Yeah, I don't, I don't really look like Mike. Mike was a couple of weeks ago. Al Borland had to fight through it for the entirety of the live show. He timed it up perfectly. He probably got it from Papa Josh a few days before that. I'm pretty, you know what? Over the weekend. No, Papa Josh never gets sick. Papa Josh has just allergy. He had allergies for a day. He knows it. Everybody else caught his allergies. Everybody caught his allergies. There's a lot of dust in the air right now. But we're fighting through. It's too important of a week. We got our final mock draft episode today. Oh, is that make you sad? A little bit. That's to make you happy football is here. I'm really excited for football to happen. But mock drafts are so fun. And obviously that will be gone for a long time. Yeah, but I mean, now it's the capstone mock draft. It's the best one of the year. Okay. We have. And then the quiet one that was totally guilty that puts his hands up like he's under arrest right now. It's falsely accused. But luckily I won that title and it was no big deal. So there you go. Oh, we give you guys updates. We just don't want to overwhelm the show with like our personal league. Right. But I know that you guys get excited about our competitiveness and the times we get a mock one another. And Jason eventually will have a player on his team actually play. Yeah. It's going to go well for you. News and notes from around the league. The Raiders of name Kirk cousins as the teams week one starter. Well, that's better than the Falcons. The Falcons have what are we even doing here? We're days away from like they are currently practicing for week one. We're at the point where training camps are over. The, you know, inner team scrimmages are over. They are preparing for week one. But they don't know who their quarterback is because they won't have it back. I don't know. I don't know. Like I know we've started our week one. Rank is a little bit like behind the scenes. But we haven't. I haven't really been diving into the match. I don't know who the Falcons play week one, but I'm taking the other team. Hey, it's rare to have. They're at Pittsburgh. Yep, sure. Great. They could have been anywhere. It's very rare to name a starting quarterback after September 1st. This year, we have cousins. The last two years, nobody did that. Before that, it was the Cardinals. Yeah, not a serious organization makes sense. It was Trabisky and the Steelers on September 6th of 2022. The Rod Taylor 2021. Yeah, I'm not seeing like a string of all pros getting named starters. Yeah, I think there is. There is a Nathan Peterman. There's a direct correlation with naming your starter this late and having a horrifically bad year. Clint Kubek says he's optimistic. Ash and Gentie will play week one against the dolphins. There's so much whispers in the bushes about Mike Washington. And junior having a big role. Where are you guys with that? I think there's been enough smoke. Certain things said by Kubeek, where I'm not back to where I started, where I started when Kubeek came here was I was like full out on Gentie. I thought it would be a time share. What they didn't see. Exactly what you saw coming off a Super Bowl where you took Ken Bowen locker and you put them behind Charbonne. I'm not back to that place, but I do think that Mike Washington, Jr. What he's done in preseason, what he's done in camp. And with the ability, like if they have a player in Mike Washington, which I was very skeptical of, then they will they will rest Gentie more with us. So I have I've moved the needle a little bit. I think I've got I think I've got Mike Washington up to like 140 carries somewhere around there, which is not a not a ton, but it's it's certainly not the situation where I view Ashen Gentie as what Christian McCaffrey was last year. Mike Evans back at practice on Wednesday. Okay. How about hold on. Hold on. We're getting breaking news. Mike Evans has left practice. I'm just assume. Yeah, no, you're right. I haven't heard anything. Mike Evans will be back in the news tomorrow. Yeah. But he's practicing. That is good. I'm working off to the side projected to be ready for week one. The world would like us to clarify that it was a toe sprain, not turf toe. He seems, I mean, I've watched a lot. I don't think we know. We don't we don't really know what's going on. They have been they have not said turf toe. That's all I'm reporting. The team has not said the team has said sprain toe, not turf toe. There is a difference. He is still trying to basically be able to cut on that foot on that toe. He's been going through all the motions this week trying to strengthen that. See if he's ready for week one. You know. Yeah, our medical guy, Matthew Betts, certified PT is reminding us, "Turf toe is a spring of the big toe." Yeah, you can't turf toe the small ones. Right. That's why they know that. If they're just saying it's a spring toe, it could, it could still be turf toe. Yeah, it's which toe. And because of the recovery and the struggles with it, it definitely feels like turf toe. Yeah. I don't know. I don't know. I think we hope to see him out there in week one and maybe he ends up dropping an ADP. Panther's coach, Dave Canales says he's optimistic. John in the Brooks will play in week one. Woof. General Soreness. General Soreness is reporting for duty. He's trying to keep him out. How do you guys get to the third line, Fulger? How do you guys project the John in the Brooks Chuba, week one, and who gets the first care? Chuba. I think Chuba, I bet this just, I were probably hot hand the entire season. Well, I Brooks should have a hotter hand. I think that's Chuba's had very few hot hands and I mean, you, you, you, this is a warm handed running back. The fantasy football drafters, you're