If YOU Think Clancy Trial was Already INSANE, Watch This... | Julian Dorey

Shaq shares a personal endorsement of Carvana, praising its seamless online car purchase and delivery experience, while noting its seven-day return policy. The segment then shifts to a deeper investigation involving a civil lawsuit alleging rape against Paolo Zampoli, which was uncovered through investigative journalism by Matthew Russell Lee—described as a media "Batman" who infiltrated court records. The narrative then pivots to a critical examination of the Lindsey Clancy murder trial, focusing on juror behavior, including emotional bias, pressure tactics, and the role of a nurse juror in influencing deliberations. A central point is the public shaming of a Black holdout juror, highlighting racial and gendered hypocrisy in the justice system. The discussion also critiques the FBI’s social media strategy under Kash Patel, portraying it as performative and politically driven. Additional themes include a trademark dispute with Snapchat over the term "pure spec," and a broader call for media literacy and accountability in how cases are reported and perceived. The content blends personal anecdotes, investigative reporting, satire, and social commentary, concluding with a call to action for audience engagement and critical thinking.
Shaq here. What's it like to buy a car from Carvana 100% online and get it delivered to your door?

Do want to hit this because Amanda Ungaro sent this to me. Amanda Ungaro,
the ex of Palo Zampoli, who I talked to for an hour last month, and then we talked about it
on an episode at the beginning of August. But, you know, again, I've said this about Amanda before,
not a woman I want to be on her bad side.
Like, you know, Palo, big mistake getting on her bad side because she don't give up. So
this was actually a very under the radar filing that happened. That inner city press,
and I don't remember this guy's name. I have seen him for years, though. This guy,
inner city press, is it Matthew Russell Lee? That's him? Yeah. Okay. Shout out to this guy.
Whenever there is any kind of case, and I mean, if someone took a shit on Fifth Avenue in the wrong
place and it is being brought up in the Southern District of New York, this guy's in the courtroom
and he like he's always on it. In fact, I looked once before every time there's like even some case
with like a little bit of media attention, he will instantly publish like self-publish, you know,
an 80, 100 page book about it. I don't know how many he has, but he has like a lot. So he's just
on it with what's happening in court and obviously has some great sources in the clerk's office
there. You know, pure spec.
Anyway, he was able to find that a UN rape case was filed civilly. So a civil case alleging rape
filed by Victoria Drake against Palos and Poli. I want to highlight this is civil, not criminal,
and it's allegations not confirmed. Just covering that for the back end. But it was filed with
United Nations ambassadors cited in it. So he put a screenshot to the filing and then D,
if you pulled it up already, but that article just so I get it. So a woman named Victoria Drake on
September 3rd filed a lawsuit against Palos and Poli. And she was able to find that a U.N. rape case
filed against Palos and Poli in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York,
where Intercity Press found it. He found it, Joey Deef.
Let's go.
Now, how do you think he found? Do you think like, you think maybe someone like just let a copy of it
blow in the wind while they were taking a smoke break and just turned around like nothing happened
and then he came out of the shadows and just like picked it up, took a picture and reported it and
like that's how they do it?
No.
No.
This guy's Batman.
He's Batman.
Yeah. Matthew Russell Lee. He disarmed a couple of people.
Oh, he subdued them?
Oh, he disarmed them.
I think he like broke into the office, hit a couple of file cabinets.
Wait, so they were guarding this civil case with people armed with weapons?
Yeah, they guard the office with the filing cabinets in it. And he had to like go and subdue
them like Batman.
Now, are we talking like handguns in the holster? Are we talking like full-blown like Uzis in the office?
There's probably one with an AR, one with just a handgun and a donut, but he's going at both of
them full force.
He's like, I'm gonna get this file.
Yeah, you know, like how Batman doesn't kill anybody, but he'll like break their
clavicle and everything in them.
Yeah, like paralyze them. That's what he's doing.
He's paralyzing all the clerks.
And then he's just like going, he's flipping through the files and he's like,
and you're gonna love me.
Yeah, that's right.
So before alleging rape, the complaint recounts that Zampoli, quote, invited plaintiff,
referring to Victoria Drake, her friend and two junior UN ambassadors to his townhome,
which is where at different points for long periods, Amanda lived with him and then also
was getting away from him.
Too.
So maybe he was getting lonely at this point and decided to go commit crimes.
I don't know.
Pure spec anyway, but address is omitted by inner city press.
Nice of him to do that, but it is publicly available.
People can Google that.
I'm not going to say it's classy, a sprawling multi-floor residence that housed multiple
tenants and contained a situation room, ambassador room, at least one elevator and
featured a pool and adjacent bedroom.
So Joey, if I do have to say this, if I were a major modeling executive and I were
designing like my dream home in Manhattan, wherever.
Every square foot costs fucking $40 million.
There is no doubt in my mind that before I looked at the master bedroom, before I looked
at like the master bathroom, the kitchen, what do they call the place where you walk
in?
The foyer.
The foyer.
Before I look at any of that, I'm going up to whatever fucking construction guys running
this.
And first off, I got to check in and be like, yo, when Mario with the Columbo's, he's cool.
He's good.
Yeah, he's going to be a quick union job when he's out of there.
