He Watched Souls LEAVE Earth While in a Coma - NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE
54m 14s
Lerick E. Banks, a singer and songwriter, shares his near-death experience (NDE) that began with breathing difficulties and led to a critical COVID pneumonia diagnosis. After being rushed to the hospital, he was induced into a three-month coma, during which he entered a vivid, transcendent state. He heard a telepathic message calling it an "endurance test" to return to earth, prompting a series of trials designed to raise his frequency. These included a reality-show-like audition where he had to recall how he arrived, a physical strength test, and encounters with lower-frequency beings who attempted to trap him in their realm, revealing they needed his life energy. Despite moments of torture, Lerick maintained a frequency of love and forgiveness, which dissipated their malevolent energy. He also experienced a beautiful vision of souls leaving earth through a Christ-like portal, which helped him feel his divine nature beyond his physical pain and identity. He stresses that the NDE was not medication-induced, citing its high-definition clarity and the release from bodily suffering. Key lessons included the critical importance of honesty—even small exaggerations disrupt alignment—and overcoming deep-seated fears and anxieties. Since awakening, he has written a book documenting his journey, and doctors remain astonished at his survival. His story emphasizes that we are not our pain bodies or earthly identities, but expansive beings here for growth, guided by higher forces.
And now, from beyond our dimension, this is the Jeff Mara Vagas. Here's Jeff. My guest is Lerick E. Banks, who during his near-death experience, Saul Sol's Transcend. Lerick, thanks for joining us today and welcome. Thanks for inviting me, Jeff. I really appreciate it. Yeah. Start on the day that you died or had this Indiee and go from there. Yeah, well, just a little bit before going into hospital, I hadn't been feeling well. And a lot of people, well, the people I was working with was recognizing that. And it was really to do with my breath, my breathing was struggling. And I'm a singer. And the songwriter and one evening, somebody called me up on stage. And I was trying to sing the song. And I realized I'm really struggling here in a way that I hadn't before. So that's when I really clocked. I'm not feeling that great. And if I'm honest, I remember looking in a mirror when I was brushing my teeth and I saw a bit of a, like a glaze in my eyes that I hadn't seen before, not looking as alive. I've never mentioned that. But yeah, that comes to mind as well. So that was a kind of a, you know, a sign of something going to grace. A dear friend of mine, she's like my sister, I call my sister, being a consult with doctor called her assistant because she behaves like one. Donna, she insisted I needed to go to the hospital. And it really was down to her insistence. And actually a few people messaging me saying I hadn't been looking well. But it is go to hospital. Anyways, I called her. One morning. And I just said, I do think I need to see a doctor. And she said, I'm sending a doctor to you and she cleverly sent an ambulance, which was a really good move. And yeah, I got in the ambulance and I've been stressed as well with struggling in many ways. And in the ambulance immediately, they're deeply going to bring me up. They instantly gave me oxygen. They looked very concerned. But I was still kind of in the frame of my life. I can't get out of that. I was on very spiritual the way that I approached life. And even when I wasn't feeling that great, I meditated a lot. So I really thought I could take care of it that way through meditation. Any way to go to the hospital within 48 hours on the nice. It was critical. I had what they term critical COVID pneumonia. My lungs are completely hardened. And as I said to Donna, another night at home, and you just won't be here. So I've left it too late. That's why I got that critical. And within a short amount of time, they induced me into a coma. And it was interesting because I went from this optimism because I text a few people, my brother and sister included the friend of mine as well. And just said to them, oh, they're going to induce me to coma. So a few days, which became three months in a coma. And the first thing was I remember this focus reality closing down and just kind of going to kind of a sleep situation. And then just waking up in a completely different reality. And it was kind of like that instant for me. And I think it's because I'm very sensitive. I'm very sensitive to my surroundings, life in general to feeling my impulses. I've always been like that. And so yeah, and then the first thing I heard from there was this is an endurance test. You've got to make your way back to planet earth. So that's when I knew like my shifting conscious and I said, petter, really taken on a whole new existence of reality. They just told you that you need to make your way back to earth, right? Telepathically, telepathically. So where were you? So what because this endurance test had, I had many different experiences. So yeah, I heard that. And quite soon after that, I found myself in a room. This is the very first experience I remember was finding myself in a room. And the point of that exercise, it was me and a few of us sitting on a long white sofa. And there was cameras pointing at us and they were asking us questions and stuff like that. And the idea was I had to remember how I got there. So they were asking us individually, but every time they came to me, if I didn't know, I'd just stay silent because to get out of that space, I had to know how