Feds Aim To DEPORT & DENATURALIZATION Ilhan Omar | CNN Admits GOP May Win BIG | El Sayed Loses It On NBC S6E17

A comprehensive federal investigation into Ilhan Omar is underway, focusing on potential immigration fraud and financial misconduct. Authorities conducted a search of her D.C. home and issued 15 subpoenas to family members, including her sister, to examine records related to her citizenship and financial dealings. Central to the probe is the question of whether Omar was underage when she became a U.S. citizen through her father, whose citizenship status is unverified—records from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services show he may not have been naturalized. Financial scrutiny reveals an apparent discrepancy: her wealth reportedly surged from near zero to $30 million in a year, with no legitimate business backing, and her husband’s companies—including a cannabis venture and a winery—lack transparency or track records. The Treasury Department froze assets during the Biden administration due to foreign ties, adding to the complexity. There are also allegations of obstruction, including a 2019 request to change library birth records to conceal her age. Critics point to political motivations, noting the investigation began under Biden and intensified under Trump, while others stress the legal and factual inconsistencies. The case may extend beyond citizenship to criminal fraud, with concerns about illicit financial flows and ties to Somalia via Hawala networks. Despite Omar’s claims of accounting errors, the sudden asset valuation and income from non-existent assets raise serious red flags. The investigation remains active, with prosecutors examining financial disclosures, campaign finances, and potential ties to political influence and foreign interests. As the probe unfolds, questions about her legitimacy as a U.S. citizen and the ethics of her financial disclosures remain central.
it's gotten really ugly for Ilhan Omar. I mean, there are rumors floating around that she has
left the country, which might be a good idea under the circumstances right about now, because
according to the latest reports, the feds are darn serious, and they want her denaturalized
and deported, okay? D&D, remember, denaturalized and deported. Wow. Okay, so she'd obviously lose
her place in Congress, and you can imagine what else will ensue. Let's not forget that Janine Pirro
is also running an investigation into the finances of one Ilhan Omar, which may explain
why her hubby was so ornery when Fox News just caught up with him. They sent a camera,
and they were probably like staking out the house, right? And he's not too happy, Timmy Minet,
and I'm going to show you that clip. Wow. The story is just growing and growing and getting
bigger and bigger, and of course, we're also going to be talking about the story of the
Is this really going to happen? And the smart money says yes. Okay, so here's the headline
right now in the New York Post. The feds are building their case to deport Ilhan Omar as new
details emerge about the D.C. home raid. So we are getting much more information, and we've learned
that they took her phone, they took her computer, they took a whole bunch of personal belongings
there, so one would have to think pictures, things like that. What they're trying to prove, guys,
is they're trying to figure out how old Ilhan Omar was when she first came to this country,
and how old was Ilhan Omar when she became naturalized as a U.S. citizen under her father.
The other layer here, and there's a few layers, there's actually a lot of layers,
so you got to bear with me, okay? This is a complicated investigation, and it's something
I want to point out that began under the Biden administration, okay? I can't emphasize
that enough, because it's, you know, everybody's going to say this is politics. Of course, she's
saying this is politics, politics, politics, and, you know, maybe part of it is politics.
You know, I'm not going to sit here and tell you the president is president of her fan club.
He's made it very clear how he feels about Ilhan Omar, but I'd also just recommend you remember
that there are a few things going on. The Justice Department under Joe Biden was looking into Ilhan
Omar, and we're told the citizenship angle, and we also know, in fact, through her husband's
business partner's own disclosures, that they were also looking into the finances of Mr. and
Mrs. Ilhan Omar, because at one point, the Treasury Department, according to his business partner,
had actually frozen some of their funds, so it's very layered, but bottom line is they want to
denaturalize and deport, so they're going to do a lot of work, and they're going to do a lot of
going through all of these records that they were able to assemble in that early, early morning
raid. I mistakenly told you the other day that she wasn't there. It turns out she and her husband
were there. I thought that they were in Minnesota, but no, they were there when the feds came knocking
on the door at 6 a.m. to walk out with, you can see the containers, personal items that might
help provide some perspective on this. We have also learned that it wasn't 12, as I reported
yesterday. We're now up to 15 subpoenas.
So 15 subpoenas have gone out. It's expected that these are going primarily to family members. Don't
forget, Ilhan Omar herself is one of seven, and her sister, don't forget the sister. I mean,
this thing is like one tangled web, right? Because the sister, for her business address,
she had some organization that relied on USAID funding to help kids in Africa and Somalia, so all
that.
She had some organization that relied on USAID money was going back. Your taxpayer dollar is going to Ilhan's sister to help these kids. And apparently, she was located at an address that was related to one of the fraudsters. It was the address of a fraudster. Grit Partners, I think was the name of her company. That was one of the fraudsters. Like, that was this woman's Minnesota address. Like, it's very, very tangled and very intricate. And this is why the feds have been working diligently to try and figure this out. How old was Ilhan Omar?
When she was naturalized as a U.S. citizen, because they have reason to believe, and a judge had reason to believe that there was evidence within the home that would, in fact, incriminate her and help prove her age. So that's where we are. They're going to be going through all of this. They're bringing more witnesses in, as I said, 15 people. But there's a few key things. One of them I've mentioned already. If you watched yesterday's show, we talked about the email that was sent to Ilhan Omar.
It went from a staffer in 2019. This is just a look at how you actually deport her, right? What are the statutes of limitations, breakdowns? And I think it's relevant when you think about what she's done lately. Because if you wanted to deport her because she had been fraudulently, criminally somehow naturalized as a citizen, the criminal denaturalization only lasts for 10 years. Civil denaturalization, however, which is, I imagine, what they're looking at in this case, because
it's been more than 10 years, there's no defined period. So in other words, no statute of limitations.
They can go after her as they see fit, whenever they see fit. Which is, again, why, you know,
the whole, let me get out of the country right about now. I mean, she's MIA. And this is like
right before an election. I mean, she's pulling a Jimmy Tallarico, would you? I mean, you know,
who needs Jimmy to go skip out on everyone when you've got Ilhan? Anyway, so yes, the denaturalization
can still happen. So there's no statute of limitations on that one. But, you know, even if
there were, what about this? Let me just ask you. Yes, she has requested that people change her
date on the library records. Unfortunately, I think this was done in 2019. Okay, so this was
2019. She was originally listed as having been born in 1981. And so she had her staff go to the
reference library in Minnesota and say, hey, can you switch this? And let's make it 1982.
So a little bit peculiar, but that's 2019. So if in fact, that's a lie, that's kind of a big deal.
I mean, it's kind of the whole thing, right? If she's basically out there lying about her age,
but the other question I would have, and it's irrelevant in some ways, because I don't think
the statute of limitations in this case even matters, only because this would be a civil
denaturalization. But the other question I would have is, what about her passport? Well,
when was the last time she renewed her passport? And if she lied on the documentation for her
passport, then you got her again, certainly within that five-year, 10-year maybe period.
I mean, you have to renew your passport, what is it, every 10 years? So they might be able to get
her on criminal denaturalization there, but it doesn't really matter. I mean, as far as I'm
concerned, I think as far as you're concerned, denaturalization is denaturalization. As far as
the feds are concerned, denaturalization is denaturalization. So if they find that she lied on
these records, or if the father lied on these records, then you're going to be looking at
denaturalization. And this doesn't happen that often. I think I was reading there's been like
20 cases since the Trump administration came back in, but there is precedent. It does happen.
Here's the library staff. The New York Post got this in May of 2019, that library staff was
emailing back and forth with her staff. And basically, they were told that they had to fix
the birth date. And they took their word for it. I mean, they're not sitting there saying,
I need to see the passport.
I need to see the birth certificate, period. I mean, I don't know how she really got in if the
father was not who he said he was. And that's another aspect to this, right? But before we get
to the father, because that's a very important layered story as well, I want to show you what
CNN was saying today about obstruction, obstruction of justice, and whether or not she's obstructing
people. And that basically enables them to extend the statute of limitations.
