He Needs To Divorce Her | Financial Audit

Mike and Maylene, a couple from Tomball, Texas, appear on Financial Audit with a chaotic financial and personal life. Mike runs a pet waste removal business, earning about $9,000 monthly, but he admits to taking a 47% owner’s draw, leaving the business behind on payroll and struggling to pay bills. Maylene, a stay-at-home mom, previously managed finances with spreadsheets but stepped back due to stress. The couple has eight children, including three together, and faces $170,000 in debt through Freedom Debt Relief, plus a mortgage two months behind and utilities shut off multiple times. The conversation reveals a deeply dysfunctional relationship marked by repeated domestic violence. Both admit to physical altercations, including punching, choking, and a major fight where Maylene was arrested after Mike called the cops. CPS became involved, and Maylene spent time in jail before the case was dismissed. Mike receives $2,900 monthly in VA disability for a traumatic brain injury, but his military discharge was under general conditions due to misconduct, including serving alcohol to minors. He also owes $6,942 in child support for a previous marriage. Caleb criticizes their lack of financial planning, their reliance on a tax refund to catch up, and Mike’s failure to prioritize employees and family. He urges Mike to get a regular job, stop the business, and take responsibility, while also addressing the violence and poor communication. The couple’s optimism about the future is unrealistic, as their spending and behavior remain unchanged.

Welcome, guys. Listen, everyone in our little document right here was like freaking out that we'd be getting too racist with the word Maylene. I don't even know what's racist about it. You're just Asian. It's an Asian sounding name. What's racist? Is that racist? Are we being racist right now? We are Chinese people. Hello, please. Ping, pow, ding, ding. No, we're just, I'm smarter than him. That's it. Well, I would assume it's pretty racist. No, it's not. Well, I mean. It's not racist. It's the own kind. And for its power. Pattern recognition. And she is Asian, and I recognize that pattern. Yeah, my instastreet.com says I'm 98% Asian, so. We're surprised. We're shocked. We're stunned. Okay. Well, thanks for coming in from Tomball, north of Houston, an hour I've never heard of it. So, it should be a relatively cheaper place to live. What do you do for a living, Mike? I own a pet waste removal company. Sure. Oh, Poop Scoop. Poop Scooping. Poop Scoop. I get them coming by a couple times a week. It's good. Listen, I pay mine a decent amount of money for that luxury. So, I hope you're making good money. You own the business. How many employees you got? Two. Okay. Okay. So, this might be doing something. Anything? Stay at home, mom. This is doing something? Oh, okay. Well, that's good. Oh, mother. Yeah, I did the marketing and all that. And like ordering supplies and all that for him. So, kind of like the back end. And then he. How frequently? I can't tell. Are you. I hear like Asian, then I hear ghetto, then I hear southern. What are you? I was British when I met her. What? Very British accent. Why? We were in Umbau and then we moved to, what, Cyprus? Like more city near, closer to sea. Umbau, Cyprus, Tomball. And then Tomball, no. Okay. How does that make her British? No, when I met her, she learned from a British guy. Yeah, my teacher. Where the f*** are you from? Taiwan. Okay. Want to shop him? Yes. Yeah, for Asian. Okay. Usually, they bring back a schedule. I'm not going to ask anyone, but you did have kids. Three. Yes. Whoa. Okay. What are the ages of your kids? Well, I have three. He has five. What the f*** is wrong? Did you bust them? Yeah. What? Well, okay. Where's, what's the previous kids? Ex-wife. Ah, okay. So, you've been married before? Yes. Are you guys married? Yes. How long have you guys been married? 10? 11. Oh, sh**. Guys, this is a long marriage for financial audit. Uh-huh. That's kind of. That's exciting. How old are, okay, all the kids? Um, 19. 19. 17. 8, 7, and 1 and a half. Okay. So, the younger ones are going to be you guys. Yes. I'm assuming. Okay. Jeez, dude. Yeah. You're producing like crazy. Yes. I want one more. You want one more? One more. If it'll come out. Yeah. If it'll come. What does that mean? I don't know. Well, we've been trying. Oh, man. No, he's been trying. Yeah. Are you consenting? I let it marinate. I mean, in the moment, yeah. Oh, well, everyone wants it inside in the moment. That's why we just don't listen. We don't listen to our brain, our dick, and the woman. Speak for yourself, mother f**ker. I mean, everyone wants it. Everyone says, it's like, oh, okay. No, I don't need to reenact. We all know what it means. Okay. I mean, if it's a girl, but we've got three boys. I don't think. You'll really get the choice when he busts. Yeah, I know. Okay. Okay. Well, Mike, please be making a lot of money because this is a lot of kids with even more coming potentially. Yes. How much do you make? 9,000 a month. Okay. Is that what the business makes or is that what you take home? That's what I'm trying to take home. Okay. Trying versus taking home. What? What's the laugh? No. Tell me the number. What are you laughing about? What was so funny about that? Because. What was the joke? What was the joke I said? I usually, well, I haven't been paying myself really. Like I just separated the business finances from the personal finances. There's no trying. So you're not doing shit. I started doing an owner's withdrawal. When? This month. This month. What have you been paying bills? Last month, just, I'm, well. Everything comes out from business. Yeah. I'm being told you're literally behind on payroll right now. Yes. Yeah. How are you taking money out if you're behind on payroll? Payroll comes first. Your bills comes first. Taking care of your employees comes first. Yes. Yes? No. It sounds like you're taking money out. Well, so I'm trying to pay myself more so we could pay the bills. Like trying to control the owner's withdrawal. Isn't the bills paying your employees? If you hire people, they're your responsibility before you pay yourself. Yeah. And that's most important after the bills. Well, no. No. Their pay actually does come first. That's your responsibility. That's your responsibility as a business owner. That is the first and foremost, most important thing, is paying your employees. You don't just not pay them. So you can pay your bills that are likely more expensive than you can afford because you chose to do that. Well, he started reading his Profit First book, so it's kind of like. Huh? Profit First? Was that the book? Yes. Wait, wait, wait. Okay. Profit First, where I'm taking. Oh, you read a book, Profit First. Yes. Yes. Okay. What did this book teach you? Profit First. That doesn't make. No, the profit is what is there. No, not at the end. It's at the beginning. Okay. Yeah. Explain. I guess I haven't read Profit First. Easy, easy way to explain it is if you have, if you go by Profit First, you take your profit first and that's, say it's 5%. But what if that's not your profit margin? You make it your profit margin. How? You either go up or down. If you start low, like 3%, 5%, if you can't start with that, then the business isn't profitable. Yes, your business is probably a failure, but I understand that. You can't, if the human mindset, if you start with income minus the expenses equals your profit, you're not going to have any profit left because that's on the back burner. Okay. I have profit left and I do that. Okay. Okay. But most people won't, but you're not paying your employees, but if you go behind on payroll, if you go to the, the, the person that does bookkeeping or the, the, whoever you go through and you say, Oh, what was it? They say, Oh, congratulations. You were $13,000 in profit. And then you say, where is it? What are you talking about? What do you mean? Most people's profits, not real. Cause then you say, none of this makes sense to me. What am I missing? What am I missing here? Can your quants? There's a, there's like a weird, like a chart that from that book and like you make a certain amount within certain miles, how, how much