The sermon centers on the concept of "ministering to the Lord" as the essential foundation for receiving spiritual gifts, hearing God’s voice, and living with divine authority. It teaches that true spiritual growth begins not with requests, but with worship, intimacy, and praise—practiced in daily prayer and devotion. The pattern of ministry is clearly defined: first, minister to God; then, to God’s people; finally, to the world. This sequence ensures spiritual maturity and divine empowerment. The speaker emphasizes that when believers fully engage in intimate prayer, surrendering personal needs and focusing on God’s glory, they open themselves to divine revelation and power. Biblical examples like Samuel, the disciples, and Esther illustrate how worship and obedience to God’s presence lead to transformation. The teaching highlights that the Holy Spirit enables believers to live with authority, especially through the "scepter" of divine access and power. The sermon concludes with a call to action: to prepare for prayer, embrace intimacy with God, and participate in future gatherings, especially the October 10 meet-and-greet, where spiritual growth and fellowship will deepen. Ultimately, the message is that the most powerful prayer is one of worship, where the believer rests in God’s presence and waits for Him to speak.
Holy Spirit, we welcome you to teachers. There is no better teacher than you.
Make us of quick understanding. Let the eyes of our understanding, the eyes of our hearts
be enlightened that we may know. Holy Spirit, may you come to every person's level and
help us understand the Word of God. Our hearts are prepared, crowns. Your Word is the seed
and Christ will be formed in us until we measure to the standard of the teacher of Jesus Christ.
We thank you. In Jesus' name, we pray, "Everybody shout big gay men."
Thank you very much. Now, we started with, for those who are not here, Acts chapter 13,
the topic is, if you're writing, hearing. We are going to be concluding tomorrow the voice
of God. Okay. And we said that we started with first Samuel, first Samuel chapter 3.
And the Bible introduces us to Samuel. The Bible says that he was ministering to the Lord
before Eli. Right? And we started focusing on this word ministering to the Lord. And we
saw that in Acts chapter 13 verse 2, the Bible says, "As they ministered to the Lord,
as they ministered to the Lord, the Holy Spirit spoke." Many of us have been looking and
asking God, "How can I hear your voice? I want to hear your voice. And one of the things
that I'm teaching you, it is not really a shortcut, but it is a principle. It is not
a shortcut. It is a principle, ministering to the Lord, ministering to the Lord." So the
Lord is already here. The Lord is already here. And he is here to teach us. He is here to
teach us. Now, my God, thank you, Holy Spirit. Thank you, Holy Spirit. We want to define the word ministering to the Lord. Very, very fast to save time. In fact, once we
learn this secret of ministering to the Lord, those who desire to speak in tongues will
speak in tongues. Okay? Let me show you an example of thank you, Holy Spirit. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, Holy Spirit. Acts chapter 2, Acts chapter 2. The Bible says this,
"I want you to see what happened on the day of Pentecost. And when the day of Pentecost
had fully come, they were all together in one place and suddenly a sound from heaven,
like that of a rushing mighty violent tempest blast. It filled the whole house. Let's go down."
The Bible says as these people are talking, the ones who had them speaking in tongues, right?
What did they say? What did they say? Uh-huh. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus.
The Bible says that when this sound was heard, the multitude came together and they
were astonished and bewildered because each one of them had them speaking in their own particular
dialect. And they asked themselves are these not Galileans? Then how is it that we hear in our own
particular dialect to which we were born? In verse 11, the Bible says what they were saying
while they were speaking in tongues. The Bible says we all hear them speaking in our own native
tongues and telling of the mighty works of God. So that means even the first mention
of speaking in tongues in the book of Acts chapter 2, they were ministering to the Lord.
In fact, one man of God is the defined ministering to the Lord as talking to God,
talking to God about God. This is funny. Talking to God about God, you are great.
You are worthy to be worshipped. Let me tell you, if you want to learn the secret of this ministering
to the Lord, the one person you need to study, somebody called David. One day, Kasirika,
to just get angry and say I'm going to learn the language of worship. When I teach worshipers,
I say that you're not a worshiper until you have your doctrine of worship. What I mean by that
is your own personal revelation of worship, read from Genesis Revelation and tell me what is the
one thing that God has revealed to you about worship. About this one man called David,
if you saw the way he praised God, the way he talked to God about God, it is as if God did not
know about himself. Have you ever had somebody praying? Have you ever had somebody praying and you
stop praying to listen to them praying? There is a man in, was it Catalonia? There is a man in
Catalonia. Catalonia is a prayer mountain here in Kenya. And this man was praying and we were there.