Again, I don't care about the statute of limitations. To me, like if she's here
illegally, and she was never supposed to be a citizen, you can do the civil denaturalization.
It doesn't matter. But just to get into the weeds a little bit, here is CNN on the obstruction. By
the way, CNN's turning on her. Think about that. Prosecutors have evidence that within the last
five years, there's been some evidence of obstruction, some effort to get stories straight,
to destroy documents, to persuade potential witnesses to say a certain thing. Then those
things that have happened within the last five years would also be within the statute
of limitations. So I think it's one of the bigger mysteries around this case. But those
are three possibilities.
Just quickly.
Okay. So again, you know, look at that statute of limitations. It doesn't necessarily matter.
She could be obstructing justice. I mean, she's just racking up the charges, right?
We haven't even gotten to the financial stuff. So Ilhan is in trouble. And this next part
I'm going to tell you about is very peculiar.
Ilhan's dad may not have been who he said he was. Ilhan's dad might have been a bad guy. Ilhan's dad
was working for the Marxist dictatorship that was so brutal and did so many awful things
before the other team took over. And this guy that was running the country at the time was
Saeed Bar. And apparently Ilhan's father was actually one of his colonels. And so then you've
got to ask the question, like, what was he doing?
as one of the colonels.
And is the reason that she and her family,
she came apparently from a rather affluent family, they had to escape. Is that because
of the enemies that he had created? In other words, this isn't like the poor little refugee
girl from Somalia story that perhaps you've been sold. It could be affluent girl who worked for a
former military member, right? The new team comes in and the Marxists are out and all of a sudden
they want revenge on the guys that were so bad to them and did so many horrible things during
the previous Marxist regime. And so that was why they needed to leave the country. If that's the
case, then he would have had a harder case to make himself for why he deserved refugee citizenship.
So this is part of what they're looking at as well. And they're going to be looking at,
should he have gotten that to begin with? All right. But it gets more complicated.
Okay. It gets, I mean, this is just one layered story because on top of that, on top of not knowing
whether this guy is who he said he was, we don't even know if he actually ever, this is where it
gets really weird. Okay. I'm not going to kid you. We're going out on a limb here and you're going to
have to suspend reality for a second because I don't have any answers to this. A woman named
A.J. Kearns who had run against Ilhan Omar, she had gone to the U.S. citizen
ship and immigration services office, and she requested some documentation on the dad
because she was trying to figure out what his story was. And so she goes to U.S. citizenship
and immigration services and she gives them all the information and they can't find him.
I mean, this is so insanely bizarre. It's like he didn't exist. It's like he was never naturalized
as an American citizen. So if the dad wasn't naturalized, I'm going to ask the rather obvious
question here, which I actually haven't heard a lot of people asking, and that is how the heck
did Ilhan Omar become a U.S. citizen? In all seriousness, like I don't understand,
like what kind of documentation and fraudulent stuff would you have to come up with
if your dad was never the citizen to begin with?
So here we go. This is the letter. Your index search, Digger Aliana Kearns, your index search
requested was received regarding Nur Omar Mohamed, born on January 1st, 1941 in Somalia. We completed
a thorough search for records based on the information you provided. Unfortunately,
we have no matching index reference. Our search included all variations of the subject's name,
including Nur Saeed Elmi Mohamed, with the same results.
Now, wait a second. Wasn't that the name of the husband? Okay, guys, wasn't that the name of the
husband? Wasn't it Elmi that she was married to? I got to double check this on the fly
because that name sounds awfully familiar. This is an investigation that centers on whether
she or her family committed immigration fraud, Jake. She came to this country as a refugee,
as a teenager, and then she became a U.S. citizen in 2000. What the investigators are looking at
is whether when she became a citizen, whether she was actually underage, whether she was a minor
and had the ability to get it through her father. So she got her citizenship through her dad
because she was a minor. Right. And they're wondering whether she was not.
And that is a faster process than if she were an adult. And according to the sources we've talked
to, that is the suspicion or that is the belief that prosecutors and investigators are pursuing.
So that would be immigration fraud if it did occur. Right. And then, of course, subsequent to
that, anytime she filed additional applications for additional paperwork with the federal government,
that would have been additional possible crimes. And that is the reason why this is ongoing now.
For instance, if she applied for a U.S. passport, that would continue the alleged fraud that was
committed back then.
So, Caitlin, in addition to the search of her D.C. home on Monday, which a search warrant was obtained
by a magistrate judge here in D.C., at least a dozen subpoenas were issued since last Friday.
Tell us more about that. Yeah, Jake, there's a sprawl to this investigation. So on Monday,
you see the Homeland Security investigators doing that search of Ilhan Omar's house
in Washington, D.C. But there's a bunch of components of the Justice Department that
are investigating her at this time. The investigation around immigration fraud,
that Evan is talking about here, and that you've also helped us nail down,
that is being run out of Minnesota. And so they're investigating. That's where the grand jury is,
right? That is where the grand jury is. And that's where the subpoenas would be taking place. But
there's also people in the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office. The U.S. Attorney, Janine Pirro,
yesterday was out there talking about a financial investigation they have into
Representative Omar right now there. And there are also prosecutors, both
from the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office, and from the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office, from the D.C. U.S. Attorney's Office,
from that U.S. Attorney's Office in D.C., and also from main justice leadership that are involved
here and were involved in talking to a judge to get the search warrant to be able to go into her
home on Monday. So Justice Department had to get this magistrate judge to sign off on the search
warrant. What does that tell you, if anything, about the seriousness of this investigation?
Well, it means that at least some external person, this magistrate judge outside of the
Justice Department, reviewed paperwork and determined that there's probable cause that,
that crime was committed. That's a lower standard, of course, than proof beyond a reasonable doubt.
And the prosecutors or agents were likely to find evidence of that crime in the place.
Okay. And we've, we've been through all that. I mean, I get to tell you, so I just went to
double check. What was the name, guys? What was the name of the second guy she married?
Ahmed Nur Saeed Elmi. What was her father's name? Nur Ahmad Mohammed? Although they did check Nur
Saeed Elmi Mohammed as well. So I guess the question becomes, what was the actual name of
the father? Because those names sound awfully familiar to me. And I realize, you know, Mohammed's
a common name and all that. But whoa. So he's known to have been Nur Omar Mohammed. So Nur is
in that. Now, you know what? I am not, in all fairness, I think it's peculiar that Nur is in
there both times. But you know, Mohammed's a very common name. Ahmed, I mean, I think the first guy
she was married to was named Ahmed too. The second guy was Ahmed. Kind of branched out with Timmy.
Third time around.
But you see, it could just be a very common name. So that's maybe a little more research I need to
do. But I find this very, very peculiar. I'm still sort of stumped. Because if he was not naturalized,
then how the heck did this woman become a citizen? Is she a citizen? Okay, let me really go out on a
limb. I'm saying that and I'm teasing, but only half teasing because I don't understand. If there's
no record of the dad having become a citizen, then how would Ilhan Omar be a citizen? That is
how she theoretically became one. I mean, unless there's some other way that she did this that we
simply don't know about. I don't think so. Because the second guy, allegedly her brother that she
married, he needed her in order to come to the U.S. And the first guy she married,
I don't think that that was technically a marriage first time around. I mean, unless we find out that
she got citizenship through him, I'm now legitimately perplexed. I do not know how Ilhan Omar got her
citizenship if we can't, as a government, verify that her dad was ever a citizen. So this is,
as I said, multi-layered. And do not forget, Ilhan Omar was already the subject of an
investigation by the Biden Justice Department. We're learning today that Kamala, ooh, Kamala.
The poor woman. I mean, she just really should give it up. She's out there today saying we need
to stack the court. Pack the court. I mean, she really should give it up. But Kamala Harris
reportedly had info on this concern about Ilhan's citizenship and didn't do anything with it.
At some point, the DOJ under Biden was investigating it. It didn't really go anywhere. Maybe Kamala's
the one that killed it. I don't know. But now we're in a situation where even CNN,
even Jake Tapper on CNN is sitting there going, you know, why didn't she come clean?
