Eric Dieters, a Kentucky-based activist and former speaker for the Trump movement, details a contentious relationship with Kimberly Guilfoyle, the U.S. ambassador to Greece, which he claims was built on financial transactions and emotional manipulation. Dieters paid Guilfoyle $300,000 for speaking engagements and promised a million dollars if she helped him with a high-profile legal case involving 580 victims of Dr. Durrani’s harmful spine surgeries. After her nomination, she abruptly demanded $100,000 for an American Express bill, leading Dieters to refuse, citing her lack of action and deceptive tactics. He alleges she threatened to lose her ambassadorship, using terms like “honey” and “love you” to pressure him. Dieters recounts a public incident at a Trump event where Don Jr. ignored her, revealing a strained relationship and suggesting a prior non-disclosure agreement. He plans to sue her for defamation, subpoena key figures including Don Jr., and testify before Congress, framing the situation as political strategy, not extortion. He believes the Trump administration removed her due to reputational damage and that she will likely stay in Europe, leveraging existing connections. Dieters also criticizes the new White House press secretary, Katie Zachariah, for lacking verifiable legal credentials, calling her appointment a major misstep. The story underscores themes of political power, manipulation, and the use of personal and public drama to achieve influence. Dieters positions himself as a defender of victims, a principled outsider, and a figure who will not back down despite intense pressure.
I'm going to sue Kimberly Guilfoyle, which means I get to subpoena Don Jr.,
I get to subpoena documents, I get to take her deposition and her oath.
I get to make this thing go nonstop all the way through J.D. Vance's run for president.
And J.D. Vance ignored my request for help.
I contacted J.D. Vance, Kash Patel, Don Jr., Todd Blanche, President Trump, Susie Wiles.
Ignored. The greatest disrespect you could have is when they ignore you.
Some people said, is that extortion? No, it's not extortion.
What I have to do is I have a right to do. It is a political deal.
That's not extortion. That's politics.
The bottom line is, is that I can handle it and I'm playing hardball.
I've got something that's a problem for them.
I'm Joanna Coles. This is the Daily Beast podcast.
Do we have a guest for you?
We have the very man that Kimberly Guilfoyle texted, you know,
the outcast.
Outgoing ambassador from the Hellenic Republic.
We have the man that she texted saying, don't text me.
Stop texting. Put it in signal.
Otherwise, you're going to cost me my ambassadorship.
Yes, that guy, Eric Dieters, otherwise known as the Kentucky outlaw.
What a conversation.
I just sat back and, well, he put everything into context for us.
And, well, he's got.
He's got ideas about what Kimberly will be doing next.
And no, he's not fearing any retribution from the Trump government for embarrassing them.
And he'll explain why.
And just before we get into it, please subscribe to the Daily Beast podcast,
wherever you get your podcasts, Apple, Spotify, YouTube.
We appreciate your support.
We are independent media, which is why we can have conversations like this one.

Forgive me.
Kimberly Guilfoyle.
OK, let's get into it with Eric Dieters.
Eric Dieters, you are the man of the moment.
Kimberly Guilfoyle predicted that your correspondence might cost her her ambassadorship.
And it has done.
What was your reaction when you saw that she was going to be leaving the job?
Well, I sarcastically said that.
Well, not sarcastically, but flippantly said it was a.
It was a great day for American diplomacy.
She has no business being an ambassador because she is a conniving, manipulative, ambitious woman.
And she's a grifter.
And that's been proven.
She was doing it in Greece.
She was doing it to me.
And God only knows who else she's done this to.
OK, so, Eric, take us back to the beginning.
How did you meet Kimberly Guilfoyle?
I put together.
During the vaccine mandates, health care, what we called our first Patriots Day Freedom Fest in 2020, 2021.
I think it was 2020.
And I went to a speaker's bureau and I liked Kimberly Guilfoyle on Fox News.
But she had spunk.
So I picked her out, paid her one hundred thousand dollars to come to the first one.
And she came and then she came the next year and then she came another year.
But that's how I started the relationship.
After the first year, it turned into she kind of saw me as somebody that could be a donor.
And she was she's just like anybody in MAGA world.
They're all supposed to raise money.
So she saw me as somebody that could help donate money to the causes.
