How to Win the Game of Earth: The 7 Levels They Never Explained

The text explains that winning the "game of Earth" does not mean escaping the world but rather recognizing that our perception delivers a filtered, interpreted version of reality, not the raw truth. Drawing on Kant's Critique of Pure Reason, it argues that we never access the "thing-in-itself"; we only experience the world after it passes through our senses, memory, and conditioning. The first level of this game is mistaking this immediate reading for reality itself, such as interpreting a silence as rejection or a bill as destiny, without noticing the interpretation. The second level focuses on the body's survival filter, which prioritizes threat, repetition, and approval to protect the organism but often narrows life by confusing conservation with freedom. The third level uses Plato's cave metaphor to show that the filter also educates desire, making us want what the wall taught us to want, like approval or control. True awakening begins when we interrupt automatic obedience—pausing before reacting, questioning conclusions, and recognizing when old patterns defend the character rather than serve the player. The ascent moves from automatic living (Level 1) to discomfort with repetition (Level 2) to a deep questioning of the mechanism (Level 3), leading to the player's awareness behind the character. Ultimately, the game is won by separating event from reading, creating an interval where choice becomes possible.

To win the game of Earth, you do not escape the world. You stop mistaking the first reading of your perception for reality itself. Most people think they are reacting to what happened. They are not. They are reacting to what the body, memory, and fear translated before choice ever arrived. In 1781, Immanuel Kant gave this fracture its philosophical name in critique of pure reason. You do not access the thing in itself, only the world after it passes through your way of perceiving. That is why the game of Earth is won by the one who learns to read the reading itself. In this video, you will move through the seven levels of the game of Earth, the first reading, the body's filter, the wall of the cave, the discomfort, the systems engineering, authorship, and the player behind the character. These seven levels do not promise escape. They show who has been playing for you. The first level of the game of Earth is not spiritual ignorance. It is something closer, more daily, and therefore harder to see. You believe the first reading your perception gives you, and you call that reading reality. The message was not answered. That is the fact. The reading arrives after it. I was ignored. I lost value. I did something wrong. The relationship changed. The number in the bank account went down. That is the fact. I am behind in life. I have no security. I need to accept anything. The body looks different in the mirror. That is the fact. I am becoming smaller. I am losing presence. I am turning into someone I do not want to be. In all of these cases, the world gave very little. The mind completed the rest. That is the prison of level one. It is not living inside an obvious lie. It is living inside an interpretation so fast that it feels like fact. The event is small. The interpretation adds weight, intention, and threat. A silence becomes rejection. A bill becomes destiny. One expression on someone's face becomes a sentence. The person does not notice the stitching. Because the stitching happens before there is time to question it, the image of an interface only matters if it stays at this point. An icon on a computer does not reveal the machine. It translates the machine so you can act. Your perception does something similar. It does not deliver the raw world. It delivers a version of the world already cropped, simplified, and loaded with instruction. What appears is not only what happened. What appears is what your system learned to treat as threat, chance, loss, desire, position, shame, or safety. So the decisive question is not whether the world is real. The decisive question is this. How much of what you call real already reached you, shaped by the way you perceive? This distinction holds the whole argument together. There is what appears to you, and there is what the thing is before it crosses your way of perceiving. You never touch that second layer directly, because every contact passes through an apparatus. Body, senses, memory, language, fear, desire, habit. The thing in itself does not enter whole. It enters converted into human experience. This is not a distant philosophical problem. It is your Tuesday. When someone speaks coldly, you do not receive sound alone. You receive accumulated history. If coldness once meant abandonment, the body reads abandonment before reason arrives. When an opportunity appears, you receive the limit of what you already believe you deserve. If your identity was trained in scarcity, the opportunity may arrive as risk, not as a door. When a person holds eye contact one second longer, you receive desire, threat, judgment, or invitation, depending on the file already open inside you. Level one is not noticing that an old memory is participating in the reading. The person at this level does not say, "I am interpreting." They say, "This is how it is." They do not say, "My body reads danger." They say, "This is dangerous." They do not say, "My memory dressed this moment in old clothing." They say, "The world always does this to me." The one who says, "I am interpreting," keeps a margin of freedom. The one who says, "This is how it is, hands over command." We were trained to confuse speed with truth. The first reading arrives faster, so it seems more reliable. Emotion rises before thought, so it seems deeper. The body tightens, so it seems like proof, but intensity is not proof. Speed is not proof. Familiarity is not proof. Often, what