percentage and then just, just put a little profit to the side. What are you? And then you have your owner's withdrawal. Yeah. Go ahead and just draw for me. What's the silly little chart. Okay. I don't understand. So he does all that. Aren't you the chart person? You're the chart expert. You guys invented charts. I know I was the data analysis, but that thing, I don't understand. It shouldn't be pretty basic for a $15 book. You got the job? Oh, yeah. Accounting? Cost accounting, yeah. Yeah, she bought the accounting for dummies book before she started the job. So you go, so you have your real? No. Real income, right? Define real income, just so we know what that means. Just your income. So say that. Whose income? The businesses or yours? Yeah, business income. For fuck's sake, okay. Business income. You have $10,000, and then you start with profit. Oops. Sorry, I'm nervous. I can't even spell profit. Not only are you not making it, you can't spell it. So, profit. But what's happening here? You're writing words. What's happening? Give me an understanding of what's happening. So, you take your income, you have to do profit first. Okay. 5%. Sure. You just take your 5%, you put that in a bank account, right? Okay, lower margin business, gotcha. Okay. I don't know how we're having a low margin business on picking up poop. No, 5% is low. That's the problem. That would be a problem for picking up poop. Yeah. You have your expenses, and then you have your income. You have your owner's withdrawal. What's your expenses? Labor. Yeah. And maybe gas reimbursement. Labor, gas is a lot. Bags. Bags are a lot. Gloves. Gloves are like a dollar a piece. Each job is a dollar of gloves. And bags are 30 cents a piece. And then chemicals. You have spray to deodorize and sanitize the yard. That's like 300 bucks a month. And ads. What are you getting per pick? About 21. So that 5% margin makes no sense. What's the labor cost? What are you paying your people? I have a full-time that's 20 an hour and a part-time that's 15 an hour. And they're just picker-uppers? Yes. Are you picking up? Yes. How many places are they picking up an hour? About two and a half. Your 5% makes no sense here. And I know you say that's low, but you should be able to hit it right now. But if you're able to, you should not be behind on payroll. Where's this money going? I don't know. How the fuck do you know? Well, so my owner's withdrawal. It's a lot. But why? Because of the past debt. On the business? No, personal. But no, no, no, no, no. That doesn't make sense for why the owner withdraws a lot. You made choices, so you're taking more money out of the business, but you're behind on payroll. You withdraw after you pay everyone. You pay yourself after. I pay myself a lot of money because the business does well, but only after I pay everyone twice a month. Yes. But, but what I, I, they've gotten their pay. I don't know them. Well, no, you're buying on payroll. Yeah, it's behind, but what are you talking about? The first is coming up, so I charge the invoices on the first. Okay. You're doing a 47% owner's draw right now. Yes. Yeah. I mean, that might not meet the margin. I feel like you're closer to like 30% is what you can take. Owners withdraw. That's what he pays himself. Yeah. Oh, my. I just, I just swipe. What? No, from the business. Yeah. 47% owners. How many of you have been here? 11? No. You understand what I'm saying then? Yeah. Yeah. I didn't ask how much you're swiping. As first reported by the New York Times, the Chinese government has deployed spies inside the US. I said, I don't know about the amount. I just, if there's the money's there, I swipe. I'm talking about how much he's pulling from the business lady. Oh. Oh, I don't know. Is this a sugar daddy situation? Did it start as a sugar daddy situation? Starting, yeah, this year. Did it really? Wait. Huh? Starting. He'd started. Just this year. No, no, no. 11 years ago. No. What? No, I was working at like Best Buy. I was sugar mommy. Oh, okay. She has the college degree. It doesn't matter. It doesn't always mean everything, but. That's what I told him. Well, it can. I, so my mindset, whenever, if we go to the beginning of us, I get a Asian and you get rich. Well, you guys are in a lot of debt, so that didn't work. Yeah. It's not because of me. But we, I mean, we lived rich. Yeah, some of it because of me, but. Some. Some. Some. But if he would just get a different job, we wouldn't have B. Is that the issue or is he just taking too much money out of the business and he's not sustaining it? Well, the business doesn't. It's a cycle that's. The business didn't start till. I think it's like end of 2024, our third one's born. Before he was doing, he was working retails. Okay. So the other job he would get would also, he wouldn't make much. No. No. No. It's especially towards the end. I don't think you get a job. I did. She had one. I told her to quit. Why? Cause. Yeah, you have a lot of kids at home, but. Yeah. Is that it? Is that the reason? We wanted to homeschool them. And also I was paying a lot of money for ads and, but she took over the ads. So working since, since I moved here, we need you to make money. You're not going to pay her. Like you're still taking the withdrawal. So yes. Okay. We got to pause real quick. The babysitter has a question. 2,000 years later. Okay. So listen, I understand how the money's going now. You've taken it over, but she was running it in the past. So why'd you take it over? Well, first, well, how are you managing it in the past? What was it like? Um, I actually had a spreadsheet and I actually had to tell him like, Hey, this is going through how much it's going through. We only have this left. So you only have this amount to spend. But she had a spreadsheet that I didn't understand. It was like a Google. He didn't want to understand the spreadsheet. He didn't. We asked, I tried to sit down with him to go through it. I, I used that spreadsheet for, I think over four years. Um, I asked him multiple times to go through it with me. So he knows what's going on. I don't have to keep telling him. Okay. I'm being told it was, it put a lot of. Stress on you though, in the relationship, you were just like, I guess getting like ultra stressed. What does that even mean? Oh, it was so stressful. It was so we, initially we stayed with his parents and, um, we got one kid and a second kids born and when the, when the, when COVID hit, we started working from home and his shift was a little weird. It was like one to 10. Okay. And I have to be at the meeting. And at 9:00 AM in the dot. So I would get the kids ready before nine o'clock and wake him up to watch the kids while I'm in the meeting. But he refused to, he, why don't you step up and take care of your kids? He will usually say my shift doesn't start at one. Why don't you, why am I waking up right now? Go tell, uh, send the kids to my mom. She wanted me to wake up at like eight o'clock, but my shift was from one to 11 or one. And I was like, okay, I'm going to wake up at 10, whatever it is. So I know, like, wake up and take care of your kids. What was he doing instead game? He games at night and that's, I like, I also enjoy playing a video game. That's fun when he got kids to take care of and she's burning out. Why can't you step the up, man? Cause, uh, mom's home mom's still there. No, we had, we had. Mom's there, but she's asking for you to step up. Why won't you, she, your wife, we had help in the house though, but she's asking you to step up. So why didn't you, but there was other people that could step up. There's no other people. Cause, uh, his mom is taking care of his grandma who she passed away, but who had dementia and his dad's a registered nurse. So his dad's working all the time. So I feel bad leaving her, the kids to take care of because she had to, um, there's one incident that, um. Were you crying? What, what, what is that for? Oh, earlier. Yeah. You were crying before we started. It's just a sensitive topic. What is? It's just stress. It's like back when I, uh, think about the stress back then, it's just, uh, it gets me just really upset. Like I have to be upset again. What happened? Um, it's just, uh. We even told you kind of blew up. What? Oh