making your choice of who you think it will be. But I think it will be very frustrating back and forth of they've been a good running team. Yes, they can have a very good running scheme, they have a solid offensive line. But like last year, it was, I mean, it started as Chuba and then Rico takes over and then it was hot hand. So I just think week to week that this could be pretty tough. If one of them is seemingly going to take over eventually, it probably should be John with their Brooks, but I think it is a, I think it's a sketchy move or a week to week. I don't know that you're going to be able to really count on either of them. Any other news? No, not at this time. Okay. By the way, we wanted to make the Falcon do the welcome in today knowing my voice is a little weak, but like, but we love you, Brooklyn. Yeah. I mean, the gag just would have fallen flatter somehow, blah. All right. We're going to take a quick break, an early break. And then we'll jump into our final mock draft of the season. The fantasy footballers mock draft. All right. Our final mock draft, Jason at the one spot, Mike at the five spot. I'm at nine. It's a 12 team mock. One quarterback, two running back to wide receivers, one tied in one flex, four bench away. We go. Jason, make your pick. Oh, wow. Yeah. Oh, wow. The shock the world here at the one. Oh, shock. Wow. Take Jimmy or Gibbs. That's some courage. Maybe I'll get sailor Jerry at the end, just kidding. He's just a reason to not draft any one other than Gibbs with the one on one, also known as the player Andy gets to draft in the League of Record on Monday. I have, I have heard from a lot of people. I mean, McCaffrey's going at 104 right now. Yeah. Gibbs is fine. Beijon, Chase, McCaffrey. But I have heard a lot of back and forth from people nervous about taking McCaffrey. Yeah. The nerves. Yeah. I have, I have been one of those people where I'm, I am still a little hesitant when there's a tie breaking, like right now, he went number four. For me, he would probably go, you know, around seven. I would take JSN and Ammon Raw over McCaffrey just because of those fears. But I mean, if you're trying to win a championship and, you know, looking for the highest possible upside, it's usually Christian McCaffrey. Mike, you're on the clock. All right. The, we talked a little bit about Puka in his situation yesterday. We don't have clarity. As of this point, yeah, it seems like Puka will be playing, you know, week one. I just, there was a, just a promo video for the Rams 49ers getting ready for the Australia game. And Puka's heavily featured in, in said video. So the NFL, at least is still putting that material out. But I'm going to, I'm going to try something a little bit different here. I think James Cook is an elite running back. And I'm going to take him here over the wide receivers and see what my team, see if I like what happens with the team on the way back. I mean, we just did the draft of offenses. And obviously the bills are one of those top five elite offenses that you want pieces of. And Cook will score a ton of touches. With Mike on the clock, I knew that there was a five pack of guys, maybe six that I, I was into it. This one's interesting. Cook, Puka, Jonathan Taylor and then HM. Oh, man. That one away. And I highest of T. Look, I, I just, I just want to bang the table one final time before the season starts sort of on HM. That there is you sure about that. I'm so certain. This is why. Yeah. This is the third best running back in football in my opinion. And what? Yeah. You're saying as a, I think as a talent as a versatile, I mean, this was the only back that was what did he say? Absolutely. The most consistent running back last year on a team that was, do you remember the two of you? What are we talking about with the Falcons? HM is a terrible quarterback, and I know he has his propensity to get the ball. Yeah, he loves checking it down to check it down. HM is an elite running back. People are underestimating Malik Wallace and this offense. Chris Bell is going to be there from day one. And HM is going to be worthy of this pick at the end of the year. Are you saying that if you were an NFL GM, you would, number three, you would take him number three. Number three. Cook. Hamptom and Gentie. Yes. And cook. Yes. John and the Taylor. I think he's the third best all around running back in football. All right. I have, unfortunately, a weird selection because of that. I, I thought I'd get Oman Raw or JS N. Now I have to choose between them. So I'll just take Jackson Smith and jig, but at 109. Yeah. That makes sense. But between him and Oman Raw, or I'm sorry, it, yeah, I guess it, or J are you still JS N firmly over on, no, no, certainly not, not firmly, I struggle with those. I do too. I think they're in the exact same, you know, tier. I could see it going either way. I mean, JS N has far more target market share of his team, but the offense, I think, is far better for the Lions as far as total points scored on the season and the way that they play. So, yeah, I mean, I'm fine either way, honestly, I would love to be in Julia's spot where she gets to get Oman Raw St. Brown at the 10 spot. Yeah. So we got Oman Raw, CDLAM and Kenneth Walker finishing out the first round. Good work, Matt, honoring Ken Bon Walker to be a first round selection ahead of Barkley. Yeah. That's right. Take one, Barkley. You're a second round pick. Chase Brown, Hampton goes to Julia and then Andy wasting no time in selecting Justin Jefferson. Yeah. I was Jefferson or AJ Brown there for me, did not take the pick of Gentie and at the running back spot, I just prefer the JS and Jefferson combo will go wide receiver, wide receiver. So after Jefferson, we get Ashton Gentie, Niko Collins, Derek Henry, I am back