Something that I learned in 2025 that I'm really going to hold close to my heart and I want to share with you and I want you to hold this very close to yours is the most successful people fail themselves into greatness. And they lose well. And that's like the quote-unquote secret. I'm Alyssa and welcome to the Inspired Media Podcast, a space for creators, creatives, and entrepreneurs who know they're meant to do more than just stop the school. So we're putting the spotlight on the unspoken truths and unconventional takes on how to truly build a standout brand online. Now, let the show begin. Oh my goodness. Hi, Vusty. It has been a long time since we just sat in the app together, and I'm so so happy to have you here with me. And if you're listening to this live time, I am so grateful for your patience. I hope that whenever you're listening to this, whether it is December 29, 2025, and maybe Christmas is still on your mind, maybe you have been organizing your Christmas presents, maybe you've been eating some Christmas leftovers, or maybe you're listening to this sometime in the future. And you know, this rebrand is going to be so disgustingly iconic, and you just want a second opinion. Whatever it is, I hope sitting here together, you feel so rested, you feel recharged, you feel unexplainably optimistic about this new era, because today we are going step by step into how to actually build your personal brand emphasis on the yours. I feel like every year our space changes so much. I mean, the definition of what it means to be a creator, the creator of economy, the competition, the rules, the algorithms, the innovation, what brands are doing AI. I mean, let me know if you feel the same way, but in 2025, I was like, oh my gosh, please, can we get to break? Can we slow down for a second? Can we just breathe? And here we are. At the end of another year, and I just have to say how incredibly proud I am of you, of us for making it to the end together. This year has been so heavy. We have gone through so much together. And I know there are so many unseen and unheard things that you are probably going through on your own, but we're here, we're alive, we're standing, we're hot, God is still good. And yeah, I just want to say that if nobody has told you or if you haven't told yourself that I'm so incredibly proud of you for being here, for persisting, for continuously showing up, for going through the lowest moments and the hardest moments, I want to let you know how proud I am of you and how honored I am to be standing next to you, doing this crazy thing we call entrepreneurship. And yeah, enough of the SAP API. Let's get into this iconic rebrand, shall we? Now, this episode, I am not going to go through a content plan. I'm not going to talk about content cadence. I'm not going to talk about hashtags. I'm not going to talk about any of that in this episode. I will and other episodes. Before this episode, I really want to focus on the actual strategy staples to building a personal brand. What are the unique things that you have to do to build your own personal brand? A question I get a lot is knowing what I know now after doing this for five years, which is so crazy to even say after working with so many brands and founders and creators, building my own space online. How would I build my personal brand from scratch? Well, the first thing we need to do, need, need, need, need, need, need, is define what a personal brand even is. Like, can you tell me right now what is your definition of a personal brand? Maybe even write it down if you can right now. So we can see if we match each other, but the idea of a personal brand is really attractive. It feeds our ego. You get known for being you, the fame, the events, the notoriety, the glam, the deals, all fun. But I think a lot of people, especially in 2025, got into wanting to build this quote-unquote personal brand without actually knowing what it is and why they want to build it. So I first want to define what a personal brand is. So we can even figure out where we're starting from and what we're actually building. So what is a personal brand? Well, let's start with what it's not because I think we can learn so much from what to avoid. A personal brand is not a niche. It is not the amount of followers you have. It's not the amount of views you get and it's not something that you just build once. So what is it? Well, following those things I mentioned, a personal brand is not a niche. It's your reputation. A niche tells people what you talk about. Your personal brand is how and why we trust you. It's not just the amount of followers you have. It's how you make people feel. It's not just the views you get. It's the impact you have on people's lives. And it's not something you just build once. It's something you build and express and refine over time. So if you are looking for a one and done thing, take a pause, close the app because I'm not going to sell you on an impossible dream. You know, I'm going to be honest with you. And there is room for everybody that wants to eat because this is something that we're going to continue to build and evolve and refine. Your personal brand is the reason why someone chooses you over anybody else in your niche in your industry with the same skills, the same education, the same credentials. It is the reason why your people choose you. Here are a couple other ways that other people have defined