And I did that.
I donated one hundred twenty five thousand to the Trump pack.
I donated one hundred thousand dollars to the pack again when I went to the Kentucky Derby.
So I became friends with her.
I got invited to her birthday party at her home with Don Jr.
Got invited to her Christmas party.
I went to the birthday party.
I didn't go to the Christmas party.
I got invited.
You know, she took care of me when I went to Mar-a-Lago.
She rolled out the red carpet for me every time I went.
So, you know, we developed that relationship.
One skin is nothing like your typical skincare brand, and that's why I keep coming back to the most
anti-aging skin care is built to react to smooth over lines and wrinkles after they show up.
One skin started somewhere different, working to address how skin ages in the first place.
Founded by four Ph.D. longevity scientists, they studied skin at the cellular level and found that visible skin aging starts deeper when certain cells stop working the way they should and begin affecting the healthy cells around them.
So they engineered.
One skin is nothing like your typical skincare brand, and that's why I keep coming back to Mar-a-Lago.
Okay, so how much money did you pay her in all?
$300,000.
And she spoke for three years in a row at Freedom Fest?
It was broken up. It was 2020, it was 2021, 2022, and 2024. So those three years.
Okay, so she got paid for coming and speaking, right?
Correct.
And then she wanted another $100,000 to pay off.
Correct.
And then she wanted to pay off her Amex bill as she was going through the process of confirmation for Ambassador.
Yeah, let me put this in great context to your viewers and listeners.
So after the last Freedom Fest that I had, 2024, where I paid her the $100,000,
and I was building up for this in a year.
I mean, the whole time I'm working the Trump relationship.
Paid Junior a couple hundred thousand to come twice, Eric Trump to come once.
I mean, I'm building up the relationship.
So 2024, and none of this is illegal.
I asked her in 2024, I said, listen, I need help in the Dr. Durrani legal battle.
These are 580 victims of Dr. Durrani, unnecessary spine surgeries, and I need some help.
I need to get some attention to this. I need help.
And I told her, I said, I will give you a million dollars when the case settles if you help me.
She accepted that.
All she did, she had me on a Rumble show twice.
She had me on Don's twice.
She promised me to get me on Tucker Carlson, all these things that never happened.
So that all transpires for a year.
So right up before her confirmation, she springs on me.
I mean, I'd already paid her $300,000.
I'd already promised her she helps me.
I give her a million.
And this is where it got unethical and nasty.
So she tells me she needs this $100,000 to pay off the American Express.
And I said, Kimberly, I don't trust you.
You haven't done this.
You haven't done that.
You haven't done anything.
Why should I give you?
Oh, Eric, I'll be your ride or die.
And she knew that I had a, by the way, it's not a criminal tax issue.
I was targeted.
I filed a tax return in 2020.
In 2023, all of a sudden, the IRS is challenging a deduction.
I felt targeted by the Biden administration.
So she's, oh, I'll set up a meeting with Billy Long.
I don't think she ever did.
But she sprung into action.
I mean, if I would have said, Kimberly, send me nude photos.
I wouldn't do that.
She would have sent me nude.
I'm telling you, she was so desperate for that $100,000.
She would have done anything I asked her to do.
And I didn't do it.
And when I didn't do it, I never heard from her again.
But she knows it was wrong.
And I didn't know this until recently, that once you're nominated, all the rules apply.
And she knew it because she wanted to hide it, conceal it, paper it.
I mean, so she knew what she was doing was wrong.
Well, and she said to you.
You are going to cost me my ambassadorship if you carry on like this.
Just do it either on Signal or pay Amex directly.
So let me ask you something.
What is her manner when she's trying to get money out of you?
I was showing your texts to a couple of colleagues.
And she uses the language, honey.
She's like, Eric, I love you.
Just do this for me.
It feels, I mean, one of them said, oh, my goodness, are they having an affair?
I'm curious in her technique of trying.
To squeeze you for more money.
By the way, my wife didn't like those language either.
Well, we all wondered about it.
I want to let you know, OK?
And by the way, I appreciate that and understand.
It's a fair question.
I have never had any sexual inappropriate relationship with Kimberly Guilfoyle.
Never.
I was never interested in that.