on the clock. I took James Cook in the first, which I, I mean, seeing how the draft board is unfolded, that really worked out. We went very high T very heavy in the running backs and AJ Brown in elite wide receiver one did fall to me as compared to, you know, the running backs on the board here would be Kyron, Jeremiah Love, fine players, but getting to start with to elite, like an elite running back in elite wide receiver. That feels pretty good. So I'm going to take AJ Brown. Then when Josh Allen first quote, whoa, first quarterback off of the board in the second round, I guess baby Jake, just he needs him some Josh Allen, Kyle takes George Pickens, Devon Tay Smith and then Jason, you are back on the clock. So this is, this is really, really interesting to me. There's three players at three different positions that are kind of a tear break at all of them. Obviously, you've got both Brock Bauer's and Tremac pride, so I could take the tight end, which here at the two three turn, I feel like is a great value, but there's also good value with Drake London. You know, he's been a player. I haven't been as hot on, but he started the Pua because of the Pua, but he, that was also because he was starting the year like near the end of the first round, very beginning of the second round going ahead of, you know, it was like, you were basically in the, am I taking London or Justin Jefferson, I think we've talked that situation down enough to where man he's here. And then at running back, I do think Jeremiah love at the two three turn is totally, you're near his floor and you still have crazy upside. But since I've got Gibbs, I think I'm going to go more hero running back, I'll take Drake London and then a, and I'm doing that so that I can say I got a third round. of value. - Rock, Bowers. - Oh my goodness. - But that sets me up, Gibbs, London, and Bowers, one of each, since I do prefer, people talk about, what strategy do you have at the turn? I prefer, and I don't always do this, but I find that I'm happier when I split my positions at the turn. If I go running back, running back, or wide receiver, wide receiver, the flexibility, I just have to have, I don't get any choice of the next 24 picks, and I just have to get lucky that the position available is there for me, whereas if I kind of go running back, wide receiver, take one of each, the next time you come back around, you have more flexibility to take what's left on the board. - All right, so you took Brock Bowers, Bruxy takes Kyron, so he has started with two running backs, then Breece Hall, then Jeremiah Love, that puts me back on the clock, trying to pull up my rankings here and see who is left. At the wide receiver position, this is the area where you got to start figuring out, are you willing to go on Malik Neighbors? I had all of my chips in on Malik, did not like the press conference of the, I'll play when I'm ready, I mean, I know he's just kind of up there talking openly, but I thought we were gonna be ready for week one here, Mr. Malik Neighbors, at running back, Javonte, Camp Scataboo, Travis H&Juneer, that's kind of the top of the ADP list for the running back position, but I'm gonna go ahead, I'm gonna take Chris Olave to go with AJ Brown, so two wide receivers, one running back, Matthew Betts right after me, takes Malik Neighbors, Trey McBride follows that up, Papa Josh takes Lad McConkey right in front of Andy, because of course this is what Papa Josh has to do, Andy you're on the clock, you have two wide receivers, you got Jayson and Justin Jefferson. Yeah, I mean, I get that Lad was his my guy, but given that he's got two wide receivers, I would imagine you're looking, not wide receiver. Yes, the Andre Swift, I'm taking the Andre Swift. Oh, my goodness, third. Yeah, I mean, we don't have him in on guy to start the season, I like the past catching by us. He's weeks to week, yeah. Well, there's one week until football, so, no, I think the Andre Swift right now, especially early season will be a steal. James, sorry, Javonte does go next, and Rice McMillan, Waddle and Ibuka, Colston, Lovland off the board at the 403, and I am going running back again. I'm taking Jadarian Price. Oh, that's really high ADP wise for him. I had him flagged to come to me at the 412. This is where he's going to go in drafts. He's not going to fall to where his normal ADP is. I think people are realizing the situation for a first round back is pretty perfect on a rookie that could be something special you don't know. So I don't mind that at all taking Swift and Price there. Yeah, I think you're off to a decent start. There are rumors that we'll hear more about Jadarian Price on tomorrow's episode of the show, not from me, but from somebody else. Swift and Price at Running Back's JSN and Jefferson as my wide receivers, Flowers, Wilson, Higgins, and then Mike is back on the clock. I am back, AJ Brown and Alavi. Yeah, at the Running Back position, Skataboo is still there. Skataboo is starting to feel, Jay, where are you with Skataboo? Yeah, I mean, my risk is starting to feel-- I think that he is an elite talent. I really do. I think he's a headache for this team. And I don't know that Harbaugh loves him. I think that this is a-- We do have a clip that just came in. We haven't been able to watch. We got shared in here, it's Skataboo's talking to Kay Adams. And the headline is, Skataboo considered retiring after the season ending injury. I have to watch to get all the full context, but-- Speaking on up in Adams, Skataboo said he told himself in college that he would retire if suffering a major injury. Well, he lied, 'cause he suffered a major injury and he is not retired. No, I mean, it's not just the injury. Obviously, you've got Judkins and Skataboo coming off of the injury, Skataboo