personal branding. So GaryVee says your personal brand is your reputation and your reputation is built on how you treat people, how you provide value and how you show up consistently. Jeff Bezos said your brand is what people say about you when you're not in the room. Now here is the definition that I have, that I have really held on to when it comes to not only doing this for myself, but also supporting founders and creators and influencers. And that is your personal brand is your reputation. It is the recognizable way that your personality, values, perspectives and lifestyle consistently show up to create trust, memorability and opportunities. So now that we know what we're getting ourselves into, maybe right now you decide you want to close this episode, which honestly no judgment because content creation and entrepreneurship is not for everyone. It is for anyone, but not for everyone. But if you're still with me, let's get into the personal brand starter pack. Now I first want to admit to you that like 99% of social media rules are made up and I'm admitting to you right now I did make these things up. Number one, because it's more fun. And number two, these are the tried, true and tested methods that I truly wish someone gave me when I started, but after testing this on myself, my own thoughts, my theories and then testing and refining and seeing so much success with my clients as well, I wanted to give you everything that I'm putting in this toolbox, what I've created and also what I want to continue to build off of. So number one is you coded content, especially with the rise of AI, it is more important than ever to be so incredibly clear with who you are and how you're going to show up because that's the part that's not copyable. You coded content, puts more focus on how you say something versus what you say because how you say something is how you're going to connect with people, how you're going to make people listen, how you're going to make people remember you. So for example, somebody can tell you you should walk for 10 minutes a day. Walk for 10 minutes a day, it's going to make you happier. Walk for 10 minutes a day, it's going to boost your dopamine. Walk for 10 minutes a day, it's so easy, you can make time for it. Okay, all those are good. All of those are valid, but if somebody literally held you on fire shoulders and said, girl, wake the hell up, you are too hot, too smart, too pretty to be wasting your 20s, doom scrolling on your phone, you're going to feel so much better after this 10 minute walk and you've done so much harder things in life, just do this one thing and gift yourself this 10 minutes in the day. That's going to hit different. That's going to make you feel something. All the things I said have the same message, different tone, different energy, different how. So the first action item for you, because it wouldn't be an inspired media co-episode if there wasn't an action item. I want you to imagine there's going to be a movie made about you and we got budget for this movie. Okay, we're going to find the absolute best actress, but we need a really strong character description. What would your character description be? Is she intentional, elegant, but blunt? Is she chaotic? But wholesome and silly? Is she grilly and free-spirited? This is the lens you need to create content from. Again, it is not what you say. It is how you say it. You should be so incredibly clear in your personal brand identity, which is different than who you are as a person. Who you are as a person is not directly correlated to your personal brand. What I mean by that is your worth as a human being is not equal to your personal brand. We now have two separate entities. We have you as the person and we have your personal brand. We need to make that distinction and that's why I always say 100% authenticity online doesn't exist. There's no way that the internet, people on the internet, can know everything about you like the closest people in your life do because we just don't have enough time, enough resources, enough capacity to know all of that. So when we're creating your brand, we want to extract. We want to pull out the authentic parts of you that you want to be known for the most. And again, put it in this nice description as if a movie is being made about you so that we are so incredibly clear with your personal brand and who you are online. It's not about being fake. It's what I like to call strategic authenticity. These words, that description, that needs to be the lens that you create content through so that if I give you a script and I give somebody else in your industry or somebody else that has common topics to you, the same script, it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter because you were going to be so incredibly clear and strong and who you are that the tone, the cadence, the personality, the way you deliver the script is going to be so different. I'm not even going to notice that somebody else said it. It is quite literally the difference between this is exactly what you're going to do to be successful in your 20s versus this is exactly what you're going to do to be successful in your 20s. There's no right or wrong. There's no better or worse, but the difference in tone will attract a different person and you want to attract the people in your community that fit very well with you. You need to be creating you coded content. Okay, last