Guys, I'll be honest with you. He was thanking God about his wife. He went from the head to the toe,
thanking God for every part of the body that he had created. He told God, God, thank you. And
he was using Scripture. Lord, thank you for my wives. You know, the Bible says that let the young
person delight in the, let your husband delight in the breasts of your youth. You know that.
And he was so particular with God. Lord, thank you for those two amazing. And then he said, thank
you Lord for the backside. Thank you Lord for her face. Thank you Lord for her eyebrows. Thank you
Lord. Yeah, it was just thanking God for his wife. I learned how to thank God for my wife.
Just by listening to that man pray, it was an intimate prayer. You can hear somebody talking
to God and thanking God in a way that it sounds like you're entering somebody's bedroom while
they're having intimacy because in fact, prayer is intimacy. It is you being, it is the most
intimate part of your whole lifestyle, your prayer. This is why one of the reasons why many people
are not able, they feel, or they feel to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit in terms of talking
in tongues is because number one, number one, they do not minister to the Lord. One day I asked the
Lord, what were the disciples doing in their, in their upper room? What were the disciples doing
in their upper room? And the Lord gave me one or two things. He said number one, they were studying
scripture. They were studying scripture. What they did, in fact, the Bible says, and they give
themselves to the ministry of prayer and the study of the Word. The Lord told me that that was the
course of pentacles. As they were tearing, the one thing they were doing is that they were giving
themselves to the Word of God and giving themselves to prayer. And this prayer, majorly,
in was, the major ingredient of this prayer was ministering to the Lord. Once a has minister,
has, has, has, has reminded us that part of ministering to the Lord is looking away from
your troubles, looking away from and looking towards Christ. Looking away from and looking towards
Christ. Now, hey, my God, my God, are you seeing that the first reason why you are baptized in the
Holy Spirit is not actually to witness to men. If you look at Acts chapter 2, they did not start
by witnessing, they did not start by preaching to men. Peter did not first stand. First, the first
assignment, the first thing the Holy Spirit did when he moved headquarters from heaven to the
heart of man to the church is that he helped them minister to the Lord. He helped them minister to
the Lord. That is one of the most important things. This is why you must speak in tongues often.
As you are washing your tongues, those people who know me, I can just be in the vehicle and say,
I am washing your tongues. I am teaching Jai Karebalata because that is my language. At that moment,
I don't know what I am saying. But I am sure I can trust the Holy Spirit in
[BLANK_AUDIO]
i'la'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha'ha
'I have written books from that, I have taught someone from that, I have gotten English vocabulary for that.'
'Hey, my God, it is sweet, it is sweet.'
So, the pattern of Pentecost, the pattern of Pentecost, was this.
Number one, the assignment of the baptism of the Holy Spirit was ministering to God, ministering to God.
Then, after this, the next was ministering to the saints, ministering to God's people.
Then, the third assignment was now ministering to the world.
This must come in accurate order.
You cannot change this and put it here or this and put it here.
It must first be your ministry to God, your ministry to His people, then your ministry to the world.
This is why this is the pattern of Pentecost, that when I wake up in the morning, the first person I minister to is God, not my wife.
The first person I minister to is God, not my husband.
The first person I minister to, the first person I talk to, the first person I have ventimacy with is God, not TikTok, not social media, not the world.
You see the world is in social media, there are people who are missing it while doing the right thing.
Then, you are doing the right thing at the wrong time.
That means you are waking up to post a salmon.
You are ministering to the world before you minister to God.
You are ministering to people before you minister to God.
And this is where people get it wrong.
So, your first assignment is to minister to God, then to minister to God's people, then to minister to the world.
That means if I minister to the world before I minister to the one that God has given me, I have aired.
Or to the people of God, I have aired.
Hey, my God, my God, my God.
This is amazing. I am loving this.
So, you see that the first thing that the Holy Spirit did when He came upon the alley Christians was to speak through them the praises of God.
I sing praises to your name.
O Lord, praises to your name.
O Lord, for your name is great and greatly to be praised.
Sometimes you just, you give God a good song in the morning.
You sing Him a new song.
You praise Him, You worship Him in the beauty of His holiness.
You adore Him.
Sometimes it's through worship.
So that means starting to the Lord.
And I've realized that ministering to the Lord gives you resources to minister to the people.
Hey, I've realized this ministering to the Lord gives you honor ministering to the Lord gives you power ministering to the Lord gives you authority ministering to the Lord gives you resources to minister before men ministering to the Lord will give you honor power authority and resources to minister before men.
You will not come empty.
