How To Be The Girl Who Gets ANYTHING She WANTS...(boys, money, jobs)

In this episode of *Trin Told Me*, host Trinity returns after a week-long absence due to moving and attending Miami Swim Week. She shares insights gained from observing runway castings, where many models were stereotypically beautiful but only those with confident, commanding walks were selected. Trinity argues that "leagues" in dating, careers, or any life area are not fixed; instead, success hinges on self-perception and how you show up. She explains the psychological concept of a self-fulfilling prophecy: if you believe you belong in a situation and act accordingly, others will mirror that confidence. This applies to attracting a crush, landing a job, or achieving any goal. Trinity advises against overthinking and emphasizes acting first to build confidence, as confidence is an internal choice rather than something gained from external achievements. She encourages listeners to change negative self-talk and "fake it till they make it" by assuming the role of the person who already has what they desire. By doing so, they can level up in all areas of life.

Well hello hello my sexy babies and welcome back to Trin Told Me where I'm your personal boy Dakota, chaos and sewer, big sister, unlicensed therapist, you name it, I'm probably it. So if you got the crush, got an egg or need to get your egg back, tune in to Trin Told Me. Hi guys and welcome back to another episode of Trin Told Me. I hope you had a fabulous, fabulous weekend and I am so glad that you are back joining me for another episode. If this is the first time you are hearing my voice, I want to welcome you to an amazing community of girlies who uplift and support each other and get freaking educated. Okay. My name is Trin Told Me. I am a tick tocker podcaster, model author, entrepreneur, designer, actress, everything in the world. Okay, I do it all. Okay, I do it all. And I'm so glad that you are here listening to this podcast today. I firstly want to start this out for my people who watch me every single week by apologizing for my absence last week. I did not post on Monday and I did not post a Friday podcast and that was not for any reason. I was absent because you guys, and I have not missed a podcast post in so long, like so long, even when I went out of town for my three week vacation to Cancun for my birthday, I still pre-recorded six in one night. The reason that I could not pre-record for my last week was because my just my week was so crazy. I was moving out of my house as I think I told you guys and that's why the background is also different because this is where I'm going to be for a while so get used to the background. But I was moving out of my old house, which I think we're all going to miss the background, but hey, we're going to make friends with this new background. We're going to decorate it. I got some fun decorations. And if you're not watching the video, you can't see the background, but if you do want to watch the video, you can watch it on Spotify or YouTube. Anyways, we're going to make the background super cute. I got a lot of cute decorations. I'm going to put up after I'm done filming this and I'm just going to make it me. I'm just going to make it cute. I'm just going to make it homey and fun and fresh. Anyways, not the point. The point is I couldn't pre-record because I was moving out. I was just so stressed out, so tired. Along with that, I was getting ready for my trip to Miami because that's where I was last week. I went for Miami swim week and I had so much fun you guys. So much freaking fun. And I had to prep all week for that just like getting ready, making sure I look good, making sure I felt good, making sure my bags were packed and everything like that. So that's really the reason why I couldn't record my podcast because I generally didn't have the energy or the time to do it. And I hope that you guys will forgive me for a week absent, but I promise I will make it up to most of you guys are on summer break right now, which I'm so happy for you guys. I just know that you are about to have the most fun summer of your life. And I'm right here with you ready to have the best freaking summer ever. I am about to post like a summer glow up video on my TikTok, like a summer glow up series. So if you guys want to stick around for that, you totally can. But yeah, you're probably like, what are you going to talk about today, Trinity? How are you going to make up for your absence? Well, today, I'm going to be talking about something that I discovered. Well, not discovered, but was reminded of when I was in Miami. And that is how to get anyone that is out of your league. And you're like, that is a weird thing for you to discover in Miami Trinity. Why was that what you discovered? Well, I didn't discover that in particular, but I discovered that in a general sense. And as although I'm using league in the term of a man for this podcast, I've realized it in the term of everything else in the world. Leagues in work, leagues in career, leagues in success. That's what I discovered when I was in Miami. And I feel like if I put things into terms of your crush or boys, it might get through to you guys easier. And when you practice these things, I teach you on men or boys in they work, you will soon realize that you can do the same tactics on anything in your life. So as of right now, I'm going to be telling you how to get a guy who was out of your league or get any guy who was out of your league. But then you will come to realize that you can actually use the same tips to get anything in life that you also deem out of your league, maybe a house, maybe getting into the college that you don't think you can get into, maybe