For goodness sakes, like if there was something going on, maybe you should have come clean while
you had the chance under the Biden administration, because now it is game over.
She came through. Try this again, because Jake makes a very,
very interesting point.
Even CNN's Jake Tapper has no clue why, if you had a chance to clear the air while the Biden team
was in charge, why you wouldn't have taken advantage of that. I mean, I guess that tells
you something, right? That it is.
somewhat political in some way, shape, or form. This is effectively what he's admitting,
but I just think it's fascinating that even CNN has given up on this woman.
If this is true, would it not have been wiser for the congresswoman to have
gone to the Biden Justice Department and said, this has happened, and there was a mistake,
and I'd like to come clean and pay whatever fine, and then that way this, you know, not left up to
the Trump Justice Department? Is that, I mean, has that occurred to you?
It's a really tricky dilemma that any subject of this type of investigation might have, and indeed
she might have fared better under the Biden administration. But look, it's an important
point of all this. There was some investigation, as I think Evan just said, that was started under
the Biden administration, reopened under the Trump administration. So I think that's going
to undermine any argument she may have down the line that this is politically selective and
vindictive. But again, then again, I think it's a really tricky dilemma.
And again, Donald Trump has given her plenty of ammo to argue that she's being singled out for
personal reasons. So that's a battle yet to come. Okay, like I said, he's not exactly president of
her fan club. But this is an investigation that started under Joe Biden. And there's more than
just the citizenship. I mean, that's 30 million bucks. Like, I'm still, I'm stuck on it, okay?
Like, I'm really stuck on it, guys. Because I suspect, and I'm making an allegation,
about a public figure before she tries to, you know, go off on me for this. But I suspect
that there's more there there. I think that it's very tangled. And if you're willing to lie
on your citizenship application, I think you're willing to lie about a lot.
And so that's what they're going to have to figure out. Between her husband's business,
the $250 million feeding our future fraud
bonanza that was going on, and the $250 million that was going on, and the $250 million that was
going on in her district, there's a lot to chew on. Which is why this case is now no longer just
about how old was Ilhan Omar and let's deport her and denaturalize her. It's also, she may wind up
in prison for fraud. What about these financial disclosures? She was given a pass by the House
Ethics, but somehow $30 million magically appeared, then it magically disappeared.
I can tell you that.
I can tell you that.
And that's the subject of an investigation as well. And it doesn't matter. It doesn't matter
what the House does. It doesn't matter, you know, what this agency or that does. We're looking at
the facts. Based upon the facts, we'll follow them wherever they take us.
All right. This is your office that's doing this?
Yep.
All right. Judge, it's always great to see you.
Always great to see you.
Thank you for dropping by the old time.
That was a big deal. And she came out and said that earlier in the week. That was a very,
very big deal. And it was kind of a relief, frankly. I mean, relief for a reporter like me,
who has spent a lot of time on this.
A lot of time looking at that business the husband had, feeding our future,
questioning why it was that she was paying him nearly $3 million to run her campaign. I mean,
wow, what a gig, right? I mean, is nobody asking? The House Ethics Committee apparently did once
before, but, you know, it was controlled at that time by Democrats and they got rid of it fast.
But you've got to ask, like, how is it that a guy who's running the campaign,
is making $3 million when everybody was freaking out because the guy who was running Joe Biden's
campaign got promised that he would make $4 million if he could get Joe elected? I'm like,
man, you know, that guy was working for cheap compared to Timmy. I mean, woo, Timmy Minet.
He is not feeling so good lately because, well, his wife and he might be in a whole lot of trouble.
He's out walking the dog again and Fox Digital caught up with him.
Hey, Tim, still annoying the hell out of all the neighbors around you, man.
Let's go back. Hey, Tim, there are rumors that the congresswoman left the country. Is that true?
Or she's she's still annoying the hell out of all the neighbors around you, man.
No, I just wanted to get your response to everything that's been going on. That's all.
And what the president's saying about the net worth and the investigation,
just giving you a chance to respond.
He's not interested. He's definitely not interested in responding. He's not happy.
He's out walking the dog. His life is pretty miserable right now.
Hope that payday was worth it, buddy. You know, with three million bucks, right, to run her
campaign. Not bad. Yesterday, he was a little bit more chatty again. Take a look at this guy
because we're going to get into the real problems that he is facing amid accusations of fraud,
possible money laundering, possible kickbacks.
From feeding our future, we don't know. So innocent till proven guilty, but it doesn't look good.
Tim, can you tell us, do you have a reaction to the raid and the investigations that are going on?
My wife came here when she's 12 years old. It's a child war refugee.
Okay. He wanted you to know 12 years old. Was she really 12?
Might she have been a little bit older? You see, that's what's really at stake.
Age.
Of Ilhan. The question about her dad and his alliances, bad alliances, which maybe would
have made him not eligible for citizenship and therefore she wouldn't be naturalized via him.
Number three, was he ever even naturalized? Because the documentation suggests no.
And then number four, what was going on with the financials? We don't even have to get to the 30
million yet. Let's back up. Let's back up.
You just saw Timmy Minet, the hubby, the guy that was getting 3 million bucks, nearly 3 million bucks
to run her campaign. Kind of weird, right? It's a huge, huge payday compared to any other campaign
advisor around the country. So you have to assume that somebody's paying in to the campaign. Let me
donate to Ilhan. And then where does the money go? To Ilhan. Okay. Her hubby by way of, you know,
she married him. Well, the local television reporters have been,
on to him for a while. Let's go back in time. This is maybe about a year and a half or so ago.
Local TV was kind of getting suspicious, sniffing around Timmy Minet and his company,
his cannabis companies that ran into trouble. Accusations of fraud against a business partly
owned by representative Omar's husband. Her husband is Tim Minet and his consulting firm
legally got about $3 million from her 2020 campaign. Now he's a business partner in a
new business ventures that are involved in lawsuits claiming his companies have made money
disappear. In the case of Tim Minet, whose LinkedIn page shows he was a partner in the
E Street group along with Will Haler, there's no publicly known criminal investigation,
but there may be something behind the scenes. We have connected with federal law enforcement on
this. I believe that they're looking into it as we speak. Ned Horstead is the CEO of a South Dakota
cannabis company that gave Haler and Minet's company three and a half million dollars to a
kickstart investments, but ended up with about $1.8 million back and a court judgment, an IOU for
the other $1.7 million. Omar's office tells me she has no involvement in any business ventures
and the situation reeks of political desperation. If you have a two-person business and one of them
is a spouse of a member of Congress, it seems suspicious to say the least that they never knew
about three and a half million that came into the bank account. They never knew that 1.7 went
missing. The lawyers for Minet and Haler say they absolutely did not intend to defraud anyone in
that cannabis business or in a winery deal that's also the subject of a civil lawsuit.
Can I just ask a question? Like, why is he in the cannabis and winery businesses,
the winery that's not? I see your guys' comments. It's good to have you back in the chat. Peace of
mind. Unc Andy says the ex-winemaker. Yeah. I mean, why is he choosing businesses like that?
I'm going to tell you something that I know about because I did some documentaries back at
NBC back when the whole cannabis, marijuana, whatever you want to call it, pot business was
really illegal, right? It was a cash-only business. Like, you couldn't actually get a bank account. It
was actually one of the big problems for people that were trying to legitimize these businesses
out in Colorado. It was cash-only. So he's out there running these cannabis companies, like,
of all things, right? And the winery, the winery that had no vineyard, I mean, it's so weird. And
then Free Beacon reported this, that the U.S.
anti-terror agency froze funds of Ilhan Omar's husband during the Biden administration.
The Biden administration again. Okay. There you go. So again, when people say, oh, it's political,
political, political, just remember the Biden administration was onto her as well.
So according to the business partner, Hale, they couldn't pay someone back who was alleging
corruption and fraud in one of these cannabis ventures.
Because the Treasury Department, the anti-terror arm, had frozen their money.