She never presented that to me.
But here's how she does, how Kimberly Guilfoyle operates.
And, you know, this is so funny.
Don.
after she spoke at the 2022
Rowley spoke before him, he grabs the microphone. He goes, isn't that some sexy broad?
And he used the word broad. And that's what Kimberly is. She's a broad. And the old tradition
of being a broad, you and me and our age groups, we know what that means. They don't use that word
anymore. But here's what she does. She's pushy. She's nasty. She's manipulative. And she'll use
her wares. Honey, love you, babe, blah, blah, blah, blah. So she does that. OK?
OK. So you also had a front row seat to them breaking up, correct?
Oh, my God. Front row.
OK, tell me.
Here is a great story. This belongs in the Netflix movie when it gets made. All right.
So I'm supposed to pick up Kimberly at the airport at Greater Cincinnati.
I pick her up. Don's flying in from somewhere else to a private airport. It's about 30 minutes
away. She's complaining to me that I've got to get there. So I'm going 120 miles an hour on the
interstate, trying to get there. I miss the exit. I go down a grass bump. I hit the bump. She's
laughing. She goes, God, you're like Jason Statham. And my breast implant's going to burst.
So I get there right when Don Jr. gets off the plane. And we drive. It's about 30 minutes from
here. I pick him up to Freedom Fest, the VIP tent. They don't say a word to each other. A word.
Don Jr. and I talk. And I verified with him that J.D. Vance, who had just gotten on the vice
president ticket, was with him. So we get to Freedom Fest, VIP tent. Don Jr., for the whole
time they were there for the event, did not talk to Kimberly, did not sit next to her, did not look
at her.
He sat somewhere else. And everybody in the VIP tent was like, there is trouble in paradise. It
gets even funnier. Kimberly wants alcohol. And she tells my wife and her friend who are running the
VIP tent, you got to get me some alcohol. But Don Jr. can't know about alcohol. So I sent out my
buddy Joe Rudder to get the alcohol. He brings it back, some White Claws and Celsius. They put
them in a cooler, but they have to hide them. And then they got to sneak them to Kimberly as she
asked them, one at a time. And then her hair was messed up. And somebody tried to fix her hair. And
she bitched about that. And then she kept telling me, Eric, will you please compliment me in front
of Don every chance you get so he feels better about me. So it was so bizarre. Every time I was
around, I tried to dream up a compliment. And then Don didn't even respond to it.
So then after the event, we drive him back to the airport, or go to the same
airport. And he goes in the bathroom. I think he went in the bathroom to call Patina. So she's
sitting there with her and her friend Cassidy. And she says to me, all the Trump men are narcissistic,
egomaniac assholes. And you know it, Eric. I, of course, didn't say anything. Okay,
I didn't say I did not say anything. She comes out, she was please make some more compliments.
So I walk them out to the tarmac. And I'm making I mean, it's so funny.
I'm dreaming up things to compliment Kimberly on. Juniors just ignored it. Oh, another funny thing.
We have some really high quality food in the VIP tent. She insisted on taking all that was left over
home. My wife was like, what the hell don't they have food at Jupiter? I mean, so they put in a bag
for her to take all the food home. But she is just a pushy, mean, nasty, demanding. When I'm hearing the stories
over in Greece, like she demanded somebody to come deliver her ice at 4am. That's Kimberly.
Wow, wow. Well, you've just given us a very specific picture of her. What do you think she
is going to do now? Here is what I think. I think she stays in Greece. I think that she is persona
non grata. Based upon how Trump reacted yesterday from the media, she's cut off. They are done with
her. And that's the way Trump operates. Done. So she is out of Trump world. She can't go flipping
back to the Democrats. I think that she's already started nurturing these relationships in Greece.
And my guess is she might still have a few connections to help somebody in Greece. So I would
not be shocked if she stays in Greece or in Europe. And I got another thing to break news to you.
Nobody's talking about this.
I think the first thing I thought was they might be stuck because what she knows.
All right. But I thought about this yesterday and I'll share with you. I have no doubt that
when Don and her broke up, there was a written agreement. They may not have been married,
but I guarantee you when they broke up, there was a non disclosure. Don't say anything non disparage.
