Fraser Bayley’s Secrets to Peak Health and Performance

He's good at what he does, so I highly recommend him, and I would book him before he is fully booked out. [MUSIC] Welcome back to the sales and the show podcast. Today we have a special guest who has helped some of the world's top performers, people like Navy Seals. People like CEO's, even the rock stars, unlock their best health, reach their highest potential. He's worked with leaders across industries from professionals in high stress careers, to entrepreneurs looking to optimize their health and performance. His journey began with overcoming his own health challenges, including bipolar disorder, anxiety, and ADHD. After years of conventional treatment, he took matters into his own hands researching and testing new methods that would eventually shape his approach to health optimization. And now he helps others use food, blood work, and biofeedback to achieve superhuman levels, guys, of health and success. So without further ado, let's dive into today's conversation with Fraser Bailey. [MUSIC] Fraser, how's it going, brother? Jay, what's going on, man? Dude, it's an absolute pleasure and an honor, and thank you for that awesome introduction, dude. It's all mine. I've been waiting a long time to get you on this show, so I'm super, super stoked. Whatever you can. Big fan, I watch all your stories, I watch all your reps, I watched all of your gym, transmission, and your garage. I'm a big fan, so. Yeah, thank you so much for just picking time out of your schedule to kind of share with us all the wisdom, all the trials, all the pains, all the victories that you've gone through. So without further ado, where did it all start? Did you start off as a six-pack, eight-girl kid? Yeah. Just take us back. Yeah, man, it's funny. It's built from the ashes. I mean, isn't that the case with so many stories, right, where, when you go through some real pain in your life, and the pain is so intolerable that you're just forced to change. And, you know, I'm from Auckland, New Zealand, originally, and I've been living in the US now for 12 years. It's got my US citizenship last year. Oh, nice. Yeah, man, thank you. And, you know, back in New Zealand, I'm 40 now, and I think that a lot of mental health challenges, whether it be depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, you name it, right? It's a lot more common and prevalent now than it was, say, like 20 or 30 years ago. When I was in my teens, Jay, there wasn't a lot of people that were diagnosed with ADHD and bipolar. I feel like a real, like, outcast like isolated, like, I was like, what the hell is wrong with me? And that's really where it began. So, like, my childhood in the sense that I didn't have any comprehension around health, any comprehension around diet, you know, all the classic challenges as a teenager, like my skin was terrible, that affected my confidence. I had, I was diagnosed with ADHD, bipolar depression, severe social anxiety. I didn't have the confidence to, like, talk to anyone new. So, my social circle was very small. I never met new people and I was at school. I was the kid that would put in bees and a's for effort and then get d's and c's for achievement. I mean, you feel like a total numb skull when you are trying, but you're getting d's for achievement. And that's, and I truly convinced myself that it's the ADHD. I'm just distant to be this way. It's just the hand that I've been dealt. It is what it is. And so, I left school young. I left school when I was 15 years old. And, yeah, and I fell into working in a butchery part time after school, just cleaning things up. So, it was almost like, okay, well, I'll just go work there full time, path of least resistance. There was no plan, there was no grand plan, Jay, I'm like, oh, man, I really want to like do this as my career choice. It was like, this is the easiest thing. I've already got a part time job. I'll just do it full time. And it was like putting rocket fuel on the mental health fire. And the sense that a lot of these blue collard industries are rid of with alcoholism, drug abuse, domestic violence. Like, there's a lot of like wolf pack, alpha male type stuff in these blue collard environments, like being a butchery. Long story short, man, like I went through just some massive challenges in my teens, sort of borderline suicide type stuff. Really heavy stuff, you know, and at that point, I knew that if I didn't change the path that I was on, I could not see myself living another year. Like, it was that bad. Wow. I drank, I abused my prescription medications. I mixed it with alcohol. So, I was like, taking a bunch of riddle in to get like really wide, and then I would drink, and then I would be so wide, I would take a bunch of things. So, I was like this role of the dude, and my diet was terrible. So, my everything about my life was just a train rack. Wow. Yeah, and at that point, that's when I started to get help. So, like, I went to CSI, I go therapist, and long story short, he suggested, you know, he's got, he said, you know, you've got all this pent-up anxiety, all this pent-up tension. Have you tried working out? Because, at the time, YouTube was early on, there wasn't a lot of social