I built my whole brand with Claude Design in 20 minutes (no designer)

Corey demonstrates how to create a complete, professional brand using Claw Design in under 20 minutes without coding or hiring a designer. The process begins with generating eight logo concepts for a business, selecting a preferred one, and saving it as a design system that locks in colors, fonts, and brand tone. This system ensures consistency across all future assets. Next, a sales one-pager and a landing page are built using the same design system, with real-time editing via comments to refine layout, copy, and spacing. The final deliverables are polished and exportable to platforms like Canva or Google Slides. The method can be monetized by offering free logo design consultations as lead-generation tools, followed by upselling into paid brand refreshes or monthly AI concierge services. These services provide recurring revenue and scalable growth. Corey emphasizes that the entire workflow is accessible to non-designers and encourages viewers to apply it to their own businesses. He promotes AI Operator Academy as a community where over 300 people are already making money with AI services, offering a 90-day money-back guarantee if no paying clients are secured. This approach turns design skills into a profitable, scalable business model.

I'm Corey and in this episode, we are going to be firing our designer and using claw design to build professional brand assets for ourselves. I'm going to literally share my screen and show you how we do this inside claw design. And then towards the end, we're going to show you how you can turn this into a service where you can make money using claw design to create creative assets for other people. We're going to show you three different ways that you can do that bottom line claw design is the best design tool on the planet. You don't need to know how to code. It can create design assets, brand assets that you can reuse over and over again without forgetting who you are, what your colors are, what your fonts are, and we're going to show you in screen share detail how it works. So we're going to go through the 80 20 of claw design first. So you can build out your whole brand and under 20 minutes, you don't need a designer. The old way was to hire a designer, wait for weeks, go back and forth on revisions, you're paying a ton of money for a professional designer. When you try to do this all inside chat, GPT, you tend to get the AI slop look, but with claw design, you get a real brand kit and under 20 minutes. So we're going to be building a logo, a design system, which is going to lock in all our designs for future builds using claw design. We're going to build a sales one page or an landing page all here in about 20 minutes, four different assets built in one sitting without using any code. And this is going to help claw remember our brand so that we don't have to, you know, create a skill or we don't have to give it examples or we don't have to repeat ourselves every time we want to build new creative assets. So step one, we're going to build a logo, a logo mark and an app icon. I'm going to share my screen inside claw design and show you how we do that. Step two, we are going to build the palette, the fonts and the design system that is going to keep our design and our brand consistent every time we create any new creative assets inside claw design. Then we're going to build a simple sales one pager using that design system. And then lastly, we're going to build a landing page with a booking button to show you how simple it is to spin up new landing pages or new websites that can act as sales collateral and sales assets. So first and foremost, like I said, we are going to start by building a design. So are building a logo. So what we're going to do is we're going to open up claw design. I'm going to come back here in a second inside claw design and I'm going to show you how we do exactly that. So here we are inside the claw desktop app. Now you can do this or sorry inside the claw web app. You can do this inside the desktop app as well. It used to be that you could only access claw design on the web, but now you can in the app. So we're going to click design here in the bottom left. And it's going to ask us what should we create. So we've got a bunch of different templates that we can choose from. We've got some design systems that I've already built out for the purpose of this episode. We're going to start from scratch. So if we go back to our slides here, we're going to paste this exact prompt. So we're going to tell claw design create eight logo concepts for return my time, which is my AI services company show us each as a logo mark, a word mark and an app icon. We're going to give it an exact accent color to use. Now if we wanted to, we could just tell it, hey, go to our website, go to return my time.com and turn everything on our website, like scrape it and turn that into use that to inform our logo. But we're going to have it start pretty much from scratch just by giving it like one color to go off of. And then we're going to tell that we help businesses make money, save time and improve the quality of their product or service with AI. So we're giving clawed a little bit of background on our company. So here for design system. I'm actually going to choose no design system. So that way it doesn't use the one that I already have because again, we're starting from scratch. So I'm going to paste that in there. I'm going to choose opus in this case for the model. And then we're going to let it run and I'll come back and show you what logo it actually comes up for us. Now again, here we could choose a template if we want. There's not a logo template that we can choose from. If we wanted it to build, you know, a mockup of a UI or a diagram or a flyer, one of those templates would make sense. But we don't have a pre existing template for logo. So we're going to paste that as is. Claude is going to go to work and I'll come back here when it's done. All right. So Claude built out the eight concepts that we asked it to build. So here are the eight different concepts that it delivered. So we've got logo, we've got app icon and we've got word mark. We've got eight different variations exactly like we asked for. What's cool about Claude design is we can come up here and mess with the theme so we can make it dark theme. We can choose the accent. So right now it's using an orange accent. We could have it be a black accent green red, right. We could obviously just ask Claude to change