The speaker argues that reaching $100,000 monthly revenue is a simple process centered on mindset and systematic execution. The foundational requirements are believability in the goal, a clear numerical target, and a compelling personal vision (like buying a house) to provide motivation during challenges. A straightforward, daily plan must focus on generating maximum opportunities and making offers, broken down into specific metrics like leads needed and sales calls required. Success depends on consistent execution of these fundamentals, maintaining awareness to quickly diagnose and fix problems (like ad performance or fulfillment snags), and avoiding emotional reactions that lead to inconsistency. The speaker shares a personal example of rapid growth from $30,000 to over $127,000 in a month by adhering to this focus. Ultimately, achieving this level of income necessitates becoming the person who operates with that level of accountability, spends necessary resources confidently, and trusts the mathematical process of their business plan.
You're listening to the traffic and funnel show Yo, what's up everybody? Hey, just uh, just want to jump in here real quick and have a conversation with you guys so Friends family gather on the fire. Let's talk for a minute So I just want to talk real quick about the hundred K thing. I need you guys to know first of all first Informos that a hundred thousand dollars per month is actually pretty simple There I said it. It's out. Here's the thing The first thing you must have to get to a hundred thousand dollars a month is the believability one and you had to distinguish Anything that could be a trap from you doing what is necessary to get there So if you're if you feel like you're having a hard time with your client fulfillment right now There's a high chance that that's a snag and you getting to a hundred K If you're at 40 K or 30 K or whatever and you feel like you know what you're doing with your clients is so overwhelming There's going to be this internal thing Where you're like how in the world is it possible for me to get to a hundred K? So let me just tell you real quick about our journey So our journey I think the December of it must have been 2014 We did I think 30 grand in December somewhere around there like it was not an impressive number January you guys all know the story we did a hundred and 27 on some change February we kind of fell off we did 40 or 37 Grand then we went back up March April May, you know, just just kept going and it was so simple right back then It was just Taylor and I we didn't have a team We had nobody to help with fulfillment There are a couple things that we focus on that allowed us to do that and back then I think we were charging 50 500 for our offer so like somewhere around there 55 57 is so we had to do 20 clients a month to hit that number right The thing that we had was the goal right It's a biggie if you don't have the goal set in front of you. You're never going to accomplish it So that's a big the other thing is vision Vision for what you want you can't just have like some random number whether it's 50,000 a month or 150,000 a month Like it has to be attached something to something initially until you get that momentum It has to be attached to something that you're going to feel in your life So for me a big part of that goal was the ability to buy my wife a super bad ass house Right that was the attachment for me at that point and that was like a Like a massive magnet. It was it gave me massive pull to just push, okay? So you guys I feel like a lot of you probably you have this number in your head of a hundred thousand dollars But what is it attached to is it attached to an amazing vision? That's going to impact you and your family's lives That's going to make a big difference. I was just having this discussion with someone on our team Right because the things that are required of you To get to that place where you want to go. It's going to be painful. It's going to be struggle It can be trials and tribulations and If you guys don't have that attached to a vision a big vision Whether it's a new house initially maybe whether it's a new car could be Super awesome vacation Right, whatever it is for you that's going to kind of give you that motivation Have you something have something there for you to work towards then it's going to be a struggle to get there because when the struggles come Then it's going to be easy to tap out like oh, wow I don't I don't really need to do a hundred thousand dollars a month like where did that where did that number even come from? Right, but if it's attached to something that you maybe wanted for a long time initially to build that momentum Then it's going to be hard for you to get there. Okay another thing that you guys have to have is a plan This is the simple thing is what Taylor and I focused on is a very very simple plan Ready for this It was to get as much opportunity as possible and make as many offers as possible So what that broke down to for us and you guys have seen this happen We're gonna have us questions You know if you're on the last call with me You've even seen this in the group where I asked questions specific to Based on your current metrics in your business your closing rate your opt-ins your application percentage all that kind of stuff What is the plan to get to a hundred thousand dollars a month? Is it a thousand leads is it a hundred applications? Is it 50 phone calls is it 30 all what is it for you? You have to have that in front of you every single day and you have to be focused on that as the CEO of your business every