little thing and I want you to add this as like a sub note under you who are the content, but that is talking to camera videos. I know. Maybe it's not the thing that you wanted to hear, but you know, I'm going to be honest with you. Talking to camera videos have to have to have to be somewhere in your content plan, in your content strategy for 2026. If you're not comfortable yet, doing it on feed, totally fine. Do it on stories first. I did a actually I'm hosting a camera cringe challenge right now and it's going to end December 31, but we can continue on into 2026 at least three talking to camera stories a week. There has to be some face time effect within your content strategy. And I know some people have mixed feelings about this like whether if I want to be a faceless account, you can still talk to camera and not show your face. I do my nail yap stories on Instagram stories and it's just my nails. So there are ways that you can get creative with it, but if you're lacking that face time effect with your audience with your community, I should say you are missing out on valuable time with your people so that they can actually connect with you. And I know sometimes it's cringey. I know sometimes it feels uncomfortable. I know, I know, I know, I know. So that's why I'm saying even if it just lives on stories for now, that's fine, but especially with the rise of AI that face time, that like actual face time with your people is so important. And honestly, to me, and what I've seen from my clients, non-negotiable. And of course, I have so many other free resources podcast episodes post about this if you want to check them out, but I also have a digital resource. And right now we are doing a holiday sale. So it's December 29th today. Sale ends December 31st. Again, I'll link all the details below. Free pay, whatever you want to do, but you coded content is definitely something I want you to bring in for 2026. Number two, unselfish content. Lifestyle content and becoming a lifestyle creator has been a huge topic of discussion for years. I think especially in 2024 and 2025, there has been this like craving to be a lifestyle creator, but when it comes to strategy to building a community posting a regular itinerary with visuals day in the life and just automatically assume that people are going to care is strategically silly. Like yes, it works for some people, but it's not the majority. So I don't want me to be disappointed. And I don't want you to feel like, oh, well, I'm a failure or nobody likes me or nobody connects with me just because that one thing didn't work. If that one thing didn't work, it's okay. It's like going to a store, trying on a dress and saying, oh, this isn't fit my body. There's nothing wrong with your body. It's the dress doesn't fit your body. So I don't want you to feel like, oh, if I can't do this, then I can't do lifestyle content. No, that's why we do unselfish content. We need to be creating unselfish content that doesn't just say, hey, watch me, but invites people into your world. We can't say that we want to build a community and be the best of our audience. And then just go, well, watch me live my life. Like if you and I were having a little coffee date for the first time, and all I did was give you an itinerary of what I did that day, and I didn't ask you any questions. I didn't show you any of my personality, any of my values, any of my opinion, you would probably be like, I gotta go. Oh my gosh, I have an appointment. Oh my gosh, I forgot it. And the point man, like I just can't be here anymore. You would not be there. And we cannot treat our audiences like that. So audiences and community, I should say, so when you're doing your lifestyle content, your vlogs, your day in the lives, I want you to ask yourself, what's in it for them? Three goals that you can pick from to educate, to inspire, to entertain. Every time you create a piece of lifestyle content, I want you to ask yourself, is this to educate, to inspire, to entertain. It can definitely be a mix. Okay, but I want it to have some sort of a goal, so that you're actually inviting people deeper into your world over here to service level, itinerary with visuals. Please like me and please watch. So for example, instead of come shopping with me, maybe you do, is there such thing as the perfect pair of dreams? Let's find out. The second one is so much more interesting to me because you're actually peaking my interest, you're actually building curiosity, I don't know, is there? Well, okay, well, yeah, I do want to find out. And I will watch you actually find out instead of come shopping with me. Why? Why would I come shopping with you? You know that your audience is subconsciously always asking, what's in it for me? What does this have to do with me? Why do I want to watch it? Because the ego leads the way that we consume content. So instead of fighting against it, or saying, oh, like nobody cares about me, like, oh, like this is not connecting, this is not hitting with people, but it's working for them. Don't, don't waste your time. Don't waste your time doing that. Your time is so valuable. Instead, focus on what you can control. Okay, that didn't work. What's in it for them? I know what they're thinking already, and I can do something about it. Unselfish content. And if you want a little bit more, I do have a resource on this. I'll link it down below. And yes, it is a part of the