How A Texas Prisoner Got Pulled Into A Cartel Meth Empire

Tim Grishheimer, released from Texas prison in 2007, quickly entered the illegal drug trade after being connected to the Cinaloa cartel through a military contact in Arizona. He was introduced to a cartel supplier who provided high-purity, uncut crystal meth in massive quantities, which Tim sold across rural Texas towns where nearly everyone was addicted. The meth’s purity was so high it formed solid blocks and could be identified under black light, a key detail that solidified its value. Tim operated as a middleman, using encrypted communication and shell companies to manage transactions, avoiding direct contact with buyers or the cartel. He earned significant profits—up to $200 per week—by selling bricks at prices ranging from $3,000 to $4,000, with some deals as low as $2,000. The drug’s spread was tied to economic and social factors in small-town America, where stimulant use was widespread, even among law enforcement. Tim’s operations were highly secretive, using burner phones, onion websites, and false business fronts to evade detection. His story reveals the deep penetration of cartel operations into rural U.S. communities and the extreme levels of organization and secrecy involved in the illegal meth trade during the 2000s.

I knew I was gonna get out and start hustling just from just being in prison. When I got out of state plug, I know he was cartel for sure. And I mean, I know that for a fact. He took me to some stash houses, we went into some rich ass neighborhood in Arizona. So it was just full of fucking bricks, that's all it was. I started cutting it open on the table and it's one solid fucking block of clear dog. And man, when I got that shit, that shit changed the fucking game. These little ass, nothing ass towns that you drive through in the cops sitting at the gas station waiting to catch you in a speed trap. Almost everybody in that town is on dope. What do you do after getting released from prison after seven years inside of the deadliest institutions in Texas? Well, if you're Tim Grishheimer, you go to work for the Cinaloa cartel. Tim paroled out of the Texas prison system in 2007, just in time for the crystal meth boom that was sweeping the country. He quickly hooked up with a boss from the Cinaloa organization who began supplying him with dozens of pounds of the highest quality crystal meth every week, which Tim sold in small towns all over Texas. Tim reveals what it's like operating at the highest level of the most dangerous game in the illegal drug trade. It exposes the immense powers that cartels have, even here in the United States. It's absolutely fascinating. This is a five-part series we're running about Tim, so make sure to catch the rest of the episodes over at patreon.com/thekinexshow. Without further ado, it's the one and only Tim Grishheimer, right here on the connect with Johnny Mitchell. Texas is definitely one of those systems where if you go on a food strike or some shit like that you might win right at that time, best believe they're going to start passing laws to fucking make you fucking pay for that bitch. That's guaranteed. You might win right then and there, but best believe they're coming back even fucking harder. So you had been in prison for four or five years, you work on death row, you become a a member of the five-nine dude's blood. Yeah, the five-nine bounty hunters, yeah. You seeing people murder and multiple people stabbed up in front of you, you know, just the worst of the belly of the beast. At what point did you know that you were going to get out and start hustling, like really become like a big time drug dealing? I knew I was going to get out and start hustling just from just being in prison, but I mean, I didn't even like plan on even getting out because like they had gay me as when I was on eight building, they gave me a serval. So like a serval in Texas is like you're serving all your sentence, but they still review your case like every six months, but they don't bring you into talk to you, right, which is a joke. Anyways, right, like it's not like I guess other states where you actually like talk to a parole board, you go and see a parole case worker. She talks to you for fucking five minutes of even that has a package that she sends off to the parole board and they vote. And that's how it all happens. Like it's a it's a joke. You don't even meet the people who voted against you like in other states. You don't get a chance to talk for yourself like that or anything. So I mean, I was doing a serval. So me, I was just more so not even thinking about the streets. I was just more so just like politics and prison just doing prison time. Like I had told you in the last podcast, the warden moved me to the dorms. Me and my homeboy, Bri Bri moved us to the dorms. We went from eight building all the way to four building together and then we went to the dorms the same day. We both got put on death row together, except he worked the day card and I worked the night card. So you know, we went to the same pod on the dorms together and me and him basically just hung out together because we had formed a relationship. We didn't even talk on eight building. He barely talked anyways. We didn't fucking mean him didn't talk. We were on eight building together. We went to seven building together. We went to four building together and then we fucking go to the dorms together and we didn't fucking talk until the day we got moved to the dorms because I was sitting in that multi-purpose room like the indoor wreck thing I was telling you about the TVs. And when you got moved to the dorms, they made you wear a fucking bracelet. So if you lived out on the dorms, everybody knew you lived out on the dorms. And I was sitting in there and the lady put the bracelet on my wrist and then he fucking they had to bring him from work and then he came with all his stuff and then they put the bracelet on him and he sat down next to me. So I'm on this bench facing the door. He sits right here and we got to look at each other and he is like, I didn't even, I mean, I mean, I guess I should know he knew my name, but we never talked. So he was like, damn, Tim, you didn't come all the way from motherfucking the dungeon together. Baby, now we go to the dorms. And I knew his names. I'm like, I'm like, hell yeah, fool. And we just formed a bond right then and there. And we hung out every day and spread together. And I was just doing prison time. That's it. I wasn't thinking about the streets. I wasn't thinking if I was going to come home and work or sell drugs. I mean, I know I was making connections in there to like when I came home to link up with people in the city so I can make things happen for myself. I was more like on some like mafia shit, some organized shit. Like I want to try to maybe do something, maybe some criminal shit, but I didn't really wasn't planning it. I'm always a planner. Now when I got released, when I went to the walls and go home and then I got picked up at the walls because I had to go do that program, that safe B program. When I got there, I was around nothing but dudes who were on probation and they came from the county to that program. And here I am coming from prison to that program. So I'm meeting all these guys from the street that are all fucking methodics or crack heads or whatever. So that's in that program. That's when I kind of sort of thinking about hustling on the streets and making some money. I was finding out things and stuff like that, just talking to people and learning their conversations. And then once I hit the streets, it was like a, you know, I hit that halfway house. It was like a switch flipped. And I was just like, I'm about to, I'm gonna, I'm gonna make some money. I'm not mine. I just, I think it's just more so, I'm gonna make some money. How I have to make money. So you got paroled after seven? Yeah. You come home, your people don't understand the kind of war you've been in. Was that a trip? Like, was it like coming back for Vietnam and trying to live a, you know, work at an insurance company? People just don't know what you've been through. Yeah. What's weird is so when I left safe P, my mom and him had sent me some clothes and they weren't living in Texas at the time. And I was putting on my clothes and I guess I looked excited or something like, I don't, you don't, you don't know how you look. So the guard was watching me put on my clothes and he was like, how long you been locked up, boy? I was like seven years and he's like, how old are you? And I was like 24. He's like, he's been locked up since you were 17. I was like, yeah, yes, sir. He's like, where are you going back to? And I was like, Bell County. He's like, man, take a slow man, take a slow. And I was all like, he's like, he's like, I can see it in your face. You look, you look excited, but scared at the same time. And I was like, it is fucking crazy. Like, it's just like, you're flipping a page in a book, like a chapter in a book. It's like one minute you're living this life and then the next minute you're not and you're, you're living a whole fucking different life. So on the ride home in the van, I just like just looked out the window and was just like looking at everything. And you know, I got home, got to the halfway hours, they let me call my people and stuff like that. And then I got to get like a four hour pass to go get like some clothes and like hygiene or whatever and stuff. My mom and him sent me some money. But the thing was was like, I was, my mom was saving money for me because I was giving her the stamps before she had left the state. So I had some money put up for myself already when I came home. So I didn't come home like flat fucking broke. I had a little bit of money saved up off that stamp game. So, uh, you know, walking around the mall and seeing shit. Yeah, it was, it was, it was definitely a, a shell shock for sure. I definitely had to like compose myself when I would go to the store because like in prison the first time you weren't allowed to be up on somebody's back. So like if I was in the store and somebody would like be too close, I would turn around and like, hey, good, get up up my bag dog or like I held the door open for you and you didn't say, thank you. I follow you to your car. And I'd be like, say fool, you think I'm gonna pussy your some shit. And I'd be like, well, what? I'd be like, motherfucker, I just held the door for you and say, thank you. You think I'm your bitch or some shit? You think I'm a hoe? Man, you're a tripping dog. And I'm still like that to this day. I just don't say nothing. I just, I just keep my mouth shut. But little things like that. But back then I would speak on it because I didn't care about going back to jail. So, you know, you know, I had people that would tell me like, bro, you need to chill out. Nobody out here is even paying attention. They're so caught up in their world that they don't mean anything by what they do. But I mean, you eat how you eat in jail, like in TDC, when you go to chow, you have a certain amount so when you get your tray to sitting down, you have three minutes to eat. And They don't do it everywhere anymore, but what they used to do is a guard would walk around with one of the little blue mugs that they have in there, and he had knock on the table