He probably had to pay a little bit of money for a few million bucks for it. I also bet you,
it covers Trump. I guarantee you, it covers all the Trump children, President Trump, blah, blah,
blah. So I was thinking, you know, he did say resign or I'm going to fire you. He did cut her
off. And I think what's protecting Don Jr. And President Trump is the breakup agreement. I'll
bet you there's a breakup agreement. Wow, that's so interesting. So you think she may have signed
some kind of NDA or something like that? Well, I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know. I don't know.
Okay, so let me ask you about the timing of this because clearly,
Secretary of State Marco Rubio could not have been worse timing for him. He's going to lay out his
platform for 2028. He's going to be the savior of Western civilization. He's got the Acropolis
behind him. And the only thing that people want to know about is what is happening with Kimberly
Guilfoyle. So why did your texts come out when they did they came out in the Wall Street Journal,
they also followed 10 days previously another story in the Wall Street Journal about her very
close relationship with Christos Matafatsos, who is a lobbyist, but everybody thought was actually
her chief of staff because they were sending so much time together and that she'd actually
said to a certain Greek minister, the energy minister, listen, the US can upturn the Greek
government if we want. We're that powerful. So she was sort of threatening. Why is she's been there
for a year, just over a year in the job. Why now? Why is this coming out now?
Well, I want to first say that it was a coincidence. And what a wild coincidence
that it happened. Why Rubio was in Greece. That was not planned at all. Number two,
did you notice how she hugged him? I did appropriately, inappropriately. I'm sure
Rubio was like, stop, you know, stop it already.
Using her wares again. Please help me. Please help me. But here's why. And this is fascinating
story. So I canceled my Patriot's Day Freedom Fest the end of September. It made national news. I
couldn't believe it made national news. So two weeks ago, a good friend of mine comes to the
house every Sunday and he says, Eric, you know, I don't think Trump administration's ever going to
help you with the Dr. Grotty victims. And I said, I think you're right. I said, I'm gonna give him
one last chance. So I'm gonna give him one last chance. So
on October 1st, two Thursdays ago, I sent an email to Susie Wiles, Kimberly Guilfoyle and Don Junior.
It's a great story. And I tell them, I said, listen, last chance by five o'clock on Monday,
four days, uh, you have to let me know. You're going to set in motion Dr. Drani's extradition.
There's going to be an investigation in the Ohio court system. There's going to be an investigation
in medical protectors role. I said, you got to tell me this is going to happen. It's set in motion or
I am going to release to the media, what I've attached here. And what I've attached was
everything that I ended up attaching, text messages, everything. I sent it to him on that
Thursday, five o'clock Monday rolls around. Never heard from him. I said, okay. So I sent it out
wildly. This is hysterical. Something's in the glitch of the, it goes out. It doesn't go out
to everybody, but it does land the wall street journal. They call me and they say, could we have
an exclusive wall street journal gives me some good credibility. I said, yes, for two days,
I'm working all that out with the wall street journal, wall street journal story hits.
And then boom, I do 50 freaking national and international interviews.
I send out the package to everybody and the quote, the rest is history.
So I gave these people the chance. And the reason why I did it was
is the Patriot's day freedom fest. I said to myself, wow, this gives me an opportunity. So in
the package of information, I point out that I was trying to get them to help me to help the 580
victims of Dr. Durrani unnecessary spine surgeries, to get them some attention, get them some love,
get them some help. And they wouldn't help me. So this is what I've done. Now the story gets even
bigger. So I emailed Susie Wiles. I left Kimberly off this one and Don jr. Yesterday. And I said,
point blank, you know, I said, yeah, this is what I've done. Yesterday. And I said,
I am going to Sue Kimberly Guilfoyle for defamation because they said the texts were fake.