freaking day That is your priority as a CEO Right, it's to generate the opportunity that you need to hit that number Be accountable to that number and do what is required to hit that number because here is the issue that I see happening with so many people One they don't have a plan. They don't have the goals. They don't have vision and then They're not going to be able to have the awareness To make the tweaks and adjustments Right because I see that some of you guys are waiting way too long to sound the alarm of like us. This is not working I've tried this this this this and this I'm still stuck and so you want to collapse that time You want to make that time as short as possible Okay, so whether it's an issue with your ads or Your funnel or your closing your your phone calls your sales calls whatever it is You need to be able to collapse the time that it takes from issue to resolution Okay, so your awareness level about what's going on has to be heightened and it has to be tied back to your plan Your goals Your vision So you can have the awareness is okay, you know my focus should be X amount of leads every month X amount of conversations every month X amount of offers made every month It's very very simple and if you keep this simplistic in front of you Then your believability is going to rise and then we can dial in okay. Well It's going to be a lot easier to diagnose If one of those things in your plan is not reaching to the level that it should for you to have the lag Right, which is sales and money in the bank Okay So if you guys don't have this in front of you you have to have in front of you every single day and You know from where you are to where you want to be The only thing that's stopping you I believe are these few things It's just yourself being accountable to it, okay So I imagine if I ask all of you what do you need to do right now To get to a hundred thousand dollars a month You probably wouldn't have a lot of clarity for me Based on your current metrics in your business. Well, what would it take? I remember having these conversations With people in the mastermind in the past where They've like Chris. I just I don't have any applications like I don't have enough applications coming in and I don't know What to do? Okay, let me look at your numbers. What's going on here? What's what's the deal with this? Oh? So you're getting applications for a hundred fifty dollars But you need ten applications a day But you're only spending three hundred dollars a day It's awareness right but you have to have clarity The thing is us as human beings We are emotional creatures And these little things these little triggers if we don't have that thing to reset us And point us north Right the things that I'm listing out for you Then you're going to make a bad decision. You're going to get into your own head And you might shut off your ads when really All lights are green like all signs are pointing. Let's go maybe even let's spend more Right So I think a lot of you probably aren't even doing the fundamental things And if you're not doing the fundamental things it's going to be hard For you to adjust and deal with the nuances I had a conversation with one of the guys in the group yesterday And he's in his own head Like he's really not He's got a big gold to hit that hundred K And he feels like he's so far behind but when we actually break it down We look at it systematically. He's really not that far behind But him thinking that he's so far behind he's getting in his own head And you know he's like oh my god like what's going on? What am I going to do It's like dude you're not that far behind first of all Second of all you stopped Focusing on the lead indicators You stop doing the fundamental things You go into survival mode But then you just go into a tailspin Versus being just consistent day in and day out And it might be a point where you don't see the needle moving You don't see the gauge moving, but that isn't
mean that you stop doing the right things. Listening to your past sales calls when you killed it and the people are like freaking take my money right now, right? It's a fundamental thing you have to do day and day out. Looking at your plan every day, looking at your goals every day, looking at your vision, why you're even doing this in the first place, whether it's the house, the car, the impact, whatever it might be for you, and staying steady. A lot of you guys are like all over the place and you're not doing the right actions because you're not doing the fundamentals. But I promise if you stay consistent, you work the plan every day, you just trust the process. And I was on the sales call this morning with the team and we were talking about this, Peyton mentioned this where he felt like he was behind, I think it was last week. And he was kind of just like a little bit stressed out about it. And he was like no, dude, just chill out. Everything's okay. Just follow the plan, follow the road map. And if you're doing that to a tee day and a day out and there's consistency, then there's an issue, okay, then there might be some nuance things that we have to address, right? But if you guys are out of offer and your offer is 5K, even if you don't have your back in, well, it takes 20 clients to get there, right? So that's pretty simple. We just do the math, we trust the math. Plan, goals, look at it every day. Vision, why are you doing what you're doing? Why do you have that number of 100K? What is it for? And be consistent day in, day out, okay? You guys can do it. It's super simple. It's like so simple, it's ridiculous. So Mike says, what's the feasible timeframe