Ilhan Omar Fraud Evidence GROWS, with Michael Knowles, and the Meghan Markle Dad Allegations Story Doesn't Add Up | Ep. 1427

The transcript details a comprehensive investigation into Ilhan Omar’s background, revealing widespread allegations of fraud related to her family, citizenship, and immigration status. Key evidence includes social media posts from 2013 that refer to her father as "Nurseid Elmi" and her brother as "Ahmed Elmi," which contradict her current claims. Her father, a former Somali army colonel, allegedly lied about his identity to gain asylum, and his involvement in a regime linked to mass atrocities disqualifies him from refugee status. Ilhan’s own statements—such as claiming she was a minor when naturalized—contradict her memoir, which shows she was 19 in 2000, well past the age of majority. Campaign records show she altered her birth date to make herself appear younger, a move that resets statutes of limitations and suggests ongoing fraud. Her marital history is equally compromised, with documents indicating she married Ahmed Elmi, whom she claims is her brother, while evidence shows he worked for her sister in Kenya. This pattern of deception is compounded by a viral video of her strolling with a third husband while playing Somali music with lyrics threatening violence. The FBI and DOJ are actively involved, with evidence suggesting a broader conspiracy. The situation raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of asylum and citizenship for individuals with criminal or fraudulent backgrounds. Meanwhile, the transcript briefly touches on political controversy involving Vivek Ramaswamy’s ad targeting Amy Acton, which critics argue is emotionally charged and distracts from policy issues. The overarching narrative frames Ilhan Omar’s case as a systemic failure in immigration enforcement and a moral breach of public trust, with strong implications for future immigration and political accountability.

Welcome to The Megan Kelly Show live on Sirius XM channel 111 every weekday at NEAST. Hey everyone, I'm Megan Kelly, welcome to The Megan Kelly Show and Happy Monday. Big show for you today including major updates to the story of Megan Markle's father. Good gracious are their updates in that and the disturbing allegations against him. We have some exclusive reporting for you and we are learning more about the timeline of what Megan knew and when. We'll get to that in just a bit, but we begin today with politics as we are now just eight days from the critical midterm elections. Both current president Donald Trump and former president Barack Obama were on the trail over the weekend with campaign rallies and important Midwest states and elsewhere in the Midwest was representative Ilhan Omar. The president went after her and Somalia once again during his speech in Michigan last night. Watch. She's a little troublemaker, you know, she comes from Somalia, probably maybe the worst country in the world. Have no government has no anything, all they have is killing people, they kill people, they go after ships, they rent some ships, but they have, I'm amazing, I can even do that to be honest with you, but they have no country, they have no government, they have no anything, they have no police, they just run around shooting each other, then she comes to this country and she says, I have constitutional rights and I don't like the way you run the United States of America, how dare you run it? What I tell you is it, does it piss me off? And she and her other friends, and her other friends, I always say, AOC plus three, but somehow I don't mind AOC that much, I don't know why she doesn't bug me too much. Well, at least she's American. Ilhan Omar, responding to President Trump's recent attacks in a very weird video that she posted Friday on X, writing quote, less scrolling, more strolling, enjoying our beautiful Minnesota lakes. And it's a video of her walking with her now husband, I mean, number three, if you're counting them up. There was her see the father of her kids. There was her brusband, Ahmed Nursaid, and now there's Tim Maynette, the guy who may or may not have committed some sort of financial fraud. There have been investigations and he's the one who's got one third ownership interest in these companies that were worth zero one year, then 30 million in the next and then back down to zero. So they're strolling, she and the third husband, Tim Maynette, while a Somali song plays in the background, watch. All right, we get it, sorry, that was a bit much. You know what, you're an American now. Just a nice stroll by the lake, while the lyrics to that hip hop diss track include lines that translate to quote, if I confront you in the afternoon by evening, I will teach you a lesson and keep you awake throughout the night. Yes, you will suffer and cry in seeding. You will scream like a demon. And let me tell you what's really interesting about that little soundtrack she chose for her weird little video. I don't think she's suggesting Donald Trump is going to scream like a demon because she knows very well she has no power over him. And it is she who is on the hot seat when it comes to her illegal behavior alleged. However, there are multiple reports that in the Minneapolis community where she's from, where she lives, she has been the heavy when it comes to anybody threatening to talk about her actual family connections and what her real name is and how she ran around for years, introducing the brother as her brother before she married him. And her sister Leila, who's definitely the sister of the man she married as her sister and so on. So like there's all sorts of witnesses over there in Minnesota who before Ilan Omar ran for office knew the whole story. The one true thing she told Chris Hayes the other night on MSNBC was that this all began, this stuff about my husband being my brother on a Somali blog. That's true. She like she tried to laugh it off like and therefore it's a joke. It's since been investigated by a very serious investigative reporters and the proof is all there. We've gone through a lot of it and we'll do so again today in part, but the Somali community has said repeatedly members of it online that she's got certain people who act as enforcers for her. And people feel scared to say the truth about Ilan Omar. They think she's very powerful now that she's in the U.S. Congress and compared to them she is. Not to mention, you know, the dad worked for a warlord, so God only knows what the connections are still on that side of the family or father since deceased. But I do think that's interesting that knowing all that and then you hear those lyrics, I mean, it's a little bit more disturbing, is it not? It's like, I don't know. If I confront you in the afternoon by evening, I will teach you a lesson, will keep you awake throughout the night. Yes, you will suffer and cry in seething. You will scream like a demon and it goes on to say, let me show you who I am. No enemy dares to threaten me. Let the enemies die of seething. We are the ones who rule this land. Great. So great to have you, Ilan. Joining me now to discuss that more, Michael Knowles. Please host of the Michael Knowles show on the Daily Wire. Michael, great to have you back. I think that's what this is. This isn't an attempt to scare Trump, which she knows she can't do. This is a message. I mean, it's in Somali to other Somalians about what's going to happen to them if they cooperate in this thing. >> Yes, I don't think there's any facts and logic argumentation that's going on here. I think Ilhan Omar has probably given up trying to defend her obvious and repeated frauds that she is committed when it comes to immigration or with her new husband who might be spiritually Somali because they seem to be committing business frauds together. I think the jig is kind of up. She didn't even try that hard when she was on with Chris Hayes. She kind of giggles a little bit, but then she says, well, you know, not to my knowledge. Well, Kai, though, you know, it's right now what she is just threatening is a raw exercise of power. And it's a perfect political story because for the last year, we've been hearing about this repeated and widespread fraud that has been perpetrated by Somalis in the United States in multiple states. This has been uncovered by the government and it leads to the absolute apotheosis, which is that the main Somali political figure is a fraud. She allegedly helped someone else commit immigration fraud. She allegedly committed immigration fraud herself. She allegedly isn't even named Ilhan Omar, you know, the list goes on and on and on. And so, okay, the jig is up. What is the answer? The answer is to appeal to democracy in a way. It's not to appeal to logic or facts. It's to say, look, I got the support. I've got my community unlocked. They're not going to kick me out of office. I'm going to shove it right in your face. Here I am, you know, a typical Minnesota stroll across the lakes blasting Somali terrorism music. What are you going to do about it? And the answer is, unless the federal government deports her, probably not very much. You'll probably just be elected and remain in Congress. So I don't know. I feel like the, the news is tightening here because she felt the need to tweet out as you made a reference to there on Friday night in response to Trump's truth, where he called for her to resign for using an allegedly fake name because the DOJ came out and said she's, she's Ilhan Omar, aka Ilhan Neurocyde Elmi in illegal filing. And she tweeted out, the pedophile protection party's president is laundering right wing conspiracy theories through the most corrupt DOJ in American history. Whenever the news turns bad, this creep reaches for the one, for one name, mine. So let's make it crystal clear. My name has always been Ilhan Omar. Maybe you should focus on what your VP's real name is, as if JD Vance, who had a changing last name because his mother with respect was a hot mess, heroin addict, who went from man to man, hooking up with this one and then the next one and so on. She's turned her life around since then, kept changing her little boy's name. Like, that's the same. Like, that's the same as Ilhan Omar coming over here. And now when the question is raised by the Department of Justice about whether her natural born name in Somalia was Ilhan Norseid Elmi lies and says, no, it's always been Ilhan Omar. This is a ridiculous equivalence. And here's the thing, Michael. There is very good reason to believe this too is a lie. I don't believe that for one second, there's just been too much reporting about Ilhan Omar in her background, power lines, Scott Johnson. He led the way on this reporting that in 1995, she entered the US as a fraudulent member of the Omar family. That's not her family. The Omar family is a second unrelated family, which was being granted asylum by the United States. The Omar's allowed Ilhan, her genetic sister Sarah and her genetic father, Norseid, to use false names to apply for asylum as members of the Omar family, which they were not. Ilhan's genetic family split up at the time. The above three received asylum in the US while Ilhan's three other siblings using their real names managed to get asylum in the United Kingdom. Ilhan Abdulahi Omar's name before applying for asylum was Ilhan Norseid Elmi. Her father's name before applying for asylum was nurse Said Elmi Muhammad. Her sister, Sarah Norseid Elmi, before applying for asylum was Sarah Norseid Elmi. Her three siblings in the UK were named Leyla norseid Elmi Muhammad norseid Elmi and Ahmed norseid Elmi Ahmed would marry Ilhan in 2009. Right, Scott Johnson, presumably to benefit in some way from a fraudulent marriage. They did not divorce until 2017. And just today, just today, it's come out that yet another tweet because keep in mind, here's the deal. She did not run for office. She was an activist in Somali issues out there for quite some time. She didn't run for state house rep until 2016, Michael. So there were tons of social media posts from 2012, 2013 by Ilhan, by her brusband and others giving up the jig. Like, showing that they were all related that Ahmed was her brother that Leyla in the UK was her sister and that norseid Elmi was the name of her father. The one that just resurfaced over the weekend was from 2013. It was a social media post in which Ilhan appeared to refer to her father by a different name. Happy Father's Day to my abu norseid norseid. I am forever grateful to Allah for giving me the best father. Then she deleted that post in 2019. Okay, her, her several records, including a memorial post by the Congressional black caucus, marking, marking his death in 2020, referred Omar's father as Neur Omar Muhammad. But that, his name was Neurseid Elmi Muhammad at the end. So that's just one of the many posts. We've gone through some of the others in which her brusband called her daughter, his niece, in which her brusband called Leyla. There are other sisters, twin daughters, his nieces, which Ilhan Omar liked. There is a picture of Ilhan Omar online with those same nieces, the two daughters of Leyla, in which she refers to them as her nieces. This is all prior to when she became a public figure in ran for office. And by 2019, when Powerline and others started to write about this, she took down the social media as did the relatives, they scrubbed all these references, but Alfa news, Powerline and Daily Caller had already gotten the screen grabs Michael. This is all at first. This is a lie. That will not pan out for her. We know that she's lying because