In fact, I tell people, this is the pattern of ministry.
You are to give God your best.
Then give people your rest.
Give people the rest.
That means what I've come to share with you, Nima Baki, it is the remains of intimacy that I've really given my best to God.
Is somebody getting me?
Now this is why you need to understand the two positions of a Christian.
The Bible says that he has made us kings and Christians for our Lord.
Now you need to understand kingship and priesthood.
That kingship, we are not kings before God, before God.
We are not kings.
He is the only king who can exist in that presence.
Before God we are priests.
But when we have stood in our office of priesthood, when we come before men, we become kings.
That means ministering to the Lord.
Ministering to the Lord gives you authority to become a king before men.
That means bringing solutions.
Ministering, ministering to the people.
Healing the people, delivering the people.
Moses is told because you have appeared before me, I have made you as a god and to zero.
Why? Because of ministering before the Lord.
You will find that that is the one that Elijah uses.
He says that I Elijah who stands in the presence of God.
You will find that that is the same word that Gabriel uses.
He says that I am Gabriel that stands in the presence of the Lord.
You see, the authority to stand before men is acquired when you stand before God.
Continuously, the more you stay with God, the more you stay with God,
the more your impact before men becomes valuable.
The more you stay in the presence of God, the more your presence carries His presence.
You guys have hugged a guy with a cheap colon.
And sometimes that colon remains on you.
You guys have also hugs, probably you've smelled somebody who has an expensive colon,
probably a million Kenya shillings, perhaps if you've met them.
And that colon can last for days on clothes.
That means that the barocés in some of some chapter 1 was 2 or 3.
The barocés that your name is like sweet ointment.
It is like perfume.
Therefore the vagians love you.
The Lord can rub His perfume on you.
To the point your presence becomes a solution.
Your appearance becomes the appearance of God.
Ministering to the Lord.
Ministering to the Lord is giving attention.
I say this continuously.
Attention is too expensive.
Not everybody can pay it.
Stop telling people to pay attention.
If they wanted to, they would pay.
If they saw the value, they would pay.
Not everybody is able to pay attention.
Even as I'm teaching right now,
there is somebody who is cooking, somebody who is eating,
there is somebody who is watching TV and you're here.
Paying attention, giving attention.
You will see that in the story of Mary and Martha.
The barocés and Mary, this is a look chapter 10 from verse 38,
and Mary was seated at the feet of Jesus.
Listening to his teachings, Martha was busy serving.
He's not that service is bad.
I have taught I think a series of that in the School of Warship.
I have taught a series of that.
That service is not wrong, but service should not replace
your devotion and your attention towards God.
You should know when to do what to do and how to do it.
Mary knew that the right thing to do was to sit at the feet of Jesus.
Do you know you can sit different parts of God?
You can sit different parts of God.
This is amazing.
I don't want to get into this.
But do you know the barocés seek my face?
Seek my hand too.
The barocés say Mary was seated at the feet of Jesus.
The barocés are different.
There is someone in the podcast I've taught about this.
The word face is the Hebrew word panim,
which means the presence of God.
Uwakad, kawad, 'Dansen sayin' 'Do not seek God's hand before you sought his face.'
Now, the hand of God is the power of God. The feel of Jesus, this is the place the Bible says, that how good and pleased it is for when President Dwell together in harmony, the Bible says it's like oil from flowing from the head of Aaron down to his beard down to his feet.
Now, when you talk about the feel of Jesus, this is the place of submission, this is the place of teaching, this is the place, this is the place of rest.
Uh-huh, you will also see that John, John laid his head at the bosom of Jesus, this is seeking his heart, this is amazing, this is amazing, this is amazing.
So, they are different in seeking God, you can seek different dimensions of him, you can seek his face, you can seek his hand, you can seek his feet, you can seek his bosom, I will try and find the teaching that we did, seeking, the fact that you're seeking, you need to know what to seek when to seek, there are times when you seek the power of God and the Bible says it is a seek, his power also seek his hand.
This brings deliverance, this brings healing. Are you seeing that? There is also, when you're seeking the mouth of God, what you're seeking for is the voice of God.
When you're seeking for the ear of God, you're talking about the attention, when the Psalmist praise and says give ear, give ear to my prayer, give attention to my prayer, you're looking for the attention of God in your prayer that he will hear you.
Oh my God, this is amazing. Now, are you learning something, giving attention, another definition of ministering to the Lord is bringing joy, bringing joy to the Lord, you will see this in the book of Esther, I want to show you this in the book of Esther.
