Just, like, it's good to have. Oh, I know. It's so sad and scary the amount of accidents that happen in homes of families that have pools. Also, like, his son was fully dressed just out by the pool. And we just need to like take everything out and then re put it back in because there's some stuff that we need. And it's so far back. And we just need to think about putting the least needed things in the back and then put the stuff we want in the front. What's the last conversation you and Patricia had about like the next place you're living? Like, like if you. Are you just going to stay there? We're going to, we're going to stay in our place for probably another year. But I saw, I saw Patricia's TikTok and I got super bummed. Like the intro to it was like, so we're not leaving LA anytime soon. We're staying here. So I'm going to redo the bedrooms. I was like, damn. I don't know, like how much I want to speak to it because, but I think socially we've been really fulfilled lately. Like we've have a good circle of friends. We're like other couples kind of in this married couples who are in the same stage of life as we are. And I think a big reason why we wanted to leave was because we felt like we were the only married couple out here. And if we're getting ready for, you know, phase two of married life, if you know what I mean, we wanted to be around a community that has that. And right now we feel a little fulfilled. So, but I don't know. I don't know. But yeah, one more year of definitely staying. When's that lease up? The lease has been, it's a great lease though, because Patricia's had it for like. Eight years more than that. That's crazy. The rate must be really good then. Oh, Zane, it's phenomenal. And it got passed down through a girlfriend of a girlfriend that someone knew. And so it doesn't go up. It doesn't go up every year. It's small fractions. I feel like it's been a long time since it went up, but it's very small. And like, we're kind of like, you're not allowed to raise it more than a certain amount, right? Like the law. And yes, there is like a rent control thing, but I don't know when that law was passed. I don't know the nitty gritty, but yeah, there are some stuff in place where you can't just like price someone out of their home. But other apartments on our street that are like even smaller than ours. Not that great. Or like $1,500 more than what we pay. So yeah, just stay there as long as you can. Mine went up 10% every year. Where were you living? The Toluca house. 10% every year. Oh, then he wanted you guys out. He was already crazy. That is crazy. 10%. Yeah, but it's so devastating because like it's always like some old person who has finally passed away and the family has to like give it up. And I don't know if there's some loopholes were like you have to be living with that person, but I'm pretty sure like there's no way of keeping it. But gosh, just like massive fucking houses like apartments in New York for that cheap. Oh, must be nice. So, you know, I was out. I was on my flight on my way here. Do you guys remember the movie Wally? Yeah. Yeah, I never saw it, but I've oh, you never see. Okay, so I decided to watch. I haven't seen it in like 10 years. I watched it. It is the darndest cutest movie. It is such a cute movie. And it's such a good movie to for for there not to be a lot of like speak like a lot of like talking in it. Great movie. I was actually going to tell you you should have Tony watch such a cute movie. Just these two little robots. They're so cute trying to try to get Earth back on its feet again. I don't know. And that films like a big Crux in the the Disney Universe, you know, people who have like the massive theories about Disney and that all connected. Yeah, like the the company that does the batteries and stuff and like Toy Story. And all of that is all the company that has that spaceship where all the people are living on. and so he sued jp morgan and he ended up getting 4.25 a million dollars it's just so crazy how much money how much more money you can win from something so small yeah it's insane that is crazy and i i wonder if he was already a pretty successful like jp morgan like broker like he's probably already making a shit ton of money a year but he was just like nah y'all are wrong and uh so yeah the ruling states that the firm must pay an interest on the huge sum at a rate of 10 each year from the date of service until the award is paid so oh is that like paid out over a long period of time i guess i dismissed and the judge is looking at the case and she's like yeah i just wanted to file and i think the way she words it she was like uh she was like and i swear the the judge was like for the life of me i've never seen this before and she goes what and she uh the judge says well it's dismissed on lack of evidence and it's just like the perfect you know bow wrap around the the end of the story lack of evidence in this situation could she still have sued i don't know in this specific uh situation because like she got the ticket it's almost like this like this guy getting fired it's like she it's she got it it's not like if she had to still pay it then maybe but i think because it was dismissed i don't think she has any grounds do you think jp morgan was just like we'll take you back about that like i like it's that's crazy it's not like a hotel room it's not like cleaned it's like it's some like you don't know what my mom showed me something like another story there was a camera set up just like this and it was a roommate or somebody was caught like having sex with a dog oh no oh i think patricia told me about this that is like really disturbing it's insane like can you imagine catching like one of your roommates like doing that to your dog are you guys like security camera in your house type people like i sometimes i don't understand it but like i i wouldn't because i just feel like i would love to have it for like you know for instances like the person that broke into the house and like stole my keys like that's that to me i'm like damn i i wish i had something for that moment but i think just if you're living with people yeah i just don't think it's appropriate yeah you have to respect other people's privacy especially roommates yes if you live alone yeah that's that makes sense but even a family like a husband or wife shouldn't be having camera in there like if if the husband or wife is gone like the other the spouse should feel like just not being