I can show you guys my spy lineup. I still am in my never-ending quest to win the spy. This is the $100 single entry contest on DraftKings. 50k to 1st, 2222 entries. You think if you start the lineup with Caleb Williams at 5.9% and he drops 37.26 points, you might start thinking, hey, we're really cooking here. We got something. It's going to be a good year. We're going to get off to a fast start. No. No, absolutely not, because I stacked in with Luther Burton at 12.4% who scored 10.5 points. And Colston Loveland at 15.9% who scored-- let me check my notes. Zero points for Colston. Loveland A.K.A. Colt Commett's back up. I did bring it back with the wrong Carolina Panther. I did not have Jalen Coker. I did not have Chuba Hubbard. But I did have Teta Roya McMillan who scored 11.5 points at 13% ownership. The rest of this lineup, I did eat the Gibbs Chalk 61.8% in this contest. He goes for 37.6 points. Omari and Hampton, that was pretty rough there. He did score the touchdown, but only 43 yards and a fumble, 9.3 points at 26.8% ownership. Yeah, wish I would have played DeAndre Swift in this onslaught with the Bears instead. Who else was in this lineup? Trey Tucker, Chalk, 13.6%. Honestly, not that bad. As far as Chalk percentage on him, I think Mayor ended up getting the majority of the Raiders love there. He put up a snowflake, 4.7. And then I did go with March on Lloyd in the flex. Another disastrous play. I didn't want to do the two tight-in lineups. I didn't think the three running back lineups were going to be pretty sharp yesterday. I believe that was to be the case. Just not if you included March on Lloyd here. 5.4% ownership, definitely like that. But 3.7 points. And then I correlated Gibbs defense with-- or sorry, Gibbs with the Lions defense there. I liked that thought of, hey, if I'm not game stacking this, if I'm avoiding all the Saints, Chalk, the other big Lions pieces, let's play this through the defense. So the Gibbs Lions, DST correlation at 1.4%. They go for 10. That's fine. But this lineup scores a Wop, Wop, Wop. 100 in 24.56 points. Not going to get it done. Absolutely not going to get it done here. Let's see what took down the spy, though. Cash, Yobi here. Had the Bryce Young to Jalen Kocher. And I have to give a shout out to my cram heads. Two touchdowns, 138 receiving yards. Of course hits the bonus. There has eight receptions. What an absolute smash. And you can see here, this lineup did jam in the three high-end running backs Gibbs. Bijon, Derek Henry, it ate the alave chalk. Michael Mayer also had a really nice DJ more play at 2% and then had the Jets chalk in here. 20% but scores nine points. It gets it done. Really, really nice lineup here from cash. Taken it down with the Bryce Young skinny in no other bears. Didn't even have the Swift bring back. Obviously didn't have Loveland or Burton. But that is what it took to win $50,000 in week one. In the 200k spy on draft kings. Cross country was the first one in the chat this morning. What player fade are you most nervous about coming out a week one? I mean, probably Parker Washington. Probably Parker Washington. Looks like he's going to do some things this year. I guess last night, Isaiah likely looked pretty good. That was a big fade for me. That one could certainly backfire. I'm sure there's a few others that I'm forgetting here. Maybe DJ more to in this line up here seeing his stat line. It seems like Josh Allen in this entire offense is going to cook. Being away from McDermott, I probably undervalued that. GM to everybody here. Ducatiere says I feel so stupid for Bollywood for the Charlie Colar. It's a log season. But yeah, the early snap data didn't look too good here. It was what snaps 30 for Colar, 30 for Najoku, only 10 for Gadsden. So that was kind of to be expected. But David Najoku actually led the Rams in the Rams. The Chargers in Routeron, 18, 12 for Colar, 5 for Gadsden, and then no targets for Colar, 5 for Najoku, 2 for Gadsden. Whalen, I will say I'm pretty sure, Fandule just sent out bonus cash. I had bonus cash in my account. If you guys were affected yesterday, absolutely bummer news to have our Fandule free roll, and then no one could adjust their lineups. The week in total is at 50 points per game entering Monday night football, which would mark a new week one record in the Super Bowl era. Incredible. Incredible.

The co-heads are amped up this morning and rightfully slow. So yes, the cramheads were co-cads, shout out to the cramheads. Yeah, the March on Lloyd usage, woof. Yeah, could not have said it better myself. It seemed like the big takeaway to me was the Packers offensive line. Looks like a disaster as well. There was some encouraging stuff from the Packers. I thought, you know, Matthew Golden, his, you know, the thesis of him playing in those two wide receiver sets. That certainly looked like it would hit. He had a really nice targets per rout run as well. That should bode well for his fantasy production going forward. Seems like this is the theme of this morning, Mr. Mr says I was feeling good about the process. I had a lineup score 217 points. Unfortunately, it was in the five dollar lotto and I only won 30 bucks. 217 points. Let's see. What would that have done for you in the spy? That would have been good for a thousand bucks. So yeah, you know, that's how it goes. Sometimes you don't get it in the right contest. Chris Riley says week one reminder, the things that confirm your priors are sticky and the rest is just noise. I know we also, let's not forget, who was it last year? It was last year Keon Coleman had a really big week one. And then that certainly didn't pan out. I think I'll maybe give Khalif Raymond the 2026 Keon Coleman award is the guy who probably won't be able to keep that up. Jordan says GM deposit king. I'm certainly going to be a deposit king this week back to the deposit button for me. Cash game Pete would have ran the table on the gill cast with nip with Nate playing Murray and still beating Davis. I did see that. I was catching a little bit of that this morning great to have the gill cast back with the boys. Minks said Antonio Williams looked legit yesterday. Yeah, man, I didn't get to watch a ton of that game in the late window. We are going to be live for the ship cast every week at the 1 p.m. Eastern window. I was with the family for a lot of the the late games, but I did see some buzz about Antonio Williams, which is really encouraging to hear, especially because my other favorite rookie wide receiver Jacobi Lane looks like he's going to be out for a little while. That absolutely broke my heart. But if the Antonio Williams stuff can get home, that would certainly be nice. Thank you, Rayless for having the courage to say this. I was wondering who was going to come in here and say this. No one wants to say this. Gibbs is going to smash. Thank you. I don't know how hard that must have been for you to type that out. Knowing the criticism, the polarization that that comment could bring upon you. We live to build another day exactly. Let's take a look at my other main lineup on draftings. Like I said, I did not play a ton of lineups yesterday. It was a busy week. I'm excited to settle in this week, ramp up the volume. I did toss another lineup into the red zone. We were coming off of a show on Friday with you to count with Jam to win. Both of those guys very high on the Geno Smith stacks. I loved that idea. So I wanted to build a team around that. This was the team I put together in the red zone here. This is the $50 single entry. This one had 2,272 entries. So pretty much the same size as the spy. I played Geno Smith at 2.8% ownership, but he only scored 9.3 points. I stacked him up just a skinny stack or sorry, not a skinny stack. I did it with Breeze Hall and Garrett Wilson. So Garrett Wilson ended up being fairly popular. He comes in at 17.1%. He scores 13.9 points. Breeze Hall though ended up being the nicer play there at 6.6%. He scores 22.8. I played a Lions block in this one that was Gibbs in Amon Raw. Basically the thought being, look, I'm saving money with Geno at quarterback. I'm going really contrarian. Or at least I thought I was with Geno Breeze Hall and Garrett Wilson. So I play Gibbs. He comes in at 59% Amon Raw at 19%. They obviously go off. This lineup also had Trey Tucker, not sure I love being 100% exposed to Trey Tucker across by two lineups, but did think he was a decent pump play in his ownership as we saw in the spy didn't get out of control either at 14.4%. Tyler Warren, this was another build where I wanted to avoid the two tight in stuff. I knew Tyler Warren was going to get squeezed just with all of the other interest in the tight ends. He comes in at 4.8%. He scores 10.3 points. And then this lineup, I did have Bucky Irving. He was a very popular play on the cram. I thought that was a sharp call, especially with Sean Tucker, not involved. Really good spot for them versus the bangles. He goes off for 21.3 points. And then I paid up for Steelers defense in this one. I knew a lot