Ilhan Omar Case WIDENS to MULTIPLE Targets | Michigan's Haley Stevens TORCHES El-Sayed's Senate Campaign With GOP Endorsement | Lear Jet Crashes Near Mar-A-Lago

A major federal investigation into Ilhan Omar’s citizenship is escalating, with the DHS referring extensive evidence to the DOJ for potential criminal charges. Key questions include her use of inconsistent names on marriage documents, missing naturalization records for her father, and the absence of any immigration records for a man named Nursaheed Elmi, who allegedly had ties to Somalia and the military. Critics argue that Omar’s failure to identify her name on official paperwork and her claims about citizenship suggest potential fraud. The case has been described as a long-term "recon" effort, with investigations underway for over eight months. Former President Barack Obama has publicly defended Omar, a move condemned by DHS officials as politically driven and factually baseless. Meanwhile, a significant shift in politics occurs when Democrat Haley Stevens publicly endorses Republican Mike Rogers, breaking from her party and signaling deep internal dissent. The situation is further complicated by speculation about a fatal plane crash near Mar-a-Lago, where a Learjet went down with all nine on board, though no evidence points to sabotage. The crash has sparked online speculation, especially given the presence of U.S. air defense systems, but officials maintain there is no indication of foul play. The investigation into Omar is expected to result in an indictment soon, with legal experts noting that the case has grown beyond personal allegations to include systemic concerns about fraud, immigration compliance, and political manipulation.