watched over i know it's strange like when like yeah you see clips like you're like oh my god i don't know it's like a kid does something funny but it's on a security camera footage in someone's home but then sometimes i think like oh it's like a safety thing what if like god forbid like your child was you know on some type of bassinet that had some flaw in it that caused like injury or something and you have footage of it like for lawsuit purposes something goes faulty in your home that makes sense but i don't know but if my kids were like me thinking back to being 13 and with my mom camera in the house oh yeah you don't the pillow me just all over yeah no there would be a certain age where i'd be like if i didn't know when i found out when like if i found out right now they play they play for you on the tv i think like hey honey look what i saw on tv today i think yeah no cameras are scary i think i would die you know what i always think about too every time every time like these hotels like the people that install like cameras in the hotel now i think it's like a lot of people that install cameras in the hotel and they're like i don't know what to think about every time i'm like lame but i'm just like somebody could be watching oh that's my dream is to find a hidden camera no oh that's my dream is to watch people on camera my dream to be like somewhere like in like a bathroom or an airbnb and i can i find a hidden camera oh my god the rush i would have oh you're you're done you're you're good to retire yeah you found hidden cameras in an airbnb right yeah weren't buzzing this gets butts in the taco bell this looks so cool it looks so fun like that's what i remember but you know what i bet you like 10 years ago we would be like oh it's time to change it i know just like we like seeing something like that again because we're getting older oh the red the red green and yellow bar like the so good oh and give me that little coin thing where you drop a quarter and you gotta spin it try to get a land on there oh it wasn't that for charity or you win like an item it was like a food item if you got it to stick i only did it one time and i got the little cinnamon uh twists yes oh but if you lose that's when it goes to charity right put put a little something on the line you want me to no wait wait wait was it charity or is it tip to them no it was uh it was a charity it would help a local teen graduate or something then there were the ones that was like water and that one was the fucking hardest yeah because it would just like float down in the bubble it would just fall off and you'd be there all fucking day and your dad's like all right we're done yes let me play a little game but you know what now with like the social media though there'll be all these people out there showing hacks like on how to like do it and then everyone yeah they would just ruin it you know like that's so much but i would rather do that than this where they turn the ipad around yeah let me let me play a game yeah game yeah oh i was at um i was at a coffee shop the other day they they had a 50 tip um option on there it's it was it was out of hand it was it was 30 40 50 30 40 and 50 options and then custom tip oh no it's like who do you think you are what 50 option insane i thought i thought it was bad it was a big chain too it was it was at the airport when they would flip the options around so it was like yeah 25 was on the left they just try to be slick but 50 anything but pay their employees more yeah anything but pay them more i saw a really good video breaking down the whole tip thing and the issue lies within the tip out like that the the people have to pay being based on the total sales but it depends on like where you're ordering and what type of thing it is right yeah so like it was like this back and forth of being like they ordered like three drinks or whatever it was at a bar and that what the tip would have been if you ordered well liquor versus like 1942 it's a dollar a beer wait okay the bartender did the same thing regardless of what liquor was poured you may you you poured a shot yeah they were going back and forth like why should i tip you based on the fact that it's 1942 versus well you have still done the same amount of work right it's percentage based usually on the cocktail depending on the establishment like a rule of thumb like if you're at a standard like dive bar place that's serving drinks it's a buck a beer and it's two dollars for a mixed drink but then they were saying the tip out that they have to pay is based on the total sale so the explanation was if you tipped me you know based on if it was well she's like i have to go out of pocket out of the tips to cover because it's on the total percentage of sales oh yeah that i guess and i'm like yes i get both sides but it's like fix your system right yeah like it's not the bartender's fault it's not the customer's fault it's the establishment i didn't know it was a dollar a beer or two for cocktail you know for like a well-mixed drink yeah but if you are at like a fine place and they're making and they're shaking it up and making you a damn espresso martini or something like really really nice that like takes a while that's like three dollars sometimes like that's what i would say oh god like a buck a beer where you they just 15 20 percent and i may and i have that opinion but i don't know if it's true but i don't know if it's true but i don't know if it's because i saw a tiktok one time where it was a compilation of a bunch of bartenders saying what you should tip for your drinks and that's majority of what them were saying so oh that's good that's what i go off of but if you also ordered food to your table and stuff like that then you have to you know run the numbers proper to that but also sometimes like doordash like i sometimes i get really confused on tipping on doordash or like food delivery apps is it the twenty percent of the total order i think i think i think it adds in those delivery fees also i think i think somebody broke it down one day on the automatically adds all the tax the service the delivery fee like it adds all that and then it does the tip based on that if you were to just click the twenty percent okay yeah so you are paying twenty percent on the entire thing with all those extra fees that's great so you know what people you know people have been doing they've been uh tipping just uh cash at the door they'll just do cash just so they didn't