Yeah.
So once we clear it with Mario.
And all that.
Now I go to construction guy, hopefully his legs aren't broken at this point from fight
with Mario, but neither here nor there.
And he's got like that full page in front of him, kind of like Danny Jones when he drew
out the studio.
Like the blueprint?
Yeah, he's got the blueprint.
Right.
He's got the blueprint.
Thanks for the help.
Of course.
So he's got the blueprint in front of him.
And I go, no, no, no.
Stop at all those rooms.
The most important room, the first place that we are designing here is the situation room.
Because as a modeling executive, these are matters of national security and I need a
situation room.
Yeah, but you got to remember, Paolo Zampolli is a.
And so he probably was like, sorry, I'll mark that.
I forget that I'm one so I can say it, but you know, he probably was like on that Jersey
shore shit and he's like, we got situation.
And he was like, yo, we got to make a situation room.
And I think the checks out.
The problem is he would never say it like that.

pure spec he just hears like a bunch of wrangling in the house and pots and pans flying around and
then he's just like on grand theft auto just with a bat oh by the way this just reminded me before i
forget people asking for the pure spec merch we have it ready to go joey d's been all over it yeah
but uh we're having a little problem with snap inc like snapchat yeah who is threatening litigation
on my trademark of pure spec look forward to seeing them in court
me versus a fucking i don't know 46 trillion dollar fucking company but you know what could
go wrong right it's it's such bullshit though like they're claiming it for like their spec
lenses or whatever yeah we have pure spec meaning speculation it has absolutely nothing to do with
that it's not to be confused with that the context is all there i feel like i
got a good case here i'm talking to my trademark attorney who fucking bills me two thousand dollars
of text he's really good though very worth it yeah and maybe you know and stuff like that it's like
first of all you know no one's i mean everyone is gonna get the meta glasses and like you know
i don't hear anyone rushing to get those and then it'll be done in two years they won't make
them anymore that's right you know i i don't i don't i don't know why they're they're causing
an issue but they should give us a filter for the show that's right that's right give
us a filter give us a snap filter and then maybe maybe we'll talk about cutting you in maybe yeah
i don't know probably not but like i'll at least say that you got you throw us a bone
maybe you get a little one right anyway i there's a bunch of stuff here deep i think some of it
we're gonna punt to next week that because it's it's fine it's not like pressing to do but one
that i have to hit before we move on here i just i i can't miss my mark on this one is our friend
- Yeah, yeah.
Ladies and gentlemen.
the head of the fbi is a reek pun intended here you'll see where i'm going with that in a minute
i've said it forever i'm not just talking about his eyes that don't know which direction they
want to look at any given moment i'm saying it because he is genuinely fully dyed in the wool
and this is all a meme at this point a meme of the fbi which the fbi already was having some
low moments here i mean we can look at a history and talk about low moments but then you could
look through some things in history and be like well maybe there's plenty of people there with
good intentions and you know some okay things happen a little entrapment here and there a
little cover-up here and there don't don't worry about that but you could say that some justice
occurred jim comey comes in at some point and it seems to all go to shit a lot of people who maybe
were i don't know decent fbi agents thief seemed to leave the fbi after that and then it was just
a fucking mess for a whole litany of reasons in the wake of jim comey
and so you think to yourself it can't get worse it can't get worse donald trump's gonna come in
here and clean everything up right joey deep that's what he told everyone he's gonna do yeah
and he could think of no one to clean that place up better
just look at that guy dude there's another reason we're laughing there but
yeah and now he's great he definitely was the cool guy in high school
for sure no doubt about it but kash patel is in the news yet again and just keeps adding to the
list of like reason to get fired and still somehow doesn't get fired because apparently when you are
the fbi director these days your priority is pr on twitter x whatever you want to say so you pull up
this uh text conversation you found joey deep yeah or you know what actually go back for one
sec you were right i'm wrong yeah we got to go back and do this again and do this again and do this
so we got to read the context first so people have it so kash patel wanted fbi staff and and this is
not hyperbole we're going to read the text in a second kash patel wanted fbi staff to run an
influence campaign on x by replying to epstein tweets with bureau stats he then asked his
spokesman to reply to reply to and this is a real account on twitter that's pretty funny and at least
from what i've seen the the at i find retweet post saying it had gotten
277k responses you know how you know he's tapped in on social media he said he's he's abbreviating
the k yeah like he knows what's up he's like yo it's at 277k bro yeah that's a problem that's a
problem that gets to 350 we out right his spokesman corrected him and said it had 277k views i'm sorry
he's not good at social media he just thinks he is and just 400 replies that's not a lot
he also warned that engaging quote
would look bad on you referring to kash patel so here is the text message with
ben williamson fbi public affairs who god bless whoever got this this is how secure our fbi is
text messages with the head of public affairs or whatever he is and the head of our fbi are coming
public so there's a link at the top this is from february 5th 2026 kash patel is at the blue text
so he is sending this link meaning he's actively on his twitter
during the day do we have a time stamp on that deep yeah 242 p.m so all right let's let's game
this out joey he's at his desk at the just came back from lunch he's hammered he's because he's