I am going so fast, I have just an hour, so I have to utilize it well. The book of Esther, Esther chapter 1, I want you to see this. Now, there is something in the Bible called typology, there is something called typology.
Typology is when you have a picture in the Old Testament that represents something in the New Testament. It's like a representation. We call it types or we call it shadows.
For example Moses is the type of Jesus in the New Testament, the deliverer. Egypt is a type of prison or the world. Then you find Pharaoh, who can tell me what Pharaoh is a type, what does Pharaoh represent?
Let me know. Guys, there is a wrong answer, yes, but it's okay to try. Pharaoh, unmute, unmute. Can you say the world system?
The world system is Egypt. Who is? Good. So, you can read the Bible and see Jesus from Genesis Revelation. The Bible says even the rock that Moses was speaking to. The Bible says that rock that traveled with the easy legs through the wilderness, that rock was Christ.
For example, I love to show you this. It will be in, I think, the next book or the book after that. Where you see Rebecca? Right? Rebecca is a symbol of the church. Isaac is the symbol of the type of Jesus.
Now Elieza is a symbol of the type of the Holy Spirit. Who can remember the Hebrew word for the word? The Hebrew word that means helper in the Old Testament. Who can remember?
I have, I have, I have the best students. I'm enjoying teaching. Are you seeing the word, the answer here? So Elieza means the helper. Are you seeing that? He is a symbol of the Holy Spirit. Abraham here is a symbol or a typology or a type or a shadow of God the Father.
You will also see him in sacrificing his only son. His only begotten son. Yes, he had Ishmael. But to God, this was that symbol. I hope you guys are learning theology here.
Now Abraham comes to Elieza and tells Elieza go among my brethren, which is the church. In fact, Rebecca is not the symbol of the church. Rebecca is a symbol of the bride of Christ.
Now go to my, to my kin, kin, family members. That is a symbol of the church. Go to my people and get a wife for my son. Now that is what the Holy Spirit has been sent to do here on earth.
To prepare the bride. That is why the Bible says the Spirit and the bride say the Spirit and the bride say, guys, come Maranatha. Are you seeing that Abraham, which is a symbol of God, sent Elieza to go and to find a bride? I don't want to go into this in depth right now.
And when he found Rebecca, he told Rebecca about all these things and Rebecca took Elieza home and they left gifts. Remember they were golden gifts. Golden gifts like bracelets, no strings. What are these? These are symbols of the gift of the Holy Spirit.
The gift, he started, he gave them gifts. He gave them gifts, gifts. And this is to show you that gifts are the list of the things that the Holy Spirit can give you.
The Holy Spirit give them gifts. But a time came when he said, now we want to go and take this girl to the master and they said, we cannot allow you, except she accepts.
And they asked Rebecca, will you go with us? And Rebecca said, yes, I will go. So the Holy Spirit assignment is to reveal, to bring you, to take you on a journey, to bring you to Isaac.
The Bible says that when she saw Isaac, she asked Elieza, who is that? And Elieza said, that is my master. That is what we will do in heaven.
When the Holy Spirit will present us pure, pure, a pure bride with a sport and without a wrinkle. And we will ask, who is that? And he will say, that is the master.
Let me tell you guys, the Bible is true. It is sweet. You can enjoy the Bible. Are you seeing that in Coltaipology? That means you can read the whole Bible, learning about Jesus. Just the word Jesus. So, another definition of the word, ministering to the Lord, is bringing him joy.
I was showing you this in the book of Esther. In the book of Esther. The Bible says that Queen Vashti had a banquet for the women in the Royal House.
And the Bible says, "When the King's heart was married with wine, he commanded me, human, bisda, herbona, bigda, bigda, zida, and karakas."
Hey, the 7 Unags, who ministered to the King Ahasero's Aziz attendants, to bring Queen Vashti before her royal crown, to show the people and the princes her beauty? Hey, I am now getting excited.
This is one of the things the Lord wants to do. They are times when the Lord wants to show you off.
They are times when Jesus wants to show you off. I am seeing this, that now the King Ahasero's, or Zaksas, or Ahasero's, is the symbol of the type of God, the Father.
And Queen Vashti is a symbol of the bride, who is about to get enthroned, because she does not understand the significance of ministering to them.
I was saying, 'This is why I told you, there are times the Holy Spirit just wants to see you.'
I know you don't have appetite for prayer, I know you don't have words for prayer, but he just wants to see you.
Part of ministering to the Lord is when the Bible says that when the king's heart was made in the wine,
that he asked the monarchs to bring Queen Vashti before the king with her royal crown.
He just tells you, 'Come, come, my queen, come.'
