Just had another fun weekend of football Monday night football was a banger with the bears
going off.
Sean, how's your week 8?
It was good.
I won every single one of my leagues again if you could believe it because I have Blake
Korum and Luther Burden on pretty much every team I drafted over the summer.
If you're listening out there, can you even believe that?
Sean?
Yeah, just another fun week, some wild ass box scores games.
But like this week, we should get some trades.
I'm hoping we get some trades.
It really shakes things up.
We saw some like Quinn Nelson, offensive line men trades, Jeffrey Simmons.
That was a huge trade for the bears defense.
But we could see like Jonathan Taylor, Josh Downs, move, Frees Hall, who knows.
But I think we're going to see some big trades this week.
So that'll be fun and that's with waivers running tonight.
Maybe we get some before those run.
Yeah, funny enough, the Colts face the Dallas Cowboys this week and it's like you kind
of want those guys in your lineup.
If they were to play for the full game, I mean, Jonathan Taylor's been, they got the doors
blown off them.
So I don't blame them going with a lot of a gallon or whatnot.
Downs finally had an okay game, scored a touchdown.
But I feel like I want them to get traded after this week if I have Downs or Taylor because
they're sticking with Jones.
There's still I mean, the Dallas Cowboys defense is so bad like Gardner Mincew went off against
them.
Apologies for recommending Kobe Percent, but it was like being realized would be so bad.
He get benched mid game.
That was ridiculous.
So yeah, week nine was great.
I won my homelie back to 500.
That's what really matters.
That's what the people came for.
Obviously, they want to hear about my homelie.
Got a combined zero from Zay flowers in Omar Cooper, Jr. in my wider server slots.
So that was fun.
And also shout out to the Jaguar's defense for carrying me and being my second high score
behind Drake.
Fun stuff from week nine, our week eight, we're moving on to week nine and we're going
to go position by position to see who's still available most least that you want to keep
an eye on from the waiver wire.
So Sean, start stuff at quarterback.
Who's your top add?
I'm going to go with Sam Darnold here, who's available in 57 percent of leagues.
Obviously, this means it's not a great week for streaming quarterback, but hopefully
you don't need to do that because two teams are on by this week.
So pretty light by week, hopefully you already have a good quarterback and you didn't draft
at Lamar Jackson.
And you're all set.
You don't need to stream someone like Sam Darnold.
But Darnold, oh, does open the week is my QB 13 had a bit of a rough game last night against
the Bears.
But this Bears defense just might be a lot better with Jeffrey Simmons.
So you can understand how he struggled a little bit inside the pocket.
But he is using his legs a bit more, he has more than 15 rushing yards and three straight
games now.
And he faces the Cardinals this week, which is a better matchup than the Bears in my opinion
now.
And ultimately, is it a good match up for JSN?
Because that's really all he's throwing it to anyway.
So I think it's going to be a big JSN game here.
They're going to get back on track.
And Darnold's the one who benefits.
But he's my QB 13, there could be a QB free that eventually like pass him up later in
the week based on like trade news, who knows what's going to happen this week.
So he's not somebody I would like bid on.
He'd be somebody I just kind of start with if for some reason you need to stream a quarterback
this week.
But not a great streaming week at quarterback, I must say.
Yeah, I look at it like it's kind of the usual suspects in my top 15.
There's no, I mean, I guess bonix is finally in the mix finally after being so mediocre
for the first half of the season or most of the first half.
But other than that, it's who you would expect.
It's the drafted guys.
So Sam Darnold's, I mean, he's up there in my rankings.
My guy, Malik Willis, 21% rostered, he's looking good in recent weeks, at least for fantasy.
Dolphins aren't really winning games, but it doesn't matter.
They paid him.
He's their quarterback for the rest of the season.
He didn't run much last week, but he has in recent weeks.
So that was nice to see he has his weapons.
I mean, even Kevin Coleman, Jr. is getting involved with Chris Bell is in there.
Caleb Douglas is healthy and you know, he's looking solid.
He's contributing.
He didn't have the big game like it had two weeks ago, but I'm like in Malik Willis on
the way over wire.
Sam Darnold, I think has the best matchup for this week.
Big favorites.
So we'll see how much they throw Malik Willis though, solid schedule.