on a better timeline. And he's been doing stuff for a long time. He says he's fully-- We talked to him in New York and he said he was fully good to go. He overflipped on his back, flip, yada, yada. I think I'm more scared of the situation on a coaching and opportunity standpoint. Are we scared of Naji? I'm scared of Naji. You said it almost. Oh, okay. I mean, I get it. We shouldn't be scared of the competition there. - Skataboo, it shouldn't have to be. - Skataboo is significantly better than this version of Naji and Taron Tracy and Devon Singletary. I would like to have Skataboo on my team, but I would like him to be like my running back three. - Yeah, okay. So quarterback-wise, it's still just Josh Allen off the board. Baby Jake, we'll let you sit in the fact that you did that. At the wide receiver position, top of ADP would be D.J. Moore, Tarmac Lauren, Devon to Adams is there. Well, look, we're in the fourth. I don't know that Demock Draft has really unveiled itself where I've been able to do this. Luther Burton, baby. - Hey, Luther, finally, finally it worked out. Luther Burton is on the squad. He joins AJ Brown at Crystal Lava. After I take Luther goes D.J. Moore, Travis H. N. Jr., David Montgomery goes to Brooks. He's pretty high T over there. Jason, you're at the turn. You are back on the clock. - We're back on the Skataboo conversation. This would be my running back two, not my running back three, which I would prefer, but there is a tear break here. It really, Bucky Irving is gonna be such a fascinating story this year, everything in preseason, everything in camp has been that Kenny Gainwell is super involved and is kind of taking the passing work. Where, while Bucky is doing all of the primary running duties, so that'll be interesting to unfold. There's also, you know, you look at ADP and you see Josh Jacobs there. Obviously that's not happening, but when you see Josh Jacobs there, you've got to ask yourself what you're doing with Marshawn Lloyd or with the Green Bay Packer running back to the way she is. - A good tip of, let Josh Jacobs be the reminder for your Marshawn Lloyd ADP of, 'cause this is a, I mean, I don't wanna speak for you, Jay, but it's like, we're at the point where someone's probably gonna draft Marshawn Lloyd pretty soon. So you're at the turn, if you were a Lloyd believer, you would have to do it right here. - I couldn't draft him over Skataboo, Bucky Irving. Some of those guys that, you know, we're still betting on a super fragile guy. I mean, I know the whole injury point, I was talking to Mike off, you know, outside of the studio before I was like, my top 10 tips and tricks are the things to remember episode. At the end of this year, I'm gonna look back at John and the Brooks and Marshawn Lloyd and Kendra Miller and I'm gonna, I'm gonna just gonna see, was it like, oh, we should have known? Or, hey, there is no such thing as a injury point. I'm gonna take Cam Skataboo at this point, he represents kind of a tear for the rest of the running backs. And then at wide receiver, I would take Jameson Williams. Like, that's who I want to take, but I've got Gibbs. I don't wanna do the wide receiver running back thing. And I'm more and more and more and more and more bullish on Devonte Adams. The old man has been rising to me. So I think he's going to have a really successful season. The only worry I have with Adams is at his age if an injury happens, it will be, you know, it's always got the peptide protocols in place. I hope so, man. I hope so, who doesn't? Devonte Adams, Jameson Williams, Tyler Warren, Roma Dunezay, all guys add my eye on this round. Mike, you're back on the clock. I, now I'm down bad in terms of just overall strategy. I mean, I could keep going with the hero RB build. Yeah, basal, I mean, if I'm taking a running back, look at you, it's like, Bucky, Trevo, Basal Tudon. I would be taking Tudon. However, Christian Watson is still here in round five. I would, he would be on my bench if I am drafting him because you have three wide receiver direct. So I've already filled my two wide receiver spots and the flex position. Oh, that is brutal. I had my eye on possibly going Tyler Warren, but Kyle snagged him too. You also in the fifth round here have your choice of the quarterback. Of all quarterbacks, not even Josh Allen. So I do love Lamar. This like I'm, I'm, I'm in a full forgiveness of last year for Lamar. I think he's going to be solid. But oh, Mike, he has no idea what he's doing. No, I do, I do. Why don't you tell us? I'm taking the, the butt was because of AJ Brown. Was I have AJ Brown? And I can have the Drake May AJ Brown stack. I don't feel like overpaid for Drake May. And even though I'm still riding with just one running back, I feel all right with it. Interesting, not even tempted by Bucky there, huh? I told you, man, I'm just like, I, I don't want Bucky. I don't want to draft. Well, you look at, you did exactly what you're supposed to do when you don't want somebody. You look at this point. When you're in the middle of the fifth round, Bucky is, ah, he's about to be on my team, but we'll take a break first. After Drake May, Christian Watson off the board, might can't get him for wide or see him. better Betsy. I know he went to a good home. Well, yeah, I don't know. He went to a non-starting home. Yeah. It doesn't matter. I mean, that's how he stays safe. Me and Bets are Watson bros. So Quinch on Judkins and Tudon. I have three wide receivers I'm in love with at this spot. I have a quick turn. So I'm going to pull the trigger on Bucky Irving here. And I mean, getting Swift Price Bucky Irving 345. I have here a wide receivers with JSN and Jefferson. You have a very strong start. I I'm very happy. Carnell Tate, Lamar Jackson, Trevo Lloyd and Ramandre. Both, both