holiday sale. Number three, signature style, then signature style series. Signature style series is also something that's gained a ton of popularity. And a lot of the advice out there is giving you ideas, which granted I give you ideas too, but very few people know and or know how to because I don't know for what reason. They don't show you the how behind it. It's one thing to have an idea. And I know so many people and maybe even you can relate to having a lot of ideas, but not executing on them. You have the chaotic notes up. You have the that would be a good idea. That would be a good idea. Let me write that down. But then I look at read and I'm like, hmm, where are the ideas? Yeah. The ideas are collecting dust with love, roasting you with love as always. But again, it's another thing to have an idea. It's another thing to execute, and it's a whole other thing to make it something that you're known for. So instead of overthinking, because I know a lot of people, maybe even you listening to right now, you have overthinking issue. We need to cut that out. And so the focusing on I need to have the perfect signature style series. Let's find what your signature style even is and go from there. I want you to think about finding your signature style in your content the same way as you figure out your style in fashion and wardrobe and what you wear. It's really hard for us to come up with a week of outfits when we don't know what your style is. But if you came to me and you said, I'm minimal, kind of sexy, more neutrals with a pop of color, now we have something to work with and we can create a week worth of outfits. But if you came to me and you were like, well, I don't really know what the style is. I don't know what cuts I like. I don't know what fabrics I like. Oh, a week of outfits is going to be a little chaotic. It's going to be a little frustrating. We're not going to get the result that we want and it's not going to be you coded because we don't have those building blocks. Same thing with content. So number one, let's figure out your style. Ask yourself this. And here's another action item for you that I want you to write down to really set you up for success in 2026. What content format is your strength? Is it vlogs? Is it voiceover? Is it face to camera? What do you do? Well, okay. Number two, what elements represent your howards? Remember that character description that we worked on earlier? What are those howards and what elements actually represent those howards? The fonts and colors and editing and look and feel of content from a creator that's more minimalistic, elegant, demure versus the girl that is more girly, bubbly, free spirited. Those are going to be completely different things because the look and feel of your content, the colors, fonts, the editing should simply just be an extension, a manifestation of your personality. That's how you figure out, oh, what color should I use? What font should I use? What sound should I use? Well, is it you coded? Does it go back to those howards? That's how you find your signature style of content. And then we can create a series from there. But let me give you an example of how I did this with a client using everything that I just said. So this client came to me. She is a beauty content creator. She wanted to work on her signature style series. So I asked her these questions and this is what we came up with. We knew that she was really good with face to cam content and we knew that for her personal brand, we had to keep face to camera content. We could not take it away. It would not be good for her brand. It just wouldn't make sense for her goals. And I would say, I mean, dare I say, I think every single creator and influencer that wants to do this long term should have face to cam content in their strategy. So when you had to be face to camera content, but her specifically, it made so much sense for her to do face to cams over like a vlogger voiceover. For example, those were too much for her face to cams was like a good sweet spot. Then we had the idea she's ranking beauty products. Now the idea itself is not that crazy, right? Like anybody can do ranking videos and ranking videos have existed before she started. So the idea itself doesn't have to be that crazy, which kind of goes back to my point of it's not what you say. It's how you say it. It's not the idea itself. It's how it's executed. So we had this idea and then we focused on the you coded elements, fonts, colors, editing. We created this custom graphic for her ranking videos that was so her coded. It was in her favorite color. The fonts were very much matching her personality. And we had that custom graphic in every single episode. So as she created, she had the format that she was really good with. And then she had this custom graphic that was so her coded that was instantly recognizable. And she repeated, repeated, repeated, repeated. And it is still some of her best performing content to date and it consistently performs well. That is what I mean when I say find your signature style and out of that comes a signature style series. And spoiler alerts, I do have a full on signature style series guide for you. And yes, you can get it in the holiday sale. When I was scripting this episode, I felt so weird about doing little promos for myself, like almost like little commercials. But honestly, I don't even care. I believe in these products so, so