I got there. And then I realized I came here for an audition. I literally said it like that. I came here for an audition, right? And they said correct. And immediately I woke into another reality and situation, which was about strength and physical ability. And what I'm learning is the outer worlds has, it's like different layers of how we existing them. And I'll get into this a little bit later, but it's, there is a lot of experiences that I had were more in like a physical form, like a spirit body form. So I would recognize kind of myself in body form. But as I was raising my frequency because the whole endurance was really about raising frequency. So I could shift into different dimensions, heightening and reaching different dimensions. Because there were, when I fell into the coma, went into the coma, there were what they turned telepathically to me, low frequency beings that had observed me. And they were following me throughout my experience, which I encountered with them at one point. But before that, I had a series of tests. So the second one was a strength on tests. And that's why I'm saying I remember that I was in a spirit body for a lot of these tests and the traveling through through the dimensions. So. Some people may say that your experiences are just a reaction of all the medication that were you were on. How would you answer that? The most obvious before I answered it from my personal point is there's enough people out there now sharing these experiences. So this is not a coincidence. And this is beyond a dream state. And if those who have meditated, you can tell shifts in consciousness as it occurs. So I know that for sure. The other thing is for me, one of the things that I realize more and more is those experiences are so like high definition that high definition is so different from a weight state from this focus reality. You know, and you and you, the new dimension. I mean, I know that medication can do so much to play with the mind. But beyond that, for me, I had more clarity than I've ever had before. So I knew that I had kind of gone beyond medication. You don't think medication also when you're in that state because you'll be on it. And also I had kind of left my pain body. So I wasn't feeling all the pains that I was initially experiencing a hospital before they induced me into coma because I was wired up to lots of machines and stuff. There was a lot of discomfort going on for me. So the beauty of the transcending out of this reality was the release of the pain, right? And the pain body. So that's how I know for sure that I had left this realm. That's fine. So it sounds like to me that these lower frequency beings that were putting you through tests were just their playing games with you and being, you know, malevolent with you playing games. I wouldn't say that initially and I wouldn't say that to this day. It was it was more about they were trying to get me into their realm. That was the whole idea and what I was being guided because my guides really kicked in. This is where I really got to feel something that I've kind of always known. I know that we're we're taking care of let's say and I know that we have guides and some call the angels and I had this, you know, validated to me during that time because they were really trying to get me into their realm, which I later found out was because they needed my life. They had messed up and they needed somebody like me and to, you know, get take some of my life, which I had overheard in a conversation in a situation with them when they finally caught up with me. Because as I said, it was more about me raising my frequency to get into a different dimension because the higher I could raise my vibration and my frequency, they could reach a certain dimension so that was a whole point of that with them. But yeah it wasn't for
my highs good initially though, but yeah I've come to understand a lot more about that. Why do you think your frequency was lower because you are already this man who meditated and your spiritual most likely as well? Because I think like most of us in human form and for the human experience we are here for an expansion and growth, right? It's like the Earth's school, my server purpose so meditative all day long, you know, some spiritual teachings, sometimes it's enough to say I'm guaranteed that the day they're like cross-sows, I die like I know I know everything about existence and you know that life. For me, I've spoken about this before, I struggled with anxiety so I wasn't able to show up for a lot of things in my life. That would have served me in a better way for my profession and things in general. So when a life lesson's I needed to learn was definitely about overcoming my anxieties and my fears and I think if a lot of us admit it we all have certain fears here we put on the face, we put on the social mass, we get up and get on but the truth is when you're being really honest and that's another thing I love using the word being honest because I was shown and told about honesty and how important it is that we're honest that even the slightest exaggeration takes us out of alignment for what we're asking for because in a lie if you're asking for something and you exaggerate something like I did and they even showed me what I had done by exaggerating in days of a situation that I had gone on to wait away for and I added a day or two they're saying that even that little lie puts you out of alignment with the actual outcome of things and the more honest we are the more in alignment we are to the outcomes so they were really emphasizing that that we need to be more honest with each other that was an interesting point to me and something that I kind of take. Do