she got caught in a lie just over the last week. Don't forget, it was in that Chris Hayes interview where she said the whole brother husband allegation began on Somali blogs. Now a week later, she's saying, this is all a right wing conspiracy theory. So she can't even keep that very minor straightforward part of the story straight. And this was always a question with the brusband theory, which is, how is a guy named Elmi, the brother of someone named Omar? And the answer is because that isn't her real name. So they've got her dead to rights. The other reason that it would appear they have her dead to rights is that this is not just coming from some random Republican Congressman. This is not just coming from some local political adversary. This search warrant for her midnight raid was signed off on by a federal judge. It was carried out by the DOJ in coordination with DHS. This has been going on for a very, very long time now. And so it does seem like they kind of have their ducks in a row here. And it doesn't even only pertain to the executive branch. So what I see with that post walking with the husband blasting the terror music is really a challenge because assuming that they've got her and the investigation and potential who knows prosecution or denaturalization could proceed, the question is just, do you have the guts to actually boot me out of the country? What's especially funny with Elhan is she was caught on camera giving a speech to Somali saying, I love Somalia. I wish I could be with you in my country Somalia. And so what Elhan Omar is saying. >> Off you go. >> Yeah, she's like, give me what I want. Please, this is the challenge. And the question is, can they do it? Will they actually, that's a major political action to de-naturalize and deport a sitting member of Congress. We've never had to deal with that. We're dealing with it now because the Democrats opened up the border and insisted on infinity migration. And so then we had the highest foreign-born percentage of the population ever. And a lot of people just think, well, too bad. We've got the power. And so you're not going to be able to enforce this. To me, this is, if not an existential matter for the Trump administration, it's a very, very high priority. If Elhan Omar wins this game of chicken, it is going to empower the Democrats on immigration, on fraud. It's going to make it seem like the conservatives just don't have any real force to carry out even the most basic provisions of the law. The number of avenues by which to prove that she's committed fraud, putting aside the statute of limitations on each one for now are plentiful. Okay, so the father claimed he was an educator when he came over as quote Omar. He wasn't, he was a colonel in this murderous regime that killed between 50 and 50,000 and 200,000 civilians in Somalia. They were fleeing Somalia by way of Kenya because that regime had fallen and now the poor people who had been obliterated by the regime were looking to exact some revenge. They had to flee because they were the equivalent of the Nazis over there. And the poor civilians who had been murdered by them, the family members of those who had wanted some revenge, we never would have given asylum to such a man. Never had we known that this was his background. So he had to claim he was an Omar, not an Elmi, not the big Colonel in this murderous regime. And he only could get half his family over with him. So that's number one. It looks like the dad lied about who he was in order to cover up his criminal history in Somalia. And we, we granted him asylum based on a lie from the look of it. And then her derivative citizenship allegedly granted when his was five years after that was also a lie. Neither of those would have been valid given the original lie. Now there's also more evidence that she wasn't a minor. You can't get derivative citizenship through your father's naturalization if you are of the age of majority, 18 or up. She originally had listed on her campaign website and campaign and election office website that she was a birthday that would have made her 18 at the time of naturalization, which is a problem for her. Her campaign went back, her team and scrubbed it and changed the date to make her 17. And now there's this. There's a new piece of evidence courtesy of Jim Garrity, very smart find, very good find from her book. Okay, hold on a sec. I've got to find it here. She listened to this, Michael. This is brand new. She gave it up in her book. She didn't mean to, but she did showing that she was 18, not 17 at the time of the naturalization. Hold on, here it is. I have so many notes to my team. Okay, this is via Jim Garrity. And this is via Elan Omar's own memoir in which she writes, quote, "I was eight years old when Civil War broke out in Somalia. And the title of the chapter is war, 1989 to 1991, Mogadishu, the very first line. I was eight years old when Civil War broke out in Somalia." Well, if she was. eight years old by her own math in 1989. Then let's just do the math together. Even I can do this math. 1989 minus eight is 1981, which would make her 19 in the year 2000 when she was naturalized. Not even 18. It would make her 19 in the year 2000. She gave it up in her memoir without doing the simple math. It's right there, black and white in her own words. >> And the crucial point on the statute of limitations here is that the statute of limitations, from my understanding, resets when you commit related offenses. And so the issue of the campaigners going right around the time of the election and changing her birth records means that you are now fraudulently changing your birth date and you're resetting the statute of limitations. On top of that, the federal government is going after her as part of a conspiracy, not just an isolated incident, but a broader fraudulent conspiracy. And so again, you're the one with the law degree, Megan. I don't have a law degree here, but just reading the reporting again and again, from a variety of outlets, looking at a variety of agencies and branches of the government that are investigating this. I don't see a way that she can wriggle herself out of it other than the naked exercise of power. Let's say the Democrats win the House and the Senate and let's say they win in 2028. I guess there's a way that they can drag this out long enough that somehow they'll keep Ilhan Omar here. But otherwise, they got to send him back to Mogadishu. >> Trump's got to get on this. This has to happen within the next two years. You cannot have someone who is not a citizen serving in the U.S. Congress period. That's separated apart from the deportation. But now we're talking about, okay, just going back to the father's alleged fraud when he tried to get in here and to our pal Jim Garrity of National Review. So he has the following post and you should read National Review Online because he gets into it in depth. But he writes, we are supposed to believe that Nur Omar Muhammad, again, the real name is Nur Said Elmi, a colonel in the Somali army, did only other unrelated tasks when all these horrors were being perpetrated by the same army. And none of his work during his entire career had anything to do with the ongoing genocide. As Friday's morning jolt, he writes that on National Review noted, according to the U.S. government, quote, "The term refugee does not include any person who ordered, incited, assisted, or otherwise participated in the persecution of any person on account of race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group or political opinion." And quote, again, this was an alleged genocide in Somalia. He would qualify as somebody who would not be given asylum. The additional wrinkle he writes in whether Ilan Omar obtained citizenship when her father became a citizen is the question of whether he ever qualified as a refugee. The odds of a long time Somali soldier who rose to the rank of colonel from the 1970s to 1991, who never quote, "ordered, incited, assisted, or otherwise participated in any persecution of the members of the ISAC tribe are exceptionally low." So that guy, may have committed war crimes, was certainly too high ranking in this army for us to ever given him true refugee status. He appears to have made up a fake name for him, tried to come under the wing of the Omar family along with his two daughters successfully. And that would have been fraudulent. The naturalization, if it happened, we can't find paperwork for it would have been fraudulent. Ilan Omar's derivative naturalization would have been fraudulent because she was 18 or now 19 according to her own written hand, her calculation of the dates saying she was eight when that civil war broke out and her own chapter puts that date at 1989. 1989 minus eight is 1989, 1981, which means by the time 2000 rolls around, you are at least 18 and more than likely, you are 19, you are 19. So in any event, there's that. Then there's the matter of the bruzz band and all the fraud she committed around him, including the following. I've been meaning to get to this. So one of the guys, Powerline has owned this, Scott Johnson, and another reporter, David Steinberg. And he posted, Steinberg did on X on October 22nd, quote, "I'm most proud of this, Ilan Omar find. Not long after Ilan swore eight times in her divorce filing from her bruzz band, she married him in 2009. They got divorced in 2007." Not long after she swore eight times in her divorce filing that she had no idea how to contact Ahmed, I proved via the source code of the website for her sister, Sarah Nora's company that he was working for Sarah, and quite easy to contact. This is what he proved and wrote about in 2019. Elmi's posts, the, the bruzz band, Ahmed Elmi, show he has lived in Nairobi, Kenya since between 1221, 18 and 114, 19. So he moved, he had been in the United States from much of the odds leading up to the late odds, you know, 18 or 19. Then he goes to Kenya where Ilan's sister had gone, Sarah North, the one who came to the United States with her. Guess she preferred Kenya. So he goes over to be with her. And Sarah Nora's company, he writes, is clearly located in Nairobi, not just somewhere in Kenya. Further, it's provable that Elmi had been meaning Ahmed Elmi, had been working for Nora, apparently helping out with her company website. Look for yourself, writes David Steinberg, visit and he gives you the URL. Then view the page of source code. You will see that Ahmed nor Said Elmi was logged into his personal Instagram account while he was creating the link to Nora's company Instagram account. And sure enough, he blew it up here where you can see in her greater source code on her company website. You can see username, Ahmed Elmi, screen name, Ahmed Instagram.com. He found, he proof that Ahmed Elmi was out there with Ilan's sister, the one she admits is her sister, Sarah Nora, who she admits has moved to Nairobi, Kenya, working on her website at a time when Ilan certified under penalties of perjury, seven times that she could not find or contact him. More fraud, each of these is an instance of fraud, Michael. And to your point, while the statute of limitations on that has run, if it's true that they're considering building a rico case against her where you've committed multiple instances of fraud in an ongoing criminal conspiracy with another, every other statute of limitations of those underlying acts of fraud are no longer relevant. They, it's, it's washed out and they're all fair game to prove you're running a fraud enterprise. And I'll bet you they have more and more timely acts in furtherance of this conspiracy. >> Of course, because once you commit fraud like this, you can never get out of it. You have to just continuously double down on it, which is great news for any potential prosecutors. This was the true dereliction of duty from Chris Hayes in that interview, which obviously was a softball interview. He, he, I almost felt bad for him because he really seemed to believe that she didn't marry her brother. And so as he teased it up, he says, ha, ha, these crazy Republicans, you know, they say you married your brother, but you totally didn't do that, right? And then she says, oh, oh, well, not my knowledge. Oh, and there's almost a surprise on his face. Wait a second. Hold on, or the Republicans right? But the obvious follow-up question is, okay, so you say you didn't, you didn't marry your brother. You haven't married any of your relatives to your knowledge. Okay, who was the guy? Just tell me anything about the second husband. >> Do you mean trying to follow? >> Did you consummate the marriage? >> Yeah, do you? I don't want to picture that with your brother, Ilhan, but I do want your answer on that. >> And he's gay. He's not just her brother. He's gay. >> Right. Yeah, she is not his type for a number of reasons. When you go through her marital history, it's like following Abbott and Costello who's on first. I mean, you really, I tried to cover it on my show the other day, this 10 year period or so. And I was getting tripped up with the timeline in front of me. It's very difficult to follow. >> Yeah. >> So any politician, forget about Somali, refugee status, claims of incestuous, non-consumated marriages, just any politician, Joe Blow running for Congress. If he had a marital history that was one tenth as complicated as Ilhan Omar's, he would get a question about that. Okay, the second husband's not your brother. Who is he? And she's never given an answer to that. >> No, she exactly right because no one will ask. I mean, if you, it doesn't take a lot of digging to