gonna have a few cocktails at lunch and he's like you know what this fbi director is going to take
these epstein cats down and finally once and for all prove that there was no foul play because this
fbi director is hammered off whiskey
and so he sat at his desk popped an upper decky he's got he's got his in that yeah he threw his
in in is he wearing the fbi jacket the windbreaker no he wears a wife beater in the office but it's
like it's like it's like a wife beater that at the end of the day he takes it off and throws it on
the chair and then washes at the end of the week so like if it's like thursday it's got like some
stains like a little bit of a little curry sweat on it yeah
scurvy that's right yeah that's right yeah okay so he's not wearing the windbreaker but he's got
the windbreaker hanging up behind him right yeah yeah yeah you could see it like if he's on a zoom
doing an interview with fox news yeah yeah yeah he's in the fbi yeah and he has like one of those
like um it's like something it's similar to a tuxedo t-shirt but like but it looks like he's
wearing his fbi stuff if that makes sense does it have like a like a little seal on it yeah yeah
that's what i was thinking yeah just in case he has to take a zoom right doesn't wear pants
you don't need pants on zoom no he's not he's a gunan no he's not good no no no no no don't do that
he's trying to put in an honest day's work but you know apparently he's got a very good
relationship so yeah he got hammered at lunch he didn't goon you know he comes back from lunch
fbi jacket's hanging up behind he's wearing the fbi like fake t-shirt kind of thing in case he's
got to go on zoom just in case he's maybe like four sheets to the wind we won't talk about that
but he's got a good constitution constitution constitution constitution so you know just
don't look at him at him at the olympics after he flew on a private fbi plane to get there neither
here nor there but he's sitting there and he's like looking through twitter because that's what
you do when you're the head of the fbi you look at a page called at i find reach and you're like
this is 400 replies too many he's like oh about our epstein investigation which is
absolutely ridiculous i don't know if you've ever read epstein's investigation which is absolutely
ridiculous i don't know if you've ever read epstein's investigation which is absolutely ridiculous
i don't know if you've ever read epstein's investigation which is absolutely ridiculous i don't know if you've ever read
it's absolutely ridiculous i don't know if you've ever read epstein's investigation which is absolutely
unimpeachable it's been done so well there's been zero cover-up of it in fact the trans it's so
transparent your head's gonna fucking spin yeah and they are lying about us and my job as the head
of the fbi and the government i cash patel i'm obviously i'm playing this out i'm not actually
cash patel i cash patel need to fight back against this and i need to employ what is this guy called
again the fbi public affairs head ben williamson i need to deploy him
into the comment sections to make sure the people know yep the hard and good work the fbi is doing
yep does that say 2026 or 2025 2026 okay so it's 2026 so there's no more bongino no it's got no
more dan in there he's fresh to the job too he's feeling good yeah it's good to see that to get a
good start at his new job he's doing stuff on twitter that's you know it's good that's right
heads in the right place he probably still has like dan on like speed dial so you can call him
up and like i don't know if you've ever read epstein's investigation which is absolutely
that's like his console yeri on the outside that's true that's true and just reaffirm everything he
does so that dan can go tell all 10 of his listeners who still listen to him all about it
anyway so he sends this link to the at i find reach account and ben williams said ben williamson
says this is in quote epstein didn't kill himself i think i actually have to mark that thief
unfortunately the youtube yeah unquote bot account if you're wondering where that's coming from and
then cash says three texts back to back to back 277k responses are not bots when i asked you and
your team what i asked you and your team to do is find them and post on record our record year
results back at them all continuously he wants a continuous barrage fbi working yeah locking
people up doing everything not covering up the epstein files he says have they been doing that
ben williamson replies that's views it's 400 responses a real visible tweet gets 5x that
and then cash patel responds to yes or he responds to cash's previous tweet and says yes we're not
responding to quote i find reach that would look bad on you cash patel then comes in and says it's
not about them it's about the number of views yeah it's about sending
a message yeah it's not about the money yeah no he's got it anyway because people see it and need
to be seeing our stats yeah gotta see those stats dog he's great dude dog dog dog dog you know
i've always said i've said this forever i'll say it till i'm blue in the face
every administration needs to be judged on its own merits you want to sit out there and you want
to say the biden administration was completely incompetent i completely agree with you you're
right they were didn't even know what time of day it was he definitely didn't know what time of day
it was the trump administration is the same thing in a whole bunch of different ways i mean there
will be an episode like we've been collecting some links on just some of the like we've talked
about some of the inside business deals that have been going on there throughout the administration
there are so many more so i think in an episode in a couple weeks we'll go through some of them
because we've literally been collecting them and it's just laughable you have a guy like this
running running air quotes the fbi and like i'm supposed to take the country fucking seriously
and by the way you know shout out to the people at fbi who probably actually care about their job
because there are some of those people there like the fact that they're sitting here and this is
their boss god bless him man i mean better person than me when there's six of them it's hard dude
yeah
It's a small group.