feels like intuition is only an old pattern arriving first. This is where the game really begins. Before changing beliefs, before raising vibration, before speaking of manifestation, there is a more primary operation, separating event from reading. Event, the person did not answer. Reading, "I was discarded." Event, "There is little money today." Reading, "I will never have a way out." Event, "I feel fear." Reading, "I must not move forward." The character lives fused with the reading. The player begins when that fusion weakens. This separation does not make you cold. It makes you precise. You still feel, you are still affected. You still have a body, a history, and wounds. But you stop giving sovereignty to every reading that appears first. And that changes the weight of everything. An emotion can be heard without being obeyed. A thought can be seen without being crowned. An appearance can be taken seriously without becoming final authority. Level 1 ends when you perceive that the reality dominating you is not the whole world. It is the world already interpreted, already coloured, already reduced to what your system can process. That perception is not comfortable. It removes the comfortable explanation of placing everything only in the world. But it returns something more valuable. The interval between receiving a reading and living as if it were absolute. In that interval, choice stops being automatic. If your experience always arrives filtered, then the filter has criteria. It prioritises some things, erases others, amplifies certain signals, and reduces others. Those criteria were not born to reveal the whole truth. They were born to protect the organism. Before freeing you, perception tried to keep you alive. That is why the second level begins in the body. The second level begins in the body because the body was not made to contemplate the whole truth. It was made to continue. Before asking what is real, it asks something else. Does this threaten my life, my place, my bond, my energy, my image, my chance to belong? That question operates before thought. You enter a room and notice first who did not look at you. The room had dozens of neutral details, but the body pulled one social signal first. You open your phone and one harsh comment takes more space than 20 kind messages. You receive an opportunity and feel the weight of risk before examining the possibility. The filter is not asking what is the wider view. It is asking where can I lose? That is not a defect. It is survival. A mind that gave the same weight to everything would not be able to choose anything. If every sound, face, smell, memory, and possibility entered with equal force, you would not make it through a morning. The filter reduces the world so action can be possible. It cuts, enlarges, erases, highlights. The problem begins when you forget that you are receiving a selection and start treating the selection as totality. The filter has ancient priorities. It favors threat because the organism would rather exaggerate danger than miss it. It favors repetition because the known consumes less energy than the new. It favors approval because for a social body, exclusion feels like risk. It favors confirmation because revising your own story requires more force than defending it. This list explains why so many decisions feel like yours before they were ever chosen. You do not return to the same kind of relationship because you failed to learn the lesson. You return because the known feels safer than the free. You do not postpone a decision only because you lack discipline. You postpone because some part of you prefers familiar pain to the cost of a new identity. You do not fixate on the worst scenario because you are are lucid. You fixate because the system learned to confuse vigilance with protection. Level 2 is seeing that the filter that protects also reduces. It saved you many times. It read tones of voice before a situation got worse. It stored signals of danger. It learned to avoid places, people, and gestures that wounded you. That work deserves respect. But old protection, once it becomes permanent command, begins to narrow the life it claimed to defend. The same mechanism that prevented a fall can prevent an ascent. The same sensitivity that recognized rejection can begin to manufacture rejection where there was only silence. This is where many people make the wrong turn. They think awakening means distrusting the world, but the harder step is distrusting your immediate reading of the world, not in the sense of invalidating yourself, and not by calling your pain invention. Pain is real data. Fear is real data. Tightness in the chest is real data. The conclusion attached to them is what must be examined. The same bodily contraction can accompany real danger or real expansion. Without examination, the filter calls both threat. There are dangers that ask for retreat. There are discomforts that ask for advance. The old filter calls both by the same name because it was not trained to free you. It was trained to conserve you. Conservation and freedom are not the same thing. Think of a concrete opportunity you refused before looking closely. A conversation, a project, a request, a change. Maybe you called it intuition. Maybe you said it was not the right time. Maybe the body closed so quickly that the decision felt like wisdom. What if it was only familiarity defending its own territory? That question is uncomfortable because it removes the glamour from many certainties. Not every no was protection. Not every fear was warning. Not every resistance was discernment. Sometimes what you call this is just who I am is only the filter trying to keep the character recognizable. It prefers a frustrated but familiar character to a free player who does not yet know how to move. That is why winning the game of earth takes more than positive thinking. Positive