figure out that she's lied repeatedly and that she's so comfortable lying, she can say it just in writing. Like prove it, prove it because there are reams of proof online that that's not true. Why were you calling a woman whose last name is Nursahid Elmi? Why were you calling her daughters your nieces? Why was the man who shares the same name and birth date as your husband calling your daughter his niece and also Leyla's daughters his nieces? Why did you call your own dad Nursahid instead of Mohammed Omar? What? Honestly, like, why doesn't some reporter ask Ask her any of these, show her the social media post. This is what's so infuriating. If let's go down the lane of, it isn't a lie. She's been telling the truth and we have misunderstood all of this evidence. Great. Okay. Okay. Great. Show me how. Show me how. If that's the case, then asking her these questions, Chris Hayes, is a gift to her. Because Michael Knowles, if I get you sitting down and I have purported proof, you married your sister from Somalia, who's been given asylum in the UK for a number of years. And I have all these social media posts that seem to support that. You will have zero trouble debunking them in about two seconds. >> Yes, I've never married Somalis of any kind, much less my sibling. So it should be easy enough to explain. And to your earlier point, Megan, I think part of the hesitation here is one. She's clearly caught herself in a bunch of crimes. And so she's way too deep in it now. We were talking about Rico, it's just like the Mafia. At a certain point, there's no way out. You just got to deny till you die, you have to double down on everything. But then let's say people do dig in here and they figure out who her father really is and who the brother really is and what the family really is. Well now all of a sudden, you have completely undercut her argument for asylum when she was supposedly a minor, even though she was actually probably not a minor when she got her citizenship. Because a lot of us believe that we have way too much asylum, it's way too abused. And so we're skeptical even of legitimate people receiving political asylum in America. But the whole point of asylum is that people who are politically persecuted have to have a place to go. You made the Nazi comparison earlier. Nobody thinks that we should be giving asylum to Eichmann, right? Nobody believes, right now we accept white Afrikaners from South Africa because some of the political parties in South Africa are increasingly genocidal in their rhetoric. Well, at the very least I think we can all agree we should not be offering asylum to the people threatening genocide. We should not, in other words, be offering asylum to the perpetrators. That undermines the whole basis of asylum, even if you accept our current asylum regime. So she would end up basically with no support whatsoever if she gives up on any of the lies that that she has here. And so it's now up to the federal government to show that this is a broader web of lies, a broader web of fraud that connect all these various aspects from the father to the brother to the husband. But I repeat myself to the first husband to whom she remained married even during the second marriage. And you know, this is all part of a broader picture if she loses any piece of it. The whole thing crumbles. She was so bold as to file joint tax returns with husband number one, the father of her children, while she was legally married, and I use that term legally questionably because you're not allowed to legally marry your brother. But anyway, while she was technically legally married to the brother, like she knew it was a scam. She was like counting on the federal government to not pay attention to the fact that the only husband she went through the legal ceremony with and all it takes to get married is a wedding certificate, a marriage certificate, and a ceremony of some type. And she did both of those with her brother, her alleged brother, Ahmed. She never did the wedding certificate with husband number one, her C, until after she had divorced her brother. But and by the way, it's no accident now that the brother in 2018, 2019, flees to Nairobi. Because now she's been a state representative for two years and she's running for the U.S. Congress. And very clearly, Michael, he needed to get the hell out of dodge so that he couldn't be asked these tough questions. And now he's over a, over sees writing dissertations about how gay he is. I mean, truly, like I'm not joking about all of his, the gay diaspora and gay this and gay that there's no, and he is, you take one look at him and you can tell he's gay. He's very flamboyant. And the reports are actually that, that their father, who came first with Elon and the sister Sarah, sent for Ahmed to get the, to get the hell over to the United States because he didn't approve of his Muslim son's behavior over there in the UK. I guess the older sister, Layla, who was raising him was a little too permissive. So the dad, Mohammed was like, yo, you're coming to Minnesota. He was reportedly enrolled in the high school there under his real name, Ahmed Norsaheed Elmi with a birth date that would wind up mirroring exactly the name and birth date of the man that Ilan Omar would marry. Okay, so all of this is so, it's amazing. I actually kind of feel like a maze that I can just now say it off the top of my head because it is so convoluted. And they did it intentionally to confuse everybody. But it's like I said, just kick it off. The, the news is tightening. The legal news is tightening no matter what sort of weird Somali terrorist lyrics she wants to post. Well, that's, that's a big part of the key to is not only did they commit this fraud or the father committed the fraud or this other person committed the fraud. Everyone was involved and everyone knew down to sending the light and the loafers brother back to Nairobi down to the congressional staff changing the dates on these birth documents for Ilhan Omar. It does also show you a point on assimilation and migration though. It's, it's charming almost that this Somali Muslim father thought that the best way to DeGay, the son was to bring him to the United States in the 21st century. You know, we, we do a lot of pride stuff here. I love this idea. I know what we will do. We will send the young man to San Francisco. Good Catholic city named after St. Yes, that will DeGay him. That probably is not going to work. This is Russian. That is a Russian ex. I can't do that. I do a job at the hot impression when I try to do Somali and it's way too offensive. So I won't even attempt it. But clearly it didn't work to correct the issues of the son. And to your point, the timelines are just too perfect. He leaves the, the U.S. Justice his sister wife is, which they do have sister wives. I mean like this in a literal sense, his sister who was also his wife was gaining some prominence. The astounding thing about this whole story is the brazenness, the audacity to think that she could get away with it. You know, if you're living in this obvious fraud, don't you think you would just live a quiet life? And you know, I don't know, go make her or something. Yes. The audacity to say, thank you. Our system is so weak now. It is so right with fraud that this woman she's going to be mouthy. She's going to be an activist. She's going to make demands. She's going to get a seat in the U.S. Congress and you dumb Americans aren't going to figure it out. And even if you do, you're not going to do anything about it. It's just that alone is so offensive as an American that I really, really want to see her deported. It's unbelievable. I want to keep going because there's other things I want to hit with you. Vivek Ramaswamy is still kind of under fire for his ad using the mother of his opponent, Amy Acton, who I believe is a serial liar and a very, very emotionally unregulated person. I mean, honestly, she is way too fragile and weak and emotional to be a corporate leader. She never mind a leader of an entire state. The people of Ohio do not do this to yourself. Like Vivek is, I think he's a billionaire. He's at least a hundred millionaire, many hundreds of millions. He knows how to make money. He knows how to run a company. He knows how to turn things around economically. She knows nothing. She knows how to cry under her desk when she has to give a pre-written statement about COVID, which is what her staff reported per the Washington Examiner. So this woman's, she's too much of a mess to ever be a chief executive of a state. But he unleashed that ad and he was on Fox and Friends today and was asked about it. And here's what he said. You never start a fight, but if you find yourself in one, you finish it and you have to stand for what is right and what is true. They've attacked me. They've defamed my mother to media silence. It's unbelievable. And yet at the same time, they'll trot out anything to attack a Republican. We're standing for truth. And so the irony is, they're lying about an ad that was about her lying. The fact of the matter is I am running against somebody who is crazy, unstable and dishonest. And even more importantly, they represent crazy and unstable and dishonest ideas. This is a fork in the road for the future of Ohio. And if they actually believe these are unfair attacks, you know what my opponent would be doing? You agree to show up on a debate with me as I agreed to and CNN and NBC. She is hiding because they want to lie and then deflect the accountability. And he pointed out in this appearance that it was Amy Acton's campaign who attacked his mother first that he did not, as we say, you know, when I don't want to start the fight, but I will finish it. And sure enough, it's true. We found the statement in which they went after his mom. She's a researcher, a medical researcher in her own right. And of course, Vivek made a lot of his money off of these drugs, including an Alzheimer's drug that he brought to market. I think with an IPO. And then he cashed out and he made a bunch of money. But the complaint was that the, the, the regular folks didn't make money off of it because the drug did not pan out. We have not solved Alzheimer's sadly. But whatever. There are a lot of people who play the market this way and say, it's up to you. If you want to try your luck on this IPO and you want to see if this drug pans out in an event, they went after his mother repeatedly saying she didn't have the skills that she basically was just his puppet and sort of blessed this drug for her son. So I'm sure he didn't enjoy that much. And so there's the, the left is still sort of clutching the pearls over this ad. Like, how could you invite them? Vivek is out there repeatedly saying, the ad has my opponent's mother saying she's a liar. That's what we're accusing her of, like you people are bringing into it. The fact that she was allegedly a sexual abuse victim by the father, the mother stood by the father, stepfather. What we think is interesting about this ad is that mother says she's got a lifelong history of lying. So what do you make of it? >> So there are two vantages into the ad and I see people confusing the two of them. So one is the way that this is going to be talked about at the political scientist convention 10 years from now, which is over the wisdom of putting out the ad or the response to the ad. The real malpractice from the ad makers was that they didn't realize that Amy Acton already had a response in the can. She was anticipating this attack because by the way, Vivek didn't start this. The mother, the Australian mother, has been talking about this for six years now. So the Acton campaign from the polysci operative standpoint, the Acton campaign was very impressive because they already had a response to it in the can and they were able to make the media cycle about backlash and all the rest of it. But can we just speak for a minute about the actual government of Ohio? I know we're not supposed to talk about issues or competence or intelligence in a campaign, but the campaign is really about who is going to give Ohio the best government? Who is going to be conducive to the common good? Yes, there are all sorts of mean, tough, brutal ads in political campaigns. We've been talking about that since not just Willie Horton, but for all of history, the whole history of politics. The question is, who is going to lead Ohio best? When it comes to Vivek, I've known Vivek a long time. Vivek has been a very impressive guy the whole time I've known him and he's very intelligent, he's very successful, he's very disciplined, he's very ambitious, he's very normal as far as highly successful people can be normal. He's very normal and that's what he's running on. He's running on making Ohio better for business, better for your pocketbook, better for your constitutional rights and your civil liberties. And he's running against this woman who was the COVIDs are. She was actually the face of locking down civil liberties and business and our freedoms and our way of life. So this should be a pretty obvious dichotomy here. And then on top of it, here Vivek talking about it a lot, this is a woman who refuses to debate any of the real issues. So then getting back to the polysci operative, a horse race of politics, yeah, okay, the operative scored a win here because they're trying to change the conversation and make it about emotions and make it about personal feelings and personal histories and all the rest, okay, have added. But politics is supposed to be about government and issues and the acting campaign has