getting on the sports teams, you don't think you can get on to maybe getting the lead in the school play that you don't think you will get anything. It all comes down to the same thing. And that is what I realized in Miami. So let's get into it. I'm going to start by telling you guys, I did go to Miami swim week. Okay. And I think we all know what Miami swim week is. If you don't know, it's basically a week in Miami where they do a bunch of fashion stuff. And it's all revolving around bikinis. So a bunch of bikini brands from all over the world will come to Miami. They will find models to walk in their swimsuits that they designed down the runway. You have designers judging you on your body. You have people watching you from every single corner of the room. You have cameras on you, lights, body oil all over you. People are going to see you and see your body and see what you look like. Designers are going to hand pick the models they want to walk for them based on their essence, how they look, how they come across on the runway. But before you usually get picked to walk in a show, you have to go to a casting. And the way these castings work is there's probably, I mean, the casting I went to there was like 700 people at it. I don't think they're usually that big, but there's a lot of girls at castings probably get picked to go to the casting and then at the casting, you have to walk for the designers or the people that are casters that are going to cast you in the show. So I was there at the casting for a really long time. Okay, we are standing in the sun. I was surrounded by the most beautiful woman you've ever seen in your life in bikinis. They had oil all over them. They look like they eat just chicken for every single meal. They're shredded. They're tan. They're hair super long, blonde, gorgeous. Okay, beautiful women, stereotypically beautiful women. And being surrounded by that, okay, it was definitely it was nerving. It was a little nerve-wracking. But I will say I never felt out of place because I have mastered the art of assuming the role in understanding why I am in a certain situation and kind of morphing into what I have to be in that situation. If that's really what I want. Did I really, really, really want to walk the runway for these brands? No, I didn't. I was at that casting in particular because I wanted to go to the pool party that was with the casting. If you guys don't know, I went to Miami because I was walking for TikTok. That's really the only reason I went. I had so much fun walking for TikTok. I didn't really have any interest in walking in any other shows because I'm not a runway model. But I still learned a lot while I was there. And that's kind of the point of the story. But that's why I was at the Southern casting because they were like, hey, we're going to do this big casting. It's for Neutrogena. And at the end of the casting, you can go to the pool party, get drinks, hang out with all the brands, the DJs, whatever, meet people. I was there more for the networking, the pool party, the drinks. Okay, I didn't really care too much about the runway. But I still went, I stood in line for hours because if I wanted to hang out at the pool party, I had to do, I had to be a model. Okay, then we're just going to let anybody in. So I had to do the walk. Stood in line for hours was so sweaty. I was surrounded by all these very successful hot models who like this was their thing. Okay, this was their thing. Have I ever done runway before? Never, never done runway. I've done some modeling, but I've never done runway. So this was still new to me. Anyways, as I'm watching all these models walk down the runway. I start noticing they're all beautiful. Okay, but they also all look different. And if they all were to line up in like a line, all standing next to each other, you could look at them and see like, okay, maybe the designer would want this one because she's more stereotypically beautiful or like this one because she would look better on the runway, whatever. Looking at them straight like that, maybe we could see like, okay, this one would probably get picked over this one. Maybe on paper, on paper, looking at their stats, like, oh, six, one, 24 inch ways, whatever. Okay, whatever doesn't matter because what actually seemed to matter at the end of the day was not what they looked like, but their walk on the runway, watching these models walk on the runway, you could tell who showed up to show out. And you could also tell who was going to be picked to walk in that show. And it was not always the ones who looked the best on paper that had the best walk. It was the ones who showed up like they were destined to be in the show, who showed up like they had practiced for this runway their entire lives, who showed up like they were the only people on the runway at that moment, which they weren't. There was probably like three other people on the runway. The point is you guys, it wasn't always the person on paper who you would pick to be in the show that actually got picked. It was the person who walked with the most confidence and showed up like they were already in the show. And maybe you're like, duh, Trinity, this is a stupid realization. But I think it actually was a big realization for me because going in there, I thought you have to look a certain way to get casted. That's just how it is. But it turns out, I mean, to an extent, that's true, but it also turns out it's not always just about that. And now you're probably like, what does this have to do with me? I didn't go to Miami swim week. This pertains to every single area of our lives, maybe on paper when your crush is writing down what he looks for a woman. I wanted to have blonde hair. I