Like, how does that happen? I mean, there's a big story today. Big story. The Treasury Department
reported on this. The OCC, which is an arm of the Treasury Department, said that the Treasury
had basically found out that all these banks, big, big banks, probably a bank that you use,
big, big banks were actually targeting people based on their political affiliations and beliefs.
and they were debanking them. I have friends that were debanked. By the way, when Biden
was in office, I never got so many calls from my bank. My husband and I have had the same bank
for 30 years. There's one particular bank and they kept calling and calling and calling and calling.
And I was like, what is the deal? I've never heard from you guys so much. Oh, it's know thy
customer, know thy customer. So they were all over anyone who they considered a political risk.
And yet, and yet, I don't know. Ilhan's husband was maybe doing some funny stuff. We found out
today Bank of America had to pay a $1.2 billion fine because they had allowed $5 billion in
illicit transactions with like sanctioned countries and sanctioned individuals. So like apparently
the banks would rather do business with Iran, right, than do business with you and me. I mean,
I'll tell you. Anyway, the anti-terror agency froze funds. That's like the first time, right,
that the banks are actually maybe doing the right thing. But it wasn't even the banks. In this case,
it was the Treasury Department of Joe Biden.
That came in and said, hey, we got to put these assets on hold because of this link to some kind
of foreigner. She had foreign ties. OK, so now the mystery gets even deeper. Well, if that's
considered true, and by the way, Treasury has not verified that. That is just something that
was reported as a result of Ilhan Omar's husband's business partner's own transcript in some of the
court documents. So let's go with it.
Let's assume for a second that, yes, the Treasury Department of Joe Biden was investigating Ilhan
Omar and her husband and freezing all of their accounts because they were concerned about Ilhan
Omar's foreign ties. Well, who would that be? What would that be? Is that some kind of money
kickback operation? I don't know. Were they worried about this guy, the Somalia president,
who came in and campaigned for her all through Minneapolis? He had to get Ilhan Omar,
elected, and there was a reason why. Let's go to the tape.
Representative Ilhan Omar, he said, who has written the name of Somalia with a gold pen.
The interests of Ilhan are not Ilhan's, he says, while campaigning with her. It's not the interest
of Minnesota, nor is it the interest of the American people. The interest of Ilhan is that
of the Somalian people and Somalia.
The success of Somalia is the secret. Forgive me. He said the success of Ilhan is the success
of Somalia. Okay. And that carries a heavy meaning to us. Speaking in the name of the
Somalian people, everywhere they are on the planet, asking that you support and give money
to Ilhan's campaign to support her with your votes. He says, tell your neighbors and tell your
friends and anyone you know to come out and support Ilhan Omar. Knock on every door you can
for her. So here he goes on and on and on. She wants her reelected. Why? Because she's going to
look out for Somalia. She's not going to look out for America. She's not going to look out for
Minnesota. She's going to look out for Somalia and the Somalian people. Whoa. Okay. So I'm just
piecing it together.
Her husband's got this business. The Biden treasury department comes in and freezes its
assets. And she's out on the campaign stump with the president of Somalia who likes her because
she's only interested in Somalia. So at some point, I'm just going to ask this question,
right? Why is she so interested in Somalia? Maybe she should just go back, go back and live there,
right? Like you're, you're here in this country. Aren't you supposed to be protecting the interest
of American citizens?
Not Somalian citizens. Unless was this a financial arrangement? Were you being paid?
Were you being paid to look out for Somalia? I mean, these are, these are fair questions
and we haven't even gotten to feeding our future because feeding our future was a $250 million
scam that cost Minnesota taxpayers and us taxpayers a heck of a lot of money. And they
were running a sham.
And they were all from her district. Think about that, guys. This came up. I mean,
Margaret Brennan awkwardly asked the question on CBS as this news first emerged. Watch.
Of the 87 people charged, all but eight are of Somali descent. And that has added to the
spotlight being put specifically on your community. Why do you think this fraud
was allowed to get so widespread?
Well, I, I want to say, you know, this also,
this also has an impact, um, on, uh, Somalis, um, because we are also taxpayers in, in Minnesota.
Um, we also could have benefited from, uh, the, the, the program, uh, and the money that,
that was stolen. Uh, and so it's been really frustrating for people to, to not acknowledge
the fact that we're, you know, we're also, um, as, as Minnesotans, as taxpayers, um,
really upset and angry about the fraud that has occurred.
Yeah. They're mad because they don't like getting lumped in with, you know, all the fraudsters
out in Minneapolis. She's mad about that. All right. Well, the same show that same day,
the treasury secretary, the new treasury secretary, now we get a Trump treasury secretary,
right? Besant. So she was already,
reportedly seeing her husband's funds frozen by the Biden treasury. And then Besant comes in
and he's not holding back. When this story broke, he said, he's going to be looking into everything.
He's going to be looking at all the accounts of all those people with the fraud. And then he's
going to be trying to trace it back. And there's always a way to trace it. And you know, she's not
out of the woods yet, right? Why, why would she be? Because he's pointing out that there were plenty
of people that were convicted fraudsters.
They had donated to her campaign. I'll be careful. I'm not going to say plenty.
There were a handful of people, but one of the chief guys was holding a party for her
on the night she won the election at his restaurant. And then there was another guy
who used to work on her campaign. So one of her campaign staffers then became a fraudster
and got millions of dollars from the feeding our future thing. I mean, it's bad, right? It looks
really bad. And so,
she's confronted about this. And I want you to hear the response.
I want to pick up on where the treasury secretary just left off. He alleged that people who were
tied to you or your campaign were involved in this broad, brazen scheme to rip off the
Minnesota state welfare system. Do you want to respond to that? Do you know what he is referring
to? I really don't. And I don't think the secretary himself understands what he's referring to.
We obviously,
had people who were able to donate to our campaign that were involved. We sent that
money back a couple of years ago. And actually, I was one of the first members of Congress to send
a letter to the secretary of EGG asking them to look into what I thought
was a reprehensible fraud that was occurring within the program.
Hmm. Okay. Well, you know, Ilhan, I'm glad that you,
you eventually got the picture. According to the whistleblowers out in Minnesota,
the whistleblowers say you knew all along what was going on. And so did Timmy Minet. And so did
the EGG. And nobody did anything. Why? Because it was too important a crowd. You could not win
Minnesota without winning Minneapolis, right? So that's a problem. But think about how it links
to the husband's company. I know I'm like a broken record with this, but I just don't,
uh, understand how she was making all this money. Or, or at least how it was that he had all these
assets that were valued at such an amount. I mean, there, there are actual issues now because she
amended the tax return, et cetera, or not the tax return, forgive me, the, the disclosure form for
the house ethics committee. And now there are questions because she has these assets that are
apparently worth nothing. That's what she said after telling us they were worth up to 30 million.
Now they're worth nothing, but she's making income off of these assets. I'm going to,
I'm going to get there, but just remember, you know, no one can really make head or tail of this
because this doesn't make sense. I mean, it just doesn't add up. Here's James Comer who was leading
the investigation. Mr. Comer, you were in banking before politics, right? So she suddenly in one
year after being worth a few thousand dollars is now worth 30 million. Have you ever seen anything
like that? No. And the way the financial disclosure forms are, uh, there's a big,
uh, variation, but here, here's what we know. She went from zero to anywhere between six and
$30 million in a year. Now, why is that relevant? First of all, uh, I don't know many people that
go from zero to 30 without having a legitimate business. Her husband is in some type of finance
business, but we don't know what it is. It doesn't appear to be private equity. It doesn't
appear to be venture capital. So we just have questions. What exactly, uh, is the business
that you're involved in? It was kind of like the same questions we asked Hunter Biden that he never
could answer. But, but then, you know, she, she, she won't answer any questions. The ethics
committee is supposed to investigate members.
We're not supposed to investigate individual individual members. But this is this business is in her husband's name.
So we can investigate her husband. And we are going to do that because we're, as you know, in the middle of this, this Minnesota welfare fraud.
And there's been a lot of accusations about a circle of influential Somali Americans that are benefiting from these financial scams in Minnesota.
Her name is on the list. Now, she's going to get due process. I don't know if she's guilty.
But what I know is she went from zero to anywhere between six and 30 million dollars in a year.