you think that we all have to socially lie sometimes just to fit in with society because if we're too brutally honest we won't have any more friends? The interesting thing you say like that because it isn't it's funny how we've been conditioned to even think we've got a brutally lie because we don't want to hurt anybody. What why have we talked that if you're brutally honest you wouldn't hurt somebody because it comes from a place of love you know what I mean and a place of genuine concern you know people can really recognise that. We've learnt things so bad with sometimes that we think what I mean is to lie because I didn't want to hurt you know we have so many excuses for some of the bad habits and not enough excuses for the really good habits that we need to in habit you know what I mean and that was what I've learnt so much of I'm so aware even when I speak to people now how they subtly project themselves for their comfort and it's not always intentionally it's more the way they've been programmed right like I need you to be a certain way so uncomfortable to be here so they project and kind of try to steer how you're behaving and like I said it's not always intentionally it's just out of habit and that's why I think we have to consciously you know take back that that power of just trusting ourselves that I need to be more honest in my life and the people with more awareness will understand that I'm doing this from a place of love I'm just trying to express and honesty here and you know an approach each other more like that I think with a lot of the noise that comes through especially through media and all the stuff we're in and dated with lately and the horrors that we're witnessing speaks volumes about lying pretending disguising distorting you see what I'm saying like everything negative that we've kind of introduced into our personalities and characteristics we're watching this beautiful planet just kind of self-destruct really it won't because it's intelligent it's its own force so it won't but it's you know yeah that's my observation also since what happened with me well before we move forward there's a couple more things I want to get to that I find interesting one is you said that they had cameras on you and two you were sitting with other people can you dig in a little deeper about those two things like why do you think they had a camera and who were these other people yeah there's a thing yeah there's that's interesting it's almost like there was a reality show funny enough it really was like through some kind of reality show and then also what I've come to because I've been out of hospital almost four years end of October will be four years that I came out of hospital I feel like it's almost like how we come to work isn't it you're gonna kind of kind of have to work out how did I really get here and who who are my it kind of like I think sometimes what I was experiencing experiencing was analogies of life in general right figuring things out asking bigger questions delving deeper so I think that scenario because initially when I came out the coma and I was thinking back on stuff and I was writing everything down when I could move I could move for months but yeah I just initially felt like just being restricted locked up captured I felt like a prisoner when I thought back on that idea but as it really landed with me and through meditation and and being able to relive a lot of stuff that I've been through in the in the NDE in the near-death experience I was seeing them like analogies because one was really interesting when they were showing me a concept of time like time as an exist which is what I experienced when I was in the different dimensions and but when then we were also saying it to me telepathically they would like to explain that I said well how do you explain that to the average person on planet earth like you know and they were saying well just say when you're in your dream state you lose all track of time the scenario happens you know that you experience this and you're going into this there's no track of time in your dream state that so I feel like that would have been an analogy that camera situation and people sitting with me that's what I've come to to do did you see what the lower frequency beings look like so yeah because yeah because like I said Jeff there's so many things that happen to me and that's why I eventually wrote the book because it was great to be able to really see it to relive it and and and just articulate it in the best way that people would understand so what had happened was I had different experiences and travel to different dimensions trying to raise my frequency every time and I'm trying to think when that incident with them happened because I think it's when I witness I was on the top of a roof and I witness souls leaving earth and and rising into what I recognize to be the Christ image but Christ as a portal leaving that way and I had the privilege to kind of assist in that and obviously that happened in which was absolutely amazing incredible I mean when I think on that it's it's just something that stayed with me in such a beautiful way and it's actually really helped even in my recovery because it's just again it's not like I need validation on everything it's just that when you get to experience another part of who you truly are in the way that I did to be an acoma for three months and experience some not so good stuff and some really beautiful experiences even like being sent angel wings um you really get to remember that great part of you because it resonates in a way that you it's a feeling that you it's hard to get when you're fully focused here as a human to feel that expansiveness