want her to be this thick in the butt. I want her to be this shoe size. I wanted to have this personality. Then we put a bunch of girls next that paper and we pick, okay, my crush would like this girl the best because she fits everything on the paper. But if that girl that he picks walks into the room and she's timid and she shy and she frankly doesn't want to be there and she's looking at him like, why did you even pick me? I don't like you that much. And she doesn't act like she belongs there. I don't think he's going to want her that much. Another example, resumes. Maybe you're handing in your resume to a boss. And on paper, they're like, wow, this resume is one of the best resumes I've ever seen. This is an awesome resume. I mean, checks every single box. They went to college for this many years. They have this many years of experience. Let's get him in for an interview. You walk into the interview, your head down or nervous. You honestly don't want to be at the interview. You're like, I do I even really want this job is this job. even made for me. I don't really know if this is really the right fit. I'm scared to talk to the sky. I'm not going to look them in his eyes when he wants to shake my hands. I just kind of want to go home. You're probably not going to get picked for the job. So then they call in the next person. Okay. This guy didn't really have all the qualifications that I was looking for on paper, but I need someone. I need someone to fill the role. So you come in. You have a big smile on your face. You walk in, chin up, shoulders back, strutting in like you already have that job. You shake this man's hand like you are the most qualified person to ever step foot into this room. You look at him and you say, honestly, sir, I will do this job and I will do it better than anybody you've ever seen. That's what's going to get you the job. That's what's going to do it. That's what's going to level you up and put you in these positions that you never thought you could be in. Somebody can have all the tools in their toolbox to be successful at something. But if they've never learned how to use them, they're not going to be able to build anything. And again, that goes for every single area of your life. So when it comes to leagues, again, leagues and jobs, leagues and dating, leagues in the modeling industry, there's just two things. How you see yourself and how you show up in a situation. That's all that there is. Leagues are not really a real thing. Because if you walk into a room, into your crushes house, into the interview room, on the runway, and you don't believe in yourself. And you say, I don't belong here. Everyone else is going to fill your energy that you don't belong there. But if you walk into the room and you're like, of course, I'm supposed to be here. This is my destiny. Of course, duh. I'm supposed to be here. People will believe it. I want to explain the psychological aspect of this because this is, you know, a lot of psychology based as everything I talk about is and as everything in life is. And I am a very, very strong believer in that if you master the psychology of a lot of situations, you can control the situation. And as someone who has OCD, okay, and just wants to be in control of everything, this, this is given me a lot of security in my life. So I've studied it. But the psychology when it comes to leagues, which I want to remind you, leagues are not a real thing. I don't know if I mentioned that, but I'm going to remind you, leagues are not a real thing. So if you're looking at your crush and he's like, he's in a different league. No, not really. Nothing's out of your league. Nothing's out of touch. You just have to equal yourself to that thing. But I want to talk about self perception and how people will mirror your self perception. And it's called the self fulfilling prophecy. And I think it's a really easy one to remember. It's genuinely what you believe about yourself, other people will also believe. So if you constantly believe that you're not good enough, you act smaller in big situations. You speak less confidently, you speak down on yourself, you hesitate, you talk quietly, you're shy, you don't ever step up and step out. People will respond to that. People will believe you are what you show them you are. And I actually got a comment on my take talk and someone was like, how are you so confident? Like, why? How are you so confident? Like, how did you walk this walk? And I was like, because none of those people know if I've ever walked a show before. None of those people know if I think I look bad today. None of these people know if this is the best I've ever looked or the worst that I've ever looked. Nobody knows that. So I'm just going to show them that I'm sexy, show them that I'm hot, show them that at least I know I look good. And if you show them that, they will believe that I promise you, they will believe what you show them. But if I were to get on the runway and like walk like I'm uncomfortable or like I'm kind of insecure, then they're going to start to think maybe she's not as hot as she looks. But no, that is not what I did. I showed up like I was worthy and like I belonged on that runway. And that's what people started believing. And this is why I do like to say fake it till you make it. And a lot of people don't like that saying, I actually think that's a good saying. Do I think you have to fake anything? No, I think you have to assume the role of things. But in simple terms, fake it till you make it is a really good saying. Because if you really don't believe your crush likes you back pretend he does act as if he already does and then see how we start how he will start to like you. Because you will change