They're not, they taught they false. They told me the truth.
me that, uh, I was a known black male. I don't know where they got that from. I never blackmailed
anybody. Then they said I owed her money. And therefore I had to, this was so, so they defamed
the hell out of me. And she briefed my agreement with her cause she didn't do anything. So I told,
I told him, I said, if you don't help, I'm suing her for defamation. And I'm, by the way, I've
already talked to the two committees, the foreign relations committee and the oversight committee,
the Democrats. I'm going to testify before Congress. I I'm sure the state department's
going to contact me. I'm going to sue Kimberly Guilfoyle, which means I get to subpoena Don
Jr. I get to subpoena documents. I get to take her deposition or oath. And J.D. I contacted J.D. Vance, Cash Patel, Don Jr., uh, Pam Bondi, Todd Blanche, President Trump,
uh,
Susie Wiles ignored the greatest disrespect you could have is when they ignore you. So I've point
blank have told them, all right, you keep ignoring me. I'm going to keep thumping. So, and by the way,
some people have said, is that extortion? Extortion is when you, you want
from, uh, you're doing something criminal for money. Every day, politicians say, I want your support on that bill,
or I'm not going to donate money to you. That's politics. So I am playing
political hardball. You really are playing political hardball. Uh, well, so I have two
questions. One, do you think they ignored your, your, uh, entreaties because they didn't care
if this came out about Kimberly Guilford? Good question. I actually think they ignored it
because they vent and think anybody would care, but I have come up with a theory in the idea.
And it was either then or even now they're loving it because I have eliminated their Kimberly
Guilford freaking problem. And they get to say to Kimberly, Kimberly, uh, sorry, Kimberly, but, uh,
you did it to yourself. You know, you were our gal, but you did this to yourself and you know,
politics, Kimberly,
we got to let you go. I know, I know, I know. So I helped them get rid of Kimberly.
All right. Because I know, by the way, I know they hate Kimberly. Hi, Kai made some really
interesting posts when Don jr. Got rid of her and started dating Patina, including this is the
family. And I mean, I'm telling you, they cannot stand Kimberly Don jr. I'm sure got sick of her.
She is a, she is a bit, I'm sure Don jr. Had crazy sex. And then it was over.
Okay. So my other question to them leading on from that is, are you expecting any form of
retribution? I mean, this has been a mess, right? So, so, I mean, there could have been other more
discreet ways to get Kimberly off the diplomatic stage. This has been an embarrassment for the
Trump administration. However, even if they did want her to leave, you're not you're because we
know that Donald Trump is extremely vindictive to people who cross him.
Or he senses are his enemies. I know you've said you would vote for him again, but you don't feel
that you will be the target of something. I don't think I'm going to be the target
of something because I had now have the protection of the national and now international news media
watching this story. They come after me. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. I'm a tough cookie. Okay.
No, clearly, clearly.
I'm tough cookie.
I'm tougher. I'm tougher than a pine knot. Okay. My background is funny.
I got Viking blood in me. That's not only from my genealogy back to the first Viking king
of Finland and Charlemagne. I have Viking blood in me. 85% Scandinavian checked out
plus genealogy. My mom's from Harlan County, Kentucky. Tough people. I got it in my blood
to be tough. Okay. And then the bottom line is, is that I can handle it and I'm playing hardball.
I've got something that's a problem for them and I'm using it to help the Dr. Durrani victims.
Okay. You have famously your own law license was suspended
and actually you were known as the courtroom bulldog, right? And
when it came to reinstating your license, the judge in the case said, "Dita's practice of law is not
governed by constitution, rule of law, or procedure. It is anarchy." And you proclaimed
yourself a Kentucky outlaw. So how is your advice to the parents of some of the victims who are
operated on completely unnecessarily? And it's clearly an allegedly terrible case that this doctor
cheated parents. And I mean, it's incomprehensible that anybody I think would
operate on a child unnecessarily. But why are you the person that is helping them?
You know, we all have causes in life and I'm not a religious person,
but I believe in divine providence. And the way this all happened, I have
zero, zero doubt. And the doc, by the way, the 580 Dr. Durrani victims know all about my battles.
They love me. They love me for it. And they know I'm smart as hell,
tough as hell, not didn't sell them out. You would not believe over the years, like 40,
398 on the medical protective policy. They recently made their first freaking offer in writing.
Four and a half million dollars. It would have been 10,000 to each of these people.
And the Durrani victims love me because they're like, well, what do you think? I said, screw them,
trial, trial, trial, trial. We're going to fight them till the end and get them.
So let me tell you about the Kentucky Bar Association. I think it's really important
for your viewers. The Kentucky Bar Association is the same as every bar association in the country.