Turns out the Ilhan Omar case is a whole lot bigger than maybe anybody had anticipated. The DHS revealing that little nugget that we've got to bring you plus there's new reports that Ilhan, well she didn't seem to even know what to sign her name as when she was filling out that marriage application. We have an example. Oh, also Abdul Said bad news for him guys bad news for him. This former competitor, a hardcore damn, Halle Stevens, she's actually flippin' to the other side, endorsing my Rogers and we have some new information coming into us about that plane crash there in March, well eight miles from Mar-a-Lago. We'll get to all of it here. Welcome to a special edition of The Trish Regan Show. Good to have you. Make sure you subscribe. We begin on Ilhan Omar, Ilhan Omar. The problems just keep on getting worse. I don't mean to laugh, but it's like seriously, just absolutely positively incredible and incredible that she made it as far as she did, incredible, that she made it all the way to the U.S. Congress with nobody giving you know what about any of it. Why? Because she fit the narrative. They wanted an immigrant girl from Somalia to make it big. Well, she made it big. The problem for her. She's just not smart enough to really roll in the big leagues because I'm telling you when you don't even know what name to sign to your marriage application, that might just be a little bit of a problem. Anyway, I want to go to DHS head Mark Wayne Mullen, speaking on Fox about how large this case has gotten. He told us it was going to be Rico. We heard from him over the summer it was going to be Rico. This could be a really big Rico. I'd like to know who else has involved besides one Ilhan Omar herself and possibly her sister. There are more individuals according to Mark Wayne Mullen. He has referred the entire, a lot of the investigative material that they have gotten at HSI over to the DOJ and indictments now are expected any day now. I actually think this would even dare I say will be on high alert tomorrow because it could come. I'll tell you, it could come. Here we go. Mark Wayne Mullen, speaking on the issue, just as we headed into the weekend here on Fox. Biddle. This is a, this is a large case that we have presented to the DOJ and the DOJ is leading the investigations. HSI did a lot of investigation to build up, present the case to them. And I'll just say this again, we're enforcing our nation's laws and we're going to do that. We're not weaponizing. We're not using political theater on this. Those of us involved in this case, isn't that here talking about it? I've made this very, very, very, very clear. We're enforcing our nation's laws across the board equally and we're going to continue to do that. And if Congress doesn't like those laws, they can change it and we'll also enforce those laws. But if somebody created a crime, we don't look at that any different. I don't care where you're seated, I don't care how you're registered to vote. I don't care what your job paddle is. We use it equally. We're not the Democrat party that came after their political enemies like President Trump and they know they weaponized our DOJ and FBI and it's shameful, absolutely shameful that they did that. Mr. Secretary, I know that you also want to highlight the success that your government has had. It is sinful. Truly, truly shameful, but you heard what he said in the beginning that this is larger than they anticipated. They have turned over all of this evidence now to the DOJ. So this is the, and he referred to it also as ample evidence. So this is now what we're looking at in terms of she may not even be an American citizen. We talked about this on Friday about how interesting it was that she claimed the feds already had the certification, the documentation that they needed and they really didn't need to go through her stuff in order to get it. And I've had a lot of questions throughout about the missing naturalization records on her father because we have not been able to find those under either the name Omar nor under the name Nursaheed Elmi. So where are they? And if they don't exist, how did he get a passport? How did she get a passport? Is she even a U.S. citizen to begin with? I mean, this is wild. One of the things that they're going to try and do is say, hey, you know, you've been renewing your passport and renewing your passport and renewing your passport. And that's going to be an issue. But if you listen closely to what Mark Wayne Mullin is saying, that's not entirely it. Like there may be something else. And I think it has to do possibly with her dad not being who he said he was when he came in. I've gone over this before as recently as Thursday and Friday of last week. But the Omars don't seem to exist. When she came into this country in 1995, they came in and they lived in Arlington, Virginia. She and her dad and allegedly her sister. And perhaps more. I mean, she apparently at one point showed a Minnesota star reporter, some documentation suggesting that her whole family had come here and that there were six siblings. And she was the seventh on that documentation. But, you know, I'm sorry, then why was the alleged brother looking for a citizenship when she tried to provide it with the quote unquote married certificate? There's a lot of questions here. And why is it that we can't seem to find the father anywhere in the naturalization records? I mean, were those records wiped clean? Why did he come here? Why did he live in Arlington, Virginia for two years? Why did he come in with the last name Omar when it doesn't appear? He had anything to do with the name Omar. It appears that his name was Nurse Said Elmi. And that's what the rest of the family that was living in the UK went by. I mean, pretty wild stuff. So this is not a very good case for her. And it's increasingly involving more than just her. Okay? Important to remember, again, listen to what the DHS is saying that this is a recon case as they told us long time ago. In fact, over the summer, they've been working on this for some eight months. Let's go to Jonathan Turley who spoke a wonderful law professor who spoke about this issue and sort of her legal challenges at this moment. It may have. I think that this does have the look of an unmotivated prosecutor. This was just not high on his list. There were other options here than just walking away. If they found evidence a possible fraud here, it seems odd that they would just simply say, well, we'll just shrug this one off. The problem here is that this is really snowballing almost on a daily basis. But we now know that not only the Obama administration but the Biden administration looked into these allegations, it's just that there wasn't a lot of push to aggressively pursue them. And certainly the sexual limitations ran on aspects of this, but there are civil actions they could have taken. More importantly, even with the running of the sexual limitations, there are filing statements, representations that are made. All of those can trip those wires. And so we really passed the political burden shift a long time ago. This burden shifted politically to Representative Omar to put these allegations to rest. What is really striking, Lawrence, is that for years she has refused to do so. She has it within her means. To deal with these specific questions, she just doesn't want to do that. I mean, just take a DNA test, right? Reveal the information, but she won't. What's shocking is that she's still expected to win. If you look at the calcium prediction markets right now, she's still expected to win the house. I will tell you what's interesting. And we're going to get to this story coming up because El Saeed, I mean, I don't think it's going to be so hot for him. Look at these odds. Can you see these right now? And again, we're going to get to El Saeed, but I just wanted to briefly show you in the calcium prediction markets right now. Rodgers is climbing. Do you see that little tick up there as we look at the last few hours here? He's now at 28%. So perhaps if you're like me and you think that Rodgers can still eat out a win there, this is an opportunity, right, to trade because 72% of the public trading in this market right now believe that El Saeed is going to win. I just don't see it happening. And I think that this situation that we will get to with Hayley Stevens coming out against him as emphatically as she's doing is going to actually plan to things. But you're seeing it, you know, in real time there in the prediction markets because I think people are saying, yeah, he's got less of a shot. You can trade this as well. You can actually get $25. Or give me. They upped it because you guys had such a terrific