Just a few weeks, two lines this week, no Jack Campbell, unfortunately.
He's injured.
And then I believe he has the Raiders the week after, how you feeling on Willis?
Yeah.
You know, with Willis, he's got to be running more.
You know, he had what two yards last week.
So he got there with, you know, a rare 200 plus yard passing game for him.
Two touchdowns, which is nice.
I just kind of, even though I mean, he probably has one of the worst past catcher groups around
him.
I still think they have upside long term.
So yeah, he's always tricky to project, but this week against the Lions, obviously, that's
a great matchup.
I don't know if he, particularly is like the type of quarterback that can thrive against
them and, you know, that Brian branch back.
So he's like my QB 20, but one of those guys, he's in the QB 20 range with probably the
highest ceiling of all those guys.
So that's kind of how I view him.
But I'm expecting him to bounce back and have more than two rushing yards this week.
So yeah, I think he's, he's got like a sneaky high four high ceiling combos this week,
for sure.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Excuse me.
I said Raiders.
They have the Colts, which is actually better than the Raiders.
They're at Indianapolis in week 10 Buffalo, week 11, week 12 jets.
So decent schedule for Willis coming up, especially if you lost Lamar, you need that quarterback
upside.
If you need a streamer for this week, I'm with Sean.
Go with Sam Donald.
But yeah, the long term, in my opinion, is Maliki, we're not bidding.
Neither of these guys are guys we're bidding on regardless.
I don't feel like you're going to have to spend anything.
You're like placeholders to start the week.
Yeah, exactly.
And by yourself time to figure out what you're going to do, that's, that's, that's the
game.
Moving on to RB.
Who's your top out of the week?
It's got to be Mike Washington Jr.
I, I still don't understand how or why he's available on 73% of leagues.
I, I guess I do understand all of those leagues are probably smaller.
Not as many people are listening to the fantasy flex.
So you know, just why, why wouldn't he be rostered anyway?
Even if Ash and Gentee was really good, the workhorse back we kind of figured he'd be,
Mike Washington Jr. would still be, you know, like a potential RB2 of Gentee misses time.
So he's still one of the better handcuffs, but he's been the more efficient back all season
on the ground.
And he's seen enough work at times to be a potential RB3 flex option.
But after last week, he literally leapfrogged Ash and Gentee.
He was the lead back on early downs, saw way more volume on the ground.
And then Gentee, you know, Gentee is still seeing most of the past catching work.
So that's going to limit Washington's upside, of course.
But still with this kind of usage, you know, Washington Jr. is going to be out running
back three most weeks.
So he's one of those guys that you could already plan.
And then he has RB2 with upside if Gentee ever misses time.
So this guy needs to be rostered in every single format, immediately.
It's unfortunate.
It's probably going to require pretty hefty bid this week, I would imagine.
I mean, what do you think gets Washington Jr. home this week?
I just don't know.
It's not like he scored fantasy points is the thing.
So he has the usage.
He's not giving the target, Gentee's second on the team in targets.
He's tied with Trey Tucker.
So it's like, it's not like he's going away and I do think that a sum of the first
half usage for Washington was the comments Janty made about the Jets defense and like they're
them not tackling kind of being in the media like that. I don't think it's crazy. And he gets the
49ers Seahawks Bronco's Browns and then a by-week. I don't think I would bid heavily on my
Washington. You should have him. He should be rostered, but that's a good way to be rostered.
Because Janty is healthy. You could start him this week because let's say I think I have him like
around RB 35. Hopefully you're in a position where you don't have to start him. But I have him,
yeah, right around running back 30. And I'm also, I'm not just assuming he's going to get 25
carries again this week like I'm assuming that was a one game like quasi-bension for Janty.
So I think it's going to be a little bit closer to even this week and I'm still getting
Washington RB 30. If anything, this is just absolutely tragic news for Janty owners.
The saving grace is he's still racking up a ton of receiving usage and yards and things like that.