wide receivers I wanted made it through. What a turn there. Traveon Henderson and Marcheon Lloyd. I mean, to stack those two guys together is like, and Ramandre, what could be? Well, I want you guys to help me decide this pick. All right. It's between a player that I think is going to have a humongous season and outkick is ADP in Marvin Harrison, Jr. Who, uh, you know, it would be a little bit if head of his ADP, but in this draft, I got a long way. It would be here. And Parker Washington, who I continue to believe in the drumbeat. I believe in the the fact that he could be the premier one on this team at this point. I'm not worried about Jacoby. BTJ, I feel like the route tree, the utilization is going to be minimal. It'll be big plays and nothing else. And so I would see PR versus more upside. Yeah. I mean, I guess I would default to, obviously with those two players, some of it has to be what do you believe? Sounds like you believe in both. You believe the the bowl case. I believe in both for both options. In which case, if you think both are good wide receivers, who's got the better environment? Who's, you know, who's on the better offense? I, you know, that should be an easy one. Is that hat doing things to the brain? Of you saying which one's the better offense? Which one's the better offense? I mean, Vegas projections at the very least. We did just draft the or what we believe. I didn't think Jacksonville belonged in that top 12. Right. But Arizona's name was not even mentioned. Arizona, I believe his third to last. I understand. I just, it's a priority of like, okay, it's, it's environment. But I think Marvin Harrison is very much the better red zone threat. I think he is more secure in the target share than Parker Washington. I don't know what it's going to be like in Jacksonville this year. And I trust Jacobi Berset to get the ball to him. I mean, if you saw the numbers, if you heard the numbers in the live show, I know that was bold predictions episode. If Marvin Harrison gets seven or more targets of game, his average fantasy points for game is 16.8. So you look at the offense, a healthy Marvin Harrison. I'm still going, I'm going with Marvin. I'm still a believer in Marvin Harrison. Marvin Harrison and Roman Dunesay are two guys that I have kind of, I feel like been an idiot on according to the world because I still think that they're good players and that they're going to show that the reason they were drafted top 10 and NFLs because of that. Most people don't believe that, which is why you're getting Marvin Harrison in the sixth round. I mean, to me, what better place alongside Jason and Jefferson for Marvin Harrison? Parker goes next. Jonathan Brooks, Joe Burrow, Mike, you're back on the clock. Man, Joe Burrow at the 607, two stack with T Higgins is a tremendous value. So, I mean, some are not all of our drafts have gone this way. The elite quarterbacks have been ADP wise going a bit later. But so it's just a, make sure you're fully paying attention while your draft is going that you don't have. You're not just locked into such a plan that you don't even flip over to that quarterback tab. So that's outrageous to me to get Burrow there. Let's see, looking at the White receivers, there's no one, no one really spectacular standing out to me. I mean, Jeremy Gloren here could be a serve as a huge value. I have a shorter turn. So I got eight picks in between my next one. But I don't know what these clowns are going to do. And I don't really want to risk JK Dobbins. So I'm going to take him here at the 608's. Barbie too. Yeah, he has my running back to him. Maybe he's not the full season guy for the Denver Broncos. I've mentioned Jonah Coleman kind of he scares me far more than RJ Harvey does. But at least be at the beginning of the year, I feel pretty strong that it will be Dobbins. Mike Evans goes after that. We have a little wide receiver run. Mike Evans, Terry McLoren, Michael Wilson goes to Brooks, Jason, the turn you are up. I'm a little sad. I was going to, if, if cyborg did not pull the trigger there on Terry McLoren, I was going to do something that I haven't you're going to go McLoren Daniels. I was going to go to McLoren Daniels. Just like the fears that we have in the Washington, three year old wide receivers. Well, in the seventh round. Sure. I, you know, the fears we have with the commander's offense are legitimate. But at the same time, you have to look at the bowl case whenever you're drafting it. It's kind of we'll be drafting Jane Daniels. Eat probably. And I just strategically that would be the move to go for. So for me, I'm sitting here and I'm like, okay, I can take a quarterback of of my choice. But at the turn, there's nobody that is like if burrow had got to me, obviously, I would have pulled the trigger there. I think there's a tear break to all the rest of them. There's no stack that I am especially in love with. So I'm going to take again, I'm going to look at the bowl case. What is the highest upside potential outcome for certain players? I'll take Brian Thomas. I don't think that like I don't project him to be the one. But obviously we know what he can do on the NFL field. He's been a top 10 wide receiver in the past and the best predictor of future success is past success. And then I'm stuck here basically feeling like at the turn. If I don't take a running back here as my RB three, it's going to be nothing left. I've experienced it in every draft. So my hand is forced right now to take a running back. And I'm going to pull the trigger on Jalen Warren, the question of the Steelers backfield. I know you guys are on the Rico side. I'm on the Warren side. Just always on the Rico side. Yes. That's that's a contractual obligation. Yes. I mean, he does pay me well. Yes. No