response. You can get $55 when you trade 25 at calcium.com/r/trish. I put the link in the show notes as well. They came in as a wonderful sponsor here on the program as we head into the November 3rd elections. So show them some love and hopefully, you know, you make a good trade there. Trade 25 get 55 at calcium.com/r/trish. We'll get back to the Michigan Senate race. The Democrats right now are clearly in a state of panic over Ilhan Omar, amazingly all except for Nancy Pelosi. Nancy Pelosi wants nothing to do with Ilhan Omar, El Saeed, or even the Mammadami guy, bless his heart, she said about Mammadami, the New York mayor, a pretty incredible, you know, this is a sham marriage, a sham marriage, apparently, but it's appalling that anybody's asking about it according to the former president of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama. I mean, I couldn't believe he got so far in front of this story. I told you guys at the time, I was like, it even caused me to, to kind of wonder, right? To kind of wonder like what was going on that he was so emphatic, nothing, just politics. I'm going to show you, you know, and by the way, the DHS Secretary is saying the exact same thing. You know the deal, they sent a letter, everybody signed it except for Nancy Pelosi. So well, in a few others, there were like 170 that signed off on this thing and they're demanding the DOJ drop this investigation, I'm sorry the DOJ is not dropping this, HSI has been over all over it for a while and they've been assembling all of this data and all of this information and they've been doing this well for at least eight months because if we look at this memo that was obtained by Glenn Beck actually, this HSI memo, they were asking the State Department for passport records eight months ago. So long before this, you know, everybody was like, oh my gosh, it's right ahead of the election, it's purely political and I would just say no guys, they were actually onto this for some time. In fact, they were trying to look at possible violations there, they thought citizenship was that issue and as a result of that, she would be amenable to civil denaturalization. In other words, they've been looking to take away her citizenship for quite some time. I want to go to Mike Davis, the former attorney for the president of the United States, talking about, again, the legal trouble this woman now finds herself in, but remember, as we began the program today, the point is, it's not just her, there are multiple people that will be affected. I'm very curious about that. Maybe it's all the siblings. I didn't realize that all seven siblings got the naturalization papers. I thought it was just Ilhan and not her sister, actually, maybe the sister was able to get a green card eventually and then became a citizen. If she's that, we don't really know. She's been very, very sketchy about who the family is and what kind of status they have. Here's Mike Davis. He's going to need these high priced, powerful Democrat attorneys, they're very good attorneys. Ilhan Omar is going to need them because remember this, a D.C. U.S. magistrate judge, Matthew Sharbaugh, who donated to Hillary Clinton, clerked twice for an Obama judge and got picked by D.C. Biden and Obama judges in 2024 to become the U.S. magistrate judge ordered this home raid on Ilhan Omar. So this was not some, you know, Trump hit on Ilhan Omar when this Democrat D.C. judge three weeks before the midterm elections is ordering a home raid on a sitting member of Congress, a Democrat member of Congress. That means that it is more likely than not that federal agents will find evidence of a federal crime inside of that house. And if you believe the news reporting, there are a lot of potential crimes. But Ilhan Omar lie about her age, claiming she was a minor to get derivative citizenship from her father. Was she 17 where she can get derivative citizenship or 18 where she could not? Did she marry her brother? There are many, there are many potential crimes, including her wealth that has gone from modest to 30 million back to modest with no explanation. Yeah, and I haven't even gotten to the marriage certificate yet. Because when you guys see that, you're going to be like, are you kidding me? I can't believe, by the way, I didn't show you this before because I had actually noticed that. But I don't think I looked carefully enough at the original name that she had signed. So here we go. You know the deal. The DOJ says her name and they say this quite emphatically is Congresswoman Ilhan Nersaid Elmi that that is her name and that, you know, this Omar thing is not, is not in fact real. Yes, that's the interpretation of it. Here is the president, Barack Obama going on and on and on and on and on. I mean, we've been through this. The three-page tweet. I don't, oh, by the way, Minnesota is turning on her too. You got a Minnesota rep. This guy Joe Rodinavitch, who actually ran Jacob Fraize campaign. He's a former state representative. The Democrats in Minnesota are turning on her alongside Nancy Pelosi. It's actually kind of unbelievable, right, to see, you know, so I would just say you now have a situation where the former president is getting out defending her and now the DHS secretary is saying, basically, he's loony tunes for doing so. And it's crazy that he would do that without having any of the evidence. I keep saying, like, he had to have known, right, because this investigation was initiated under his administration. So he had to have known they chose not to pursue it. Why didn't they pursue it? They thought, well, the statute of limitations has run out on her marrying her alleged brother, even though they had evidence that that actually happened. I mean, go back to the New York Times story, right? We've talked about that. When the New York Times is reporting it, and boy, are they ever reporting it? They're saying they had some evidence that it was fraudulent under the Obama FBI. And yet they did nothing, right? Officials requested additional evidence about the validity of her marriage, apparently, at one point when he went for a citizenship. And that's when he high-tailed it out of the country. And he hasn't been seen from since. He's over at the University of Bristol, in the UK, doing some degree in engaged studies. Oh, yeah. We'll get to that, too, because he's come out, which also would make it kind of implausible to think that, I mean, aside from the brother thing, right, that she was marrying him. But if you look at this, they're saying that, you know, Mr. Elmi and Ms. Omar were siblings, according to six former and current officials familiar with the case, but because prosecutors do not pursue the matter, the agents had limited investigative tools. But basically, they dropped the whole thing, and Obama gets out there in defense of her, talking about coordinated right before she sat down for her MS now interview. Here's Mark Wayne Mullins saying, you know what, Obama was way out over his skis. This was pretty unacceptable. He has no clue what the evidence is, or unless he does, right? Think about that for a second, would you? Okay. Here we go. DHS, Chert, Mark Wayne Mullins. President Obama and all the Democrats have done nothing but tried to intimidate President Trump from the get go. We're not intimidating. We're enforcing laws. And that's what we're going to do. For him to get down in front of a case that he doesn't even know the facts behind is shameful. The fact is, they're playing political games. They continue to play political games. They weaponize the FBI, and they weaponize the DOJ to go after President Trump. And they've been caught with her hand, the cookie jar. So he carries zero credibility when it comes to enforce our nation's laws and what he is seems, or he portrays to be the truth, which isn't actually factual at all. Yeah, it's kind of an interesting point, right? I mean, you would think that Obama, I mean, I'll tell you, it gave me pause for a minute. I'm like, why is Obama? He should know, right? He was the president. Why is he so emphatically endorsing her and saying that this is nothing but a political charade? Oh, you should know what that is, right? Barack Obama, you should absolutely know. Russia, Russia, Russia, all you, right? I mean, wild, wild, wild stuff. So I'm just saying that there is a lot of reason to suspect that, yes, politics is work at work on their side. I mean, is politics at work a little bit here? Did she make herself a target? I just have to say, like, yes, okay, I, you know, they'll say that, no, it's not at work. I get it. And it's not in that we need to enforce the laws, but how stupid is this woman? How stupid is this woman? She has not lived, quote, unquote, pristine