and that means get up. So I eat extremely fast. So even now to this day, like I'm not like over my food, like some animal, like that, like I eat, but I eat, I don't really taste my food. I just eat it and get it down. I'm still like that to this day. Like I just smash my shit. I'll wait for my shit to half fast get cold. Like if I was to cook dinner for you, I'd wash everything before I ate and I can make sure my food cooled down and I just start fucking smashing that shit. And I don't play around when it comes to eating. So I'm still like that to this day. And yeah, yeah, it was definitely hard coming home and like knowing nobody is paying attention, I guess if I can explain that and you still have an attitude of like show me respect, talk to me with respect. What was it wild? So you blew up in the meth game very quickly. - Yeah, yeah, yeah. - You were still on parole, I think, when you were touching hounds. You were, your connects, tell us about your connects, were they cartel guys or was it also tweakers? - No, fuck, no, they were no tweakers. Now I know like, and like that circle I fucked with, like I know some of them did smoke clear. I didn't know it at the time. But I guess like, you know, when the money's coming and you're trying to keep up with the money, like at the, and that error at that time, bro, it was just like boom and so fucking hard. It was such a sweet error. Like I didn't know that they, that some of them did use. I mean, they all had drug habits. Like one of them, he had like a $1,200 a day drug habit. He's popping Xanax drinking lean, fucking smoking weed. Like he, he told me, I got $1,200 a day drug habit. The white boy that I told you about, he smoked clear. I didn't know it. I guess he didn't do it all the time. But I guess, you know, you're running up and down the highway. You're trying to stay going, you know, it gives you that energy so he would fuck with it. But he wasn't like no fucking tweaker or nothing like that. Now I'm for sure, they were fucking with cartel guys. As far as I know, they weren't cartel guys. Now when I got out of state plug, I know he was cartel for sure. But them who they were fucking with, obviously they had to be fucking with the cartel because the number they were getting in the dirt, the price they were getting it for and stuff like that. Hey, that's who they had to be fucking with. Oh, but I don't, I never met those people. So I don't know. Tell us about your out of state plug. The out of state plug. I got that out of state plug like through some of them a friend of mine who was in the military. And like on the, when I talked about it on the podcast, like I kind of made it seem like it was like an instant conversation and then I got that plug like that. It wasn't how it was like shit was just like going bad in the game. Like shit was up and down, up and down. Like the dudes I was fucking with, like they were getting greedy and they were getting the work from the connect. And then they were cutting the work really hard. And it was like, I was getting burned by people and the people that I trusted that they were calling me and they're like, bruh, I'm getting burned for this money. Like I'm front number five bricks, eight bricks, whatever. And he's like, bro, people ain't coming back raw money because they were putting so much goddamn cutting this shit because they'll cut it, I don't know what they cut it with now, but back then they would cut it with this shit called MSN. You could get it from like the tractor supply. It's like, it's for like the horseshit. It's like, so you could take like the MSN and then you could put it in like a glass pyrex cooking dish, put it in the oven, and it looks like like shaved, clear plastic. You could put it in the oven and heat it until it liquefies. And then you pull it out of the oven and set it up and let it cool down and when it cools down, it like hardens and then you scrape it out. And like it'll look damn near like shards, but the back will be plastic, like the back will be flat. So they would cut it with that. But then those dudes will be slick, like they'll learn how to liquefy it down and then cut it with like somehow rocking back up with the MSN locked into the clear. So it'll be like a half real shard and a half piece of fucking MSN, but like you could take that shard 'cause like tweakers would know, you could take like say a shard and drop it in bleach and the meth would start fizzing around like a fucking motorboat. And you would see like half of it take off or it would take off like this and it'd be dragging that piece behind it. And then when it would die, the fucking MSN would float to the bottom. So they were just like cutting it way too hard. So I was trying to get other connects, but I knew that my home boy, he had that dude that he was in the military with in Arizona. And I just kept pressing him about it. You know, I'm like, bro, call him, call him, talk to him, talk to him, talk to him. So he had called him and then like made a couple like suggestions like he was trying to do it like, "Hey, I know a guy and I can do this." And he's like, bro, don't do that, don't do that. And then finally, that dude just by chance his cousin stayed in simple with us. And she would always be at the bar with us. So me and her started fucking around. And then we were all sitting in the apartment together and I was just kind of in passing. I was like, man, he's trying to get your cousin to put me on which I was people. And she said, let me talk to him. And then that took a little while longer, like maybe a month or so. And finally, she was like, call him. She gave him mine. She was like, gave me his number. She said, call him, he's pretty for you to call him. And then when I called him, then they flew me out there. And he told me who he was and stuff like that. And then I had to give him my ID and my Social Security card and stuff like that. And I was like, what was this for to see if I'm gonna fit or some shit? And he was all like, nah, he's like, 'cause if you burn me, I'm just gonna kill your family. Like he's just straight up with these. If you burn me, I'm just gonna fuck your family off. And what's crazy is 'cause when he picked me up, I had on like a gold rope chain, not big, nothing crazy. Like maybe like the size of this are a little bit bigger, gold rope chain. And I had like a gold braided bracelet. I had a gold pinky ring on. And then I had like this white gold watch with some diamonds on it. And I didn't think it was anything fancy. And I had a bottom grill in my mouth. So you couldn't really see it 'cause it wasn't like, I talked for you to see it. But I'm dressed like a hood mother fucker. You know what I'm saying? I'm dressed clean in a bitch. And I remember when I picked him up, you know, he's in a fucking like a, oh, a fucking la cost. Polo, some jeans and some fucking loafers. Like he dressed like a rich white dude or some shit. And man, when I got in this car, he fucking, he started talking shit to me. He said, man, if I fly you out here, don't you ever come, and he used the N word. He's like, don't you ever come dressed like a fucking again. - He's a Mexican guy. - Yeah. He's like, if you're gonna be fucking fucking with me, you gotta stop. You can get me doing that shit. Don't be posting online, looking like that. That's how you get caught. He's like, you either trying to make long money or, you know, how long are you trying to be in this game? Long jeopardy or what? At all. So that's how I got him. And I stayed out there a weekend with him, hung out with him. We went to the strip club. Banging some prostitutes. And he showed me some stuff. Then just let me know what basically the seriousness of what was going on. And then that's how me and him started working. - So he actually made you give the address to where your mom stayed and. - He made me give up everything. Yeah. He made me give up everything for insurance. I mean, which I'm sure he could have just not all of it. Anyways, you know, 'cause I even one time, when I went out there to talk to him, I asked him was he afraid of like getting busted or whatever. And he told me, so he was born in Mexico, but he had a citizenship here, like his green card or whatever. And he was all like, he's like, well, I'm never going to jail. He's like, we got everything paid off. As soon as it gets too hot, I'm going straight to Mexico. But he didn't have any tattoos. Like he didn't drive a flashy car. He drove a truck. Like he drove like a fucking F-150 or some shit. Like it was a truck like a basic like a nice work truck. Like he'd dressed just basic dog. Like he didn't have a fucking watch on. You know, nothing like that. Like he didn't even look like somebody who did dirt. The way he carried himself the way he talked, like nothing like that. - So he had an actual escape plan? - Yeah. - Is he out on the streets to this day? Or do you know where he is? Is he back in Mexico? - No, I don't know. I don't know if he's back in Mexico, but I mean, I know he ain't in jail. (laughing) - What did he show you? - He took me to some stash houses. like the, the, the snow. We went into some rich ass neighborhood in Arizona and It was a stash house. It was just full of fucking bricks. That's all it was All the garage was full of bricks Like not even like pretty like bricks like you're talking about shit that look like turkeys Bro, let's okay, so I even give it to you like this. So like when I was getting work here in Texas It would already be sharded up When I went to the first place here in Texas that he sent me to to pick up work When I got the birds They when they were they were wrapped up there was like all like a lop like a lumped up ball all lop like that So I'm pulling them out of the bag when I get back to the crib Fucking I start cutting it open on the table and it's one solid fucking block of clear dog So I hit this fool up and I'm like hey, what the fuck am I supposed to do with this? And he was like just put it in the tap bathtub and busted up with the fucking a sledgehammer I'll get a rubber mouse busted. He's like you can busted it. It'll bust apart And I was like for real. He's like, yeah, so we fucking go to the home depot and fucking I get a tarp and get a Get some fucking mallets and shit me and my homeboy we come back and we fucking get the bathtub all decked out and Because the first one was already cut open. We fucking are just like lightly hitting and then the rest of them We just put them in there and just fucking hit them So when I'd go to serve my licks they're expecting shards But I gave one of my licks a fucking a block that weighed fucking eight zones dog Though fucking cap. He's like what the fuck is this? I was like shit my fucking house coming home boy. I was like this is this This is different right here dog. This is this is the shit like this is this ain't no shards motherfucker because they were bringing it over liquid and rocking it up over here So they were bringing it over liquid and fucking locking it up over here a lot of people don't know that shit bro And man when I got that shit that shit changed the fucking game fool That's why I got that blue dream right here tattooed on my hand. You could take that clear That's another way how you can see if clear as cut you know like the black lights you can buy and putting your thing You can hold that clear up