Hey, to the six of you out there,
keep doing what you're doing.
we're proud of you the taxpayer thanks you yeah all right that's that's all i gotta say about that
there's like four there we'll do those yeah we'll get those so we'll mark that but we do need to
talk about the clancy thing like i said there's a reason i wasn't doing this out front it is
something that continues to be in the news and is a unfortunately a forced cultural phenomenon that
you know some of the opinions certainly have to be addressed so i have a lot of links there
deep of like just some different things that happened this week that kind of are exactly
what i thought they were going to be that proved the point but i do want to say
as i said at the outset a lot of people reached out this week some through public comments of
course and then a lot through dms you know i'm sure like they were doing a lot of people on
social media who i think were having good times
saying you know thanks for at least stating the obvious here and then there was a small sliver of
people who are like yo you're totally missing this whatever some were a little more innocent
than others i think and just severely misguided others i think were frankly totally brainwashed
and obviously those are all private people i'll keep that out of it but i did see some of those
dms i think only it is worth noting i think only one of them came from a man any dms i got like
that came from a woman do with that what you will but
we are on a pathway right now of suicidal empathy
when you live in a society where you can't put at the forefront a five-year-old a three-year-old
and an infant as the key victims in a case you are living in a society that is on a pathway to
complete destruction that is not a hot take at all that is about as objective
you can get with something that is technically an opinion i do have to say that because it is my
opinion i don't want to live in a country where
yes you have to put the burden of proof on the government to prove a case but i don't want to
live in a country to where before the government even opens their mouth in a case that is very
very clear in my opinion you are already assuming that there's no possible way the
person across there could have committed the crime i understand that when you look at lindsey
clancy you see like this you know petite seemingly innocent looking i should say white woman that
you know was a mother to three kids and no one ever thought she was a monster before this and
yada yada yada or whatever and you know she seems like someone you could empathize with as
well but it's not true and i don't think there's any way she could have ever done this in her right
mind but the fact of the matter is evil has a way of disguising itself in a really good looking
mask sometimes and you gotta judge things on the merits and so last week before we knew anything
about these jurors who were kind enough to come forward this week and basically confirm all my
i already thought we had 11 people who were completely broken in how they looked at the
situation i got firm confirmation on that week when they were here to open their mouths but
so many people have continued to argue online that patrick clancy did this which goes against
every piece of evidence imaginable this is a man who left the house at approximately 5 p.m did not
return until 609
they have him on security camera footage they have his cell phone tracked they have her tracked in
some cases with the phone call that went to her during the time she very clearly executed her
plan i really did not mean a pun there at all that's that's really mean i didn't mean that like
she did her plan where she killed her children not one not two but all three with an exercise band
for some reason people want to say that the whole thing was psychosis you can hold two thoughts at
the same time people you can say and you should and i said this last week but let me just be
crystal clear on this you can say that like we need to have a better medical system we need to
have a better system for being able to help young mothers after they have a child we need to remove
this stigma around postpartum depression we need to have a better medical system for being able to
take a look at the way that doctors administer drugs like they're going out of business we need
to look at the options of drugs that they can administer maybe some of them shouldn't even be
options at all all these things are true i'm not arguing that like the system failed her i will
argue with people saying her husband completely failed her in every facet are there things that
he fell short on sure let the person who's perfect be the first to throw a stone from a glass house
though this is a guy who moved his home office
back into his place you know went to appointments with her tried to get her help i could nitpick it
and say there's some things he didn't do for sure no one's perfect and the fact that then
the guilt goes towards him when he's a father who lost all his kids is just so fucking fucked up
and i'm not coming off that that's crazy to me it's absolutely fucking crazy to me
and i'm not coming off that that's crazy to me
and i'm not coming off that that's crazy to me
on your experts. I bring on mine. They agree to find different conclusions or whatever. It's
one of those things. It's just a part of how the case works. It makes it messy. It makes
it incentivized because experts are paid witnesses as well, you know, but the state's witness
determined that she was not in psychosis. And again, you can put on the act later. Kevin
Reddington came up with this postpartum defense later. This wasn't the defense when she was
arrested. And I do want to play that real quick, right off, right out of the gate here.
So under the Reddington section, you see the one that's green. There's a lot of clips where
Kevin, his first name is Kevin, right? I'm not fucking that up. It's Kevin Reddington.
I think so.
Did my brain just fuck up short? I just always call him Reddington.
No, no, it's Kevin.
Okay. All right. So there's a lot of clips over the past couple of weeks of not only
the defense attorney and you have all the time in the world to go make this case. And I'm talking
even before the trial, when you're at the pretrial hearings and everything, and like,
you know, you're not going to be able to do it. You're not going to be able to do it. And so eventually it comes down
to, okay, are we going to argue guilty or not guilty by reason of insanity? Which means in
both cases, it's like an admission. And I'll put that in air quotes that she actually did it.
There's no fucking way the guy would triple down so hard on not only defending that in court,
but also openly saying there were some times where he danced around it, but eventually he
openly was saying that not only does he think it's ridiculous, all the conspiracy theories
against power, but he's also openly saying that he's not going to be able to do it.