life, making sort of the right choices and, oh, just kind of the basic things, like not committing immigration fraud. Why would you actually run for Congress? Why would you be a state representative, let alone a national representative there in the U.S. House of Representatives? I don't think it makes any sense, but she might be really, really dense. And I say that because we have new evidence that Ilhan Omar didn't seem to know what the heck her name was on her marriage certificate. Oh, yeah. I'm going to close reporting this, and I'll tell you a seriously, guys, this woman, I mean, it's one thing to be a criminal, right? It's another thing to be a dumb criminal. I mean, a really dumb criminal. So here's the marriage certificate. Here's the marriage certificate in New York Post again, first to report this. Now, I've shown you the marriage certificate before. And this actually didn't quite hit me as hard as it did when the New York Post brought this up. And I went back and looked at the marriage certificate. And I'm like, gosh, darn it. She did that. She did that. So they titled this Ilhan Omar was so confused, my marriage to quote brother, that she crossed out her own name twice on the official application. So here we go. Do you see that? This is per them the official application. I went back and looked at the application I had gathered at some point. And yeah, you know, this maybe that was from the New York Post, too, but I'm just saying that this looks bizarre to me. So this is from the county in Minnesota that she was getting married in. And let's just take a closer look at this because I want you to see it. Can you see that, guys? Basically, if you look up there, he's got his name, last name, Elmi. And then she writes her first name initially as Ilhan and then Abdulani, and then she writes Omar. Okay, that's the name that she tells us she is. And then above it, she writes Ilhan Omar and then Elmi and she crosses that out. And then she goes back to Abdulani Omar. So she's basically, I guess, admitting that she's got Elmi as a name. I mean, this is sort of, I mean, you can't make it up on top of which, you know. The guy has now since come out as gay, so that further complicates things. I reported on this last week for you, University of Bristol, where he's studying. He did some kind of paper. We were actually the first to have this. I think Daily Mail eventually came out with it and then you saw some stuff from the New York Post, etc. But right here on the Trish Regan Show, somehow I found this research paper where he's talking about out in the field, "Haha, cute." Notes on researching queer violence in Kenya by Ahmed Elmi, University of Bristol. In it, he writes in the introduction that as a gay man on the East African in the East African community. My field work was never neutral. Okay. So again, it just doesn't add up and when she's asked about this guy who's got the exact same name as her Who is openly gay who by the way was apparently living a very flamboyant lifestyle when he moved to Minneapolis and moved in with Ahmed number one So the husband that she had never legally in the state of Minnesota's eyes Actually married just an Islamic ceremony. That was it He was living with her and the kids in the house and then incomes Ahmed number two Who's very flamboyant and the whole community is like well who the heck is this guy right and then it came out in New York post To you know, I get a hand at home They did some really terrific reporting out there talking to the community which is now increasingly opening up Because don't forget the enforcer guy for her campaign who actually also has the last name Syed Leading us to wonder was he also like a say you tell me another relation He is in jail right now because he Profited to the two to millions of dollars from quote feeding our future So he was the guy who was basically going around saying don't talk don't talk don't talk and now he's in jail Not telling them that they can't talk anymore so now they're out talking to the New York post and one of the community members was like we just didn't understand why was it that Ilhan Omar was Marrying this guy by the way in a Christian ceremony which tells us exactly what she thinks of the Christians, right? She goes and marries him legally and in a Christian ceremony and apparently, you know again if you if you listen to all the reporting on this He is a close relation of some sort but not one that she she will even emphatically deny This is the best answer. Well, I mean the worst but the most hysterical answer to a very basic question that Perhaps they've ever heard I old about you like he'll he will tweet Bill and Omar she married her brother blah blah. You think you see that you think yourself Boy, that sounds odd. I know it seems unlikely that you married her brother Yeah, there are right-wing people who believe that this man was your brother. Right? You have called your disgusting line. What will you who was this man that was your husband when did they start saying that he was your brother? Why I started with the Somali blog That I don't know if it still exists but somebody put in there that you know that he had to have been my brother or something to that effect and White wing conspiracy theorists in Minneapolis got a hold of it And they just kind of went and like found random people who are like she introduced us You know she introduced him to us and said he was her brother Which is you know insane? I mean, I don't I don't know those people that they Talk about he was not you were not related to him at all There's just a weird kernel of truth that's through some game that not for my knowledge that was the big gotcha right in terms of what you're talking about promising Like we're gonna nail her on the marriage. Yeah, not to my knowledge not to my knowledge Is that supposed to be joke? She's like kind of laughing enough? Oh not to my knowledge am I related to him? You got to do better than that. You got to do better and now she's saying how dare they they're turning in They're turning this into a thing about my dad. Yeah, because apparently your dad has no actual record of even existing in the database from what we That was the source of the immigration fraud That no longer seems to be the issue that they are putatively investigating right They've now moved on to Whatever your representations your father made in his naturalization process about you. Yeah But it's also very convenient because my dad's no longer alive right right So it's it's another thing they can drag on forever Right because there's no because the person who signed the paperwork and did it all is no no longer here to answer the Charlembe right even though they have the papers that he signed Right and and like the people who knocked on my door searching for papers literally have His papers they they are the ones who processed us to come to the United States right and they have all that right Let me ask about No, but they don't and that's part of the problem Um, it seems to be part of the problem. I don't understand why she's saying they have the papers because don't forget A.J. Karnes who had run against Ilhan Omar She went and sought those papers and it took an entire year like from I want to say 22 to 23 and Ultimately she got back this letter. Let me see if I have it. I've showed it to you in the past, but I just want to I've showed it to you in the past basically this letter from the The group that the process processes all this information. Oh, what do you know? I did find it. Okay, so let's go to it So here we've got and I see the buffering that you guys are talking about a little bit of that as well on my end Hopefully everything is okay and the feed is coming through to you loud and clear They're saying you know to dear miss Karnes your index search Request was received in this office on June 27th, 2022 Regarding Ner Omar Mohammed born January 1st, 1941 in Somalia We completed a thorough search for records based on the information you provided. Unfortunately, we found no Matching index reference our search included all variations on the subjects named including Nersayed Elmi Mohammed with the same results And so this is what is so bizarre so ill hunts saying oh no you guys have this information And they're saying we need to go find it in your home because I don't think they have it. Don't forget it It appears anyway like his his immigration records were scrubbed Well, why were they scrubbed? I mean that gets back to the weird stuff and I I brought this up before because don't forget We had played a role and I see one of you guys asking about Russia Apparently, there's some allegation that her father who was a kernel in