of people were going to be playing jets. Jags were going to be popular. Some Titans. I thought Steelers here at 11.4%. They scored 18 there against Cooper Rush. This lineup does fare better than my spy lineup, spy lineup scored. What was it? 124 points. This red zone lineup scores 166.6 points. Still not good enough to cash here. Oh, man, I just missed the min cash. I realized 514 positions pay. And I finished in 526. So I was less than 0.5 points away from caching. But that is how she goes. That is how she goes. Let's see what took down the red zone. Let's see if it was another bright young team. No, it was a Caleb team. A Caleb de Burton stack with the Coker bring back had a phantom Saint stack with Veile and Juwan Johnson had Gibbs in here. Also Bejan in Justin Jefferson in Jags defense. Shout out to Justin Jefferson, man, goes for 31.2 points. Carson wins comes in and does not seem like that is going to be any kind of downgrade for Justin Jefferson. In fact, it is probably an upgrade. We'll have to see how long Kyler is going to miss action. But basically every Viking scored yesterday. I think except Addison, Jordan Mason scored, Aaron Jones scored, Jefferson scored twice, Hawkinson scored. It was really just Addison, who was the odd man out there. One eye Jack says, why didn't someone tell me that Loveland was a dead zone running back? Yeah, I mean, it wasn't great. But honestly, of all the players to panic on the stuff with Loveland, his route percentage was still awesome. He had a 92% route rate. To me, a little bit fluky there, as far as him not getting involved. And also, they just had their will on the ground. They could have not have thrown a pass that game and still won. Menungai cooked, Swift went nuclear of all the guys to be panicked on. I actually don't think Loveland is one to be worried about too much. Omar and Hampton being 25% in the 50 single entry was not what I was expecting. Yeah, he really got steamed there a good bit. I guess it kind of makes sense when you looked at the Chargers team total there. They had the massive team total. They were the biggest favorites on the slate minus nine and a half. But holy shit, not only did Hampton kill lineups there. But man, the Chargers wiped out a lot of the survivor action as well. I think in like the big survivor world championship that I'm doing with Davis and not kitchen, we played the Steelers. So that was safe. And then in the Swolecast survivor, I played 10 entries. I lost two of them. I had two Chargers teams that went down. And then I kind of sprinkled elsewhere, three Pittsburgh, a Vegas, two Jags, a bangles in a Detroit there. So yeah, the Chargers, I believe were the second highest, picked selection in both the big splash one, the circa, et cetera. You can always count on the Chargers to to shit the bed early for us. Mink says the funny thing is, is people will be off Lloyd because of performance this week and next week he will find the in zone once or twice against the Jets calling it now. Yeah, I have to dig into that a little bit more and kind of see what the usage was like. What was going on? How much of it was game flow? How much of it is offensive line? But yeah, better days ahead for March on Lloyd, but not the start you want. If you're looking for that, you know, part of the thesis of the play is that early season production from him. And so to not have the usage there is certainly considering or considering is a concerning. Lovelin definitely a great by low. I mean, it was brutal like the my cram. I took a let me see my cram picks here. I these did not well actually how many how many receptions to Garrett Wilson have. Did we get there? Was it just Lovelin? So these were the three picks that I had my core picks from the cram. We had Lovelin at four and a half receptions that did not get home. We had Bryce Young
higher than 199.5 passing yards. That was good. And then Garrett Wilson. How many catches did Garrett Wilson have? Garrett Wilson had six catches. So yeah, we went two for three there on the core, but Colston, Lovland sold us out there. Madison Beer was the best charger yesterday. Yes, my Elon feed is only videos of Madison Beer jumping around from her box. Yeah, this is probably the right take from Neil here. I think you can come up with reasons for Lloyd to do much better, but it was very concerning, definitely. Speaking of Neil, make sure tomorrow night we will have the debut of stat chasing. Let's take a look here at our Fandall lineups. Like I said, really frustrating morning yesterday, you know, Fandall hooked us up with this free play, which I was appreciative of, and then people couldn't submit their lineups, which absolutely sucks. So that's how she goes, like I said, obviously you're not getting bonus back for a free play, but if you were playing another contest that were affected, I know they have sent out some bonus cash there. I rolled just one lineup on Fandall yesterday. It was a box stack. I wanted to play this box angle. I thought Baker Mayfield looked like a good play, Chris Godwin and Kate Oton, narrator. They were not. Baker Mayfield had three fumbles. They were an absolute disaster. I did have some nice pieces on this lineup. It had Breeze Hall, it had Deandre Swift. It had Zay Flowers. That was good. The other bad stuff, Chalk Jamar Chase, Flops here, scores 2.2 points, and then Barkley and my Flex, he scores only 8.5, and then I had the Jets defense correlated with Breeze Hall. So I felt good about this lineup, but the main stack absolutely Flops, the Jamar Chase flop, and we couldn't take advantage of the Breeze Hall, the Swift, and the Flowers there. Man, Flowers is another just disappointing run out. He scores 26.5 points, has five receptions, 150 yards, and a TD, and yet coming up limp with that hamstring injury, reports this morning, or it shouldn't be too serious, but man, it's, I mean, a hamstring, it's never something you want to hear. We know how that stuff can linger, how it can get reactivated. He looked absolutely electric on his limited touches yesterday before exiting the game there. So hopefully Zay Flowers will be fine because he is looking like a round four smash. Who else in the round four there? Obviously, Deandre Swift, Montgomery, scores three touchdowns yesterday, haven't talked about him because he wasn't necessarily a big piece in DFS lineups, but the thesis of Montgomery being the new and improved goal line back for the Texans, certainly looked to be true. Let's see who took down the 5K deposit kingdom free play, free roll, none other than Baconator. I believe is this the same Baconator from Underdog here. First place, 207 points, did have the Bryce Young double stack. One, the deposit kingdom contest with a zero from Colston, Loveland. Can you believe that? But when you hit on 35.44 from Bryce Young, 32.8 from Coker, he also had Jemeer Gibbs's 34.1 points. Derek Henry on Fandall, which famously is half point PPR, 37.8 points at 5.1% ownership. That was a smash. This line up also had Chris Olave and then Gentie in the flex. Gentie comes in at 19.9%, but scores 32.7. And I forgot, a second zero in this line up, the Tennessee Titans defense scores zero points does not matter. Baconator 1, 2, 2, 4 takes it home with that Bryce Young double and then Gibbs, Henry Olave and Gentie all putting up monster scores. Congratulations to the Baconator. Gentie looked awesome. Yes, he did. I believe he touched the ball 29 times yesterday. I mean, holy shit, holy shit. We went from out for the season to touching the ball 29 times in week one. I'll also say speaking of guys coming off of ankle injuries, Jeremiah love, like finding the box after having that ankle injury that we thought was going to keep him out at the start of the season. That's, that was an encouraging development, you know, even getting that carry inside the five. Obviously, I'll cheer still getting involved, but just knowing that Algier isn't, you know, the absolute lock on some of those green zone touches. And the one nice thing about fantasy football and DFS specifically, compared to say poker, you know, when we talk about tilt and poker, it's like, you have a bad beat on a hand and then you immediately donk it off on tilt the next hand because it happens like literally minutes after. At least with DFS, we can have this cooling down period. The main slate is still another six days away. We can re regroup, refresh. I guess that's all the advice I got for you now. Fantasy Pill, I hate whoever tweeted the prayer circle. I mean, it gave us lots of great moments on Twitter though. You got to give us, you got to give us that. Like I said, the one lineup that I built with April and Gumby, my two children, this team heading into the 4 p.m. Slate was winning the bomb. Lamar Chase Brown, dare canary, Z Flowers, JMO and Laporta, but JMO and Laporta combining for, you know, less than 14 points. That wasn't going to get it done here. So no debom cash is for me. It looks like Nez up here in the top three with a Lamar Gibbs, Gentie, Crystal Lava, Z