yeah. That blew up. Um, what? Wow. Well, I mean, so I've had arguments with my girl as well. What did you say? Or whatever. Well, they went kind of like, uh, physical. It went physical. Who was physical? I'm being physical. You were physical. Yeah. What the did you do? So. You think you know a browser, but Gemini and Chrome, that's new. Oh, the first time was the time I tried to wake him up to take care of the kids and he refused and, um, I, he literally lay in bed and. That was, but I was working one to 11. And. Okay. - It doesn't have to do with anything. - 'Cause if I'm working one to 11, and I don't have to wake up at 8. Okay, so what did you do physical? Well, so I always said like, well, I started physical 5, but. No, what did you do? I was banging him like a donkey kong, basically. She was punching. Yeah. Just out of nowhere? No, I pulled his blanket, right? I pulled his blanket. I said, you're going to get the f*** up and watch the kids because I fed the kids. I changed their diaper. They're all good to go. They're clean. They just need someone to watch them. But he refused, so I pulled the blanket, and then he pulled the blanket back up. I said, I need you to get the f*** up. How many other adults in the house, though? Okay, but she started hitting you? Like, what hitting you? Okay, so I pulled the blanket, and then he got pissed off. He jumped straight in my face, like this close. Like, literally, like his nose about to touch my nose. So I, my reflection just started. Why'd you do that? Why'd you get all up in her face? Because it was, like, 30 minutes of her trying to get me out of bed, yelling at me. Yeah, he, like, usually, like, I don't, I'm not trying to justify what I did, but usually when it started is whenever he'd get really close to my face, and what's more upsetting is he would say, no, I didn't do it. Because when, back when we were dating, he actually did it one time, and he's. What, got in your face? No, it's more than that. He actually, he got drunk, and then he was on top of me, and then started slapping me. What? And I had to, I bit him on the shoulder to. What the fuck? To, to get him, like, to stop. Wait, wait, wait. I mean, I know I'm, like, I'm, I'm a big Asian. I'm strong. Wait, wait, wait. What about being drunk makes you want to pin her down and start hitting her? I think that time, because I told him, I said, you're drunk, you're acting crazy, you need to go to bed. And then he said, no, but you don't tell me what to do. Yeah. I bit his shoulder, and then I ran out, and he chased me. Okay, so let her. No. We didn't live in a good area. And she was brand new here. She had just came here from Taiwan. Dude, she slung Glucky on the streets of Taiwan. She could survive in the suburb of an outer borough of Houston. No. She could. But she, yeah, so he chased me down the hall, and I got scared because I thought he was going to attack me more. Well, yeah. Well, before that, what do you mean slapping you while you're sitting down? Was it just, like, actually, like, mm, mm? No, he was, like, like this, back and forth. Like silly? No, hard. Like a hee-hee-hee. No, like hard, and then he was sitting on top. He was sitting on top of me and started slapping me. And then, so that was the first time, and then that was before I ever. So, but you were running down the hall then. Yeah, and then he chased me and then acting scary because I was, well, I was from that childhood. My dad used to physically abuse my mom, like chasing her or hit my mom with a fan. No, I haven't used that one yet. Let me, I'm going to use that as my next one. Yeah, my dad used an industrial fan to hit my mom. Oh, an industrial one. No, not the little one. I got to upgrade my abuse. Yeah. And then my mom had a, what was that? My dad had a knife against my mom's throat and my, all that. So people chasing. Yeah. So people chasing. It's scary. I turned around. I saw the island. I grabbed the, I turned around. I grabbed a, like a fork and say, I didn't even grab a knife. I grabbed a fork. I said, you need to stay the fuck away from me. I know the first thing you think about every day is grabbing a fork. But yeah. Or chopsticks. Stop. But I told him, I was like, you need to get away from me. And then he started laughing. Like, what the fuck are you going to do? What the fuck are you going to do? And then I was like, I'm just going to go to the backyard and leave me the fuck alone. And his parents were out of town. So it was just us. So I slept through that night. All because you told him, because she told you to go to bed? Wake up. No, that's a different thing. This was when you were drunk and she said, go to bed. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So. What? But I've never personally started abusing my girl because she said, went, go to bed. Yeah. I don't know. He was, he was drunk. And then I just, well, I wanted to get away. So I spent the night at the, in the backyard. And then he woke up and then I said, oh, you did this and that. He said, well, I don't remember. You were lying. I said, your shoulder is bit. It's bruised. And he was like, what the fuck would you bit me? And then I was like, no, you attacked me first. I mean, I think abuse is abuse. Well, okay. So he got in your face at the house the next time. And then your instinct was. Just, I got to fight back. So what did you do? I pushed him and then sit on top of him. I start like, like pounding him. What? Where? On his chest? Yeah. What the fuck? That's really interesting. His chest and I think ribs. You were just laying there? Yeah. I get really, I get really strong when I was upset. The, the, the, the first one I was, I was super drunk that not, not defending it, but it sounded like you're trying. I was, I was super drunk. That's, that's the reason I acted like that. But with, with this one, uh, I'm not going to fight back or anything. Uh, but yeah, she was, I think you can fight back actually when you're under attack. Yeah. I just, uh, I don't think anyone should hit each other first, but especially as a man, you shouldn't get on her and start slapping her. But I think, yes, if someone is attacking you, you can attack. But I didn't. And that's where, that's where I messed up my ribs. Oh wait, but then I, okay, then there was another incident. So the third instant is, um, uh, I got a new job and, uh, I took, uh, I think I took extra week off, so get ready for the job and then the kids happened to call COVID flu and strep throat all three at one time. And then he caught it too. So him being sick, right? I cannot do anything. I'm not, I'm, I'm, I'm unable to. Get out of bed, that type of thing, but I needed the kissing thing. Oh God. There's another one with, huh? What's the kissing thing? Oh, no, no, no, no. There was, oh, that's another thing. Yeah. Let's do that one later. Okay. Oh, okay. So what's this one second one. Okay. So he was, everybody was sick and then he was refused to get up and help me with the kids. Cause I told him, I said, I got to take the kids to go to the, the doctor. And I also offer him and said, do you want me to drop you at the Dick urgent care? Cause it was sick. And then he said no. And then, so I took the kids to go see a doctor and I dropped, I was going to go pick up the medication. It started pouring, so I took them home. And then I woke him up nicely. I said, hey, can you please get up with the kids because I got to go get their medicine, and it's pouring. I don't want to bring them in Target and pick up their medicine. Okay. Again, just pause for a second. I don't start swinging hearing this story, but continue. Okay, so, well, you're about to start swinging. So anyway, so he did get up, right? So I said, okay. I told my kids, let me know. My oldest one said, let me know if you need anything, call me because I'll be in Target to pick up your medicine, and I'll grab your dad some extra medicine for him. So as soon as I arrived at Target, I got a call from my oldest son. He said the baby, which was only four months, fell from the couch. Oh, okay. And then I called him. I said. And I said, where's your dad? And he goes, oh, sleeping on the couch. With the baby. That fell off. Sometimes babies fall. No. But it's like a normal, not a crazy. No, it's enough. She