to really feel your divinity and like who am I out of sight my larynx identity who is who is this person I'm not this pain body because that was another sorry for jumping the gun here I tend to do that a lot I'm a bit like that but what helped me to recover because you've definitely got to understand is if you read my doctor's report it reads death and the doctor's even to this day when I go every six months my checkups always scratch a head to go like we don't know how you're here I know how I'm here I've written it in the book but um yeah there's something about when you get the privilege to really get to see from such a heightened state away from this physical form who you truly are so I reminded myself I'm not the pain body I'm not the spank body because I was in a lot of pain and I had a lot of challenges when I came out to come up but I really understood it from a heightened state that I'm not this pain body
body they really helped me. I'm not the lyrical identity. I use this to be here. This beautiful body of mine is here for me to have this experience on earth. So I'm throwing that out there just because that's just coming to me and it's always a beautiful reminder for me when I feel that and I feel a resistance in that. So going back to the being, sorry, did I get to see them? I would like to know what they look like. Right. So when you say what they look like, so after the experience of the Christ experience, I then came into the situation when I found myself in the realm of a room on a table and I had been violated and I felt the effects of that and I was surrounded by four beings and they were turned lower frequency beings and they were torturing me and the head of the beings walked out the room for a moment. The other beings there, lower frequency beings, I overheard them saying that they needed my life. That's how I found that out. The head of the beings when he came back in tortured me a little bit more and was mad that I had overheard what they were, you know, what the plan was, but the idea was to keep me in the realm because I was able to raise my frequency, which I continued to do to get to the point where I met what I recall the divine and that was the whole point of that that I could even in the dark kiss of my despairs still see love, still see forgiveness in it and that's what that lesson was for me and I was able to do that and I was doing that and holding a frequency of love and not hate, it kind of dissipated their energy towards what they were doing with me and that was also the point of that. It was, you know, because I was able to not see this as punishment later on but more of lessons and I just see the big difference if I'm honest, Jeff, through my everyday life and our everyday lives here, the horrors that we witness, right? For me, I could talk like this now because I've done a couple of interviews before and if people watch them, my first interview was Eggman's after I came to the hospital and on that show I was even asked, it's soon to be coming up to be talking about this, which was a great question because the funny thing was when you know me, I'm the last person to want to do it that way around and later on I found out because I felt a prompt in to do that interview, like I was prompted to do it and I wasn't great, I was not even in the beginning stage of the recovery, it was too soon but it kind of, I was not much because I needed to come from such a pure place where you could still see the pain in my face, I'd just come out of hospital, I would still process in everything and the people who needed to hear it from that, from the ability would have heard it from that space, so yeah, now I'm able to talk about this in a more relaxed way and having, I'd say a lot of the answers to the questions that I had personally and hearing all the experiences. Well, I'm going to press you here, Larryk. I'm going to ask again what did they look like? So they had like, like, like, veils over their faces so you can actually see them, but they were physical, so I didn't get to see their faces exactly, right? But they were physical, that's what I can say about that. After doing about 800 Indie videos, I've noticed that it's about 10% of the witnesses, the experiencers have a negative experience. I don't really want to put the word "hellish" but a negative. Some of this experience obviously was negative, right? I feel that some of it is caused by the medication used to save your life. I'm not saying the medication was bad, but I'm just saying that's what was necessary to save a person's physical body on this side. And so somehow that may lower the person's frequency, as you said, that puts you into this realm with all these negative entities. Does that resonate with you? What can I say there? It's. Yeah, I think beyond medication, so my mind kind of goes further afield. I think it's more associated with my own shame and guilt, playing out in the whole another way. My fears in general, my things that I've observed in life, plays out in another realm. I think when we cross over, we take some of those fears and we have to play it out to resolve them. That's what it felt like to me. It's funny because apart from when I came out of the coma and they were still giving me medication and I felt some effects from that, from my human perspective and I fell a little bit off. I knew that was the effects of the medication, but when you leave your body, travel dimensions, medication doesn't come into it for me. But from it, because your perspective is not from a pained body perspective, right? It's not from a limited mind. It's so expansive. It's so expansive. It's otherworldly. It doesn't speak the language of medication and it doesn't speak that