side bars army An army that we supported don't forget by By the by the end of it. I mean it had dissolved by 91 or 92 And that's how she wound up in Kenya because you know once it was gone like all the people that he had hurt Well them, you know, they're and their families will now suddenly they're running things and so she Probably was at risk as was the father, which is why they left for Kenya But then you got to ask yourself why is it that we would bring him into the united states And I think you have to assume like let's give our but the benefit of the adult adult to the intelligence Professionals that they had to have known who he was right they had to have known that this was the guy who was the kernel in the army and again we were backing this Marxist dictator who by then was a little less Marxist right because originally you'd been back by the Soviets don't forget And then everything changed as a result of what was going on in Ethiopia and the Russians were no longer backing him and we were So we had that connect connectivity. We had those connections. We knew who was who I would hope we would know who was who So I would just say if somebody and I spoke with a source who would have reason to know a little bit about this And the source said to me. Yeah, I mean like you'd have to assume that our intelligence ops Would have had the due diligence on this guy so when he sat down requesting requesting asylum in the united states while he was in Kenya People had to have known. I mean if they didn't then maybe he was just Forging paperwork, but that's why the way she's saying this like the people The people that are coming after me they have the data they have the information Is that her way of saying look somebody did us a favor and got us into the country Because the Omar family as far as power line blog, which is a great resource They were the first to report on this 10 years ago Scott Johnson has been all over this for a decade and now it's all finally coming out out in the open He'll join us on the program tomorrow live So I want to tell you about that ahead of time But you know he has he's been all over this and I'm just saying like it's a little peculiar to me That this family Whether it was just Ilhan and her dad and the sister or whether it was many more Came and lived in Arlington, Virginia for two years and he had apparently a pretty big deal position In the army now if he totally lied about that and we were clueless and we had no idea Then maybe he was just buying citizenship and they will be able to prove You had nothing to do with the Omar family if we did have something to do with it I'm just going to say I think she got burned because they the records are gone And I don't think anybody's going to come forward and say oh yeah, that was us We brought him here because he was doing some work for us. Don't forget what was going on in the 90s Okay, think about the terror organizations They're in Somalia and the warlords etc that were also Entite with some of the Afghan warlords So al-Qaeda was something that was definitely front and center on our radar and so perhaps we were doing this Investigative work. Maybe he was useful for some period of time. I don't know I don't really know. I'm just throwing things out there and I hate that because I know it's leading in conjecture But these are all the things that I would be thinking about if I were the feds the other thing I would point out is if in fact We had anything to do with bringing him here I do think that someone at CIA right would call up somebody at state and somebody at DHS and this would not be spiraling so that's what leads me to say okay, maybe the guy just Really, you know bought his his way in somehow with this Omar family that nobody can track down now and There's no more record of it. Maybe it was just lost. Maybe it's as simple as that But again, I hate to think that like our intelligence team had no clue. I would think that if you've got a big shot guy in the sidebar regime, then you probably ought to know exactly really and truly who he is. It's a mystery and it's a mystery that I have a feeling we're going to actually find gets solved sooner rather than later. And when I say sooner, like I'll be watching for an indictment all day tomorrow, and maybe it will come, maybe it won't. I think it's important that they have an iron clad case here. You don't want to just slap it together. But things are coming out in drips and drives in pieces. Again, make sure you stay tuned for tomorrow's interview with Scott Johnson. I want to turn to L. Said because he's gotten torched by his former competitor. I mean, she's a crazy woman. I'm just going to say, Ailey Stevens. I mean, you've seen some of her stuff. She's really out there in left field quite literally. But I'm watching the calcium markets here. Look at the, okay, it'll be 18 and over to trade any of this. But if you trade 25 bucks, you get 55 on calcium.com/r/trish, and look at this guys. I mean, Rogers is climbing and climbing and look at L. Said is going down. I mean, I still think it's a trade. I mean, in my book again, you do you, but the opportunity here is if all the people that are betting on L. Said winning are flat out wrong, then you're going to get paid out because the odds right now are favoring him at this moment. And I would just say they're beginning to shift and they're beginning to change. And that's because even a hardcore Democrat like Congresswoman, Ailey Stevens is like, this guy is no good. This guy is bad news. This guy's got to go. She's actually crossed over to the dark side. She's actually supporting a Republican. Oh my goodness, the media, the left wing media is going nuts. They can't believe this. They are astonished. But you know what I say? Good for her. Good for her. Better late than never. Let's cut to the tape. Ailey Stevens, everyone. Hey, Michigan. As you may have seen, our Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate, Abdul, said that I was no longer welcome in his campaign and that I should stay away. And he's right. And that's why I am endorsing my Rogers for the United States Senate. Today, I don't belong in Abdul's campaign. I do not stand with Hassan Piker, who gets trafficked on our college campuses. A dear friend of mine earlier today was saying that education is on the ballot. And she's absolutely right. And what our students see, what our children see, and who we are as Michiganers is not hate and is not what we are getting out from our Democratic nominee right now. So I am just one person. I love this state. As some of you know, I've, you know, run a campaign saying that it was a love letter to Michigan. And I'm here to declare who we are as Michiganers. This is Phil Hart's seat for the U.S. Senate. This is the conscience of the Senate right now and our Michigan moment. And I'm just letting you know where I am. I'm still a very proud Democrat. I still very much believe in everything I voted for and said and I've worked really hard. And we'll continue to do so in all the ways. Life's opportunities afford, Godspeed, and love you all so much. Well, good luck, Mr. Elsaid. You've just lost a Democrat. Oh, and that's on top of Nancy Pelosi the other day, right? I showed you on Friday, but it's worth recognizing that Nancy Pelosi is out. She's so over this guy. She wants nothing to do with them, either. I mean, along with Ilhan Omar, who's big letter signed by 170 Dems to the DOJ. Please drop the case. She's not signing that along with maimdami bless his heart. She says, here she is with Donnie Deutsch on his podcast on Friday Watch. You know, when you say Israel doesn't have the right to be a Jewish state, that's anti-Semitic as far as I'm concerned with all of them. Who says that? I'm a mandami who said that. I mean, I'll say I can't account for. I'll say I've said that. That doesn't believe that they should be a Jewish state. That's concerning. Now, no, it's more than concerning. It's wrong. Yeah. And it isn't a reflection of the Democrats in the Congress of the United States. This new person in Michigan will see if he gets elected to the Congress, but the mayor bless his heart. I hope he succeeds as mayor, but I don't agree with some of the things he has said. Nor do I, Nancy. I mean, it's amazing. It's sort of weird, right? When all of a sudden you find yourself saying, yeah, Nancy's actually right on something, but perhaps this is one that's just going too far. She cannot actually bring herself to recommend this guy. Much like, of course, Haley Stevens is finding herself right now. She's not in a position to recommend this guy to the point where she's out going to church. Yes. Going to black churches right now in Michigan, campaigning