Flowers and Tramick bride. You can see here, Gentie started out the week, not getting drafted, but in the higher stake stuff. He became a pretty sharp play as the week progressed. For quarterback scoring week one, I mean, Bryce Young is not going to get to play the the bears every week. So I mean, that one certainly could be fluke. Running back, you have Henry Swift, Gibbs, Gentie, Montgomery, Jonathan Taylor, Beijon, Chuba, Javonte. I mean, the only one here in the top 10 that doesn't look or that you feel like could just be an absolute mirage, I guess would be Minungai at 19.4. Because they're not going to get to play the Panthers again. But man, I mean, what what of these names? So I would not expect Coker to sustain this level of production, but that's wide receiver one, overall production. I mean, he's still going to have a great year. He's clearly very good. Christian Watson, certainly sustainable, Jefferson with Wens, definitely, Amin Raze, Alave, JSN, DJ Mornico, Parker, Lad, Veile, Debo, Antonio Williams. I mean, that's like the first surprise in here, but isn't this mostly chalk again? I mean, these are all players we expected to to ball out based on their their draft capital. This is a fair point. Monty probably doesn't fall in the in zone three times every week. Agreed with that, but I mean, clearly the goal line back, I think that offense is going to be competent enough where I don't think, I mean, I guess I should say I think he's going to pay off his draft cost pretty easily if he stays healthy. Even Don Tavy and Wix was like a fast start play. I will say the Mekai Lemon usage was actually pretty good. Had a decent target share was out there a good bit. You know, the fear was that Mekai Lemon might be on the Luther Burton rookie year trajectory where he gets slow played a bit, but that didn't necessarily seem to be the case yesterday. If you're earning that kind of targets per route run and you're a rookie who doesn't have, you know, super high draft capital, you're going to earn a bigger role. Like this is this is for him to do this in week one. Like when you select Antonio Williams in bestball, you're praying for like the week 14, 15, 16, 17 search. Like he was literally free. And if you're earning 36% targets per route run in week one, that's very exciting. Very exciting. Um, yeah, I can't I can't imagine saying that that's not exciting. Look at this depth chart here. Diggs is old as hell. McClaurin is a deep ball specialist. I mean, there's certainly room for Antonio Williams to be a factor here. Let me I want to look at the a few of these. If you guys have any spots you want me to pull up here, we're looking at the utilization report. Let me know and I'll happily pull those up. Um, as far as the eagles. So you had Devonte Smith, uh, Don Tavian wicks and lemon, all running the majority of their routes, 97, 91, 85% targets per route run. Pretty spread. Um, Devonte Smith, 23% of the targets, 18% for wicks and 18% for lemon. So the, uh, the utilization score, not quite as hot there for McCuy lemon, um, which I'm kind of curious why the disparity, um, I guess just it's his overall, uh, maybe it's the ariards there. It's 0% of the ariards. So just kind of at the line of scrimmage stuff. Kind of holding him down. But I think again, pretty bullish for McCuy lemon being out there, um, as much as he was and having similar targets per route run as Smith and wicks. Um, all right. We'll bounce around and look at a few of these here. Steelers. Let's see how my guy journey. I probably am not going to like what I'm going to see from Jeremy. Uh, Metcalf pitman Roman Wilson journey. So yeah, Roman Wilson running ahead, which is kind of what we, we learned at the beginning of the season. This is why I think the Antonio William stuff is so bullish because this is more what you expect from an 18th round basketball pick as a rookie, um, going to take some time. But I do fully expect Jeremy to flip Roman Wilson as the season progresses targets still very heavily concentrated on DK Metcalf, um, DK Metcalf with a 75 utilization score there. Roman Wilson at 53 pitman at 43. Pull up green bay utilization. Yeah, this is what I wanted to look at is well. Let's see here where are our packers. So wide receivers. Look at this man. Super bullish for Matthew Golden led the team in utilization score 88 to even Watson's 83 led the team in routes led the team in actually I almost said led a bit targets per route run. But do you know who led the team at targets per route run sky more baby, um, targets though 31% of the targets for Matthew golden. So Christian Watson has the big day, uh, but man, Matthew golden is going to be very fantasy relevant this year if this usage holds. And then looking at running back, um, March on Lloyd 45% of the snaps 60% of the rush attempts. Brooks 55% of the snaps 33% of the attempts. The issue here, uh, is that he's losing a lot of the third downwork to Chris Brooks. You see here the long down and distance 82% for Brooks to 18% for Lloyd, uh, 75% of the two minute drill snaps. So that's the issue right now. But honestly 62% of the rushing attempts. It could be worse. It could be worse. Hood winker wants to see the Miami rookie wide receivers. So it was Malik, Washington, Caleb Douglas, Chris Bell, uh, Malik, Washington ran 100% of the routes. Caleb Douglas was at 86% Bell at 54%. Um, the targets though, Caleb Douglas at 24% to Malik, Washington's 32. Pretty encouraging for Caleb Douglas actually has the highest utilization score. And honestly bullish for Chris Bell too. I mean, for a guy who missed, you know, the majority of the off season program who was not expected to be an early factor on just being out there for 54% of the routes. I think is encouraging there. But yeah, Caleb Douglas looks, uh, looks real solid. 32% of the area yards 16.7 A dot. Look at the A dot on all three of these wide receivers. 16.7 15.8 21. What was dulcich at dulcich with a zero A dot, which is hilarious. Um, man, in this rookie tight end will, uh, how do you say that? I'm a cast Marek. I can't even remember cac Marek. Uh, you guys can laugh at me for butchering that. But that is going to be an issue, uh, a little bit here. He was the one earning targets and not a great dulcich, which isn't great. Uh, what other ones do you guys want? You want to see Loveland? Well, we know the Loveland Iran 92% of the, uh, of the routes there. Um, 89% here. Colson Loveland Colcomat was at 50%. Just wasn't earning targets out there. Um, which was weird. Had 0% catchable targets because he had no targets. A dot fairly high. Yeah, I don't know. Sadeek. Sadeek ran 46% of the routes. Mason Taylor was at 62%. But Sadeek had the higher targets per route run and split targets with Taylor. Again, I'd say coming off of that groin injury. Uh, decent usage there. I think it bodes well. The fact that they were using him at the goal line with that little gimmick into round carry. I'm going to call that bullish. All right. You guys got all kinds of suggestions. Uh, you want to see Arizona. Arizona, obviously, Tremick, bride, Uber, smash. Let's look at the wide receivers. Oh, yeah, I am glad you brought this up because Kendrick Born is an issue. Uh, here specifically for Marvin Harrison. So the routes 92% Michael Wilson 87% Harrison 77% born, uh, targets per route run. No, born led the team. 27% also led them in targets. 22%. Um, this is like, you want to talk about a tough, tough scene. If Marvin Harrison is going to get out targeted by Kendrick Born in addition to Michael Wilson and Tremick, bride, that might be GGs right there. That looks like GG 71 utilization score for Born 62 for Wilson 38 for Marvin Harrison. Multiple requests for the Jags running backs here. Tutan and Seerod basically split the snaps, but Tutan had 54% of the rush attempts to Chris Rodriguez is 21%. The routes were pretty split as well. 36% Tutan 40% Seerod utilization score here, though, much better for Tutan here because of that rush attempt split there. So pretty bullish first game for Tutan, I would say, from a uses perspective, but like this split is almost perfectly reflected of the gap in their ADPs. Tutan was the worst pick on the board, brother. We can find a lot, a lot worse picks than Tutan. Can we talk about Christian Watson? We just did. Um, you want to see bears wide receivers? Yeah, let's look at bears wide receivers because there were some, there were some surprises there. Here you go. Utilization score for bears wide receivers. Khalif Raymond, Luther Burden, Roma Dunesay, Jede Walker, and Kaden Davis here, but the routes, Burden Raymond and Dunesay running the same amount of routes is something. Targets per route run, Raymond 41% targets per route run. The target split yesterday, Raymond 35% Burden 19, a Dunesay 12, Jede Walker 4%. To me, the Raymond stuff is, he's going to have a role, but like we know exactly who Raymond is. To me, I do think, I think it's fair to be concerned about a Dunesay, but again, he's coming off of the injury. I think, I think,
