Furious Canada Blasts Trump After Embassy Threat

A beautifully designed Squarespace website is presented as essential for turning personal passions—like photography or cookie baking—into viable online businesses, underscoring how digital presence transforms hobbies into careers. This theme is contrasted with a political narrative involving the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa, which issued a fact sheet alleging Canada interfered in U.S. midterm elections through trade-related discussions. Canadian leaders, including Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Ontario Premier Doug Ford, dismiss these claims as unfounded, emphasizing that their actions are legitimate economic defense measures aimed at protecting jobs and industries. Canada points to strong economic growth, rising foreign investment, and a solid fiscal position in the G7 as evidence of its resilience. Critics argue the U.S. claims stem from political desperation and a desire to deflect blame, especially given the lack of any real impact from the alleged activities. The Canadian response is framed as transparent, diplomatic, and in the public interest, while the U.S. posture is viewed as aggressive, illogical, and emotionally driven. Ultimately, the narrative positions Canada as a strong, independent nation thriving despite U.S. rhetoric, reinforcing national pride and the effectiveness of Canadian economic policy.

Furious Canada is responding to the Trump regime's allegations that Canada is interfering with the United States' midterm elections. The Trump regime, through the U.S. Embassy in Ottawa, sent an official communique that was posted on social media as well that was a fact sheet. And it said, Monitoring Canadian Activities in U.S. Politics. And it calls out Canada. In very vicious and ugly terms, accusing Canada of interfering with the midterm elections. Then when you look at what's listed, it's Canada defending itself from the Trump regime's trade war against Canada. Which Donald Trump and the snowflakes in the Trump regime are saying, you're interfering with the elections by responding to our trade war. You don't get to respond to the trade war. We initiated against you. We just get to say 51st state and we try to help a separatist movement in Alberta, which backfired in the Trump regime's face. Donald Trump does everything he can to try to inflict pain and suffering in Canada. But Canada thrives while the U.S. whines. Canada thrives while the Trump regime cries. That's what's going on with this ridiculous fact sheet. Fact sheet. This is real. Fact sheet. This is what they put out. I mean, everything they say is. Fake, but this is an actual fact sheet from the U.S. embassy in Ottawa. How freaking embarrassing. Monitoring Canadian activities in U.S. politics for immediate release October 21st, 2026. And here's examples that they give. They said like Minister Melanie Jolie. She met with Democratic officials in Boston and Chicago in September 2026. During these meetings, Minister Jolie discussed tariffs and stated that Canada would impose targeted tariffs. If Democrats win in key states, Minister Jolie on August 25th, 2026, Canada would target products from specific U.S. states for maximum political pressure. Canada, you just have to see, you know, Donald Trump's a predator. You just have to sit back and take it from the predator. No, Trump, you are a sicko. And Canada's got elbows up and the maple Midas are showing you what real national pride and identity looks like. Canada strong. So. Prime Minister Carney held a press conference after. I mean, this is just humiliating. I mean, the humiliation ritual that Trump puts the United States through. And every person at that embassy. I mean, you know, Pete Hoekstra. I mean, he's the ambassador. He's a vile, putrid piece of trash. The U.S. ambassador to Canada. What a vile thing that thing is. I don't even know how to describe that ugly, grotesque creature. But, you know, he's evil, right? I mean, he hates Canada and Canada absolutely hates Canada. Hates that predator, that evil human being. But just think about the other people who are in the embassy who work there. They have to be affiliated with this MAGA filth. It's disgusting. Prime Minister Carney held a press conference. And he said, so Donald Trump and I spoke and notice he's just laughing like he's laughing at trying to while Donald Trump's giving speeches about men's asses and how much Trump loves men's asses. That's all Trump wants. He wants to talk about firm, firm men's asses is what he talks about. Prime Minister Carney's running laps around the United States right now, creating a free trade relationship with 1.5 billion people across the world. He's becoming and he's become the leader of the free world. Watch him. He's next to Doug Ford. It is a big deal, too, when you think about it, because you've got the prime minister of Canada at the federal level, liberal party. Then you have. At the provincial level, premier from Ontario, Doug Ford, who once upon a time, 10 years ago, eight years ago, during the first Trump term was a maple MAGA. But watch what Carney says. Let's play it. I spoke to the I spoke to President Trump this morning for for quite some time. As I said in my remarks, we're ready to sit down and negotiate when when the U.S. is. But a deal