And she won't even answer a simple question like you saw there. What did you do?
I mean, think about that. She wouldn't even answer the question. She's like, how dare you? How dare you ask this?
You know, you people are all just mad because I am a woman who came here as a refugee.
I'm a black woman. I'm a Muslim woman. So you're just attacking me. I mean, I've got her at Najm, right?
Saying that.
Over and over and over again. And it's like, no, you said you were worth like negative 60,000.
And now you say you're worth up to 30 million. Like that does not add up. That doesn't make sense.
I don't care what color you are. OK, you can be purple. It doesn't matter.
That is a legitimate question that everyone should be asking. And it gets worse.
OK, it gets worse because while her office says, oh, you know, just an accounting.
And by the way, it took her 10 months. Think about that, guys, 10 months.
I mean, I'm sorry. Like if your accountant said, hey, you know, you thought you were worth you thought you were worth negative 60.
And it turns out, you know, your shift came in. You're now worth up to 30 mil.
I mean, you don't think like anybody would be kind of happy and rejoicing.
Oh, wow. Where did that come from? Or maybe ask a couple of questions.
You'd sit on that for 10 freaking months.
You're kidding me. No, that's not normal. OK, not normal.
And you know what else is not normal? She was making money.
That's the latest and greatest because she refiled these forms.
Her team is like, oh, just an accounting mess up.
The accountant screwed up because they didn't realize that these assets were actually dead weight.
OK, and the assets were actually like.
Liabilities. So they got there. I mean, they clearly I mean, we've joked about this to death, but clearly went to the leering school of accounting because, you know, asset liability.
I don't know how we got those columns mixed up. But what's crazy is that she never noticed that they got mixed up.
And then when it actually came out, it took her 10 months to correct it.
So she's saying this was a discrepancy just tied to accounting errors.
And that's that.
OK, I'm sorry, I'm not buying it.
That that's not an explanation that makes any sense.
I mean, who supplied the figures?
I'm assuming you guys did. You and Timmy, right?
Who reviewed them before they were certified?
Somebody had to. And when the problem was discovered, why did it take you so darn long?
Why did it take 10 months to reconcile everything?
You cannot just say this was an accounting error.
And move on. I'm sorry.
And don't forget, this is really important because Judge Jeanine, we played it earlier in the show.
Judge Jeanine. I keep calling her judge. I keep making that mistake. I'm sorry.
Jeanine Piro. We worked together at Fox. We just called her judge.
Judge Jeanine. But anyway, she's she's a prosecutor now and she's a good one, Ilhan.
So listen up. She's going after you for all the financial stuff.
And I told you the first day that the raid happened.
That whatever they found, if there was other incriminating evidence alongside the passport and the photos and the phone and the computer, they could pick that up, too.
So now they've got the computer and now they're going to be looking at the accounting, which is why Jeanine is saying, hey, that's still on the table because now they're going to have some of these forms and some of these ledgers where nothing quite seems to add up.
I mean, the original.
The original Rose Lake entry reported no partnership income.
They just said that the entities that Rose Lake had invested in and owned were worth up to 30 million.
Well, the amended form actually is saying and this makes no sense.
OK, so I want to remind you, you know, my background is in finance long before I ever got into news.
From a financial perspective, what Ilhan Omar is reporting makes literally no sense.
Because originally.
Rose Lake had this massive valuation with all these businesses that they had, and it was up to 30 million dollars.
And then she came back, oopsie daisy, and said, no, you know, it's actually those are all liabilities.
We're not worth that.
But here's where it gets weird.
She's saying that there's income off of these dead assets and income of anywhere between 100,000 and a million dollars a year off of dead assets.
So if the assets have literally no value, why are they throwing off cash flow?
Because, you know, if you do an evaluation of a company, you look at how much money it's generating and then you come up with a valuation based off of the positive cash flow.
So how is it that she and her hubby are collecting between 100,000 and a million dollars in cash flow off of assets that are worth nothing?
Do you see what I'm saying?
None of it makes sense.
I mean, I.
So this is where they got to dig in and they need some really good forensic accountants that can get their hands on those figures.
And they've got those figures.
Now, I'd have to assume that that's what they got.
That's what that raid was about.
So I know it's like under the umbrella of immigration and they want to deport her and they want to denaturalize her.
But this could be much bigger.
I talked to my buddy, Steve Forbes, great guy, really, really wonderful man.
And he he was all over this back when it first happened.
This is a little.
Little clip from the interview I did with him last winter.
When people see where the money's going, it's very easy to imagine it's going for illicit purposes overseas.
So the key thing is the exposure.
Nobody had any idea how bad this thing was.
And now we're beginning to get it.
And this is a case of the old cliche where the genie's out of the bottle.
They ain't going to put it back.
People are going to find a way to do it.
So his brother, Steve Forbes, is now in the U.S.
He's in the United States.
And he's in the United States.
So his point was the more attention that could be brought to this, the better.
Because the more we stay on this, right, as reporters, as journalists, as commentators,
the better it is for making sure that this gets exposed.
And there were times, I kid you not, that I felt like I was beating a dead horse.
All right.
Okay.
We're leading with Ilhan Omar again today.
But I still feel compelled because I think it's the right thing to do.
The reason being that my deepest suspicion here is that there was some funny business going on.
I'll just, you know, again, she's innocent until proven guilty.
But there's so many questions at this point.
It's like, where do you even begin?
But my fear is that somehow, inadvertently, taxpayers were giving money to Hawala, the network that this money moves off of, right?
Don't forget what we've talked about with the suitcases full of cash going out of Minneapolis back to the Middle East.
And the terror organization, Al-Shabaab over in Somalia, is taking their cut of it.
That's my biggest fear.
Okay.
I'll just put it out there so you know where I think this could ultimately be heading.
And whether she knew that, and that's assuming she's involved.
Okay.
So you got to make a few assumptions.
I get it.
We have to assume that somehow there was some funny business going on with the donations to, one, her campaign.
Right.
Because those were all going to fund her hubby's big, giant $3 million salary.
So was there funny business there?
And then you've got to ask, feeding our future, was that funny business?
And was there a commission paid back to Ilhan?
And was there money that was going back to Somalia by way of the Hawala cash network in which you maybe had the terror organization taking a percentage?
Because they always do.
I've done a lot of terror finance investigations in my career.
Right.
Right.
Yes.
They take a percentage.
So that is my biggest fear.
And that's where I wonder if this is heading.
Again, the fact that I'm even saying this is somehow, you know, I'm a bad person, right, for even thinking this.
But I'm just like, Ilhan, honey, like, get a new accountant, for goodness sakes.
And then maybe we won't ask these questions.
These are fair questions to ask.
And yet her response is what?
Let's cue the tape.
Here we go.
And so I know that there's always been an attempt to smear my character, to smear the character of the community that I ethnically belong to.
There's always this sort of sad reference to the fact that I'm a refugee.
It seems like these people seem to have a problem with the fact that I am living the American dream.
Oh.
Really?
I mean, Steve Forbes.
had a good comeback for that one.
He's like, you should not live in the American dream.
Just live in the Al Capone version.
on the American dream, for goodness sakes.
Let's go back to him.
Also, like, you know, blaming people,
bullying, doing race baiting, race bullying.
There's no evidence, public evidence,
there's even a winery.
She valued it at $5 million.
His investment firm is real.
Well, it's supposedly real.
Its D.C. headquarters appear to share
office space at a WeWork, Steve.
There's no track record of his firm
managing money, doing M&A deals.
No clients we see, investment deals
or any work it's done.
They say they do work in 80 nations operating in.
There's no SEC registrations for them
as investment advisors.
What is going on here?
This increasingly looks sketchy,
both the winery and his investment firm.
Yeah, the winery may not exist
and the firm may be just really a name only.
As you say, a WeWork office, big deal.
So that's why the investigation needs to be done.
And suddenly all that $30 million,
I think you're going to find,
I'll make a speculation and prediction,
that $30 million came from sources
that are illegal, period.
OK, so Steve Forbes and I are on the same page.
I'm going to make the speculation to again,
you know, I'm happy for her to prove her innocence.