It's ran by big laws.
I'm a big law. I battle big law every single day. They hate me. They hate the rebels who take them
and their clients on. So they want to poison me. I wear my bar battle with a badge of honor.
They bring up that I went to jail 15, that served eight days for quote unquote, violating a gag
order. I didn't violate the gag order. I was complaining to the judge who wouldn't give them
their trials. I said,
judge, you're evil. What did the 580 Durrani clients? You go, Eric. Nobody ever went to jail
for us. Lawyers in America have an opinion and the public down alone whale crap. Okay.
And they deserve it. The legal profession is corrupt as hell. It's greed, greed,
greed, greed. The healthcare profession, greed, greed, greed, greed. So the public
loves me in the Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky area. They love me. The little Janes and Joes love me.
Why? Because they look at Eric and they say, he stands up to all that crap. He fights it.
Interesting. Okay. Thank you for that perspective.
So I have a question for you. The new White House press secretary, Katie Zachariah.
Disaster.
Well, so she says she's a lawyer. She says she was the general counsel for
a PAC. I think that Rick Grinnell was doing. No one can figure out where she went to law school
and when she was asked by Donald Trump yesterday, where she sat the bar, she, she said in China.
So would that mean that she was actually qualified to work as a lawyer in the U S because that's
what's on her resume, that she's a lawyer, but literally no, no one has been able to find out
which state she passed the bar in. And she now says it was in China.
Um, she's a disaster when you are the press secretary and on your
first day you become the story. That's not good. So she became the story on day one in that China
thing and reference and everything, and trying to claim she's like, now I want to give her this.
If you graduate from law school, I think you can claim that you're a lawyer
because you went to law school and you just not a licensed lawyer.
So I don't have an issue with her claiming that she's a lawyer, but it made her look stupid if
her law license came out of China. But I was the one saying, so this is so funny when they hired
Carolyn LeVette, I was like, oh my God, you know, this one thing, Carolyn, the LeVette day one proved
me wrong. She stood there. She takes it. She fires it. She's boom, boom, boom, Carolyn LeVette.
I mean, um, uh, Kim came out there and she's reading and stumbling. She looked like a blonde
bimbo. And I'll be honest with you. I'll be honest with you. You hate to judge a book by the cover, but based upon day one,
I don't think it's going to get any better. Hmm. So she's going to do less than a Scaramucci,
which is what everybody's predicting. Yeah, exactly. A Scaramucci. She's going to be a Scaramucci
or less. Have you heard from Kimberly Guilfoyle? When was the last time you had any connection
with her? The last time I heard from Kimberly Guilfoyle was her last begging for money. And
I have not heard from her since. Okay. Well, Eric Dieters, thank you so much for joining us.
Actually, I have one more question for you. Thanks for having me on. I like you.
Oh, good. Good. Well, actually, what I really want is when you reinstate the Freedom Fest,
will you invite me? Because I'd love to come. It sounds really fun.
If I do, I will invite you. Okay, good. You know what I wanted to ask you? So you paid Don Junior
200 grand. You paid Eric Trump 100 grand. They came and spoke at Freedom Fest. Who was the most
popular among your visitors and your audience? What was the difference between Eric and Don?
Don Junior was the most popular. I just want to tell you, I really like Eric Trump. I really
like Eric Trump. He is down to earth. I really like him. And then I like Don Junior because
Don Junior is a lot like me. You know, he's outspoken. He lets it rip. And I want to let
you know that there was no grifting on Don Junior's part or Eric Trump's part. I like both of them.
I am critical of them publicly only because while the Bidens did their shadow criminal,
like small-time crooks, you know, Hunter Biden, the Trumps, they're making money hand over fist,
getting on boards. I can't stand Jared Kushner, by the way. I think Jared Kushner
and Ivanka are yuck yucks. I mean, they are snob to the core. Don Junior and Eric Trump are not
snobby at all. But I want to tell you right now that Jared Kushner getting $3 billion from the
Saudis after the Abraham Accords. Trump hates crypto. But then Eric and Don get involved in
crypto and it's good. They serve on boards. Automatically, the value of their stock goes up.
So President Trump has gone from like $2 billion to $8 billion. And Don and Eric, about $200 million,
they're probably billionaires by now. So I don't like that, what they've done.