And then why to show the people, to show the people and the princes her beauty, for she was fair to behold.
That is ministering to the Lord. That was the needing God's heart.
Yesterday I told you about the daughter Herodias who danced before the king so much.
He brought joy to the heart of the king that the king asked, 'What can I do for you?'
Ask for anything, even half my kingdom. And what she asked, 'So, are you seeing there is a secret to unside prayer?'
And the secret to unside prayer is ignoring your need until you have brought joy to God so much.
And how do you bring joy to God? How do you bring joy to God?
Lord, you are great. You are amazing.
I behold you. The man who says that one thing, I desire that one with the joy sick after, that I may dwell in the house of a lot to behold his beauty,
to please him, to his loveliness. The man who says that worship to the Lord in the splendour in the beauty of his holiness,
that as you are praising him, your eyes have been holding him. You are seeing him.
You are praising him. His heart becomes so excited that he asks you, 'Ask of anything.'
Ask anything. Ask anything. That is the power of ministering to the Lord.
And one of the benefits of ministering to the Lord is that you get to hear his voice accurately.
He will speak. Another definition, you see, one other principle of ministering to the Lord is that in that prayer you don't ask for anything.
You don't ask for anything. Put the needs behind you. I know you need money.
Put the healing behind you. I know you need healing. Put everything behind.
Focus on Christ. Praise him. worship him. Adore him until he asks you what do you want.
Let me tell you, when God asks you what do you want. You will be amazed at how fast that answer will be answered.
You see, those who, those who were born in the years of President Kibaki may not understand this.
How many people drank Masihua Yanyaio? Let me see. Masihua Yanyaio. Who? We are seeing your age in the Lord. I am teaching you this secret. You drank that Masihua. Have you ever tasted Masihua like that before?
Have you ever tasted that Masihua again, again, since then?
Guys, I want to show you something amazing. Now, when President Mui, now, you, where were you? Grace is asking you how did it taste?
When President Mui was passing, when President Mui was passing through Fikarud, the students of KU would know.
How many were in KU during that time? What were KU?
Now, the students of KU would know and they would come out to the road with their traditional attires
and they would dance and the President would stop. Give Masihua.
That is also what Primalisco used to do. If you dance so well for the President, the President's heart will be moved.
You have seen this happening with President Huru for those who, any other President, President Kibaki, President Ruto, no matter how much you hate anyone of them.
If you dance well before them, if you sing, you make them laugh. Just bring joy to the heart of the King.
The heart of the King will be opened to you and he will say, "I will educate you the whole, all of your life."
I'm teaching a powerful principle called ministering to the Lord.
Not ministering to the people, ministering to the people takes away from you, ministering to the Lord.
Poison to you. I have also taught another series of ministering to the Lord in the podcast. We have about 300 teachings you cannot exhaust.
Now these are Presidents. These are Presidents. I wish we had somebody who has existed in a monarchy.
Before you went to visit Queen Elizabeth, but now we have King Charles.
Yeah, we are being fed by the most breasted one. Oh my God. The examples have given you. But this generation does not understand worship because we have not grown before kings.
If anyone was to go and visit a king, you will realize that you don't appear before a king.
Then when you woke up, there is a preparation. There is a preparation that tells you how you will appear before him.
This is why you can just come play a Lord I thank you this morning.
I want to show you this powerful secret in the Word of God.
Before I go to Esther chapter 5, it seems like today I will just take on ministering to the Lord. I don't want to hurry things up.
Hosea chapter 14 verse 2. Hosea, thank you Jesus. Hosea 14 verse 2.
Let me use my physical Bible. You can read your Bible so that I can get the other versions.
Hosea 12 verse 2. Hosea 12 verse 2. Are we there?
Are we there? Thank you Jesus. Now I want somebody to read Hosea 12 verse 2 for me.
Are you reading from Amplified Classic? Yes. It seems you have been baptised into Amplified Classic. But please read it.
The Lord has also a controversy, a clearly contention, and a rubbish joke called by visiting upon him, according to his ways, according to his doings.
I don't know where they got the right verse. I'm looking for it. It's Hosea 14 verse 2.
Okay, it turns. Take with you once. Wait, there. Just that. Take with you once.
Who has ever met the president? I met president Huro and president Mwaki Bat. I would request the previous night what I'm going to say, because you know you only have 5 to 10 seconds. I've been asked.
This is why we don't rehearse for prayer. How we take with us words is that I want to have a language of intimacy with God in the morning.
So tonight I'm going to prepare. I'm going to search for words to bring him. The Bible says, take with you words and return to the Lord.