the accent to whatever we like. Right. So that took about four or five minutes. Now we've got eight different variations to choose from, which is exactly what we wanted. If we go back into our diagram here, the next thing that we want to do is like, okay, let's, let's turn this into a design system. Let's say that we like what we see there. And we want to lock the palette and the fonts one time so that Claude can remember them forever. That's what a design system is. So a design system is Claude's memory of your brand. Everything from your colors to your fonts to your tone, you set it once and once you set the design system, you saw on the homepage earlier, we can choose our design system anytime we're building a creative asset inside Claude design. So that if we set it once every page, every deck, every one page or everything that we create using that design system pulls from it. So we never have to re-explain what fonts or what colors we like. So in this case we can pick the two logos that we want, tell Claude which one the wins and then save it as a system. So we're going to paste this prompt that we've created here. So we're literally just going to tell Claude like, hey, save these two as my design system or sorry, this one, we're going to pick one save it as my design system. Here are the accent colors that we want you to use. So we're going to give it some guidance on the colors and the font styles that we want to use. And then the voice that our brand follows direct second person numbers over adjectives. So if we come back here to Claude, let's say I really like design number three, let's lock that in. And then I'm going to paste in my prompt and say exactly what I just wrote out loud, save this as my design system. And I'm going to send that there. Again, Claude's probably going to work for three or four minutes, but what it's going to do is it's going to lock this in as a design system so that when we move on to step three and build our sales one pager, it's going to use the exact font and colors and logos and everything that we just gave it along with the icons that we chose to create that one pager. Alright, so here we've got our complete design system that Claude built out for us. So it's got our logo, it's got our app icons, it's got all of our different colors, including the exact hex codes, the font that we use, the components, so like this is what the buttons would look like on our website, for example, if it were to build that out for us. Here's a sample of our voice, here's a sample screen of what it would look like if it built a landing page, like here's all the files that it included, right? So this is the full design system that we can now go back into Claude design. So if we go back to our slides here, again, building our design system is going to lock Claude's memory of our brand. So it's basically going to take all these different components here and lock them to memory. So what we do is we go back to our projects inside Claude design, we come down here to design systems, we create new design system, we create here, and then we take the zip file that we downloaded from that project, which is basically the whole design system and one and one folder. And we drag that in to add fonts, logos and assets, it's uploaded there, and then we can simply continue to generation, it'll take five minutes to generate your design system, click start, kick back, and then when it's done, now we can select that as a drop down anytime we're in Claude design so that it uses our assets, our assets the same way every time. So I'll come back as soon as it's done. So after about six or seven minutes of work, as you can see, Claude has created our entire design system from scratch, and this is super detailed. So here on the left, we've got, you know, we can click through to all the different components, but there's what 20 to 30 different components here. So if we kind of scroll through this, we've got logo mockups, samples of our boys, logos, brand colors, inverse and accent brands, grounds and services, text colors, feedback. Like even templates for the types of forms that we would have on web pages and landing pages, so it's super, super in depth. So this is our design system. So now that this is locked in every time we choose this design system, Claude is going to output created deliverables that look exactly like the system that we have here. So if we go back into our slides and talk about what's next, so now we're going to spend, you know, three to four minutes building of one pager. So we're going to build a sales one pager built on top of the design system that we just saved. So the prompt that I'm going to give it, I'm just going to kind of shoot from the hip as far as the prompt that I'm going to give it. But we'll go back into claw design, we'll go back to our homepage and how we do this here is we choose our design system. We're going to choose the return by time design system that we just created. So that is what's going to lock in those colors and those fonts and things like that. So now what we can do for a template. Because this is a sales one pager, let's just choose the document template and what I'm going to tell it here is I want you to create a concise sales one pager that advertises my $497 AI tools assessment. AI tools assessment is designed to where we spend 45 minutes with a business owner, we ask them questions about their business and then we prescribe three to seven off the shelf AI tools that they can implement that are designed to make them more money, save them time or improve the quality of their product or service. So that was my prompt that I just gave to Cloud Design. I'm going to hit Enter there. We're going to let it work. Again, it's probably going to take three or four minutes. And it is going to give us a Sales 1 page. And we're going to go over how we can iterate on it. So if we don't like the output that it gives us of the specific things that we want to change, I'm going to show you how we can quickly and easily edit individual parts of the one page or without having to redo it from scratch. All right, so a couple of minutes later, Cloud Design has delivered our Sales 1 page. So this is what it looks like. You know, pretty decent right off the bat. It definitely followed our Design System to a T. So it used our logo, it used our icon, it used our font, it used our colors. So it did all of that right. Now, there are some things that I don't like about this that I want to change. So the easiest way to do that is we can click Comment up here. And we