Ilhan Omar’s FAMILY SUBPOENAED! Emails Reveal Demand to CHANGE Birth Date...Federal Probe Explodes S6E16

Ilhan Omar is at the center of a major federal investigation into potential fraud related to her citizenship and financial disclosures. Central to the scrutiny is the inconsistency in her age: records from the Minnesota Legislative Reference Library show her birthdate was changed from 1981 to 1982, which would have made her ineligible for derivative U.S. citizenship when her father naturalized in 2000. Investigators, including the Department of Justice and Treasury, have subpoenaed 12 members of her family, including a sister in Africa, to examine documentation. Crucially, USCIS records show no evidence that her father, Nur Omar Mohammed, was ever naturalized—a key contradiction to her claim of legitimate citizenship. Her financial disclosures also raise red flags: a sudden, unexplained jump from a negative $65,000 to $30 million in just seven years, with no verifiable assets such as a real winery. Critics argue this pattern suggests intentional misrepresentation. The probe began under the Biden administration, with the Justice Department examining her finances as early as 2024, indicating it was not a sudden escalation. Meanwhile, media outlets like MSNBC made a major error by falsely reporting FBI Director Kash Patel was in Russia, highlighting broader concerns about misinformation. Omar has dismissed the investigation as political intimidation and a smear campaign, but the depth of the inquiry—spanning immigration, finance, and family records—suggests serious legal scrutiny. The case is now seen as one of the most significant immigration and financial fraud investigations in Minnesota, with the potential to reshape public trust in political disclosures and the integrity of congressional representation.

I don't know what to say at this point. I don't know what to tell you. She's MIA, by the way. She doesn't know what to say either, okay, because we're getting some serious information and there's some information I want to share with you that I actually haven't reported before that you should know about regarding the father. And I just think that this is probably going to start to get really ugly. I think there are a lot of serious questions here. That's a two-pronged investigation, by the way, financial and immigration. We're going to talk about that. Welcome to the show. I'm Trish Regan. We also want to get into the fiasco that happened today on MSNBC because we're talking about fake news. For good as six. I mean, this was humiliating for these guys. They were talking about Cash Patel being over in Russia. It was their big breaking story. They were so excited about this. And then it turns out, let me just say I don't want to give it all away. Cash Patel was not in Russia. Anyway, you know who probably wishes Donald Trump would like go to Siberia and live there forever. One mark, Karnie. Donald Trump on the campaign trail. He's out in Arizona right now and he's tweaking Mr. Karnie again. He said, "Canada is going to be the 51st state. I've got more on that. Welcome to the program. Make sure you subscribe." Ilhan Omar is up a creek without a paddle at this point. Ladies and gentlemen, this raid has resulted in an expansion of this case and we are now looking at some serious developments that are raising, how shall I say, just very serious questions about Ms. Omar and how she got here, okay, and how she became a US citizen. I get to tell you, I'm like, how did the lady get a passport? With what you're about to hear, like, I don't know how it happened. I really don't because there's just a lot of questions. She became a US citizen like five years after coming here. She came here in 1995 and then became a citizen in 2000 and she has told a story for many years now and it could all be a lie at this point. One big, giant lie. And then I think if you peel back the layers, you're going to find more and more lies where that came from. So at this moment, we can confirm that the feds have subpoenaed 12 members of her family, okay, 12 members of the family are getting subpoenaed by a grand jury. Federal investigators, you know, they've been looking into this for a long time. It's not like this just showed up yesterday. I know it feels like it, right, because, gosh, we've been talking about it. It feels like for a very, very long time and it certainly just showed up on Monday, the raid anyway, but this investigation has been going on. In fact, the investigation into Ilhan Omar and we're not sure if it was the financials. I mean, I know that Treasury was involved back then. I mean, that was an article. Let's see. I think I have it actually because I was just rereading it earlier right before I came to air with you. This New York Times report from the Biden administration in 2024. I mean, they were on to her even back then. Okay, here we go. I've got it. Let's show you right here. This is under the Biden administration, actually. This is a more recent one under the Biden administration. Justice Department began examining Ilhan Omar's finances. So that came out and so now we know that under Biden, okay, they were looking at her. So it's not as though there's just appeared yesterday. I mean, it kind of feels like it escalated as recently as Monday, but that would be because you know, they went in and they did that big raid. And if you look, they walked out with some stuff. It is my reporting that they also got her cell phones. So they have confiscated Ilhan Omar's cell phones, possible plural cell phones there. And they likely got some computers and some other material that is relevant, relevant to this investigation. They had that authorized search warrant. We talked about that yesterday. It's a really big deal that they were able to get that. But again, according to some of my sources, and I think this has been reported out there as well, they got her cell phones. So they're not messing around. And you know, Judge Janino, I mean, Judge Janino is definitely not messing around. She got the warrant, right, or at least Homeland Security got this warrant. And now we know the grand jury has issued subpoenas to those relatives. One of the relatives is a sister we've talked about around the show before. She actually lives over in Africa, on the continent of Africa. And it's very active, I believe, in South Africa. Don't quote me on that. I think it's South Africa. She does a lot of work in Somalia as well. But she was the one who had an address that was tied. Remember that? To one of the feeding our future people, criminals, in Minnesota. And I was like, why does she have this when she's living in Africa? So that was San Hornoor, we've talked about her before. So we know that the sister was subpoenaed, and again, we're getting reports that it was many, many more. So roughly a dozen grand jury subpoenas went out. That all started actually last Friday. So no wonder she wasn't at the house, right, in DC on Monday when they started this raid. I don't think she wanted to be there under the circumstances she had to have known what was coming, given that those grand jury subpoenas were told about 12 of them went out. And they're being used right now to gather evidence. So between those and whatever they've got there and that bin, they're putting together some kind of case. And there's a mystery to be solved. And when I tell you it's a mystery, my gosh, it is surely a mystery. Because I'm not sure that her father was a U.S. citizen. I'm not sure that he was naturalized. I want to wait because we want to go and I'm so much to tell you. I want to go in order here so that I don't jump around too much because this is a lot of information. So just stay with me here, basically you've got an investigation that is centering on possible fraud and false statements. False statements made to a lot of people, right, a lot of people, possibly, including the government. Because there's some skepticism about whether her