I mean, projecting him right now is like projecting, I don't know, like prime Debo Samuel,
where it's like four catches for 70 yards in a touchdown and two carries for 10 yards. That's
like prime Debo Samuel projections for me. I'm only half kidding, but Janty should be able to
you know, produce low NRB 2 value if he gets some of that early down work back this week. So
it's definitely a murky situation. But again, Mike Washington Jr. just has way too much
upside and a high enough floor right now where he just has to be rostered. And I agree, I wouldn't
I went over a bid too much on him. This is kind of like Omar Cooper Jr. last week where it's like
the time to get him was when he was free a couple weeks ago. But he's not going to be a must start
every week, but he should be rostered. So yeah, I don't know. Maybe if somebody overbids for him,
you let them get him. Maybe they drop him after a couple weeks and then you pick him up for free.
But either way, he should be he should be rostered in most leagues after this week.
Totally. Yeah. I'm like, Janty still has the higher success rate even with the lower way lower
yards for carries like a full yard below. And like Washington only has six targets this year for
11 yards. So I wish there was another out for Washington because I would be totally with you. And
you should roster him for week 16, 17, the Titans and then the Cardinals. So he's still kind of a
handcuffed to me, but he's a very valuable piece. Would I bid 10 to 12 percent? Absolutely. But
I'm not going to bid 20 percent plus on my Washington Jr. map. Mike Washington and Jr. Do you feel
that's correct? Because we're talking about the Cooper thing. Cooper was in that same range like 10
to 15 percent. Yeah, I would say that sounds about right. Again, he like if Janty were to go like
if Janty were to be injured and miss a ton of time, that's when you kind of want to bid the farm
on my Washington Jr. So we're not quite there. So yeah, I think that range sounds that right for
for now. Yeah, for now because obviously if you go off and change that, but these are some tough
defenses and then the buy coming up. So it's like you would have to be desperate for a starter
because RB 30's even you probably have better options like Rico Dowdell right now is I mean,
he's on buy, but we're seeing guys in the league right now step up. And then there's obviously
like Seth McGowan. If the trade occurs for Jonathan Taylor, he jumps up into top 30 RB conversation.
So there's a bunch of guys. I like my guy Dylan Samson. He scored some fancy points in the past two
weeks and Quincheon Juckins is struggling. I do like Quincheon this week against the Saints. I like
Samson against the Saints this week because that defense is horrendous, especially against the run.
Samson is available in over 80 percent of leagues. Yeah, he's one of the most talented
receiving backs in football. We saw this last year with his incredible yards per route run.
He's top five among like Gibbs, Bejon, etc. the top running backs in the league. Last two games,
he's been he's been awesome. You look at him. He came back from a knee injury and Dylan Samson
has 94 yards on 11 targets. He had 45 yards on six rushes in week seven and then he only had one
rush last week. It's the Steelers, but that was a game where they were down like 21 at the end.
So I look at a guy with under a single digit touches, 69 yards combined, 70 yards combined
in the past two weeks. This is a guy I want my roster, especially if Quincheon Juckins usage drops.
How do you feel on Dylan Samson? Yeah, he might be like the inverse of Mike Washington,
Jr. where he's dominating the passing work, which is the better role for the Browns because
they're typically going to be trailing. The wheels are starting to come off the Browns. We finally
saw them lose by like 20, 21 points. So those are the games where Dylan Samson will thrive and
Judkins will struggle. And then yeah, if you know, Judkins were to miss time, Samson would push
RB2 value as well because he would be getting more early downwork to go along with all that
passing work. So he's probably going to be like practically free on the waiver wire this week.
So if you have room to roster him, I would. The other guy is Seth. Seth the gallon. I mean,
we didn't mention him this week, but we did last week, but he's he's also still available
in 68% of leagues. Do you think people are going to be finally wised up to him, potentially being,
you know, high end RB3, if and when Jonathan Taylor gets traded?
We saw DJ Giddins mix in. He look good 43 yards on six carries. I definitely think the gallon
would be the RB1 assuming that they don't make any changes, but let's say they trade Jonathan
Taylor to Seattle. And Jadarian price comes back. That's kind of my fear right now because you mean
price comes to the Colts. Yeah. And that's a first round pick that someone I would assume gets more
usage. So I'm not going to bid the farm right now on the gallon because there is, you know,
definite fear. And it is the Colts. No Quentin Nelson. I actually kind of hope Anthony Richardson
takes over because that would be amazing for the run game. Gangle Jones is just useless right now.