So many of us come to the place of prayer empty. That is where we feel. This is why I taught you on preparing to enter his presence.
That is why I told you many of us are in a hurry to talk in prayer. You can spend the first 30 minutes preparing words for you to speak.
That is why the Bible says, when you come before the Lord, be careful of the words you speak. Be careful why? Because this is not only your father. This is also a judge.
And before a judge, words are weapons. That means you need to bring enough proof. Lord, I'm praying for healing. What are these words that I need for healing? Put them there. Put them ready.
I'm going to teach you something amazing. If you miss tomorrow, tomorrow will start at 7.30, 7.30 to 9. Then from 9 we will be in cave of Adulam. My girl is ministering on the cave of Adulam.
So because of that, we will start at 7.30 to 9. Then from 9 to 10 we will be in cave of Adulam.

towards you. And notice that Esther does not own the Scepter. The Scepter is Christ's
Scepter, but you benefit from that Scepter. That is why you need to understand. The Scepter
is the Passion of the Holy Spirit. You cannot own him, he owns you,
that whenever you get into the presence of God, the Lord stretches out his Scepter towards you
and he said, "You are cleared to come in." That means a Scepter denotes your access to the throne.
It denotes your access to the place where decisions are made.
The place where decisions, where decrees are made. And you realize that the Scepter is not in
the bedroom. The Scepter is in the throne room. Hey, the throne room is a place where decrees
laws. That means anyone who comes themselves except of her does a here. You are you are called to
to create new laws. You cannot say that people in my family don't get married.
Because you have received this Scepter, the Bible says I will send the Scepter of your power.
You are in a throne room with God. I will tell you the impact of this Scepter in my life.
I told God from today no one will die in my family without permission.
You will not die without permission. That is a rule I made with God and this rule comes from the
throne room. You in the presence of the king and the king extends the Scepter and what follows
the Scepter is what we call the seal and the seal is also the seal of the Holy Spirit.
This means that everywhere you speak is authority. That means you can set mirrors for your family.
You can set mirrors from me. Everyone else is going to get married from me. I declare drunkenness
in my family has ended. God, this is why I have told you that your position before God is
priesthood. Then your position before men is kingship. This way you start ruling over in the
midst of your enemies. You start meeting the prince. You you start establishing the kingdom of
God on earth as it is in heaven. Anything that does not look like the kingdom of God in your family
becomes changed because you declare new rules. You declare new laws. You declare new principles.
You declare new authority that now the kingdom of God is within you. That means you declare and
you declare the Bible says that where the water of the king is there is power. So anything you speak
becomes power. Anything you speak, this is why Christians have mass-old mouths because they
enemy understand that everywhere you speak is a release of power. I utilize power. I utilize power.
I speak over my family. I speak over my generation. I know that I have the authority of the scepter
to say that my generation, this and this is what will happen. We do it in the throne room.
Oh my God, scepter. The Bible says that I will send and this scepter comes from your position
in Christ. Hey, the Bible says sit at my right hand. There is a book by somebody called
Watchman Lee which is called Sit. Thank you, Jesus. The book is called Sit. Thank you, Jesus.
Thank you, Jesus. It's called Sit. Walk. Then stand. This denotes your authority in Christ.
Your position in Christ. Your understanding your revelation of who you are in Christ, Jesus.
For you to receive the authority of this scepter, the way is first sits then I will send the scepter.
Sit then scepter. This means you need to come to a place of rest. You cannot receive this authority
if you are always worried, die in what we will eat tomorrow. What, oh, what will my siblings,
what will my, no, no, this place of rest resting in the finished work of the cross.
In the finished work of the cross, what Christ has already done. I know it's already done.
I know who I am in Christ, Jesus. Out of this, out of your intimacy with Christ comes authority.
I'm teaching you something amazing. I'm teaching you something amazing and today I'm not
to expand outstanding even a minute. Today, I'm teaching as fast as I can. Now, the Bible says,
you see, sit at my right hand until I make your adversaries your footstool. Your place is to sit.
So what Christ was doing for the 33 years. Hey, my God. Somebody was asking you.
Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. What people were asking. What was Christ doing for the first 33 years?
This verse gives me an answer. I didn't know it. Christ was sitting at the right hand of God.
What does that mean? He was in intimacy with God. He was in fellowship with God.
And the Lord said, until I make your enemies your footstool, sit. Your work is to sit.
The assignment of the Christian is to sit. That I'm seated with Christ.