media. So, it wasn't like you could just go into joint masterminds, like, I can reach out to Jay about like sales. You know, I could just not get access to people. Unless you knew them physically, you just, you didn't have these people and these resources in your life. So, I didn't know that diet played a massive role in my psychology and my mental health and my performance. I didn't know any of these things. I didn't know that training wasn't just a cosmetic thing that makes you look good, that it affects your chemistry and your mood and your anxiety and all these things. I didn't know any of that. And so, when he suggested that to me, I said, well, he's been right about some other things that, you know, I was skeptical about. So, why not just try and give this a shot, right? And I did it. And it was the one thing, Jay, that I noticed that I could control that I had full ownership over that really did start to affect the quality of my life in a positive way. And so, that seed sort of got planted where I noticed that as a byproduct of going to train in the mornings and getting kind of hooked on working out in the mornings, I would be around guys that were 10, 20 years older than me, that were like business owners and entrepreneurs. And it was almost like I replanted myself in a different environment. And I went from going out in that time, getting into trouble, drinking, partying, all these crazy things. I mean, a lot of my best friends at the time went to prison for years or literally either dead or in prison for years. I was one of the menaceous skate that path. And I found that by virtue of enjoying the workouts, wanting to go in the morning, I stopped going out as much a night. And it was almost like everything kind of fell into place. It was like, it's amazing how when you change your environment, a lot of the old temptations, like you don't fight them as much. And because I wasn't drinking as much, I wasn't eating so much crappy food. And because of that I felt better. And then when I would go to bed earlier. And all this to say, that's when I really got into this place of recognizing that this was something I loved and enjoyed. And that's when I went back to college to study nutrition and human function. And that was the turning point. So it was still difficult. Don't get me wrong. Like there was still lots of learning curves and challenges and stories I had to work through. But at that point, going back to learn those things and being in that environment and then choosing that as a career path. Dude, I mean, when I came over to the US, everything's just accelerated since then. So it was like I was able to turn my mental health challenges into like a weapon where a lot of a lot of the people that have addictive personalities and you know, they're drinking too much or they're popping tons of pills or whatever it is. You can almost challenge channel that into success is obvious as that sounds. And so that's why I've been so fanatical about health and optimization because I've seen the effect that's had a positive effect. It's had on my life directly not just with how I look at how I feel and then replicating that over and over and over again to the point now where like you said, I've done stuff with a bunch of former special operators, Navy SEALs, Army Rangers, Green Beret, Chris Daltry, who was in. I saw that he's ripped a lot of business, a lot of CO type guys that you know have a lot of responsibility, a lot of pressure and women as well, you know, it's one of those things where some of the stuff that I love to do is almost like the people that I've forgotten about, you know, you have people that have autoimmune issues or they have like just complications with their health. And because I had so many complications with my health and I had to use blood work and like do all these things that conventional fitness does does not talk about to fix myself. Dude, that's given me like this gift to be able to help other people that you know for all intents and purposes people would just say, oh, like that's the hand that you've been dealt, you just live with it. And I'm like, I'm like, absolutely not. I mean, I've seen some amazing stories, man. And so at this point now, you know, working remotely online and I'll have people come out and do private days with me here in the mountains at my home set up. And it's just such a testament to like not giving up. And it's a testament to this notion that wherever you are in your life right now, you have more of an ability to change your circumstances than you realize. And I mean, I'm proof of that, man. So thank you so much for sharing that. And for those of you guys who are watching or watching the replay on the podcast, thank you for tuning in. You're just catching up with Fraser Bailey who left school at 15 years work as a butcher clean things up found the path of least resistance didn't have much aspirations for life. There's a book and maybe a podcast that I'm envisioning media Netflix documentary from butcher to beast unlocking beauty unlocking beauty from the ashes. I love it. I love it. That's sales skills coming out. I did it. I like that butcher the beast, right? So very strong hook. And, you know, having massive