So at least opening up the run game would be nice with a rich back there and McGowan would get
crazy usage assuming that price doesn't come back and DJ Giddins. I don't think he's going to get
like double ditch touches, touches weekly. But yeah, you should be bidding on McGowan if he's
still available because that Jonathan Taylor trade is inevitable. I think you agree. Yeah.
Yeah. So Giddins, you know, he got quite a bit of work because of the blowout. Every single one of
his touches is in the late fourth quarter. So, you know, I think McGowan would be the leadback.
But again, this would be on a shitty Colts team. So wouldn't be great for someone like McGowan.
But still, the volume will be there assuming they don't get someone like price. Again,
a lot of uncertainty when it comes to the trade deadline. I definitely wouldn't bid a ton on
McGowan. But getting him before the trade will be the cheapest time to acquire him.
Because imagine the Colts trade Jonathan Taylor way for picks and they don't get someone like price.
They're not going to be bringing anybody to like takes that like they're not going to bring
in a cream hot or something like that to take snaps. They don't care. It's just going to be Seth
McGowan and maybe some DJ Giddins sprinkled in. So I think getting McGowan now while you
can super cheap would be the way to do it. And then just see what happens if they do get like a price.
Then I would probably drop McGowan. But there's just a lot of things that can happen. But it does
seem likely that Jonathan Taylor is a goner. Yeah. I would bid like 12 to 15% on McGowan for sure.
I'm willing to bid on him. I just don't want to spend like half my fab unless the trade happens.
And then it's like it's going to go it's going to be madness. And then I probably wouldn't drop
like all of my fab unless I really needed an RB 2. And then that's you know that's justifiable.
You know you got to win your week. You got to you got to fail your roster if you don't have guys.
But if you have depth. If you're like be Jean and Chubahabird or like Gibbs and etc etc.
It's like you have to look at your lineup too. If you have starting running back and running back in
the flex. It's like you don't really need McGowan. You don't have to go crazy. So it's all within

Moving on to wider seaver. Who are your top ads?
Yeah, so let's just stick with Antonio Williams
Again because he's available on 74% of weeks. I know we've talked about him a lot. I don't care
I call him Antonio St. Brown for a reason
There's just too many similar similarities there. David Blow the offensive coordinator literally kind of like
Bent their ear to draft him to be his Antonio
I'm on Ross St. Brown as often. So you got to stick with him like I'm not saying he's a must start
But he had an 85% route zone rate last week five catches
Like that's solid wider seaver four territory, but if Stefan digs were to also miss time
Then he'd be a wider seaver three plus so he's just a guy with a ton of upside to have on your bench
Like I wouldn't have some washed get like Corlan sudden
If you want three catches for 40 yards
Knock yourself out. Have them on your bench, but I love having guys with like massive upside
Even though if you can't plan yet
Antonio Williams is one of those guys and then Jordan Tyson is also one of those guys
I'm starting to think he might be a figment of our imagination
But it does sound like he could be returning to practice this week. Maybe he'll play
He's one of those guys where you can't you can't trust him until he actually plays like one maybe two games
He's probably gonna have a low snap count initially. Maybe he gets hurt again like there's a ton of uncertainty
but
Three four weeks from now he could absolutely be the number wide you know the wider seaver two in their offense
Devon Bailey's been playing great. I don't think he's just gonna instantly take over as you know the wider seaver two
But they draft him the first round for a reason he has a ton of upside ton of talent
So three four years down that four weeks down the line
Could be a must start wide receiver three who knows come fancy playoff time
I mean he could be a wider seaver two if a lava misses time
I mean he's probably gonna be a wider seaver two
So he's just one of those guys that just has a ton of upside
compared to you know all the other
Average joes from you know wide receiver 40 to 60 like I think not as many of those guys have as much upside
So I'm willing to kind of just
stash him and see for at least a couple weeks, but
He's he's still available in like 48% of leagues. So I'd scoop him up wherever it makes sense
um, and he still has the IR designation in some format. So
That's kind of a cheat code. There's Adam there if you can but he's a guy that you know
More thinking long-term fancy playoffs
Is the ultimate upside play just stashing him and waiting and seeing
Yeah, the Saints have a really good fancy playoff schedule. So that is huge
