? Mm-hmm. Okay. And this is
the Hope. They should be. Okay. I'm sorry. This is, let me make sure I have the right, this is Hope
Lindner? Yes. Uh-huh. Okay. And you're in Hamilton, Ohio? No, we're not in Hamilton. Oh. We're in
Mason. Okay. So that's why he's not on the system. He's in recent. Okay. All right. Okay. Thank you.
Thank you. Bye-bye. Bye-bye. Okay. I don't have it. I don't have it. I don't
have it. Okay. So that is a little bit weird. Just, just a little bit weird right now. Everybody's
like, oh, there's no there there because the company issued a statement. Let me show you this.
Here we go. This is from the Lindner Center. They issued this shortly after that recording came out
saying James Tallarico has never received treatment from Lindner Center of Hope. Okay. But you know,
this is a little bit weird. This is a little bit weird. I'm
sorry for 13 days before anybody said, oh, you know, this is misinformation. I'm sorry, buddy boy.
You are the one that brought this on yourself because you did not provide the information
vacuum with enough information. So this is why people are now looking at what Lindner said.
He did not receive treatment from, and this particular Twitter account is saying, well,
you know, you can be very particular about the whole semantic term from,
the from loophole. The statement denies treatment from the Lindner Center. It does not deny his
physical presence. High profile politicians can lease a private inpatient room, but bring their
own independent private doctors because the center staff didn't administer the clinical care.
The facility can truthfully say he never received treatment from them. And then there was number two,
treatment versus residency. The denial specifically attacks the word treatment,
they write, while carefully avoiding words like admitted, housed, entered,
or resided. If an individual checks in for a purely residential rest day observation or
executive isolation, no official clinical treatment protocol is logged. The PR team can
legally claim never treated, knowing the public will falsely assume it means never there. And then
the third one was the classic non-denial denial. This is standard corporate crisis communications
tactic. It is engineered to give friendly media outlets a definitive headline to run protective
for the candidate while maintaining total
legal immunity for the hospital if whistleblowers later prove he was physically inside the building.
Look, again, I'd say the fact that the guy went missing for so long with the flu is still,
you know, kind of fair game. And it's why people are asking these questions. I would also say,
with HIPAA rules, they couldn't say whether or not he was there anyway. It's kind of wishful
thinking to think that they're going to be able to admit the truth one way or the other.
And so back to that initial post from Caroline, you know, this,
this is worth taking a good hard look at because she's looking at the flights. Okay. And look at
this flight. You have a small plane, a Cessna Citation that took off from, I believe it was
the Austin area. I'll just read what she said. It flew from Austin and flew to the tiny Hamilton
airport in Ohio, which is 20 minutes from the Lindner Center, a private inpatient mental health
treatment facility, and then turned around and flew back into Austin, landing yesterday morning
at 1024 a.m. right before James Bond.
James Tolerico magically reappeared at the Austin City Limits Musical Festival
that afternoon, question mark. Lindner Center also happens to be the same facility that
Tolerico's good friend and Harris County Judge Linda Hildago spent seven weeks in
when she had a mental breakdown three years ago. So many coincidences. It's true.
She did go there. So here we have the flight logs. And there you see Hamilton, Austin,
on October 9th. So, you know, look, I think that in light of everything.
Oh, yeah. And by the way, you can see the Texas on Cal Street right now. Go get that $25 discount
if you're going to trade there. They're still putting Tallarico ahead. And I'm like, this is
crazy, right? Like, I mean, really crazy, especially in light of all of this stuff still
coming out. A former Democrat strategist was on with my friend Sean Spicer. I got to talk to him
about the new PR person. He's very nice. He's probably not going to say too many things just
yet. Well, we'll give her some runway, right? We'll give her some, like I said, first day
jitters, first day jitters. Anyway, here is the Democrat strategist, former Democrat strategist
saying, listen, I'd be worried if my candidate just went disappearing for like nearly two weeks,
I'd be super worried. And he makes a really good point about still that information vacuum not
being filled. Listen. It has made me nervous still today that they have not put stuff like
I would put my primary care physician before camera. Correct.