challenges as a teenager, you know, suicidal tendencies, drinking, prescription, prescription prescription with alcohol. What question I have for you. And, man, we got it. There's just not enough time. We're going to probably break this down into multiple episodes. Is this when you are in the state of depression and suicidal tendencies and, you know, alcohol and prescription drugs drugs. I like you said, you know, I don't know if your friends were in prison or they you say something you lost some friends along the way as well. So that is something I would see as the without sounding crass, the norm or the normative of people who go down this trail or this dark, dark place. What the take to come out of a place that's so dark. I can't even imagine how difficult that must be. It's honestly, man, it come, you know, I've thought about this a lot before, right? And because you sort of think to yourself, how is it that someone has this miraculous turnaround and other people just with their whole life. They're born and they die and it's just a disaster, right? And I think that honestly, man, there's part of it's just like God, luck. But I think that beyond that, there's two things that I think probably play into this in one. It is your environment. So if you for whatever reason can accidentally get into an ecosystem where there's people that you want to be more like. So for example, when I started going to the gym in the mornings, I didn't plan. I didn't say, well, I'm going to go to the gym in the mornings. And at seven o'clock, this is when all the CEOs and business owners are going to be that are like family men with responsibility. I just was like, I'll just go at that time. And I went there and it's almost like as a byproduct of being around those people, I became more like them. And so the beautiful part about social media now is that that's what like coaching and masterminds and all these things essentially do. Now, obviously there's something to be said about being in a physical location with people, but I'm in multiple different mastermind groups and they've changed my life. I mean, I live in the mouth, I live in the smoking mountain. It's beautiful here, but it's pretty remote like it's not sort of a hub like I'm in sort of Hollywood or something. And so I don't have a lot of people in my physical space, but I feel very connected because I'm talking to people every day. So part of it is definitely environment. Like if you're around a bunch of drinking drug addicts, do you going to be around four drinking drugs? You're going to be the fifth one. If you're around four or five fit healthy entrepreneurs, you're going to be the fifth one. If you're around four or five people that are into sales and marketing and good at it, you will be the fifth one. Like it's just a matter of like absorbing that stuff via osmosis for long enough. And the other thing that I think that you have to get into that mindset of atomic habits, meaning most people think to themselves, my life is so terrible. I'm not working out. I'm eating terribly. I'm going to go to 75 hard like they'll do the hardest thing I can. They go from like doing nothing and like struggling to like doing the most over the top like the thing is dude as they throw the baby out with the bathroom, it's like all nothing. And I find that all and nothing mentality is what gets people like feeling hopeless. So what I tell is focus on atomic habits, meaning in the book of atomic habits, he even says, if you're struggling to even move, just put your shoes on. It's lace your damn shoes up. And so for me, my mentality is if you are in such a challenging place that you just are out of shape, like literally lace your shoes up and just walk to the mailbox. And then once you walk to the mailbox, maybe you walk down the street and back. And so you get used to just like taking a walk first. I always tell people there's things that you can do right out of the gate is getting outside and walking every day, even if it's just for five or 10 minutes, drinking drinking more water. And then as much as you can, I say to people, focus on eating the rainbow. So where is your green vegetable, where's your red, where's your orange. And if you just do the rainbow concept with adding spring water in every day and get outside in the fresh air and walk for five or 10 minutes. Jay, if you do that every day like that, that little stack will contribute so positively to your life. That's how you kind of break the pattern. So I would say that sort of it's a combination of those atomic habits of just just starting and perfectly and just failing forward. But they're also thinking about where are the type of people that have the result that I want. And how can I get proximity with those individuals. And sometimes sometimes you might have to pay to be in a mastermind. You might have to like pay to play. If you have to play to be there. Part of it. That's a good thing to get skin in the game, where you're like, okay, I actually have like a consequence if I don't follow through now. So like I put some in I've invested in myself. Now there's a consequence if I don't follow through. I feel like I needed consequences. Like I needed those real world consequences to