to the black light bro and you could see if it's been cut But that clear right there you could hold it up to the black light and you could see like blue veins running from it We used to call it blue dream. That's why I got the blue dream tattooed on my hand even when they were burn it in the bowl You would start to see a little bit of blue and I don't know what it was from But you would see because one of my licks showed me he's like look at his shit right here and Good clear when you roll it in that below when you roll that bowl that shit locks right back up heart like immediately If it's like got cut and trash and it takes longer to lock up and they'll have like a rag a damp rag and they'll lightly touch that rag to lock it back up And then when they hit it like when if they put a shard in it You'll see him like the the bowl that it's got the bowl like this with the stem They'll roll it and you'll see him like They'll be blowing smoke out the top of it. So if it's got cut on it if you like like dope That's got cut cooked into it if you blow and and the smoke comes out on your hand like that There'll be like a film from the clear But that shit right there every fucking time bro drop it in more for a No blow off homeboy. That's what they call it a no blow off bro straight up dude like it had so dude So some some methods they like they like the dope some of them like the dope that's got rush That's the shooters. They like the shit that's got rush, but it don't have no legs and then you have some dope Fiends that like like smokers that like the dope that's got legs. So when he hits them It doesn't like hit them hard. It takes a while to work itself But it'll keep them up for days or a day or however long this shit had rush and legs So my homeboy as soon as he started hitting it and He's he starts hitting his shit bro. He's hitting it and he starts going like this He was my tester. He starts hitting like this and all of a sudden you just start seeing his his his lips turn chalky white And he's just quiet. So we're standing there and we're looking at him and we're in the bathroom. So I'm like Well, something on fucker and see he put it on foil So he didn't even roll it in the bow low So the good thing about dope and foil when you hit it in the foil You can see the cut extremely fucking quick. So he fucking was rolling in the foil so I can once you heat it up When you roll it this way, you'll see all the cut So he wrote it back and forth and was using a straw was hitting it and then just sat it down. He blew it blew it out You saw his lips start because he's black. So you saw his lips Start to turn chalky white and shit and he's just sitting there looking at it and I'm like Hey, I'm I'm just saying because that's how I was talking. I'm like, well, what's up? nigga the shit straight or what dog and he's like Yeah, yeah, yeah, nigga That's that shit nigga. There's a shit. I'm like nigga. You could talk or what? Oh, what's up, bro It was a he's like bro, what the fuck is that like even when he sat down He was still just looking at the kitchen table looking. I'm like tell you good or what dark? Yeah, damn, I'm like bed. All right. We got a winner. We got we know what's it. We know what it is now for like And that was the that was that was that was the shit. That was that was that was that was that was the best product for real So you had like a real Walter White connection. You had a pure meth He wasn't cutting at all. So how much were you getting bricks from him for? At first he was giving to me for like three like no He was giving to me for the forty forty eight hundred or something like that Then it dropped to like 42 then it dropped to four and it slowly went down to three thousand And then there was a couple of times that he hit me for like two thousand He gave me some shit for two thousand. I don't know why the price differences happened I just know sometimes he would give it to me for cheaper I don't know if they had been holding it for too long or whatever, but I know the cheapest time I had ever got it from him for it was like two thousand, but it was usually like always three thousand a brick Sometimes it would be he would hit me for like the 25 or whatever, but I think maybe like also maybe he was doing that for me because I noticed if I remember it correctly It was when I think he would be maybe rewarding me because I would sit middleman licks So like I never wanted to go like too hard with it I always just wanted to stay at like the like the 12 to 15 mark type shit. I never wanted too much and But also he was fronted to me. So I didn't want to be on the hook for too much and And Because you have to understand now I'm having to get this money to him and Arizona And that's a whole fucking process of he had a multiple bank account set up that I'm going to put money in Uh, you know all different types of way to get him this money So it was difficult dealing with the money the money the money. So I'll go into that. Sorry certain rock He had multiple business accounts. So like I would have to set up LLCs and we would pretend like we were doing business together Like I would go and deposit money in his business accounts like say it was like t-shirts I made it seem like I was buying something like we wouldn't it wouldn't you know, it wasn't online Nothing we ever did was online like oh like an online store or some shit That wasn't even something that was going on back then So just just maybe say I bought t-shirts from them, but it wasn't t-shirts It was mainly like construction shit that he had set up going on You know and I'll even I'll even expose this just because it doesn't fucking matter anymore Uh, like me and we like how we communicated we didn't really communicate through with the telephone Uh, like they call it the dark web now, but we communicate we called it onion websites So we connect we communicated on the onion websites That's how we communicated in like uh, the the onion website on like chat like through a secret chat or whatever And that's how we talked We didn't even like talk on the phone Like that's just that's just how we we communicated so everything was done through through the whole onion deal So how much money would you deposit in his bank accounts for like an average re-up? Says 15 15 bricks. I would always break it up. He would tell me go to this account and put this much in Go to this because he didn't want to make it look hot Go to this account and put this much in go to this account and put that much in But then he also had people that would pick up money from me here in Texas So somebody might come and pick up, you know, $50,000 and I'd put money in these accounts Uh, when the visa Vanilla's were popping. I'll put money on multiple visa vanillas or the green dots I'd put money in multiple uh, green dots But usually somebody would come and get the majority of the money and the rest of the stuff would just be through the bank accounts And stuff like that But it would never be like some stupid crazy like 10 20,000 or anything like that. It would always be like 8,000 5,000 here And stuff like that nothing to really attract like a lot of I guess attention But the majority of the money to get you know just to be honest somebody was coming and picking up How much money were you getting him returning him every month Well, I mean, well you got to think I was I mean I was making like almost 200 a week Like 12 like 8 12 days something like that like between like 180 220 sometimes 250 And I mean, fuck, just to say what he's going to do. giving to me for 3,000. I mean, that's a lot of money, dog. That's got to be a couple million a month. And he mainly had somebody come, 'cause what, 3,000 times we'll just keep it small. 3,000 times, 10 is way, that's 30,000. I think, and then you do 30,000 every week. That's like 120,000, but you have to understand there was, I was doing middleman deals too though. So I might middleman through you, say you want 20 bricks. I might do a middleman deal through you, but you gotta give up your information. And we do the middleman deal, and then I would collect that money, and then I'll make the introduction, but at the same time, I would still have to come and collect money from you for him. And then somebody would come and pick the money up for me, or I would take it to somewhere, and it would drop it off to somebody. - So you find guys have wanted to buy and bulk like you? - I knew several dealers that got out like me, and they just knew that through the streets, they knew that I had, that I just had, that I had it. It was people talk, so, you know, we might be out at the bar, we're always hanging out. I'm always out every night, every night I'm out. I'm in the strip club, I'm at some local bar. You know, Bums, $2 Tuesdays, I'm fucking in Bums, chilling, fucking maybe having a couple of drinks, rolling on some ecstasy. You know, me and the local doughboys chopping it up, blah, blah, blah, I'm like, man, shit. If you wanted, I can get full, you know what I'm saying? I'm like, I can put you on, and I just kind of went like that, you know, or they might introduce me to somebody, and I'm like, oh yeah, I'll fuck with you, dog. I will highlight you whatever. I see him a few more times, and go with just stuff like that. I knew people in the strip club that did deals, and I would just put them on, you know? - So if you're re-up, it only costs you whatever 30 to $40,000 to get 10 to 15, are these pounds or kilos? - No, they're keys, bro. - So you're off of a $40,000 re-up every week, you can make $200,000 in profit. - I mean, and 'cause you have to realize, so you got 36 zones, right? So I'm getting the key for three. I'm selling the zips for 600, but sometimes I just sell 'em for 300, 400, just to get rid of 'em. It really depends on who you, like if you were fucking with me really strong, then I would just dump 'em off to you. Like you might want five birds, and you got all cash, I'd give 'em to you for fucking $4,000 a pop, just to get rid of 'em, just to get all of 'em. All my birds just give me four across the board problem. I'm making $1,000. I would tell you what I was making. I, that's how I was with my people. I'm like, "Hey, bro, I mean, I'll give 'em to you." If I, if a guy, he gave it, gave me a load for like $2,000, say you bought bricks off me all the time. I'd call you, I'd be like, "Hey, fool. Come on, let me real quick." And get you to come over over there or whatever, and we link up and talk. I'm like, "Hey, dude, shot 'em through to me. I got 'em for two bands. I'll give 'em to you for fucking three. If you want to jump on 'em, I don't know if it's gonna be like this next time. But come on. And I would just make a quick thousand bucks. So, you're thinking, "Well, you know, so yeah, $120,000. If it's $150,000, if I just did it like that, but obviously I didn't do it like that with everybody. Because if I got 'em for three, depending on who you were, I'd still sell 'em for like $55,000, $6,000. So just say, "I'm making three." You know what I'm saying? And so it could be, you get what I'm saying? The balance is out. So sometimes it could be more. Sometimes it just really depended. - Yeah. So the wholesale and retail give you about an average-- - Yeah. - Average profit per load. - Yeah. - So you never let any of your buyers meet your connect? - No, nobody who bought directly from me. And but I mean, even when I put 'em on, like a couple of dudes that I put on with the plug or whatever, with the connect, when I made the introduction, like he might have talked to them, but I was still in for the process. Like he would let me know what was going on my plug would. You know, so he always kind of kept me in the loop type shit when if I put you all, like if I had to put you on with them, he still talked to me about you. Like he would still be like, "Hey, he's got this." Or, "Hey, can you go get this money?" And I'd be like, "Yeah, I got you full." So he basically kind of had me working for him at the same time. 