I'll tell you, she doesn't seem to be very interested
in proving that innocence, does she?
I mean, she she had ample opportunity
as we played you earlier in the show.
Jake Tapper was like, why the heck didn't she go
to the Biden DOJ and say, hey, you know, here it all is
and clear her name? She didn't.
Maybe because she can't.
Here's the thing.
I'm not feeling too bad for this lady.
Not at all, because I don't think she likes America.
I know she doesn't like America
and I know she doesn't like people like you and me.
And I think about my friend Charlie Kirk,
whose birthday was yesterday.
He would have been 33 years old.
Great guy.
I was one of the first to put him on TV
like years and years ago.
I mean, this is, I don't know, 10 years ago or so.
I was like, who's this kid?
He was like 22.
23.
And I said, keep bringing him back.
He's fantastic, right?
Anyway, he was on air with me a whole bunch over the years
and it's still tragic what happened to him.
And this woman is so cold hearted.
Right after he died and they wanted to honor him.
She said this.
I just think it was the video where it called him Dr. Frankenstein.
Frankenstein and said his monster shot him through the neck.
I mean, obviously this is a person and looking at this,
this is someone who was a husband and a father.
And in the days after his shocking death
that happened as a result of his views
or happened as a result as he was sharing his views publicly with people,
that people found it jarring to hear such criticism of that
in the immediate aftermath of what I find jarring
is that there are so many people willing to excuse
the most reprehensible things that he said,
that they agree with that,
that they're willing to have monuments for him,
that they want to create a day to honor him
and that they want to produce resolutions in the House of Congress
honoring his life and legacy.
It is one thing to care about his life
because obviously so many people loved him,
including his children and wife.
But I am not going to sit here
and be judged for not wanting to honor
any legacy this man has left behind.
That should be in the dustbin of history
and we should hopefully move on
and forget the hate that he spewed every single day.
I mean, no words, right?
Despicable, horrible person for saying such things.
It's just unbelievable.
So I, you know, I don't know where she is right now.
There's a lot of rumors going on,
going viral right now because nobody's seen her, right?
Every time somebody comes out of the house,
it's Timmy walking the dog,
meeting the Fox Digital reporter.
I mean, that's all we've seen.
So we'd like to know where she is.
And a lot of people have speculated
that she may have left.
I should find this soundbite.
I'll play it for you tomorrow
because she was on a podcast maybe six, eight months ago
where she was like, what can they do to me?
I mean, my kids are grown.
They're already through school, da, da, da.
What can they do to me?
Fine, I'll, you know, she was basically saying
she'd leave the country happily.
So of course we're all wondering,
is that really what happened?
Did she just decide to leave and say enough is enough?
I don't know where they could, I mean, most places, right?
We could extradite her back.
And if there's some financial fraud going on,
you better believe we would.
So it's a tricky day for Ilhan Omar.
And I want to turn now to some other news.
It's pretty big.
And that's that CNN, we're talking very liberal CNN.
Now, I don't know if this is because they have a new owner.
They're like, okay, the Ellison's are in charge now.
Maybe we've got to get our act together.
But CNN is actually coming out
and saying what I've been telling you all along.
And that is that midterms might actually go red.
We're talking MAGA city, at least for the Senate.
Because I don't think you can trust the polls.
I know you can't trust the polls.
You know what I mean?
You know why they've been wrong over and over and over and over again.
Reuters tried to warn everybody the other day in an article saying,
yeah, you know, they always, they mess it up, right?
Because they can't figure out where the Republicans are.
Well, CNN now is also admitting it might be a little messed up,
these polls, because they're so one way.
And for whatever reason, pollsters can't seem to find Republicans anywhere.
And so you've got to take that into an account.
And you've got to take that into account.
And you've got to actually factor the math in to know how off historically they are.
Let's go to Harry Enten at CNN.
That we do in fact see a 2026 Senate map at the polls underestimate Republicans by two to four points.
Well, remember all that blue that was on the map before?
All that blue went, bye-bye, see you later, adios amigos, sayonara.
Those Democratic chances and those Democratic hopes down there into Lake Erie.
Look at this.
Now what we're dealing with, if in fact the polls underestimate the Republicans,
is 53 Republican Senate seats compared to 47 Republican seats.
Maine, that stays red.
How about a flip in Michigan where Abdul-Assad, very neck and neck in the polls with Mike Rogers.
Ohio stays red.
Iowa stays red.
Alaska stays red.
Now, I will note, I will note that even in this scenario, right, you still get a situation
where North Carolina stays blue and Georgia stays blue, but Texas goes red, see you later,
Ken Paxton gets elected to the United States Senate, no James Tallarico.
So, a very clear Republican win in the Senate if the polls are underestimating the Republicans
like perhaps they did in 2020, like they did in 2016, so on, so forth.
And on the House side, what about this?
Oh, on the House side, by the way, getting a little schwitzy here.
I think I'm going to have to have a drink in a second, if the polls undershot the Republicans by greater than one point,
greater than three points.
Well, that's all you need.
That's all you need for Republicans in order for them to actually probably hold on to the U.S.
House of Representatives.
They would likely win 218 plus House seats.
And keep in mind, this polling error absolutely has happened before.
Therefore, when we talk about the race being within the margin of error, the House of Representatives,
even if Democrats are favored, it is still within the margin of error that Republicans can win
if we see polling misses like we have before.
So, they always get it wrong.
I've told you my 2016 story.
I mean, I was like, I kept saying to people, don't count him out.
Don't count him out.
Because everywhere I went, everybody's like, I'm voting for Trump.
Or I'd be in an airport and someone would be like, oh, Trish, they used to watch me on Fox, Fox Business.
And they'd say, you know, and I always knew, like, if you were watching my show, that meant you really liked Trump.
Because I don't think Fox News at that point was too high on him.
So, they'd come up and I would just hear from all these people.
And I was like, you know, there's something going on.
There's something going on.
Now, in fairness, I'm not hearing as much, in part because I think people are frustrated, right?
I get it.
You look at diesel costs, for goodness sakes.
You know, you've got to fill your truck and it's awful.
You look at gas prices.
So, people are upset.
You look at the inflation numbers that came out today.
And so, maybe people aren't as enthused.
But I'm going to tell you, when push comes to shove, I have a feeling we're all going to show up.
We're going to show up because we know what the alternative is.
And that's why, once again, these polls are completely wrong.
When was the last time you guys ever talked to a pollster?
In all seriousness, I just saw one of your comments go by, Kimberly, saying she never talks to a pollster.
I never talk to them either.
They'll call the house and I'm like, you know, what are you, aren't I on a do not call list or something?
I mean, come on, right?
Like, when would any of us ever, whereas I can promise you all my liberal friends, they'd be like, hello, yes, New York Times Sienna poll?
Yes.
Oh, of course.
I'm voting for Kamala, right?
Like, they're proud to say it, whereas we're all like.
What are you doing calling me?
You know, because you might get debanked, right?
You might get debanked, right?
To bring it full circle back to the news out of the Treasury today.
Wow.
So I'm just saying that, you know, you've got to take it all with a grain of salt, which is one of the reasons why I like looking at the prediction markets.
Now, let me show you Koushi here.
I'm going to keep checking in with them.
We love, by the way, they are a wonderful sponsor of the program.
You can get $25 when you trade $25.
Oopsie-daisy, where did our graphic go?
So, oopsie-daisy, indeed.
All right, well, you get $25 if you trade $25.
But let me show you what this is showing you, which party is going to win the U.S. Senate, Democrats or Republicans.
Now, it's a little shocking because all of the money is going to the Democrats right now.
Now, I, you know, look, I'm a value investor, right?
So to me, and you all have to do your own calculation on this, and I want to tell you which way to go.
But to me, if I'm placing a trade here, my opportunity would be this surprise that's coming.
Because what I anticipate is that those margins are going to shrink as we get closer and closer to Election Day.
Between what you're seeing there with 62% of the money going to Democrats and 38% to Republicans, I think that's going to shrink.
And what you could start to see in the days ahead of the election is it just shifts and crosses over.