They're they just had their buy so they're past that and that was kind of the plan with William's Tyson
Getting him healthy getting him right because he's this has been a problem with the hamstring
But yeah, if he's available. He's gonna be active this week. It sounds like I'm willing to bid on him again
12 to 15% go get him
He's so talented. He could be a league winner. Who knows? I do like Antonio Williams a lot too only 554 last week on seven targets
But they won by 17. I mean, it was a lake. No, they added an extra score late
But they were up that game. They played ball control. William still had seven targets
So that's really nice to see a lot of snaps a lot of routes
Hasn't scored a touchdown since week one, but the Terry injury was somewhat recent
Diggs who knows what's going on with him. I mean he's playing well
Expect a good week from him, but other than that like Berks has a big week
But he's not a high target guy. He's just a eight odd guy. So he gets a lot of yards if he does catch the ball
Occasional touchdown - but yeah, no Williams Tyson. I'd much rather having like the schmose on like the dolphins
The whatever wide receiver - he's gonna be in the Cardinals now
It's like you got to prioritize the young rookie upside a lot like if you're still rostering like Isaac to slough for whatever reason or
Just randos like I don't think anybody has him who knows
Random wide receiver threes just bad players are like
Mid players like you said Sutton. I definitely move on with Pat right coming back in a few weeks
That's he hasn't really done much without him. So yeah, definitely move on get their young rookie upside
I'm looking at
80 Mitchell after last week. I mean, it's hard to ignore and I I'm rooting for the Garrett Wilson trade at this point
Just to free up Mitchell Sedic. Not that he's done much and Omar Cooper Jr
A little a little greedy a little narcissistic of me to say with oh with Omar Cooper on my teams
But yeah, trade Garrett Wilson get him anywhere else
So you could free up all of these other guys because this is a really talented just some trade breach all too because we're seeing the Braille and Allen usage
That's been crazy
This team at full straight. It's an actually really good offense like the old lines really good. You know it's actually playing well
But like ideally in the future you have a you know a quarterback franchise quarterback
But yeah, this jet teams loaded and it's like Mitchell three catches or three targets zero catches last week
Goes off with over a hundred and touchdown this week. How are you feeling 80 Mitchell?
Do you think he someone you have to roster because he's been crazy when he has been in this like full route share full
Integrated all part of the offense. Yeah, I don't know if he's must roster
But he'd be in that same group of like Jordan Tyson of guys are just a ton of upside where you could do worse
Um
But yeah, like the thing with the Jets is they just have way too many good pass catchers
So when they're all healthy, it's really tough to trust any of them really outside of Garrett Wilson
Where any given week, you know one or two of these guys can go off
Where the other two or three have a dud like Omar Cooper
The last three weeks where he's either getting a hundred yards or zero catches
So um, it's really tricky
Yeah, Garrett Wilson getting traded would be fun. Um, I'm looking at the prediction markets looks like he has about a 15 and 20 percent chance
To get traded and the Steelers would be the most likely destination, which is fun
Um, obviously already has that chemistry with Aaron Rogers
So that would make a ton of sense and they you know, they have a couple
injured white receivers. So yeah, Garrett Wilson the Pittsburgh would definitely clear things up for
Mitchell and Cooper
So they're the rest of season value would shoot up. So those those are kind of guys that I would kind of roster heading into the trade deadline
Just in case
Wilson gets traded, but I don't know if you could trust Mitchell like this week
If everyone's healthy um, unless you're just going for just pure upside
Uh, but I have my receiver 48
Um, with everyone healthy knowing full well he could go five catches for hundred yards and a touchdown
Um, but he's just gonna have a lower floor than most of those guys in that range. So
Um, yeah, like he would be a guy to kind of get ahead of a potential Garrett Wilson trade
So I can dig that and do you think he would require a bid this week or um, yeah, crazy we would
He's got over 20 fancy points. Yeah, so that it's always it's always a problem chasing because like I'm looking at
Yeah, he's only played four games three targets 12 targets three targets and nine targets fun
Like yeah, obviously like it's hard to find guys who get like nine to 12 targets in a given week
Like that's you're not going to get that often especially from like someone who's uh, is he playing full time?