thought placed on top of an old filter becomes decoration. A person repeats phrases of expansion with the entire body closed in contraction. Says they want abundance but reads every change as threat. Says they want love but interprets closeness as loss of control. Says they want freedom but feels guilt every time they steps out of the role that kept others comfortable. The filter does not obey the speech. It obeys what was trained as safe. So the work of the second level is simple to name and hard to live. Notice the priority hidden behind your perception. When you feel fear, ask. Fear of real damage or fear of novelty. When you feel rejection, ask. Present rejection or activated memory. When you feel urgency, ask urgency of life or urgency of the character trying not to lose position. These questions prevent the first reading from becoming destiny without examination. And when that happens, an ancient image stops being legend and becomes diagnosis. Because a person trapped in the first reading lives like someone staring at shadows on a wall, not from stupidity, from adaptation. They learn to call the wall world because they never had a reason to turn their head. The third level begins in that movement, not running out of the cave, but realizing that what you saw your whole life may have been only the direction your body learned to face. The cave only matters if you stop treating it as an ancient story. It does not describe distant people looking at shadows on a wall. It describes the ordinary function of perception before awakening. The wall is the direction your body learned to face. The shadows are the first readings that arrive ready made. The chains are the habits that make those readings feel inevitable. The prison is not only in what you see, it is in believing that what you see exhausts the real. That is the force of the image. The person trapped before the wall does not need to be deceived all the time. It is enough that they have lived facing the same direction. After years, the direction becomes world. Repetition becomes evidence. The familiar becomes truth. The absence of an alternative already does that work. In level 2, you perceive that there is a filter. In the third, you perceive something more uncomfortable. The filter does not only deliver information, it educates desire. You begin to want what the wall taught you to want. Approval is safety. Control as protection. Victory only inside the scoreboard the wall provided. That is why many people call freedom what is only success inside the cave. The person improves the shadow, negotiates with the shadow, competes for shadow, decarates their own shadow to look larger. None of that proves they left. They merely learn to move better inside the old direction. This is one of the most expensive mistakes of the spiritual path, confusing the character's performance with the players awakening. The player begins to awaken when something on the wall loses authority. It does not have to be a collapse. It can be a quiet suspicion. You get what you wanted and notice that the emptiness did not leave. You receive the approval you expected and notice that it lasts less than promised. You repeat an old choice and feel in the body itself that you already know the ending before it begins. The wall is still there, but now there is a fault in it. What once looked like world begins to look like pattern. That fault removes innocence. While the wall was world, obedience seemed natural. After it becomes pattern, obedience requires a lie. The person can still choose the old, but no longer chooses it without knowing. That awareness weighs at first. It removes excuses before delivering freedom. That is why the light hurts. The light does not hurt because truth is cruel. It hurts because it disorganizes the system that kept identity standing. If you discover that part of your life was built on automatic readings, you must revise relationships, ambitions, fears, loyalties, and even certain virtues that once seemed noble. Maybe much of what you called responsibility was fear of disappointing. Maybe much of what you called humility was a ban on occupying space. Maybe much of what you called intuition was old memory defending its own repetition. The first defense is to return to the wall and call the cracker phase. The second is to turn the crack into superiority. Now I see others sleep. That second defense is more dangerous because it looks like awakening, but it is only the ego using spiritual language to remain at the center. Whoever needs to despise those still facing the wall remains dependent on the wall. The old obedience merely gained a proud of form. The true third level is more sober. You begin to respect the timing of vision. No one turns their head by external force. A sentence can open a fissure, but it cannot live your next Tuesday for you. Awakening is not receiving an explanation and walking out free. It is seeing the explanation inside small choices in the impulse to answer in the fear of asking, in the urge to prove in the need to be seen. The real cave appears in those moments. It appears when you are about to repeat an old reaction and notice the repetition before the gesture. It appears when you feel urgency to defend yourself and realize that the urgency wants to protect an image not a truth. It appears when someone does not validate you and the body asks for submission, aggression or performance. The wall is that inner command, do the old thing, preserve the character, do not risk a version of yourself that has not yet received applause. So turning your head is not adopting a new belief. It is interrupting an old obedience. That interruption is small at first. One more second before answering. One question before the conclusion. A no, where there was always yes. A yes, where there was always escape. A silence before explaining your own existence. These gestures seem minimal