'Cause he was always trying to get me to do something for him. Like he might be like, "Hey, can you go pick this up and run this to here?" And I would do it, you know, but I didn't like to do that shit. Like, did I even told him that when I would go meet him in like Arizona and we would talk, I would tell him, I'm like, "Hey, bro, like I mean I, like I fuck like I understand, you know, I'm getting this money with you and stuff like that, but I'm not really trying to be like that. Like something you like doing this and doing that, I'll feed you people or whatever, but I'm not trying to be fucking running or built down the highway dog. Like I'm not really trying to do that shit, but I did that shit for multiple times when Rand worked down the highway for him. - You were in a caravan? - Yeah, we would do like four car caravans. Like four cars, three cars sometimes. But usually four cars, like one in front, usually the person in the middle had the work in the person behind was watching and then the fourth car was always the spotter car or somebody to do something wild. So if we saw the police or the state troopers on the side of the highway and then I got homeboys who are truck drivers. So when they're out, you know, they got the times when they're out doing the fucking, the DPS stops when they're hitting the truckers and they're on the highway super stuff. I mean, super tough pulling truck drivers over. So I got homies that are truck drivers that are just local in the state of Texas and I fucking got a goddamn, at that time, I had like a walkie-talkie that did like the CB shit and it was a police scanner. So we'd be riding and I'd be fucking talking to my homeboys. I'd be like, "Hey, did it this and did it that?" And they would just keep me updated on what was going on. So we had it coordinated pretty well the times that we did it. I just didn't really like doing it. - Did you ever have to do something crazy to the fourth car ever have to, you know, get in a accident or speed or anything? You know this how it cops? - No, we were usually, nothing, nothing ever crazy. I mean, we had a couple times where cops might have got on us, but we always used different cars. They were always legit. Nobody was ever high. The car never smelled like weed. Everybody was dressed properly and looked clean-cut and on point like anything to, oh. Like make the stigma or whatever the profiling factor go down, that's what we did. That's what we did. And like I told you, we create LLCs, bro. So we might make it look like a hauling company or a construction company or something like that. Like we always did something to make it look professional. I mean, my homeboy was buying cars from the auction all the time. So I don't know if you've seen this in Texas, you'll see a lot of Hispanics like traveling with them, they'll be telling the cars, they'll have the two little fucking like the lights flashing on them or whatever haul in the car. Maybe taking it from Mexico to somewhere, I don't know where they're going with the fucking cars, but we would do shit like that. We would do, we would, we would, you know, we'd get out like that, bro. I mean, I had a homeboy, he don't do it anymore, who was a hot shot and he ran a hot shot company. We'll fucking put the car up on his hot shot and fucking pump that hoe somewhere else in the state. And the method you sold, not just transported, where were most of your dealers getting the work off to? And like in what little towns in Texas were the fastest? Shhh. So I mean, just say like you're in temple. And temple's not a big town. I mean, I think it's like got like 180,000 people in an hour. Some should still not big, a temple pumps, temple pumps hard. But then you got the little towns outside a temple like Belton, Belton's a smaller town. Belton pumps hard, you got Moody Academy Moffit. The little towns between temple Troy, fucking going to Waco, the little towns all in between there. These little fucking country ass towns that fucking going out to camera and camera and pumps. There's a fucking town and Roger, Roger's these towns, these little ass, nothing ass towns that you drive through and the cops sitting at the gas station waiting to catch you in a speed trap type shit. Almost everybody in that town's on dope, almost all of them. And I'm not even talking about regular people. I'm talking about the law enforcement too. Everybody was at that time was affected by it. And those little towns you're talking about. Bro, I had a lick. I even kept when I was when I was up in the up like getting weight. and kept this person on my team, an older individual, never been busted, never, I don't even know if that person's ever out of speeding ticket. Has older friends in the community in these small towns, I would give this person a fucking bird broke down in nothing but eight balls. I would personally weigh it up for this person 'cause they didn't want to weigh it. And like I told you, back then you could sell it point for point, you could sell it $10 a point. This motherfucker was selling people balls for $3.30, $3.25, a whole bird broke down and this person, this out they would pay me 'cause they were old school. They would pay me per ball and set a looking for a wholesale price and they pitched it to me. They're like, "Hey, can you give me 40 balls?" I'm like, "What?" And they're like, "40, can you give me 40 balls?" And I'm like, "You want a 48 balls?" And they're like, "Yeah." And I'm thinking, "Why are you anxious?" I'm asking me, for what, I mean, what are the eight zips or 10 zips or some, should I forget? Well, there's like eight balls in a fucking ounce. So it's like, what, what, eight times? Well, that's five zips, eight times five is 40. So I'm thinking, "Why are you asking for fucking, you know, a QP or some shit?" Like, "What are you doing?" But I didn't say nothing. Just, I was just, I just wanted to see like what they would say. And I knew this person for an extra, since I was a child. And so fucking, I took it to him and that's just, and when they re up, they'd be like, "Can I get 60 balls?" Like, that's what they wanted. And I, once I'm always about to slip up and just be like, "You know, you could get this for that, but I'm thinking, man, I'm eating too hard on this motherfucker when they do it like this." So I, you know, I always kept that person, I always kept something aside for that individual, like my whole career until I got out of the game. And how fast could he move 40 eight balls? - Dog, sometimes it'd be like a day or two days and call me and re up. And we just haven't, with these little ass fucking towns, these little towns that's everybody was fucking on it. - And what do you think was behind that? What sociological factors were behind that? You know, we know that the small town, rural American opioid epidemic, began with blue collar people, maybe heard on the job, getting pills, pushed to them by the big pharmaceutical companies, right? And then they got hooked on oxys, heroin, et cetera. Well, as a stimulant, what do you think, what do you think the small towns were going through to make them want that stimulant? - I don't honestly know, bro, because I think it was like big in the micro community, because they, so I know a little bit about the history about like the myth. So you remember eight off Hitler, he got his guys on methamphetamines. So the guy that created mustard gas, he was the same guy, if I'm not mistaken, the guy that created mustard gas, I can't remember his name, you can look them up. He's the same guy that created anhydrous ammonia. And anhydrous ammonia is the reason why we can mass, produce crops now. So out on the fucking farmlands, you'll see these big ass fucking tanks out there. That's anhydrous. All the fuckers would go out there and tap into that line and steal that anhydrous. And if I think of that, if I'm not mistaken, if that gas hit your arm, it could like freeze it off. And like freeze it and it would be like no good or some shit that part of your limb. So these fools would make that anhydrous and they would call that shit Nazi dope. That's what people would call a Nazi dope because of eight off Hitler. And I think the Japanese were doing that shit too, the Kamikaze soldiers. So anyways, but the Annie, that was the nickname, the Annie, there was only certain ways you could do it. That was more like people banging it. But then when you look at those meth pictures from back in the game, and you see the people with the missing teeth and the sores, that's what that shit did to you. Where when that ice roll through, it didn't have like those physical effects like that. It took a long time for a motherfucker like if they were a picker or some shit on the ice, and the ice you can eat it, you can fucking put it in your coffee, you can smoke it, you can snort it as more ways to do it now than with the Annie or the red phosphorous dope, you couldn't do it like that. Like that got this dope called red phosphorous. I saw it only one time. It looked like it was white. It looked like it was kind of like sugar. And that's the same thing. I think you could only like smoke that and bang that. I don't know if you could snort it. I don't know, I've only saw it one time. But the Annie, you could only do it a couple of ways where ice made it more accessible, and then it had their residual physical effects. And then you got some guy working long hours. He just puts a little bit in his coffee or his soda and whatever and drinks it. He puts just a little small shard in there. And now he's got an extra eight to 12 hours in him. The pop is annex and go to sleep, wake up and do it again and keep it moving. They can get more done on it. And so I think that's what it was. I think it was just, that's just what I think. I don't know. But I know for sure when I came home from prison, everybody was on it. My homeboys, mamas were on it. Like do rich kids that I knew, their people were on the shit. 