like push me past my my current set of comfort signs. So a big part of a man really is that that environment and that mindset, I think. And then obviously once you have that there's a lot of good. And we can talk about this as much as you want a lot of good, just simple basic tactics, like tangent. Like part of it is mindset, but there's some really easy group simple tactics that people can use every day, man. That would give them such a better result than a lot of them get it, you know. Wow, so much, so much gold in their diamonds and the rough. Put your shoes on guys, atomic happens talks about, you know, James clears books like, you know, just do the first step. You don't need to like go to an extreme of, you know, trying to do the 75 hard or, you know, working out and doing cardio for three hours at a time when you know that's going to be a recipe for failure. And like Fraser said that it's it's a pay to play like I do that all the time proximity to get to the people that I want to be. Because if I'm going to be the average of the three to five people that I'm around at least in the past, that's why I was where I was at. And I'm all about leveling up. I'm all about 1% better every day. I know you live by that. I watched your stories and I actually admired one wonder if we can break down some of the practical with, for example, you know, rainbow and then I want to lead to a super human free because that you have for as well as a leading. So talk about the rainbow. I see your stories and I look at this massive on tray of beautiful greens and beds and oranges and I'm like, I can pick pinpoint some of the things that I'm like. Yeah. Are you plant based and what are you eating? Yeah. Yeah. So I've been plant based for 12 years now and what's come on. Yeah. Yeah. And and you know one of the things that I tell people is like when people ask me about dietary preferences and stuff, I always tell them like let your blood work and let your own data speak for you. So look at someone's labs or look at their data and then I'll reverse engineer what I know is the best process for them. And so everyone's different, you know, depending on the state of their gut health and the hormone profiles and their brain chemistry and all these different things. But I found that for me, it was the thing that improved my blood work the most and it was the thing that made me feel the best in terms of my energy levels. Now obviously you have to sort of be intentional with the way you structure things, you know, you can't just guess and and just kind of throw together a bunch of haphazard stuff, but that's part of like what I do. And so I think that part of the first thing is that in my you probably notice in my Facebook and Instagram stories, it's almost like I use it as a form of accountability. And I actually tell my students that every day I post sometimes similar repetitive things, but I do it intentionally because I use my stories as like an accountability tracker. I literally post it's part one part accountability tracker and one part like marketing. So I recognize that if I can show people the same habits over and over and over again, they start to realize that this is something that is sustainable. Okay, he's clearly doing this every day for months on end for years on end. It tells me that what he's doing is sustainable in some fashion. Maybe I can try this. So part of it is like showing people over and over and over again like the because you know what it's like, I mean things don't always sink into someone in the first five times. I mean, it takes sometimes 10 times for it to sink in. And so the first part of it and the second part is I think to myself like as a marketer as well and in the sales, right. I think to myself, what are the pillars that make me me, right? So like I think I'm like, okay, it's the superhuman health stuff supply based stuff. It's being a father and a husband. It's the workout stuff. I love psychology. You know, there's different things that make me I live in the mountains. We like to travel in our RV and explore. Sometimes we live in New Zealand. So those are sort of like so for you, it could be like your faith. You're like, nissen, you play frickin pickleball. I mean, what you want to do is you want to take these principles that make you who you are and you stories in your stories around those things all the time. So the rainbow concept, for example, was this really simple idea that I came up with and when I was creating a lot of my courses, I thought to myself, got to be so simple that like a child could understand it. Yeah, yeah, complicated and we're like, oh, this is macros and here's all the formulas and you've got to do with these equations and it's just like your brain's melting. Right. So like this that applies for some people. But for most people, it's so far over the head. It's not funny. And so I put myself eat the rainbow where every day I was for my for my main meals, I was doing some type of green vegetable, some type of red and some type of orange. And then I thought, okay, how can I elaborate or expand on that a little bit? So I said to you can either do like stir fried vegetables. So you can do like you can do broccoli or broccoli red peppers