I haven't even checked his snap share, but oh yeah, yeah, he's at 65% on season played 60% of the snaps and got 7142 one
Well, they take him out on run plays a lot his his routes run rate was pretty high. Yeah, seven one percent
Okay, so he's been a right around win fully healthy
He's been right around 75% uh, first game back last week. He was 50%
This week he was back up the good news is they're not even messing with Isaiah Williams or Tim Patrick. It's just a free man rotation
Of Wilson Cooper and Mitchell
So if they still have like Isaiah Williams mixing in like 20% that would be a disaster
But all these guys are getting uh, or I should say Cooper and Mitchell are both right around 75% which is plenty
It's just that they have to fight with yeah, uh Garrett Wilson
Mason Taylor and yeah, Cedica at some points gonna
You know see more targets. Yeah, and a breeze hall might be back this week. So or traded who the hell knows
But there's just a lot of mouse a feed for you know 230 passing yards to go around total like
The best offense all together. I mean, it's actually it's good, but it's not great
And yeah, this week against the chiefs. It's tough. They're gonna have to throw their defense is not good
Which is the good thing for these past catchers
And the chiefs 20th is in past DVOA. So not I mean, especially with Mansor delaying
Unhealthy or like not out right now. He has the shoulder issue
I mean, I don't think Mitchel's the craziest start. He'd probably be pushed up if delayed still out
um
Moving on to tight end though. Who's your top add?
I'm gonna go with my guy Michael mayor here available in 87% of leagues now if you look at my rankings
He's probably not the top tight end uh for the week that's available
Uh, it's just a cluster of like six or seven guys that you could probably stream this week
Uh Eli rarerden could be the top guy if hunter Henry's out this week, which looks very possible
Yeah, so Eli rarerden might be the like one week streamer
Depending on how long Henry's out, but Michael mayor has so much upside
In that like tight end 18 range of ham rank because
He's he's unicorn because he's he's running
a 75% routes on rate as the backup tight end.
I mean 75% routes on rate is a really good routes on rate
for a starting tight end, but he's the backup.
So this is just elite usage for a backup,
caught five balls for 53 yards.
I mean, essentially Brock Bowers is a wide receiver.
I don't even consider him a tight end anymore.
So Michael mayors, you know, the Raiders lead tight end
is the way I see it.
So he can give you like top 15 weeks
with this kind of usage, but as we've seen time and time again,
if Brock Bowers misses time, I mean, he's a top 10,
maybe a top five option, depending on the matchup.
So you have this unique tight end
who's kind of operating as floor right now
as a mid-range tight end to with tight end one upside.
So he's like the ultimate like long-term play
if you're in a deep enough league where,
if you're debating between Michael Mayer
and Eli Rareden and these guys,
he at least has that massive upside.
We saw Brock Bowers was perfectly healthy
that one time we were recording
and then all of a sudden he's out with an injury.
So anything can happen.
He's the guy that would benefit the most
from his teammate getting hurt.
So I would just kind of add him for free,
just see if anything happens.
And then by the end of the week,
you might add a guy like Eli Rareden
or I don't know, like an AJ Barner might be ranked ahead of him,
but you have some options later in the week,
but Michael Mayer is just such a unicorn right now.
I kind of like favor him over the others
just because of his long-term upside.
- Yeah, definitely more long-term upside,
but I do like Rareden.
Rareden would be my guy 1% available,
or like 99% available roster in 1% of leagues.
Hunter Henry exited the game with the foot injury
and I mean, he didn't have a good game.
He had four targets for one catch
and five yards Rareden did, but he went off the week prior.
He's been part of the game plan seemingly
for like throughout the season.
He scored a touchdown in week one.
Weird, not the most productive college career,
but we've seen with tied ends.
They can just translate way better to the NFL
regardless of what they didn't college.
And he's been highly efficient,
really good targets for Routrun and yards for Routrun
with 8.7 yards target, two touchdowns on 20 targets
far with 173 yards. You're playing behind Hunter Henry.
Hunter Henry's been good this year,
especially in the last like five, six weeks.
So we've seen him be highly efficient,
but if Hunter Henry's out,
AJ Brown's dealing with whatever he's dealing with,
lower body, Romeo Dobbs still out with his shoulder issue.
Rareden's gonna be like a de facto top option.