He had 103 degree fever, dehydration, and we were afraid he could pass out. Whatever. I would put
the emergent, the urgent care, like receipt, like you probably paid for something out of pocket on
your debit card, your credit card. Like I would flood the zone to say you clowns here is 8 million
pieces. And that's, and the fact that they haven't today still makes me a little nervous because
again, I think to myself, I'm like, I'm not going to do this. I'm not going to do this. I'm not going
myself, after all of this, the Lindor has now put a, I think it was six and a half million views.
Tallarico has been very blunt. The campaign's been blunt. If you're lying, it is over and you
could cost us the United States Senate. So I'm praying to God that everybody is being honest and
true and the right is out of control. So I just want to say this. You have every right as an
individual to keep your health and privacy, to help your medical information, but you're running
for office. Obama put out his birth certificate to bring this full circle. Probably too late,
by the way. But this is too, you know, I literally had someone the other day, I had a subscription
to something that I, and they said, well, in order to prove, and I took a screenshot of my
surgical notes and said, see, I literally, I can't go. This is not hard. You need a doctor's note, right?
Sean gets it. Dan gets it. Listen, it's not that hard. And he's totally right. Like as a strategist,
what do you do?
You would, I'm telling you, you would, you'd find some zoom way to get, you know, your candidate
there. You, if he's on his like sick bed with the flu, you would do that because you can't allow that
rumor mill to just turn and churn and churn and churn, which is exactly what kept on happening.
And listen, like people are kind of wondering about the guy anyway, after all some of the things
he said. Our Southern border should be like our front porch. There should be a giant welcome mat
out front. Before we go further, I want to acknowledge that our trans community needs
abortion care too. Defending trans Texans is something we have to do every day.
Okay. So you know what? I mean, he's, he's got a track record that causes some people to go,
and let me just tell you, JD Vance is playing that for all it's worth today down in Texas,
baby.
Having a grand old time calling out Jimmy for all kinds of stuff like this.
Now, the best part about this guy is, you know, he, he was asked what he loves in life
besides his own family and friends. And he responded without skipping a beat. And I quote
trans children. Now you got to wonder what the internet search history of a man like that looks
like. Ladies and gentlemen, you don't want to be a trans. You don't want to be a trans. You don't
want to find out. Neither do I, but think about this. You're a good Texan. What do you love beside
your friends and your family? You might say your neighborhood, you might say your church, you might
say a good meal barbecue. He doesn't like that either. He says trans children, ladies and
gentlemen, this guy is a freak. Don't elect him elected. Kim Paxton. That's who we got to get
elected.
I mean, he does some weird things. There was also the time when they were like, Hey,
tell Rico, who's your favorite drag queen. And this was the best. And he's like, he knew a drag
queen in Texas, right off the top of his head in Texas. And I was like, okay, now like that's like
a magic trick. Like, how would you know a drag queen in Texas for goodness sake? So I think that
he's playing to a certain population. He's playing to a certain population. Listen, JD's playing to one population in Texas and Tallarico is playing to another
population in Texas. I just didn't really think there was that big a population for Tallarico to
play to in Texas. Shall we say, you know, I think Texas, right? You guys know what I'm talking
about. Big, brassy, bold cowboy hats and boots and you know, Texans. I, so I don't know quite
who Tallarico's going after. And then I look at the polls and I just have to keep going back to
the polls. Aren't making any sense to me. Cause this is just bizarre. Honestly. I mean, I get
that people are upset about energy prices, but Texas where you guys like have a ton of energy
and you know how the whole energy system works and you know what's going on in Iran, you know
how the straight horn moves affects things. I'm having a hard time buying this, but listen,
JD is not messing around. He's going for the jugular. And with the crowd he was with,
today, I guess, as they say, this plays in Peoria. So he kind of started hinting and is it me? Or is
he hinting when I think he's hinting watch now before we get started, I love you too, sir. And
it's totally platonic way to be clear. I'm the vice president, not James Tallarico, but I got.