And we've certainly seen this in particular.
And I think that's what's going to happen.
saw a few years ago, a couple of years ago. That's why in the banking committee, we've passed
legislation taking away the one thing that banks have used, reputational risk, as a reason to take
away people's accounts. I call that hogwash in South Carolina, by the way. They were making
prejudicial decisions based on people they didn't like or industries they found out of favor.
From Melania Trump to cryptocurrency, crypto companies, they were literally debanking people
and entities they just did not like. That is what we call un-American. We saw that in the 50s
with redlining against minorities, and now we're seeing it again when Democrats and liberals say,
you're out of favor, therefore, we got to get rid of your accounts. Chokepoint 1-0 under the Biden
administration started with oil and gas companies, moved to firearm manufacturers, and now we're
seeing it against Christian conservatives, MAGA supporters, religious entities, conservatives,
and beyond. As long as you're on the right side of the political aisle, you are out of
favor in today's financial institutions. That is going to change.
As chairman of the banking committee, I've already instructed my staff, when we're back
in Washington, we're having a hearing and bringing more attention to this real problem. We should
never, ever discriminate as Americans, and we certainly shouldn't do it on political preference.
That is dangerous and ridiculous, but our liberal friends have done it for a decade now. This even
happened under President Obama. If you remember back in the day where the IRS was doing audits of
pro-Israel organizations as well. Yeah. And there was issues with the Tea Party also getting singled
out. It's unbelievable. And I can't tell you how many crypto CEOs I also spoke to over the last
couple of years that said, yeah, you know, I'd get bounced from one bank to another. I know people
that couldn't even open a bank account. I'm like, this is nuts, like really, really, really nuts and
scary because it's like trying to take away half the country, half the economy. So I'm glad you're
working on it. I'm glad you're focused on it. There's news today that Bank of America, which
was one of these banks in question, had to pay a $1.2 billion fine because of some estimated $5
billion worth of illicit transactions that put them in violations of sanctions. So the Treasury
Department's like, hey, you guys screwed up. And I'm looking at this.
Okay, so wait, they'll do business with Iran, but they won't do business with somebody who buys a
MAGA hat? Exactly. Well, that is a great contrast. That's why you have your own podcast, Trish,
because that's really, really well said. You mean to tell me that Iran is in greater,
in more positive stance than Americans who support Republicans. That isn't just wrong.
It's immoral. It's unethical.
And I'm trying to make it illegal. And that's why we passed my legislation on debanking without a
single Democrat support, by the way, in the banking committee. These folks want the chance
and the ammunition to target conservatives. It's another reason why we have to make sure
our voters show up in just two weeks plus a few days to make sure that we keep a firewall
in the Senate to stop this terrible,
behavioral behavior that I think is criminal from happening.
I got to ask you about Ilhan Omar. I don't know if you have a view on this or not, but I mean,
I'm blown away. The $30 million had me kind of blown away, right? Because, I mean, if my accountant
came to me and said, hey, you know, Trish, you get to sign off on the family assets here, and
suddenly your net worth has gone from under 100K to 30 mil, I'd be like, hey, honey, what'd you do,
right? I mean, that's like open discussion. And then on top of it,
if you're a politician like she is, then it becomes an even bigger issue. And the idea
that that happened and then went away, I mean, that plus the immigration issues, we're learning
more about what may or may not have happened with the father and his whole process when
he came here in her particular age and what it may have been. But I just I got to get
your reaction. If you thought about this much, I'm sure you have.
Yeah.
I mean, what do you think is going to happen? Is she going to wind up, if this all is proven
out, being deported?
Yeah. I mean, bottom line is simply this, that the stench of hypocrisy coming from the squad,
to include Omar, is something that we should pay close attention to, because bottom line,
she made herself a target by how outspoken and how just absolutely insane many of her comments were,
not about just Trump administration, but about America. The fact of the matter is you make
yourself a target when you hate the country. You seem, at least in my opinion, you hate the country
that has embraced you, giving you an opportunity to understand and experience fairness and
freedom in a way that you couldn't in your own country where your parents were born.
And so this should be a test of our legal system doing the right thing. I have real
confidence that our system of justice will play out very well. But be very careful how
you criticize America. That doesn't make you a criminal. But if you do criminal acts, that
might just do it. So I'll wait and see.
We'll wait and see. I mean, I've looked a little bit at her husband's back. I've looked a little bit at her husband's back.
I'll wait and see. I guess he was running a venture capital firm where he. Fascinating, by the way.
What's that?
That part is really fascinating. I mean, you can't go from 100 to 30 million and miss that. That's not an accounting era that looks like maybe changing the documents to comply with the laws of reporting and not simply having not made the money. So you can always scrub the paper.
lot more protection what's in the way democrats period okay so um again another reason i guess i
mean if we're getting crypto investors out there watching now but but it's bigger than that i mean
the reason i think this is so important is because it's the next leg if you would in the financial
services industry there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to trade past four o'clock
in the afternoon and if if this gets passed and we see crypto and the technology behind it become
more legitimate basically you're going to open up banking that you're going to be able to do 24 7
as opposed to you know between 9 30 and 4 those are the trading hours only yeah well the good
news is you can't stop the future but you can make it harder for the poorest people in the country
and a part of the crypto conversation is democratization democratization is a fancy way
of saying the mom that raised me
and a single parent household she gets to keep more of her money she gets to have back more of
her time and she does it at a lower cost okay i'm for that yeah innovation innovation i think
bottom line um and and you certainly can't stop it it is so good to see you senator scott we we
hope you come back i i know you're out there you're hitting the campaign trail yes ma'am all
day every day it seems like fantastic all right well uh we'll keep our fingers crossed and we
sure hope i think i think i think uh you're gonna see the geopolitics
if you keep this on it i i think it's a safe especially with your uh rundown you just gave
us thank you sir thank you take care trish bye-bye all right my thanks to senator tim scott um really
interesting discussion with him i want to get to another big story okay we're just like loaded
today it's a big show it's a big show what can i say el saeed really screwing up big time i mean
he's lying and lying and lying he was lying about the doctor thing right it turns out he's not like
a practicing doctor he just went and got an
education in medicine but he never actually worked as a doctor never did his like residency
or any of that kind of stuff well now this is a bigger one so msnbc has now caught him in this
giant lie and msnbc seems kind of annoyed about it i mean they're they caught up with him in the
campaign trail and they're like like offended i think and it's like guys did you not realize who
you were talking to so mbc news did this interview over the weekend it aired on
sunday and they asked him repeatedly any family ties to the muslim brotherhood and his answer was
no well it turns out that's not correct it's not correct because his sister half sister
has some ties to the muslim brotherhood his mother has some ties to the muslim brother i mean
it's really really quite something i mean we haven't even talked about the member the birth
mother we went there and we talked about the birth mother and we talked about the birth mother and
through that how she was working for an organization she assumed that she was just
helping the orphans and it turns out that organization was shut down by treasury because
he was sending money to al-qaeda and osama bin laden so there's a lot of dirt shall we say out
there on him that has already or his family forgive me on his family and you know you can't
choose your family but
when the mbc news reporter says does your family have any ties to the muslim brotherhood and you
are emphatically saying no and then it all comes out within hours we did the story the other day
about how he had lied about it well msnbc is really mad nbc is really mad let's go to this
clip i mean this reporter is really stalking it to him and el saeed doesn't know how to handle it
he's used to talking to friendly guys like hassan piker right what's he doing now he's got mbc all
over him take a look at this one guys kristin welker asked about ties to the islamist movement
the muslim brotherhood you don't have any ties no and your family doesn't no but newly revealed
past tweets from al-sayed's half-sister appearing to call his answer into question these tweets have
emerged now had an amazing talk with my mom about her activism in the muslim brotherhood during the
mbc news report hashtag respect my family has long been an mb let me finish praying for all my family
that supports the mb in egypt can you just explain it yeah tom uh it's funny to me i was born in 1984
down the street in rochester hills i was raised here in michigan went to the university of
michigan rebuilt the health department in this city led the health department in this county
and you want to ask me about what was happening in egypt in 1970 are you serious i get it but