language. It's a whole different language and then it doesn't speak language at all. It's just telepathic. I went into a realm where both telepathy, where apart from when I heard initially what I heard, this is an endurance test telepathically, there was no real image for that. I just. that those words just landed. They lived with me with the same power as I did when it happened as I speak them now. But I do go to a realm where I met with two beings, another kind of human form beings. And in a mice away where they were standing in front of me, a guy and a girl, speaking to me telepathically and me replying by moving my lips and then speaking back to me, telepathically, kind of giving me the ABCs of telepathy. And that was incredible that experience it was. Until I got it, it's until it landed, till I made sense of it. Until I really remembered that who we are. We come from this place of telepathy, you know what I mean? And all of that, all the stuff that we've forgotten here through the limited thinking and just the programming, you know, it's this conversation that we're having, the more I'm speaking with you in this interview, just the more I'm tingling in a beautiful way again. My frequency is raising because today I've had a regular day. So I'm in regular thought mode and now we're opening up, you know what I mean? That frequency within us again. And that's what I want humanity to do to shut down the noise a little bit, that external noise and talk more into this forgotten language of love and divinity and remembering that and allowing that frequency to rise up in us, like I get in meditation and then the truth speaks for itself. You don't ask certain questions to each other because the truth is just revealing and it just flows through you, divinely. And that's the state I'm talking from and that's the state I'm talking about. And that's why sometimes I do podcasts with me and interviews initially. I'm kind of reluctant because it's going to be, I believe I need to be in the state, I need to be in my flow because if I'm not there, I'm going to try and impress. I'm going to try and remember my head, like, you know what I mean? I never need to convince myself because I know for sure there is so much more than this focus reality than this earth experience. So much more to us is magnificent. It really is and it's brilliant in natural flow, in natural form. It really is and I've experienced that. And that's the state I like to sit in most of the time. Tell us how you were able to raise your frequency and then how you had that divinity experience next. By remembering my divinity, by speaking love into the challenges, by remembering that our inner compass is set to love. It really is. And when we go back to that place, it speaks its own language, it speaks to itself. So that's what happened. My endurance test was very fearful. It was scary. A lot of it was scary. There was a lot of uncertainty. Am I going to get back here? I had a
I'm not a bit of awareness. I came back into the hospital. I saw myself on the bed. I saw the doctors running around. I heard certain things that they were talking about. Really? And then I zoomed out again. I didn't want to come back, right? And yeah, somehow, through the challenges in my NDE, I was remembering my divinity and all of that. And that we are all divine. We are all divine. And we've forgotten that a lot of us have forgotten that. And we base our existence and who we are on the things that are shown to us, the narrative that's put out there. And we base our whole beingness, our whole existence on a-- I would call it a false story. That's what I'd call it, to be honest. It really is. We are all love. There's no escaping that when you cross over. You will have to-- I had my life review. I had part one of my life review. And that was really interesting to me and very enlightening to me. I speak about it in a book. And yeah, this is visiting here, man. Like when people get so hung up on the earth life, for me, honestly, it's a great experience. It's wonderful. It's interesting. But it's not all there is. It's not all that we are. And that's what-- that's what excites me in life, if I'm honest, is to know-- if I-- Jeff, if I had thought what I experienced, what I endured, and the physical ailments that I still have because my lung is challenged, and it's a different of my wisdom to me. You won't be able to run a marathon. If I thought then, that's it. That's all there is. I wouldn't really be a happy kind of soul. I wouldn't want to be here anymore, be a bit depressed in the life and all of that. Because like I said, it's-- I went through a lot, so I really did. I was a super challenge mate. They didn't know what we'd talk again. Is he going to walk again? There's so much. I don't promote a lot of that stuff or speak too much into that, but that's the truth of what I went through. It's that critical. It was that critical. I crossed over and I got to see. And I called it the privilege to see the higher perspective of myself, my higher mind in action. Wow. Incredible. How fortunate. How blessed am I. So I took that information back to work through the muddy parts of it, which wasn't easy. Because I'm, like I said, almost four years out of hospital. So I feel like I can talk more this way confidently. I got the book off my chest. It was released just the other day. It's up there. And what can I say? So many things changed to me. The ECMO machine. It's the X-Corpereal membrane oxygenation. Is this machine? They plug it into your neck. I've got the marks there. And it straps the blood. Oxygenates it and then reintroduces the blood. So I had that machine. I was only about 80. It's 83 days, but the newspapers wrote it as 