Patrick Clancy, but that like Lindsay supports him and that he was a supportive husband of her
and everything. And like, it's clear that he did not do this. So let's, let's, let's play this,
this second video right there. There's a lot of videos I could play. I don't, I don't want to play
too many of them, but this one right here from one of his recent interviews after the case was
listed as a mistrial. Well, Kevin hasn't come out and really done a full-throated
support of Patrick Clancy. I have repeated,
repeatedly and did during the trial and prior to the trial, listen to the 911 call and the gut
the public has not heard it. The jury, I understand that the judge made that ruling, but I've said
repeatedly the gut wrenching horror that, that is in his voice. No actor in California could ever
imitate that. It's, it's obvious that Patrick was a man who stood by his wife through all of the
cruelty of the medical issues, the psychiatric issues, the pharmaceutical issues, even up to the
time of trial and even afterwards. And the man ought to be able to move on with his life and
stop with the speculation and horrific conspiracy allegations that he was involved with some massive
conspiracies to kill his children. So what do you say to the people who are still pushing that
theory that Patrick Clancy was involved in these children's murder? As I've said before, I think
that it's horrific what this man is going through. Horrific.
And he's entitled to move on with his life and the fact that he's moved on with his life
and still is standing by Lindsay as far as the legal issues tells, tells the tale.
Now there are going to be people there who can already see it. Well, he's, he's not saying
directly that he definitely didn't do it. He's leaving the door open and he's just trying to
set a public track. Listen, people, he's a defense attorney. He's always going to watch
how he says every goddamn thing. Apparently he didn't look up how a pardon works.
I did see that. He asked Trump for a fucking pardon. It's a state case.
Maybe my lawyers can help me out with that, but I don't think that's really how it works. Anyway,
but when it comes to the case, like the actual case, of course, he's why this is not a dumb
attorney. This guy's a good attorney. He's watching every little thing he says, but he did
this in, from what I counted, nine different interviews that I saw over just the last couple
of days, which means there were way more where he was repeatedly and in different, some different
words every time.
Yeah.
Saying this exact point. And he also, there was the prosecution, one place where they
did do an excellent job during the case. And I think the prosecution, you know, they could
have done a better job in, in, in plenty of spots, no doubt about that. But one place
where they did do a very good job is laying out the minute by minute timeline in, in the
husband's testimony, Patrick Clancy's testimony as to where he was at each point. So, you
could determine that completely and not get arguments against it. And that at the end of the
day appears to be an agreed upon outcome. And like I said, every juror went out of their way
to say this. Now let's talk about those jurors though. I have often said in different contexts
over the years, and it's, it's, it's a, it's a tough thing. Cause like juries are a key part of
the American society. And I think that's a big part of the American society. And I think that's
a big part of our system and our justice system, which has a lot of good to it. I obviously always
point out a lot of problems with it, but when you compare it into the history of the world,
there's a lot of good things about our system. But one unfortunate thing about it that I've often
said cynically is that in many cases, not always, but in many cases, juries are comprised of people
who are a little too dumb to get out of fucking jury duty. It's not hard to do. Okay. And you know,
I shouldn't necessarily say that. I will hypocritically admit that it's not a nice
thing to say in America because juries are a pillar of the system, but you know, people got
busy lives and stuff. They don't always have time to sit there for fucking three months during a
murder trial. I certainly would never be able to do it. And I'd be able to make that case very
quickly when being called upon jury duty, like I would not be able to operate my business without
me being here. And so there we go. But you know, there's other people who are like, not the worst
thing in the world. A little paid time off.
Yeah. Well, you know, lunch, lunch, get to sit here and play true crime. Yeah. Right. And one
of the stories I've always cited, I don't know if you would want me to say his last name. I want to
say his last name because it's kind of a flex as far as like what he did here. Cause I always
thought it was the funniest fucking thing ever, but I have a friend named Tommy and I won't say
his last name, but we're going to call him Tommy. And this guy, I'm trying to think of
if I should change, change his geolocation. Let's just say this guy went way back with him. He's,
he's a friend from college. He's one of those hilarious dudes. Who's way too good looking for
his own good. Always getting the most women imaginable. And his whole shtick is like,
he's kind of like an asshole, but it's like, assume that you have to understand that he's
that because it's funny. And then you like him. And that means some people fucking hated
him, but a lot of people fucking loved him and greatest guy ever. But anyway, Tommy is someone
I would describe as a very macho heterosexual male. And he bought a shirt the first time he
was called the jury duty. And he actually had to like show up to do it. So he, he, he goes out and
buys this shirt and this guy's about six, three, six, four, a boxer decked deck the fuck up probably
fucking 3% body.
Fat. He buys a shirt that is about four to five sizes too small. So the sleeves are all the way
up here. It is literally choking him out. And the shirt simply says, I heart my two dads.
