Grab the Buzz Lightyear Brom 13s. - I found myself listening to more and more, Randy, you know what? - There's another Toy Story reference right there. - Ohio, where everything's a solid six. - All white two piece jumpsuit right here? - I mean, white goes with everything Travis and I just grasp it and it's strong. - That's the funniest thing ever. Are you guys have been sending, which one do we wanna start with, Trent? - Well, I think we wanna start with shooting your shot. - Shooting your shot, all right. We got a question from the New Heights subreddit. Let's take a look. - Okay, let's see it, see it. - What is the question? I'm not seeing a question here. - Travis, these shoes cool or not. - Travis is our resident decipherer of what is cool and what is not, I will say. - I don't know if that's not, I mean, I'll take it, but I don't know if that's smart. I do a lot of dumb shit that I just like to do because it's dumb. - Well, dumb is cool, Trent. - Yeah, well, depending on who's, it's all, what is it, subjective, objective, whatever it is. - You had a right, you had a right. - Nice, nice, nice. It depends on where you're wearing it, you know, what are you wearing it with, you know. How do you present yourself with it on? - Well, let's start here. Where would these be cool, what would these be cool to wear to? - I'm not huge on the straps, are these LeBron's? - They are, they are LeBron 13's. Does that make a difference into what, these are cool to wear to? - I'm typically on top of the Bron series. - You're a shoe guy. - I am a shoe guy. I collect bronze in Jordan, specifically, as well as Kobe's. - So many Kobe's? - Yeah, when he came over to the Nike side. - Yep. I don't think I've ever seen these. - What's interesting about these is, I'm usually into the neon colors, but it feels like these aren't like, it's like kind of like, showy, but it doesn't really feel-- - Are these Buzz Lightyears? - Is that a thing? - I mean, it's got the green and purple. - Yeah. - I think the Buzz Lightyear. Where would it be cool to wear these two straps? - I mean, they're basketball shoes. You can wear them to a basketball game, wear them on the court. I mean, the bronze are my favorite basketball shoes of all time. The 13's were probably, that's 2001, 2002. So he was back in Cleveland when these came out. - Yeah, he was back in Cleveland when these came out. So I am drowning right now in, what the fuck do we do with these? - Maybe let's start here. What would they not be cool to wear to? - It's all how you wear them. There's no like-- - You can't wear these to a funeral. Not cool, it's not gonna be-- - I mean, is it L-A-F-M-O's funeral? Like, who's not those funerals? - No, no, no. - Like, there's some, there's certain people that wouldn't mind the Bron 13 in this colorful way. I think they're cool one because their bronze, I think it's a very specific look that you have to put together to rock 'em though. If you're not gonna rock 'em on the court. - What are you wearing with 'em to pull it off? - To pull this off? MC Hammer pants? Parachute pants? It's just interesting choice. Interesting choice. You'd have to match it with like a parachute shirt, which is a nice baggy shirt. Parachute pants and like other kinds of shirts just don't really, you gotta have it tucked in, shows off the physique a little bit and then I probably wouldn't do that with these. - Where would you go? - I'm thinking jumpsuit. I'm thinking jumpsuit. - Jump suit? - Yeah, top bottle of two piece trap. - What color's the jumpsuit? - I guess you could mix it in with a little neon colorway, try and match it with this. I think if we go green and probably be a little too much, you can always go think a nice white and all white two piece jumpsuit right here. - I mean, white goes with everything Travis, now you're just grasping it straws. - Well, when you've got loud shoes, you can just kinda, you know, be more subtle. - Let him be the showstoppers. What about a Buzz Lightyear jumpsuit? - A nice gray, a nice gray, a gray's just go with everything as well. Gray and white. I mean, we're kinda playing it safe. When the shoes with this loud, you gotta, I'm more of a, yeah, you can't be too loud all over. - You can, and that's the thing is like if you're going, if you're going raving, you know, if you're going to go on a rave, if you're about to go to a festival, are these good rave shoes? - Typically when you're going to a rave, you're gonna be walking around. - Yep. - Basketball shoes are gonna give you good support. - Yep. - I'm sure when Brian came out with these shoes, he didn't think. - That's what he was thinking of. - He wasn't thinking he was gonna, get promoted to go to a rave. - A lot of people jump around a lot of raves, they're built for jumping. Could it change a direction? (laughing) Jason, you're using rave shoes, yeah. Yeah, if you're going to a rave, grab the Buzz Lightyear Brom 13s. - All right, let's get into some of these voicemails. New Ohio slogan, let's hear it. - Hi Jason and Travis, my name is Gray, and I'm from Tecgros County, Ohio, which is about 40 minutes south of Canton, and my question pertains to Ohio. If the state of Ohio was looking for a new slogan, what would you make it? Thank you. - Okay. Do you know Ohio's current slogan? (laughing) Let's start then. Let's what's Ohio's current slogan. - That's the funniest thing I've heard. - Do they still do state commercials? I remember growing up and always saying, you got to know Ohio's commercial. I don't remember, I just remember it