absolutely nothing there. And the policies that the acting campaign supports are deeply unpopular. They're horrible for Ohio, they're horrible for America. The American voters rejected those kinds of issues roundly in the 2024 presidential election. And so any act and she's going to run away from the debates all day long. She's going to try to make this personal and emotional. And I would just say to voters, whatever you feel emotionally, this is about a lot more than that. What kind of government do you want to live under? Who do you think is best able to run that? Is it going to be the lady who cracked under pressure, screwed up your whole state and refuses to debate her about it all the time, according to colleagues? Or is it going to be literally in the fetal position unable to go deliver the remark? I mean, like that's, you can't have it. I'm sorry, a woman kind cannot handle any more stories like that about a female leader. And not to mention that the cops showing up at her house, not once, but twice, 2013, 2019, I don't know who called them on call number one in 13. But in 2019, maybe I screwed that up, it was the daughter in 2013 and in 2019. She and the husband had some sort of a vicious argument to the point where she was allegedly according to the police report, pulling the mirror down off the walls, smashing it. Her team leader said, she bumped it, she bumped, okay, sure. I'm 55 years old in my entire life, the cops have never come to my home, never. It doesn't, most people have an experience where the cops never come. It's very weird that she's so emotionally unregulated, they've been at her house, not once, but twice in the past decade or so. And in that police report, they said she was on prescription drugs and drinking both, okay. So that's a bad combo too. And not for nothing, Michael, this woman sounds like she's drunk whenever she's out there speaking. I don't know what's going on. She has a speech impediment or there's something else. But it happened again this weekend, listen, because together, we are going to take on this swimming in this whole access and we will win, we will win. I think she said, Vic, Ramaswamy there. Can we hear it one more time? Can we just replay that? Because together, we are going to take on this swimming in this whole access and we will win. We will win. Mr. Ramaswamy, and this is not a one-off, Michael, she always sounds like this. You're waiting for the hiccup, I mean, you're waiting for what seems to be the officer problem. It's very strange speech. And so if the response to the advertisement, which, you know, the advertisement is launched in the final days of the campaign after the acting campaign refuses to debate any issues at all, if the response to the advertisement is, well, you know, she had this very horrible upbringing and, you know, this very pitiful, you know, sympathetic situation. And then you say, okay, well, yeah, there, there's a lot of family dysfunction here. You can say, okay, you don't believe the mother. And then that the daughter then was calling the police on Amy Acton and the husband and this. Okay, you say, all right, I guess this lady's got a very dysfunctional family. It's very sad. We should pity them. We should pray for them. You all, all of those sorts of things, but why are we allowing this family dysfunction to be the decisive factor in the race? And why are we only focusing on parts of it, not other parts of it? And can we, are we still mature enough, are we still capable of self government to talk about the, the various issues? Because if Amy Acton is going to keep leaning into family dysfunction as the driving factor in the race, I don't know if I'm an Ohio voter, I say, listen, lady, whether I feel sorry for you or whatever, um, what are you going to do for my wallet, for my sovereignty, for my rights, for my businesses, for my, for my, for my, I have problems with my own. And they have the problems of the room before we leave this topic, I do want to play Trump. He came out swinging for Vivek on this last, I think it was Friday here. It is in sat 28. Why should anyone listen to what the mother has to say? Well, I know nothing about it. All I know is the mother said very bad things about Acton, who I guess is running for a governor against Vivek. And all I can say is Vivek is great. And I know one thing, if my mother said bad about me, it would be a major disaster, that's for sure. I don't know what it is, but I guess the mother has said very bad things about the one who's running for governor. And I think you have to take that seriously. If there's anything you can't paint at, it should be off limits. I know one thing, if my mother said that about me, it would be, you would have hit gold. You would have been very happy about it. So I know nothing about it other than the mother said horrible things about a person that's running for governor of a great state, a great state. And if it's even a little bit true, you don't want her as governor. I'm sorry, Michael, but how true is that? You think these same people, these media pundits and the David Frenches of a world of the world, all these people are writing these horror, oh my God, horrified by this ad would have had one problem with it. If they could have gotten Trump's mom on camera saying that stuff about him, how many times did we have to see Mary Trump all over cable news, trying to psychiatrically diagnose him? They all gave her carte blanche to come on and do that. But now they're just horrified that they brought somebody's family into the campaign in this way. >> That's what Trump is talking about here is even less the ad than the media response. Because yes, for 10 years, 10 years plus now, every time Trump's third cousin twice removed complaints that he didn't buy a raponi for her eighth birthday, this is major news and evidence that Trump is a total amateur. >> The way I look at it is, there are plenty of voters who are going to hear the story of Amy Acton and her response to this advertisement. And they're going to feel great pity for her and they're going to say, you know, she did have a rotten childhood and you know, she did have a lot of problems and she still has some problems. And yeah, I do kind of feel bad for Amy Acton. But you know what, Amy Acton is just not fit to be governor. And this whole side show and this whole distraction is further underlying the point. You can feel bad for maybe you buy her cup of coffee if you see her on the street. But this is not the kind of lady that has the temperament, that has the judgment. And certainly that has the policy agenda and the ideology to be governor. You can feel sorry for people who have no business being in politics. And I think for the media and Ohio voter, I think that's Amy Acton and I think that anybody who reasonably ascertains what the real issues are in the race, along with judgment and intelligence and all the rest, I think they're probably going to pull the lever for a vague as they should. In the minute we have left predictions on these midterms. You know, I'm an optimistic guy. That's not true. I'm not an optimistic guy. But I'm a hopeful guy because hope is a theological virtue and a fact. hope means that you're neither an app. to miss Nora pessimists. So looking ahead, it's going to be a big challenge. I'm really, really concerned. All of the forces right now are arrayed against the conservatives and against Republicans. The best thing that we have going for us is that this is the most radical slate of Democrat candidates we have ever seen in our country. They are openly out for revenge. A sitting Democrat senator said that she wants to persecute every Republican she can find to the point that teenagers are afraid even to volunteer to work for a Republican politician or president. That's the threat against. She's despicable. I don't want to put money down on it because that money will be confiscated anyway if the Democrats win and send me to the gulag. Well, today we have a little bit of an uptick when it comes to the Republicans chances across the polling gurus. So that's something and more and more people acknowledging that the Republicans tend to have a three point about hitting vote on a lot of these elections. So if that all pans out, they should hold the Senate at least. Michael knows a pleasure. Thank you. Great to see you, Megan. And maybe you will be sharing your story with them and with me soon too. We want to bring you the latest now on Thomas Markle, the father of Megan Markle, now known as Megan Sussex, Duchess of Sussex. She would want me to tell you that so much broke over the weekend in this case. I hardly know where to begin. Here is, I guess, where we'll start. Our own reporting for you exclusive to the MK show on the role that our FBI is now taking in the case. We are informed by officials in the know that the FBI is not in the lead on this investigation since all of the alleged child sexual abuse material said to have been found on Thomas Markle's devices from phones to laptops to computers and books and pictures, etc. We're found in the Philippines. So the Philippines are in the lead. They have his laptop. They have his computer. The FBI is, however, working with Filipino authorities on it. It's not in our possession. It's in theirs. They are looking into whether Thomas Markle Sr. ever traveled to the United States with that laptop or phone or any of the other problematic devices. Again, the Philippines taking the lead. The FBI's Tampa office and criminal division is working on this case. So the United States FBI is involved in investigating this. They are also considering the evidence at FBI HQ. They could. They are open-minded to and considering the possibility of a US search warrant for Mr. Markle's American residences and or devices if enough evidence is presented forensically, proving that that may be present. They can't storm his apartment based on stuff that was found in boxes in the basement of a Philippines. A storage facility or home, depending on who you ask. But the FBI, I mean, trust me, if they have probable cause to believe this guy had child sexual abuse material on any device here in his Florida residence where he's staying right now. He's in a rehab slash nursing home or on his devices. They they are very open-minded to going down there, getting a warrant and seizing it. So they are in a supportive role at the moment, but very interested since this is this is a this is a US citizen who is allegedly not only looking at child sexual abuse material, meaning, you know, we used to call it kitty porn, which was not a good name. It's good they changed it. But you know what I'm talking about, illicit pictures of young children very young, according to the reports, 10 and under. And then it morphed from that to a report in the Sun over the weekend that it was not just images that Thomas Markle is allegedly seen committing the sexual abuse of a minor, a young Asian girl, possibly in the Philippines, where he's been living on some of the negatives that were found by his son, Thomas Jr. That's according to junior, who says he saw it himself and said it was horrifying and said, yeah, that he saw the image himself and was sickened by it. Here's him expanding on what he found from just the child's sexual abuse material to at least one or two of his father actually in the pictures with this young Asian girl, sat eight. So amongst all these books, the Lewis Carroll photographer of young children for nude studies hidden amongst the pages was a series of negative, the negative film from 35 millimeter film. The man in that image, that's my dad. And then just for verification, there was two of his old expired driver's licenses from California in the boxes as well and side by side comparison, that's Thomas Markle in his late 40s or 50s. He needs the answer for this. People like this need to be taken off the street. No matter who they are, famous, not famous, dad, it doesn't matter who you are. Now his sister, Samantha Markle and Tom Jr and Samantha Markle are the half siblings of Megan Markle. They were the children of Thomas Markle's first wife, who we now know is the person who wrote the letter about Thomas Markle senior to the Metropolitan Police in London shortly after Megan married Harry. But in any event, I'll get to that in a second. We know as of this hour that Samantha Markle is still taking aim at her brother, who you just saw in her there in that clip. Thomas Jr. saying, you can't believe what he says. He has an extra grind. Thomas senior cut him off financially within the past six months or so. He's very angry, angry. He's bitter. And there's a very good chance that he's doing this out of spite. She's also pointing out that her father has not been with these problematic devices in years because they were in some storage facility or they're in the basement of the, she says storage facility. Markle Jr says they were in his home, Markle senior's home. But she says her dad hasn't been with them and anybody could have inserted these problematic images on these devices for whatever purposes of their own and that him being a country away, a world away from the devices for so long because he's been in Pennsylvania for some of that time. He's been back in Florida for the better part of the last year. He did have the leg removal surgery in December 2025 in the Philippines. So he was in the Philippines at least 11, 10 or 11 months ago. But that's the sister's defense. And she's threatening the Sun publication, some newspaper in the UK, which broke this story with a defamation lawsuit. The father