your body language. You will change how you say things. You will change how you do things. You will change how you enter the room. If you basically brainwash yourself into believing you already belong or believing you already have the thing you want to have, I walked on that runway like I had done it a million times. I brainwashed myself into believing I have it. It calm my nerves and it gave me that confidence that I needed to walk the runway. And if you do this, your brain will not fully separate your imagined identity versus your lived identity. Basically brainwash yourself become delusional and assume the role that you want to fill. The more you act like the version of you that already has the thing you have, the closer you become to having the thing you have, the boy, the car, the job, the lead in the school play, the spot on the varsity sport team, the admission to the college, the more you act like you already are her, the closer you are to actually becoming her. If every day you wake up and you act like the version of you who already has their crushes attention all over them, the closer you are to having your crushes attention all over you. Honestly, I don't think it's about thing to be delusional people is basically what I'm saying it. Okay. And of course you guys are probably like this is really way easier said than done. Trinity, I don't know. I'm going to do this. And I again want to remind you guys that I'm not just talking about boys and talking about anything in your life. I always just think it's easier for everyone to understand the big concept if I break it down as if we are just talking about a boy. But I'm going to give you guys some tips on how to build this confidence even when you're scared. The first thing is to not overthink it. If I were to sit down and think every day about the confidence that I have to build and how I have to act like this person that I'm not yet, it would get to my head. It would make me feel nervous. It would make me feel like dang I'm going to overthink this whole thing. So act first and feel later because confidence is not something you can just wait to show up. It's not just going to hit you one day. Confidence is something that you have and something that you do and something that you decide it's time to come alive. The confidence is already in you. You just have to awaken it and it's one choice that you have to make every single day to actually awaken the confidence. There's nothing that you can change about yourself. There's nothing that you can buy that it's going to make you feel better. Confidence is within you. You just have to awaken it. Genuinely, if you want a six-pack, you're not going to be confident after you have this six-pack. You have to be confident before you have this six-pack. You have to wake up every day and be like, "How would I live my life as if I already had this six-pack?" If I already have this six-pack, I'd wear the shirt I want to wear. But I also would probably do 100 crunches every single day because I want to maintain my six-pack. Do you see how that works? You guys, if I want it to wake up every day and have the confidence to text my crush, how would I do that? I would wake up every day, look into me, or tell myself I'm freaking sexy, walk around the guy I'm care and I would text my crush, hey, do you see how that works? It's not crazy. It's not delusional. It's actually just doing the thing that you're so scared of to become the person that has that thing. Someone's got to do it. Someone's got to step up to the plate, but it's hard when you tell yourself every day that you can't have that. So the second thing is to change your self-talk. If you tell yourself every day, you look in the mirror, I'm never going to get a six-pack. I'm never going to be a runway model. My crush will never like me back. I'm never going to get into that college. I'm stupid. You're going to start believing that thing. The same way that if you tell yourself that you already belong in a situation, then you will become part of that situation. The same thing goes for the opposite. So if you tell yourself you don't belong in a situation, you're actually going to not belong in the situation. Your thoughts and emotions create your reality. So what you tell yourself actually really matters. So if you look at yourself in the mirror and you tell yourself you can have any guy you want. You can walk any runway you want. You can get into any college you want. You are training your brain to be accustomed to the things that you want so badly. So when you get them, it's not going to be so much of a shock because you already believed you were worthy of them. And you have to believe you're worthy of them to get those things. Okay. Next one for tips on how to build your confidence. I want you guys to practice exposure. Have you ever heard of exposure therapy? It's doing the thing that scares you so bad to get over it. If you're so scared to talk to your crush and you think about it every day, you're like, I'm just so freaking scared. I don't know what to do. What if he doesn't like me? What if he just went and talked to him? But you don't even have to start there. You could start by just talking to a random person at the store, getting over your fear of talking to people. Start by talking to the cashier and being like, so how's your day been? Good. Any plans after work? Start small and work your way up. If you're scared to walk on the runway, start by walking in your room back and forth. Start by walking in front of your parents or your friends. Start by recording yourself and posting it on TikTok. That's where you can start. But doing things that scares you will help you build confidence that you need through