82. And that helped to save my life. There's a whole story around that. And the day that I came off that machine, there's so much into that. And the numbers. Yeah, that helped save my life. We just raised the charity. I talked about it on the other podcast. And I did the charity work. And we raised the money to buy a new one, which was 80,000. So the hospital, so the spasits, which was incredible with me, really incredible. And yet they had that new machine there, which will help others. And I've been already receiving beautiful messages from the people. So my point is, I'm talking all of this, because as a drastic as it has been, and as critical, and as fairly generally as it is, I won't lie some days. I have my challenging days. Never get depressed on it, just like just a little bit kind of, OK, it happened. But the thing is, when we really look at our lives, and this journey, and we're just visiting here, we're not here permanently, you start to see the connection of the dots of your existence, and your life and your journey, and the pre-birth plans you have this life. I'm getting to see it all. You know what I mean? Like, wow. Isn't it curious? Like something so extreme, something so critical, becomes a blessing, because you get to see a full of pitch for the life story that you'd written before you got here, and the stuff that you improvised along the way with it. It's curious to me. But I've always been that guy. I've always been curious. And I guess it's part of the reason why I experience what I experienced. Do you feel that this experience was also written into your pre-birth contract? Yeah. I've really come to know that I really have. And I see that more and more because of the work that I'm doing. As I said, I created this charity project called the Larraguev Moe Project. And we raised the money for a new machine. I would never have done that. Do you know any lives that's already saved? I get the messages and I'm like, how beautiful is that? I would never do anything of doing that. Right? I wrote a book. Hello. And no, I'm being serious when I'm saying something like, I'm going to take the blessings from this man. I'm not going to take all the pains. I'm not going to take the days that you don't see. When if you and I will go walking now, I'll be out of breath. And I can't talk at the same time, all those challenges, which are not so great. And sometimes I can't keep up with the people. I go to gym every day due to exercise. But I can't keep up sometimes. I'm challenged. I've still got the marks here. So sometimes, you know, people stare at me. Oh, I have to hit you know, the whole thing. There's all of that. I live with it. And I go, you know what? The blessings are better than the scars. And I really mean that. I'm not pretending here. Live short, man. And if we get caught up in the victim mode of it, because everybody has a story to tell. We've got to respect that. So I'm not here going, my story is the only story. I'm saying my story was really serious. And it was a big, big situation. But hey, I get to do good things because of it. It's, it's, it's, you know, it's given me the motivation that I would never have to do better on to others. When you witness those souls leaving the earth and transcending towards Christ, did it look like energy bodies leaving the earth? There it is. Energy bodies, energy, orbs, more like orbs. It's all, it's all energetic. So so yes, like energy bodies, energy, orbs crossing over. Yeah, yeah. What did the Christ symbol or figure look like? Honestly, it did look like the Christ as we know that image of Christ is not exactly but very similar. And I guess that would have to be that way, because it's what I know, because what I understood with some of the things that I witness. I saw my dad, my dad crossed over, I think it's 12 years ago now. And I saw my dad on the other side. So obviously he showed up in the form of my father, gave me a message to give to my mother. Of Leicester, she's, she's no longer with us, but I gave her the message. How did she react? Right, so initially, because before I could get to the UK, I just got out of hospital, I couldn't fly for a hot minute, even though I did, but didn't tell him he'd not do. We was on the camera and I was speaking with my mom, my sister was on camera a bit. And I was, Mom was going, how are you son? La la, we're talking. And I said, Mom, I did see Dad when I crossed over, she goes, I don't want to hear that, because she didn't want to hear all the back kind of stuff. I goes, OK, don't worry. And then the following week, I said, Mom, I got a message from dad for you, though. And both goes, my sister goes, just tell her. And I said, Dad said that you will be together again, because you have made an agreement to even have another life together. And my mom looked in the camera and she said, yeah, but I know that. Very calmly. And it was kind of like, yeah, you would know that, because you made the agreement. Dad told me to remind you, so it was interesting three months later, four months later, five months later, she cost over blessing, less of a beautiful heart. Would it be accurate to say that you are not a religious person? And so if you are not, how do you explain the Christ figure that people are transcending to? Right. So I had to go to church when I was younger. It was mandatory. My parents are Jamaican. And they think you have to go to church to a certain age. I left quite young. But I was never into the teachings. I weren't like. I like some of the stuff when they talk about otherworldly stuff that interests me. Religion and Christ figure and all of that. Like I said, we've been presented with a lot of imagery a lot of teachings and some of that will be.
