the struggle hole that can't be what's not always it's not always for lunch i always eat yeah i
sometimes eat out for breakfast as well uh one of them is a healthy root beer saw in bts you're
having a healthy root beer i guess earlier so i don't know um
you have three drinks on the floor yep okay so i don't know if it's just water but maybe you're
just in a in a special a special day one is uh one's ice one is water with a nello super calm
in it and one of them is a root beer probiotic sparkling drink on your average day you consume
2 600 calories that's your average day that's not when you throw in the extra things the extra
things being that mac that pops up or your little sandwich that pops up
or that extra little drink like you're doing today or these other days you have or her little
dessert that she does a couple times a week those add up by the way especially with low activity
um in reality you and your lifestyle at your height and your age you should be at about
1700 calories a day so you consume an extra 33 just about so okay come on was it a disorder
or is it your behavior just because nuggets are grilled doesn't mean you're
caloric amount for your age and height are good let's be real here i'm basing my like meal off of
what my nutritionist has approved for me to eat does she approve this multiple desserts and this
mac and cheese thing that you're doing the protein shake instead of the protein shake all of a sudden
we start putting in bacon and sausage into our eggs like are they approving that so we meet once
a week and she sees exactly because i track exactly what i put in by pictures now for what
it's worth how much do you weigh right now i'm at 362.
i was at 398 was my highest nine months ago don't approve it what on a scale yeah yeah okay
it takes away five pounds we love the springer scale bring it out she consented
because i mean yes you're 2600 calories so that you consume on a daily basis that is likely for
your height and weight a decrease from your maintenance because you're just so large
so that probably actually does make you