That motherfucker walked into the jury pool and within three minutes was struck and out of there
for the simple fucking effort of going to a thrift shop and buying the gayest shirt imaginable at a
time. And he's like, I'm going to go to the jury duty in this country. So when you see 12 people
to get on the jury duty, they're not sending their best in many cases. Unfortunately, I hate that I'm
saying that I really do, but I have said it before. And some people will grill me for that,
but it is what it is. So when I saw these people come forward this week and do so with what I would
call a vendetta in, in many of the cases towards the lone juror that seemed to hold out here,
I was quite disappointed. So let's start with, I think my favorite of all of them. Juror number one,
can we play the first clip of her saying, I would say the quiet part out loud, but there's really
nothing quiet about this. I just want you guys to, to hear this so that I, you know, I'm not
thinking I'm sitting here crazy hearing this and there's going to be, we got, we got a few clips
here. Here we go. Juror one. Not sure if rogue is the right word. So, but
every one of us in the hours of a frustration would get up and walk the room because you just
couldn't sit. You got to walk and we'd all go with the exhibits. Um, he, he, I think got up to
the car once very briefly and went back to his seat. Um, he would not, he would not interact
with us. Um, and, and try to understand we read to him on numerous occasions,
the definition
of a reasonable doubt from judge sullivan's instruction he actually said one day in the end
why don't we have the judge come in and read it again and we were like no we have it in front of
us no we're gonna make that decision for you and we would highlight it and you know so and so this
is the definition of a reasonable doubt but you have the hardest time getting off the fact that
lindsey viciously killed her children he had the hardest time getting he had the hardest time
getting off the fact that lindsey viciously killed his children bitch did you fucking play that back
to yourself do you hear what you just said he had the hardest time getting off the fact that lindsey
viciously killed her children i don't know maybe because she viciously fucking killed his children
her children
what the fuck are we doing here i knew that was coming i i that was one crash out i absolutely
knew was coming because she's just beautiful let's play the next clip of this extremely smart
high iq certainly not pressuring highfalutin woman who sat on your so i don't want to dwell
too much on the autopsy photos but i want to ask because i think that it's obviously important that
the violence that was was done was done on the autopsy photos but i want to ask because i think
that it's obviously important that the violence that was was done on the autopsy photos was done on
to the children was represented as they were the victims in this however from my perspective i
thought they spent too much time the prosecution on the autopsy photos and i felt that it was
unfair to you the jurors considering that the act had been admitted to what what was your reaction to
the amount of autopsy photos that you had to see yeah i thought it was too much i thought the
prosecution was just trying to
get us to realize how horrific the whole thing was that's their job the whole thing was horrific
but i think she they wanted to keep piling on the morbid pictures and the morbid part of it all
which was not even what we were trying to just prove whether she knew what she was doing or she
didn't know what she was doing
when the asteroid gets sent i got the coordinates for you i got the coordinates god i just wherever
yeah i don't mean that literally youtube don't strike me down for that
it the prosecution it was a little too morbid it was too morbid for us it's morbid because the
fucking bitch killed me i don't know what to do with it i don't know what to do with it i don't
know what to do with it she killed all her kids what do you want them to do say yeah she killed
him just take our word for it no in any murder case whether it's kids adults anything they show
you all of the images i feel like i gotta get joseph scott morgan in here to describe exactly
how this goes down in court again but this is what happens in every fucking trial and these people
are so soft that they're like and and don't get me wrong i i think it's horrible that unfortunately
in cases in any case whether it's kid or adults
people do have to see these things and that is the job of the jury i'm not saying they should be
like oh yeah great i'm seeing dead bodies i'm not saying it's nice in any way don't mishear me
but the fact that they didn't these people who are preaching on what how the job's supposed to
work because apparently they're professional fucking jurors when you listen to them talk all
this week you know they are also sitting here and quite literally saying that the most important
part of their job which is taking a look at the evidence at hand
was just a little too much for their safe space okay no i i just really can't do this
okay it's it's giving too much it's giving too much
there were said i mean they're setting back women so many years shout out to all the women out there
that don't feel this way i know there's a way more of you but holy shit so that one right there
the next link was also a little bit of overlap with her talking about viciously killing the kids
i'm going to skip some videos here just because they're going to be a little bit longer but i'm
going to piss me off too much but they talked about being entertained by reddington they talked
about him like he was the hottest thing ever which not to defend them at all because i think it was
ridiculous and obviously i'm making fun of them unfortunately this is a part of any courtroom
the riz wins the riz is important so regardless of the context in which they were talking about
it which i thought was gross and ridiculous
yeah i will say the prosecution's table wasn't working with a lot of risks and the
branding could have been a little better on the government's part i will say that and the guy
reddington think what you want of him got incredible charisma incredible charisma it's just wild that
they're like they're so openly laughing and smiling and citing that in such a serious case
involving children who are the victims that they seem to not even want to talk about and you know
like totally discount they also talked about and they explained this in a long-winded rant but they
talked about it in a long-winded rant but they talked about it in a long-winded rant and they
talked about how the holdout juror was expressing reasonable doubt you heard the first clip where
that was mentioned and there were more clips where these three jurors were all talking about it
and what's very clear from it is that he he most likely and we can't know this for sure never said
the words i have reasonable doubt they were trying to pressure him into convincing himself that what
he was saying was reasonable doubt and as you heard them say when he wanted the judge to come
in there to give a clarification on stuff they said
they said nah hun you don't need the judge we got you we we are the judge with the judge jury