Speaker 2 : Okay. So before you
say that was low, just know you're in the final moments of this Senate race and we're looking at
Texas going blue. Are you kidding me? So they're going to do whatever they need to do, which also
tells me Ken Paxton and his team. They're not done with this little rendezvous to who knows where for
the flu. No, they're not done. Speaker 3 :
Yeah. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't
know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. And already you're seeing
clips of Jimmy having said one thing about being in emergency care and then another thing. And so
it's like, get your story straight, buddy boy. If I'm running that campaign, how angry am I now
when he gives two different stories to the media watch. Speaker 4 :
And last night it got so bad that I went to the urgent care here in Dallas. And, uh, and I was
diagnosed with a heart attack. So I went to the emergency care here in Dallas and, uh, and I was diagnosed
with the flu. Speaker 3 :
How bad was it for somebody who wants to know, is this just like in bedrest or did you ever have to
go to a doctor or a hospital? Speaker 4 :
I just went to my primary care physician. Uh, but, uh, it wasn't anything, uh, worse than,
you know, nasty case of the flu. Uh, Speaker 3 :
Hey, Ryan Reynolds here from mint mobile. Now I don't know if you've heard, but mint's premium
wireless is $15 a month, but I'd like to offer one other perk. We have no stores. That means
no small talk Speaker 4 :

you know, the place you go with the emergency room, right? Like it's just a different or the
origin care. Like it's a different level of service. So we say,
it was no big deal. You know, you just waltz into your primary care doctor on a given day.
If it's a big deal, maybe you're at urgent care or maybe you're at the emergency room
or maybe you weren't. Maybe that's the whole problem here. Jimmy, you tell us,
where were you for 13 days? I want to see receipts. I'm with the Democrat strategist
who told Sean Spicer what the H E double L is going on. What is that campaign thinking? Why
aren't they shouting it from the rooftops and saying, Hey, media members, you are a bunch of
freaking fools. I'm with the Democrat strategist who told Sean Spicer what the H E double L is going
Do they not have any receipts?
from the urgent care emergency room do they have no pictures of Jimmy looking really really sick
and by the way it's not like he's lost any weight he's like 90 pounds as it is for goodness sakes
you know me I get the flu for two weeks believe me and I I probably weigh more than him
I feel like I could put him in my pocket well Jimmy all right like I'm telling you like the
guy you could just blow him over right so if he's that little like how did he not like wither away
to nothing after two weeks with the flu just saying just saying again it's an information
vacuum and you're inviting this because you guys are not smart enough to fill it on your own
here's Paxton again on Tallarico he's like guys come on you can't you can't elect this guy
yeah I think most Republicans realize this guy is a danger not just to Texas but the entire country
and the destruction that he's going to do
is is going to be significant so I think most Republicans are catching on that you may not
have gotten your candidate to win the primary but I'm a lot different than James Tallarico and had
I been the one that lost I would have been out campaigning against James Tallarico because I
realize how dangerous he is to the state to this country yeah uh well that's uh I think that's what
should be happening but uh we'll see uh the polls are tight but we don't always know that the polls
know what's going on Texas seems like a red light and I think that's what's going to happen
yeah I mean hey last time I was there it seems like a red state if Leslie's in the chat she'll
tell us it's a red state and I'm just looking I am so I know little Jimmy he just he seems
very petite right like again this just doesn't fit with Texas I mean not that Ken
I like Ken I've known Ken a lot of years and Ken's been on this show and he's he's terrific
um but you know I mean it's not like he's he's the Ken doll or anything you know we don't have a
we don't have a Hollywood matinee idol there in Ken Paxton but look at Jimmy little Jimmy does not
fit with the whole Texan thing so I I think he's going to run into trouble we'll see
the president coming out swinging against his nemesis one Letitia James Letitia James is
going to get herself taken off of that Cornell case I think I think and he's all for it by the
way right now just moments ago the president saying this hey can New York State Attorney
letitia James be allowed to investigate the Cornell rape scandal when she is a dirty and
disgusting cop herself and has zero credibility fair questions any discussion or decision will
be appealed by her mere presence on this case he's right the stench no he's not holding back of
Letitia James will greatly add to the anguish that everybody feels in viewing how this case is being
handled the governor should take James off this case immediately and replace her with someone who
is not a third-rate crooked politician President Donald J Trump you know I think he's been kind of