repetition. So it doesn't always have to be the biggest jump you can start with small baby steps. There's actually this theory called the ladder theory and it's a trick for manifestation. But if your manifestation is that you want a $10 million house and that's like at the top of your ladder and you're at the bottom. For some people, it's really hard to just change the reality so fast that they jump to the top of the ladder. So they make baby steps to get there. In every time they climb to one new step, they're closer to their ultimate manifestation, which is the $10 million house. But they can start because it's so hard, you know, change your your brain waves that fast. Small. So they say, okay, maybe I just want like to start making this much a month. Okay, maybe I want to start by buying like this much of a house. Maybe I want to start by having this much equity in your company and they'll start slowly going up the ladder until they are able to buy that $10 million house. And that's just an example. Okay, so maybe if your crush is on the top of the ladder and you're at the bottom, it can start with, I just wanted to have a conversation with the cashier. That will give me the next the most more confidence and be able to change my reality enough to jump to the next step of the ladder, which is I want to DM my crush on Instagram. Okay, okay, I have for you to do an Instagram that I'm going to like tag him in a funny real. Okay, baby steps, train yourself to believe that you can actually have the thing that you want. The next one I want to talk about which I honestly think is a big thing is to stop believing in leaks. Stop putting people above you. Nobody is better than you. Leagues are amazing. concept that we made up because as humans we want to put people into groups because it feels safe. That's our tribal instinct. But nobody's better than you. Nobody is above you. I don't even think of people as like a vertical hierarchy. If anything it's horizontal. Okay. Some people are just farther along in the path of life and the game of life. And if you're looking at someone on the runway who is way better than you because I know what that happened to me when I was there, there were like so many people better than me. But I didn't think that person is above me. No. That person's just been practicing longer than I have. That person is just showed up in this moment longer than I have. This person wants this more than me probably most likely obviously because they're way better. Nobody is better. Everybody is just different. Everybody's on their own path doing their own thing. Putting someone above you will only discourage you. If anything you can use them as inspiration. Okay. Lastly you guys, I want you to embody your future self. If you don't know where to start and none of this podcast relating gets through to you, you can ask yourself, how would the version of me who already had this thing and then do that? How would the version of me who already was dating her crush act then do that? How would the version of me that already got casted for this runway show act? Okay. Do that. How would the version of me that already got admitted into this college act? Do that. Become that. Do that. Because once you do all these things, you will actually realize nobody is above you. There is nothing unreachable, nothing unobtainable. You can do anything as long as you believe in yourself. You practice and you show up. I promise. Goes with anything in life. I remember the time in my life where I wanted to be a TikToker and instead of sitting there wondering what my next step was, I just wrote down what my life would be like if I already had a million followers. At that time, it did seem weird and unobtainable, but I just started acting like that every day, putting in the work, believing in myself, and I did it. We did it. Now I have three million baddies and it was all because I started somewhere. I hope that this was enough motivation to get you guys going. Because I want us to be able to achieve all of our dreams. Because I've been achieving a lot of my dreams recently and it's definitely given me some purpose. If I would have known all this a lot sooner, I would have saved me some years. So I thought I would share it for the people that want to achieve their dreams. Because it's never too early. Now you guys, to finish off this podcast, I'm going to read some questions. Of course, and if you guys have a question you want to submit, the submission form is down below. So go ahead and drop your question in there. Hey, Trin, I love your videos so much. They've really helped me with my confidence and just feeling like a baddie. I am. But anyways, onto my question. So I have a crush on this guy at my school when I see him in the hallway sometimes and every time I walk by him, my friend says he's looking at me. Me and him made eye contact a few times. I have a really big crush on him and I don't know what to do. I asked my friends if I should ask him for his number and they say I should, but I'm really nervous. And also I don't have any socials so I can't just slide into his dams. I really need advice. Okay, I want to say first of all, if your friends are noticing it, it's probably true. Because this happened with my friends one time. Like my friend was so scared to like maybe like to admit to herself that this guy had a crush on her because she didn't want to get hurt, but I saw it with my own eyes. I saw every single time that guy was staring at her. Like I saw it. I was like, this guy's obsessed with you. I can see it. So if your friends see it most likely they're seeing something you're not. And I think what's the worst thing that can happen? He says no. He says I have a girlfriend. All that