It's gonna be like Douglas, Rareden and like,
I mean, Chism's been getting a lot of targets, I guess,
but like, yeah, I would say Rareden would be the moat,
like he could be a flex option even if Hunter Henry
were to miss time if you have like a fan-in
or like a top tied end, let's say.
I'd be willing to eat like this week with the Patriots.
I mean, they play the Green Bay Packers
and probably enough to throw a little bit.
Yeah, I like Rareden.
If Hunter Henry was like out for the season,
how much would you bid on Rareden right now?
Yeah, if we find out that Henry's like out for the year,
I wouldn't go overboard.
I think Rareden would still be kind of in the
tied-in-one, tied-in-two mix every week.
Let's see, if I have Hunter Henry out this week,
let me just do that real quick.
Oh, wow.
Yeah, I would have Rareden.
He would be like my tied-in-12.
Oh, wow.
Yeah, tied-in-12.
He's still a rookie. He looks kind of stiff out there,
but they would give him targets.
I mean, that's the thing with him.
He would get the playing time and the targets.
I'm also kind of expecting AJ Brown
to be out this week.
So this week especially, he would have the most upside.
But yeah, he would be a low-end tied-in-one
if Henry's out this week.
And then long-term, yeah, same thing.
He would be a fringe tied-in-one.
So yeah, I think now would be the time
to kind of scoop him up for cheap.
'Cause yeah, one catch for five yards.
Nobody knows who he is.
So yeah, this is the time to kind of get him.
And then just kind of wait and see if Henry's gonna be out.
And if Henry plays, you know,
you probably have to drop him.
But again, this should be a free,
just wait and see thing with him.
So yeah, I think he would be the add to begin the week.
I wouldn't burn a waiver on him.
Like if you don't have fab, like just wait,
let the waivers run, add him immediately.
And then if it just monitored or 100 Henry status,
that's absolutely the play for this week.
And is anybody like on the trade block
that we can like get ahead of?
I don't think any tight ends are on the trade block.
Like if Goddard was, I would add, like, stowers.
- Yeah, that could be a guy.
- I would.
- But like even with stowers,
stowers hasn't looked that good.
And like he had the energy.
- I know you don't like stowers, but.
Like I like him like long term, but like yeah,
this is he just dealt with way too much for this year.
And that's just so bad.
- Yeah, they might have Joe Milton starting soon too,
which should be better for like Derrick's Cooper.
Just like whoever's going deep.
That's probably who's gonna benefit from Joe Milton.
- Yeah, I don't want that.
- I don't even want to think about that.
Okay, moving on to defense.
- Oh yeah, moving on to defense.
Who are your top ads for this week or the top streamer?
- I would go with the chiefs here against the jets
they're available in 57% of leagues.
Yeah, they just get the jets at home.
I think they're up to 10 point favorites here.
So double digit home favorites against Geno Smith,
who's always kind of a good mix of interceptions and sacks.
He's great for fantasy.
He's great for the jets pass catchers too.
But yeah, I just think they're gonna game plan for him.
Again, if they get up big early,
it's just gonna be more Geno dropbacks,
which just increases the chances of sacks and interceptions.
So they're just kind of a high floor,
high ceiling streamer ad for me.
They're in my top five to open the week,
widely available.
So yeah, I'd go with the chiefs.
- Yeah, no, I pretty much I have to say
they're one of the top options that's admirable.
I do like getting the 49ers this week,
just because the force buckner edition
are coming off the buy, they're healthier.
They get the Raiders this week, not the best matchup,
but not a bad matchup either.
Like they're just startable for sure.
And at home against the Raiders,
Kirk cousins can definitely make his share of mistakes
if need be.
But yeah, so I just long turn, long view,
I want the 49ers defense.
And if I don't love rostering two defenses
unless you have like two elite options
or like someone's on buy,
like if you have the Steelers and they're on buy,
gotta pick someone up obviously.
But yeah, 49ers home versus the Eagles in week 17,
Chargers week 15, they get the chiefs in week 16.
So not great, but this is a really good, yeah.
And then week 11, Vikings, week 12, Seattle,
week 13, the Giants, there's some really good matchups
in here for the 49ers.