and carrots. And that's your stir fry or you could do like a raw stuff. So you could do micro greens or power greens. You could do pickle beats and shredded carrot. I prefer to do the raw stuff because I just find it's faster. My meals, my meals take about eight minutes to make. So like wow, people see all the sort of the aestheticness of it. I want to realize that it takes me like six to eight minutes to make it. It's like it's not. So I'm all about speed and like I want streamlined everything. And so outside of the rainbow concept, I always I also ask myself, where's my where's a fermented food? Where's a living food? And where is like an adaptogenic food? That's a new one that I've been doing more of. So an adaptogenic food is like some type of mushroom. A local food is like broccoli sprouts, for example, and fermented food is like kimchi or sauerkraut. Now, if you combine colors with fermented with living with an adaptogen, do you are getting so many vitamins and minerals in your diet that the average American is so void in that that alone will make you feel in times better. Most people don't realize that when they have low energy, when they're getting ADHD like symptoms and they can't concentrate and they feel like they need to take a nap. And they're getting craving, especially if they didn't cravings all the time. This representative of micronutrient deficiency, so vitamin is missing. And what I tell what I tell people is if all it took was supplements, we would be the healthiest population in the world, man, because Americans spend them most on supplements of any country. The reason why we're not the healthiest is because it's more than just a pill. The pill is like supplement is supplementary to your diet protocol. I'm just focusing on that. You get such a spectrum of phytochemicals, insoluble and soluble fiber. All kinds of things that come together, almost like it's like an equation. You're putting together this equation and the sum of that equation is the best version of yourself. And so I found that with myself, with my students that as long as they got could handle it, when you add these things in, it makes you feel so much better. You can say feel better. I mean, you have better energy. You have more focus. Your mood is better. Your anxiety is juiced. You sleep better. You have less cravings. So you can stick to a diet more proficiently, and you don't feel like you want to go eat the house. So when you can do that, then you get into even better shape, because you're sticking to a good plan properly. You're big into business. From a business standpoint, I tell people you've got to be a business athlete. That in 2025, being a business athlete is going to be the deciding variable where if you can increase how you feel, and you can increase your concentration and focus. You're going to get more done. You'll have more sales conversations. You'll bring a better energy to those sales conversations. You'll present yourself better, because you're in better shape. You know, so like you will have that sort of attractive quality about yourself, because you look healthy and vital and happy. And so I tell people, man, it's so much more than just having abs. Like that's like a byproduct that to be honest with you, man, get is not once you have it. It's kind of like whatever. It's not what people think it is. It's cool to have it in the sense that it's sort of like a symbol. It's like a trophy, but it's not the thing, man. I mean, the thing for me is like, I want to wake up and I want you feel good. I do not want to feel like I'm riddled with ADHD and anxiety and my mood sucks, and I'm irritable to be around. That's what most people experience, and they don't realize that food is like software, and their body is kind of the hardware, and they're just experiencing like a viral glitch. It's almost like they've definitely uploaded malware to the computer. I want to tell people this, like think of you as the computer, and you can either upload a good operating system update that will run out bugs and get things where you may, or you can upload malware, and it starts to freeze the crash and glitch. You don't throw the computer up. You realize the computer is not a problem. You realize that the system, the software is a problem, and you need to run the antivirus to get it out, and then the computer will run normally. And your body is exactly the same, dude. That's, yeah, I mean, the whole thing of like posting in my stories, food is like software, eat the rainbow. I mean, there's some other simple stuff we can talk about, but those are sort of some good foundation principles for your people to kind of take it. Oh, come on back. I'm coming back. Sorry. You're coming back. Yeah, keep going. It went so viral that that that was literally the color of the rainbow. So, isn't it? There you go. So I love that. So, and one thing I teach my clients is energy is the name of the game, you know, and when I was doing high ticket sales closing, you know, we got the ore ring here, which is that. All of your numbers and your KPIs up and we would track them in a spreadsheet every single day, our ready score, our sleep scores, you know, how much deep sleep, how much REM sleep, you