himself has come out and it explicitly said absolutely not. These are lies. I'll read you his specific denials as we go through this. But he is offering to take a lie detector test saying absolutely not. He's never touched an underage child, never would. He knows this is the worst thing you could ever accuse anybody of. But in the context of that happening, we also get a report that allegedly they found these the child sex abuse material on his computers was uploaded in 2014 and 2020 because it appears that Thomas Jr. had some sort of forensic examination done in connection with the tabloids because it's the sun that's reporting that they appear to have looked at this themselves. What he says happened was he went to the storage facility or he says it was in Thomas Michael's house. He was looking for a phone so he could give it to a Filipino girlfriend of his and he is shown walking online with a Filipino girlfriend who I have to say herself looks like a little girl, but she might, I mean, I'm not trying to be provocative here. She might be like a midget or like a dwarf. She seems extremely small, oddly small, but with a more mature face. So I don't know what's going on there. Maybe it's just a normal Filipino who's extremely small. But anyway, the sun's been living in the Philippines too. And he says he was going to the dad's basement to get a phone for his Filipino girlfriend. Why would you need to do that? Why do you need to get an old discarded phone of your dad's from a basement stash for your girlfriend? All of it's a little weird. Now, if you don't have any money, getting a phone is tough. And maybe he just knew I know there are discarded phones in there. But using them, he's in a Florida rehab/nursing home. Let's go. I don't know. Something's very fishy about the way he stumbled upon these four boxes. To me, it could just be maybe he knew about the dad's problem. And like his sister didn't come forward about it. But that whole thing of like I was searching through the boxes until I could find the old phone for the girlfriend sounds a little weird. That's just my opinion. I don't know. Now there is a lengthy, lengthy report in the sun about all the inventory that they took. I mean, it goes on and on from Thomas Markle's home, four boxes, black computer keyboard. I'm just going to read you a couple selection of family photos, asserted letters, notebooks, papers, family photographs, thank you card, credit card, plastic ziplock bag containing Lewis Carroll book. You heard Thomas Jr describing that 31 negatives plus two smaller negatives with pictures of Markle senior and a girl. Two of Thomas Markle senior's drivers licenses, six DVDs, three SD cards, hard drives, another hard drive, nine mobile phones, including LG phone containing child abuse images, family photographs, five magazines, some containing sexual content, two movie CDs, 11 books, including child abuse images, two Mexican coins, Bank of America checkbook, confession of a doctor with Victorian postcards, including beast reality image, three nude photographs of older women or an older woman, Brown envelope containing Emmy award certificates. The father was an Emmy award winning lighting director in California for his career, 11 books including some with child abuse images and so on and so forth. You get the picture, but in every box, there are personal effects, sometimes report cards of Meghan Markle, correspondence with Meghan Markle and her dad and then separate in a part, but also in the same box or on the same hard drive, alleged child sexual abuse material. And a report, as I mentioned, that they appear to be saying that they've done a forensic analysis, the Filipino authorities are still conducting theirs with the help of the FBI, but the journalists seem to be reporting that they have confirmed the items, the child sexual abuse material was downloaded in 2014 and 2020. So that's something, okay, this is what they're reporting here in the sun. According to the sun, Thomas Jr., a torrent of unspeakable filth appeared the moment the first drive sparked into life on a screen, rows of icons linking to pictures and videos of children as young as toddlers being subjected, forgive me, this is disturbing, to depraved acts by pedophiles were laid out across the desktop. An IT specialist helped access the data properties of some of the images. And now that I think about it, I do recall that Thomas Markle said when he saw these images, he first called everyone, like from the FBI, to the Philippine authorities, to state authorities, I think he said in Florida, and he said nobody called him back. And so after a couple of weeks, I think it was the time frame, he then called an IT specialist to come over and be like, start looking at these with him. He didn't want to be like alone dealing with this stuff. And so here the sun is reporting that an IT specialist helped access the data properties of some of the images. They showed that all the files viewed were downloaded, as I said, in 2014 and 2020. Markle senior and his son, Thomas Junior, had been estranged for years before rekindling their relationship in Rosarito, Mexico in 2021. Okay. So after all those downloads, before Thomas Junior became Thomas senior's carer following his dad's stroke. So the point is simply, this stuff was downloaded before Thomas Junior was even back in his dad's life. If any files had been added to the drives, the download date would have been recorded after January 1, 2025, when the pair made their fresh start in the Philippines. The sun's text source said the most serious child sex images on the hard drives were all downloaded before Markle senior and Markle junior came here. The downloads we saw all predate their arrival in the Philippines. If anything had been put on the computers while they were here in the Philippines, the download dates would be showing 2025 or 2026 and that was definitely not the case. Now as that happens, the Filipino authorities are basically throwing Thomas Markle senior under the bus. They have come out and said that they're pretty sure I want to get the exact quote in front of me. There's so much here, there's just so much. But I'll paraphrase now as I look. It was essentially that they, it looks rather damning for him basically, that they, right now it looks like the worst of the worst. Here it is. The Philippine minister. I mean, honestly, I've got like 12 pages, single space to, to glean from here. All signs, this is via the guardian. All signs point to Thomas Markle senior being a possible, this, I'm quoting here, a possible sex offender of the grossest kind. And they cite the official Philippine interior minister, John Vick Remula. In these cases where family disputes are mixed up, we have to consider all the angles. But right now, all signs point to a possible sex offender of the grossest kind. We want to be sure before we release the findings, the forensics data will be complete in a week. Please give us a week to determine the contents and to come up with a definitive picture. We will release a statement then, the FBI said in a statement on Friday, it was aware of the allegations and would provide support as appropriate to the Philippine authorities. You will also investigate any related allegations of federal violations of U.S. law, and you heard my own reporting on the extent of that, what they're prepared to do, and what they're thinking about doing at the top of this hour. So, and again, to reiterate, Thomas Markle senior denies all of this and is adamant that this is made up. And I'll read you some of that, okay, because I'm going, I'm going someplace. We're going to get to Meghan Markle's comments. She's already revised the statement she put out last week. And here is what he says, according to the daily mail. The father in the wake of this scandal, Thomas senior, has confessed to paying for sex in the Philippines, but denies sleeping with underage girls. Thomas Markle vowed to, quote, do whatever it takes, unquote, to clear his name after being accused of sickening child sex crimes, telling the mail on Sunday, quote, "I have never had sex with anyone under the age of 18." The 82 year old admitted that when he was single, he traveled to the Philippines at least twice and, quote, slept with prostitutes, adding quote, "I like Asian women, but that is not a crime." He said he would willingly speak to investigators and take a lie detector test to demonstrate his innocence. He believes his son, Tom Jr., who reported him to police is possibly behind the explosive letter. That must be a reference to the letter that was sent to authorities back in 2019. There's no letter that's been released in this update, the information that broke on Friday. He says, let's see, the books among the Horde discovered, described as pornographic are about nothing, says Thomas Markle, senior, nothing more than Hollywood history and photography. When he child abuse images found on his computer were planted, he says, to destroy his reputation before he dies. I am not well enough to go to the Philippines, but I will speak to anyone who wants to talk to me. I have nothing to hide. I am an innocent man, and she gave me no chance to defend myself. I've been asking to see my grandchildren before I die. Now, I'm just going to say that we know from Phil Houston, the Human Line Detector's CIA deception detection expert who created the deception detection method being used by the CIA, the FBI, the Secret Service and law enforcement across this country. He's that guy. This is his area of expertise that one of the things liars do when caught is they don't know exactly what you know. They haven't seen exactly what you've seen. He doesn't know exactly what's been found in that basement, et cetera. So they will give just enough to cover their bases, such that I think Phil calls it the lie within the lie, like they'll give a little. And to me, this, okay, I paid for sex with Filipino prostitutes, feels like that. I'm gonna give a little, because I'm gonna give a little little little little little. I might have to, if you're telling me there's an image of me in a sex act with some Asian person. But I'm telling you, it wasn't a girl. It was just a prostitute. Now that could also be true. I don't know whether he's a liar. I find the IT expert's statements about these images were uploaded in 2014 and 2020 to be very damning if true. That's not a disgruntled son with whom he's had a falling out in the last six months. That's when Markle Sr. was, we believe, with the devices, laptop, computer, phones, etc. And didn't have a problem with the son. I mean, there's the son been playing a game for 12 years, surreptitiously uploading images onto his dad's devices, his phones and like, this is just, it's a lot to ask us to believe. For over, the father has already basically been caught in a lie here. I will tell you that earlier, we know the father denied ever having paid for sex to the national inquirer in 2018, October 2018. This is what happened. His wife, his first wife, who again is the one, and I'll get to this, we believe wrote that letter to the Metropolitan Police in 2019 pointing the finger at him as an alleged child, sexual abuse consumer, etc. Has spoken out about how terrible he is in the past without naming this. And there's a page six is reporting that she spoke to the mirror, a UK publication, about their tumultuous marriage back in May of 2019. Now, that's an interesting date because May of 2019 is five months after January of 2019, and the new revised timeline on this thing is it was January of 2019 that someone wrote a letter to the Metropolitan Police and Royal Protection Services in, within, all within Scotland yard in the UK saying he's a child sexual predator. So this, what happened in May of 2019 is his first wife, the mother of Tom Jr. and Samantha Markle. Her name is Rosalind Loveless. She's since passed away. She died in 2024, but Rosalind went and gave an interview to the mirror, a UK publication, in May, okay, 2019. So this would have been after she wrote her alleged letter within Scotland yard. And she publicly described to the mirror, her ex-husband as an awful father, who should never be allowed to see her to meet his grandson, only Archie had been born by this point. Speaking to the mirror about their tumultuous marriage, Loveless alleged that Tom Jr. cheated on her, including with one of her relatives, subjected her to abusive, foul mouthed outbursts and withheld money to the point that she resorted to shoplifting food. She also spoke about his drug use. Knowing Tom as I do, quote, "Megan would be a fool to have him in her life," she said. Repeatedly, he has shown to Megan he cannot be trusted. She must know that now. I speak not out of bitterness, my life moved on many years ago, but out of concern. She added Archie deserves to be brought up in a happy home, not in this vengeful situation that has been created. Tom was an awful father. What makes him think he'll be a great grandfather to Archie. Although she said he was never violent, Loveless alleged that he would, quote, often lose his temper, end quote, whenever asked for help to feed the kids or by diapers, he would scream, get a fucking job. And then last, she said, Loveless also spoke of Thomas Sr.'s cocaine use. She alleged, which she says he acknowledged, oh, no, which they are reporting. He did acknowledge in an interview with the national inquirer in October, 2018. This is how he acknowledged it. Quote, in the industry, I worked in back in the 70s and 80s. There was cocaine around a lot and I'm sure that I had an