I think you just gotta be excited about any bear you have in fantasy right now. Like, I really do think that should be the takeaway from this game. I mean, they are going to cook. The defense is horrendous. Everybody's gonna eat here. This was a frustrating week one, you know, game, but yeah, I wouldn't be concerned about the bears. Ted Hurst, yeah, let's look at the box here. Yeah, man, really good route share there. For Hurst, Igbuka in Godwin, 89% of the routes, but Ted Hurst right there at 83%. Obviously, no Jalen McMillan, so it's hard to know what this would have looked like if Jalen McMillan played, but still good for him to get out on the field. Third in targets, 22% target share for Igbuka, 15% for Godwin, 11% from Hurst. And actually had a slightly better utilization score than Godwin, I'm guessing because of this Adot and percentage of Ariards. Is Seerot a drop in redraft? Probably not, right? The disappointing thing is he doesn't have the standalone value, but it's still like a contingent running back. Are you dropping tank Bigsby? You've lost value probably on that selection, but I'm not dropping anyone who is one injury away from getting 15 plus touches in a good offense. Although Jalen Warren did see more of the targets, 17% to 11%, but interesting just 'cause I would have thought Rico would have led in Russia attempts in Jalen Warren in routes and it was split. But yeah, this is about business as usual as far as what we thought. Splitback field, both of these guys are good. Both of them can run. Both of them can catch. I believe I saw that the Steelers were the most pass heavy team as far as their pass rate over expectation in week one. Maybe somebody can correct me on that. I thought I saw a tweet on that. Tampa Bay running backs splits is the request here from A-word. Snap, 62%, Bucky, 46%, Gainwell, Russia attempts, Bucky, 53%, Gainwell, 33%. And then the real encouraging thing for Bucky was how involved he was in the passing game. 26% of the targets, 33% targets per route run, 58% of the routes to Gainwell's 36%. And just an absolute chasm between their utilization score, 85% for Bucky, 34% for Gainwell. If this holds Bucky, Uber, Smash, Gainwell, pretty rough selection. This is behind the paywall. This is part of the utilization report. Highly recommend it. Happy to wrap and fire, read some off for you guys. Casey Concepcion, 65%, Judy, 81%. The targets were very even, 19% across the board for Boston Concepcion in Judy. Boston, though, with the top utilization score, 64, 46 for Casey, 38 for Judy, really encouraging game for Boston there. 29 A dot, of course, impacted by that big touchdown. He had there, but yeah, I think encouraging. Again, any of these rookies getting on the field and producing right off the rip, I don't really know how you spin it as anything, but positive here. We talked about the Kendrick Born usage a little bit ago. Go easy cards, wants to see the Houston wide receivers. I'm curious about this one as well. So Jalen Noel having a decent game. This is kind of how you'd expect Nico Hutchinson and Booty led the team in routes. Target's per route run, Nico Hutchinson and then Noel, like Booty was not earning targets at a high clip. But yeah, this is like, this is Nico and then a bunch of role players. 94 utilization score for Nico Collins there. Carolina running backs is an interesting one there. What do we have? Chuba dominated 69% of the snaps to 19% for Brooks, 53% of the rush attempts, 21% for Brooks. The other fly in the appointment here, AJ Dylan, AJ Dylan in the mix with 26% of the rush attempts. Hopefully this is just to buy time until Brooks is a full go, but man, never fun to see the three headed backfield, especially when the third head is a, is a dust ball like AJ Dylan, sorry, AJ Dylan. I know you're a good guy who likes to play fantasy football. But yeah, utilization score 79 for Hubbard, 29 for Jonathan Brooks. Yeah, 35% for Noel. I think it was encouraging. He was making plays out there as well. All right, chat reminded me that Dylan got that all in garbage time. All right, few squares wants to see Green Bay wide receivers. We were looking at that earlier, I believe, right? Yeah, yeah, we looked at this golden Watson in read, or we were just looking specifically at golden, I want to say. But yeah, I mean, routes, you see the two wide receiver sets stuff here. Golden and Watson read not that far behind, but you see the utilization just heavily concentrated on golden and Watson there. Did we check concade? No, we did not. We can look at the bills here. King Cade, very strong usage for concade, 69% of the routes, 27% targets per route run, 23% of the targets utilization score of 87 there. Very strong. If we look at all tight ends on the day, so best utilization here, McBride at 100, likely at 96, Goddard 93, concade 87. And we haven't talked about this one. Gisickey, man, Gisickey was cooking yesterday. 85, the fifth highest utilization score yesterday. I don't think stats lie. I think you just have to have context for them in the chat pointing out that the AJ Dillon stuff happening in garbage time is good context. But guess what? You could also figure that out by looking at stats that told you when those carries were coming. I just I missed it myself. Frankie wants to see charger tight ends. Let's see here. Yeah, we talked about it at the top of the show. Collar and Nijoku ran a similar amount of routes, 49% for Nijoku, 34% for Collar. The targets per route run, Gadsden actually targeted at the highest clip when he was out there. He just was not out there to the same extent. And it was actually Nijoku who led them in targets there. So 62 utilization score for Nijoku, 23 for Gadsden, 11 for Collar. So we'll see how that shakes out. I want to look at some of the other macro by position. Running back utilization, really no surprises here. Bijon, Gentie, Gibbs, Taylor, Chase Brown, Ramondre, Javante, Bucky, H&N, the wide receiver stuff. Coker, obviously one of the bigger surprises, 93 here along with Jefferson, Nico, Alabe, JSN, Golden, a big surprise up here. Top seven for the wide receivers. Vailay up here is interesting. Khalif Rahman, there's your top 15 usage for Khalif Rahman. No receptions for scatabo, mildly bearish, unless I miss
some incompletion. Let me pull that one up there. That is interesting. I was in bed for most of that game, so you can get mad at me for not watching the games again. Looking at the usage, though, 61% of the snaps they were using the fullback a good bit, record 54% of the snaps. Obviously, Scatabo led them in rush attempts. Routes, he was behind single Terry. So yeah, that was the issue there. Single Terry's utilization score, actually pretty intriguing. 62% for Scatabo, 57% for single Terry. So I'll say this, man, like single Terry for you, waiver, wire, bros, single Terry's probably a pretty good pickup because he's going to have some stand-alone value if he's catching this many balls. And then if they, if Tracy's still kind of in the doghouse or whatever, and in Scatabo gets hurt, it looks like single Terry would be the biggest beneficiary. And you see this long down in distance, 75% of the snaps for single Terry, 100% of the two minute drill as well. So he is definitely the preferred third down back there for the giants. Well, either way, boys, if you're watching the Peter Ovisette fantasy channel, we have now transitioned to the T's and P's guillotine leak. And I better see some excitement out there because we are running a guillotine leak that if one of us gets chopped, either myself or Peter, an additional bounty for every week we are missing could be added to the pot and who else could be on the week one lifeline. Not yours truly, who's closer to the top than he is the bottom, but rather Mr. Peter Ovisette himself could be the one that is potentially on the lifeline here. He has a couple of players left, but if he is cutting week one over $800 is added to the overall pot, we're going to go overall. The guillotine ends and outs a couple of injuries, a couple of zeros that might be out there on the waiver wire. How much budget should you spend on the Kyle pits of the world if they are out there? We're going to go through our guillotine leak and take questions from the audience about their guillotine leaks. As if we have, we also have a miners guillotine leak. We have to go through of all the people who didn't make the top tier promotional, they're in the relegated league. But Peter, I preface the top here, my guy. You are potentially on the chop in week one. I got to ask, was this part of the plan? Was this part of trying to get the ratings boost here, put your life on the line early? Exactly. Exactly. It's hard to get people invested in a league they're not in and I said, how do I get people invested? It's by putting myself underneath this chop line right now, and I will say, this didn't need to be this hard, because I thought, yeah, maybe I'm in the mix to get chop, but I had George Pickens going into last night, and I'm just like, you know, George Pickens, he