know, what body temperature was at sleep, what a resting heart rate was our heart variability numbers, et cetera. And so because I'm very competitive and I love sports and, you know, I love coaching sports. I'm very, very like, you know, want to make sure that I'm always fine tuning and getting better. So, you know, when I was doing sales calls, I knew with my ready scores were above 80, 84, 85. Then I would like crush like, you know, 70, 80% close rates, you know, closing, like $100,000 in like 10 days is kind of a thing. But when my focus and my energy was off, and this is one of the things I want to ask you as a segue is I've slept late for a lot of my lifetime. And then I can name it and blame it and talk about that, you know, musician, I'm creative and all this stuff. And, you know, when people even say, you know, I'm a knight, I'm an early bird, you know, I talk to Gary Cox, who is another, you know, amazing entrepreneur. There's no such thing. It's just what what have you in your habits in your life, so allowed yourself to believe. So I want to get some super human, you know, OS operating system practical tips on sleep. It's something that's plagued me for a lot of my life. I love this conversation because I mean, as a father, when our daughter was from when she was first born through to about two years old, she woke up. I mean, we had real issues, man. It was brutal. She woke up anywhere between five and 15 times a night for two years. We tried a lot of stuff. And so I put it this way, my operating scores were like 40s, 50s. And it was brutal. So like, I really like sleep is really the high tide that rises or shifts. If you can get that optimal. There's no there's no supplement. There's nothing. There's no magical. You can take that will replace the type of vitality that you sleep. Yeah. So what I would say is sleep. Think of your brain and think of sleep a bit like you needing to shift down gears. Think of you as like a vehicle and a transmission. So you go through the day. And part of your goal is you go through the days to get into fifth gear. Like there'll be things you do. Like we'll be doing a workout, going for a walk in the morning, doing some jumping jacks before your call, whatever these things you do, like breath. Anything that you do that kind of gets you like revved up, but you're a day, that's like you shifting neutral first, second, third, fourth, or way to fifth. But the challenge with a lot of entrepreneurs is that they just stay stuck in fifth. They to be honest with you most don't get to fifth. They just stay stuck in third, but they stay third. So like at night, they go to lay down and they're still in third gear and they're trying to like jam it into park. Can you imagine like the disaster that we and that's what people feel. So their nervous system is so aroused that they cannot like calm themselves down. And so I think there's a few things I do. So the first thing is I focus on the different senses. So auditory, olfactory, smell, visual. So give you some examples. So at night time as part of like an auditory sort of wind down, like listening, I will have on our big TV, like YouTube and 4K. And I'll usually have like eat like relaxing soundscape music screen or right now obviously coming into Christmas. So you consider it's like Christmas relaxing cozy 4K video. And it pulls up. It's like a piece of digital wall art where it's got like this sort of cozy like look. You know, there might be like a cabin, a log cabin and this. Yeah. Yeah. So this got this sort of calm peaceful music plan in the back. So that's that's the auditory part of like something, something relaxing. You're not cranking or moving in Netflix or something or you're not watching some like intense like media journalism stuff. Something something relaxing. Same thing with the visual cortex where it's like a nice peaceful looking scene. And so what only do we have that but I have a bunch of LED towers. So I have LED towers everywhere. So if you say it's like LED tower on Amazon, there's all kinds of stuff and some of them like 30 or 40 bucks. I have those in each corner of the room. And what I do. Yeah. And what I do is through the day, I'll set it to like, you know, whatever color I want. As the day starts to wind down, I'll put it alternative to yellow. And then I'll orange. And then right before bed, I turn it to red reason is because you're mimicking sunset. And so you turn off all the interior lights. You just have these LEDs like all lamps, the LEDs. So you're getting that sort of visual cue. Suns going down, melatonin release. So between the in the visual. And then the in the last part is usually like all factory like a smell. So I'll usually diffuse lavender or some type of like calming essential oil smell. And I'm talking between those things and having a warm shower and then just like putting the blue, putting the blue light filter on my phone. And my blue light filtering as much stuff as I can and not watching anything that's like excessively stimulating those cues allow you to shift down from fifth gear to third all the way to the park. But outside of that, you also want to drop the air temperature in your house. So I drop it down to about 68. That sounds cold for people, but yeah, yeah. So it does suggest that about 68 degrees Fahrenheit is an ideal zone because if you're too warm, it's going to keep your core temperature elevated and you're not going to get kind of deep and REM sleep. So drop it down. And then the last thing that I really tell people to work on is try to eat your dinner meal earlier. And when people are eating like one hour before bed, their body is still digested. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Often if you're laying down and you've just digested a bunch of stuff, that's when you can even get reflux. Digest digestion is working or temperature is elevated. You won't get into that deep state of sleep. So I typically eat my dinner like 5 p.m. And so and then I'll go to bed at like 8, 8, 30. And so what's the deal? Dude, and I get up at like 2 a.m. So it's like my mom. Yeah. And the thing I've trained exactly what you were saying. Holy smokes praying myself to do that. And I tell you I actually love it because most people at night time, they watch Netflix, they yeah, they snack on foods. Yeah. And that's what undoes their result. I'm asleep. So when I wake up in the morning, the last thing you want to do first thing in the morning is like snack on a bunch of popcorn and drink one. Right. So like. I'm almost like I'm exposing I'm awake and exposing myself to that time that other people would have. But I'm doing it in the morning instead of the evening and in the morning, you're typically way more productive and you and you are more. You have you have like it's almost like your metabolism and your brain like resets. And you don't feel like you want to like drink a bunch of stuff and eat a bunch of food. Like you want to just maybe sip on a little bit of tea or black coffee or something and just fast and watch. Watch some YouTube interviews. You know, so it's one of those things, man, where I've trained myself to do that. Now, obviously people don't have to do that sleep pattern, but definitely eating your dinner meal earlier, I think is. And then making making sure like this things like toll CT. There's different supplementations like glycine and epigen and I use glycine a lot. I use glycine magnesium. And I use a supplement called thienine serene. It's got things. It's got thienine. It's got Laura. It's got some GABA. One of the things that with a lot of entrepreneurs, if they do something called the braverman tests. So the braverman test is on Google. It's a subjective test that you ask a bunch of questions. And it gives you a subjective approximation as to your brain chemistry. Like how much serotonin dopamine. It's a little calling and GABA you have. I find most entrepreneurs that are kind of anxious and they run almost a bit OCD. And part of that is the acetylcholine dominant and they don't have enough GABA. And if you know this and you see that you're severely GABA deficient, literally just by supplementing with some GABA, you can improve sleep quality dramatically. So I would say magnesium, GABA, thienine serene, glycine, in conjunction with an earlier than a time in conjunction with those visual and auditory and olfactory cues. Dude, it sounds like a lot. But when you just get into like a pattern and it's like rinse and repeat that becomes very automated. It's like brushing your teeth, brushing your hair, shaving your face, all the things. Right. So when you get to that point, you can feel your nervous system downshifting. And when I, man, like I'm so rested when I wake up, even though I get up so early, I'm in such a state of sleep because of it. And I tell you, man, like there's, I've tried many things in my life to biohacking. Nothing replaces, optimize and see exactly what you said, man, like with your school, there is a correlation between like that and performance. I mean, it's real. And if you can make that connection and you can can prioritize that as a as a key part of the equation, man, it could change your life completely. Pray there. Oh my gosh. So we can do this. We can do this. Literally, we can do this weekly. I love what you're saying. We do round two. Oh, no, we can do this. The amount of information. And it's just, anyways, we got to go round two. We run out of time. What was the test that you called the GABA thing? I'm in the name of the test. Bravement. So B-R-A-V-D-R-M-A-M. Bravement test. And it was a free agent. And I think there's one where it's like 20 bucks, but it's a good, yes, man, it's subjective, but it will help you pinpoint some of the things that you could do. Okay, great. So leave us with this gift and share what the superhuman upgrade digital arsenal. Tell us what that is. Yeah. Yeah. So basically, the downloads that I'm giving you guys are a lot of the core principles that we've talked about, you know, like it's a lot of the simple, amazing tactics that is simplified down, whether it be processes around how to eat my hydration protocol, stuff relating to sleep, stuff relating to training. So it's one of those things where it's not just one thing, you know, it's mindset, it's training, it's nutrition, it's supplementation, it's hydration targets, it's all those things. And so basically you get a good chunk of usable tactical stuff that you can, that