matter where he goes, you're on the Rico side. But as a seventh round, RB three, you know, you got to take the shot on those ambiguous backfields. After so Jason takes Jalen Warren, we had a multi quarterbacks go Jalen Hertz followed by Jaden Daniels. You know, the the players, so he just talked Daniels yesterday of players, I'm afraid to be wrong about in the in the fact of overstating over projecting J Daniels in the seventh round is that's that's truly a ridiculous value. Baby Jake took RJ Harvey. And then I am back on the clock. It's a pretty easy pick for me here. I will take the man, the myth, the legends, he's recovering from an ACL. I don't care. Seventh round or Tucker craft. Come on down, baby. I've been very anti-tucker craft in all of my dress. The difference between Tucker craft and the fifth and Tucker craft craft in the in the in the seventh was that Tucker craft. Oh, I didn't hear that. I heard crack. I heard crack. It's massive. I mean, and you say, well, it's just a couple of rounds. So that's pretty rough, but you look at like who you would have been giving up is a Roma Dunes a Judkins. Like that's why I can't possibly take craft over those guys. That feels like an easy tucker craft over those two names. Well, okay. Okay. How about Christian Watson. Okay. That's way. Exactly. But that's my point. You would have you would have been taking craft over over Watson, which I would not do that a couple rounds ago. But here, you're taking them over over, you know, backups. Rico Dowdell goes at 706. And then the guy I thought I would easily get in the eighth, Alec Pierce goes at 707, taken away from me, Harold Fanon. And then I went Dejon Stribling at the 709. That's what you're going to have to do for the 49ers, Chuba Mason, Quentin Johnson, Josh Downs, Blake Corm and then Caleb, my my guy, I had a group of basically five quarterbacks. I was kind of waiting to decide between Caleb, Jayden. They both went. I'm trying to decide here. Do I want to just like let the quarterback position go? I still have some names way later than I'm okay with. I mean, they're still sorry, let's see. I mean, DAC is the one that stands out. You can stack with percent. I feel like I could do that maybe a little bit later. Man, maybe I don't go either of those positions. I mean, you're at you're at the point now. So one, two, three, four, five, six, so we have seven, seven of the 12 teams have their quarterback. And the names left is Herbert, DAC, Lawrence. If you're in on the upside of Dart, bonix, this is the hard part of taking the, even if you're getting an elite quarterback at a value, when I'm seeing, especially guys like DAC be available in the eighth round, it's that's tough. Yeah, I thought about DAC. I went KC conception. I'm going rookie rookie here. Stribbling conception. It's a strategy. I often employ I like taking shots at the most talented highest upside, highest target share rookies late in drafts. So struggling conception. Both players, I think, will have a fantasy impact in year one, Sutton, Golden, LaPorta, and Mike back on the clock. You have your onesies already. You're filling out the depth. Yeah, we're looking at filling out the team here. I got, again, eight picks between this one and the next one. Do I possibly risk someone sniping DK Metcalf in between my next pick? I'll be pretty devastated if it happened, but I think it's probably the best thing to do for my team. So whatever you guys do, don't draft DK Metcalf. I'm going to take. Oh, man. I'm going to take the upside of Bill Cross. I know how much you like Metcalf. So I hope he gets back. Oh my gosh, please, please. I mean, Metcalf is a wide receiver one that nobody wants to touch, which is impossible to believe after last year. I mean, do we, do we look at the situation of last year where it was air and Rogers? It was DK Metcalf. The hugeest, the largest difference would be Mike McCarthy and a different offensive scheme. Do we believe that that will be the difference between last year's DK Metcalf, which was borderline unplayable for the majority of the season. Do we think it corrects itself? Yeah. I mean, it could, but that's not the only change, right? Michael Pittman joining the team is also negative for DK Metcalf. Now Pittman's been hurt most of camp. If you watched Aaron Rogers talk about him recently, he was, he didn't seem very, he's like, it is what it is. He hasn't been here. So he was talking on Pittman's soft seemed like it, man. He, he just seemed frustrated about the fact that look, we, we haven't been able to work on it. And this is a player new to the team. And you know how Aaron Rogers gets with like, if he can rely on kings. Yeah. So with strangers, stranger is a good pick. I'm sitting here going Metcalf or McCuy Lemmon. Oh, don't know, Jay. I'm not taking mecaf. I am going to take McCuy Lemmon and Dak Prescott. I like the new bit. It's buying yourself one push down pick. Dak Prescott, uh, cheap Joe burrow a couple rounds later in the eighth. I, I love. McCuy Lemmon is what Andy just talked about. He's got struggling. He's got conception on the truth is highly drafted first round wide receivers get on the field usually earlier. So I'll take, uh, I'll take a shot at a first round NFL wide receiver. Yeah. That's some. Did you want lemon? No, I just wanted you guys to take DK. Oh, because you're sitting here saying, how do I pass on mecaf? Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, passing on. I mean, yeah. Just had a curiosity to make mecaf for Josh Jacobs. Uh, DK mecaf. Okay. Just checking Kyle just took Jacobs in the ninth. Okay. Okay, whatever man. Uh, at this point, uh, gonna, yeah, and you just set your ninth round pick on fire. That's fine. Uh, at this point, you know, where it's like not everything is, is honkydory. Want to peak real quick at the, the rookies just turning that little rookie button on Jordan Tyson is, is there? I think that is, I do have a larvae, but Jordan Tyson at this point to go onto my IR is in fact what I'm going to do. I'm not going to, so I feel strong that someone would have grabbed him on this turn here. So I will, I'll take Tyson. I'll stash him and hope that when he comes back, everything is great. Matt calf digs, Herbert. I am back on the clock. Again, I have enough depth at wide receiver or sorry, I have lots of depth of wide receiver, not as much at running back. There are some names I really love trying to figure out what these guys are going to do. But I, so we have, I have quarterbacks that I'm fine with here. I have three teams without a quarterback. Yeah. And then most of them have tight ends as well. There's three without tight ends. And I have multiple tight ends. I really like at this juncture. So I think this might be the first mock draft. I kick those to my final two picks. And I'm going to take, I'm going to go back to back to back rookies. I'm taking Chris Bell wide receiver. Wow. Wow. Well, I want to draw attention to you in this final mock draft. Stribbling concertion. Chris Bell. And I'm, I'm heavy at the wide receiver position. Addison likely nicks. Can Cade people closing out there onesy positions, both likely and can Cade were under consideration. Obviously. I am fascinated with the Chris Bell via Caleb Douglas competition right for, for Miami. Uh, Chris Bell is back. He missed all of training camp, though. Yes. And, and while Caleb Douglas, they're higher drafted. Uh, they took him first, right? Caleb Douglas over Chris Bell. Look, look that up. Um, I want to be accurate on that. Oh, because of the, because of Chris back on the, to me, it's not a competition. Chris Bell is going to, but Caleb Douglas has just been dominating all, all offseason. Every report was great. So I'm just curious how that starts week one. Does Chris Bell go from not a part of the offense? I haven't seen that. I, I saw the one catch that got a lot of variety, but I haven't seen a lot of positive Douglas. There's a lot of, a lot of drum beat for him. Interesting. All right. I'm going to take John Johnson as my tight end in the form. Nice. In the 10th round here. Woody Marx goes next. Beat cat takes Jackson Dart. Oh, man, Dart in the 10th. It's the, it's the, it's the gamble of the, of the quarterback. I felt like I got very good value for Drake May and the fifth, but then the, the, the scattering of, of quarterbacks late. It's tough. It's tough to, to know if you did the right thing. Jackson Dart goes, uh, Rashad white goes after that. Uh, my wide receiver crew. I really only have the three. So I'm, I'm going to peek at that. We got Jane Reed. We got a soft Michael pitman. Juan Dale is there. He should see a bunch of targets. Um, man, Romeo Dobbs is the name that stands out, but do I really want AJ Brown and Romeo Dobbs, uh, here on my team. Man, I'm not feeling really strong about any of these wide receivers. So just, uh, I have one more pick after this. I am going to do the thing of, look, some, you, I have my priors. I still believe in them. What? Sometimes you got to be like, maybe I'm, I'm not locked in completely on the situation. So I'm going to take Chris Rodriguez. He's on my short list. And the, I figured he would go for sure. So in the event, maybe I'm wrong about to, like, you got to be willing to do those things. And with the 10th round pick, that's very low investment. Yeah. Uh, I, I think you, you have to be open. I love that the way you describe it. You've got your priors and you've got your opinions, but you recognize that there's not a hundred percent hit rate on our, on anyone's opinions. So the situation to potentially get the, you know, the more valuable back in Chris Rodriguez. It could be crowds. I don't think it will be, but it, it definitely could be. Yeah. Uh, not a bad pick. Uh, I would have taken him had he gotten to me one day. I'll go next Aaron Jones. And then Romeo Dobbs was a player. I really wanted to get to me. Brooks grabs him one pick ahead of me. I think at this point in a draft, getting the wide receiver to for a really great offense, who they, they did pay a significant amount of money they did to, um, is a, is a good value. So now I'm sitting here looking. I'm going to take one running back one wide receiver. I'm looking for just potential wacky high upside. Like there's Tyler LG or there. Maybe you've got a week one starter. But I think as the season goes on, he gets less and less, uh, valuable. So I, at wide receiver, I'm between Michael Pittman and Caleb Douglas. Um, you know, the shot of the rookie wide receiver for the dolphins or the vet. I'm going to go with the data. Caleb Douglas, not being a first round wide receiver. Also, the dolphins not being a great, uh, offense franchise in 2026. I'll take Michael Pittman, uh, put a veteran on, on my team. Um, I feel like going in on a player, Aaron Rodgers already doesn't like. I, yeah. No, I, I get it. I think that he's, isn't it. It's, it's a 10th round pick. And so that completed my draft. Michael Pittman was my last pick. Um, the 11th round did start though, Jay. Oh, it did. It started with Tyler Algier with Brooks. I believe it did. No, the other, you took a guy. You took a guy say nothing. Caleb Johnson. No, I would never, I would never, I would never, I would never dream. I would never dare to dream. I don't want to get hurt again. Jason, the people have to know. No, no, no, no, no, no. How, how strong are your actual real dreams? They are genuinely so weak. They are, they, it's put a whisper. It's put a whisper. It's so deep down and dark and hidden inside that it's some, somewhere, it's really