ingrained in us. So if I need to understand something in that nature, it will show up in that image of Christ. Though I believe in Christ consciousness and I feel that Jesus and all of that are messengers, I absolutely feel that only because of some of the things that I explored in my NDE made me realize that yeah, there's some great teachers that come to you. I don't think he was here to be worshiped that just might take on it. I don't know that does not possess any of you there because I think that sets up like a fan base type thing. And we see where that goes in pop culture, you know, music culture and all of that entertainment. So I think for me that always makes me feel a little bit off with that story, but I certainly believe in the Christ consciousness and all of yet for sure. And the funny thing is I work across I love the cross, I love his imagery, I love the energy. And I, yeah, I like the Christ consciousness thing in life. But yeah, the religious teachings like don't think we have any original text here. Sorry, that's. There's some good stuff there, but you got to decode it is what I'm saying. What is your definition of the Christ consciousness? Is to talk love into everything. That's what I think you talk love love really for me is the basis of everything in life. You talk lovingly to a person, transform them. But lovingly to nature, you feel the breath of nature, right? There's something about it. I'm talking pure undiluted. There are no words to explain it really. But it's a thing that I think we all know when we're still enough. And in that stillness we go back to. Divine nature that divine intelligence. It's in every single one of us. Some of us are straight. Some of us are straight really far from that understanding and that remembering. But we're all part of this tapestry. We're all part of it. There's no escaping that we're all connected. We we learn that more and more just by what we're experiencing now in the world. Nothing anymore is happening over there somewhere is happening here with me with us. Right? So I recognize that more and more, particularly what's going on in the world today. It makes us really want to come together more. And the more we do that, the more the ones who are the further away from the divinity create more separation. Because they feel separated from their divinity. When you raised your frequency and also transcended, did you join all the other souls and go to the Christ consciousness? I met what I met what I would call the divine. And it was it was magical. It really was the ultimate. And it makes me emotional, even just talk about it because. You know, Jeff, I was so aware a lot of times when I was in the coma of certain things. I was pleading to I needed that I needed to see what I've always known inside of me, you know, like to meet that oneness like that. So the gap that we've all missing the ones that the one that we drown our stories with alcohol or going to one relationship into the next to to fill that gap. And I was pleading I want to I want to reunite with this feeling inside of me. And when I crossed over I raised my frequency. I crossed over and I was met with such a divine. I was a figure because it was like a silhouette. It's like an energetic. Frequency silhouette that showed up. And at that point, I was kind of still in like spirit form. I remember that way and I was shown an energetic wall with this energy pulsating from it like this intelligence of some sort. I remember. Kind of. My form dissolving and I felt like I was just pure awareness. The feeling is just I keep using the word divine because it's the only word I feel comes close to to what I was feeling there but it really. It's. It's what's enabling me to really want to be here in this life and do good and uplift humanity because. What I saw and what I met. Was a one that I never felt before and I got privy to witness this energetic force that I knew. And I know that I'm a part of and I wanted to join it. I'm going there. That's it. I don't want to go back. And that's what happened with me. And then I heard twice. It is not your time. It is not your time. And that's how I came back. That those were the last words. And it was. It was difficult coming back because. What I've been told what was happening in the hospital when I was coming back. And I was going to tell you that. Is another story that doctors need to tell that story. And it was a challenge for me to get back into my body. There was a challenge for me because. I was going for this expansive this ultimate situation into this kind of more condensed and I. And I still feel it now. It's funny how that triggers even the feeling. I feel my body. I feel like keeping shoved it back into something that's not quite your size somehow. I see it where I can explain it. And as I mentioned in the book. What I heard of which really helped me was I heard you. You'll got breath. And that was really what. Got me to more of a. I'd say a. I had a problem coming in. The machines were going off the scales. And according to doctors, they thought I was hemorrhaging. There was a lot going on. And they've reported all of that. But I kind of remembered that. And then I was kind of like what do you mean, use your God breath. And they