OK, you're in Kentucky. What do you think,
going to happen with the midterm election? I originally thought they were going to hold it.
I do not now. And here's the reason why. In my neck of the woods, and this is Midwest,
I feel like we're representative of Trump. There's a ton of Trump supporters
that are not happy at all about the fuel prices. I mean, the fuel price, in my opinion,
is numero uno. And I'm talking about hardcore Trump supporters aren't happy.
Will those people still vote for Trump? Yeah. But the turnout's not going to be as good. And
you're going to have people on the edge, Democrats and independents who voted for Trump that aren't.
So I don't think they, I think they're going to lose the House. Maybe they can hold the Senate.
But I've got another theory about that. I think Trump doesn't care. Here's why. They're not going
to be able to do anything in two years, the President Trump, impeachment and all that stuff,
by the time it takes. And here's what's going to happen.
They'll help him, they think, in 2028, keep the White House. They'll think the Democrats
will do such a lousy job that it'll piss off the public and they'll be able to keep the presidency
and win back the House and Senate in 2028. That's what I think. And what about Mitch McConnell, your senator? Do you think he should give up his seat at this
point? Because he seems well- No, this is kind of funny, okay?
He's, he, he should, he, should he give up his,
his seat? Yes. Long time ago. Politically, are we glad he hasn't? Yes. Because Beshear would appoint
a, a, a Democrat. Now, the House, the Kentucky legislator passed a bill that, to maybe try to
block that. But I think it would be, you know, this big bloodbath. So I'm okay with Senator
McConnell being in a wheelchair until after the election. Eric, what would it take to bring Dr.
Arne back from Pakistan, where he, he basically fled in the shadow of all these accusations?
A little diplomacy. Trump picking up the phone, telling Rubio to get it done. This is a wild
story. There is an extradition treaty between Pakistan and the United States. Pakistan has
not honored it ever since we flew in their airspace and blew up Bin Laden. But it is in
place. And Trump has improved relations with Pakistan. Those relationships have gotten better.
So I have no doubt, if President Trump called Rubio and said, Rubio, extradite that SOB,
so we shut up Dieters, Rubio could get it done. Okay. Well, Eric, good luck on your quest to help
the victims. And thank you for talking to us. Thank you for giving me this opportunity.
Wow. Well, I feel like I've got secondhand energy from Eric. I don't know what he's,
having, but I think I want some. What a story. What a story. Kimberly Guilfoyle out as ambassador
to Greece, as announced by Katie Zacharia on her first day as White House press secretary.
What will Kimberly do now? If only Zachary were around to write the sequel to Vanity Fair. I'll
be back tomorrow inside Donald Trump's head, where we'll be asking more about the Kimberly story.
And of course,
the midterms, and what keeps Donald Trump up at night with Michael Bull. See you then.

Podcast Summary
Key Points:
Eric Dieters, a former speaker and fundraiser, claims Kimberly Guilfoyle threatened to lose her ambassadorship if he continued messaging her, using manipulative and emotional tactics like calling him "honey" and "love you."
Dieters paid Guilfoyle $300,000 over three years for speaking engagements and promised a million dollars if she helped him with a legal case involving 580 victims of Dr. Durrani’s unnecessary spine surgeries.
After her nomination, Guilfoyle suddenly demanded $100,000 to cover an American Express bill, despite no prior actions, and Dieters refused, citing her lack of follow-through and manipulation.
Dieters recounts a public breakdown at a Trump event where Don Jr. avoided contact with Guilfoyle, showing their strained relationship and suggesting a prior non-disclosure agreement may have been signed.
Dieters claims he will sue Guilfoyle for defamation, subpoena Don Jr. and others, and will testify before Congress, framing the situation as political hardball, not extortion.
He believes the Trump administration allowed her to be removed due to embarrassment, not out of malice, and that her dismissal is now a strategic political move to eliminate a controversial figure.
Dieters sees no retribution coming because of national media exposure and his own reputation as a tough, principled figure, especially among victims of the Dr. Durrani case.
He criticizes the new White House press secretary, Katie Zachariah, for lacking bar credentials and appears skeptical of her legitimacy and preparedness.