holding back and holding back and finally today something snapped and he's like I'm going in I'm
going in look the second prosecutor has come out and said hey Letitia should be taken off
of this forgive me defense attorney should be taken off of this case and now the judge is
saying Kathy Hochul listen you guys got to provide us with some answers this came up in the debate the
other night and the candidate running against against I said Kathy Hochul you know they're
kind of like a dynamic duo you know you get one you get the other they're joined at the hip Kathy
Hochul and Letitia James even though like I said there's some serious distance between little Kathy
and big dish anyway Letitia is getting called out by her rival for the Attorney General position in
New York and rightly so
listen if you want to see fair prosecution and look I think the whole case is just awful just
awful every single last bit of it but you know you're not going to get a fair trial and it's
not fair like it's not right we shouldn't have these political animals doing what they do she
came out and said in a Facebook and Twitter post days ahead of anything with her being named to
this case as a special prosecutor that these kids were absolutely guilty she stood with the victim
before she had even seen a shred of evidence because ladies and gentlemen she's big tish
Letitia James who only views the law through her political Prism let's let her rival take it away
she's never prosecuted a criminal case in her whole career she's certainly never prosecuted
a sexual assault case and she's already screwed this one up by prejudging it the New York Times
the New York Magazine the Boston Globe they've all lost confidence in her ability to prosecute
this case and a member of her own office has written to all of his colleagues to say that
what she does is nakedly political and that's no surprise we all have seen that for the last eight
years again it's important that individuals understand that my opponent knows nothing
about the office of the attorney general she is a prosecutor but the vast majority of the cases
that we focus on are civil in nature and not criminal most of our referrals are from the
governor of the great state of New York what New York needs is someone who gets results and for the
last seven years I have gotten results for individuals in the state of New York unfortunately
my opponent works for a firm that supports the Trump administration has given an excessive amount
of dollars to the Trump administration yeah well I'm just saying this is not a good situation for
her because she's rabidly going after these kids by the way Cornell today announced that they are
suspending their entire Greek system no more frat houses
no more sororities I mean look you got a real problem I think with you know underage shrinking
on these college campuses and I would also say that there were some illegal drugs involved and
like you had me I mean what the heck is going on right and they apparently had had an overdose
situation just the night before at this particular frat house so they've got some issues um and we'll
talk a little bit more about that because I I think academia has just jumped the shark in more ways
than one and you know they they encourage this really liberal hedonist lifestyle and then on the
other hand you know when this happens it's a problem obviously um for them so he's saying
there's no chance that there's going to be any kind of fair shake here because Leticia James
is involved and she has no credibility I stand ready to lead a process guided by the facts
and the law in the coming months my office will dutifully carry out the
activities the governor has conferred upon us in this executive order we will review the facts
gather evidence interview witnesses and if warranted pursue prosecutions
I know that you want answers I do too a comprehensive investigation of this nature takes
time but my office is committed to seeing
me through this is now an active criminal investigation led by the office of the attorney
general and though we are limited in what we can share we will provide updates as they become available
again I want to thank Governor hokal for our leadership
hmm so you understand that Blakeman is running against hokal
who has no support outside of New York City and Blakeman's leading in these Western New York areas
in upstate New York and so this is a political opportunity and they see it as a political
opportunity to try and get women out to vote and so she's milking it for all it's worth as
to whether or not there's any chance that anybody's going to get a fair trial here I mean I think it's
pretty clear given what she said initially and this is now going to be a problem and I anticipate
that they're going to find out you know what Leticia we're going to have to take you off of
the case we're going to take you off of the case for the betterment of everyone because you cannot
be trusted you know I I want to just briefly touch on something that I think is really concerning so
the Cornell president came out recently and he gave a big old mea culpa mea culpa you know we're
so sorry we're so sorry well you better believe he should be sorry for the environment I don't know
what happened that night okay