'Cause next thing you know, I'm coming over here to hit a lick. This one I'm kind of getting up there. I'm coming over to hit a lick. And next thing you know, I see a dude I know, his motherfucking mom's over there. She's coming over there. Hey Tim, well, I'm like the fuck? Like you're on this shit. My ex-girlfriend, her mom's on the shit. I go to see her 'cause she got pregnant by some dude. She just comes in. I didn't even know she knew I'd dealt. Tim, you got in the ice. And I looked at her and I'm like, this is a rich ass woman out in Morgan's Point, Texas. This little ass town called Morgan's Point. It's filled with, was filled with clear smokers. All these rich ass white folks that you wouldn't even fucking think. I knew a dude out there that would go to Houston. He raced Greyhounds. This motherfucker would flip to real estate and raced Greyhounds at the Greyhound track in Houston if it's still there. This dude fucking smoked, did that shit, dealt that shit to all his construction homies. And like you couldn't really tell. Like they just were able to hide it. So I just, I think that's what it was. And it's also kind of like a party drug. Like the bitches get on it and they get horny and they be having crazy ass sex on it. This is what I've been told. I don't know. I didn't ever fuck with it. So I couldn't tell you what it was like. I know I asked some of my licks that I was cool with. I would ask them. I'd be like, what would you think about it? And they'd be like, they'll try it. I'm like, nah, I'm not saying I'll try, but what would you think they were like? It would make you anti-social. So like me, even though I'm anti-social, like I just don't talk to anybody, but I will talk to anybody. Like I can just talk to people easy. I remember my licks, she was telling me, she was like, somebody like you, it would make you like some people that get on it, it opens them up and it makes them all lively and happy. And I think it kind of does the same thing that like MDMA does. I think it opens, like does that dopamine or what it opens it up so to make people, you'll see people come alive on it where they might be more anti-social, depressed type of people where somebody like me, who's high energy, she said it would make me like a sheld off person where I wouldn't want to talk to anybody. Which, I'll go ahead. - It's like cocaine. - Yeah, cause coke, cause I've done coke before. Coke makes me move like whenever, the couple of times I did coke, I didn't really want people talking to me. Like, man, you ruined my life. Oh, shut the fuck up. You know how people like do coke and they're just like, take it, take it, take it. I'm like, man, shut your bitch ass up. I'm full, I'm over here fucking zoned out right now, fool. - So you say rich towns were on it too. That's pretty amazing. You were telling me about a real estate agent that you know that I think still actively does this. All they do is search for stash houses. Can you talk about that? - I mean, I don't know anymore. I mean, I don't talk to him anymore. I mean, I'm sure he's still out there. I'm not for sure. I've never heard about him getting caught or whatever, but that's what he did. Yeah, he fucking got houses in nice areas and they were just like stash houses. It was front houses. Nobody lived in them. That was his job, I guess. That's per se, that's what he did. - Well, I just find the corruption fascinating of white collar people, you know? - I mean, that's the motherfuckers that got it going on, man. They're the ones that got the, they're the ones that got the connects. They got the, they got the car to steal. They got the car to do what they want to do. So, you know, they can make it happen like that. - How was your connect getting it across the border? Do you have any idea? - I didn't ever ask him. I didn't ever ask him. He didn't ever tell me. Oh, the one thing I actually honestly just like personally asked him was like, did he have an exit plan? Did he feel like he was ever gonna go to jail? He just started laughing at Abbey's and I ain't ever going to jail. I'll find out before anything even comes my way that I, and I'll just go to Mexico. And he just told me he couldn't get out. And he said, when you reach the level that I reach, you can't get out. So it is what it is. - So you say you went into a garage of a stash house of his, how many pounds or how many kilos of meth were in there? - I don't know if it was all meth or if it was mething coke or whatever. what everything, what everything was, but I can tell you, I mean, I wasn't the only room that we went in. It was in a living room, it was in other rooms, there was, I guess I had to be telling this dog. Now you're talking about just straight up fucking like, wrapped up, some of it was wrapped perfect like squares, some of it was big blocks, and then the other shit, a lot of it was like wrapped up, like I told you, like it looked like a turkey, like oblong, shape, fucking, just like a fucked up basketball, lumped up basketball, that was fucking dope, all dope. - So you had people all over the country, he had many Tim Gray simers in different states. - Yeah, for sure, hell yeah. I mean, there's, there's, yeah, I wasn't shit. I mean, I made some bread dogs, so I guess I was something, I touched some real money, I had some real money, I fucked off a lot of money, and I lived a cool life for a little while, you know, but there's definitely people like me and doing it bigger than I did it, and they're never gonna see a day in jail. I got homies on the streets now that are out of the game, fucking chilling and low key, and they never, they've never been caught, and they did it right, they stacked their money and got out the way, and they just sit back and fucking talk about shit and laugh about shit and get out the way, and they did the game right. I think that era dude, that fucking, that 2000, that 2000, to fucking 2010 era plus with the 90s or whatever in 80s, and you obviously have the 70s shit, but I'm just telling you like that 2000 era to 2010, 'cause when I came home, man, when I'm telling you, even after that it was still gravy, but like, that more fucking '07 to 2010 era, in that part, and where I say that in Texas, mother fuckers was eating dog. Like you remember the popcorn weed I was telling you about, like the shit that we called the baby dro, I didn't get to get to tell you, get to too much of that shit. So my home boy, the plug I met that gave me those bricks, that followed me and I told you he was following the truck, they had got this blueberry, blueberry drops from the smoke shop. I don't know if you put it on tobacco or what you put it on, but they took it and they put some drops in a spray bottle and water and shook it up, and they were spraying the bud and shaking it up and making it smell like blueberries. And when you smoked it, it tasted like blueberries, but not like super strong. And before dro was popping here, you couldn't get dro like that. We were going all the way to fucking San Marcus and getting dro off a mother fucker that went to Texas state. And we were paying like 650 a zip, 450 a zip for fucking like lemon kush, cat piss, fucking this brand called cat piss, strawberry blonde, grape ape, I think does that what it was, grape ape or grape ape, fucking purple haze, AK 47, but this is the real shit. It ain't like now these motherfuckers just get some weed and they call it fucking AK 47. And it's probably this is the real fucking deal. We were smoking shit that rappers were talking about dog. I was drinking fucking ace of spade champagne that Rick Ross was talking about. We were down here in Austin Thursday, Friday and Saturday popping fucking bottles going to VIP, my homeboy Cody dog, who's a DJ now. He like had this like VIP and entertainment, fuck, but anyways, we were since drove wasn't big, they were spraying the bud with that blueberry shit and calling it blueberry fucking kind bud and were making a fucking killing off of that bitch ass shit. Dude's were thinking they were really smoking some drove and all they were smoking was some high grade swag, paying like 25 a gram for this shit. (laughs) I lying and then he fucked up telling some dude what he did and then that dude basically fucked the game up and everybody knew what was going on but they were making a killing off that fucking bud. And you know, I didn't sell bud at that time but I'd put my homeboy on with him and he was just fucking fronting him, fucking tin bricks, fucking 20 bricks out of time. He's just the same thing. Blueberry Joe selling it for fucking what, 25 a gram, fucking like $60, $70 or eighths. Like he was a bust down weed dealer but you know, they were making a killing off that bitch ass shit. Well, you eventually started making a killing off the bud later on with your uncle in Ohio. Yeah. And were you using your same meth connect from Arizona? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, I just called him and hit him from a, hit him from a burner phone, called him up and while I reached out to home girl and I was like, "Hey, I need to call him." She says she's like, "You're on the, you're fronting on the run." I'm like, "Yeah, I'm like, I tell him I need to holler at him." So she's like, "Yeah." And 'cause when I got up there, I didn't have a laptop and then like, like I could have got one, I could have got one, I had money but at the same time, like they weren't always in the chat room. Like there were certain things, there were certain ways we communicated that I just don't, I'm not gonna talk about but. So I wasn't like, I can just jump on and find them. Like there were, they were always switching things up, bro. It wasn't like consistent. Like it was always a switch up. And I think why he did that is 'cause he was on in America. Like all here guys, the stories where they're like dealing with somebody in Mexico and they're like always communicating the same way that I think they did it like that because they were, those guys were in Mexico 'cause they played by different rules but this dude is in the States. So he's always switching things up like every fucking week. Like he's always switching things up. He might shoot somebody to my spot and knock on the motherfucking door and they burn off like a knock and drop, you know what I'm saying? And then all of a sudden it's a fucking of cell phone and a fucking FedEx package or some shit. And I fucking, there's a number in there and then I call him and he's like, hey fool, blah, blah, blah, my bet. And then I just get rid of the phone and then I know the new way to get on the fucking onion website and talk to him. So sometimes I couldn't even get ahold of him and I had to wait for him to get ahold of me. So I might be out of work and I got this motherfucker's money and I'm sitting here but I can't get ahold of him and I might hit home girl and be like, hey, can you hit him up and have him holler at me and she's like, I can't get ahold of him right now. She's like, he'll get ahold of you and then you know, it might be, it was usually no more than three, four days and then he would get ahold of me. I knew somebody is gonna come by and so just be sitting around waiting for him to get ahold of me. So he was always switching the routine up all the time. So it wasn't steady. So when I got up there, I had to reach out to her and I gave her the number to the burner fun. I was like, I've never used it. It's on, tell him to call me. And soon as we got on the phone, he told me where to get ahold of him at and then we're talking and I told him I was on the run. He said, I already know. And I was like, hey, look, this is what's going on up here. Because when I got up there from what I knew in that game, the clear game, the only people that were fucking with it was the Asians and the bikers. It was big in those communities. But like I told you, the clear game is a very secretive game. And it's not like an open air market like Coke. Like he ain't gonna go out to the bar. You know, if you go out to the bar and hang out at the bar, you can kind of look around. You can see people going to the bathroom. You know they're doing Coke. You might see the little drip in their nose. Clear ain't like that. Like you ain't just gonna be chopping up with somebody and be like, hey, what's up? You wanna hear some ice? Like it ain't like Coke. Coke is kind of like a party drug. Like that's an underground game. I believe it's still like that today. More people might be accepted in it as far as like blacks and shit like that. But it's still a game where people, 'cause it makes people paranoid, especially if they stay up three, four days, they start seeing shadow people and fucking tweaking the fuck out, looking fucking crazy 'cause they haven't had fucking sleep and fucking five, six, seven days, they start seeing shit. So it's still a secretive game, but my uncle with the bud, so I just made the contact and I'm like, can we switch over to this? And he was like, yeah. And then we just switched over to that. He asked me what I could do. I was like, let me talk, like I told you, I'm very honest. So I was like, let me talk to my uncle. Can you just give me a number so I can start walking some things out? And but when I, the only difference was when I talked to him about that game, he put a minimum buy that I had to be able to move. So I had to be able to move 100 or more to even fuck with him on that game. With the clear, doing the 10, 15 bricks, 'cause when I talked to him, he's like, what can you move? And I was like, well, I can't know I can move 15 with no problem. And he's like, okay, but with the bud, he was like, you got to do 100 or better. So that was a stipulation with that. That's so I can say that for sure with him. With him, there was a minimum buy. But I think you got up to like a thousand. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I got up to a thousand, extremely fast. I was trying to go even harder with it. But my uncle was cock-blocking the whole time. He never let me meet his people. So he was cock-blocking the whole time in the situation, to not even, even when I put some of his people on with the connect, he still cock-blocked me in that situation. Like he still made it to where, but I wanted to appease him 'cause I didn't want him to cut my water off 'cause I was meeting people 'cause I was doing music. So I was meeting people and making my own, making some moves with people, but they weren't buying mass quantity like the people he knew. Like the people he knew, they were getting it in, dog. They were doing 50, 75, 100, 200, they were buying. I had a couple guys buying five, 10, like nothing major. So I needed him. So as much as, you know, he, we even had a fallout, bro. And I fucking beat him up and I knocked him out. I knocked him out. Like the week I got arrested 'cause he was just, he was just playing me dog. Like he would, I'm like bro, get the fuck out of my way. Like I need, like I'd like, and I even told him, like bro, I'll pay you this much money off of every drop. Just give me your fucking people fool. 'Cause you're fucking bullshit and dog. Are you over here running around with these girls and shit and fucking not answering the fucking phone? Like come on dog, like let's get this paper. I know it's out, like it just, it was too much. And then I was trying to do the music thing. So I was investing a lot of money in my music. You know, I'm paying, doing this, paying, doing that, doing this, I'm starting to open up for artists. I opened up for like twist, and shit like that. So like I'm making moves, doing shit, and fucking. So I'm investing a lot of my career trying to, 'cause I'm my whole time I'm thinking, if I blow up in this rap game, if I can get home with this rap game, then I can go turn myself in. If I can catch me a dope ass contract, the company's gonna keep them from putting me back in prison. Because all I did was just stop reporting. So I haven't caught a new fucking charge. So I'm thinking in my mind, if I can land a dope ass contract, I won't go to jail, and now I can get the fuck out the game, and I don't have to fucking hustle anymore. So I'm like, bro, you're in my fucking way, fool. Like get the fuck out of the way. Like you're in the way. Like I'm trying to make these fucking moves. And you know, I just, I wound up stealing off on 'em. You know, and you know, we tussered a little bit, and then I called over to a couple of shots, and I slept his ass. And then after that, I thought our situation was gonna be fucked up, and it was fucked up, 'cause even though I apologize to him, he's like, we're just keeping his strictly business. Like, when you call me, I mean, when I call you, do it like this, do it like that, and then that's it. And he's like, otherwise, he's like, if I wasn't making the money, I was making. I wouldn't even deal with you anymore. How much were you guys making off a thousand pounds? And well, we were getting 'em button. When we reached a thousand, 'cause we were rotating so quick, like, 'cause we could just, the houses, like where we could go get 'em, like all I do is send a message and we could just go and pick it up. So dude, sometimes we were moving a thousand, like every couple of days, dog, like that's how fast we were turning and burning on 'em joints, and we were letting 'em go. So he was giving to me for a thousand, and then I had told my uncle, I would give him to him for 25, and then he was trying to move him for 35, and I was like, nah, I'd just move him for three. And then he was doing 32. So then eventually I gave him to him for 2000, and I told him to let him go for like 28, and I was like, I'm making a thousand, you're making 800, that is a good money. Like, that's good money, so you're thinking, if he, like, I'm making a thousand off a thousand, well, that's a hundred thousand dollars. That's a hundred thousand dollars every couple of days. I'm not lying to you, dog, every couple of fucking days. - And your connect would already, he would send them to you and have them-- - No, they already got that shit there, like the people that he fuck with, they run the Midwest, or did at that time, I don't know, they're all up there. So everything was already there, whatever I wanted to touch was there. - And this was in Columbus? - This is in Columbus, yeah. - And these were Mexicans at these stash houses? - Yeah, and Mexicans at the stash houses. The up, and dude, we getting them in spring, doing it in Springfield, Dayton, like it wasn't just Columbus that was getting mud from us. Like, my uncle knows a lot of people, bro. Like he grew up in the game. Like his nickname is white chocolate. Like, this fool is what he, he knows a lot of motherfuckers. - Is he kind of like you? Does he kind of have that wigger picture in them? - Yeah, fuck yeah, and he's like, you're hyped. They call him white chocolate. That's what they call him. - Wow. - And he grew up with some people who are like, pretty, I won't say who they are, 'cause then it'll kind of maybe put something close to him. I know he's not in the game no more, but he's never been busted. And I know he got out the way and stuff like that. So I ain't trying to push too much, anything towards him if there's certain type of people that watch this show. But he grew up with some people that are pretty well known like in the industry. 'Cause he even put me on music connects. Like he introduced me to some people that were like even helping me with my career to get on. - Bone thugs in Harvey. (laughing) So your connect, your Mexican connect was so plugged in. If you wanted to switch up communication from Arizona, he would send a courier with a FedEx package to you in Ohio. He would find wherever you were staying and just send you a FedEx package with a burner phone. - Yeah, just say it could be FedEx. It could be FedEx. Like say, I couldn't get a hold of them. Like I might jump on the onion, 'cause that's what we called it. I might jump on the onion to holler at him and that site is gone. So I'm like, I can't communicate with them 'cause he didn't want to talk my phone. He didn't never keep phones like that. So I can't call them. So I'm like, fuck, the site's down. And he's not the chat site's down. That communication is gone. So I'm like, fuck, so I don't know what to do. So next thing you know, say somebody comes by, it could be FedEx, whatever it could be UPS. And sometimes it was the post office. Sometimes there was a time when somebody just came and fucking knocked on the door and fucking there was a little mailbox at the house. And this is what's weird because I wasn't even at my house. I was at my partner's house. So obviously he had tabs on me because when fucking I came out, they knocked on the door and then I was like, and it wouldn't be a loud knock like a do, do, do, like a police knock. It would just be like a, and we're always like jamming or my homies are playing the game or some shit. And we're sitting in there and I was like, "Well, fuck, you all hear that shit?" And they're like, "What?" And maybe they do it a couple times because they're watching. So then I remember when I came out, I opened the, like, I look out the people, nobody's there. And then I fucking opened up the fucking door and I'm looking and I come out and I was like, the fuck and I saw my mind all those shoots that it's gotta be him. And then the little mailbox that was in the air next to the door was flipped up. And I was like, that's weird. And then I just like put my hand in there and there was a phone in there with the number on the phone. - So you think he had somebody tracking you, like just following you, making sure that you weren't working with the cops? - Probably, yeah, because especially when I, especially for sure when I got back on my K, yeah, yeah, he was for sure probably watching me. He had to be watching me just from that incident. He had to know something. He had to know, he had to know something. 