you can apply. I mean, you could literally apply the stuff between now and December imperfectly, and you will see progress, you will see results, you don't have to be perfect, you don't have to try and nail it all down, I promise you, you just do some of the stuff. And you will see results. So I hope that you guys get some real value. Oh, I've already know that I've gotten so much value and this is incredible. Thank you for this incredibly generous gift. When I think super human, and this is, you know, when I think super human, I think Fraser Bailey, right? I want to be like Fraser Bailey when I grew up, I want to be like him when I, you know, and it can start and it doesn't have to be like this pipe dream for everyone that's listening and watching this, it can happen now. With the atomic habit says Fraser mentioned earlier, it's like, maybe the first start is she laces and taking that one step and think about getting out the door, maybe it's like walk like one of my clients is going to walk his dog every other day. That's a great start. One of my other deep, very, very close friends, they just joined a gym membership and for the first time in, I want to say, 23 years, they worked out as a family and they're having their quiet time in their spiritual health and their marriage in within 48 hours is transformed. Like it's amazing what can happen when hydration and food, nutrition, sleep, energy is the byproduct of all the habits and the focus and the discipline. So how do people skip the line and go to VIP? Like if they are, yeah, they could just, I mean more than if they just reach out to me on social media, now if they just reach out to me through Facebook, you know, Fraser Bailey or Instagram at Fraser Bailey. Just drop me a message, you know, I get a bit of volume of messages coming through, but I do get back to things. So I would say that's probably the best way to reach out, you know, if they want help, I do a lot of sort of advanced blood testing stuff. And that's one thing that we didn't even really touch on and that's you, that's actually one of the most powerful things. So like getting a detailed blood panel, the lab panel, by the way, I think there is some stuff in these downloads relating to that too. That as well. Okay, amazing. So you've heard it from super human Fraser Bailey himself. This is the super human upgrade digital arsenal. Again, we are here to help you to sell more, to give more. If you guys need help with your super human bodies, don't come to me, go to Fraser. If you need help with super human sales, come to me. And here's a two shameless plugs before we end up and I'll give Fraser the last word. I just found while we were doing this, the oral ring $50 discount. Here's my affiliate shameless month. And next week, I'm launching a free Godfather offer creation that has helped one of my clients generate $156,000. $156,000 in two weeks. If you want to monetize your offer, next Thursday, December the 5th before everyone goes on Christmas break, one PM Easter stand time. There's a free webinar that I'm going to be holding for 90 minutes. And then if you want a VIP Q and eight, it's only $47 for an extra hour of power. So take us out. Talk about so that, you know, we're not talking old, not old Navy sales. We're not talking about elite athletes. We're talking about the average person. What is the word of encouragement that you can give them because they feel like they don't know where to start and they feel like they want to check out. Yeah, honestly, man, it's exactly what I sort of said earlier is like, I ask myself, what is the next best step? And it's usually something like go for a walk as simple as it sounds. Drink a bunch of spring water, go for a walk. And just if you have to grab a handful of salad greens and just jam that in your mouth, man, if you just do those things. Like little mental wins, I would say in reality, like find someone that has the result that you want that has replicated it in other people and just start a conversation with them. Just say, I'm struggling. I recognize I need help. You look like someone that could potentially help me. Can you help me? Sometimes, sometimes like the struggling and silence and the bootlegging and trying to guess it is the barrier. And if you can just say, I need help. And I'm going to put some skin in the game. And this coming Friday, Black Friday is like the perfect opportunity because there's probably going to be a lot of deals going on. That's in my mind, like the sign that you need to just like do something and then just take action on it, man, someone's just just really firing, you know. Yeah, amazing. So Fraser, thank you so much for your time. We'll have to do a part two and probably more than that. You guys know where to reach him. I mean, guys, skip the line. Try to do it yourself for the last 10, 20, 30 years. We know it's not working. So DM Fraser directly get his help. He's going to help you. And yeah, if you want to learn more information, check out the superhuman free resource as well so that we can help you to level up so you can some more to give more. Thank you so much, Fraser. Thank you, brother. I appreciate you, man. Thank you. Take care. See you later. Bye. [MUSIC]