bright, but it's so far away. But it was enough for me to take them. All right. You took Caleb Johnson. Tyler Algier goes Kyle takes Keenan Allen, which of course I should have seen that coming. Then it is tanked out my final decision. I would look with all this Chris Bell Caleb Douglas talk. I mean, Malik Washington has been a, like he is a veteran. I think he is, yeah, the key starts the season as the number one. Is he good enough to hold on to that position? That's the bet for if you want to draft the rookies. But I was between Keenan Allen and Malik Washington here for my final pick. I'm just going to scroll to the wide receivers and double check. I mean Xavier Worthy, Jacobi Lane is a, is a fun rookie for Baltimore with upside. But I just, I'm going to take the chance. I'm going to take the the chance that Malik Washington's like a five six reception per week type of guy. Tank Bigsby goes Malik, I fields goes to BK, I think that's solid. Papa Josh takes Cyrus Allen loves himself some fifth round backups. Andy back on the clock. Malik Willis. As your quarterback one, so you completed the stack. The very underrated Chris Bell Malik Willis stack. That's right. Malik Willis is 100% worth it at this. Like I could have taken Trevor Lawrence Tyler shot. Oh, I would have taken a job. Jordan love. Brock Purdy. I would have taken Trevor Lawrence, but I get it. You're you're trying you're shooting for the moon taking Malik Willis. Jonah Coleman goes, uh, good offense. I mean, you are. But it might happen. But finally, but as Michael Wilson sciences agreement, this bowl prediction article, every single like blurb news outlet that breaks news. All of them grabbed different pieces from this bowl news and was like, Oh, this player's going to, you know, it's going to be a one a for Blake Korum for Blake Korum or there were tons of different examples of this. And it's like, guys, this is not news or journalism. You're getting, you're just reading a headline and thinking, Oh my gosh, I am, I am so in the note. No, you are hoodwinked. Well, and it, it's like a double thing because other people write articles about it. So it's like two layers deep. Yeah. It's not just that person promoting the bowl predictions. It would be like, I mean, what was one of the bowl predictions on our live show? I mean, like the Marv one. But I mean, if you say something years were, uh, what were your two? Well, I had three. Don't forget about Ramondra and week two. Oh, yeah. Quarter two. Oh, you did that, sir. That was, that was one of the worst things. But like, you know, you wouldn't report that as news. You wouldn't report Ramondra is going to be injured during this at this time stamp of a game, which is something that week two quarter two is so out of bounds for the shit. It is out of bounds. But when we, oh, wrap up for it. For just a second, I thought maybe I was rooting for you and Caleb Johnson wrap up for saying it's 47 million guaranteed for Michael Wilson. Michael Wilson is a very, very brother. He's a very good player. I'm not, I'm not down. You got to pay the tax. It's just the wild. He was not good for he was always good. He was not used. He was not productive. But will he be productive and used this year is a big question. Yeah. Get that money, brother. I mean, this is, uh, this is an Alec Pierce money. You know what I mean? Right. So it's below flowers, below Pierce. But, um, but it's also 47, 47. I mean, why do receivers make money? Good for you, man. I mean, there is still not as much guaranteed as your rookie running back though. I just, I, the only good thing I'm going to say about the Cardinals this off season is the fact that they have really, really good pieces on offense. When you, it is easy to look two years into the future with a quarterback draft pick. Like where else would you want to go? Yeah. You have a La Flora, uh, uh, your head coach. And then you have, you'll have a new GM, you have Harrison, Wilson, McBride and Jeremiah Love, who could, I mean, you, you made the comment about Jeremiah Love in the mock draft about where you could, I think you were looking out of Jason. There, there is an absolute world where everybody's an idiot on not taking Jeremiah Love in the top eight picks of this draft within three weeks of the season. I think that's an actual possibility. Sure. The Cardinals are going to throw the ball to their running back all the time. We're going to be down by a million points. And this dude, just six yards every time he touches the football. If he's healthy, you know, Connor's not healthy. Algera has not been a problem for beach on being a top five back. And I think Love is maybe a better talent than beach on is. I mean, you talked about the preseason scouting coming into the league. Jeremiah Love, you know, Mike, you've said it. He, he came in as a better prospect. Yeah, then he sees my favorite prospect in the recent history. Yeah. I, I think it's, um, just remember how fast the NFL changes. We, we, we highlighted it when we did our mock draft offense show where you go from top 10 offense to bottom offense. Um, so I, so you can be the worst team in football and have a pretty productive offense. That felt, that felt decently hot take you to me, because I, I wouldn't have put him above beach on, but I was just, I was just curious with the Felix model set. And so the Felix model scored the number one all time was Gibbs, then Ezekiel Elliott. And then it's Jeremiah Love. That sounds fine to me. That's above then Sequan, right? That's, it went beach on next and Barclay McCaffrey is the running out the top six. Yeah. So I mean, it's just something that these are every year we have 10 things that about five weeks in the season, we go, Oh, that's, uh, I think, I think love is a lot of attention for that.