were like the breath that breathed all of life. It's a deep belly. Breathe in trust in that. I literally had to surrender to that. I didn't fight it in a way. I just. Leading into that. And I trusted it in that. The came back in that way. During your life review, were you being judged? And while we're on the topic, what was the most. Significate thing that you got from it? Well, I know there's no judgment. There is no judgment. And I was just with yourself. Your face with yourself. There's no condemning anybody going, hey, hey, hey, hey, no. I was invited into a space where. My review happened in front of me, but I was given papers. But there is you judge yourself because it's you you're looking. At yourself. And it's the thoughts and feelings you have towards that. That matter. There is definitely nobody condemning you. That's what I know for sure for me from my perspective. What I experienced. And somehow I felt like I always knew that. But because we've been taught into a certain way. I've a heaven and hell and all of that's for whatever purpose that really is. I guess that would have been there in my mind, but no. I know for me there is no judgment in that way. You have to look back at your life. You're the judge of what you've done. You learn from that. That's what I experienced. What was the other question there, Jeff? What kind of what is the biggest overall takeaway from your life review? Trust the process. Surrender to what is. Be the co pilot with the greater part of yourself that knows more. You know. There is definitely a path. That we all came here. To travel. There is that. And trust in it. Really. A lot of the external stuff. Tends to influence. How we live our lives. So a part of that. It doesn't really allow us to fully. Become. Who we truly are. And I say surrender. The render to yourself. And trust the process. Of what's laid out because. A lot of this stuff is written. And you find that out when you cross over. It's quite interesting as well. When you cross over. You have somebody at a harm moment.
Do you fear death? If you had a friend that was grieving over the loss of a loved one, what type of advice would you give? That's a good one. Well, I'd have to be honest here because I lost my mom three years ago and I grew up here with all that what I know. So I'd compassionately say, grieve the way you need to grieve my friend. After watching this podcast, people may want to reach out to you and ask you questions. Are you open to that and if so, how can they contact you? I'm open to that and they can reach me through my social media, Instagram, Facebook, or with larry banks official. And if anybody wants to listen to my music, I've got my band camp page. You can find some of my music there that'd be nice. I like people supporting that. What kind of music are you creating? It's very soulful. My voice is very soulful. And I'm a songwriter as well. So yeah, it's soulful. It sits on acoustic music. Even some reggae music I do. And some. Yeah. I want to say folk music. I like folk. Yeah, I'm just doing a recording actually in the minutes, which was with a handpan and acoustic. I want to put that out there is a track that I kind of let's say I downloaded it from when I was in the coma. I was able to write it beside somebody recording that. Cool. Have you written any songs about your experience? Yeah, I've got an EP that hopefully I've made it out there. There's four tracks and that's it's in the book. I wrote I wrote some stuff, believe it or not. I did an album in my coma and I was told I'd be able to remember it when I came out of the coma. That's another reason why I knew I'd be coming back. And I was able to write four songs sometimes. One of them is the one that would be record. Make my soul to sing. Make my soul sing. It's acoustic. Your book is called Dancing in Between Worlds. Where can people go to find out more about it? It's online, Jeff. Amazon, Balboa. All more to have it as well. I just told the company. I just want to get it online. What is the biggest takeaway that you want the reader to come away with from reading your book? I just hope the book reaches those who need the book the most. That's what I'm hoping for. Yeah, and take away whatever they need to take away from the book. I can't pinpoint anything in it if I'm honest. It's whatever resonates with them and hopefully help them in their life's journey. I know I did a little promoting there, but. Yeah, it's really is genuinely from that space of it needs to reach the people who. Feed the book. Larick, before we finish up, can you leave us with a last positive message? Be who you are. Be who you know yourself to be. And what I mean by that is most of the time we cover it up. Because we're afraid to show. The vulnerable parts of ourselves. And we are very concerned of what people think. And. Think of more people show up in their truth. This might become some magical playground. It truly does. So I think. Larick, thank you for your message. And thank you for being my guest. Thank you, Jeff. Really. And thank you for all that you're doing. All the good work that you're bringing in the awareness and to the attention. Obviously we're asking the questions. Bless the amount really. Thank you. My pleasure.

Summary:
