He Should Go To JAIL For This...

A growing body of evidence, including a newly revealed Vanity Fair report and a forthcoming book, alleges that Jared Kushner, Donald Trump’s son-in-law, has engaged in extensive and illegal financial dealings with five foreign governments—Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Israel, Russia, and the Netherlands. These dealings, reportedly involving over $2 billion in secret "slush funds" disguised as charitable or governmental funding, are said to have been facilitated through hacked devices and offshore accounts. Dutch intelligence sources claim they observed Kushner accessing foreign accounts while under surveillance, and a UAE official reportedly called him “the most expensive employee we’ve ever had.” Democrats, including House Judiciary Chair Jamie Raskin, assert that Kushner is unfit to serve in any government role due to these conflicts of interest and demand he recuse himself from all international negotiations. Kushner denies the allegations, claiming they are false and lacking evidence, but has not released financial records or appeared under oath. The Trump administration is criticized for negotiating with Russian officials and allegedly profiting from such deals, including attempts to influence the Russian economy through energy asset sales. The revelations are seen as part of a broader pattern of corruption that undermines democratic integrity and foreign policy. As midterm elections approach, Democrats warn that these exposures could give them a significant advantage in investigations, urging citizens to vote in key swing states like Georgia to prevent further damage to public trust.

I mean, really, it just keeps getting worse. Every single day we get a story about how corrupt Donald Trump and his administration is, how they're self-dealing, making money off of the Oval Office and the presidency, and now it's finally catching up with them. A lot of this is getting exposed just days before the midterm elections, which, if Democrats win, set up a lot of our investigations very nicely. And this story is one of the more concerning ones that we're ever really going to talk about on the show, because according to top Democrats, they are now warning that five foreign governments have dirt on Jared Kushner, even the Dutch, they're saying. This is based on a new leak from a brand-new explosive book that's coming out about Jared Kushner's business dealings all around the world, specifically in the Middle East. But it is really bad. I mean, this is somebody that's negotiating with Russia right now. This is somebody that's been negotiating with Iran. And according to Democrats, according to these people in positions of power, five governments have dirt on him? That's pretty concerning. We're going to break. We're going to break down the story and more. There's a lot to get through. Please make sure to subscribe down below. Drop a like on the video. Comment. Let me know what you think about the story and everything we're going to discuss. As you can tell, my setup is not the same right now because I'm traveling for the midterms, hopefully convincing people all around the country to vote in their swing states. Talk more about that later. But Jamie Raskin, the top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee, has warned that Jared Kushner is, quote, unfit to serve in any capacity in government. Raskin argues that at least five foreign governments may hold compromising information, Donald Trump's son-in-law. In a letter first shared with MSNOW, the Maryland Democrat cited a recent Vanity Fair report alleging that Kushner secretly received billions of dollars from, quote, off the books secret slush funds used by the Saudi and Emirati governments. Raskin alleged those funds were used for illicit purposes, including the bribery of a U.S. official and funding war crimes. So very serious accusations being made against Jared Kushner that are not just made up. It's not like people are just throwing this stuff at Jared Kushner, days before the midterms, to get a headline. This is backed up by a lot of sourcing, a lot of reporting, a lot of evidence. Quote, You cannot possibly serve as a U.S. diplomat when at least five foreign governments, the Saudis, the Emiratis, the Israelis, the Russians, and even the Dutch, appear to have damning compromise on you. He added that Kushner is, quote, currently unfit to serve in any capacity in the United States government, much less in a capacity that involves interactions with kings, princes, and foreign states. He's also demanding that Kushner recuse himself from negotiating or representing the United States in any capacity. Until he produces relevant financial records regarding your contacts with and payments from foreign governments. And as I mentioned, this is coming from a brand new exclusive report. An article was written by Vanity Fair about this new book that's coming out. The Art of the Deal, Jared Kushner's hacked phone, revealed his secret negotiations, including more than $700 million in transfers. And what's interesting is that Dutch spies were actually observing Jared Kushner's screen. They hacked his iPhone, were able to observe what he was doing on his screen, and they saw him accessing his phone. They were able to access a foreign bank account with a bunch of money while they were watching his phone. Check this report out from CBS on these new explosive allegations. Dutch intelligence agents learned the Russians had hacked Kushner's phone in 2017 after flipping a Russian spy and began accessing Kushner's phone as well. According to the report, when Kushner used the phone, they could see his screen. Almost as soon as they got inside, the intelligence service began capturing every image of Kushner's screen as he used it. The report alleges Dutch spies witnessed him log into a United Arab Emirates account that had allegedly received hundreds of millions of dollars from a bank in Azerbaijan and claims the leader of Saudi Arabia and the UAE put at least $2 billion into multiple bank accounts linked to Kushner, including an account with Israel's central bank. According to the book excerpt, the money was often disguised as official government funding or charities, but was actually intended for off-the-book, diplomatic objectives, such as striking a deal to end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The