I am seated with Christ in heavenly places above every principality. This is why I told you,
if your prayers are also always fighting witches and wizards and all, you don't have time to
sit. The Bible says that you are seated above. You are seated above every sickness, above every
affliction you are seated. You are seated until the Lord makes everything as stepping stool for you.
Then the Bible says, out of your place of intimacy with God, I will send forth from Zion.
They go from strength to strength those who appear before the Lord in Zion. My God.
The Lord will send forth from Zion, the sceptre of your strength, then rule in the midst of your enemies.
And then see the next result. Your people will offer themselves willingly.
I was asking the Lord, what do I do in this season? He's just answered me.
He told me brown seats. Then you see, one of the things I'll open up to you.
My family will say, you know, you will go alone. We will not take you. We will not do this
with you. All this stuff they were saying. And it hurt me. It hurt me. I was about to take
a whole family from Tanzania to bring them to Kenya because my Kenyan family refused to go.
But the Lord is saying that your people will offer themselves willingly
in the days of your power. There is a willingness. Out of the place of intimacy,
people, you find yourself holding a meeting and people come willingly. You don't beg them.
They come, they will offer themselves willingly. In the day of your power,
in the beauty of holiness and the holy array of the womb of the morning to you, your young men
who have asked the do you. Are you seeing the definition of what this scepter is?
That scepter is access to the throne. Where decisions are being made? Where lives are being
transformed? Let's go back to Esther's profile then I'll conclude. Very fast.
Hey, I am done. So, many starting to the Lord is the highest form of prayer.
My question to you is when did you last pray to God without asking anything?
Without asking anything.
Hey, ministering to the Lord. My God, let me finish very fast. I have eight minutes.
Have eight minutes. So the Bible says, and he extended, look at what happens.
He extended, he held out to have the golden scepter which was in his hand.
So Esther drew nearer and touched the tip of the scepter and the beauty is this.
Then, hey, okay, let's continue first. Let me now go ahead of myself.
She touched the tip of the scepter. Then the king said to her, what will you have? Queen Esther.
What will you have? You realize the king is calling Esther, Queen Esther.
What is your request? It shall be given to you even half my kingdom.
Then the king said, now I want you to see the wisdom of Esther.
I want you to see the wisdom of Esther. See the wisdom of Esther.
Then the king said, cause Hamam to come quick. Okay, okay, okay, okay.
will I give you? It shall be given to even half my kingdom." Then Esther said,
"If it seems good to the king, let the king and Hamann come this day to the dinner that I've
prepared for the king." Notice that Esther would have asked for her request, but she delayed her request.
She wanted to entertain the king more. She wanted to please the king more. So the king is asking
"What do you want?" She says, "That's not of importance. That is not the urgent issue here. I want
you to come to the feast that I've prepared for you." Then the king said, "Course Hamann to come
quickly, that what Esther has said may be done." So the king and Hamann came to the dinner that Esther
prepared. And during the serving of wine, the king said to Esther, "What is your petition?"
The king asked a second time, "What is your petition?" It shall be granted to you, "What is your
request?" Even half my kingdom, it shall be performed. So the king knew there is a request,
but this person called Esther, this lady called Esther, knew when to ask. So the king asks a second
time, "What is your request?" "What is your request?" And Esther said, "My petition and my request
is if I found favor in the set of the king and if it pleases the king to grant my petition and
perform my request, let the king and Hamann come again tomorrow for another dinner."
This is the wisdom of Esther, ministering to the Lord.
The king, the Lord is asking you, "What do you want?" You tell the Lord, "I know I have many things,
but that is not of importance right now. I just want to worship you. I just want to praise you.
I just want to adore you. You hear God asking physically, "What do you want?"
"Lord, Lord, that is not of importance. You are great. You are good. You are worthy to be praised.
You know you have a need tomorrow. You know you have a friend tomorrow, but you're telling God
God. I just, the one thing I ask is that you come tomorrow again in this same presence.
Come again tomorrow. Come again tomorrow. I want to minister to you again."
And then when he comes tomorrow, he'll ask you, "Do tell what you want and you will say God,
God, before I ask you for anything, please come again tomorrow."
I'm teaching you intimacy. Come again tomorrow.
Whatever you have, the presence of God in God asks you, "What do you want?"
You don't just ask for things. You ask for him.
"Lord, I want, I want another visitation tomorrow. Will you come again?"
I taught you about the manifest presence of God, the omnipresence and the indwelling presence.
When you talk about the manifest presence, it's when he comes himself.
He makes himself real to every part of you. You tell him, "God, I want you to come again."