feeling weird that they're promoting a state. Like it's something that you get like a consumer. Yeah, like it's like a, - This is where you want to be. - Yeah, this is where you want to be. West Virginia, they tried to sell me on West Virginia one time. They're not gonna lie, it's a beautiful landscape. They didn't really give me a reason to go there though. - Do you know what Missouri's is? I know what Missouri's slogan is. - No, tell me. - The show me state. - The show me state. Okay, okay, okay, I didn't know that. I heard that one before. - That's a great one. That's one of my favorite. - Show me state's a great one. Ohio slogan, I mean, rural coaster capital all the world. (laughing) - That's it, yeah, that's not much of a slogan though. - No, no. - Where home feels home. All right. I hope it feels home. (laughing) - Let's do this out of metal. We gotta give us a badge. What's Cleveland's? Cleveland, notorious, these have been known as a mistake on the lake and I think that's pretty fucked. - I mean, we've had a lot of mistakes, but to say we are just in general a mistake is a bit far, in my opinion. - We're once one of the wealthiest cities in the world. - So what are RiverCon on fire a few times? - Listen, it happens when you're producing that much steel, you've got all those rigs coming through. It happens, we're not the only one, right? - I don't, can't be. - Shout out to Rainy Newman, man. He made that into a beautiful song. - Randy is, I mean, I found myself listening to more and more racing. - Another Toy Story reference right there. - Ohio, a little something for everybody. (laughing) I feel like Ohio does have like a very big, like there's a big difference going from Northeast Ohio in Cleveland area to like Southwestern Ohio and Cincinnati, and the middle is just like farmland around, and then you got a big ass university in the middle of it. - Oh yeah. - We like to hold onto our history. - Ohio, where the beer loves you. (laughing) - That's a good one. Ohio, where everything's a solid six. (laughing) Ohio, we guarantee you'll never be too high or too low. (laughing) What's the biggest thing Ohio's known for, you think? - Probably at this point in Ohio State. - You know, Procter and Gamble in Cincinnati, like Ohio like Buckais is obviously - State emblem of the state, basically. - Yeah. - Ohio, when there's nothing quite good enough for people to reference, so they always just talk about how great Clevelanders are. (laughing) Whenever you say from Ohio, it's like, "Hey, everybody in Ohio is so nice." That's the only thing I ever hear about Ohio. - Did you guys know what the current slogan is? - Sure, what's the current slogan? - We were hoping you were gonna write it down. down the.
line there a little bit. Nice. The heart of it all. I like that. I think we don't need to come up with a new one at all. That's a great. Yeah. If I were trying to find a new one. My question is, what's the dumbest question you've ever been asked by a reporter, even though there's no dumb questions? And how do you deal with like personal questions from them? Nothing stands out to me. Do you have any question that stands out to you? I did. Yeah. Like, what are the keys to the game? Just generic questions. Just the most generic questions ever. I've been fortunate. I haven't been asked to wild the questions. I don't think. That's wild answers, but I don't think I've ever been asked a question where I was like, that's fucking dumb. I'm not answering that weird thing you believed as a kid. I like this one more. Let's hear it. Hey, Jason. Hey, Travis. It's the RCF from Johnson, the land of the forget to use your blanket. Anyway, my question is, what is the weirdest thing you believed as a kid? Thank you. Yeah, I didn't really get a lot of what she said at the beginning. I'm sorry, I didn't get your name or where you're from. That was hard to understand. Yeah, that's tough. Weirdest thing I believed as a kid. There's a couple. One was, I believe that there were sharks and swimming pools. I knew that was going to be it. I don't know why. I thought they could get in. You still feel it. I still like what I'm swimming and I'm not able to see underwater in the deep end. I still honestly am a little nervous. I don't know why. Like it. Like if like when I'm in a big lap pool and I'm swimming and I'm just there's all this water around me, I still have this like anxiety and I don't fully comprehend why. That's fucking gold man. Was it Thalas Afobia or something like that? I forget what it's called, but there's some type of fear that I definitely have when it comes to water. Yeah, I thought they could like somehow get through those like openings in the side of the pool or just like help me filter the water. I just doesn't make a lot of logical sense. That's definitely the weirdest. It's so crazy that it's like that though. Yeah, what's the weirdest thing you ever believed, Travis? I just believed my name was supposed to be Charles. That's probably when you were going to that. That's the only thing I can really like, I just believed I could tell people my name was Charles. And that was now my name. Yeah. And no, yes, not how that works. Like go to school and like have a government ID and like no, your name's Travis your parents name to Travis, not because you wanted your name to be something else. So there you go. It was quite a kick. It was a kick until I embarrassed my mom at a block party. That was a very funny moment. Yes. Alrighty, that wraps up another bonus episode of New Heights.