father was really who he said he was. So according to some of the reporting that's out there in the Washington Post, as well as others, investigators are looking at whether Omar and her father, who was Nur Omar Mohammed, intentionally misstated her birthday so that she could claim citizenship. Remember, she came here in '95, she claimed citizenship in 2000 and she said she was a minor at the time. Now, if she was 18, she wouldn't have been able to get this derivative citizenship from her dad. That's citizenship. Again, I'm holding off on that for a second. So that's one of the big questions here. Did she intentionally misstate her birthday so that she could claim derivative citizenship as a minor when he was naturalized in the year 2000? Again, all these subpoenas are going out right now. As I mentioned, the sister, she's a big deal. The New York Times reporting that she did receive a subpoena and she's a healthcare professional and author. She's only dependent, I think, on some of that NGO money. Yeah. The USAID. I mean, Ilhan was very upset when USAID got canceled and I get it, I get it, I get it because you know, Ms. Norm might have had her hand in the piggy bank, so to speak. She is a healthcare professional. She is providing healthcare to people in Africa that is her calling in life and she's been given money by the US to do so. So they're going to have to haul her in, I guess, all the way from Africa to get her to be part of this investigation now. And they're going to be pushing to figure out more information about the father, more information about his military service, more information about his immigration forms. I mean, I think about the military service and that's, you know, a big question. Was he really who he said he was? And he really flee Somalia the way he said he did. But before we get there, I think you get to take a look at this guys because this age thing is a biggie. All right. Again, remember, she's saying that she was only 17 in the year 2000 and she said this over and over again. There was a 2018 interview where she's like, oh, I became a citizen before I turned 18. This was very important to her because she said my father became a citizen and because I was under the age of 18, I was able to get in as well. Now, under the law, a minor child can derive citizenship, right? From a parent when the parent naturalized is an adult cannot. So if you're 18, you wouldn't be able to. Now, they're going to have to go back and look at a lot of records like, I'm wondering even the public school system, right? Wasn't she educated in the public school system in Minnesota and can't they actually get information from there because you register your kids in school. I have two kids in public school and you've got to give all the documentation and I would think that she would have had to provide that to the school system so that would be on record. So that's one place where they may have some counter evidence that suggests maybe she's lying on her age. Now, this is where it gets really interesting because they're going to have to figure out what was going on with the staff because the staff apparently subpoenaed, forgive me, not subpoena. They're going to get subpoenaed, okay? The staff emailed the library in Minnesota, this would be the legislative library. And they wrote in this email that they wanted to reconcile these, you know, public records that they had. They said that the birthday was wrong. That was on file with the Minnesota Legislative Reference Library. And so they put this out and they said, "Hey, you got to fix this." And this is all per -- by the way, credit to New York Post on this. This is their reporting. They got these emails and they didn't publish them in their entirety, but they published an excerpt. And that's what I'm sharing with you here. You've got the Legislative Reference Library writing that in response to the Congressional staff members that wanted her listed birth year changed because I think they had it as 1981 and they wanted it changed to 1982, October 4th, 1980 -- "Oh, happy birthday, she just said a birthday, guys." Happy birthday to you. Oh, boy, this is going to be a -- this is going to be a tough year for Ilhan. And she'll remember this one, right? So she changed it to 1982 and it had been 1981. Well, if it was 1981, then guess what? She wouldn't have been able to have been naturalized, right? That would have been a problem. And everybody reported this. I mean, the BBC had her at 1981, everybody had her at 1981. So she wanted it changed. And so, you know, what? Ilhan wants Ilhan gets. Take a look here. So this is the original 1981. This is originally what they had in the Minnesota Legislative Reference Library, date of birth 10, 4, 1981. And then the staff goes in and they say, "Hey, hey, you know, we need to change this." And nobody asks for any records or anything. They just change it. And so they changed it to 1982. And that's been the story ever since. I mean, the person that was running against her, AJ Kerns, was like, "Hey, you know, what's going on?" It became a big issue, actually, back in 2019, shortly after her political opponent posted this video, questioning the age, it was when Ilhan's staff contacted the library. So they did this because this was coming out in the campaign. So I think that's just kind of an interesting, interesting note, right? Again, knowing that the Minnesota Reference Library actually corrected it for her. How do you like that for a ringtone? It's my kids, I'm sure, you know, they're always, they're like, "What are you doing? Working again?" Anyway, Ilhan is in trouble, really, really, really, really, really in trouble. And I don't know. I think it's completely lost on the hubby. Like the hubby, who, by the way, is also in trouble, we'll get to that. Like I said, I got a lot of layers we got to get through here today because this component to her father is well worth you understanding, but just know that Fox News caught up with Tim you mind it. Today, he went to take the dog for a walk. Nobody's seen Ilhan. She's completely MIA, and, you know, for good reason. But Tim, you know, nature calls, he's got to take out the doggy, and he wasn't too happy. Tim, can you tell us a little reaction to the raid and the investigations that are going on? My wife came here, and she's 12 years old, so child war wrecked me too. Okay. She was 12 years old when she came here, stopped asking questions, so we got to do some quick math. 12 plus five is okay, so she'd be 17, right? I'm sorry, I've got a little bit of a cold, and I keep laughing, so that causes my throat to get a little bit. Anyway, Tim, mind it. Thank you for doing the math for us. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, it's really not satisfying people, and this has become a very, very big issue. In addition to this, we're not sure the father is who he said he was. We talked about this yesterday. I talked about this a couple of weeks ago, but if you're just joining us here on the Trish Regan Show for the first time, first, remember to subscribe. It's really important. Give thumbs up, likes, because it helps you algorithm. I've learned all about algorithms since coming over here on the digital side. The bottom line here is that the father may not have been who he said he was. In other words, he was just a teacher, right? He was a refugee, et cetera, and it turns out that actually he was working as a colonel in Said Bar's Marxist dictatorship, bad news, and some bad things happened, and once his team was out of power and the new guys came in, they were going after this guy, and so he had to escape the country with his family. Apparently, they first went to Kenya and then they came to the United States, so there's that. Maybe he lied on his forms and should not have been naturalized to begin with, but the other concern is this. Oh, no, that's her response. Let me get this. Okay, here we are. This is a letter. A.J. Kerns, remember, who had been