because the character learned to measure greatness by spectacle. But the game does not change first in grand announcements. It changes the instant the character loses the automatic right to command. And when that happens, the character will be able to see the right person. The Ascent stops being theory. It begins in recognizable levels. The first is the automatic, living the wall without knowing there is a wall. The second is discomfort, sensing that something in the repetition no longer closes. The third is the question. No longer asking only for relief, but wanting to see the mechanism. These three steps are humble, almost without shine, but without them, every speech about awakening remains without consequence. A normal life begins to feel too narrow to be mistaken for destiny. The automatic does not feel automatic from the inside. That is its power. Whoever lives at the first level does not wake up thinking. Today I will repeat a program. They wake up thinking they are being adult, prudent, realistic, busy, responsible. Routine comes with respectable names. Repetition dresses itself as maturity. Fear uses the vocabulary of common sense. That is why the first level should not be treated with contempt. It works. The person pays bills, maintains bonds, avoids unnecessary risks, answers what others expect. They can be competent, polite, productive, admired. The problem is not lack of function. It is excess adaptation. They learned so well to operate the character that they lost the distance required to notice that they are operating a character. In the automatic, almost everything is inherited. The definition of success arrives ready made. The definition of failure arrives ready made. The way of loving, competing, resting, apologizing, aging, desiring, and fearing comes from somewhere prior to conscious choice. The person calls personality what is often said "immentation", years of repeated responses until they look like nature. And the clearest sign of the first level is this. The person's whole life may be organized around avoiding a pain they never named. They seek control so they do not feel abandonment. They seek excellence so they do not feel shame. They seek usefulness so they do not feel disposable. They seek approval so they do not touch the silence of not knowing who they are without an audience. From the outside, this can look like ambition. From the inside, it is well managed escape. The second level begins when the necessary loses some of its authority. It is not enlightenment. It is discomfort. The schedule stays the same but something in it begins to sound small. The conversations keep happening but certain phrases feel too rehearsed. The achievement arrives but the body does not celebrate as promised. The person feels a different fatigue, not the fatigue of effort, but the fatigue of participating in a life that no longer convinces. This discomfort is easy to misread. Many people try to erase it with superficial adjustments, more productivity, distraction, consumption, discipline, explanation, noise. But the discomfort returns because it is not asking for new decoration inside the same prison. It is pointing to the structure of the prison. There is a kind of suffering that does not ask for immediate relief. It asks to be read, "If you anesthetize it too early, you lose the message." The discomfort of the second level is not proof that your whole life is wrong. It is proof that the first reading can no longer govern without being questioned. Before you obeyed and continued. Now you obey and feel friction. That friction shows that some part of you no longer fits the character with the same ease. The mistake is turning that friction into identity drama. The mind rushes to conclude, "I need to destroy everything, leave, break with everyone, abandon my old life." Sometimes external changes will be necessary. But the third level does not begin with spectacle. It begins with an honest question. The true question is not, "How do I make the pain stop?" That is still the character trying to return to comfort. The true question is, "What mechanism is producing this pain? What exactly am I protecting when I repeat this choice? What secret reward do I receive for remaining trapped? What fear would lose its job if I were free?" These questions are dangerous because they do not let the person treat themselves only as a victim of the world. They also do not allow cruel self-accusation. They return participation. They show that the game is not only outside, in people, money, algorithms, family, culture. It is also in the way consciousness learned to assemble experience before you act. At the third level, the person stops collecting explanations and begins observing patterns. They do not ask only why this happened to me. They ask why I recognize this role so quickly. Why I enter this conversation already prepared to defend myself. Why I confuse peace with boredom. Why a clean opportunity frightens me more than a familiar limitation. This step changes the quality of intelligence. The person stops using the mind only to justify reactions and begins using it to see the manufacture of reactions. This is less comfortable than it sounds, justifying preserves identity, seeing threatens identity. When you understand the mechanism, you lose the luxury of pretending that everything is destiny, temperament or bad luck. But there is a trap immediately after that. When the person begins to see mechanisms, they can believe that seeing is already liberation. They begin to see patterns of fear, repetition, manipulation, captured attention, manufactured desire. And for the first time, they perceive that there are forces organising the wall from outside and inside. That moment has power, but also poison. Because it is very easy to awaken enough to denounce the game and not enough to stop being governed by it. Lucidity still has to pass through a test, whether it increased your capacity to act or merely gave your impotence a more sophisticated name. Seeing the engineering of the game is dangerous because it gives an immediate feeling of lucidity. For the first time, you perceive that much of what seemed spontaneous was trained. Your attention was disputed, your fear was fed, your desire was directed, your comparison was stimulated every day until it looked like personality. That perception has force, it also has a trap. The trap is thinking that discovering the mechanism means leaving it. At the fourth level, the person begins to see how the game captures. Urgency does not always come from real need. Sometimes it comes from an environment that profits from quick reaction. Comparison does not appear only because they are insecure. Almost everything around them arranges people in display windows. Fear does not live only inside them. It is renewed by conversations, images, forecasts and promises of salvation. This level is necessary. Without it, the person blames themselves for everything. They think each anxiety is moral failure. Each distraction is weakness. Each copied desire is original choice. Seeing the engineering shows that forces work on the mind before the mind calls that thing will. But if the vision stops there, another enclosure is born. The person begins to explain everything through the system. I do not choose because I was conditioned. I do not act because culture shaped me. I do not sustain focus because my attention was hijacked. I do not trust because the world manufactures fear. Each sentence contains part of the truth and that is what makes it dangerous. A crude lie is easy to refuse. A half truth can become permanent justification. The fourth level shows the forces acting on you. The fifth asks what you do after seeing them. This passage is the centre of the turn. Without it, awakening becomes denunciation. Before, the person obeyed the game without realizing it. Now, they may become an expert at pointing to the game, accusing the game, watching videos about the game and still continue playing in the same way. Lucidity, when it does not become action, can harden into bitterness. The question separating the two levels is simple. Did this perception increase your capacity to act or did it merely refine your complaint? If you understand that your attention is disputed but still give the first hours of the day to noise, lucidity did not become power. If you understand that fear is fed but organize every decision to avoid discomfort, lucidity did not become power. If you understand that the game is not a game, you can't even understand it. the character was conditioned but used that conditioning to justify each repetition, lucidity did not change the command. The fifth level begins when the person stops using cause as alibi. Cause explains origin. It does not decide destiny. Knowing where a pattern came from helps dismantle it but does not authorize you to keep serving it forever. There was training, environment, wound, pressure, manipulation. All of that matters. None of it replaces the next choice. Authorship is not guilt. This sentence must be clean because many people confuse the two. guilt says everything was your failure. Authorship says, from here on some part passes through your hands. Guilt paralyzes because it traps you in the past. Authorship weighs because it returns the present. One accuses the other summons. At the fifth level you begin to look for the small point where commands still exists. You do not control the algorithm but you control whether the phone enters the bedroom. You do not control the first emotion that rises but you control whether you turn that emotion into a contract. You do not control the whole world but you control the first gesture after seeing the pattern. It looks small but it is the point where repetition can be interrupted. The character despises the small point because it wants a change grand enough to preserve its image. The player respects the small point because the player knows the game changes through repeated commands. One minimal choice, repeated with presence, begins to rewrite the field where the next choices appear. Not as theatrical magic as discipline of perception. This is the moment when the idea of vibration stops being vague. Vibration is not a pretty mood. It is the concrete sum of what you believe, feel, say and do with enough repetition to become a signature. If everything becomes threat, contraction and retreat, that is the frequency organising the experience. If you sustain discomfort, speak with more truth and act one step beyond the character, another signature begins to be born. The world does not have to change entirely for the game to change levels. Stop feeding the same version of yourself at every point in the circuit. Real authorship does not begin in a grand declaration. It begins when you perceive the pattern and do one thing differently before the old version retakes command. Answer with precision where you wanted to attack. Ask clearly where you wanted to imply. Move forward with fear where before you would call fear a divine sign to retreat. From that point, the game stops being only something that happens to you. It becomes something that passes through you, but one final displacement remains. Acting differently is not enough if the one acting is still only the character trying to win. The sixth level begins when you stop adjusting the character and begin reprogramming the player who moves it. reprogramming the player does not mean inventing a better personality. It means returning to the point before the character where your energy has not yet been captured by fear, image and defence. The character wants to win in order to be confirmed. The player creates because it recognises that experience responds to the way it participates in it. At the sixth level, you stop