can comment on specific parts of the assessment or of the page, right? So we can literally click anywhere and write a comment. So in this case, I don't like all the blank space here. So I'm going to say, remove all this blank black space and move the footer up to fill that space. So what we can do is we can add comment here and then we can keep going and add more comments until we've given Cloud all the feedback that we want. And then once we've done that, then we can click Send to Cloud. And it will knock them all out at once. Or if we want to do one at a time, I could have just clicked that Send to Cloud button. And it would just go ahead and take care of that one. And then we could kind of go one at a time. So again, in this case, this font here, I want to center this. So I'll say center this copy right now. It is left aligned. So I'm going to add that comment there. And then if there's anything else I don't like about this, I'd say like maybe bold this copy here. So again, we're just kind of going through and giving our feedback one by one. So you see here, on the left hand side of the screen, now Cloud has kind of got all of our comments listed out. And if we hover over one of them, it's going to show us exactly where that comment is on the page. So what we can do, if we want Cloud to just knock all these out one by one, we can click this Resolve button. We can check the Resolve button for each of those boxes and then click Send 3 to Cloud. So we just click that button. It's going to go to work. It's going to fix all of those things that we pointed out. And it's probably going to do it relatively quickly because there are three simple fixes. So we can see it's already gone in and bolted that copy in the top right. It already went in and pulled up the footer and deleted the black space that was in between it. Now it's actually added black space to the bottom. Oh, okay, so it went in and fixed itself and removed that. So it has already knocked out two of the three. And chances are it's going to knock out the third here shortly really quickly. So Cloud went ahead and made all the changes that we requested. So it bolted the copy in the top right. It got rid of all that blank black space that was kind of awkward at the bottom and it centered the copy here in the footer. So it did exactly what we asked it to do in about 90 seconds. So it crushed it. Again, overall this looks a lot better. Of course, there's a couple of things that we might change to dial it in. But overall, it is on brand. We didn't have to do much spot editing aside from what we already did. So that's pretty much good to go. So that's our one-pager. And if we want, we can come to the top right. We can click share. We can export it as a PDF, as HTML. We could come over here and one click, push it to cloud code. If we want to add some more technical capabilities to it, we could push it to gamma. We could push it to Google Slides. Or we can push it to Canva, or HubSpot, or Hyperfrick. It has all of these connectors, which is really cool. So we can do whatever we want with it. That's why I like using cloud design as the front end to really get the design locked in. And then if we want to add more features to it, we can push it to one of these other tools. So now that we've got our one-pager built, that was the third deliverable. Now let's move on to the final one. And let's build a landing page for our free mini AI assessment, which is our foot in the door offer that we use kind of as a lead magnet. So what we're going to do is we're going to go back into cloud design back to the home page. We're going to choose the design system that we just built, again, the return by time design system. In this case, our instructions are telling us to pick the wireframe as our template. So down here in templates, we've got wireframe as a template. And that's just going to basically build like a mock-up for the landing page that we're building in this case. So what the prompt that we're going to give it is something along the lines of like, hey, build a landing page for my free mini AI assessment, include a headline, three pain points, and one button. So this is the prompt that I'm going to give it. I want you to build a landing page for my free mini AI assessment, where we spend 15 minutes with a small business owner figuring out one bottleneck they have and then prescribing one specific AI tool that they can implement to save them time, make them money or increase the quality of their product or service. I want this landing page to include a headline. What else do we say? Headline three pain points and one button. Three pain points and one button. So that's the prompt that we're giving it. Again, it's probably going to take four or five minutes, but it's going to create it using our fonts, using our colors, using our design system. So we'll see what it gives us. So we'll go from there. So a cloud design went ahead and built us four different options. So these are the wireframes that it gave us. I actually like these. I think they look pretty good. So in this case, I like, I think the first one, one A. It gives you the hero, the headline, the button, and then the pain points under it. So I'm going to say, let's go with one A. Can you build this out into a full functioning? Landing page using our design system. And so what it'll do next is it will do that. So I'll come back as soon as that's built and we'll check out what the finished product looks like. All right, so less than four minutes later, we are back and it has built us our landing page. So it did exactly what we had. So it gave us the hero section, the working button. So when you click the button, it literally pops up with a form for your name, email, and where does the week go. So it kind of gives you a drop down of different categories you can choose based on where your week goes. So if your pain point is quoting an estimates or following up on leads or scheduling and dispatch, you choose that from the drop down menu and then the call to action button is send me three times. So basically like send me three different potential times that we could schedule the assessment. Probably what we would do there is replace that with a like, calendar link or a button where they can just schedule right there on the spot. I also like that it included this like no card to enter, no newsletter, we email times and nothing else. So just making it clear that like, you're not going to get marketed to. This is purely for the purposes of getting you on the calendar. If we scroll down, it gives