much because they truly are tried and true. And I know so many people are asking me when we can work together one on one. And we definitely can. But since I do book out about three to six months in advance, like right now looking at my calendar, we're actually booked out till April 2026, which is incredible and amazing and such a blessing. But I didn't just want to leave you hanging. I wanted to give you something that you could work on immediately, which is why we have the holiday sale. So again, I'll link all the details below, but we have three for 30% off bundles of the digital products. And then if you're not a bundle person, you can definitely get any standalone bundle for 15% off. So if you haven't gotten yourself or your brand of Christmas present yet, this is the time to do it. Okay, moving on. Next thing in your personal brand starter pack lifestyle pillar. I've talked about the lifestyle pillar so many times, so I won't harp on this. But if you still don't know what your lifestyle pillar elements are, I want you to think if you were to throw a you party, what would your guests dress up in and what props would they have? Because those are the little things about you that make you you that you can subtly integrate within your content. For example, I have my lip liner that looks like a pen. I have the little Totoro in the background of my videos. I talk about being the eldest daughter. I talk about being a theater girl. I think a lot of people and maybe you have felt this way too, where you're like, I have so many interests. I have so many things about me. I don't know which one to choose. Choose what's easy. Sometimes you just do too much. Sometimes you're doing too much. Like, I like this. I like this. I like this. Like this. I'm like, well, what's going to be easy for you to show up as. Let's start there. What's going to be easy, easy, easy for you to integrate within your content? Me being a theater person, I can integrate that very easily within my content. If I talk about work ethic, I'll talk about theater. That's easy. Lip liner in my hand, easy. Totoro in the background of my videos, easy. I don't even have to think about it. Start with that. Start with the little sprinkles of you that are easy to put in your content. Don't make it hard. I do have a free resource on this as well, and I'll link it below for you. But please do your lifestyle pillar. It is the easiest way to show more of you in your content without doing too much. Okay? Next, passion and purpose. So this is where I'm really going to get into more of the thinking stuff, more of the uncomfortable stuff, more of the less content focused related stuff, but they are so incredibly important. You have to have a balance of passion and purpose. A lot of people have a lot of passion. They have a lot of fire. They have a lot of interest. They have these goals and these ambitions, and that's great. That's amazing. But without purpose, it's so empty. And I found working with so many people that have a lot of passions, have a lot of interest, have a lot of goals. If you don't have a purpose that's bigger than yourself, it's so empty. And I don't exactly know how to explain it, except for talking about the spiritual side of it, and that it's not enough to do something just for ourselves. It's not enough to do something just to hit the goal. It's not enough to do something just to check off a box. There has to be something bigger. There has to be a purpose. It's not just I want the brand deal. I want the followers that I want the money has to be. There's something bigger here that I'm building. And no matter how hard it gets, I have to do this because it's bigger than myself because it's something that I wanted, but I didn't have. So I am going to do it for other people so that they don't have to go through what I did. So maybe for you, if you're a fitness coach, it's not just about booking the clients. It's not just about hitting the sales goals. It's about deconstructing what health and in diet culture and food relationship is with women and inspiring them and empowering them to live a healthy, sustainable life. I know that wasn't the prettiest because now I'm getting all like riled up, but it has to be bigger because also in our industry, let's be so honest, we're teeter tottering the line of being super self-absorbed and being super narcissistic and we've seen it happen time and time again. Like, come on. We have seen it happen time and time again, but we're just like, oh my gosh, like you're just you loved yourself. You really do and dress me. I love a hot picture. Okay. I love to see a hot picture of me. But again, if it's just that, if it's just about us, you're so empty and you're not going to be fulfilled and you're going to burn out and I don't want that for you. So you need to find that balance of passion and purpose. And whether I mean by finding that, here's the action item, passion, you write down all of your goals and everything that you want and everything that you want to do. That's so amazing and delusional and crazy and what lights you up and then on the other side of the paper, write down your purpose. Why are you doing this? What is the purpose of doing this? That's bigger than yourself. And that leads me to my next point, which is scalability to fulfill that purpose. Taking the content, taking the videos, taking the photos, it is always going to be a part of our careers. But it