'Cause even sometimes I mean his cousin would hook up 'cause we were like fuck buddies. When we had hook up and shit, oh. - This is a woman. - Yeah, she's a female. She would ask me some questions, stuff like that, maybe like trying to get answers out of me and stuff. And I would look at her and I'd be like, and she would always wait until I was fucked up. And I would be like, I mean, what do you think I'm a fucking large, like I was like, come on, bro, I was like, I'm build different dog. Like, I used to be like, I'm build four tough. Like, I ain't nobody doing no stupid ass shit like that. Fool like, and shit like laugh it off and stuff, so like. - So you don't think this guy, your connect was also working with the feds? - I mean, he obviously had to be working with some type of law enforcement because he said he would never get busted. He said he would know if the fucking, like if the feds were on him. He would know. What part of Arizona was he based in? Can you give me the general? - I ain't go, I'll tell you that off camera. - Was it the Phoenix area? - No, no, I mean, I flew into Phoenix, but it was not that area. He, I never hung out with him there. I flew into there, but I didn't hang, he wasn't in, he wasn't, I know the area he was based out of, but we didn't hang out there. I mean, when we went to a strip club there one time, he also took me up into Scottsdale, and we hung out in Scottsdale for a weekend. But, you know, I know the area that he based everything out of, I know that area, I was there in that area with him several times. I'll tell you though, off camera. - Yes. I just find it fascinating 'cause it is like the show with Jason Bayman, where they're in the family is worker for the cartel, but they seem like the perfect white family, but they're laundering money for the cartel. I mean, that's pretty true to life. You know, there's a lot of corrupt people that might not necessarily be touching the drugs, but I'm playing at country club, playing golf at country clubs, and you know, running so-called legitimate accounting firms, law firms. I can tell you that everybody that I've fucked with with him and that we party with at the strip club, the white dudes in Mexicans that were around him. Every single one of them were college graduates. You're talking about, I'm talking about alumni. White collar Mexicans, white collar white kids. They didn't fuck with blacks at all. He didn't do business with blacks. He made that very clear that he didn't do business with them. They didn't associate with them. I'm not saying that. I don't know if that was how they were. He didn't do business with them. He said it in like the way they did business. And everybody that I met in his circle when we went out and partied VIP and did stuff like that when I went up there. Every single one of them were college graduates, either from Arizona or California. That's where they went to school that. U.S. citizens. Yeah. All involved in his organization stuff. All involved in what he was doing. Yeah. Bankers, real estate guys, clean cut guys that were stupid fucking cool. That you wouldn't even think were. It was like they were frat guys that were just having a good time. Like that's just how it was. And to this day, you have no knowledge of him catching a case of big indictment or anything like that. No. No, I don't know. No, I don't know. I, uh, no. Yeah, I don't think that he's caught. And that dude had issue of functioning like a well oil machine. Then he wasn't a drug addict. Fuck no. Like they would have coke out like we had go out and like they would have coke out in his home. He's might with his some powder and party with some powder or like they had pure Molly. They had pure fucking Molly dog. And I remember I took some Molly with them before 'cause like when when I got came home from prison, the exos back in like the '07 era, '06 that era that they were fucking good. Like one being would fucking make you roll and then they got trash almost died on the motherfuckers. And, um, that I remember and it scared me and I stopped taking them. Then I remember Molly came out and started becoming a thing around like clean and all that shit central Texas temple. And I took some Molly and it was like, I don't know if you ever took exos before, but like you'll get like so high. And then there's a there's a part of it where they call it the peak. And that's where you're just like, like you're like fucking on a dog. Like you're like, oh, likes like that. Like that Molly just like gave you the itch. Like you were like, I mean I'm going anywhere. Like I ain't lifted off yet. Like I'm ready for the lift off and it never happened. And I'd only seen it a couple of times. And I want to say it was like the Molly that I had got was like a, like a dark orange dark green color and it was already in like capsules. You know, you can buy like them capsules already and just like put the shit in there. But when I went out there, these fools had Molly. That was like a beige color and it looked rocked up. And he fucking broke it up and I was like, what is that shit? And he was like, he's like, his Molly fool. You want to fuck with it? And I was like, man, I don't know. I tried that she was trash. And then I told him like about the exo story where I almost died. And he's like, bro, this is, this is the real shit. So they had a dude, this is what they told me. The dude was a chemical engineer slash botanist or some shit going. He was active in college and he was making the Molly. And he was serving it to the frat, all the frat. He had the whole like, frat shit on lock. So like they crushed it there like probably promise you you ain't going to like do it. It's good. You're going to you're going to they're like, but this shit is you're going to go hard. And they were like, it's a dig team. So fucking I snorted some. I remember that shit started hitting me. I had to go to the restroom and take a dump. And then man, I came out when that shit fucking hit my ass. I fucking felt like my soul was all the way out here, dog. I was just like, fuck dude, I was I chewed up a piece of gum so much that when I went to the bathroom and I tried to spit it out. And I my the my facial hair was lowered like I just take clippers like the raw clipper and just like so I just had like stubble. And I spit out the gum and it was so grainy and fucked up like it like got stuck to my face and it hit my face and I try to pull it off and it smeared across my face. I'm in the mirror like this like a fucking dope feeling in the mirror trying to get gum off my face. Fucking dog. Yeah, that that shit was fucking insane that Molly. But I never saw that dude do any coke. He never smoked no weed, never took no Molly. He barely even drank like he'd get a beer and nurse it nurse on it bullshit with it. So he was thorough as they come. Yeah. Yeah. He was stupid, cool. And on your guys' end, even though you got some family issues beating up your uncle crazy son of a bitch, you guys never caught a case either. No. Betribute that to look, I mean, obviously some skill, but look too, I mean. But like, man, I think if I were to like pulled up like maybe the temple and then tried what I did in Columbus, I probably would have maybe got him the fuck up. But Columbus is big and there's a lot of motherfuckers out there playing heavy. And they work in crews out there. So it's a little bit different trying to you got to break in to try to get somebody get the guy who's making it happen and stuff like that. It's kind of like some East Coast shit. How you got one big guy distributing into the small guys and they're all out there and eight. Everything is bust down. They bust everything down. And then you can't even get drugs off them like because I remember when I visited New York several times, I had got some coke of there and like the guy took my money and disappeared with my money. Then I don't know what happened after that. And then next thing I know, I guess he got a signal because he's like, Hey, your coke's over there and the fucking the payphone deal and I was like the fuck and I went over there because they used to come in the bar and I met him in the bar, but I never he never did a hand-to-hand transaction with me. So it was like something like Ohio is something like that where they get dope and then they'll distribute it to crews and they got street guys out there making shit happen. Like you would go on into the east side of Columbus, bro, off a Roosevelt. And I'll guarantee you it's still like this to this day and you fucking see dudes out there pimping bitches, dope fiend bitches on fucking, well back then it was like per 30s and shit, young thug motherfuckers standing right there. You'll see marked cars and unmarked cars watched them the whole time and they're just doing it wide open, open air hand-to-hand transactions and shit like that. And the cops are just letting it operate, letting it go down until somebody shoots somebody or something like that. And then they'll try to get up to the guy who's pumping. So it's different, it's a different way to do things out there. It's not easy to catch the guy who's holding the weight like per se in Texas where they don't operate like that here. So Columbus is almost like Baltimore in that sense. Yeah. Yeah, exactly. It's the, you know, that whole Midwest thing, they do it totally different out there. So your uncle was given 20, 30, 40, 50 pounds to a guy that was running a crew. And it's not like another cover can go by weight off that crew. Yeah. They're strictly there to stretch every dollar out of every gram. I'm sure that was some of them because I didn't meet them all. But I know I didn't like, was kind of, I didn't like, I met them, but we didn't really talk. But like one of the guys who I met several times because we would link up at the bar, whatever in talk. That guy was a rich ass white dude and he just knew a bunch of rich ass motherfuckers that got high. I guess because he damn sure wasn't a street guy. But that fool was buying a hundred out of time, a hundred pounds a week. Yeah. He was buying a hundred out of time every fucking time. And we saw him sometimes twice a week. But he would let me meet him because that was his childhood friend. So he already knew there was no way I can maybe on the side, hey, fool come fuck with me. I'm the one that really got it. You know, I wouldn't have did them like that anyways, but he was worried about something like that happening. But that's why I got to meet that guy because that was his childhood friend and he trusted him. But he was a no street guy. I'm sure he was dealing with street guys that did that because my uncle was from the streets. So he knew all types of motherfuckers. Yeah. To be getting off a thousand pounds a week every couple of days, you got to be dealing with you know, everybody from cruise of black guys taking it out of town, busting it down. I mean, he knew everybody. He was right guys. Yeah. We go to downtown Columbus to the short north and shit and go to the clubs. There's no fucking new motherfuckers that played for Ohio State. Fucking, I'm eating Ohio State football players, fucking more party and fucking VIP every spot we go into. They fucking know him like I'm going to frat parties. fucking dope ass, fucking frat parties in the short north on fucking the book I camp is fucking hanging out. Like he, dude, he, anybody who could get you in somewhere, he knew them. - Your uncle. - My uncle did, yeah. Anybody in them, when I would go out without him, they would see me and nobody called me Tim. They called me Frank. So like Frank, come here bro, Frank, what's up? Because of him, so I would get into all these spots or get treated really well because of him when I would go out. And I was always out because I was doing the music thing, so I was always trying to be out to push the music thing type shit. So that's why I was always out. That's why I was actually like flashy up there because I was like presenting myself as a music guy and I was trying to make the music shit happen. - So a thousand pounds of weed at a thousand bucks a pound, that's a hundred thousand dollars every two days. Are you guys just dropping the money back to the stash houses or are you sending it? - Yeah, yeah, at that time because he knew I was on the run. So he's like, I don't want you doing anything, you know, and it wasn't always a couple days. Like sometimes we might have just moved a thousand and like four or five days or whatever the case may be. But we usually did, it was usually turning twice a week. Like usually it was turning twice a week. And yeah, and I just ran the money to the spot or like you remember I was telling you about the bar, like the bar, like places where the like the chicks would come out and dance and stuff like that. He had me taking money there to those spots. - And they're Mexicans, are you meeting, right? - Yeah, yeah, yeah, the