was supposed to be taking care of the kid, wasn't that the entire point? Yes. Okay, so the baby fell. A little bit. Like, not crazy. Off the couch. Yeah, he's only four months. So baby fell, and I came home. I lost it. I lost it, and I started attacking him, but then he was able to. What was attacking him? No, I want details. I don't, most of the attack, I don't really remember. What was the attack? What did she do to you? I don't know. What? I can't remember. You guys, no, no, no, no, no. This isn't that long ago. The kid. Was that? For me, it's either, it's either, it's probably punching, usually. Yeah, that's, yeah. Guys, this happened in March of last year. No, no, no, this is in January last year, and then the big one is in March. Oh, there's another one. Oh, we didn't even, okay. Okay. So, okay, so this time you just went in and you started punching. Yeah, and then. And you hit back? No. That's the next one. Yeah, he was able to. Okay, so this is the third. So this is the fourth one. Yeah. Okay, so you started swinging. You're hitting him. You're beating him. Yes. Yes. And eventually you calmed down, I guess. Yes. Well, he did not kill you. How did we de-escalate from this? Yes. Oh, no. This is a violent relationship. Because my kid came in, and I jumped up. No, I held you down, and you started hyperventilating, and then the kid came in, and we both jumped up. Yeah, I do that whenever I get, like, really, really stressed, really upset. Well, if you start beating someone, yeah, your adrenaline's going to be all the way up. So what was the fourth one, then? Well, the fourth one was whenever, I think, he had to take his kids home. Yeah, yeah, that's right. All the way to, like, Willis, Texas, so it was, like, a 15-minute drive. And I had a baby with me, and with my friend in the house, we were just chit-chatting. And the baby fell asleep in my arm, and then as soon as he got home, he looked at me, and he just gave me the look like, you didn't bathe the baby yet? And I was like, what? I said, no, he fell asleep. He said, well, you just got to wait for me to come home and bathe him, huh? And I was like, maybe. Maybe. Maybe. Why don't you just walk in and be a. No, she. There's a lot of things that she does on purpose. Yeah, because I need you to do it. I need you to. For me to do. Yeah, so she goes, I need you to do it. Tell me. So, like, the bathing thing. I walk in, and she makes it very obvious that she was just waiting for me to get home to bathe the baby. What time was it? Like, stuff like that. Like, 8, 8.30. Okay, well, I'm being told he has a very strict 9 p.m. cutoff time for any responsibility or conversation. With you or the kids, right? Yes. So, 9 p.m. It's an interesting rule. I don't know if you're allowed to make that rule, but, okay, we were approaching his 9 p.m. cutoff time, which is fucking crazy. Well, that was a. So, what happened? Compromise. Oh. That was a compromise. Yeah. So, our youngest son started freaking out about a whole different. No, no, no. The second. The middle one. Oh, yeah. The middle one. Started freaking out from all. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. So, a whole different issue, but he freaks out. He has crash outs. Yeah. His parents like Ken. I mean, his crash out was a little bit like. You guys are literally beating each other. I know. This is the fourth domestic abuse we're talking about so far. Oh, I'm glad we laugh about it. This relationship's going to be incredible for the rest of our lives. Okay, continue, though. The son was crashing out. He has to tell this part because. Tell it. Sure. How do we explain it? I was black. Well, just say what happened. He was crashing out. He was crashing out, and I wanted to separate everything. What? I was keeping my cool. I wasn't upset or angry. She was upset and angry. Because of the. Because you walked in. Yeah, so all of it led up to me coming back home. It's late, and I was like, why didn't you bathe the kid yet? I was working, by the way. I feel like we're trying to be very delicate. Don't be. Say it. Yeah. I just wanted to cool everything off and get her away, and I would tell my son, you can't crash out like that. That usually settles a crash out. You can't crash out. Yeah. But she was like, no, you can leave. And I went to get in between. I feel like we're missing a lot of steps because everyone's. Sounds very nice so far. What I was thinking of was. Oh, fuck. I can't believe you've done this. Oh, it's coming up. So I tried to separate them. She thought I was getting in her face. She did get in my face. Because he was this close to my face. This close that's in her face. My son was right there, so I had to get. I stepped in between them. No, he was this. I'm like, hey, you can leave. You can leave. You're too hot right now. Let me. Let me handle it. Okay. And she was like, no, you're not going to tell me what to do. And then it started the fight. And then she punched. I punched. She choked. No, no, no, no. What? No, no, no. A punch. Like, punch, punch. Punch. You, like, beat him. Like, in the face. Yeah. It's like I'm addicted to this shit. I don't know. I can't explain it to you. You're addicted to bitches punching you in the face. Why? Why would you punch? Because he got this close to my face and cussing me out. But I was telling her to get away from. Neanderthals. Like, you're too hot. Leave. No, you didn't say it nicely. Yes. Yes. Face. It was punch, punch. Face, face. And then push up against the wall. Come back and punch. And then choke. Choke? What's the choke? Who choked who? Me. Yeah. She choked you? No. You choked him? Yes. You were just sitting there just fucking choking? Yeah. I only remember, like, I told him. I said, I can't do this anymore. It's either you died today or me. Like, one of us has. What is with you and death? And getting people killed in this house? It was a lot of years of. Yeah, it was a lot of. Of domestic abuse back and forth? I would say so. No, like, me not. I wasn't helping out at all. He's, like, out of picture. And then he'll only show up when he's in good mood. But if he's in a bad mood, he will be with the kids and he will fall asleep on the couch. No, I'm being told, like, the big snap happened to over-discipline. Like, over-disciplining your second kid, though. Yes. What? What was that? I didn't want her to discipline him because he was crashing out. She was over-disciplining. I wasn't over-disciplining. She was about to. I felt. Well, he felt I was about to, but I told him. It was over-disciplining. For you, it's hitting. What? My kid? Yeah. No, no, no. I talked to him. That's over-disciplining is talking? No, she was just too hot. I was like, hey. He failed that I was going to over-discipline. I said, no, I told him. You mean hit. No, I don't think she'd hit him. What's over-disciplining? She was just, like, yelling too much. Oh, she was screaming in his face. Okay. Yeah, but I told him. I said, no, I need you to get out of the room. I need to talk to him about it because it was. No, but you're too hot. You can't talk to him right now. Well, that's what you think. Like, I got my cool, so let me talk to him. No, you don't got your cool. You're too hot. You can leave. I don't even trust. Sometimes, like, I don't even trust him with the kids because he would jump in kids' face, too, and yell at them. How much did you guys hit each other? Huh? In that fight, how much did you guys hit each other? That one? A lot. A lot. Yeah. How long was the fight? Up until I got arrested. Yeah. What? Yeah. Who called the cops? He did. I did. Yeah. Our son ran and got the neighbor. The neighbor came. Oh, my gosh. Pulled her off. Separated us. I shut the door. I grabbed the gun. She was getting a knife. What? I did not. You got the gun? No. She got the knife? You got the knife? I did not get a knife. Oh, she said she was. Because she was like, you're going to eat someone. Well, you got the gun regardless. Yes. He put a machine gun right in there by my knife stand. Huh? He put a, what was it? A machine gun right by my knife stand. I told him I don't want it. So when the cops came in, they treated me like I was a crazy lady because I had a big old gun by my knife stand. Well, yeah. So you think you were being