that's in the interests of Canadians and and you see very much in what we're talking about today, this some of the most important sectors that would have to be part of that deal. Here's what Doug Ford, premier of Ontario, says. Here, play this clip. As we stand here today, it's clear that Canada's relationship with the United States has changed permanently. No matter what happens in the midterms, no matter who sits in the White House, we're not going back to the way things were. And we need to plan accordingly. More from Prime Minister Carney here responding to the U.S. allegations of election interference. Let's play it. Minutes before the press conference, the U.S. Embassy sent out a fact sheet that outlined a number of actions and comments that Canadian politicians made. Premier Ford, you were involved in Mr. Melania Jolie. There were a number of comments from both of you. But to the prime minister, the premier, was the intention of your previous actions by either of your governments or your comments an attempt to try and influence American voters? No, look, the United States initiated the these trade actions, a series of trade actions. We have responded to those to protect Canadian jobs, connect, protect Canadian companies and to develop our economy. And let's be absolutely clear what has been the consequence of that. The consequence of that is we're growing jobs at twice the rate of the United States. We're growing faster in the United States. We're getting foreign direct investment at twice the rate of the United States. Yes, we have big structure. All challenges, some in the steel industry, some in the auto sector, and we're addressing those together as partners. It's going to take some time to have that full response. But all of our actions are in the interests of Canadian workers, Canadian families and the future of this economy. That's the alpha to the omega of what we're doing and how we describe them. More from Prime Minister Carney here saying, look, we're open to negotiate if it's fair. We're not going to do a bad deal because Donald Trump has temper tantrum. Ontario builds more than one million vehicles every year. And we're among the best. The Toyota Canada plan is now the most decorated auto plant in the world. And for decades, there's been no greater symbol of how closely the Canadian and American economies have been intertwined than the automobile. The average car is built from parts that travel across our border up to eight times. But in the past year, 18 months, Canada's auto exports to the U.S. have declined by more than 10 percent. U.S. exports to Canada have fallen by over 20 percent, even though Canada is still far and away the United States' largest customer. Nobody wins from this. Tariffs make both our industries weaker and reduce choice for our families. And that's why Canada remains ready to negotiate a fair deal. When the U.S. is ready to sit down in good faith. More from Carney over here, who says that we have the strongest position in the G7. Let's play it. We have the strongest fiscal position in the G7. We have arguably the strongest fiscal position of any major, certainly of any major economy member of the OECD. That will be absolutely clear on November 5th when we release the budget. And why do we have the strongest fiscal position in the G7? It's been work over previous years. It's hard work of Canadians. And the credit goes to the Canadian people and the fact that Canadian people expect that of their governments. But you will see tough decisions that this government has taken. Last year's budget, this upcoming budget, I won't preview the budget. But just keep in mind that the growth of program spending was running at 8 percent a year for almost a decade. We brought it down to 2 percent. We're very clear about how we use our scarce fiscal taxpayer dollars. That's what they are, taxpayer dollars. And that is a focus on affordability and growing this economy. Capital investment is going to grow this economy. What you've seen today is the province of Ontario is also disciplined. We've got the ministers of finance standing right here, also disciplined, but a focus on where they're going to use their resources, where we're going to use our resources. It's in those industries where the businesses are going to invest for the future, preserve jobs, but also grow jobs for the future. And that's. More from Prime Minister Carney here, talking more about that phone call with Trump. What did you and the president discuss this morning? We discussed a wide range of things, a wide range of issues, the situation in Iran. We talked a few days ago about Ukraine and those aspects there. We talked about other aspects in the Middle East. and we did address some of the issues around trade. Prime Minister Carney over here talks about an integrated North American auto sector, which Trump doesn't want. Let's play this clip. An integrated North American auto sector will be stronger, more competitive, and provide better jobs. But we recognize that these are not necessarily the current objectives of the U.S. administration. Their approach has changed, and so must ours. How about over here what Tim Powers has to say when he was chatting about this this morning, play this clip. This must be very embarrassing for a lot of the embassy staff. They aren't the