Mexicans. - And these are like Pysa, what back Mexicans? - Yeah, they are, but they're different. Like, I don't know if you noticed this, but like I lived in Cali for a few years when I was a kid and there was big Mexicans out there in Cali, like six foot tall Mexicans, wherein Texas, the Mexicans here are usually small and short. So like I was getting let in the back door at these spots of Mexicans, that spoke English, but they were like big motherfuckers like you, but like big like Bouncer type motherfuckers in suits and shit. And I just pulled up to the back, fucking, you know, they already knew I was coming, I knock on the back door and they had let me in, I'd go in the fucking back door, fucking hand him the money. We would say maybe a couple of words to each other, not too much of a conversation. And then the one guy that I got pretty cool with that, one of the spots, I was like, what's up, you want something to eat? And I'm like, yeah, fuck it. And though, and he just, hey, tell them in Spanish, I guess to take care of me. And the fucking, I ate and drank for free while I was there. I just took care of the person who was serving me and then I would just leave. Go right back out the back door. Did it blow your mind? Did you ever just take a minute to think when you just made $100,000 a day, two days? And just a couple of years ago, you were eating tacos with a guy on death row. Did you think about that? Yeah, I thought about that a lot. When I was in simple, when I was on the run in Ohio, I don't think I really thought too much about nothing except try to get as much money as I can, but at the same time, I was blowing money because I knew that it was short-lived. And then there was times I wanted to reach out to my lawyer and call him and be like, hey, man, can I come and turn myself in? There was a lot of mixed emotions. And then I was also having a lot of health problems. I was getting sick all the time. I was in and out of the hospital because my gall bladder had filled up with gallstones. So it stopped working. So it was actually like rotting inside my body. But because of the fucking opioid epidemic up there and everybody was on the opioids, one of my licks was a college student at Ohio State. And he was getting fucking like Tim Bricks off me a week, sometimes 15, but usually he stayed in the tin area, but he could get like coating pills. So I was taking these coating pills and they were helping me eat because I couldn't eat. I don't know if you remember last time when I told you, I couldn't eat for like weeks, I could take a one or two bites and I'd start getting extremely fucking nauseous. Even when I was trying to brush my teeth in the morning, I hated brushing my teeth 'cause I would always throw up like some like yellow film. It was like just like stomach acid. And so when he was hooking me up with the coating pills, I was, it was, 'cause even the weed wasn't helping me eat, but the coating pills for some reason were helping me be able to eat. So when I would go to the hospital to try to get seen, or to get seen, and they would throw my blood, they would see the fucking pills in my system. So they were thinking I was just some fucking drug addict trying to get pills, but I'm telling them, I don't want no fucking pills. I'm throwing up all the time. I take these pills because they're helping me fucking eat and I can't eat. So I was dealing with my health. I'm thinking I got cancer because even right before I got busted, the week I got busted, I was supposed to go to the Ohio State Cancer Research Center because they thought I had stomach cancer. But for months of me going to clinics and ERs and shit to try to get seen, they're just thinking I'm some fucking dope thing. Even though I don't look like a dope thing, I'm dressed nice, but I'm testing positive for fucking these pills. And I'm in stomach pain all the time. So like sometimes I would take like biker intends, like narcos to try to kill the pain. So they're thinking I'm a fucking drug addict. So a part of me is like, man, I'm probably gonna fucking die. Like I'm looking up the fucking survival rate of stomach cancer. Like dude, I can't even poof. Like it was so fucked up. And I'm even taking like laxatives 'cause I know like coding and like hydrocortone, like they'll make your stool. So I'm taking stool softeners. And there was me times I'm sitting on the fucking toilet bro trying to push out poop. And I'm like doing these like flexing things to try to get poop out. And dude, there's like blood coming out into the fucking toilet. And I'm seeing this blood. And then all of a sudden it feels like I'm shitting out a huge ass rock of fucking poop. And then it's just some one little old fucking turd. And I'm like, what the fuck? So my mind was even there where I was thinking that I was dying. So I'm like, I'm fucking dying. This word, this is where I was at. I was like, I'm fucking dying. Fucking I'm gonna spend this money. I'm gonna go buy this jewelry. Or I'm gonna go, I went on a fucking spree where I was fucking nothing but high end prostitutes because I was cool with the strobe club and they're bringing women from all over from Vegas or whatever. And obviously they're willing to sell for sex. I'm spending money buying chicks. Even if the chick won't sell, ain't trying to, I'd be like, I give you 10,000. You're gonna tell me you're gonna deny 10,000. So I'm a part of me. It's like I'm torn between two people. Like a part of me is trying to save money and I want to go turn myself in and get the fuck out the way and get out of this game. And then another part of me is like, fuck I'm sick all the fucking time. I'm throwing up. I can't fucking eat. I'm probably fucking dying. I'm gonna fucking die in fucking jail. Fucking I'm gonna live out the fuck I wanna live. So those emotions like I couldn't conquer those emotions. So I couldn't never stay focused. Even though I did save a nice bit of money, I was also blowing through fucking money like it was going out of style. Like literally blowing through fucking money. Just buying useless shit all the fucking time. I had so many goddamn pairs of fucking shoes. It was fucking crazy. Goddamn journeys. The store and fucking the mall journeys. Dude, I bought so many vans from them or the fuckers that they like gave me like a basically like a vendors deal. Basically like when they got new vans and they would wholesale me fucking vans. Like I was a vendor 'cause I was buying so many shoes from a pack sun did the same thing. I think was a pack sun. I was going in a pack sun buying fucking jeans and shit all the time these jeans called bullhead jeans. And it was like when they first started introducing like the skinny stretchy jeans. So they were kind of wide up here and they came down to like tighter than boot cup but they were stretchy. And they had like the young and the reckless t-shirts and all that shit, the diamond and code t-shirts. Dude, they were whole A we got a new we are winner our winner of where just came in. Well, and I would just go in there bro and fucking drop a bag with the motherfucker. I'll walk in with an Adidas bag, fucking $100, $200,000. Fucking and just be like, well, so fool. Let me fucking man, I'm buying all my homies clothes 'cause I had an entourage with me when we would go and pass out CDs and when I would go perform, I'd have a gang of motherfuckers with me and I took care of every single one of them. They all had money in their pocket. They all, 'cause I even had a team on the East side of young motherfuckers, my boy, I see Mike and them. Bro, they, I would give them bricks and they would bust down and sell it. And fucking dude, I took care of the motherfuckers. They all had jewelry and they were just straight up robbers dog. White boys, gangster motherfuckers, some GD cats. 'Cause in the Midwest, there's a whole, this is known, you can look this up from back in like that. I think the 60s is a all white GD set. So like there's like gang of white boys up there that are GDs and these white boys and there were some black dudes with them. They're all GDs on the East side and I was dropping off like five Tim bricks to them. Sometimes a little more and they were busting them down, selling them, doing their fucking thing and I kept them with me everywhere I went. So if I went and did shows and shit, we all piled up and they all came. They all dressed nice. If I went shopping, I'd take them with me 'cause I was also trying to present this larger than life image with the music thing. So I would take them out with me. Like I sent, I sent one of y'all the YouTube video where the dude was filming me and I was in my fucking Infinity G37S And we were riding around because they rode around Columbus with me and we were talking and I'm in the infinity G37S with the fucking cream seats. You know, I mean, that car right there, I think was like 56,000. I got that whole cash. I dropped cash on that. Oh, I mean, that's not a lot of money. But you know, for somebody on the run, you know, to get a car like that, because there's a lot of corruption in Ohio. So, you know, there's a lot of shady shit going off there where you can actually make a lot of crazy ass moves up there. But yeah, so I was blowing money crazy like also, what do you mean with the corruption? Well, because you know, the mob, bro, like the mob was up in Columbus, like tough in Ohio period, Cleveland, shit like that. Like that shit, that shit's still like that, bro. Like it's still like, it's very corrupt up there. Don't like it. There's a lot of corruption. No, you can, you can, you can, you can fucking make some shit happen for yourself up there. That's for sure. Like I, I, I'll say in Ohio, being a, being a crook pays. If you're playing the game right, you can definitely play the game right. They got enough stew heads to lock up. If you play the game right, you can stare on the streets and make you some nice bread and get the fuck out the way. That's fucking for real. And any Ohio players that watch this will say the same fucking thing because they got them up there.

Podcast Summary

Key Points:

  1. Tim Grishheimer was paroled from Texas prison in 2007 after seven years, during the peak of the crystal meth boom.
  2. He was connected to the Cinaloa cartel through a military friend’s cousin in Arizona, who introduced him to a cartel supplier in a high-level drug operation.
  3. The supplier provided pure, uncut crystal meth in massive quantities (up to 8,000 lbs per brick), which Tim sold in small Texas towns and rural areas.

  5. Tim operated at a middleman level, supplying dealers with varying prices based on demand and relationship, often making $1,000–$2,000 per deal.
  6. Dealers were often in small, rural towns where nearly everyone was on meth, including law enforcement, due to widespread addiction.
  7. Transactions were conducted through anonymous, encrypted communication (onion websites), with money routed through shell companies and multiple bank accounts to avoid detection.
  8. Tim avoided direct contact with buyers and never allowed any buyer to meet the cartel source, maintaining operational security.
  9. The cartel had a clear exit plan
  10. The meth trade was deeply embedded in rural American communities, fueled by stimulant demand from working-class populations and used as a party drug that heightened energy and sociability.