So long view wise, I'm a really big fan
as a streamer I do prefer the chiefs,
but it just depends on your roster,
what you need, what you're looking at.
If you have like, if you've racked up wins already,
you could kind of like take a little bit of a hit
at defense and just focus on, you know,
the next few weeks and playoffs
because I want the 49ers defense in week 17.
- Yeah, yeah, but you kind of, again,
you have to, you probably have to bench him
in what week 16?
- Yeah, but you can roster two defenses in week 16.
You don't really need to roster upside
where you're not benching stats.
- True, yeah, once you get that late in the season,
it's go bigger at home.
So yeah, I can see that.
- Yeah, you said the chargers, week 15,
that could be a smash play.
So yeah, there's some upside there for sure.
- Yeah, and then as a streamer,
I like the bills too, if you don't get the chiefs,
they get the Vikings, they're at home against the Vikings.
Oh no, they're in Minnesota, but I don't think it matters.
This Vikings offense is just pretty inept.
Even with Jordan Mason back,
Wiresheever's healthy, Kyler might get benched for a wince.
So yeah, if you don't get the chiefs, I like the bills,
and I think you would agree.
- Oh, yeah, I think chiefs, bills, Niners,
it's a great week for streamers.
- Yeah.
- 'Cause those are decent defenses.
I mean, the bills arguably, but it's always fun,
like streaming good defenses or at least good coach defenses,
as opposed to just streaming the Titans a couple of weeks ago.
Things like that.
But yeah, anytime you get like a good team at home
as like double digit favorites,
like a couple of these defensive talking about,
can't go wrong with them.
- No, not at all.
And anytime you're facing the Vikings at this point
with Kyler, can't be your wins.
It's like, can't go wrong with you.
Okay, let's get kickers out of the way,
'cause you know, people need kickers.
Who's your top ad?
- No, I love kickers.
Any Pinero would be my top ad,
but do not bid a single dollar on him.
I'm gonna be making some updates and stuff.
I mean, he's been pretty bad this year,
but most of his misses have been beyond 50 yards.
I'll have to go see like how far those were.
If his two missed kicks beyond 50 were like 60 plus yards,
you know, you grade that a little bit differently
than if they were 50 yards.
But this is a week where, you know,
they're at home big favorites against the Raiders.
Kyle Shanahan can be fairly conservative with fork downs.
This is making, I know he got, you know,
little trouble talking about that.
A couple of weeks ago, but at home big favorites,
they're gonna be even more conservative
where they could settle for more field goals.
Obviously going to be a ton of extra points.
They have the highest team to all the week at 30 and a half.
He didn't cut over the buy so something tells me they still trust him so as of now
He's my top available kicker, but I'm even making some tweaks
You know I the last position. I you know got do a deep dive in his kicker. So I'm gonna be doing some tweaks
During the week where you know someone else might pop up ahead of him
But as of now I would add Pinyaro if you stream kickers, but for free do not bid a single cent on this guy
Yeah, he has definitely struggled this year, but this is an amazing spot for him if like I mean
He has incredible upside in that home against the Raiders and yeah, if they take a commanding lead and they're just playing passive which they could
Yeah, Pinyaro should have a day. I assume he doesn't miss his kicks this time
I'm going with Tyler Bass over 50% of leagues. He's still available
the bills play in Minnesota like we've said
And this bike is defense is really good. Obviously, but the bill's offense is also really good and they could drive down the field
And this is kind of like a perfect storm of like amazing offense amazing defense
And it's like they're gonna drive down the field
but
Also with a mediocre offense on the Viking side so they don't have to play super aggressive
They don't have to like go for it every time
So I think the bills I mean bass is scored over he scored double-digit points in each of the past three weeks
It's been really good
They're playing in a dome environment. So whether is not a concern and at home as well
So that's kind of huge too. So when he goes home they have a weather-controlled environment
So I do like bass. I mean coming off the bite - bass could be a long-term guy you hold
But like this week against the Vikings you like him. Yeah, like you said this is a game
They might stall a little bit more in the red zone because I mean this is a really good defense in the Viking
So, you know, they could slow down Josh Allen settle former futiles. And like you said, it's in a domed environment
Which always gives kickers in a nice little boost
Yeah, totally and that's about it. That'll do it for a week nine NFL waiver episode