is not just that. So I really want you to be thinking about what are you building here? What is the next step? Social media is just another channel, even though a big channel and a big part, but it is a part of the bigger thing that you're building. Because if it's just again, if it's just about the views, if it's just about the followers, you're thinking so small. What about outside of this? Do you want to be a speaker, a host? Do you want to interview celebrities on the red carpet? Do you want to be a performer? Do you want to be an actor? Do you want to write a book? Do you want to build a business? Do you want to build an agency? Do you want to go into venture capital? Angel investing. What is the bigger thing that you're building here? Your personal brand has to be scalable. When I say scalable, I mean, the purpose that you have is at the heart of it. Your personal brand is the way to get there. But what's the bigger thing that we're trying to get through? Or I should say, but what's the bigger thing that we're trying to build and accomplish in order to fulfill that purpose and reach and impact more people than just what you can do on social media? I know I said that kind of messy, but I hope it hit. And the last thing that I'll leave you with is the it girl mentality. Okay, we are acting like the it girl versions of ourselves. Here's the last action I might have for you. I want you to write down every it girl moment that you had in 2025 every time that you did something that you're like, damn, I'm proud of that. Or a goal that you hit big or small that you're like, you know what? I really am that girl. And yes, I did do that. And yes, I did. I want you to write every one of those moments down from 2025. And I want you to take those with you into 2026 as proof to yourself that yes, you can do hard things. Yes, you can accomplish what you want. And yes, you should be proud of those things. So hold on to that. And then as you take action into your new goals in 2026, I want you to hold on to this idea of failing forward. A lot of people, including myself, are so scared of failure. And we left the fear of failure. Stop us from taking action. But something that I learned in 2025 that I'm really going to hold close to my heart. And I want to share with you when I want you to hold this very close to yours is the most successful people fail themselves into greatness. And they lose well. And that's like a quote unquote secret. I was watching another podcast. It was actually on Emma Greed's podcast with Lucy Guo. And if you don't know who Lucy Guo is, she is the youngest female billionaire, which is like amazing and iconic. And I was like, oh my gosh. I'm sad. But before she got to that billion, she did and started a lot of businesses and a lot of startups. And when she was talking about her earlier businesses, I'm sitting here thinking and hearing her ideas. And I'm like, oh my gosh, that's a, I mean, that's a crazy idea. Or wow, that business is going to have a lot of complications. Like she didn't think about that. Like going in like all the complications that she said, it was kind of like, yeah, I mean, that's like a really risky industry to get into. Like, oh, like that's not really safe. Oh, that's, oh, my gosh. Like I can't believe you did that. And for me, even those thoughts would stop me from even doing that. Like if somebody came to me, if she came to me with those ideas, I'd be like, no, you should not do that. Like that's, that's really risky. Or like, oh, I don't know. That's going to work. Like, oh, that industry is crazy. There's a lot of legal there. But out of all those failed businesses, she learned so many lessons, failing forward. That's how she got to building the skill set, building the mindset, building the network to get to that one billion. So it's like for us, we can fail ourselves into greatness. And we can lose well. Because who cares? I'm not going to remember her failed businesses. I can't even name the failed businesses to you right now because I don't remember them. I remember the impactful part of the end of her story. And that she's the youngest female billionaire. But I don't even remember the details of all her failures. And I think for us and something I'm really working on too, like when I'm even telling myself, like, become your own egg girl, have the egg girl mentality. I actually, yes, it's like cute and fun to say, but I actually have to be like, wait, like the fear of failure is something I made up. It's something that the enemy put in me. And I don't know where it came from. And I was actually having a conversation with Puckett's editor, because I set a really big goal for myself into the year, like not even the beginning of the year, but like into the year. And I was looking at my tracker. And I'm short on the exact date that I wanted to hit it. And I was like crying on the phone. And I was like so disappointed in myself that I was delusional enough to like think that I could do this like really big crazy thing. And looking at like my progress, I was like, wow, I really doesn't look like I'm gonna hit it. And I started to feel really stupid for even thinking that it was possible for me. And there was a lot of like self doubt that came up and a lot of disappointment. And I just felt like such a failure. And I just felt like, wow, like I couldn't do it. Like I couldn't do the thing that I wanted to do. But I sat in a lot of