report also claims the crown prince put roughly $1 billion into at least one other account for Kushner, citing a person with knowledge of the money, saying its allocation was for Kushner's personal benefit. Wow. I mean, oh man, the corruption is absolutely insane. And, you know, if you thought the story couldn't get worse, of what these spies, what these foreign officials have said about Jared Kushner as a part of this report, and in the book, the top intelligence official in the United Arab Emirates, Ali al-Shamsi, is reported to have called Kushner, quote, the most expensive employee we've ever had. That's a member of a foreign government in the Middle East saying that an American diplomat, who is obviously serving in the Trump administration, is the son-in-law of Donald Trump, is an employee for their country. He's making so much money from them that he's an employee. And, you know, he's actually responded to these allegations. I was about to say, look, how can Republicans defend this? Well, Jared Kushner tried, and I would argue failed miserably. He said, quote, Vanity Fair posted an excerpt from a book containing outrageous and categorically false allegations. They were made by this author, and they're completely insane and never happened. We denied every one of these claims on the record, yet the author failed to provide a single shred of evidence to substantiate any of them. Well, I can assure you this much. A book is not being published by any publisher out there without thorough sourcing, and articles not being published by Vanity Fair without thorough sourcing. So I don't know what he's talking about without any evidence, but they're not putting this stuff out there, subjecting themselves to a major defamation case if even a little bit of it was wrong without some good sourcing and evidence. No bank statements, wire transfer records, account numbers, transaction dates, or other verifiable details were provided. During this period in question, I was one of the most scrutinized people in the world, subjected to intense media coverage. Shipping, billing, admin, payroll, marketing. I voluntarily cooperated with these investigations, providing over 30 hours of information. None of these allegations ever surfaced because none of these events ever happened. These are outrageous fabrications being presented as investigative journalism. This is not journalism. It's a mixture of fantasy, fiction, and advocacy written by someone who is either deeply disturbed or acting with sinister intent. So, I mean, it's a really bad explanation. There's no refuting the details, really, or getting into what the book said and what the report said. He's just saying like, you know, I've been investigated before and the allegations never came up. Yes, because that must mean it didn't happen because they weren't previously investigated. Because the Dutch were looking at your phone many years ago and it wasn't the United States or anything like that. It was the Dutch. And that just automatically means it didn't happen, which is very stupid. And the House Judiciary Democrats have responded to Jared Kushner denying this by saying, is that so? If your billion dollar deals with the corrupt oil monarchs in the UAE and Saudi Arabia do not constitute bribery and staggering conflicts of interest, why do you keep dodging all of our oversight requests? What exactly are you hiding? Let's hear how you answer our questions when you're under oath. And that's the point. You know, Jared Kushner is saying all of this is completely false. They're all fabrications by this reporter and this author, and they must be mentally deranged if they're writing something like this. If that's the case, come on into Congress. We'll get you under oath right hand up and you can answer some questions about this new bombshell reporting. If it's completely false, there's no merit, no anything to the reporting. You should feel perfectly comfortable answering some questions about it. And so far, he has dodged every single one of his requests. Jared Kushner has also dodged releasing his financial records by not technically being an employee of the United States government, but rather being an outside advisor. And so he's like, you know, these documents, these allegations have never come up before because you've never released your financial documents despite basically working as a government employee. Now, Donald Trump was also asked about these allegations and he did what Donald Trump does. I mean, you know, he called it fake news, a false story, the whole nine yards. Now, it's a totally false story. It was totally an incorrect story. It was just fake news. Amazing. Nice. Real good. It's just false. That's what Donald Trump says. Caroline Leavitt, when she was press secretary, excuse me, was also asked about Jared Kushner receiving two and a half billion with a B, not M. M would already be bad enough. B is outrageously corrupt, of course. When he received two and a half billion dollars from Saudi Arabia, UAE and three other countries. That have combined to give him that amount of money. Caroline Leavitt was asked and she called it a despicable question, total nonsense and all that stuff. Oh my, is that not, is that not absolutely insane? How disingenuous and despicable of you to argue that the man who received two and a half billion dollars from Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar is dealing with these countries and negotiations and that's a conflict of interest. How despicable of you to suggest that. Do they hear themselves? I mean, oh my God. We're also learning from this book that Jared Kushner got a secretary, a secretary of state fired after a dictator paid him off. Yes, this is according to this book as well. Jared Kushner was allegedly paid $50 million. by a foreign government to get Rex Tillerson, Donald Trump's former Secretary of State, fired. In this new book, author Matthew Cole reported that the UAE paid Kushner to oust Tillerson, who had allegedly become extremely cozy with the Qataris. And what do you know? Donald Trump fired him by tweet all the way back in 2018. Isn't that an interesting coincidence? And look, this is also the guy that Donald Trump pushed to get a security clearance. Like, you know, the security agencies were like, does he need it? They were kind of resisting it because there's no real