treating change as defect correction and begin treating it as command adjustment. You do not ask only what result do I want. You ask what state repeated daily would produce that result without violating my life. Every result carries a signature. Scarsity has one. Belief in threat, contraction, defensive speech, minimal action. Authorship has another. Belief in participation. Emotions sustained without escape. Direct speech, coherent action, even with discomfort. Vibration in this sense is not spiritual weather. It is consistency between belief, emotion, word and gesture. If you say you want freedom but feel guilt every time you disappoint someone, speak as if asking permission to exist and act always to restore lost approval, the dominant signature remains servitude. If you say you want abundance but interpret every expense as punishment, every opportunity as risk and every request as unbearable exposure, the dominant signature remains scarcity. The game does not respond to the announced desire. It responds to the embodied pattern. That is why reprogramming must descend into the day. A new state is not born because you declared it. It is born when you rehearse it at small points until the body stops treating it as threat. Tell the truth in a short conversation. Keep silence when the character wanted to justify. Protect one hour for what builds the life you say you want. Each of these gestures look smaller than the fantasy of transformation but that is where the next choice stops coming from the same place. The character loves fantasy because fantasy preserves the current identity while promising a future life. The player prefers gesture because gesture changes the circuit. With enough repetition, something begins to alter the feeling of who you are. The world looks different because you no longer enter it emitting the same command. Doors that once seem too large begin to seem proportional, conversations that once demanded performance begin to ask for presence. Fear keeps appearing but it loses the right to direct. This is the sixth level operating your own state instead of merely reacting to the inherited state. The seventh level is the easiest to infantilize. Recovering the creative child does not mean becoming naive, denying consequence or abandoning responsibility. It means recovering the faculty that existed before you were trained to ask in a permission to imagine. A child does not create because approval is guaranteed. A child creates because creation is the natural way of being alive. A child turns a box into a house, ship, temple, hiding place. Not because the child is foolish but because the visible has not yet been accepted as the final word. Imagination is used as an organ of contact with possibility. Then the system calls it a phase. It teaches utility, comparison, embarrassment. It teaches that imagining too much is dangerous, that trying without guarantee is shameful, that play is wasted time, that creating only matters when external reward is attached. The seventh level is removing that order from the centre. You win the game of earth when you can participate in it without giving your soul to its scoreboard. You work but you do not reduce being to a role. You love but you do not turn relationship into a constant request for value. You use money but you do not allow the number to define the player. You inhabit the body but you do not confuse the body with the one observing through it. You enter the game fully but remember that the character is not the owner of consciousness. That remembrance returns lightness without irresponsibility. A light person is not one who takes nothing seriously. It is one who stops treating every shadow as final sentence. They act better because they do not defend an identity every minute. They listen better because every phrase is no longer a threat. They risk better because error does not destroy the player. It informs the next move. Winning then is not abandoning earth as if experience were a mistake. It is entering it with enough lucidity not to be possessed by the character. The game changes when you remember you can play without handing consciousness to the scoreboard. Who is conducting your next choice? The character trying to survive its own image or the player capable of creating a new response. If this path asks for a practice, it begins with a few clean seconds a day. Not to fantasize about a prize, but to stabilize the player's state before the old character takes control. Enough silence to feel the first reading without obeying it. Enough attention to choose a new signature. Enough presence to notice the signals that hurry are raised. This is the exact point for which we developed audio tools, frequencies that help the mind leave automatic reaction and enter a clearer state of inner command. Summary:

FAQs

The goal is not to escape the world but to stop mistaking your first perception for reality itself, learning to read the reading before it becomes your experience.

The first level is believing that your immediate perception is reality, without recognizing that it is an interpretation filtered by your body, memory, and fear.

The body's filter prioritizes survival over truth, amplifying threats and repetitions, and you must learn to distinguish between real dangers and old patterns that limit growth.

The cave represents the habitual direction your perception faces, where shadows (first readings) are mistaken for reality, and chains are habits that make these readings feel inevitable.

You are at the first level when your life is organized around avoiding unnamed pains, and you call inherited patterns like ambition or responsibility your own without questioning them.

Discomfort signals that your old automatic readings no longer fit, pointing to the structure of the prison rather than asking for superficial relief, and it requires reading rather than anesthetizing.