a crazy lady. You started a fight and he had to call the cops. So she got arrested. And, um, and so the trauma these kids are going through, I don't think you're going guys understand yeah it's bad i i do it's bad i do yeah do you i do how are you in jail how long yeah uh i think it was two days and then i was bailed out and then the judge was like oh no your bill is too low so she sent me back again good and you're a flight or not a flight risk you're just a danger but i i would say my part as a lot as him checked out huh he checked out no you're being too asian right now i can't understand you what he checked out from our life for 10 years straight like he checked out from life yeah well yeah you sound like you're being a complete failure father we don't beat people we don't you're right okay you don't sound real regretful actually i mean i just i don't want to justify it with any reason but there was a lot going on because i don't want to justify beating him but yeah but it's like we've been through a lot and then um uh his dad passing and my dad passing that's a sad part i still don't think i'm sorry i and i hope it's a long time from now but when my parents pass and hopefully again it's a long time from now i'm not gonna look at my girl and go no so so the thing is i got it was upsetting because uh i couldn't go home i'm sorry she couldn't go home to see her dad because it's hard he was in taiwan and i wasn't making money i had a job and i wasn't working retail your entire life yeah but i had a good retail job what are you making like i made uh what was the customer service 680 7 76 74 000 oh that's good maybe you should go back to that but that's really hard i'm sorry that your dad passed i'm really sorry and that you couldn't see him no it hurt her a lot because i just don't understand how that leads to domestic abuse because i had that job and then i got a position in the sales position i got to go from customer service to sales so she beats you no no no i went i moved to sales and it was all commission i made no money so she beats you uh but i just wasn't there i it's just i did nothing i all the bills all the stress everything on her me leave me alone i'm gonna work this job and i'm no yeah you're a piece of shit but you beat him i mean that's how i know growing up but it's not right but but she didn't get to go back to see her dad abused you because i didn't no my dad didn't abuse me but my dad beat up my mom oh and but they were really close she won't say it but they were close to the dad that abused your mom it's okay i'm trying not to judge that well because my mom is like my mom likes my brother what like asian like he's a boy so she was getting beat yeah but she she still favors she favors my you're saying she deserved it no well i'm kidding i mean what no no she's not but but yeah so it was um she still loved her dad and i i couldn't help have you picked your favorite yet huh have you picked a favorite yet my kiss uh no not yet i still got time we'll see it's only eight you'll get there yeah but so i couldn't help send her home to see her dad before he passed away so she beats you well no you see how that works that's the end like this that's the conclusion that happened she had a lot stacked up on her she did not defending it either but she okay so you're in jail for two weeks and finally what you got bail or what happened um i couldn't go home with my we had a protection yeah yeah fair enough and then uh cps was involved and yes fair enough beater um what else well i just stay at my friend's house my friend her friend bailed her out um two months two three months so how to conclude oh the case is dismissed because they were they let me the da uh agree for me to go back home about like two three months after the incident why i don't know you don't sound like someone fit to be home uh because uh you can't take it home for very long i can't take care of the kids well well okay that's true maybe the kids should just be taken away in general i don't know how you guys are breeding and you want to have another one we're literally on the fourth domestic views i'm sure there's more at that point yeah i just right now i'm just like you can take care of it all yeah i'm not i'm not okay you just take care of i would i would assume yeah i mean you are now probably just flesh on the couch medicated so that you don't get amped up and start beating people again i yeah i would agree that's probably the best place for you so okay so and we know with how the finances it's a mess you guys are paying yourself before the employees you're not taking care of them you're being bad people but even when the money comes in now how how is it dealt with you just said okay let him deal with it so how do you deal with it what's going on in the household finances we know the business is but the household finances those are the they're kind of two uh what's going on uh give me some insights wait i'm not saying like a number but like what are you doing you're getting paid what are you doing how are you managing the household finances just hoping enough money comes in what that's not a strategy that's no how are you doing it when the money comes in how do you manage the household's finances just hope that it covers it all okay this guy he can't answer a question just what are you doing if no money comes in what do you do pay the bills and if it's not enough then i wait another couple days to see if i could pay the bills then the the house is like the house is two months behind the mortgage why'd you literally spend i think this is a thousand hours going out to eat if all we do is just pay the bills that's a lot of corner store right for him nope that's actually the miscellaneous bullshit part of the spending which uh was approximately another thousand dollars was that groceries no that's not in groceries right ah here it is and this was isn't what this is what you have not told me you get va benefits yes there we go now that's an income source which makes more sense how the f are we doing things without it how much do you get in va benefits 29 and what's the va benefits this is just disability disability what did you do what was your service uh i was in the army and i did when uh 2007 to 2012 okay so okay that's a little longer stint in the three years so you did what five yep okay what was your position uh my highest position was sergeant what were you doing uh patriot missile operator okay air defense artillery blow shit up were you buying the screen no we're loading the launchers yeah loading missiles loading missiles yes dare i ask was it you and another person lifting up missiles uh we had a forklift they're big so you're operating so you're operating a forklift uh well i was i was running around the launcher pushing buttons to turn it on okay you're running around the launcher pushing button that was your job yeah i'm just clarifying that was your job running around the launcher pressing buttons yes good you're not operating a forklift no you were not personally lifting missiles and putting them in because the forklift did that i was not personally lifting missiles and putting them in well it was physical it was physical you're running around pushing buttons what was the physical part in the desert and then jumping up on the missiles and uh make sure they're torqued down to the launcher yeah he was in combat zone yeah he was in combat zone no that's okay that's exciting combat zones and and well yes i would assume so if you were loading missiles yeah that sounds like combat but you're mostly running around pushing missiles yes and sometimes you jump up and make sure the torque's down yes right yeah that's it that was your job yes what the is your disability uh i had a uh traumatic brain injury i fell off the launcher one time and i i had a ghetto rigged uh screw in my helmet and it the screw went in my head oh and i had a traumatic brain injury okay that might be like one of the first actually justified ones see that i support now why the are you not at 100 but someone that was a cook and just got hearing damages at 100 that's a good question that's a good question to get you're like one where it's almost justified yeah and are you sure you're bringing