reason why Jared Kushner should have the security clearance. He is simply just the son-in-law of Donald Trump. That doesn't mean you get a security clearance. That's not how that works. But Donald Trump pushed for it anyway. This is the same guy. Just, you know, putting things in context there. Mike Johnson has also talked about Jared Kushner. He's been asked about his involvement in the government. And this is what Mike Johnson said, quote, Jared Kushner is not directly involved in the administration. Interesting, because he's also the same guy who's been negotiating with Putin and has been sitting across from Vladimir Putin. That's Steve Witkoff, an actual member of the Trump administration. He's also bat shit crazy. I don't mean to swear on the show, but it felt necessary. This is a guy who is very obviously working in this administration. And everybody's like pretending he's not. Mike Johnson is pretending that he's not. It's just an interesting, it's an interesting position to take when it's just so obvious, I think, for the American people to put two and two together. I know the Republicans think that Americans are stupid, that every American is stupid. It's just not the truth. We're also learning that as part of these negotiations, Jared Kushner is trying to make Putin money. I mean, look, this entire video has been story after story, just getting worse and worse, the whole thing going downhill, but it's important to talk about. Check this out. It is one of the most alluring opportunities in global energy. The foreign assets of Lukoil, the Russian energy giant, are being sold off at fire sale prices because U.S. sanctions have made them nearly worthless for investors in Russia. Gas stations in the United States, refineries in Eastern Europe, and oil fields around the world are up for grabs. Now, the problem here is that we have these sanctions in place and nobody should be buying oil from Russia because we're trying to squeeze their economy because they are waging an illegal war against Ukraine, but Donald Trump doesn't care about that. He's interested in helping them out. And we know that they're interested in helping them out because the Trump administration has long argued that discussing business deals with Putin could help convince him to mend ties with the West and end his war with Ukraine, which so far that has not happened. The administration recently signaled that some deals could move forward before the war ends. When Mr. Trump's envoys, Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff, met with Putin at the Kremlin last month, the Russian president asked them to get the deal done. They're working on behalf of the Russian government, folks. You know, John Ossoff, who I would argue is one of the best Democrats out there, he is so well-spoken, spoke about this very topic, the corruption of Jared Kushner and everything we just discussed, and I think you should hear it from him. He puts it in such an amazing way. He said, well, I guess you have, you could say for that particular purpose, for the purpose of allowing a man who was thinking he was going to be in prison for life out. So, Donald Trump is saying that, yes, you can call Vladimir Putin a humanitarian for letting someone out of prison after keeping that person in prison for four years and torturing him and killing children while he was at it. Lawrence, thank you for having me, and it's yet another outrage. And as I laid out over the weekend, and you played the clip before the break, there's every reason to believe that our foreign policy with respect to Russia and Ukraine is being influenced by deal-making that Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff are undertaking in their negotiations with Putin that will directly benefit the first family's cronies, the very people who fund the Trump-Witkoff business, who fund Jared Kushner's international relationship with real estate projects, and who fund the Trump campaign. It is like a kaleidoscopic spectacle of corruption, unlike anything we've ever seen in the history of our republic. The conflicts of interest are completely obscene and outrageous, and it is why it is vital, Lawrence, that we win these midterm elections. We have to win, and we have to win so decisively that no plot that they hatch in the Oval Office to foil the will of the people can succeed. We have to succeed in disenfranchising American voters. And victory, a Senate majority, it depends upon defending this seat in Georgia. So if you're watching at home, on your TV, on your laptop, on your phone, and whether you've been supporting my efforts in Georgia for months or you've been sitting on the sidelines, it's crunch time now. There's no path back to the Senate majority without winning this Senate race in Georgia. So open your web browser, go to electjohn.com and chip in 15 bucks to make sure we win this race decisively. You know, anytime a candidate reads off their website in an interview like that, that being a Democratic candidate, I'm always going to let it play. Because not only do I want the MSNOW audience to hear that, I want everybody at home to hear that as well. Because he's right. You know, Georgia is such a crucial seat. People are kind of thinking that Georgia is kind of in the bag. Like Mike Collins in Georgia is such a terrible Republican candidate, but it is a state that voted for Donald Trump two years ago. So no Senate seat, nor Senate race, nor swing district in this election is granted. And we have to take it seriously. We have to take every seat seriously and give every part of this country equal attention. Because this, we have no choice. You know, we have no choice. We cannot let this crap go on any longer with what the administration has done. So look, I will leave the video there. Thank you so much for watching. I just had to talk about all this stuff. I am just disgusted really by the rampant corruption that we're seeing every single day. And you can let me know in the comments what you thought about it all. Please make sure to subscribe down below, drop a like on the video, comment. Let me know what you thought about it. I appreciate you all very, very much. Just days away from the midterms. Get out there and vote if you haven't. Make a plan to vote if you haven't. And if you voted, thank you very much. You're doing great. And we'll continue to fight together. All right.