running against Ilhan, had a lot of questions and has done a lot of digging and investigation work into Ilhan Omar's past, and one of the questions that obviously was coming up was first the age, and then the next question was information about the father, and so A.J. Kerns went and asked the U.S. citizenship and immigration services for information about Ilhan's father, and so I want to share with you this letter. This is from June 20th of 2023, and this is the one that has me stumped. Okay, I'm looking at this going, how did she get citizenship? Because it's not clear that the father was ever a citizen. I mean, if I'm reading this correctly, okay, dear Alianne Kern, your index search request was received regarding Neur O'Mod, Mohamed, born on June 1st, 1941 in Somalia, by the way, he died from complications connected to COVID in 2020. We completed a thorough search for records based on the information you provided. Unfortunately, we found no matching index reference or search included all variations of the subject's name, including Nurse Said, Elmi Mohamed, with the same result. The genealogy program does not provide certified copies of records, please contact Susanna to obtain the request, et cetera. I'm just telling you, this is weird, so they have no record of Ilhan Omar's father ever having become a naturalized citizen of the United States of America. Well, I'm sitting here going, well, then how the heck did she get a passport? I'd like to know how that one gets pulled off, right? Like, how do you, I mean, we talk about, you know, coming in the system and, you know, suddenly getting a driver's license and next thing you know, you registered to vote. I mean, there was a guy, oh, we did this story. I think on my short speed, I can't remember what state it was. It was out west. There was some guy and some little teeny tiny town. And he wasn't even a legal citizen. He was here illegally, and he was the mayor of the whole darn town. I'm like, how do these things happen? And then I'm looking at this and saying, okay, so wait, her father has no footprint. So how did she get a passport? How was she naturalized? Was she naturalized? I'm assuming she was. I mean, this is, but then again, I would assume the mayor of a little town out west, you know, was not an illegal alien for goodness' sake. So this is kind of worth understanding, and I think, again, you know, in the simple interest of knowing who the heck is in this country and who the heck is in our house of representatives, we got to get this stuff answered. So 12 members of her family are being brought in or 12 individuals, some members of her family are being brought in, subpoenaed. And her answer to all this is you guys are a bunch of racists, not jobs and you're Islamophobic and this, that, and the other. She said after the raid on Monday, on Columbus Day, no less, she is saying, I'm okay. Make no mistake, this is an attempt to target political enemies and weaponize federal law enforcement for 10 years. Trump is targeting me with basis lies and smear campaigns. This is just a little escalation in his campaign of political intimidation. I will not be silenced. Okay, just, just so we're clear, this has nothing to do with your first amendment rights. Okay, Ilhan, this has everything to do with whether or not you are in the country legally or not. And right now, there is a lot of suspicion suggesting you may not be here legally. And now that they did raid, we're learning that there's more coming. In fact, this was something else, judging, going on and you know, judging, right, I still call her judge because we worked together for years at Fox and occasionally I'd go on the five and run across her there and she's, you know, she's a pistol and she's an outstanding attorney. It's none judge anymore. She is the attorney for Washington, D.C. for the DOJ. And so this falls in her lap and I'm just saying, you know, Ilhan, good luck because she's like a dog with a bone. I mean, for goodness' sake, she was never going to let Jerome Powell go on the darn fed stuff. I was like, Jeanine, you know, maybe she'd let this and she said no, but she's fair, right? There was that guy with the, remember the reflecting pool and it was alleged the Olympic athlete that he had tampered with it. And when she went through all the evidence, she said, no, he didn't. [BLANK_AUDIO] She's very fair. She's very good at her job. She is a true, blue, honest investigator and attorney, and she is going to get to the bottom of this. But here's the thing. It's not just this. So it's not just immigration anymore. This is morphed into something much bigger. And don't forget what Mark Wayne Mullin said to Benny, right? We've run that. It's true. I won't repeat myself. But his point was this is, I mean, this is a, maybe it's a Rico case because this is expanding, right, like it's getting, they're, they're finding many, many more people. And given that they've subpoenaed, grand jury subpoenas to 12, Omar was not one of them, by the way, for my sources. That doesn't mean anything, right? They're just building their case right now. But now they've got all this information. And I think Janine Piro is making it very clear that nothing's off the table. In fact, another investigation is indeed underway into that, oh, I don't know, $30 million that materialized somehow out of nowhere. You know, this woman, well, she might have a lying problem between the age, the 30 million, the father, I don't know, but here's Janine. She means business. How about these financials, the schoolers, the schoolers, or she was given a pass by the House ethics, but somehow $30 million, $30 million magically appeared, then it magically disappeared. Well, I can tell you that is subject of an investigation as well and it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter what the House does. It doesn't matter, you know, what this agency or that does. We're looking at the facts based upon the facts. We'll follow them wherever they take us. This is your office. It's doing this. Yep. Yeah. It's her office. Okay. So it's her office. So I'm sorry. Ilhan, you are, you're not going to have a good year. You are just not going to have a good year. And there are so many questions, including on the money. That's why I think Timmy Minat, you know, he's. He's acting like he doesn't care. Taking the dog for a walk. Listen, you better care because you're involved in that too. I think, I mean, look, you guys are married. It was your business that was worth a $30 million, right? We're going to get into that. She's, by the way, she's desperate for cash right now. She issued an email into all her supporters last night saying, hey, you know, I need money. I need money. I need money. Chums coming after me. I need money. Um, a quick shout out to you guys and, and I appreciate all the, the kind things that you, you say, but we're tweaking our lighting here. So hopefully it's looking a little better. People are like, Oh, Trisha, she looks so good. And I, I always say thank you. I, I really appreciate that. And one of the reasons I look so good is because I drink a lot of water and I take very good care of myself and I exercise and all that kind of stuff. And I have really good genes to pull us in the sweetie thing. I mean, you should see my mom, right? You, I always thought she was one or one of grown up, but anyway, I also am very careful about what I put on my skin and the products and this company came to me. And I was like, yeah, you know, sure, I'll try it, but I'm very picky because I'm not, I'm not getting around. Right? Like, you know, I want good moisturizer. Okay? Like good, good moisturizer. And this stuff is great. Like, like penetrates your skin. And then I found out some information about this company. So it started actually by four longevity PhDs. And they originally were not actually trying to create a skincare company. They were just trying to create or gather knowledge about how it is at skin ages. And so