and executioner here we're executing everyone but lindsay there was also a part where some of the
jurors were nurses and they were playing expert in the room do we have that link thief we should
pull that one up it's supposed to be equal in a jury room as far as like people all coming around
and assessing the evidence and then coming to a conclusion here
the expertise is supposed to occur in the courtroom i'm not saying human beings are perfect i'm not
saying someone at one point doesn't say well i've been fucking doing this right you know i'm sure
some of that stuff happens but when nurses start talking about like drug administration and what it
does to you and stuff to try to sway the other jurors that i don't know that's kind of interesting
let's is this the this is this is the right okay so judge sullivan is getting calls to hold public
contempt hearings involving jurors who like lindsey clancy are themselves nurses in the
murder trial this is from mike kobe
wildhorse at wild underscore horse on twitter three female jurors said nurses on the panel
answered questions about medications and guided jurors through hospital and toxicology reports
during deliberations i've served on on a jury jurors are required to rely only on evidence
presented in court medical questions should have been answered by sworn experts or sent to the
judge for clarification not explained by jurors using their personal knowledge the nurse jurors
are accused of acting as unsworn experts and using their interpretations to influence the panel and
press for clarification and not explained by jurors using their personal knowledge
pressure the lone holdout juror to vote not guilty the jury reportedly deliberated for more than 36
hours across seven days before becoming deadlocked 11-1 discussions allegedly became so heated that
alternate jurors thought they were fighting the nurse jurors should face contempt hearings that's
his spec not mine but kind of interesting kind of interesting that they're playing expert in there
for sure the best though that last link can you hit that last one six on under one two and three
sorry yeah
right there
three lindsey clancy jurors say they plan to attend a potential retrial in support of clancy
after the four person called the mistrial quote so heartbreaking unquote we're literally talking
about pink shirt ladies who served on the jury and are now going to put on the pink shirts and
hold up signs and heart signs for the lady that killed her kids that's where we're at here people
so juror four who i believe was disguised identity they didn't show her face
basically said that she felt i don't think she did she use the word bullied i don't want to say
that if she didn't use the official word um i believe she said pressured not bullied yeah i
can't see until we watch let's let's do that so that there's no mistakes here i don't want i want
the evidence presented as it is don't take my word for it we're going to pull this up but
interesting conversations leading into the her eventually
saying that she was going to be voting not guilty by reason of insanity she was another juror though
that clarified that the 9-1-1 call was the worst thing she ever heard and that there's no way that
could have been faked and she felt awful for patrick clancy and that when she left
they went once the trial was over and she got back online and saw all the conspiracy theories
about him she thought that was completely wrong anyway let's play this first clip deep's got it
that person the majority of the room was trying to kind of sway that person from the very beginning
so where did you come down from the very beginning like what was your vote so originally i felt as
though she was guilty and she was criminally responsible for it um and maybe i still believe
that in a certain way um so she's talking about to be clear so again i want to make sure i had
this right because we got a lot of links here and we're running through all this she's referring to
the pressure on the loan juror not on her
So I want to be clear about that.
So if I'm wrong on the front end, let's make sure we have
that on the record right there obviously we're not perfect in here we always point that out
but she then and i will say this is implicit not explicit for sure but she says that originally
her vote would have been for guilty and that she was liable for it meaning not insane and that i
what did she say i guess maybe there's a part of me that still feels that way which would imply
that when she's talking about the pressure on the holdout juror that perhaps there was pressure on
her because she's sitting here after the trial and she's like well maybe i still feel that fucking
way i don't know that's implicit not explicit want to be very clear on that that's pure spec
and opinion on my part very interesting though then you had juror five now there were there were
obviously 12 jurors nine of them were women three of them were men this is one of the men
and unfortunately
this is not a great example for
courageous men in this country because you're going to hear in this clip what really shocked him
and hint it wasn't the fact that there were three viciously murdered kids
you wouldn't engage or couldn't find something to support his view there was times he wouldn't
engage
like he'd be scrolling on his phone while people are talking to him
that's another thing we did look at this just to make sure we weren't crazy
it's not supposed to be phones in a jury in a jury room i even specifically looked it up related to
the clancy jury because it said when i went to the ruler like generally speaking it's not allowed
in a jury room then i said were their phones supposed to be allowed in the clancy trial
jury deliberations and the answer was hard no but he's referring to the holdout juror in this case
who's the guy we're defending by the way having a phone and not then saying by the way none of us
had phones either right like so maybe implying that people had phones in there meaning god
forbid they had access to the internet to see what people were fucking saying and maybe they're
i don't know that's total pure spec but kind of interesting he said that let's keep going
things like that dargie told us one time he confronted the holdout after the man
picked up what clancy used to strangle her kids he took the exercise band out of the bag
grabbed an empty water bottle and and tied the band around the water bottle
did he explain why he did that no um he might have i'm not entirely i think i was just so
shocked that he did that like is that a mimic of how she killed the children yeah i i assume so
yeah what'd you think when he did that i was shocked it didn't make any sense to me we're not
in here to play detective or it's not a game of clue like this is serious i asked him why why was
why why are you doing that that's a band that was used to strangle a child it's disgusting
he's so shocked that the guy uses a water bottle
to attempt to appeal to the humanity of people in there
but he's not shocked that he's sitting there ignoring the most important victims that are
supposed to be with them in the room the kids that's a weak weak man right there
and i will die on that fucking hill there is nothing that happened this week that did not