occasional sniff of cocaine, he said. Thomas Sr. also said he had traveled to the Philippines and frequented the now defunct Playboy Club in Manila's Red Light District. He denied paying for sex. That's back in October of 2018. And now we have him going on the record saying, I paid for sex in the far east, but I'm no child abuser via the daily mail. So look, this is, this smells to high heaven. To me, his denials smell to high heaven. I strongly suspect him and I'm not finding these denials persuasive at all, but that's just my opinion. I have no idea what actually went down here. If this was some setup, it was rather elaborate and it would have had to be going on for years. Now, it is a little odd that Rosalind spoke out about him with cocaine use and like an abuser and at the point where like I couldn't eat food and all that and didn't even hint around this issue that was so severe in her mind. She raised it with Scotland Yard five months earlier and I've got to tell you something. As a reporter, I can tell you that at a minimum, that seems like something she would have said to the mirror, like on background or off the record, like FYI, you should look into this too. I don't want to say this on the record. So I don't want to get sued, et cetera, but you should be looking into whether he's a child sex, sex predator. I'd really like to hear the mirror speak to that, the person who did that interview with the mirror should tell us whether she's since she's passed now. She said anything about that in that interview, but in any event back to Rosalind, it has now been revealed that she is the one who wrote the letter to the Metropolitan Police and their Royal Protection Unit, not as Meghan Markle claimed in the summer of 2018, but in January of 19. We believe that's when her letter was dated. But the Metropolitan Police are saying is that it was January of 19 that they did show this letter to Meghan Markle. So that's what they're saying. I don't know exactly. What they say is that, hold on, I want to get it exactly, the date discrepancy here, I'm reading there's so many UK publications. This is the Sunday Times, I believe, saying the Metropolitan Police share the information with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in early 2019. They did not share it with the wider royal household. Buckingham Palace has declined to comment on the matter. They said, let's say, the police said that they received this letter in January 2019. OK, so the cops got it from Rosalind in 2019, January 2019. They showed it to Meghan and Harry, same date, early 2019, January 2019. So I mean, that's convenient, but whatever. For now, Buckingham Palace has plausible deniability that they didn't know anything about this. Then answering the question, why did the Met Metropolitan Police not pass on the allegations to other forces? Scotland Yards said that the letter contained a number of claims about alleged offending outside the United Kingdom. A Metropolitan Police investigation was not launched. The force admitted it had not passed the letter on to authorities overseas. Because at this time in January of 19, Thomas Markle was living in Mexico, Rosarita, Mexico. I mean, I'm just going to say all that sketchy is held to. What American goes and lives in Rosarita, Mexico? And then the Philippines with a couple of trips to Thailand mixed in there. I'm sorry, but there's a reason grown adult men love to spend their time not in California, which is where they're from. But in the Philippines in Thailand, like, come on, be honest, it's sketchy as hell. So a Met investigation was not launched. Why not? This is one of the questions the Met must answer. Why upon receiving a letter like that from the guy's first wife, remember, then he married Doria Raglan, whose Megan's mother, and they divorced after about 10 years. So what does Doria Raglan know, too? Like, I'd love to hear that answered. What about Doria? The first wife knows all this stuff, but Doria, what does she know? Like what? She knew nothing. She didn't. The first wife never told her any of this. I mean, usually the ex-wife is pretty bitter. If she knew stuff like that, she'd go right to the second wife and say, "Yo, especially now that you have a daughter together, you need to know about his pension for little girls." So like, that's one of the other questions. And why didn't the Met call authorities in Mexico, or in the United States, where Markle was a citizen, or eventually in the Philippines? Why didn't they have any eyes on him whatsoever understanding? He is the grandfather of two heirs to the British throne. I mean, truly, God forbid there's some hideous, plain crash, arch She is the heir to the British throne. Why wouldn't they have been keeping an eye on his maternal grandfather and making sure if he was a child sex predator, he was under investigation and nabbed. Yes, in Mexico or the US or the Philippines, it's very weird. The Met is now reviewing its own handling of the matter and considering whether a referral to the independent office for police conduct is necessary. Let me short form your investigation. It is, it is. There is no excuse for not relaying these concerns. What the hell went on here? Truly, was this some sort of a palace directive, they're saying they had no knowledge of it, but to bury this, so I keep this kind of a family scandal buried? Was it a directive by, you know, the Sussexes who are claiming they put so much stock in this, they never investigated for it at the next eight years? And that's what leads me to this piece of the story. Meghan Markle had to come out and revise the statement that she issued on Friday of which we were quite critical you may remember. And my own theory immediately, as I said at the time, was that she was so determined. I mean, what person upon learning that their father has been outed as a possible pedophile child sex abuser rushes to issue a statement saying, I knew, I knew. And therefore your criticisms of me, not one he's spent time with him, were totally boneheaded. You were too mean whose instincts are to do that? I mean, everybody, lay people, journalists, everybody knows the proper response to a hideous piece of news like that is deeply distressed, can't issue further comment while the investigation plays out will definitely have more to say later. That's, that's it. You guys know that as well as I do. She's so obsessed with her image in the public eye that she had to like and she fucking hates the media so much because they don't write nice things about her now. Even though they did universally nice things in the first couple of years that she had to rush out and try to rub the media's noses in it. You were wrong. I was right to keep my kids away from him. I knew things you didn't know. You morons while not realizing while she was exonerating herself on the charge of G, you're kind of mean to your dad. She was impugning herself on the charge of you knew there was a child sex abuser running around and you did nothing to stop it for eight years. What the hell? So now she's having to deal with that and she is clearly having her defense placed strategically in different publications on why she did nothing. I'm going to tell you what she's saying after we take this quick break. We've all heard those radio ads about owing money to the IRS. They try to scare the you know what out of you and push you into calling out a fear. But tax relief advocates takes a different approach. If you owe the IRS $5,000, $50,000 or even $500,000, TRA has real solutions to fix your tax problem. You don't lose hope, TRA can often reduce or completely eliminate what you owe. Their focus is taxes and helping people and businesses resolve IRS problems. They have more than 1,000 five star Google reviews and an A plus rating from the better business bureau. You no longer have to fear the IRS generous relief programs exist right now that can give you a clean slate. So act today go to TRA.com that's TRA.com or call 800 575 6 845 again 800 575 6 845 tax relief advocates real solutions for real people. Okay, so trying to keep this all straight. There is a lot to keep track of here but so you've got you've got the father denying it and he's offering to take a lie detector test. But the son is very explicit that it's all true and he found it and it was the most horrifying thing he's ever seen in his life. Here's just a little description. This is again Thomas Markle Jr. talking exclusively to the son in sought five. I turned it on and I'm looking at the contacts and yeah, there was like, I don't know 10, 12 contacts on there and a little bit of a call log. So I said that's not big of a deal. So I went to the photos and the videos and it said four images or four, four items. And so I clicked on them and I almost came near drop the phone and threw it away because I couldn't believe what I was looking at. The most horrific video of a very young Asian girl couldn't be more than 10 years old doing horrific sexual acts. A 15 minute video and then four other images. It was just, I almost threw up on the spot and I was in shock and I was shaking at that point. The most obscene disgusting, the lowest of the low images slash mixed up with videos and photos and just countless and there's thousands and thousands of them on the one hard drive and it's just something that you can never unsee. I had never even thought that this kind of stuff is out there in existence. But apparently, the dark web holds a lot of secrets. I've never seen anything like it and I can, you know, it's, and then this is my father's material. At this point, I realized the extent of the legal, I mean, the law-breaking material, I mean, it's just the illegal content here was just so extensive that the lawyers need to be called immediately. And that's what happened. Hmm. Very dark. So here is what we need to get to Megan's piece and all of this. She issues the statement last week saying, I was told in summer of 18, no sooner does she do that than the Metropolitan Police comes out and says, we did give her a heads up after we got this letter from Rosalind, but it was not in the summer of 2018. It was in January of 19. So her team comes out and well, she issues a statement clarifying the timeline, saying she may have been mistaken by a few months that she was shown this letter. She said her, her spokesperson told GB News, quote, in recalling events for more than seven years ago without the benefit of a diary entry or contemporaneous record, it is understandable that she may have been mistaken by a few months. Okay. Still odd. I'm not going to, I'm not going to lie because she went on with Oprah in 2021 and talked about this time frame like January 2019 right around there as like the worst time of her life. And she blamed it entirely on the royal family, right? She got married and everything was great. But then as soon as they were newlyweds, everything went to hell. And it was that time frame, 2019 and 2020 that the royal family allegedly turned against her and made her so unhappy she wanted to kill herself. And she did not mention anything about the additional burden of having been told allegedly that her father was a child sex predator. And it appears that the first wife, Rosalind, in that letter that was forwarded detailed allegations about her ex-husband that included that he was, that he allegedly was abusing children. So that we haven't seen the letter, but the reports are that there was something in there suggesting he had actually abused children. And so you're telling me Meghan Markle was super upset about the bullying she allegedly got by palace staff, but this had nothing to do with she couldn't even remember when she got this letter. It had happened long before like she's, she's unclear maybe it happened in the summer of 18 maybe it happened in January of 19. But the dishonesty of all this time trying to paint his family as a bunch of demons who ruined her life without telling anyone she had found out that her own father was an alleged child molester. All right, this is a point that was made online by a royal pundit. We have it cute up. Let's watch it. I would say that the Sussexes have I think made it legitimate for us to ask whether the information that they were given in 2019 about what Thomas Markle had done, does that in some way affect this narrative about the cruelty of Prince Harry's family, right? Because these are very minor snubs really that are talked about in spare and in netflix. It's about tights and lip balm and flower girls dresses and people not having big enough bedrooms and having to buy your own sofa. And okay, yep, this comment about skin colour, you know, road back from and subsequent years to say this is a very important thing. it was just unconscious bias. But for five years, we have been told that the source of Megan's unhappiness was the royal family and the British press. And it now feels as if there are other far more significant causes of trauma and unhappiness elsewhere in her story that are not her fault, right? They are not her fault whatsoever. But she knew about them and she chose or was advised or decided, not to mention them. - Okay, that's Tom Sykes of the Royalist Substack and podcast. And it's a very, very valid point. Because these two have been running around dumping on his family exclusively for six years without saying a word about her father, not even intimating, okay? Just that he had committed this sin with the paparazzi that they found so important. And not only that, but Megan, including in the Netflix documentary, which came out in 2022, this is well