means is he's not the guy for you. That's all that means. And I think a lot of us think we're going to leave that situation feeling rejected. We're going to leave that situation feeling less than we're going to leave that situation feeling redirected. That's all this energy that we don't need to be putting on this man anymore that we can take back and use for something else if it doesn't work. But it probably will because men are scared and they just repeat their pants all the time and they'll probably give you his number. So I would say go for it. You genuinely have nothing to lose. Okay, nothing. In majority of the time they're going to say yes. And if they say no, that just means he's not the guy for you. That's all that means there's been times in my life where men are like, nah, and I'm like, okay, cool. Then I moved my energy onto something else or somebody else. And I don't even think about those guys anymore. The guys that said no, I don't even think about them anymore because they weren't the guy for me. And a lot of the times I look back at the guys who I was like, oh, I wish they wouldn't have rejected me or whatever. And I look at their life now. And I'm like, oh my God, we never would have worked out in retrospect ever. A lot of them are dads. A lot of them went to the military. Like, we weren't we wouldn't have worked out based on my life and their life. You know, so in the long run, there's different plans for both of you. And if it's meant to be, it'll be next question. Hi, girl. So I love watching your vids. And I was wondering if you could do a video talking about how to deal with bullies and maybe some comebacks as well. So I picked this question because I think it's important to know how to deal with people who want to make fun of you. But I was also talking about this with my boyfriend today. And he was saying like, what would you do? If someone was just like really mean to you, like just so mean to you. And I was like, honestly, at this point of my life, it's not even personal. I've come far enough to realize that if somebody is mean to you, it's not personal at all. Someone is bullying you. It's not about you. It's about them. There's something deeply wrong inside them to make them feel like they have to displace that insecurity or that jealousy or their rage or anger onto something else. And you just happen to be the target standing in the way. The saying that the bullies are usually the bullied is true. Those people that are bullying you are probably bullied by their dad, probably bullied by someone in their personal life, or they feel very miniscule on the grand scheme of things. And this makes them feel big. So when it comes to dealing with bullies, I would just feel bad for them. And I think that's a hard thing to learn because it hurts so bad when someone's picking on you. But it's never because that person feels great about themselves and feels like there's so much better than you that they have to pick on you. They feel less than you. And the only way that they can think to feel better is to bring you down with them. That person bullying you is less than you. 1000%. Actually, for example, this is probably not going to be relatable to any of you, but you can kind of try. In the club this weekend, I was dancing with my friend Emily. And I was in this section, which I will never do again, by the way, because I hate when men have control over me. And I'm not going to just be your little girl because you have more money. I don't, I don't care. I don't not care. But I was in a section. And this guy was dancing. I was dancing with my friend Emily. We weren't being rude. We weren't stealing alcohol. We weren't doing anything crazy. We were just dancing. This guy starts dancing with these two other girls. Chill. Cute. Have a time. Whatever. Then those two girls look on me and my friend Emily, and they say they need to go. And those girls like they didn't own the section. They didn't own the section. They were just dancing with the guy who on the section. So then that guy kicks me in my friend and Leo. And at the time, we are like, are we ugly? Like why do we get kicked out of the section? But I'm looking at me in her and I'm like, we're not ugly. Like that can't be. And like, it has to be something else. So after further consideration and actually asking around, I discovered that it was those girls that wanted us out. And it's only for one reason, babe. They were jealous. And I mean, you can come in the comments and try to tell me other reasons why two girls would want to kick me and my friend out of the section will be doing anything. But it really just comes down to that. It always comes down to that. And if someone feels like they have any sort of leverage over you, baby, they'll use it. But again, it's not your problem. I was like, if you feel so bad about yourself that you have to like, you know, me and my friend are just trying to have a time. You make us leave. I mean, I feel bad for you because that's the life you have to live every single day. And I hope that that makes sense in the grand scheme of like why people bully. But yeah, anyways, you guys, that was my podcast for today. I hope that maybe it inspired you or maybe gave you a mindset shift. But I just thank you guys for being patient with me and forgiving and understanding of the fact that I've had a really busy past week. But now that summer's coming up, I'm really ready to just have a lot of fun. Do a lot of fun things and be here for you guys on all my socials. I do a lot of travel coming up this summer. I'll put the link so that you can go buy the swimsuits in the description. They are period proofs from suits so you can wear them on your period when you're swimming.