have to uh tip on like that whole percentage which makes more sense i actually just saw there's a pretty i don't know viral story that's happening right now. There is a woman, uh, a young woman who worked at Olive Garden that just got fired over a tip because she had these regular customers that would come in they came in for Mother's Day and this woman who worked at the Olive Garden has like a young child I think four or something like that and the customers knew that and so they gave her a $700 tip on for Mother's Day right and because like Olive Garden has this policy where if the tip is over 20% it has to get reviewed by their corporate office or something like that and this this girl was just like she's like well when am I gonna get it and like one manager said one to two days another manager said up to 120 days no way yeah and and then she came into she was like sobbing they almost like they told her it's like either do your job or go home like we can't have this here right now so she finishes out her shift comes back the next day and they hand her a letter saying that she's been let go what what yeah over that Olive Garden I know you're here your family apparently not wait got fired because she was uh she was emotional and not about not being able to yeah take the tip that I don't know if that's the reason that they gave these companies are so well obviously she really fucking needed it and it was tipped to her yeah and that's by a family that wanted to give it to her that's insane exactly and that's like her mother was the one that like initiated posting about the story and she uh she was like listen my daughter has you know a four-year-old child who's autistic and it's like every dollar matters you know yeah and uh and so I can't remember the exact reason they cited uh for like why they fired her but now that's a lawsuit yeah they just have like I I think it's because they uh it shouldn't take 120 fucking days but I think they want to review the bill to make sure that she wasn't giving a bunch of free stuff so the you know how you know how you get a bunch of free stuff you tip on the free stuff or you just like pay a little bit more maybe they were seeing if possibly or if it wasn't an error where like the woman forgot to put a dot in between it and it was like a flat out they thought like when she went in to add the tip it could look like it was seven dollars or seven hundred she goes yeah it was seven hundred and they're like hold on we have to review that because that could be an error no one drops a seven hundred dollar tip and sometimes where the decimal point is could factor into it look at the total but if you're gonna do I would say to anybody if you're feeling super generous and you are going to do a generous tip like that do it in cash because the cash right there I tried to do that word like and they're like we can't accept it oh and like we I I don't know if maybe you were there but the um bartender was really awesome and like we wanted to tip him and uh oh no I wanted it to go directly to him because he was good and he was like oh I can't accept like a cash tip and I I I was like just here just take it and he's like no I literally can't the man so I I remember that night it was in Miami right I think so that manner like that you could tell that manager was like a dickhead and all like all tips because he um the way he said it was that like oh no I I can't take this because then I have to like like he was just like he was gonna get in trouble if he took it yeah but it wasn't like a high-end place where they're making a lot of money you know it was so weird it was really weird but he said that if I take this then I pretty much won't be able to get this like I have to give it to management and the management would uh give it like give me a percentage or something out of it that's like the tip wasn't going to him oh is that the is that the check yeah this is the original receipt in the Olive Garden story so they even wrote there's nothing to review yeah they made that pretty clear they wrote that out seven hundred dollars yeah here is something to help out the oils the i guess i'm so basic i i do a two-in-one shampoo oh and i got i got a face wash but then again i feel i feel like we got to do it like we don't have to do as much as girls do because you know i feel like they have to put makeup on they have to wash it off that like kind of damages your skin i just learned about edema dex i heard about this it kind of freaked me out what is that what's up it's this little microscopic might that lives on our faces uh it's not no yes no and it reproduces it reproduces like you're having sex on your face right now what what yeah they're they this is what they look like under a microscope right here but and they give you styes they they can um but they're also a leading cause of like rosacea as well oh i got plenty then he's got demon decks all over his face you got critters fucking on your face that's what they look like zoomed in that's like this is like a rendering yeah an artist what does it look like it only shows under her eye like where they live like a lot on your forehead i think from the video i saw of someone like put on like a almost like a sticky type adhesive and then they peeled it off their forehead and then put it under a microscope and showed what it was but it was quite freaky let me find it i saved the video what do you do to like prevent that i think you should just allow those to live on your face because like i think it promotes just like a good was it microbiome of your it's healthy i guess it's like a healthy thing yeah have you seen sunscreen under uv light no is it like are things living in it crazy like crazy as in like very bad just that when you rub it on oh yes like it it goes into your face and like it just looks like nothing but then like click one of those pictures it's giving you proper coverage that's crazy isn't that insane oh wow it's like it makes sense because it's like you're you're blocking the sun like the rays of the sun you could get in trouble for that under a black under uv light for sure you go to a club but you know what i'm surprised but you know what that's they probably the first time they tried sunscreen that's probably that's probably like an issue they're probably like oh we got to make it clear look at that that is crazy it's like it really works canceled imagine you don't see the left version somebody what's like the main ingredient in a uh