with the other guys. So I find that really quite fascinating. Let's go to Abdul's response. He trashes her again. She didn't hear what I just said. She betrayed the Republican party. I don't know what that party is anymore. I don't know. I actually don't think about Haley Stevens. I think about the like I said, the 9,999,998 people who are not those two. Because you know what? I'm just less interested in the politics of it all. Then I am in the policy of it all. And so look, if you're somebody who believes that we ought to have more rights, not less, then I would think you would support me in this race. If you are somebody who believes that we should stand up to hate and you have watched this last campaign, I think we probably would not want to support Mike Rogers and Donald Trump and JD Vance. If you're somebody. He's trying to dismiss her, of course. I mean, he's he's slick. He's really slick. I'll give him that. He's always like jacked up with a little too much energy for my taste. And he's very, very slick. But the media is like melting down there. Like we, we cannot believe this. We cannot believe this. Us over here on Liberal MS, they call it now. Ms. Now shocked. Democratic Congresswoman Haley Stevens is attending a campaign event with the Republican, Mike Rogers. This is this is kind of stunning news, actually. You'll remember that Stevens ran against Elsa and the Democratic primary and lost. There is now some drama. I would say some is an understatement and a major feud between Stevens and Elsa. Major, major, major. I mean, who could have seen this one coming, right? I hear this lady, again, on the ground in Michigan, just stunned by these developments or to understate the significance here and the oddness of what is happening right now in this moment. This was very unexpected to have Haley Stevens arrive at this event with Mike Rogers. Hmm. Well, the President also realizes this is kind of a big deal. He writes, wow, this is big. Congresswoman Haley Stevens, a highly respected Democrat. She is actually a big deal Democrat in Michigan. I mean, I think she's kind of loony. But her boyfriend, her fiance had already come out in support of Mike Rogers. And so it just took her a few days. And then she came around. But anyway, it says who narrowly lost in the primary. It's true. I mean, she got like 47% of the vote. So like, that's a big deal to lose her support. And who had been breathlessly wind and dined by the Democrats to help in their Michigan campaign for the U.S. Senate against Mike Rogers has just endorsed Mike Rogers for Senate. Her following is huge in the level of respect from the people of Michigan, especially our African American and Jewish populations, is virtually unparalleled. He's right. Haley said what few people are willing to say. She showed great and almost unprecedented loyalty, the great loyalty to the great people of Michigan. He writes, with what she did, it's a thing called bravery and a few people have it, like just displayed by Congresswoman Haley Stevens, President Donald J. Trump. Actually, that was a really beautiful note. And I do think it took a tremendous amount of courage. And she's going to be hated by a lot of people in the Democrat party. And certainly the Democrat party in Michigan. But if you listen to what she was saying, she is very, very worried about somebody with his extreme socialist roots coming in and taking things over. She's also worried about what JD Vance has pointed to, which seems like this guy has got such a chip on his shoulder, such a chip on his shoulder because he said, you know, he was raised as a brown kid and didn't have the advantages of somebody like a Pete Hegseth who was raised with these loving parents. As though being raised by loving parents is something that we need to end. Don't forget that's part of their missions. statement, go back and look at the original Black Lives Matter mission statement. It was to end the nuclear family. What do you think Marxism is about, but ending that nuclear family? So he makes fun of it in a trite way, assuming that by the way, Pete Hegseth was never much of an athlete. And I got news for him. He was D1 at Princeton. So not only was he one hell of an athlete, he was an amazing student as well. Look at El Said chirping on like this the other day. Pete Hegseth, everybody knows that guy from the locker room. Yeah, but he would have, you know, he would have rode the pine. He probably got to start two games, his entire career playing whatever sport he was. And he made his life and his parents came and cheered so hard for him. And as a kid whose parents never came, right, and started every game. Part of me is just like, well, I feel bad for you. Somebody told you you were better than you really are. Like, there's something about being a brown kid whose parents like, you know, no matter what you do, you're never enough. Sure. So what that means is that you never take yourself too seriously. You're like, you're never going to be enough. Right. So you're just like, oh, but for him, the very fact that he made the team, his mom was making cake. She was wearing his jersey. She had a cat made for him. Yes. You know the type. So I'm like, bro, you grew up thinking that you were somehow special, but you are not. And you have been living off that fume for the rest of your life. Could you imagine what we would have become if we had supportive parents who just uplifted us. All right. For beating mediocre. Yeah. Talk to you about strategy, though. He's like, yeah, but can I talk to you about strategy? In other words, can we get back to the real stuff instead of you just trying to, you know, go off? This guy's an angry guy. I mean, in my, in my viewpoint, I understand why JD's saying this got a little else I had as a little bit of a, of a psychopath. Yeah. I mean, a little bit. Just a little bit. Just watch him. If you're coming to kick down what we're building, I'll fight you. We should bash the hell out of Trump because he's a terrible human being. He only terrible things Bill Marra has said about people like me. I want to give people the image of watching him get his own show by a guy who prays like I do. I'm not afraid. So I was also the kid in AP classes were getting suspended for fighting. I walked back. I did it. He's just bad news, bad bad news. I mean, again, I would be, at this point, I would be very disappointed, Michigan. I would be really shocked if he actually won. I think that Mike Rogers comes across as stable. This guy does not come across as stable on top of that. You're layering in the socialism and look, he's not doing well with blacks and Detroit. And he's not doing well with Jews, overall in Michigan, naturally. I mean, you know, and this, this matters. And now he just lost Hayley Stevens. So I don't know how. He pulls ahead. I mean, we'll find out, of course, Tuesday night. Every strange situation unfolding in the state of Florida, about eight miles from Marlago, horrific, very sad, very tragic situation, because we have learned that all nine people onboard this leered jet that was heading, was it for the Bahamas or, yeah, for the Bahamas. It has gone down. All nine members of that that were on board, the crew as well, everybody is now dead. And there's concern about casualties in the area because of how this went down, hitting a trailer park area, as well as perhaps some road, about eight miles from Marlago. I want to show you some video of the crash. Here we are. It's, it's something. You can see that, that flame, that big giant burst. And let me see if we can play this again for you, because I think it's worth just seeing how quickly it went down. Whoa. Wow, that is really, really something. Again, just looking, that is horrific and a tremendous tragedy. And there are a lot of questions about it right now. In part, because a couple of days ago, they put in these U.S. air defense missiles right near Marlago, because Secret Service have requested this. There were apparently some concerns about specific threats. And so everybody was very much on high alert, nor it had got these systems in there. And so you can imagine the internet is blazed with questions about, gosh, was this actually shut down. I don't believe that to be the case. And I think that we have information that's coming forward in real time that would suggest otherwise. But nonetheless, I do believe in making sure you're aware of all of the, all of the things that are being talked about at this moment as we continue to get information in. So here we see some video of the aftermath. There was a giant crater, just a giant crater there, after this lear jet 60, there was a twin engine business jet that had departed Austin around 1537 UTC, climbed