I'm not going to bore you with all the science. I encourage you to go to their website, oneskin.co/reginaregian. You can check it out. You get 15% off, by the way, with my code, Regan, so go to use that if you're interested. They have hair as well. I mean, great, great products because there's just so much science behind it and you can read about it there. And I really love their products and I'm thankful every month they send me that. So I'm like, thank you, thank you, thank you. Anyway, you can get some too. Visit them at oneskin.co/reginaregian and you get 15% off with my code, Regan, and it helps the show. I'm going to make sure that we put it in the show notes as well. But I just wanted you to have that information. Back to Ilhan Omar. And thank you for their support of the show, of course. Ilhan Omar, if she was born in 1981, she would have been 18, 19 years old in the year 2000. So that would have meant that she would have been, what, two old, right? Like that wouldn't have really worked. She wouldn't have been able to have gotten that citizenship. So she kind of had to. How do I say this? Why? Look at this. Take me a minute. All right. It was trying to be nice, but why am I being nice? I think she had to lie, her family had to lie. And this is what's coming up now. So she's lying about her age and she's lying about, I'm going to just have to turn off this phone. Huh? That wasn't the kids. I think that was just a random, a random call. Anyway, she had to have lied. I mean, if that's the case, if she was really 17 and they put forward that she was, I mean, sorry, forgive me. If she was 18 and they put forward that she was 17, then this woman flat out lied. And then you got to start to question everything, right? Because what happened on the, on the 30 mil, right? Like, was that a lie? And then she changed it and was that a lie? And what about feeding our future? Oh, you know, we don't have anything to do with any of those people. I mean, they just happened to all, you know, kind of seem to be from your district. And they, many of them had contributed to your campaign. You know, I wonder if there's more lies there, too. In other words, if someone is a known liar, they tend to lie and lie and lie and lie. And this is what is coming up now. James Comer, who's been all over this, the House Committee. And he wasn't seeing the time of day because she wouldn't give him any information, which is why the feds had to come in. You got the DOJ now in there and Jean Perriero, Jeanine is saying, hey, this is, there's him there there. And we're going after it. So the financials are part of this investigation, a separate investigation. But the lying is a problem as Comer pointed out last night on Fox News with Jesse Waters. Would she have been a legit refugee? Did she lie to the government? And if she did and she was overage, she could be denaturalized. Can a denaturalized person serve in Congress? Absolutely not. And, you know, she's trying to say she lied on her financial disclosure form. And a $30 million error, Jesse, that's not a common thing. And now she's said they've made a mistake on her birthday. I mean, none of this stuff makes sense. There's so much smoke with Representative Omar and her family and the Congressional District that she represents. This is the biggest fraud scandal in Minnesota. And the Minnesota Oversight Committee and the state legislature, they've been investigating this for a long time. They've passed information to us on the House Oversight Committee in Congress. We've passed it to the Department of Justice. I think we're finally going to see some accountability here. And at the very least, we're going to see a lot of questions answered about a woman who had a $30 million mistake on her financial disclosure form, who went from $30 million to $0 in one year, also someone who's potentially lied on her birthday. And a lot of questions about how her brother came over here and became a citizen. So, all of these questions that we've been asking for years, I think we're very near to getting answers. And I applaud Mark Wayne Mullin, and I applaud Todd Blanchett, the Department of Justice, because no one's above the law, not even a member of Congress. Yeah, as they said, no one's above the law. I hope she has a good lawyer. In other words, she needs a better lawyer than she has an accountant, right? Because the accountant, oh, just meet a little oopsie daisy, just a little mistake. It turns out you're not worth less than $100K, you're worth up to $30 million. I'm sorry, that really bugged me. It really, really bugged me because I don't know who would not say, gee honey, wow, gosh, your investments are doing really well, this little venture capital thing you got going on. Who knew it was going to be such a success? We're now worth $30 million on paper. I mean, I know it's just on paper, but gosh, that sounds really good. Like who would not say something? And then who, who's in a political position, would not look at that and say gee, you know, we might have some explaining to do, because you don't go from being $60,000 in debt to suddenly having a net worth near $30 million. And what's crazy, I mean, this is unbelievable, and this is why I say that a woman might just be some kind of pathological liar. What's crazy to me is that Ilhan Omar knew for months and months like it took forever for them to revise these financial disclosure forms. And whenever anybody asked her about it, she tried to twist it around. I remember when Allison from Lindell TV caught up with her in the hallway and this was something else, knowing what you know now. And the Allison was totally right. And the Ilhan was lying through her teeth. Think about it as it relates to the ages, it relates to the father, as it relates to feeding our future, as it relates ladies and gentlemen to everything. Allison, take it away. Hi, Congressman Ilhan Omar. You were just talking about how Trump's economy has failed the American people, but I think the American people really want to know how you went from a negative $65,000 before coming into Congress to over $30 million in just seven years. My disclosure is public enough. Yeah, it is. And so a lot of people now are looking into that and finding S-Crew winery, a winery that doesn't actually seem to exist, is not a real winery. or do you all actually look at and read things or do you just ask silly questions? Well, it's listed in the financial disclosure so can you explain it because we have a lot of questions about it and things just aren't adding up. There's no real phone number, there's no real location. Why did you want to bite some way? Probably not for you to be honest. Recently stated that the American people should be afraid of the white man. They should be fearful of the white man. I never said that. Yeah, you're on video saying it. Our country should be more fearful of white man across our country because they are actually causing most of the deaths within this country. I did not. Yes. Again, this is like what I said, you need to prepare yourself because you can't continue embarrassing yourself like this. So I'm just a liar. What ice was quoting was an actual study done by the FBI. Thank you. All right. Thank you, Congresswoman. I mean, unbelievable. So she had to have known back then when she was lying. Sorry. I mean, I don't know what's up. Call it lying to Allison. Like she knew what was up. And so now suddenly she's at Miami. She's in the middle of a campaign. I'm sorry. Like what's going on? You just you just disappear. And she leaves it. Oh, I won't be silenced. Has nothing to do with your first amendment. Okay, you can talk as much as you want. Ilhan. In fact, we're looking forward to hearing you talking. It would be nice if you told the truth. And considering that your husband and you had a net worth of some 30 million dollars on paper. And then suddenly didn't I just it doesn't make any sense. Okay. And we've been through this before at length. I