after she was told by this letter, which the Metropolitan Police Confirm in January of '19. Listen to how she describes her father in sought one. - I was with my mom during the week and then with my dad on the weekends and my dad lived alone. He had two adult children who had moved out of his house and where is daddy? Well, I got a zoom back on you. - Or for a step by the end of the Mac. Same for you. - I have four. - The step by end, you go four miles, right? - Okay, am I in there? I wonder. Okay, see you later, bye-bye. - I was a daddy's girl my whole life. - Okay. - I got a piece of that from that. - That's what I'm a lot. - Okay, so she was a daddy girl. This is how she describes herself. In the Netflix dot, what is that about? Imagine you found out that your father was a child molester. Is that how your coverage of him would have sounded in your documentary? So it's just very odd. And I have to tell you, I mean, I believe her because the Metropolitan Police, they're now confirming that they showed her this letter written by Roslyn in January of '2019. So what was that? What was being done in that Netflix documentary? Like I genuinely don't get it. I don't get the messaging to Oprah. None of this makes sense. And here's now what the friend is saying, which is obviously via Megan. Megan, to justify the fact that she appears to have remained silent for nearly eight years about a child sex predator related to her running around the globe. This is what they say via the telegraph. A friend of the Duchess of Sussex said, quote, she's obviously upset and really frustrated that having effectively been told to stay quiet. Effectively? Was she told to stay quiet or wasn't she? Why is the word effectively in there? I'll tell you why. It's undoing the meaning of she was told to stay quiet. She wasn't told to stay quiet. Otherwise, that's what she would state because it would explain, at least in part, what happened. This is giving up the game. It doesn't make sense that she was told to stay quiet because the metropolitan police did not investigate Thomas Markle. They didn't investigate him then. They haven't been investigating him since and they did not refer him for investigation to Mexican or American or Filipino or any other authority. So what possible motive could the metropolitan police have had to tell Meghan Markle to stay quiet? That didn't happen. That's why her friend had to put in effectively told to stay quiet. It's a lie. Having effectively been told to stay quiet and having been given assurances that he would be investigated, it appears nothing was done. That's why she is now frustrated and upset. I mean, this is unbelievable. And she says, okay, on receiving the letter, Scotland Yard passed the letter to royal protection officers who shared it with the Duchess. When she asked at the time what she should do about it, she was assured that, quote, it was all in hand. End quote. And that to act could prejudice further investigations. Again, that's not in quotes. And why would the metropolitan police have told her that if they were not investigating nor referring to anybody? What possible reason on earth could they have had to say to Meghan Markle that it was all in hand and that to act could prejudice further investigations, all via the telegraph? I don't believe her at all. I believe they just passed it along. And I believe she did nothing. And even taking her at her word on this, let's say it's all true. The police service said to her effectively told her to stay quiet, that it was all in hand and that to act could prejudice further investigations. By everyone's admission now that would have happened in January of 2019. It took almost eight years for this to be outed and who outed him? Was it Meghan Markle? No, it was Thomas Markle, Jr. It was the son she still had said nothing. What is the explanation for that? I'm sorry, it doesn't take eight years to investigate somebody for alleged crimes like this, which she knows because that's knowledge every lay person in the world would have. Eight months, okay. Eight years? For eight years, she has believed that the investigation is still underway. What did she do? Did she go back to the Metropolitan Police? Either the officer with whom she dealt or anybody in the service and say, what was the outcome of the investigation? I did stay quiet, so as not to prejudice, the further investigation you promised, what was the outcome? I need to know because he's my father and I care about children as I've told everybody for the past eight years before any microphone I could get myself. She clearly not, there was no follow-up, there was no additional pursuit of information whatsoever because they would have told her what they're telling us all right now, which is there's not an investigation and there never was. There never was. She knew she had to have known it went nowhere at best if she ever did believe there was an investigation. The best case scenario for her is that she believed it went nowhere and she did nothing. But here's the thing, Meghan Markle definitely did not believe that he'd been exonerated. So she can't use that crutch to explain why she did nothing to help the children of Mexico, the Philippines, and America. He's been in Florida for several months. Why she did nothing? She cannot say, oh, it's because I thought he'd been exonerated because now it's broken that she sent him a letter in December of 2025 when he was in the Philippines getting his leg amputated after his stroke, saying, I know you're a child sex predator and I never want to see you again. And we know she did this because setting herself up to look like I drew a line in the sand, she made a record of it, which is now all over the sun with which she's clearly cooperating. And she sent a lawyer and a hospital administrator to into the hospital to deliver this letter, sealed letter to him, had him signed acknowledgement of it and had them videotape him, reading it. And he agreed to do all of that. He didn't know what was in the letter when he agreed to all of it. But he just so happened to have a reporter from the Daily Mail with him. And he said, if you're going to record it, I want Carolyn here to report it. I record it. And she recorded him reading the letter. And here is that tape. Here it is. Carolyn. I'm going to ask to have delivered this first night by your doctor, Megan, in the steal. And I'm going to show you how to steal and then deliver to her. Thank you. We're going to deliver. I promised William Markle, your bad package. But then personally, we see a seal that they're from the office of Nick and Markle. And that's the same thing. Oh. Oh. Oh. I don't know what you're going to do with me. Maybe. I don't know. I am. Yeah. Okay. So there you have it. She wrote a letter to him. And in that letter reports the son. Because though Daily Mail reporter Caroline said she was respectful, she had been called there by Thomas Markle, who didn't know he'd be getting a letter. But she said they'd become friends. And I guess he asked her to come when his leg was being amputated. So she was in the hospital room when this happened. I don't know. All of that sounds very suspicious. Daily Mail reporter just happened to be there when they came and they videotaped. And this is a big moment. Whatever. I'm not sure what went down. And I don't know what to believe on that. And it doesn't matter. But Meghan Markle in December of 2025 was accusing her father of being a child sex predator. So she did not get any information that this went nowhere or he was exonerated, which means she knew all that time and did nothing. We'll be right back. I'm not done. I might already own a firearm, but what if you could start with less lethal methods to avoid the financial and mental repercussions of pulling the trigger? This is where Berna comes in, that's B-Y-R-N-A. Berna's less lethal launchers are equipped with tear gas and kinetic ammo and designed to incapacitate an attacker for up to 40 minutes. And Berna is excited to introduce the all-new compact launcher. It's sleek, it's slim, and it hits like a sledgehammer. We love ours. The same size as a smartphone, allowing women to conceal carry everywhere comfortably and with confidence. It fires at 400 feet per second. That's a lot of power to stop aggressors in their tracks. Their pistols are American-made and hand-assembled in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with over 80 percent of the components in the compact launcher being sourced in the United States. Berna is legal in all 50 states, but get this. It requires no background checks and can be shipped directly to your door. And Berna is trusted by hundreds of police departments too. Try before you buy, visit Berna.com to find a Berna dealer partner near you. That's B-Y-R-N-A. We were on the subject of Megan in December of 2025, confronting her father via this letter brought to him by a hospital administrator and a lawyer saying, "I don't want you in my life at all." And it's very telling. It eliminates, she thought this was going to be her proof. You see, I drew a line in the sand and I made a record of it saying, you can't come anywhere near my children. That's great. What's a bigger problem is you had no problem with him going near everyone else's children for eight years in three different countries. This is the piece I just cannot get passed. I don't understand how she didn't see this as a liability for her. And back to the earlier advice of, just say nothing. I'm horrified. I'm very disturbed by the allegations today. Obviously, I'm not going to say anything while the investigation plays out, but I'll have more to say later. That's it. That's all you had to write. If that, but she has opened up such a hornet's nest for herself with all of this. She had the date wrong. It was summer of 18. No, it was January of 19 as it turns out. Okay. Well, you could forgive me a couple of months. Okay. That's the time in which you were saying you were becoming so sad and you were getting bullied and it led to a year or two of nonstop bullying by Harry's family that made you allegedly want to kill yourself and then nobody in that family cared. But as it turns out, you were finding out that your own family had a sexual predator in it who was abusing little girls. Now which one would have been worse? Will and Kate don't want to hang out with us anymore? Oh, my dad is a child molester. I mean, which I feel like we may have been misled, Megan. I feel like you may have walked us down a Mayberry lane that wasn't entirely straight. So here's what she put in her letter. Okay. She is very clearly working with the sun. The sun is at all these exclusives and the sun is like a self-ladulating. Oh, they have this writer like I'm so sorry, I ever wrote anything bad about you ignoring your dad. I take it all back. I was wrong about you. Whatever. But here is what the sun reported on what she told her dad in that letter. The Duchess of Sussex told her estranged father. She knew he had abused young girls in a letter she sent him last year. The sun on Sunday can reveal. Megan 45 told 82-year-old Thomas Markle senior it would be the last time he ever heard from her and that she would never allow him to meet his grandchildren. It is understood she accused him of sexually abusing children and said that the authorities were aware of his vile behavior. Markle senior received a letter while in the hospital in the Philippines after his leg was amputated in December 2025 to ensure she knew he had read the letter. She arranged for hospital management to take it to his bedside. Markle senior was made to sign a form confirming receipt and was videotaped accepting it and read it several times. This is the moment she'd been waiting for. She envisioned in her mind the moment this would come out about her father. She could spike the ball about the fact that she wasn't mean for ignoring him. And then she could tell us all that she was so disgusted by him. She did all this to end the relationship. Without realizing we would all have some questions about why she kept her mouth shut for almost eight years and that nobody was going to believe she was essentially told. She was essentially told to stay quiet about it. That is true. It didn't happen. And even if it did, no one would have stayed quiet for eight years. No investigation takes eight years. He was moving all over the world, endangering, and it appears possibly actually physically hurting and molesting girls after this point, at least that's a distinct possibility. And you allowed it. I'm not blaming her. It's not her sin, but she was complicit. And this is a person who's been wanting us to pat her on the head for standing up for women and girls her entire life. More than that in one second. So that that's what she clearly told the son was in her letter. She tells the son that she wrote, she knew he had not looked at child sexual abuse material, but that he had abused young girls, that he had abused them. And then they say again, that she accused him of sexually abusing children. And then now that was on Sunday, October 24th, which is, well, wait a minute, isn't today the 26th? Yeah. It's going to be Saturday, oh, it's via the sun, via the sun, sorry, that hit on Saturday. Now yesterday, they updated the reporting of the sun. I told my team, I feel like Claire, Claire Danes with all of the strings on the push tabs in the cork board trying to keep this all straight for you guys. And make sure that you understand the sequential order of events and make sure I don't forget any pertinent details so that you will