to a cruising altitude of about 41,000 feet, and then it began its descent near Naples down to 35,000 feet, it briefly climbed, and then it entered the steep right hand descent. So basically, it reached these peak vertical speeds, I'm told, of 32,000 feet per minute. With the last reported date, it ran 8,750 feet before impact, and you can see, I mean, what an impact with fires there, I would say that this profile is pretty consistent with loss of control and flight leading to uncontrolled high, and hopefully you can hear me, and I'll turn down this background news that you're seeing on this video. The profile is pretty consistent with a loss of control and flight leading to an uncontrolled high speed near vertical descent rather than a controlled emergency descent or approach. So there's some things that could have happened, it's not clear, and we're going to get a lot more information. We do have, and I will play for you, the reaction from the pilot, and it's tough to hear, it's tragic to hear, and I warn you of that because you know how this ended, and it's extremely sad as you hear her screaming, with a lot of hysteria, obviously, in her voice. So based on the flight path and the sort of historical Learjet 60, accidents that we've had, investigators are probably going to be looking at a few things, perhaps in this priority, the in-flight loss of control due to a mechanical or system failure, so possible issues would include an engine failure or severe power loss, as well as flight control malfunction, any kind of structural failure that happened, any kind of pressurization problems that would lead to people just passing out, so Learjet models have had past issues, apparently, with systems such as thrust reversers, landing gear, electrical avionics, though nothing specific is being flagged in this particular case. Again, just looking at the video of this crash, really, really quite scary there, it's really horrific, and you can see how quickly, if it lost control, just completely just dissenting at speeds that were rather extraordinary and just taking a look. This is from scope report, somebody getting this video, aerodynamic stall or being upset, the aerodynamic system being upset, would perhaps be something they'd be looking at, it could have stalled, it could have then entered an unrecoverable dive, Learjets or high-performance jets, I mean, these things are amazing, relatively high-stall speeds and they can become difficult if you would to recover from, if mishandled, and any kind of altitude, so, in that case, that might be something they're looking at. You also have weather, environmental factors, because it's typical that in bad weather like this, it becomes more difficult, and we are told that there were some weather challenges there with this particular flight, again, nine people on board, and the aftermath pretty significant, they'll be looking for any kind of turbulence issues, atmospheric conditions that may have contributed to this, and then other things that may be less likely at the stage, right, but that might be sabotage, or mid-air collision or intentional action. There's no supporting evidence of that, I want to reiterate that, at this particular time, no supporting evidence of that at all, but people are going to ask questions if it's on a flight plan from Austin to the Bahamas. Why was it so close, for example, to Marlago, again, bottom line, nothing indicating any kind of foul play just yet, but these are questions that will come up, as you can imagine, and one of the reasons they will come up, again, gets back to pointing out that these U.S. air defense systems were just placed in Palm Beach just days ago, and listen, I mean, the reality is this president has had attempts on his life, and so Secret Service is extra cautious. It doesn't appear that there's any kind of sort of foul play, or dare I say, any kind of reason for Secret Service to have taken this out in some, you don't even want to say something like that, but the reality is like all things, I guess, at this point, are on the table, except that when you hear the cries of this pilot, and again, I just want to urge caution, and if we have people that are sensitive, I mean, I'm very sensitive, so there's a reason I became a business and political reporter, if you would. A lot of this news is just so darn disturbing and so horrifying, but you see this going viral right now online, so I at least want to share it with you, and I think it helps to provide some perspective around anybody who's saying, oh, you know, was this shot down, et cetera, I think we would have heard from the pilot some indication. of that and that's not in fact what we're hearing so let me go to this right now as we hear and again I urge caution and if you're sensitive like me maybe you don't want to hear it but she's obviously pretty hysterical and pretty upset as she's plunging really to her death with eight other people it's it's tough. 722 Bravo Delta we're just sending 8,000 made-a made-a we're just sending 10,000 speed per minute. 722 Bravo Delta Roger. The calling of my busy 722 Bravo Delta we are in an overseas condition. They're sending 25,000 per minute. 722 Bravo Delta Roger out to choose your discretion. Let me know what you need. We're going to crash into the ground 722 Bravo Delta. 722 Bravo Delta I'm here with you guys to me. We are the sending 12,000 feet and we are banking 60 degrees and that's it. You know look these these small jets have had problems before we know that it's happened a lot a friend of mine said to me this is why this is why I don't fly in a private jet yeah I mean it's it's tough it's tough but you know I think that you would probably detect if there was some kind of surface to air missile involved if they had to take this down first of all they would come out and tell you one would hope one would hope but you would find that in the crash site and if you listen to her voice it doesn't suggest that she thinks they've been hit by anything in practice if you were actually hit by something the common sequence apparently is for the damage to come and then for loss of control or systems failure to then be initiated and then you might have a fire you might have break up and then you finally have the crash in this case you're looking at the crash it just goes straight down and so you know the exact outcome really would depend heavily I'm told on where and how hard the missiles fragments were to hit and I don't want to entertain that too much but just you know in these initial stages and I caution that that is you know not on the table right now and they would probably find the they would find the missile in the wreckage I would assume so again I don't want to suggest that that's in fact in any way shape or form what happened I'm just telling you this is what is sort of taking over on X and online in the viral sense because people are asking these questions given that Nora had just put this missile defense system in there and you know that everybody was on high alert all right starting tomorrow if you haven't already I wanted to take a look at 76research.com my company there is 76research.com we just came out with a note over the weekend because of course you know it was a big big sell-off that we saw on Friday and I don't care if it's just $5 a week you don't have to get my research you know it's a dollar a month but you don't even have to get it take that dollar a month and put in the market okay but we have a lot of ideas there if you want to be sort of you know guided by any of that and looking at any of what we like we do have three portfolios at 76research and we put out a weekly newsletter there so go check it out at 76research.com you can get the free stuff you can do the dollar a month or you can get the portfolios or like I said just the free stuff I think it's important that any which way you can it doesn't it doesn't take much you know what you don't see you don't miss okay what you don't see you don't miss and so if you can just somehow even if it's just five bucks you know $20 a month be putting it into the market long term that stuff adds up and it's one of the best ways to fight inflation let me tell you all right thank you for being here I will be back again live tomorrow as we get closer and closer and closer to election day here and more stuff coming on Ilhan Omar is the indictment happening as early as tomorrow it may take a little more time I want to caution that it may take a little more time but I do think that this one is happening all right I do think they have somehow assembled in the words of Mark when Mullin ample enough evidence for the DOJ to move forward I will see you back your life tomorrow