Many of us missed seasons of encounters. Because in the moment of encounter, he asked you,
"What do you want?" And you said, "Lord, Lord, I want money."
Another thing you can ask in the presence of God is, "God, give me a heart that can host you."
Give me a heart. Make my heart your home.
Move into me. You see, that is why I told you, intimacy and journaling is not for religious
accuracy. You know that the Bible says by salvation that the Godhead has moved in you.
Now, this one is an intimate part. You know that theologically, but you want it to,
you want to feel like there are people living in you. Like, God, the Trinity is living in you,
persons, so not people, persons. The persons of the Godhead, "Oh, you can hear, you can hear the
activity in their heart, in your heart." So, again, she asked, "Give me another chance. Come to my
banquet that I've prepared for you." Harman went away, that day joyful and elated in heart.
But when he saw Mordecai as the Kings get refusing to stand up and to show fear before him,
he was filled with rather against Mordecai. But you see now,
it's so new. Now, the last time when they came asked, "What do you want?"
He said, "This is what has been happening." Many of you know you've learned something powerful.
That ministering to the Lord is the greatest secret to hearing the voice of God.
It is the greatest secret to even come into a place where God asks you, "What do you want?"
Now, many of you, as of the consequence of the teaching that are done today,
God will ask you, "What do you want?"
And you know what to answer. There are two books I'm writing. I don't know what I'll
read them this year, no one next year, sorry next year. "Questions God must ask you."
And then there's another book called "Questions You Must Ask God."
May you not fail when this question comes because the Lord
is going to ask some of you in dreams, "What do you want?"
Please allow me to answer to this prayer. The first answer is, "Lord, I want to know you."
"Lord, you visit me again. Lord, give me a heart of understanding.
Make my heart a dwelling place for you. Lord, reveal yourself to me."
There are only two answers that are right in that question.
The first answer is the answer that says, "God, I want to know you.
I want to host you. I want to worship you. I want a visitation from you.
I want a habitation of you. The second one is a prayer of your heart."
Solomon answered and said, "Give me a wise and understanding heart."
And the Lord said, "Because you've not asked for money. You've not asked for
the death of your enemies. You've not asked for the length of your days. Because you've
asked for a wise and understanding heart. I have given you this, but I have also given you
everything else that you've not prayed for. I pray that you have been blessed tonight.
Have you been blessed tonight? Tomorrow will be concluding. After that now, I will not teach again. You will hear me now on YouTube. So please,
go and follow the YouTube channel, Pastor Brown Carlingas, so that you can be at par with the
teachings that will be there. Number two, please ensure you come for the meet and greet on October 10th.
Come with your books. We are going to discuss about the Holy Spirit. Number three,
every time I teach, I find a message here asking me, "I told you guys, I don't ask for offering.
I don't ask. I know there are teachers who say, "I tell you, I ask for offering service. I don't.
I told you this out of revelation. If you feel like God has led you to give, you will ask. We will
give you the details in the inbox. I don't announce it. Giving is a revelation. And it's a response to what you've been given, which is the priceless word of God. God bless you,
guys. See you tomorrow at 7.30. Yes, I didn't teach about, because we don't have time. We don't have time,
but there are teachings. There are teachings that we will, we have already taught already in the
Spotify, but also we have time to teach more and more and more and more and that will be a blessing.
God bless every one of you. Have a good night. Tomorrow see you at 7.30 and then see you at 9
at Adulam, Sept of Hadassah, where Mr Fibre will be teaching about Adulam, the cave of Adulam,
the place of Miki. God bless you all. Have a good night.
Podcast Summary
Key Points:
Ministering to the Lord involves intimate, intentional prayer and worship—talking to God about God—forming the foundation for receiving spiritual gifts like speaking in tongues.
The pattern of spiritual ministry begins with ministering to God, then to God’s people, and finally to the world; this order is essential and must not be reversed.
Ministering to God produces resources, honor, power, authority, and intimacy, enabling believers to live with divine presence and influence in their daily lives.
True spiritual breakthroughs occur when one brings joy to God’s heart through worship, praise, and adoration, leading to divine responses and access to God’s voice.
The practice of "ministering to the Lord" includes preparing prayers with biblical insight, studying God’s Word, and avoiding self-centered requests.
Intimacy with God is demonstrated by surrendering personal needs and focusing on God’s glory, which opens the door to divine revelation and guidance.
The "scepter" symbolizes divine authority granted through Christ’s presence, enabling Christians to rule in their families and communities.
A key biblical example is Esther, who delayed asking for personal gain to first minister to the king, showing wisdom and the power of worship-centered prayer.