make me feel like i was way too soft last week let alone aggressive you really have to think
about this stuff i had
people being like how could you question the charlie kirk thing but not question this
it's like it's not that i'm not questioning all the pieces of evidence presented we are in trial
mode here we are getting all the evidence presented it's out there not everything looks
amazing for patrick clancy like as a husband as i already said not everything looks cut and dry
from a like are you god and can you know who what's in someone's mind 100 sure but like the
burden of proof to prove that you're in psychosis
at that point at that point like the burden of proof is on the government to prove the case
and i do think they did plenty to do that they could have done a better job for sure
but like the burden of proof to prove that you hear a voice in whatever which can't even be
proved is like hypothetically on you and i'm saying hypothetically because my legal scholars
out there are going to pick apart every little word i say right here especially if they disagree
with me so i don't want to get in hot water but like she is trying to say no i was crazy
with the defense that they came up with later
there's a lot we're not going to get to today but there is one more thing as we've been talking
about the whole way today we found out not the actual identity of the holdout juror but
we found out some of his attributes
we got that clip from gail king who was
it's like this took her breath away joey d well here we go right absolutely she had to she had
to sit with it she had to sit with it maybe she yeah i'm curious about the jurors themselves
because we know it was nine women three men what was the age range what was the racial makeup i
haven't heard any of that what was it um 70 in 70 ish to 22 and um one person of color and then
every other person of color and then every other person of color and then every other person of color
everybody else was white um a lot of the jurors had children uh-huh and one person of color was a
person of color a woman or a man a man a man is a holdout juror a person a black man yes a black
man is a holdout juror yes well i have to sit with that for just a second what the fuck do you have
to sit with
like i don't know
what's going on in that household but i also saw like an oprah fucking round table where they're
clapping for a woman saying let's make sure we have the same energy for all the black women who
killed their children and like everyone in the room fucking clay yeah sister that's right how
about we not have energy for fucking people to kill their children how about we focus on the
children first some of the same people who claim to care so much about all the victims in the
Epstein file seem to care about everyone except the kids who are fucking killed by the children
or at least they want to explain away why their loving mother did this to them and didn't know that
she did it but gail king here finds out and is shocked she's like oh oh i'm sorry i gotta sit
with that i can't i can't believe someone who happens to share my skin color would possibly
think that this woman's not guilty by reason of insanity and it is the ultimate symbol right here
because we have already demonstrated how all this majority female jury room was pressuring
this holdout juror all week to change his opinion seemingly allegedly pure spec putting some words
in his mouth to try to make this happen and are now going on this giant public tirade campaign
many of them with their faces out there to try to impeach his character do all these different
things and i know nothing about this guy i i we don't know anything about him right now but what
we do know is that he was the one person in there who's like you know maybe the kids actually are
the victims here which is the most important thing so to be clear i don't know anything about
here the nine women on this jury at least of the ones we've seen these are the exact kind of women
who would have been out there with signs and holding up heart signs not even just for lindsey
clancy at this trial but six years ago during george floyd and everything with blm saying you
know the every fucking regular line that was pushed upon society at that time to basically
apologize for every person who's ever existed and anything they would have ever done to someone
who's a minority which got way beyond the pale and i'm not going to go into that but i'm going to
obviously pissed off a lot of society these are the exact types of people who would have been doing
that and what's ironic is that they would have been saying things at the time like oh we need
to really amplify black and multi multicultural voices and put them at the forefront and take
them seriously and listen to them but when push comes to shove according to this right here we
have a jury filled with those women pressuring the lone holdout who happens to be a black man
and then speaking out against him
publicly after the fact and basically saying his opinions wrong in fact it's almost criminal what
he was doing because he was ignoring the law so the moment they get put to the test to actually
put their money where their mouth is and i don't know and by the way it should never be this way
it has nothing to do with race but if you want to play their game the moment they get put to the
test and they have to amplify multicultural voices or whatever they say shut the fuck up get in your
place and do what we tell you what to do if that's not the ultimate sign of the hypocrisy of the
hypocrisy of america
i don't know what is of the hypocrisy of some people in america i should say i don't know what
is and it's really really fucking sad to me god i love this country i love this country so i did
talk with vivian kubrick stanley kubrick's daughter this week we are not going to have
time to get to that this week i will go through that next week i had a nice back and forth i got
permission from vivian to share 90 of it on the record there was one
paragraph we removed that was that was a private paragraph between me and her that's perfectly
innocent by the way it's just very side note kind of thing so thank you to vivian for reaching out
on that i will discuss that obviously stanley kubrick
father did eyes wide shut I've been talking about that the last couple episodes with some of the
speculation on the missing footage she has had a lot to say there in response to that and we did a
nice little back and forth so I will get to that and there's a couple other things as well that we
did not get to but I am going to take when I see things that are common sense to me I am willing
to look at the evidence build it and be comfortable with the idea that if someone presents better
evidence to me in the future I will say I was wrong with the same volume with which I think
I'm right right now and right now I feel very very strongly about this Lindsay Clancy huge
distraction case as I said by the way if in the future someone actually shows me good evidence
not the stuff I saw this week that was all shitty evidence at best I'll apologize and I'll say you
know what maybe maybe maybe she had no idea but brother sister whoever's listening she killed her
kids
that said give it a thought get back to me peace thank you guys for checking out this clip if you