us the three pain points that we ask for and we give it none of this context. Like it just pulled this from its memory of working with me and probably just from searching the internet. It gives a full breakdown of what they're going to get on the free assessment. So like minute zero through seven, we find the bottleneck. Minute seven through 12, we prescribe one tool. Minute 12 through 15, you get the first step. Small business owners doing the admin work. That's who this is for and then it gives you an FAQ. So this is really good and at the bottom, it even says sample report. So it doesn't link to anything yet but I think that's really smart. I never would have thought to include that is that it like links to a sample report that you can click on if they're interested in seeing what they're actually getting. So that is the landing page. So here in under 16 minutes, we built four full deliverables, pretty much the basis of our brand page. Now let's talk about how we can package and price this as a service and actually make money setting this up for other business owners. So first and foremost, like where does this go to work? Well, in our own brand, our own AI services business takes less than 20 minutes to set it up one time exactly what I just showed you. And it helps you look legit before you ever pitch it. So when you have a legit logo and a legit website and a legit landing page that took you less than 20 minutes to built, it just makes you look more legitimate from day one instead of you being the guy with no website or you being the guy with like a Wix website that looks ridiculous. So what's the next step in the latter? So we can offer in our free mini assessment, which we teach people how to, we teach people how to fulfill many assessments that upsell to paid assessments, that upsell to AI concierge, which we'll talk about here in a second, inside our AI operator academy community. So if you're seeing this and you're like, oh, I'd love to turn this into a service, or I'd love to learn how to actually make money selling AI services, then join us inside AI operator academy. You can go to a.o.a.community or hit the link in the description. If you don't get your first paying client in 90 days or less, you literally give you your money back, so you have nothing to lose. And we talk a lot about different services like this and how to fulfill it. So again, if we're offering the free mini assessment, one of the deliverables for the free mini assessment is we could like kind of twist the assessment to be, hey, in 15 minutes, we'll build you a logo for free live on the call. And you could literally share your screen and show the client how you're building the logo, under 15 minutes. This is purely a lead generation strategy. So when they see you build a professional logo or a professional design system and under 15 minutes, they are going to want to hire you to do additional work. This costs you $0 to do. It takes you 15 minutes of your time and it's going to turn qualified leads into paying customers, which is the next step in the ladder here. So let's say we find a client who's like, you know, hey, my logo is outdated or my website's outdated or I have no marketing material set up for all my all my marketing is inconsistent and, you know, none of it, like it all lives in Canva or Photoshop or Google Drive, like it's all spread out. Well, one thing that you can upsell them on is a client brand refresh inside of our AI concierge model. So AI concierge is when we do done with you consulting with a small business owner. So that's where we sit down with a small business owner usually on a Zoom call for 45 minutes twice a month. So it's about an hour and a half of work every month. We can charge anywhere from $1 to $2,000 per month to basically sit down with the client and build this with them. So that's the idea here is like, okay, Mr. Client, you know, you've got an inconsistent marketing package and your your stuff scattered all over. Well, for $1,500 a month, I will sit down with you and help you set this up inside your cloud account so that you own it. You have a design system. You have consistent marketing materials and, you know, you can scale this across the rest of your company. So that would be probably my most obvious pitch here is like, I'd love to do this with you and create recurring revenue for myself because that can lead to lots of additional opportunities with that same client and just additional opportunities to help them and other parts of their business. This is a recurring revenue offer that gets your foot in the door and helps you uncover more opportunities. Now, the other way that you can help this inside your own business is, again, if you're selling paid AI assessments, which is one of the offers that I'm selling, you can use this design system here that you learned in this video to build a branded version of your report, right? And I actually give away the exact version of the report that I built inside cloud design that I use for my own AI assessments that normally I sell for $1,000, but it's free. Link in the description. You can grab that there and it's the exact report template that I use. You can copy it, install it into your cloud design, point your design system at it and have your design system rebranded with your colors and your fonts. So those assessments, like I said, usually I sell for about a thousand bucks. They take about two hours to implement and you can, you're making 500 bucks an hour selling those assessments. So in terms of next steps, what is your action items from this? So tonight, if you do nothing else, go to cloud design, paste in your website URL and ask for the eight logos. Like the exact thing that we did in step one, just have it create eight logo concepts for you, choose your favorite one. You don't have to go anywhere else from there, but if you want to, you can actually turn that into your design system. And then like I said, if you want guidance and help and coaching on turning this and other AI offers like AI concierge and like AI assessments, like we mentioned, into an offer and into a service that people are actually going to pay for. That's exactly what we do inside AI operator Academy. We've got over 300 people inside the community there, making money selling AI services. And like I said earlier, if you don't land your first paying client within 90 days, we give you 100% of your money back. So you can go to AOA.community or hit the link in the description to join us there. Thanks so much for watching and I'll be back soon.