gets me 10, 11, 12 points, like, we're fine. He scores 5.8 points last night, and now I am sitting in dead last. If you look at projections, I'm still projected not to get shopped. However, there's a lot of ways this can go wrong tonight, because I need to cover some ground. I have R.J. Harvey, and I have Rashi Rice, but I only have 51.8 points, and I need to get up to 77.75 points. How do you like my odds? It's actually, Nez is the one you need to catch. Davis is right there at 17, but he has Kenneth Walker, all he needs is two yards, and Kenneth Walker for him to advance. And Nez will be joining us at 1230 Eastern to talk about the potential of him losing out. More rods, however, with Bonix, R.J. Harvey, and Rashi Rice, they very well could project to be forward here, but we've seen a lot of zeros, a lot of surprise unders, like the George Pickens is of the world, not making it out alive. And I do have some good news for you. I know you've been broadcasting for the past two hours here, but our boy Sam, the floor Maxxer, has updated the website he created for us. So we also have that to look. He's got storylines on there. He's labeled this all the final sweat between you and Nez, because again, one of the big dogs is going home. You and Nez are both big players in this space, and to lose you guys this early would be a little surprising. But 77.92 is the chop line, Peter. And I, I mean, it's not about what I think, my guy. How worried are you? I'm pretty worried. I'm, look, this is, there's, my levels of worry, mainly have to do with the fact that I've agreed to do this show for 17 weeks. And if I have to come on here every Monday more, it's not even about the money. I will put my, the $800 in the pot and whatever. But to have to come here and discuss a league that I found it, the titular league, my name is in the title, the P and T's and P's, it to not be involved. It have to talk about it every week. I don't know if I'll be able to do that, Tony. I was worried about myself because I came on through, so you think you can tell it and people were like, this guy doesn't know ball. And if I fed into that narrative and was out first, I was worried about the 17 weeks here. But I do like the dichotomy of potentially Peter Oversette just having to be dragged into this show every single week and forced to talk about a league. He has no part of anymore because right now, the top of the line is Kuderdoodle myself and David kitchen. And I'm not sure Peter could go through 17 weeks discussing those three teams, Abnazia. Yeah. And I will say if people saw, apparently we made fun of Kuderdoodle when she took Chris Alavi of her Drake London. And then she said on Twitter today, anyone who made fun of her for doing that should suck her dong is what she said. I don't even, I don't even remember making fun of her that much. Did it was in an offhanded comment? Do you remember what was said? I do. I actually got to make a short about it and put it out there for Kuderdoodle, but you said because Drake London was selected after Chris Alavi and we were making fun of her about not selecting, you know, finally selecting Sains and you said, taking Alavi after London is some heavy, heavy favoritism and yeah, it was at the time, but now it looks like an absolute stud. And I do want to bring up the Drake London in the world when we talk about potential wave or wire ads because I guarantee you a lot of Drake London teams are on the chopping line in their respective gear team leagues. But after out of Kuderdoodle's team here, like what an absolute smash of a first week for her. She's got to be feeling great. Well, do you know what tells me about her team is it's the way I built mine, which was kind of like the zero RB build, which I don't do like the other fantasy life league that I'm in. I started with four running backs. We talked about that on the show when we were doing our draft, the running backs were flying off the shelf. So I'm like, all right, I'm just starting with the best players, these wide receivers. Kuderdoodle, starting to running backs did nothing, Jadarian price and Kenneth Gainwell, like those are flops, even her quarterback. But when you hit on the massive scores of the week, which she did with JSN 26 points, Alavi 28, likely 27 in Coker 33. I mean, getting the Coker in there as you're flexed with likely, I mean, that's some, that's some bullshit. That's some. It's tough. I'll say it. Yeah, it's tough. And I'm very happy with the way my roster panned out. I do need some additions myself around a gaz to cannot continue as my TE one on the board. But that's what guillotine leagues are men. They are so spread out and so deep early that you're going to have holes to fill. And one of those holes, one of those fillers might come from the Peter over is that cinematic universe here. I'm a little bit worried about Nez's team, a little bit worried about your team. But I am chomping at the bit of potential additions to my team, Peter. Yeah, let's look at your squad here. You get the massive game from Caleb, the massive game from Montgomery with the three Tuddies, Barkley, you know, just average lad, Rome, Gatston, Wandel, Robins.
in golden, you know, golden was kind of one of those tricky picks in that, you know, it felt like a volatile selection for guillotine, but now we look at his usage week one. And I mean, that's going to be a high floor and high ceiling pick for you there. Yeah. I don't know how high the floor is for my personal green Bay Packers as if anyone who watched that game will know, but fantasy wise, that team was juiced to the gills. And I've been touting golden for all summer long that I would rather have him over Jade and Reed. And I put my money where my mouth was. But you were kind of surprised that I went with the Caleb Williams, Roma Dunes, a stack and it turns out didn't need a stack. Just Caleb did it all by himself. That man's winning the MVP Peter. That man is winning the MVP. They put up 59 points at a single game. They scored 14 points every single quarter against the Carolina defense. And I don't think Carolina's defense is that terrible. I think Chicago is just a wagon. I think he could be the fantasy MVP. I don't think I think you got to you're going to have to win a decent amount of games to be the real NFL MVP. But yeah, I mean, we talk about that in DFS and stuff, like the benefit of correlation. It's like you can have a miss as part of the stack. If you just hit on one giant thing, like if you drafted Caleb and Swift, you would have been pretty happy with that is well. Who else? Yes, because for a while, it was looking like Zakarian was going to be on the chopping block. Chad got off a great joke about how Mike is currently in Ireland and saying that nothing good ever happens when a tout goes on a trip abroad. As we know, Chad got asked from so you think you can tell when he was a galavanting around Stonehenge. But Mike survived here despite losing AJ Brown, Drake made duds, Keaton Mitchell does nothing. Like how am I losing to these teams right now? This is insane. It's once again, because Justin Jefferson had the benefit of facing against my green Bay Packers. And then these early weeks, all you need is that absolute stud to put you over the line. And the AJ Brown going on IR, that's a couple of big question marks with these guillotine leagues because when a team gets chopped, all of their players become available to the rest of the league and the rest of the league gets the pick at the carcasses. And we're going to see a lot of teams out there that have first round, second round picks up AJ Brown. And we have to decide what are we going to do with that player because AJ Brown's guaranteed missing four weeks likely more. There are players out there that are, you know, what's the kid's name from Baltimore, Lane with the fractured Ritz. He's going to be missing a bunch of weeks. Zayn Flowers has the hamstring injury. So these injuries are something you have to juggle with as well. Like if you happen or survive, Peter, then you have the wide receiver pack as already. But would you spend any of your fab on an AJ Brown knowing he's going to be gone for four weeks? Yeah. So I think it's like these waiver wire decisions and a lot of people in the chat asking questions will definitely plan to try to do some macro waiver suggestions in addition to looking at the league. But I do think it's really team specific, right? Like if you've hit on some breakout players like Kooter Doodle has right where you hit on Coker, you hit on likely, you're getting insane value relative to the capital you spent. I think you can take risks on some of these injured guys like go get a Brock Bowers potentially and improve your league season lineup, go get an AJ Brown much, much more tricky for someone like me. One, I have four good wide receivers. I have Rice Evans, Puka, and Pickens like if I survive, I'm going to be spending at running back like I have to find another running back here to shore up this. And so I do think it's really team