mean, Steve Forbes came on and he said, you know, Steve Forbes. He said, look, I think that this is straight up, you know, funny business. Like she thinks, you know, oh, you know, I'm going to get rich. The Al Capone way, not the American way. So he thinks she's guilty of a lot. He thinks that she probably was involved in some kind of money laundering. It could have been is that why they had such an inflated valuation on the venture capital firm? I don't know. But I sure as heck want to. And I sure as heck want to know where people buying into the venture capital firm is some kind of quid pro quo. Because maybe if you did, you got access to Ilhan. I don't know. But these are questions. And if you think about what the administration was looking into. And I'm talking about the Biden administration way back when I mean, this is kind of this is the spin is one out. We know that. Let me show you the other article. They they knew under the Biden administration that there was something that wasn't right. Now they allegedly stopped that investigation because they couldn't find anything. Well, because she's not turning anything over number one. And I guess they didn't want to push that hard, right? Because think of how important Minnesota is to Democrats. And you're not going to win Minnesota without getting Minneapolis. And you're not going to get Minneapolis unless you get Ilhan Omar because you've imported so many people there that you actually have the president of Somalia coming to Minneapolis to talk to them all and say, Hey, go vote for Ilhan, go vote for Ilhan. So there were questions at the time about the relationship between her and a foreign individual. We don't know that it was him. It's my summation that they were looking into him. And I'm also questioning the money aspect and the money trail given that it was the Treasury Department that was reviewing this. And they were the ones that were concerned. So there's a lot there. And I think we're going to learn more. And that's outstanding. And it needs to happen. But you know what? It's because of podcasts like this one. And you guys where we're putting the pressure on them, we're demanding answers. We're not satisfied with, okay, oh, you know, I thought I was worth 30,000. And then suddenly I find out I'm worth the 80k. Like that, we're not okay with that, right? Like we're normal people. We don't expect you to just lie and lie and lie and lie, especially like lies like that. I mean, it would be one thing if she was suddenly worth a million bucks, right? We'd be like, well, do you have to get that money? But this is 30 million. So it's all kind of nuts. And I think what's important here is that the media stays on it, but you got to have an honest media for goodness sakes. And proof today that we do not have an honest media proof today that MSNBC, which now goes by MS now because it's trying to distance itself from NBC because clearly MS now has its troubles. Whoa, they literally put out a like a full on fake report and they got caught in the act in real time. And it was beautiful. I mean, it's not beautiful. It's actually disgusting. And it's kind of alarming because if it wasn't for the ability to communicate so instantly, I don't know is this would have gotten as much attention. And so it's really great that the FBI was able to say you guys are like high on something because MSNBC tried to report that cash fatel the head of the FBI was over in Moscow, meeting with the FSB. Only problem was it was in Virginia at Liberty University today. Like as they go on the air saying this, it is classic. Here they are. They're big snafu MSNBC take it away and keep digging yourself in further and further. We do have some breaking news. We want to get to right now here on MS now. This is about the FBI director Cash Patel. MS now has learned that Patel has landed in Russia for a meeting schedule to take place there. That's according to two people familiar with the matter joining me now is MS now just as an intelligence reporter. Ken Delaney and Ken, let's just give a little bit of a backdrop to this, right? This is only a matter of days after the president last week on Friday spoke to Vladimir Putin later that day announced that he was going to be opening up oil imports from Russia that Congress had banned as a function of a law. Then the next day he criticized Vladimir Zelensky. What is Cash Patel doing, right? So that was a huge policy shift in terms of the Ukraine war. We don't know what Cash Patel is doing in Russia and that's one of the things that's concerning our FBI sources. They don't see how excited he is. All his sources tell him that Cash Patel is in Russia right now. And we're going straight to air with this breaking news story. You got to be kidding me. Get better sources. Yeah, you guys not saying anything about this. I just I asked them for comment on reporting. They have not gotten back to me. What we know is it's been reported that there was a two-day trip schedule that he was going to go to Moscow and St. Petersburg. Is it normal for an FBI director to go? I mean, I know CIA directors do that, but an FBI director was focused on domestic law enforcement to make a trip like that. Has not happened since 2013 when Robert Mueller went to Russia to talk about counterterrorism cooperation. This is a much different world now. That's why there's such concern here. Russia is an adversary of the FBI and the United States. Patel has talked about cooperation on things like fraud, but any counterintelligence expert will tell you this is a perilous situation. He's taking a lot of risk here. So talk about it being a perilous situation. What is in effect the risk that he's taking? Well, it's been reported that this trip will be hosted by the FSB. I know this is a little bit long, but it's worth hearing the whole thing because it what makes it all so magnificent that it's all completely bogus. So you need to it's very important to understand how the other side's thinking right now. They do not like that Donald Trump has got a deal going on with Russia to lower diesel prices, right? He's like, let's get the Russian diesel from the Russian refineries. And then in the meantime, you've got the Ukrainian Zelensky dude blowing these refineries up and Trump's like, you got to be kidding me. You just want to keep driving energy costs higher and think about it like weirdly in a political way for just a second. It's sort of twisted, but Democrats kind of want the higher gas prices and they want the higher diesel prices. And so there's a part of me that kind of thinks gee, does Zelensky want Trump out of office or at least hindered in some way not to have success with both parties winning? I mean, just think about it as you listen to this report. Security service. And so he obviously they're going to try to surveil him. They're going to try to penetrate his devices. Now the FBI has a counter methods to prevent against that, but there's just a lot of concern about what he's going to be told, you know, what kind of influences are going to be tried to brought to bear on him. And what the purpose of this is? Well, to say nothing of the fact that we're not even three weeks before the midterms right now. So any trip to Russia, given all the things that both parties, maybe not the president have said about Russian interference and elections. I think it does raise a lot of eyebrows. That's for sure. 100%. I mean, if he was going there to warn the Russians not to interfere in the election, that would be one thing. But there's no suggestion that he's never said a word about Donald Trump could do that from the Oval Office if he wanted, but it's chosen not to, for what, 10 years at this point, 10 delay. Keep important. We'll check in with you along the way as we gain more. You know what this tells me? This guy has a bunch of sources that hate Donald Trump and hate cash fatale. And so they're running to him with false information. In fact, for all you know, they