Podcast Summary

Key Points:

  1. The DHS has referred a large, ongoing investigation into Ilhan Omar’s citizenship to the DOJ, citing potential immigration fraud, including questions about her name on marriage documents and missing naturalization records.
  2. Ilhan Omar allegedly did not know her name on a marriage certificate, crossing out "Ilhan Omar" and writing "Abdulani Omar," raising concerns about her awareness of her identity and possible familial ties.
  3. Her father, reportedly named Nursaheed Elmi, has no record in U.S. immigration databases, and his claimed military background and ties to Somalia have raised suspicions of forged documentation or intelligence-related connections.
  4. The case is being treated as a "recon" investigation with evidence assembled over eight months, and multiple individuals, including her sister and former allies, may be implicated.
  5. Former President Barack Obama has publicly defended Omar, which DHS Secretary Mark Wayne Mullen and other officials have dismissed as politically motivated and lacking factual basis.
  6. A former Democrat, Haley Stevens, has abruptly switched support to Republican Mike Rogers, signaling a major internal Democratic backlash against Abdul El-Saied.
  7. The investigation into Omar is now expected to result in an indictment, with legal experts suggesting it may involve fraud, false representations, and possible criminal conspiracy.
  8. A plane crash near Mar-a-Lago involving a Learjet has triggered public concern and speculation about sabotage, though no evidence supports foul play, and U.S. air defense systems were deployed due to heightened security alerts.

Summary:

S. air defense systems, but officials maintain there is no indication of foul play.

The investigation into Omar is expected to result in an indictment soon, with legal experts noting that the case has grown beyond personal allegations to include systemic concerns about fraud, immigration compliance, and political manipulation.

FAQs

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has referred a large amount of investigative material to the DOJ, indicating a serious case. Evidence includes alleged discrepancies in her marriage certificate, where she reportedly didn't know her own name, and missing naturalization records for her father, Nursaheed Elmi, who may not have been who he claimed to be.

Yes, according to the marriage certificate, Ilhan Omar initially signed as 'Ilhan' and 'Abdulani', then wrote 'Omar' and crossed out 'Ilhan Omar' and 'Elmi'. She later signed as 'Abdulani Omar', suggesting confusion about her name and potentially indicating a lack of clarity about her identity.

The DHS states this is a large, multi-year case that was under investigation for over eight months. They say it involves more than just Ilhan Omar, including her sister and possibly other family members, and that the DOJ is now leading the investigation with ample evidence.

There are concerns because her father's naturalization records cannot be found under either 'Omar' or 'Nursaheed Elmi'. This raises questions about whether he ever legally entered the U.S., and whether Ilhan Omar's citizenship is based on fraudulent claims, especially since she claimed derivative citizenship from her father.

Barack Obama stated that the allegations against Ilhan Omar were a 'political charade' and defended her, despite the case being under investigation. This has drawn criticism, as the investigation began during his administration and he was aware of early concerns about the marriage and citizenship claims.

Yes, multiple reports suggest allegations that she married her brother, Abdul Said, in a Christian ceremony. The New York Times and other outlets reported this, and the man, Ahmed Elmi, later came out as gay and lived in Minneapolis, which adds complexity to the relationship claims.