I mean she apparently went over there looking for something and you know we we don't have to have
that discussion because I really you know I don't think you can change your story that cleverly right
after but and and there's some just you know we we don't even need to go there what I am concerned
about is the Academy in general has created this lawlessness right this total like not so
environment where they have encouraged very very bad behavior all in the name of feminism it's
like
guys give me a break so he's out there with his sob story this was his thing last week this has
been one of the most difficult weeks in our history and I know many of you are angry saddened and
struggling what happened to Jane Doe in 2024 is deeply disturbing and will weigh heavily on our
community for years to come yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah and you know everybody worked up I got lots
of photos blah blah blah
what if I told you that Cornell's own health site
encourages crazy behavior like this
you can go check it out it's health cornellhealth.edu
and if you look here um somebody posted this last week on twitter it's actually picked up some steam
daily mail is covering it i i hate this story so much but you know it it strikes me that we
ought to address it because for goodness sakes what are they encouraging our youth to do they
had some stupid guide on um sexuality and in it they encouraged all kinds of stuff all kinds of
stuff um and you know what i mean by stuff right so here it is it's called the sweet spot and they
they say hey you know sex is great it's a terrific study break and porn um is totally normal and
there's they even pointed them to ethical porn and the feminist porn awards and they
were encouraging you know more information on bondage and fetish gear and this that and the
other i'm like whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa whoa okay these kids are 18 years old when they go to this
school
and so they're being fed all this garbage by this liberal woke mafia and then bad things happen
and suddenly they're like what you know i'm sorry you guys can't have your cake and eat it too you
ought to be maybe just maybe trying to encourage a little bit of morality there now again i believe
everybody makes their own decisions does their own thing but what the h-e-double-l are you out
there with guides like this or anything like that and they're being fed all this garbage and so they're
like amherst okay another you know hoity-toity liberal arts institution in massachusetts this
one remember that they got in big trouble i don't think we covered this really because it's not my
bag baby anyway elite liberal arts school amherst college held disgusting orientation performance
where students mimicked all kinds of sexual acts it was bad all right i mean i i'm sorry there was
one girl there who was a junior and she said this was so terrible she had to walk out she said i
thought about leaving 10 minutes in i'm not somebody who breaks rules or skips mandatory
events oh but it was disgusting enough that it almost forced me to leave because it was just a
grossly sexual skit and they're giving this little skit to the incoming students so i mean what is
going the school defended its performances saying it helped promote sexual respect on campus for
years and this is what they do i'm sorry and then you go back to the cornell guide right right with
their whole sweet spot thing and guys you got a problem okay you got a real problem and part of it
is just academia has kind of jumped the shark and i say this in the age of ai where you can kind of
pretty much teach yourself anything and you look at how jobs are changing and you look at all these
middle class white collar jobs that allegedly they're educating kids for but they're not
and
they're not going to be there in the same way shape or form so what is this education really
about other than landing you five hundred thousand dollars in debt you're going to ask
that question okay because you're going to be a consumer here of your education or your kids
education five hundred thousand dollars later because that's what it costs these days that's
what it costs and you can do what be a barista at starbucks nothing wrong with being barista
at starbucks but i'm sorry you get five hundred thousand dollars
with a debt to pay back and what did the school teach you we got news today that kroger the
grocery store plans to lay off three thousand people in the next couple of years why because
of ai and the synergies and the productivity that they're gaining through ai so great you just
graduated from school and you're going to be in the marketing department at kroger and suddenly
you're going to be phased out of a job i mean i'm telling you they're going to have to rethink all
of this and a little bit less of the you know
what performance is and a little less of the you know what health guides and maybe a little bit of
a focus on education because that is why you're going to school to become educated so that on the
other end of that four years you're going to be able to do something because otherwise it is a big
giant waste of time and waste of money
and leticia should go right leticia
game over hey great to have you guys here thank you so much for tuning in i see some people from