could have planted this, right? They could have planted this. Like cash fatale could have been like, I think, you know, so and so and so and so and so and so and so are not on the up and up. And I don't think they're working for our team. And then he could have just sat and waited. And what do you know? There it is. On MSNBC, the only problem is cash fatale. Ladies and gentlemen, he is not drum roll. Please in Russia. He is in Virginia at Liberty University. Speaking at the same time, this report's going on. >> This is classic, okay, this is one for the history books. We tell you that the mainstream media is like out in left field, they hate the president, they've got a whole bunch of deep state actors feeding them bogus information. It's their way or the highway. And here we are today, and these clowns get out there with a report that's clearly not well sourced. I mean, this guy didn't even like bother to check, right? And the next thing you know, it's like, oh no, oopsie Daisy, cash is just right over there in Virginia doing his speech. So then he had to go on television, right, and do this whole male culpa, and this is actually kind of funny. But look at how he tries to catch it, to try and make it sound like a little bit better. Like he's really, he knows what's going on, buddy, you don't have a clue, okay? You are clueless, and then some, you're irresponsible and you're clueless. And you actually think that you're a reporter, give me a break. I want to correct reporting from earlier today. I reported that two sources that told us that FBI Director Kashpel had landed in Russia for a plan trip that had been reported about recently. We've since learned that Patel did not, in fact, land in Russia today and remains in the US. The FBI did not answer our questions when they asked them about it. The news of this plan meeting had raised serious concerns, including among some Democratic lawmakers who had urged Patel to call off the meeting, which according to published reports was supposed to be happening today. But we do know now that he has not already landed in Russia, as we reported earlier. The timing of any potential trip remains unclear. Again, we regret this error, and we are transparent about when we make it. Oh, wow, you regret the error, and you're so transparent, you're such a great reporter. It's kind of a big story. I might have actually wanted to have three sources on record with that one, you know? As opposed to the two, because you guys just do fell for it, like that's a layup for this administration. Kash has got to be like, aha, caching. Another example of a very biased media, I mean, it's it's it's nauseating how biased they are. And by the way, like I actually will do a little bit of a deep dive tomorrow on the polls because I have some new data I want to share with you. But when you look at these polls and they are so one sided, I keep saying, you know, you guys, you keep missing it because you all live in that MSNBC space. And all the pollsters and all the media organizations that are doing these polls are completely missing who the Republican Party is really. And I think the Republican Party is going to be motivated to get out and vote. I really do. I'll tell you, some people in Canada would like to see Donald Trump succeed this time around and some people may not. Donald Trump speaking at a rally today says, hey, you know what? We could get a 51st state. And you know who he's looking at to, hey, you know, look what we did with Greenland. We can do it with Canada too. Donald Trump would like to make Canada the 51st state. Take a peak. And, by the way, you should see the, well, I did Lake Ontario, too, to Lake America. To Lake America. Ontario, Canada, Canada, Greece is very badly. They always have not anymore. It's a whole different ballgame. Now, Trump is in town. They ripped Canada. Canada ripped us off. With tariffs, they would charge us tariffs. They would never talk about it. You know, like on milk, they charge you nothing for the first two bottles. So, they put it down no tariff. After that, they charge you 409 percent. Anything past two bottles, they charge you. They are brutal and we don't take that crap anymore. The car companies are all moving into America. They're all coming in otherwise they have to pay massive tariffs. They'll end up being the 51st state because it's the only way it works. You know, we don't need them, but they need us. And why should we be losing $80, $90, $100 billion a year to support a country that isn't one of us? So, they'll be doing something just like Greenland. You heard about Greenland. Oh, it's terrible. It's so terrible what President Trump has done. You know, it was owned by Denmark, a very good country, a good, beautiful country. But they're pretty far away. And we're right next to it. And it's a massive piece of land. You know, it's much bigger than Texas and it just adds to our beautiful plate, a plate getting larger all the time. How about Venezuela? We're doing pretty good there, too. But you know, they took a lot of heat from the fake news back there. They said, what a terrible way to talk about Greenland. This is terrible. Remember, they thought I was going to send my military out to attack Greenland, I wasn't. But I complained about it very strongly to NATO and really strongly. And I said, not that NATO hasn't helped us because we don't need any help with Iran. We've done so well there. They've got nothing right now. They have no military. It's going to be the 51st state. So he has plans, right, just like he did with Greenland. And these most recent comments happen today. He's out at a rally in Bullhead City in Arizona. There's a mid-term campaign rally, and he's been doing a lot of that. And he said, "Hey, you know what? We can wind up making Canada." Actually, the direct quote is, "Canada quote will end up being the 51st state because that's the only way it works." Now what does he mean by that? I think he means security, okay? Security, guys, because look, who's going to take care of Canada when China tries to do something funny? Not that they would. But if anybody tried to do something funny, who is going to take care of them? It would be us, right? And we also happen to have the biggest economic relationship with Canada. Take a look at this here. Canada's trade partners. This is in total goods traded. I mean, wow, $715. I mean, next up is China for goodness' sakes at $89 billion. And that doesn't look at exports. We've talked about exports before. And the export market is significant, Canada is sending $404 billion worth of goods here to the United States. And now that's kind of over, right? And so now you look at some of the, we talked about the unemployment rate. Not looking too hot in Canada recently. And you've had lots and lots of jobs lost under Carney, since he's come in. And a lot of it has happened most recently in the last couple of months. Why? Because of the tariffs. And because we're in this kind of trade war. And so Canada is in a tricky spot. Don't forget Alberta is going to vote, not on the actual secession. But on the conversation, to start, initiate a conversation about secession, Carney is very onary about this in part because it's a very vital area for Canada overall. It contributes about 15% of GDP. So it's a very important place. And the burdens, a lot of them are like, this is not going to be very good for me, right? Given that we export so much of our heavy oil to the US where they refine it. And now you're going to slap on all these tariffs. This is not looking good. So he's not happy with Canada right now. He feels strongly that if anything happens, it's effectively our problem. And so if it's going to be our problem, we ought to very least have free trade. He'd like to take it further and make it the 51st state. Let me just say, anybody who becomes a state of America should be psyched because you get with it, the rule of law, or hopefully if we can hang on to it, right? You get with