specific and it's also, you know, how well positioned are you to be able to sit on those guys? Because as the season progresses, there's going to be more and more of these injured players that are going to become available. My gut reaction is to be kind of conservative on these players, especially while the timelines are a bit murky. No, I'm right there with you. And I'm genuinely conservative early with my fab unless I have a huge hole on my roster like at tight end. Like if Johan Johnson became available, I understand most of his points came after this game was almost done in the fourth quarter, four New Orleans, but he's such more reliable player than what we saw out of a Runde Gatston. I would spend my fab to try and secure that line. I've even though Johan Johnson ain't going to last on my team in the November months or the December months. So I like to be conservative with my fab early unless I have a glaring hole. And with your team though, there are some absolute studs that could become available at the wide receiver position. I think your entire wide receiver core is getting sucked up and none of the running packs are. But it's surprising to me that your team performed as poorly as they did. And Nez's team as well had a couple of guys that performed. And that's what happens in these weeks. Are you going to take the the underperformance of a Rico Dattle or bank on your preseason work saying that guy should perform better than the four points he got to start the year? Well, look, I mean, again, beggars can't be choosers. I have RJ Harvey and Chris Rodriguez. If Breeze Hall and Rico Dattle become available, you better bet. I will be placing some bids on these guys. I mean, again, as the season progresses, the teams will get stronger and stronger. But early on here, understanding some of these weaknesses at teams, I do think my team clearly at running back is weak enough that I'm going to have to be aggressive if I survive at running back even if I'm spending a little more than I realistically would like to. I mean, you want to be in the spot that you guys are in up here where you're feeling good about your health, the balance of your starting lineup, then you can actually pick your spots. Like it's never fun to be forced into a move based out of necessity. What about the guys like the Drake London's like the Kyle Pits who we saw what Cooper Rush was with that offense. It was going up against Pittsburgh, which is a solid defense. But if Cooper Rush continues to be the quarterback, we don't necessarily see high outputs from those guys where they were drafted at all through the summer during bestball. So would you try to take a low swing on a Drake London on a Kyle Pits if you needed that position or you trying to go with guys that you're more confident and can perform every single week. Yeah, I mean, I generally agree with what Eggers is saying. And I'm low to agree with anything. Eggers says, but he says studs and duds always slowly add one big piece after another. Don't bother with the middle. And again, it's contextual, right? Like if you have a zero or you have an injury or you have a by-week, like sometimes you just need the production. But as far as how you allocate your fab, I do want to be pinching pennies if it's a one week rental or really going heavy to add that stud. And this is the one thing, you know, some people are saying, um, you know, be patient with fab. The only other counter to that is when you sit on it, the value that player is giving to you, uh, you only get that for the amount of weeks remaining in the league. If you add, like, say, I get chopped and pookas available and you go heavy on pukas, like you get 16 weeks of pukas in your lineup. Like that's a good bang for your box. So I think you can go each way, but I definitely agree with the studs or duds mantra and like paying up and really, you know, um, turning your starting lineup into a jug or not. I am licking my lips over here, Peter at the potential of, I mean, we're guaranteed in this league, either pukas or Amon Ross St Brown becoming available. And that will be quite. Yeah, I'm right there with you on the studs and duds market because pukas and Amon Ross in you're getting them in week two, their week 18 players. You will have that guy in your starting lineup every single week as you ride this, hopefully, all the way to the end. And so when those names become available, it is a feeding frenzy. And everyone at the start has a thousand fab bucks to spend. How high will that number be? Because I know someone was asking, what's the top limit for an Amon Ross St Brown for a pukanakua if you want to go after that guy. And I'm, I'm, I'm hesitant man. Again, I don't like to spend early, but I would understand spending a large chunk for a guy of that caliber. Yeah, no, for sure. And you're thinking through, I do think looking at the buy weeks for, for some of these guys is, is kind of interesting as well. As far as when you would be taking on the zero for them, that would also impact it, you know, a week 14 by like that, that's going to be a lot more attractive than the week five buys, et cetera there. But yeah, I think you can certainly justify, I mean, let's try to put a ballpark on it, you know, the Puka, the Amon Ross. I mean, you're probably this early on, I don't know, somewhere from 25 to 30% like a 250 to a 300 bid. Yeah, I was going to say 300 mine, my, my bid for one of those guys, if I needed a wide receiver desk, believe it if I didn't, I wouldn't want to do it with your squad in particular. But I think Michael Pippman is my last player. And if I could replace that with an Amon Ross St Brown or a Puka, that's an unbelievable upgrade to my team. So I do think it's worth spending that much of your fab early knowing that's a set it and forget it guy, you're never going to change him out until that by week comes. So I'm right there with you. And then as for the onesy twosy guys, sometimes you need that one week rental, that two week rental. So what's the ballpark of the fab you're willing to spend on those guys, the Tony Paul is the world just to get you through a couple of weeks here. Well, yeah, so like if I find myself in that spot where I just need a plug plug and play running back, then I'm probably, if I really think I'm on the block, I'm probably willing to spend somewhere from, I don't know, 25 to 50 bucks, just to like shore it up and be like, yeah, would I ideally save that 50 bucks for later in the season with a stud, but like I can't risk it. Where you're basically trying to come over the top of anyone sneaking them onto their roster for 10, 15 bucks, you're saying like, no, no, no, I have to start this player this week and I'm going to make sure I get him. As we're looking at Nez's team here, he has breeze hall rico data as the two running backs. Chig is a very interesting tight end, but then the wide receivers for him are extremely strong names. Devante should have a better see a year as this week as the season goes on, but if breeze hall becomes available to you, Peter, as there might be teams out there that desperately need a wide receiver. And breeze hall was clearly the bell cal back in New York 100 yards rushing touchdown. What's the number you would spend on a breeze hall knowing you need him desperately to secure your team given the glaring hole you have. So you're asking me to reveal to our league
who I'm going to be competing with in this league. My exact brace hall bid is just making sure I got that right. I'm just asking for the people watching at home that might be in the same position. We are givers, we are teachers. We are trying to lead the world along in this guillotine journey and you are an expert in this. So you are at the very, it's a very vulnerable position you find yourself in. So with your vulnerability, how much does that cost, Peter? I will say the schedule looks pretty good for the jets coming up. They're home versus your Packers this week. Then they're on the road at the Lions, but then they're at Bears who just got shredded by Chuba. Then they get the Browns, Patriots not whatever, and then they get the Dolphins again. So this is a pretty nice stretch there. I mean, Breeze is clearly not in that upper echelon tier. He's not what the Gibbs is, the B-Jones, et cetera. But he's in that tier two pretty firmly. The thing I like about Breeze as well as he catches balls and that gives you just a little extra added floor. I think we could see weeks with David Montgomery, right? Where he doesn't score three touchdowns. He's not catching as many balls. He might put up six or seven points. Breeze is probably going to always be in the 10, 11 point range just because he's going to catch balls. So yeah, I think you could, if we're talking, you know, upper end for Puka and Omnero. I think Breeze could be anywhere from like the 17 to 25% range. That'd be a lot. That'd be a lot for Breeze Hall. But again, if you are desperate and needed, he'd be an upgrade for what the team is. Because this is still a 17 team league