injuries from that and not just getting beat by her uh i don't hit the head uh she punched the face that's the head punch the face oh she's joking she's trying to make jokes she's trying to make jokes oh we're laughing i love her um yes but but yeah the uh she got me to do the disability i didn't even want to do it um why i mean you were disabled i don't i didn't like talking about it and and that that that perceived like show me your scar it's it's on top you can actually it feels like a baby soft spot i don't know as bald as he is i i can see but you can feel it yeah i can feel it and then it's like a baby soft so it did happen he broke his shoulder too it is real yeah and was it okay so that's coming in good we at least have 2900 consistently that's good you were discharged from the honor really discharged a general under honorable conditions. Yeah, he got in trouble. I did get in trouble. I was removed. What'd you do? What'd you do, guys? There was two. Dispute. There was two. Oh, good. Alcohol to minors. Dispute and alcohol to minors. That and like- But what are they going to do to you? Useless and- Well, I wouldn't say that. I mean, I have one. She does a lot. Most of the time. Your girlfriend's not Asian? I flirt with everyone who's attractive. I can't stop myself. I'm a fucking gooner. The attractive thing. So whenever I met her, I met her online, right? Okay, I don't care about that. You're serving alcohol to underage. Oh, yes. So ex-wife left Japan because we got divorced. And then we're off post with my buddies. We met girls off post. Underaged Asian girls. And no, no, they were, they ended up being the daughters of high-ranking people in battalion. Yeah, they were underage. We didn't know. We didn't know. It's at his house. But they, we can, I had a house. No, we didn't. Cause we met them off post. And how old were they? And then the follow-up question is, and how old were they actually? Like 16 and something. But, yeah, so we went back to my house. 16 and something. What was the something? Probably 16, 17. Brother. Did you fuck him? No. My buddies did. So you fucked them? No, no, I did not. Oh, come on. In my house. Your buddies wouldn't, they're, no, no, no. Okay, come on. So. Come on. Okay. But, man, man, man, man. Pretend we don't know the ages. Shut up. The age, okay. There was two of them and three of us. Shut up, shut up. There's 20, 23-year-olds. We're all getting drunk together. They're friends. And we're the only ones not fucking. That's weird, right? Everyone. Everyone. Everyone. No, no, no. There was two, two of them, three of us. The two. Yes, they did. You didn't chew chew? I didn't get, I didn't, I didn't. Why you? Why were you left out? Well, I didn't know they were underage. So that wasn't. It doesn't matter at that point. That wasn't part of the reason. You didn't know they were. Yeah. So why were you left out? I was just, I was. You had someone else. A lucky one. A lesbian. Yeah, a lesbian. No, I don't talk about that. I don't talk about that. Why? Yes, okay. Wait. Yeah, yeah. So. I'll stay away from that. No. Yeah. No. So not. After this, she turned lesbian. Well, that's fine. She wasn't underage. She, she looks like, she's like a big dyke looking. Okay. So I didn't do anything with the underage ones, but it was at my house. So I got in trouble for distributing alcohol to minors because they drank at my house. Before you definitely. And number two. Oh, that's when I. I met her. So because of that distribution of alcohol to minors, I wasn't allowed to, I wasn't supposed to go off post for 45 days. Reasonable punishment. Yes. And took my pay for 45 days. So, but I had already planned to meet her because we met online. So she was coming to Okinawa for vacation and she was looking for a military guide. And those benefits forever. Yes. Yeah. And Asian part of me. Yeah. Yes. Yes. So I still went off post to meet her. I ended up getting in a wreck off post when I was trying to go back to work. Why? And he has someone else that's already in trouble in his car and had an open bottle in his car. So it's not really me. Yeah. You were f***ed up. Yeah. After the divorce, I kind of went ham over there and I got in trouble. Uh, I kept getting. Getting in trouble and then it was separation time. Wait, when did the brain injury happen in relation to that? Uh, 2010, like a year or two before that. Wait, so was it a real traumatic brain injury if we were allowing you to literally serve and load missiles for another two years? Yes. What? That doesn't make any sense. If you were having actual brain issues, why were we letting you load missiles? I don't know. Sounds like your brain injury magically appeared post-service. No. No. What? They wouldn't be allowing you to serve. They wouldn't be allowing you to load missiles. Well, they didn't diagnose him with TBI. It's just like medical records that he got hurt. In the medical records, yeah. It was all in the medical records. It's just that you got hurt, not that you are hurt. Yeah, I guess. The disability for are hurt, not got hurt? Um. Isn't that what the word disability is used for? F***, I was on your side. You're losing me now. Because again, if you actually had an issue, you wouldn't be f***ing going out for the next two years. It was right after that. I mean. What? It was two years ago. It was two years later. But. 2010. You stopped in 2013. That's why I was. 12. Yeah. I was. Because it was overseas. When things happen overseas, it kind of just. Unless you get like something blown off or something. No, if you had an actual injury, that was the thing. Yeah. I could. F***, man. You lost me. I thought I finally had some. It can help you with practically anything on the web. Like restoring a vintage phone. Like a vintage motorcycle from a 50-page restoration blog. One that I was like, yeah, that makes sense. Let's do it for. It was close enough, right? No, he got hurt. He is not hurt. I was hurt. Was. You're not. I am. Yeah. No. It was pretty high, right? It was 20 feet? Yeah. He was hurt. You're not hurt. I think so. What's your hurt? The, just the traumatic brain injury. Just everything, all the side effects of. Which are that you experience actually not made up. Right. Good. Okay. Oh, I love our country and how we spend money. And how. So, this is a golden goose that we're not even willing to question. You guys are a f**ked up couple. I know the stress of the financial management and everything last time got you to separate from the finances. Yes. You need to get involved again and limit yourself and be medicated because this dude has no idea what the f**k he's doing. I can. That's why. If I get back in the game, and he's going to put everything on me. No, no, no, no. We have to do it balanced together. We need to sit down on a monthly basis. He won't. We tried. We even went to marriage counseling before all this happened. He refused, and everything. She goes really complicated, like the Google sheet. It was like six years of me trying to understand the dang Google sheet. It's not even complicated. It's every formula. To be fair, I didn't really try, but it looked very complicated. It's just numbers. You got your budget off of Dollar Wise. Huh? Just use our budgeting app. Just use our budgeting. You did. Guys, there's two bad R's we're not supposed to say. One starts with an R. I had to do cooking, taking care of the kids, pay the bills. You don't work anymore, right? So you probably should be doing some more house stuff, right? You got to contribute somehow. I was talking about before then. Like, he don't even drop off the kids at daycare. He refused to go to the office. What do you do now? I know. He's pathetic. We've established that. But what do you do now? What is your contribution? The household, the chores, and then the kids' school. The kids at. She does a lot with the company, too. Yeah. The company doesn't f***ing make money. As far as we know. Okay, I need to look at the company's books or something. Is that in here? I don't think so. Yes. Is it? I'll think, because I'm going to need to know. Okay, but I have a real estate loan, loan care, that needs attention. Why does it need attention? Guys, why does our f***ing house need attention? Why does our mortgage need