it, all of this tremendous upside in opportunity. And there's a lot of reason why anybody would be like, adopt me, please, look at everybody who wants to come here, whether I think we should actually make Canada 51st state, the short answer to that is no. I repeat no because I don't want the liability and the responsibility and frankly, the social security payments, right, that would entail, sorry, it's all my Canadian friends. We have a lot of viewers from Canada, so hello to all of you guys, but I like you being Canada. Now I'm interested in something maybe different. I got in a lot of trouble with the Canadian misinformation police because I floated the idea of, hey, if they're going to have this big relationship with Europe, maybe we should have some targeted strategic relationships with certain states. Like Alberta, maybe that could be the 51st state, associate state, not real state, right? Because real state requires some heavy lifting on all parts. But if there is a free trade agreement that could be worked out, and I realize this is kind of a pipe dream because a lot of things would have to happen a lot. I mean, they would have to, on the 19th vote that they want to have this secession talk and then they would actually have to initiate that secession talk and turn it into more than just talk. And then they're up against Carney, Carney, who's like, nope, nope, nope, I don't care. You guys can do this. I don't care. You're not even going to have to say. So then you get some kind of a real problem up in Canada. But you know, Carney is all about going to war for some reason with the U.S. of A. He has even said, don't forget to the New York Times that he is prepared Canada for an invasion and then Donald Trump says, yeah, well, we're going to make it a 54 state. So the Canadians are going to have a field day with this one, just wait and see, but just understand Mark Carney and his rhetoric. Does it feel like today, Mark Carney is going to war, trade war, the tone, because we're attacked. like where when you get attacked, we got attacked. US put 50%, we waited until the United States decided to actually implement these so-called 338 tariffs. That's fine. We've got the reserves, we've got the resilience, we've got the plan, we've got the focus, we were responding. Yeah, you know, you've got to have the people with you. And looking at the success of Quebec lately, right? Now, you know, you get a guy there who is all about seceding from Canada. You've got Alberta having their votes in just a few days, and you've got Saskatchewan. I hope I said that correctly. Also entertaining this idea. I mean, that's not a good snor- even Elon Musk is like, yeah, you know, they should all break away from Canada. Carnegie doesn't like that, but here's the bottom line. You know what, you get to provide your country with the right incentives. And you can't be closing it up to Europe when you get a whole big energy sector right there in Canada. You guys should go watch my video that I did on him and his former position, because he was like a big ESG chief at his fund. And so he is like a financial reason and background in ESG, a financial reason not to like energy. And so if you're an energy rich area like Alberta, I can understand you're not being too fond of somebody like Karnie right about now. Big story on Netflix today I want to tell you about. I warned you, I told you, I said, you know, this company is not doing so hot and they're gonna be going down, down, down, down, down, down, down. And sure enough, they're going down. Giving, of course, more, what do they say? Giving more credence to go woke, go broke, go woke, go broke. Netflix is figuring it out in real time. I told you this would happen, okay? Because this is a company that is stuck. And it's stuck in the way it thinks, in its politics, and it's stuck in terms of its willingness to embrace the future in new technology. I mean, you've had all these mass cancellations, you've got people effectively revolting against this woke slop that they keep delivering up courtesy of Michelle and Barack Obama with a little Meghan and Harry along the side, right? I mean, it's a bad, bad lot that they've got. And they're not growing. I mean, there was a report out from Wells Fargo. A week or so ago, and the Wells Fargo guy was like, I can't remember what he called it. Some fancy word for sell. Basically, I'm just gonna cut to the chase. He had some fancy way of saying sell this stock now. I mean, this stock isn't a lot of trouble. It's around 70 bucks right now. It was trading way higher, not too long ago, because everybody thought this was great. Contents king and Netflix, oh, they get an eye for content. I got news for them. A kid with a cell phone is better at producing content than their producers with their $20 billion packages that they can buy content for. So this company is in trouble. Times are changing and news today. News today that the company is laying off 1,000 people. I mean, it's gonna happen. I think they're gonna have to lay off a whole lot more. It's like it's getting blockbuster, right? Remember when we all used to go to blockbuster? It was like part of the evening. Saturday night, you go to blockbuster and you have peruse the aisles and I'd be there with my now husband and we'd be looking at movies. And that was part of the thing, right? Like, no, that was Saturday night out. And then you get the movie and then you go home and watch it and then you'd have to return it. And you had to rewind it. Oh, remember the days. You had to rewind the movie and you got charged a fee if you didn't know. It's all coming back to me. It's all coming back. Well, anyway, along came Netflix. And it changed everything. You could get a CD in the mail, right? A DVD, forgive me, a DVD of the movie. Mailed to you. My kids were like, what? What's a DVD, mom? Oh my God, we got, you know, forget the VHS. You went to a store, you saw the movies on a shelf and you brought it home, like the library, I guess. So anyway, then the long came Netflix. We had the DVDs and then all of a sudden it went online to the cloud and I was like, wow, okay. And so suddenly it was this growth company and now it's not. So news today, I told you it was coming. They are looking at 6% of the global staff being laid off. It is the biggest round of job cuts in four years that they have had and it's because this company is not in my estimation a well-run company. This is a company with a political agenda. And anytime you get the ESG and DEI involved, you're just going to make mistakes, right? Just as Bud Light, they figured out we did a big report on this by the way at my company 76 Research, 76research.com. You know, I mean, if the thing goes down to $35, I might be interested, but at 70, no thank you. I think it's going even lower, lower, lower, lower. Go check out 76research.com when you can. But back to Netflix and it's very political, political CEO, I say political because, gosh, you know, like 99% of the company is donating to Dems. They brought in Michelle and Barack. And then they put Susan Rice on the board for goodness sakes. And Ted Saranas is like wondering why it is that he doesn't have any growth in his company. Why is it that he has to go to Europe to get any growth? Nobody is interested in Netflix here in the US. Everybody's saying, nope, no thanks. And they're canceling their subscriptions. He spoke at Bloomberg's media tech conference a couple of weeks ago and he communicated basically. He's not happy with the lack of growth. And the fact that this has become kind of a state company. He didn't quite say it like that, but let's go to him. We are growing engagement. So we're growing on 200 billion hours of watching. We grew 2% in our last announcement. But 2% is not what people are hoping for out of you, right? They're used to double digit growth. And certainly in revenue. And to some extent, even in viewership they'd expect more. This is my point about the growth in