next week. In a 16, like it's still so thin at multiple positions that a Breeze Hall could make you stand out. Because all you got to be is not last in this league. And we talked about potentially adding players to your team studs versus duds. But I do want to ask because we had just one week of a sample size here. People could have down weeks. Are you still potentially trying to build the bottom of your roster here with, say, a Terrence Ferguson? If we want to talk about Davis Maddick, who had all those wind sprints in that LA Rams game, but only one target late could be available for $1 maybe in your league if someone tried to start him. Are you even looking at players like that? Are you only looking at guys that can make a huge change? For sure. And I think you have to be right. Like, if you are in the spot where you're trying to plug immediate holes and you're essentially hemorrhaging your fab to just make sure you stay afloat, then you have to play the $1 churn in burn game. Like you want to load up on the contingent place. Because there will be guys who get dropped that, you know, right now everyone's roster, 'cause 18 team league, it's super deep. But in a couple of weeks, there's going to be some good handcuffs like on the waiver wire that just aren't rostered. And then you have to start to buy low on rookies, you know, who aren't doing much. Like I remember last year, I sat on Trevion Henderson for a long time, like was not looking good. But then boom, the injury happens. And now all of a sudden he's a top 10 running back. Like, so yeah, I mean, that's probably the spot I will find myself in at running back where I'll have to pay for production if I survive. And then I'll start loading up my bench with stashes, just hoping something breaks right to find a cheap, you know, valuable piece. I do like how both of you are starting running backs right now. I'm in that stash category with RJ Harvey and Chris Rodriguez. But hey, they could be cooking tonight. RJ Harvey could be the JK Dobbins. We all believe him to be. And then Rashi Rice and Bonaix alone could save you if Bonaix uses his legs like he is want to do. But it is very, very interesting to see Peter Oves that on the lifeline here. Huge projection to go over. It's very interesting. I'm going to be watching this with popcorn. I have nothing on this game. I might not make a spread bet on this game. I might just kick my feet up and watch it burn in front of me. This will be fantastic. So if we're doing the exact math, I'm at 51.8. So 77.92 is what Nez has 51.8 for me. That is exactly 26.12 points. Bonaix is projected for 16.38, Harvey at 8.35, Rice at 14.07. I will say this. I feel good about the floor for Nix and Rice. You know, like Bonaix, he's going to run a bit. Obviously going to be on the field for every offensive. Possession, Rashi Rice going to be the focal point of the offense. I do think you kind of beat Denver over the middle. Maybe they ease my homes back. They're just going to run the playbook they did last year. They have previously with Rice. The real wild card to this working is RJ Harvey. Because we just don't know what his role is going to look like with Dobbins healthy with Jonah Coleman in the mix. The one thing to hang my hat on and why I selected him here is because I do think he's going to catch three to four balls and give me those four points. And so to me, this all comes down to, you know, can Harvey get this 7.8 points? Because if he does, I think I'm just going to have, you know, that even if it's like 13 or 14 for Nix, even if it's 8 or 9 for Rice, I think I can get up to this 26 points, but it really comes down to Harvey not shitting the bed. I do want to add something because I am, or I used to be, I grew up a wrestling fan. And one of my favorite wrestling tropes that they have is Survivor Series. We had the team of five guys versus the other team of five guys, these factions that formed the NWO and all that jazz. So Peter, if you would go back to our floor, Max, there's wonderful website and click that faction battle. I do love that one of the, the FNF team could be going home either Peter, Oversette or Nes. It's like that the so you think you can tout team is alive and well and we're still moving strong. I kind of like playing out this faction battle here, Peter. Yes. So our factions here, we have the show team, myself, Squares and the editing team, a co-managed team between Lou and Zach. Friends and family, Nes, Davis Kitchen, Zakarian, and Cuderdoodle, although I don't know if she's friends and family after telling me to suck her dong. Speaking of Shoei, if you lose week one, Mark Shoei wants you to do a Shoei live, are you willing to do a Shoei for the people? Yeah. I think I will not only is that a punishment, but I think I will need to imbibe a decent bit of alcohol to just get past the fact that I will now be hosting the show and not in this league. Would you ever put a hedge out there against your guys? Because again, we're not joking, there's a $50 bounty per week that me and Peter are out of this league. So if me and Peter leave, if Peter leaves this week, that's $800 extra added to the budget, added to the pot at the top. Would you ever make a hedge against your boys and take the unders on a bone next on an RJ Harvey on a rashi rice to recoup some of that $800 back? No, but I wish I could say I wish I could buy my own survival in the league. I wish I could give that $800 to someone for their spot to ask it because I'm guessing there'd be some people who would take $800 to be out of the league and just walk away with the cash. That's how bad I do not want to be eliminated week one in this league. Yeah. And we do have a minor guillotine league as well with all the people who threw their submissions out there that did not get chosen to be the Tootsie pops of the world to play with the big boys. Eighteen of them decided to start their own guillotine league on the guillotine league website via fantasy life. And right now it's down to Rick Adusel and the man who won so you think you can tell according to himself, Mr. Nick himself on the chopping line there. So thoughts and prayers, tees and peas to those two battling it out. Peter, I'm I can't tell you how excited I am. I can't I love that we have a website being built for this. I love that we get to see the draft board, see people's teams. Like, are there any regrets you have with the how things went to be the draft? Do you wish those running backs fell to you? Do you wish you'd stab that a running back earlier, even though you went against it while the draft was happening? So yeah, like you can see here on the board, I was drafting five. I still love fucking ram is taking jetty there at four then then getting away with it because he has 29 touches week one is just incredible. So like look at this board, like Swift went multiple picks ahead of me, Montgomery goes one pick ahead of me. And so I am looking at this, you know, for for those of us drafting, you know, season long teams all year, scatabo, buckie or, but those are like middle around five picks and it's like take them or take George Pickens. And so I took I took pickens there, come back around, take rashi rice and again, then it's like, am I taking to in my taking price? He I could have justified just pulling up from Andre and being like, look, he's going to be the starter. He's going to give me that floor of points. But even then like, it's it's pickens who sunk me in round two. Like I think rashi rice is going to have a decent floor. So I just really did not want to capitulate to the positional run and draft a watered down version of the teams with better running backs. And it put a lot of stress on these guys to perform. And because I didn't get the almond raw or Jefferson nuke game from one of my top guys, and I basically got floor games like decent games from Puka and Evans, it really put me in a vulnerable spot here. And it's one of that if you scroll over to nezzes, I wanted to see how nezz built his team from the top because it's it's it's kind of it's kind of interesting that you two again, the best ball guys you've been doing so many drafts for so long here. You know, it's kind of interesting to see when it comes down to you, where did you go and where were the mistakes made because when Pete's going through that draft, you can see like Zay flowers was there right next to pickens, but you're going to be taking pickens more than you're going to be taking Zay flowers, even though Z out ran that week one. Rashi rice. He could have had lad Maconkey who had a decent enough game that probably gets Pete over the line here. And then nezz starts off with almond raw, who kind of felt to him and had a fantastic game, but then everything else as the as the build keeps going down, the zero start to come up. But those first two picks, Peter should get you across the line. Yeah, I mean, that was the perfect pick, they're getting breeze hall after Kyron, after Javonte, after Travis H and like that was a perfect pick for him.