you were asked a question is it kind of like this is kind of like the same yeah i'm telling you like
we i have no ties we have no ties like so your mother had no ties i have never had the
conversations with my mother i wasn't raised you were unaware but but but i'm just telling you that
like you're using hearsay evidence from a tweet it's just not serious it's just not serious but
you've also got the president right now on this you've also gone after the president for
truthfulness so when people ask you a question they all do expect the truth and do you think
do you think are you are you insinuating that somehow i was lying i don't know that's why i'm
asking and i'm telling you i was not and al-sayed has faced scrutiny over this debate answer who do
you think's a bigger threat to the united states israel or iran you have 60 seconds and again rick
i'm just going to say
that that's a ridiculous hypothetical so you do think and i just think i think threat i just want
to nail down this when we look at when we look at our situation equally a threat to the u.s when we
look at our situation in the world there is actively more war in the world because of what
israel is pushing us into wow so
i'm a little uncomfortable with him okay like are you i mean i am very i'm more you know how
uncomfortable i am
with mamdami all right you know how uncomfortable i am with ilhan omar i'm very uncomfortable with
this guy i'm very uncomfortable with anyone who is prioritizing palestine over anything else right
that that that is concerning for me because palestine gets you right back to iran
and this guy is going out saying oh you know you know he's going after trump claiming that it's it's
causing higher energy prices which okay right you know but we talked about that transitory there's
the word of the day transitory because i really think that once oil goes down like boom it's going
way down and yes i get that it's tough right now but he's hiding behind that in my estimation
because he prefers iran his father-in-law ran care for five years okay that's an organization that
some people have a lot of concerns about shall we say and then his mother his birth mother
that he claims he's never talked to about her past i'm confused over the mother i gotta tell
you because i think it was the half sister that put the tweets out so it might be his
stepmother that was working with the muslim brotherhood
back in the day but his own mother was working for this group that was funding
osama bin laden so he does not like israel he doesn't seem to like america very much
and he's running for a very important office even even msnbc is a little bit annoyed
with the line you know the line got called out credit to actually i think fox was the one who
originally was reporting this although it was probably online but they did a nice little
vision package on it let me see if i have some of this that i could show you because i mean it was
just really unbelievable what he was saying what he was saying um to me like he should be done
but then again he's been lying and lying and lying and lying and i think that he's just figured out
this is all he has to do you just keep lying and you're all set here we go the family is a concern
mark my words can you set the
record straight about whether you or your family have any ties to the muslim brotherhood no but
let's talk about this no you don't have any ties no and your family doesn't no
but back in 2012 el sayed's half-sister iman abdul hadi who shares the same mom as el sayed
appears to have posted on x multiple times that her family is muslim brotherhood
and supports the organization writing quote my family has long been mb but i've always felt it
has been mb and i've always felt it has been mb and i've always felt it has been mb and i've always
navigated the political sphere poorly slash destructively another one quote praying for all
my family that supports the mb in egypt lie low stay safe and another one quote had an amazing
talk with my mom about her activism in the muslim brotherhood during the early 70s while she was in
college hashtag respect we did ask el sayed's campaign for a comment on the social media post
they got back to us a spokesperson telling fox in part quote independent fact checkers have
repeatedly debunked mike's lie
but their campaign continues to use bad faith attacks on abdul's faith and family end quote
so they just doubled down on the lie did you see that you saw the comment that they gave
gave to fox that mike rogers is lying so msnbc which by the way is dealing with some credibility
issues of its own we talked about it yesterday go back and watch the tape if you want to see it but
basically they came out oh they're all excited
you know, just all ablaze. Breaking news, breaking news, breaking news. Guess what?
Kash Patel is in Russia meeting with the FSB and the FBI shows like a live picture of Kash Patel
in Virginia at Liberty University it was really pretty classic and then the MSNBC reporter had
to go on the air and say oops so it was a total mea culpa so they might be feeling a little bit
jittery right now they have a very bruised ego because it turns out their reporting was totally
fictitious and wrong like flat out wrong he's in Russia as we speak well the live shot of
Virginia shows up on Twitter it was great all right it was just it was so I'm like where did
they get these reporters honestly where did where did they get that guy Ken something I mean I I'm
of the belief that you got to be really certain right like I quadruple check I get very nervous
when I come out with breaking news because if I'm wrong that's like my entire reputation all right
so I'm really
careful and I'll you know they say in the business you can have two sources I'm sorry
if I'm dealing with something as sensitive as the head of the FBI meeting with some folks in Russia
like on the ground in Moscow and I'm reporting this as fact I'm not going with just two sources
I'm going to go with more than two sources you know why else I want to understand the bias of
those sources because my hunch is these are people that did not like Kash Patel that do not like
Donald Trump so they're talking about the FBI and they're talking about the FBI and they're talking
to their buddies over at MSNBC and if you're so stupid at MSNBC to not get that I mean look you
know you got to take it all with a grain of salt I get it like somebody comes to me with information
and maybe you know it advances a certain viewpoint that they think that I might be simpatico to
I have to be smart enough to know that and to see through that and these reporters just so aren't
they're like whoa we got breaking news we got breaking news we got breaking news and then
oopsie daisy
you can go watch it it's kind of funny like seeing the guys say that so anyway I bring it back to
what's going on with El-Said because I think that they are embarrassed I think they're saying to
themselves we got caught in a bad situation yesterday and now El-Said is making us look
like our freaking fool and our big big reporter at NBC News who does meet the press I mean she
looks like an idiot because she didn't challenge him and within hours everybody figured out the
truth and so
they sent that guy to hound him and hound him he did but think about the lying again the lying
the lying the lying the lying and I I'm just like I'm sorry between Ilhan Omar and her lies
and this guy and his lies I mean this is this is not this is not in dispute okay this is not in
dispute the tweets are public record his sister's out there tweeting that stuff this is not in dispute
this is public record about the birth mother okay so maybe I'm going to give her the benefit of the
doubt and say fair fair fair is fair right like they never went after the government never went
after her so maybe she really did think she was just helping orphans but the sister I'm sorry
buddy like you should have answered that fair and square you know darn well what your vulnerabilities
are and you always try and twist the story you know oh you know I was born in the United States
born and raised in Michigan and this that and the other well you can't twist it anymore I'm sorry
no thank you it is good to have you guys all here thank you for all you do to get the show
out uh I am heading over to see my friends over at Newsmax uh like right now actually I think I'm
supposed to be on there in about five minutes so um I'm gonna remind you to go and check out

well as you can get the 76 report at my financial research company 76research.com so go check that
out when you can thank you for being here make sure you sub you know I am not going to stop on
the Ilhan Omar story I would do it every day if I could we may not have new news every day but
I will continue to stay on it and I will continue to keep you abreast of everything that's going on
I stay optimistic on midterms I really think that you know Republicans are going to surprise
me at the end of the day thanks for being here and I'll see you live tomorrow

Her father’s identity and citizenship status are in question, with records showing he may not have been naturalized, raising doubts about how Omar obtained her U.S. citizenship.
Financial irregularities are under scrutiny, including a $3 million campaign payment to her husband, unexplained asset valuations, and alleged money laundering through business ventures.
The Biden administration initiated the investigation, and the Treasury Department reportedly froze Omar’s husband’s funds due to foreign ties, indicating early federal involvement.
Accusations of obstruction of justice and false documentation, including a 2019 library record change, suggest possible attempts to conceal age or citizenship details.

Critics argue the investigation is politically driven, while others emphasize that it is grounded in legal procedures and factual inconsistencies in financial and immigration records.

S. citizen and the ethics of her financial disclosures remain central.

Yes, federal authorities are investigating her husband’s business, including allegations of fraud, money laundering, and improper use of $3 million in campaign funds, with Treasury Department funds reportedly frozen during the Biden administration.
If her father was never naturalized as a U.S. citizen, then Ilhan Omar’s citizenship through him would be invalid, raising questions about whether her citizenship was obtained through immigration fraud.
