Podcast Network Asia Listen well, especially to those things that words cannot fathom or express. "Fathom, fathom! On the opera! Oh my god!" Hey fellow adults, let's figure out adult life together, because adulting wasn't taught in school. Listen to stories, questions, and sometimes expert advice on adulting, self-development, finding stability, relationships, health, well-being, and more, because it's an adult thing. What what? We are back fellow adults, welcome to another episode of It's An Adulting with me, Nika. And me, the package deal, your mom's chic Carla. So, to start off this episode, thank you very much to our fellow adults, who don't just have a little lesson to our show, but also take the effort to spread the word about it. So, to expose some shout out, we have Grace Lyrom, our last real friend, Jake, who said, "Grab it, it's an episode, the damning that touched the list, six sick, thanks it's an adult thing." Wow. She said, "Cherla, civilian, I'm strong too, I'm here." So, Sabina, letting you know your episode, you're caring for the cervix, yeah, encouraged me to get the HPV vaccine. Big thanks to your guests, Doc Mina Alferes and Miss Nina Corpus for the nuggets of Fuwisdom. I would also like you to know that vaccinated Nippo, I'm slow-clapped, good job. Sabina already completed the three HPV shots last week and getting vaccinated is one of my highlights in 2024. Thanks to you, your podcast channel is "Saving Livesong." Thank you to our guests. Yes, to begin with a lot of questions about our cervix. Here's a heart emoji, and for more, mom, this is what we're doing here. Yes, she'll post it about this on Tech Talk. And as of last time we checked, there were 77,000 views, 820 posts, 100 plus comments and counting. And for that, also, mom, shella, we would like to thank you for helping us educate our fellow adults about the HPV vaccine. So, I know that it really means a lot to us. Thank you for helping us out in our advocacy. And that's all. So, thank you for your time, Solid and Loyal listeners. See, Ken, Jayma, it's a new recruit online. So, you can let us prove that you're new recruiters. I love my name. Let us know now, Ken. Yes. So, true. And a few more recruits, Ken, because you're a member, you know. Multi-level listeners. Multi-level listeners, you know. And big thank you to all of the previous episodes of our IG stories. There are a lot of them, but you know what we're talking about right now. The lessons from sports in our episode, for those who need to hear this, you'll get their Sparkle Sparkle. Always good vibes listening to this podcast. Okay, then we'll talk about Tony Polynes about our Life Deter's episode. Sabinya, a very insightful episode of one of my favorite podcasts. I totally relate to this one. Stories are beautiful. Let yours serve as an inspiration to others. Boogs, English, you know, they're like, okay, yeah, then this is about the Life Deter's episode. Okay. Sabini. Marisol. Sabini, Marisol. Worth it, almost two hours of episode. Warning, it's a good day. Then listen, listen, listen, listen, listen, listen, listen. And then, Sabini, Jules, Jules, J-U-H-L-S-E Jules. Sabinya, I've been waiting for this topic to be honest, the Life Deter's episode. Then I'll share my story here. I've been lost for so many years to figure out what purpose and life are. And there are two people that you can use to figure out what life is in general. Now I'm full of experiences. And now I'm truly grateful for them that I'm able to figure out what is my purpose in this world. Thank you. It's an I don't think for this topic, as this gives me motivation and realization in so many ways. Sure. Sabinya Manin, no one is an island, Ganda with 24 a.m. Ganda and Super Insightful. This new episode of it's an adult thing. Thank you guys. I am actually somewhat surprised that the dynamic positive in captions and reshairs and feedback of our episode is a life detours. It doesn't sound positive. And I feel like I'm still able to relate to it. Apparently the dynamic is super dynamic. And I think that is a value of our adult tribe. The feeling of it is that we have to experience. We have a lot of adults for letting us know that we have a lot of time. And we will read out and shout out those messages and those fellow adults in the next episode. By the way, personal shout out, we have the sit-in to part today. We sit-in. Yeah. We have a surprise visit to our partner. We are here to see you in this episode. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. All right. Oh my god. So it's just one yard apart. Oh, it's just a piece of cake. But please know that you are helping us a lot and we super appreciate your effort and your support to grow our tribe. Thank you very much guys. Yeah. Topic. We are in episode. Uh-huh. So we are just waiting for you guys to come. We have a lot of time. So might as well talk about something related to Valentine's Day. Okay. Uh-uh. To be fair, how do we think that we are going to relevant every day to the topic that we are going to talk about. Because every day we interact with people and hopefully almost every day, if not every day, we interact with people. And for that, we would like to share some insights on how to love well. We will focus on romantic love. Maybe in our examples, but I think it's applicable to a lot of classes. It's not applicable. It's super applicable. Yeah. So partner, family member, friend, Nika and I will not only share our take on this topic, we also asked you guys through our social media the exact same question. How do you love well? What we are going to do is to try to quote actual relationship experts who inspire us if possible. We mentioned studies, wow, studies or research. We are going to have a lot of experts. I know how to do that. So the insights we are going to have, but ultimately, please know that we will share these nuggets of wisdom. Based on our first-hand experiences, what we personally practice, and you will observe us in your work out of relationship, or you will not work out the relationship, what we do, what we do. So please don't take this as professional advice. It's just the same for you. Yes. Okay, so you have professional help. There are relationship experts, counsellors, therapists who can do that for you. Yes, we're just your friends and at them. You know that. Speaking of KBG and mom, fellow adults, you might want to ask your friends or love the ones, but maybe do it the adult thing way. As in, let's ask each other before diving to our topic. Ask each other. The recent adult thing highlight, and recent adult thing low lights, let's say, in the new listeners, we are going to have a lot of fun because if we just ask each other, how much is it? Okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, that's a big one. So we will have a lot of come-up in a good way. Oh, you can. Oh, you can. That's it. That's it. Happy new year. It's a big deal. So instead, we are giving each other a chance to really reflect on our previous days. It's just like we update our life stories. Yes. So Momshtnika, what are your recent adult thing highlights or highlight and recent adult thing low lights? Thank you for that wonderful question, Carla. The timer starts now. Okay, my recent adult thing low light, is when I go to Edsa, our billboard, we are not going to have an election period or campaign period. So you are not going to have an election period. You are not going to have an election period or you are not going to have an election period or you are not going to have an election period or you are not going to have an election period. So you are not going to have an election period or you are not going to have an election period or you are not going to have an election period or you are not going to have an election period or you are not going to have an election period.