attention? Yeah. It's two months behind. No, that's not funny. Why do you laugh at everything? I mean. I laugh at everything. That's actually one of the scariest things that could possibly happen. I'm sorry, getting homeless, not good. For me, right now, I'm just like, oh, well. Listen, I mean, it didn't come up, but it can come up now. I have a feeling you're not going to be able to move in with the parents again, right? No. Because they kicked you the f*** out after you beat his ass, right? Yeah. No, they didn't keep me out. What? Yeah, they did. Yes, they did. That's what I'm being told. That's what he's saying. I'll just go home with my mom. Where is she? Taiwan. Okay, so you'd leave your entire family. I'll take the kids. No, it's not. We're just, we're two months behind. Didn't your parents walk in on her beating you or something? Yeah. Yeah, and they kicked you out, right? They said you have to get out. No. My brothers did. Oh, the brothers. Yeah, the brothers stepped in. Your brothers, they're jokes. He told Lindsey, by the way, that he's okay with you leaving him. Okay. I have my mom. I don't want. Why would you say that? Because I literally didn't do too much to help for a long time. You're okay with her leaving you? No, no. Because of that? I don't want her to leave. No, why'd you say that though? You said you were okay with her leaving you. You said that pre-interview. It was understandable because I was. Hey, buddy, you said it. Why'd you say that? Because I didn't help for like 10 years. It was in this room before we filmed, I'm being told. And you said you would be okay with her leaving you. I didn't help for 10 years. I'm trying to help. Why are you okay with it is what I'm saying. Like, that's pathetic. That's like the end of a relationship. He's probably thinking he just set me free so I don't have to take care of him. I'm sure you'd love to move back in with mommy so you can play video games all day and be pathetic. That's what I would do. Is that what you would actually prefer than having a man up? No. I think so. Well, if it did happen, I would definitely go back, play Rust, live at mom's house. Mom has extra bedroom. I love Rust and I appreciate the little gift you got for me. Like, this is really cool. Okay. Rust is good. We love Rust. It's not just good. It's the best. It's good. It's great. I love it. It's fantastic. Okay. Thank you for this. I didn't know it was coming from someone that beats his wife. But. But thank you for this. And it's a great game. I don't think I'd give up my entire family and be a complete loser for it. Wow. That's not a good response. Yikes. That would actually. Big red flags there. I mean, I'm on my medication so everything's all well. I have to stay away from it. I had to like. It was like cold turkey. Okay. So let's take a look at this house. So you owe $297,928. $290? $290 or $298? That's what we bought it for. No, we bought it. When did you guys buy it? $320. We bought it at $319. He didn't know. Well you owe $297,928. What's your monthly payment on this? It's worth $309. So you would actually have to write a check to sell this house. Uh, $25.92 per month to be exact. You'd have to write a check to sell this house. So you're behind. And if you sell it, you're f***ed. Why would we have to. Why would we have to write a check to sell this house? Why would we have to write a check to sell the house? The closing costs and all that? Everything. Yeah. Everything. Commissions. Titles. Yeah. 6% typically to the realtor. That's on you. Seller usually pays for the full 6%. You can negotiate that now with some rules that were changed like a what, one or two years ago. You could get 3% to be paid by the seller. You could even get the full 6. But it's not really from the buyer, but it's not really a seller's market. So you're likely going to have to eat that cost. I wanted to sell the house. I wanted to sell the house too. I don't. What's the disagreement on that? I want to get land. I'm okay with land, but- This would be the commission you'd have to pay plus other fees. You only have an equity position in the house of $11,000. So you'd have to write a check for maybe $20,000 to sell this house. You would have to come up with $20,000 to sell this house. That's crazy. And yet you're behind on the house of which three kids live in. Mm-hmm. That's pathetic. Go get a job. Go get a job. His family drop off the kids to be watched. Right? Right? Or something? His mom will. Will not? Why? No. Because he's brothers. Yeah. Because you beat him. Yeah. That's part of the reason. Part of the reason? What's the other reason? Well, they've always thought that we are taking advantage of his mom in terms of taking care of kids. Right. Yeah. Probably. But you might need it now. You need to go make money. The company makes about $15,000 a month. Yeah. But you don't even know where the fucking expense is going, what the margins are. You are literally behind on payroll and your own mortgage. And now I'm also being told two months on electricity. Yes. So what the fuck? The business makes money? No. Quit. Go get a $75,000 a year job again at Best Buy or whatever the fuck you're doing. Get that tomorrow. Get that tomorrow. Your business has failed. You have failed. You're a failure. Accept it. Grow up. Get a job working for someone who's better at running a business. I think I just got to get better at running the business. No. No. You're about to get foreclosed on. No. No. You don't have time to be a business owner. You don't have time. Will we get foreclosed on? No. Yes. No. No. What do you mean no? We're still making payments. Yeah. Two months behind. So you just aren't able to, you're permanently two months behind because you can't catch up. Yeah. Yeah. Well, I mean, that'll give you some wiggle room, but look how close you are. All it takes is a couple of weird things to happen with the business and yes, you will get foreclosed on. And being behind on an electricity bill two months, you've had water and gas shut off in your house before. Yes. How many times? Like twice recently. That's insane. Yes. Do not assume you were that far away from foreclosure, guys. Look how close you guys are today. You've had utilities turned off multiple times. But she's going to get her tax refund soon and then we'll be able to- I'm glad I'm paying for his failed business and household. Why the? This is so pathetic. And then we'll be caught up. Our culture is so. Yeah. Everything is so backwards. Hopefully. It was a lot of debt. Huh? What was? Well, it is still a lot of debt. Huh? That we have. So what's your refund going to be? I mean, yeah, you're going to get a big one because refund as in subsidy for me, by the way. 8,000. 8,000 something. That's not going to fully- It'll- Well, with utilities and being behind. And okay. And to be clear. Yeah. Even if that does catch us up, which by the way, it's June. Where the f*** is. Because they had to verify her identity. It's weird because I filed the end of the April and then it just gets delayed. Usually like 21 days. But even if it does catch you up, that doesn't actually change anything because you'll end up here again because you're here now. Your business is going to be just as f***ed six months from now. You'll end up here again. You're not changing anything that got you here in the first place. So that check might catch you up, but it's not going to change anything permanently. I think we'll be okay. Oh, good. That's an incredible strategy. The business has done nothing but grow. But you are behind on payroll. You are behind on payroll. How can we have this optimism if you're behind on payroll? That is a literal fact today. I just have to figure out the finances. You can tell me your business has grown. If you can't even figure it out. You can't even figure out the business, the finances, dude. Yeah, he's never good at numbers. What a f***ing joke. What is this Discover? I have a Discover payoff schedule. That's everything. What? Huh? Discover. It? What? Oh, Discover it. I don't, I just have the f***ing statement. Is that the card? Are you guys sending me numbers on pages instead of the statement? I can't give you a well-rounded analyzation of everything. If I don't. Yeah, dude, why are you just giving