And then Nez did what I didn't do, which was prioritize the running back over the better wide receiver. That I think is the kind of tough decision because then you get a guy like Garrett Wilson, who does outscore Rico, who's going to just be more involved from a usage perspective, and then Adams Harrison, kind of more volatile guys, at least with needing to find the inzone, basically, like, they're not going to PPR scam their way there. And then Brooks doesn't have the role we think. And really the thing though that ultimately killed him is just Kyler, right? Like Kyler leaves the game, scoring no points into take a zero at the highest floor position. It's just really hard to survive that. People were really high on Kyler coming into the year and they very well still could be. We saw Carson wins, produce against a terrible green bit packer's team, my team. But if Kyler has the concussion and does come back a week or two later, he still is very low in QB one. Are you willing to take a stab on a guy like that with very limited fab and have him on that bench? If you have like Tyler Schuck as your starter or Malik Willis as you started, do you need that Kyler Murray? Are you just saying I want to see it before it happens? Yeah, it's weird, right? I have a totally shifted perspective on gators now thanks to that trip and that swamp tour. One thing I thought would be we mentioned AJ Brown we mentioned Brock Bowers we can go look at the draft board but I'm curious what other players do you think are going to be most frequented on week one or sorry week two waivers for guillotine lakes. Jim Arches because that was a tough tough result from him and if you started wide receiver happy with Jim Arches as your first guy maybe you got unlucky with the running backs late I think Jim Arches could become available and that's another dude that I'm hammering a huge part. It's the same thing with Aman Ra and Puka that you guys have I'm hammering a huge part of my fab to get Jim Arches on my team for the rest of the season. Yeah like looking at round one I mean almost everybody was fine like at least clear ten points except for Chase and then you head to round two and then you get the Bowers land mine there anyone else coming to mine for you Ness. No Chase was a really really good one I thought. So a lot of the I think like a Hampton me I mean he had a he scored a touchdown but like like where he was going could be paired with like some low some low scoring players if you like went like Hampton London like I think that you are you're probably you're probably toast whoever drafted Kyler Murray I think it's probably whatever players around the other teams are probably the ones that know so Jettas maybe if people are stacking. You're right because they're you know I said Bowers but like you at least had time to go and get maybe a tight end who's gonna score three to four points it's when you start someone and expect 15 points from Kyler and get zero or you start Jamar Chase and you're like I need 15 points here at minimum and he doesn't get it those are definitely going to to hurt you more. I just can't believe this Ram is team the Gentie Scat about Jeremiah love Chubah Hubbard I mean honestly Chubah was Chubah was such a good pick on a team of Gentie and love but then to actually get points from Gentie and love to the degree he did is stunning. Even go we made fun of him for all the cues on his roster of the draft even George Kittle we did not know he was starting when we made this draft pick and he's he's got yet George Kittles tight end one on a guillotine league why not and then going back to the fact that Chubah felt to him in round five when Nez is picking Rico Doudel in round three and that Rico Doudel pick made sense is crazy. This league this league draft in the way guillotine's work out of crazy. You want to know who is going to be scavenging for wave or for wide receivers Rambus. This is Rambus his wide receiver room Jordan Addison who had zero Jacobi Lane who's out for time. Jalen Naylor God bless you Ryan Flornoy what did he do last night in Cyrus Allen Oh in last round Tory Horton this dude doesn't have a single startable wide receiver but he has fat budget and if Rambus knows how to use fat budget which we still don't know the answer to that he could very much improve his roster. these guys that we had huge like again you made all these best ball drafts you've gone through this decision over and over against 7th 8th 9th round picks with the guys like Romeo dogs who come up with a zero week one have you thrown away your preseason thoughts on that guy or would you be like hey if Romeo dogs becomes available on a team that gets cut in one of these leagues like would you say that was just a one week off I think this guy has more in him yeah I'm definitely like not relinquishing priors on Romeo dogs I think you know it's his first game you know when we see these guys in prime time have bad games and you know you had a really bad game I think we can it's really easy to sour on those guys and not you know kind of consider the context of like oh AJ Brown has gone booty was traded away dobs I think if you have dubs you're actually like really really excited about that because he's probably in line for some really nice weeks for the next month plus I mean AJ Brown they're they're thinking he's gonna be out for like six weeks so yeah you should feel good if you have dubs like his good games are coming and they are they are definitely on the way yes yeah that's like the perfect and of course Davis has him and by Davis I mean him and his drafting cabal there but yeah like hitting on dubs like you escape week one where it hurts you and now you get him stepping into a bigger opportunity better match up like that's kind of the the dream there go easy cards also mentioning Loveland probably another low advance rate how good shout how in rounds 60 points they scored it's love and gets a zero how is that possible you know how many best ball eliminator teams I drafted a guy who doesn't do these drafts because Rambus convinced me eliminators away to go you know how many eliminated teams I had Loveland as an early stab they could eat have a huge week zeros across the board how does that happen how does that happen Nes here's one for you because I made this decision in this draft and I'm kind of wondering what I actually take it back who would you rather have going forward Chris Rodriguez or Tyler Algier hmm I still think it's Seerod I think Seerod actually like had a pretty bullish day if you look under the hood the the results weren't there but he actually like ran routes which I didn't have that like in the in the thesis of the play so I still would like Seerod I mean dude love came out after this injury was QTAG listed as RB2 and just like did the damn thing he is so so like the real deal and a potential like big time difference maker for for these Arizona Cardinals who I always thought that some of their parts was really really exciting it's just like you know just looking at the markets and how they project them week over week I was like man they yeah I guess they're just going to suck again but I don't know man the some of their parts is really nice and yeah I think it's mostly like love who you want where I think Seerod can still seize some work from from Tutan the consigley are saying are we keeping or dropping AJ Brown and Guillotine if we need wide receivers I cannot imagine at this stage dropping him like that's a conversation when we're down to what like eight seven eight teams where you're like man there's some really good guys on the waiver wire and this guy's out four weeks but right now the offered like what do you what you're adding Matt Collins for like you know you just have to have AJ Brown on your roster because the goal is still building is strong of a starting lineup as possible and there's only a few guys right now who you can actually envision when they're healthy just no matter what being in your starting lineup like that's still AJ Brown you just got to weather the storm are you are are you picking up and speaking of disappointments are you picking up any Tennessee Titans if they become available because that was one of the worst performances offensively of the week but a guy like car and I'll take to be free on the waiver wire if those guys become available are you looking at them at all or is Tennessee dead to rights it's funny you say that because in the fantasy life uh guillotine league where I actually have a really good team uh Derek Henry Javante Bucky Jalen Warren it went off uh Carnell Tate is one of my wide receivers there I would say Nez I feel like the four for 38 considering how low there are just overall offensive output was like I feel like it was relatively encouraging for Tate week one yeah I'm I'm still holding out hope that this can that things can improve here we just have no idea who's actually good and who isn't in terms of like defenses specifically
But for all we know, this Jets defense could actually be like extremely well coached and and actually like, hey, like I was actually a really tough test for Tennessee week one. But the fact that he led in utilization like absolutely crushed in Ariards was neck and neck with target percentage there. I mean, you definitely are going to feel bullish about Karnel Tate. This is not the start that you wanted to see from the Titans obviously, but I think we got to just have like a little bit of patience. You don't want to give them too long of a leash here, but man, I think that there's still hope that like Karnel Tate and Kim Ward actually mesh, like if anyone's dropping him, oh my god, like run, don't walk. Yeah, I mean, you see here, like led the team in routes, really, really kind of like the surprise down here didn't earn any targets. I don't know. I'm kind of earning more targets than him. But yeah, Tate, 92% of the routes, 17% targets per route run, Tide Wondell Robinson for targets, had the highest utilization score, 42% of the Ariards, so nice downfield roll, like to me, this looks like the profile of a guy who's going to pay off his draft cost. If the Titans offense can be functional, I know that last part is a big if, but like the role is going to be there for him. 100%. It's what you want to see if the results aren't going to be there, like the under the hood, this is good. Yeah, what wasn't, sorry, what wasn't good as is you saying the New York Jets might have a good defense, because if that's true, they play my Packers next week and I will suffer again, the fate of a war, war torn, I might go to sleep for that game.