walk away with the thorough understanding of all of this. I feel like in 10 years, my mind's not going to be able to do this. So enjoy me while you can. Okay. Here we go. Yesterday, the sun reports more on that letter. The Duchess of Sussex's estranged father told his first wife, he went to the far east quote, because 12-year-olds are legal there. The sun can reveal. Rosalyn Loveless made the claim about Thomas Markle, senior in a letter. She sent to the met police in 2019. That so this now we're getting details. And by the way, no one's reporting the specifics on the letter more than this. This is the most that we've been told. Okay. That the letter was sent by Rosalyn Loveless to Metcoffs in 2019. It claimed you went to the far east because quote, because 12-year-olds are legal there. Miss Loveless sent the seven-page letter seen by the sun and also by ITV somehow by this point. And they have said we're not going to report in the contents to Scotland Yards, fixated threat assessment center. In the letter, she said she put an allegation of child sex abuse to him. She wrote quote, "I questioned Thomas senior. He denied accusation, but stated that he went to the Philippines and Thailand, because 12-year-olds are legal there." Speaking on the assumption that Markle senior did make the remark alleged by Rosalyn, ex-met detective chief inspector Mick Neville said quote, "To say you're going to the Philippines as it's legal to have sex with a 12-year-old is indicative of someone with a perverted sexual interest in children." Well, duh. We didn't need an expert to tell us that. But they do report howfully in the sun that in 2019, when this letter was written, the age of a consent in the Philippines was 12, this is why I mean, these countries are sick. However, it was still an offense then to pay for sex with anyone under 18. And global concerns about child sex prostitution in 2022, the Filipino government raised the age of consent to 16, and it has now classified a statutory rape to have sex with a child under that age. Well, we can all be grateful for that. But here it is again. This is clearly from Megan. There's nobody out. I'm like, I suppose the metropolitan police may be talking to the sun, but their main source is Meghan Markle. So it's revealed here that the letter sent by Rosalyn Loveless, his first wife, to the Metropolitan Police alleged that she confronted Thomas Markle and that he denied accusation of child sex abuse, but stated that he went to the Philippines in Thailand because 12-year-olds are legal there, which is, I mean, that is the same as admitting the allegation that you have been a child sex abuser. So from that and from that report, I just read you where Megan accused him of sexually abusing. children knew he had abused young girls in the letter she sent him last year. We know exactly what she thought and whether she knew that it was also child sexual abuse material, meaning images and videos and so on. I don't know, but she clearly was told he was abusing young girls, physically abusing. And let me tell you, this is horrific because I think any one of us, even if we loved our family member, would, would make sure that an investigation into them was underway. I'm sorry, but as you're talking about children, the images on those alleged tapes and phones and laptops that Tom Jr. says he found includes abuse of toddlers, okay? So that's what he was apparently into if he's guilty, which he swears he's not promising a lie detector test, etc. But if that's actually his thing, girls under 12 under 10 and his young as toddlerhood, but in the actual F, the metropolitan police does not get a pass, nor does she. And look at the difference between how Meghan Markle reacted when she heard this information back in January of 19 and how Thomas Markle Jr. allegedly reacted when he became aware of it. This guy contacted everybody. He says he called the FBI, he called Filipino authorities and then he called authorities I believe in the state of Florida. He says nobody called him back. He then contacted this IT expert to come over with him and do an analysis on camera and make a record of what he was finding and then followed up with authorities and now they're interested. Now we've got the Filipino authorities and the FBI investigating in the Filipino authorities saying this looks about as bad as it can get and the FBI saying they're taking the lead, but we are assisting. And if there is any problem, we'll cause for something like a device here, we're going to get a warrant and search his premises and his devices and that they're assisting on the forensic analysis. And I'm sure they've said that they can use Quantico as a backup, which is the best place for analysis in the world. So all hands on deck now, but look how he reacted versus how she reacted. There is zero chance she was told we're investigating when they weren't. And even if she was told that why did she stay silent for eight years? Why is recently is December 2025 when she still believed he was a child sex abuser? Had she said nothing? She doesn't even alleged that she called back the Metropolitan Police in year two, three, four, five, six, seven and a half to say what happened? What happened? Is he or isn't he? What have you done to satisfy yourself that he's not abusing little girls right now? And let me tell you why it's even more galling. Because this woman from the time she's come on the public scene has wanted us to know she is an advocate for girls and women. That's how she wants to be known. Her little podcast archetypes trying to get rid of words like bitch and like stereotypes about women who are tough, being bitches. No, you're just standing up for yourself. This is her whole thing. How she's our protector. She's standing up for women and girls. She'll be the one. Her little book about Pearl, like all the stuff. I lost my voice. I want girls to have their voices. Her whole origin story about how when she was 11, she saw the commercial for ivory dish soap and they ended it talking about women of America. You need this product and what she did when she saw that sexist ad marketing dish soap to women. We actually pulled it. This is her at the UN in 2015. Watch. See, I had been in school watching a TV show in elementary school and this commercial came on with the tagline for this dish washing liquid and the tagline said women all over America are fighting greasy pots and pans. Two boys from my class said, yeah, that's her women belong. In the kitchen, I remember feeling shocked and angry and also just feeling so hurt, it just wasn't right and something needed to be done. So I went home and I told my dad what had happened and he encouraged me to write letters. So I did to the most powerful people I could think of. Now my 11 year old self worked out that if I really wanted someone to hear me, well then I should write a letter to the first lady. She was horrified. She's spoken about this many, many, many, many, many, many, many times, saying she was shocked, angry and so hurt to see this commercial that would assume women have identified gender roles in the kitchen, shocked, angry and so hurt. Something needed to be done about it, she said. So she wrote a letter to Hillary Rodden, Rodden Clinton and she stood up for equality. That's what she wanted us to know, that she was standing up for women and girls who shouldn't be subjected stereotypes like that because it angered her at age 11. What was being done, the messaging to little girls. This, this is how she's painted herself. Since she came on the national scene right there, you heard her before she even met Harry. It was important to her that we all see her in this feminist light. What kind of a champion of women and little girls would stay silent about a child sex predator who was, again, allegedly shown on camera in these videos, according to the sun, actually abusing young girls. And Meghan Markle seems to have known that too, because her letter says more than just the child sexual abuse material, which would be bad enough, she believed he was abusing little girls. Would stay silent and not make sure that there was an investigation of this guy. She would have been much better off from a PR perspective and just a human decency perspective if she had never said a word about knowing about this back in 2019. I'm not blaming her for the actual behavior. I'm saying once told, she, you and I, all of us would have an obligation to make sure that a meaningful robust investigation was underway. And if after eight years, we didn't have satisfactory information, something more would have been required, like a public statement. This is deeply wrong. She has sacrificed any claim she previously may have thought she had to this mantle of defending women and girls, please stop. Oh, this is genuinely horrifying. And I, you know, this allegedly, whatever effectively told not to investigate it is not going to get it done. It's definitely not going to get it done. Hold on a second, because there's one other thing I think I wanted to get to here. Let's see. I told you about, okay, this is it. One final thing from Thomas Markle, senior, again, who's denying these charges. And this is being reported by Caroline Graham, the Daily Mail reporter who is with him when he received Megan's sealed letter, personally delivered on videotape. She reported that the hospital's president performatively handed him the envelope bowing slightly. As she said, Mr. Markle, I've been asked to hand you this personally by your daughter, Megan, it is sealed. I need to make sure you know it's sealed. For the next four hours, he fretted about opening it. He told me he was, quote, scared. It would contain bad news. He read the letter in silence, saying nothing. He shook his head several times. Then he folded the letter up, slipped it back into its envelope and asked me to put it in the wardrobe, meaning closet. And that was that. He told me nothing about its contents. I asked no questions. Mr. Markle has since been diagnosed with dementia, a condition he has authorized the Daily Mail to report. I remember getting the letter, this is in quotes, but I don't remember anything else about it, he said. I'm happy for people to see the video. I asked him about the son's report that Megan said in the letter that she knew of allegations he was a child sex abuser, quote, I'm not a pedophile. I've never done anything bad to a child. Never. If Megan says that's what she wrote, and she's probably right, I was very sick. I have memory issues. I know there was a letter, but I don't remember what it said. He has no idea where the letter is now. Mr. Markle claims he remembers nothing of the letter's contents, but I will never forget writes Caroline the dramatic and frankly weird way it was delivered. So now he says that he paid for sex in the far east, but never with a child. That any books found in his basement are nothing more than about Hollywood history and photography. any child abuse images found on his computer were planted to destroy him. his reputation. I don't know specifically what he's saying about the alleged pictures of him found among the sickening hoard described by the son via their source Thomas Jr. But they say a photograph, an image of Meghan's father having sex with a young girl who appears to be a child was found. It was found on an old 35 millimeter film negative. It shows a bearded man identified as Thomas Markle Sr. Then in his late 40s or early 50s, reclining on a bed with a slim Asian girl on top of him. Another photograph on the same developed film negatives shows the same naked man slightly obscured by the arm of the same person as they lay on a bed and so on. A source in Sebu City, meaning in the Philippines and they seem to mean someone who's seen the images, possibly law enforcement says the man has been positively identified as Markle Sr. It's difficult to pin down the girl's age owing to the green equality of the image available so far. But she is clearly a slim, young, dark-haired Asian girl and they are engaged in a sex act. Other images on other 35 millimeter film found in the pages of the same book show the same girl in a red vest top and knickers. And then you have Thomas Jr. coming out and saying revealing that he once had a conversation with his dad in which the dad said that he's paid for sex in the Philippines and that he once told Thomas Jr. you can go over there and $50 will get you to Asian prostitutes and you won't believe what they will do to you. But that he never paid for a child. Okay, this again, he was already on record is denying ever paying for sex. Why does a grown man from the beautiful state of California, United States of America wind up in Thailand and the Philippines in Mexico? All right, that's the story. So she's got a lot of questions to answer. The Metropolitan Police still have a lot of questions to answer. They do indeed need their little internal investigation, the internal investigatory group to take a hard look at everyone who touched this case and find out why so little was done. And then whoever gave Meghan Markle that letter must come forward and repeat exactly what he or she told her to the best of their recollection all this time later. And then at some point Meghan Markle is going to have to give an interview on camera and explain to us all why she sat back and decided to protect only two children in this case, the little prince and princess living in her Montecito mansion. Thank you for joining me. We'll see you tomorrow. Thanks for listening to The Meghan Kelly Show, no BS, no agenda and no fear.