to go from average 20K a month to 100K? Well, based on our history, 30 days, right? If you focus on generating opportunity and locking in the sales, making offers, based on your current numbers, percentages, leads, everything, break it down, write it down on paper. And then, you know, what we had to do is when we started, we brought in a flood of people, we hit that 100K, and then we had all these clients, we didn't have some dialed in process, we had like Google docs, right? So now we had to start asking ourselves the question, how do we make the fulfillment process more efficient? How can I spend less time doing that? But still keep the same quality. So, you know, if you're service base, you have to look at that, I think even more so than someone who is doing group coaching. Feasible time frame, I think is honestly 30 days, if you just stop being a baby and not you personally, but just in general, and you're willing to put the work in that's required, deal with the problems that come, spend the money that needs to be spent. You've got to work backwards, based on your current metrics, to like the mechanical things, what I have to do to get to 100K. Then you march forward, Brian says, did you ever feel like 100K wasn't you? Almost like you would have to be a completely different person, which maybe I do need to be. Absolutely, dude, when we first started, I mean, we're Taylor and I were like, could you imagine, bro, if we did like 20 grand a month, 30 grand a month in revenue? So yeah, if you guys don't have the vision, if you don't have the future Brian, if you don't have the future mic, if you don't have the future Megan, like that vision, what does that person have to be to accomplish 100 grand a month or 200 grand a month or 500 grand a month? If you don't have that vision of that person, dial it in, and if you don't have clarity, I think it will be a challenge for you. So yes, I think you do have to become a different person. Completely different person? No, I don't think so. So, Bernard says, at 20K a month, a date offers 50 102 sales at the price point so far, getting asked for $80 with hyper-organic. So I'm like, I'm like, dude, why are you not spending more money? What's going on? I've once you start seeing success start freaking arachnated up, dude. So are you not looking at, you know, 100K a month mic? The mindset you have to have are one, people need what I have. And if you don't have that, then obviously you have some issues with your belief system, your confidence levels about you, right? So people are drowning, people are in the burning house, and because you're afraid to spend more money, you're just going to let them die. Hell no. Freaking, get off your ass, spend more money, stop being scared. Be a leader, write down your goals, your vision. How does 100K a month Emily or Megan or Mike behave? So how much you need to spend a month to do 100K? You have to map it out, you have to visualize it. So the thing you guys probably aren't doing as well is you're not asking yourself questions. Like you have something that's working, Mike. You know, how do you ratchet it up? How do you double it? Next month. And if I were to do that, what everything just go to hell, right? And then if it's like, you're not, you're not having that conversation based out of fear or bias, discuss with yourself internally with accuracy, you might find out that there's no boogeyman in the closet. And it's not going to go to hell. So these say, okay, well, can I take 15 of these clients? What would that require? How much money do I need to spend based on all the numbers I know now, and even worst case scenario? Well, everything to go to go to hell at that point. Okay, like you have to actually go down that road and ask yourself, just dig and prod. So just kind of recap this. You guys have to have a plan. You have to have those goals, right? And that's going to be obviously money goal, but it's going to be okay, based on the plan that I've created to hit $100,000 a month. How many leads I need? How many organic responses do I need? How many applications? How many phone calls? The idea to have a vision. Why the hell are you even doing this? And then you're accountable to that. Now you could have awareness about what might be a rye with the plan. You can collapse the time it takes for you to figure it out. This is one thing about Taylor and I that I feel like we're really good at is our speed, our feedback loop. I want to spend as much money as I can because I want to know as fast as possible what's not working so that I can adjust it and that can fix it. Okay, I can get someone else's help if I'm not really entirely clear, but at least I have awareness of what's going on. Okay, but you guys are just like a lot of you are just like walking in the dark. You're like, oh yeah, the target's over here, but you're like, you know, somewhere over here. $100,000 a month. It's not going to work that way. And you freaking keep it in front of you every day. The goal. Like this primary needle move moving goals leads conversations offers made every single day. And if you are laser focus on that, that's when you'll see like rapid acceleration to that number. And that's when it comes micro and art feasible to do it within 90 days. When you start varying off course, right, but you have the accountability of the plan, the goals, the vision. You know what you should be doing. Then that's how you get back. Guys, you can make it happen. Get that plan, get the goals, get the vision, have awareness. Take action. Freakin go do it. Get yo, yeah, that. I believe in you. Gotta believe in yourselves.