me f***ing numbers? I need to see where money's being spent. Guys, what is this? What am I supposed to do with this shit? He sent it. What is wrong with you? No wonder you can't get your shit together. You can't even send me what I need. I thought that was everything. I thought I had. What? Is this the minimum payment? No, it's not. Discover it. Pull it up on your phone, you f***ing moron. Which one is. You f***ing moron. I can't do anything. This is this is his desired payoff schedule. That means nothing. What do you. Oh, oh, how did you not follow our instructions? Oh, the absolute morons that come on the show. It blows my mind. CalebHammer.com/supply. It f***ing blows my mind. You guys are crazy. Which one's that one? Discover! We have two. We have one personal loan and then the Discover card. I don't know. He just put Discover because he's a f***ing. Okay, well, it's it must be the loan then. Do you know how to get to the loan? You pathetic f***. Oh, I hit the count. Because that's $15,000, which is double what this is. It won't let you click? No. Because it defaulted? Probably. It's defaulted? What is this payment amount thing? $410? Yes. Is that the minimum or is that what you want to put towards it? Because it doesn't make sense. It's only a couple of years. That's obviously not a credit card. So it's a consolidation loan. This is a Discover consolidation loan. Yes. But it's defaulted, you said? Yeah. Yeah. Oh, what? So f*** your payment plan. It doesn't f***ing exist. It's defaulted, you c***. Aren't you considering consolidating again? I thought I saw that in your notes. That was the first consolidation. How many consolidations have you done? Three. Yeah. The third one is Freedom Debt Relief. Listen, we have a marketplace of great personal loans. I like debt. I take debt. Debt is good. If you can use it right on calebhammer.com, check it out. That's for people who can manage it. You clearly cannot. Consolidations are not working for you. You do not fix the behavior that got you there in the first place. So you keep consolidating. What the f*** is wrong with you guys? Why are you even considering another one today, huh? Huh? He's considering it. Say no. It was either just don't pay anything or consolidate. Or just go get a f***ing job. I'll get you a course career certification, both of you and whatever you want. Trades, tech, construction, whatever. It's really good. People in the audience have converted them into six figure jobs or raises. I'll get you that. Course careers is amazing for certifications. Take that. Go get a f***ing job. Your business is a failure. Then pay. I'll keep scooping poop. But. But you can. Oh, you're more you more care about following the dream than keeping the roof over your kids heads. Yeah, I think. Oh, did you hear? Yes, because he was saying yes. I think it'll all come together. That's not a strategy, nor an answer to my question. Ladies and gentlemen, I got something new to help you that we have personally built right here on Caleb Hammer dot com. We have new Caleb Hammer financial resources. They are the ones. I would personally use, which is why we made them for you to use. That's great. Why did you get a critical health notification? Mo medicine. Are you on? We're on the same thing. That's all right stuff. Just anti depression relief. So here's another consolidation. Huh? Yes. Four thousand six hundred. What's your minimum? I wish you could send me the statement so I could see it. But what's your thousand six hundred? What's your minimum payment? Dumbass, stupidest person I've ever met. Brain damage is real. Eleven hundred. Eleven forty seven to be exact. Every two weeks. You're telling me it gets paid off in two months? No, no, it's one hundred and seventy thousand. What is total debt? What is total all the cards? No, you guys, you actual stupid people, you guys, how are you this stupid? Freedom debt relief of four thousand six hundred. What is your minimum payment for that? No, that's that's the that's the program, and then we pay we pay eleven hundred every two weeks and there's a freedom. Shut up. So freedom debt relief gets paid off in two months then. No, four and a half years. No, you gave me a balance of four thousand six hundred. What is the payment then? Eleven forty seven every two weeks. That doesn't make sense. You wrote it on this page, the balance four thousand six hundred. That's what they have in their account to pay the settled amount, right? Yeah, something. But huh? No. OK, listen, listen. Hey, you actual stupid people, you wrote on here freedom debt relief. Four thousand two hundred or four thousand six hundred. Usually to me, that means the balance. What are you saying it means? That's what I've put into paying the debt. OK, why did you just put it on a piece of paper with no context then? Because to me, look, I thought it was a balance. That's what usually people mean. Yeah, there's so that's nothing. It's insignificant. Yeah. OK, we have a closed credit card because I paid four thousand six hundred towards debt. So what are you saying is? OK, that's your progress towards it, which I guess you didn't notate, you just put a number on a piece of paper. Yeah, which meant nothing to me. OK, so what is owed on freedom debt relief then? One hundred and seventy thousand. OK, those programs can be good depending. But that's insane. And your minimum is eleven hundred every other week. Yes. Eleven. What is it? Eleven forty seven. Why didn't you just write that on a piece of paper? You dumb ass. Yeah. And it's it's. So here's the cards that go into the what? Three payments like the first month we signed up is three payments. So that's your second consolidation. You're considering a third. That's the third you're considering a fourth. The second, I don't even remember that. The second is to learn anything. American Express personal loan. So here's the card. that are in it. So all we know is if it stacks up, to $170,000. Auto loans are in it. Yeah. Which one is it? No, it's the lease. Ah, you guys suck. You guys suck at preparing to come on a show. Okay, so never mind. These are not the ones in it. Why didn't you write the balance? Okay, okay. You said Navy Federal is $23,000. Where is that? Is that in the consolidation? Yes. There's no context to any of this. Other loans, $2,000. What is this? I'm just going to have to baby you and ask you now. Oh, best egg. Oh, $2,000. Is it active or is it in the consolidation? It's active. That's active. That was for my truck wrap for the company. You're scooping poop. Mm-hmm. It looks good. No. I told him not to, but he had to get it. it she was at work show me and show me just show me yo two thousand thirty two four what's your minimum monthly payment on new egg ninety eight dollars do I don't know what actual income comes in. But I will budget your expenses for your house. And then we can figure out what we at least need to make. Okay. Oh, we know your mortgage. $2,592. What's all of your utilities, internet, gas, electric, all combined on a minimum monthly basis average? Electricity is what? $220? Mm-hmm. $220. We'll see if the business is worthy or not. Bankruptcy. That's it. I mean, guys, if I add up these minimum payments, it's going to be another $3,000, $4,000. You can't afford to live. It's bankruptcy. You guys are done. Don't do it yet. I would just let I would see if you can budget for three months. If you can budget for three months, then I will allow you to go through bankruptcy, because if you do not change your behavior that got you here in the first place, we'll be talking in two years and you'll be facing bankruptcy again. Well, bankruptcy is basically like, that's it. Unless you're going to allow this all to go to collections, most will be fine, but some might sue you and then those courts will order garnishment of wages. So bankruptcy. Try to keep the house. Try to keep the cars. Try to keep the business. Sit down with Reed. Go through the business because I don't even have like this is a mess. What a joke. It would take me hours. All right. Summary:

Mike owns a pet waste removal business with two employees, earning about $9,000 a month. However, he is behind on payroll and taking a 47% owner's withdrawal, which is unsustainable.