Republican Party. And here, this document today came out from state.gov, from somebody in the Washington embassy, acting as a wing of the Republican Party. It's desperation. And it's a really bad just the facts. And Shannon, who is the only elected politician, former elected politician among us, will appreciate that when you're alleging a legal voting in America by Canadians, and you have the example of 11 people over 12 years. That couldn't even change the outcome of the dog catcher election for the U.S. ambassador. I mean, it was, well, it's pathetic, David. And it speaks to the desperation and the desire to change the channel. Or how about Shannon Phillips when she was on one of these shows on CBC? a group of people by which I mean the GOP they're about to have their posteriors handed to them in the midterms and they are flailing about in every which way uh and that's what I see here I'm also seeing a a bit of an attempt to you know really target Melanie Jolie uh this is an administration that the only uh corrupt grifters that they've fired so far have been women uh and they like to have a woman enemy they don't have Christia Freeland anymore so now I guess they'll find Melanie Jolie the government of Canada is just doing normal things uh with its response to the trade war uh and normal things through this midterm uh election but I'm not surprised that the United States interprets normal things uh as being somehow nefarious because they see everything uh through a lens of uh really grievance politics and not really being members of the reality-based community so here we are I can expect more of this I think between now and November 3rd because they really are flailing about uh they really are unpopular and they really do need somebody to blame or how about Cheryl Evelyn here's what she has to say let's play it this is legitimate advocacy this isn't this isn't a a covert operation and the fact that you were also bringing up things that have happened over a year ago um to say that this is interfering in the U.S. midterms which are happening uh next month I mean I know that the U.S. election cycles and campaign cycles are untenably different than the U.S. election cycles and campaign cycles are untenably long but to cite something from say you know March 2025 and say that this is election interference I think is a bit of a reach but it is you know as and but as you pointed out there the U.S. is fond of calling people out for things that they themselves um are guilty of doing um just to deflect the blame or what about Amanda Alvaro here's what she says let's play it it's it's totally and completely absurd obviously all of us recognize that when we read it there's a huge difference between um defending our economic interests and engaging in any kind of election interference I mean Canada's every right to defend its workers its businesses its jobs that's called political pressure it's also called diplomacy when our when American tariffs hurt our economy making the case to American governors making the case to American congressmen this is a critical part of the job of diplomacy is to make the case so uh it was it was just you know completely and obviously and transparently about the midterms and their their fear and their worries and frankly I think that buoys a lot of us because we're like well good uh you know I'm glad they're a little afraid and that the public pressure campaign is actually working it's making its way to the ears of the people who actually need to hear it to the decision makers who are ultimately going to make the decision on whether they want this trade war to continue and I think that's a really important part of the job and I think that's a really continue so if anything it just continued to make the case that the pressure campaign that the canadian government has executed is effective it's working it may take time but we're getting there and the midterms are helping the cause there you have it everybody let me know what you think elbows up canada to all the maple midas out there we're so grateful for you one of our whole chapters is basically basically a maple midas chapter did you see that one in wtf america that's out now get the hardcover get the ebook we're so grateful for you maple midas thanks so much one book a whole lot of wtf my brothers and i wrote wtf america about how we got into this mess the millions of you who refuse to back down and how we get out scan the qr code click the link in the description or find it anywhere books are sold in order today it's five o'clock your employees are headed home but you're still updating spreadsheets switching between software and wondering where the day went there's a better way odoo brings accounting sales inventory crm and more together in one fully integrated platform so you spend less time managing software and more time running your business ready set go get in gear with an auto loan from worth credit union with a rate as low as 3.99 on new and used vehicles plus 90 days no payment on your worth credit union auto loan from your daily commute to your next weekend getaway let worth help you get where you want to go worth credit union apply online today get in gear with an auto loan from worth credit union subject to credit approval membership eligibility required see worth cu.org for details you