prayer. And I talked to a good friend of mine. And I talked to podcast editor. And it was so all made up in my head. It was all made up in my head. Who cares if I don't do it by a certain date. So so what if I if a friend told me like, Hey, I want to accomplish this by this date. And they accomplished it a week after. Would I be like your failure? Guess it doesn't count for anything. I wouldn't even remember. I'd be like, oh my gosh, that's amazing. Like you did it in that. I wouldn't even conceptualize that. Oh, it just took you an extra week. You know what I mean? Like we just, I think if you are that ambitious personality type, that perfectionism that right should say perfectionist personality type. And you're just so driven. And you want it so, so bad. The fear of failure could be so crippling and so discouraging and so disappointing. And as someone that is dealing with that right now. And as someone that is trying to figure out what I need to do mentally to get out of that. I just want to tell you that we just, we make it up. We make it up in our heads. We really do. We make this up in our heads. And sometimes you can have the most supportive people in your life that are so proud of you. And that will cheer you on. And I feel like we need to learn how to do that for ourselves. Like we need to learn how to cheer ourselves on and be proud of ourselves. Just like the people around us. One of the things that I'm working on for 2026 as I want to enter into my it girl mentality is I want to treat myself. Like how I would treat a friend. And if a friend came to me and told me how they were feeling and said, hey, I set this goal for myself. But I don't think I'm going to hit it on this exact date. But maybe, you know, maybe I'll do it a two weeks after or three weeks after or something like that. I'd be like, what are you talking about? You're not a failure. Like what are you talking about? I wouldn't even remember that. Nobody is is picking you apart the way that you pick yourself apart. So and now I'm yapping and now I'm and I'm crying. And I should stop because I do get an excellent time when I cry. So I need to stop doing that. And I know I'm not saying this in the most eloquent way. But if you are scared to fail. And if you're letting that fear or letting letting the fear of failure or letting the fear of what would this person think about me if they saw me fail or this this this I want you to know that the most successful people fail themselves to greatness. And if Lucy grow can do it, then like, why can't we in life and business and content? You are going to fail time and time and time and time again. It's not always going to go our way. But when you really make it and in the biggest, most proudest moments that you have in your career, you're not even going to remember those things. No one is going to remember every single time you fail. You should and everyone else is only going to remember that big thing. So don't let the fear of failure stop you in your tracks because it would be such a shame if you didn't reach your greatest potential because of something we just make up in our heads. And when you get to share your story, it is going to be so much cooler knowing all the crazy low lows that you went through to get there. And every single time you chose to get back up again like that. That is giving it girl energy. Thank you. So to wrap this up, your personal brand starter pack for 2026 is you coded content, unselfish content, finding your signature style to get to the signature style series, your lifestyle pillar, your passion, your purpose, scalability, and acting like the girl version of yourself today. Now, as I close out this episode and this episode is the last inspired media podcast episode of 2025, I did not get into the content planning, the schedules, the tools, which I will in another episode I promise. But in this episode, I really wanted to give you the actual building blocks to creating something that is yours. So much advice out there is just copy and paste. It is mediocre. It is basic. It's things that you can ask chat JBT if you really wanted to post consistently every week. Do this hook post vlogs. La la la la. And it doesn't mean those things aren't important. But all of those things will fall into place when you get so clear and good and confident in who you are. There's so many questions that go in our heads. Like, should I edit this way? Should I do it that way? Do I do this sound? Do I do this trend? But when you're so incredibly clear on who you are and your brand identity and you're so incredibly clear on the building blocks, the starter pack that we talked about here, it almost quites the noise and answers those questions so much quicker because you have something to actually build off of. Not something that was made for you. Not something that someone else is doing. Not something that AI told you, but something that is built by leveraging your authenticity. And you can trust that you are going to make the best decisions for you and your brand because of it. I seriously can't believe this is the last episode of 2025, but I hope you found something valuable here. If you did, please share your highlights and tag me @inspiredmedico on Instagram, on TikTok, email DM, whatever you want to do. I hope you had a very Merry Christmas. I have so many episodes coming up so stay tuned for that. I'll see you in 2026 and as always, break a leg.