general. Yes, overall, we're not growing as fast as I want us to. And we're working on making that move faster. We are, though, also doing things that create a lot of headwind of that number. Meaning when we do live programming on Netflix, which is a relatively new thing, we spend about 5% of our content budget on live events. They generate about 1% of our watching. Now, they all-- but they do a very different job. They generate a lot of sign-ups. They're really effective. Sign-up, retention, advertising, all those things that they do, but it creates engagement headwind in how you invest against it. And remember, when I say we grew 2%, it's an easy number to sneeze at. But it's through all the growth of live. It's through incredible headwinds from things like the World Cup and World Sports, and all those things that we're going on to. So we are growing the business. We want to keep growing it faster. This past quarter, we did double-digit revenue growth in every region of the world. So the business is great and growing fine. I mean, if you asked me, if we were growing at 20%, I'd be telling you I wish we were growing faster. Right. So when you said you wish you were going faster and we're working on it, what are the things that you are working on to kind of reaccelerate that growth? Well, some of the things are in the expansion of what we do. So live, it was an expansion of what we did that didn't necessarily bring more gross engagement. But it brings very valuable engagement. So it's not a mystery that all engagement is not equal because it's probably not so large. All right, so bottom line, he's looking at live to maybe grow the business, but it's expensive, and this, that, and the other. And you know, they're paying a lot for content. And don't forget, they were the curators of content, right? They were the ones who got to decide what you were going to watch. It was really, you know, it became just nauseating. If you guys watched it lately, I mean, you can't put it on without getting some kind of political lecture. And so I think that that inherently is a big part of their problem, and where they really, really screwed up. I mean, you put Susan Rice on your board of directors. I mean, you got the LGBTQW MBA, I only say that. Nothing is the WMVI. I just can't remember all the letters. Everybody has to be that in the kids programming. I'm sorry, you know what happens? People go elsewhere. They look for other sources of news. And look tech is rapidly changing. I'm over here. I never thought I'd be doing this, right? And I never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever. I thought that this was even possible. Remember to subscribe, because this is just a whole different world. Like, in YouTube, let's anyone, anyone in, right? Like, anybody can just go live. X, let's anybody in. Facebook, let's anybody, I mean, listen. Netflix. No. Okay? No. Like, you're not, you have to be chosen. You have to be one of the chosen ones. And then your agents have to go and do a deal with the Netflix executives, where they, you know, think about all the middlemen and the wasted money and all the lunches and dinners. Why not just take the content and give it direct to the people, which is what we're doing right here. And if you like it, you stay and you watch and you subscribe, hit the subscribe button. Do I have it handy? I need it. I always forget to tell you guys to do that. But the point being that this is free market at work, right? This is the free market. And if you, you like it, you stay, you subscribe, you watch, and you're part of this Trish Regan community. Thank you. But at Netflix, I can't go on Netflix. Like, I actually looked into this because, you know, we're, we're, we're everywhere now. We're everywhere. You know, the Trish Regan shows on Spotify. No problem. Anybody can be on Spotify. And the Trish Regan shows on Apple Podcasts. can be there. But you know Netflix for goodness sicks. No, no, no, you have to have, you know, a meeting with their people and you have to have I cannot stand agents. I had an agent once and he was wonderful and he passed away and I'll never get another agent. Trust me. Um, so I'm like, you know, I can I can have a lawyer do my deal, but I don't need anybody shopping me because I don't need to be Shopped. I don't need to do a deal with Netflix. You, this is what so this is what they don't get right that this is they are aging out. This is a company that's aging out. This is the company that's getting blockbuster. All right. And what happened to blockbuster? It went bankrupt. Now the stock. The stock is getting crushed. I mean, I'm looking at it. It was up ETC a little bit today, but it's around 70 bucks a share. So that means it's down about 24% this year. It's down About 41% over 12 months. I mean, that is bad because the 52 week eye on this thing was 120 almost 125 bucks. 52 week low was 65. I mean, that is a big spread. It's just been going, woo, bad, bad, bad, bad, right? And analysts on Wall Street are like, so, so, so. Okay. Again, they they have a fancier way of saying and I think it was Stephen K. Hill right over it. Wells Fargo, who came out with a report and he said, underweight. So that was very diplomatic of him. But that means cell translation. And he was looking at the engagement trends, which is what you saw that reporter. Lucas Shaw at Bloomberg. Actually, he's been there a while because I think he was the media reporter when I was there. Like, wow, time flies, huh? I've done a lot in between. But anyway, he's still there and he's talking to the Netflix guy and, you know, engagement is not what they need and want. The growth is not there. And so bottom line, if you don't have original series and original programming that people actually want to tune in for. If you don't have to break out hits, then guess what? It's going to show up in your stock price. Okay. Sooner rather than later. And right now, it is certainly sooner. And when you look at the numbers, where are people going? Da da. Here, here. I don't have my graphic Andy, but I've shown you this before because if you look at the living room, right, it where people are going when they sit down at night. Amazingly, we're actually broadcasting in 4K, another technological whiz thing that I'm just blown away by. But I'm doing the 4K because a lot of people actually watch on TV. Like many of you watch on your phone, a lot of people watch on computer, but a lot of people also watch on the television. So people are going to YouTube or Spotify as opposed to Netflix. Okay. So they're share of the overall television markets down to 7.8% in July. So YouTube is killing them. I mean, absolutely positively killing them. I think that the broadcast networks have somewhere around 18% or so. If I, if my memory serves me correctly, and YouTube is like twice the size of something like Netflix. And then you've got cable as well, which is probably also around that 18% or so level. So bottom line, you know, people are getting their streaming from from a lot of different places. It used to be Netflix. Now it's YouTube. So YouTube has figured this out. Just put it out there, right, and see what sticks. And if you like it, you stay because you don't need to bundle it because the consumer gets it Netflix whole thing was, okay, we are going to go hand select, which is going to be the next big hit and we are going to do this better than anyone. And it turned out we didn't need those executives in Silicon Valley, having a whole bunch of meetings and a whole bunch of lunches and going to LA all the time to meet with the agents. We didn't need them because people can figure out what they want to watch themselves. Power to the people, right. And so thank you for being here. You know, it's, it's my joy to do this. Summary:

Ilhan Omar is at the center of a major federal investigation into potential fraud related to her citizenship and financial disclosures. S. citizenship when her father naturalized in 2000.
